- 0:00Good morning. Hello. Welcome. I am Samuel Trapp. This is International Flavor.
- 0:06I'm on DAM Radio. You can listen all the time at damradio.com forward slash live.
- 0:12All of my shows are recorded and put out there on internationalflavor.com. You can phone into
- 0:18the studio 573-746-8020 or 8020 depending on how you look at it, but I get the 80, you get the 20.
- 0:27Um, lots and lots of happy crappy going on in the world. And, uh, it's tons of talk about the, uh,
- 0:35collapse. Now, now people are starting to take it seriously. Now, mainstream,
- 0:40you're seeing a ton of this on, uh, on money policy, on tariffs, on, uh, sanctions,
- 0:46on everything that's going on. There's a big debates going on and I'm trying to follow it
- 0:50and learn more. I must tell you, I've never been the greatest at, uh, keeping track of this stuff.
- 0:57I've, I've stayed out of it. So don't, don't, don't claim to be an expert, but I watched a video
- 1:02that I'm going to play today, um, for you. And it was well done. Uh, I don't even know if it's true.
- 1:10I'm trying to find out some more stuff, but it certainly piqued my interest. And, uh, so I'm
- 1:17going to play it. It's about gold. And I watched a video that really, if it's not frightening,
- 1:25it should be okay. If it doesn't bother you, or if you have mistrust, I do not trust the government,
- 1:32not remotely. And, uh, I don't trust the actors in the state of Missouri at all. They are not
- 1:41looking out for us, period, the end of the sentence, period, the end. They, they have
- 1:50their own lives, their own, uh, goals and it ain't to take care of us. It's not, there may be a tiny
- 1:58bit, you know, they may start out thinking that they're going to take care of us. I believe,
- 2:04and I've always believed, and I have this argument with a lot of people, and I have always believed
- 2:10that term limits, term limits are the answer. And I say these term limits are the answer because
- 2:23our system, the way the capitalist system is set up. And we went over it yesterday. I talked about
- 2:30how there, I played that Chinese, uh, video for you, the guy who was given the economist,
- 2:36venture capitalist who is from China and when gave us an outbreak on China yesterday. That
- 2:42was very interesting, uh, audio, very interesting show. I really should play the whole thing for you
- 2:47and maybe I will. Um, today's the last show of the week. Um, I'm trying to get my Russian channel,
- 2:54uh, back up and operating again. And I believe I'm like 99% there. And, uh, it's a, it's a video
- 3:02channel and it's a YouTube channel. And I have, I only have 15,000 followers, Russian speaking.
- 3:09So I'm going to do my Russian speaking. I got to get my channel back up and going. And I want to
- 3:15talk about this. I like to talk, I get interviewed as you know, uh, fairly often, a couple, three
- 3:21times a year, uh, in, on Russian, uh, uh, sources. I published articles in Russian, in Russia and,
- 3:30uh, uh, from an American perspective and American point of view and, uh, Americans,
- 3:38I think we are shielded. Uh, maybe, maybe we're from the real world because we are a little bit
- 3:47separate. We are apart. We've been the shining city on the Hill. And we've been taught that
- 3:55for so long that a lot of people aren't aware that there are a good number of shining cities
- 4:01on the Hill and that there are great places. The, the American experiment
- 4:09works. Okay. It works, but every experiment by every, every well, social experiment,
- 4:17every experiment of this nature starts with the greatest of intentions and ends up corrupt or
- 4:24corrupted. Don't tell me that, that the United States has no corruption, be freaking S that is,
- 4:33it is not true at all. You got to kiss the right ass to get ahead. And if you're doing anything
- 4:41with the government, uh, in Russian, they call it licking the ass leisure job. And there are people
- 4:48who are in fact, they've created a noun for it. Do you want to know what an ass kisser is?
- 4:52It is a Joe police. It's a guy who, uh, licks, it's a suck up, you know, we call him a suck up
- 5:01and a Joe police is a guy who licks the ass of his, in the child, Nick and the child, Nick, his boss
- 5:06is your police. And the child, Nick is, is, is, is what they say. And I don't, I'm just babbling
- 5:12today because I watched a couple of interesting videos and, uh, uh, and one of them on gold. So
- 5:21I think that there are some scary, scary things happening in the world and on international flavor.
- 5:29We like to talk about them. And my focus is on macro large scale, big time, uh, world matters,
- 5:37big time, things that trickle down to us. They matter, but they matter more as a country.
- 5:43And our idiot governments are supposed to be looking out for the people. The one I talked to
- 5:51you about yesterday, the, the Chinese, uh, assessment by that, uh, Eric Lee, uh, Eric E E R
- 5:59I C L E L I. It was a great video if you can find it. And, uh, I summarized it for you yesterday.
- 6:07Well, I've been on this topic for a little bit. And when I get on a topic, I, and y'all know how
- 6:13it happens on your phone, on your radio on, well, not on your radio, but because you, you have to
- 6:19twist the dial. Yeah. Or you have to find me on your, on your channel. But when you check something
- 6:26out on your phone, all of a sudden you'll get 50 other articles about the exact same thing.
- 6:32When you click something on YouTube, you'll get 50 more videos about the same thing. And it's hard
- 6:38to differentiate or to be selective about what the heck you're gonna, uh, believe or exist. There's
- 6:48so much information out there that it's hard to ascertain what's the best or the most truthful,
- 6:59but none of us, if you believe the mainstream media, you need to have your head examined
- 7:07truthfully. If you believe anything, just because CNN reported it or Bloomberg said it, or
- 7:14president Trump said it, or anybody with something to sell said it well, always consider the source
- 7:23always. And most of the time you should get it from the real source right now. They're talking
- 7:28about who are they beating up on now? It's a foreign leader feet. So from, uh, uh, Serbia,
- 7:35is it? I can't remember. And, uh, but they're beating up on him because allegedly somebody
- 7:40said that somebody said that while he was at Mar-a-Lago, he felt that the conversation he had
- 7:46personally discussing with Trump was, uh, that Trump was dangerous and that he allegedly told
- 7:53this to some people. And so we hear from a friend of a friend of a friend that feet. So may have
- 7:59heard there said to some other friend that wasn't involved in anybody passing out the information
- 8:06that Donald Trump may be dangerous. Where the hell do you get this information? Okay. Somebody calls
- 8:13up and says, man, I saw your wife with another man. Uh, she was at, at, at some place. And I'm
- 8:19making this up by the way, nobody called me and said, said that there's a, but, but as an example,
- 8:23somebody said that she saw your man and boy, their hands touched. And it Kate, well, who told you
- 8:29that? Well, Jim Bob and Jim Bob heard it from slim and slim heard it from bucko and bucko saw it.
- 8:35Well, how many steps, you know, uh, you know, it's like the fricking, what do we got the,
- 8:40the two 10 cans and a string game going on here. You have to understand the source. And so I usually
- 8:49try to tell you, I usually try to watch it myself, especially when it pertains to Russia,
- 8:55to, uh, Ukraine and all the crap that I'm extremely interested in the, I have very little
- 9:01positive in my life. That is, that is me that are, there are things that I can be extremely proud of.
- 9:06And one of them is the fact that I was a diplomatic interpreter for a onsite inspection agency during
- 9:14a very serious period of time when we were de escalating, we were getting rid of weapons of
- 9:26nuclear weapons between the Russians and Americans. My Russian is very good. I still make grammatical
- 9:32errors. I don't care, never have cared. And that's probably why my Russian got very good
- 9:37because I try to correct it if I can. And I take criticism pretty well. If somebody's going to call
- 9:42and say, well, you missed this. That word's not that way. They don't say it that way. Oh, well,
- 9:46how do they say it? I'd like to know. And it's from the point of view that, well, you know,
- 9:51Hey, I'm human. People make mistakes. Right. And so I've always approached Russian that way. I've
- 9:56always been curious. Well, how do you say a slick of a, of a boss? How do you say that one day I
- 10:03spent one day with a, with an interpreter named Valeri Kuzmin, who is a professor from what I
- 10:09understand. He was a professor at Moscow state university, taught, taught kids. When I went to
- 10:14Russia, I ran into him or talk to him, had a dinner or something with him and his wife and met a bunch
- 10:20of, uh, his students from Moscow state university is freaking awesome. And when we sat down and
- 10:26talked to the, to them and we had a, we had a couple of drinks. It was pretty fun. Okay. And
- 10:31because I'm a curious non-confrontational type of guy, I like that kind of thing. I try to avoid
- 10:37conflict as most of us do. And so, but the curiosity is what is what I wish to expose and
- 10:45put out and find out and hearing it from the source directly, you know, and a lot of us do this. And,
- 10:52but then again, the news, you never do it. What is the news in America? Talking freaking points.
- 10:58They put it out in a, you know, how long did we hear Venezuela was for narco terrorism? Bullshit
- 11:06was not. Venezuela was to do regime change and steal the oil period. They used narco
- 11:14terrorism and blowing up boats against us. Just like any government agency does. That is what
- 11:22they do in America. They sell the masses, the lines of bullshit. What are they stupid enough
- 11:28to believe? What are they watching now? What are they listening to now? And you know, the salesmen
- 11:34are the best, the used car salesmen are the guys up on top and the guys up on top are nothing but
- 11:41used car salesmen. They're always selling you something. Ilhan Omar, what is she selling?
- 11:47What's she selling? Propaganda. She's, I, I've never liked her. You know, it's like some people
- 11:53are instantly, it's not offensive, but it's close. People that are repulsive, repulsive people.
- 12:02I don't, I don't, I'm not listening to that. You know, and there's, there's, and I still do it.
- 12:07You see it. Sometimes you won't do it. I have family members who won't watch, uh, pick one.
- 12:12Um, I dunno, uh, Robert De Niro. Oh, he's a, he's offensive. He talks about why I try to separate.
- 12:18I tried to, what do I call it? Compartmentalization. I try to compartmentalize.
- 12:23Okay. And listen to what I like to listen to and, uh, and, and, and take, take things with a grain
- 12:30of salt. If I have a disagreement with somebody, I definitely want to hear it. That doesn't mean I
- 12:35instantly believe the explanation I'm hearing from the other side. And, uh, this is called
- 12:40critical thinking. And I believe it's missing in a lot of, a lot of, uh, instances, a lot of people.
- 12:47I've ran into some real rocks. You know, you'd be sitting there talking to him. Look,
- 12:52this guy isn't even a box of rocks. He's one rock. You know, we got one rock. You boys are
- 13:00jumping a bag of hammers. And, uh, uh, uh, uh, from, uh, Oh brother, where art thou movie
- 13:06quoter from way back. Anyway, I, my, my rant for this morning has probably gone on long enough.
- 13:14And I should, I should get to the point. I think I want to share with you this entire video that I
- 13:20watched. And I'd like to, uh, uh, uh, uh, preface it by saying, uh, that I don't know who this guy
- 13:28is. Um, I don't know what he said, but I did, I did go out and check and I will continue checking
- 13:35while we listen to his, his audio content. And it's about gold and it's, uh, uh, I've it's,
- 13:43it's in keeping with things that I've talked about, uh, many times before economic, uh,
- 13:51what do you call it? Economic we're, we're, we're coming apart. The old system world system
- 14:02dominated by the United States and the dollar is collapsing is too big a word, at least in my
- 14:11assessment, uh, collapsing is a, is too big of a word, but certainly fragmentation is occurring.
- 14:20There's all kinds of people running for alternative things and it's speeding up. Okay.
- 14:29It is speeding up. This effort began, I would say, and, and now I'm biased in my own personal way,
- 14:37but I began, I mean, I mean, I've always been anti-government. I think it's just anybody with
- 14:42any sort of brain in their head in the nineties watching what was going on with, with, with Bill
- 14:47Clinton and watching Bush and watching Bush one ambush to watching all of these idiots run the
- 14:53country into the ground and act in regime change and crazy foreign policy that does nothing positive
- 15:00for America. It doesn't focus on us at all, spending our money and becoming extremely wealthy
- 15:07in the process by sifting their part, just like every other Ukrainian corrupt government.
- 15:14That is the system, the world system. Okay. And whether it's obvious corruption like it is in
- 15:24Ukraine or whether it's done by the experts and the very best on the planet that give examples
- 15:31to the rest of the world, America through the military industrial complex and how it goes.
- 15:38They're talking now given a trillion and a plus dollars total to Ukraine to end this war.
- 15:46They're trying to see whether it's called the reparations package or whether they're going to
- 15:51call it the reconstruction package. They want to let them join the EU by 2027. That may be
- 16:00part of the settlement. And I, I, so this has been going on for so long, these idiotic talks
- 16:09and what they do, and I'm not sure it'll ever happen anyway, but the foreign minister Ukraine
- 16:13came out, watched the address last night. He's an idiot. And he said, he said, we're getting a
- 16:20trillion and a half dollars. And we hear that there's a deal coming in and the deal is going to
- 16:25be between, uh, they're going to be two different deals. There's no deal between Ukraine and Russia,
- 16:31no deal, no sale. What they saying it, what they are saying is that there's going to be two different
- 16:37deals, a deal where Ukraine signs off with America to be allowed to be part of the EC by a certain
- 16:45date, by a date, certain, whatever, whatever date that would be. They're trying, they're pushing
- 16:50for 2027 and there's going to be a separate deal, separate contract, separate, separate, uh, treaty
- 16:59with Russia and America to build certain things and do certain things and some kind of a global
- 17:05security with alleged peacekeeping or a buffer zone or something like that in between, uh, the,
- 17:13the Zaporizhia and, uh, uh, Kherson and, uh, maybe even Nikolaev and Odessa areas on the Black Sea.
- 17:22And, uh, so along that front line up to the Dnieper river, like I've been saying all along,
- 17:28and there's talks about all of that. Okay. Who knows what'll happen. These talks don't go any
- 17:35freaking where, but this is the first time they've actually met in the same room since the, uh,
- 17:43spring settlement of this entire deal. And, uh, the, the globalists of the world destroyed that
- 17:51deal and destroyed Ukraine in the process that deal was made. Russia stood up and said, nah,
- 17:58screw that. That is not what we agree to. And we're tired of the hegemon dictating what in the
- 18:05hell the world is going to do. And Russia is standing up for their very existence. They're
- 18:12hated. Why? Nobody knows. They are, uh, even their culture is destroyed and looked down upon
- 18:18their hockey players. Aren't accepted anywhere. Right? Normal Russian people can't get a visa to
- 18:26go somewhere. Why? Because we're punishing you because you, we don't like who you picked to run
- 18:32your country. What kind of world are we living in where we take normal, interesting, good people
- 18:40and treat them poorly because we have idiot leaders. We all have idiot leaders. We all have
- 18:47some form of corruption in our own governments. You can think America's the greatest country on
- 18:51the planet. I do. And many other people do. However, we have to identify and understand
- 18:57that there are huge problems, man. I really am on a roll this morning. I apologize for that.
- 19:02Cause I really wanted to show you, uh, tell, tell you about this history video that I watched
- 19:09among my Jim Carrey being Rocky Balboa, which came up to Adrian, you know, we got all that going on,
- 19:17but there was a very, how long is this video? 17 minutes. And I believe I should play most of it.
- 19:27The first, uh, 14 minutes. Let's see. And this guy, uh, is just a, um, an economist and he's,
- 19:37he's got 35,000 subscribers. And I went and I did a quick search of the topic that he was talking
- 19:49about, uh, which is Germany and German gold. Okay. Now I'm not a huge gold follower. I'm just
- 20:00not, I, I, I, I've other things going on in my life and, uh, I'm not, I'm a conspiracy
- 20:09acknowledger. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. You know what I mean? I don't, I don't live as a,
- 20:17I don't know in fear, you know, of, of whatever. I understand it. I try to prepare for it. I told
- 20:23you a couple of weeks ago, I might even buy some weapons because I think the world is collapsing.
- 20:29And that's a huge deal for me because I'm not a violent guy and I, and those are unsafe and I'm
- 20:34not sure I want to have them around and, and, and stuff like that. But, you know, I'm reconsidering
- 20:39that. I know how to use it was in the military. You know, I understand I can do it. I can do it
- 20:44professionally and do it. Well, I'm an expert with a 50 Cal, you know, 50 caliber machine gun,
- 20:50you know, it's, it's out of a helicopter, by the way, it was a lot of fun. And at any rate,
- 20:54there's a, there's just a lot of crap going on in the world. So listen to this video. The guy
- 21:03has a channel called the archivist. Okay. I tried to do some research on it and I found it to be
- 21:11extremely interesting. You take it for what it's worth. Okay. And we, I intend to play all or at
- 21:21least 15 minutes of it. Okay. And, and let us begin at the very beginning because I don't want
- 21:29to say it's scary, but if true, it's certainly something that people should be aware of.
- 21:36I've been talking about the fragmentation, like I said, of the hegemon system of the dollar system
- 21:45of the financial collapses with the swift system. The scams have been going for a very long time,
- 21:56very long time. And so I want to talk about this and you take it for what it's worth. Okay. I'm
- 22:07going to find the answer to my questions about whether this is totally true, but this just came
- 22:13out last night. I was watching it by the time I think it had been out for an hour or so when it
- 22:21came out and who knows. And I, and I'm checking still the sources on it, but if true, this is
- 22:29frightening. Here we go. Ladies and gentlemen, archivist here for 10 days, the warning signs
- 22:35were everywhere. If you knew where to look European banks, quietly dumping us treasuries,
- 22:39NATO fracturing over Arctic resources, as the Greenland dispute explodes critical undersea
- 22:44cables sabotaged in the Atlantic, each event isolated, maybe together a system under stress,
- 22:51but yesterday the stress reached the core of the global monetary order.
- 22:55The bond market wasn't the target. The dollar wasn't the target. Gold was. On Monday, January
- 23:0126th, 2026, a confidential encrypted communique was transmitted from the headquarters of the Deutsche
- 23:06Bundesbank in Frankfurt, directly to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The contents of this
- 23:11letter leaked to the German financial newspaper Handelsblatt and subsequently confirmed by high
- 23:16level sources within the Bundestag budget committee are nothing short of explosive.
- 23:19They represent a diplomatic bombshell that threatens to sever the financial trust that
- 23:24has underpinned the Western world since 1945. Germany is officially demanding the immediate
- 23:29and total repatriation of its remaining gold reserves held in United States custody.
- 23:34We are not talking about a small symbolic transfer of a few bars for a photo op. We are not talking
- 23:40about a gradual rebalancing over the next decade. We are talking about the removal of 1,236 tons
- 23:46of sovereign gold. To put that number into perspective, this represents approximately
- 23:5037% of Germany's total national wealth in gold, valued at today's soaring spot prices at nearly
- 23:57$194 billion. The letter reportedly sets a strict non-negotiable timeline. The Bundesbank expects
- 24:04the physical metal to be transported, verified, and secured in Frankfurt vaults by December 31st,
- 24:092026. To understand the sheer gravity of this demand, you must understand the history that
- 24:14led us here. During the height of the Cold War, West Germany lived under the constant existential
- 24:19threat of a Soviet invasion. The Fulda Gap was the likely invasion route, and Frankfurt was just
- 24:24miles from the front lines. It was a strategic necessity to store the nation's wealth far away
- 24:29from the tanks of the Red Army. So Germany moved its gold west to London, to Paris, and most
- 24:35importantly, to the unbreakable fortress of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in Manhattan.
- 24:39For decades, this arrangement was a symbol of the unbreakable bond between Washington and Bonn,
- 24:43and later Berlin. It was a testament to the fact that American power guaranteed German survival.
- 24:49But the Cold War is long over. The Soviet Union is dust, and the relationship between the United
- 24:54States and Germany has curdled into mutual suspicion and economic warfare. Between 2013
- 24:59and 2017, in a massive logistical operation that was followed closely by the gold community,
- 25:05the Bundesbank successfully repatriated 674 tons of gold from Paris and New York. At the time,
- 25:11they declared the operation complete. They publicly stated that they would leave the
- 25:15remaining 1,236 tons in New York intentionally. Their official rationale was that this gold was
- 25:22necessary to facilitate foreign exchange operations. In plain English, they argued that
- 25:27if the Euro ever collapsed, or Germany needed urgent liquidity, having gold in New York allowed
- 25:31them to swap it instantly for U.S. dollars to defend their currency. It was an insurance policy.
- 25:36So why demand it back now? Why break the glass on the emergency alarm in January 2026?
- 25:42The official reason given by German lawmakers, driven by a coalition of budget hawks,
- 25:46the surging opposition parties like the AFD and BSW, and increasingly vocal mainstream economists,
- 25:52is counterparty risk. This is a polite banking term for, we don't trust you anymore.
- 25:57Michael Yeager, the president of the Taxpayers Association of Europe,
- 26:00publicly stated in an interview that sent shockwaves through Brussels,
- 26:03Trump is unpredictable, and he does everything to generate revenue. That's why our gold is
- 26:08no longer safe in the Fed's vaults. What happens if the Greenland provocation continues?
- 26:12The risk is increasing that the German Bundesbank will no longer be able to access its gold.
- 26:16Therefore, it should repatriate its reserves. This is not the fringe ranting of a conspiracy
- 26:21theorist. This is a leading voice in European finance articulating a fear that is now pervasive
- 26:27in the halls of power in Berlin. The United States is no longer a partner. It is a predator.
- 26:32Emmanuel Munk, a former head of research at the Bundesbank, echoed this sentiment,
- 26:36telling the press, given the current geopolitical situation, it seems risky to store so much gold
- 26:42in the US. In the interest of greater strategic independence from the US, the Bundesbank would
- 26:46therefore be well advised to consider repatriating the gold. This is a sovereign bank run. In a
- 26:52normal bank run, individual depositors line up outside a branch because they fear the bank is
- 26:57insolvent. In a sovereign bank run, nations line up to withdraw their collateral because they fear
- 27:02the hegemon is rogue. Germany represents the smart money of Europe. If they are pulling their
- 27:07funds, it signals to every other central bank, from Rome to Tokyo to Riyadh, that the window
- 27:11to exit is closing. If the Federal Reserve refuses the request or delays it with bureaucratic
- 27:16excuses about logistics, it confirms the darkest fear of the market. The gold is gone. If the
- 27:24Federal Reserve agrees, it drains the New York vault of nearly 20% of its total holdings in less
- 27:28than a year. This creates a massive physical shortage in the very hub that prices the world's
- 27:32gold. The Berlin demand is the moment the West admits that the era of trust is definitively
- 27:38over. The handshake deals of the 20th century have been replaced by the verify and take possession,
- 27:44paranoid realism of the 21st. Germany is taking its ball and going home, and the game cannot
- 27:49continue without them. The immediate question sweeping through the precious metals market,
- 27:54from the trading desks in Singapore to the refineries in Switzerland, is simple but
- 27:58terrifying. Does the gold even exist? This is not a conspiracy theory pulled from the depths of the
- 28:04internet. It is a legitimate question of encumbrance and financial plumbing. The Federal Reserve Bank
- 28:09of New York's vault, located 80 feet below street level at 33 Liberty Street, sits on the bedrock
- 28:14of Manhattan. It is arguably the most secure facility on the planet, but the Fed does not
- 28:20own the gold stored there. It merely acts as a custodian for foreign nations and international
- 28:24organizations. The bars sitting in those cages belong to Germany, Italy, the IMF, and others.
- 28:30However, in the opaque, unregulated, and highly leveraged world of central banking and bullion
- 28:34trading, gold is rarely allowed to sit idle. Idle gold pays no interest. It costs money to store.
- 28:41To solve this problem, central banks often engage in gold leasing. They lend their gold to bullion
- 28:46banks, almost the giants like JP Morgan, HSBC, and Scotiabank, in exchange for a small interest
- 28:51rate, the gold lease rate. The bullion banks then take that physical gold and sell it into the
- 28:55market. Why? To suppress the price, to raise cash for other investments, or to hedge their
- 29:00massive derivative positions. The physical bar leaves the vault. It gets melted down. It gets
- 29:06shipped to China or India and turned into jewelry or coins. But on the books of the central bank,
- 29:11the gold is still listed as an asset. It is owed to them by the bullion bank.
- 29:16This creates a situation of rehypothecation. It means that multiple parties believe they own
- 29:20the exact same amounts of gold. One, Germany thinks it owns the gold sitting in the Fed vault
- 29:25because their ledger says so. Two, the bullion bank thinks it borrowed the gold and has a
- 29:31liability to return it one day. Three, the Chinese investor who bought the physical bar from the
- 29:35bullion bank actually holds the metal in Shanghai. Now, apply this mechanics to the Berlin demand.
- 29:41If Germany demands 1,236 tons of physical metal immediately, the Federal Reserve and its partner
- 29:47bullion banks have a catastrophic mathematical problem. If that gold has been leased out,
- 29:52and forensic analysts estimate that a significant portion of official reserves are indeed encumbered
- 29:56in this way, the metal is not in the vault. To fulfill Germany's order, the Fed, or the
- 30:04buy it back. They have to source 1,236 tons of physical gold in a market that is already in
- 30:10a structural deficit. Buying back 1,200 tons of gold is not like buying 1,200 shares of Apple.
- 30:17The liquidity does not exist. Attempting to source that amount of physical metal
- 30:21would send the spot price to $5,000, $7,000, or even $10,000 an ounce overnight.
- 30:27It would trigger a commercial short squeeze of biblical proportions.
- 30:30The bullion banks, who are short the metal because they sold the least gold,
- 30:34would face infinite losses. They would be bankrupt instantly. This is exactly why
- 30:39the timeline is so critical. Germany gave them 11 months until December 31, 2026.
- 30:44In the previous repatriation exercise, 2013-2017, the Federal Reserve initially claimed it would
- 30:49take seven years to return just 300 tons. In the end, it took four years. Why did it
- 30:54take so long to move 300 tons? You can move that much metal on a few cargo planes in a week.
- 30:59Rumors swirled at the time that the Fed didn't have the original German bars.
- 31:04The bars Germany received were not the same serial numbers they deposited in the 1950s and 60s.
- 31:09Many were newly cast bars with fresh time stamps. This implies the Fed, or its proxies,
- 31:14had to scramble to refine new gold to pay Germany back. They had to rob Peter to pay Paul.
- 31:20Now the demand is four times larger, 1,236 tons versus 300 tons. And the timeline is four times
- 31:27shorter, one year versus four years. The math does not work. The market knows the Fed cannot
- 31:32deliver without destroying the price discovery mechanism of the Comex. This creates a force
- 31:37majeure risk. If the Fed declares it cannot ship the gold due to logistical challenges,
- 31:42security concerns, or geopolitical instability, it is effectively a default. It is an admission
- 31:48that the gold is gone. It confirms that the U.S. dollar is no longer backed by the rule of law
- 31:53or the sanctity of contracts. It confirms that the gold in New York is paper gold,
- 31:57a financial fiction, while physical gold has fled to the east. This realization is why the gold
- 32:03price is currently disconnecting from the dollar and from real rates. The market is beginning to
- 32:08price in the delivery failure. The premium for physical coins is exploding because the smart
- 32:13money knows that when Germany knocks on the door, the vault might be empty. Why is Germany doing
- 32:18this now? Why, after decades of passivity and deference to Washington, has Berlin decided to
- 32:23pull the trigger? The answer lies in the trauma of the Russia precedent. In February 2022, following
- 32:29the invasion of Ukraine, the United States, the UK, and the EU took an unprecedented step.
- 32:35They froze $300 billion of the Central Bank of Russia's foreign exchange reserves.
- 32:39These were sovereign assets. Under international law and centuries of custom,
- 32:43central bank reserves were considered sacrosanct. They were immune from seizure, even in war.
- 32:48The U.S. shattered that norm. They weaponized the reserve currency system.
- 32:52While the West celebrated this as a tool to punish Putin, the rest of the world watched in horror.
- 32:57Central bankers in Beijing, Riyadh, Brasilia, and yes, Berlin, learned a terrifying lesson.
- 33:03If you do not hold it, you do not own it. Sovereign immunity does not exist if you cross Washington.
- 33:09Your assets are only yours if the U.S. president agrees with your foreign policy.
- 33:12German economists and policy makers have been watching the recent escalation over
- 33:16the Greenland ultimatum and the looming tariff war with growing terror.
- 33:20President Trump's threat to impose 100% tariffs on countries that do not align with U.S. policy
- 33:25against China has spooked the German industrial base. Germany is an export superpower. Its economy
- 33:30relies on trade. Crucially, major German corporations like Volkswagen, BASF, and Siemens
- 33:36rely on China for up to 40% of their global profits. Germany cannot afford to decouple from
- 33:41China. It would mean de-industrialization and economic depression. But the U.S. is demanding
- 33:46exactly that. The U.S. is forcing Germany to choose. Are you with us or are you with Beijing?
- 33:52If Germany chooses to maintain its trade ties with China or even tries to stay neutral,
- 33:57what happens? Does the U.S. declare Germany a currency manipulator? Does the U.S. sanction
- 34:02German companies? And most terrifyingly, what happens to the $194 billion of German gold
- 34:07sitting in the basement of the New York Fed? Could the U.S. freeze German gold just like they
- 34:12froze Russian cash? Could they hold it hostage to force Berlin to comply with sanctions on China?
- 34:17Before 2022, this idea was insane. It was unthinkable between NATO allies.
- 34:22Today, in 2026, it is a legitimate high-probability risk management scenario.
- 34:27The Greenland provocation, where the U.S. threatened tariffs on European goods to force
- 34:32the sale of Danish territory, was the final straw. It proved that the U.S. views its allies
- 34:36as vassal states to be bullied. Emanuel Munch's statement to Handelsblatt was explicit.
- 34:42Given the current geopolitical situation, it seems risky to store so much gold in the U.S.
- 34:47The risk is increasing that the Bundesbank will no longer be able to access its gold.
- 34:51The German demand is a defensive move. It is a survival mechanism. They are sanction-proofing
- 34:56their economy. By moving the gold to Frankfurt, they ensure that no matter what diplomatic war
- 35:01erupts over trade, tariffs, or NATO funding, their ultimate collateral is within their
- 35:05jurisdiction. They can use it to settle trade with China, India, or Russia without U.S. permission.
- 35:11It is also a signal to the future of the euro. The eurozone is quietly preparing for a post-dollar
- 35:16world. The European Central Bank, ECB, has been encouraging member states to increase gold
- 35:21reserves. Poland has been buying aggressively, and the Dutch and Hungarians have repatriated.
- 35:26If the euro is to survive a dollar collapse or a global debt reset, it needs a golden anchor.
- 35:31It needs to be backed by something real. Germany's 3,350 tons of gold are that anchor.
- 35:38It is the ballast of the European project. But an anchor is useless if it is stored in the
- 35:42captain's quarters of a rival ship. You cannot stabilize your currency with gold you cannot touch.
- 35:47The repatriation is the physical decoupling of the euro from the dollar. It is the declaration
- 35:52of European monetary independence. It is the end of the transatlantic trust that built the
- 35:57order. Germany is preparing to go it alone. The Berlin demand is the final warning bell for every
- 36:03individual investor on the planet. If the German government, with all its diplomatic channels,
- 36:08its intelligence agencies, and its special relationship with the U.S., does not trust
- 36:13the Federal Reserve to hold its wealth, why should you? If a G7 nation, a NATO pillar,
- 36:18is worried about confiscation and counterparty risk, you should be absolutely terrified.
- 36:23Germany is telling you that the banking system is not safe. They are telling you that paper
- 36:27claims are worthless in a crisis. So how do you position yourself for a sovereign bank run on gold?
- 36:32How do you protect your wealth when the giants are fighting over the scraps?
- 36:36You follow the Archivist Protocol. Protocol. Rule 1. Be your own central bank. You must
- 36:42hold physical gold in your immediate possession. Do not rely on ETFs like GLD or IAU.
- 36:48These are financial products. They are paper claims on gold stored in the same vaults,
- 36:54HSBC London, JP Morgan NY, that Germany is trying to escape. If the Fed declares force
- 36:59majeure on Germany, do you think they will honor the claim of a retail ETF investor?
- 37:04Absolutely not. The ETFs will be frozen. Or more likely, they will be cash settled.
- 37:09They will pay you out in devalued dollars at a manipulated price.
- 37:18And what I did is, well, first of all, I listened to it myself. Second,
- 37:26I went and did some, a little bit of searches on the internet to find other information. Third,
- 37:33I called somebody who follows this stuff much more than I do. And I'm interested in discussing
- 37:44this with other people. And looking at, I don't have any gold. I wish I did. Having a gold bar in
- 37:53the basement would be a good thing right now. Having a gold bar hanging out for the ultimate
- 37:59collapse could be a big deal. And so basically, one of the things that I use AI for, and you can't
- 38:10trust AI either, because AI, depending on where you get it, is biased one way or another. Why are
- 38:18all countries trying to be at the top of AI? Because they wish to control the truth. And the
- 38:26truth is the narrative that comes out. So even when you do some of this, you still must have your own
- 38:33critical thinking. I'm creating a platform, well, not just me, there's a group of us,
- 38:40and creating several platforms. The modern law ecosystem and civic warriors. We are government
- 38:50overreach warriors, and we are starting that process. And part of it is collecting information
- 38:59through sunshine requests, freedom of information requests, lawsuits, whatever is necessary.
- 39:05And analyzing these things and creating reports, kind of like lobbyists, that's
- 39:14kind of where we are going. And it is the most fun I've had in a project in my life. This is
- 39:24interesting stuff, and I would like people to get involved. And we'll talk about that another time.
- 39:31Today, our thing is talking about this video that I watched on the gold. And I asked AI
- 39:38to review this. Now, I have quite a few different AI platforms, and I'm creating
- 39:43our own platform for analyzing AI analysis, okay? Because I think that's important too.
- 39:52Because I don't trust anything. The government, screw that. You're an idiot if you trust them.
- 39:58And you need to trust, but verify, you know. Doverai, no proverai is how you say it in Russian.
- 40:05Just remember that from Reagan, when he got up on the platform, and he goes, Doverai, no proverai.
- 40:11And that was a lot of fun. And Americans never roll their Rs when they speak Russian,
- 40:17and you're supposed to roll them. Doverai, no proverai. And there's kind of a clicking
- 40:21of the tongue that goes on there. And I don't do it right. You know, I'm American. It's funny.
- 40:26You speak to women, oh, you have such a cute American accent. And then you have people,
- 40:31I had people claim that I had a fake American accent. They say, oh, your Russian's too good.
- 40:35You're not an American. And you just created that accent, kind of like we would have a
- 40:40southern girl yelling from around here, are you? Or you go up to Chicago, and you and guys are
- 40:46used guys. Yeah, used guys. You know, there's all kinds of ways to fake your accent. Anyway,
- 40:53that is not the point of today's show. But you can't always trust your AI. So you've got to
- 40:58assess where you get your information, okay? And except for me, for me, you're always getting the
- 41:06raw Samuel, okay? Because that's all there is, is a raw Samuel. And I am who I am. I'm Popeye the
- 41:13sailor man. So what I did was I said, look, to the AI gods out there, and I did it in a couple
- 41:21of different platforms, said, listen, and what they've come up with is this. This assessment
- 41:28is a classic truth sandwich. It uses quite a few real checkable facts as the launch pad,
- 41:35and then leaps into a big dramatic conclusion that may be unsupported or internally confused.
- 41:43The net is this is mostly fear-mongering marketing copy, not sober analysis. Well,
- 41:49yeah, but who's saying that? You know, is this Google telling me that, oh, geez,
- 41:56don't worry about us. You know, don't pay any attention to the man behind the curtain.
- 42:00None of us trust a damn thing anymore. And if you do, you're nuts. If you think the system
- 42:07is out there to protect you, you better think again, and you better hedge your bet. That's
- 42:14everybody else's doing. You know, they're hedging their bets. They're making sure they got guns in
- 42:19the basement. They're making sure they've hidden a bar of gold somewhere for themselves for the
- 42:23ultimate collapse. You know, maybe we've all gone, there's too many conspiracy and, what do you call
- 42:28it, zombie movies out there, too many walking dead. So anyway, that was the first analysis.
- 42:35And so Germany's action, the core claim, there are, and I checked a couple of sources, I don't
- 42:41see any factual basis to the actual root claim that Germany has demanded the repatriation of
- 42:52their gold. The text says that a real Bundesbank demand, an encrypted communique, a leaked letter,
- 43:00a hard deadline of December 31, I haven't been able to verify that anywhere because reputable
- 43:07reporting and official statements don't show it. Does that mean it doesn't exist? Why would they
- 43:13show it if the result would be people all running to buy bars of gold or putting weapons in their
- 43:21basement? What is verifiable is the rising public debate on this topic in Germany. The 1,236 tons
- 43:31is true, okay? Economists and taxpayer groups urging repatriation. Politicians arguing about
- 43:39risk. Bundesbank and finance ministry publicly say there is no cause for concern. And the New York
- 43:46Fed is a trusted storage location. Yeah, right. Germany is talking about it. That's true.
- 43:52Germany has demanded immediate total repatriation on a deadline isn't substantiated by any credible
- 44:00source, but Germany's definitely talking about it. I also wanted to know about this 2013 to 2017
- 44:07repatriation and the math part, okay? This part is real and the numbers mostly check out. The
- 44:14Bundesbank announced a storage plan to increase its own domestic holdings by 2020 and they asked
- 44:22in 2013. They completed the transfers ahead of schedule by 2017. 300 tons from New York,
- 44:33374 tons from Paris, 674 tons total, okay? And they received all that money back and are
- 44:42storing it at Bundesbank. So after completion, the Bundesbank itself says it stores in Frankfurt
- 44:491,710 tons or 50.6% of its reserves. New York has 1,236 tons, 36% of its reserves.
- 45:00London has 432 tons of German gold, 12.8%. The total amount that they have
- 45:09in their own assets is 3,378 tons of gold, okay? So the 1,236 tons held in New York is essentially
- 45:19right, okay? And so it's a rounded number. Let's talk about this federal vault drain for a second.
- 45:2820% of the holdings claim is basically correct also, but it really isn't a smoking gun,
- 45:35according to the AI gods. The New York Fed's own materials say the vault held
- 45:436,331 metric tons, 507,000 bars as of 2024. Germany's 1,236 tons is 19.5% of that amount.
- 45:58Where the document starts cheating is they want this back overnight. Repatriation isn't really
- 46:06open market purchase. It's custody. You move your bars from one vault to another. Liquidity only
- 46:14matters if you assume the bars aren't there and somebody has to source replacement on the open
- 46:22market. Now, how many of us believe that the bars are actually there?
- 46:30I don't know. It's a pretty strong allegation to say that the bars aren't there,
- 46:37but it's been how many years since World War II? How many people were there and why would it take
- 46:46you four years even to deliver the gold back? Is it true that they didn't receive back the same
- 46:56gold that they put in? I suppose it wouldn't matter, but if that didn't matter, why in the
- 47:02world do they serial number a bar of gold? Why serial number it if it's not yours? Now, the rest
- 47:09of the article that I listened to was if you buy a bar of gold, you can have something that's called
- 47:13allocated gold or non-allocated gold. I'm not an expert on this. I don't care to be, really.
- 47:21If you buy a bar of gold, keep it in your basement. Put it somewhere where it's yours
- 47:27is what the ultimate is in this. The guy was pumping you to buy gold at the end of the video.
- 47:33However, I wasn't worried about that. I'm worried about whether this stuff is true.
- 47:37I can't go out and buy bars of gold anyway. I might be able to get a couple, but maybe one.
- 47:47I'd be buying little shavings of gold. I'd be the guy, but I tell you what, I wish there was a gold
- 47:53rush. If Greenland is full of gold or if Venezuela is full of gold, why aren't we in Venezuela?
- 48:01The allegation that the Americans seized that first ship that was Russian up by,
- 48:08it was west of England at the time, and they took that ship, there was a lot of speculation
- 48:12that that ship was full of gold headed for Moscow, and that's why it was taken.
- 48:20I don't know the truth of that. I haven't been able to find out, but tell me.
- 48:24When people are silent on this stuff and they don't talk about it, it's because there's something
- 48:30there. It's because they don't want to talk about it. They will distract you with whatever else,
- 48:39just get it off the topic. The stuff you get on the news is stuff that is to keep you occupied
- 48:45while the real bullshit is going on behind the scenes. It's a pretty strong allegation.
- 48:52The Fed taking seven years to return 300 tons is a bit misleading too. The Bundesbank's plan
- 48:58targeted 2020, a multi-year horizon, and the Bundesbank emphasized that they finished it three
- 49:05years early. So the seven years is not a verifiable confession. It could be a distorted statement of
- 49:12what he says. The new bars and not the same bars is one of those claims that sounds bad,
- 49:19but it's kind of difficult to prove. The Bundesbank publishes a bar list and describes bar
- 49:25identification by numbers, melt numbers, and it states that it checks the authenticity,
- 49:31purity, weight of the gold on arrival. Bars can legitimately change identity if metal is recast
- 49:39or refined to standardized bar formats or improve what's called good delivery compliance, but it's
- 49:47not inherent evidence of missing gold. If you wanted to prove fraud, you'd need primary
- 49:53documentation showing that Germany demanded the return of a specific bar number and got different
- 50:01bar numbers without documented title transfer plus evidence of an accounting mismatch or a
- 50:09weight difference or, hey, they shaved off a sliver off of each bar. The document,
- 50:17you know, the analysis, the documentary evidence that this guy had was very, very minimal,
- 50:25didn't exist. It could be just rumors. Okay. Let's talk about where he was talking about
- 50:33gold leasing and rehypothecation of the same bar. There's, again, a kernel of truth, but who knows
- 50:40whether it's real or not. I'll leave this to figure out on your own. But it's interesting. Gold lending
- 50:45and unallocated accounts are real market plumbing. The LBMA, London Markets, explains allocated
- 50:52versus unallocated metal accounts and the mechanics of lending and borrowing against them.
- 50:58Unallocated balances are effective credit exposure of the institution. Allocated bars
- 51:07are specific bars, your bar. The Bundesbank historically lent small portions of gold
- 51:17LBMA material described in the 1990s, is when they were trying to differentiate. Here it is.
- 51:26But the key point, if a central bank lends gold and it's sold, the central bank doesn't still
- 51:32own the same bar of gold. It has a claim for the return of an equivalent bar, some kind of a
- 51:40receivable. Okay. Paper money. That's the scary part, is suddenly you don't have an actual asset.
- 51:47You just got a piece of paper saying you have it on an asset. One of the things that I find
- 51:53quite interesting, especially because of the Russia analysis and the freezing of sovereign
- 52:00money, which never happened before. It doesn't happen. It's never happened even in war times.
- 52:10Governments don't steal each other's money.
- 52:15Our governments, the Western-dominated, hegemon, globalist a-holes, from our side, trying to run
- 52:24the planet on their own image, create a planet in their own image and control everything,
- 52:33seized 300 billion plus of Russian assets. They're stealing Russian-flagged ships.
- 52:43Why? Because we're more powerful. We, well, here I go with the we's again. The America,
- 52:52you know, the West controls the system. The fact that people are bailing on the system
- 52:58is frightening. Okay. It is frightening. And by the way, it's definitely true. And it definitely
- 53:08makes sense. For Germany's gold to be gone because of leasing or sales of these gold
- 53:19speculators, that would need to be an instruction title transfer out as Germany's custody account.
- 53:27But they do make loans on it, just like they make loans on everything else. So the Fed is
- 53:31holding the shit pot of everybody else's stuff. And they're making loans on everybody else's stuff,
- 53:36guaranteed by stuff that they're holding. But the other people have a receivable against them.
- 53:41So all of this paper money is based on the same gold. It makes sense that you might have several
- 53:46different people making a claim to the same asset. So if you have a total debt amount promised on
- 53:53the same, say you got in your own bank, they call it liquidity. And banks are checked on this stuff
- 54:00all the time. And the banks, why do we have runs on banks? We have runs on banks because people
- 54:07are afraid that their money might not be in the bank. Because it's not in the bank. You know,
- 54:14it's explained best by George in, what do you call it? Oh, every time a bell rings,
- 54:24an angel gets his wings, whatever that thing is, a Christmas show. Anyway, George Bailey,
- 54:29and he explains it. He goes, wait a minute, Fred, I don't have your money here. It's been loaned out
- 54:36to his house and this guy's house. He's explaining simple economics when they had the run on the
- 54:42bank at his little savings and loan, right? Had to be guaranteed by somebody else. Well,
- 54:50that makes sense, okay? If all the governments on the planet, and this is true, all the governments
- 54:57on the planet are now repatriating their gold. That is reality. There are people hoarding gold
- 55:06and collecting it from everywhere. People are bailing on American debt. We've talked about
- 55:12that a long time. Our country is insolvent. The entire country of America is insolvent.
- 55:22You may not be, but as a whole, America is, okay? We have hitched our wagon to our children
- 55:32for the next several, quite a few generations, maybe for good. And so there could be some,
- 55:40and I don't know, I'm not one of these fear monger people. We can't change any of this crap anyway.
- 55:46And that's the point. You can't change it. All you can do is act in your own best interests.
- 55:53And that's it. You can do it. So if the statement about the Fed can't deliver force majeure or
- 56:10somewhat beyond our control, it's usually a treaty or contract term.
- 56:15Force majeure is a French term, and in Russian, guess what it's called? Force majeure.
- 56:22That's your Russian interpretation for today. Force majeure is what it is. Force
- 56:28majeure situations. And Fed can't deliver force majeure confiscation. The general lesson that
- 56:34assets held abroad could be immobilized. This is real. Russian reserves frozen after 2022
- 56:43on the order of roughly 300 billion. And the U.S. president has broad powers to block and freeze
- 56:50if there's a national emergency that is declared. But jumping from these tools exist because they do
- 56:58to the high probability plan to block German gold, that's speculation. It's a pitch. It's,
- 57:05you know, hey, buy my gold product here. Germany really did in 2013 to 2017 repatriate 674 tons.
- 57:17And it really does, there really is allegedly still approximately 1,236 tons in New York.
- 57:26The New York federal vault really does exist. And it holds approximately as of 2024,
- 57:346,331 tons of gold in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, 507,000 gold bars, 6,331 metric tons.
- 57:49There's a current German political economic debate about whether storing that gold in New York is
- 57:55wise under the today's geopolitics. I say it's not. There's plenty of calls for them to bring
- 58:02it back. And why wouldn't they? In all seriousness, why wouldn't they? If your part, if all of,
- 58:15because it's other things that make you less trusting of systems. It's things like,
- 58:24they took Russia's money. Wouldn't it be best if we held our own money? Why in the world do we
- 58:29trust in A-holes that we don't want to, we might not want to deal with? I mean, look what they got
- 58:34for the next three years, according to Bundesbank and to Germany. We got some lunatic over there
- 58:40running America. Now they're starting, you know, the knives are out. People are,
- 58:48knives are out on Trump right now. Not that they haven't always been,
- 58:51but they're 10 times more vocal and people are starting to listen more because of what he has
- 58:57done that has allowed that questioning to be, well, this is just like it is under every other
- 59:05president. This is no longer the shining city on the hill, which is the same thing that becomes
- 59:11obvious with virtually every president ever elected, at least in my lifetime. They get in
- 59:18there and there's all this excitement after the first part of the year. Well, people come first
- 59:23year, calm down. And then it's just business as usual. We're in the business as usual phase.
- 59:29And we know what business as usual now means. We've seen enough of Trump this term for the last
- 59:37year to know what is really going on. Power, power, power. It's world globally and nationally.
- 59:48We show power globally. We, you know, imprison. What have you heard about Maduro recently?
- 59:55Not a damn thing. In a few months, they'll release him and his wife quietly to some island somewhere
- 1:00:01and then kill him off a few years later. And they'll live well on some money somewhere else
- 1:00:08and the change has already happened. That's how regime change works. And the CIA will go out and
- 1:00:14kill him and that's how it works. It's disgusting, but that's how it works. And so, if you haven't
- 1:00:21heard a damn thing about that, if we go seize Greenland, you'll have a small period of, well,
- 1:00:26yeah, that was great. Or you'll have other people going, well, that was crap. And then
- 1:00:30a year later, it'll calm down and there'll be another crisis to talk about, another Maduro
- 1:00:34to go take. And they have plenty of those Maduro scenarios right now. You know, we're threatening
- 1:00:41doing the same in Iran and Greenland and, you know, pick them. You know, it's power is the play
- 1:00:49right now, period. And it's the same as every other presidency and it'll go back a different
- 1:00:54way when a different president is in because that's how America works. Okay. Let's see.
- 1:01:03Berlin's demand letter. Let's talk about that. The hard deadline, that is no real sourcing.
- 1:01:11Haven't found it. I found a story. Well, the real metal becomes unattainable.
- 1:01:14I clicked the guy again. I found a story in the, what is this called? This is the Guardian
- 1:01:21written not too long ago, January the 24th by somebody named, where is she? Kate Connolly
- 1:01:33from Berlin, in Berlin, that Germany is facing calls to withdraw its billions of euros worth
- 1:01:41of gold from us vaults spurred on by the shift in transatlantic relations and the unpredictability
- 1:01:50of Donald Trump. Guy named Emmanuel Munch, a leading economist and former head of research
- 1:01:58at the German federal bank Bundesbank called for the gold to be brought home saying it was far too
- 1:02:04risky for it to be kept in the US, especially under the current administration. Given the current
- 1:02:11geopolitical situation, he said, it seems risky to store so much gold in the US. In the interest
- 1:02:21of greater strategic independence from the US, the Bundesbank would therefore be well advised to
- 1:02:28consider repatriating its gold. Stephen Cornelius, the spokesman for Friedrich Merz's coalition
- 1:02:35government said recently that withdrawal of the gold reserves was not currently under
- 1:02:43consideration. But Munch is only the latest in a string of economists and financial experts to
- 1:02:51argue that the move would be in keeping with the greater strategic independence that Europe's
- 1:02:57largest economy has been seeking from the US in recent months. And we have a caller on the line.
- 1:03:12And caller, are you with me? Yes, Sam. Good morning. Guten Morgen. That's German for good
- 1:03:20morning. Dobro jutro. Dobro jutro is Russian for good morning.
- 1:03:25Means how are things? Is everything normal?
- 1:03:31Okay. Well, you, aren't you one of those people who is a
- 1:03:47conspiracy gold theorist? I heard, I can't verify the sources, but I heard that you have some
- 1:03:55$800,000 worth of gold that you are hoarding in a shoebox underneath your bed. Is that?
- 1:04:03Oh, listen, nevermind the details. There's no reason to trust and verify.
- 1:04:09Just shoot off the hip or out the mouth. That's right. Just make, we're making,
- 1:04:14oh, he's making it up as he goes along. Yeah. Yeah. No, no reason to verify anything.
- 1:04:21That's right. You can rattle on about whatever. Just claim it. Just claim it. And therefore it's
- 1:04:26true. I said it. Therefore it must be true. You've heard the adage, the more you say it,
- 1:04:34it becomes true. The more people will believe it, right? Build it and they will come. So by now it's
- 1:04:42clarified. Did you listen to the little audio clip that I played from that guy on the channel
- 1:04:50called the archivist? Oh yeah, absolutely. So you've been listening to me this morning. Yeah.
- 1:04:56Yes. And Eric Lee, I'm well acquainted with that video as well. Cool. I would take you back
- 1:05:05citing a few real resources, right? Few real sources. So are these guys not real?
- 1:05:12Uh, yeah, that, that's a good one to listen to. Or are they selling, just selling something or
- 1:05:17are they just selling something? Oh, that's a very good point. I'm selling something. I suppose
- 1:05:25you're selling something. You got me there. At the very least you're selling your opinion.
- 1:05:31Look, you're a genius. Oh, aren't I though? And well, especially if you can steal 800,000
- 1:05:37worth of gold and keep it in a shoe box under your bed. Well, first of all, if you calculate
- 1:05:43back in the day when I was accused of this heinous crime, uh, 800,000 amounted to about 20 pounds.
- 1:05:51And I mean, even lugging that around, that's no easy task. 20 pounds of gold is 800,000. What
- 1:05:58would it be now? Well, not nowadays, not nowadays. Now it'd be 100,000, wouldn't it?
- 1:06:04Well, actually what I'd say... I mean a million. Now it'd be a million, wouldn't it? Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:06:09Closer too. However, you know, let's keep in mind a couple of things. First of all,
- 1:06:15first of all, I want to clarify. Okay. I'm not so much a gold conspiracy theorist, okay?
- 1:06:22I, I liked, just like you, I like to research all my facts and it's not really gold. Okay.
- 1:06:31Gold is monetary asset. All of the, a lot of the things that you're, that you're saying are true.
- 1:06:36And I actually do believe that these sovereign countries, we already know this, Germany being
- 1:06:41one of them, is hell bent on repatriating their assets. And for good reason. Well, it makes sense.
- 1:06:49I mean, well, if you would do it, a government would, a smart government would do the same thing.
- 1:06:54Right. And it's not so much about, I would say I myself, I'm, I'm, I'm more of a silver stacker.
- 1:07:02First off, there's a big revelation. Silver stacker, because silver to me is more useful
- 1:07:09than gold. And quicker and cheaper and smaller. Right. I don't even have a, and not only that,
- 1:07:15but it's commonly in circulation. That's right. More accessible. Yeah. It's more readily available.
- 1:07:21Um, but being a prepper. Okay. That's more like what I am. That's true. The,
- 1:07:28the apocalyptic prepper. That's true. That's just one of the many tools. How many weapons
- 1:07:33do you guys have under your, your, your bed? Oh, absolutely none. Of course. Really? Nothing.
- 1:07:39You guys don't have weapons and a AK 47s hidden out in the shed somewhere in a bunker bill.
- 1:07:46Nothing. You live in Idaho. I know nothing. We have, you know, all people in Idaho have bunkers
- 1:07:53in, uh, uh, I'm, I'm, I'm sure that people do, but they're coming. We have no gold,
- 1:08:00no silver, nothing to see here. No malicious, no, no weapons. Are you chairman of a militia?
- 1:08:06Are you a general? Well, and how do I get it? I don't know where you heard that. How do I get in
- 1:08:15some of this million million dollars worth of gold? First of all, the number one rule to get in is
- 1:08:22loose lip sinks. Chips. Good point. Good point. So really we don't talk about the 800,000 hidden
- 1:08:30under the bed. Oh no. Everybody's talking about that. That's a good point. Okay. So you heard the,
- 1:08:37the discussion of this guy called the archivist. Now I don't remember what his name was. I looked
- 1:08:41it up, but I couldn't remember it, but a good point to remember. Okay. People that are just
- 1:08:47hearing about this and are interested, I would tell them to go to the book or even go to Ray Dalio
- 1:08:55and he'll tell you a couple of bits about that guy. So you think his is, you think his, uh, uh,
- 1:09:03postulations are accurate. Oh, absolutely. But more than that, do the research.
- 1:09:11Do the research because he certainly has, and he can establish a historical pattern, right?
- 1:09:21And he talks about the economic cycles, the rises and the fall of, uh, nations.
- 1:09:29Well, that's what interests me. I like the macro parts, the huge, the global scale, the, you know,
- 1:09:35this action affects the chains of events. I mean, that's what I talk about. You know,
- 1:09:41I'm not a micro guy. I'm not what happens down the street. I don't think that the big picture
- 1:09:46has much effect on all of that. I'm, I'm interested, you know, be a good neighbor, but
- 1:09:53that's where you and I diverge, diverge, because I think it is all about focusing
- 1:10:00on your local community, even all the way up to your local region. Yeah, but we don't have
- 1:10:06any effect on that. Do we have any? Actually, do we have an impact? Absolutely. And that's where
- 1:10:14your local organizations of, uh, what you call the militia or maybe peacekeepers,
- 1:10:21people who are involved, they're the watchmen on the tower. So I'm much more of a solo,
- 1:10:28you know, I'd be the, the, the, well, in the coming, not just the coming times, but even now,
- 1:10:36you need to have a network. I don't care how lone wolf you are. You need to have a supportive
- 1:10:43network. That's the term people that you absolutely can trust, even if it's only two or three people.
- 1:10:50Um, that's absolutely, but as for, let's talk about the gold and the silver. Okay. Gold,
- 1:10:58not so much. Although if you watch the market closed just under 5,100 last Friday,
- 1:11:06let's say that you had one lone sovereign, maybe a St. Gaudens, double Eagle, uh, coin,
- 1:11:16and that's a one ouncer, right? An old one. Let's say you had one of those,
- 1:11:22which boy, it would be nice to get my hands on one of those, but that those, those were,
- 1:11:28if you went by spot price, it was just under 5,100, but silver, silver closed out at 103.33.
- 1:11:38Now for comparison, silver, an ounce of silver this time last year was at 28. Okay. So now it
- 1:11:49price 103.33. That was Friday, Monday morning. So Monday morning, and let's just take an example.
- 1:12:00Yesterday, gold shot up to 5555. Okay. That's, that's, that's, that's what's called their people.
- 1:12:13Even this guy said it would go to 10,000 over or 10,000 overnight. Now, if the Boone
- 1:12:19despond really did make this demand, it would go to 10,000 overnight. Right. Well, and, and yesterday
- 1:12:27silver, which I'm not, I'm not ashamed to say I'm a silver stacker. Silver went up to 119.31. Okay.
- 1:12:35Now came back down. It ultimately closed out. I think at like 117, but the markets are open.
- 1:12:43Let's put you, can I ask you a question or do you need to finish this thought first?
- 1:12:49Well, let me hurry and say this. So over the weekend, if you went from $5,100 or 50,
- 1:12:5694 or whatever, 5,100, and yesterday you decided, Oh, I'm going to cash in. You just made what?
- 1:13:03450 bucks. Okay. So that's better than any stock, any bank morning market, et cetera, so on.
- 1:13:15However but that's not the key for these people, the retail market, the people like Joe Schmo and
- 1:13:22me and you, we want stability. And if you think that we're worried about stability, what do you
- 1:13:29think these sovereign countries are thinking? Of course they want. So I'm not going to answer
- 1:13:35the question as to whether or not I think Germany, because Germany would be a fool to not want their
- 1:13:40money back. Okay. Now they're gold. Now I finished my, okay. So, so, and, and, and here's the point
- 1:13:47for me. Okay. So years and years ago, they put their tons of physical gold in the fed. Okay.
- 1:13:57Let's say yeah. 1,000 is not disputed. No, no, no. That's actual 1,236 tons currently exist
- 1:14:04allegedly in New York. Okay. Over the last, uh, since, since world war two, it's been 80 years
- 1:14:10celebrated the 80th anniversary last year or this year. Well, 2025. And, um, that gold was no, that,
- 1:14:19that 1,236 tons is a physical asset like your home. And it's been sitting in the federal bank
- 1:14:28inside of, uh, New York. At least that's what the fed would have. People would have you believe
- 1:14:35there are some 700 kind of like, it's a wonderful life. Right. And that money is not really,
- 1:14:42I don't believe, I don't believe it's really there. There's been argument about Fort Knox,
- 1:14:48the same thing. Well, there's too much of a resistance. If you know that it's there and it
- 1:14:52doesn't have to be returned anytime soon. Well, and everybody would take it and sell it off or
- 1:14:57pocket it in their own homes. Or, you know, how about I sell this bar to executive a and every
- 1:15:04executive at the fed has been buying himself a bar of gold for the last, you know, 80 years and
- 1:15:11putting it in his own home or his own safe. And it's all it is is a financial asset now. And that
- 1:15:17gold, right. And that gold, right. And that gold is no longer physically present. And then now it's
- 1:15:24worth 50 times what it was worth 80 years ago. Okay. Or more, uh, is what it was last week or
- 1:15:32yeah. Or what it was last week. If Germany demanded it back, the physical gold, which all
- 1:15:40other countries in the further East you go, the more they are stacking gold and they are buying
- 1:15:46the physical gold and they are doing it in massive quantities. And that is, and I, you heard
- 1:15:54the allegation that has been made in Russia, but also hushed up everywhere around the world, that
- 1:16:00the first Venezuelan ship that was headed to Russia, that was seized by the Trump administration.
- 1:16:05And they just released the Russian sailors. The two of them that were on that ship in the last
- 1:16:11few days, they just released them. Uh, there is great speculation in Russian sources that that
- 1:16:19ship carried Venezuelan gold and repatriation of Russian Venezuelan gold to Russia and Trump
- 1:16:27stole it. And that is the, one of the leverages for what's going on with trying to settle the
- 1:16:36Ukraine conflict or certainly, certainly a fact. One of the biggest, biggest gold producers. Yep.
- 1:16:45The big, the largest is what I hear in the planet. But my question was, or my comment would be, uh,
- 1:16:53if that, uh, gold doesn't come now, I I'm one of those that maybe I am a little far too much
- 1:17:01I'm more of a realist than a conspiracy guy. It seems reasonable to me to think that over 80 years,
- 1:17:09this gold doesn't necessarily exist. And if there really was a statement by the Bundesbank,
- 1:17:16which they're starting to say, we want our 1200 bars of gold there. You're not getting the 1200
- 1:17:21bars of gold. You're getting the value of 1200 bars of gold in paper money, because the U S
- 1:17:30would repatriate or take that and that paper money isn't worth a piece of crap anyway. And
- 1:17:36the value of that, that you get when you is like, you know, why people should hold a physical asset.
- 1:17:43This is basics, you know, that you get in third grade, you know, that, that, uh,
- 1:17:47the asset is definitely worth more than the promise of the asset. And, uh, we've all been
- 1:17:54building up wealth. We claim we got a million bucks, but where is it? It's not in a shoe box
- 1:18:00under your bed. It's in a bank and banks are subject to the gold that is in the federal
- 1:18:06reserve. And if governments don't trust each other, why in the world should we trust a government is
- 1:18:12right. Well, one, one, one comment that I want to make, cause I know you're,
- 1:18:17you're short on time and your fun time will end here shortly.
- 1:18:22I want you to, maybe you can talk about this on one of your shows is read and listen to Ray Dalio,
- 1:18:30what he says about, uh, somebody else told me to listen to that too. And I don't remember who
- 1:18:35yeah. For stage five and stage six of an empire stage five, stage six. And you tell me
- 1:18:43if that doesn't sound familiar. Oh, I've been saying that we're in the,
- 1:18:47and I don't like to call the collapse, but we're in the decline of, uh, of an empire.
- 1:18:53That is where we are. We're in a decline. Let's talk. It's a, it's a transformation
- 1:18:58because everything is a transformation. It's not like, it's not like we're all
- 1:19:03don't exist anymore. It's just the systems are transformed. And maybe the system comes out
- 1:19:11looking like it's more into something completely different than what we, and we are fortunate,
- 1:19:18the boomer generation and the millennials to be a part of this whole transformation.
- 1:19:26Well, I, I would say that's probably true. I think we had a strong education in preparation.
- 1:19:33That's what I think. Yep. And that's where the prepper in me comes around and that's a food,
- 1:19:41livestock monitor, something that you can barter and trade with. Yeah. You killed off some cows,
- 1:19:46didn't you? Yep. Didn't our illustrious brother tell me he went and picked up part of a cow from
- 1:19:51you over the last couple of weeks. That's true. And we've got several more coming up this year,
- 1:19:57but that's what you've got to be able to. Yeah. You got to be willing to participate and be a part
- 1:20:04of what it takes to not just sustain, but to help your community thrive.
- 1:20:11And I'm not the greatest of community spokespersons. That's for sure. And I think
- 1:20:17most of that goes to the fact that well, you still have to be networked with a few individuals.
- 1:20:23But we moved all over the country when we were kids and we made friends easily. And we had,
- 1:20:33you know, I've always had shitloads of acquaintances and very few friend-friends,
- 1:20:44you know what I mean? I actually think that's all of us. And we're certainly not
- 1:20:49friends. We've got little factions within our own family. Well, yeah. And I am the antichrist in
- 1:21:00many eyes. But I am who I am. And that's that. Yeah. But I kind of like, you know,
- 1:21:11and I'm not a huge conspiracy theorist, but just because you're not doesn't mean there
- 1:21:16aren't conspiracies. Look for conspiracy facts. Well, yeah. And I suppose this is a
- 1:21:27growing up trap segment would be that none of us ever believed the damn thing anyway.
- 1:21:34And, you know, we've been very cynical. We were always checking it out. And, you know,
- 1:21:40in the arguments around because so many things in our lives turned out to not be true.
- 1:21:45Well, that's true, too. And in everybody's lives, you know, stuff that stuff that you
- 1:21:50relied upon or things that you get a fundamental belief system.
- 1:21:54You can't. But but we all have strong fundamental beliefs, you know, of our own.
- 1:22:00They may be narrowed or sharpened or whatever you want to call them. And we're all extremely strong
- 1:22:08and opinion wise. And it's not like you're going to. I enjoy speaking with other people about
- 1:22:16opinions and I respect everybody's and I have no problem debating things and finding out about
- 1:22:23things. But I'm pretty straight up about what I don't know. And, you know, I'm not really an
- 1:22:30expert on that. I don't I don't really know. But if I know something, I'm happy to spout it out to
- 1:22:34you. You know what I mean? Yeah. The few things that I do believe I have very strong convictions
- 1:22:39of, you know. Well, you'd be good in the Ozarks. You'd be good. But but you're up in a bunker in
- 1:22:47Idaho. You're in a bunker there. How far underground are you? You know, how deep is
- 1:22:55your hope we'd have to kill you? Have you watched do you watch Apple TV at all?
- 1:23:00No, can't say I do. I'm usually out doing chores. Well, you're a workaholic. And there's one there's
- 1:23:06several end of the world sort of shows out there. And one of them, there's two of them that I've
- 1:23:11been following in one. And I kind of got stuck. And I think this one's really on Prime Video or
- 1:23:17whatever. But what's that one? It's called Fallout. There's Fallout that I've been watching,
- 1:23:23which was is interesting, but certainly science fiction. And then there's another one that is
- 1:23:29called Silo. And oh, I have heard of that. Silo I've enjoyed. And allegedly they're coming out
- 1:23:38with two more seasons this this that are supposed to come out. They were supposed to be late 25,
- 1:23:45early 26 are already done and in production. And I've been looking to find out when seasons three
- 1:23:51and four are there because they're supposed to come out and be done. Hey, did you see that
- 1:23:57Rod Stewart has been made Sir Rod Stewart in England? He's now a sir, just like just like
- 1:24:05forgotten all of his activities, just like Elton John. And didn't they? Yeah. Didn't they make the
- 1:24:13Led Zeppelin one or two of them from are there too? I can't remember. Robert Plant wasn't Robert
- 1:24:19Plant. That's right. I think it is. I think it's Robert Plant. But I can't remember. But
- 1:24:24anyway, they're all they're all fine sirs. Oh, they're completely changed your buddy.
- 1:24:30I've completely changed the topic. I apologize for that. Yeah. But we have TVs on in the studio
- 1:24:35and stuff gets shown. And when I'm not studying my my my things get diluted and corrupted,
- 1:24:44like get corrupted, just like our country. Nicki Minaj says she's Trump's number one fan.
- 1:24:50Hey, one final question, because you're almost out of time is but you might want to think why
- 1:24:56would Trump now? I'm not saying he is or he is not. But ponder this as you do your research on
- 1:25:02Ray Dalio. Why would it benefit Trump to devalue the dollar or debase our currency?
- 1:25:09Why? Well, for the same reason any politician goes, because they know something's happening.
- 1:25:15No, but but what's the point? What what do you want? What do you hope to achieve?
- 1:25:19You know, why? Why the scuttlebutt and why the propaganda and the conspiracy
- 1:25:25that I might have more power, 800,000 or even 5,000? That's personalizing what Trump has done.
- 1:25:32Give me your theory, because I've only got a couple of minutes. Tell me why.
- 1:25:36Oh, well, well, you do your own research. But I would say number one, let's talk about
- 1:25:41what he wants to put in place, a gold back digital currency.
- 1:25:46OK, the second of all, remember that these are all factions.
- 1:25:51Is he stealing? Is he stealing the German gold then? Is that what you're saying?
- 1:25:56I don't think that he did it per se. Yeah. But would he just
- 1:26:02nationalize it and say, sorry, dudes, here's your dollars. Have a nice day.
- 1:26:06Oh, or why not just say this? Why not just say this?
- 1:26:10Gold is now worth because we know that it's it. What did they do? They took it from the
- 1:26:16devalued government before. Right. So why would you take it from 20 and then tell everyone that
- 1:26:22they confiscated their gold in 1933? Turn it in. You get 20 bucks. They got a 20 dollar bill.
- 1:26:30And then the Federal Reserve had it all and revalued it at 33. So let's take gold that's at
- 1:26:392000 or 5000 or whatever. You got to do it quickly.
- 1:26:44Right. And then you're you revalue it at 10 or 20,000. Well, there goes our trillions in.
- 1:26:51Well, I understand all that. Now we can repay everyone. So that's
- 1:26:55he could do the math on the other. I'd love to hear about it.
- 1:26:59OK, well, I'll look into it and see what I can do. I don't usually talk on this topic. And
- 1:27:04so I appreciate your research. It's very interesting. You can go down quite a rabbit
- 1:27:09hole. So have a great day. Talk to you soon, Sam. Yep. See you later. Thanks for your call.
- 1:27:15And there she goes. Well, folks, I've done something I don't usually do on the show.
- 1:27:20I've gotten into a topic that I that I don't follow myself. And, you know, but I do like to
- 1:27:26find out new things and check them out. And I do pay attention to stuff. And, you know, there's
- 1:27:34there's plenty of rabbit holes to go down in the world. And I go down quite a few of them,
- 1:27:41you know, that that I because I enjoy doing it. You know, I'm a legal research, you know,
- 1:27:48dude, I like legal research. I go in and I find minutia to and base things upon it. Heck, I enjoyed
- 1:27:57that part of econ and constitutional law and stuff like that when I was in law school and in university
- 1:28:04before that. Anyway, the show is ending. I appreciate you being here today. You can always
- 1:28:09listen to us at damn radio dot com forward slash live. You can send in your commentary to Samuel T
- 1:28:17at international flavor dot com. You can listen to all of my back programs at international flavor

- 1:28:32going and we'll see if that gets well up. I'm hoping to do a show even tomorrow in Russian.
- 1:28:39I hope you all have a very nice day. It's it's a tiny bit warmer in the Lake Ozark real estate of
- 1:28:49the art studio or outside of it. Tiny bit warmer. I'm only wearing a heavy jacket instead of a
- 1:28:56parka today. Have a very nice day and thanks for joining us in.
