- 2:10Speaker 3: What's the hype?
- 2:11Speaker 1: Anything you do allegedly helps us in the algorithm, and
- 2:16Speaker 1: so thank you. In the GOI now Beatrice before we
- 2:21Speaker 1: get into it, because it is such an important episode.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Did you have any feelings? Did you have any thoughts?
- 2:27Speaker 1: Did you have any dikeaways?
- 2:29Speaker 2: My takeaway is Janelle called it. She did. She called it,
- 2:32Speaker 2: she saw it from the get go, But it's annoying
- 2:36Speaker 2: and disappointing to me that she kind of just gave
- 2:40Speaker 2: in to Cody right after that, like she calls him
- 2:44Speaker 2: out on this legal divorce. She calls him out on
- 2:47Speaker 2: the potential of him favoring Robin after this, and then
- 2:50Speaker 2: he's like, no, I'm not going to and she's like okay, baby, eh.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Right fine, Yeah that was disappointing. Yeah, I think she
- 2:58Speaker 1: had so much more to say. I thought that there
- 3:00Speaker 1: were a lot of other things she could have addressed.
- 3:02Speaker 1: But we'll talk about it when we get there. Now.
- 3:05Speaker 1: My takeaway was that Mary, in terms of her physicality
- 3:11Speaker 1: and how she looks, and particularly when she was wearing
- 3:14Speaker 1: the Canadian tuxedo, like the Dunhim jacket and the Dunhim genes,
- 3:20Speaker 1: she's looking like catfish Mary.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Yep.
- 3:23Speaker 1: So I was just wondering, like I just got my
- 3:27Speaker 1: degenerate raccoon brain working. I'm like, okay, well, maybe though
- 3:32Speaker 1: Mary wants to do the legal divorce because she's already
- 3:37Speaker 1: talking to Sam slash Jackie or whatever that chick's name
- 3:43Speaker 1: was like, and she's already imagining a life with a
- 3:47Speaker 1: handsome businessman somewhere else, and she wants to get out
- 3:53Speaker 1: because they play with timelines.
- 3:55Speaker 3: A lot, they do.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I thought this episode everybody looked a lot different than
- 3:59Speaker 1: last episode, as if months had passed, so I think, actually,
- 4:03Speaker 1: right now, she's getting catfished. I'm thinking, so it's my takeaway.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Yeah, because if I remember correctly, in season nine, we
- 4:09Speaker 2: kind of get into the catfish yeah, pretty quickly.
- 4:12Speaker 1: No, it's on episode twelve. I chus, it is it
- 4:13Speaker 1: episode twelve? I looked it up because it seems so similar. Yes,
- 4:16Speaker 1: it's episode twelve when we learned she's been catfished, and
- 4:20Speaker 1: then into season ten and eleven we explain that's what
- 4:24Speaker 1: it is.
- 4:25Speaker 2: So yeah, she might be Yeah, I think the time
- 4:29Speaker 2: because the Browns are always doing this with the timeline.
- 4:33Speaker 2: They're always like showing us footage from two, three, four,
- 4:36Speaker 2: five years ago, So it's probably.
- 4:38Speaker 1: That I think. So that was my succession. What do
- 4:41Speaker 1: y'all think if you're watching on YouTube? Dropping the comments
- 4:44Speaker 1: and let us snow? Okay, So without further a two,
- 4:47Speaker 1: let's get into our recap of season eight, episode seven
- 4:53Speaker 1: and toutt toed divorce Peer period take it away. So
- 4:58Speaker 1: we start off with Mary at the lawyer's office, and
- 5:01Speaker 1: this is kind of recapping, or not recapping, finishing up
- 5:06Speaker 1: the conversation that she had last week where she introduced
- 5:09Speaker 1: the idea of wanting to do the legal divorce. This
- 5:12Speaker 1: was kind of a nothing burger. I mean, it was
- 5:15Speaker 1: just introducing the idea, and it was Mary reassuring everybody
- 5:19Speaker 1: and mainly herself, that this isn't going.
- 5:22Speaker 2: To change anything. It's just paperwork. It's just so we
- 5:26Speaker 2: can adopt Robin's kids, because we really care about the Kiots,
- 5:30Speaker 2: and that's why I'm doing it, because it's out of
- 5:32Speaker 2: the kindness of my heart, sacrificing for the family.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Meanwhile, behind the scenes, according to Christine's recent book, Cody
- 5:43Speaker 1: and Robin have actually been approaching Mary repeatedly with the
- 5:48Speaker 1: idea of the legal divorce so that Robin can have
- 5:53Speaker 1: her kids adopted by Cody. So like they've been working
- 5:56Speaker 1: her for quite some time, and in this episode, she's
- 5:59Speaker 1: finally giving them what they want, even though the way
- 6:03Speaker 1: they're framing it is as if it's her bright idea.
- 6:06Speaker 2: And it's not so intentional, I think because they didn't
- 6:09Speaker 2: want I think at this period of time, they didn't
- 6:13Speaker 2: want people to know that Cody and Robin were introducing
- 6:17Speaker 2: this idea. Mary does say at the beginning of this
- 6:20Speaker 2: episode that she knew ever since Robin came into the
- 6:24Speaker 2: family that this would be something that needed to happen
- 6:28Speaker 2: because they needed to make sure they got the kids
- 6:31Speaker 2: adopted or whatever. Why now, I'm like, but why five
- 6:34Speaker 2: years later? Okay, maybe you're right about the catfish theory.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Maybe she was thinking, Oh, Sam, I want that banana.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I think so.
- 6:44Speaker 2: So then after Mary meets with the lawyer, then she
- 6:47Speaker 2: goes back home to her empty, lonely house and she
- 6:51Speaker 2: calls Cody and Robin to come over.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Who happened to be together, go figure.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, we're at the store shopping together, hanging out.
- 7:00Speaker 2: She calls them to come over so that way she
- 7:01Speaker 2: can break the news to them. And then we have
- 7:04Speaker 2: Cody and Robin come on on over with Solomon, and
- 7:08Speaker 2: they're pretending like they don't know what this is about.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Robin's like, maybe.
- 7:13Speaker 3: It's about our school. Maybe it's about something else, Like.
- 7:16Speaker 2: I'm just nervous. I don't know what Mary has to
- 7:18Speaker 2: talk to us about. Sure, jan So then Mary says, Okay,
- 7:23Speaker 2: I met with a lawyer. I am going to proceed
- 7:26Speaker 2: with the legal divorce and let's do it tomorrow. And
- 7:30Speaker 2: Cody and Robin pretend to be shocked. Robin pretends to
- 7:34Speaker 2: get teary eyed, she pretends to be like, oh my god, well, Mary,
- 7:38Speaker 2: just never expect this is so kind, what a sacrifice.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Then there's Cody who pretends like he's concerned about his
- 7:48Speaker 1: marriage with Mary. Okay, but wait a minute, if we
- 7:51Speaker 1: get this legal divorce, what's gonna happen with me and you? Yeah,
- 7:55Speaker 1: like we're not gonna change, right, Like we're still married, right.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I'm like, Okay, Cody, this time in the timeline, you
- 8:02Speaker 1: are spending absolutely no time with Mary, and furthermore, after
- 8:07Speaker 1: you get the divorce, you're never gonna see her again, essentially,
- 8:10Speaker 1: So like, what are you talking about? You don't care,
- 8:12Speaker 1: you hope actually that she leaves the family. You don't
- 8:14Speaker 1: give a shit about Mary.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Well, And it was so weird to me that he
- 8:18Speaker 2: was even asking her in the first place, because the
- 8:20Speaker 2: rest of the episode, Cody talks about like the meaning
- 8:23Speaker 2: of divorce, like it shouldn't have such a negative connotation
- 8:27Speaker 2: in our society because it's just paperwork, just whatever, it's.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Not a big deal.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Like you know, in polygamy, we all have spiritual marriages
- 8:35Speaker 2: which are just as valid as a legal marriage. So
- 8:38Speaker 2: like he's going on this whole tirade. But then in
- 8:40Speaker 2: this scene with Mary, He's like, very poignant to ask,
- 8:43Speaker 2: so I want to make sure nothing changes though, right,
- 8:45Speaker 2: And Mary herself.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Is like, why are you asking me this?
- 8:49Speaker 2: Of course nothing's gonna change because I still love you
- 8:52Speaker 2: or whatever. And it just felt super awkward. It it
- 8:55Speaker 2: felt super performative. I could see right through it. I
- 8:59Speaker 2: feel like people back then when they were viewing this
- 9:02Speaker 2: could see right through it.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yes, And I would actually like to throw it out
- 9:06Speaker 1: to the listening or viewing audience for those of you
- 9:09Speaker 1: who were around from the beginning, like what was your
- 9:12Speaker 1: thought when this was going down? Because the way that
- 9:14Speaker 1: they teased it was like last week Mary just suddenly
- 9:17Speaker 1: went to the lawyer, and production made it seem like
- 9:21Speaker 1: maybe she was gonna leave the family, and then they
- 9:24Speaker 1: come back with this episode and now all of a sudden,
- 9:26Speaker 1: it's about the adoption. Like, were you guys buying it
- 9:28Speaker 1: back then? Was everybody seeing what we're seeing?
- 9:32Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 9:33Speaker 2: Because to me it's very obvious that this is just a.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Play, a manipulation to Mary. Mary's dumb for falling for it,
- 9:41Speaker 1: but also like you guys have been planning this the
- 9:44Speaker 1: entire time.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, and how dubious is it? To weaponize Robin's
- 9:48Speaker 2: kids and be like no, no, no, it's like, actually
- 9:50Speaker 2: just for my kids so they can get adopted. Like
- 9:53Speaker 2: they are totally using the kids as collateral for this,
- 9:56Speaker 2: because if they weren't involved and Robin didn't have kids
- 10:00Speaker 2: from a previous marriage, then it would be very obvious
- 10:03Speaker 2: what they're trying to do.
- 10:04Speaker 3: But they're weaponizing the whole thing.
- 10:05Speaker 2: And so we finish this conversation with Cody, Mary and
- 10:10Speaker 2: Robin with like a discussion about like power of attorney,
- 10:14Speaker 2: like Mary saying, you know, technically speaking, for the last
- 10:17Speaker 2: thirty years or whatever, I've had power of attorney over Cody.
- 10:22Speaker 2: The other wives have trusted me with that responsibility, so
- 10:25Speaker 2: now you know, I feel like the consensus is that
- 10:27Speaker 2: we all trust Robin to have that power too.
- 10:31Speaker 1: To have Janelle doesn't. And that's where Janelle's real problem is.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I don't think it's really about favoring Robin, because I
- 10:38Speaker 1: think he's been favoring Robin the entire time they've been
- 10:41Speaker 1: in the cul de sac. I think it's about whether
- 10:44Speaker 1: she can trust Robin to administer the estate if something
- 10:48Speaker 1: goes left, and I don't think she can.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You can't you literally can that's what she's worried about. Yeah,
- 10:53Speaker 2: and I would be worried too, because that's a big
- 10:55Speaker 2: fucking deal. Like, it's not even about the legal marriage itself.
- 10:58Speaker 2: It's about the rights that gets and the power that
- 11:01Speaker 2: Robin gets over not just Cody but everybody else and
- 11:05Speaker 2: all of their other assets. So it's super weird. And
- 11:08Speaker 2: then in this conversation, Mary is also worried about telling
- 11:13Speaker 2: Christine and Janelle about it because she's worried that they're
- 11:16Speaker 2: going to be upset that Mary didn't do that for them,
- 11:19Speaker 2: which I thought was kind of an interesting perspective to have.
- 11:23Speaker 1: But what reason would she have had to do it?
- 11:26Speaker 1: At least this is a valid reason if that was
- 11:30Speaker 1: the motivation, which I don't believe it is, But she
- 11:33Speaker 1: wouldn't have had a reason to do it for Christine,
- 11:35Speaker 1: not really for Janelle. And she even says that, like, well,
- 11:38Speaker 1: there's no reason for me to do that, And it's
- 11:39Speaker 1: not that she wouldn't have, but why.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just interesting that she brought that up as
- 11:43Speaker 2: like a potential concern. And so after Cody and Robin
- 11:47Speaker 2: get the news, Robin gets up and pretends to cry
- 11:50Speaker 2: again and hugs Mary and thanks her for her sacrifice,
- 11:53Speaker 2: and then they just like fuck off.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Out of her house. They're like, okay, thank youdbye.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm still gonna have Cody at my house though,
- 11:58Speaker 2: because he needs to be around for Solomon or whatever.
- 12:01Speaker 3: It's just like super weird.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Leaving Mary in her lonely ghost house, her haunted called
- 12:08Speaker 1: a sack house. To deal with the devastating grief. I'm
- 12:12Speaker 1: sure of an impending divorce. Like I remember when I
- 12:16Speaker 1: divorced my second husband will add my first, but my
- 12:20Speaker 1: second husband in particular, because it was a long drawn out,
- 12:24Speaker 1: like protracted situation was it went on for years the
- 12:27Speaker 1: day and so I had moved on, honey, Yeah, to
- 12:30Speaker 1: say the least by the time, like I had to
- 12:32Speaker 1: show up to court and stand in front of a judge.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And I was in Colorado, he was in New York.
- 12:37Speaker 1: So this was all like over the phone for him
- 12:38Speaker 1: and me, and the judge was there with me by
- 12:41Speaker 1: the time I got there, and like everything was adjudicated
- 12:43Speaker 1: and it was pronounced that we were divorced. I broke down, bet,
- 12:48Speaker 1: and I was over it. Yeah, but it had been
- 12:50Speaker 1: an eleven year marriage or whatever.
- 12:51Speaker 3: When you had a kid together a kid.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I mean, it was fifteen years by that point, yep,
- 12:56Speaker 1: and I just wept. It is a big deal to
- 13:01Speaker 1: end any meaningful relationship, much less a marriage. And so
- 13:06Speaker 1: here's Mary making this huge sacrifice.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Yep.
- 13:11Speaker 1: She thinks for the right reason and or for the catfish,
- 13:14Speaker 1: right like, she thinks it's for the right reason. And
- 13:16Speaker 1: you guys are like, oh my god, awesome, thank you.
- 13:18Speaker 1: We got to go though, yep. So we're gonna leave
- 13:20Speaker 1: you in your haunted house where nobody comes to love
- 13:23Speaker 1: on you.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Yep.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And you can deal with it on your own. Go
- 13:25Speaker 1: call your catfish, sit in a tub, get a banana,
- 13:28Speaker 1: and deal with it yourself.
- 13:29Speaker 2: It's actually really fucking sad, it is. And like, honestly,
- 13:32Speaker 2: if you took this at face value, like what Mary
- 13:36Speaker 2: is doing for Robin's kids is a good thing. It's
- 13:39Speaker 2: actually very sweet. It's very kind of her, and it's
- 13:42Speaker 2: very selfless of her to give up this legal right
- 13:45Speaker 2: so that way the family can adopt Robin's kids, and
- 13:48Speaker 2: so that way they can make sure nothing happens to
- 13:50Speaker 2: Robin's kids. But that's not the reason that Cody and
- 13:54Speaker 2: Robin want this to be done, right, And that's the issue,
- 13:56Speaker 2: and it's actually really sad that like Cody couldn't even
- 13:59Speaker 2: spend the day with Robin, or Robin couldn't even spend
- 14:02Speaker 2: the day with Mary after her breaking this news. He's
- 14:06Speaker 2: just gonna go fuck off and hang out with Robin.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Why you just say, hey, let me take you to lunch,
- 14:10Speaker 1: just me and you, Mary, Let's talk about it, Let's
- 14:13Speaker 1: revisit some memories, let's just spend some time together. Anything, anything,
- 14:17Speaker 1: a little bit of kindness would have been so great here,
- 14:19Speaker 1: but nope, they fucked off and.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Left none at all.
- 14:22Speaker 2: And then I think it's like the next day or whatever,
- 14:25Speaker 2: or maybe later in the day where we have Mary
- 14:28Speaker 2: and Cody talking to Leon about it. And this was
- 14:32Speaker 2: a very brief scene because we kind of introduced like Leon,
- 14:37Speaker 2: I guess was nervous about this process at first because
- 14:41Speaker 2: Mary had broke the news to them privately, and Leon
- 14:44Speaker 2: was like, well, why are you doing this? Like I
- 14:46Speaker 2: don't understand what the point of this is. But after
- 14:48Speaker 2: talking to Mary, Leon came to understand it. And so
- 14:51Speaker 2: then when we have this like performative scene with Cody
- 14:54Speaker 2: and Mary and Leon, you know, they sit down and
- 14:58Speaker 2: Cody's like, are you good? With this. Leanne's like, yeah, no,
- 15:00Speaker 2: it's fine. I totally get it. I want you guys
- 15:03Speaker 2: to be able to adopt Robin's kids. I think it's
- 15:05Speaker 2: a great idea. And Cody's like, okay, great, love you
- 15:08Speaker 2: by and kids up and leads again and like, doesn't
- 15:10Speaker 2: want to sit with the family, doesn't want to sit
- 15:13Speaker 2: with his kid, doesn't want to sit with Mary. It's
- 15:16Speaker 2: just really really sad, messed up.
- 15:19Speaker 1: It is.
- 15:20Speaker 2: And then we have Mary and Robin talking to Christine
- 15:24Speaker 2: and Janelle about it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: That was interesting to me.
- 15:27Speaker 2: This was very interesting, and so of course Robin has
- 15:30Speaker 2: to be there and it's super awkward, and Janelle and
- 15:33Speaker 2: Christine have no idea why Mary wants to.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Talk to them.
- 15:37Speaker 2: They're coming into it already with walls up, especially Janelle.
- 15:41Speaker 3: And they're nervous.
- 15:43Speaker 2: They have They think it's probably about like Mary going
- 15:45Speaker 2: to school or something or other. They don't expect the
- 15:49Speaker 2: divorce whatsoever. And Mary tells them Christine is the only
- 15:53Speaker 2: one that is animated by it, the only one that.
- 15:57Speaker 1: And instantly yeah, yeah, oh my god, that's so awesome, Mary,
- 16:02Speaker 1: thank you.
- 16:03Speaker 3: She's so supportive, Like you.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Can really see that Christine did love all of the kids.
- 16:09Speaker 1: And then in these later seasons, we've got Robin saying, well,
- 16:12Speaker 1: they always estranged my kids.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Nobody ever cared about my kids.
- 16:15Speaker 1: But you can see in this moment that Christine is
- 16:18Speaker 1: genuinely so happy and also relieved, and she says to
- 16:22Speaker 1: the camera like, I want those kids. Yeah, I want
- 16:25Speaker 1: those kids to have the same last name. I love
- 16:27Speaker 1: those kids, and I believed her.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Well, Christine even said at one point, she's like, I
- 16:31Speaker 2: don't want to be insensitive, but I don't give a
- 16:33Speaker 2: shit about the legal marriage at all. She's like, I
- 16:36Speaker 2: literally just care about Cody being able to adopt those kids.
- 16:39Speaker 2: So the fact that you have Christine saying this like
- 16:41Speaker 2: multiple times just in this one episode, it's like, Robin,
- 16:45Speaker 2: what you say in later seasons is absolute fucking bullshit,
- 16:48Speaker 2: Like this whole family sacrificed everything for your children, and
- 16:53Speaker 2: Mary made this huge sacrifice for your family, and you
- 16:56Speaker 2: want to say they didn't care, only for you to.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Turn around and take life everything. She's so fucking evil
- 17:03Speaker 1: in this moment, though, Do we think she's calculating? Like yes,
- 17:07Speaker 1: I yeah, I think she calculated and planned and orchestrated
- 17:13Speaker 1: the legal divorce manipulation. But like in this moment, Beatrice,
- 17:18Speaker 1: do you think like she's truly an evil person or
- 17:21Speaker 1: do you just think she's sensing her advantage and she's
- 17:24Speaker 1: maneuvering accordingly. Do you know what I mean?
- 17:26Speaker 2: I think she's evil, oh, straight up, because I think
- 17:29Speaker 2: she knows what she's doing. I think she knows the
- 17:31Speaker 2: power that this will give her. I think she knows
- 17:33Speaker 2: that it'll put her as the favorite wife. I don't
- 17:36Speaker 2: think she's expecting at this period of time for Cody
- 17:39Speaker 2: to just completely denounce the rest of the family and
- 17:43Speaker 2: then make it worse for her. I think she's just like, oh,
- 17:47Speaker 2: this is sweet. He's gonna adopt my kids. Covert, I
- 17:50Speaker 2: don't have to worry about my ex husband anymore. Who
- 17:53Speaker 2: I'm just gonna take his kids away from. But whatever,
- 17:56Speaker 2: it's another conversation for another day. Like I'm gonna get poa,
- 18:00Speaker 2: I'm gonna have access to his estate and all of
- 18:02Speaker 2: the assets.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Of the family.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Like I think she's thinking, I'm sitting pretty or score
- 18:09Speaker 2: and I get to marry my soul mean I get
- 18:11Speaker 2: to marry him. Of course, though we have Robin in
- 18:14Speaker 2: her talking head saying I've never wanted the law to
- 18:17Speaker 2: get involved in my marriage ever again after my lust
- 18:20Speaker 2: forest like marriage is so scary.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Right, So, taking Mary's moment where she's now having to
- 18:25Speaker 1: grapple with the dissolution of her marriage after I don't
- 18:28Speaker 1: know twenty five years or whatever it is, and making
- 18:30Speaker 1: it all about.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Her and her victim's status in her first marriage, Yes,
- 18:33Speaker 2: it's so messed up and diabolical.
- 18:35Speaker 1: She does it again later on as well.
- 18:37Speaker 3: She definitely does when they sign the.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Papers signed the papers, Yeah, about her.
- 18:40Speaker 3: She makes it all about her.
- 18:42Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 18:43Speaker 2: And so in this conversation with Christine and Janelle, Christine
- 18:46Speaker 2: is obviously being very supportive, she is being very reactive.
- 18:49Speaker 2: She's also asking lots of questions. She's holding spees for Mary,
- 18:54Speaker 2: and she is, you know, trying to, I don't know,
- 18:58Speaker 2: make the situation lighter than what it really is. And
- 19:02Speaker 2: Mary does appreciate this, whereas Janelle is just sitting there
- 19:06Speaker 2: with her resting bitch face. She is totally stone cold,
- 19:10Speaker 2: like she doesn't know how to react. She's blindsided, she's shocked,
- 19:13Speaker 2: and it's actually cool to see it on camera because
- 19:15Speaker 2: it is a genuine reaction. And Mary and Robin definitely
- 19:20Speaker 2: pick up on it. Mary is like, Janelle's probably just processing.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Like Mary is a little bit more understanding, whereas Robin
- 19:27Speaker 2: is like, maybe she's having a bad day.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I noticed she does this when she's in a bad mode.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Damn Yeah. But I was like, okay, Janelle, she's clocking
- 19:37Speaker 1: it real time. She's thinking not just about what the
- 19:42Speaker 1: ramifications will be for like emotionally the rest of the
- 19:44Speaker 1: family and the other kids and like how they're going
- 19:46Speaker 1: to have to shift things around, but she's thinking about numbers.
- 19:51Speaker 1: She's thinking about ownership. She's the one who's doing those
- 19:55Speaker 1: records and filing those taxes, and she actually brings up
- 19:57Speaker 1: taxes because that's all she can say is I couldn't
- 19:59Speaker 1: you have waited till the first of the year or whatever.
- 20:02Speaker 1: But like she's thinking, right now, okay, we're really going
- 20:06Speaker 1: to transfer all of our financial power to this bit,
- 20:10Speaker 1: to this hoe ass. And the producer actually says, Janelle,
- 20:13Speaker 1: what are you thinking, And she's like, I can't. I'm
- 20:15Speaker 1: not commenting on that right now.
- 20:17Speaker 3: No comment.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Yeah, she straight up says she's like swimming in all
- 20:21Speaker 2: of her.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Emotions and thoughts circuiting.
- 20:23Speaker 2: She doesn't know and like in her talking head. She's
- 20:26Speaker 2: really the only one that is expressing how this is
- 20:30Speaker 2: going to change like the whole family dynamic. That yeah,
- 20:33Speaker 2: like it's going to change everything. And that's obviously her
- 20:35Speaker 2: saying like this is going to change the family power, because.
- 20:38Speaker 1: It was without actually saying it, which I would have
- 20:42Speaker 1: really appreciated if you called out the obvious here, which
- 20:46Speaker 1: is the whole problem of polygamy is the disenfranchised and
- 20:49Speaker 1: exploited women and children, Like this is the problem. You've
- 20:51Speaker 1: got one man and woman that have all of this power,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and like, can we fundamentally trust Robin Brown with that power?
- 20:58Speaker 1: That is the question, right, and we're not asking it.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Janelle is so fucking passive, and it's really annoying to me,
- 21:05Speaker 2: Like I wish that Janelle could be more like Christine
- 21:07Speaker 2: in the sense of like being more.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Reactive, demonstrative exactly express But there's so much going on internally,
- 21:15Speaker 1: Like internally, she's self combusting in this moment totally. She
- 21:19Speaker 1: sees the destruction the potential of what could happen to
- 21:23Speaker 1: this family under the power of Robin, and she's not confident, Nope,
- 21:29Speaker 1: at all. The only thing she can do here is
- 21:31Speaker 1: trust Cody, which will get there when she has the
- 21:33Speaker 1: conversation with Cody, but like that's all she's got.
- 21:36Speaker 2: That really is the next scene too, because it's like
- 21:38Speaker 2: the next day, Cody comes over to Janelle's house to
- 21:42Speaker 2: talk about how she's feeling, because he probably heard from
- 21:45Speaker 2: not only Robin but also Mary about how Janelle was
- 21:49Speaker 2: not really.
- 21:51Speaker 1: I shouldn't understand that might be to be a doctor.
- 21:57Speaker 2: So Cody does his little due diligence and he goes
- 21:59Speaker 2: over to Janelle's house and talks about it, and Janelle
- 22:03Speaker 2: is very quick to express that she is insecure about
- 22:06Speaker 2: it because it's going to change the family dynamic, and
- 22:09Speaker 2: she calls Cody out point blank. She's like, you know,
- 22:12Speaker 2: I'm worried that this is going to make you favor
- 22:14Speaker 2: Robin somehow, and you're gonna spend all of your time
- 22:16Speaker 2: with her because now she's the legal wife and this
- 22:19Speaker 2: is going to change everything in the family, changed the
- 22:21Speaker 2: whole dynamic, and change the finances and changed.
- 22:23Speaker 1: She had mentioned finance, no I know, but she didn't
- 22:25Speaker 1: mention any of that. She just kept it ad as
- 22:28Speaker 1: I'm worried about you favoring Robin, Like you're not going
- 22:32Speaker 1: to do that, right, But that's disingenuous because again, he's
- 22:36Speaker 1: already favoring Robin. We heard about it before they even
- 22:41Speaker 1: moved into the Call de Sac. The question at that
- 22:43Speaker 1: time was like, well, we're all gonna have windows, We're
- 22:46Speaker 1: gonna be able to look out our windows and actually
- 22:48Speaker 1: see where Cody Brown is spending his time, and we're
- 22:51Speaker 1: gonna get jealous and we're gonna have issues. It was
- 22:53Speaker 1: already present before they were in the Call de Sac.
- 22:56Speaker 1: So he's already favoring Robin. He's already fucking with the schedule.
- 23:00Speaker 1: And I don't think that's the issue. I think that's
- 23:05Speaker 1: Janelle for the cameras. I'm hoping behind the scenes, Janelle's like, Okay, Cody,
- 23:11Speaker 1: but what about if you die?
- 23:12Speaker 2: Though?
- 23:12Speaker 3: No yet?
- 23:12Speaker 1: What about me and my kids? Though? What about the insurance?
- 23:15Speaker 1: Like I think I hope behind the scenes she was
- 23:17Speaker 1: asking questions like that, but I'm actually not confident that
- 23:21Speaker 1: she was.
- 23:22Speaker 2: I don't think she was asking it in the way
- 23:24Speaker 2: that we would want her to ask it where she
- 23:25Speaker 2: was very direct about it, because she does kind of
- 23:28Speaker 2: use this like fluffy language about it, like, you know,
- 23:31Speaker 2: favoring Robin. She does mention the shift in the family dynamic,
- 23:35Speaker 2: but I'm like, no, be more specific though, Yeah, like
- 23:38Speaker 2: be more specific about you're worried Robin's gonna have all
- 23:41Speaker 2: of the power, overtake all of the money exactly, because
- 23:44Speaker 2: that is what she is, what about my kids exactly?
- 23:47Speaker 2: And Cody, I think, was totally expecting Janelle to be
- 23:51Speaker 2: worried about all this, Like he came in ready to
- 23:53Speaker 2: have this conversation. He does say on camera, no, it's
- 23:58Speaker 2: not going to change anything, but he also says at
- 24:01Speaker 2: one point he hopes the dynamic won't change in terms
- 24:05Speaker 2: of the dynamic with the wives, and Janelle's like, what
- 24:08Speaker 2: do you mean you hope, like you have to give
- 24:11Speaker 2: me some reassurance here, and he's like, no, no, no,
- 24:13Speaker 2: like as long as all the other wives are fine
- 24:17Speaker 2: with it and they don't act differently, like especially Mary,
- 24:20Speaker 2: like everything's gonna be fine. And then Janelle's like, no, no, no, no,
- 24:24Speaker 2: you hope that you don't act differently, like you have
- 24:27Speaker 2: to also be responsible for it, And I think that
- 24:30Speaker 2: kind of went over Cody's.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Head, as many things do.
- 24:34Speaker 2: And then there was a comment where I think she
- 24:37Speaker 2: was talking about like the change in the family and
- 24:39Speaker 2: she's like, I'm really worried about it, because you know,
- 24:41Speaker 2: right now you and I are in the best place
- 24:43Speaker 2: in our marriage, like ever.
- 24:45Speaker 3: They are fucking.
- 24:48Speaker 1: They are fucking, and.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I kind of wonder. I know this is so diabolical,
- 24:52Speaker 2: but like I'm wondering if Cody did that on purpose
- 24:54Speaker 2: me too. I feel like he did because she seems
- 24:57Speaker 2: so easily won over, like, Okay, I just got to
- 24:59Speaker 2: figure your to see sometimes and like you'll be fine,
- 25:01Speaker 2: you know what I mean.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Well, she's a Taurus. She's ruled by Venus. Yeah, so
- 25:07Speaker 1: love and sensuality is very important. But she's also a
- 25:09Speaker 1: Taurus and so she's watching those books. She's an earthside eddy.
- 25:12Speaker 1: She knows about money and yes, but the way you
- 25:15Speaker 1: can unsee to Taurus is through sexuality and through love.
- 25:19Speaker 1: And so I think he knows this about her, and
- 25:22Speaker 1: I think he uses this against her. So he's holding
- 25:24Speaker 1: her hand the whole time, and she's like, you're not
- 25:27Speaker 1: worried about that with us, sweetie, right, like we're not
- 25:29Speaker 1: going to change, right. I feel like he did that
- 25:32Speaker 1: on fucking personal stand up. Honey. I know we just
- 25:35Speaker 1: put on your bookkeeper hat for just a second, your accountant,
- 25:38Speaker 1: your business woman hat. For just a second and talk
- 25:41Speaker 1: about the actual things that are at risk here, because,
- 25:44Speaker 1: as it turns out, you're going to lose everything. You're
- 25:46Speaker 1: gonna walk away with like literally nothing, literally.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Nothing because of this yes moment. And then when Cody
- 25:52Speaker 2: tries to apologize to you about it, you're going to
- 25:55Speaker 2: melt in his arms.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Oh my god, we had such good times the beginning.
- 26:00Speaker 1: It was so great. Gotcha, what a disappointment.
- 26:04Speaker 3: It's totally I think you're right.
- 26:06Speaker 2: It's the taurus, like she's addicted to his dick or something.
- 26:09Speaker 3: That's right.
- 26:10Speaker 2: I just don't get that's how.
- 26:12Speaker 1: You get one over on us, Honey, you do?
- 26:16Speaker 3: My gods, so easy it is? Oh lord? So yeah.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Janelle leaves this conversation feeling reassured.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Oh, it's gonna be great.
- 26:25Speaker 3: It's gonna beat fine.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Cody leaves by giving her a peck on the cheek,
- 26:31Speaker 2: not even on the lips. He just bounces to go
- 26:33Speaker 2: over to Robin's house. See, my girl, gotta go hang
- 26:37Speaker 2: out with Tolomon because you know, he had surgery like
- 26:38Speaker 2: two months ago, and.
- 26:39Speaker 3: I still have to beat there.
- 26:41Speaker 2: I still have to support him. And then we have Mary,
- 26:45Speaker 2: Cody and Robin heading over to the lawyer's house. So
- 26:50Speaker 2: they start off like meeting at Mary's house. Yeah, I
- 26:53Speaker 2: think it's Cody and Mary first, and then Robin comes
- 26:57Speaker 2: in in the same mashing blazer matching outfit, which is
- 27:01Speaker 2: really weird to me.
- 27:02Speaker 1: How that happens, I don't know.
- 27:04Speaker 2: She acts like it was an accident, and I'm just like, no,
- 27:07Speaker 2: I feel like that was planned somehow, so as to
- 27:11Speaker 2: I don't.
- 27:11Speaker 1: I don't know, the better, newer, younger version of the
- 27:15Speaker 1: legal wife you're about to have.
- 27:17Speaker 3: That's what it feels like.
- 27:18Speaker 1: It kind of felt competitive to me. It felt very
- 27:21Speaker 1: am I just a degenerate raccoon. It's completely jaded in
- 27:25Speaker 1: a dumpster.
- 27:25Speaker 2: But I'm just like, what are the odds though, that
- 27:27Speaker 2: you're wearing the same fucking outfit, like down to the
- 27:29Speaker 2: blazer and everything, Like that's super weird. And like her
- 27:33Speaker 2: hair was also highlighted blonde.
- 27:35Speaker 1: But I mean it is not fried. No, it's a
- 27:39Speaker 1: layered to death. It's just like beautiful legg very supple
- 27:42Speaker 1: hair versus Mary's hair.
- 27:45Speaker 2: We'll just leave it at that. And so when they're
- 27:48Speaker 2: at Mary's house, before.
- 27:49Speaker 3: They leave.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Getting in Disney's spell.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Mary's getting a Disney spell.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Crying affection from Cody. Can you just love me in
- 27:59Speaker 1: this moment? Can you touch me? Can you hold me?
- 28:02Speaker 1: I'm about to divorce you. I'm so sad, I'm gonna feed.
- 28:05Speaker 1: I'm so dazy right now. And it's like, are you
- 28:09Speaker 1: gonna be Okay, got a girl? You got it?
- 28:12Speaker 2: I mean, in all fairness, he does hold his arm
- 28:15Speaker 2: around her, like, Okay, I guess I'll touch my elbow next. Yeah,
- 28:20Speaker 2: and well, Cody's also very chipper, like you can tell.
- 28:24Speaker 2: And Mary even says, you know, there's a very somber
- 28:28Speaker 2: like melancholic theme going on around my house.
- 28:32Speaker 1: And Cody on a ray of sunshine, getting absolutely everything
- 28:36Speaker 1: he wants.
- 28:36Speaker 2: And even Robin is like, very don't I look pretty today?
- 28:41Speaker 1: Sorry about the Bleedes? Oh my god, that's weird.
- 28:46Speaker 2: And Robin in her talking head, though, is very different,
- 28:49Speaker 2: like she's all serious and her jaw is very hard,
- 28:51Speaker 2: and you know, she's like, I can't believe Mary asked
- 28:54Speaker 2: me to be a witness at this divorce proceeding, but like,
- 28:57Speaker 2: I hold this responsibility deep in my heart.
- 29:03Speaker 1: In my bank account exactly. I'm like Mary, God, you know,
- 29:08Speaker 1: sometimes I want to root for her. I want to
- 29:12Speaker 1: believe that she's not like a sub one hundred IQ.
- 29:16Speaker 1: I want to believe that she's got potential for intelligence.
- 29:20Speaker 1: But like in this moment, like you're gonna ask Robin
- 29:23Speaker 1: to be the wayest, not Janelle. I mean, yeah, you've
- 29:26Speaker 1: got your bad blood, you have it, But Janelle, she's
- 29:29Speaker 1: got your back, like she's been in it with you
- 29:31Speaker 1: this entire time. You don't have any other gen friend
- 29:34Speaker 1: or something that could show up to be your witness.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Now you're gonna have the literal adulterists Robin Brown show
- 29:40Speaker 1: up and be the witness because you're so duped.
- 29:43Speaker 2: I'm just like wondering if maybe Robin asked her to
- 29:46Speaker 2: do that. Yeah, they're pretending like her Cody.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Cody's like, you know who should be the witness? Should be?
- 29:51Speaker 2: Right?
- 29:51Speaker 1: Should be because this is between us three and night.
- 29:54Speaker 1: That's what happened. And Mary, you're so dumb this critical
- 29:58Speaker 1: moment in your life. Like, if you go back and
- 30:00Speaker 1: do any moment in the last thirty three years of
- 30:03Speaker 1: your relationship with Cody, I would hope that it was
- 30:05Speaker 1: this moment and you'd be like, absolutely.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Not, Nope, I'm never giving that out.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I get half Yeah, if we're gonna divorce. I get
- 30:11Speaker 1: half of everybody's everything. It's a very thing, everything.
- 30:14Speaker 2: And when she's printing out the paperwork at her home,
- 30:17Speaker 2: like she's obviously upset and she ends up crying at
- 30:22Speaker 2: the lawyer's office, but like right now at home, she's
- 30:24Speaker 2: like barely holding it together. Cody's like flipping through the
- 30:27Speaker 2: divorce paperwork like it's nothing to him.
- 30:29Speaker 3: But he gets to.
- 30:30Speaker 2: That one and it was about, like, you know, the
- 30:35Speaker 2: ex wife will wave all rights to all property and
- 30:38Speaker 2: ownership of like the husband or whatever.
- 30:41Speaker 1: It's not just the ex wife, it's both of both
- 30:42Speaker 1: of them. They're both of them wave their rights to
- 30:45Speaker 1: the other person's property. And he says that he's concerned
- 30:50Speaker 1: because like wait a minute, Mary, are you gonna be
- 30:52Speaker 1: waving your rights? Oh no, no, no, no, it's Robin who
- 30:56Speaker 1: actually frames it for us. She's like, yeah, like Cody
- 30:58Speaker 1: was worried that like Mary wouldn't have any rights to
- 31:01Speaker 1: any of the property. No, Cody was worried in that
- 31:04Speaker 1: moment about what rights he had over Mary's property exactly
- 31:08Speaker 1: and what he would be losing in that.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Exact And Mary is like, oh no, no, we'll talk about
- 31:13Speaker 2: it with the lawyer it'll be fine.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Stupid you guys, you're so fum dumb, so dang dumb dumb.
- 31:20Speaker 2: And so then they get to the lawyer's office and
- 31:22Speaker 2: this is where shit starts getting kind of sad, like
- 31:25Speaker 2: for Mary on this part, Like Mary starts tearing up
- 31:28Speaker 2: because they're getting all of the paperwork ready and Cody
- 31:31Speaker 2: is funny. At the lawyer's office, the first question he
- 31:34Speaker 2: asks is like, just want to make sure, like we're
- 31:36Speaker 2: not committing any kind of fraud here, right, Like me
- 31:39Speaker 2: and Robin can get married like tomorrow, right, Like it'll
- 31:41Speaker 2: be fine, and you know nobody's gonna come knocking out
- 31:44Speaker 2: her door for fraud?
- 31:45Speaker 3: Is it all right?
- 31:46Speaker 2: And the lawyers like, yeah, it's it's fine. It's just paperwork.
- 31:49Speaker 2: We're just shuffling things around.
- 31:51Speaker 1: I loved how Mary made a joke in that moment
- 31:53Speaker 1: and she's like, well, wait a minute, can I get alimony?
- 31:56Speaker 1: And then you watch Cody's face in that split second
- 31:59Speaker 1: before he realized that she's joking, and he's just like,
- 32:02Speaker 1: excuse me, because Mary, bitch, you can get alimony, and Mary, bitch,
- 32:07Speaker 1: you're putting Leon through university. You can actually ask for
- 32:09Speaker 1: Cody to subsidize Leon's university. Mary, bitch, don't be a
- 32:13Speaker 1: dumb dumb but a lost cause it's terrible. Why am
- 32:18Speaker 1: I screaming into the void on your behalf when you're
- 32:20Speaker 1: not even sentient or cognizant in any way. You're a
- 32:23Speaker 1: cockroach in terms of intellect, there is dielebug. You're a
- 32:28Speaker 1: gelatinous ooze in your head. Honey, there's nothing going on upstairs.
- 32:34Speaker 2: Well, I mean to be fair. At this point in time,
- 32:36Speaker 2: she is deep in the sauce and she's deep in Sam.
- 32:40Speaker 1: There's a banana deep in her throat. I think, yeah,
- 32:43Speaker 1: she's distracted. She's like, it's okay if I lose absolutely
- 32:46Speaker 1: everything and I don't have an estate for Leon at all.
- 32:50Speaker 1: I've got this guy. His name is Sam. He's still handsome.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Oh my god, you shall see his picture.
- 32:58Speaker 2: So dumb she probably knows it's girl lotto at this point.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Well, I know that is your theory. And upon rumination,
- 33:07Speaker 1: which means to think in a room, Yeah, upon thinking
- 33:10Speaker 1: about that, I'm actually wondering if you are correct, Like
- 33:13Speaker 1: whoever came up with that theory on Reddit or whatever?
- 33:16Speaker 3: Like was it you? I don't know.
- 33:20Speaker 1: You are Reddit?
- 33:21Speaker 3: Who ever thought.
- 33:21Speaker 1: That maybe Mary knew the entire time she was talking
- 33:25Speaker 1: to a woman. I'm kind of wondering.
- 33:27Speaker 2: She talked to this person on the phone, like, how
- 33:29Speaker 2: do you not know? Well?
- 33:31Speaker 1: But she said he or she was using a lie.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I feel like she was.
- 33:37Speaker 2: She knew she was talking to a mask lesbian and
- 33:40Speaker 2: she was talking.
- 33:41Speaker 1: About the best lesson a mask lesbian.
- 33:44Speaker 3: They know how to take care of you.
- 33:45Speaker 2: The stuards, the stuards, and they always go after like
- 33:50Speaker 2: the street women.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:52Speaker 3: So I'm just like, oh.
- 33:53Speaker 1: I know, uh whatever, I could tell you stories.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sure, yeah, I could.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Okay, Anyway, moving on, We're back at the divorce desk.
- 34:05Speaker 1: We're signing papers.
- 34:06Speaker 3: It's very sad. Mary is crying. Robin is also crying. Ooh,
- 34:14Speaker 3: And what I thought was.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Interesting about their tears is that when Robin's crying, Cody's
- 34:20Speaker 2: attention is like directed only at Robin. But when Mary's crying,
- 34:24Speaker 2: Cody doesn't even acknowledge her. He doesn't even like put
- 34:26Speaker 2: an arm around her, he doesn't hold her hand. He's
- 34:29Speaker 2: actually only holding Robin's hand and comforting her, and he's
- 34:34Speaker 2: like looking at her with softness in his eyes. He
- 34:37Speaker 2: doesn't give a shit about Mary's emotion, and it's actually
- 34:40Speaker 2: pretty sad to me. I know, like Mary's so fucking
- 34:43Speaker 2: stupid for this, but it happened to million years ago,
- 34:46Speaker 2: and like she made her fucking bed and now hopefully
- 34:49Speaker 2: she's a lesbian and getting her Box eight.
- 34:51Speaker 1: I would love that for her for sure.
- 34:53Speaker 2: But watching them sign the paperwork was just really trippy,
- 34:56Speaker 2: and you can tell Cody and Robin went fucked in celebration.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Did they even make it out of des or what
- 35:05Speaker 1: is it? A little Toyota whatever?
- 35:06Speaker 3: That Oh god, that car is so ugly.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Rose pink car. Were they just like banging in the
- 35:11Speaker 1: back seat.
- 35:12Speaker 2: And probably, oh my god, we did, like actually we got.
- 35:17Speaker 3: It all girl.
- 35:19Speaker 1: It was ridiculous.
- 35:20Speaker 3: That's exactly what they did.
- 35:22Speaker 1: I know, a diabolical, demonic, devilish, dastardly and degenerate.
- 35:31Speaker 3: You're killing me today. You gotta drink more off.
- 35:34Speaker 1: It's true though, it is true.
- 35:37Speaker 2: And I do remember that. I think it's in the
- 35:39Speaker 2: next season when Cody and Robin go and get their
- 35:42Speaker 2: legal marriage. They were very like quick to be like, we're.
- 35:46Speaker 3: Not gonna make a big deal about it.
- 35:48Speaker 2: We're not gonna involve anybody because it's like not a
- 35:50Speaker 2: big deal, it's just paperwork.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Or whateverthing's changing, nothing's changing at all.
- 35:55Speaker 2: But they were like making out in the parking lot
- 35:56Speaker 2: outside of them.
- 35:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a dress, see yeah, am I gonna
- 35:59Speaker 1: have a bouquet. They made it a whole bag honeymoon, like.
- 36:02Speaker 2: Oh, we don't want to make a big deal about it,
- 36:05Speaker 2: but they totally did. And they were making out before
- 36:07Speaker 2: and after the legal these hucksters.
- 36:09Speaker 1: You need Mary to show up in this moment. You
- 36:11Speaker 1: need Janelle to come in and say, please, don't do this,
- 36:13Speaker 1: this is the wrong thing to do. You need Christine
- 36:15Speaker 1: to be something other than an absolute airhead to say
- 36:17Speaker 1: this is a bad idea. Everybody, Yeah, but nobody will
- 36:20Speaker 1: do it, and so Cody and Robin will run rough
- 36:23Speaker 1: shod over everything. And they do.
- 36:25Speaker 3: They definitely do. They do.
- 36:27Speaker 2: And I mean, you know, to be fair, I guess
- 36:30Speaker 2: it makes sense on its face to adopt Robin's kids
- 36:33Speaker 2: or whatever. But then once they do that, and they
- 36:36Speaker 2: do that in season ten, and it's all filmed and stuff,
- 36:38Speaker 2: and it's like this big old celebration. It's all dramatic
- 36:40Speaker 2: or whatever, like the entire family falls apart. Like, it's
- 36:44Speaker 2: really like they are falling apart right now. No, for sure,
- 36:46Speaker 2: but this is the falling apart. The house of cards
- 36:50Speaker 2: comes crashing down.
- 36:52Speaker 1: It's undeniable at that time. It's so certainly when Mary
- 36:55Speaker 1: starts sucking on a banana girl and the intel's being
- 36:59Speaker 1: fed back to Cody, Yeah, Robin, like, certainly by then
- 37:02Speaker 1: everything is gone.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Oh god, the catfy shipsos are so good.
- 37:06Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 37:07Speaker 3: We should just skip to that.
- 37:08Speaker 1: It's just so fast forward through eleven episodes of the
- 37:12Speaker 1: season nine and get right to the gas. I can't wait.
- 37:15Speaker 3: Yep, but that's it. That's the end of this episode.
- 37:17Speaker 3: They signed the paperwork.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Well, the lawyer does say, gosh, guys, because you're polygamous,
- 37:23Speaker 1: this is so complicated, Like you got to really think
- 37:25Speaker 1: outside of the box, Like how am I going to
- 37:27Speaker 1: acquire all of these wives and then steal their money?
- 37:30Speaker 1: How am I going to adopt all these kids and
- 37:32Speaker 1: then get their benefits? And then Robin's like, but it's complicated.
- 37:36Speaker 1: But I would never experience the love of a good
- 37:40Speaker 1: woman like Mary if it weren't for polygamy.
- 37:44Speaker 2: Puke, God, so performative.
- 37:47Speaker 1: I hate her so much.
- 37:48Speaker 2: She is the worst type of like religious.
- 37:52Speaker 1: She's not even How can you be religious? How can
- 37:57Speaker 1: you say I got a divine witness, they got a
- 38:01Speaker 1: burning buzzom to join this intact, loving family and then
- 38:07Speaker 1: destroy it. You can't be spiritual slash religion. No, you
- 38:11Speaker 1: can't think you of yourself that way?
- 38:13Speaker 2: Ye know?
- 38:14Speaker 3: I mean she does? I think does she?
- 38:16Speaker 2: I think a lot of people do. I think a
- 38:18Speaker 2: lot of people do in this world where they hide
- 38:20Speaker 2: behind religion when they're terrible people, they do terrible, awful things.
- 38:26Speaker 2: And so she's sotally thinking she did everything right even
- 38:29Speaker 2: to this day, to this day, God, she thinks that
- 38:32Speaker 2: she did everything right and that everybody else did everything wrong. Girls,
- 38:35Speaker 2: she don't pay for it in the afterlife, that's for sure.
- 38:38Speaker 1: She go and get to that planet with Cody. Yep,
- 38:42Speaker 1: a racus desert.
- 38:43Speaker 2: Planet with the sun that shines all day with Harkne
- 38:48Speaker 2: and it's gonna be a terrible planet with what you've
- 38:51Speaker 2: done with your life.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Robin and Cody, you guys don't serve a fertile planet. No,
- 38:55Speaker 1: you don't deserve shit deserves Garden of Eden kind of planet,
- 39:00Speaker 1: are you, assholes?
- 39:01Speaker 2: And that's why you have a mansion next to a
- 39:04Speaker 2: literal mind.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Sorry about it.
- 39:06Speaker 2: You're breathing in arsenal heavy summer.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Here comes the breeze.
- 39:10Speaker 3: That's fun. Better close those windows any.
- 39:12Speaker 1: God, I hate them.
- 39:13Speaker 3: They're demons. Yeah, I hate them, so literal demons.
- 39:15Speaker 1: I can't imagine.
- 39:16Speaker 2: I don't.
- 39:17Speaker 1: It's amazing to me that I think. I think we've
- 39:20Speaker 1: been doing this for four years. Yeah, while we started
- 39:23Speaker 1: off so hateful.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 39:26Speaker 1: It was like season seventeen or something like that, which
- 39:28Speaker 1: is like, I fucking hate Ith and we created this
- 39:31Speaker 1: beautiful dumpster out of our hatred. And here we are
- 39:34Speaker 1: four years later, and I hate him just as we're
- 39:37Speaker 1: still more. Oh yeah, my hatred doesn't die.
- 39:40Speaker 3: It's eternal.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Yes, it's as if we were in the afterlife on
- 39:45Speaker 1: colob with eternal hatred fueling me every week to talk
- 39:48Speaker 1: about these fucking browns. And on that note, is there
- 39:51Speaker 1: anything else, Beautrice, that we should say to these beautiful
- 39:54Speaker 1: raccoons before we get up on out of here.
- 39:56Speaker 2: Well, if you don't hate us, please show your love
