- 0:56Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:53Unknown: Well, there you go.
- 1:55Now familiar lyrics from Alvin Lee's ten years after,
- 1:59so many decades ago, so prophetic.
- 2:01I always wanted to use that song when I had delusions
- 2:06of having a talk show Chris back many years ago.
- 2:11Chris is along, like trusty sidekick here, Chris
- 2:14gets in right before the show starts, always a pleasure to have you buddy and get your input.
- 2:19Obviously, Roger Sales, Radio Ranch, People's Patriot Network of the day, the show day
- 2:25is Thursday.
- 2:27Weavis,
- 2:29Chris
- 2:30in Spanish,
- 2:31You may need to learn a little Spanish here coming up buddy.
- 2:35Good thing to start on are the numbers and the days of the week,
- 2:39and the months.
- 2:41Thursday is Juves, and that's j u e v e s,
- 2:46but they don't pronounce J's in Spanish, so it's a H, so it's 'Jueves'.
- 2:53There's
- 2:55your Spanish lesson for the week.
- 2:59Of course, don't guess you have
- 3:01don't have to travel too far to get exposed to Spanish, do you?
- 3:08Unknown: Yeah, we got the front door usually.
- 3:10Unknown: You
- 3:12may, you know,
- 3:14learning you're the language, familiarizing yourself with it, you may start because it damn sure looks like we're being overrun up there and you're either going to have to deal with it up there or if some of you decide to ever move down here,
- 3:27it certainly helps you getting around to know a little bit of language. It's difficult,
- 3:32I tell people here,
- 3:33it's funny, the other guy, the state department guy, Corey, he didn't show up, he had something come up Tuesday, I think we're supposed to get together again next week. I said, man, I thought you were retired?
- 3:46And he goes, I'm not retired? No kidding!
- 3:50So anyway, I said over the table, I said, how's your Spanish? And he said, Terrible.
- 3:56And
- 3:57I laughed and said, yeah, mine too, really.
- 4:00But the
- 4:03honest truth is, it was almost easier to beat the federal government of the United States than learn Spanish for me.
- 4:10Some people have an aptitude for languages and man, I'll tell you, I sure don't.
- 4:14I'm liking it a little bit more, but it's not
- 4:18the language
- 4:19necessarily,
- 4:22difficult, it's the mind
- 4:25acclamation.
- 4:27There's a period you got to acclimate your mind
- 4:31to those sounds and how different they are, and just like that example I said Juves,
- 4:37u e v e s, Juves, all the pronunciation differences and stuff, and then the grammatical differences in the way they phrase things. So anyway, it's been a challenge, I feel like I've grown a bit from getting around. I can get in a, like,
- 4:52Uber in.
- 4:54I don't have a car, probably never buy a car down here, I sure don't want to drive.
- 5:00Uber's pretty cheap, they're real good, and so I use them to go to our little lunch on Tuesdays,
- 5:05and then generally take a taxi home from the store. So anyway, I get to Uber Diana,
- 5:10I've got about a twenty minute ride, and we have a total conversation in Spanish. I mean, I don't speak it fluently or good, but I can have a conversation with it. My concern
- 5:22is,
- 5:23objective,
- 5:24is just to be able to have them understand what I'm trying to say, and get most of what they're trying to say.
- 5:32It's been a big challenge,
- 5:34but as I said, I feel like I'm a better person. Know, that's one of the things, Chris, what I've done is I've gotten older here, as we're all doing.
- 5:42The
- 5:44way you look at life changes because you get a bit smarter, hopefully, and wiser.
- 5:49It
- 5:50comes right down to, you know, I want to do things that make me go through personal growth.
- 5:58Now those things may not always be good,
- 6:02but you still go through personal growth through them, and that's kind of one of my life's gauges.
- 6:09A bunch of interesting things happening, but I wanted to yesterday, as I was telling Chris briefly when we were talking before the show started, that yesterday at the tail end the monetary system came up, I don't remember exactly in what context of the conversation,
- 6:25but it was right at the end. Remember yesterday we didn't have the outro
- 6:29music?
- 6:30I'm going, where's the whistler? Remember that?
- 6:35I do? Yeah, well what had happened, and I'm sitting here playing it, I'm playing it, I'm getting no sound, I had tried to
- 6:44this irritating Skype noise, and all the little noises, and stuff, and tones they give you with all this modern operating system stuff,
- 6:54suggested
- 6:56I go in and turn the volume down.
- 6:59Here's the deal with this Skype thing, when you get the ding dong, ding dong, and you can't mess with the volume on that, evidently,
- 7:07but it only happens on the first caller.
- 7:10Like you called right before, it was doing it,
- 7:13and now Bob, I'm just patching Bob in right here, and all you heard was that little ding a ling there. Good morning, Bob. You didn't hear the annoying phone ring that you get on the first one. Hey, Bob.
- 7:26Unknown: Good morning. Good morning. I was just gonna comment on the fact that your,
- 7:31your outro
- 7:32story, I listened to it later on Castbox because I'd missed a significant part of the show.
- 7:39And
- 7:40once on Castbox,
- 7:43once you once everybody signed off and was gone, you stayed on. I'll bet for two to five minutes, I hit it.
- 7:49And I could hear it. I could hear
- 7:52Unknown: Don't tell him. Your mind's going, okay. What is Are you yelling? What did I say? Don't tell him anything I said if you the background watching that. If it was ugly
- 8:02was what is going on here? If it was ugly, don't don't relate it.
- 8:07Unknown: Because I It
- 8:08Unknown: it it was not over the top. It was not over the top, but it was kinda I I just was sitting there chuckling to myself because it's obvious Roger doesn't know he's still alive.
- 8:19Unknown: That's too much. Anyway
- 8:22Well, anyway, so I
- 8:24fooled around and probably cussed a little bit and figured out that it was this volume
- 8:29and could I had it turned down so you couldn't hear it. And see,
- 8:34Greg's always on me, you know, our engineer who does a lot for us, I don't give him enough credit for everything he does, but he's always, he handles this PPN
- 8:43forum on Skype that a number of you are involved in, and he posts
- 8:48all this stuff we talk about, he searches it up and throws it over there in that forum, we should promote him more.
- 8:54It would be a good resource for a lot of you that want to follow the things we talk about in their
- 9:00factual basis.
- 9:02I told Greg, he said, Roger, you need to do this and do that, other announcers do. I said, hey Greg,
- 9:08do you know any other announcers that are an announcer, a producer, an engineer, and a call screen, are all in one?
- 9:16Very few. Yeah, very few. And and honestly
- 9:19Unknown: And he said what's
- 9:21Unknown: your point? Well, no, he didn't he didn't respond.
- 9:25He didn't respond was his response
- 9:29because he's got a little bit of radio in his background and stuff. Anyway,
- 9:34I was telling Chris and the audience, I'd like to get into this monetary
- 9:37explanation
- 9:38today
- 9:39because for one thing,
- 9:42I've been wanting to do this show for a while. We haven't done it in a while.
- 9:47I think the last time I did it was over on Ex Wife number three
- 9:52and we did the whole show on it one day and Glenn
- 9:56wrote me an email after the show and he said, what did you talk about on the program today?
- 10:03I said, well we went over the monetary system, he said, your website got hit with more denial of service
- 10:11in those couple hours than it's ever had.
- 10:17Talk about other stuff and you know the show has kind of evolved
- 10:21and is constantly evolving,
- 10:22guess.
- 10:23I really like this conversational platform
- 10:26format.
- 10:28First of all, don't know if anybody else is doing it, and that's good. I don't know if anybody else has got the intricacies of the truth and factual
- 10:37information we've got, that's another point, and I get to interact with you guys and it just makes the whole experience real rich for me, and I think it does, and I hope it does for all of you, you know. That
- 10:50isn't a big formal, Roger's doing this, and this is Roger's ballgame,
- 10:55it doesn't revolve around me. I try and remove myself from it, I'm just the guy that's trying to tell you and help you understand that you've got a choice.
- 11:05Because the show's not about me, it's about you.
- 11:10Unknown: Loving the truth. Yeah,
- 11:13Unknown: and the people that have it. The people that have it, if they're not here yet,
- 11:18for them will be here sometime in the future.
- 11:22But there's a lot of interesting things going on and no matter which
- 11:26vector this octopus or which octopus's
- 11:29tentacle you go down, maybe that's a good way to put it Chris and Bob, no matter what of the tentacles of the octopus you go down, you always come back to the same spot and that's this monetary
- 11:41power and the tap root of their power is this.
- 11:47Unknown: In fact, the James Bond movie Goldfinger was off the pussy in Money Power. And Yes.
- 11:54Unknown: Was
- 11:55that
- 11:56was that the the episode where he had pussy galore?
- 12:01Unknown: That was the one. Okay,
- 12:04Unknown: anyway, of course old Goldfinger and everybody wants gold and they've
- 12:09achieved the ancient
- 12:11alchemists
- 12:12dream
- 12:13in spades.
- 12:15And the ancient alchemists
- 12:18all tried to turn lead, or mercury,
- 12:21or other
- 12:22metals into gold,
- 12:23and obviously
- 12:25none of them were successful.
- 12:27These guys
- 12:29just took the opposite, they're pretty dialectically oriented,
- 12:33have you noticed?
- 12:34They took the opposite and they said, hell, we'll just turn gold into paper.
- 12:40Unknown: Yeah.
- 12:41And
- 12:43Unknown: so as you get through this, there's several stages here that people
- 12:48generally don't know. I mean I certainly didn't, and I've talked to a lot of people, I don't think most people understand, some of our old timers that have been around a while understand
- 12:59this,
- 13:00and it's on several levels and it all deals with sleight of hand. I was listening to Max Keyser right before the program today and he's talking to this
- 13:09Keynes, an economist out of Australia that's pretty sharp. I've seen him before
- 13:14and he's worldwide
- 13:16known, has a worldwide reputation,
- 13:18and they're going, capitalism is based on savings and this that and the other. Well you know, let's go back and start at the root of the words because
- 13:27we're
- 13:28seeing it more and more
- 13:30with all the Antifa and the AOC
- 13:33and Comrade Cortez and all the rest of the ones that are coming out are all bashing capitalism.
- 13:40Okay, well we don't have capitalism.
- 13:42Adam Smith, as he drew it up in The Wealth of Nations,
- 13:46had everything based because the monetary systems were honest in those days they'd not been corrupted.
- 13:52And
- 13:53as gold and silver is the basis of capitalism, so capitalism
- 13:57to be capitalism
- 13:58has to
- 14:00be based on something of substance
- 14:03that is positive and not negative, which is the debt system we're saddled with now. So
- 14:09understanding
- 14:10these terms and understanding this background
- 14:14is just real empowering.
- 14:19When So we get to the bank stuff, I should probably save it till then, but
- 14:23along the way
- 14:26I've stumbled on, and this is back in
- 14:29the days when we had to listen to things on shortwave radio on WWCR,
- 14:35there was no proliferation
- 14:37of information on the internet, it was still in its infancy
- 14:41as to the populace and its impact.
- 14:44When you try to listen to a shortwave
- 14:47radio
- 14:48at night that's bounced to another side of the world off the ionosphere,
- 14:52and you're relatively close to the transmitter,
- 14:55because a shortwave radio sends its signal straight up,
- 14:59It doesn't send it out like FM or AM traditional signals,
- 15:03it's sent straight up so that it can bounce off the atmosphere.
- 15:07And if you're close to the tower
- 15:10in the broadcast
- 15:12facility, a lot of the signal bypasses
- 15:15you.
- 15:16So many nights it would
- 15:18you think our reception is bad on here sometimes? Hell man, this is a cakewalk compared to listening to WWCR
- 15:25in some of the old days, and then you'd sit there and suffer through listening through that white noise
- 15:32because the information was so important and you were so hungry.
- 15:37That's the kind of people we've got here, people that are hungry for truth.
- 15:42One
- 15:44night I'm listening to this show that was on late night after
- 15:48Pastor Peters and Bill Cooper.
- 15:52I can't remember the guy's name, he's still in federal prison by the way, you maybe know this story Chris, if I could remember his name.
- 15:59They've got him in that outfit up in Denver for high security criminals and stuff. He had a company called Water Oz
- 16:07and he was making copper and gold and
- 16:10silver colloidal
- 16:13colloidal colloidalizing those metals and selling it.
- 16:16He had some real interesting guests on, and one of them, one night, was this guy Tom Schaff.
- 16:23I had never heard of Tom. I got a hold of him after the broadcast and it was in his infancy too, and I helped him draft some of his legal documents because he was trying to turn this into a business.
- 16:34Okay, I'd been through paralegal school at that point, we connected, had a few conversations,
- 16:40and he shot me the stuff and asked me to help him with it, which I was glad to do.
- 16:46Tom
- 16:47was a CPA
- 16:49in
- 16:50Chicago,
- 16:51Illinois,
- 16:52and somehow,
- 16:54and I never asked him this,
- 16:56he had gotten to a point where he qualified himself
- 17:00as an expert witness.
- 17:03And the reason, of course, these professionals do that is he may make $50
- 17:07an hour as a CPA,
- 17:09but as a CPA forensic
- 17:11expert witness, he may command $250
- 17:14to $500 an hour when he's up there on the stand, and they like that better.
- 17:19Okay,
- 17:20and so what Tom found out when he attained this degree
- 17:25of
- 17:26proficiency,
- 17:27I don't know what else to call it, the approval to be able to do that,
- 17:32was that there was no school in The United States
- 17:36that accredited
- 17:37CPAs
- 17:38to become expert witnesses.
- 17:41And obviously that's the perfect formula for a business: find a need and fill it, and so he started a school
- 17:48to teach other CPAs
- 17:50to qualify to become expert witnesses.
- 17:53And one of his students was a federal regulator,
- 17:58an
- 18:00accountant, a CPA,
- 18:02that went in and did regional
- 18:04accounting
- 18:06to check and make sure on banks
- 18:08in the regulatory area.
- 18:11And so he pulls Tom aside.
- 18:13And get this here's the federal bank regulator pulling the expert witness to the side,
- 18:19and he says every loan in America is a fraud.
- 18:25Every loan in America is a fraud.
- 18:29And Tom says, what the hell are you talking about? And he says, let me show you what they're doing.
- 18:37And that's the bank side of it, and we're going to get to that. But you got to understand the other part of it
- 18:45that precedes
- 18:46that
- 18:47because it is integral to what we talk about here on a daily regular basis, and that's this fact that in this system of importing the feudal
- 18:56era, the feudal system in under the fourteenth amendment,
- 19:02reason they did that is twofold:
- 19:05a) so they can control you with man made laws
- 19:10because otherwise, as we've learned, they can't.
- 19:14B)
- 19:15is so they can make because in that system your property
- 19:19because they can securitize
- 19:21and collateralize
- 19:22and use you in the basis of people saving
- 19:26money.
- 19:28You see this is a money generation
- 19:31machine.
- 19:32Alright, yes Bob?
- 19:35Unknown: Memory peg where you're at on a money making machine that's securitizing us
- 19:41or
- 19:42person.
- 19:45You know, it all goes to jurisdiction. Right? Yes. That's that's the watchword. I'll understand that. I got slapped in the face with a bible verse that is just about as explicit
- 19:56in its
- 19:57rebuke
- 19:58of staying in the system as any I had seen and I had missed it.
- 20:04Had never recognized it. I know I've read it, but it never clicked.
- 20:08The pastor was going through some verse that had world in it, so I have to go and see if the world
- 20:15being used there is cosmos and it was
- 20:19and
- 20:20had nothing to do necessarily with the verse I'm gonna present. So that's kinda tangential.
- 20:25But
- 20:26I'm I'm clicking through Strong's,
- 20:29and I see other references, you know, like 33 other verses in the New Testament.
- 20:34And I click on the next one, and it's Colossians
- 20:37two
- 20:38twenty.
- 20:40You wanna make you you this is one you put on a banner and hang over the over the mantle.
- 20:47Colossians two twenty. It says,
- 20:50if
- 20:51you have died with Christ away from the principles of the world and if cosmos,
- 20:58system of government or constitutional order, if you died to that,
- 21:02why,
- 21:03as if living in the world, do you submit to its decree?
- 21:08Wow.
- 21:09Wow. Wow. Wow. I mean, talk about
- 21:13indicting you?
- 21:15Yeah, well In other words,
- 21:18put it in very dark terms, if you claim to be a Christian, why are you not acting like it? Yeah, let's take it abase further and say that everything's voluntary.
- 21:29Unknown: What it's saying there is you're volunteering
- 21:32in to let them affect you.
- 21:36And see, that's tyranny. Right.
- 21:39Unknown: And you volunteer in because that's the way you keep your goodies. Don't take my biscuit, as Farrell said yesterday. You know? Yeah.
- 21:46Yeah. But I I have never seen that. You know? I've read through that.
- 21:51I don't know how many times.
- 21:53It never struck me what it said. But when I was you know, When you look at it and you understand what the word means,
- 22:00it just looks entirely different. To
- 22:04Unknown: bring that to a very recent event for me that's
- 22:08really important,
- 22:10and I got to tip my hat and thank Chris for this.
- 22:14Because Chris dropped me in an email back, and I went back and got a whole thread on that thing of about 30 different emails, Chris, but you originally sent it,
- 22:25interestingly enough on April 15.
- 22:29He
- 22:30sent me that and I've seen it before,
- 22:33but you
- 22:34know, listen, I'm still coming to understand
- 22:37this thing
- 22:38in the fine points better and better. I had seen that certificate of non
- 22:44citizen US national from the State Department,
- 22:47I'd seen it years ago, I don't think it was the same one, I think they've changed it a bit, but I've not seen any updates they've done. In that is the clearest,
- 22:58most precise,
- 23:01accurate statement I've ever seen the federal government make on this subject.
- 23:05And it says right in there according to the INA, the Immigration and Naturalization
- 23:10Act,
- 23:11US citizens
- 23:13are US nationals.
- 23:16Okay, now they didn't say that and put it in there because they're telling you how great they are, they put that in there because they had to because they're differentiating
- 23:27the American Samoan.
- 23:30So they had to put it in there to set up the differentiation,
- 23:35but that is the single clearest statement I've seen from them, and I'm going to tell you, anybody that's thinking about filing an affidavit,
- 23:44I would take that statement right there
- 23:48and
- 23:50reference their document in the affidavits you're submitting
- 23:54because here these people, back when we were getting the bluff letters,
- 24:00and what's the first paragraph? It appears by what you've sent us that you're a fourteenth amendment citizen basically. Well no, I sent you an explicit legal document, you call it citizenship evidence, and it was properly notarized and formed. I don't know who's
- 24:15suggesting
- 24:16that they can't read that and come away with the right conclusion,
- 24:19but it shows you.
- 24:21How they react shows you things.
- 24:24That's the strongest defense they've got. They've got no defense here.
- 24:31Unknown: Desperation.
- 24:33Unknown: Okay.
- 24:34Got no presumption.
- 24:37Got no defense here, and now we've got for any of you people that are talking to folks,
- 24:44okay, and that they're
- 24:46calling you all kinds of funny names,
- 24:49here's what you do:
- 24:51you go to travel.state.gov.
- 24:56Let me make sure that's the right thing here.
- 24:59I even went and searched it out. Chris, I went and searched it out today because that link that was in there was the link to
- 25:08just the general website.
- 25:10So when you go to it, it's travel.state.gov,
- 25:14travel.state.gov,
- 25:17no HTTP
- 25:19and all that stuff,
- 25:21and you go into the search
- 25:24little bar up at the right, and you put in certificate
- 25:28of non citizen
- 25:29nationality and it'll pop up. I'm going put it in the show notes today so that everybody will have access to it there, but we need to use this.
- 25:38You got anybody out there that you're talking to that's not
- 25:42believing you, or still coming along, or has doubts, or trepidations,
- 25:47or any of that kind of stuff,
- 25:49you go get this document and you put it right in front of them. It's the third
- 25:55paragraph,
- 25:56fourth paragraph down, starts right there. No, third, excuse me, there's one below it, this is the separation one. The one above it is the third paragraph,
- 26:06as defined
- 26:07in the INA,
- 26:09the Immigration and Naturalization
- 26:11Act,
- 26:12all US citizens
- 26:14are US nationals.
- 26:17Thank you very much State Department
- 26:20for finally
- 26:21being a little bit damn honest.
- 26:25Even though they didn't even though they didn't intend to be. They wouldn't put that stuff in there unless they had to. Yeah, Chris?
- 26:33Unknown: Well, it's the same language and, effectively, a more comprehensive document
- 26:39that comes from the legal information
- 26:42institute
- 26:49You're clipping. Under title a Okay. Go ahead. Uh-oh. Sorry.
- 26:54Under title a USC
- 26:56section fourteen fifty two certificate of citizenship
- 27:01for
- 27:02US noncitizen
- 27:03national
- 27:04status.
- 27:07Unknown: Chris, you're clipping out so bad. We can't we can't I can't get what you're saying and you're throwing code sections and stuff, and that even makes it more difficult. Let's see if we can wait just a little bit and get you in a better site.
- 27:20Unknown: You bet. Okay.
- 27:22Unknown: But I think that's one of the clearest,
- 27:25and you can take that, put it in your affidavit,
- 27:29and make a copy of the document form and attach it, you know, attach it with your
- 27:36affidavit. See exhibit one and mark it exhibit one.
- 27:42Hey, Shane, how are doing?
- 27:46Unknown: Sorry, I was in mute. Outside
- 27:49smoking a cigarette. So, yeah, I don't have a pen and paper readily available. I would like to write down what Chris has to give.
- 27:58Unknown: Okay. Well, it's in the US code. He's trying to cite some US code stuff. So anyway, that's just important and all that. The
- 28:06reason it's important is because you're the basis of the damn monetary
- 28:10system,
- 28:11you and every other poor serf around the world. I just about guarantee you virtually every country in the world's got this system in place.
- 28:21Is
- 28:22back to biblical references,
- 28:26Unknown: Bob.
- 28:28Unknown: Revelation,
- 28:29this is the horror of Babylon
- 28:32because they didn't have paper damn money that they could base people on as collateral and inflate it and exercise the leaven of the pharisees.
- 28:42They didn't have all that in Babylon, boys,
- 28:45They had real money in Babylon.
- 28:51Unknown: I had to get the answer to them to figure it out.
- 28:54Unknown: Yeah. You know, and and Daryl mentioned that yesterday.
- 28:58Yes,
- 28:59mentioned it yesterday and I didn't want to interrupt him, and it was twofold. It wasn't just from Venice,
- 29:06although that's where it appears this current day system found its occupancy
- 29:11and it was in the black nobility in Venice when Venice ruled the world, because this is the way they used to loan money to and extract it out of countries. It's just the same blueprint,
- 29:21it's been modernized,
- 29:23obviously it's been had
- 29:25a technology applied to it, But the other thing that really exacerbated
- 29:30that
- 29:31was the
- 29:33Inquisition
- 29:33in Spain,
- 29:35because as the Inquisition in Spain started,
- 29:38most of those Jews went north to Amsterdam
- 29:42and they combined with those ideas coming out of Venice.
- 29:46That's where the nucleus
- 29:49of this the Bank of England was not the world's first central bank, the central bank was in Amsterdam first and they brought it over by financing
- 29:58William of Orange. It's too
- 30:00bad Paul had gone with us to give us more exact history,
- 30:03but they
- 30:05financed William of Orange.
- 30:07William of Orange defeated
- 30:09whoever he was fighting,
- 30:11he allowed them back in through Cromwell, I believe that was the same time frame,
- 30:16and they
- 30:18allowed them to establish the Bank of England over there in the city of London, which as we touched on yesterday,
- 30:26the reason it's independence has always been the Romans couldn't even conquer it.
- 30:31That's the one area England the Romans couldn't conquer was the city of London.
- 30:37So that's a lot of the ancient kind of, you know, centuries back background of this. They've devised a way through the years, and through their knowledge and experience, and doing
- 30:48this over and over again with countries,
- 30:51they came up with a way to impose the feudal system on the world.
- 30:56One of the main reasons is because you are then considered
- 31:00property.
- 31:02I
- 31:03brought up
- 31:05when Obama was still in,
- 31:08and that Paris Peace Accord
- 31:10that the French are all raising so much, a lot of that yellow vest stuff comes from the French and the taxes in these accords being implemented on them.
- 31:20In that thing that Obama signed in that latest
- 31:25Paris Accord,
- 31:27there were two stipulations in there that they added into that document
- 31:32that tell you what's going on, and one of them was every person born in the world
- 31:38has to have a birth certificate,
- 31:43and the other is they have to have identification.
- 31:47It's the beast system
- 31:49of revelation.
- 31:50Hey, Darrell.
- 31:52You heard your name, I have a Oh. I have a have a question, Roger. Okay, Shane. Well, hold on. Let's get Shane's question, then I'm gonna welcome
- 32:01Darrell. Go ahead, Shane. What do you got, buddy?
- 32:05Unknown: Is there laws against Southamy?
- 32:09Not to my knowledge. Is there any type of
- 32:12is there any type of
- 32:16pivotal
- 32:18exclamation point of
- 32:21changing
- 32:22Unknown: one thing into another. Yes. They've gotten yes. Back to the friction? Yes. I changed my I said I said that I didn't know of any, but I do. I believe they have laws like that for methamphetamine
- 32:35manufacturers.
- 32:41Unknown: Alright.
- 32:42Unknown: Can use that as an example. Yeah, that'd be a good example, I believe. You're
- 32:46welcome. And what they do is they outlaw the drugs or the ingredients,
- 32:51Shane. They go back in and restrict all the ingredients
- 32:56that are used in a lot of these processes that that are and that one's a bad one because that stuff's horrible. Okay, But anyway, I'd say that's an answer to your question. Daryl, how are you doing, man?
- 33:10Unknown: Well, I I'm doing pretty good. I was just on the phone for about an hour to
- 33:15one of my customers in in England. And
- 33:19so I've been I've been spending a lot of time talking to English guys the last couple days. Yeah. That's they're char I love the accent. It's charming.
- 33:29Yeah.
- 33:30Well, this this particular fellow was very pithy and and
- 33:34very colorful language. It's
- 33:37it's it's non non PG 13. It's it's r rated. So Okay.
- 33:43But
- 33:44anyway,
- 33:46so this this whole conversation just sort of continues.
- 33:51And
- 33:53the
- 33:55what you're you're all over it, Roger.
- 33:59And what you're over is what
- 34:01we just keep it keeps bubbling out, oozing out of the pores is
- 34:06the
- 34:09corporatization
- 34:10of
- 34:11sovereignty
- 34:13and
- 34:15corporate construct. You
- 34:19take your shovel, you take your knife, you scrape a little bit and you don't find,
- 34:24you know, the general idea of what a government is. Of course nobody really understands what it if
- 34:32it's not going to be a corporation here's a great question, okay?
- 34:36If government isn't a company and a corporation then what is it?
- 34:40Okay?
- 34:41Nobody asks that question.
- 34:44Well, if it ain't supposed to be this, then what's it supposed to be?
- 34:48Okay.
- 34:51And I would I would offer
- 34:53Unknown: up go ahead. Yeah. I would like to know in your collection of books, or have you thought about acquiring
- 35:01a book by John Locke,
- 35:04who was the guy that really Jefferson
- 35:07keyed on an awful lot, and the founders did,
- 35:10called Two Treaties
- 35:12of Government.
- 35:15Have you ever heard of that? Yeah.
- 35:17One of them I've
- 35:19Unknown: actually
- 35:20it's yeah. I have actually heard of it and I don't have that book, although
- 35:26Unknown: yeah. So go ahead. Well, one of them, I don't remember what the other one is, but I can tell you for sure what one of them was,
- 35:32and that was government by contract,
- 35:35which is what we've got.
- 35:39Unknown: Yeah.
- 35:40Unknown: Yeah. And and the only way the only thing that you can contract with, okay,
- 35:45is a corporation.
- 35:46Unknown: Well, can contract with other people. K.
- 35:50Unknown: Right. Well,
- 35:52Unknown: yeah. But but
- 35:54a
- 35:55individually?
- 35:56Yeah.
- 35:57Yeah. You and I can you can you and I can make a an agreement
- 36:02man to man. Okay. Yeah. Absolutely.
- 36:05Unknown: I mean, I can still can still sell you I can still sell you my guns privately
- 36:11and not have to go through any background check or any other stuff.
- 36:15Yeah. That that's a contract.
- 36:19Unknown: Right. That that that that's that would be that would be an agreement.
- 36:24So between two men. Okay. And
- 36:28but but what about this other thing this other thing with a
- 36:34with a
- 36:36company that had that wasn't a living man.
- 36:40Okay?
- 36:41It's it's another entity. It's a company
- 36:44and it's a corporation.
- 36:46Now
- 36:48can can you just have a verbal agreement with them that's enforceable
- 36:52and have a recognizance associated with it? And
- 36:56Unknown: What about let me pose let me pose another angle to you. What about if the corporation
- 37:01that was doing the governance
- 37:03had it set up where they had a property production
- 37:07line that they could then collateralize?
- 37:10You wouldn't be a corporation,
- 37:12but you would be corporate property.
- 37:16Unknown: No. Yes. You would. You would be an article in compress and they would have an equity claim upon you. Correct. So
- 37:24listen. This so here's the thing. Okay? And we we we we need to
- 37:29sort of
- 37:31as you refer to the
- 37:33patriot mythology and all this other stuff and
- 37:37there's many aspects of that are spot on,
- 37:40is that you're not a corporation people.
- 37:43You are an article in commerce
- 37:46and they have an equity
- 37:48basis
- 37:50in you
- 37:52and
- 37:53that comes through the birth certificate. That's an equity claim.
- 37:57And
- 38:00so your
- 38:03parents,
- 38:04your mother and father, not your parents, your mother and father went into or your mother
- 38:09being the
- 38:12okay, so your mother went into
- 38:16signed you over as a war to the state and they have an equity. Basically, you're in a partnership. She didn't know. Didn't do anything
- 38:25Unknown: that caused it except
- 38:27have give birth.
- 38:30She didn't sign they don't sign anything. And they they compelled her. Yeah.
- 38:34Unknown: Well,
- 38:36Most most of the most of the women, before they get out of the hospital, are compelled to sign something. Now that doesn't always happen, and then they they just step up the they just step up the the criminality a step farther and do it anyway. But most
- 38:51women are compelled
- 38:53to sign something. If women
- 38:56Unknown: I say most women because some women are going and aborting these kids every time they get pregnant, so you can't apply this to
- 39:03the great maternal instinct that God put in them, you can't apply it all of them across the board, it doesn't seem like to me with that going on.
- 39:12But yes, most women, if they knew what was going on and that they were birthing their child in the end of slavery, of the modern version, the English version of slavery, they'd have an absolute conniption fit,
- 39:25I gotta believe.
- 39:27Unknown: Right.
- 39:28Yeah. Word got I mean Yeah.
- 39:30Unknown: Hold on. Chris is wanting to inject as you're not cracking up too much. Chris, you in a better cell. Oh, yeah.
- 39:37Unknown: Hope so.
- 39:38Yeah. I can't
- 39:40let us overlook the hidden meaning within the word governmentum,
- 39:44which means mind control
- 39:47and strict
- 39:49mind into
- 39:50deceiving people and
- 39:52to the illusion that they are property the thing without telling them is pretty
- 39:57treacherous.
- 39:58Unknown: It's it's a hard it's hard to get across to people because you got two obstacles to get across.
- 40:05They have a colloquial view of property, first of all, not a legal view, and they cannot envision themselves
- 40:11as being a thing.
- 40:16Unknown: I don't dispute that. And I also observe
- 40:19that when a woman is under the influence of powerful medications and drugs to reduce the pain and delivery,
- 40:25saddle blocks and such, I'm not sure she's in her right mind and confidence in making any legal determinations to sign the name. They're probably using press for your deceit saying that so called
- 40:36signing over to
- 40:38Daryl?
- 40:40Unknown: When
- 40:41Daryl was talking, he
- 40:44you triggered something in me I'd never thought about before. I just mentioned earlier, I'm still learning and understanding, I never thought about this in the connection before.
- 40:53If you go back and research
- 40:56a term called the long arm statute,
- 41:02I believe it's Brown versus International Shoe,
- 41:05I believe is the case,
- 41:08and that established
- 41:09corporate personhood.
- 41:13That's how they did it.
- 41:15And I
- 41:16think it was back in the eighteen hundred's.
- 41:18And
- 41:20that making
- 41:21corporations
- 41:23persons
- 41:25allowed them to further the impact of the fourteenth amendment
- 41:30and broaden it.
- 41:31Because to that point, corporations
- 41:34were not considered
- 41:35persons.
- 41:38Unknown: Yeah.
- 41:39Well that seems entirely reasonable.
- 41:43I mean if we could keep it in within a two hundred year time period.
- 41:47If you study the English,
- 41:50Great Britain,
- 41:52United States,
- 41:54you the
- 41:56overarching
- 41:57part of this is that you see that they put in
- 42:01different decisions or legislated certain
- 42:04laws
- 42:05and
- 42:06then they just refine these
- 42:09and
- 42:10integrate them more in society
- 42:12every
- 42:14second generation
- 42:15and
- 42:17it's adopted as custom and usage. So
- 42:20you know,
- 42:21a woman today or even when you were born, Roger, or I was born,
- 42:28they had no reason to believe that anything that they were doing
- 42:33within the hospital
- 42:35with a doctor
- 42:37was,
- 42:39you know, compromising
- 42:42their child's,
- 42:44their baby, their infant
- 42:46going forward.
- 42:48They were naive enough,
- 42:50we all were,
- 42:52and this was taken advantage of
- 42:54and leveraged. And so this is one of the things that,
- 42:58you know,
- 42:59our culture,
- 43:00our society, the people had to stop doing, they had to stop being naive about this.
- 43:07But,
- 43:08you know, for example, here's another example. Well, let's go back to the equity side of this.
- 43:14Look at
- 43:17your your great grandparents didn't have to go get a license,
- 43:20alright, to get married.
- 43:22Your parents probably got a license, Roger, when they got married. Yes. Alright.
- 43:27So where did they get their license from? Well, they contract
- 43:30contracted the license with
- 43:34the local municipality.
- 43:37They went into partnership. It wasn't
- 43:40a partnership between man and wife and this and that.
- 43:44Okay, you had a three way going
- 43:49on there. You got the local government
- 43:52and
- 43:53the municipality,
- 43:55the state,
- 43:56and you have the men and the women. Okay? So it's a three way thing that's why they're a party to a divorce.
- 44:03Okay? Because they're involved. They're a party
- 44:06to that. You have married the state.
- 44:10Okay? They they are the
- 44:13are the third part of that. And so when you have a child yeah.
- 44:16When you have a child,
- 44:18okay, well, that's the product
- 44:20of that partnership.
- 44:22They may have an equity stake in that.
- 44:25Unknown: I don't know that I I like the phrase you've brought them in as a partner in your marriage better than married them.
- 44:33Okay?
- 44:34Because they're a third party in a in a traditional
- 44:37two party arrangement. Yeah. Well, here's somebody we hadn't heard from in a while, mister Tom
- 44:42Schramm, my old friend for many years, is with us. Hey, Tom. How you doing? Good. This is Tom.
- 44:48Well,
- 44:50does Tom have his mute on?
- 44:53Unknown: Hey, Tom. What do you
- 44:56Unknown: Well, he's gonna have to be on mute on. Yeah. There you go. Hey, Tom. Tom had his mute on. Hey. I'm yeah. I'm cruising between
- 45:05Atlanta and Alabama and it's my 2¢ worth on about the
- 45:10birth certificate we were discussing.
- 45:12You know, the the, you know, the mother
- 45:15the dad never has anything to do with it, and the mother is listed as the informant
- 45:21the document,
- 45:22you know, which has a special meaning in law.
- 45:25And I think if you
- 45:28look back to the history of where these things were formed, it's the trust
- 45:33act of 1666.
- 45:36Okay? Where
- 45:38with the the colonists were you know, the British Empire was actually conquering
- 45:42the world,
- 45:44and people would get lost at sea.
- 45:46And then their estate was back there in England,
- 45:50and they established this little scheme there where they could use that
- 45:55set that trust
- 45:58that was formed
- 46:00to
- 46:00as a
- 46:02to
- 46:03protect the guy's estate.
- 46:06And then after seven years, he's declared dead
- 46:09and they get to probate the estate. He's declared dead and lost at sea.
- 46:15And
- 46:17scheme
- 46:18is behind
- 46:20the birth certificate where the corporate municipal state acts as a administrator.
- 46:29You know, and and then these things are on box paper and then they they quote bonds against that estate.
- 46:36And
- 46:37basically,
- 46:38one one good quote from a judge I read at Emory was
- 46:43that
- 46:44the civil marriage contract
- 46:47is nothing more
- 46:49than an international
- 46:50business adventure in Hasbroken.
- 46:53And that that was the direct quote from the judge on the subject of a civil marriage contract.
- 47:01But any rate, that I think that's how the thing with the and then if you watch the, you know, the the Romley Stewart guy, he actually got there's a debtor side to this birth certificate
- 47:14and the creditor side And the creditor side is to be claimed by the guy when he comes back home, because that's his estate.
- 47:21He's really
- 47:22actually, if you look at our government
- 47:26Ben Franklin
- 47:27called the thing the company,
- 47:29which was the first United States Of America incorporated
- 47:33that,
- 47:34you know, we had the
- 47:37individual
- 47:38nation states that all got formed together, and then they formed the United States Of America to go buy bombs, do the 21 things that
- 47:48were enumerated.
- 47:49It didn't accomplish.
- 47:50So,
- 47:51anyway, these corporations basically took over as the government
- 47:56through
- 47:57a couple different things, but the civil war may
- 48:01and I said, really, the the municipal
- 48:06United States is administered by the vote,
- 48:09and the territorial United States administered
- 48:12by the the Westminster
- 48:14of the city.
- 48:16And
- 48:17then the Azure government that made the incorporation
- 48:21is out to lunch
- 48:23because it's unincorporated.
- 48:26The original
- 48:27trust indenture called the constitution for
- 48:31the little United States Of America is totally unincorporated,
- 48:35but it's out to lunch.
- 48:37Unknown: Well, you see, one difference attorney house. We've got one big difference between the other crown colonies,
- 48:43Tom, and the stuff that's coming out of Australia and England and Canada.
- 48:47They don't have the fourteenth amendment.
- 48:51Unknown: Well, that yes. Well, that's the federal constitution.
- 48:54If we don't have one in the constitution for The United States Of America, that's
- 48:59the corporate bylaws, one that created that person out of the slaves
- 49:04and then tricked all the white people.
- 49:07You know, through through their relations with private
- 49:11private money changers.
- 49:14Okay. But what happened? And the Pope. The Pope figured
- 49:17yeah. The Belgian didn't figure on all municipal corporations. If you see Japan in all capital letters,
- 49:24it's a registered on the US Securities and Exchange Commission
- 49:29and and under the municipal corporation known as The United States.
- 49:34So a a citizen of capital Japan,
- 49:37okay, is a US citizen.
- 49:40And that's what's going on with what you were talking about before where
- 49:44everybody is presumed to be this municipal
- 49:47citizen,
- 49:48and they all have to have birth certificates and all that stuff. And that's that's right out of revelation in the Vatican. And the birth certificate is what more than likely a warehouse receipt, and all it does is reinforce
- 50:01Unknown: the presumption
- 50:02and allow them to collateralize you. And that's where we were going, Tom. Not on not on
- 50:09I
- 50:09was trying to go on a money conversation. Let me finish on that. Okay. There's two birth certificates
- 50:15Unknown: that that you can look at
- 50:17the the definitive
- 50:19proof on that for that Romley Stewart guy. He went down to the courthouse
- 50:23and got the birth date. That was when the birth was registered.
- 50:28Okay? And that's the creditor's birth certificate.
- 50:30And the one they give us is the debtor's birth certificate.
- 50:34And then we're surety
- 50:36to
- 50:38the administrator,
- 50:39which is The United States,
- 50:42okay, for that
- 50:44debtor guy, and they're holding the creditor guy.
- 50:48See, that's where and that's the thing that says decree be where
- 50:52you're presumed off at sea and you got seven years to come back or else you're just presumed dead. And then they get to they float all these bonds and all these things on that creditor side.
- 51:03Unknown: Anybody in The US
- 51:06that's watched these videos of the guy from Australia
- 51:09tried to go in and verify that there are two types of birth certificates in our country, because I've never seen that before, especially in the If you want to sit here, Roger, you've got both of them right up there on Yes, the and he's in Tom, he's in Australia.
- 51:26Unknown: Right.
- 51:27Right. And he'll tell you that the Australia he's talking about is registered on the US Securities
- 51:34and Exchange Commission as
- 51:36a
- 51:37franchisee
- 51:38of The United States.
- 51:40Unknown: Somebody
- 51:42in The US up there, like maybe Brian, if he's listening because he's all over this birth certificate issue,
- 51:49see if we've got the same two types of birth certificates
- 51:53that he shows
- 51:55evidences in the Australian situation.
- 51:58Because I
- 51:59Unknown: don't think to be that way. Well,
- 52:02Unknown: you think so, but you don't know. Well, you don't I don't think
- 52:06Unknown: I I don't think you believe there's three different constitutions
- 52:09Unknown: that are going than two of emergent corporate bylaws. Well, I know I know that there's two different ones. There's a line of demarcation,
- 52:16Unknown: Tom, but you don't think it's the feudal system, and the proof is overriding that it is. No. I don't I don't I disagree. Now I do think it's the penal system. I think this thing's been going on right from the beginning, and you're right on top of it. And I'm just trying to you know, things have been
- 52:33proven to me and made clear over, like, the last year or so that I didn't put all the fill in all the borders of the jigsaw puzzle,
- 52:42but now pretty much can prove
- 52:45and my affidavits that have gone on and proved exactly what we're talking about. Yep. See, these things that come at you and act like they're the government, both of them are two different government services corporations
- 52:57that we employed
- 52:59to perform certain limited functions,
- 53:02and they've tricked us out of it like the, okay, the maids and the butlers that took over the mansion.
- 53:09We hired the plumber to come in here and fix our pipes and do all those stuff and make sure they didn't step on anybody's rights in the middle of it. And now
- 53:16we then they created that, like you said, when they created that person of the corporation,
- 53:22and then
- 53:23they used that JEDL thing, that SESTIQEVY
- 53:27Trust Act was one of them from 1666.
- 53:30That's how it operates.
- 53:33That you presumed lost. Your mom's the informant that you've lost. You're lost. You don't have a daddy and you lost. And then
- 53:42you sit there in seven years at dues and and perform.
- 53:46Then then when you get old enough to contract, you make a confirmatory
- 53:50thing that yep. Dead forever.
- 53:52Just a person now just a thing now.
- 53:54The real guy is lost somewhere.
- 53:56Unknown: Well, know, that's an interesting question right there. If somebody's under 18, do you have to have a parent or guardian, or can you uncontract
- 54:05under 18 for this thing?
- 54:08Unknown: It depends. It depends if you're using the American law common law of the land, pre white '21,
- 54:14or the statutory
- 54:16go off and bomb people men 18 that they say that these persons
- 54:21Unknown: these kinds of persons have the capacity to contract at 18. Because, you know, they make you volunteer even if you're drafted.
- 54:31Unknown: Right. But I they I think there's even
- 54:34Unknown: they just and they keep lowering that age of consent too. Well, they're trying to lower the voting age to 16. I've heard that floated, but I know that even if you're drafted, when you get on the bus and go to wherever they
- 54:47induct you,
- 54:48they bring you all into an airport or a bus station and they put everybody against the wall and they say everybody that wants to volunteer,
- 54:56step over this line. And if you don't step over the line, they won't induct you even though you were drafted.
- 55:05Unknown: Yeah. Well, they say as they do have to get like, it's in the Silent Weapons for Quiet Horse. Their consent is our victory. Well, now it's gotten to the point of two or three generations of government schools and everything that they're able to employ the ancient Roman principle of pictio,
- 55:21where you're not even allowed to say you ain't a US citizen like you're doing to my son right now. They're making him be a US citizen
- 55:28against his will and against all these affidavits filed with the secretary and everybody else because
- 55:35they can they're able to presume he's a US citizen even though they know he's not for the purposes of obtaining jurisdiction,
- 55:43and then the defendant is not allowed to
- 55:47a ver otherwise
- 55:49or demure.
- 55:51So, you know, and and then they just check you in jail and everybody else goes, you should've done what they say, and then life goes on. Know? Yep. But the
- 55:59monkey wrench is getting thrown into the thing still. It's pretty very interesting little development involved, different sides of things.
- 56:07And,
- 56:08you know, the argument has been served and perfected and affidavit and notarized and and admitted with their own laws saying that and their own laws are the rules of evidence. Like, if you don't deny this, you admit it. And I filled out criminal complaints against them, and then the sheriffs join in with the judges, and then, yeah, that's pretty easy.
- 56:29But
- 56:30Unknown: Well, you got freeing about. You ought to stuff you ought to stuff this
- 56:35certificate of non of non citizen nationality
- 56:38under them with that statement from the State Department. All all US citizens are US citizens. It
- 56:44says it right there. You know, I
- 56:47Unknown: yeah. I have. And and I've sent I've sent registered
- 56:50letters to the secretary of state about what they're doing down here and the attorney general and the attorney general of Georgia. So, you know, I mean, these guys had been covered and notarized,
- 57:03sworn under the penalties of perjury of the laws of The United States along without The United States.
- 57:09And all his current documents that prove who he is and what he is and everything. And so, you know, like I say,
- 57:16that the best of my,
- 57:19you know, dealings
- 57:20at least here, you know, like, we're we're we're we're we're we're and
- 57:24we're I've been through every judge in the
- 57:27know you know, in the Appalachian
- 57:29judicial circuit.
- 57:31And now I'm right up at the top judge
- 57:33who was the same lady that I asked, how do you live in the corporation fifteen years ago?
- 57:39So
- 57:40and the whole thing's the whole thing's, like, wild as far as them not having to follow
- 57:46any rules of procedure.
- 57:48Like the first thing you do is you
- 57:50establish jurisdiction.
- 57:53And I had affidavits that were on file with the secretary
- 57:56And I really stumped them that day. I was in the court for three hours and the judge never said one word to me and the prosecutor didn't know what to do. That
- 58:05said
- 58:06the whole thing because
- 58:08they admitted there that they didn't have jurisdiction. All they did at the end of that day was try and transfer it to Superior Court,
- 58:15which I felt that criminal complaints and stuff when they started transferring
- 58:20because I gave them notice that this court failed to establish jurisdiction.
- 58:24They admitted they didn't have jurisdiction,
- 58:26so they didn't have any
- 58:28right to transfer it over here. Well, those guys don't listen and didn't do that.
- 58:33Unknown: They got they got every they got every reason in the world
- 58:39to defeat you. Pensions,
- 58:42paychecks,
- 58:43Unknown: everything else. Right. Well, they got the gun from the keys to the cave. Well,
- 58:47you know. Where we are,
- 58:50Unknown: where you are is where the patriot community's been the whole time I've been in it, is trying to fight this battle from the bottom up, and you're not gonna win that way. Or if you do, you're gonna be damn lucky and Well, that's not what I was doing. Real scarred. I had my yeah.
- 59:05Unknown: Well,
- 59:07Roger, what are you gonna do? I had it I had it on file at the start date at the top. That's not
- 59:13Unknown: Tom 15 year old. Tom, don't Yeah. Called in here and hijacked
- 59:18the show with all this stuff and direction
- 59:20we weren't going in, but it all comes back down. I don't think you're gonna get any satisfaction
- 59:27until you start going to the top of their court systems
- 59:30and not local trying to work your way up. Go
- 59:33up there to the DC court of claims. Well, great. Well then disagree and go do it your way. It's okay.
- 59:40Unknown: No,
- 59:41don't. I said, I don't disagree. I agree with you. I absolutely
- 59:45agree with you. So so that that is and the DC court of claims, I've already downloaded how you do all that yet. I'm
- 59:52still
- 59:53Unknown: I'm still exhausting administrative premises. How about that? Well, that's okay. I'm a you know, it's like beating your head against a wall is you you the only you it feels so damn good when you stop, and I'd like to see you get some relief for you and especially
- 1:00:08Especially
- 1:00:09especially
- 1:00:10for Josh.
- 1:00:11Well,
- 1:00:13Unknown: right. Right. Well, if they just would spit this stick over this back fish out in the mouth, I'll go swimming up to the top, swimming wherever I need to swim. But right now, the bottom is what's coming out and the top's not stopping them.
- 1:00:25Well, you have Okay. So
- 1:00:27yeah. And then so and then at at some point in time, I'll bet you there was the latest thing I just did this last week where I got a certified copy of that judge's oath of office and got a notarized contract that I accept your oath of office as a valid contract between you and me that you are gonna honor my God given create and my son's God given, and and and they canceled the next court date after I got that.
- 1:00:55Unknown: Okay. Well, maybe that's an approach. You know? I didn't mean to hijack your show. Well, that's okay. I was my hope
- 1:01:02I mean, hell, we hadn't heard from you since you went to Arizona in the bus last year. Yeah.
- 1:01:08Unknown: Yeah. That's why I was just giving you an update. A lot of different Well, hope things
- 1:01:12in development.
- 1:01:14Unknown: Was back when that was happening, I said, I hope that Tom finds something that maybe other people can find a sliver of relief coming up from the bottom up and going after these guys bonds
- 1:01:25has been around for a long time.
- 1:01:28Okay? And I hope you're successful at it, Tom. Maybe that's a grasp,
- 1:01:32a thread of hope for everybody.
- 1:01:35Unknown: Yeah. Well, well, you know, the thing is, Roger, I don't disagree with anything you're saying or suggesting.
- 1:01:41I'm just saying, what are you gonna do when they come for you?
- 1:01:44You have to do something. I have them right from the top, right from the beginning, the top, the bottom, and the middle. Right. And then and then, you know, if if they won't fight what I said back when I started your show was,
- 1:01:57you know you have tyranny
- 1:01:58when you no longer can peacefully redress your grievance. When you can't go to these public servants, there's their only job is to protect our life, liberty, and property. Okay? But they're really bar attorneys working for agents of our own principles.
- 1:02:13You know? And and they're here to exploit and
- 1:02:17and tyrannize and
- 1:02:19conquer and pianize and whatever they do. Yeah. So and and they gotta get you to consent. But
- 1:02:26Unknown: we're about three generations doing that. Most of these attorneys don't know any
- 1:02:31law hardly, they know procedure and they don't know they're working for somebody else. They may think something's wrong.
- 1:02:37They're out there trying to make a living, feed their family, and keep a damn roof over their heads.
- 1:02:44Unknown: That's right. You know, and then but I do know I do know these superior court judges
- 1:02:49by watching them over and over again. They know what they're doing as far as the
- 1:02:56dictio and
- 1:02:57presuming jurisdiction.
- 1:02:59You know, see, I had
- 1:03:01this common
- 1:03:03law qua warranto filed, okay, which is supposed to be a priority writ.
- 1:03:08And
- 1:03:09what it what it functions as is you're coming x rail for the people of the state, and you're
- 1:03:15you're making sure they did everything that was required at their office and didn't do anything that was forbidden by their office. And I had all my documents that these guys got, like the jurisdictional
- 1:03:27things, the criminal complaint things,
- 1:03:30all
- 1:03:31all of that stuff.
- 1:03:32And and,
- 1:03:34any rate, she she she,
- 1:03:37she,
- 1:03:38dismissed the case using this guy that was convicted of rape and incest and everything.
- 1:03:44And then he went to the appeals court after he got convicted of all those mala and say crimes, you know, the crimes confer jurisdiction. Right? So so and and so he goes to the appeals court and claims that he's a sovereign citizen, so no that those great laws apply to him. And she and I'm in there challenging
- 1:04:04the previous court's jurisdiction,
- 1:04:06and she's sitting up there as the judge when I have that filed case. It hasn't even gone out for service yet. And I paid for the service to to the other judges and all that. And he dismisses the case when it's not even scheduled before the court,
- 1:04:19and she's sitting up there waiting for it
- 1:04:22and gets jurisdiction over my son and says I can't talk to for him all at the same time. You know? It's like, it's beyond the point of ridiculousness
- 1:04:32that you have tyranny when you peacefully tell the truth and present affidavits
- 1:04:37and have them follow their required procedures.
- 1:04:40Unknown: I think it says somewhere till suffrage becomes insufferable.
- 1:04:45Brian Howard joined us. He heard his name out there and dialed
- 1:04:49in. Hey, Brian, you got something to weigh in on this conversation?
- 1:04:55Hey, Roger. Can you hear me okay? Hear you fine.
- 1:04:59Unknown: Hello.
- 1:05:00I hear you fine. Can
- 1:05:02you hear us? It's good to hear you guys. Okay. Yes. Can you hear me? Yes, fine.
- 1:05:07Unknown: Okay.
- 1:05:08Unknown: Hey, I was just gonna add to the conversation of always
- 1:05:13loved to hear
- 1:05:14this topic.
- 1:05:17Tom, you mentioned the gentleman out in Australia,
- 1:05:20Romley,
- 1:05:21which I'm familiar. I've watched just about everything. We shoot emails back and forth on anything that new comes out. But Yes.
- 1:05:28I would I would love to try
- 1:05:32I'll sign my name on to go
- 1:05:35do that practice because I'd like to figure out what, you know, this thing that he's discovered, which is groundbreaking.
- 1:05:42Unknown: But it's true. It's and yes? I had a question for you. Wild how he got that thing. I I I have a question for you specifically because you're intimate knowledge of this, more so than any of us really, firsthand.
- 1:05:55Do you think the verification
- 1:05:57fact sheet in The US
- 1:06:00stands as the other birth certificate?
- 1:06:06Unknown: That's a good question. It very well could be well, actually, probably I would agree with that,
- 1:06:13Roger, because what it does, that's the
- 1:06:17instrument that's used to create
- 1:06:20the
- 1:06:21debtor
- 1:06:22birth certificate,
- 1:06:23and I do, I would agree with Tom that this guy has discovered there's two different
- 1:06:31birth certificates,
- 1:06:33one specifically
- 1:06:34being
- 1:06:35the registration
- 1:06:36date, and I think this gentleman, and Tom, add to this if I'm incorrect,
- 1:06:40I think what the gentleman did was
- 1:06:42went in and applied for a new birth certificate,
- 1:06:46and the birth date was basically the registration date.
- 1:06:51And I think that's
- 1:06:54the trick, I'm not sure if
- 1:06:55Unknown: could do it. The birth certificate that he used to illustrate
- 1:07:01had the correct birth date on it and the other one was the date that they got the warehouse receipt formed, right?
- 1:07:10Unknown: I think that's correct. That's right, okay.
- 1:07:13Unknown: Then the verification
- 1:07:15fact sheet, which has the facts of the
- 1:07:18the details of the birth,
- 1:07:21that would have the correct date on it. It seems like that might be, in our country, what parallels is going on in Australia to me.
- 1:07:32Unknown: I might offer up a Please,
- 1:07:35I think
- 1:07:36I think that the manufacturer's
- 1:07:39certificate of origin, the original live birth record with the footprints,
- 1:07:43handprints, the bio testamentary evidence on it, is
- 1:07:48the first document that you're talking about, the real one.
- 1:07:51Then they create the certificate of title,
- 1:07:54the registration
- 1:07:56form which registrate or stratifies it, name the corporate regions, corporate state which are two different dates because of two different
- 1:08:04maneuvers,
- 1:08:05legal technical maneuvers,
- 1:08:07tricks.
- 1:08:08And this is where the disparity shows up. The fraud is revealed
- 1:08:13that you're being claim jumped by the corporate state through treachery and trickery. If
- 1:08:19Unknown: John's supposition
- 1:08:21is correct, and I think it is,
- 1:08:23that this birth certificate is commercial document warehouse
- 1:08:27receipt,
- 1:08:29When the warehouse receipt is formed,
- 1:08:32it takes on the body of the good.
- 1:08:35The good only exists in a shadowy existence,
- 1:08:40and the good then becomes
- 1:08:42the warehouse receipt.
- 1:08:44That's when the property
- 1:08:46they already have you as property because the mother and father don't sign the verification fact sheet. Right, Brian?
- 1:08:56Unknown: They don't now, and I have proof that both of my daughters, that was basically slipped through, and we don't we I have the the actual physical form, and we didn't sign it. Right. Okay. They may do it in other they may do it in other states or in other instances, but I I have evidence that they don't. I bet you they don't do it anywhere, and there's no reason for them to do it because mother was considered property.
- 1:09:21Unknown: She'd been under the presumption all of her life, so had dad,
- 1:09:25even for his momentary
- 1:09:27involvement.
- 1:09:27When the child was born,
- 1:09:30the verification
- 1:09:31fact sheet would represent
- 1:09:33you being property because the parents do not sign it.
- 1:09:38And
- 1:09:39that seems like it would be in our country this original
- 1:09:44birth certificate that the Australian guy is talking about, and the other one is the commercial birth certificate,
- 1:09:51which it appears is a warehouse receipt.
- 1:09:54And from then on,
- 1:09:56you, even though you live, breathe, eat, work, and pay your taxes,
- 1:10:00take on a shadowy existence and they control you. And we see it in the way they do it.
- 1:10:08Unknown: Hey
- 1:10:09Tom or anybody, can anybody add in that's studied this Ronn Meat guy? Because I think there's two
- 1:10:17there's two points that I picked up on that it's not only the
- 1:10:22it's not the born on date, it's the actual registration
- 1:10:25date that's being
- 1:10:27declared as
- 1:10:29the
- 1:10:30main date to
- 1:10:32create the creditor
- 1:10:35birth certificate, which he supposedly has. He used the registration
- 1:10:39date and not the born on date.
- 1:10:42And he also used a variation of basically his
- 1:10:46surname,
- 1:10:47basically the first and the middle name, I believe,
- 1:10:50and because I think the surname something has something to do with it as well, and that may very well go back to this Justinian
- 1:10:57thing, the Roman Emperor, where they created this to push the you know, to create to continue the Roman
- 1:11:04bond market, basically.
- 1:11:06Unknown: Yeah. Well, if if you if you look at that, I recommend everybody watch that video. He's got he's got the two sitting there. Okay? And it is the date of registration.
- 1:11:16And then, you know, the guy's name is Romley Stewart.
- 1:11:20Well, his his his last
- 1:11:23name is Stover.
- 1:11:25And on that one that's the date of registration,
- 1:11:29it's it's it's listed as full name
- 1:11:33Romney Stewart. And that's what that's what he did to get the thing. Okay? And then surname
- 1:11:38Stover
- 1:11:39is in a different section on that thing. So that's his common law name. His Christian name is Romley Stewart
- 1:11:46of the Schramm or the or the or the
- 1:11:51Stover
- 1:11:52surname,
- 1:11:52which is just your family name. I've got you. So, anyway and then how he got that was he went down to the the clerk of the court, the the magistrate court
- 1:12:03and
- 1:12:05listed
- 1:12:06that as his full name.
- 1:12:09And when they're asking for his date of birth, he gave them
- 1:12:13the
- 1:12:14date of registration,
- 1:12:16and then he gave them their address to send it back to and told them to call him when that certificate came in. And they called him, and then when he went in there,
- 1:12:27he
- 1:12:28he was he got it addressed to the court, so he made them open it
- 1:12:32too because there's another there's, you know, there's a whole lot of ways these attorneys do stuff. But but, anyway, he's
- 1:12:39got
- 1:12:40you know, he sort of confirmed.
- 1:12:42Now he's got the creditor side,
- 1:12:44not the debtor side
- 1:12:46that that he's the holder of.
- 1:12:49You know? So
- 1:12:51that's, you know, to
- 1:12:53me and and and then the other thing I learned from him is that
- 1:12:59the thing that's called The United States, which is really the District of Columbia,
- 1:13:04that
- 1:13:05is the Vatican
- 1:13:07corporate municipal
- 1:13:09corporation
- 1:13:10and even Queensland, like Queensland, Australia in all capital letters is
- 1:13:16listed on the US Securities and Exchange Commission as a municipal corporation.
- 1:13:22That's and that's who's coming after Joshua.
- 1:13:24And who's coming after Joshua is the
- 1:13:27city of Allegheny, in all capital letters,
- 1:13:30and the
- 1:13:32county of Gilmer, and the state of Georgia, in all capital letters. It's that municipal corporation that's coming after him.
- 1:13:39It's not, you know, because there is the territorial
- 1:13:43state of Georgia in upper and lower case.
- 1:13:46So but anyway,
- 1:13:48it's very interesting. I would recommend everybody just watch it because he sits there with both of them and tells you how he got the thing and what it you know, and then,
- 1:13:56like I said, I discovered from him is all these municipal corporate governments like Japan,
- 1:14:03like England, they're all on the US Securities Exchange Commission
- 1:14:08in Washington DC
- 1:14:10as municipal corporate
- 1:14:12government corporations.
- 1:14:15And
- 1:14:17they go under the guise of that they're performing government services for us in the commercial sense. Okay? And that we're sure to anything they do. Go bomb, do anything, and they do it through these presumed
- 1:14:31trust situations
- 1:14:32with the person too.
- 1:14:35I think that I think the big key of what's going on is is is the pope running the place like he always has
- 1:14:42through municipal corporations?
- 1:14:44He he was the vicar of Christ in the Justinian era where he owned all the the world and everybody and everything in it, and he's the vicar of Christ. And then he put the
- 1:14:56king, which is his appointed
- 1:14:58position
- 1:14:59over there in England,
- 1:15:01as the father of all the city in London, the father of all corporations.
- 1:15:07So the question is, how many corporations are there on earth? The answer is really one.
- 1:15:12And everybody else is a real franchisee
- 1:15:15of that thing. And I think that if you watch that, yeah. If we're the only country on earth, See, that's why they call it the new world when we came over here. Because we wanted to get away from the pope and the king oppressing everybody. So because they printed the Gutenberg Bible, everybody figured out those guys, they ain't our daddy anymore, and we're gonna go over here where we can set up no king but Jesus. You know? And they sent the bar attorneys over here to infiltrate us and set up all these little corporate deals, and we tried to throw them out with the original thirteenth amendment.
- 1:15:48And
- 1:15:49they started the war of eighteen twelve where they went and burnt down all the courthouses.
- 1:15:53So and and that original thirteenth amendment is still on the original constitution that ended it, the thirteenth amendment.
- 1:16:00Well said. Well said. But but but they put it in the closet, and then they got these little government corporations acting like they owe the government, and the dog is, like, taking over the master.
- 1:16:12Unknown: And Persephone
- 1:16:13their business.
- 1:16:15And Persephone
- 1:16:17sits atop
- 1:16:18the US capital.
- 1:16:20Unknown: Well,
- 1:16:21it's nothing new under the sun, boys. I think you've always you you and you guys have always been right about the feudal thing and that that's just how it works. And, you know, if you have the world according to Garth, well, that's the world according to Tom.
- 1:16:34Unknown: Well, the world according to the Vatican and Persephone and the legend is that she controls and owns everything she oversees.
- 1:16:44Unknown: That's it. That's it. And then and then we were the only place on Earth where we actually fled from them to the new world because
- 1:16:53they the Justinian thing was over the known. They made the mistake of using an adjective in there that he was the vicar of Christ for every in the known world. Well, this was the unknown world. It it became the new world.
- 1:17:07And then we were trying to make sure this didn't happen over here, and they sent their little vermin scoundrel bar attorneys that's still our agents, a foreign principal.
- 1:17:16So when you go into their place
- 1:17:18and say, you know, they don't you're you're to be suppressed any way you can even if by force because we don't work for you. We were we're trying to exploit you and pillage you and use you to go conquer the rest of the world.
- 1:17:33Unknown: The good news is most people can get out of this fairly easily. Okay,
- 1:17:38it's just like with Chris trying to get his passport
- 1:17:41and Thomas Maddox out in Texas with what happened with him and Tom's background dealing with these people and a couple of isolated cases, because I really truly believe you guys are pretty isolated,
- 1:17:54unique cases, all right. For
- 1:17:57most people, especially if you've got a clean slate,
- 1:18:01getting out of this shooting match is pretty easy. The hard part is learning, you're have to study and learn some information, you're going to have to learn to use your brain again in some instances,
- 1:18:12You're gonna have to become empowered and get some guts.
- 1:18:15That's what it takes. That's what you're gonna sacrifice.
- 1:18:18I go back to the old statement,
- 1:18:20freedom ain't free.
- 1:18:25K.
- 1:18:26Unknown: Roger?
- 1:18:27Unknown: Shane.
- 1:18:29Unknown: Yes.
- 1:18:30My slate is not clean. I still owe money.
- 1:18:34Unknown: Well, that's not what I'm talking that's not what I'm talking about with a clean slate. I'm talking about you don't bring all this baggage like Chris did, where they want you so bad they for get forged documents and put people in there to go stick you in the funny farm for ninety damn days.
- 1:18:51Owing money, owing money, owing money. The only thing that owing money would hurt,
- 1:18:57Shane, that I know of,
- 1:19:00is if you owe it in child support,
- 1:19:04you can't get a passport.
- 1:19:06If you owe it in taxes over $50,000
- 1:19:09in collections, in collections,
- 1:19:12they won't issue you a passport and if you've got somebody hit your mute please
- 1:19:17there's some real bad noise and they hiss some stuff in the background. Thank you, Brian.
- 1:19:23If you owe over $50,000
- 1:19:25in collections to the IRS,
- 1:19:28they won't
- 1:19:29issue you one, and if you've got one, they revoked, I think I saw an article,
- 1:19:35they revoked 380,000
- 1:19:37passports last year
- 1:19:39because of taxes on the tax issue.
- 1:19:42And if you've got a mortgage on your home, Shane, you can't get it off the property rolls.
- 1:19:48Those are about the only three adversarial
- 1:19:50things I know of, of you owing money that would have any impact on people going through this.
- 1:19:57Unknown: Well, I'm fortunate,
- 1:19:59I'm very fortunate.
- 1:20:00Unknown: Well listen, all of us are fortunate that are keyed into this information and these concepts
- 1:20:05because you got a handle on some sanity. Think of the poor people out there that don't understand this stuff, that are having all of these things happen in their lives and seeing the world go cattywampus,
- 1:20:17and they don't have any idea why.
- 1:20:20And consequently
- 1:20:21they cannot make an accurate decision as to the future.
- 1:20:27Now you think about that:
- 1:20:29what this information and all the study and everything we do is to put us in a position to make better positions for the future,
- 1:20:38and that's where the rubber meets the road on us coming out of this damn cloud of mess and bunch of crap,
- 1:20:45and some of the other people, as much as I hate it for them, they are gonna go through it. Whatever it is, they're they're destined to go through it and we're destined to get our butts out of it. So we better be real grateful.
- 1:20:58Unknown: Yeah. Well, when you when you see danger,
- 1:21:02a wise man a wise man flees.
- 1:21:06And
- 1:21:08so
- 1:21:11that was
- 1:21:12a pretty amazing dissertation there.
- 1:21:15Covered a lot of ground and
- 1:21:19well said.
- 1:21:22If you go back to
- 1:21:24something that was
- 1:21:27identified
- 1:21:28in about 1966
- 1:21:31Roger, you were living here in 1966,
- 1:21:33Unknown: weren't you? I was living I was graduating from high school in Anchorage, Alaska in 1966
- 1:21:39and headed to I
- 1:21:42Unknown: was I was about I was about 10 years old then.
- 1:21:46And
- 1:21:48I noticed that my stepfather was really grouchy about a lot of things that were happening in the community. I actually remember that now and his complaining.
- 1:21:58And he was complaining about taxes
- 1:22:00and he was complaining about the cops.
- 1:22:03And
- 1:22:06my grandfather was involved in that conversation
- 1:22:09and
- 1:22:10and,
- 1:22:12you know,
- 1:22:13I I kind of vaguely remember there being a bunch of conversation.
- 1:22:19And
- 1:22:21it occurs to me now all these years later, fifty years later,
- 1:22:26that
- 1:22:27this was the time when all these little towns like
- 1:22:32Lacona,
- 1:22:33Iowa and Milo and Liberty Center were all Liberty Center had 50 people in it. It became incorporated.
- 1:22:43An incorporated municipality.
- 1:22:45Whereas before, it wasn't.
- 1:22:47And this big thing of incorporation
- 1:22:50was taking overwhelming
- 1:22:52the municipal incorporation
- 1:22:54was consolidating
- 1:22:56all the way through
- 1:22:58The United States,
- 1:23:00all the states,
- 1:23:02and all this municipal juggernaut
- 1:23:04was
- 1:23:06Unknown: cinching down and and locking everything down. Do you do you have any recall of any of that? No. No. I don't because I wasn't in a in one spot, you know, because dad was in the service and we moved and and,
- 1:23:19you know, I wasn't conscious of those kind of things, but I did want to ask you, and because see this is when a lot of things happened in that time frame in the 60s. It's about ten years since they shut the trapdoor,
- 1:23:31they had the tax system in place, and they started all the social upheaval and stuff with the British music invasion, came right out of Tavistock Institute,
- 1:23:41all those, the pill, all those things happening right there, and it seems like that would be a proper time for them to tie up the loose ends at the grassroots level. So when an
- 1:23:53unincorporated
- 1:23:55town
- 1:23:56incorporates
- 1:23:57and becomes a municipality,
- 1:24:00obviously
- 1:24:01that qualifies
- 1:24:02them for goodies.
- 1:24:04Unknown: Right.
- 1:24:05And in the form of law.
- 1:24:08So so the what I remember is that my my my stepfather was talking about
- 1:24:15the difference between I actually recall this conversation.
- 1:24:18He he
- 1:24:20he said, when did when did these when did these guys become cops and not peace officers? Yep. K.
- 1:24:27And and I I recall that.
- 1:24:30And
- 1:24:31I I actually remember
- 1:24:33I actually remember a guy who was in the little town of Milo was a was a peace officer. And then when I was like 16, 17 and driving a car, he wasn't a peace officer anymore. He was a cop. He was a policeman.
- 1:24:47And, you know, I never really put that together. Now here's here's where it kind of gets a little more interesting
- 1:24:53is that
- 1:24:55to go back what Tom was saying in some regards is in 1966,
- 1:25:01Australia,
- 1:25:03the land down under, the Australia
- 1:25:05was
- 1:25:06signed up under the Unidroid Treaty
- 1:25:11of
- 1:25:12private law.
- 1:25:14And it also happens to coincide with
- 1:25:17the
- 1:25:20changes in
- 1:25:22law and
- 1:25:24birth certificates
- 1:25:26at that same time.
- 1:25:29And
- 1:25:29when you go back and follow the paper trail on it,
- 1:25:33that's when
- 1:25:35from 1966
- 1:25:36going forward is the period where
- 1:25:40when you follow the paperwork it ends up
- 1:25:43in
- 1:25:46Maryland at the United States Security and Exchange Commission
- 1:25:50as Australia being a registered
- 1:25:53corporation of The United States.
- 1:25:59Unknown: Got quite a They got quite a deal going, don't they? Yeah.
- 1:26:04Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, they really do. I I mean,
- 1:26:09I mean,
- 1:26:10I mean, really, it's you kinda I mean, there's a lot came out in this this show today. It's amazing. And you just kind of have to stand back and take a deep breath and go okay.
- 1:26:23So it sort of goes comes full circle
- 1:26:27and to coming back and talking about
- 1:26:30you know what is a government and what
- 1:26:34kind did you think you had
- 1:26:36and now what kind
- 1:26:38are we realizing through factual evidence
- 1:26:43that can be substantiated and produced
- 1:26:47is to the form of the actual government. So it's not what it's said to be, it is what it is. And what we're finding what it is, isn't what it's said to be or what it's perceived to be.
- 1:26:57And
- 1:26:59people's reality is based upon their perceptions,
- 1:27:02I will say this again,
- 1:27:03you're gonna have to change your perceptions to move forward on this. Yep.
- 1:27:08Whoever you are.
- 1:27:10If your if your perception if your perception is not allowing you to move forward,
- 1:27:16you are gonna have to take the personal responsibility
- 1:27:19individually by yourself in your own in your own time, in your own way
- 1:27:23to recognize that you don't
- 1:27:25have it figured out,
- 1:27:28and you're gonna have to change your own perception, and that isn't somebody something that anybody else can do for you. You can't learn
- 1:27:34if you already know it all. Gonna say this to an
- 1:27:38Unknown: old aviator.
- 1:27:41The mind is like a parachute,
- 1:27:44it only works when it's open.
- 1:27:47Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:27:49And I never
- 1:27:50wore a parachute, so
- 1:27:54that would have been a that that probably would have been a bad that probably would have been a bad sign when the when the passengers get on board the
- 1:28:01the MD 80 and they see the they see the captain walk on board with a parachute and he he kinda looks back down that aisle and all them faces looking at him and he kinda winks. Winks.
- 1:28:11Waves. Yeah.
- 1:28:15Unknown: Hey. It's yeah. You know, I mean,
- 1:28:18Unknown: you know, you gotta but, you know, really, it's it's it's really kind of a a big deal. You know? It's our perceptions that have us tied up in knots
- 1:28:28most of the time.
- 1:28:32As new evidence comes forward and a lot of things that Brian has found and
- 1:28:37it's
- 1:28:38just almost inconceivable
- 1:28:40as complicated as this is that that any one man or even
- 1:28:45numbers of men could could sort it all out.
- 1:28:48And
- 1:28:51we just we just keep finding
- 1:28:53more and new and and deeper
- 1:28:57evidence,
- 1:28:59and
- 1:29:00it really does seem to be come together a lot with what Brian has discovered
- 1:29:04in his
- 1:29:06dogged and honey badger attitude of take no prisoners.
- 1:29:10Hoorah.
- 1:29:11And
- 1:29:14so
- 1:29:16it,
- 1:29:18you know, and then sometimes, you know, we we just have to find we we go down different areas. I mean, I I I'm always experimenting with things in my work and business and I don't know if sometimes it's always gonna work but I'll try
- 1:29:33and sometimes I go down those and sometimes it pays off.
- 1:29:38Unknown: And some of the best
- 1:29:40Unknown: I'm
- 1:29:41gonna say this.
- 1:29:43Unknown: Of the best things that you learn are from your mistakes.
- 1:29:47Unknown: Oh, yeah. Well, I mean, that's that's all about learning to fly an airplane. You learn to fly an airplane by mistakes and that's during the learning process.
- 1:29:55And I used to look at my students and I would say, well, you're gonna make a lot of mistakes so let's get them out of the way.
- 1:30:01Don't be afraid to make a mistake. You cannot be afraid to make a mistake. If you're afraid to make a mistake, you know what you'll do?
- 1:30:08Nothing.
- 1:30:09You won't do nothing. And we got a bunch of people, we got a whole bunch of people
- 1:30:15in this
- 1:30:16this area of operation
- 1:30:18that are afraid,
- 1:30:19desperately afraid to make a mistake, and they do
- 1:30:22exactly that. Nothing.
- 1:30:26And so you have all kinds of different people
- 1:30:30present here, present and accounted for here that are
- 1:30:34actually
- 1:30:35making mistakes and doing the right things
- 1:30:38and and doggedly
- 1:30:40founding it and sharing it with with others.
- 1:30:43And and, you know, I'm gonna tell you right now, that's an act of love
- 1:30:48to do that. And I think other people should take advantage of that and,
- 1:30:54you know, other people's experience. You know, I used to study a lot of airplane crashes, and and I didn't study airplane crashes so I could learn how to crash airplanes.
- 1:31:02You
- 1:31:04know, I I
- 1:31:05I I don't have to go crash airplanes in order to learn not how to do it. And we have a lot of experience, and there's a lot of experience out there, and people need to avail themselves to it
- 1:31:16so that,
- 1:31:17you know they
- 1:31:18can learn through that experience and use wisdom and apply it. I just want to go back to Tommy
- 1:31:24brought up something which was kind of where I was going in the very beginning with this which was this.
- 1:31:29What kind of government do you think your perspective is, is the kind of government that you thought you had was
- 1:31:37an indentured trust, an indentured prevalent trust. Okay. And
- 1:31:43so what this has been turned into
- 1:31:46is
- 1:31:50Unknown: a corporation.
- 1:31:52And
- 1:31:54Unknown: so you have
- 1:31:56your choices. You have an indentured public trust or you can have a corporation.
- 1:32:01And it goes back to one of the very first questions that I was ever it ever hit me right side of the head about four years ago on this very show.
- 1:32:10And I kept listening to this Roger and I kept listening and I kept listening and it finally got through my head that there was a question there. And here was the question:
- 1:32:19Can a for profit private corporation be a legitimate public government?
- 1:32:24I have asked so many people that question. I came up with that question four years ago.
- 1:32:30That's a great one. I've actually had people tell me,
- 1:32:34yes, it can be. And I guess if you can, with full knowledge, with full knowledge and you consent to it, guess it can be.
- 1:32:42The question there is, is if you didn't, Yes. The key.
- 1:32:47Unknown: Hey. Can I add one thing here? That's why, Darryl, that's why hold on, Tom, for a second. That's why this thing is structured like they are, like it is, and they got those questions on anything that you have to do that you have to sign. Are you a citizen of The United States? Are you a resident?
- 1:33:05Because now when you do that, whether you know it or not,
- 1:33:09you're giving them your consent
- 1:33:11and now they've got the consent of the governed,
- 1:33:15which is one of the main principles
- 1:33:17of either one of those two types of government, Daryl.
- 1:33:20Unknown: Go ahead, Tom. Yeah. Yeah. They had they had the consent consent of the mind controlled.
- 1:33:25Unknown: Yep. Well, that
- 1:33:28it's just yeah. Well well, what Daryl's referring to of what government you thought you had,
- 1:33:34mine, okay, or what I believe is a foundation of our government that makes it unique to all other governments of the world is that there is nothing between a man and God. Correct. Okay? Where all other governments of the world, there.
- 1:33:52Unknown: There's only been two countries in the history of the planet
- 1:33:56that have had those attributes.
- 1:33:58And the two hundred years at the first of Rome and the two hundred years at the first of The United States Of America, give or take a few. Exactly. And and
- 1:34:08Unknown: and that's what makes us unique to the world.
- 1:34:11And then but the the enemy, the father of all lies,
- 1:34:16and the one that wants to make be your daddy and your god. Okay? He took
- 1:34:21one among those
- 1:34:23creator endowed rights is the right to contract.
- 1:34:27Okay? Can you and sometimes you can contract your rights away, like when you go to work for a McDonald's. They say you gotta wear a McDonald's hat when you're there and we're paying you. Okay? Well,
- 1:34:38now they create this presumption
- 1:34:41of law, which is that presumption of consent.
- 1:34:44They have to you they not don't necessarily
- 1:34:47have to have your consent.
- 1:34:50They have to create the presumption
- 1:34:52of your consent and then have you not rebutted.
- 1:34:56That's
- 1:34:57exactly what they're doing. And then that equals your consent.
- 1:35:04Anyway, the thing is
- 1:35:07if you are really a true American,
- 1:35:11you will not consent and you'll realize and
- 1:35:14also just a child of God that says 'let no man deceive you by any means' because
- 1:35:19I don't think ignorance is excused in
- 1:35:22either system of law,
- 1:35:24God's law or man's law.
- 1:35:28Look at all the people in
- 1:35:31Nazi Germany are facing just what we're facing right now and they raped and pillaged everybody after they got their using them up.
- 1:35:40Unknown: Well, I'm not I'm
- 1:35:44not sure. I totally agree with that, but that's not a subject for today.
- 1:35:48But Robert, our good listener, has joined us, he usually has a great comment or a question or some kind of insight.
- 1:35:55And Roberto in Reno, how you doing, man?
- 1:36:00Unknown: I'm doing. Thanks for taking my call. Appreciate it. And a very good show. Definitely invigorating.
- 1:36:06Makes you
- 1:36:07think.
- 1:36:09So I wanna step back to the conversation on the show about the ship. Robert, you know the old slogan that I coined years ago?
- 1:36:17Unknown: You can lead a horse you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him think.
- 1:36:27Unknown: Roger that, Roger.
- 1:36:30But at any rate
- 1:36:32so that that statement you read earlier, Roger, from that travel.whatever
- 1:36:37Yeah. All US citizens are US nationals.
- 1:36:41I wanna make sure I've got that straight, my thick skull. Is that their tacit admission that we are
- 1:36:48citizens
- 1:36:50oh how do I wanna put it? That we are
- 1:36:52Unknown: national citizens and that's never changed, it's just been covered up, if you will? What they're doing is making a tacit statement that that we're in the biggest action of fraud
- 1:37:03that's ever been perpetrated
- 1:37:05on the planet in its history.
- 1:37:09And they're coming right out and telling you. But understand,
- 1:37:13Robert, that the reason they put it in there
- 1:37:16was to differentiate
- 1:37:18it where they'd hidden the old rights anyway.
- 1:37:23They put that in that statement so they can say, well here's one, all
- 1:37:28US citizens are nationals,
- 1:37:30but what they go on to say, and not this succinctly,
- 1:37:34is not all US nationals are citizens.
- 1:37:40The distinction being the people in Samoa? Yeah, because if they go get a passport down there in American Samoa,
- 1:37:46there's a stamp in it that says this person's not a citizen in The United States
- 1:37:51And that's what they're differentiating
- 1:37:53in that document,
- 1:37:55but they had to lay out the opposite
- 1:37:58fact and that statement is the clearest statement from any
- 1:38:04organization
- 1:38:05with the authority
- 1:38:07that I've ever seen in all the years I've been doing this from the federal government.
- 1:38:12Put it in the passport. See, they put it in the passport application, but they don't put it that bluntly.
- 1:38:18They hide it. They say, what were your parents? Were your parents citizens of The United States? Well all that's doing is setting up the presumption because the system's there. They're asking you, were your parents in voluntary servitude?
- 1:38:30You, and they don't ask you if you are,
- 1:38:33the presumption's
- 1:38:35there and they tell you you don't have to be in coded language.
- 1:38:41They don't put it in the pass what do you think would happen if they put in the passport application at the top? All US citizens are US nationals.
- 1:38:51Unknown: Roger.
- 1:38:52Unknown: Yes, Chris.
- 1:38:53Unknown: Good
- 1:38:54question. Here's that citation
- 1:38:56I was offering earlier that's right on point report. Shane?
- 1:39:02Unknown: Chris, let's make sure Shane's back in from smoking a cigarette and has got a paper and pencil. Oh, yeah. He's the one that wanted this. Go ahead.
- 1:39:11Unknown: Yes. Thank you. Okay.
- 1:39:14Unknown: Here from the Legal Information Institute is title eight
- 1:39:18of The United States code
- 1:39:20section
- 1:39:22one
- 1:39:23four
- 1:39:24five
- 1:39:24two
- 1:39:25fourteen fifty two
- 1:39:28certificate of citizenship
- 1:39:30or US non citizen national status
- 1:39:34procedure.
- 1:39:37Now this is from the legal information
- 1:39:40institute.
- 1:39:41It says in segment b down here,
- 1:39:45fourteen fifty two b,
- 1:39:47application
- 1:39:48to the secretary
- 1:39:49of state for certificate of noncitizen
- 1:39:52national status,
- 1:39:54proof
- 1:39:55oath of allegiance.
- 1:39:57A person who claims to be a national
- 1:40:00but not a citizen of The United States
- 1:40:03may apply
- 1:40:04to the secretary of state for a certificate of noncitizen
- 1:40:09national status upon,
- 1:40:11and it has a couple of subsections to go down.
- 1:40:15And on the travelstate.gov
- 1:40:17that Roger was speaking of,
- 1:40:19on that home page, you find US citizenship
- 1:40:23laws and policies.
- 1:40:26Click on that one, and then the drop down is certificates
- 1:40:29of noncitizen
- 1:40:31nationalities.
- 1:40:32Now And it says that
- 1:40:35Unknown: go ahead. I was gonna say at the bottom of the document we're discussing,
- 1:40:40it tells you that if you want one of these, go apply for a passport and it's in the passport where they've got it hidden.
- 1:40:50Unknown: Yeah. That's
- 1:40:52exactly right.
- 1:40:54Unknown: Well, they issue that supposedly instead of a cert, but that's very tantamount to the one that we talked to you about in Samoa where it says that they're not a US citizen. Right. It would apply to both, see? But they don't tell you, they lead you to believe that that's what this American Samoan should do, and they don't tell you that's what the statement is, it's a gigantic statement of fraud because they're telling you right there, Robert, just what I reached from a totally different angle of logic,
- 1:41:22all right, was that everybody qualifies for this and that's why people that are black, Robert,
- 1:41:29get through and that's why we've had naturalized people get through. We're about to have another one with Michael out there in California, your buddy Shane,
- 1:41:38and I guarantee you he'll get it, okay, even though he's born in England,
- 1:41:42he was naturalized.
- 1:41:44What does the fourteenth amendment say? All persons
- 1:41:47born Now, are
- 1:41:51and I was thinking about this last night, remember me saying that we've noticed that they always put the hooks at the front,
- 1:41:58whatever the in
- 1:42:00the front of the regulations, on the first page is the jurisdictional
- 1:42:03statement, right there, you know, all this stuff is put at the front and then they follow it with all this garbage that everybody's going to read through, And right there in the fourteenth amendment, all persons born or naturalized, in the first four words
- 1:42:17is where they bring in the feudal system.
- 1:42:21Unknown: Yep.
- 1:42:26Unknown: Then once they've got the nose of birth under the under the tent, the camel's nose under the tent, the whole damn camel's in there now. Yeah, Bob.
- 1:42:36Unknown: You know, that finally makes sense to me. All this time I've been looking at that
- 1:42:41question
- 1:42:42on the application
- 1:42:44about your parents' nationality or citizenship
- 1:42:48as being
- 1:42:52a bad thing in terms of if you don't specify that they're nationals, you know, it somehow
- 1:42:57is a problem. But, yeah, now I get it. All they're doing is is making sure that the presumption
- 1:43:03is even deeper. Correct. Because, hey, your parents wouldn't. Correct. And I'd never put that together concretely
- 1:43:09Unknown: in a single thought. And now it's about to make sense. It doesn't matter whether they were or whether they weren't. Yeah. And see, your parents can volunteer out or the veneer. Your parents can volunteer out at their own volition, at their own decision. But you're the one that's applying for the passport,
- 1:43:27and that's where they're gonna get your take on it. So they hide the fact that you can volunteer out, and they did a damn good job of hiding it, I gotta say.
- 1:43:38Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. Like said, that's one of those little conundrums that always puzzled me. It's like, why why is that question even in there? But now I get it. It sets it up. Yep. Sets everything up.
- 1:43:50Reinforces the presumption.
- 1:43:52Presumption's already there, they're just trying to and it worked. I mean, good grief, I understand this, I thought,
- 1:43:58Unknown: and it finally just made sense. Well, that's why I say, Bob, to everybody that this is a process.
- 1:44:03I mean,
- 1:44:04I've been in it real deep for many years and I never put that together about the long arm statute and corporate personhood
- 1:44:11making corporations fall under the jurisdiction of the fourteenth amendment because they were planning on controlling the world through corporations.
- 1:44:22Unknown: And look what they
- 1:44:24Unknown: Yep. And you see the Well, that's the only way that corporations
- 1:44:29Go ahead, Daryl. That that's that's the only way that a corporation can be a person. Correct. Correct.
- 1:44:35Unknown: That's correct. And so now on the end game of this, what, for all of this bad, Trump did go in and dismantle all those trade treaties, and the trade treaties were the last nail in the coffin because that's where the corporations
- 1:44:51in their scheme,
- 1:44:53the corporations are the new manners,
- 1:44:56they're the feuds,
- 1:44:57okay, and they control the world through these trade interlocking agreements
- 1:45:02and when that would have gotten put into place,
- 1:45:05it would have usurped all the country's sovereignties
- 1:45:08and their sovereignty would be beholding
- 1:45:11to a board of directors that's appointed
- 1:45:14with no avenue of appeal.
- 1:45:17Unknown: That's the lock and key. So this this would be a
- 1:45:21yeah.
- 1:45:22Unknown: This is this is where I'd like to add the Tennessee Ernie Ford song of I owe my soul to the company store. You got it.
- 1:45:31Unknown: And
- 1:45:32and Tom, you still with us, Tom? Tom,
- 1:45:36you still with us?
- 1:45:39He's fumbling with his mute button problem. I
- 1:45:43just had to get my mute button. Well, and Tom knows very well because we both live very close to this place,
- 1:45:49that just south of where Joshua
- 1:45:51was born when we were all living up there is in a little town in Georgia called Tate, Georgia,
- 1:45:58T A T E,
- 1:46:00and that was a company store of Mr. Tate
- 1:46:04and he owned the
- 1:46:07granite quarries up there where they quarry
- 1:46:10all that marble.
- 1:46:12And if you don't know it, the only anytime you see pink marble,
- 1:46:17the only place in the world it comes from is from Tate, Georgia.
- 1:46:23Unknown: Yep. Tate like the man who might not bewitched.
- 1:46:26Do do you Well, like, actually, that whole area right there is
- 1:46:30Yeah. Yeah. It's it's it's like the marble capital of Georgia, you know, that they grind it all up for carpet mills and they make gravestones and everything out of that. Yep. Yep. There's a huge huge because they have white marble too. Yes. White and pink.
- 1:46:44Unknown: Tom, I have to Tom, I have to give up the phone call. I haven't heard your voice for six months, man. I'm glad to hear you're still alive. We must have time. Well, good to hear you too, Bob.
- 1:46:55Unknown: Glad to hear you guys too.
- 1:46:57Been up and down and through it in lots of different ways. Business and personal,
- 1:47:01but doing good. Doing real good.
- 1:47:04Unknown: Good to hear.
- 1:47:05Unknown: Yeah. Tom, nice to hear. It's all a very interesting world. It is, and and we ought to be thanking our lucky stars that we got a little bit understanding on how it operates and maybe can make some correct decisions.
- 1:47:18Of course, Brent will be with us tomorrow,
- 1:47:21I hope, if we don't have any internet problems,
- 1:47:26I'm anxious to hear what he's got to say. I hated missing last Friday because it was such an important day
- 1:47:32in one year when Easter,
- 1:47:35Good Friday, and Patriots Day fall on the same day.
- 1:47:40Okay, and that was kind of That's
- 1:47:43Unknown: a good point. Yeah, kind
- 1:47:45Unknown: of upset me that we didn't get to have a show that day because it was really fertile ground for really important topics of discussion,
- 1:47:53both of them. Was it was it it wasn't April 19 too, wasn't it? Yes. That's what I'm saying. It was April 19. Yeah.
- 1:48:01Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:48:02That's
- 1:48:04all the stars come together.
- 1:48:07Unknown: April 15, I was reading an article just over the last couple of days that April 15 has got a big significance.
- 1:48:14A whole bunch of stuff has happened on April 15 too. The Titanic
- 1:48:18sinking and all kinds of stuff, it's pretty interesting.
- 1:48:21That date's got some significance to them.
- 1:48:26I believe they said in this video I was watching.
- 1:48:29April 15 has got some significance to them and I think I read something years and years ago, but I've forgotten it. If anybody stumbles on that,
- 1:48:38that'd be a real interesting piece of information for us to discuss.
- 1:48:47Unknown: Now I may the have research at that said that.
- 1:48:50Unknown: I don't listen to any other shows or anything. I know a lot of you guys do,
- 1:48:55but
- 1:48:57it's amazing and apparent to me that the subject to taxation
- 1:49:02virtually didn't come up this year.
- 1:49:06You know, used to it was a
- 1:49:09lot of discussion on that time of the year on that topic, and it just doesn't seem to be being discussed hardly anymore,
- 1:49:16whether other things have eclipsed the taxation issue,
- 1:49:20or nobody's making enough money and they're all getting money back, or whatever is going on, but there's definitely a lack of discussion on that, what used to be a very important topic at that time of year.
- 1:49:33Maybe it's just because all of our guys aren't paying taxes anymore
- 1:49:37that we don't discuss it. I
- 1:49:41Unknown: think I think that one's really that one's really the most voluntary one of all. It is. It really is. It is. Once you once you overcome the fear of it, it's the most voluntary one of all day. I haven't got one breath out of those guys in twenty five years. Tom, when was when did you stop you used to have to go by and pay them a $100 a month. When did you stop doing that?
- 1:50:01Yeah. I I stopped that after several months of it. I mean, you know, when I declared all my independence from them, I just did I just quit, you know, Like
- 1:50:11but and and like I said, I've never gotten one letter or phone call or anything from them guys in twenty five years. Let me let And then I didn't know. I've everybody
- 1:50:21else. But like you say, Roger, you leave with a clean slate and just quit volunteering.
- 1:50:26You know, that
- 1:50:28that's the easiest one of all to
- 1:50:31to, you know, keep the most voluntary one of all. The the ideal candidate.
- 1:50:38Unknown: Let me pose this, this is good for discussion because this is something I toyed with in my mind, I got Tom on here and people that understand this process.
- 1:50:46Let's say that you do have baggage
- 1:50:48and that you do come to the table with some whatever figure that yow these
- 1:50:53thieves, okay?
- 1:50:55So Tom, you know the process fairly intimately.
- 1:50:58When you go in to negotiate with them, don't they make you sign something that says you'll file for five years?
- 1:51:07Unknown: Well, what they ended up doing with me
- 1:51:09was that they
- 1:51:11sent a notice of levy on wages, salary, and under income even though I was an independent contractor,
- 1:51:18and my boss
- 1:51:20was just giving them my checks. Sure. So I either had I either had to sign the papers or no more checks. Okay. So I signed the papers and started getting checks again. And then I said, that was fraud. I don't have nothing to do with that. I ain't doing that no more. I quit paying them and then, you know well well, basically,
- 1:51:40I remember during my divorce,
- 1:51:42I filed a title 42 suit against the secretary of treasury,
- 1:51:47Robert E. Rubin,
- 1:51:49and the district director
- 1:51:50Tom. And and
- 1:51:52you know, all of yeah. We're running out of time. So they program. We don't have time for all the By any rate, that's a Yeah. And so what the end result was
- 1:52:01Unknown: that they quit bothering me. Okay. So you sign an agreement with them when you go not you, but I've I've Right. You've been through the process. Okay? You go in and you negotiate
- 1:52:12with them. I owe you all this money. I can't pay. And they work out some sort of a payment schedule and they have you sign something
- 1:52:20that you promised
- 1:52:21to Right. File This installment agreement, that's what they call it. And you file, you promise, the element I'm looking for is that you promise to file for the next five years.
- 1:52:32Unknown: Right.
- 1:52:33Right? And give me a first date with whatever it was, but it was under the risk. Okay. Well, let me just post Well,
- 1:52:40Unknown: hold on. For that. I think we do and the thing is you go ahead and if somebody's in that condition, go ahead and sign with them and sign the agreement that you'll file 10 forty's for five years and then you file your affidavit with the Secretary of State,
- 1:52:56and you don't and just file basically zero returns because you won't owe anything.
- 1:53:01I wonder if that would work. Yeah. Correct.
- 1:53:06Unknown: Or or here's or you change your status, Roger. You change your status, Roger, so that agreement no longer is valid.
- 1:53:13Unknown: Well, you might could go under two premises there. What were you gonna say real quick, Daryl? Because we're gonna hear the whistler today.
- 1:53:20Unknown: Well,
- 1:53:20I I can do this real quick because I have I have personal experience at it. So
- 1:53:26they they said I I owed him $13,000
- 1:53:29and
- 1:53:30and there wasn't any way out of it. So
- 1:53:33what I did is
- 1:53:36I paid them.
- 1:53:38Okay? And and they they wanted to set up terms where I paid them.
- 1:53:43Okay? On on an installment plan, I said no way I'm doing this. I ain't I ain't getting in bed with these guys. So I I literally borrowed the money.
- 1:53:52I paid them off,
- 1:53:54closed the account,
- 1:53:56and then I quit filing.
- 1:54:00Unknown: You go. Mhmm.
- 1:54:02Unknown: Of course, then of course, then I I had to pay off the 13,000 that I bothered,
- 1:54:08but it it wasn't I wasn't
- 1:54:10compelled
- 1:54:11and obligated to go forward with them on a yearly basis. See? So I I took an end run around them the other way.
- 1:54:18So
- 1:54:19they still got their
- 1:54:22pound of flesh but
- 1:54:25yeah,
- 1:54:26I going forward on subsequent years,
- 1:54:31well, I have this is year number five for me. So I mean,
- 1:54:36that that's another way. That's another strategy. It's a tactic, you know. If you wanna clean up your plate, can do it that way too. That was my personal experience and Tom will remember this.
- 1:54:47Unknown: When they took that $35,000
- 1:54:49from my house closing, I've never heard from them again.
- 1:54:54That's a pretty big bite, okay, and it hurt real bad because I'd been in that house twenty years,
- 1:55:00and that was a chunk of the equity out of it,
- 1:55:03but for
- 1:55:04the education that they inspired me to get,
- 1:55:0835,000
- 1:55:09is pretty cheap, man. You got people paying $60,000
- 1:55:13a damn semester
- 1:55:14to go get their mind filled with Marxist pabulum.
- 1:55:19Well,
- 1:55:21Unknown: when you when you sign your statute staple, recognizance ten forty, you have to pay the piper.
- 1:55:27I mean, you you contracted with them, you volunteered, so you have to pay it. That's right. Okay? So so quit so change your perspective
- 1:55:35and quit contracting.
- 1:55:36Unknown: The now the bat After you pay the piper. The the dialectic
- 1:55:40of that is when you didn't sign a ten forty and they rigged the process and did a push nine code and stuck a substitute for return in on you that you didn't sign. Anyway, that's the whistler, we're out of here for today.
- 1:55:53Good show today, guys. Tom, real good to hear from you. Glad everybody chimed in. Nice to have the camaraderie
- 1:55:59and the honesty and straightforwardness
- 1:56:02we've got here. I think it's a unique platform
- 1:56:06and I'm tickled to death. Don't spend it don't spend it all in one place, Robert.
- 1:56:11We'll be back tomorrow with Brent. You guys have a nice day, and I'll see you then. Have a great day, kids.
- 1:56:18Great participation today. Thanks for money. We'll
- 1:56:21do the money show another day. Okay?
- 1:57:29Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 1:57:35Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
