- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Listen, there's a certain kind of theater that
- 0:07plays out in Washington. When we've all seen so many times,
- 0:11it should almost feel routine, but somehow it never seems
- 0:15to lose its sting. Politicians thunder on the campaign trail,
- 0:18waving their fists and promising that they'll tear down the
- 0:21corrupt and defend the innocent. They wrap themselves in the
- 0:25mantle of justice as though it were a costume pulled
- 0:29from a trunk ready to be discarded. When the scene changes,
- 0:33the rhetoric is loud, the indignation rehearsed, and the applause
- 0:37lines carefully crafted to land us right. And yet when
- 0:41the stage shifts to the halls of power, when words
- 0:44are sworn into the record and actual accountability hangs in
- 0:47the balance, the volume drops. The bravado vanishes, and in
- 0:51its place comes a slick, calculated retreat into evasions and hedges.
- 0:57You know and I know that it's the classic bait
- 1:00and switch, the oldest trick in the Beltwagh playbook. Out
- 1:03on the trail. Outrage is free to sell. Outrage is currency.
- 1:06Outrage gets the cameras rolling, but under the harsh fluorescent
- 1:11lights of the Senate Chamber, outrage suddenly morphs into denial,
- 1:15as though the same facts that were once so damning
- 1:18are now somehow irrelevant or unproven. The very testimony that
- 1:24was paraded as evidence of corruption is suddenly deemed unworthy,
- 1:27not credible, unfit to shake the halls of power. And
- 1:31in that whiplash inducing pivot, you see the game for
- 1:35what it is, because make no mistake, this is not
- 1:38about discovering new evidence or reevaluating the facts. The facts
- 1:42have always been there, staring anyone with eyes straight in
- 1:45the face. This is about convenience. Outrage is convenient when
- 1:50it fills stadiums or fires up a base, when it
- 1:54makes the politician sound like a warrior for truth. But
- 1:57when that same outrage threatens to rattle the foundations of
- 2:00the very institutions at grant them the power, suddenly the
- 2:04mass slips and the outrage gets downgraded into dismissive talking points.
- 2:09It's a performance that's designed to protect, not expose. It
- 2:13doesn't matter how many survivors spoke, how many documents have surfaced,
- 2:17how many times the truth clawed its way into the
- 2:19public record. The script says, to feign moral clarity when
- 2:24it costs nothing, and to retreat into empty legalisms when
- 2:27it costs everything. And in that switch, in that very hypocrisy,
- 2:32the truth about priorities become undeniable. So when you hear
- 2:36the words, when you watch the performance, you can't help
- 2:39but ask yourself, was any of it ever about justice?
- 2:43Or was it always just another act in the long
- 2:45running play to shield the powerful from consequence. The more
- 2:50you see it, the clearer the answer becomes. And that
- 2:53right there is the backdrop to what unfolded here, a
- 2:56moment when the act fell apart, the mass slipped, and
- 2:59the hypococracy practically shouted its own name from the Senate record.
- 3:04So let your boy get this straight. Cash Valhalla Patel,
- 3:08who spent the better part of the campaign trail thundering
- 3:11about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes like he was auditioning for a
- 3:14true crime podcast, is going to now sit in front
- 3:17of the Senate and Congress and deadpan that there were
- 3:20no credible evidence Epstein traffic girls to anyone. Ha Haul bravo, Cash,
- 3:25truly Shakespearean in the art of hypocrisy. One minute Epstein
- 3:30is the boogeyman you used to rile up the base.
- 3:32The next minute, he's just a misunderstood financier with a
- 3:36taste for massages. The gall is breathtaking. This is the
- 3:41same dude who wants practically shouted from the rooftops that
- 3:43Epstein's operation was the embodiment of elite corruption. He preamed
- 3:48about it on podcasts, fundraisers and campaign stops, clutching his
- 3:52pearls about how the American people had been betrayed, But
- 3:56face with the record where words actually matter, he suddenly
- 4:00decides that survivors are not credible. That's not just a
- 4:04flip flop. We're talking about a full Olympic level backflip
- 4:07into a pool of sewage. Imagine how the survivors must
- 4:12feel listening to this dude, the guy that milked their
- 4:15trauma for political capital, dangling their pain as evidence of
- 4:18swamp corruption, and then, when given the chance to stand
- 4:22up for them, he chose to kick them in the teeth.
- 4:25It's almost as if their testimony only matters when it
- 4:28can be weaponized for applause lines, not when it threatens
- 4:31actual institutions of power. And let's not forget that Bettel
- 4:35used Epstein as shorthand for everything wrong with Washington, New York, Hollywood,
- 4:39pick a target. He had Epstein's name on his lips.
- 4:42Epstein was his prop, his rhetorical punching bag, his boogeyman
- 4:46of choice. And now now Bettel is suddenly the arbiter
- 4:50of credibility, dismissing sworn testimony as though it's gossip overheard
- 4:54in a nel salon Homie, give me a break. Chasm
- 5:00almost writes itself Cash battel, defender of truth and scourge
- 5:05of the elites, until, of course, defending truth means standing
- 5:09behind women who actually testified about being trafficked. At that point,
- 5:13Cash folds like a cheap hand of cards in Las
- 5:17Vegas at two AM and three hundred milligrams of edibles. Suddenly,
- 5:21the man who never missed an opportunity to moralize about
- 5:24Epstein on the stump is just another government mouthpiece pretending
- 5:28the record doesn't exist. What happened to all that righteous indignation? Cash?
- 5:34Where did all the fire go? Was it misplaced in
- 5:37some senate cloak room before your testimony? Or was it
- 5:41always a stick a way to rile up crowds while
- 5:43never actually intending to confront the real machinery that enabled
- 5:47Epstein's crimes. You know the answer is obvious. It was
- 5:50theater all along. And here's the thing, My mockery is
- 5:55almost too kind for this. Pateel's hypocrisy isn't just embarrassing,
- 6:00it's disgusting. He turned Epstein into a campaign prop and
- 6:04then turned his back on survivors the second his word
- 6:06might inconvenience the powerful. He's like the dude that rails
- 6:09against pornography in public, but behind the scenes he's out
- 6:14here acting like Chuck Rhodes. And the survivors, I can
- 6:17promise you they're shaking their heads. They've listened to Betel's
- 6:20fiery stump speeches where he condemned Epstein as a monster,
- 6:24and they might have thought, finally someone gets it. Instead, well,
- 6:28they get the same old baitens, which we got by
- 6:30another operator whose loyalty lies not with them but with
- 6:34protecting the system. And considering all that we've seen, he
- 6:38didn't just fail them, He used them. Cash didn't even
- 6:42bother to deny that there was evidence. He said there
- 6:44was no credible evidence. That weasel phrase is a lawyer's trick.
- 6:49It's not about the absence of facts. It's about branding
- 6:52facts inconvenient to your narrative as unreliable translation. The testimony
- 6:57of women who survived Epstein's trafficking ring doesn't count because
- 7:00it doesn't fit the script anymore. But let's be real.
- 7:04If Bateell truly believed Epstein never traffic girls to anyone,
- 7:08then why did he spend so long beloviating about Epstein's
- 7:11network in the first place. Did he not read the depositions,
- 7:14Did he not see the settlements JP Morgan and Deutsche
- 7:17Bank paid out? Did he miss Maxwell's conviction? Or does
- 7:21he think that all of that just happened in a vacuum.
- 7:25Maybe Epstein traffic girls only to the air molecules floating
- 7:29around Little Saint James, and it's like being on an
- 7:31acid trip on the campaign trail. Epstein proves the corruption
- 7:35of the elites in front of Congress survivors. Oh sorry,
- 7:40not credible? Yoh? Which is it? Cash? Either Epstein was
- 7:43a monstrous trafficker who catered to the powerful, or he
- 7:47was just some lonely guy with a massage fetish. You
- 7:49can't have it both ways. And here's where the sarcasm sharpens.
- 7:53Cash Bettel is not stupid. He knows exactly what Epstein
- 7:56was and what survivors testified to. He knows the record
- 7:59is full of corroboration. But in the arena where accountability
- 8:03lives Congress, in the Senate, he chose to discard truth
- 8:07for spin. He chose to discard survivors for expedients. He
- 8:12chose the cover up over the victims. Let's pause and
- 8:16appreciate the irony of a man who wants promise to
- 8:18drain the swamp now acting as a swamp creature's defense attorney.
- 8:23If Betel had shown up in a pinstriped suit with
- 8:26epstein legal defense embroidered on his lapel, the performance couldn't
- 8:30have been more obvious. My man wasn't speaking to Congress.
- 8:33He was speaking to the powerful man trembling at the
- 8:35thought of what those unsealed documents might show and for
- 8:39what to look like, the royal soldier, the man who
- 8:42can be trusted to tow the line and bury inconvenient truths.
- 8:47This shit is the oldest game in town. Pretend survivor
- 8:50testimony doesn't exist, label it as not credible, and hope
- 8:53the public drugs and move on. Spoiler, the survivors aren't
- 8:57moving on, and neither are we. And look, wish this
- 9:00mockery didn't right itself, but it does. Cash. You built
- 9:05your brand on epstein outrage, and now you're back pedaling
- 9:07so fast you might as well enter the Tour de
- 9:09France and reverse. How long before you start telling us
- 9:13Epstein was just a misunderstood philanthropist who liked to fly
- 9:16friends around on his private jet for charity work. What
- 9:20Betel's testimony really revealed is this. His indignation was never
- 9:25about the survivors. It was never about justice. It was
- 9:28always about utility Epstein. The talking point was useful Epstein,
- 9:33The scandal with consequences, well, that shit's dangerous. Ptel isn't
- 9:37brave enough to confront the latter, so he hides behind
- 9:40the farce of no credible evidence. The congressional hearing exposed
- 9:45the truth, but not in the way Patel hoped. It
- 9:48showed that Cash Patel is no warrior for justice, no
- 9:51defender of truth. He's a man willing to use the
- 9:53pain of survivors when it serves them and discard them
- 9:56when it threatens them. He is hypocrisy and car it.
- 10:01So let's mock this shit for what it is, a
- 10:03performance of cowardice. Cash Betel wants the loudest voice condemning Epstein,
- 10:08now's the quietest shill for his enablers. Survivors are left
- 10:12once again as a powerful circle the wagons, while the
- 10:15Lord of Valhalla plays his part in the cover up
- 10:19chorus history. You won't forget this pivot, Cash, The hypocrisy
- 10:23is too glaring, the betrayal too loud. You went from
- 10:26crowing about Epstein's crimes to sneering at survivor testimony. And
- 10:30when the record's written, and you better believe it will be,
- 10:33your name's going to sit where it belongs among those
- 10:36who chose cover up overtruth. All of the information that
- 10:41goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
