- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Vinnie and Me. My website is
- 0:16Speaker 1: Jasonnewland dot com. Please only listen when you can safely
- 0:22Speaker 1: go to your eyes. This is Friday, whispers Whisper Friday,
- 0:39Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday, Whisper Friday. I think he's making the little
- 0:44Speaker 1: squeaky sounds. And Daddy, hey, daddy. I woke up just
- 0:51Speaker 1: now and Vinny wasn't in the bed. He list in
- 0:55Speaker 1: the living room saying, well, my fastest sleep on this scene.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I don't know if i'm 'a maybe I'll work him up.
- 1:07Speaker 1: I was I spaking too much noise, snoring. I don't know.
- 1:16Speaker 1: It's just about five in the border. I went to
- 1:23Speaker 1: bed about nine, and yeah, I'm okay. Had a few
- 1:44Speaker 1: very strange dreams, very strange dreams. I was. I think
- 2:02Speaker 1: I was a holiday camp. But it was just weird.
- 2:14Speaker 1: So I said, this place again in motodome with dreams
- 2:19Speaker 1: I've had before. But there's a place Star was going
- 2:27Speaker 1: to regularly. But for some reason there was bears, the
- 2:36Speaker 1: big black bears, which we generally don't have in this country,
- 2:42Speaker 1: roaming around. Yeah, very weird, and I knew some of
- 2:55Speaker 1: the big one who seemed to know quite a lot
- 2:58Speaker 1: of people at this holiday camp, and I was learning.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I was quite believed with myself because I was learning
- 3:14Speaker 1: some social skills, learning from my mistakes, previous mistakes. There
- 3:24Speaker 1: was one boy where I was cleaning the floor for
- 3:35Speaker 1: some reason, and I realized maybe it was the carpet
- 3:44Speaker 1: or whatever about I was enjoying cleaning the floor, which
- 3:50Speaker 1: is kind of joke, is I quite enjoyed using those
- 3:53Speaker 1: scrubbing machines to make the floor nice and sexy buffers.
- 4:02Speaker 1: They got it buffers, but then the floor turned in
- 4:09Speaker 1: to grass, which was weird.
- 4:18Speaker 2: That.
- 4:18Speaker 1: There was another part where I remem going to lie
- 4:21Speaker 1: in but I need to get ready to back up
- 4:26Speaker 1: and catch the plane. For some reason, there was a
- 4:30Speaker 1: plane to this place, and I realized that my bed
- 4:38Speaker 1: is in the reception and all these new people coming
- 4:41Speaker 1: in for their holiday performing a bigger line past my bed.
- 4:56Speaker 1: So I get out of bed and started to pack
- 5:01Speaker 1: my stuff, and and this this kind of happened.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Near the end of the dream.
- 5:09Speaker 4: There was a a man, I guess a manager or something,
- 5:17Speaker 4: and he was moaning because my stuff was there and
- 5:21Speaker 4: I'd left my stuff last time.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So I was a regular visitor, but I was leaving
- 5:32Speaker 1: bits and bobs like books and DVDs, hypnosis courses, things
- 5:41Speaker 1: like that for some reason. And I said, don't worry, Uglearum.
- 5:52Speaker 1: So I packed my back of my normal stuff and
- 5:58Speaker 1: I started to collect the stuff, and I was connect,
- 6:06Speaker 1: just put it in the bin. So that's what I did.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I collected it all, walked to the public bin, dropped
- 6:13Speaker 1: it in the bin. Then the manager came out and said,
- 6:17Speaker 1: what are you doing? That's the coplor in the blades?
- 6:21Speaker 1: Why are you checking out blades away? And I'm more confused.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I said, well, what you wanted me.
- 6:31Speaker 2: To get rid of it?
- 6:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to think of what else happened. Yeah,
- 6:52Speaker 1: that's that's a couple of big black bears. One was
- 6:56Speaker 1: in the ocean and it was well, I was on
- 7:01Speaker 1: I was near a beach and I was watching it
- 7:04Speaker 1: and it was way out and I said, either of
- 7:08Speaker 1: the tides really like, I don't know, some kind of
- 7:16Speaker 1: weird thing going on where the the wall was really
- 7:20Speaker 1: really really shallow, or that bears wearing stilts. So I
- 7:29Speaker 1: didn't really know how to figure that one out. I
- 7:32Speaker 1: shouldn't ask it. It was too far away, too far away,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and see I visited this stream before. There's been other
- 7:52Speaker 1: times when I've gone and it's been some kind of
- 8:02Speaker 1: dormitory situation, sharing a big, massive room with other people,
- 8:11Speaker 1: which is why I used to do when I was
- 8:13Speaker 1: a kid. I have done since as well, when I've
- 8:19Speaker 1: been on Buddhista treats, shared a room. Never liked to
- 8:25Speaker 1: never ever, ever, ever, ever, although it's one thing people
- 8:37Speaker 1: complain about scoring, so I used to ask to be
- 8:49Speaker 1: in the storing dorm, the storing dorm where everyone's snored,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and also everybody complained about snoring. One of ironic is
- 9:09Speaker 1: people that complain about snoring are the ones that snare themselves.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Always learning and always learning. That Friday, the first of
- 9:35Speaker 1: August two thousand and twenty far fu Yeah, today's the
- 9:53Speaker 1: the beginning of the month. Is well. I have bills,
- 9:58Speaker 1: bills on bills, so I had a few things taken
- 10:03Speaker 1: out my bank, a few more to come. I got
- 10:10Speaker 1: the electric and gas bill went out to day or
- 10:15Speaker 1: early hours in the morning. TV license went out, and
- 10:22Speaker 1: then I've got the water bill which put it be
- 10:29Speaker 1: in the next day or two. Then I got the
- 10:35Speaker 1: mobile phone and internet bill fifty seven pound I think,
- 10:41Speaker 1: or fifty nine pound, so I'll come out the next
- 10:46Speaker 1: few days as well. Then I've got the website bill,
- 10:54Speaker 1: which is fifty fifty three sixty cred something like that.
- 11:09Speaker 1: A few bits and bobs. I physiced uncle sausages yesterday,
- 11:22Speaker 1: and it's really weird because it's not he's really not well.
- 11:28Speaker 1: So I'm gonna focus on that. But where he's staying,
- 11:33Speaker 1: he's a nursing name, and it's lovely. The crowns of themselves.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I mean, it's peacocks there. I've actually took a little
- 11:44Speaker 1: video and took a picture. In fact, I might try
- 11:51Speaker 1: and use that picture as the the cover for this recording.
- 12:00Speaker 1: The thick was nearly as big as me, absolutely huge.
- 12:07Speaker 1: I thought it was going to be all kind of shaky,
- 12:10Speaker 1: and you know, I didn't want to go outside in
- 12:16Speaker 1: case it flew away. I don't know if peacock's gonna fly,
- 12:26Speaker 1: but this they didn't. They just sat there now bearing
- 12:33Speaker 1: it might.
- 12:34Speaker 3: How huge is.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I don't think peacocks can fly, can't they They're too big,
- 12:44Speaker 1: love ostriches, they're just too big. I didn't give a
- 12:51Speaker 1: bird kids past a certain size the hard for it
- 12:54Speaker 1: to fly. I mean, I know some birds aren't big.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Which do fly?
- 13:04Speaker 1: Mean eagles, swans they fly and they are huge vultures
- 13:18Speaker 1: they fly. Does ones fly? I think they do, dar
- 13:34Speaker 1: dary deck tary ductles, taro dactyles, darren ductiles. They used
- 13:41Speaker 1: to fly, don't they? Swans? Do one's fly? I think so?
- 14:03Speaker 1: But this pheasants a pheasant not a pheasant? What do
- 14:16Speaker 1: they call it?
- 14:17Speaker 5: You know?
- 14:17Speaker 1: And so as being pride for peacock, guess it? Beautiful
- 14:23Speaker 1: beautiful bird. And yeah, I took some pictures of the
- 14:31Speaker 1: bird and took a little video over it, and it
- 14:34Speaker 1: was just outside down the sausages door he's got, I
- 14:39Speaker 1: mean you can get in the door. He walked through
- 14:44Speaker 1: the place to get into his room. But he's got
- 14:47Speaker 1: a door that goes outside as well. Unfortunately, he got
- 14:54Speaker 1: to the care home, the nursing home too late to
- 15:02Speaker 1: be able to appreciate. When I'm appreciate, it's probably not
- 15:09Speaker 1: the correct word. But two, he didn't get to see
- 15:17Speaker 1: how nice it is because it's pretty much unconscious most
- 15:23Speaker 1: of the time all the time.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Really, so.
- 15:31Speaker 1: That was weird. So, I mean, this really nice little
- 15:34Speaker 1: room the staff for really nice. I mean it's a
- 15:41Speaker 1: little bit our of the way. This place as is
- 15:48Speaker 1: where I live, but this is even more out of
- 15:50Speaker 1: the way, a really nice area. It's about an hour
- 15:58Speaker 1: walk from where I still the same postcode, and funny enough,
- 16:05Speaker 1: well the same you know, not exactly the same, but
- 16:08Speaker 1: the same sort of area postcode. And it's a really
- 16:19Speaker 1: nice little area. In fact, it's kind of somewhere that
- 16:33Speaker 1: I could live, you know. It's just nicer than the
- 16:39Speaker 1: air loads of places to.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Walk your dog.
- 16:47Speaker 1: It's ahole. They've got this park or this forest, which
- 16:56Speaker 1: is called a nine hundred and ninety nine years at least, sorry,
- 17:05Speaker 1: was the last hundred and fifty years off cause she
- 17:10Speaker 1: used to be a mess. Now apparently I was reading
- 17:13Speaker 1: this black and that turned into this realy beautiful place. See. Yeah,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I mean, it's nothing to stop me from taking it
- 17:35Speaker 1: would not be up there. But think it's part time
- 17:38Speaker 1: I get down. I'm gonna be naked cause it's an
- 17:40Speaker 1: hour walk. I'm not gonna be wanting to walk through
- 17:43Speaker 1: the fields. Am I through a little forest? Yeah, it's nice.
- 18:00Speaker 1: And then on the way back, I got a lift.
- 18:07Speaker 1: It's like, wow, I got a left back. Not right
- 18:13Speaker 1: all the way home, but one of the nurses, okay,
- 18:17Speaker 1: workers just came he left here where I will living.
- 18:29Speaker 1: It was Yeah, very strange, very strange being in there.
- 18:42Speaker 1: And see, that's the kind of work that I would
- 18:50Speaker 1: have liked to have been unable to do. But at
- 18:58Speaker 1: the same time, it's kind of work that I don't
- 19:05Speaker 1: think I'll be able to do emotionally. So it's certain
- 19:18Speaker 1: skill set, you know, you need to be to do
- 19:25Speaker 1: that kind of work. I'm saying. It's like, I know
- 19:28Speaker 1: what I'm talking about, but I think it's kind of obvious.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You need to be caring, like really caring. You know,
- 19:44Speaker 1: you need to want to do the job as a
- 19:50Speaker 1: kind of vocation, as a life ambition, or I don't know,
- 20:07Speaker 1: a calling maybe so I could probably tap into that
- 20:16Speaker 1: side of things, although it's never been my life's ambition
- 20:22Speaker 1: to be with people at the end of life, so
- 20:25Speaker 1: that's otherwise paths I probably would have attempted to do,
- 20:30Speaker 1: so that's never been my life's ambition. By calling, but
- 20:37Speaker 1: I would I would argue that I do care. I'm
- 20:40Speaker 1: a caring person. Okay, here we come on. There's a
- 20:48Speaker 1: hero if you look inside my pats. But the other side,
- 20:58Speaker 1: and I'm really minimizing it cause I don't know enough
- 21:03Speaker 1: about the job. But from what I can see is
- 21:07Speaker 1: the other side, which is being able to emotionally deal
- 21:11Speaker 1: with that situation and continually deal with it. And I don't.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I don't have it. I don't have what it takes
- 21:32Speaker 1: for that. I don't believe I have. So maybe I'll
- 21:46Speaker 1: just continue making recordings. Maybe maybe that's where my my thing.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Maybe that's what I'm supposed to be doing. Maybe this
- 22:04Speaker 1: is what I'm supposed to be doing. This and so
- 22:08Speaker 1: many other things. Maybe you never know. I did like
- 22:26Speaker 1: the idea of being a nurse when I was shock
- 22:31Speaker 1: at being like muffet Raiser, devoting my life to helping people.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I mean, in my own way, I have done that.
- 22:57Speaker 1: It's just a little less dramatic, a little less noticeable,
- 23:11Speaker 1: perhaps a little less helpful. I loved the idea of
- 23:19Speaker 1: feeding hungry people, and I've done that. I did that
- 23:25Speaker 1: time Land, and it was brilliant. Buyer was the one
- 23:33Speaker 1: buying the food. I got ripped off by the people
- 23:38Speaker 1: cooking the food. And once the food was gone and
- 23:48Speaker 1: the money was gone, that was it was not very
- 23:55Speaker 1: sustainable by a great experience. Maybe in some kind of
- 24:19Speaker 1: small way, what I do this, you know, making recordings
- 24:30Speaker 1: is my way of helping others. That's why I'm doing it,
- 24:48Speaker 1: That's why I've divided nineteen years of my life to this.
- 25:00Speaker 1: It's just sometimes I think, especially when I do these
- 25:05Speaker 1: type of recordings, like you know, non therapeutic, non hypnotic recordings,
- 25:18Speaker 1: it feels a little bit like I'm just being self indulgent,
- 25:25Speaker 1: just talking about myself, and I wonder how that could
- 25:33Speaker 1: be of any use to anyone. But this is also
- 25:42Speaker 1: you know, let me boy to sleep or whisper, and
- 25:49Speaker 1: I don't do many of these. I was trying to
- 25:54Speaker 1: a weekly one on a Wednesday burn. Over the last
- 26:02Speaker 1: few weeks, the little routine I had has gone the
- 26:11Speaker 1: pot it's gone, it's crumbled, it's shrunk. So I haven't met,
- 26:22Speaker 1: not really been very regular recently. I tried to keep
- 26:31Speaker 1: it going, but it's been sporadic over the last six weeks,
- 26:42Speaker 1: not very regular, although I did keep the QUNE Fridays
- 26:48Speaker 1: bumping out until last Friday and this Friday, so I
- 26:57Speaker 1: have not asked for any questions the last two weeks.
- 27:05Speaker 1: All being well, I will continue with the QDA Friday's
- 27:20Speaker 1: next Friday, all being well, and the other regular let
- 27:33Speaker 1: Me Boy to sleep days such as Monday's boring Objects,
- 27:42Speaker 1: Trivia Tuesday, and I suppose that QDA Friday and Whisper
- 27:50Speaker 1: Wednesday they will all be back hopefully. Now I don't
- 27:59Speaker 1: know because as far as the Whisper, where this stay goes,
- 28:09Speaker 1: this new thing, this new routine that for some reason
- 28:22Speaker 1: I started, where I get out of bed, I take
- 28:33Speaker 1: my acid reflux doublin, and then I make a recording
- 28:39Speaker 1: and a whisper flop where I just update on what's
- 28:46Speaker 1: going on, what happened yesterday, what did I dream about,
- 28:56Speaker 1: and then talk for maybe twenty minutes, half an hour,
- 29:09Speaker 1: and that's it. Then I had my breakfast. So I've
- 29:16Speaker 1: been doing this for I think three days in a row,
- 29:30Speaker 1: and I might continue. I always feel different when I
- 29:47Speaker 1: just wake up compared to how I feel a few
- 29:54Speaker 1: hours in or big day or in the evening. First
- 30:02Speaker 1: of all, I'm awake, but probably providing I had enough sleep,
- 30:12Speaker 1: this is the most awake I am. It's also pretty quiet.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I can hear the pigeons, but other than that, I
- 30:37Speaker 1: let someone going out of the front door earlier. I'm
- 30:50Speaker 1: trying to think it has quite early, so it's probably yeah,
- 30:59Speaker 1: someone unstairs set. The council of taken back uncurse sausages
- 31:08Speaker 1: is council fla. They're not officially taken it back. They're
- 31:14Speaker 1: getting a month to get the place sorted before they
- 31:17Speaker 1: move in or before they take over. But they had
- 31:24Speaker 1: to be done because you can't you can't have to
- 31:28Speaker 1: rent paid on the council flaw and have the cost
- 31:37Speaker 1: of a nursing I'm paid cause that has to be
- 31:40Speaker 1: financed as well. So I think if you move into
- 31:48Speaker 1: if someone moves into a nursing home, they have to
- 31:51Speaker 1: get a notice for the council property. It's a month's
- 31:58Speaker 1: notice or something like that. There's not much in a
- 32:13Speaker 1: way of boxing going on this month. In fact, there's
- 32:19Speaker 1: only one. It gets the sixteenth of August and that's
- 32:28Speaker 1: stilling Way against Moses a dinner. That's it. I mean,
- 32:38Speaker 1: it's a couple of others, but no big big vacations.
- 32:55Speaker 1: There's a big one in September, which uh Crawford against Canelo.
- 33:09Speaker 1: That's in I think September twelfth. I think other than
- 33:19Speaker 1: that there yeah, Chris of Olu Bank Junior and Connaban
- 33:34Speaker 1: I think they're fighting again in September and in November
- 33:48Speaker 1: or maybe October, there's some boxing. There's a good night.
- 33:55Speaker 1: It's David Benavidez. He's defending his LI heavyweight title against
- 34:17Speaker 1: Callum Smith. It David Benevidez is one of my favorite boxes.
- 34:35Speaker 1: They call him the Mexican Monster now my own. It's
- 34:41Speaker 1: not criticism of him, but he doesn't fight enough. But
- 34:47Speaker 1: he's been hanging around waiting to get his hands on
- 34:56Speaker 1: what's his name, can But Canelo didn't want him, but
- 35:03Speaker 1: he didn't want to fight him and David Pennelder's he
- 35:12Speaker 1: he held the world title two times at Super mid
- 35:18Speaker 1: Away and it was also at the interim World champion
- 35:24Speaker 1: at Super mid Away as well. And he waited, then
- 35:29Speaker 1: he waited, then he waited, then he waited, and Canello
- 35:35Speaker 1: wouldn't fight him. He ended up fighting other people who
- 35:42Speaker 1: were also waited, and it got to the point where
- 35:47Speaker 1: it was almost just for those who wanted to be
- 35:51Speaker 1: world champions. There's no point sticking around the Super mid
- 35:56Speaker 1: aweight division because Canello has it were tied up. And
- 36:04Speaker 1: also if he decides to go up and wait while
- 36:10Speaker 1: the belts still stay around. He because he's a superstar boxer.
- 36:19Speaker 1: The different organizations banded, they let him do way ever
- 36:30Speaker 1: he once, so if he doesn't defend his title for
- 36:35Speaker 1: every year or a year and a half, they just
- 36:38Speaker 1: allow it because he's where the money is. I am
- 36:54Speaker 1: looking forward to that fight with Crawford because Crawford is
- 37:04Speaker 1: a special fighter. Yeah, I'd be an interesting fighter, kay.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I'd be interested to find out what uh Fabia Waldley
- 37:31Speaker 1: is gonna do next. David not David Price, wow of
- 37:50Speaker 1: Philosophic got his name David David David David David, David
- 37:56Speaker 1: David t His surname's gone out of my head. He
- 38:10Speaker 1: beat Bosh Dice the Rumford ball. David David, David David.
- 38:23Speaker 1: It's not David A, it's not David Price, David something. Anyway,
- 38:37Speaker 1: he's gonna be fighting and mention her off. So I
- 38:41Speaker 1: can't remember the hat. I can't remember David. And so
- 38:47Speaker 1: that's I think in October. So there's a few occasions,
- 38:54Speaker 1: but the biggest one really recently was the last weekend
- 39:02Speaker 1: to the weekend before, which was Daniel to bar against
- 39:13Speaker 1: Basic And it was a bit of an empty climax,
- 39:24Speaker 1: just how easily Basic one like e easily one wasn't. Yeah,
- 39:50Speaker 1: that's it. Really, I'm gonna have my breakfast cause I
- 39:57Speaker 1: deserve it. I deserved to happen my to me rewarded.
- 40:05Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm going to do today because
- 40:09Speaker 1: I didn't my lawn be last night. I didn't realize
- 40:13Speaker 1: that i'd run out of tracksuit bombs, so I did
- 40:19Speaker 1: them last night, and I don't think they're dry enough
- 40:23Speaker 1: to wear, and I can't go out with these.
- 40:27Speaker 2: I have to go.
- 40:30Speaker 1: If I'm going to go to a place like that,
- 40:33Speaker 1: I need to be clean and I need to be
- 40:35Speaker 1: wearing clean clothes.
- 40:39Speaker 2: It's just.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Yeah, if I don't go today, maybe i'll go tomorrow. Yeah,
- 41:10Speaker 1: that's quite peaceful. Well that my stomach. My stomach is now.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Let me know. I feed to be so I'm gonna go.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself
- 41:25Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy. Be gentle with yourself.
- 41:32Speaker 1: You deserve to feel safe. Lots of love.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Bye. Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, Maybe
- 42:12Speaker 2: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 42:17Speaker 2: feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 42:30Speaker 2: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 42:36Speaker 2: it's finished, and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 42:42Speaker 2: and peace. But also I think it would be nice
- 42:58Speaker 2: to have those feelings of relaxation continue.
- 43:13Speaker 1: For longer.
- 43:17Speaker 2: After the recording has ended, so that you can still
- 43:27Speaker 2: benefit from listening to my voice, maybe in a few
- 43:37Speaker 2: hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially
- 43:53Speaker 2: if you find like some people do and myself as well.
- 43:58Speaker 2: I sometimes I'll find particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 44:10Speaker 2: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 44:14Speaker 2: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 44:27Speaker 2: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 44:32Speaker 2: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations that kind
- 44:37Speaker 2: of was hypnosis really.
- 44:41Speaker 6: And.
- 44:43Speaker 2: I managed to find it again and it still has
- 44:46Speaker 2: the same effect on me, And part of it was
- 44:56Speaker 2: the person's voice.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Relaxed me.
- 45:04Speaker 2: She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward.
- 45:10Speaker 1: To listening to her in the morning and in the evening.
- 45:23Speaker 2: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 45:33Speaker 2: since I've done that pressed the play button. This is
- 45:38Speaker 2: in the days of CD players pressed the play button.
- 45:52Speaker 2: In fact, it might have even been a tape tape recorder.
- 45:56Speaker 2: I'd lie down on the bed and then even without
- 46:05Speaker 2: necessarily listening to her words because I had to memorized. Really,
- 46:23Speaker 2: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 46:33Speaker 2: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 46:55Speaker 2: I remember my mind.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Would slow down.
- 47:06Speaker 2: Now. Now, I was listening to this recording in the
- 47:15Speaker 2: early days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever
- 47:23Speaker 2: made any videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't
- 47:31Speaker 2: start doing that till two thousand and six, I knew,
- 47:45Speaker 2: I knew how helpful I found being able to just
- 47:58Speaker 2: let go, to have that trust in the person that
- 48:06Speaker 2: I'm listening to, knowing that it's going to be just
- 48:20Speaker 2: as relaxing, if not more so. Each time you hear
- 48:27Speaker 2: my voice, you may feel the same.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Some people.
- 48:43Speaker 2: Have been listening to me for over a decade, maybe
- 48:55Speaker 2: not solidly, obviously, not twenty four hours a day. Maybe
- 49:03Speaker 2: people come back, some people maybe listen every day. That's
- 49:19Speaker 2: something that I do which you may not realize by listening,
- 49:33Speaker 2: is when I record these recordings. Now, for example, I
- 49:51Speaker 2: also am affected by the words.
- 49:57Speaker 1: That I say. So if I.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 50:18Speaker 2: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 50:26Speaker 2: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your
- 50:43Speaker 2: hands and maybe notice the difference between each hand. Perhaps
- 50:56Speaker 2: notice that the air in the room, the temperature of
- 51:02Speaker 2: the room. On the backs of your hands. You may
- 51:14Speaker 2: start to notice what almost feels like a very light breeze,
- 51:23Speaker 2: even though there may not be any type of breeze
- 51:27Speaker 2: at all.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Where you are right now.
- 51:39Speaker 2: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 51:50Speaker 2: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now and
- 52:18Speaker 2: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 52:25Speaker 2: may be the reason you're listening, I also feel drowsy
- 52:42Speaker 2: when I make these recordings. I also notice my mind.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Drifting.
- 53:03Speaker 2: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 53:21Speaker 2: and then I carry on talking and it's suddenly when I.
- 53:32Speaker 1: Listen back to do the editing, I.
- 53:38Speaker 2: Hear snoring, and I think I don't remember snoring. I
- 53:47Speaker 2: remember talking and snorings I picked turned up. That's why
- 53:58Speaker 2: I sound like when I now.
- 54:05Speaker 1: I get read into a whole experience.
- 54:18Speaker 2: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed you feel
- 54:28Speaker 2: in your feet, how relaxed.
- 54:36Speaker 7: You feel in your hands. I have noticed.
- 54:57Speaker 1: More and more.
- 55:04Speaker 2: That the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 55:20Speaker 2: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 55:39Speaker 2: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breath easier without
- 56:02Speaker 2: necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able to notice
- 56:33Speaker 2: the ease.
- 56:38Speaker 1: In which.
- 56:46Speaker 2: You breathe so naturally. I breathe so very easily and smoothly.
- 57:36Speaker 2: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my
- 57:54Speaker 2: eyes closed, I tend to visualize beautiful field of trees
- 58:14Speaker 2: and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels
- 58:48Speaker 2: nice too, if nothing else, just taking.
- 59:02Speaker 8: Some time.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Away from everything, enjoying.
- 59:33Speaker 1: That feeling of.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Peace, serenity with a joyful heart. Time seems to just
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: unattached to any thoughts whatsoever. In this moment, completely free,
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: you'd like to say that your mind.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Slowed down. Slowed down.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: Because nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy the
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: physical sensations of allowing the stress to drip out of
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: your body, drip in and outs of every part of
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: your body being released from your brain, your mind. Slowly
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: but surely, the muscle of in your legs, legs, racks
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: rise so very deeping, riles so deeply. And the feelings
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders, deeply in each
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: part of your body.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Further deep.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: And deep, like to say, the feedings in the back
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: of your neck, the feedings in your wrists, muscles, in
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: the front of your body.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: S peace.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: Deep sense of peace spreads through.
- 1:09:39Speaker 9: A very cool, even manu.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: Focus on your mind. Your mind becomes be AND's slow deeper,
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: relax fairies, stomach taste for many of stomach help back lettice, lettice,
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: sound relaxed. You now feel in the hole of your back.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: In a spy.
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: From your brain, all lay down the middle of your back,
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: sending and receiving millions of missings just every day.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: Deap comfort.
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: Increase, deeply relaxed, your niece, my legs, spreading those signals
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: down your spinal cord into every parts of your body,
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: your shins, in your carf and outputs. Fields of peace
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: and tranquility spreading through your body, tips of your toes
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: to your eyes, your fingers. Wait, you know, a bad
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: letting go, retinker pace to drift in mind just won't
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: be in a way happy to let go, let God completely,
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: let go, so drink.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: No Boddy.
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: Joy of sens joy space this space, pace and safety,
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: surf ery, letting go. Maybe we can just focus on
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: different pos of your body.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: Just notice.
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: A boy of your eyes, joy so loose, notice a
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, has energy pace to
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: breeze so much. Yes, may not have noticed your mind
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: driftinghhhh pace deeply.
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: In the direct of.
- 1:31:11Speaker 10: Ditle blissful pace blissful pace directed two pays.
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: Short. Let you go.
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: Mindt body films almost visible, very relaxed and paceful.
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: Pace like.
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:37:01Speaker 2: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down.
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: And that could be almost in.
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: Recognition of.
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: I guess my speech not being particularly fast, and things
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: just generally.
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: Feel calmer.
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:37:57Speaker 2: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 1:38:13Speaker 2: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:38:24Speaker 2: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:38:29Speaker 2: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:38:41Speaker 2: and it stresses that you had in your body. It's
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: almost as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:38:56Speaker 2: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: that negativity with positive healing energy, which then.
- 1:39:17Speaker 7: Fills your body up and your mind.
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: To also.
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: Starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: almost uplifting feeling, positive.
- 1:39:49Speaker 7: Healing energy that spreads through your body like a wave.
- 1:40:03Speaker 2: Of comfort. And all this comes from just.
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: Allowing yourself.
- 1:40:18Speaker 2: A few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: want it to be, to just rest, allow your mind
- 1:40:36Speaker 2: and your body to almost preset itself to the settings
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more room for
- 1:41:04Speaker 2: feelings of pleasure.
- 1:41:09Speaker 1: And happiness.
- 1:41:14Speaker 2: To move around your body and into your mind, almost
- 1:41:23Speaker 2: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:41:32Speaker 2: almost mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness.
- 1:41:47Speaker 2: And it feels nice, really does feel nice.
- 1:41:54Speaker 1: To know that you are the.
- 1:41:57Speaker 2: One that has allowed yourself.
- 1:42:04Speaker 1: To feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:42:15Speaker 6: More this.
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: it becomes even more calm and comfortable. Just by focusing.
- 1:43:11Speaker 2: And as I move down your body, starting and your head,
- 1:43:20Speaker 2: the parts that you have already focused on or continue.
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: To relax deeply.
- 1:43:31Speaker 2: And those parts that have not yet focused on or
- 1:43:37Speaker 2: just automatically release any remain intention in anticipation of even
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: more comfort about to come. Now the start by focusing
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: on your forehead. Just being aware the feelings of your forehead,
- 1:44:15Speaker 2: any background sounds like mister Herbert the pigeon can just
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: allow you to feel even more relaxed. Just means during
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: the moment, this isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This
- 1:44:39Speaker 2: is the world. I live in the countryside, so there's
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: lots of nature sounds around. As you focus on your forehead,
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: just notice.
- 1:45:01Speaker 7: How it becomes even more relaxed as.
- 1:45:05Speaker 1: You focus.
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: Lonely on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:45:20Speaker 2: Moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: how your eyelids feel so heavy, he has so light
- 1:45:40Speaker 2: At the same time, all.
- 1:45:45Speaker 7: The muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 1:45:50Speaker 2: Completely. Moving your focus down to your mouth, lips, your tongue,
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: your teeth, You comes behole of your mouth, relaxing, calm, blase.
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: If you focus now on your jaw, just a part
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: of your jaw near your mouth, your chin, but all
- 1:46:36Speaker 2: the way up the size of your face to your ears,
- 1:46:42Speaker 2: the hole of your jaw, heading.
- 1:46:52Speaker 7: All relaxed, calm, focusing.
- 1:47:11Speaker 2: On your leck, the front of your neck, and your throat.
- 1:47:19Speaker 2: Legs in loose and calm, the sides of your leck,
- 1:47:31Speaker 2: right and left side of your leg. Your legs stand
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: lace and calm. Now the back of your leck, focusing
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: on the back of your leg, letting go with any
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: tension that may have been there before, and enjoy in
- 1:48:14Speaker 2: fact sense of increasing comfort and release. I think you
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: can experience in the back of your neck, moving down
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: your back, moving either side of your spine right from
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: the top of your back.
- 1:48:49Speaker 1: All the way.
- 1:48:50Speaker 2: Down to the bottom of your back, down to your
- 1:49:03Speaker 2: lower back. As you move up and down your spine,
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: you can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 1:49:22Speaker 2: relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax, that sense
- 1:49:37Speaker 2: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: both sides of your back, the top of your back
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: the middle when your lower back, and as you're scared,
- 1:50:03Speaker 2: gently and slowly up and down your back, the muscles
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: at the top of your back relegs and become a looser.
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: The muscles in the middle of your back also seemed
- 1:50:27Speaker 2: to just almost define from each other, separating and almost melting.
- 1:50:43Speaker 2: Getting your lower back seems to be an extra special
- 1:50:50Speaker 2: feeling of comfort.
- 1:51:00Speaker 7: The spreads into your hips.
- 1:51:05Speaker 2: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 1:51:13Speaker 2: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks. These
- 1:51:22Speaker 2: muscles don't spread.
- 1:51:27Speaker 11: Give your lower back.
- 1:51:31Speaker 2: Into your hip area, start to melt, start to reading,
- 1:51:44Speaker 2: let go, then you know where about to focus on
- 1:51:55Speaker 2: your shoulders. Back spye, continue till they go, continue to relax.
- 1:52:14Speaker 3: So coldly.
- 1:52:23Speaker 2: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: already feeling really this, They're already come I fear those muscles.
- 1:53:07Speaker 2: Then move from your neck into your shoulders.
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: Feels so soft and chantle, so sooner and calm.
- 1:53:48Speaker 2: The feeling your shoulders seins to spread deep into your
- 1:54:01Speaker 2: shoulders as sense a relaxation, not just traveling deeply into
- 1:54:12Speaker 2: your muscles, also relaxing.
- 1:54:21Speaker 1: The butterness.
- 1:54:28Speaker 2: And moving away to underneath your arms, relaxing the whole
- 1:54:37Speaker 2: area between the tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms.
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: He then.
- 1:54:53Speaker 3: You just so.
- 1:54:56Speaker 2: Relaxed, bec in your shoulders. Who says that's deep healing
- 1:55:14Speaker 2: message into your arms. You may feel almost as if
- 1:55:32Speaker 2: your arms an't leave that because the sun relaxed so deeply, relaxed,
- 1:55:52Speaker 2: so calm. So that feels spreading oh down your arms
- 1:56:37Speaker 2: to outwayes including day you alwis sircumpt spreads away interists
- 1:57:11Speaker 2: four sadrists.
- 1:57:20Speaker 1: So heavy.
- 1:57:25Speaker 2: Yet the same time sunlight and gentle fuck said, now
- 1:58:12Speaker 2: your ads as peace annoy a sense of real pace
- 1:59:24Speaker 2: just seems to feel so famillion hands relax dem else
- 2:00:07Speaker 2: it's think it upst your bodys f kicks fished comf
- 2:04:33Speaker 2: schools sands in.
- 2:06:41Speaker 1: Faith. Then you faint.
- 2:06:51Speaker 2: S pas scon' sais sc pacef s pace bra same
- 2:08:09Speaker 2: payce f.
- 2:08:15Speaker 1: S come on.
- 2:08:24Speaker 2: Let relaxation, the sprit, the chest, the story, let's sake
- 2:08:45Speaker 2: go everything. So I'm gonna start counting down now, from
- 2:09:06Speaker 2: twenty down to one. You can imagine in a way
- 2:09:15Speaker 2: it's like just walking down some steps in each step
- 2:09:22Speaker 2: or twenty steps, and each step represents a level of comfort.
- 2:09:31Speaker 2: Each step represents a deepening of that comfort and the
- 2:09:47Speaker 2: furthes you walk down those steps that deeper or blast
- 2:09:54Speaker 2: you feel. So starting with number twenty twenty nineteen eighteen
- 2:11:48Speaker 2: seventeen sixtyhhhhhhh fi three.
- 2:14:34Speaker 1: Four s.
- 2:16:42Speaker 12: Twohhhhhhhhhh no.
- 2:20:01Speaker 6: Usus us.
- 2:21:00Speaker 2: Eight six.
- 2:24:53Speaker 13: Fi us.
- 2:25:37Speaker 14: The visisi, as you focus on your lives, the countdown
- 2:31:00Speaker 14: down to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:31:15Speaker 14: the muscles.
- 2:31:16Speaker 2: Around your eyes, your eye walls themselves, a whole area
- 2:31:28Speaker 2: that makes up your eye. And as we count down.
- 2:31:42Speaker 1: From ten.
- 2:31:45Speaker 2: Down to one, was to focus in on your eyes,
- 2:31:57Speaker 2: your become twice is relaxed with each number counting down
- 2:32:12Speaker 2: that you may find.
- 2:32:17Speaker 1: The way you want to do is just.
- 2:32:22Speaker 2: To drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:32:32Speaker 2: then just allow yourself to do that now focusing on
- 2:32:45Speaker 2: your eyes and to begin counting down.
- 2:32:52Speaker 1: From ten down to one.
- 2:32:58Speaker 2: Right now.
- 2:33:33Speaker 15: Nine eighth seven shhhhh.
- 2:39:30Speaker 3: Three usus.
- 2:42:05Speaker 1: One.
- 2:42:11Speaker 2: So counted down from ten to one, ten nine eight
- 2:42:31Speaker 2: seven six five four three two.
- 2:42:48Speaker 1: One.
- 2:42:55Speaker 2: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:42:58Speaker 2: to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for you to
- 2:43:03Speaker 2: notice the calming of your body, maybe even a little
- 2:43:12Speaker 2: bit of pressure there, like you're counted down from ten
- 2:43:16Speaker 2: to one. Would you expect me to do man, expect
- 2:43:20Speaker 2: me to just to go with floppy just because you're
- 2:43:23Speaker 2: counting down. If you try again, but this time, I'll
- 2:43:33Speaker 2: go this slower this time that you focus on the
- 2:43:40Speaker 2: whole of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 2:43:47Speaker 1: Just notice.
- 2:43:49Speaker 2: How your body does start to feel more relaxed every
- 2:44:03Speaker 2: number that I count down ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, one,
- 2:45:50Speaker 2: I just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 2:45:55Speaker 2: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 2:46:10Speaker 2: ten to one. It's that space that you have.
- 2:46:18Speaker 8: That.
- 2:46:21Speaker 2: Space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting or
- 2:46:42Speaker 2: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 2:46:48Speaker 2: or needing to think about anything. So it opens up
- 2:46:55Speaker 2: a space, you know, a bit of a space, a gap.
- 2:47:05Speaker 2: And the more I came down from ten to one,
- 2:47:10Speaker 2: the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:47:20Speaker 2: of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling, and it moves
- 2:47:37Speaker 2: those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves.
- 2:47:46Speaker 1: Away. Allows you to just slow down.
- 2:48:05Speaker 2: Someone to count the game.
- 2:48:06Speaker 7: From ten down to one, and notice that gap, widening.
- 2:48:15Speaker 1: The gap.
- 2:48:17Speaker 2: And this is it widens, it's almost slight. The the
- 2:48:21Speaker 2: stress and attention falls into the gap gives you that distance,
- 2:48:41Speaker 2: that space. Now ten nine eight, seven, six, five.
- 2:49:45Speaker 1: Four three.
- 2:50:39Speaker 2: One. How did your body feel.
- 2:50:57Speaker 1: Now?
- 2:51:10Speaker 2: Can you notice that they feeling calm, the feeling relaxed?
- 2:51:49Speaker 2: There were Now focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:52:09Speaker 2: We're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:52:29Speaker 2: it's not the most exciting thing to be doing because.
- 2:52:38Speaker 1: I'm sure, like most.
- 2:52:39Speaker 2: Of your body is not a lot going on right now.
- 2:52:51Speaker 2: Just focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops
- 2:52:57Speaker 2: of your thighs, the side your thighs, the bottoms of
- 2:53:03Speaker 2: your thighs, your outer thighs and inner thighs, basically the
- 2:53:11Speaker 2: whole of your thigh that leads into your hip.
- 2:53:18Speaker 1: And it goes down to your.
- 2:53:23Speaker 2: Knee joint. Now, this is a big area. It's a
- 2:53:35Speaker 2: very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles
- 2:53:42Speaker 2: in your body or in your thighs. But I don't
- 2:53:55Speaker 2: think we perhaps eve enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps
- 2:54:09Speaker 2: we don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are to
- 2:54:20Speaker 2: our lives.
- 2:54:32Speaker 1: How much.
- 2:54:35Speaker 2: They actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 2:54:48Speaker 2: it may seem to sound really weird, but I think
- 2:54:54Speaker 2: that all of our body parts, especially our thighs, needs
- 2:55:01Speaker 2: some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement,
- 2:55:19Speaker 2: thank you, gratitude for what air thighs do for us.
- 2:55:34Speaker 2: And I know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe
- 2:55:40Speaker 2: you think, why am I shure? How should be out
- 2:55:43Speaker 2: in the garden hugging a tree or something. It's hard
- 2:55:52Speaker 2: to sell, like I phone up on a tree, so
- 2:55:55Speaker 2: when I'm doing this singdoors somewise, I wouldn't be outside
- 2:55:58Speaker 2: out in a tree, I can't see the television. Country
- 2:56:08Speaker 2: we moved down to your knees. He gain such an
- 2:56:13Speaker 2: important part, and I think we don't necessarily I'll speak
- 2:56:22Speaker 2: for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate all that I
- 2:56:30Speaker 2: need to do for me until I have a problem
- 2:56:35Speaker 2: with my need. Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash
- 2:56:40Speaker 2: it or it's aching for some reason, then that I
- 2:56:47Speaker 2: realize how much it does. You know, the benefit of
- 2:56:52Speaker 2: being able to use my legs without any kind physical discomfort.
- 2:57:03Speaker 1: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:57:06Speaker 2: That's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed. You know
- 2:57:14Speaker 2: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:57:23Speaker 2: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:57:29Speaker 2: of gratitude and love to your needs for all that
- 2:57:35Speaker 2: they do for you. You can still have that attention
- 2:57:48Speaker 2: on your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice.
- 2:57:56Speaker 5: That they are.
- 2:58:00Speaker 2: Relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms
- 2:58:16Speaker 2: of your legs, your shins, and your carve muscles, the
- 2:58:21Speaker 2: bones between your knees and your feet incorporates, and the
- 2:58:28Speaker 2: course your ankles so important. Anyone that's had even like
- 2:58:41Speaker 2: the slightest sprain of an ankle knows how how much
- 2:58:48Speaker 2: we take our ankles for granted. And it's kind of
- 2:58:58Speaker 2: strange in a way when you think that. You know, logically,
- 2:59:04Speaker 2: our wrists are a lot thinner than the rest of
- 2:59:07Speaker 2: our arms, which is okay, it doesn't you can't see
- 2:59:12Speaker 2: any problem with that because we're just picking stuff up
- 2:59:17Speaker 2: by our ankles so much thinner than the rest of
- 2:59:22Speaker 2: our legs. And from a physics perspective or logical even
- 2:59:33Speaker 2: it doesn't really make sense that all this weight would
- 2:59:39Speaker 2: ultimately be resting on your ankles then lead to your feet,
- 2:59:51Speaker 2: a thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much
- 3:00:00Speaker 2: great work. Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime,
- 3:00:12Speaker 2: helps us to balance, It helps you to get around
- 3:00:21Speaker 2: and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles. Of course,
- 3:00:35Speaker 2: when I was younger, I couldn't see the pointing calf muscles.
- 3:00:40Speaker 2: Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if I walked around
- 3:00:45Speaker 2: on tiptoes, then my calf muscles get some work. But
- 3:00:50Speaker 2: of course that's not true. The calf muscles are being
- 3:00:52Speaker 2: used whenever we use their legs in your shins there
- 3:01:06Speaker 2: to protect you'll lower legs shaped in a way almost
- 3:01:17Speaker 2: as a protector for the bone, leading of course to
- 3:01:28Speaker 2: your ankles and your feet. But we're not going to
- 3:01:39Speaker 2: focus on your feet. We're just going to focus on
- 3:01:41Speaker 2: the legs. And I realize, now that I've mentioned your feet,
- 3:01:48Speaker 2: you'll probably focus on them anyway, So maybe I should
- 3:01:53Speaker 2: focus on your feet a little bit. You can have them,
- 3:01:59Speaker 2: and you're aware the same as you have your thighs
- 3:02:05Speaker 2: in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing on
- 3:02:09Speaker 2: your thighs a few minutes, we're focusing on your ankles.
- 3:02:21Speaker 2: There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs, and
- 3:02:36Speaker 2: there's that movement.
- 3:02:39Speaker 1: Of energy.
- 3:02:42Speaker 2: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:02:49Speaker 2: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:02:54Speaker 2: in our thighs. But the skin on the outside of
- 3:03:08Speaker 2: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our body,
- 3:03:14Speaker 2: can be very sensitive, sensitive to attach, sensitive to temperature,
- 3:03:32Speaker 2: and inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, is
- 3:03:39Speaker 2: the blood, vessels, the arch trees.
- 3:03:43Speaker 1: To all this.
- 3:03:44Speaker 2: Stuff inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice
- 3:03:53Speaker 2: if you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 3:03:58Speaker 2: and message, so you can message on the outside of
- 3:04:04Speaker 2: the course, but be able to get deep into the muscles,
- 3:04:08Speaker 2: and to be able to just message inside your thighs.
- 3:04:13Speaker 2: Message in the bones of your leg massage veins, just
- 3:04:23Speaker 2: gently healing thighs. You can move down, message inside your knees,
- 3:04:39Speaker 2: just message in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing.
- 3:04:47Speaker 1: Energy deep into the choice your knees.
- 3:04:57Speaker 2: Of course, there's the bank you need and the inside crease.
- 3:05:03Speaker 2: Real need is it's a very sensitive area. Very it
- 3:05:11Speaker 2: feels very nice when it striken. That might be because
- 3:05:16Speaker 2: it's an area that's not really touched very often. It's
- 3:05:21Speaker 2: almost like a hidden part a crease your legs. It's almost.
- 3:05:31Speaker 1: Like a part that.
- 3:05:33Speaker 2: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:05:44Speaker 2: it's protected by your legs. So you can legend put
- 3:05:55Speaker 2: in your fingers into the increase your legs and fold
- 3:06:06Speaker 2: in between your legs. You can just message with your fingertips,
- 3:06:11Speaker 2: your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You
- 3:06:22Speaker 2: can cause fielder the bones of your knees heading through
- 3:06:29Speaker 2: your fingertips, and then as you go down to your
- 3:06:42Speaker 2: calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like to be
- 3:06:44Speaker 2: able to really put my fingertips deep inside my calf muscles, massage.
- 3:06:53Speaker 1: In every.
- 3:06:56Speaker 2: Single tissue of the muscle, healing every part. And they're
- 3:07:08Speaker 2: doing the same for my shoes. Message and generally stroking
- 3:07:16Speaker 2: the bones, generally stroking them, healing in a loving way
- 3:07:24Speaker 2: because they deserve to be treated. There's the precious bones
- 3:07:30Speaker 2: that they are. Their legs are so precious as they
- 3:07:35Speaker 2: all the other parts of our body, the more precious
- 3:07:40Speaker 2: of any chub on the planet.
- 3:07:53Speaker 1: When you start to.
- 3:07:56Speaker 16: Think about.
- 3:08:00Speaker 2: Your legs in its way, it can change your perspective.
- 3:08:11Speaker 2: It might sound a bit silly to start with the
- 3:08:19Speaker 2: idea of having love your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs,
- 3:08:30Speaker 2: wanting to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:08:37Speaker 2: massage the muscles and the bones, to get your fingers
- 3:08:44Speaker 2: deep in there, releasing attension, just to show how much
- 3:08:55Speaker 2: you care about your legs. What do you care for?
- 3:09:03Speaker 2: What your legs do for you regularly, your needs, your calms,
- 3:09:12Speaker 2: your ankles, the strength of your ankles, considering how thin
- 3:09:25Speaker 2: they are compared to the rest of your legs, especially
- 3:09:28Speaker 2: your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:09:44Speaker 2: Your ankles are truly a gift because of what they
- 3:09:54Speaker 2: do for you, supporting all that weight, regardless of how
- 3:10:06Speaker 2: what weight you are, even if you're only ate stony,
- 3:10:12Speaker 2: still want a long weight for these little ankles, how
- 3:10:19Speaker 2: a lot heavier than mainstone.
- 3:10:23Speaker 1: Double dome.
- 3:10:27Speaker 2: In my course, support my body all the time. What
- 3:10:36Speaker 2: they do give off a sigh of relief or to
- 3:10:39Speaker 2: sit down.
- 3:10:42Speaker 1: That's for my old licks, though.
- 3:10:47Speaker 2: My fi feels go my toes clap so happy.
- 3:11:15Speaker 1: Your legs.
- 3:11:17Speaker 2: Really are amazing, and I know they're talking about talking
- 3:11:25Speaker 2: about your legs is probably possibly the most most boring
- 3:11:32Speaker 2: things you ever heard anyone say. Possibly don't boring or not.
- 3:11:41Speaker 2: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 3:11:57Speaker 2: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax.
- 3:12:09Speaker 1: Deeply.
- 3:12:17Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:12:22Speaker 2: to just let go completely relax.
- 3:12:49Speaker 1: Really can relax.
- 3:12:59Speaker 2: Because the eggs are so such a most very important
- 3:13:05Speaker 2: part of your body. When you relax your eggs, the
- 3:13:09Speaker 2: rest of your body also naturally follows in that journey
- 3:13:21Speaker 2: of comfort. Like I'm feeling my hips, my hips feel
- 3:13:34Speaker 2: really loose, and also my lower back as well. My
- 3:13:42Speaker 2: lower back really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm
- 3:13:48Speaker 2: just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching as
- 3:13:54Speaker 2: far as aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if
- 3:13:58Speaker 2: the muscles are just relax so much that there is
- 3:14:02Speaker 2: a natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot.
- 3:14:26Speaker 2: Aboun count down ten down to one, you can continue
- 3:14:37Speaker 2: to film wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 3:15:12Speaker 2: three two one relax. So I'm just gonna count down
- 3:15:39Speaker 2: five down to one, and as a countdown and just
- 3:15:44Speaker 2: focus on the numbers, just the numbers counted down, and
- 3:15:52Speaker 2: notice how you feel in this moment as you hear
- 3:16:01Speaker 2: the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting down
- 3:16:09Speaker 2: represent you feeling calmer, not just in your body, but
- 3:16:19Speaker 2: also relaxing your mind. Just notice how you feel. There's
- 3:16:28Speaker 2: nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing to
- 3:16:34Speaker 2: think about, starting with number five, four, three two one.
- 3:17:27Speaker 2: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:17:35Speaker 1: Letting go.
- 3:17:38Speaker 7: Of the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:17:45Speaker 7: to notice.
- 3:17:46Speaker 2: And be aware of how your mind is starting to
- 3:17:55Speaker 2: slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:18:04Speaker 2: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural. Because
- 3:18:09Speaker 2: it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:18:17Speaker 2: and a more mind relaxes the more your body relaxes.
- 3:18:21Speaker 2: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:18:32Speaker 2: calmness that comes from relative quietness.
- 3:18:40Speaker 7: Even if this background sounds, even your side.
- 3:18:44Speaker 1: Online, it's still going to be quite calm.
- 3:18:52Speaker 2: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:18:55Speaker 2: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recorded music.
- 3:19:00Speaker 2: Of course, you are very likely not going to be
- 3:19:07Speaker 2: sitting in a room with other people, of course you
- 3:19:10Speaker 2: my paper. Generally, it's more ideal if you can do
- 3:19:15Speaker 2: this on your own, so no distractions, and when you
- 3:19:26Speaker 2: stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. The sense of
- 3:19:41Speaker 2: comfort starts to grow, and without trying to build it
- 3:19:52Speaker 2: up into something fantastical, something magical, this is just a
- 3:20:04Speaker 2: natural process, something that's easy.
- 3:20:12Speaker 1: To accomplish.
- 3:20:16Speaker 2: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:20:21Speaker 2: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:20:28Speaker 2: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:20:33Speaker 2: that happens naturally. And part of the process of this
- 3:20:45Speaker 2: recording and others is simply two allow you to take
- 3:20:57Speaker 2: advantage of this space, this time, to just let go,
- 3:21:15Speaker 2: to just be here, to be in tune with how
- 3:21:23Speaker 2: you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to relax
- 3:21:36Speaker 2: deeply that maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what
- 3:21:48Speaker 2: it is that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:22:01Speaker 1: As we know, relaxing.
- 3:22:05Speaker 2: Is the majority of the process of falling asleep. The
- 3:22:13Speaker 2: actual fall in the sleep part is the tiny bit
- 3:22:16Speaker 2: at the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the easier.
- 3:22:32Speaker 1: You find.
- 3:22:34Speaker 2: Yourself drifting. You can also if you choose to stay
- 3:22:49Speaker 2: focused on my voice and really enjoy.
- 3:23:02Speaker 1: The process.
- 3:23:08Speaker 2: Coradually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly and just
- 3:23:40Speaker 2: observing the sensation of letting go.
- 3:23:59Speaker 1: Complete.
- 3:24:00Speaker 2: Late this time, I'm gonna count from six down to one.
- 3:24:15Speaker 2: You can notice your mind calming down with each number
- 3:24:27Speaker 2: that you hear me say, naturally, feeling calm, slow, be peaceful, sex.
- 3:25:17Speaker 7: Fivehhhhhhhhho one, being aware how you mind slowed.
- 3:27:47Speaker 2: Right down, sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus
- 3:28:13Speaker 2: on your mind and may notice that there are some
- 3:28:22Speaker 2: thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that.
- 3:28:32Speaker 1: For some reason.
- 3:28:36Speaker 2: Perhaps need your attentionsthing.
- 3:28:45Speaker 1: You can do is.
- 3:28:51Speaker 2: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:29:03Speaker 1: With love.
- 3:29:05Speaker 2: My little petals from my flower. Just sprinkle over petals,
- 3:29:11Speaker 2: feel good love.
- 3:29:15Speaker 1: Towards those thoughts.
- 3:29:17Speaker 2: To let those thoughts, Mom, You're not a band.
- 3:29:22Speaker 1: In a number. You just need them.
- 3:29:27Speaker 2: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:29:43Speaker 1: For now.
- 3:29:51Speaker 2: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:29:56Speaker 2: count down this time from seven down to my each number,
- 3:30:05Speaker 2: just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude
- 3:30:21Speaker 2: over those thoughts which will allow them to just melt
- 3:30:30Speaker 2: away and relax deeply. Every number, those thoughts will become
- 3:30:46Speaker 2: more and more relaxed. Starting seven, six, five. Let you know,
- 3:33:34Speaker 2: notice how relaxed you're feeling in your body. We got
- 3:33:55Speaker 2: to focus on your hands, because the more relaxed your
- 3:34:09Speaker 2: hands on, the relax your body and mind. Do you
- 3:34:33Speaker 2: focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing needed
- 3:34:44Speaker 2: to be done. There's no clutching with fists or tents
- 3:34:50Speaker 2: in the fingers or anything like that. Just noticing and
- 3:35:02Speaker 2: focusing on your hands, noticing ere they feel.
- 3:35:29Speaker 1: Because the ball.
- 3:35:32Speaker 2: Relaxt your hands feel the calmly your mind feels.
- 3:35:43Speaker 16: The ball.
- 3:35:47Speaker 2: Confidence feel around your body. Jeer, I have already I
- 3:36:11Speaker 2: taste fill mind is starting dress fusaip just in my
- 3:36:51Speaker 2: hands and fingers ach experience.
- 3:37:07Speaker 7: I'm real deepening of that relaxation.
- 3:37:14Speaker 8: In your hands and fingers.
- 3:37:26Speaker 2: More relaxed. With each number eight n one, we can
- 3:37:50Speaker 2: almost feel that healing, relaxing energy spread. It's your hands
- 3:38:03Speaker 2: and fingers becoming a relaxing with each number going down, eight,
- 3:38:32Speaker 2: down to one, drifting, drifting again, spotted with number eighth seven,
- 3:42:49Speaker 2: just being here now, nothing to think about nothing to do,
- 3:43:00Speaker 2: nothing to say, and everything just feels calm. This is
- 3:43:15Speaker 2: your natural state of being. This is how you just
- 3:43:23Speaker 2: normally feel when you take away the other stuff.
- 3:43:32Speaker 8: That we add.
- 3:43:35Speaker 2: And think glass, stress and where we're hear overthinking anxiety
- 3:43:45Speaker 2: and tension generally thinking about stuff. Take that away, which
- 3:43:57Speaker 2: is what we did.
- 3:43:59Speaker 1: We did out.
- 3:44:06Speaker 2: You left with a real sense of peacefulness, which comes
- 3:44:17Speaker 2: Steve for a good place because optimately it's just a
- 3:44:26Speaker 2: feeling of feeling and comfort. Must as if you got
- 3:44:39Speaker 2: inside yourself you found a special place where.
- 3:44:47Speaker 1: Everything is peaceful.
- 3:44:55Speaker 2: The place week in ll relaxed and natal sense of comfort,
- 3:45:07Speaker 2: place where you be you can accept yourself when you
- 3:45:20Speaker 2: place way you tried to please an iglios and place
- 3:45:32Speaker 2: way you can actually just love yourself in some ways.
- 3:45:42Speaker 2: More importantly, you can like yourself.
- 3:45:48Speaker 1: Appreciate you.
- 3:46:00Speaker 2: A sense of gratitude.
- 3:46:05Speaker 1: The air around.
- 3:46:14Speaker 2: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:46:22Speaker 2: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:46:38Speaker 2: your body.
- 3:46:43Speaker 1: The healing energy.
- 3:46:45Speaker 2: Spreads through your veins, traveling to each every single part
- 3:46:58Speaker 2: of your body. You start to realize the actually the
- 3:47:08Speaker 2: healing energy, it's not just entered into your brain. It's
- 3:47:17Speaker 2: become part of your brain, and its spinal fluid is
- 3:47:29Speaker 2: now mixed with healing energy, not just allowing you to
- 3:47:40Speaker 2: feel so much more relaxed and healthy in this moment,
- 3:47:52Speaker 2: but also you start to realize that actually, what's happening
- 3:48:02Speaker 2: now without a healing, relaxing energy spreading through your body,
- 3:48:12Speaker 2: is actually changing your Life's suctually changing the way you're
- 3:48:24Speaker 2: going to feel, not just now, but tomorrow and the
- 3:48:30Speaker 2: next day. As your health improves, not just your physical health,
- 3:48:40Speaker 2: be your mental health. Things they used to bother you
- 3:48:48Speaker 2: in the past, for some reason, no longer have the
- 3:48:55Speaker 2: effect that they used to because something has changed deep
- 3:49:04Speaker 2: within you. Maybe things that used to cause you to
- 3:49:15Speaker 2: feel anger no longer have that power to control you
- 3:49:30Speaker 2: the way they seem to be able to before. As
- 3:49:36Speaker 2: you realize that you're the one who decides what affects you,
- 3:49:51Speaker 2: you're the one who decides to feel relaxed.
- 3:50:00Speaker 1: And calm when you choose.
- 3:50:07Speaker 2: To enjoy noticing, these natural developments of healing continue to
- 3:50:22Speaker 2: grow and improve your life day by day, include, of course,
- 3:50:36Speaker 2: your ability to relax so much easier and sleeping. It's
- 3:50:54Speaker 2: the most natural thing in the world because Falling asleep
- 3:51:06Speaker 2: is something that you've done so many times.
- 3:51:14Speaker 16: In your life, and you know that you were born.
- 3:51:21Speaker 1: As we all work with the ability.
- 3:51:25Speaker 2: To fall asleep, naturally, born with that ability to just
- 3:51:40Speaker 2: drift off into a deep, healing sleep. Even when we're kids,
- 3:51:55Speaker 2: sometimes will fall asleep and we don't even want to
- 3:52:00Speaker 2: try to stay awake. Maybe it's a birthday in the morning,
- 3:52:06Speaker 2: when it's Christmas or holiday or something we look forward to,
- 3:52:11Speaker 2: I don't want to go to sleep. But the more
- 3:52:15Speaker 2: we want to stay awake, the more we just start
- 3:52:20Speaker 2: to drift. And the more he finds drifting. We try
- 3:52:29Speaker 2: to stop yourself and drifting asleep, the deeper and stronger
- 3:52:35Speaker 2: without drifting becomes. Because we're born not just with the
- 3:52:46Speaker 2: need to relax deeply, but to naturally fall asleep. But
- 3:52:56Speaker 2: it's our birthright, it's part of our DNA, and sometimes
- 3:53:10Speaker 2: as we get older in life, perhaps at times we
- 3:53:16Speaker 2: have forgotten.
- 3:53:22Speaker 1: Relaxing completely.
- 3:53:27Speaker 2: It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:53:51Speaker 1: It's very very easy to let go because that's what
- 3:53:59Speaker 1: it is.
- 3:54:00Speaker 2: Just decided.
- 3:54:07Speaker 16: To let go.
- 3:54:13Speaker 2: And when you press the play button on my recordings,
- 3:54:21Speaker 2: you have given permission.
- 3:54:25Speaker 1: From my voice to election.
- 3:54:32Speaker 2: When you press that play button, you have given me
- 3:54:35Speaker 2: permission for my words.
- 3:54:42Speaker 1: To effect.
- 3:54:46Speaker 7: In a positive, only a positive way, opening up.
- 3:55:02Speaker 2: Your mind. Useful and healing suggestions.
- 3:55:20Speaker 1: They can have.
- 3:55:25Speaker 2: Such an amazing effect on how you feel right now,
- 3:55:37Speaker 2: as well as those changes that continue long after the
- 3:55:47Speaker 2: recording ends, those changes within you, they continue to flourish
- 3:55:59Speaker 2: and transforming your life in positive, beautiful way, allowing you
- 3:56:18Speaker 2: to move forward in your life in the direction that
- 3:56:25Speaker 2: you choose for yourself. This feeling, this feeling that you
- 3:56:43Speaker 2: can experience a safety, comfort, calmness. This feels so nice,
- 3:57:08Speaker 2: such a healthy place to be, and that postivity grows
- 3:57:24Speaker 2: within you. In every day. Moving forward, you'll have to
- 3:57:41Speaker 2: find that you're all relaxed physically and in your mind
- 3:57:54Speaker 2: is all relaxed. And it's not that you're thinking slower.
- 3:58:04Speaker 2: It's just that your mind would be less knocked up
- 3:58:09Speaker 2: with unnecessary negativity, because from now on, your mind rejects negativity.
- 3:58:26Speaker 2: From now on, you're going to start noticing when negativity arises,
- 3:58:38Speaker 2: and you can just say stop, stop, and that negativity
- 3:58:52Speaker 2: will turn around and believe you're alone. Stop and then
- 3:59:08Speaker 2: negativity disappear and as you notice that you feel way
- 3:59:27Speaker 2: more vexed than you probably expected.
- 3:59:37Speaker 1: You can now.
- 3:59:42Speaker 2: Congratulate yourself because you are the person that has done this.
- 3:59:49Speaker 2: You are the one that has opened your mind up
- 3:59:55Speaker 2: to the simple facts, and you can feel more relaxed
- 4:00:04Speaker 2: in your body and in your mind. You've opened your
- 4:00:13Speaker 2: mind up to the birthright of being able to just
- 4:00:22Speaker 2: fall asleep easily when he cheers. And that's a nice feeling.
- 4:00:38Speaker 2: Don't you think it feels nice?
- 4:00:42Speaker 1: Doesn't it to feel calm.
- 4:00:50Speaker 2: When the healing energy is spreading through your body in
- 4:00:54Speaker 2: your mind? Spend time a special place where negativity can
- 4:01:12Speaker 2: no longer enter. Negativity is banned, it's barred, it's not
- 4:01:25Speaker 2: allowed entry. It doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to
- 4:01:32Speaker 2: be here. It doesn't be long here. Negativity has no
- 4:01:39Speaker 2: place in your life, which makes room for more comfort
- 4:01:57Speaker 2: or hearing all relaxation, more peace. It feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:02:27Speaker 2: Just echo everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty
- 4:02:53Speaker 2: down to one. You can continue to relax if he cheers,
- 4:03:03Speaker 2: You can dread to sleep with every number he'd be saying,
- 4:03:21Speaker 2: you can fill twice relaxed, or if you choose, you
- 4:03:29Speaker 2: can fill twice, sleeping now twenty ninety eighteen seventy six,
- 4:04:20Speaker 2: stay fifty day fourteen thirty two, eleven, two, nine, eight, seven, six.
- 4:05:53Speaker 1: Five. Ah, this is your time.
- 4:06:38Speaker 2: To just take a break, your time relax, to allow
- 4:06:52Speaker 2: your mind to slow down, to give yourself permission to
- 4:07:10Speaker 2: take a break from everything. Ensure the only person that
- 4:07:25Speaker 2: can make that decision. You're the only person that can
- 4:07:31Speaker 2: actually tell your mind just relax, to just take some
- 4:07:51Speaker 2: time off so that you can focus on your body,
- 4:08:05Speaker 2: get in touch with how you feel.
- 4:08:10Speaker 1: Physically, and in the process of.
- 4:08:24Speaker 2: This body scanned, where you focus on different parts of
- 4:08:28Speaker 2: your body, those parts that you focus on and observe,
- 4:08:42Speaker 2: even though you're no purposey requesting those parts of your
- 4:08:51Speaker 2: body to relax, it's kind of expected. You expect when
- 4:09:00Speaker 2: you listen to my words.
- 4:09:02Speaker 1: To feel.
- 4:09:05Speaker 2: Words naturally, because when you're listening to me, your attention.
- 4:09:20Speaker 1: Is focused.
- 4:09:23Speaker 2: On my words, and there's my words guide you.
- 4:09:34Speaker 1: To focus.
- 4:09:39Speaker 2: On those parts of your body. Your focus increases, which
- 4:09:54Speaker 2: actually calm to your mind. To mind columbs down, relaxes,
- 4:10:26Speaker 2: and your body calms down. Mind relaxes started to focus
- 4:10:55Speaker 2: on your body already. Feel that here energy is spreading
- 4:11:09Speaker 2: through your body, pushing out stress, attention here all the
- 4:11:29Speaker 2: parts of your body, pleading, skin, bones, blood, all your
- 4:11:39Speaker 2: audience inside your body, of the muscles, more of the fat,
- 4:11:48Speaker 2: of everything, every hair on your body.
- 4:11:55Speaker 7: Is filled with that heengy.
- 4:12:05Speaker 1: Knowing your brain.
- 4:12:11Speaker 2: Fills that the energy, the feed and comfort relaxation increases
- 4:12:37Speaker 2: deep increases.
- 4:12:45Speaker 1: In a way that.
- 4:12:50Speaker 2: Your mind starts to fill perhaps to rouse him because
- 4:13:06Speaker 2: it's not needed, and they start to drift if that's
- 4:13:26Speaker 2: what's needed. So if you're listening to this, we need
- 4:13:35Speaker 2: a state relaxation, that's.
- 4:13:38Speaker 6: Where you get.
- 4:13:41Speaker 16: If what you need is.
- 4:13:44Speaker 7: To fall asleep, that easily that your mind drifts.
- 4:13:53Speaker 1: That's also what happened because my.
- 4:14:06Speaker 2: Pressing out play button on the podcast and listening to
- 4:14:12Speaker 2: give permission.
- 4:14:16Speaker 7: Body and mind.
- 4:14:20Speaker 2: In fact.
- 4:14:26Speaker 1: Gives the command.
- 4:14:28Speaker 2: To your body in the wind to relax deeply. Want
- 4:14:39Speaker 2: to drift off the slave if that's what he wants
- 4:14:45Speaker 2: to need.
- 4:14:56Speaker 1: Them.
- 4:14:57Speaker 2: As I focus different parts of your body.
- 4:15:07Speaker 1: You may.
- 4:15:09Speaker 2: Start to just drest, and then you come back again,
- 4:15:18Speaker 2: you talk again, focusing on a different part of your body.
- 4:15:29Speaker 5: You may.
- 4:15:32Speaker 2: I'm just drifting. Neither realize you're drifting until you're start drifting.
- 4:15:44Speaker 2: To live again to my voice magasine, what a different
- 4:15:52Speaker 2: part of your body starts to relax because I'm drifting.
- 4:16:04Speaker 2: It's basically sleep.
- 4:16:09Speaker 1: So the woy you drift, the long drift, only you
- 4:16:22Speaker 1: drift that shame.
- 4:16:28Speaker 2: I've drifted continues.
- 4:16:31Speaker 1: To sleep, and that's still stur to do.
- 4:16:46Speaker 16: When your time, when you've.
- 4:16:49Speaker 2: Experienced about to sleep, because.
- 4:16:57Speaker 1: We need to.
- 4:17:00Speaker 2: Difft slap. It's strangely pleasant, sax st deep sleep feels
- 4:17:30Speaker 2: a nice taxing my body minds felis you feel that
- 4:17:45Speaker 2: he which is spreading through reac certain deeply axes starts
- 4:18:16Speaker 2: jus shoulders, ships, ships, faint.
- 4:20:17Speaker 8: Spy your day.
- 4:20:56Speaker 2: It's fakeers again, that's.
- 4:21:00Speaker 1: Everybody fo you said this time on your forehead.
- 4:21:14Speaker 2: Now on your mouth, your lips, hold of your mouth,
- 4:21:36Speaker 2: what you said on your fingers.
- 4:21:44Speaker 1: Maybe you get.
- 4:21:47Speaker 2: Your fingers a little bits. You can focus on each
- 4:21:51Speaker 2: one individually.
- 4:21:59Speaker 1: By hands.
- 4:22:05Speaker 2: Should focused on buch of your hands.
- 4:22:08Speaker 1: Now I seem to just not into one.
- 4:22:18Speaker 2: Maybe your hands started left hand and say just fixed
- 4:22:30Speaker 2: thegether I fise just not so having as help.
- 4:23:05Speaker 6: Said ms you say.
- 4:23:18Speaker 7: Just obsis.
- 4:23:50Speaker 1: The same.
- 4:23:53Speaker 2: Sad sch scouts step shops such fams.
- 4:27:09Speaker 1: Night said.
- 4:27:20Speaker 2: I and sile body fils. Night said, mind.
- 4:27:46Speaker 1: Fails.
- 4:28:09Speaker 2: Let's him go, let'sh go, let's say go everything, let's
- 4:28:43Speaker 2: think go, let's thin go tack go.
- 4:29:05Speaker 1: Ah everything, everything.
- 4:29:25Speaker 2: Start now, and like you're just first of all, just
- 4:29:29Speaker 2: to see yourself.
- 4:29:31Speaker 7: Lying down.
- 4:29:34Speaker 2: On the mast such table, lying on your front. Your
- 4:29:39Speaker 2: head is supported, your arms are supported. Then you feel
- 4:29:47Speaker 2: comfortable and the breathing it's really easy, and you feel
- 4:29:57Speaker 2: you feel confident in how you look at well. So
- 4:30:00Speaker 2: there's none of that issue of body problems or shyness,
- 4:30:06Speaker 2: because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:30:14Speaker 2: so none of that stuff matters on whatsoever.
- 4:30:22Speaker 1: This is about you.
- 4:30:25Speaker 2: This is about how you feel, how you can enjoy
- 4:30:34Speaker 2: that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting
- 4:30:40Speaker 2: go and allowing my hands and my fingers to relax
- 4:30:46Speaker 2: you by a messaging your body. Someone starts off just
- 4:30:58Speaker 2: by placing.
- 4:30:59Speaker 1: My hands.
- 4:31:02Speaker 2: On the back of your head, just gently, just so
- 4:31:06Speaker 2: you can feel my hands feel like really on you.
- 4:31:15Speaker 2: So you can maybe feel the warmth of my hands
- 4:31:17Speaker 2: on the back of your head. With my hands to
- 4:31:23Speaker 2: the side of your head, not pressing, but just holding
- 4:31:27Speaker 2: there very gently, maybe over your ears, and a little
- 4:31:33Speaker 2: bit on your face, just so you can feel my
- 4:31:38Speaker 2: hands so you can become accustomed to them. And now
- 4:31:53Speaker 2: put my hands on the back of your head again
- 4:31:55Speaker 2: and gently let them slide down on to the back
- 4:32:02Speaker 2: of your neck. You can feel my hands gently stroking
- 4:32:20Speaker 2: the back of your neck.
- 4:32:21Speaker 1: And start with just so you can get used to the.
- 4:32:29Speaker 2: Feeling of my hands on your skin, get accustomed to
- 4:32:37Speaker 2: realize that you're safe. It's all good, it's all fine.
- 4:32:48Speaker 2: And I want to start chippy messaging the muscles.
- 4:32:52Speaker 16: In the back of your neck.
- 4:33:01Speaker 2: With both hands. And this is a very trusting situation really,
- 4:33:13Speaker 2: because our necks is so fragile to have someone have
- 4:33:18Speaker 2: their hands around your neck in that way and sometimes
- 4:33:24Speaker 2: be problematic for people, which is why massages are quite good,
- 4:33:30Speaker 2: because it allows you to relax and to get in
- 4:33:39Speaker 2: touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm. There's a
- 4:33:56Speaker 2: massage the side of your neck. Gender moving from the
- 4:34:05Speaker 2: bottom of your neck. It would be sort of near
- 4:34:09Speaker 2: where your shoulders start. I guess all the way up
- 4:34:14Speaker 2: to your jaw is kind of an area the side
- 4:34:20Speaker 2: of your neck. Of course, it's a lot longer than
- 4:34:25Speaker 2: the front of your neck. The message in the back
- 4:34:41Speaker 2: of your neck, especially that area where perhaps we hold tension,
- 4:34:54Speaker 2: and there's that area's message. You can actually feel a
- 4:34:59Speaker 2: sense of relief in the back of your neck. Maybe
- 4:35:07Speaker 2: you can breathe it out as well, not just how
- 4:35:12Speaker 2: it feels, not just how you feel. They're moving down
- 4:35:25Speaker 2: to that area between your neck and your shoulders, that
- 4:35:30Speaker 2: musty area, starting to message that area on both sides.
- 4:35:41Speaker 2: This would be the area that a lot of people
- 4:35:44Speaker 2: would message if they were going to give you, like
- 4:35:47Speaker 2: a shoulder message. Even that's not technically the shoulders, but
- 4:35:53Speaker 2: it's sort of muscles that lead to the shoulders from
- 4:35:57Speaker 2: the neck, and again that can hold a tension and stress,
- 4:36:05Speaker 2: and when massaged sometimes a nice deep message is useful,
- 4:36:13Speaker 2: and you decide how deep that message is.
- 4:36:28Speaker 1: Just allow.
- 4:36:31Speaker 2: My knuckles just to dig in, to get to those
- 4:36:36Speaker 2: muscles and to really.
- 4:36:41Speaker 1: Relaxed, and.
- 4:36:44Speaker 2: All the time being fern yet gentle with it, and
- 4:37:02Speaker 2: just striking down the area.
- 4:37:07Speaker 1: To your actual shoulders, moving the muscles.
- 4:37:12Speaker 7: Of your shoulders and maybe initially just pulling up the shoulders.
- 4:37:23Speaker 2: A little bit off the table, just to give you
- 4:37:27Speaker 2: a little bit of a stretch very gently. You've got
- 4:37:37Speaker 2: the muscles at the front of your shoulders, the side
- 4:37:41Speaker 2: of the bank. Again, this is the part that you
- 4:37:52Speaker 2: can really take quite a bit of pressure, quite a
- 4:37:57Speaker 2: bit of needed if if you wish to really release
- 4:38:07Speaker 2: the tension to really get into those muscles and your
- 4:38:16Speaker 2: fingers in there. You feel really nice sometimes just being
- 4:38:24Speaker 2: stroked gently, being massaged quite strongly. It can all be beneficial.
- 4:38:36Speaker 16: To the real solution.
- 4:38:43Speaker 2: With the muscles in your shoulders. Now to move down
- 4:38:56Speaker 2: your arms, God in one arm at a time, starting
- 4:39:06Speaker 2: with your right arm, but there is I just lift
- 4:39:17Speaker 2: your arm up, just hold it to the side of
- 4:39:20Speaker 2: you do where it still be attached, and I just
- 4:39:27Speaker 2: message the tops of your arms all the way down
- 4:39:42Speaker 2: to your forearms into your wrists gently message hugin that parts,
- 4:40:09Speaker 2: the softer part, which is the underpart of the arm,
- 4:40:16Speaker 2: which leads to the crease in your rowbo the inside.
- 4:40:21Speaker 2: It's much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked
- 4:40:39Speaker 2: feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving down to
- 4:40:56Speaker 2: your right hand, just holding your hand in both of
- 4:41:08Speaker 2: my hands, just pressing gently on the back of your hand,
- 4:41:20Speaker 2: stretching your fingers ever slightly at the same time pressing
- 4:41:32Speaker 2: down and massaging each finger, and then starting to massage
- 4:41:46Speaker 2: the palms and the hand, just turning the hand gently,
- 4:41:58Speaker 2: stretching it gently, and.
- 4:42:05Speaker 1: Actually have in your hand held.
- 4:42:08Speaker 5: Can it really be.
- 4:42:10Speaker 2: An emotional experience? Sometimes even if it is a stranger,
- 4:42:18Speaker 2: someone you don't know very well, like a massage person
- 4:42:22Speaker 2: or a therapist. Maybe because it's intimate, you can feel nice,
- 4:42:39Speaker 2: you can feel safe as I put that right arm
- 4:42:50Speaker 2: back down where it was and do the same with
- 4:42:58Speaker 2: your left arm, thanky the same, massage the muscles you
- 4:43:12Speaker 2: are all the way down to your wrist, striking the
- 4:43:20Speaker 2: inside of your own just being gentle or as fun
- 4:43:30Speaker 2: as you require. And then massaging your left hand, stretching
- 4:43:50Speaker 2: the fingers gently, massage in the palm of your left hand.
- 4:44:12Speaker 1: You feel so.
- 4:44:16Speaker 2: So relaxing, so cantetent. I'll just rest your left arm
- 4:44:42Speaker 2: back down the start message you're back the biggest part
- 4:44:56Speaker 2: of your buddy. Starting at the top, starting again where
- 4:45:07Speaker 2: you would have been, the area at the top between
- 4:45:11Speaker 2: your shoulders.
- 4:45:14Speaker 16: And your neck.
- 4:45:16Speaker 1: Going back, massage in.
- 4:45:18Speaker 2: The area again, but this time moving downwards, making it downward,
- 4:45:30Speaker 2: stroke to the middle of it, back, working for me
- 4:45:39Speaker 2: outside inwards, massaging that you're back, but the outside of
- 4:45:50Speaker 2: your back parts were arms, but maybe against almost the
- 4:46:10Speaker 2: path that connects your front to your back. Just messaging
- 4:46:24Speaker 2: down firmly but gently, as firm as you want, moving
- 4:46:35Speaker 2: down and moving across a little bed all the way
- 4:46:40Speaker 2: down again, be very gentle you firm if you cheers.
- 4:46:54Speaker 2: Eventually even get to the spine. We can massage the
- 4:46:58Speaker 2: muscles and even side of your spine from the top
- 4:47:03Speaker 2: of your neck or the way down to your lower back.
- 4:47:15Speaker 2: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people would
- 4:47:21Speaker 2: use the knuckle or the you know, the two fingers,
- 4:47:28Speaker 2: just going a side of the spine. Almost just push
- 4:47:34Speaker 2: down all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 4:47:39Speaker 2: each time releasing tension and opening up the body, stretching
- 4:47:50Speaker 2: your body so that you feel more relaxed but at
- 4:47:57Speaker 2: the same time be deuvenated. And now I'm going to
- 4:48:13Speaker 2: move to one side, to your right side, and from
- 4:48:22Speaker 2: the bottom of your lips to your pelvis, I'm going
- 4:48:27Speaker 2: to message that area of your back. I'll stretch over
- 4:48:34Speaker 2: the other side and I'll pull the muscles gently and
- 4:48:39Speaker 2: massage will push from one end that side and the
- 4:48:44Speaker 2: way to my side to the middle of the fact
- 4:48:49Speaker 2: to where your spine is massaging that side of your spine,
- 4:48:56Speaker 2: the opposite side to where I'm standing, it's most likely
- 4:49:01Speaker 2: leading bread. There's that big area which is firm yet
- 4:49:10Speaker 2: lots there to message. Potentially one of the most important
- 4:49:19Speaker 2: places to actually have a message because you really feel it,
- 4:49:29Speaker 2: really feel the release and the pleasure of having your
- 4:49:34Speaker 2: lower back massaged. It releases so much from your body
- 4:49:43Speaker 2: that's not useful, starting a healing process which will continue
- 4:49:52Speaker 2: long after this recording is over. The messaging this part
- 4:50:05Speaker 2: of your body not only feels really good for you,
- 4:50:10Speaker 2: it's actually fun to do because it is, as I said,
- 4:50:15Speaker 2: like kneading bread, it's a part that you can really
- 4:50:20Speaker 2: get hold of and really message deeply. If that's your choice,
- 4:50:36Speaker 2: then they're going to move over to the other side
- 4:50:37Speaker 2: of your body and do the same.
- 4:50:43Speaker 1: With the opposite part of your lower back.
- 4:50:50Speaker 2: Kneading and messaging from your sides way son off your
- 4:51:00Speaker 2: back where your spine is pressing and needing, firm and
- 4:51:14Speaker 2: gentle at the same time. It feels so releasing mixture
- 4:51:24Speaker 2: of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation or mixed together. Plus
- 4:51:40Speaker 2: there's that feeling from your stomach that it's being stretched
- 4:51:46Speaker 2: even though you're in your stomach. Now you can feel
- 4:51:49Speaker 2: it being stretched because the whole area is connected to
- 4:51:53Speaker 2: your stomach. Now we're going to move or move further
- 4:52:05Speaker 2: up to the top of your body, and we do
- 4:52:10Speaker 2: the same this time, starting with your upper back. Put
- 4:52:19Speaker 2: my hands forward over and massive massage in that area
- 4:52:27Speaker 2: up to your spine, from the side of your body
- 4:52:31Speaker 2: up to your spine to someone out the message area,
- 4:52:36Speaker 2: the muscle tissue, wherever fatty tissue even will be possibly
- 4:52:43Speaker 2: from your chest. It's all connected. The chest and the
- 4:52:48Speaker 2: back connect together. I'm going to be massaging and just
- 4:52:55Speaker 2: pulling some of the skin from your side the message
- 4:53:03Speaker 2: in the area of your upper back all the way
- 4:53:11Speaker 2: into your spine, and then I'll move down a bit
- 4:53:17Speaker 2: and I'll continue with the middle of your back doing
- 4:53:20Speaker 2: exactly the same thing. There's gentle as deep as you choose.
- 4:53:39Speaker 2: Now I'll move or the other side again and do
- 4:53:43Speaker 2: the exact same thing with the top of your back
- 4:53:47Speaker 2: on the other side, from pretty much underneath your arm
- 4:53:56Speaker 2: area really to your spine, and then continue in that
- 4:54:12Speaker 2: all the way down including your light you're the middle
- 4:54:16Speaker 2: of your back. Now I'm gonna go to your thighs,
- 4:54:35Speaker 2: the backs of your thighs, and the size of your thighs.
- 4:54:44Speaker 2: Starting with your right leg and assagy the back and
- 4:54:53Speaker 2: the sides of your thighs gently and firm. There's a
- 4:55:02Speaker 2: lot of muscles there. It's an area that can be
- 4:55:06Speaker 2: very tense at times and maybe needs a little bit
- 4:55:10Speaker 2: more pressure than the rest of the body that's up
- 4:55:14Speaker 2: to you. You can gently stroke the back of your
- 4:55:24Speaker 2: legs where you know obviously.
- 4:55:27Speaker 1: Your knee joints. Underneath your knee joint very.
- 4:55:32Speaker 2: Sensitive, gentle area, and working down to your calf muscles.
- 4:55:48Speaker 2: Massage in your calf muscles thoroughly and deeply, if you choose,
- 4:55:58Speaker 2: using both hands fingers, digging deep to your ankles, at
- 4:56:18Speaker 2: the back of your back of your ankles, just generally
- 4:56:24Speaker 2: massage in that area. Maybe left in the leg and
- 4:56:36Speaker 2: stretching a little bit. Moving to the right foot massage
- 4:57:02Speaker 2: the bottom of your feet and the side of your
- 4:57:09Speaker 2: feet can't leeper firm enough so they don't tickle.
- 4:57:25Speaker 1: Just allow.
- 4:57:29Speaker 2: The pleasure that you get from heaving your feet message
- 4:57:35Speaker 2: to just overtake you as I continue to message your feet,
- 4:57:44Speaker 2: the bottoms of your feet, the side your arches, your heel,
- 4:57:54Speaker 2: You can put a lot of pressure into your heel
- 4:57:57Speaker 2: and it feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be
- 4:58:02Speaker 2: a bit more gentle. Stretching your toes gently the message
- 4:58:14Speaker 2: in the bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each
- 4:58:20Speaker 2: one individually. Moving over to the left leg to do
- 4:58:34Speaker 2: exactly the same thing, starting at the top of the thighs,
- 4:58:45Speaker 2: work in the back of the thighs and the sides,
- 4:58:49Speaker 2: massaging deeply and gently the whole area way down. This
- 4:59:08Speaker 2: is an area that maybe you could like to spend
- 4:59:14Speaker 2: more time relaxing the message. Perhaps if you wanted, I
- 4:59:23Speaker 2: could make a future recording. Want spend more time on
- 4:59:28Speaker 2: one particular area. As she moved down two calf muscles.
- 4:59:46Speaker 2: Massagy and your calf muscles and gently down your ankle
- 5:00:03Speaker 2: into your feet, Massage backs of your feet, bubbles of
- 5:00:11Speaker 2: your feet. Stretching your toes and massage in each toe individually.
- 5:00:24Speaker 2: That feeling of pleasure and release. The experience when you're
- 5:00:30Speaker 2: having your feet and massaged feels reating good. Now she
- 5:00:52Speaker 2: turned over, and your mind, laying on your back's gonna
- 5:01:04Speaker 2: start again. Your nick area in your shoulders, just to
- 5:01:23Speaker 2: get back in touch with that area.
- 5:01:32Speaker 1: Lets you move up.
- 5:01:40Speaker 2: I can clean my hands a little afresh because now
- 5:01:45Speaker 2: I'm gonna massage your face dimly, starting off with your forehead.
- 5:02:02Speaker 2: Your eyes are closed. Just stretch your eyes a little bit,
- 5:02:10Speaker 2: pushing up with your eyebrows, just a siding around your scalp.
- 5:02:27Speaker 2: My starting down your cheeks, around your ears, into your
- 5:02:36Speaker 2: chor chimply the sides of your neck chin. They just
- 5:03:01Speaker 2: move it down your neck down to your chest, starting
- 5:03:12Speaker 2: by message in the very top of your chest.
- 5:03:19Speaker 16: The collar bone is.
- 5:03:23Speaker 1: Give a side of the collarbone.
- 5:03:33Speaker 2: They just message in the hole of the chest, moving
- 5:03:46Speaker 2: the chest around, because it's quite a large area there's
- 5:04:00Speaker 2: can move from one side to the next, moving my
- 5:04:08Speaker 2: hands underneath you pretty much my arms on stretching up,
- 5:04:20Speaker 2: stretching some of the muscles of your back in the process,
- 5:04:29Speaker 2: moving up over your chest, and they're moving down again.
- 5:04:50Speaker 2: Then lawer my hands. They're just message gently and slide
- 5:04:56Speaker 2: down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of your chest,
- 5:05:06Speaker 2: and then gradually my head's moving apart.
- 5:05:11Speaker 7: And a massage and sliding at the.
- 5:05:15Speaker 2: Same time, moving down to just below your red cage,
- 5:05:33Speaker 2: moving down then massaging up again, giving you a chest
- 5:05:43Speaker 2: all the attention.
- 5:05:46Speaker 1: When it needs.
- 5:05:48Speaker 2: To feel completely relaxed. Remember, and I'm also you're going
- 5:06:01Speaker 2: to be focusing on your sides as well, in the
- 5:06:06Speaker 2: area that really doesn't get much attention, that feels really
- 5:06:12Speaker 2: good when it's massaged. Just stroking my hands down the
- 5:06:23Speaker 2: sides of your body, just below your arms, all the
- 5:06:30Speaker 2: way down to your hips. Now move into your stomach area.
- 5:06:45Speaker 2: We're going to stand on one side of you like
- 5:06:48Speaker 2: I did when I digital how back when you do
- 5:06:53Speaker 2: a similar process, just stretching the muscles from your side,
- 5:07:03Speaker 2: gently massaging from one side to the next.
- 5:07:14Speaker 17: Move in.
- 5:07:17Speaker 2: The whole area from blow your ribs all the way
- 5:07:22Speaker 2: down to blow your belly button, and then move around
- 5:07:33Speaker 2: to the outside of you and repeat that process of
- 5:07:43Speaker 2: relaxing deeply, calmly. You feel loose, You feel free. There's
- 5:07:59Speaker 2: something about in your stomach message. It's different from any
- 5:08:04Speaker 2: other part because we do have a tendency folding a
- 5:08:12Speaker 2: different kind of stress in our stomach that we may
- 5:08:16Speaker 2: not be aware of. There's an old message your stomach.
- 5:08:27Speaker 2: In front of your stomach, they can circles around your
- 5:08:34Speaker 2: belly bottom then going the other way around. There's a
- 5:08:50Speaker 2: gentleness of freedom that colors from feeling how you're feeling
- 5:09:02Speaker 2: as I now moved down the tops of your thighs, muscles,
- 5:09:10Speaker 2: massaging them, and I can do this to your legs
- 5:09:15Speaker 2: at the same time, pressing down, massaging deeply those muscles
- 5:09:26Speaker 2: in your thighs, the front of your thighs, and moving
- 5:09:35Speaker 2: down to your knees, gently massaging your knees. Sliding down
- 5:09:46Speaker 2: your shins, pressure on either side of your shin gently
- 5:09:56Speaker 2: softly but firmly, moving down to your ankles, stroking the
- 5:10:10Speaker 2: tops of feet, and then with each foot in each hand,
- 5:10:22Speaker 2: just gently messaging the whole of the foot, the top
- 5:10:31Speaker 2: of the bottom, your heel, your ankle, your toes, massaging
- 5:10:39Speaker 2: every part of your feet. It feels so good to
- 5:10:48Speaker 2: still let go and enjoy the process, enjoy fear so
- 5:11:05Speaker 2: deeply relaxed, so much comfort, and so many feelings that
- 5:11:20Speaker 2: come just from touching your skin. And you can just
- 5:11:35Speaker 2: belie there as long as you choose, enjoying the feeling
- 5:11:47Speaker 2: of deep comfort being massaged.
- 5:11:56Speaker 1: Like me.
- 5:12:03Speaker 2: Enjoy fear, debay, And all we're gonna do is blow
- 5:12:29Speaker 2: out some candles. In your mind, there's gonna be a
- 5:12:46Speaker 2: hundred candles, and you're gonna blow each one out individually,
- 5:13:00Speaker 2: one by one, starting at a hundred. As I count down.
- 5:13:14Speaker 5: All the way down to one.
- 5:13:19Speaker 2: At least time I say a number, you can imagine
- 5:13:28Speaker 2: that candle in front of you, and I'd like you
- 5:13:35Speaker 2: to actually physically generally blow a candle out, just it's
- 5:13:54Speaker 2: not big blows, just a gentle, and that candle will extinguish.
- 5:14:10Speaker 2: And then I'll say the next number, so we moved down,
- 5:14:18Speaker 2: then you just.
- 5:14:23Speaker 1: Put that one out as well.
- 5:14:31Speaker 2: And as we move down the numbers, you'll find yourself
- 5:14:40Speaker 2: feeding more, more relaxed.
- 5:14:46Speaker 1: If you need.
- 5:14:48Speaker 2: To sleep, you'll also find yourself becoming incredibly tired and sleepy.
- 5:15:02Speaker 2: In fact, you may struggle to blow out all one
- 5:15:09Speaker 2: hundred of these candles as you feel more and more
- 5:15:26Speaker 2: deeply relaxed, more more deeply tied.
- 5:15:53Speaker 16: Then the fir go down, the more.
- 5:16:00Speaker 2: Your mind starts to drift.
- 5:16:11Speaker 7: You may find that you stop listening to me after
- 5:16:17Speaker 7: a while.
- 5:16:26Speaker 2: And even though that may be background sounds where you are,
- 5:16:36Speaker 2: you'll be aware of those sounds at the moment.
- 5:16:47Speaker 1: You may.
- 5:16:51Speaker 2: Start just ll even notice them.
- 5:17:02Speaker 1: At all because they're unimportant.
- 5:17:15Speaker 2: Where I am, I've got the sounds of the birds,
- 5:17:22Speaker 2: there's all horrist the beigeon likes to say hello sometimes.
- 5:17:31Speaker 2: And there's the old playue that goes by, maybe traffic
- 5:17:41Speaker 2: trains in the distance, that city is important, whatsoever. Candles
- 5:18:01Speaker 2: you blow out less important.
- 5:18:06Speaker 1: Anything is.
- 5:18:13Speaker 2: Or candles you blow out. The fur seemed to move away, sounds,
- 5:18:37Speaker 2: general date, days, stuff.
- 5:18:44Speaker 1: Seems to just.
- 5:18:47Speaker 2: Away on its site.
- 5:18:57Speaker 1: She feel.
- 5:19:01Speaker 2: Come with every candle, the old the next number do
- 5:19:27Speaker 2: you hear me say? And then you buy that candle
- 5:19:37Speaker 2: out to so easy, so simple. You can start by
- 5:20:09Speaker 2: introducing the first candle some hundred, first candle US one hundred.
- 5:20:34Speaker 2: When you blow that candle out, you'll find immediately light
- 5:20:51Speaker 2: change now, as well as a real sense of positivity
- 5:21:08Speaker 2: crying within it, relaxer, shadow, sleepiness, spending starting Air one hundred,
- 5:21:45Speaker 2: Around my Cat Now nineteen nine, Canned ninety eight, CAN.
- 5:22:52Speaker 7: Ninety seven, I Yes, night.

- 5:46:43Speaker 2: nine foot eight footies fourties five, hhhhh, fourty thirty eight,
- 5:53:03Speaker 2: cattle thirty seven, cattle thirty five, thirty.
- 5:55:21Speaker 1: Three s T nine.
- 5:58:52Speaker 2: What you eight and went seven thirty six wait five
- 6:02:42Speaker 2: s it wait six s say stay.
- 6:11:07Speaker 19: Hhhhhhhhh, shhhhhh, and.
- 6:19:09Speaker 2: Or let go of all of those thoughts, worries, concerns
- 6:19:22Speaker 2: about the past, thoughts about the future, and even things
- 6:19:29Speaker 2: you've been thinking about today.
- 6:19:32Speaker 1: Just let it all go.
- 6:19:37Speaker 2: Because none of it is useful in this moment. This
- 6:19:45Speaker 2: is your opportunity to just focus on feeling belam allowing
- 6:20:04Speaker 2: yourself to get in touch with that natural since a
- 6:20:13Speaker 2: peace that we all have within us. It's available for everyone.
- 6:20:22Speaker 2: It just sometimes takes a little bit of effort to
- 6:20:28Speaker 2: set up.
- 6:20:28Speaker 1: The right.
- 6:20:31Speaker 2: Time and place in order for you to just let go.
- 6:20:39Speaker 2: Because when you do decide to let go relax, that's
- 6:20:47Speaker 2: what your body starts to do because you've chosen, You've
- 6:20:55Speaker 2: chosen to just allow your body to unwind, and your
- 6:21:02Speaker 2: mind starts to slow down. And it's a nice feeling.
- 6:21:11Speaker 7: It's a nice feeling at the beginning, just to know
- 6:21:15Speaker 7: that you.
- 6:21:16Speaker 2: Have chosen to decide to relax deeply. Because you've made
- 6:21:27Speaker 2: that decision, your body will just follow suit. Because sometimes
- 6:21:36Speaker 2: all the muscles in your body need is just permission
- 6:21:41Speaker 2: from you to relax. Because so often we're busy, we're
- 6:21:50Speaker 2: going from here to there, we're walking around, and we're
- 6:21:54Speaker 2: doing stuff, and the body doesn't have any time space
- 6:22:03Speaker 2: to really relax deeply. So it kind of waits for
- 6:22:11Speaker 2: you to lead the way, waits for your permission.
- 6:22:20Speaker 1: And when you do.
- 6:22:22Speaker 2: Give your permission, when you give to say so, when
- 6:22:27Speaker 2: you say okay, it's time.
- 6:22:33Speaker 1: For your body to let go.
- 6:22:36Speaker 2: Completely and relax totally, your body just follows. So like
- 6:22:48Speaker 2: a breath of relief, are relax that feeling at the
- 6:22:59Speaker 2: end of the day of very physical day that you
- 6:23:02Speaker 2: may experience in the past, but you get home and
- 6:23:06Speaker 2: you just sit down in a chair, maybe you kick
- 6:23:10Speaker 2: your shoes off, and our off feels so nice. I
- 6:23:16Speaker 2: know that you don't have to get up again for
- 6:23:20Speaker 2: a little while at least if you choose, you can
- 6:23:24Speaker 2: just sit there for me me an hour too feels,
- 6:23:32Speaker 2: but listen and just by sitting down like that, everbody
- 6:23:41Speaker 2: knows that it's time to relax. Your body has been
- 6:23:47Speaker 2: given permission from you. Because it's a mindset. In your mind,
- 6:23:57Speaker 2: you're prepared to let go of everything and just completely
- 6:24:09Speaker 2: allow all the stress of your body to evaporate. Any
- 6:24:18Speaker 2: tensions can just gradually.
- 6:24:23Speaker 1: Vanish.
- 6:24:30Speaker 2: It's almost like magic, really, because that sense of relaxation
- 6:24:42Speaker 2: in your body, it's a very natural state. It's not
- 6:24:48Speaker 2: something unusual. It may feel unusual when you first start
- 6:24:53Speaker 2: to relax you if you have really spent a lot
- 6:24:58Speaker 2: of time focusing, giving yourself this space to let go
- 6:25:03Speaker 2: completely in legs may seem most s falium, but it isn't.
- 6:25:11Speaker 2: It's actually the most natural thing in the world to
- 6:25:18Speaker 2: lego completely, to relax totally, the most natural thing in
- 6:25:28Speaker 2: the world to allow yourself to feel really calm in
- 6:25:40Speaker 2: your mind. And it is almost like a literal unwinding.
- 6:25:51Speaker 2: Slightly press a button and all attention just releases. It's
- 6:26:01Speaker 2: like a wheel, like a cog, like the inside of
- 6:26:04Speaker 2: a clock just donetwinding and hestched. I could see that
- 6:26:10Speaker 2: the little wind up not that's used just going the
- 6:26:15Speaker 2: opposite way. The energy is to wind it up, and
- 6:26:21Speaker 2: the energy that prometic stress for energy gradually winding down,
- 6:26:32Speaker 2: losing its power, losing its strength. There's a sense of
- 6:26:39Speaker 2: relaxation becomes stronger and deeper. Had you may find that
- 6:26:51Speaker 2: the relaxed you feel, your mind starts to wander.
- 6:27:02Speaker 1: Maybe you.
- 6:27:05Speaker 2: Seem to stop listening to me for a while, your
- 6:27:09Speaker 2: mind goes somewhere else and you realize you're listening to
- 6:27:15Speaker 2: me again, and that was just your mind to drifted
- 6:27:21Speaker 2: to sleep, which is quite natural, because sometimes when we're
- 6:27:33Speaker 2: stressed tense, we may i actually be aware of what
- 6:27:40Speaker 2: we need and we physically your emotionally.
- 6:27:45Speaker 1: Need in this moment.
- 6:27:50Speaker 2: But when you allow your body and mind to relax completely,
- 6:27:58Speaker 2: you let go thoughts, concerns, worries, ideas all the go,
- 6:28:09Speaker 2: allow them to drop into the floor. You start to
- 6:28:19Speaker 2: get in touch with the feelings of such relaxation. Feelings
- 6:28:31Speaker 2: so nice to be in touch with the calmness of
- 6:28:39Speaker 2: the different body parts this day. Become looser and looser.
- 6:28:52Speaker 2: Believe in your breathe in scenes easier and more natural.
- 6:29:00Speaker 2: Efftless as I call it, into strough your mouthful nose
- 6:29:09Speaker 2: into your nance, breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then
- 6:29:21Speaker 2: just breathing out any excess remain intentional stress from every
- 6:29:30Speaker 2: part of your body.
- 6:29:33Speaker 1: And mind.
- 6:29:37Speaker 2: If you start to focus on your mind, maybe you
- 6:29:42Speaker 2: notice that things I come to a standstill, maybe just
- 6:29:51Speaker 2: much much lower than before, because your mind is not
- 6:30:00Speaker 2: he needed when listening to my voice, which allows your
- 6:30:10Speaker 2: mind to relax just as deep as your body. That's
- 6:30:19Speaker 2: sychronicity between the relaxation of your body relaxation of your mind.
- 6:30:35Speaker 5: Let you know, the.
- 6:30:38Speaker 1: Feeling completely calm, loose.
- 6:30:44Speaker 2: And relaxed.
- 6:30:48Speaker 1: Is the great experience. He has so many.
- 6:31:05Speaker 2: Positive benefits for your body and mind and your life.
- 6:31:14Speaker 2: To be able to let over everything and to relax completely.
- 6:31:25Speaker 8: You know, all.
- 6:31:26Speaker 2: Parts, everybody and mind, even your body arised, your muscle.
- 6:31:40Speaker 7: Arise, even the skin that covers your body.
- 6:31:55Speaker 2: Is relaxed.
- 6:32:01Speaker 1: Every you have.
- 6:32:08Speaker 2: Also deeply relaxed, and your brain restarts to feel the benefits.
- 6:32:29Speaker 1: With this heath and relaxation. Let's you focus.
- 6:32:41Speaker 2: The side of your scalp where your brain is. You
- 6:32:47Speaker 2: can start to realize and mactice the benefits with your
- 6:32:55Speaker 2: brain relaxing deepay the initial brain contiguous to res sense
- 6:33:11Speaker 2: those messages to the rest of your body.
- 6:33:20Speaker 1: Do mind.
- 6:33:22Speaker 2: To re works, depay, relax more complainely, let it go.
- 6:33:46Speaker 2: Any remaining thoughts of carsence just to drop onto the floor,
- 6:34:01Speaker 2: because they are not even necessary in this moment, this
- 6:34:10Speaker 2: moment of deep reaxation and calmness, feeling brain with deep,
- 6:34:27Speaker 2: concentrated calming, relaxing every part of your brain feeling so
- 6:34:57Speaker 2: p comfortable, so relaxed, and bea soul. Your brain feels sunlight.

- 6:39:47Speaker 1: Letsing go.
- 6:39:52Speaker 2: Everything a body scan, focusing on firstly how you feel
- 6:40:05Speaker 2: in your body, not trying to change how you feel,
- 6:40:10Speaker 2: not trying to relax, not trying to move away from
- 6:40:15Speaker 2: any discomfort or stress or tension. Just accepting, observing and
- 6:40:24Speaker 2: accepting how you feel in the different parts of your body,
- 6:40:31Speaker 2: just allowing yourself to be exactly as.
- 6:40:35Speaker 7: You are, to notice, to get in touch with how
- 6:40:47Speaker 7: you actually feel in this moment.
- 6:40:53Speaker 1: The start off.
- 6:40:57Speaker 2: By focusing on your head. Just be aware of your hands,
- 6:41:11Speaker 2: like you have to move your hands around. Just maybe
- 6:41:16Speaker 2: make your fingers a little bit. I've been closer your
- 6:41:22Speaker 2: hands very gently, just so thing you can get in
- 6:41:29Speaker 2: touch with your hands and your fingers fell very very
- 6:41:43Speaker 2: slow movements. Focusing now on your feet, if you can
- 6:42:01Speaker 2: just do kind of an equivalent with your feet you've
- 6:42:07Speaker 2: just done with your hands. Maybe turn in your ankles,
- 6:42:15Speaker 2: moving your feet around, moving your toes gently, only very gently,
- 6:42:28Speaker 2: very slowly, noticing the hell your feet fell in this moment.
- 6:42:46Speaker 2: Focusing now on your eyes, I'd like you to just
- 6:42:54Speaker 2: focus on your eyelids. Maybe you can open it close
- 6:43:00Speaker 2: your eyes a couple of times to get in touch
- 6:43:05Speaker 2: with how you feel. When you do close your eyes.
- 6:43:11Speaker 2: The muscle changes in your eyes when you do close them.
- 6:43:20Speaker 2: Maybe you're raising your eyebrows. It stretches the tops of
- 6:43:26Speaker 2: your eyes, perhaps squinting your eyes, scrunching up your eyes, just.
- 6:43:38Speaker 6: So you can.
- 6:43:40Speaker 2: Really get in touch all aspects of how your eyes feel.
- 6:43:54Speaker 16: Right now.
- 6:44:04Speaker 2: Now focusing on your thighs then even just starts you
- 6:44:10Speaker 2: to gently tense your thighs, just very very gently, just
- 6:44:21Speaker 2: enough so you can become more achieved to the physical
- 6:44:34Speaker 2: sensation of your upper legs, the front of your thighs,
- 6:44:41Speaker 2: and the banks of your thigh. Noticing and observing how
- 6:44:54Speaker 2: your thighs feel right now, moving your focus to the
- 6:45:10Speaker 2: back of your neck, just noticing the back of your neck.
- 6:45:18Speaker 2: The muscles, of course, they lead to the side of
- 6:45:23Speaker 2: your neck. They also lead to the top of your back,
- 6:45:30Speaker 2: which leads to your shoulders. So as you focus on
- 6:45:36Speaker 2: the back of your neck, maybe you can move your
- 6:45:42Speaker 2: head gently upwards as if you were looking up. Maybe
- 6:45:50Speaker 2: moving your head down as if you're looking down, perhaps
- 6:45:58Speaker 2: moving your head side aside, right left bony very slowly,
- 6:46:11Speaker 2: very gently. I'm not trying to force anything.
- 6:46:19Speaker 1: It has to be very.
- 6:46:23Speaker 2: Very gentle, just so you can be in touch with
- 6:46:37Speaker 2: the feelings, with the sensations of physical sensations.
- 6:46:45Speaker 1: Of how the back of your neck.
- 6:46:51Speaker 2: Feels right now, as we now focus on the tops
- 6:47:08Speaker 2: of your arms, the parts where your biceps and dry
- 6:47:14Speaker 2: SIPs on between your elbow and your shoulders. To focus
- 6:47:23Speaker 2: on those parts, the tops of your arms, you may
- 6:47:30Speaker 2: like to just tense them, but very very chickly and slowly,
- 6:47:42Speaker 2: see you know, streaming or putting any pressure whatsoever.
- 6:47:51Speaker 16: On your arms.
- 6:47:55Speaker 2: It's just slowly you can gain more a sense of
- 6:48:04Speaker 2: how your uper aunts I feel in this moment, just
- 6:48:17Speaker 2: noticing I see, gently, very gently and slowly.
- 6:48:28Speaker 1: Tighten the muscles.
- 6:48:31Speaker 16: And they're gonna goo.
- 6:48:36Speaker 7: Notice how tops of your arms feel.
- 6:48:44Speaker 1: Right now? As how focus.
- 6:48:59Speaker 5: When you stop.
- 6:49:03Speaker 2: The area the lower abdomen area below your belly button,
- 6:49:10Speaker 2: moving all the way down to your hips just a
- 6:49:17Speaker 2: part of your crime. Maybe you're able to tense these
- 6:49:28Speaker 2: muscles in that area very very gently.
- 6:49:38Speaker 1: And slowly.
- 6:49:45Speaker 2: If that's a difficult thing to do. Maybe you can
- 6:49:50Speaker 2: just move your body, pushing your stomach up. I moved
- 6:50:00Speaker 2: a little bit of a side. Use no hips, just
- 6:50:06Speaker 2: so get in cheap hell your lower outto an area
- 6:50:21Speaker 2: is feeling in this moment.
- 6:50:33Speaker 1: Just not to send the.
- 6:50:36Speaker 2: Physical sasations with a lower abdomen.
- 6:50:55Speaker 1: As we live.
- 6:50:58Speaker 2: Your attention to your mouth to see in your lips,
- 6:51:11Speaker 2: then inside your mouth, your teeth, your gums, your tongue,
- 6:51:29Speaker 2: just not descend. Have your tongue and your mouth feels.
- 6:51:38Speaker 6: It.
- 6:51:38Speaker 16: May help by.
- 6:51:41Speaker 2: Moving your tongue around your mouth, moving it to your left,
- 6:51:50Speaker 2: maybe pressing it gently against the side of your mouth,
- 6:51:57Speaker 2: and then to the right, chackly to the side of
- 6:52:02Speaker 2: your mouth, perhaps pressing up against it at top of
- 6:52:10Speaker 2: your mouth, and let.
- 6:52:12Speaker 7: It down gently against the bottom of.
- 6:52:17Speaker 2: Your mouth, always very slowly.
- 6:52:27Speaker 1: And a very very gentle.
- 6:52:36Speaker 16: So that you can.
- 6:52:41Speaker 2: Be aware.
- 6:52:47Speaker 1: How you feel.
- 6:52:52Speaker 7: In your mouth area. Now you have to focus on
- 6:53:13Speaker 7: your wrists.
- 6:53:24Speaker 2: I'm gonna ask you to maybe just writing your wrists,
- 6:53:33Speaker 2: put in your hands in a circular motion, very.
- 6:53:40Speaker 1: Shackly and slowly, just so again.
- 6:53:56Speaker 2: Feel the sensations he are currently its experiences in your risons.
- 6:54:19Speaker 2: Perhapsolute any ads up and down the game ry chickly
- 6:54:37Speaker 2: slily che song s. Start to observe a lower back
- 6:55:24Speaker 2: there bare parts, just a bum your hips.
- 6:55:34Speaker 1: Where your coxis are.
- 6:55:43Speaker 2: The whole area which also really does include the signs
- 6:55:50Speaker 2: like a body because those muscles aren't very much connected.
- 6:56:01Speaker 2: Those muscles also remove into your hyperia, connecting to your
- 6:56:09Speaker 2: buttics side your apps. And if you're physically able to
- 6:56:28Speaker 2: do same, maybe it can hurry gently just relieve your
- 6:56:37Speaker 2: body evers slightly, very slowly some side to side.
- 6:56:53Speaker 1: Just enough. Yeah, it's engage how you feel.
- 6:57:09Speaker 20: Your love backerhaps sickly your hips gently up and down,
- 6:57:32Speaker 20: gently and slightly. Order'sun the touch with the physical sensations.
- 6:57:52Speaker 2: Of your love back as we know, your attention to
- 6:58:21Speaker 2: your Joe, the area of your ship a help to
- 6:58:31Speaker 2: the areas on.
- 6:58:36Speaker 1: Oh love your jewel. You just.
- 6:58:51Speaker 2: It's like gate this sime. Gently open your mouth white,
- 6:59:01Speaker 2: I stretched just very gently and slowly, but been in
- 6:59:12Speaker 2: your mouth. Incre your mouth very gently.
- 6:59:24Speaker 8: And slurly.
- 6:59:34Speaker 16: Sorry, can.
- 6:59:38Speaker 1: Be touch.
- 6:59:46Speaker 2: How your jaw feels now to sit down, chest area,
- 7:00:34Speaker 2: I need to do anything, want to my fe chest
- 7:00:41Speaker 2: because secretary brains very gently.
- 7:00:55Speaker 16: And sperly.
- 7:00:58Speaker 1: WoT that.
- 7:01:02Speaker 2: With each crap time fast chests, pray in your focus.
- 7:02:03Speaker 21: To your forums John elbows. Maybe you're able to very chickly.
- 7:02:21Speaker 2: And sloly dance the muscles in your forearms, and when
- 7:02:33Speaker 2: you do that, you can film your outwards as well,
- 7:02:50Speaker 2: very gently and slowly, jack softly say four arms, the
- 7:03:26Speaker 2: talpas focus, resting bank, your upper back.
- 7:04:05Speaker 1: And the middle.
- 7:04:08Speaker 2: The middle back. Again this sparted body. Also every time creed.
- 7:04:39Speaker 1: I do notice that.
- 7:04:42Speaker 2: Usually I should have serve your upper back in the
- 7:04:54Speaker 2: middle of your back can chats forcus area, but egs
- 7:06:07Speaker 2: cry that muscles has byers.
- 7:06:15Speaker 1: In the mid section.
- 7:06:44Speaker 2: Just like to say, how the hips fail?
- 7:06:56Speaker 1: Right now, che.
- 7:07:09Speaker 2: Chently my hands, why beside the side and gently hint
- 7:07:49Speaker 2: gently softly. It's everything starts to slow down, including the
- 7:08:28Speaker 2: thoughts in your mind and your mind itself just starts
- 7:08:37Speaker 2: to gradually. It doesn't have to be instant, but just
- 7:08:44Speaker 2: gradually starting. It's almost like time is storing chin. It's
- 7:08:57Speaker 2: a slower pace to maybe what you're used to in
- 7:09:05Speaker 2: your day to day life. It's a slower movement of energy,
- 7:09:28Speaker 2: very small movements which make up the larger movements, which
- 7:09:40Speaker 2: is always the case. Now when you move your hand,
- 7:09:48Speaker 2: it might seem like it's one movement, but it's lots
- 7:09:51Speaker 2: of minute different muscles moving in accordance with each other.
- 7:10:04Speaker 2: What happens in this space that we're sharing is we
- 7:10:17Speaker 2: move from.
- 7:10:21Speaker 1: That big.
- 7:10:28Speaker 2: Movement into those smaller movements. Starting to focus on how
- 7:10:45Speaker 2: your body feels, not just as a whole, not just oh,
- 7:10:52Speaker 2: i'm feel in this way. I'm feeling stressed or tense,
- 7:10:57Speaker 2: or I'm feeling relaxed and calm. I'm feeling this way,
- 7:11:02Speaker 2: I'm feeling that way. Starting to notice that your body
- 7:11:13Speaker 2: begins to present to you small feelings around your body,
- 7:11:30Speaker 2: small physical sensations in your legs, whether pleasurable or not.
- 7:11:47Speaker 7: Maybe resisting the temptation to label them.
- 7:11:55Speaker 2: Or to judge them those feelings. Just thinking them, thinking
- 7:12:03Speaker 2: about them is just being neutral, just feelings, not being
- 7:12:17Speaker 2: particularly concerned, just noticing what your body is telling you.
- 7:12:36Speaker 2: Feelings in your arms, instead of feeling the hole of
- 7:12:42Speaker 2: the arm, maybe notice those individual feelings, all those different
- 7:12:52Speaker 2: muscles and.
- 7:12:57Speaker 1: The skin there has of your arms, that.
- 7:13:05Speaker 2: All the internal parts of your arms, the veins, the bones.
- 7:13:22Speaker 2: Just being aware of maybe your elbow on your right
- 7:13:29Speaker 2: arm has a certain feeling. Maybe you're left wrist.
- 7:13:39Speaker 1: Also has.
- 7:13:43Speaker 7: Its own individual physical sensation.
- 7:14:01Speaker 2: What about your forearm when your right arm, you're right forearm,
- 7:14:15Speaker 2: there may not be any particular feeling that you could
- 7:14:21Speaker 2: even give a name to, may not feel like anything
- 7:14:30Speaker 2: other than just a feeling. You know, it's there. The
- 7:14:41Speaker 2: feelings in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders when you think
- 7:14:46Speaker 2: about them, kind of almost like they're the same, you know,
- 7:14:53Speaker 2: the same feeling, almost like both of your shoulders are
- 7:14:58Speaker 2: just one thing. Of course they're not. And when you
- 7:15:11Speaker 2: focus on your left shoulder and they're on your right shoulder,
- 7:15:19Speaker 2: maybe find that you move the muscles a little bit,
- 7:15:25Speaker 2: maybe tense the muscles gently, noticing the difference in each shoulder.
- 7:15:51Speaker 2: Your lower back m the left side of your lower
- 7:16:07Speaker 2: back and the right side of your lower back of
- 7:16:18Speaker 2: course that connection to your buttocks and to your hips,
- 7:16:31Speaker 2: and also moving up into the middle of your back.
- 7:16:44Speaker 2: And sometimes like right now, actually I want to focus
- 7:16:48Speaker 2: on their part. When I focused on my buttocks and
- 7:16:54Speaker 2: then I focused on the middle of my back, it
- 7:16:58Speaker 2: almost felt like the source in my lower back would
- 7:17:01Speaker 2: being stretched very gently, just stretched a little bit, even
- 7:17:13Speaker 2: though I wasn't doing anything to try to stretch your
- 7:17:22Speaker 2: lower back. It just seemed to happen. The feeling of
- 7:17:29Speaker 2: very gently stretching your lower back comes along.
- 7:17:46Speaker 7: I have feeling in your chest, just noticing.
- 7:18:07Speaker 2: What sensations.
- 7:18:11Speaker 7: You are experiencing in your chest right now.
- 7:18:29Speaker 2: And there's so much of the chest. Of course, there's
- 7:18:32Speaker 2: the collar bone leading to the chest. You've got the
- 7:18:36Speaker 2: chest bone, You've got the muscles in your chest. Of course,
- 7:18:48Speaker 2: if you're female, there's possibly the breasts. If you're male,
- 7:18:56Speaker 2: you've got the different Well might not make different these days, but.
- 7:19:05Speaker 16: There may be more.
- 7:19:08Speaker 2: Muscles at the top of the chest, but at the
- 7:19:14Speaker 2: side underneath it's pretty much the same. Whether you're a
- 7:19:19Speaker 2: man or a woman. There's muscles there. Muscles stretch out
- 7:19:26Speaker 2: to your back as well as breast tissue stretches and
- 7:19:31Speaker 2: moves into your back. To just being aware of your chest,
- 7:19:47Speaker 2: being with whatever feeling there is in your chest. And
- 7:20:14Speaker 2: when I noticed that, I focus on my chest, I
- 7:20:22Speaker 2: feel it in my back and my upper back. I mean,
- 7:20:27Speaker 2: I guess the obvious reason would be because you know,
- 7:20:30Speaker 2: I'm breathe it in and it stretches my chest and
- 7:20:41Speaker 2: my back at the same time. That feels it feels okay,
- 7:21:02Speaker 2: doesn't feel a little bit of pain in my right chest,
- 7:21:12Speaker 2: A little bit not pain, but a little discomfort, maybe
- 7:21:17Speaker 2: stiffness possibly, I don't know. I notice my shoulders are also.
- 7:21:27Speaker 1: Watching to flex for some reason.
- 7:21:33Speaker 2: I think that's probably part of my other back, that
- 7:21:41Speaker 2: connection between my shoulders and my other back. Because I
- 7:21:46Speaker 2: can move my shoulders and stretch the muscles in my back,
- 7:21:53Speaker 2: moving the shoulders.
- 7:21:54Speaker 7: Backwards up, which then moves. I think it's the scapulous.
- 7:22:04Speaker 2: In your back. It feels quite nice. Actually, a good
- 7:22:22Speaker 2: thing about this is you can, if you want to,
- 7:22:26Speaker 2: you can just flex or stimulate the various muscles in
- 7:22:41Speaker 2: your body gently in order to get more of a
- 7:22:47Speaker 2: sense of how they feel. And when you're relaxing, when
- 7:23:02Speaker 2: you do tense and muscle, then you let it go
- 7:23:06Speaker 2: and you let it relax. It relaxes.
- 7:23:12Speaker 1: Way more.
- 7:23:15Speaker 2: Than it would normally.
- 7:23:21Speaker 1: You have to feel.
- 7:23:25Speaker 2: That you're able to do that. There's no point in
- 7:23:29Speaker 2: doing it if there's an issue with the per part
- 7:23:34Speaker 2: of your body. You need to be gentle with yourself
- 7:23:43Speaker 2: at all times when relaxing deeply. It's important to be
- 7:23:57Speaker 2: kind to yourself. Did you notice your mind? How much
- 7:24:14Speaker 2: has your mind slowed down since we started this recording.
- 7:24:38Speaker 1: How come and peaceful.
- 7:24:45Speaker 2: Is your mind right now? We have nothing to think
- 7:24:55Speaker 2: about and just my voice listen to because you know
- 7:25:05Speaker 2: the intention behind this recording, this relaxation. At the very least,
- 7:25:18Speaker 2: for you to feel more relaxed at the end of
- 7:25:22Speaker 2: the recording than you did at the beginning, at the
- 7:25:31Speaker 2: very least, for your mind to slow down because your
- 7:25:42Speaker 2: body continues to relax, because that's what you want to happen.
- 7:26:03Speaker 2: That's what you expect to happen, for relaxation to fill
- 7:26:24Speaker 2: your body, maybe calm your mind to the point of
- 7:26:37Speaker 2: boredom when you start, maybe to drift away.
- 7:27:10Speaker 1: Breathed in.
- 7:27:24Speaker 2: It's almost as if you're moving further away from your
- 7:27:34Speaker 2: body in your mind, just leaving that there. Kind of
- 7:27:48Speaker 2: liking it an escape pod in a spaceship a movie,
- 7:27:53Speaker 2: a space movie, you know when it gets a little
- 7:27:56Speaker 2: part in it. Since the man far away, the spacion
- 7:28:12Speaker 2: save the dream, continue to reacts, drift.
- 7:28:51Speaker 7: Down, at peace, at.
- 7:29:56Speaker 2: Peace and focusing on that feeling of those individual parts
- 7:30:32Speaker 2: of your body that's.
- 7:30:37Speaker 1: Relaxing.
- 7:30:40Speaker 2: One by one, you may.
- 7:30:51Speaker 1: Find that every now and then.
- 7:31:00Speaker 7: You realize that you are listening.
- 7:31:08Speaker 1: To my voice. It gives your.
- 7:31:12Speaker 2: Mind started to imagine something different, maybe started to almost
- 7:31:27Speaker 2: move into some kind of a dreamy state. And then
- 7:31:36Speaker 2: you become aware of my voice again. And even though
- 7:31:43Speaker 2: you may want to focus on my voice, you may
- 7:31:50Speaker 2: also wish to allow your mind to just drift naturally
- 7:32:05Speaker 2: into that space and comfort and safety. As you feel
- 7:32:27Speaker 2: warm comfort spreading through your body like a warm blanket
- 7:32:40Speaker 2: covering you, chentling, keeping your body it just perfect temperature,
- 7:33:05Speaker 2: and heard. You can hear background sounds, they just don't
- 7:33:18Speaker 2: seem to matter anymore. There's that sense of peace spreads
- 7:33:35Speaker 2: through your mind like a gentle breeze, yet strong enough
- 7:33:48Speaker 2: to blow away all negativity. Strong after remove from your
- 7:34:05Speaker 2: mind any anxiety or stress that was there before, and
- 7:34:23Speaker 2: blow away any other thoughts or feelings that just don't
- 7:34:34Speaker 2: fit with the sense.
- 7:34:48Speaker 1: Relaxation that is feeling.
- 7:34:58Speaker 2: Your body and your mind. Unless you focus on your mind,
- 7:35:23Speaker 2: the count down from ten down to one.
- 7:35:28Speaker 1: With each numberone your mind, what will become.
- 7:35:45Speaker 7: Slightly relaxed, just just slightly.
- 7:36:03Speaker 2: You from ten down to nine, just a slip moment,
- 7:36:10Speaker 2: nine down to eight, just another small change in how
- 7:36:23Speaker 2: you feel, eight down to seven feeling this is a gap,
- 7:36:36Speaker 2: almost like a gap that starts to get wider, the
- 7:36:42Speaker 2: gap between those feelings that you used to have in
- 7:36:51Speaker 2: your mind compared to the feelings you have the growing
- 7:37:01Speaker 2: feeders of comfort and security and confidence, and the gap
- 7:37:11Speaker 2: will become the wider. Made down to seven, seven, down
- 7:37:17Speaker 2: to six. When you get to five, your mind will
- 7:37:26Speaker 2: start to have a certain physical sensation. It's like there's
- 7:37:39Speaker 2: a magnet outside of your head sucking the tension and
- 7:37:46Speaker 2: the stress and any remaining feelings that you don't want,
- 7:37:54Speaker 2: sucking them out through your skull.
- 7:38:02Speaker 1: And down to four.
- 7:38:05Speaker 2: You can start to really experience that sense of not
- 7:38:12Speaker 2: just emptiness, but space, a place full of fresh air,
- 7:38:28Speaker 2: place where you can stretch. It's almost as if as
- 7:38:34Speaker 2: you go down to four and three your mind is expanding,
- 7:38:40Speaker 2: with this sense.
- 7:38:45Speaker 1: Of peace and tranquility growing.
- 7:38:53Speaker 2: As it moves down to When you get to one,
- 7:39:01Speaker 2: mind just feels exactly how you want to feel, almost
- 7:39:16Speaker 2: perfect feeling, maybe a sensation that.
- 7:39:30Speaker 16: You'd like to keep.
- 7:39:34Speaker 2: A place that's safe, where nothing can affect you at all,
- 7:39:57Speaker 2: and you can stay in that that space of comfort
- 7:40:02Speaker 2: and confidence, confident in your own ability to create this space,
- 7:40:13Speaker 2: and this fear of comfort within your own mind just
- 7:40:20Speaker 2: by counting ten.
- 7:40:24Speaker 1: Down to one.
- 7:40:29Speaker 2: And this is something that you can do yourself when
- 7:40:34Speaker 2: you're on your own, the time when you can maybe
- 7:40:41Speaker 2: sit down, maybe just for a few minutes, close your eyes,
- 7:40:54Speaker 2: just counts slowly from ten down to one. Very experience
- 7:41:09Speaker 2: these feelings in your mind. And when you feel that
- 7:41:19Speaker 2: way in your mind, your body copies your mind, and
- 7:41:34Speaker 2: that feeling is spread through your spine and your nervous
- 7:41:41Speaker 2: system into every bond of your body, travels through your
- 7:41:48Speaker 2: blood stream, heathing and relaxing every article of your existence.
- 7:42:15Speaker 2: We can practice this a few times before the end
- 7:42:25Speaker 2: of the recording.
- 7:42:26Speaker 1: And then you can.
- 7:42:28Speaker 2: Practice on your own. And each time you countfort ten
- 7:42:36Speaker 2: down to one, the feelings of comforts, calmness, deep deep
- 7:42:50Speaker 2: relaxation becomes stronger.
- 7:42:56Speaker 1: Deeper.
- 7:43:03Speaker 2: Feeling your mind and your brain with these positive chemicals
- 7:43:14Speaker 2: spread throughout your body, relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your
- 7:43:24Speaker 2: whole body and mind, so very very easy, just by
- 7:43:36Speaker 2: counting ten down to one. So we're gonna do now.
- 7:43:50Speaker 2: I'm gonna count from ten down to one. I'd like
- 7:43:54Speaker 2: you to repeat the number after me, so when I
- 7:43:59Speaker 2: say ten, you can just repeat to yourself.
- 7:44:07Speaker 5: Ten.
- 7:44:13Speaker 2: Just notice be aware of how you feel in your
- 7:44:22Speaker 2: mind and your body. And when I say nine, you
- 7:44:32Speaker 2: can repeat to yourself.
- 7:44:37Speaker 6: Nine.
- 7:44:42Speaker 2: Became noticing increase in comfort and calmness in your mind
- 7:44:55Speaker 2: and in your body, the same, the same eight when
- 7:45:07Speaker 2: I say seven, six, let's say five, four, when I
- 7:45:23Speaker 2: say three, two, lastly, when I.
- 7:45:34Speaker 1: Say one, can you be that number?
- 7:45:46Speaker 6: Now?
- 7:45:46Speaker 2: Of course, when you do this on your own without
- 7:45:52Speaker 2: listening to me, you can say the numbers or whatever.
- 7:45:59Speaker 7: Speed that you feel is necessary.
- 7:46:05Speaker 2: For you. So if you can adapt so you feel
- 7:46:11Speaker 2: you want to say the numbers ten down to one
- 7:46:18Speaker 2: faster than I do, then you go ahead and do that.
- 7:46:23Speaker 2: Or if you feel when you do it yourself.
- 7:46:27Speaker 5: That you'd like to have more.
- 7:46:31Speaker 2: More space between the numbers, maybe take a lot longer
- 7:46:38Speaker 2: to get from ten or way down to one. That's
- 7:46:49Speaker 2: your choice also to do. So, I've been a cow
- 7:47:01Speaker 2: from tamp down to one. If I get to one,
- 7:47:11Speaker 2: that will be the end of this recording. Let'sical shore
- 7:47:17Speaker 2: listening to music, and the music will continue ten nine, seven, twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen,
- 7:52:36Speaker 2: thirty twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 7:53:32Speaker 1: Two one now open your.
- 7:53:48Speaker 2: Eyes letticin a physical film, having counted down from twenty
- 7:53:59Speaker 2: to one, allowing stress tension to leave through your fingertips
- 7:54:08Speaker 2: and your toast. And as you focus on your fingertips
- 7:54:14Speaker 2: maybe they feel a little bit tingling, which is I
- 7:54:20Speaker 2: suppose quite understanding considering the tension has been exiting your
- 7:54:25Speaker 2: body through your fingertips. So now I'm going to count
- 7:54:34Speaker 2: from twenty out to one again.
- 7:54:36Speaker 1: This time.
- 7:54:41Speaker 7: You feel relief of tension and stress and the anxiety that.
- 7:54:48Speaker 5: You may have.
- 7:54:53Speaker 2: Leaving through your stomach. Just leaving through your stomach, almost
- 7:55:01Speaker 2: as if it's just releasing the whole of your stomach
- 7:55:08Speaker 2: or navil to just above your chest or below your chest,
- 7:55:13Speaker 2: rather so surrounding your belly by an area, the whole area.
- 7:55:20Speaker 2: You can feel the tension of your body where there's left,
- 7:55:24Speaker 2: just releasing on the area, and you may notice that
- 7:55:30Speaker 2: your stomach will become very repoxed.
- 7:55:34Speaker 1: As my countdown twenty down to one.
- 7:55:40Speaker 2: Now twenty nineteen, eighteen, eventeen sixteen, fifty fourteen, thirty twelve,
- 7:56:28Speaker 2: eleven nine eight seven, six.
- 7:56:55Speaker 16: Nine oh.
- 7:57:04Speaker 2: Three two one, you can be ice again if your cheers,
- 7:57:22Speaker 2: but you just keep them closed because it feels relaxing.
- 7:57:28Speaker 2: Just notice saying stomach fels. Notice that your focus. Just
- 7:57:35Speaker 2: do a little scared of your body's note to saying
- 7:57:39Speaker 2: your body feels focusing upper body, back, chest, stomach lags, uns, hands,
- 7:57:52Speaker 2: fiend just noticing, and you know you may start to
- 7:58:02Speaker 2: fill of a sense of tiredness, which may be the
- 7:58:08Speaker 2: reason listening to this record it because you like to
- 7:58:16Speaker 2: let go completely of everything.
- 7:58:21Speaker 1: And drive.
- 7:58:24Speaker 2: Off into a nice, natural, calm, relaxing sleep.
- 7:58:39Speaker 1: So now focus.
- 7:58:43Speaker 2: On your forehead, and if you choose, you can incorporate
- 7:58:50Speaker 2: your eyes in this focus as well. With your forehead
- 7:58:55Speaker 2: and your eyes, there's the whole area basically almost as
- 7:59:01Speaker 2: if you were having a mask, you know, like a
- 7:59:06Speaker 2: I don't know that mask or something I'm trying to
- 7:59:12Speaker 2: sorrow or something, you know, the kind of mask that
- 7:59:14Speaker 2: covers your eyes but also covers quite a lot of
- 7:59:17Speaker 2: the forehead. Focused on that area because that's the area
- 7:59:25Speaker 2: that we're now going to release tension, stress from your mind,
- 7:59:31Speaker 2: your brain, from your mind, and any tension that you
- 7:59:35Speaker 2: may have remain in your face, your neck, your jaw,
- 7:59:41Speaker 2: your eyes, your forehead, or your scalp. So basically any
- 7:59:48Speaker 2: intension within your head area, including your mind and.
- 7:59:54Speaker 1: Your brain.
- 7:59:58Speaker 2: That's going to be released. Three or four heads in
- 8:00:02Speaker 2: your eyes as I count down the game from twenty
- 8:00:10Speaker 2: down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen.
- 8:00:56Speaker 22: Twelve, eleven, nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 8:01:43Speaker 2: Thirty one. Notice as you scared your face, jaw, your eyes,
- 8:02:11Speaker 2: the cheap beds, your ears, your forehead, your.
- 8:02:18Speaker 7: Scalp, your neck, back of your neck, fronting the side.
- 8:02:26Speaker 2: Of your neck and throat, not being aware of the
- 8:02:37Speaker 2: comfort increased in relaxation, not just in your head and
- 8:02:49Speaker 2: neck and mind, also the rest of your body.
- 8:03:00Speaker 1: Out loose.
- 8:03:02Speaker 7: The calm you felt. How easily.
- 8:03:07Speaker 5: It is to just let go.
- 8:03:12Speaker 1: Completely?
- 8:03:15Speaker 5: They go.
- 8:03:18Speaker 1: Completely?
- 8:03:26Speaker 2: How easily do balace? Just focus on the top of
- 8:03:40Speaker 2: your head. I'm allowed every last lease of tension or stress,
- 8:03:55Speaker 2: the mind be ingry and hiding in your good.
- 8:04:01Speaker 1: Mind, my head just be sucked down on the top
- 8:04:09Speaker 1: of your head, released.
- 8:04:17Speaker 5: To the air.
- 8:04:18Speaker 2: Was sucked down into the clouds like a big cloud
- 8:04:25Speaker 2: of my head. It's like a whoop. It can suck
- 8:04:31Speaker 2: that tension.
- 8:04:34Speaker 5: Out of the top of your head.
- 8:04:38Speaker 1: Just take it away.
- 8:04:41Speaker 2: Good you focus leagin opening on the top of your
- 8:04:48Speaker 2: head without intension stress, and you would have made issues,
- 8:04:55Speaker 2: making worries of sad I'm not used to you. Now
- 8:05:00Speaker 2: you can always sucked down on my head. They've taken away.
- 8:05:08Speaker 2: As I count down again, I'm twenty down to work now,
- 8:05:20Speaker 2: twenty nineteen, eighteen seventy sixty fifty fourty well, and then
- 8:06:38Speaker 2: adds six.
- 8:06:49Speaker 5: Six oooh.
- 8:07:04Speaker 16: Three, what pray you notice it? How he failed?
- 8:07:39Speaker 2: He relaxed and calm if physically and mentally failed right
- 8:07:47Speaker 2: now helps your mind feels it feels so nice to
- 8:08:03Speaker 2: just let go, to give yourself some space to breathe easily,
- 8:08:14Speaker 2: to think calmly, just to take a break from all
- 8:08:24Speaker 2: that pointless worry and concerns about.
- 8:08:28Speaker 16: Things that you don't need to think about.
- 8:08:35Speaker 2: Right now, because this is your time to let go.
- 8:08:43Speaker 2: This is your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful
- 8:08:53Speaker 2: in your mind, relaxed and your body. I can feel
- 8:09:01Speaker 2: so good, so nice to just don't have to do anything,
- 8:09:13Speaker 2: to be able.
- 8:09:14Speaker 1: To really.
- 8:09:18Speaker 2: Enjoy that serenity that comes and letting go completely, that
- 8:09:28Speaker 2: peacefulness that comes with in this peaceful space, and you
- 8:09:47Speaker 2: can keep this sense of calmness through the long you choose.
- 8:10:01Speaker 2: You choose to drift off into a deep, healing, natural sleep,
- 8:10:09Speaker 2: then you can do that. It's completely up to you.
- 8:10:20Speaker 2: And you can keep this feeling of calmness physically in
- 8:10:25Speaker 2: your mind for so long because you choose to feel
- 8:10:32Speaker 2: completely relaxed, completely relaxed, and I'd like you to make
- 8:10:47Speaker 2: up your mind, then you get to relax. I want
- 8:11:01Speaker 2: to explore that with you, what it feels like when
- 8:11:05Speaker 2: you actually decide that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself,
- 8:11:14Speaker 2: but giving yourself that. Yes, it is a command, really,
- 8:11:20Speaker 2: isn't it.
- 8:11:21Speaker 1: When you're telling yourself.
- 8:11:24Speaker 2: Relax in a gentle but firm way, that only you
- 8:11:32Speaker 2: can really tell yourself in that way. You can't really
- 8:11:37Speaker 2: have someone else say to you and now relax, relax.
- 8:11:41Speaker 21: You know.
- 8:11:44Speaker 2: It needs to be gentle, but you can't. Someone else
- 8:11:46Speaker 2: can't really have the same the same kind of influence
- 8:11:55Speaker 2: or power that you have over your own physicality, over
- 8:12:04Speaker 2: how you feel, because when you say it to yourself,
- 8:12:14Speaker 2: it means more. It's personal, and your brain, your unconscious mind,
- 8:12:23Speaker 2: and your body listens to what you say. So, for example,
- 8:12:30Speaker 2: we'll test it out. You're doing your test, few your
- 8:12:33Speaker 2: tests along the way and you can get more of
- 8:12:37Speaker 2: an idea of the force, a positive force you can
- 8:12:44Speaker 2: have in creating a sense of comfort and relaxation in
- 8:12:52Speaker 2: your body.
- 8:12:53Speaker 1: And your mind quite quickly just by you telling you
- 8:13:02Speaker 1: to relax.
- 8:13:07Speaker 2: So I'm going to start by it's focus on your hands.
- 8:13:14Speaker 2: So focus on your hands. Just tell your hands to relax.
- 8:13:19Speaker 1: Just say relax.
- 8:13:22Speaker 2: As you focus on your hands, you could say my
- 8:13:28Speaker 2: hands are relaxed, or I want my hands to relax.
- 8:13:33Speaker 1: I think if you.
- 8:13:34Speaker 2: Actually do it directly by focusing and imagining that your hands.
- 8:13:42Speaker 1: Can you hear what you're saying. You know they've got
- 8:13:45Speaker 1: little ears, a little head.
- 8:13:50Speaker 2: So talking to your hands and just say relax. That
- 8:14:07Speaker 2: how your hands start to relax. Now focus on your
- 8:14:22Speaker 2: eyes and tell your eyes to relax. You're just saying
- 8:14:26Speaker 2: the same word relax. And find the right tone for
- 8:14:33Speaker 2: you know, I might say relax, but you you might
- 8:14:40Speaker 2: say relax or relax. You know, you might say it
- 8:14:48Speaker 2: differently to yourself, and that's important for you to gauge
- 8:14:56Speaker 2: what feels right for you. To just tell your eyes
- 8:15:02Speaker 2: to relax. Whilst focusing on your eyes, your eyelids, the
- 8:15:07Speaker 2: muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows and just tell your
- 8:15:12Speaker 2: eyes directly.
- 8:15:16Speaker 1: Relax. Now.
- 8:15:46Speaker 2: I just did that myself, and sometimes you may feel
- 8:15:56Speaker 2: that you need.
- 8:15:57Speaker 11: A bit more time.
- 8:16:00Speaker 2: For the different parts to relax, you know, because I
- 8:16:04Speaker 2: started talking again and maybe that part hasn't relaxed fully.
- 8:16:09Speaker 2: But what happened is that it would just continue to relax.
- 8:16:12Speaker 11: Even though I'm talking.
- 8:16:15Speaker 2: That's happened with my eyes. Something else I noticed is
- 8:16:23Speaker 2: when I started focusing on my eyes, that actually almost
- 8:16:27Speaker 2: became They got worse before they got better in a way.
- 8:16:30Speaker 2: So I felt a degree of tension growing in my
- 8:16:33Speaker 2: eyes and then disappearing. So I think what that was
- 8:16:39Speaker 2: really was just me becoming more aware of the tension
- 8:16:46Speaker 2: that was already there that I wasn't. I wasn't focused
- 8:16:50Speaker 2: on it before, so I wasn't really acknowledging it or
- 8:16:57Speaker 2: really just to those feelings. Yeah, my eyes is still
- 8:17:12Speaker 2: continue to relax, as well as my hands. Actually, my
- 8:17:19Speaker 2: hands have got a certain kind of energy, like not buzzing,
- 8:17:25Speaker 2: but I can kind of feel a degree of energy
- 8:17:30Speaker 2: in my hands. Maybe that's where the tension has been released.
- 8:17:39Speaker 5: That's cause in them.
- 8:17:47Speaker 2: The next part, I think we should focus.
- 8:17:49Speaker 5: On the back of the neck.
- 8:17:51Speaker 2: That's a part of this is quite often, well for me,
- 8:17:55Speaker 2: holds tension. I don't know about for yourself, but I
- 8:17:58Speaker 2: think it's quite a standard place where a tension is
- 8:18:03Speaker 2: sometimes held. So and I'm doing exactly what you're doing
- 8:18:10Speaker 2: as you do it as well, so I'm telling my
- 8:18:13Speaker 2: body parts to relax as well. So if you tell
- 8:18:16Speaker 2: your neck, the back of your neck, focus on the
- 8:18:19Speaker 2: back of your neck, and then.
- 8:18:20Speaker 6: Just say.
- 8:18:24Speaker 2: Relax in your own words, your own tone, in your
- 8:18:28Speaker 2: own voice. You can say out loud, and you can
- 8:18:31Speaker 2: just say to yourself internally, but you're focusing and you're
- 8:18:37Speaker 2: saying it literally to the back of your neck, as
- 8:18:41Speaker 2: if the back of your neck can actually hear what
- 8:18:45Speaker 2: you're saying. So do that now, Just say relax to
- 8:18:52Speaker 2: the back of your neck, and I'll do the same.
- 8:19:34Speaker 2: Then what I noticed, and you may have had similar
- 8:19:37Speaker 2: thing is even though I was focusing on the back
- 8:19:42Speaker 2: of the neck, other parts started to and I showed
- 8:19:53Speaker 2: themselves to me, or maybe because they want to be
- 8:19:57Speaker 2: relaxed as well.
- 8:19:57Speaker 23: But I started to see the feelings and my shoulders
- 8:20:02Speaker 23: at tension, and my shoulders and.
- 8:20:04Speaker 5: In my upper back.
- 8:20:07Speaker 2: Whether that was because my back of my neck was
- 8:20:12Speaker 2: saying I'm pretty much okay. It's the other parts that
- 8:20:18Speaker 2: need attention, but my low my back of my neck
- 8:20:27Speaker 2: is still relaxing. But I just became more aware of
- 8:20:31Speaker 2: other parts that needed attention.
- 8:20:36Speaker 1: Now this might happen, it's not.
- 8:20:41Speaker 2: It doesn't mean that it's going any wrong. It just
- 8:20:43Speaker 2: means you're being notified if more places that also want
- 8:20:50Speaker 2: to feel relaxed. So I'm going to focus on my
- 8:20:57Speaker 2: other back.
- 8:20:59Speaker 11: So you can do this even if you don't have any.
- 8:21:04Speaker 23: Feelings of attention, they're obvious in your other back. You
- 8:21:10Speaker 23: just focus on your back and the whole area from
- 8:21:15Speaker 23: the shoulder blades down to the middle of your back
- 8:21:20Speaker 23: and spine.
- 8:21:23Speaker 16: Needs more.
- 8:21:24Speaker 1: The shoulder blades. Yeah, that's the parts that it's given me.
- 8:21:37Speaker 2: That not that it needs relaxing. Sounds can ask that
- 8:21:42Speaker 2: one to relax and you can do the same. Now
- 8:21:57Speaker 2: relax your upper back. Something strange happened there, and this
- 8:22:14Speaker 2: often happens.
- 8:22:15Speaker 11: I've been doing this.
- 8:22:19Speaker 2: For sixteen years or something, and often I'm surprised but
- 8:22:27Speaker 2: amazed really that there can be a feeling. So when
- 8:22:33Speaker 2: I was focusing on the back of my neck, my
- 8:22:36Speaker 2: other back was starting to feel quite stressed and in
- 8:22:41Speaker 2: need of attention. As soon as I started talking to
- 8:22:47Speaker 2: you about my upper back and talking about, you know,
- 8:22:52Speaker 2: getting ready to ask the upper back to relax, when
- 8:22:57Speaker 2: the back already started to relax. It's almost as if
- 8:23:03Speaker 2: it doesn't need to hear the words, just needs the intention.
- 8:23:13Speaker 1: Just needs to be noticed.
- 8:23:24Speaker 6: That.
- 8:23:24Speaker 2: There is something that often happens in this type of
- 8:23:29Speaker 2: situation is when you start to relax.
- 8:23:36Speaker 11: A couple of parts of your body, as we've done.
- 8:23:39Speaker 2: With our hands, our eyes and eye lids.
- 8:23:45Speaker 5: And now back of the neck, top of the back, back.
- 8:23:56Speaker 2: The rest of the body seems to just take a
- 8:24:03Speaker 2: and decide in its own way to start relaxing. Other
- 8:24:11Speaker 2: parts of your body start to just become looser. I
- 8:24:21Speaker 2: suppose it's kind of like a bit of an avalanche,
- 8:24:24Speaker 2: you know, a little ball starts rolling. Before you know,
- 8:24:29Speaker 2: the whole of your body is completely relaxed and calm.
- 8:24:42Speaker 2: If you focus on your face, you focus on your eyes,
- 8:24:52Speaker 2: your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles around your eyes, maybe
- 8:25:04Speaker 2: you start to notice that your forehead is more an
- 8:25:08Speaker 2: axed than it was. Maybe your face is more relaxed.
- 8:25:16Speaker 2: I would say, my entire face is not more relaxed us.
- 8:25:32Speaker 2: So we're going to focus now on your shoulders again,
- 8:25:38Speaker 2: just like before. Just tell your shoulders you can't do them. Inally,
- 8:25:44Speaker 2: you can do your shoulder and that shoulder. I just
- 8:25:49Speaker 2: did do both at the same time. Just tell your
- 8:25:53Speaker 2: shoulders actually focus on them in your mind. Focus on
- 8:25:58Speaker 2: that how they feel. Maybe you can see them in
- 8:26:03Speaker 2: your white eye. Just tell your shoulders to relax. Its
- 8:26:51Speaker 2: nice as they were ash, but I didn't notice, especially
- 8:27:07Speaker 2: with my bank, is the connection between the different parts,
- 8:27:15Speaker 2: the bank and shoulders, the neck being all connected. Being
- 8:27:26Speaker 2: such a large part of your body, it's always hard
- 8:27:32Speaker 2: to separate them from each other. My lower bank is
- 8:27:41Speaker 2: starting to relax on the same.
- 8:27:48Speaker 11: Maybe you're going.
- 8:27:49Speaker 2: Too slow, and that could be an issue because we
- 8:27:55Speaker 2: all go at different speeds. And the idea of the
- 8:28:01Speaker 2: beginning that this recording was for you to be able
- 8:28:04Speaker 2: to just say to yourself, relax without focusing on any
- 8:28:20Speaker 2: particular part of your body. Because when you know that,
- 8:28:27Speaker 2: telling your hands to relax and your head relax, me
- 8:28:39Speaker 2: tell your eyelids, your eyes and muscles around your eyes,
- 8:28:48Speaker 2: your eyebrows to relax and they relax. He tell the
- 8:29:02Speaker 2: back of your neck relaxes. Until your up back legs
- 8:29:40Speaker 2: and then relaxes.
- 8:29:49Speaker 1: You tell your shoulders.
- 8:29:52Speaker 16: Legs mm hmm, they relaxed.
- 8:30:28Speaker 2: I told your hands to relax, they relaxed, they continued
- 8:30:35Speaker 2: to relax. You told your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 8:30:48Speaker 2: and your eyebrows to relax. They relaxed.
- 8:31:06Speaker 11: When you told the back of your neck, but you
- 8:31:10Speaker 11: saw the back.
- 8:31:10Speaker 5: Of your neck.
- 8:31:15Speaker 2: Told it to relax and relaxed and continued to relax.
- 8:31:34Speaker 1: When you told your upper back.
- 8:31:40Speaker 2: To relax, be relaxed and continued to relax. That's what
- 8:31:57Speaker 2: your shoulders m Until your shoulders to relax, and your
- 8:32:06Speaker 2: shoulders relaxed and get relax.
- 8:32:20Speaker 24: And it's not just that, it's.
- 8:32:28Speaker 2: That the rest of your body is also been listening
- 8:32:34Speaker 2: and their relaxation has been spread in So from your eyes,
- 8:32:40Speaker 2: the relaxation spread your forehead, round your face, into your skin,
- 8:32:50Speaker 2: into your jaw. HM to the front sides of the
- 8:33:02Speaker 2: nag with down chest and start relaxed hands and shoulders.
- 8:33:18Speaker 2: It up through your arms, relaxing.
- 8:33:24Speaker 16: From arms up arms, elberts your wists. Let's go lower pain.
- 8:33:46Speaker 7: Hicks, but exploy.
- 8:33:50Speaker 16: Just start to.
- 8:33:51Speaker 2: Relax with te comfort spreading through your hair way down
- 8:34:07Speaker 2: your agrops, the tops of your feet, the sight of
- 8:34:16Speaker 2: your face, the bottoms of your face, relaxing your times
- 8:34:33Speaker 2: each time Rex, and that's your body relaxes more.
- 8:34:59Speaker 1: You Why it.
- 8:35:01Speaker 2: Comes slow.
- 8:35:13Speaker 6: Pace on.
- 8:35:21Speaker 1: A point where.
- 8:35:25Speaker 2: If cheese fell asleep, easy, he said, drift.
- 8:35:46Speaker 24: The way.
- 8:35:51Speaker 2: Because it's nothing you annoy in your mind, pray space
- 8:36:08Speaker 2: body continuous lines with that action be to me body.
- 8:36:42Speaker 2: You as the word he said to yourself lies state
- 8:36:58Speaker 2: I eat to focus just one pot, you can just focus.
- 8:37:05Speaker 16: On the entire body, saying how a word.
- 8:37:22Speaker 2: Whos there's those sensations of confident spreading throughout your body.
- 8:37:53Speaker 2: They say, you're call me and every to your boys.
- 8:38:29Speaker 24: Who we need to be.
- 8:38:32Speaker 2: Just to yourself safely starting down number twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen,
- 8:39:57Speaker 2: sixteen six four thirty two.
- 8:42:11Speaker 17: Us m.
- 8:45:00Speaker 25: Usus eight.
- 8:48:51Speaker 26: Hu us us usaid.
- 8:53:03Speaker 17: On, so.
- 8:53:18Speaker 2: Counting down from ten to one, ten nine eight, seven, six, five.
- 8:53:36Speaker 1: Four three.
- 8:53:43Speaker 2: Two one, And maybe that was a bit too quick
- 8:53:55Speaker 2: in order to relax.
- 8:53:58Speaker 11: Maybe it's a bit.
- 8:53:58Speaker 2: Too fast for you to notice the calming of your body,
- 8:54:08Speaker 2: maybe even a little bit of pressure there, Like you're
- 8:54:13Speaker 2: counting down from ten to one.
- 8:54:15Speaker 1: What do you expect me to do?
- 8:54:16Speaker 2: Man, expect me to just STI go with floppy just
- 8:54:21Speaker 2: because you're counting down to if you're trying again, but
- 8:54:30Speaker 2: this time, I'll go this slower this time, and you
- 8:54:36Speaker 2: focus on the whole of your body before we focus
- 8:54:42Speaker 2: on your legs. Just notice how your body does start
- 8:54:52Speaker 2: to feel more relaxed with every number that I count
- 8:55:04Speaker 2: down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two one.
- 8:56:48Speaker 2: I just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 8:56:54Speaker 2: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 8:57:09Speaker 2: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that.
- 8:57:19Speaker 1: Space between.
- 8:57:25Speaker 2: Being active physically or mentally, just sitting or lying down,
- 8:57:42Speaker 2: just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, or
- 8:57:47Speaker 2: deeding to think about anything. So it opens up a space,
- 8:57:54Speaker 2: you know, a bit of a space, the gap. And
- 8:58:04Speaker 2: the more I camped down for the tental one, the
- 8:58:08Speaker 2: bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 8:58:18Speaker 2: of comfort and relaxation. It's a nice feeling, yeah, And
- 8:58:33Speaker 2: it moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves
- 8:58:43Speaker 2: the way allows you to just slow down. Someone who
- 8:59:04Speaker 2: count a game from ten down to one and notice
- 8:59:07Speaker 2: that gap widening, the gap, and as it widens, it's
- 8:59:16Speaker 2: almost like the stress of attention falls into the gap.
- 8:59:36Speaker 2: It gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 9:00:32Speaker 2: five four three two one. How did your body you feel?
- 9:02:08Speaker 2: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calmer?
- 9:02:20Speaker 1: Do you feeling.
- 9:02:23Speaker 2: More relaxed? As we now focus on your legs, just
- 9:02:51Speaker 2: your legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs.
- 9:03:27Speaker 2: Of course, it's not the most exciting thing to be doing,
- 9:03:32Speaker 2: because I'm sure like most of your body is not
- 9:03:39Speaker 2: not going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 9:03:51Speaker 2: of your thighs, the tops of your fighs, the sides
- 9:03:58Speaker 2: of your fires, the bottoms of your thighs, outer thighs,
- 9:04:05Speaker 2: and inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh that
- 9:04:10Speaker 2: leads into your hip and it goes down to your
- 9:04:21Speaker 2: knee joints. Now, this is a big area. It's a
- 9:04:33Speaker 2: very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles
- 9:04:40Speaker 2: in your body or in your thighs.
- 9:04:52Speaker 11: But I don't think we.
- 9:04:55Speaker 2: Perhaps will give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we
- 9:05:08Speaker 2: don't they acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 9:05:30Speaker 2: how much they actually do for us all through our lives.
- 9:05:46Speaker 2: And it may seems sound really weird, but I think
- 9:05:52Speaker 2: that all of our body parts, especially our thighs, needs
- 9:06:00Speaker 2: some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit of
- 9:06:13Speaker 2: the acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what advice do for us.
- 9:06:32Speaker 2: And I know this may sound a bit strange.
- 9:06:38Speaker 11: Maybe you think, why am I Surely I should be
- 9:06:41Speaker 11: able in.
- 9:06:42Speaker 2: The garden hugging a tree or something.
- 9:06:45Speaker 11: Oh it's hard to set a.
- 9:06:51Speaker 2: Microphone up on a tree.
- 9:06:53Speaker 11: That's why I'm doing this indoors.
- 9:06:54Speaker 2: Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree. Now I
- 9:06:58Speaker 2: can't see the television from the tree. You move down
- 9:07:07Speaker 2: to your knees, you gain such an important part.
- 9:07:16Speaker 25: And I think we.
- 9:07:17Speaker 2: Don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily
- 9:07:25Speaker 2: appreciate all that my needs do for me until I
- 9:07:32Speaker 2: have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally I favor
- 9:07:38Speaker 2: maybe i'll bash it, or it's aching for some reason.
- 9:07:43Speaker 2: It's then that I realize how much it does. You know,
- 9:07:49Speaker 2: the benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 9:07:57Speaker 2: any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing. That's
- 9:08:05Speaker 2: possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed. You know, that's comfort.
- 9:08:17Speaker 2: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 9:08:22Speaker 2: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 9:08:31Speaker 2: and love to your needs for all that they do
- 9:08:34Speaker 2: for you. And you can still have that attention on
- 9:08:47Speaker 2: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice that.
- 9:08:55Speaker 5: They are.
- 9:08:58Speaker 2: Relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms
- 9:09:14Speaker 2: of your legs shines and your calf muscles, the bones
- 9:09:20Speaker 2: between your knees and your feet incorporates, and the course
- 9:09:27Speaker 2: your ankles so important.
- 9:09:37Speaker 11: Can anyone that's.
- 9:09:37Speaker 2: Hat even like the slightest spray of an ankle?
- 9:09:43Speaker 11: Who knows how.
- 9:09:46Speaker 2: How much we take our end course for granted. And
- 9:09:56Speaker 2: it's kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 9:10:01Speaker 2: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner than
- 9:10:05Speaker 2: the rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't
- 9:10:09Speaker 2: I can't see any problem with that, you know, just
- 9:10:13Speaker 2: picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner than
- 9:10:20Speaker 2: the rest of our legs, and from a physics perspective
- 9:10:31Speaker 2: or logical even it doesn't really make sense that all
- 9:10:35Speaker 2: this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles then
- 9:10:44Speaker 2: leading to your feet. That thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 9:10:57Speaker 2: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 9:11:03Speaker 2: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 9:11:15Speaker 2: you to get around and be mobile. And there's the
- 9:11:27Speaker 2: calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 9:11:35Speaker 2: see the point in calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 9:11:42Speaker 2: if I walked around on tiptoes, then my.
- 9:11:45Speaker 11: Calf muscles get some work. But of course that's not true.
- 9:11:49Speaker 2: The calf muscles are being used whenever we use their
- 9:11:53Speaker 2: legs and shins there to protect.
- 9:12:06Speaker 11: You'll know, the legs.
- 9:12:11Speaker 2: Shaped in a way almost as a protector, with the
- 9:12:16Speaker 2: bone leading of course to your ankles.
- 9:12:31Speaker 11: And your feet.
- 9:12:36Speaker 2: I'm not going to focus on your feet. We're just
- 9:12:38Speaker 2: going to focus on the legs. And I realize, and
- 9:12:44Speaker 2: now that I've mentioned your feet, you've got to be
- 9:12:48Speaker 2: focusing on them anyway, So maybe I should focus.
- 9:12:51Speaker 24: On your feet a little bit.
- 9:12:56Speaker 2: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 9:13:01Speaker 2: you have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we
- 9:13:05Speaker 2: haven't been focusing on your thighs for a few minutes,
- 9:13:11Speaker 2: and we're focusing on your angles. There's still that sensation
- 9:13:22Speaker 2: of comfort in your thighs, and there's that moment of
- 9:13:38Speaker 2: energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 9:13:47Speaker 2: there's the muscles and the big strong muscles that we
- 9:13:52Speaker 2: have in our thighs. But the skin on the outside
- 9:14:06Speaker 2: of the thighs, as in the outside of all of
- 9:14:11Speaker 2: our body, it can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch,
- 9:14:22Speaker 2: sensitive to temperature. And inside your thighs the bones, there's
- 9:14:36Speaker 2: the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to
- 9:14:41Speaker 2: all this stuff in the side of thighs. I guess
- 9:14:49Speaker 2: sometimes it'd be nice.
- 9:14:52Speaker 11: If you could actually put.
- 9:14:53Speaker 2: Your fingers inside your thighs and message. So if you
- 9:15:00Speaker 2: can message on the outside.
- 9:15:02Speaker 11: Of course, but to be able to get deep into.
- 9:15:05Speaker 2: The muscles, to be able to just massage inside your thighs,
- 9:15:11Speaker 2: message in the bones of your leg, massage with the
- 9:15:20Speaker 2: veins and just gently healing the thighs.
- 9:15:30Speaker 24: You can move down.
- 9:15:34Speaker 2: Message and inside your knees, some message in those bones,
- 9:15:40Speaker 2: but with healing fingertips, spreading the healing.
- 9:15:45Speaker 11: Energy deep into the choice your knees.
- 9:15:55Speaker 2: Of course, there's the back of your need and the
- 9:15:59Speaker 2: inside crease where your me is. It's a really sensitive area.
- 9:16:08Speaker 11: Really that's very nice when you stroke it. That might
- 9:16:13Speaker 11: be because it's an area that's not.
- 9:16:15Speaker 5: Really touched very often.
- 9:16:19Speaker 2: It's almost like a hidden part, a crease.
- 9:16:25Speaker 11: In your legs.
- 9:16:26Speaker 2: It's almost.
- 9:16:29Speaker 5: It's like a part that.
- 9:16:31Speaker 11: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course, it's.
- 9:16:43Speaker 2: Protected by your legs, so you can imagine putting a fingers.
- 9:16:55Speaker 24: Into that crease on your legs.
- 9:17:03Speaker 2: Fool between your legs, you can just message.
- 9:17:07Speaker 11: With your fingertips, your fingertips.
- 9:17:10Speaker 2: Coming inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You can of
- 9:17:21Speaker 2: course feel the bones.
- 9:17:24Speaker 11: Of your knees heading through your fingertips. And then if
- 9:17:36Speaker 11: you go down.
- 9:17:40Speaker 2: To half muscles, and that's the part I'd like to
- 9:17:43Speaker 2: be able to really put my fingertips thin inside my
- 9:17:48Speaker 2: half muscles, massage in every single tissue of the muscle.
- 9:17:58Speaker 1: Healing three parts.
- 9:18:06Speaker 11: And then doing the same for my shins.
- 9:18:11Speaker 2: As argy. Generally stroking the bones, generally stroking them, healing
- 9:18:20Speaker 2: the loving way, because they deserve to be treated as
- 9:18:27Speaker 2: the precious bones that they are. The legs are so
- 9:18:32Speaker 2: precious as in all the other parts of our body
- 9:18:38Speaker 2: and more precious of amyture.
- 9:18:42Speaker 5: On the planet.
- 9:18:51Speaker 2: When you start to think about.
- 9:18:58Speaker 11: The legs in this way, you can change your perspective.
- 9:19:10Speaker 24: Might sound.
- 9:19:14Speaker 11: It's silly to start with the idea of heaven love
- 9:19:20Speaker 11: your ls, show an appreciation.
- 9:19:25Speaker 2: Your fighs.
- 9:19:29Speaker 11: Wants me to be able to put your hands in your.
- 9:19:33Speaker 2: Thighs, the message the muscles and the bones.
- 9:19:41Speaker 11: Do you get your fingers deep in there, releasing all attention, just.
- 9:19:50Speaker 2: To show.
- 9:19:52Speaker 11: How much you care about your les, how much you
- 9:20:00Speaker 11: for what your legs do for you regularly, your means,
- 9:20:08Speaker 11: your calls your ankles.
- 9:20:16Speaker 2: The strength of your ankles, considering how thin they are
- 9:20:24Speaker 2: compared to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 9:20:31Speaker 2: they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles
- 9:20:44Speaker 2: are truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 9:20:58Speaker 2: supporting that weight, regardless that how what weight you are,
- 9:21:07Speaker 2: even if you only ate stony, still not weight for
- 9:21:12Speaker 2: these little ankles.
- 9:21:17Speaker 11: Now I'm a lot heavier than eat stone.
- 9:21:21Speaker 2: Double back.
- 9:21:25Speaker 11: Yet my ankles support my body all the time, whether
- 9:21:34Speaker 11: they do give off a side of relief to sit down.
- 9:21:40Speaker 27: That's what I've got.
- 9:21:41Speaker 11: My whole legs, though.
- 9:21:46Speaker 2: My feet feels go my own my toes clap.
- 9:21:52Speaker 24: I'm so happy.
- 9:22:13Speaker 5: Your legs.
- 9:22:15Speaker 11: Really are amazing. I don't have to talk about Talking
- 9:22:23Speaker 11: about your legs is probably possibly one of the most things,
- 9:22:30Speaker 11: the most buying things I've ever heard anyone say. Possibly
- 9:22:37Speaker 11: I'm by you or not.
- 9:22:40Speaker 5: Everything I said is true.
- 9:22:44Speaker 2: Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect,
- 9:23:04Speaker 2: but they deserve to relax.
- 9:23:07Speaker 11: Deeply.
- 9:23:15Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 9:23:21Speaker 2: to just lego completely relas really can relax because the
- 9:23:58Speaker 2: legs ares such a nice, very important part in your body,
- 9:24:06Speaker 2: and your relaction.
- 9:24:07Speaker 11: Makes the rest of your body also.
- 9:24:11Speaker 2: Naturally follows in that journey of comfort.
- 9:24:28Speaker 11: I feel it in my hips. My hips feel really loose,
- 9:24:36Speaker 11: and also.
- 9:24:37Speaker 24: My light back as well.
- 9:24:40Speaker 11: My er back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 9:24:46Speaker 11: I'm just sitting in a chair and it's nice stretching
- 9:24:52Speaker 11: as far as I'm aware of I'm doing. It's almost
- 9:24:55Speaker 11: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much that
- 9:24:59Speaker 11: the is a natural stretch. As at tension has reduced
- 9:25:08Speaker 11: a lot and a now they kept down from ten
- 9:25:28Speaker 11: thousand one, and you can continue to fill wonderfully relaxed.
- 9:25:43Speaker 2: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 9:26:07Speaker 5: Four three.
- 9:26:15Speaker 2: Joh one. Really, I'm just gonna countdown from five down
- 9:26:38Speaker 2: to one, and there's a countdown. You just focus on
- 9:26:43Speaker 2: the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice how
- 9:26:53Speaker 2: you feel.
- 9:26:56Speaker 11: In this moment.
- 9:26:59Speaker 24: As you hear the number is counting down.
- 9:27:02Speaker 2: Knowing that most numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer.
- 9:27:15Speaker 2: We're just in your body but also relaxing your mind.
- 9:27:24Speaker 11: I'll just notice how you feel. There's nothing to do,
- 9:27:29Speaker 11: it's nothing to say, it's nothing to think about.
- 9:27:36Speaker 2: Starting with.
- 9:27:39Speaker 24: Number five.
- 9:27:48Speaker 6: Four three.
- 9:28:09Speaker 11: Two, Why.
- 9:28:25Speaker 2: Did you notice the gradual.
- 9:28:33Speaker 11: Letting go.
- 9:28:36Speaker 2: With the tension and your body? It may also begin
- 9:28:43Speaker 2: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 9:28:51Speaker 2: starting to slow down.
- 9:28:56Speaker 11: This is just a natural thing that happened. It's not
- 9:29:03Speaker 11: really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 9:29:07Speaker 2: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 9:29:15Speaker 2: and the more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 9:29:19Speaker 11: It's just a continuous.
- 9:29:21Speaker 2: Circle of relaxation and is that calmness that comes from
- 9:29:34Speaker 2: relative quietness.
