- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, guys, this is Teddy Mellencamp and I'm joined by
- 0:04Speaker 1: my friend Emily Simpson for our new spinoff show Popping Off,
- 0:09Speaker 1: where we are digging deep on this season of Banner
- 0:12Speaker 1: Pump Rules. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Popping
- 0:16Speaker 1: Off with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and Emily Simpson.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Thanks for joining us.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Oh shoot, Emily, you wanted to start the intro today,
- 0:24Speaker 1: you know, let's do it again. Let's see how it
- 0:26Speaker 1: flows with you and then.
- 0:28Speaker 2: I'll go second. Okay, Hello everyone, welcome to Popping Off
- 0:33Speaker 2: with Emily Simpson and Teddy Mellencamp, your favorite. Oh my gosh,
- 0:44Speaker 2: we're social losers. Yeah we are.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I have the burps, guys, don't mind me.
- 0:49Speaker 2: I tried, you know, as well as classy. That's super classy.
- 0:53Speaker 2: I keep it classy right here. On another episode of
- 0:56Speaker 2: Popping Off. Yes, it's pretty funny. We had a because
- 1:01Speaker 2: I struggle.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Naturally without having an alcoholic beverage with like feeling like
- 1:06Speaker 1: I always have the verbs. And yesterday we had Kiki
- 1:11Speaker 1: Barth on Real Housewives from Real Housewives to Miami, and
- 1:15Speaker 1: she like had a couple of verps and she's like, sorry,
- 1:18Speaker 1: I'm drinking a beer. Guys, I'm like, I wonder if.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Every time that happens to me, people think that I'm
- 1:23Speaker 2: drinking but this is just actually my unfortunate life. No,
- 1:27Speaker 2: I think people just think you're that unfortunate. Yeah, people additives.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Like not only I you know it is what it is, clearly.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I don't think people are out there trying to make
- 1:42Speaker 2: excuses for you, like maybe it's the beer, maybe it's alcohol.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm out of like a group chat with like my
- 1:52Speaker 1: best girlfriends that I've known since mommy and me, and
- 1:55Speaker 1: we've now created a list of people that apparently we
- 1:58Speaker 1: can't like.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Celebrities not people. Okay, okay, am I on that list?
- 2:03Speaker 1: No, there's no housewives okay, good vander pump rolls people
- 2:07Speaker 1: on the list, but all of a sudden on the list,
- 2:11Speaker 1: I was looking because we like add to it and
- 2:13Speaker 1: then it like becomes a running joke. And yesterday on
- 2:15Speaker 1: the list, I'm like, why did Miley Cyrus get added
- 2:18Speaker 1: to the list. I'm like, what did she do that
- 2:20Speaker 1: pissed us off? And one of my friends wrote her
- 2:23Speaker 1: voice the way she talks, and I go so great,
- 2:26Speaker 1: Now am I on the list?
- 2:28Speaker 2: Like it's like and they're like, well, you can't be
- 2:31Speaker 2: on the list because you're on the group chat. I'm like, right,
- 2:35Speaker 2: there's a separate group chat that you're not a part of,
- 2:37Speaker 2: just to let you know. And they all talk about
- 2:40Speaker 2: how much they can't stand you, like Teddy's voice is
- 2:46Speaker 2: reason enough that she is on this list. But I
- 2:48Speaker 2: was like, dang it, you know, like the list is
- 2:51Speaker 2: getting longer. It's such a fourteen people. Now, that is
- 2:54Speaker 2: a lot of people on this I didn't you know
- 2:56Speaker 2: you had that many friends? No people on the list?
- 2:59Speaker 2: Can I was like, oh, there's only five on the group.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I was like, there's no way the fourteenth brother.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Come on, it's seven right if we're including you.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Right, maybe it's like SciTE and a half. It's like,
- 3:15Speaker 2: we'll see how it is. We'll see how it goes.
- 3:17Speaker 2: What's doing with you? Anything exciting? Well, well, nothing exciting.
- 3:21Speaker 2: But I was eating a pretzel yesterday and then I
- 3:22Speaker 2: was like, oh, that feels weird and one of my
- 3:24Speaker 2: veneers fell out. Have you ever had that happen to you?
- 3:26Speaker 2: Are your teeth reeal or do you have veneers? No?
- 3:29Speaker 1: My front four teeth are veneers.
- 3:31Speaker 2: But Mott the crazy thing is I've had these for
- 3:35Speaker 2: They said you're supposed to get them replaced every ten years. Yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I got my Veneers when I was nineteen years old. Okay, yeah,
- 3:44Speaker 2: there's doing and strong. This is my second set of
- 3:47Speaker 2: Veneers because I just replaced them recently because it had
- 3:49Speaker 2: been ten years and then the pretzel took one out,
- 3:53Speaker 2: so I got to get it. Fill sang back there. Now,
- 3:56Speaker 2: so you're a vampire. Yeah, there's like a little fang.
- 3:58Speaker 2: You can't really see it, but anyway, it hurts you
- 4:01Speaker 2: when you smiled big, I did see it. Oh, very attractive.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Oh oh my god. Right. Anyhow, so now that we
- 4:11Speaker 2: get into Banner Pump Rules, I liked this episode because
- 4:16Speaker 2: we're starting to see more stuff going on, also starting
- 4:20Speaker 2: to wonder is this going to be like a housewife's
- 4:23Speaker 2: situation where like we need some fresh blood. I think
- 4:27Speaker 2: we're gonna need some fresh blood because I don't know.
- 4:29Speaker 2: I mean, once Sandabal kind of repairs everything with everyone,
- 4:33Speaker 2: which I feel like, is where we're going what happens
- 4:36Speaker 2: after that? Where do we go from there? And then
- 4:38Speaker 2: is it two completely divided groups? And then who are
- 4:42Speaker 2: Katie Maloney and Ariana going to talk? With because then
- 4:45Speaker 2: they're going to be mad at everybody, And then are
- 4:47Speaker 2: we only going to see Ariana's messy room for the
- 4:51Speaker 2: rest of time? Like it was even messier this episode,
- 4:56Speaker 2: I know, And I like how she goes in there,
- 4:58Speaker 2: like why, I don't know, I don't get it, Like
- 5:01Speaker 2: she's talking about her designer furniture while she's in her room.
- 5:04Speaker 2: I'm like, are you talking about the designer custom made
- 5:07Speaker 2: furniture underneath all of your shit?
- 5:12Speaker 1: I'm like, you're gonna have to leave your room to
- 5:14Speaker 1: show us the furniture because we can't see anything other
- 5:17Speaker 1: than clothes and like hairpins and god dogs, anything that
- 5:23Speaker 1: you can imagine. But I guess before we can even
- 5:26Speaker 1: make that decision, we're going to have to see how
- 5:28Speaker 1: the valley goes, and then we're also going to have
- 5:31Speaker 1: to see how I don't know what it is called,
- 5:35Speaker 1: but like the Great Big Wolf or whatever.
- 5:37Speaker 2: I'm assuming that's going to be a show too. Yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 2: it looks like it's heading that way right. Well, they're
- 5:43Speaker 2: saying vander pump Villa is going to be a new show,
- 5:46Speaker 2: but I feel like if they're showing us this much
- 5:48Speaker 2: big bad wolf and were those actual wolves or were
- 5:52Speaker 2: those dogs that were big? I don't know, we would
- 5:55Speaker 2: have to do a DNA taste test, but I feel
- 5:57Speaker 2: like those were some big huskies.
- 6:00Speaker 1: And if you are a proponent of like animal welfare,
- 6:05Speaker 1: are you allowed to have wolves on leashes?
- 6:08Speaker 2: I don't know, they I think I think those were
- 6:11Speaker 2: real wolves. But yeah, I hope they got compensated for
- 6:14Speaker 2: the photo shoot. We can't be taking advantage of the wolves.
- 6:18Speaker 2: And like, are wolves like pitbulls, Like as long as
- 6:21Speaker 2: they're raised right, they're they're not going to try to
- 6:24Speaker 2: eat you. I feel like that's wrong. I feel like,
- 6:27Speaker 2: no matter what, they're always innately a wolf and they
- 6:30Speaker 2: you just they just might snap at any second.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Do you think the wolves were offended by how much
- 6:36Speaker 1: photoshop was used in the photos?
- 6:38Speaker 2: They were like, that's not what Lisa looked like that day.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Just want to let everybody know, and like, brother freaking record,
- 6:44Speaker 2: I'm not a wolf, I'm a docson and this is
- 6:47Speaker 2: all this is a wolf suit. It's really a Pomeranian actually,
- 6:55Speaker 2: James Kennedy and Sana and Rocks, tiny whities and just
- 7:02Speaker 2: was a lot.
- 7:02Speaker 1: But all right, let's get in Before we get into
- 7:04Speaker 1: the episode, we've got some Housewife headlines, which the first
- 7:07Speaker 1: one pretty much just shows that scandabal has now hit
- 7:12Speaker 1: all forms of media, television, all the things. Because it
- 7:18Speaker 1: has officially made it on SNL.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I feel like, actually, if you if you're on SNL,
- 7:23Speaker 2: even if they're making fun of you, I mean, you're
- 7:26Speaker 2: pretty famous at this point, Like, no one's making fun
- 7:28Speaker 2: of you on SNL. Just to let you know, just
- 7:31Speaker 2: sho be the bear Man news. SNL knows your name, Emily,
- 7:36Speaker 2: I'm sure they don't. My only shoe into SNL is
- 7:42Speaker 2: one of my clients is on SNL and I jokingly
- 7:47Speaker 2: one time texted her and said, and it was solely
- 7:50Speaker 2: for my own purpose, I said, could you do a
- 7:52Speaker 2: video mocking me? And she was like ha ha, but
- 7:56Speaker 2: like then didn't. So yeah, she's like she's like, it's
- 8:01Speaker 2: not even worthy to send on a text, let alone
- 8:03Speaker 2: put it into a skit. Wait, but what do you
- 8:05Speaker 2: mean she's on SNL like she's an actual Like yeah,
- 8:09Speaker 2: she's one of the community. She wasn't on SNL when
- 8:11Speaker 2: she was a client, it was years and years ago,
- 8:12Speaker 2: but now she is on.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm allowed to talk about it because she's
- 8:17Speaker 1: posted about it before. But she was trying to go
- 8:19Speaker 1: all in and I watched like kind of her rise
- 8:22Speaker 1: to success. And she is one of the funniest women
- 8:26Speaker 1: out there, and I've just I'm blown.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Away by her.
- 8:28Speaker 1: But however, she was not in the Scandavall skit, But
- 8:32Speaker 1: it's SNL is making fun of Alabama's recent Supreme Court
- 8:36Speaker 1: ruling that an embryo is the legal equivalent equivalent of
- 8:40Speaker 1: a human child. In the skit, a frozen embryo appears
- 8:43Speaker 1: on stage talking.
- 8:45Speaker 2: About its life. The band of All is the name dropped.
- 8:48Speaker 2: When the embryo is asked if it feels like a
- 8:50Speaker 2: full human life, they joke, does this look like a
- 8:54Speaker 2: life to you? Colin?
- 8:56Speaker 1: I'm living at negative two hundred degrees in liquid nitrogensing
- 9:00Speaker 1: my non existent nipples off. I don't got a brain,
- 9:03Speaker 1: I don't got a heart.
- 9:04Speaker 2: I'm like Tom sand of All. I don't don't Tom.
- 9:09Speaker 1: You did it again, which I guess we could talk
- 9:14Speaker 1: about this later. But I didn't need to know that
- 9:16Speaker 1: Tom Sandoval had an a tattooed on his ass when
- 9:20Speaker 1: they were hitting the freaking golf balls.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Out of it. I didn't. You didn't need to know that. No,
- 9:26Speaker 2: And you know what.
- 9:27Speaker 1: I'm not saying this to be an asshole. I mean,
- 9:29Speaker 1: I guess everything I say is an asshole comment. But like,
- 9:32Speaker 1: I also am not really prone to guys that have
- 9:36Speaker 1: tramp stamps or tattoos in their butt region.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel like they actually like someone down there
- 9:44Speaker 2: in that region and that's odd. Yeah, like I but
- 9:49Speaker 2: also why would And it's painful, it's painful on your butt.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I mean I have a I have a tattoo that's
- 9:58Speaker 2: this big on my butt that I got, you know,
- 10:01Speaker 2: in the eighth or ninth grade or whatever, and now
- 10:03Speaker 2: it just looks like a blob because you got a
- 10:06Speaker 2: tattoo in the eighth grade? Where were your parents? Where
- 10:09Speaker 2: is your parental guidance?
- 10:12Speaker 1: I mean, I don't have the hardest in lay. But
- 10:13Speaker 1: my dad is like a bigtime rock star, so he
- 10:16Speaker 1: was not around. He was very booked hup on tour.
- 10:20Speaker 1: And my mom was like the cool mom, you know,
- 10:22Speaker 1: like as long as you tell me were cool with whatever.
- 10:25Speaker 1: And you know, my id Emily allowed me to get it,
- 10:30Speaker 1: so you.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Know, well, maybe the A on his ass is like
- 10:34Speaker 2: the scarlet letter. It's like a for adultery, a for
- 10:38Speaker 2: adultery or ariana which is kind of the same thing
- 10:42Speaker 2: that is true. There we go, makes sense. All works out, Yeah,
- 10:47Speaker 2: it all works out in the end. Does Shane have
- 10:49Speaker 2: any tattoos on his lower regions? Are you kidding? Shane
- 10:53Speaker 2: is as Mormon as you can get. There are no tattoos.
- 10:56Speaker 2: His body is a temple. No alcohol, no tattoos, no
- 11:01Speaker 2: cat Well, I would say, no caffeine, except he drinks
- 11:04Speaker 2: diet coke like a fiend. So but no coffee because
- 11:07Speaker 2: that's in the book. No coffee, no call if you
- 11:10Speaker 2: guys want to go down a Mormon rabbit hole.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Last night when I couldn't sleep because I had anxiety,
- 11:16Speaker 1: and I know this is like a sickness, but what
- 11:19Speaker 1: calms me is crime or scandal or those types of things.
- 11:24Speaker 1: So I listened to the podcast about the woman Ruby.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Have you followed anything about this?
- 11:30Speaker 2: No? Tell me, tell me more. Okay, So her name
- 11:33Speaker 2: is Ruby. She they called like themselves the Eight Passengers
- 11:37Speaker 2: because they had six kids and it's the two parents
- 11:40Speaker 2: and essentially they documented their entire life on YouTube. And
- 11:45Speaker 2: then she got in trouble for essentially like abusing her kids.
- 11:50Speaker 2: But if you guys are like me, and you like
- 11:54Speaker 2: I don't I don't like that she did this to
- 11:56Speaker 2: her kids, obviously, but you just listen to those type
- 11:59Speaker 2: of things, you will be hooked. It is so insane
- 12:03Speaker 2: that it makes everything that happened on this episode of
- 12:07Speaker 2: vander Pump Rules seem like nothing. Well, so you can't
- 12:11Speaker 2: watch them together because then you you then you compare
- 12:14Speaker 2: the two. Yeah, I went from watching I watched like
- 12:18Speaker 2: child abuse and murderer, and then I watched Vanner Pump
- 12:21Speaker 2: and I'm like, sand will not that bad. But I'm like, man,
- 12:24Speaker 2: you know, why did fine that they're fighting in a
- 12:26Speaker 2: store while trying on bikinis right like, this.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Is no biggie Okay, this next thing. There is probably
- 12:34Speaker 1: like ten different headlines where I couldn't even keep up
- 12:37Speaker 1: about this loan and the house. There's one on TMZ.
- 12:41Speaker 1: There's one on page six. The first one is Tom
- 12:44Speaker 1: Sandoval wants Arianomatics to pay back is ninety thousand dollars
- 12:48Speaker 1: loan before the house sale. Then Tom Samval denies that
- 12:52Speaker 1: area Auto Mattox requests to sell the home that they share,
- 12:55Speaker 1: claim she did not act reasonably and in good faith.
- 12:59Speaker 2: It just goes on and on.
- 13:01Speaker 1: He's saying she claimed to mitigate she failed to mitigate
- 13:07Speaker 1: whatever damages she suffered in her documents, adding she didn't
- 13:10Speaker 1: perform reasonably and in good faith. Right, this is also
- 13:15Speaker 1: a mess. And know who is additionally a mess, the
- 13:18Speaker 1: interior designer?
- 13:19Speaker 2: I know, I agree, And first of all, I was like,
- 13:23Speaker 2: it's very interesting that she was walking around talking about
- 13:25Speaker 2: all this custom furniture. And I was like, is she
- 13:28Speaker 2: trying to do that so that she can get some
- 13:30Speaker 2: kind of value because she's going to use that as
- 13:35Speaker 2: I don't know, like you, I don't owe you this
- 13:37Speaker 2: money because I bought all this furniture and it's all
- 13:39Speaker 2: custom made and it's expensive. Like I didn't really understand
- 13:41Speaker 2: the purpose of what she was doing.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Or I was wondering if she was trying to up
- 13:47Speaker 1: the value of the house, like because you know some
- 13:49Speaker 1: of these like you know, I live in one of them,
- 13:51Speaker 1: Like I call them the McMansions, where we all look
- 13:54Speaker 1: like we live in the same house that just different sizes,
- 13:57Speaker 1: so they're mcmahonnsients. But some of the mc mansions don't
- 14:00Speaker 1: have the best.
- 14:03Speaker 2: You know, lighting or floors or pieces. So I was like,
- 14:08Speaker 2: is she trying to up the value of the house
- 14:10Speaker 2: by saying we did all of these customized things. But
- 14:13Speaker 2: I don't know. But I like when she was like
- 14:16Speaker 2: looking at that thing hanging from the ceiling, it looked
- 14:19Speaker 2: like someone found some junk at a junk yard and
- 14:22Speaker 2: then just suspended it from the ceiling. And then she
- 14:25Speaker 2: the designers like that's was very expensive. But it was like,
- 14:29Speaker 2: when was it a Shane? What was it? Well, you
- 14:32Speaker 2: know in Beetlejuice, when they sit down at the dinner
- 14:35Speaker 2: and like the legs come out and like it's like
- 14:38Speaker 2: they all start singing. I was like, this is how
- 14:40Speaker 2: it feels.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I also wanted like imagine myself telling Edwin that we're
- 14:44Speaker 1: going to get pink dining room chairs.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Yeah, like that would be something where he'd be like, listen,
- 14:50Speaker 2: if you want pink dining room chairs, that yo, that's
- 14:54Speaker 2: on you. And if he would let you, he would
- 14:57Speaker 2: let you get pink dining room chairs. I mean, I
- 14:59Speaker 2: don't I know that he would like put up a
- 15:01Speaker 2: fight about it if I really wanted them. But I
- 15:03Speaker 2: also think if we were to break up, he wouldn't
- 15:05Speaker 2: be so sad to lose him. I don't know, I
- 15:08Speaker 2: don't know if Shane would let me get pink dining
- 15:10Speaker 2: room chairs. I feel like he would be like, that's fine.
- 15:13Speaker 2: You can get them, and you can also put them
- 15:15Speaker 2: in your own home somewhere else, not this house.
- 15:20Speaker 1: But I also have a very controversial thing to talk about,
- 15:23Speaker 1: which is in regards to dining room tables.
- 15:25Speaker 2: I actually hate them. I never use a dining room table.
- 15:29Speaker 2: I use the small table in the kitchen, right, Like,
- 15:32Speaker 2: how often do you sit down at your formal dining
- 15:36Speaker 2: room table. I have a formal dining room table, and
- 15:39Speaker 2: we use it. I would say once a year maybe, right,
- 15:44Speaker 2: So isn't that just a waste of space? It really
- 15:47Speaker 2: bugs me. Why why can't we change that and have it?
- 15:51Speaker 2: Like I was like, why don't we make this like
- 15:53Speaker 2: a billiard room or like something will utilize like because
- 15:56Speaker 2: at Christmas and Thanksgiving we may or may not sit there,
- 16:00Speaker 2: and nobody wants to anyway. I know every time I
- 16:03Speaker 2: try to make my kids sit there, they just sit
- 16:05Speaker 2: for a second and then they all run away and hide. So,
- 16:08Speaker 2: you know, I don't know. I mean I think it's
- 16:09Speaker 2: pretty when you walk in, Like you walk into my
- 16:12Speaker 2: house and there's a chandelier and there's a formal dining
- 16:14Speaker 2: room and it's nice, But it's not it's not functional,
- 16:18Speaker 2: like we don't use it right.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Well, if you ever were to invite me over, which
- 16:22Speaker 1: at this point it doesn't seem like you are. I
- 16:25Speaker 1: want to sit at the dining room table, and I
- 16:27Speaker 1: want like, okay, full setup, name.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Tag, all the things, all right, I will do it
- 16:32Speaker 2: just for you. We can do we could do our
- 16:34Speaker 2: podcast from my dining room. Oh actually, can you just
- 16:38Speaker 2: turn your dining room into a podcast studio. Yes, I'm
- 16:42Speaker 2: sure someone, Yes, we could just record from my dining
- 16:48Speaker 2: room from now on. I'll just eat. I'll have it
- 16:52Speaker 2: catered each week. Oh my god, it'll be a different meal.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Listen, let's spend all the money that we make just
- 16:59Speaker 1: having the wednesdays of our life. This next one is
- 17:04Speaker 1: John Oliver jabs. Tom Sandoval says pigs are smarter than him. Listen,
- 17:10Speaker 1: I don't know how smart a pig is.
- 17:11Speaker 2: I can't pigs. Pigs are highly intelligent. How woud you
- 17:15Speaker 2: heard that before? I mean, don't pigs live and shit?
- 17:18Speaker 2: They do, but I think they enjoy that. But I mean,
- 17:22Speaker 2: I think pigs are highly intelligent. So I don't know
- 17:24Speaker 2: if that's actually an insult. I mean, I mean, I
- 17:28Speaker 2: think Tom should take that as a compliment, like I
- 17:31Speaker 2: think that I mean pigs. No, I mean, oh, we
- 17:35Speaker 2: just got this answer. Pigs are as intelligent as a
- 17:38Speaker 2: three year old child. Well, I mean, Dove's pretty smart.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Thinks are smarter than dogs. I mean, I think my
- 17:46Speaker 2: dog is a genius. So I'll be the judge of
- 17:49Speaker 2: that when I'm at your dining room table. If he
- 17:51Speaker 2: begs for food, how he will? He will beg for food? Okay.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Fans puzzled by Lisa vander Pump's spurry social media photo
- 18:01Speaker 2: the Paradise article, I actually I thought this photo. I
- 18:05Speaker 2: saw it when she posted it. I thought it was
- 18:07Speaker 2: just some reference to her new restaurant that's called Wolf.
- 18:10Speaker 2: I thought she she just thought this guy would be
- 18:12Speaker 2: like a great matre d right.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I also want to know who goes to Who's like listen,
- 18:20Speaker 1: my main source of news is Paradise articles.
- 18:23Speaker 2: I've never heard of Paradise before, Like, hold up, let
- 18:27Speaker 2: me get to It's like my friend who calls TMZ
- 18:31Speaker 2: the news. She would be like, did you see on
- 18:32Speaker 2: the news. I'm like, you mean CAMZ right? Do you
- 18:36Speaker 2: mean Instagram reels? Because that's where I get all my news.
- 18:40Speaker 2: But this this wolf, I almost called it a fox.
- 18:44Speaker 1: This wolf looks different than the wolves that we saw
- 18:48Speaker 1: on this episode, so I'm like, either.
- 18:50Speaker 2: This wolf has a suit on, so there's that. This
- 18:54Speaker 2: wolf actually is Tom Sanduvil confirmed, but it's not Cross
- 19:00Speaker 2: so it's not a top stand of all this episode. No,
- 19:02Speaker 2: this this is like a badass wolf that's about to
- 19:05Speaker 2: go into court and like kick some ass and litigate.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Like this wolf knows what's up. Maybe this maybe this.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Wolf is like Anne's boyfriend, because I've learned at this point,
- 19:16Speaker 1: Anne is in on all the joke, even though she
- 19:19Speaker 1: has like a interesting demeanor in her delivery.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Uh huh where she's gonna Yeah, But I think she's
- 19:27Speaker 2: actually like haha you yeah, like she's playing coy. She
- 19:33Speaker 2: is in to mock everyone. But fans are confused by it.
- 19:36Speaker 2: But they won't be now because they're going to see
- 19:38Speaker 2: the full wolf wolf woof photo shoot.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Well, we're gonna take a quick break and then we
- 19:45Speaker 1: will come back to talk about.
- 19:47Speaker 2: The actual episode.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Starts out James is driving Graham Cracker home. He's unsure
- 20:04Speaker 1: how Ali will react to him bringing home his ex's dog,
- 20:08Speaker 1: but he's ecstatic to have Graham back in his life.
- 20:10Speaker 2: But I couldn't focus on any of this because you're
- 20:17Speaker 2: spot on James's console. Yeah, was that dog poop? Was
- 20:22Speaker 2: he putting a treat there and it melted? Like? Who?
- 20:26Speaker 1: Like I drive when I Drew drive, my car can
- 20:29Speaker 1: be messy from time to time. But if there was
- 20:31Speaker 1: a big brown, gooey stain next to me, I would notice.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, I feel like it could be
- 20:40Speaker 2: dog poop, except there wasn't any smear anywhere near it,
- 20:43Speaker 2: So I don't know how he could just poop like
- 20:45Speaker 2: a little dot and then cleanly exit. Well.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Then I started going like down conspiracy theories. I was like,
- 20:52Speaker 1: maybe he wanted to make sure, you know, like when
- 20:55Speaker 1: you have the car cams when you're getting filmed, like
- 20:57Speaker 1: you kind of have to be in a certain area.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I was like, maybe he put peanut butter there, so
- 21:01Speaker 1: then Graham would want to be in on the action
- 21:05Speaker 1: and be on camera the whole time, like this is
- 21:08Speaker 1: this is why I have issues.
- 21:09Speaker 2: But then his head would be down like this and
- 21:11Speaker 2: he'd be eating the peanut butter, so he wouldn't be
- 21:13Speaker 2: on camera at all. Fuck, So what is it? Why?
- 21:17Speaker 2: Maybe it's an eminem that melted. That is the biggest
- 21:20Speaker 2: eminem I've ever seen in my life. And one of
- 21:23Speaker 2: those Emily sized peanut butter everyone. I don't know. It
- 21:29Speaker 2: just was a lot.
- 21:32Speaker 1: And then we get to arian a lot of driving
- 21:36Speaker 1: scenes this episode. Ariana and Katie are driving and Ariana
- 21:39Speaker 1: mentions that things at the restaurant are shitty. Literally someone
- 21:43Speaker 1: pooped on their patio.
- 21:45Speaker 2: And I was like, that was Emily me. It was
- 21:54Speaker 2: not me. I have never pooped on a patio, have you.
- 21:58Speaker 2: I mean, I've pooped in my neighborhood. Like I'm out
- 22:01Speaker 2: for a walk. Have you ever had that happen where
- 22:03Speaker 2: you go for a walk and you're like a mile
- 22:05Speaker 2: from your house and you're like, oh my god. And
- 22:07Speaker 2: I literally had to, like, you know, like go up
- 22:10Speaker 2: into someone's embankment in my neighborhood and like shit behind
- 22:13Speaker 2: a tree. You want to hard time.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I can't even make fun of you because I have
- 22:19Speaker 1: done the same thing.
- 22:20Speaker 2: I know you have. That's the only reason I said it,
- 22:22Speaker 2: because I know you could share in this because I
- 22:25Speaker 2: and Kyle will never let me live it down.
- 22:27Speaker 1: There's a place where they all live, like they have
- 22:29Speaker 1: houses in Lakinta and there's like a loop. And inside
- 22:33Speaker 1: of this loop that you go on like a jog
- 22:35Speaker 1: or a walk on, there's like no botty area. And
- 22:39Speaker 1: I realized when I start to get like that hot,
- 22:41Speaker 1: like cold, flashy.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Feeling, I sat panicking and you get the cramps in
- 22:45Speaker 2: the stomach. Yeah, and I'm like, I'm not gonna freaking
- 22:48Speaker 2: make it. And I realized that our one hundred thousand
- 22:52Speaker 2: listeners are really appreciating this. But if you've been there,
- 22:56Speaker 2: it's really a bad situation. It's a really shitty situation
- 22:59Speaker 2: to be It's very shitty.
- 23:01Speaker 1: But the only way that I was able to do
- 23:03Speaker 1: this was that I had on a tank top and
- 23:06Speaker 1: I was able to utilize that tank top.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Oh, toilet paper got it.
- 23:11Speaker 1: But if I'd just been like a sports bra kind
- 23:14Speaker 1: of day what I've done, then I.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Had to use leaves like large. I found large leaves,
- 23:20Speaker 2: large flat leaves. I would have a hard time with
- 23:23Speaker 2: leaves like those are crunchy. I'd worry about them getting
- 23:26Speaker 2: your nut. It was the leaves or nothing. That's where
- 23:30Speaker 2: I was at in life.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I love that we can judge Tom Zandoval for having
- 23:35Speaker 1: an a tattooed on his ass, but We're happy to
- 23:38Speaker 1: use our white tank tops and leaves on ours when
- 23:41Speaker 1: we have to shit in people's neighborhood. But however, the
- 23:48Speaker 1: patio is what's really holding things up. Apparently they were
- 23:52Speaker 1: hoping that to open by the end of the month,
- 23:54Speaker 1: which we.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Now know how happened. We know the end of the
- 23:57Speaker 2: month has now been what are we like? Eight night?
- 24:02Speaker 2: But the city keeps throwing things at them.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Katie has zero fomo about the Tahoe trip.
- 24:08Speaker 2: She doubts Shorts. Oh, she doubts Shorts thinks it's a.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Good idea either, And if they all end up coming
- 24:16Speaker 1: up as besties, Arianna will still respect her boundaries. She
- 24:20Speaker 1: refuses to be loyal to anyone who isn't loyal to her.
- 24:24Speaker 2: That is a hard line drawn in the sand. So basically,
- 24:29Speaker 2: it's like if anyone comes to any resolution with Sandoval
- 24:33Speaker 2: and decides that, you know what, the past is the past,
- 24:36Speaker 2: we just have to move on, then then they are
- 24:39Speaker 2: now dead to Ariana? Is that where they're all at?
- 24:42Speaker 2: And also now Ariana also thinks that Shorts is dead
- 24:47Speaker 2: to her, So it's like, what are we going to do?
- 24:51Speaker 1: Because with all do as Andy says, watching solely Arianna
- 24:56Speaker 1: and Katie.
- 24:58Speaker 2: It ain't it for me. I need more action exactly
- 25:02Speaker 2: whether we got to get Sheena's babysitter making out with
- 25:04Speaker 2: Katie soon, like sum's got to go on with them
- 25:06Speaker 2: except for talking about their exes at this point exactly.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Arianna did have a funny confessional comment. She said, like
- 25:13Speaker 1: who do I have to go to?
- 25:15Speaker 2: Oh? Who do I have to blow to? Yeah? And
- 25:18Speaker 2: then it doesn't do it. But then I was like,
- 25:19Speaker 2: that didn't even.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Really sound like her. I wonder who gave her that line.
- 25:23Speaker 2: I don't know, but what was that that was in
- 25:25Speaker 2: regards to getting the permits? Right, Like she's like, who
- 25:27Speaker 2: do I have to blow to get some permits around
- 25:29Speaker 2: here or something? Well, clearly shouldn't blow anybody because they
- 25:32Speaker 2: still don't have them. So I mean clearly she did
- 25:35Speaker 2: and it was not good, and she used one of
- 25:38Speaker 2: your broken Venier teeth and is right? Or she did
- 25:49Speaker 2: in her bedroom and they couldn't come. There's too much
- 25:52Speaker 2: more to my house. But they were like, what the
- 25:54Speaker 2: hell this is hoarders.
- 25:56Speaker 1: I'm out here, it's hoarders and I can't get away.
- 25:59Speaker 2: From that white noise. Right, They're like, no permits for
- 26:03Speaker 2: you look at her house, but this is the health
- 26:06Speaker 2: shit in your bedroom, Let alone the freaking sandwich shop.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Let me making sandwiches. But I'm just so confused as
- 26:15Speaker 2: to why I can go to a subway near my
- 26:17Speaker 2: house that's like a B or a C and grating
- 26:20Speaker 2: and they have permits and because they didn't have a
- 26:24Speaker 2: patio with shit on it. You're right, subway doesn't have
- 26:30Speaker 2: a But.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Have you noticed that subway is like Disneyland where it
- 26:35Speaker 1: like spews out or like Abercrombie where it spews out
- 26:38Speaker 1: a smell like I can smell subway from a couple
- 26:41Speaker 1: of blocks away.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, absolutely, it has its own distinct smell. I
- 26:45Speaker 2: don't know what it is, but it is a subway smell.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So if it's something about her, ever does open. I
- 26:51Speaker 1: do think they could spray out some like now that
- 26:54Speaker 1: they don't have a patio vibe, they could have like.
- 26:57Speaker 2: A smell vibe. You mean, like a subliminal that just
- 27:01Speaker 2: kind of like entices people to come in, like a
- 27:04Speaker 2: ham and cheese, like a warm ham and cheese, wet
- 27:13Speaker 2: morning walk. Yeah it was one time.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Oh well then we get back to we leave this situation.
- 27:25Speaker 1: We know this has gone nowhere, James brings Graham home.
- 27:30Speaker 2: You could tell Allie is not for this. She's not happy,
- 27:35Speaker 2: but she's trying to. Like it's like that fake smile
- 27:38Speaker 2: and you're like, oh great, old Ali's like, I am
- 27:42Speaker 2: so glad this happened for the first time on camera,
- 27:45Speaker 2: so I have to sit here and write that. I
- 27:49Speaker 2: like also most of the time, and don't come at me,
- 27:51Speaker 2: guys most of the time.
- 27:52Speaker 1: If you're a cat lover, you're not also a dog lover.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Like you're either a cat person or dog person.
- 27:58Speaker 2: I think people are yeah, yeah, which are you a
- 28:00Speaker 2: cat or dog? Dog? Me? See, I'm a dog person.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Cats, you know, I don't even like being hugged and
- 28:06Speaker 1: like cats are always like poking at you.
- 28:09Speaker 2: But cats only like you for a second then they leave,
- 28:12Speaker 2: I know.
- 28:12Speaker 1: But they know when you're annoyed, and then they need
- 28:14Speaker 1: at you all the time.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Oh the kneading. You don't like the kneading?
- 28:18Speaker 1: Yeah, like I'm like, so, I mean, I don't know
- 28:21Speaker 1: Dev wants a cat. We'll see what happens. But you
- 28:24Speaker 1: could tell she wasn't a fan of it. They have
- 28:26Speaker 1: Graham outside, Graham barks at their cat banks banks banks
- 28:34Speaker 1: and it worries Ali Graham was given up because he
- 28:38Speaker 1: was biting, and she is not okay with it.
- 28:42Speaker 2: As this episode progresses, I need the fact that I've
- 28:47Speaker 2: already seen this storyline and lifted on Real Housewives of
- 28:50Speaker 2: Beverly Hills. Is very hard for me to like, even
- 28:55Speaker 2: are you over there over the dog storyline? I thought
- 28:59Speaker 2: the dog, but I yes, and I realize I'm skipping
- 29:01Speaker 2: to later in the episode, but I just want to
- 29:03Speaker 2: point this out while we're talking about the dog. Did
- 29:05Speaker 2: you see how when Lisa brought the dog in to
- 29:09Speaker 2: Tahoe to the place, she hands the dog off and then.
- 29:12Speaker 1: She goes, I don't want to talk about it, but
- 29:14Speaker 1: here you go, And she was once again passing the
- 29:17Speaker 1: baton of all the information that she has given to
- 29:21Speaker 1: someone on one of her shows to talk about a
- 29:24Speaker 1: dog situation for them to then carry the storyline out.
- 29:29Speaker 1: And that's exactly what they did. So I mean less
- 29:32Speaker 1: stupid for being.
- 29:33Speaker 3: I'm not the only one that will forward. I'm the
- 29:36Speaker 3: least smart as a pig, at least or a three
- 29:41Speaker 3: year old. I do like that the dog got to
- 29:45Speaker 3: ride on the private jet and everyone else is like
- 29:48Speaker 3: on a commercial flight.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Well, and also the shade on poor Ken, like can
- 29:53Speaker 2: they not make him look like he's like not one
- 29:56Speaker 2: hundred and seventy two years old. He's taking a nap.
- 30:00Speaker 2: That's the only that's the only shot of him on
- 30:03Speaker 2: the plane as him will pass out of sleep, like
- 30:06Speaker 2: you know, somebody was there filming the entire time. That
- 30:09Speaker 2: like poor Ken.
- 30:10Speaker 1: First, this has to be like some come in and
- 30:13Speaker 1: deliver weird information sometimes and then they catch him sleeping
- 30:17Speaker 1: on the plane. But yeah, I did appreciate, like, no, no, James,
- 30:21Speaker 1: you and Alie can't come on the plane.
- 30:23Speaker 2: But this storyline is good enough that your dog can,
- 30:26Speaker 2: You're dog can. We're gonna bring it, the biting dog
- 30:30Speaker 2: to a rental property to be around a bunch of
- 30:32Speaker 2: our employees. Yeah, the biting dog. But I also think.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Ali is just more worried that with the dog coming,
- 30:44Speaker 1: she's becoming like.
- 30:47Speaker 2: She's the new mom, she's the step mom. She's the stepmom.
- 30:50Speaker 2: But she's also like Raquel Junior, She's like racali 'calie,
- 30:54Speaker 2: Like what do you mean explain it?
- 30:56Speaker 1: Like now she is morphed into the same exact life.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Like they have this same dog, they have the same
- 31:02Speaker 2: that what else is there. They have the same boyfriend.
- 31:05Speaker 2: They have the same boyfriend. I'm sure they have the
- 31:07Speaker 2: same issues with the boyfriend. Yeah, and you can you
- 31:11Speaker 2: can see. I actually really like Allie as I continue
- 31:16Speaker 2: watching her. I think she's good on the show. Yeah,
- 31:19Speaker 2: because even when she says something that's a little shady,
- 31:21Speaker 2: then she immediately realizes and goes, I guess that was
- 31:24Speaker 2: kind of mean, but he he And that's how humans
- 31:27Speaker 2: actually are, right, We say shitty stuff and then sometimes
- 31:30Speaker 2: we regret it. It happens to me all the time. Yeah,
- 31:33Speaker 2: I mean, and then sometimes I don't regret it, and
- 31:35Speaker 2: I don't that out. Yeah, I mean sometimes I regret it. Yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 2: you know, I mean, if we remember it, sometimes you
- 31:42Speaker 2: regret it.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Then we get to Santavala and shorts shopping for Tahoe outfits,
- 31:57Speaker 1: and shorts was sent to headlines about this is I mean,
- 32:00Speaker 1: this is amazing. As if the headlines are dropped at
- 32:03Speaker 1: the same exact time, He's like.
- 32:05Speaker 2: What whoa, whoa goo, Oh my gosh, wow, we're selling
- 32:14Speaker 2: The timing of this is so bananas. But she changed
- 32:20Speaker 2: her name from Raquel to Rachel, and then not three
- 32:23Speaker 2: minutes later, he's like, here's another one she's out of
- 32:28Speaker 2: the mental facility. And you see both times Sandoval knows
- 32:34Speaker 2: already right, which she is indicating that he talks to her,
- 32:38Speaker 2: so he already knows these things well. And then let's
- 32:40Speaker 2: also be clear, this means Shorts also knew already. Yes,
- 32:45Speaker 2: if Sandoval knew already, Shorts knew already exactly that acting
- 32:51Speaker 2: could have maybe been worked on just a touch maybe
- 32:54Speaker 2: or maybe they didn't.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Maybe they could have been like, let's talk about the
- 32:58Speaker 1: headlines that came out this week, right instead of it's
- 33:01Speaker 1: like breaking news.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Yeah, breaking news, Like maybe there could have had more
- 33:09Speaker 2: because then the conversation kind of stopped. And I think
- 33:11Speaker 2: that's what the group has a problem with Shorts on
- 33:14Speaker 2: is like Shorts doesn't push Sandoval to share more like oh,
- 33:19Speaker 2: like at that point, I wanted to go, well, how
- 33:21Speaker 2: did you know she changed her name? Was that because
- 33:23Speaker 2: you saw the Google alert or because you talked to her?
- 33:27Speaker 2: Right right, You're like, is it because you saw it
- 33:29Speaker 2: or you actually spoke to her? And if you actually
- 33:32Speaker 2: spoke to her, what was the conversation about? When was
- 33:35Speaker 2: the conversation? How did you have it? Did you talk
- 33:37Speaker 2: on the phone?
- 33:37Speaker 1: Was the text right, yeah, Because then we get to
- 33:40Speaker 1: the text messages and he says that now all of
- 33:45Speaker 1: a sudden, the texts are blue or they have been green.
- 33:49Speaker 1: So now we're starting to guess that maybe they haven't talked.
- 33:52Speaker 1: But this is what I didn't like, and I know
- 33:54Speaker 1: I already tied to the center of the chat. But
- 33:57Speaker 1: we are shown one little snippet of a text that
- 34:01Speaker 1: Tom Sandoval sent to Rachel, and they read it, they show.
- 34:06Speaker 2: It to us. But then at that same point they
- 34:09Speaker 2: pan the phone and I see a bunch of little
- 34:13Speaker 2: texts and then two blue bubbles. What did a second
- 34:17Speaker 2: blue bubble say? We got a lot.
- 34:19Speaker 1: I don't know if you got a lot of dms,
- 34:20Speaker 1: but I got a lot of dms saying that I
- 34:22Speaker 1: don't understand narcissistic behavior because I'm not understanding Rachel's boundaries
- 34:28Speaker 1: and these things. So what I want to know is,
- 34:31Speaker 1: was that second bubble Tom going off on her about
- 34:34Speaker 1: something like you're out and you haven't contacted me, what
- 34:38Speaker 1: the hell I'm in love with you?
- 34:39Speaker 2: My heart's broken? Was it gaslighting her or was it
- 34:43Speaker 2: just like yay, I see your phones on like something.
- 34:46Speaker 2: But then whatever it was, why did they choose not
- 34:49Speaker 2: to show it, is the question. Well, maybe it's because
- 34:53Speaker 2: they were talking and they were trying to figure out
- 34:55Speaker 2: if she was coming back on the show. That's what
- 34:57Speaker 2: I kept thinking.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Because the time, the one time I showed a text
- 35:01Speaker 1: message cropped on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it was
- 35:05Speaker 1: because the next line was about it being on a
- 35:08Speaker 1: television show.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Oh, so you think I had something to do with
- 35:11Speaker 2: fourth wall type things? Thinking why they did, That's why
- 35:14Speaker 2: they asked and show it.
- 35:16Speaker 1: So I'm guessing, like, are you going to come back
- 35:18Speaker 1: and film with us?
- 35:19Speaker 2: What's happening? Like blah blah blah. That is like, because
- 35:23Speaker 2: I'm guessing that's when they were starting to do that
- 35:27Speaker 2: once she got out of the facility, is when she
- 35:29Speaker 2: went back for negotiations. Well, that would have made sense
- 35:32Speaker 2: that if he knew she was out, he would have
- 35:34Speaker 2: been asking, now that you're out, are you coming to
- 35:37Speaker 2: fill it? Yeah, that doesn't make sense. I mean that's
- 35:39Speaker 2: my guess. I mean, that's a good guess. That's that's
- 35:42Speaker 2: a good guess. I thought maybe it was something that
- 35:44Speaker 2: was definitive as to the end of their relationship, Like
- 35:47Speaker 2: she was like, I don't ever want to talk to
- 35:49Speaker 2: you again or something, or he said I don't want
- 35:51Speaker 2: to talk to you, or I don't know, But then
- 35:53Speaker 2: they didn't want to show it because they want to
- 35:55Speaker 2: keep leading you on the rest of the season. As
- 35:57Speaker 2: to whether there's any interaction with them or something, I
- 36:00Speaker 2: don't know.
- 36:01Speaker 1: I think it's got to be about show related or
- 36:03Speaker 1: else they would any chance they could have gotten to
- 36:06Speaker 1: make Sandoval look bad or look in love with Raquel
- 36:09Speaker 1: or Rachel.
- 36:10Speaker 2: They would have. I actually did you I okay, I
- 36:14Speaker 2: don't know. It's just me and maybe there's something wrong
- 36:16Speaker 2: with me, but I actually feel badly for him when
- 36:18Speaker 2: he cries. Do you feel like any sympathy? Well, I
- 36:24Speaker 2: don't know, because maybe I probably can count on one
- 36:31Speaker 2: hand how many times I've seen Edwin Ariave cry. Yeah,
- 36:35Speaker 2: me too. About Shane, I think once in fifteen years.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean we've been together fifteen years, and like
- 36:41Speaker 1: I've seen some really hard things happen in his life
- 36:45Speaker 1: or with his family or business or us or anything.
- 36:49Speaker 1: And I really, I maybe think it's three times. And
- 36:53Speaker 1: even when the crying is happening, he's not getting it's
- 36:56Speaker 1: not like he's getting a tissue and wiping his tears.
- 36:59Speaker 1: It's like I see the eyes like well up and
- 37:02Speaker 1: he's like trying to keep it together.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:05Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that men can't cry. I'm just
- 37:07Speaker 1: saying four to five times this episode felt like a lot.
- 37:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't I don't know. I don't know what's
- 37:16Speaker 2: wrong with me. Maybe I'm just getting softer in my
- 37:17Speaker 2: old age. But I actually, I don't know. I felt
- 37:20Speaker 2: some sympathy for him.
- 37:22Speaker 1: I mean, I feel some sympathy towards him when he
- 37:25Speaker 1: saw the dog, Yeah, and I realized that he was
- 37:29Speaker 1: like shit or I felt a little sympathy for him
- 37:31Speaker 1: when he was trying to talk to James but and
- 37:34Speaker 1: crying in the car.
- 37:35Speaker 2: I wasn't there yet, No, not in the car. No.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Because also I watched Special Forces, so I got to
- 37:42Speaker 2: see him cry lots of times on that show as well.
- 37:45Speaker 2: San I didn't watch that he cried on Special Forces, Yes,
- 37:49Speaker 2: but I mean I would cry, and I mean but
- 37:51Speaker 2: because it was because it was physically yeah, like when
- 37:55Speaker 2: I see you down right, I mean, I just don't
- 37:59Speaker 2: know that like him and Shorts having a conversation with
- 38:01Speaker 2: a car, yeah, it's all. Yeah, I don't know.
- 38:05Speaker 1: It just felt a little and then it was happening
- 38:07Speaker 1: again in the bathroom once they got like they showed
- 38:09Speaker 1: him wiping again his tears because somebody said hi to
- 38:12Speaker 1: him in the kitchen.
- 38:14Speaker 2: I don't know. I was like, I don't know about
- 38:17Speaker 2: dish all right. Then we get to Sheena another shopping scene,
- 38:22Speaker 2: which we love, love the shopping. Love the shopping scene.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Sheen and Brock are shopping for bathing suits. She's anxious
- 38:30Speaker 2: about the trip because she's leaving Summer. She'll be staying
- 38:33Speaker 2: at the same house as Santaval, and she doesn't want
- 38:35Speaker 2: to hurt Ariana's feelings, but she still wants to go.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Then Tory. Tory is like a key player at this
- 38:42Speaker 2: point because soon I say we're doing the makeouts has
- 38:46Speaker 2: taken another job. We see Rock emphasizing that they can't
- 38:51Speaker 2: have Sheena's mom around twenty four to seven for the
- 38:54Speaker 2: rest of their lives. Sheena argues it's not twenty four
- 38:57Speaker 2: to seven and blames Brock for being content with hiring
- 38:59Speaker 2: some random stranger. Then Brock says he's trying to figure
- 39:04Speaker 2: out why Sheena thinks no one else is capable of
- 39:06Speaker 2: watching Summer other than her mom. He tells her your
- 39:09Speaker 2: mom makes you feel like you're not good enough, and
- 39:12Speaker 2: you go down this rabbit hole. So your mom doubles
- 39:15Speaker 2: down and reminds you that you're not a good enough parent,
- 39:18Speaker 2: and it makes you want to have that belief in
- 39:20Speaker 2: anyone else, not want to have that belief in anyone else. Yeah,
- 39:24Speaker 2: and then you see she that was like Sheena was
- 39:28Speaker 2: okay with the conversation, and then once you brought it
- 39:30Speaker 2: to that, I think, I.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Mean, do I think that I want a mother in
- 39:36Speaker 1: law all the time around?
- 39:37Speaker 2: No? Do you? I mean you seems pretty rad, but like, well,
- 39:41Speaker 2: it doesn't mean I want her around all the time though. Yeah,
- 39:44Speaker 2: but I.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Also understand Sheena wanting her mom to watch her child when.
- 39:47Speaker 2: She's out of town. Yeah. I mean they both have
- 39:51Speaker 2: good points here. I mean, Brock's saying it doesn't have
- 39:53Speaker 2: to be your mom all the time, like why can't
- 39:56Speaker 2: it be someone else at some point? Like that's a
- 39:58Speaker 2: reasonable request. But then Sheen is saying, oh, so you
- 40:01Speaker 2: want to random stranger? Well, No, I don't think that's
- 40:03Speaker 2: what he's saying. He's saying, can we try someone else
- 40:07Speaker 2: and let them build up a rapport and then we
- 40:10Speaker 2: use someone else at certain points other than just your
- 40:14Speaker 2: mom all the time. So I mean they both make
- 40:18Speaker 2: they both have good points and good arguments. They need
- 40:20Speaker 2: to just be able to come to some middle, you know, compromise.
- 40:24Speaker 2: But then we have to dig a little deeper here.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I think two other things were like said in passing,
- 40:30Speaker 2: which was that I think Brock is taking on a
- 40:35Speaker 2: while Sheena is filming. I think Brock is taking on
- 40:38Speaker 2: a lot of the responsibility responsibility, and it's probably weighing
- 40:44Speaker 2: on him because he doesn't like he isn't a full
- 40:48Speaker 2: time ban of pump Rules paid person. I don't know
- 40:51Speaker 2: how much money he makes, but like it's not his
- 40:53Speaker 2: full time gig. So is it the same as housewives,
- 40:56Speaker 2: like if he's a husband, because you know, with housewives,
- 41:00Speaker 2: husbands don't get paid, so I assume he doesn't get paid, right,
- 41:03Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 41:04Speaker 1: I don't know how that works because husbands also like
- 41:09Speaker 1: don't always go on I guess they do go on
- 41:11Speaker 1: trips on housewives, but I don't know.
- 41:14Speaker 2: I don't know if he's paid like a friend of
- 41:17Speaker 2: I don't know, but interesting either way, you could tell
- 41:19Speaker 2: like he's like, you know, like we're going to need
- 41:22Speaker 2: some addition. It can't always be me or your mom,
- 41:25Speaker 2: I think was what he was trying to say.
- 41:27Speaker 1: But then when he started going in about her mom
- 41:32Speaker 1: making her feel like she's not good enough, I wondered, like,
- 41:36Speaker 1: is this some kind of private conversation that they've had
- 41:39Speaker 1: about the way that she grew up and something?
- 41:42Speaker 2: So yeah, clearly, I mean there's clearly deeper issues there
- 41:46Speaker 2: that were not privy too, because I felt like that
- 41:49Speaker 2: just felt like it was kind of out of context
- 41:51Speaker 2: at that point, right, yeah, I mean, but also then
- 41:57Speaker 2: once we see Brock later at some point, I'm like,
- 42:00Speaker 2: Rock like playing it up for the cameras at this point, Well,
- 42:04Speaker 2: he does like a speedo. He does like a speedo. Yeah,
- 42:08Speaker 2: I mean, it feels like a little.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Boisterous at this point, like it's like I'm here to
- 42:15Speaker 1: put on a show and show my worth on this
- 42:17Speaker 1: television show.
- 42:18Speaker 2: And right, I don't always love when dudes that aren't
- 42:23Speaker 2: I don't know the part of the show, part of
- 42:26Speaker 2: the show to fully do that.
- 42:27Speaker 1: And I felt I felt for her in that moment,
- 42:30Speaker 1: like you just took something that didn't need to be
- 42:32Speaker 1: out there and put it.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Out there, right, Like we didn't make that piece of
- 42:36Speaker 2: the puzzle. I would have been fine with just your
- 42:38Speaker 2: mom's around too much. Yeah, that makes sense, Like I
- 42:41Speaker 2: feel like that's the level of conversation that should have been,
- 42:44Speaker 2: like can we find someone else to fill in occasionally
- 42:46Speaker 2: so it doesn't have to be your mom twenty four
- 42:48Speaker 2: to seven? And I get it. I'm sure he doesn't
- 42:50Speaker 2: want her around twenty four to seven, especially when doesn't
- 42:52Speaker 2: she I mean a couple episodes ago, she was telling
- 42:56Speaker 2: him she didn't like the way he was talking or something.
- 42:58Speaker 2: I mean, she got in the middle of their conversation.
- 43:02Speaker 2: You know.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I think there's just a lot. It's probably tensions
- 43:07Speaker 1: are growing.
- 43:07Speaker 2: And I think when they first were together, they lived
- 43:10Speaker 2: in San Diego, they had this like their own situation.
- 43:14Speaker 2: And now, I mean, obviously things change when you have kids,
- 43:16Speaker 2: and I think they're going to go through learning curves.
- 43:19Speaker 2: And you know, that was the hardest part in my
- 43:21Speaker 2: marriage too, was.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Right after our first you know, like we just couldn't
- 43:26Speaker 1: we couldn't figure out the dynamic.
- 43:28Speaker 2: But why the hell do they make I don't know
- 43:32Speaker 2: who does this or why it happens, But when you
- 43:34Speaker 2: look at the same thing in the store eighty three
- 43:37Speaker 2: thousand times, we know, we know your options are the
- 43:42Speaker 2: two bikinis, the brown one and then the one with
- 43:44Speaker 2: the pattern, but like, just sit down and ask them
- 43:49Speaker 2: for a sparkling water and let's have a conversation in
- 43:51Speaker 2: the store. We don't believe that you want to wear
- 43:54Speaker 2: either of these bikinis. I had the one piece. I
- 43:58Speaker 2: guarantee we're not seeing you in that. I know, you
- 44:00Speaker 2: know what, I feel like, it's hard. I feel like
- 44:02Speaker 2: it's difficult to have the conversations they want you to
- 44:05Speaker 2: have when you're shopping, because then you're trying to have
- 44:07Speaker 2: a conversation and you're like, oh, I love these salt
- 44:10Speaker 2: and pepper shakers, Like it's it can be awkward.
- 44:14Speaker 1: It's awkward, and then it's also she once she got annoyed,
- 44:18Speaker 1: then she's like, we wouldn't normally be fighting about this
- 44:21Speaker 1: in a store in the store, and I think that.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Was meant for an off camera situation, Like she didn't
- 44:25Speaker 2: think that part would be you right. Yeah.
- 44:29Speaker 1: But Brock oh, Brock has said in an interview that
- 44:32Speaker 1: he does get paid for the show.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Rumors are that it's ten thousand dollars an episode. Who
- 44:38Speaker 2: knows if that's true. Wow, But I mean that's pretty
- 44:41Speaker 2: good money for That's why he's like, that's why he's
- 44:44Speaker 2: amping up his game, and he's wearing the you know,
- 44:48Speaker 2: I mean the Ana hammock. I mean, I don't know.
- 44:52Speaker 2: That was a lot for me.
- 44:55Speaker 1: Then, you know, we get everyone being apprehensive about the
- 44:59Speaker 1: Tahoe ship and shown again helping Tom pick out an outfit,
- 45:06Speaker 1: and then he says, well, he look okay if he
- 45:07Speaker 1: gets stabbed, and then Anne had a moment. He just
- 45:11Speaker 1: said she was picturing a bloody dead Tom. She wasn't
- 45:15Speaker 1: mad about it.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Yeah, well, at least the blood would blend men, all right.
- 45:24Speaker 2: So James and Ali are packing for Tahoe. It was
- 45:26Speaker 2: too late to add Graham to their flight ticket, so
- 45:28Speaker 2: James dropped him off with Lisa, who's taking him on
- 45:31Speaker 2: her private jet, which we talked about already. Yeah, James
- 45:34Speaker 2: and Alli are nervous to have Graham around Sandoval. He
- 45:37Speaker 2: probably hung out with the dog more than they realize.
- 45:41Speaker 2: And that's what I also then started wondering, is the
- 45:48Speaker 2: amount that they are talking about Rachel and Sandoval's relationship
- 45:55Speaker 2: and the dog and all of that. I don't know,
- 45:58Speaker 2: it just starting to feel weird to me, Like, what
- 46:02Speaker 2: do you mean, like like I if I was with James, Yes,
- 46:10Speaker 2: if James was my boyfriend and he used to be
- 46:13Speaker 2: engaged to Rachel Rachel, and now I have the dog,
- 46:17Speaker 2: I think I wouldn't really talk about her other relates,
- 46:22Speaker 2: Like if I was the new girlfriend, I would just
- 46:24Speaker 2: keep it to like, all right, let's see how the
- 46:25Speaker 2: dog works out with our family. I wouldn't keep bringing
- 46:28Speaker 2: up Rachel. Right, but who knows?
- 46:34Speaker 1: Then we get we already talked about the sand of
- 46:39Speaker 1: all facetimes her while they're driving, right.
- 46:42Speaker 2: He cries. We talked about that, Okay. I guess what
- 46:46Speaker 2: I meant was I felt sorry for him when he
- 46:47Speaker 2: cried in his confessionals, but I didn't understand why he
- 46:51Speaker 2: was crying, Like someone really gets me upset when I
- 46:54Speaker 2: see a man in a green suit and green and
- 46:58Speaker 2: a studio crying. I don't know when I do. When
- 47:04Speaker 2: I do interviews, I cry a lot too, So I
- 47:07Speaker 2: just felt like I cry all the time. But I
- 47:10Speaker 2: don't know, I just I don't know. Maybe he was
- 47:14Speaker 2: maybe he was really having a big SOB. Maybe he
- 47:17Speaker 2: was having a moment.
- 47:18Speaker 1: And I love that you've now edited what you originally thought,
- 47:21Speaker 1: even though originally you were sad that he cried with Shorts.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Now, no, no, I think I forgot about that part.
- 47:28Speaker 2: I just picture him in that green suit doing his
- 47:31Speaker 2: interview crying. That's what I picture, right right right. Uh.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Then they arrived to the beach house, the Tahoe Beach House,
- 47:39Speaker 1: and Shorts doesn't want to jinx anything, but he's hopeful
- 47:42Speaker 1: they become a big, happy family.
- 47:46Speaker 2: And it'd all be thanks to him. Yeah, I mean,
- 47:49Speaker 2: because he is the hero in this. He facilitated it.
- 47:52Speaker 2: He brought everybody together. I feel like he wants like
- 47:56Speaker 2: a he wants like a pat on the shoulder. He
- 47:58Speaker 2: wants I mean, but in his point, he's the only
- 48:03Speaker 2: one that could do that. I guess maybe No, he
- 48:08Speaker 2: really is the only one that it could have done
- 48:09Speaker 2: is the bridge, so he had to make it happen.
- 48:12Speaker 2: He is a bridge. So we appreciated it. Yeah. Uh.
- 48:16Speaker 2: Then we get some more teeny bikini action.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Then they're out at the pier Sandoval thanks to the
- 48:23Speaker 1: group for being so nice to him. He mentioned his
- 48:26Speaker 1: friend Shannon will be there tomorrow morning to do a
- 48:28Speaker 1: guided meditation. James was like, where the hell is my
- 48:32Speaker 1: CBD drinks? At this point in time, because I can't
- 48:37Speaker 1: even take this.
- 48:38Speaker 2: You know what, I don't like that stuff either. You
- 48:40Speaker 2: do right? You like to meditate and have like peaceful moments. See,
- 48:46Speaker 2: I'm more of a I don't know. I would rather
- 48:48Speaker 2: just I like the breaking the wall shit, Like I
- 48:51Speaker 2: like that when they were when they had the hammers
- 48:53Speaker 2: and the what is that? It's not a hammer? What
- 48:55Speaker 2: is a floodchhammer? That's a sledhammer. Yeah, let me be clear.
- 48:58Speaker 1: I like to meditate in my home, in my bed
- 49:01Speaker 1: for five minutes and like try to get my anxiety together.
- 49:05Speaker 1: But meditating with a bunch of people I'm fighting with, right,
- 49:10Speaker 1: it's going to make things better, Like on a vacation
- 49:13Speaker 1: that doesn't seem right. No, if you're going to like
- 49:16Speaker 1: a health retreat or you're doing this or doing whatever,
- 49:20Speaker 1: or you're with a group of like minded people where
- 49:22Speaker 1: you feel like or but forcing people to do do
- 49:25Speaker 1: anything never works out.
- 49:27Speaker 2: Exercise meditating, it's like it's not going to go well.
- 49:32Speaker 1: Then Brock seems excited but feels then you know, James
- 49:37Speaker 1: feels the opposite. Lalla applaud Sandoval for working on himself
- 49:41Speaker 1: and says it's admirable after everything he's done I loved
- 49:45Speaker 1: Lalla this episode.
- 49:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I think so too. I really like what she says.
- 49:49Speaker 2: It's not a lot, but when she says it, it's
- 49:52Speaker 2: it's precise and it's profound, where everyone else is kind
- 49:58Speaker 2: of like, you know, and it takes a while to
- 50:02Speaker 2: get to the point, just go straight there. And I
- 50:04Speaker 2: appreciate that. But when who is it that called standible
- 50:07Speaker 2: mister tryhard? Oh? Is it James the Yeah? But I
- 50:12Speaker 2: don't know, did you think it was fair to call
- 50:14Speaker 2: him mister tryhard? Because I feel like that's hypocritical because
- 50:17Speaker 2: they want him, You're asking him to try hard, right,
- 50:21Speaker 2: they forget him to try hard, and then when he
- 50:24Speaker 2: tries hard, he makes fun of him and calls him
- 50:26Speaker 2: mister try hard, and I'm like, the guy is this
- 50:29Speaker 2: It's just a lose lose for him? At this point,
- 50:31Speaker 2: You're like, you want all these things from him, you
- 50:33Speaker 2: want attention, you want apology. So he tries to do
- 50:36Speaker 2: things like that and then you're like, oh, mister try
- 50:39Speaker 2: hard and it's like, oh pathetic, what a loser? Right?
- 50:44Speaker 1: I don't know, but then this then then Lisa comes in,
- 50:48Speaker 1: we talk about it, the dog comes in. They've decided
- 50:52Speaker 1: to rename the dog. It's it's such a better name too,
- 50:55Speaker 1: I mean, oh yeah, I mean it was really a
- 50:59Speaker 1: step up. And then Allie makes the joke that the
- 51:05Speaker 1: joke to sand Like, of all the people to make
- 51:09Speaker 1: the joke to Allie, I'm not sure Sandoval.
- 51:11Speaker 2: Was the right audience, Like I know your audience. Yeah,
- 51:17Speaker 2: Like Sandoval already looks sadder than like the person. Like
- 51:23Speaker 2: he's like sees the dog.
- 51:26Speaker 1: He's like, he obviously doesn't seem like he has a
- 51:28Speaker 1: big connection with the dog because he mentions that the
- 51:31Speaker 1: dog has been multiple people, right, you see him even
- 51:35Speaker 1: like brush off the dog hair even though the dog's hypoallergenic,
- 51:39Speaker 1: like all of it. It's all playing out. But then
- 51:41Speaker 1: Ali goes, well, I mean, if Rachel can rename herself,
- 51:45Speaker 1: why can't we rename hippie right?
- 51:48Speaker 2: Hah. She was waiting for like a haha, she got
- 51:50Speaker 2: nothing and he was like no reaction.
- 51:54Speaker 1: She faced and then she's like, guess that was kind
- 51:57Speaker 1: of mean, But then she liked it enough then she
- 52:00Speaker 1: needed to tell James that she did it right.
- 52:04Speaker 2: But yeah, that that happened. Then we get to.
- 52:08Speaker 1: Ariana facetiming the designer, which I know you've reached a
- 52:14Speaker 1: low point in the episode when every scene, the only
- 52:18Speaker 1: scenes that you're in are when you're facetiming other people.
- 52:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's not even about what's going on on
- 52:23Speaker 2: the show. It's about your furniture.
- 52:26Speaker 1: It's about your furniture that at this point, like the
- 52:33Speaker 1: fact that you would even consider for one second having a.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Lego Lego artwork reworked reworked is problematic for me. Like
- 52:48Speaker 2: I have a nine year old son named Luke who
- 52:51Speaker 2: loves legos. If you want to ship that Arianna over
- 52:55Speaker 2: to my house, that kid will rework it for you.
- 52:58Speaker 2: I'm telling you, he does like five Lego sets a day.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Send it my way and lout mind work it.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Do you think he could utilize because she is blonde
- 53:09Speaker 1: and he is brunette? Do you think that Luke could
- 53:11Speaker 1: metamorphose that artwork?
- 53:13Speaker 2: And to me, yes, I think he could. I think
- 53:16Speaker 2: there are enough pieces and enough different colors that I
- 53:19Speaker 2: could be stand the Ball and you could be Arianna
- 53:22Speaker 2: and I will hang it right here behind me Arianna,
- 53:25Speaker 2: Send it my way. How much would it cost for
- 53:28Speaker 2: us to get that painting?
- 53:30Speaker 1: Also, how much should it I mean that the Lego set,
- 53:32Speaker 1: how much should it cost in general?
- 53:35Speaker 2: I don't I don't know, but apparently a lot because
- 53:38Speaker 2: the thing hanging from the ceiling was expensive, So I
- 53:41Speaker 2: don't know.
- 53:42Speaker 1: I do have to say this, if I was going
- 53:44Speaker 1: to share my living quarters with my ex that I
- 53:48Speaker 1: no longer am interested in, that is something I would
- 53:53Speaker 1: take down straight away and keep.
- 53:56Speaker 2: No, Like I would not have that in the house anymore.
- 53:59Speaker 2: Like if we're well, you're talking about the lego, not
- 54:01Speaker 2: the chandelier thing, No leg picture, not the chandelier with
- 54:05Speaker 2: no lights, No the lego picture, Like I wouldn't want
- 54:08Speaker 2: to walk by it every day, like it like I
- 54:11Speaker 2: don't keep in mind she take the legos off of
- 54:14Speaker 2: his face at least so yeah, or like put a.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Friendship lamp there with her boyfriend right over his head,
- 54:20Speaker 1: Like I wouldn't want to see that photo every day.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Then Brock apologizes to Shena, which I thought was an
- 54:40Speaker 1: actual apology.
- 54:41Speaker 2: It was. I thought it was a good, genuine apology
- 54:43Speaker 2: about it being wrong place, round, wrong time totally and.
- 54:47Speaker 1: Saying we're going to put a pin in this because
- 54:49Speaker 1: I'm glad he did do it, because for a minute there,
- 54:52Speaker 1: I was like, shit, these two aren't going to make
- 54:54Speaker 1: it like they were like at each other.
- 54:56Speaker 2: I know, were they fighting about laundry when they were
- 54:59Speaker 2: in the and she was even been like mad at
- 55:02Speaker 2: him because he doesn't let her do the laundry. I
- 55:04Speaker 2: was like, I've never had that argument with Shane, like,
- 55:06Speaker 2: stop doing your own laundry. I'll do it, like I've
- 55:10Speaker 2: never said that in my life.
- 55:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna be really honest. I give two shits of
- 55:14Speaker 1: Edwin's underwear turned pink because you watched it with something else,
- 55:18Speaker 1: like that's on him.
- 55:18Speaker 2: I don't care what color is underwear. I know Shane
- 55:21Speaker 2: has pink socks, a pink hoodie, and it's all because
- 55:24Speaker 2: of the housewife, I mean the housekeeper. I don't care.
- 55:27Speaker 2: I'm not going to be like, oh, I'm so sorry
- 55:29Speaker 2: that's pink. Let me do your laundry for me. Let
- 55:32Speaker 2: me take control. Oh you didn't like your Postmads Sinner,
- 55:35Speaker 2: let me cook you something up. Don't you post again.
- 55:38Speaker 2: I'll make sure that I got you covered next time.
- 55:40Speaker 2: In the formal dining room, that is where we will
- 55:43Speaker 2: eat it, and we will enjoy every second of it.
- 55:48Speaker 1: But yeah, but I did think it was a genuine apology.
- 55:50Speaker 1: I do think they're just going it's you know, the
- 55:53Speaker 1: highs and lows of after you have a kid exactly
- 55:55Speaker 1: and figuring it out. Then they all go to visit
- 56:00Speaker 1: he sat at the Wolf.
- 56:02Speaker 2: The Wolf. It's going to be beautiful. It looks like
- 56:05Speaker 2: you know the other restaurants. I think it's going to
- 56:07Speaker 2: turn into something great. But then they go to the
- 56:11Speaker 2: what they another restaurant, right they do the rage room
- 56:16Speaker 2: or the they hit the thing with the sledgehammer? Right?
- 56:19Speaker 2: Which what would you have yelled? A few were them?
- 56:22Speaker 2: You know, I was thinking that, but I did, like
- 56:24Speaker 2: what sand of all yelled? Wasn't he just yelling off
- 56:27Speaker 2: everything that He's like worm with a mustache with the
- 56:31Speaker 2: mustache greater. But then he was like la la, and
- 56:39Speaker 2: she's like, what's like, what about some of the ship
- 56:42Speaker 2: you've done? You know, like so that's how they ended.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, scumbag cheaters Charles oh Lanson's son, and oh
- 56:53Speaker 2: I said that, Yeah, She's like that was my line,
- 56:57Speaker 2: thank you. But she did make another good point, like
- 57:03Speaker 2: he isn't calling out any of his actions, which you know,
- 57:07Speaker 2: maybe Scannaval was his actions. I don't know, I don't
- 57:11Speaker 2: really know. It's in his head I don't know. I mean,
- 57:13Speaker 2: he did say narcissist, and he did say liar, and
- 57:16Speaker 2: he did say cheater, right, But I guess he was
- 57:18Speaker 2: saying in a way where those were things that other
- 57:20Speaker 2: people said about him and he wasn't really saying it
- 57:23Speaker 2: about himself. I don't know. I don't know either. But
- 57:26Speaker 2: then they all go out to another dinner. Lisa has
- 57:28Speaker 2: another outfit change, and which they're all like, wow, third
- 57:33Speaker 2: outphabit change.
- 57:35Speaker 1: Then they panned to all three outfits, like I want
- 57:38Speaker 1: to make sure she gets her screen time, no matter
- 57:40Speaker 1: if it's just outfit changes, they're not more times with wolves.
- 57:45Speaker 1: And then everyone starts hounding Shorts for saying he's single,
- 57:50Speaker 1: oh because remember Short said.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Single at forty when he had the sledge Oh yeah,
- 57:54Speaker 2: with the sledgehamber. But he seems to be but he
- 57:57Speaker 2: sounds like he's fine as single at forty because he
- 57:59Speaker 2: says he's not ready to He says he's not ready
- 58:01Speaker 2: to mingle because he's probably getting it in with Joe
- 58:04Speaker 2: and that's fine for now, and he's telling Joe. He
- 58:07Speaker 2: knows that Joe's going to watch this, and he needs
- 58:09Speaker 2: to make it very clear he's not ready to be
- 58:11Speaker 2: in a relationship, right, or he's just secretly in love
- 58:13Speaker 2: with Lala because there was that awkward conversation between the
- 58:17Speaker 2: two of them at the pole. But he's like, you're
- 58:19Speaker 2: the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. But you know,
- 58:21Speaker 2: like as a friend, you're the most amazing creature I've
- 58:24Speaker 2: ever laid eyes on. But just as friends, and.
- 58:26Speaker 1: The sexiest lips I've ever seen. Even though I made
- 58:28Speaker 1: fun with him, but as a platonic way, but he did.
- 58:32Speaker 1: There was some other chemistry type thing that they had.
- 58:35Speaker 1: I actually wouldn't even hate if those two ended up together.
- 58:38Speaker 2: No, I think it would be cute. I mean kind
- 58:41Speaker 2: be as a dad. I think he would be a
- 58:43Speaker 2: good dad. I think he would be like the fun,
- 58:45Speaker 2: goofy dad, but a Disneyland dad. Well no, not like
- 58:49Speaker 2: at Disneyland. I think he would be a good, committed dad.
- 58:51Speaker 2: But I think he would just be like he wouldn't
- 58:53Speaker 2: be like the disciplinarian dad. No, but I think you know.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Then Lisa raises a two host and telling James to
- 59:01Speaker 1: say one nice thing about Sandoval.
- 59:04Speaker 2: He struggles to come up with something and then finally
- 59:08Speaker 2: settles in was saying it's nice that we're all sitting
- 59:11Speaker 2: at a.
- 59:11Speaker 1: Table together, and actually it was fine with that versus
- 59:14Speaker 1: some response, right right, And then Sandoval explains the living
- 59:20Speaker 1: situation to everyone, mentioning that he's offered to buy Ariana
- 59:23Speaker 1: out and the fact that they have not spoken since
- 59:25Speaker 1: the reunion.
- 59:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:28Speaker 1: But then Lisa calling Shorts out because of the dirty martini.
- 59:34Speaker 1: She's like, why didn't you order the vander pump Rose?
- 59:38Speaker 1: Did you see Hallie? She's like, are you not following
- 59:42Speaker 1: the script? What is your problem?
- 59:44Speaker 2: Like, what what are you doing here? You don't even
- 59:47Speaker 2: go here anymore? Stand of all knows james behavior is
- 59:52Speaker 2: due to the fact that he's hurt, so he pulls
- 59:54Speaker 2: him aside so they can talk privately. James points out
- 59:57Speaker 2: that Sandival could have been the things with Arianna before
- 59:59Speaker 2: getting together with Rachel, and that wouldn't have been nearly
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: as catastrophic. It comes down to Sandibal not having the
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: guts to end his relationship. I mean, yeah, that's a
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: good point, Like, clearly end your relationship with the person
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: that you're committed to and that you live with before
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: having an affair with somebody else. I mean, I mean,
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: but I have done a lot of research on like cheating,
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: and I think this is very I'm not justifying it,
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: you guys. I'm saying that oftentimes people will cheat because
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: they don't have the balls to actually end it, and
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: they hope they're going to get caught. Okay, you like
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: true crime. I feel like there's so many men that
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: will actually murder their wives before coming clean that they
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: have a mistress. And I'm like, dude, like you just
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: had to get divorced. You didn't have to murder her
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: just because you don't want to disappoint the person. Or
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: I think what he wasn't able to say was like
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: I didn't want to disappoint the fans. We've done books together,
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: We've given the illusion that we're such this great couple,
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: and I just wasn't ready to throw in the towel
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: on that and be the bad guy. So I just
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: became the worst guy ever. So I just I just
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: basically ruined my entire life. I just blew everything up.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: Now I'm a frozen embryo on SNL. You know what,
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: That's where I'm at life. I'm a frozen embryo and
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: a pig and a worm with a mustache, winning, winning,
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: But then Sandoval says, you know, there is a true
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: moment with him and James. So they talk about their
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: friendship and then that's when they go down memory lane
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: where you kind of see that James is he's coming
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: around with well, he's coming around, but you see how
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: much James really liked Sandoval right at one point, and
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: then you remember that Sandoval paid for a portion of
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: like the engagement party between oh yeah, Rael and James James,
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: and we see all the messiness. But then James asked
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: the question something along the lines of like how are
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: you feeling? And Sandoval says he's torn between resentment and
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: love with Rachel right now and he doesn't know where
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: they stand. And I I thought in that moment that
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: was the most real I had seen Tom. Yeah, I agree,
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: it was like a finally a level of real vulnerability.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Yeah, Like he like he could have given James the like, no,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: I've done with it, or she's the love of my life,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: but yeah, been over the top.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: But he was like, you know what, I really don't know.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: I don't know. Yeah, I think I.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Love her, but she left me in this mess. Whether
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: she did or not, she's setting her boundaries getting healthy.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: I'm not saying that, but that's how he felt. And
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: then James talks about how he thought Sandoval would be
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: the last man in Hollywood to ever betray him.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: I'm like, I was like, wait, whoa, I'm sorry called
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: vander Pump Rules and you're all on it to essentially
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: cause drama, and you thought he was the last hmm,
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: So James isn't a good judge of character. That's what
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: I came away with.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Well, I mean I also came away with He's coming
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: around and for the first time that we've seen on
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: this show, Santaval is finally taking a little bit of
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: accountability and James admits he is missing parts of their relationships.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: And then James jitters the entire episode gave me a.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: Little bit of anxiety. Did he I didn't notice that? Yeah?
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: Oh he twitches a lot. You mean he's having withdrawals?
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: Is that what you're saying?
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: That's no, No, that's a housewife trick what you just
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: did right there.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: And like that said, no, see, I know I'm really
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: good at that stuff. You know. I never asked a
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: question that I don't know the answer to.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: But yeah, you guys, that is another episode of popping
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: off with thanks.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: For joining us us US Emily Simpson and Teddy Mellencamp.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: I said my name first this time. You know what
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: you nailed it. I nailed it. It was a nice
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: ring to it, and thank you. Soon you'll see us
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: on a lego artwork. Yes, coming soon done, I look
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: hear you. By bye bye
