So all right, back to the most exciting game of the year. Steelers Browns. So we thought long and hard about this, to be honest with you, but ⁓ it came down to who would we rather take in prime time. Fade or Follow: C. L. Browns. Jacob Bunce: Aaron Rodgers, Deshaun Watson. Who do we trust more? And yes, we're gonna have everyone saying, well, Jacob, well, Grant, Bunts, blah, blah, blah. Pittsburgh is 0-4 all time in Cleveland on Thursday nights. They're also 0-9 in road divisional Thursday games. Cleveland has won seven straight Thursday night football games. Everything is pointing. Cleveland, Cleveland, Cleveland, Cleveland. ⁓ my gosh, gotta take Cleveland. They look better. Deshaun Watson is on fire. Fuck that. Taking Rogers. I am not going to lose my hard-earned American currency on a guy that gets 87 massages a week. I will feel so stupid the next morning if they get womped or look like shit. If Rogers loses, I fine. Yeah, and I I think too, like, the the the numbers on Cleveland's offense are not pretty. And they've been flying under the radar in these noon games, these three o'clock games, like no one's really paying attention to them. You kind of look at your phone and you're like, ⁓ wow, or you see him on red zone. They're near the bottom of the league offensively. They have really struggled running the football, which is a shocker, but it's not a shocker. They haven't created a lot of of explosive plays, and they've been also, I think, one of the worst offenses and and football when it comes to to dealing with pressure. And I don't know about you, but it it seems like a pretty bad fucking combination when you're playing the Pittsburgh Steelers. Because unlike other teams, they can actually generate pressure without having to send every single fucking person, right? You can have TJ Watt and that that that front after Watson and and still ⁓ keep bodies in coverage. So, you know, I think this is just It's gonna be like i a boring, not a lot going on, offensive stinker, and then something's gonna happen in the second half to kind of keep it a little interesting, give us our money's worth. ⁓ but in those situations, it's like, you know, gimme Rogers, like we're hoping for a low scoring game for the most part. I guess we're really hoping for it, but that's what we're anticipating. I think it's gonna be ugly, I think there's gonna be punts, I think there's gonna be a lot of field goals. Jacob Bunce: If if you can take Watson to to throw a pick or to throw an interception, that might be a nice little sneaky bet there too. ⁓ but I don't like I that's kind of my breakdown. I don't really know if I have anything else to say on the side. Fade or Follow: Yeah, I I think la I think last game for Ste the fur you're talking about struggling on offense. I also think the Steelers offense has been was absolute dog shit for the first couple of ⁓ weeks as weeks as well, but granted the but the s the run game for them finally did show up last week against Cincinnati. Their offense f finally started to click a little bit so we so th they are bringing in Mike they did bring in Mike McCarthy who was installing a new offense. Jacob Bunce: That's true, a hundred percent. Fade or Follow: So it may have ta they don't have like they're not loaded with weapons or anything, but I do think that the you're s you saw the sign you saw signs of life from the Steelers on offense last week, and I think if we I think you can still buy into that a little bit. And I think the Browns have already kind of had their ⁓ look at their look at them. They're so good and fun and cute. They beat the Bucks, they beat the they beat the Bucks, they beat the Panthers, but like who are they who are those teams really like Jacob Bunce: Yep. Yep. Fade or Follow: Baker has obviously not been himself this year and Carolina is one of the most inconsistent groups ⁓ in the in the league really. So I think they so so yeah, I think ⁓ I think in this spot, like you like this is not a game that anyone really is looking forward to, but I think it's a game that ⁓ we're still gonna we're still gonna play, but we're not gonna play it massive. I think just that responsibly on this one because it is gonna be ugly, but Jacob Bunce: Yeah, and their defense is ass. Fade or Follow: We're we're gonna do it for the love of the game. He's too good not to. Jacob Bunce: Yeah, we talked about the stats earlier about how good the Browns are against the Steelers in prime time and Thursday night and blah blah blah. It's like, dude, give me a fucking break. Like, I don't care if he has, you know, 10 carries or 40 carries. I don't care if he has 35 yards or 130 yards. Like, just get to the three yard line. Maybe it's a fumble, maybe it's a pick, maybe they have one explosive play, and just give this man the ball. Allow him to just fall forward and Jam his head through a fucking wall and score a touchdown. Like, give us Judkins any time. This is insane. Like I I literally like I'll have to look it up. I don't know the last time a team went three games and hasn't scored a rushing touchdown. It might be the first time ever in history. ⁓ so that's our our prop bet of the day. need this man to to get his flowers, so Fade or Follow: So do. Yes. I I think last year it had Jameis playing in this spot or a couple of years ago that Jameis was playing in this spot and there's ended up being cinema, but I don't think this is that game. Well and funny too, it's like ⁓ they've had zero rushing touchdowns, but if you flip to their defense, I think they've allowed I mean, gosh, a a shit ton of of passing touchdowns. Not a shit ton, but a good amount. I think it's round six. ⁓ which leads us into our first touchdown score, Grant. Fade or Follow: Yes. I th so we have really leaned into the tight end first touchdown score this year and it feels like it's been ⁓ a running back or a touch a tight end. It's just been the wrong tight end every single time. Jacob Bunce: It's been the wrong tight end, the wrong side. It's like ⁓ my kusk the w the boys need a break. Jacob Bunce: Yeah, and this seems like a game where, you know, the Steelers might come out hot on their first drive and get a nice little touchdown to Mouth, and then it slows down afterward, and then you know the Browns get a nice little and then maybe you know, maybe the Steelers get a field goal too, it's ten nothing, and then the Browns get a rushing touchdown with Judkins, of course, and it's like ten seven before the half. Like that is what this game smells like to me. But yeah, give us Muth and just give it to us one time. Fade or Follow: Yes. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Him hitting a fifty six yarder to win that game has to feel so good for him because he was on a he was on a little bit of a hot seat. So it was g it was good for him and it was great for us.
