• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: Colton is, well, he's now like 18, 19 months.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_01: So he's like fully into like toddler era now.
• 1:05
  SPEAKER_01: And so it's it's it's great though, right?
• 1:09
SPEAKER_01: Like because they're just learning your their little personalities, they are just coming out, and they're really exploring the world and discovering like everything.
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_01: So it's it's super exciting.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_01: Like 18 months old.
• 1:21
  SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I'm actually I'm loving it.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_01: Like it's a little stressful at times, but it's great.
• 1:26
  SPEAKER_01: It's totally great.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_02: So is he walking already?
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, yeah.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_01: No, he's been walking since like since like a year.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_01: Right around one, yeah.
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_01: He's walking.
• 1:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he's he's running.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_01: He's not only walking, he's running and babbling and doing all the things and getting into everything that you can get into.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's fearless.
• 1:53
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_02: Like in your mind, you're prepared.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_02: You're like, okay, like I have all the safety measures, you no way.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_02: But then they get into stuff that you didn't even like, you couldn't even foresee that.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_01: Didn't even register that you could get into that.
• 2:05
  SPEAKER_01: No, yeah.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_02: Because he is your one and only, right?
• 2:09
SPEAKER_02: So this is like your first go.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's my first everything.
• 2:14
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_01: So I was, yes, totally, totally unprepared.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_01: You you can do all the preparing in your mind, but until, you know, kid is baby is right in front of you, there's truly no preparing.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_02: No, and there's no like there's no rhyme to ri the reason, there's no right or wrong.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_02: I feel like just giving yourself a lot of grace in this space because we're we're new, right?
• 2:40
  SPEAKER_01: We're learning.
• 2:41
  SPEAKER_01: That's hard.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_01: It's hard though to give to yeah, to give grace yourself the grace.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_01: But it is, yeah.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_01: It's best, the best thing you can do.
• 2:50
  SPEAKER_02: That really is.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_02: But it, you know, that comes from experience, though.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_02: I feel like when I was a new mom, no way.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_02: I thought I thought I had to have it all together and feel like you can read all the books and talk to other people and gather as much knowledge as you can, but it still doesn't apply to the real world application.
• 3:10
  SPEAKER_01: No, you're totally right.
• 3:12
  SPEAKER_02: It does not.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_02: Here we are.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_02: But it sure does help, right?
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_02: It takes a tribe.
• 3:18
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, it does.
• 3:19
  SPEAKER_01: And I I'm actually blessed.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm not, I don't live very close to like my family.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_01: Like we're we're we have a little bit of a distance, but everybody makes some effort.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_01: Like I'll drive, you know, up to you, and then we'll drive down to see them.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_01: So I'm I'm lucky that I do have people in my life because it does make a difference.
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_02: It definitely does.
• 3:39
  SPEAKER_02: That is for sure.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_02: I feel like even like angels come out of nowhere when you need them, right?
• 3:46
SPEAKER_02: Like it's not just like family.
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_02: Sometimes it's like strangers.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_02: Sometimes it's that person just like being like, Yes, you can, you're doing great.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_02: And you're like, Yes, I needed that.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_02: I needed to hear that.
• 3:57
  SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_01: Uh just even getting like simple things, like little text messages, but something my sister does that I like a real well, my dad does this too, but whenever I see my sister, I'll come home and she'll text me.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_01: She's like, You're a really great mom.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I needed to hear that.
• 4:14
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: That's all I needed to hear is somebody saying, Hey, I see you, you're you're a good mom.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Oh, thank you.
• 4:23
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
• 4:24
  SPEAKER_02: That's really that's really special.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like it means more than they probably know.
• 4:29
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it really does.
• 4:31
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, in that moment.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_02: Because I feel like like we're you mentioned earlier in this fast-paced world where we're just, you know, we're as moms, we're expected so much.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_02: We have so many different roles in today's society that it's hard to kind of keep track.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like, and that's where Jesus comes in, right?
• 4:52
SPEAKER_02: I know we came on here to talk about the spiritual path and kind of how that relates to alternative healing and the holistic health and kind of the woo-hoo space.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_02: What else do you call it?
• 5:06
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I guess that's my terminology.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_01: I just call it the spiritual space, I guess the spiritual world.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_02: Yes, but then you have like Christ consciousness.
• 5:17
  SPEAKER_02: Sure.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_02: And which is like spirituality, right?
• 5:22
  SPEAKER_02: In that path.
• 5:23
  SPEAKER_02: But then it's so it's like a dual, it's a dual meaning.
• 5:27
  SPEAKER_02: Kind of.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think, well, right.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_01: I think Christ consciousness has is, you know, has its own little segment under the greater umbrella of of spirituality.
• 5:38
  SPEAKER_01: And I I definitely think it's a it's a path that you can you can choose.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_01: And and then of course there's some paths in spirituality that I would not choose, but we you know, it's all falling under that umbrella of spirituality.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_01: So I think it is an important conversation because there is a lot of little roads you can go down under that umbrella.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_01: And you know, where do you want to be and how do you want to feel?
• 6:05
SPEAKER_01: And how do you want to show up in in the world and in your work?
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_01: And it's it's really it's important.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_02: That is true, yeah, because it's kind of bridging the gap.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like through alternative healing and those different modalities that are out there has brought me in my personal experience closer to God.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_02: It's almost like they're like little tools in in my tool belts along the way on how to cope with life.
• 6:43
  unknown: Yeah.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_02: So you're a healer at your core.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_02: Yes, I feel like you've done a lot of work helping other people and in a different kind of way.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_02: Can you tell me about that?
• 6:54
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_01: So, oh boy, where do I begin?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_01: Where do I let's I'm gonna start like from the very beginning, if like that's that's good for you.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_01: So in the very beginning of meeting and how I got into this spiritual practice, I was really, I mean, really young, like early, mid-twenties, mid-late 20s, I actually I don't even know anymore.
• 7:21
  SPEAKER_01: Mid-late 20s, and I was just miserable.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_01: I was very unhappy with my life at that point.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_01: I don't think I had a super, like I've always believed in Jesus, right?
• 7:31
SPEAKER_01: And God, and that's always kind of been there.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_01: But you know, our for me, my attention and my focus was not there at that point in my life, right?
• 7:41
SPEAKER_01: My attention and focus was is really focused on just getting throughout my day because I was really impacted by a lot of just anxiety.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_01: Uh it had a lot to do with the workspace that I was in, and it was just a very toxic, toxic workspace, and you never really knew what you were getting into when whenever I walked into my job, it was very like heavy full of anxiety.
• 8:05
  SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna get a friend?
• 8:07
  SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna get a foe?
• 8:08
SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna have my boss breathing down my neck all day?
• 8:12
SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna get yelled at for absolutely no reason?
• 8:15
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_01: And so I'm just like just trying to figure out how to survive through that work space.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_01: And you know, you come home and you're just thinking about the day, and it just it never leaves you because I'm I'm building anxiety going to work.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_01: I'm anxious all day at work, like my chest hurts.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_01: It's so like the anxiety is so heavy.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_01: And I come home depressed because all I'm thinking about is work and how terrible it was.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_01: And so I was really, yeah, at this like really, really low point, and I was doing anything I could to get through the day.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I came home, I was drinking at night, I was uh really abusing this anxiety medication that I was prescribed, but I was taking it the completely wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong way and taking way too much of it just to get me through the day.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_01: And I at some point I just thought, like, oh the god, there just has to be something more than more than this, right?
• 9:05
SPEAKER_01: It there has to be something more than taking these anxiety medications, medication and air quotes, and again, it really abusing them and and just hating my life.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_01: And the one the one thing that made me feel somewhat okay was doing a yoga practice.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_01: So just you know, finding some time with my body.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_01: And it's so I I remember looking at my well, my now husband was my boyfriend.
• 9:33
  SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I think I'm gonna be a yoga teacher because I I can't keep doing what I'm doing right now.
• 9:37
  SPEAKER_01: And I was a hairdresser.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I cannot keep doing this because it is just it's like terrible and awful.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_01: And well, he knew that and said, okay, we'll go do that.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_01: So in 2016, I took my yoga teacher training and I did a lot of healing through that process, right?
• 9:54
SPEAKER_01: Just through body movement and mindfulness.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that process brought me closer to to divine in a lot of a lot of ways.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_01: But during that time, I remember somebody doing Reiki healing on another student.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_01: So, like we were another student providing somebody healing, just kind of in our in our downtime and in yoga teacher training, and I just thought, well, what is that?
• 10:19
SPEAKER_01: You know, that that sparked my curiosity.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_01: So that was really the start, and the first tool in my toolbox was yoga teacher training, and then it just sort of snowballed from there.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_01: I I, you know, took a bunch of Reiki courses, and then I took a bunch of crystal courses, and then courses, courses, courses, and did all these things.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_01: Um eventually I I got brave enough and confident enough to quit that job.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_01: I quit the again, air quotes, medication, just cold turkey altogether.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_01: I stopped, you know, trying to, you know, I quit alcohol then at that point too.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_01: So I I just quit all the substances that I was relying on in my life, and and I just dove into spirituality.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_01: And I I always feel like God is is in my my work and it always has been part of my work, but now I feel like it it brings a plays an even bigger role in my work because like I said, I I I see the spiritual community as a whole and I've dove deep, deep, deep into it.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_01: And I've been helping people.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_01: What I what I I guess your question originally was, let me answer that first.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_01: Your cru your question was, how do I help people?
• 11:32
SPEAKER_01: And and what I think I help people with is that I help people clear the sort of emotional and mind clutter that is just stressing them out so they can feel and hear God and experience God and what God, you know, we kind of say are the divine blueprint for our life.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_01: What does God have for me in this life?
• 11:56
SPEAKER_01: But when we're like filled with anxiety to the brim about this, that, and the other thing, we need, like you said, a tool in the toolbox to sort of clear that out.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_01: So that's what I like to think that I help people with is helping you a remember that you are of God, you are divine, you are of the divine, you know, you are made in the image and likeness of God.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_01: And to clear, sort of clear the energetic clutter so you can hear and feel and experience God in your life.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_01: But like I said, through this this whole path, I I have seen many different avenues, and I've seen some avenues where God isn't in the spiritual path.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_01: And I am coming to this time in my practice where I'm like, hold, hold on, hold on.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_01: We're kind of losing the path here in some spiritual, spiritual aspects.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_01: And and just like any tool, you can use all tools for good, and you can use all tools.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_01: I don't want to say evil, but you know, to that veers us off our path of God, which I guess is the definition of evil, right?
• 13:02
  SPEAKER_01: It veers us away.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_01: So now my focus has really become to help people in the spiritual community again hear and feel and experience God in their life in a way that keeps you know, keeps you on that divine blueprint and on that aligned path and not teasing you away from it.
• 13:28
  SPEAKER_03: So that is amazing.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: That was a whole lot I just threw at you.
• 13:32
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was I feel like I should have been taking notes of like things that like topics that I want to like kind of follow up on.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_02: Uh, but the first thing that comes to mind is when you're working with people, are you upfront about the godly intention?
• 13:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and you know what?
• 13:56
SPEAKER_01: I I in the past I can fully say that I I've not been so upfront.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_01: Like I've always felt God in my work, but you know, in the spiritual path, sometimes, and I just made a post about this, sometimes we we throw out the word in the term universe, and we'll say, you know, things like calling to the universe to bring in this energy, and the universe has our back, and this and that, and like, no, but wait a minute, it's that's that's God.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_01: We need to be calling to God to bring in the energy, not the universe.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: The universe is creation and God is the creator.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_01: And if we're simply calling to creation, who is showing up of all of creation?
• 14:36
SPEAKER_01: Like it is very vague intention.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_01: So, and but I understand why the spiritual community does that because they want to be a little bit all inclusive, right?
• 14:45
SPEAKER_01: And they, you know, they they don't want to, you know, some people have been burned by organized religion, and I get that.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_01: So the term God is touchy for some people, and some people like right, they just want to be or all inclusive, or they they don't have a relationship with God, but they have a relationship with spirituality.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_01: So we throw out these super vague terms like universe, and I used to do that, but now I'm like, no, that again, that is one way that we slowly kind of get off track here in our spiritual realm.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_01: Suddenly it's not God we're thanking for all the healing, it's the universe we've thanked for all the healing, and again, that is creation, and that is a beautiful thing, right?
• 15:32
SPEAKER_01: Creation is beautiful, but it's not the source of divine healing.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_01: Creation can create, creation can have the capacity to heal.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_01: But if I can go straight to the source and straight to the creator, why not?
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 15:50
SPEAKER_01: Like that is the best source.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_01: So I'm not always been so upfront because I think I have been a little bit fearful in the past to be like this is from from God creator, right?
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_01: Because I I I don't want to, I didn't want to offend somebody by saying that.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_01: I I realize that is just not the again, that that's sort of teasing off the path.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_01: Truly all this healing does come from God.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_01: So now I am upfront about it.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_01: Like I will say God creator, like I will use the term God if you prefer the word creator, that's fine too.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_01: But I am very yes, I'm upfront now that like this God is the source of this healing, and it is it is not me, it is not the universe, right?
• 16:33
SPEAKER_01: I see that in the spiritual community a lot where we end at the end of the day, I'm really not trying to throw the whole community under the bus or anybody specifically, but you know, I see people glorifying themselves and and their healing and their not God and what God has done through you.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_02: Yes, I think as your relationship grows stronger, as my relationship grows stronger with God and Jesus, the confidence grows stronger to to use his name, to speak his name.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_02: Do you are you finding that to be true?
• 17:17
SPEAKER_02: Like, do you, as terms of like Bible study or like what does your practice look like in strengthening your relationship with God?
• 17:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's a yes, the more I guess it's practice just like anything you practice, right?
• 17:34
SPEAKER_01: The more you do it, the the more you're like, okay, like you're just you're just more willing to be out there.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_01: And it's kind of it's a little bit funny too.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_01: I'll answer your question in a second because it's it's it brings me right back to the the beginning of like my spiritual practice when people come to me and they're like, I'm afraid to tell people I do Reiki because people will say, like, it is not of God or something, which again, I don't agree with that, obviously.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_01: Or, you know, they're they're afraid to come out as woo to their family.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_01: And then I'm kind of like, I was almost afraid to come out as Christian to the woo people, right?
• 18:11
SPEAKER_01: But you know the more you just I'm like, no, this is what I believe, and you can't you can't hide that.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_01: So I I just think it's kind of a funny little like full circle moment.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_01: But my practice is well, it looks a little bit different every day, but on the days that I can do this, this is what I like to do.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_01: Typically, I wake up, you know, in the morning and if Colton is sleeping in, which is great, then then my practice usually looks like I start the day either reading the Bible or I've been reading a lot of books by saints, and I find that extremely inspiring as well, because it's often like this little rabbit hole.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_01: Like I'll, you know, I'll read something the saints wrote, and then you know, they'll reference the Bible, then I'll go read that passage.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_01: And, you know, so it's a it's a fun little rabbit hole to go down.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, it usually starts with reading the Bible, and then if I can get in some body movement again, like yoga, I find body movement is is where I I really experience God very clearly.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_01: And when it's backed up by the word that I just read, and I have a little thing to contemplate or chew on, like a little verse that's in my mind or in my heart, and then I move into the body movement and follow it with that, then I come into the experience of that, that sort of verse, or the experience or the understanding of the meaning in my personal relationship with God.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_01: So when I have time, that's what I like to do.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_01: But when I don't have time, it's really simple.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_01: I just, you know, I find little moments in my day where I'm just talking to God, just speaking with God, right?
• 19:56
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like my whole day is just I'm just walking around in in prayer and just asking God to know to know God better, to know Jesus better, or to get a to to ask for assistance on something.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I I keep it, I keep it pretty simple, I think, with just reading and movement and prayer, and that's what works for me.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_01: And I know you read the whole the I think you said you read the whole Bible, right?
• 20:27
SPEAKER_01: Like cover to cover, and I think that's amazing.
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_01: Like what a feat.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_02: Did I feel like we're kind of similar in it seems from what I'm hearing, is that like you want to gather knowledge and information and kind of make your own, you know, experience out of it.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_02: And I felt like that's what I needed to do when it came to the Bible because I feel like I had, you know, recognized and was familiar with so many different uh books in the Bible.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_02: But then when someone had shared with me that the Bible itself, from front to back, is a book, and I'm a big reader, like I love to read.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_02: I got I it's just one of my favorite pastimes.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_02: And so that kind of made sense to me to be like, okay, well, like if I was reading a book, I wouldn't just start in the middle and I wouldn't start in the end.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_02: I would start from the beginning.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_02: And so I made the commitment to myself that I was gonna read the Bible, and I did.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_02: The Old Testament was rough, like that was it was it was hard.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_02: A lot of prayer, a lot of meditation, and a lot of like just kind of meeting myself where I was at with it, you know.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_02: Like, yes, sometimes I did get frustrated, and sometimes I did have to reread the passage for multiple days, like, even to kind of let it sink in.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_02: And sometimes I just read it and had to move on because I was just like, this isn't resonating, or this just really I'm not connecting with it, but giving myself grace in terms of that.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_02: But I felt like once I got to the New Testament.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_02: That's when things started clicking for me.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, okay, I can do this.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_02: And I originally had said I wanted to read it in a year's time.
• 22:09
  SPEAKER_02: That was my goal.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_02: And it was kind of right around New Year's resolution time.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_02: So that was like my New Year's resolution was I was gonna do full surrender and read the Bible.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_02: And it did, and I ended up not reading.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_02: It took me about a year and a half, probably closer to two years, to read the Bible.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_02: And I found myself when I was like coming up to the year time, I was like rushing, and I was like, oh man, I gotta, I gotta meet my goals.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_02: And I gotta like, but would God want this?
• 22:37
SPEAKER_02: And I had to like check kind of check myself and be like, why would I rush a good thing?
• 22:42
SPEAKER_02: Like just slow down, really absorb this and be intentional about the practice.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_02: That's why I just think it's really interesting to listen to other people's practices and kind of how they grow and be strength because it is mindful, right?
• 23:00
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I agree that wow, no need to rush through the Bible.
• 23:06
  SPEAKER_01: It's definitely not.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_01: Like you said, probably not God's intention for the Bible is to just rush it to say I run it cover to cover.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_01: No, to to slowly digest it.
• 23:16
  SPEAKER_01: You know, you're right.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_01: That's probably a good thing to do.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_01: I I find myself just, you know, nosing the New Testament a lot, like because, like you said, sometimes the Old Testament is a little rough.
• 23:27
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I find Genesis very, very, very, very interesting, of course.
• 23:32
  SPEAKER_01: Um, I think it's, I mean, right, it's creation.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_01: But I agree, it's it's I personally am reading the New Testament a lot, and I I I should probably get into the Old Testament a little bit.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_02: You're exactly where you need to be.
• 23:51
  SPEAKER_01: That was sure.
• 23:53
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_02: I have a lot of faith in that.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_02: I feel like the New Testament kind of is read as a story as well.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_02: But the Old Testament has a lot of nuggets, it's got a lot of goodness in there too.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like yeah.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_01: And truly, like, even just having an understanding.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_01: I haven't read the Old Testament, you know, cover to cover.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_01: Like I said, I'm or you know, front to back, but I have read some like, you know, some good chapters and nuggets in there.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_01: But just having an understanding of the Old Testament, I feel like is is is really important as well because it it sets up the reason why Jesus came, right?
• 24:31
SPEAKER_01: Like just having that understanding of what the Old Testament is saying and communicating is really important because then you understand why Jesus is truly here and why, you know, what his teachings are.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_01: So there's a reason why it's there.
• 24:45
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_02: Yes, to know that we're you know where our salvation comes from and forgiveness and all of his grace and his mercy.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_02: I just feel like, yeah, that God is sinless and he can't be around sin, and that's why he gave his only begotten son.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_02: So he could, you know, so we could coexist.
• 25:09
  SPEAKER_02: Thank goodness he did.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_02: With just passing on Easter and kind of a really good reminder of the rebirth and renewal, I just it blows my mind that it's right around springtime.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_02: Like really, though, it could, Dana, it could have been at any other time during the calendar year.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_02: But the fact that it coincides with spring just really melts my heart, I feel like.
• 25:33
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_01: Well, and well, truly, right, if you think the birth of Christ, that's around the time generally of when the sun, you know, sort of makes its return, right?
• 25:47
  SPEAKER_01: From the darkness.
• 25:48
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 25:49
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_02: And that's what I feel like I found myself when I was reading the Bible, and still, you know, to this day when I read it, it blows my mind every single time.
• 25:59
  SPEAKER_02: Almost every single.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I when I'm really like tapped in and and present in in that moment.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_02: I feel like I walk away feeling lighter and just being like, whoa, more awe and wonder.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_01: It well, it really is.
• 26:13
  SPEAKER_01: It truly is.
• 26:14
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, I right.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_01: I think, and that's really what really got me like back into, like I said, I've always felt God in my work, I've always considered myself a Christian.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_01: And but I went down this, you know, spiritual road and I've seen a lot of things that you know don't quite align with God, and like I said, and they don't align with me, but that's fine.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_01: But what what really brought me back to that, like, aha, like waking up to maybe in some of the even subtler pieces that have been veering me off the path of God, was watching the uh I sent you the documentary.
• 26:52
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you didn't get time to watch it, that's fine, but I just like to share it with everybody.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_01: Was Michael Heiser's work, the late Michael Heiser.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_01: And he has this beautiful, it's a really it's a book, The Unseen Realms, but then he made it into a documentary, and I watched that, and I remember watching it one morning, and my jaw was just like on the floor for like all that Jesus did for us, and that I totally didn't understand because growing up, all we heard was like Jesus died on the cross for a sins, which is true and a great thing, right?
• 27:24
SPEAKER_01: But there's like so much more to that, and and that documentary really broke it down.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_01: That I mean, we're you know, I'm not gonna get it all into right now, but it's a free documentary on YouTube.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_01: But it really just opened my eyes to all that Jesus has done for us, just beyond even just the sin part of it.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_01: Really, he he blew open the path to ascension, right?
• 27:50
SPEAKER_01: Ascension, and that's what the spiritual community is always talking about and looking for, ascension, oneness with God.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_01: And Jesus came as this perfect clear answer and guide and way for ascension, and we don't have to overcomplicate it.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_01: Jesus is the way, is the path to union with God, and it can be so freaking simple if we allow it to be, and we can be so lit up on that, and it's just right there, and it's been right there.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_01: But I think again, unfortunately, a lot of people have been burned by real, you know, some religion, which is unfortunate, but it's always been right there.
• 28:37
  SPEAKER_02: Was really interesting.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_02: I was just just kind of see a different perspective.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_02: And it was backed by science.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_02: Like there was there there was places that you could visit it this to this day and and witness the glory of God.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_02: And I was just it really invigorated me to like want to dive deeper into the meanings behind his written word and how that relates to history.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_02: It kind of just all bridged the gap, right?
• 29:08
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I feel like definitely worth a watch.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_02: Thank you for recommending that.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_02: I do feel like it's one that you could watch time and time again and get a little bit more tidbits because it did move fast.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_02: There was a lot of information.
• 29:22
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's no, I've watched it probably three times, and each time I'm like, oh, I'm just picking up on this or that.
• 29:29
SPEAKER_01: And I think the great thing about that, and and why I would recommend it to somebody who's maybe in the spiritual realm, is because it's called the unseen realms, right?
• 29:38
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about the spiritual realm in that in that documentary.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_01: Truly this part that unfortunately doesn't get talked about a lot in in in Christian just Christian community is is the sort of spiritual realm that does exist and actually is a is a really plays a really big role in our lives.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_01: And so I I I found that to be just so interesting and really bridging that gap that I felt that I was personally personally missing sometimes from the Christian community.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_01: Because I I I feel like again, sometimes in the Christian community, we there's just this like either like you can't have a spiritual some, not all, again, not all, but some you know believe that you just cannot have any sort of spiritual practice or any sort of woo practice, and I just that doesn't resonate.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_01: And then that film helped me sort of bridge that gap a little bit, I guess.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because you're like, wait a minute, there see there is the spiritual realm, and it is all connected, and all things are working together for good.
• 30:48
  SPEAKER_02: Mic drop.
• 30:49
  SPEAKER_02: Just kidding, right?
• 30:50
  SPEAKER_02: Like it's pretty rare.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_02: Why do you think that is?
• 30:53
SPEAKER_02: That first of all, can you help define like the woo for people that don't know?
• 31:00
SPEAKER_02: I just want to put it out there.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_01: Well, uh, yeah, and I I'm sure everybody's definition of like the woo or the spiritual practice might be might be different, right?
• 31:10
SPEAKER_01: But for me, the woo is the understanding that there again, there is a quote spiritual realm, meaning that there, you're right, not only is there angelics, right?
• 31:24
SPEAKER_01: Yes, of course there's angelics, but there's also other spirits around, whether that be spirit guides or you know, passed on loved ones, or you know, not everybody believes that there's things like extra-dimensionals out there, but I personally do star beings.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_01: I guess some people will call them.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_01: So basically, there is a larger, what we could call a quote, unseen realm or a spiritual realm, and it does factor into our everyday life, and it doesn't have and it's not always a bad thing.
• 31:55
SPEAKER_01: It can be a beautiful thing and it can bring you closer to God.
• 31:59
  SPEAKER_01: So I I don't I don't view the spiritual world as a blanketly bad world.
• 32:05
  SPEAKER_01: I I view it as a just a different, a different world.
• 32:08
SPEAKER_01: And yeah, some spirits are very, very, very, very bad and deceptive, and then some are very helpful for you and can help bring you closer to your relationship with divine.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_01: So there's all of that happening.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_01: Basically, that we're as humans, we are living we're living amongst a lot of energies and a lot of spirit, whether that be the energy of earth and the spirit of earth, the woo is all around us and it's how we're choosing to interact and and and live with it, I guess.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_01: I guess I don't know, how would you define woo?
• 32:47
SPEAKER_02: You know, while you were while you were uh defining it, I was thinking myself, like, how would I define woo?
• 32:54
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's a lot of hard to define because it's so it's such a it's a really big category and everything from crystals to you know healing, like so many things can go under that umbrella term.
• 33:10
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_01: So I'm sorry I cut you off.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_01: How would you how would you define it?
• 33:14
SPEAKER_02: I feel, and I don't know why it's labeled as the woo, because I feel like when you think of like woo-hoo, like it just kind of seems like babble, like irrelevant, right?
• 33:24
  SPEAKER_02: Like, oh, that's woo-hoo healing.
• 33:26
SPEAKER_02: That's that's like witch, that's like witch witchery, which kind of dismisses it, the importance.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_02: But I feel like for me, the woo, the spiritual realm, which I feel like a lot in the spiritual realm is energy work.
• 33:44
SPEAKER_02: So for me, the woo is the energy.
• 33:48
  SPEAKER_01: Energy, yeah, right?
• 33:49
SPEAKER_01: Let's like we can like distill it down.
• 33:51
SPEAKER_01: I guess I was talking more about the spiritual spiritual realms, but yeah, it's just the woo could just be seen as energy and how the energy, the subtle energy, right, that runs through everything within us.
• 34:06
SPEAKER_01: I guess that again could be one umbrella under the woo.
• 34:10
SPEAKER_01: I but I guess to me, there's a little bit of different like there's because to me, spirituality that means my relationship with God and divine.
• 34:25
SPEAKER_01: Like that's what spirituality spirituality means to me, but the sort of spiritual like world, right?
• 34:34
SPEAKER_01: That could be all the tools that either connect you or help you to connect you with that connection with God or disconnect you again, just depending on how you use that tool.
• 34:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I love how you had touched on earlier of calling what it is.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_02: Like I think a lot of people do dance around it with the source and the divine and creator, but I think, yeah, I feel like the first step in being firm in the foundation of faith is calling it what it is and and declaring that, speaking the name of Jesus.
• 35:17
SPEAKER_02: That kind of dispels any negative energy that could be that the devil doing his work.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like the devil wants it you to be con diluted and and not be straightforward and forthcoming with your intentions and your and your motives and your the what you're choosing to utilize for for your own healing.
• 35:41
SPEAKER_02: He wants you to be confused and people not to talk about it.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like to me, I've just gotten to the point of my spirituality of declaring the name of Jesus and being bold about it.
• 35:56
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 35:56
SPEAKER_02: And and my vibe will attract the tribe.
• 35:59
SPEAKER_02: I know there's some people that aren't gonna resonate it with, and honestly, it's it's happened to me and it it does hurt where it's just kind of like, oh, like I just don't feel like they understand.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_02: And then I go down the the the thought pattern of like, well, why do people fear spirituality or shy away from it or don't want to talk about it?
• 36:22
SPEAKER_02: I do really feel like religion needs to be discussed.
• 36:26
SPEAKER_02: Since I am so excited to have this conversation.
• 36:29
  SPEAKER_01: I agree.
• 36:30
  SPEAKER_01: No, I agree.
• 36:31
SPEAKER_01: It's and the dancing around it, and like you said, the I like I understand people want to be inclusive, but that does it does like one, you know, part of the reason why I feel like religion doesn't allow for the spirituality space is is right because they're like almost a little bit of like gate, and maybe not gatekeeping isn't the right word, but like don't even go there because you don't know how to handle it, right?
• 36:57
SPEAKER_01: Like, and I don't think that's the right answer, but I do think you have to be aware that again, not all spirits that you come in contact, like you said, not all spirits that you come in contact with are going to be for your greatest and highest good.
• 37:12
SPEAKER_01: They're not going to be in alignment with God, they're not gonna be in alignment with Jesus, and it's deceptive.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_01: And a lot of people say, Well, I can feel the difference.
• 37:22
SPEAKER_01: And maybe you can, and you still have to be a little bit leery.
• 37:27
SPEAKER_01: Like, let's be honest, we're humans and we've chosen to forget a lot of what's happening on the spiritual side of things.
• 37:33
SPEAKER_01: And to just say, you know what, I think I'll be able to feel the difference between a good or a bad spirit is just silly because we have chosen to forget, and we need a huge level of discernment when we are working in the spiritual realm because you are right, it it is deceptive, it is slowly teasing you away from God.
• 37:50
SPEAKER_01: So to just say, Well, I think I might be, I think I might be able to feel the difference between a good spirit and a bad spirit is is just silliness.
• 38:00
SPEAKER_01: And I I like to say spirits can have agendas that doesn't necessarily make some like just because humans have agendas, right?
• 38:09
SPEAKER_01: We all most humans do.
• 38:11
SPEAKER_01: And to say they don't is again silly.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_01: But humans have agendas that doesn't necessarily make the person bad either.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_01: But do I want to hang out with them and and that agenda?
• 38:22
SPEAKER_01: Same with spirits, they might not be like sent straight from the devil to like, you know, get you to practice a, you know, a certain a certain practice, but that spirit might just have its own agenda and it's not God, right?
• 38:39
SPEAKER_01: So we just have to think about that.
• 38:41
SPEAKER_01: Does that kind of make sense that like a spirit has an agenda and it might just not be of your greatest and highest good and it might not feel like evil, right?
• 38:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think that totally makes sense.
• 38:54
  SPEAKER_01: You're but you're right though.
• 38:56
SPEAKER_01: When you said like just proclaiming the name of Jesus, that is like the simplest protection that you can do that is wildly effective.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_01: Just proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ.
• 39:06
SPEAKER_01: When I was kind of going through this like reawakening for Jesus, I said, Jesus, take all the false light away from me.
• 39:12
SPEAKER_01: And that that was my prayer for two weeks, take it away from me.
• 39:17
SPEAKER_01: Like just whatever is not in alignment with what God and God has planned for me, take it away.
• 39:21
SPEAKER_01: And even I, after eight, I don't know, seven years of doing this, I felt a lot of spirits move away from me.
• 39:30
  SPEAKER_01: A lot of them.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_01: My spiritual space became really, really small.
• 39:34
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, my goodness.
• 39:38
SPEAKER_01: Like, I thought I had developed some pretty good discernment at this point.
• 39:43
SPEAKER_01: But even I had spirits move away from me after saying, you know what, Jesus Christ, just move away, move away the false light.
• 39:50
  SPEAKER_01: So that you're you're totally right.
• 39:54
SPEAKER_01: It is just this most simple, easiest spiritual protection is to say, you know, Jesus, take away the false light, take away, you know, be of my protection through through this.
• 40:05
  SPEAKER_01: And that's really what I do.
• 40:06
SPEAKER_01: I ask Jesus to come and and before bring a protective barrier around all my sessions, that only beings that are in alignment with um God and Jesus' mission may come into this practice.
• 40:19
SPEAKER_01: And nobody else is welcome.
• 40:20
SPEAKER_01: And again, my my world has gotten my spiritual world has gotten a lot smaller because of that, but it's it it has integrity in that.
• 40:30
SPEAKER_01: And I know who's coming through the door.
• 40:32
SPEAKER_01: So I I do think that is really important.
• 40:35
SPEAKER_01: And I think sometimes in the beginning, when people are just sort of opening up to the spiritual world, they get really excited to be able to connect in with spirit and spirit guides, and it is a beautiful thing, but they forget discernment because they're just so like it's you know, it's something different, something that I haven't done, and they get excited to to come in.
• 40:55
SPEAKER_01: But it it is a tool that needs to be sharpened, and it is actually listed as a spiritual gift in the Bible to be able to discern good spirit from bad.
• 41:07
SPEAKER_01: So it is available to everybody, but it is a gift that has to be that has to be crafted.
• 41:16
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I like that that a tool to be sharpened, that discernment.
• 41:22
SPEAKER_02: And I think it's just so uplifting to know that it is just a prayer away.
• 41:29
SPEAKER_02: And a lot of the times in my prayer, rebuking any evil spirits is is necessary.
• 41:38
SPEAKER_02: Um I'll start it off with I rebuke any evil spirits that try to enter my sacred space at this time while I am trying to connect with God.
• 41:47
SPEAKER_02: I really feel like that time and connection with him has just become so sacred.
• 41:52
SPEAKER_02: And it's wild that when I had first entered the spiritual realm, is Reiki.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_02: I know you had mentioned Reiki before, and I feel like that was in my like my baby stages where I was just beginning, and I was like, Reiki?
• 42:06
SPEAKER_02: The same it seems sound.
• 42:07
SPEAKER_02: I was like, Reiki, what is that?
• 42:09
  SPEAKER_02: What goes on?
• 42:10
SPEAKER_02: I had some um interaction with Reiki from I swear this lady was an angel on a whole nother level, and she did Reiki on my mother, and that's when my eyes were like, What?
• 42:20
SPEAKER_02: What like I don't even know what that is.
• 42:23
SPEAKER_02: What so I ended up getting Reiki attuned.
• 42:26
SPEAKER_02: So I just dove right in.
• 42:28
SPEAKER_02: And while I remember just while I was part of the Reiki session, it dawned upon me.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, Reiki, this the universal energy, the universal life force, your chi is really just saying prayers for people.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_01: And that's that is totally what I can like if like if in my innermost world, I uh I go into my practice, I'm like, I'm just in like a hyper state of prayer the whole time I'm working with anybody.
• 43:03
  SPEAKER_01: That's really it.
• 43:05
SPEAKER_02: Yes, just intentional present prayer, and that and it works.
• 43:13
SPEAKER_02: I feel like, and do you do you do massage or any like that healing touch?
• 43:20
  SPEAKER_02: No.
• 43:21
SPEAKER_02: Because well, I've like people that are giving massage or doing healing touch or you know, put their when they're giving Reiki, you know, putting their hands on somebody, you know, that's how Jesus healed people was just by touching them, you know, even or people by touching him.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_02: I mean, think of the lady that just touched the hem of his garment, yeah, and and she was healed.
• 43:44
SPEAKER_02: It was just like, so I feel like that's another element that's kind of missing in in our world right now, is people are you know afraid to give hugs, to to have an embrace, to let people in close.
• 43:59
  SPEAKER_02: You're so garbage.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_02: And that's not what Jesus is calling us to do.
• 44:04
SPEAKER_02: He's asking us to have a tender heart and an open mind.
• 44:07
SPEAKER_02: And I think that's how having that open mind is what is still keeping me learning about all the other healing modalities that are out there as tools.
• 44:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 44:23
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 44:25
SPEAKER_01: Sorry, it sounded like you were gonna say something.
• 44:27
SPEAKER_02: No, I was gonna ask you about your light language and that are you still participating in that?
• 44:36
SPEAKER_01: So yes, I am, but it it has changed.
• 44:40
  SPEAKER_01: So light language.
• 44:47
SPEAKER_01: Light language is kind of hard to describe.
• 44:50
SPEAKER_01: Like kind of how the spiritual world is like how we were having a hard time defining woo.
• 44:56
SPEAKER_01: I find light language a little bit hard to define.
• 44:59
SPEAKER_01: Light language is really a like I guess we could call it just a soul language, right?
• 45:06
SPEAKER_01: A language that comes from the soul and carries healing vibration, usually through the sound of your voice, but just like Ricky, it can be like through the eyes, like through dancing and movement or like artwork, like people will write light codes.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_01: And when your first or when I first started connecting to light language, it was really like okay, you connect up to your soul, your higher self, and you bring forward like that that medicine from your soul.
• 45:32
SPEAKER_01: And and and then again, just like all tools, you can go down if different avenues.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_01: Some people bring light language in from like other star systems, right?
• 45:44
SPEAKER_01: Like we'll hear, like, this is a Pleiadian light language, this is like an Octurian light language, and I did a lot of that for a while, and I still do some of that, but that has shifted because again, I'm just I don't as as I'm gonna kind of go down the rabbit hole here.
• 46:06
SPEAKER_01: So because I got a lot, I got a lot of thoughts on that.
• 46:11
SPEAKER_01: So is it okay if I take a little bit of a left turn?
• 46:15
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, please.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_02: Wherever this conversation goes, is it?
• 46:20
SPEAKER_01: I just have a lot of a lot of thoughts on uh so that's uh firstly, light language is is not gonna sound like English.
• 46:27
SPEAKER_01: There's no direct translation, it's a language from the soul, or again, a language you're bringing in from different sources like star systems, where it would be their sort of in language.
• 46:39
SPEAKER_01: And it's sort of this you can think of it as like a digital download.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_01: You you bring in this digital download, and and there's tons of healing, there's tons of information, and it sort of is just carried through the sound of your voice.
• 46:53
SPEAKER_01: Now, again, on this planet, we have we we are so broken, we're so freaking broken, like you said, there's just like this, you know, and I think a lot of it had to do with COVID, right?
• 47:04
SPEAKER_01: We're afraid to even touch, like you said, touch now, or we don't even we avert our eyes when we're in the grocery store, and there's just this, there's this lack of connection.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_01: And we're we're we're desperately like, oh my gosh, how do we ascend from this place of just like this brokenness and this heartbreak and uh all the the just the the difficulties of human life?
• 47:25
SPEAKER_01: And a lot of light language comes through what we could say is like the starseed community, and that is individuals who who believe like they they their soul originated on other planets or they've had different lifetimes on other planets.
• 47:42
  SPEAKER_01: I I do believe that still.
• 47:44
SPEAKER_01: However, so just I I do believe that there are other are other planets and I've probably had different lifetimes there.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_01: I do believe that, but in that starseed community, you get a lot of people connecting to things like Galactic Federation.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_01: You'll hear that term a lot, and these are supposed beings from other star planets that are sort of watching the experiment of Earth, and they sort of have their hand in the pot of Earth, and the people are are are are desperately wanting to connect to Galactic Federation and these I forget they have some very specific names and these beings from Galactic Federation for like are you and they they say we will we have airships over the planet, we're not gonna let yourself destroy yourself.
• 48:33
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, hold on, hold on.
• 48:37
SPEAKER_01: That sounds like a galactic savior to me, right?
• 48:40
SPEAKER_01: That sounds like you are asking desperately someone from the Pleiades to come down and save Earth, like that's uh no, like that's a galactic savior.
• 48:53
SPEAKER_01: As humans, that is not the way, like we have to essentially save ourselves, right?
• 48:59
SPEAKER_01: But and through that, through through God, right?
• 49:02
SPEAKER_01: Not through the Pleiades, not through the Galactic Federation coming, their ships coming down and saving planet Earth.
• 49:08
SPEAKER_01: It has to be through humans and it has to be through through our connection to God.
• 49:13
SPEAKER_01: So, how that plays into light language, right?
• 49:16
SPEAKER_01: What is the source of your light language, right?
• 49:19
SPEAKER_01: Is it someone from the Pleiades?
• 49:22
SPEAKER_01: And how do you know what their agenda is?
• 49:27
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 49:28
SPEAKER_01: And that can be difficult to sort out, and that sort of goes into all channeled works, right?
• 49:35
SPEAKER_01: Like beings again can have their agenda and they can come out with information that sounds like it's helping humanity, but at the end of the day, is it kind of gearing you towards God or is it something else?
• 49:49
SPEAKER_01: And so the source of my light language has truly become just God, right?
• 49:55
SPEAKER_01: So you could also liken this to tongues, right?
• 49:59
SPEAKER_01: That's also a gift given in the Bible, speaking tongues where it doesn't sound like English, it sounds like something else.
• 50:07
SPEAKER_01: So I just say, God, bring whatever light language that is is necessary to come through for the healing for this individual.
• 50:14
SPEAKER_01: So that is my source of light language.
• 50:16
SPEAKER_01: That is my only source of light language now.
• 50:18
SPEAKER_01: I will no longer connect to Pleiadi or Octurian.
• 50:21
SPEAKER_01: However, if God feels like there needs to be a Pleiadian influence in this, well, that can come straight through God.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_01: I don't need to go to a being on the Pleiades for that, right?
• 50:33
SPEAKER_01: I can go straight to God and God can send the Pleiadian light language through through his channel.
• 50:39
  SPEAKER_01: So long story long.
• 50:43
SPEAKER_01: I liken it to tongues, but that is because my source is God and light language can come from many other sources, but I tongues is only coming, in my view, from God.
• 51:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think it's a really special gift.
• 51:06
SPEAKER_02: I feel like that's what makes you unique.
• 51:10
SPEAKER_02: And there's only one you, Miss Tina.
• 51:13
SPEAKER_02: So however you download that information and however it comes through, I think that's really special.
• 51:18
SPEAKER_02: And it takes a lot of courage and you know, like honoring your your I am center, you know, your solar plexus, and and to be able to bring that through and come forth.
• 51:31
SPEAKER_02: So I think it is a beautiful level of ascension that a lot of people haven't achieved.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_02: And maybe that's why they don't they fear what they don't understand.
• 51:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I think that's a lot of it fearing what they don't understand, or again, sort of what we were saying before, the fearing of judgment from others.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_01: And that's well, it's a very real and visceral thing.
• 51:56
SPEAKER_01: Like even when we're just you know, proclaiming about God or Jesus, right?
• 52:02
SPEAKER_01: Like they're there, like I said, I was having that fear, or if it's the fear of you know, coming out woo to your your family, or the fear of light language.
• 52:11
SPEAKER_01: But I think through God there's a lot of strength to just, you know, this, you know, this is my path.
• 52:18
SPEAKER_01: This is the path God put before me.
• 52:20
SPEAKER_01: And it does take strength to move forward in it, but it it is what it is.
• 52:24
SPEAKER_01: And you know, even God was rejected by Nazareth, right?
• 52:29
SPEAKER_01: Like, I mean, Jesus, God, Jesus was rejected by Nazareth, right?
• 52:34
SPEAKER_01: He there's all these, I think that even in the gospels of Thomas, it was saying, like, a physician cannot practice in his own town, like a prophet cannot be recognized in their own town.
• 52:47
SPEAKER_01: So just because the people closest around you, again, I'm very lucky where I have supportive people, but that that shouldn't be your stopping point, right?
• 52:57
SPEAKER_01: Like, because if Jesus just stopped because, you know, they said, Oh, you know, people or my own community doesn't believe me, you know.
• 53:05
SPEAKER_01: Well, how sober would that be?
• 53:08
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, absolutely.
• 53:10
SPEAKER_02: I think that blows my mind.
• 53:11
SPEAKER_02: And that's what I remind myself because I feel like with social media, it's just so everyone's so connected, but yet so disconnected at the same time.
• 53:22
SPEAKER_02: So I kind of struggle with that a lot with sharing on social media and what I should be sharing or what I shouldn't be sharing, or I don't know, just it's hard to show up and be vulnerable and be authentic.
• 53:36
SPEAKER_02: But I think prayer really helps me along the way, right?
• 53:40
SPEAKER_02: Like that's not, I feel like a lot of the times I justify, and I don't know if justify is the right word, but I'm encouraged by that if I'm having these thoughts and feelings, or if I'm telling myself these things, then someone else probably needs to hear it too.
• 53:59
SPEAKER_02: And just keep it as simple as that.
• 54:02
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it is hard to be vulnerable, and I agree with that.
• 54:06
SPEAKER_01: Like I have to try really hard sometimes to be vulnerable.
• 54:11
SPEAKER_01: Like spiritual things, I'm like, whatever I got at like I'm like, I fear no judgment on that anymore.
• 54:16
SPEAKER_01: I'm like way past that point.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_01: But when it comes to like really letting people in and showing how how like my spirituality like affects my life, that becomes a little a little bit harder.
• 54:30
SPEAKER_01: But I I agree with you that just that that thought of like if I'm you know struggling with this, I'm sure other people are.
• 54:37
  SPEAKER_01: So I I think you're right about that.
• 54:38
SPEAKER_01: And it's truly what is needed, especially on social media where everything starts to feel like a lot of same, same, same, same stuff.
• 54:47
SPEAKER_01: We we really need that that authentic voice and that authentic point of view.
• 54:51
SPEAKER_01: And you know, well, watching your videos, no one would know.
• 54:56
SPEAKER_01: I would never know you struggle with that, not ever, right?
• 54:59
SPEAKER_01: You always come off and you're like, oh, such an inspiration, like the beam of confidence, you know.
• 55:06
  SPEAKER_02: Well, thank you.
• 55:07
  SPEAKER_02: I appreciate it.
• 55:08
SPEAKER_02: I feel like you are one of those angels too.
• 55:10
SPEAKER_02: And honestly, I think just keep showing up like you have been and and sharing your gifts and shining your light and whatever that looks like is just really important now more than ever.
• 55:23
SPEAKER_02: And and I feel like, you know, getting into his word, we're constantly reminded of that, right?
• 55:29
SPEAKER_02: Of like, do not be afraid and and be joyful.
• 55:32
SPEAKER_02: A lot of the times I just shared a video today of like, you know, like the source of my joy.
• 55:38
SPEAKER_02: And Tina, it took me years to be able to like come forth and say, Jesus, like, and and I didn't even realize I was in that space.
• 55:47
  SPEAKER_02: I'd be like, it's the hemp.
• 55:49
  SPEAKER_02: It's it's because of the hemp birds because I don't know.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_02: I came up with a lot of different funny answers, but a lot of them did not feel in alignment.
• 55:56
SPEAKER_02: And then one day I was like, wow, like God is really asking me to share the good news.
• 56:04
SPEAKER_02: And this is the best way that He knows how is just me by being myself and people asking the source of my joy.
• 56:11
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like now just I've arrived, like to be like, and that is Jesus.
• 56:17
  SPEAKER_02: That's beautiful, and I love it.
• 56:21
SPEAKER_02: It's taking me, it's taking me a long, hard time, but it's because of the spiritual tools.
• 56:25
SPEAKER_02: I feel like when I I'm holding on to crystal right now, and it's the crystal with faith, you know, embalmed on it.
• 56:32
SPEAKER_02: But I feel like I feel like crystals was like one of the big gateways for me in like the the woo season of my life and being like, wow, these these things have energy.
• 56:44
SPEAKER_02: Like, wow, they these and then you learn about the chakras.
• 56:48
SPEAKER_02: How would you think do you think that the chakras have a place in your spiritual journey?
• 56:58
SPEAKER_01: Or yeah, oh, for sure, right?
• 57:01
SPEAKER_01: So, okay, right, like you said, wait, like in the beginning, the yoga, the teacher training, the Reiki, right?
• 57:06
SPEAKER_01: You learn all about the chakras, and you know, every we talk all about that.
• 57:11
SPEAKER_01: And my my kind of view on them have like is gone a little bit all over the place just through through learning so much, but the chakras definitely have have a space in my spiritual practice, and I view them now as truly portals within ourselves to tap into different different aspects, right?
• 57:38
SPEAKER_01: So the best way I could explain that is like if you I see as the sacral chakra, right?
• 57:43
SPEAKER_01: Creation, creativity, that is literally your portal to creativity, like literally the divine feeding you creative energy through through your sacral chakra.
• 57:54
SPEAKER_01: The heart chakra I view as well the heart and the higher heart chakra, I I sort of view as what I call our our God spark.
• 58:02
SPEAKER_01: The the the literal gateway to God is is through through the heart chakra in my mind.
• 58:09
SPEAKER_01: Like that is our our built-in connection to our straight gateway to God is right there in the heart, right?
• 58:21
SPEAKER_01: Right, and the kingdom is within, right?
• 58:24
SPEAKER_01: We go within the heart space and we find the divine there.
• 58:29
SPEAKER_01: So I view the chakras as portals to the divine, uh with with specific function and and purpose for our human experience.
• 58:44
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 58:44
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I really like that, Tina.
• 58:46
SPEAKER_02: That is a good nugget.
• 58:49
SPEAKER_02: Because it is all connected, it is all related.
• 58:51
SPEAKER_02: I feel like the chakras are just like help our human understanding of energy because we we want to fit things in boxes and and and have these concepts that make us aware of our larger existence, right?
• 59:07
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like the chakras are really good, like kind of pinpoint to that energy.
• 59:13
SPEAKER_02: And like he is love, right?
• 59:15
  SPEAKER_02: Like, yes.
• 59:16
SPEAKER_02: I just feel like coming from that place of love and that heart, that heart center while tapping into the Holy Spirit, your crown chakra, you know, accessing that through prayer.
• 59:28
SPEAKER_02: It just I just love how it just gives you like a map of how to ch tap in and tune on to his frequency and his vibration throughout yourself.
• 59:40
SPEAKER_02: So you could share that, share that, be that light.
• 59:44
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
• 59:45
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, a good map.
• 59:46
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you're totally right.
• 59:47
SPEAKER_01: Humans, we all we like to we like to put things in little boxes and have it look neat and but it's never quite that way.
• 59:56
  SPEAKER_00: Never quite that easy.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_01: But that is what that is one way to view the yeah, to to kind of help our human human mind, I think, get on board.
• 1:00:06
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 1:00:06
SPEAKER_02: Because I, you know, I just can't help but think that like we learned about the chakras for a reason, right?
• 1:00:14
SPEAKER_02: Like it was all part of the divine, his divine plan.
• 1:00:18
SPEAKER_02: And and so I'm just trying to like weave that all together, right?
• 1:00:23
SPEAKER_02: Of like, well, why did I learn about the chakras?
• 1:00:25
SPEAKER_02: Why did I learn about Reiki?
• 1:00:26
SPEAKER_02: And then I just feel like as you go deeper down into the into the woo, you just realize how connected everything really is.
• 1:00:34
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like he's leaving you like these little nuggets along the way to kind of keep keep your curiosity and and your knowledge growing so you can create.
• 1:00:46
SPEAKER_01: Yes, yeah, that's yeah, right.
• 1:00:49
  SPEAKER_01: That's what it's it's all about.
• 1:00:50
SPEAKER_01: Like as humans, we just as creation, we love to create.
• 1:00:55
  SPEAKER_01: We really do.
• 1:00:56
SPEAKER_01: Humans are so good at that, at creating things.
• 1:01:00
SPEAKER_01: And when it has divine and well, every you know, where do we get ideas for our creation, right?
• 1:01:06
SPEAKER_01: Like from the divine, from God.
• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_01: That's where all the all the the beautiful energy comes from.
• 1:01:14
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 1:01:15
SPEAKER_02: To create yeah, and that's as I learned more about like astrology too, that's really interesting to kind of tie into spirituality as well, and you know, with Jesus, because you know, you think about like your fingerprint, right?
• 1:01:28
SPEAKER_02: And how we're each crazy, you know, born on the specific day at the specific time, the specific place, and how that kind of lends a hand into you know our destiny and like why we're here and confirming, like they're like little like confirmations almost of like the purpose and the mission.
• 1:01:46
SPEAKER_02: So when you do get lost along the way, it can lead you back to that in some way.
• 1:01:52
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, that yeah, it's yeah, it's all like you said, when you start kind of weaving the pieces together, it becomes almost incomprehensible, or you're right, you're like, oh my gosh, my mind is going a million miles an hour and down this road and that road and how it's all connected, and it it just becomes this beautiful web of like, wow, we really like we're we're created in this super magical, super beautiful, unexplainable way.
• 1:02:24
SPEAKER_01: And like you said, there's always a path back, and even if you're just looking in into nature and you can, well, you know, uh feel and see God in nature, or you see like the Fibonacci spiral, and then it's echoed throughout all of nature, right?
• 1:02:40
SPEAKER_01: And through these sacred numbers, and it starts becoming this crazy beautiful rabbit hole to go down, like you said, for for self-discovery of what again that sort of blueprint of of your mission is on earth with with with divine and how we were so care carefully, carefully and mindfully and lovingly created as unique individuals.
• 1:03:08
  SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
• 1:03:09
  SPEAKER_02: I love it.
• 1:03:10
SPEAKER_02: I was I've been doing I love energy work, and that's why I was so excited when you had brought this up with the the spiritual energy, with like our our God, our our our Christ consciousness and kind of bridging the gap between that because I feel like everything is energy, and you know, he's left us the doctrine of signatures, you know, cues to tell us of their uses, you know, along the way in in relation to to chakras, which is you know, I don't know.
• 1:03:42
SPEAKER_02: It just starts, yeah, you go down this beautiful, you're it we're in the web and we're weaving it as we go.
• 1:03:49
SPEAKER_02: And that's why I'm really excited to kind of open up the door, the portal for these discussions, and and I love that we're we're here talking about it because that's just meeting meeting us where we're at too, and and it and defining that connection further and hopefully inspire other people to have these same conversations, you know, live or not.
• 1:04:17
SPEAKER_02: I'd love to be able to continue it further with you because this has been fun.
• 1:04:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, yeah.
• 1:04:23
SPEAKER_01: I have so many little tangents we can go down further if we ever want to talk again.
• 1:04:28
  SPEAKER_01: But yeah, it's great.
• 1:04:29
SPEAKER_01: I love having spiritual conversation and and helping individuals open up to different aspects of self or just deepen their relationship with with God through energy work, because it's been truly life-changing for me.
• 1:04:44
SPEAKER_01: So, like you said, if it's life-changing for me, I know it's life-changing for somebody else.
• 1:04:50
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 1:04:51
SPEAKER_02: Yes, and I feel like that is what we're called is being fishers and men or woman, you know, and and spreading the good news.
• 1:04:58
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like by doing your energy work, and even if you could affect one person's life, like you have affected mine, just by with your presence and your demeanor and and being who just being yourself.
• 1:05:12
  SPEAKER_02: I keep showing up.
• 1:05:13
SPEAKER_02: I'm inspired to keep on keeping on, and that makes ripples, that makes waves in the world.
• 1:05:21
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like this Christ consciousness is just so necessary for spiritual warfare and combating it so we can really, you know, come out of like what was what what is what, and being able to talk about it as humans.
• 1:05:36
  SPEAKER_02: So we're all learning.
• 1:05:39
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:05:41
SPEAKER_02: And to just bring it back totally full circle, I just I want to say how how sweet it is to be able to instill all that goodness to Colton.
• 1:05:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:06:00
SPEAKER_02: I feel like a lot of our work has been, you know, breaking the chains from our ancestors and in upbringing.
• 1:06:07
SPEAKER_02: And I I often think with with my kids, if like I if I knew a fraction of what I knew now.
• 1:06:16
SPEAKER_02: And to have this opportunity as mothers to pass that on.
• 1:06:20
SPEAKER_02: Do you know that's what gets me like fired up.
• 1:06:25
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
• 1:06:26
  SPEAKER_01: It's a it's a great, you know, beautiful opportunity.
• 1:06:29
SPEAKER_01: And yeah, I mean, I definitely right, yeah, another topic for another time.
• 1:06:34
SPEAKER_01: I struggled in childhood with some with some spiritual aspects, and Jesus really was the way through that too.
• 1:06:43
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, if if you know, if and my parents, they didn't, they didn't understand the spiritual world, so they didn't have a clue, right?
• 1:06:50
SPEAKER_01: Of like how how you know I was personally struggling.
• 1:06:54
SPEAKER_01: But you know, yeah, if we can open our baby's eyes to to all of it, they'll just have so many more tools and they will they will have you know such confidence in their spiritual world.
• 1:07:09
SPEAKER_01: Well, right, like you said, that fires you up because then that changes the world totally and completely.
• 1:07:14
SPEAKER_01: It it's a beautiful thing to be to be a mother and to be able to to pass down knowledge and and love and and the lineage of love and and Christ to to to our children because they will they'll they'll bring that up in the world.
• 1:07:34
SPEAKER_02: Yes, they're gonna start fires, fires, it's just like we're being called to do, but they're gonna like it.
• 1:07:40
SPEAKER_02: I've just been reminded so many times that it has nothing to do with us, right?
• 1:07:44
SPEAKER_02: Like, and for us to think that it is, it's I know as moms you kind of give that up, and I know your identity shifts when you take on that role, but really stepping into that with the proper tools is just life-changing.
• 1:08:01
SPEAKER_02: So I love that you're putting in the good work, sweet sister, and I like that we had this conversation, and I would love to be able to talk again and pick this up and talk about you know our childhood and upbringing and what that looked like and how we can spill that into the new world, the new earth.
• 1:08:21
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
