Despite sweltering temps hitting 100 degrees and a shortened route, the Red, White and Blue To-Do Pomp and Parade roared through Independence Mall on Thursday, celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with patriotic flair. Over 20 groups marched — from Philly to Puerto Rico — honoring the spirit of brotherly love and national pride.
