- 0:07Speaker 1: course is I Trust Capital. In times of uncertainty, you

- 0:33Speaker 1: it with, and that is Cryptoira.

- 0:38Speaker 1: reward just to get started and get going over there.
- 0:41Speaker 1: I Trust all right, So let me hit on a
- 0:42Speaker 1: few points to kind of kick off today.
- 0:45Speaker 2: First of all, big busy week.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Obviously you can go back and watch our AVE and
- 0:50Speaker 1: dfive video. We really break it down a good understanding
- 0:53Speaker 1: of what exactly occurred there. But right here, the world,
- 0:56Speaker 1: of course is soaring to its highest level of uncertainty
- 1:00Speaker 1: in history in the last year. This is surpassing COVID
- 1:04Speaker 1: and even the global financial crisis. This is insane when
- 1:08Speaker 1: you look at the World Uncertainty Index, we have not
- 1:13Speaker 1: seen these kind of highs before. And because of that,
- 1:16Speaker 1: you've got a lot of things happening. Of course, in
- 1:20Speaker 1: Iran as well as in the markets. I ran of
- 1:22Speaker 1: course closed Straighth Hord moves again, the US claim peace
- 1:25Speaker 1: talks would resume. They're still trying to do something there.
- 1:28Speaker 1: They accused the US of plotting a surprise attack. Iran
- 1:32Speaker 1: denied Trump a claim of giving me uranium arrangement.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Basically, all of the deals are.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Falling apart and the issue is still continuing to be
- 1:40Speaker 1: a problem, even after what we were hearing last week,
- 1:44Speaker 1: which was a slowdown in all efforts. Just to give
- 1:47Speaker 1: you guys an idea of how fast this market is moving,
- 1:50Speaker 1: this is what happened over the weekend because last week
- 1:53Speaker 1: we had the crypto the clarity rally beginning. Of course,
- 1:56Speaker 1: that was Bitcoin moving up to almost seventy a k.
- 1:59Speaker 1: You ad the post predictions I had was zach which
- 2:02Speaker 1: is looking as though we might get clarity. We even
- 2:06Speaker 1: go as far as talking about leaving bridges with Ethereum's
- 2:10Speaker 1: new developments that we talked about with their team just
- 2:13Speaker 1: last Friday. So all this now, of course, things are different.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Now. I want to go to a clip real quick.
- 2:19Speaker 1: This is a breakdown from Blueberg talking about the escalation
- 2:22Speaker 1: over the weekend.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 2:24Speaker 3: The US is maintaining its Horn Moose blockade and has
- 2:27Speaker 3: seized in Iranian cargo ship.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Tehran signals it may skip talks tomorrow as President Trump
- 2:32Speaker 4: warns of strips on infrastructure. He spoke Saturday, well, at
- 2:35Speaker 4: this point, there is risk of escalation on multiple fronts.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Even as it feels like we are making progress, as
- 2:41Speaker 4: you're outlining, we then see these other things start to happen.
- 2:44Speaker 4: But at this point, the White House is still maintaining
- 2:46Speaker 4: that diplomacy is a viable option. Ahead of tomorrow sees
- 2:50Speaker 4: fire deadline. In fact, the White House says the Vice
- 2:52Speaker 4: President Ja d Vance, alongside Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff and
- 2:55Speaker 4: the president son in law Jared Kushner, are set to
- 2:58Speaker 4: depart for Islamabad later tonight. But still Iran is still
- 3:02Speaker 4: wavering on whether or not they will send any diplomats
- 3:05Speaker 4: to Pakistan for another round of talks, and at least
- 3:08Speaker 4: publicly this weekend, denied that any sort of progress or
- 3:12Speaker 4: concessions have been made related to its nuclear program.
- 3:16Speaker 1: So issues still rise there, but yet at the same
- 3:20Speaker 1: time we're dealing with I just looked at WTI. This,
- 3:23Speaker 1: of course is West Texas crude, and you look at this.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Over the last five days, it rose up to eighty
- 3:29Speaker 1: five bucks. Now it has been declining just in the
- 3:31Speaker 1: last few Then you look at the SPX right here,
- 3:35Speaker 1: and we are at again bumping another all time high
- 3:38Speaker 1: over seventy one hundred trading today. This is the daily
- 3:42Speaker 1: chart right there. This is the kind of market that
- 3:44Speaker 1: we're in right now. That, of course, is the issue
- 3:47Speaker 1: where we're seeing institutions and I would say the haves
- 3:51Speaker 1: versus the have nots that are completely in opposite directions
- 3:55Speaker 1: around sentiment. And this is not something that is just
- 3:58Speaker 1: I think playing out in the interim.
- 4:00Speaker 2: I'm wondering that this is.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Going to be a longer term issue that the US
- 4:04Speaker 1: is going to have to deal with.
- 4:06Speaker 2: And the reason I say that, you look at this
- 4:08Speaker 2: right here, the UAE is.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Asking now the US for wartime financial assistance, and you're
- 4:12Speaker 1: not doing that unless you think, hey, maybe this thing
- 4:14Speaker 1: is going to last a lot longer.
- 4:16Speaker 2: This is the UAE asking for this, guys.
- 4:19Speaker 1: So if you're in crypto, you know how much of
- 4:22Speaker 1: a center a mecca that the UAE was. Of course,
- 4:26Speaker 1: that has changed dramatically just in a very short period
- 4:28Speaker 1: of time. Peter Shifts continues to double down on this
- 4:31Speaker 1: is all manipulation, most likely likely explanation for Trump's social
- 4:36Speaker 1: lives is talking about that this potentially is playing the
- 4:40Speaker 1: market one way or the other. You look further into
- 4:43Speaker 1: that if you kind of carry on with this with
- 4:46Speaker 1: what Eric balshunis is saying, don't fight the federal the
- 4:48Speaker 1: White House. Just investing alongside these things aligns you because
- 4:52Speaker 1: you'd be up seventy five percents the start of his
- 4:54Speaker 1: term if you're just working on the moves that Trump
- 4:57Speaker 1: of course has been somewhat indicating for what the market
- 5:02Speaker 1: is going to be doing.
- 5:03Speaker 2: And of course this all moves into this right here.
- 5:06Speaker 1: The point I'm getting at is this K type approach
- 5:09Speaker 1: of what's happened with the S and P five hundred
- 5:11Speaker 1: all time high and where consumer sentiment is all time
- 5:16Speaker 1: low forty seven point six to zero. I mean This
- 5:18Speaker 1: is how bad it is on the economic frontier in
- 5:23Speaker 1: terms of Americans, And I think this is an issue
- 5:26Speaker 1: that the White House is going to have to deal with.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Midterms are just around the corner. We're going to see
- 5:31Speaker 1: that here later this fall. The other factor that, of
- 5:34Speaker 1: course you have to consider is how long will the
- 5:37Speaker 1: S and P continue its rise. Here's Anthony Pompleano saying
- 5:40Speaker 1: the S and P five hundred seen three consecutive weeks
- 5:42Speaker 1: with three percent gains. This has only happened three times
- 5:46Speaker 1: in seventy six years. So does that tell us that
- 5:50Speaker 1: eventually the markets do return? Are we going to that
- 5:54Speaker 1: thirty three percent in the last twelve months. We just
- 5:56Speaker 1: don't see those kind of things, especially in assets like
- 5:59Speaker 1: the you know, some of the biggest securities out there.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So the real question is do we start to see
- 6:06Speaker 1: a tipping point? Here's Muhammed talking about that economic tipping
- 6:09Speaker 1: point right here are notoriously hard to forecast, but the
- 6:12Speaker 1: next one is likely approaching for several Asian economies in
- 6:15Speaker 1: the near term and for Europe down the road. If
- 6:18Speaker 1: the Middle East remains in play and unresolved. Right now,
- 6:23Speaker 1: this is a problem because of the physical energy scarcity.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I mean in the EU, they're already telling all the
- 6:30Speaker 1: workers there to essentially work from home, do not start
- 6:32Speaker 1: to use energy. This gets into a much bigger prospect
- 6:36Speaker 1: around the global economic condition that we're dealing with. Now,
- 6:40Speaker 1: let's jump over to Clarity because this is starting to
- 6:42Speaker 1: put more pressure on not only Trump's administration, but also
- 6:47Speaker 1: the lawmakers. Banks are now pressuring all of those involved
- 6:52Speaker 1: with Clarity Act. Look at this right here, and I'll
- 6:54Speaker 1: show you a couple of tweets that are very important.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Mounting pressure from the banks that want to weigh in
- 6:58Speaker 1: on the current stable corn yield situation, combined combined with
- 7:01Speaker 1: Senator Tom Tillis, which is one we've broken down here recently,
- 7:05Speaker 1: that desire to hear them out could potentially push the
- 7:07Speaker 1: markup to the second week of May. Then the Senate
- 7:10Speaker 1: returns from recess, so this starts to move into August,
- 7:14Speaker 1: which is a deadline that we will not necessarily be
- 7:17Speaker 1: able to meet. And I want to go to a
- 7:19Speaker 1: clip real quick because this will get into what Patrick
- 7:21Speaker 1: Wick was talking about in reference to August. Take a look,
- 7:25Speaker 1: what's your best guesstimate as to when this bill can
- 7:28Speaker 1: make it to President Trump's desk.
- 7:30Speaker 3: We got to move it as quickly as possible. I
- 7:32Speaker 3: feel a huge sense of urgency. I think everybody else,
- 7:34Speaker 3: all the principles involved, if they don't feel it, they
- 7:37Speaker 3: need to feel it, because just working backwards, this bill
- 7:41Speaker 3: has to get passed out of the Senate Banking Committee,
- 7:43Speaker 3: it has to go to the floor, it's got to
- 7:44Speaker 3: be reconciled with the ag product that's going to take time,
- 7:47Speaker 3: and then it also has to go back to the
- 7:48Speaker 3: House and get past there. So, just working backwards from
- 7:52Speaker 3: the August recess, if you view that as kind of
- 7:55Speaker 3: a drop dead date, you realize that you have to
- 7:58Speaker 3: take action now to get this out of the Bankanking Committee.
- 8:00Speaker 3: So I feel that sense of urgency. Secretary Besson weighed
- 8:04Speaker 3: in just recently echoing that, saying Congress needs to move now.
- 8:08Speaker 3: The time is now to act on this bill. The
- 8:10Speaker 3: President has tweeted out about this before, so we all
- 8:13Speaker 3: feel it and we need to see some movement here
- 8:16Speaker 3: very soon.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Our prediction is this, guys, we are going to hear
- 8:20Speaker 1: something from the White House. It's going to get very dicey,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I think, and how this plays out, because the banks
- 8:27Speaker 1: right now, I think are in a full stall tactic
- 8:29Speaker 1: to basically offset this and not get clarity through. You
- 8:32Speaker 1: look at the probability dropped dramatically from sixty four percent
- 8:36Speaker 1: on the eighteenth down to where we are right now,
- 8:40Speaker 1: and it's hovering right around forty eight percent. So as
- 8:42Speaker 1: you can see dropping dramatically, this is going to put
- 8:46Speaker 1: pressure on the markets. I think it is going to
- 8:48Speaker 1: continue to put pressure on crypto if this does not
- 8:51Speaker 1: go through. We could see a very very interesting summer
- 8:56Speaker 1: playing out. And here's how it's happening. This is the
- 8:59Speaker 1: ABA running another anti stable coin ad in Politico that's
- 9:04Speaker 1: this morning. This point, it seems pretty clear that banks
- 9:07Speaker 1: actually don't care that much about getting this done at all.
- 9:10Speaker 1: They basically are now propagating information out.
- 9:14Speaker 2: There that basically starts to detach.
- 9:17Speaker 1: From the reality of trying to get clarity through, which
- 9:20Speaker 1: was really on this administration's agenda, and it does not
- 9:24Speaker 1: look like it's going to happen. Further into this, this
- 9:27Speaker 1: came in from eleanor Terra. This gets really dicey. Current
- 9:30Speaker 1: compromise stable coin yield text does not accomplish the goal
- 9:33Speaker 1: of mitigating the deposit flight to stable coins. This come
- 9:36Speaker 1: from the NC banker. So it's the more regional side
- 9:39Speaker 1: of it. I'll show you who that is, the North
- 9:40Speaker 1: Carolina basically the ABA, one of their charters, and then
- 9:44Speaker 1: you look it further into it must include the air
- 9:46Speaker 1: type prohibition on it payments for stable coins acting as
- 9:49Speaker 1: a store of value by clearly barring any interest or
- 9:53Speaker 1: yield like payments tied to the holding, retention or balance
- 9:56Speaker 1: of payment and stable coins. This is the issue we
- 9:58Speaker 1: are facing right now. The email we also adds that
- 10:01Speaker 1: employees don't need to answer questions or defend their positions.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Simply state your message and you'll be thanked.
- 10:09Speaker 2: For your call. That's very eerie sounding.
- 10:13Speaker 1: It says if this is all pre planned and they've
- 10:15Speaker 1: got like, you know, insiders telling them what to do.
- 10:19Speaker 1: There was another situation where banks were going in as
- 10:23Speaker 1: far as literally scripting it out to simply just kind
- 10:26Speaker 1: of ignore it, you know. So these are the kind
- 10:29Speaker 1: of things that are happening right now in DC. And
- 10:32Speaker 1: I'm talking about reference to getting clarity cleared.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Now.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Michael Saylor is hitting one thing because he acquired another
- 10:37Speaker 1: thirty four thousand and bitcoin that's two point five to
- 10:40Speaker 1: four billion, and if you look at that along with
- 10:44Speaker 1: what's going on right now around what Master is holding,
- 10:48Speaker 1: because they just surpassed ibit as the largest holder single
- 10:53Speaker 1: holder of bitcoin, so pretty significant as they continue to
- 10:57Speaker 1: play on this.
- 10:57Speaker 2: We're going to have their.
- 10:59Speaker 1: CEO next week to talk about this because it's pretty
- 11:02Speaker 1: interesting the strategy that strategy is playing. It's Tom Lee
- 11:06Speaker 1: continuing to support Ethereum with one hundred thousand dollars purchase
- 11:11Speaker 1: and this is something we've been kind of looking at
- 11:13Speaker 1: for time, but because of what's happening with the situation
- 11:16Speaker 1: with the kelpdow and ave over the weekend, this may
- 11:20Speaker 1: be a defense position of trying to.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Hold the price of eth.
- 11:24Speaker 1: This is all happening on a Monday, so get ready.
- 11:29Speaker 1: It is going to be a busy week. If you
