$46 silver. Are you ready for that?
• 0:04
I'm ready for that. But you might be asking what's
• 0:07
it going to take? What conditions need to be in
• 0:10
place for us to get to that heralded number of $46 per oz in
• 0:15
silver? Today, we're gonna get some
• 0:17
answers. We're gonna look at what Bank of
• 0:19
America is saying about silver. We're also gonna look at what
• 0:24
other mainstream media sources are saying about silver.
• 0:28
And finally, we're going to take a look at the gold to silver
• 0:31
ratio to prove that right now the price of silver really could
• 0:37
easily be at $46 per oz. But first, I want to say thank
• 0:40
you for joining me here in the basement.

Let's dig into this big prediction for silver that we're
• 0:54
getting from Bank of America. But they fell a little short and
• 0:58
you'll know what I mean. As we take a look at the
• 1:01
article, our friend Neil's over at Kitco brings us an article.
• 1:12
Bank of America remains bullish on silver, Sees $35.00 an ounce
• 1:18
by 2026. We like the bullish on silver
• 1:23
part, but really, $35.00 an ounce Bank of America by 2026?
• 1:28
Heck, we could be at $35 per oz next month.
• 1:31
But let's dig in and see what they're saying.
• 1:34
They're saying a growing chorus of analysis is not ready to give
• 1:38
up on silver just yet. Talking about how it's fighting
• 1:42
for $30 per oz, Bank of America is the latest institution to
• 1:47
weigh on silver. Michael Widmer, the bank's
• 1:50
precious metals strategist, expect silver prices to push to
• 1:55
$35.00 an ounce within the next two years.
• 1:58
Again, we think you're way off Michael, but we still want to
• 2:01
hear why and dig in and learn some fascinating things about
• 2:06
the silver market because there's something hidden in here
• 2:09
that I think we need to talk about.
• 2:11
He says in the last couple of years, gold has been the go to
• 2:14
safe haven asset as investors look to hedge against
• 2:18
geopolitical risk. However, Bank of America expects
• 2:22
that now it's silver's time to shine again.
• 2:27
Guys, this is Bank of America, one of the biggest banks in the
• 2:30
country as it is just recently started to perform within the
• 2:36
precious metal sector. They say, quote, silver has
• 2:40
underperformed gold as an industrial metal, as an
• 2:43
industrial metal has been weak. With the global economy turning
• 2:47
a corner, the white metal should start to perform better.
• 2:50
Additional support is also coming through is the next
• 2:54
generation of solar panels, which are more silver intensive,
• 2:58
are gaining traction. We've covered that ad nauseam.
• 3:02
It's unbelievable the amount of silver being sucked up by the
• 3:06
solar panel industry and then purple.
• 3:09
All of this may then also attract more investors to the
• 3:13
market, creating a virtuous cycle that pushes prices even
• 3:19
higher. The industrial demand, which the
• 3:21
Bank of America analyst is telling us is through the roof.
• 3:25
We know that much. But nobody's accounting for the
• 3:29
potential that investor demand could come back.
• 3:34
And if it also comes back, and I think it will come back when
• 3:38
people wake up, right, as mainstream media pays more
• 3:42
attention to silver and gold for that matter, we could have
• 3:46
unbelievable shortages, in particular when it comes to the
• 3:51
silver market, because we can check the box for industrial
• 3:54
demand. We're running a massive silver
• 3:57
deficit right now. We cannot check the box right
• 4:00
now for investor demand. But when that box does get
• 4:05
checked, Can you imagine the price moves that we could see in
• 4:10
  silver $46? That's nothing.
• 4:14
We're going to talk about the mainstream media next, which
• 4:16
could be the catalyst for this investor demand upswing that we
• 4:21
could easily see. I think we will see in the next
• 4:24
five years and we're going to talk about $46 silver why we
• 4:29
should be there right now. But first I want to say thanks
• 4:32
to the channel sponsors that make this video possible.
• 4:35
We have Pinbex Pi MB EX pinbex.com.

• 4:50
selection. I'll give you a little hint.
• 4:53
It's the exact same stuff they have in the big massive bull
• 4:56
online bullion dealers. Same exact stuff.
• 4:59
Compare the prices and then do your research right.
• 5:02
Read what other people have said about Pembex.
• 5:05
I can tell you I've worked with Pembex over a year, but make
• 5:09
sure that you're comfortable because I want you to find out
• 5:12
what I found out. They are a company you can trust
• 5:15
and 1st Mining Gold, Canadian gold development company that
• 5:20
just put out some very positive drill results at their Du
• 5:25
Parquet project in Quebec. You can learn more about them at
• 5:28
firstmininggold.com and Fortuna Silver, Silver and Gold Precious
• 5:33
Metals Mining Company. They're a producing company in
• 5:38
two regions, Latin America, silver and gold, and West
• 5:42
Africa, which is gold centric. You can learn more about them at
• 5:46
fortunasilver.com. Now let's go check out just a
• 5:51
couple of the big mainstream articles where we're seeing
• 5:55
mainstream media covering silver and gold.
• 5:59
Here's the double whammy. Yahoo Finance, the most
• 6:03
mainstream of mainstream media, running an article from Reuters,
• 6:08
also the most mainstream of mainstream media talking about
• 6:13
gold dips. This was yesterday on higher
• 6:15
bond yields. Fed speakers on tap.
• 6:19
And we're not gonna go through all the details of this article,
• 6:22
but it covers gold and shows us that the mainstream media is
• 6:28
picking up on the gold action. Here's another one from CNBC,
• 6:32
right? Costco selling as much as 200
• 6:35
million in gold bars monthly, Wells Fargo estimates.
• 6:38
And this is an older article, but I can tell you CNBC is also
• 6:42
running more and more articles covering the gold and silver
• 6:47
markets. Guys, this could act as a
• 6:49
catalyst to bring more Western investors into the silver and
• 6:54
gold market. And remember, remember, that's
• 6:57
the missing link. That's the one component that we
• 7:00
need to have, right, for a real massive move up in the silver
• 7:06
price and the gold price as well, right?
• 7:09
  These are, it's a, it's a great opportunity.
• 7:11
It literally is the silver lining and it's the one that
• 7:15
nobody really focuses on. But when that comes through
• 7:19
again, it will serve as a catalyst to move the prices
• 7:22
higher and higher. Finally, let's talk about $46.
• 7:26
So let's take a quick look at the gold to silver ratio.
• 7:30
Here we have the gold to silver ratio all the way back to 1915.
• 7:35
As you can see, when the government controlled the price
• 7:39
of silver and gold, it was real kind of choppy, I guess you
• 7:42
would say. However, once the prices were
• 7:45
allowed to trade freely, we can see up and down movements.
• 7:51
Look, when I look at this chart, I can easily see that maybe 50
• 7:56
is the kind of the average over the last number of years.
• 8:00
We've gotten down there a number of times lately.
• 8:03
Guys, if we had a gold to silver ratio of 50 right now, do you
• 8:08
know what the silver price would be at $2300 gold?
• 8:13
If we had the 50 to one gold to silver ratio, the price of
• 8:18
silver would easily be $46 per oz.
• 8:22
Is it clear to you that the silver price and the gold price
• 8:26
for that matter, should be much higher than they are right now?
• 8:31
We've got the biggest bank, Bank of America, right?
• 8:34
  Talking about higher silver prices.
• 8:37
We have the mainstream media starting to pick up on the
• 8:41
story, which could catalyze individual retail demand in the
• 8:47
West. And we know that historically if
• 8:50
we zoom in on silver, that the silver price relative to gold is
• 8:56
quite a good value right now. Hey, don't make any financial
• 9:00
decisions based on anything I'm saying.
• 9:02
It's what I believe you need to do your own due diligence and
• 9:06
let me know what you think. We're always interested in
• 9:10
hearing your thoughts on the silver market.
• 9:12
On the gold market. One thing we do know for sure,
• 9:17
it's going to be a choppy ride, but we believe that the price
• 9:20
and value of silver and gold will be much higher in the
• 9:24
future. I'll be here for you through it
• 9:27
all. Thanks for joining me today and
• 9:29
  I'll see you next time.
