- 0:00Speaker 1: This is Melbourne's number one hit music station. It's Mikey,
- 0:04Speaker 1: Amy Gerard, here's Nat with a hit of celeb gossip.
- 0:07Speaker 2: A bit to go through in this story, but the
- 0:09Speaker 2: headline is Meghan Markle's father has been accused of possessing
- 0:14Speaker 2: child abuse material.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Oh, wow.
- 0:16Speaker 2: So, yes. So her father, Thomas Markle Senior, we know
- 0:20Speaker 2: that she's been estranged from him since 2018.
- 0:22Speaker 1: He didn't go to the wedding or something. He didn't
- 0:24Speaker 1: go to the.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Wedding and we know that he was like staging paparazzi
- 0:27Speaker 2: photos and all this stuff. Now what we know is
- 0:30Speaker 2: that his son and Meghan's half-brother, Thomas Michael Jr., apparently
- 0:35Speaker 2: discovered the collection of hundreds if not thousands of images
- 0:39Speaker 2: and reported his own father to the police. Now these
- 0:41Speaker 2: images were found at a home that he used to
- 0:43Speaker 2: live in in the Philippines. Wow. So Thomas Michael Sr.,
- 0:47Speaker 2: Meghan's dad, is currently in rehab because he had a
- 0:50Speaker 2: stroke and a leg amputation. But basically he's come out
- 0:53Speaker 2: and called the allegations sick lies and and believes it's
- 0:56Speaker 2: a malicious attempt by his son to destroy him.
- 0:59Speaker 1: So he's saying, oh, he planted it or something. Something
- 1:03Speaker 1: like that.
- 1:04Speaker 2: He did, however, admit to travelling to the Philippines twice
- 1:07Speaker 2: in the past, paying adult women for sex, but maintains...
- 1:10Speaker 2: That's not a crime. So I haven't done anything wrong there.
- 1:13Speaker 2: We also know that Meghan was first informed of these
- 1:17Speaker 2: allegations back in 2018. So that is actually what caused
- 1:21Speaker 2: the estrangement. And it had nothing to do with these
- 1:23Speaker 2: paparazzi photos and things like that. But she obviously didn't.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Say anything you wouldn't come out and publicly out yes say.
- 1:30Speaker 2: That how embarrassing she's also said i'm deeply distressed at
- 1:34Speaker 2: the news that has come to light and my thoughts
- 1:35Speaker 2: are with any children who may have been harmed although
- 1:37Speaker 2: the breadth of what has now been uncovered is more
- 1:39Speaker 2: sickening than one could ever imagine my sincerest hope is
- 1:42Speaker 2: that justice will fully be served and the priority remains
- 1:44Speaker 2: the safety and protection of innocent children now the national
- 1:47Speaker 2: domestic family and sexual violence hotline i must say is
- 1:50Speaker 2: 1-800-RESPECT But yeah, that's, I feel really, she cops a
- 1:54Speaker 2: hard time, but that's awful.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Well, imagine finding out your father was doing that stuff.
- 1:59Speaker 2: It would be the worst thing to ever hear for anybody,
- 2:03Speaker 2: let alone someone who has to deal with it privately
- 2:05Speaker 2: and so publicly.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Yeah, full on.
- 2:07Speaker 2: So in other news, Cara Delevingne, the model, the Victoria's
- 2:11Speaker 2: Secret model, she now identifies as lesbian. This is relevant
- 2:15Speaker 2: to the story. But she previously has been bisexual and
- 2:18Speaker 2: pansexual in the past. Mikey, do you want to explain
- 2:20Speaker 2: what pansexual is?
- 2:21Speaker 1: Oh, that's where they do it with pots and pans, remember?
- 2:25Speaker 2: I knew we had that dumb joke ready to go. No,
- 2:27Speaker 2: it's where you're attracted to people of all genders, regardless
- 2:30Speaker 2: of their sex or how they identify.
- 2:32Speaker 1: It's just their personality, right? Hang on, isn't that bi? No,
- 2:35Speaker 1: because if.
- 2:35Speaker 2: You're bisexual, you're attracted, I believe, and correct me if
- 2:38Speaker 2: I'm wrong, anyone from the LGBTQ plus community out there,
- 2:41Speaker 2: I believe if you're bisexual, you're attracted to... Men and women,
- 2:44Speaker 2: if you're pansexual, you could be attracted to a non-binary.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Are they them?
- 2:47Speaker 1: Are they them? You could be.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Attracted to anything.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Gotcha. A furry. Yeah, I guess.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Or is that something in itself?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Thing, can you help? He's not even there. He's not
- 2:57Speaker 1: there at the moment. He's our only one. The one
- 2:59Speaker 1: gay on the team is not there to help. He's
- 3:00Speaker 1: our only one thing. When we need you the most.
- 3:03Speaker 2: So anyway, Cara is lesbian, which we know is women
- 3:06Speaker 2: liking women. That one is easy for us to understand, yes.
- 3:10Speaker 2: And in a recent interview, she was speaking about, well,
- 3:13Speaker 2: she told a bit of a cautionary tale around sex parties.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Because she's quite open about her sex, sexuality, and she
- 3:20Speaker 2: went and tried to experience one, but she said it's
- 3:23Speaker 2: not exactly what she expected.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Let's have a listen.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Just be wary of sex bodies.
- 3:28Speaker 1: You never know. They can be bad.
- 3:31Speaker 3: What music's playing?
- 3:32Speaker 1: Oh, I have no idea. I blacked out. Like, maybe, like,
- 3:34Speaker 1: Flo Rida? It was bad.
- 3:36Speaker 3: It was specifically, like, when I was in a gymnasium
- 3:38Speaker 3: and the lights were really bright.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Gymnasium? I, like, went in, like, a mask and, like,
- 3:43Speaker 1: we were all attached to each other and... And it
- 3:45Speaker 1: wasn't that, it wasn't that at all. Everyone was wearing
- 3:49Speaker 1: like kitten heels.
- 3:50Speaker 2: So she went to a sex party held at a
- 3:52Speaker 2: gymnasium where they were playing like Eurospin, mate.
- 3:55Speaker 1: They're like Flo Rida.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Imagine you and your girlfriend are like, oh, let's go
- 4:00Speaker 3: to this sex party and Cara Delevingne rocks up and
- 4:03Speaker 3: you can get it on with a Victoria's Secret model jackpot.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I just don't think I could ever imagine Mikey at
- 4:09Speaker 2: a sex party.
- 4:10Speaker 1: No, I can't. Let alone with the lights on.
- 4:13Speaker 3: She just said a gymnasium and the lights were so bright.
- 4:16Speaker 2: It would have been that white light.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Yeah, to the hospital light where everyone looks ugly. And
- 4:21Speaker 3: gymnasiums just always have a feet smell, like a feet
- 4:24Speaker 3: and a sweat smell.
- 4:25Speaker 1: They do.
- 4:26Speaker 2: But I feel you're either a person who in your
- 4:29Speaker 2: brain knows at one stage in life I'm open to
- 4:31Speaker 2: like swingers parties and sex parties or like for me,
- 4:34Speaker 2: I know I don't care how long I'm married or
- 4:36Speaker 2: with someone or whatever. It's not for me.
- 4:38Speaker 1: No, I can't imagine doing that.
- 4:41Speaker 3: No, no, no.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Now you, Amy, you've been married a while. I feel
- 4:44Speaker 1: like Amy's got it in her.
- 4:45Speaker 3: No, no, I wouldn't ever go to a swingers party.
- 4:47Speaker 2: You've been a bit of a filthy girl before.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Who's not to say that when you're geriatric and you've
- 4:54Speaker 2: been married for 40 years, you and Ryan aren't going
- 4:56Speaker 2: to go to the gymnasium in a bit of a mask.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Everything's already sagging. I can't imagine.
- 5:01Speaker 3: I can't imagine being a 70 year old just getting
- 5:05Speaker 3: my kid off in the gymnasium.
- 5:07Speaker 2: No, thank you.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Not with that light. Not with that white, harsh lighting.
