Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_05]: Welcome to Drinking!
- 0:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, welcome to Drinkin' Bros, fake news.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody bringing you the realest fakeest news of the weekends.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_05]: Nice to have a day off.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_05]: Nice to have a day off on Monday, feeling refreshed today, feeling good today.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_05]: And our top story here was something that's swell.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_05]: Let's face it, everybody was talking about it over the weekend, didn't really matter where you went, somebody had an opinion on this.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_05]: And it's pretty fucking wild.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_05]: We left, what was that?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_05]: Friday, that's that meeting, and I think all this shit was kind of going on in the background.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, I think the news came out not long after
- 0:56[SPEAKER_20]: after you left the snow.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_05]: One of those things where like the verdict came out and it was like shit, we're going.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_05]: We were right there, brother, and then we were going, and then the lawyers already doing interviews this morning on Good Morning America.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_05]: We started a little bit earlier with college football this morning, Anthony, so did not get to catch this lawyer, but if you haven't heard or live under a rock,
- 1:21[SPEAKER_05]: The top story is obviously Lindsey, Clancy, and her trial that was declared a mistrial.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_05]: Million things went on in this case that will go over here in a second.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_05]: Let's play this lawyer's clip first so and hear what he had to say before we get into the story.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_16]: What's next for Lindsey?
- 1:43[SPEAKER_16]: I'd like to say that perhaps Donald Trump who felt compelled to speak out about this case made very well.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_16]: Mr. President, I would hope that you would consider this young lady type of prison she is, which she's been through and consider her pardon.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_16]: What's next for Lindsay?
- 2:00[SPEAKER_05]: Whoa!
- 2:01[SPEAKER_05]: Is that real?
- 2:02[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_05]: That's not a, right?
- 2:05[SPEAKER_20]: That's, that's real, that's real, that's real and that's really fucking retarded.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_05]: Whoa, that one's a crazy one.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_05]: Man, isn't that often I'm stunned to start with here, but okay, I don't think that's, are you sure that's real?
- 2:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that was posted by Good Morning America's official account.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_04]: No fucking way.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, man, I've stunned.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_05]: So why the show is called fake do is bad.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_05]: I can't believe that's that's a real thing.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_20]: I'd support a second pardon for Hunter Biden over that.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I don't think did Trump say something about this?
- 2:50[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know what Trump said, but this is a Massachusetts state murder trial.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_11]: He doesn't have any authority to pardon this woman.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_05]: No, right?
- 3:00[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what this is about.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't either.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_05]: What's this clip, Bluc?
- 3:04[SPEAKER_05]: So he, he's talking about Lindsey Clancy.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if he was responding to that clip though.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_05]: OK. Yeah, we can watch this.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I mean, look, this is how big this case is.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_05]: I figured a reporter would ask.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_05]: I just didn't know what it said.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I got him press play on this.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_05]: I would say no, see there.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's a shame.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's a horrible tragedy.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's a horrible tragedy.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: I see what's happened, and it's
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: Looks like it's a home jewelry.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: I think the judge is saying it's going to be a missed trial.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: I assume this is going to be another trial.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's a terrible situation.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: Look, she did a horrible, horrible thing.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: Can't be worse.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: But you'll find out what the price to pay is.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: There'll be a price.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be mental institution or jail or something.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: But I guess they're going to go through another trial.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's too bad.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, um, that's that's the right answer and something like that's uh, but killer mom Lindsey Clancy's lawyer is asking for a hail Mary million to one ruling to protect his clients, abs of the sensational mistrial intertriple murder case experts told the New York Post defense lawyer.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_05]: Kevin Rettington, who you just saw there at the top of the show on Good Morning and weren't America, said Friday that he will ask a Massachusetts judge William Sullivan to set aside the hung jury outcome that can't, that this can't be real.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_05]: It just happened this morning.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_11]: He's, I don't know if he's filed it yet, but
- 4:37[SPEAKER_11]: He's basically asking that she is not criminal and responsible for completely strangling her kids.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_11]: Now, he's asking for the judge to overrule the jury and rule from the bench that she's not criminal and responsible.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_11]: If granted the move of a protector from a possible second trial,
- 5:01[SPEAKER_11]: Now, that's really rare.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_11]: Peter Eiken, who's not connected to the case, but as a boss and lawyer said that it's rare to the extreme, Reddington has to be commended for blah, blah, blah.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_11]: The granting of such a 25 B2 motion is rare in extreme.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_11]: The legal move can only prevail for Reddington, can prove that the jury screwed up so badly that a judge has no choice.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_11]: but to set the deadlock result aside, it would be used if it was genuinely with the jury got it totally wrong and that their decision was not based on sufficient evidence.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_11]: However, most judges go through their entire career with a lot of regranding one.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_11]: We don't undo what jury did.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_11]: We respect jury's as what he said this other lawyer.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_11]: Um, and he says he doesn't think anybody's accusing this particular jury of doing any of that so
- 5:58[SPEAKER_11]: It was 11 and 1.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_05]: So, when you say jury, you're essentially just saying one guy, and this lawyer, which I didn't think was legal, and I'll ask you this, are you allowed to come out and say, hey, dude, it's this one dude, like he said in the courtroom, I thought you weren't allowed to give the jury's identity or anything else.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_05]: We know there was only three guys that were on the jury out of the 12.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_11]: their identities will be released in 10 days.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, they will.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_11]: The panelists are set to be released on September 18th and lawyers on both sides are likely to be looking out for media interviews.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_11]: The jurors may give about what they thought about the case.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_11]: Probably so they're going to just their next case because there will be a retrial, certainly.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_05]: I agree.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_05]: There's no way they're going to pass this up.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_11]: The DA can retry the case on the same charges or they can downgrade or try to reach a plea deal before the fact or dismiss the case altogether, which seems unlikely.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_11]: There's a hearing on the 29th, I think.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_11]: Where reticons are going to try to get a bench judgment.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_11]: And at that point, I think the DA will say what they're going to do as well.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_11]: uh... what is your personal feeling on this well i mean it's there's been a lot of ups and downs throughout the trial
- 7:31[SPEAKER_11]: I think people conflate things sometimes like the ex-husband seems like a giant piece of shit, frankly.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_11]: He's like his wife has just had a third child and she's clearly got postpartum depression and she's on different prescriptions from different doctors and he's like on vacation and
- 7:59[SPEAKER_11]: that's something.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_11]: It's something that she was on SSRIs.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_11]: It's something that the body of medicine is not very good on how to treat women in that situation.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_11]: And then on the other hand, she killed her three kids and I think she deserves a die.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_11]: And she agrees because she tried to kill herself several times.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know why she changed her mind about that now that
- 8:30[SPEAKER_11]: If I no matter what happened to me, if I had some kind of snap like that and hurt one of my children, I would kill myself.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_11]: That'd be the end of it.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_11]: There's no other on-roll way to exit this planet.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_11]: So that's my opinion as a parent.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_11]: But I don't know.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know anything about her in particular.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_11]: Like, what's her motivation for taking this to trial and not just pleading out?
- 9:00[SPEAKER_11]: And I mean, she confessed to doing it.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_11]: She's saying she belongs in a mental institution or that it was a one time thing or what is it exactly?
- 9:08[SPEAKER_05]: Mental institution and
- 9:13[SPEAKER_05]: versus life in prison, and you know, are you guys doing this on crime corner this week?
- 9:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, okay.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_05]: We're recording it tomorrow.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_05]: I haven't necked deep in this shit all weekend.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I figured I'm not on Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty, so that's not an option.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_05]: No, and look, mental institution versus jail, somewhat argue.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_05]: That institution maybe worse.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_05]: I couldn't be like one flu over the cuckoo's and ask where you're just listening to fucking people If it was one of the older institutions, I would say that but with
- 9:46[SPEAKER_20]: the way they are now a day so before it arguably could have been worse for her going to a mental institution because she could have spent the rest of her life in the institution whereas with prison she might have gotten parole after a while now a days I think it is going to be easier for an institution and there's a possibility that she does get out early because as soon as she's deemed mentally stable and make eye well you're good to go you're back on the streets so yeah mental institution would be the the better outcome for because then she has
- 10:15[SPEAKER_20]: interesting.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, I look at this case.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously, you know, my wife and their friends and everybody else has been talking about it.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_05]: She sent the husband to the store during that time period is when she killed her three kids.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_05]: So come down one by one, choked him with an
- 10:37[SPEAKER_05]: Strangling was over five minutes.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_05]: The entire story is absolutely horrific and then she tried to cut her votes, leave her wrist, and then third attempt was to jump out the window of the second story that made her paralyzed.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_05]: Even if it is a mental institution, I
- 11:00[SPEAKER_05]: I don't understand the, I understand about postpartum.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_05]: That is a real thing.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_05]: My wife went through it's on, I think I believe, our second child.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_05]: But I said, hey, we got her the help she needed and everything else.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_05]: I agree with you, the husband's a piece of shit.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_05]: However, there is no world where I could imagine killing my three children.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_05]: I have three children.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_11]: And they're all I mean, yeah, but you're thinking about it from a, like that part of it,
- 11:30[SPEAKER_11]: I have, I've known people who have snapped and killed people before, 100%, including themselves.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_11]: These are military veterans, obviously, it's a different situation.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_11]: But not necessarily, I mean,
- 11:46[SPEAKER_11]: There's a, that's what psychosis is, right?
- 11:49[SPEAKER_11]: Like you're not, you're not operating, like a human being at that point.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know that how, I don't think it's useful to dig into that part of it.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think it's because you don't know.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_11]: There's no way to verify yes or no on the experience.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_11]: I think that's one of the issues that the prosecution had in this case, even trying to go down that route and debate.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_11]: what is in isn't psychosis and whether she was suffering from it, how could you possibly know?
- 12:16[SPEAKER_11]: You know what I mean?
- 12:17[SPEAKER_11]: Right.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_11]: We know that it's a real thing.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, I, again, have not personally experienced it, but I know people who have, they all killed themselves afterwards, but, um,
- 12:29[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I don't think that's the right argument to have.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_11]: I think the right argument is you killed your three kids.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_11]: You got to go.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I mean, I just don't.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_11]: Now, obviously, that's a moral opinion and not a legal one.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_11]: The justice system works quite a bit differently than just our normal moral opinions, you know what I mean?
- 12:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and what I can't figure out is, let's take this one, jury member, who held out?
- 12:53[SPEAKER_05]: since it has been released that it was one of the three dudes.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_05]: He's every right to.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_05]: That's his right is a jury member.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_05]: And that's what happens when you're in a jury of your peers there.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_05]: Trying to get this tossed out from a legal standpoint just because they don't agree with one juror.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, that's the way the legal system works.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't really understand that.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_05]: The other crazy fascination with this is the TikTok element of it.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_05]: People became obsessed with these theories and conspiracies and everything that was going on on tip-tock to the point where I don't know if you saw this another mom killed Her kid over the weekend and claims the exact same thing.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't and she was heavily into Lindsay Clancy pull her up.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_05]: I forget the name of her She's obviously in jail but she did the same thing over the weekend here so
- 13:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's hard to say it's a copycat thing, but the exact phrasing I believe from the police department was she was heavily involved in the Lindsey Clancy trial.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_05]: Whatever that means exactly.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_05]: Now, hadn't gone through her phone.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it's wine and pill moms.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_11]: It's the same people listening to Candace Owens, I would imagine.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I got a scroll down in there.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_05]: She killed her two-year-olds.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_05]: That's her right there.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_04]: What's her name?
- 14:22[SPEAKER_04]: It just says Illinois mother, but I can see if that's fine.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_05]: That's her muck shot right there inside prison.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_05]: I would be really curious to see her text messages.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_05]: And whatever, you know, friend groups or anything she was in regarding this trial.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_05]: This was one that's unfortunately, people became obsessed with in particular women on this.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_05]: And
- 14:47[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's a fucking horrible horrible story, but there is no doubt she should be in prison the rest of her life one way or the other either in a mental institution or prison I'm fine with either but you know clearly she didn't want to be alive as well and maybe honor those wishes but this is a crazy one and I think there's going to be more of these I really do.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't know what you do about the social media element of it, and investing your life into this shit.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_05]: And do them scrolling over and over and over again.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_05]: So it's where the point you're doing it.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_05]: On your.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it's that's like the.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_11]: We've got.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_11]: So for men.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_11]: This Luke will look up the origin of the phrase idle hand or the devil's play thing.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_11]: I want to see how old that is.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_11]: I think it might be older than we expect.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_11]: I think Devon saw us in it.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_11]: But I'm proud to say I don't know who that is.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_20]: I think Jerome from the fourth century Christian scholar, wrote in Latin.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_20]: Fact, eloquid, essentially engage in some occupation so that the devil always finds you busy.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_11]: So, like we're talking about the same time period as Augustine of Hippo, right, like the 4th century, 5th century, that time frame.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_11]: This is a very old ideology and our very old idea, rather.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_11]: And we generally think of it as applying to men, especially little boys, don't let them.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_11]: get bored otherwise they're going to get up to no good but look at what it's done to adults for men they have no guiding purpose I mean life is fucked up and it is a constant battle against your own weakness and incompetence.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_11]: I just said this today and the things we love narrower focus to achieve that end and it's the The you could even go as far as to say the
- 17:00[SPEAKER_11]: What a nation is, is to some degree reflected in the collective things we love and what are the collective things we love now as a society.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_11]: Everybody is fragmented.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_11]: So men have no purpose and we talk about that a lot lately, not that we do anything about it.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_11]: We talk about it a lot.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_11]: We don't really talk about it much for women.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_11]: We don't talk about the result of purposeless men on women.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_11]: Like,
- 17:26[SPEAKER_11]: If a dude is full of purpose and he's getting shit done, women respect that and they will follow him.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_11]: If they have no one to follow, then they're going to doom scroll and spiral.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_11]: That's what a woman does.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_11]: We'll left to our own devices.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_11]: A man fucking...
- 17:41[SPEAKER_11]: jacks off and plays video games and a woman fucking gets in her head and spirals.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_11]: This is the kind of shit.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_11]: I'm not blaming culture for any of this.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_11]: You have to make your own personal fucking decisions in life.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_11]: But this is the result of week culture.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_11]: It is and the people that are fucking piggybacking on this idea.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_11]: The second third order affects this.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_11]: That just exposes the fucking decay.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_05]: And it's absolutely fucking insane.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_05]: And when I saw that second story pop up over the weekend, I was like,
- 18:08[SPEAKER_05]: I got, man, because I don't think that's the last one.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_05]: And there's something weird about this woman being a hero to a lot of women that's more women are going to want to follow that, I think, and that's the shitiest part of this.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_04]: What interviews you have was that outside the courtroom with the defense attorney talking about the juror?
- 18:32[SPEAKER_05]: And by the way, the reaction to him online was even fucked up, like he was treated like
- 18:39[SPEAKER_11]: let's face it's this trial has been the white object trial for for when it well this one dude is uh it's going to be interesting he's going to be wildly popular with certain segments of the population and uh we can have when they release everybody's name um and far ahead of my probably carry a gun frankly there's a lot of crazy assholes out there that think uh I mean it's
- 19:06[SPEAKER_11]: Well, another thing that's the result of having of being rudderless like Rihar is just maximalist claims all the time, like everybody's getting paid by somebody, everybody's on the take.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_11]: If you don't think and feel the way I do, you're a fucking traitor, blah, blah, blah, this stupid shit.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_11]: And that's the way people generally think right now.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_11]: It is an odd way to go through life, to think that style differences, constitutes traders behavior.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_11]: But that's the way it is now, and people are fucking crazy.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_11]: People are nuts.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_11]: because the thing that keeps you anchored and sane is your family, whether that means your literal immediate family like your wife and kids or your brothers or your friend group or whatever it is for some people that work place.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_11]: It comes in all different shapes and sizes.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_11]: But if you can't get it online either, if whatever community you're participating, this is why drinking bros exist, if whatever community you're participating in, doesn't have an in-state that has you and another person making eye contact.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_11]: not and not through a fucking digital screen somewhere, then it's not real.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_11]: You can't help somebody move on the internet.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_11]: You can't help somebody fucking, you can't hug somebody while they cry because they're fucking dog died on the internet.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_11]: Can't do any of that shit.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_11]: And this is where we are now.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_11]: People are fucking nuts.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_11]: They take everything at the worst possible meeting because there is no shared culture to run true to anymore.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_11]: and do you think that's because of the internet and social media now i think it started long long before that i think it started in the 1920s actually maybe the tens um because a lot of people are looking for that answer yeah i think when um when the american public
- 20:59[SPEAKER_11]: decided and they did decide that it was too big a lift to take care of their neighbors anymore that we needed to tolerate state the the nanny state to do it for us um that is when we started getting organized into groups yet you have to think of it this way.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_11]: it doesn't have to be evil.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_11]: The bureaucracy doesn't have to be evil too.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_11]: And with what we would look at and call evil, it's, it has to treat everybody the same and everybody's not the same.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_11]: It also has to treat you like a number because there's too many of us.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_11]: to treat individually.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_11]: And what happens when you're dealing with numbers, you put them in the spreadsheet and you segment them by this category and that category and all that stuff.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_11]: Until you start getting sorted into something that you never really were, these economic conditions that I happen to be in right now are not who I am as a person.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_11]: that's not who that's not the values I have it's not any of that shit so my health needs are my financial needs or whatever the fuck else that has little to no bearing on who I am as a man like what the things that I prioritize whether I love my country or not the way I treat my family the ethics the religion whatever it is.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_11]: We don't get sorted into those groups anymore.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_11]: We get sorted into economic categories now and that is the it is not evil on its face.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_11]: It must happen that way.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_11]: That's why the bureaucracy is intrinsically evil whether it wants to be or not because it sorts you that way.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_11]: And the only way to combat that is to do it in your local area.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_11]: Go out and find a couple guys this weekend and think of the group in your area.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_11]: that depends on government the most whomever they are single moms of young boys who don't have anywhere to send the boys old people who can't get the food they need or their fucking son or son and go do something for them go do something for that go find two or three your buddies and go solve some fucking problem.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_11]: that that group has.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_11]: Go mentor those kids, go feed or mow the lawns for those old people or do whatever you can and keep the government out of your fucking business and out of your neighborhood.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_11]: Otherwise, this will only continue to grow and people will get crazier and crazier.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_11]: We start off close together with spring and we get a little farther apart and we have to talk, we get even farther apart and now we have to yell until we get so far apart the only way we can reach each other is with bullets and bombs.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_11]: It's unsustainable.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_05]: I agree.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't know what the end game is.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_05]: You weren't talking about this the other day with regards to the economy and prices, health care, all that are the shits and when you don't feel like you have solutions to things, how much worse that can make you feel on a day-to-day basis.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_05]: we don't have any of those answers right now.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, to your points, you've got to find the smaller things that make you happy and a lot of it is in this group, um, shit.

- 32:25[SPEAKER_05]: What did this guy say right after the trial was over?
- 32:27[SPEAKER_05]: This is when we're leaving I believe on Friday.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_16]: They know that they were robbed by one man for whatever his agenda was
- 32:43[SPEAKER_16]: of the life of these other jurists that were so attentive, so beautiful, so wonderful and listen to this evidence and you could see how defeated they were sitting there.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_16]: And I got a funny feeling that they were going on for another week if they had to.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_16]: So I hope that guy can sleep well.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_11]: Like a fucking baby.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_11]: What are you talking about?
- 33:07[SPEAKER_11]: I stopped some lady from getting white glove treatment after she murdered her three children.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_11]: It's going to sleep pretty good tonight.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_05]: And so weird you said that, man, because at the internet was divided on this, I remember seeing it right out to the verdict and I was like, I got shit.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_05]: And I wanted to see the response on Twitter and everywhere else, and it was an odd 50 50 split, man.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_05]: I really, really seemed like that.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_05]: This guy was trending number one, what a fucking hero he was, is the lawyer and blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_05]: To go and say that one guy, that's his job.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_05]: If he believes in that, sorry, man, there's nothing you can really fucking do.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_05]: And then, yeah, now there's a go-fun me.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_05]: What is this out here?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_05]: One point, two, you're fucking kidding me.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_05]: Out of three million requested.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_05]: Is this for what, legal fees for the new trial?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, it's for Musgrove, that's her maiden names for her and her family.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_11]: And this is the, what's your, what's the, uh, it's an A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L-A-L
- 34:25[SPEAKER_11]: That'd be my guess.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_11]: You would say on the first go, you win or even stall prosecution like this and you name your price for people that actually have money.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_11]: You move forward.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_11]: This woman draining the accounts of someone like this who had to raise the money is not what good criminal defense lawyers do.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_11]: They essentially write this off as a marketing expense, typically.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_05]: But if this goes to another trial, though, that'll eat up this guy for the next, let's call it year, year and a half.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_05]: And I think he's in such two points, such high demand that he wants that paycheck because he's not,
- 35:03[SPEAKER_05]: a spring chick in this guy.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_05]: He looks like he might be 60s, 70s.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_05]: He's got a handful of trials left.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_05]: Kind of reminds me of an athlete Bailey type of a dude where, all right, you're trying to cash in here for the next four to five years, but he's pretty old.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_04]: You want to hear the most reason update here on this?
- 35:20[SPEAKER_04]: It could be fun, please.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_04]: It says from Brandy Mulligan, I've decided to raise the goal of this fundraiser since this process has been extended, so is the time,
- 35:33[SPEAKER_04]: continuing to carry the costs that come from being there for the daughter every day the original purpose of this fundraiser hasn't changed.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_04]: It's simply to take one thing off their plate while they continue to show up for their family.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_04]: If they have to keep showing up longer, I want to make sure the support does too.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_04]: Thank each and every one of you for showing up for this family.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_05]: Boy, and then this fucking photo show this photo.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it's designed to try to get you to empathize with this woman, and I just, yeah, I'm not, I have no empathy for, you know, um, there's, there's a, I have empathy for the broader female, particularly mother community who have to deal with the conditions that she was in, but the thing that we respect about people dealing with conditions is that they fucking deal with them and don't kill their kids.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_11]: Go to me, um, it's unfair.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_11]: life's unfair, you know, it wasn't fair, the things that happened to a lot of us, the way that the time chipped away, but this is unacceptable.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I agree, and this is, uh, that's a lot of fucking money right there, um, for the shit, but yeah, we'll find out on September 29th,
- 36:56[SPEAKER_05]: Apparently that's when the next hearing is scheduled has the last question about this is the prosecution said they are going to retry this That's the one thing that I I did not hear one way or the other I mean, I'm assuming they're gonna be going to another try.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_20]: I have to be.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, I mean, this is not going to be dropping it.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_05]: No, no
- 37:15[SPEAKER_20]: Also interesting to note, one of Kevin Reddington's other notable clients was Reverend Ronald Pacwin between 2002 and 2003 who was accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy dozens of times interesting.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_20]: I mean, he's a defense lawyer, so he represents almost exclusively pieces of shit.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_20]: But yeah, one of his, I think his client right before Lindsey was a guy who slaughtered like seven of his co-workers.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_20]: There's something like a race.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_20]: So he's good at that.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, not the first piece of shit that he's represented.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_20]: No.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_04]: Does he usually do high profile cases?
- 37:49[SPEAKER_04]: Is that kind of his thing?
- 37:50[SPEAKER_04]: Seems like a higher profile.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_04]: Jesus, man.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_05]: That's a dark one.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_05]: Next up, the duck tape here.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, this story actually love one of the heroes who jumped into duct tape and on a really airline passenger was identified as New Jersey range owner who gave the nut bag a blunt wake up called during the racist and homophobic tobacco, Richard Olinic, that's a fun last name.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_05]: uh... fifty three of the gun for higher shop in woodland park was traveling uh... board american air six eighteen from downstead new work on thursday when uh... arthur lane one dean sixty seven went on his violent meltdown there's the photo right there wow that's the post um... and he seems he doesn't seem that upset about it
- 38:51[SPEAKER_11]: No, it's like he's always smiling.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_11]: Um, what there's a, if you go in the article, there's a photo of the guy, like a linkedin photo or some shit on him, keep going.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_11]: The, the, the, the perp.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_05]: Was there any, was there any video on this?
- 39:04[SPEAKER_05]: Keep going.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_11]: Keep going, this guy.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_11]: This is the guy that they duct tape to the thing.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_11]: Wild.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_11]: So he went full burking and started yelling racist shit.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_11]: It's some black flight attendant, I guess.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_11]: No shit.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_11]: and then I'll see Drucker selfie.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know, but then he started, um, let's see, he said, um,
- 39:27[SPEAKER_11]: The two guys who stopped him are from a gun shop in Woodland Park and Richard O'Lenic and his one, his buddy, something that's a lot of things to do, one maya, one is a retired cop, and they were coming back from some gun thing and Vegas, but aren't Reno rather.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_11]: He said Olenic says I don't love to fly and he just looks at me and goes What we're all gone to die the plane is going to crash and I and I said you're gonna meet a couple of new friends when we land Presumably meeting the police During the flight London Who the guy with the glasses there?
- 40:13[SPEAKER_11]: Allegedly began flinging racist and homophobic slurs at a black flight attendant.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_11]: It actually doesn't say if it's a woman or not Okay, I assumed it was but if it's homophobic, it might be a gay black dude.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_11]: With the man
- 40:25[SPEAKER_11]: accused of then attacking other passengers during the meltdown.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_11]: Once he turned violent, man-linic rushed to protect the other passengers and held him down as flight attendants ran to grab tape and zip ties to hold him down.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_11]: I guess maybe they keep duct tape on the plane for I think this is procedure.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_11]: I've seen them do this before.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_11]: Really?
- 40:47[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_11]: I thought it was an air marsh on every place.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_11]: No.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_11]: We could do that.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_11]: We could afford that if we got rid of TSA and just use digital scanners for everything which we should.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_11]: The gun range on our said lunged in was fighting them through the entire ordeal.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_11]: Even biting one of them which led to the tape on his head.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_11]: Um, it was a pretty volatile situation, yati, yada, yada.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, he said he even tried to scare him when their eyes met or something, I don't know what the fuck that means.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_11]: Um, once the plainlanded Marilyn, uh, transportation police took custody of him and he was charged with second degree assault and disorderly conduct.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_11]: But it does seem like a number of people have been duct taped to things.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_13]: on planes lately that must be a thing right that's gotta be um do you have a a clip of this yeah okay play this I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I need to get a little I
- 42:01[SPEAKER_05]: He sounds hammered in.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_05]: That's pretty clear.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_05]: He's got to be hammered.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_05]: Or he's just mentally retarded and they just they accidentally duct taped a retard to a suit.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_05]: Does that a different view of this?
- 42:13[SPEAKER_05]: This looks like they're actually doing a duct tipping.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, both flight attendants are black.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, it was a rigid, rich and bargain.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_05]: No, but he's in first class, too.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_05]: That sucks for the rest of those guys, you know?
- 42:41[SPEAKER_05]: Usually that's a coach move.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_05]: That's a 33-E move, not a first-class move.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_05]: Shit, dude, both the Burger King guy in this guy.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_05]: That's a great picture right there.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_05]: That is, he's all wrapped
- 42:59[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, the shit, dude.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_05]: All right, what is this guy doing real life?
- 43:04[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know, that's a good question.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_11]: He looks like a business.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_11]: Muck his name, I'll be just probably got a link then.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_11]: Got to have a place where they got that picture from.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it looks like a link then, picture.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_11]: Is it saying anything?
- 43:15[SPEAKER_11]: He's just copying his name.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I didn't know if it said his job in the yard I call that, or what he does in real life.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_05]: Motivational speaker.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he's 67, maybe retired.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_05]: It looks great though, he's in shape.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_05]: He was.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_05]: He couldn't bust out of that fucking duck shape.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_20]: It says here he was a real estate agent, but I'm not seeing specifically where.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_20]: I'm guessing it wasn't Baltimore based on the language.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_20]: Two-son-based, long-reality company.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_20]: But he has been fired.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, he's been fired?
- 43:48[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_04]: before after the incident he was an associate broker vice president and executive council member he was up there so he was probably already in first class yeah yeah he was definitely sitting there and then homeboy lost his shit there boy strange world man strange world right now
- 44:12[SPEAKER_05]: Next time he's even stranger, this Amazon crash, this one I caught over the weekend.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_05]: Federal regulators said to crew members aboard Amazon cargo jets that crashed at Miami International Airport on Sunday survived the accidents, the National Transportation Safety Board provided the update during a Sunday press conference after official said the cargo plane.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_05]: overrun the runway and caught fire while landing.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_05]: The crash killed five people and injured five others, authorities set on Sunday, the jet collided with two vehicles carrying at least eight occupants, according to NTSB, chairwoman, Jennifer, home and D, seven of the victims were in a van that was struck in torn apart.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_05]: Ah, this makes more sense, because I heard there was casualties,
- 45:04[SPEAKER_05]: was the plane hitting the truck, okay, that makes sense.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_05]: On airport grounds, now what I had heard throughout the weekend that they overshot the runway by 1,200 to 1,300 feet here, which don't really know how that's possible, especially in an Amazon jet and let's face it, nobody flies more than those fucking guys who says.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_05]: So,
- 45:27[SPEAKER_05]: How you fucked that up at Miami.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_05]: This isn't a short runway.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_05]: You and I have flown in there a million times together in and out of there There's only a couple that I can think of DC is one of them not dullest, but the other one I think it's Reagan and then Lookwardia is always fucking weird you go over the ocean and then immediately right down that one's always fucked up But my amy's not one of them so I don't know how this happens here
- 45:55[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I know Amazon's gonna lose a lot of money because all these people are dead.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_11]: It over ran the run way.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it's, I don't, it seems like a, um, I don't think pilots over ran a run way.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe an issue with the brakes.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_11]: It seems like a technical issue of some sort.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_11]: And, uh, um, yeah, it's kind of wondering,
- 46:20[SPEAKER_11]: I wonder is there a layout of the area anywhere?
- 46:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there's actually footage of this thing in how low it was and where it was coming through.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_05]: That people were sharing online and it's shocking.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_05]: There's a front-on view of one of the ones that I saw if you scroll down.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that was it right there, I believe.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_11]: That's one thing I don't know.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_04]: This is a tower radio chatter.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_04]: You want to know the video below it?
- 46:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_05]: So, I don't see how it's possible.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, unless the brakes went out.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, maybe.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_05]: That's the only thing that seems possible to me.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_05]: Didn't seem like the pilot was out of control, but the footage is nuts.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_05]: There is one straight-on shot if you go through this video, Luke, where you can really see that the actual dirt is right there.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it says it went 1,300 additional feet beyond the paved service.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_11]: That's got to be a break failure.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_11]: Asked it.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's people laughing to 300 feet as it's a so it went it not only overshot the runway, but it went over like a highway and that's where it got rode Yes, it's 67 Sox narrowly missed the Tesla parking lot
- 48:15[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, let's face it.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_04]: You know, those cars need to be protected, obviously.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_05]: They would have thought, what have met a big explosion.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: You think so?
- 48:24[SPEAKER_05]: Fucking batteries, fucking exploding like that?
- 48:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that one right there.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, look, it, put your pull this one up.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_05]: God, this footage is wild.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_18]: How are good afternoon?
- 48:34[SPEAKER_18]: Any five, 98, heavy.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_18]: I, Alice, pretty good.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, that van is ripped apart.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, we have three,
- 48:43[SPEAKER_18]: It's in saying that the people in the plane survived this, I guess this is absolutely not said.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this is a video of the pilot runaway.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's what I was going to call that online.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_18]: I'm surprised how well the aircraft held together.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_20]: considering the fact that it did catch on fire it didn't turn into a fireball.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_05]: So they're I mean they've got some good engineering in those things Yeah, and and also there was a guy on ABC news There was a shot of him going into that window look If you show the front of that plane the window on the We would call it passenger side if it was a car, but some I don't
- 49:30[SPEAKER_05]: co-pilot side.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_05]: And he helped drag those pilots out of there.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, I can't imagine this is anything other than a failure.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_05]: Pilots don't miss like that.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, but like, could they not abort the landing, you know?
- 49:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the proud fly planes.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know that you don't you get back up.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, well, maybe, but they had to, they had flown and landed twice already in the same aircraft that day.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_11]: So, unless there was something alerting them, there would be no reason to think that it wouldn't work this time, right?
- 50:02[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I mean, once you're on the ground, you know, I guess it depends on when they figured out it wasn't celebrating enough.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but even at that point, if you're going to overshoot it to try to get up in the air after that would be next to impossible.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm sure if that was an option they would have done it.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm no pilots.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_04]: Um, played one, not on CV, but just kind of in real life, you know, faking people out, but so I sat in the the cockpit one time.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_04]: I did too.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, too.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, during the late flight.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I get a pen and they let me wear the hat.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, sick.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_05]: Which was nice.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_20]: Don't forget about your travel sunglasses.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I like her with them.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and those are in my bag right now is I never know when I'm going to need my pilot shades.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_05]: Not a sponsor, but I would love to have you.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_05]: I would love to have you.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_05]: uh... but yeah the interesting part will be the uh... i guess the uh... what would you call the ntsb trying to figure out what went wrong there because i don't i just can't imagine this is anything other than breaks or something like i just that would be hard to believe and this but that was a it was a fucking crazy story for sure uh... next up algebra
- 51:14[SPEAKER_05]: Tucker Carlson and some apparent method went on some retarded unhinged and frankly amazing rant about algebra being fake made just to fuck with you and only for people in the matrix recently neither of them have ever met anybody who uses algebra so obviously it's fake his guests who were
- 51:43[SPEAKER_05]: The sun never sets on a badass, which is true.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_05]: Capped off this period of enlightenment by referring to those who participate as good-goi slaves.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_05]: I just play the tape here.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_05]: I don't.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_21]: Why does Algebra put letters into numbers?
- 52:02[SPEAKER_21]: I think just a fuck with you.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_21]: So you deal with math in your job every day.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_21]: We've already, I think, demonstrated your grasp of math is high.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, functional math?
- 52:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_21]: Well, if you can build a wood-fired kiln, yeah.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_02]: You understand math, so but you didn't add letters to numbers in the process of doing that's the weirdest thing No where did I find any letters in my math to calculate the size and structural integrity of a canary arch What is going on weird?
- 52:39[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that was weird
- 52:41[SPEAKER_02]: Does everybody, every math teacher was always like, you need to know some algebra.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_02]: I've yet to encounter a single person in my life that uses algebra.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_21]: Actually, I don't know if you, so like you, but you would know, yeah, but I mean, I live in a fake world.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_03]: Um, well, that's why you use fake math with letters.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_03]: Congratulations.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: If everybody out there in the Matrix, good job.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_03]: You're good little voice slaves.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's amazing.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_11]: Help me figure this out.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_11]: So a, a catenary arch is like the St. Louis.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_11]: The arch in St. Louis, right?
- 53:17[SPEAKER_11]: You know what that is?
- 53:19[SPEAKER_11]: And you use a hyperbolic cosine function to design one, which is algebra.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know what the fuck he's talking about, but since Tucker appears to live in a house and I've been inside of building multiple buildings with him actually for a call.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_11]: I think there are a few jobs that he should be aware of already.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think I'm teaching anything or at least a few
- 53:53[SPEAKER_11]: A few times when algebra would have been used to benefit his life, Pythagorean theorem, probably.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_11]: You remember it from Little Bick League?
- 54:02[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, okay.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_11]: A squared plus B squared equals C squared.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_11]: Squaring foundations in the house, uses the 345 method, raster length uses the same formula.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_11]: There's a formula for roof over rise.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_11]: Then concrete volume, you measure cubic yards
- 54:23[SPEAKER_11]: Staircase layouts use total rise over number of risers as for the electricity in the house Omslaw power voltage drop parallel resistance three phase power all of this is algebra Tucker runs a media company Perhaps he's heard of CPM cost for middle row us return on ad spend or customer lifetime value He's also had Sean Ryan on the show.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_11]: Holy shit
- 54:47[SPEAKER_11]: Sean used algebra any time he took a long distance shot, mill relation, MOA correction, slant range, all that stuff.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_11]: You also use it in land navigation pacing.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_11]: In short, according to this Mongoloi, he's never met a contractor roof or electrician, HVAC guy, soldier, or himself.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_08]: That's the rule, that's the goal.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_11]: It's, it's, at this point, I think he's Andy Kaufman.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_05]: I'm stepping in wonder, like, is this a real person anymore and what is all of this for?
- 55:24[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, fuck dude, I- alright, we'll take yesterday's show for example with Wheelwalker Junior.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't know that that wasn't-
- 55:32[SPEAKER_05]: a real person.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_05]: And then that was informed right before the show started.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_05]: I never really did homework on it or anything else.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_05]: But the public just came on and said, hey, call him Wheeler.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_05]: And that's when I was like, wait a minute, coupe.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_05]: Was this okay, cool?
- 55:45[SPEAKER_05]: And then it was just something to me, too.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you told me, they were like, hey, I think, you know, his name was Ben Hoffman or something like that.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_05]: Either way, I enjoyed the fact that he wanted to stay in character.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_05]: And it was awesome.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_05]: And it was a, it was a, a clearly
- 55:59[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know with Carl, with Tucker Carlson anymore, whether or not this is a bit anymore.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_05]: I really don't, and this is what I'm honestly struggling with.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_05]: Or is it just to make the crazy shit and put it online?
- 56:14[SPEAKER_05]: Like, what is your answer now at this point?
- 56:16[SPEAKER_05]: I don't, because I don't have one.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_11]: I'm not, yeah.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_11]: Who is this guy?
- 56:22[SPEAKER_11]: I have no idea.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_11]: I think what I read is that he's an artist, but I've never heard of him in a Google search turned up nothing of value.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_11]: So is that?
- 56:33[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have his name?
- 56:33[SPEAKER_11]: I think I think Tucker met met him in A.A. Maybe.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_11]: Looks like it's, what's that?
- 56:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he does art.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_04]: He does.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_04]: He just bought a rapsing.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, his name is Jess.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_04]: I'll all wolfs in.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, and he does pottery?
- 56:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, not algebra though, definitely does not do algebra.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_04]: No, catch him dead doing that.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_04]: But what is what like, what's his, this is the, this is some of those pieces.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not saying the pieces aren't nice because they are, but, um,
- 57:07[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what the point of any of this is for him anymore.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_05]: Tucker specifically.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_04]: Tucker Carlson should have Terrence Howard on the debate this top of all.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it would be a great show.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_05]: That would be.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_05]: And like at this point, you know what it's about.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_05]: We'll lean into it.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_11]: You can't do that.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_11]: There's no use it.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_11]: There has to be a straight man in the conversation.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_11]: If you're going to have a parody of somebody, there has got to be a straight man in the conversation, otherwise it doesn't make any sense.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_11]: That's Tucker's game.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_11]: All these people think what they're saying is true.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_11]: Tucker is just amplifying.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_11]: He hasn't believed in this shit.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_05]: So with it, in two reports, I was the straight man for Wheeler and like that's what makes it great.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_05]: With Tucker though, I just genuinely don't know what's going on.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_05]: unless it's in Andy Kaufman thing at this point.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_05]: Is this the guy?
- 58:01[SPEAKER_05]: Is this his Twitter?
- 58:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, this is his Instagram.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_04]: Is this his search on Instagram?
- 58:06[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't know, well, it'd be a good one to click on, but that one right there, where he's just, yeah, what's this, whatever this is?
- 58:13[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just see what's going on.
- 58:15[SPEAKER_03]: cameras and how fucking insidiously evil these fucking things are and just completely unregulated the data it's collecting the AI brain that allows whoever the fuck to search this thing because it's more than just police formats that I've access to this the people at the companies and who they are selling your data with engines.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_05]: So you can cut it here.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_05]: All that's fine.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like I'm wearing a fucking flock under shirt right now today.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_05]: Like I understand this.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_05]: How many
- 58:46[SPEAKER_05]: I, like, maybe I just don't know what the internet likes.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_05]: Like, I just don't understand any of this.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_05]: And the voice slaves, obviously, that's a fucking Jew thing, right?
- 58:57[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_05]: Is he trying to say that Jews created Algebra two or don't use it or what's that in reference to?
- 59:08[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_11]: I, all of a sudden, Algebra was discovered by a fucking Egyptian, wasn't it?
- 59:13[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know, Persian, excuse me.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, a caution.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, my mom went to like, oh, the Jews, the Jews was made up by, their algebra was made up by the Jews to it and slave people to like make them run in circles.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_05]: Makes no sense, but no.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_05]: No, I mean, it's, it's algebra, man.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_05]: You know, if you want to blame, blame chemistry on the Jews, like yeah, at a hard time with chemistry.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_05]: like I'll be happy to do that now and I know I was fucking bullshit but this is all fucking nuts at this point I mean absolutely nuts and I don't know unless it's a bit how you could sit there and have a straight face and just kind of go along with it maybe that was the gig I don't know I don't know anymore
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you know, I took physics and I didn't like it and it just never occurred to me that it was probably the Jews who made it up and I think that might be, I might have gotten to the bottom of right there.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_04]: Thank God, I had to skip that.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_04]: Thank God.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I got to.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_11]: I should say.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_11]: What was it you didn't get about physics?
- 1:00:20[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I mean, I understood it.
- 1:00:22[SPEAKER_04]: It was just the I, whatever I'm doing math like that.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_04]: I, I fuck up one of the steps and then I just ruin the whole thing.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_04]: Same.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_04]: And that was my biggest issue with physics.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I understand it fundamentally, but the numbers.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_05]: Something would always get fucked up, dude.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_05]: And I would miss it.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and then the lighters.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_05]: But, well, which is what he's saying.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_05]: I'm kidding.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_04]: I'm kidding.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_05]: So, that.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, man, um, what does he go by a 3D classic parts, so classic parts, just a 3D And then some ear guides, like a car mechanic slash pottery guy.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, fuck, why not, man?
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, jack of all trades, do whatever you want, man, live your life.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe fixes one of Tucker's colors or something.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_05]: That's how they met.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, hey dude, you just fixed my shit.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_11]: You want to come on the show for free?
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_11]: I would be surprised if Tucker drives.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_05]: If he drives it all, yeah.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_11]: True.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_11]: He's a weird guy.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_05]: Speaking of which, Tucker Woods, that sentence finally came down.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_05]: Five years, no driving.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_05]: Thank God.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_05]: Not even a golf cart.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_05]: Not even a golf cart.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_05]: So the judge was like, you're not doing any of this bullshit.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_05]: could want a couple more majors there.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_05]: Can still drink?
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_05]: Can you really?
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_05]: I don't fucking know.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that was like, come on, man.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I mean, they can't stop him doing that.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_11]: Let's say put one of those breathalyzer monitors on him, not like Sean him specifically, where they test him and should.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_11]: They look good though.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_05]: Good for him.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_05]: All right next up Texas education the Texas Board of Education gave a final approval to changes To the state's high school social studies curriculum a controversial move That will impact how students are taught about Islam and Christianity
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_05]: the amended social studies curriculum which covers U.S. history, government, and world geography comes after dozens of people gave public testimony with most expressing their opposition to the finalized version.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_05]: The board approved language asserting that's radical Islam motivated the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks, rather than taking a more narrow focus on the
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_05]: material also requires students to study early Islam through prophets, Muhammad's, brutal military campaigns against Jewish and Christian tribes, the normalization of slavery and the taking of female captives as harem slaves.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_05]: several democratic state board of education members push back against the wording uh... but the republican majority board still approve that section and other changes on friday what the fuck is going on here um... the yet the taxes board of education is uh... some of some of this is accurate
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_11]: Like the most new religion starts under the veil of oppression.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_11]: Like Christianity gets chased around by the Romans for a couple hundred years before Constantine decides to adopt it as a state religion.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_11]: You know, that's kind of the standard for a new religion.
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_11]: Islam was like,
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_11]: just started taking over cities immediately, basically.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_11]: So I think that's an interesting thing about it.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_11]: I think it, you know, why not teach history, so why not teach it?
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_11]: And one of the things they added, I don't know what the context for this is because I've been seeing the curriculum, but they say the normalization of slavery and believe it or not, slavery existed a long time before Islam did.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_11]: a long time for a thousand fucking years.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_11]: Institutional slavery, legal slavery existed.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know what the, I don't know what they mean when they say that.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_11]: The taking of female captives as harem slaves, I mean the Romans were doing the same thing, Africans, pre-Muslim Africans are doing the same thing.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_11]: I think that was pretty common.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_11]: But yeah, the,
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_11]: Radical is on being responsible for 9.11 is like that's a pretty obvious.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I don't know why that would be objectionable.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, it seems like it goes without saying that was proven a long time ago.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_11]: Well, obviously the Muslim groups don't like it.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_11]: One.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_11]: 15-year-old Muslim student told the board, I feel attacked, this is my religion doesn't belong, I shouldn't have to defend my religion in the middle of history class because of one sentence someone on this board wrote.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_11]: Well, it's not because of one sentence.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_11]: Some people didn't do some things.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_11]: The religion of Islam, institutionally has been at war with the West for a long time, for a very long time.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_11]: for 1,300 years as a matter of fact, so yeah, it doesn't belong, but you know who does feel attacked all the people muslims kill, including primarily other muslims actually, yeah, like this is, then I like the DEI when it goes in their direction I suppose.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_11]: It was okay to call all white
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_11]: because of some shit that happened 400 years ago, but some shit that happened 20 minutes ago that still happening today, you can't take a little fucking heat for.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_11]: Go fuck yourself, Connor.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_05]: And what I say, what the fuck is going on here?
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_05]: This muslim shit is popping up every fucking day in some town across the nation here.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_05]: And until someone takes a serious stand against it,
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_05]: It's just going to keep happening a little by little over and over and this is a very, very long game for these motherfuckers.
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_05]: Now, believe what you will on this, I'm going to actually have you bring up Calcy in that prediction market real quick.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_05]: I read this morning that's, uh,
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_05]: The female Latanks chick was within striking distance of Governor Greg Abbott down there in Texas.
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_05]: Now, I would bet against this, obviously, in a heartbeat.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_05]: But the fact that numbers are this close here, what do you got?
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, yeah, they're not that close.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_04]: The, um, this is calcium.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, calcium has the odds at 83% for Greg Abbott.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_04]: So we're not losing our fucking minds.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the polls.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_04]: The polls are 44.8 is what Gina has and Greg Abbott has for us.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_04]: Gina and Joseph.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_05]: So with all of this, why doesn't Abbott just shut all this shit down?
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_05]: Epic City, all this fucking bullshit, all these people, everything else, and just say
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know what the Texas Constitution says about that.
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have to abide by that?
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_05]: Is that what the rules are?
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, okay, yeah, but I mean, you know, I'm ending a state constitution is quite a bit easier than obviously the federal constitution because it's one body.
- 1:07:59[SPEAKER_11]: make in the change or to tactically, I suppose, the state Senate and the state legislature but Texas has a supermajority in both I believe.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_11]: I know they have some problems with fake Republicans, Texas, but if they wanted to change something, I imagine they could.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_11]: Um, I don't know, I don't know what the, I don't know what their goal is.
- 1:08:21[SPEAKER_11]: Um, Texas has also been very friendly to H1B Indians, uh, North Austin is pretty much Indian now.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_11]: I have friends who live up there and unless you're in Lake Way or something like that, you live in an Indian neighborhood now.
- 1:08:33[SPEAKER_11]: which is an odd thing because the people who are literally on the street cooking with their fucking feet and bare hands and can't solve dysentery.
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_11]: That's the people that we need to import because we just can't figure out how to do fucking computer science, fuck off man, where the ones that invented all of this.
- 1:08:53[SPEAKER_11]: No, no, it's just cheap labor and taxes is just as guilty as everyone else is and they refuse to take the heat for it because they were involved in it.
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_11]: That's the problem.
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_11]: If the next Republican running for governor, the wasn't involved in that shit and runs on a policy of getting these motherfuckers out of here, it may be too late by then.
- 1:09:17[SPEAKER_11]: There may be too many of those motherfuckers here that can vote by that time, which is the issue.
- 1:09:22[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know if
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_11]: Wheelchair has always been a bit of a coward, frankly, in dealing with all this stuff.
- 1:09:28[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know what his plans are, or even what his opinion on this is, frankly, but yeah, they've done very little to protect that state.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_05]: He wasn't even good at jogging before this, a tree got him.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, but yeah, I, unfortunately, we're seeing this more and more and I'm waking up to this these Muslim stories more and more across the United States and it's just little by little dude.
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_05]: You keep giving these little fuckers inches, man, and they're going to take a goddamn mile here.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_05]: Does he have a statement on it?
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_04]: At least.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_04]: Um, this is not, this, he's talking about Talereco and this clip that I have pulled up.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I, I can find one.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_05]: I'll try to go to, I tell you what, you'll back to calcium and pull up Talereco as well.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody's touting Talereco.
- 1:10:14[SPEAKER_11]: If you want to see whether or not Talereco is going to win in taxes, just go to Twitter and pull up the video of him shooting a rifle this week and stop it.
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't see this video.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, as a fucking couch pillow under his knee as he's kneeling down a fire rifle.
- 1:10:28[SPEAKER_11]: Is that not what you do?
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_11]: No, not not a few, like what I know.
- 1:10:32[UNKNOWN]: Ha ha!
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_05]: Greatie!
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_05]: Pop this up here.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_11]: I would see it.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_11]: There you go.
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, go ahead and blow that.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_11]: Just freeze it right there and blow it up.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_11]: What's that?
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_11]: Yep, can you zoom in on that, is that possible?
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_05]: That is a, uh, 1970s couch pillow.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_11]: He's wearing real tree pants to pretend like he's a dude.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_11]: He's a tax in blah, blah, blah.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_11]: And he's got a fucking pillow under his support leg.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_03]: Got news for you.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_03]: That means you get it.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_03]: Wait, there's quite a clip.
- 1:11:00[SPEAKER_11]: There's got this fucking chicken wings stuck out.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_11]: Nothing, he's firing from the center of his chest, which is not something that we do, especially not in this position.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_11]: He has no idea what he's doing.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_11]: This is the gayest shit I've ever seen in my life.
- 1:11:15[SPEAKER_05]: Is that a sandbag?
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you guys.
- 1:11:17[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, you guys.
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_11]: Are you sandbags?
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_11]: Socks and socks.
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_11]: Sand sign.
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that tells you somebody set this up, then.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_05]: That's it, he's at a range.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:11:26[SPEAKER_05]: Did that for?
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_11]: and then he chose to put his tune in that pillow.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_11]: Whether he chose it or they offered it somebody in that arrangement knew he was gay.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_11]: It's either him or you like, I under no circumstances what I allow myself to be filmed in that situation.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_05]: Wow, dude.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_11]: Wow.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_11]: So what is Couchie have this at?
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_04]: Ken Paxson is at 52% right now.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_04]: Tellery goes at 48%.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_04]: The polls have Taloriko at 47% and Ken Paxson at 45%.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_05]: come on round.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_05]: How much money is $11 million?
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_05]: It's already been put on.
- 1:12:07[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_05]: That is a big boy number and we are still two months out.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_05]: Sixty-eight less than sixty days now until the midterms.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_05]: I have no idea how this is going to shake out.
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, not this race.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_05]: I'm just talking about the races in general across the nation.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_11]: Well, white people are probably going to win.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, if you're talking about races, yeah, I mean in the end.
- 1:12:33[SPEAKER_11]: So far, that's been okay.
- 1:12:35[SPEAKER_11]: We're pretty good at that.
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, give it 100 years though.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_11]: My money's on Muslims.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_11]: People have been saying that for a long time.
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_11]: It abs and flows.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_11]: The Muslims had a good run for about 300 years a while back, but we put the kibash on that shit.
- 1:12:47[SPEAKER_05]: But has it ever happened here or in Europe?
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_11]: And Europe, Spain has been invaded by Muslims many, many times, controlled by them, actually.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_11]: And North Africa as well, North Africa was pagan or Christian for most of its history.
- 1:13:03[SPEAKER_11]: Interesting until Muslims colonized it, actually.
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, this one right here, this is a siop.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_05]: This is nuts, and that's not even close to what reality is.
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_05]: That's the promo code on this drinking on 25 bucks on calcium, calcium, Jesus.
- 1:13:19[SPEAKER_05]: There's no, I'm all laid on micratchers.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_05]: That would pay off tremendously.
- 1:13:24[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, and there's no, there's no, uh,
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_11]: There's no line on a prediction market.
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_11]: So it's like, it's just people.
- 1:13:31[SPEAKER_05]: It's you when or lose.
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there's not this isn't gambling.
- 1:13:34[SPEAKER_05]: You're just going, this is other people.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_05]: Just trying to predict what's going to happen here.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_05]: I just think it's delusional.
- 1:13:41[SPEAKER_05]: Holy fuck, how much money is on this?
- 1:13:43[SPEAKER_05]: $22 million already?
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_04]: No, $5 million.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that's like raised.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, gosh, you got you got you got you.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_05]: OK. You know what's interesting though?
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_05]: I will say this, because I, again, I watched all those shows on Sunday and on all that shit.
- 1:13:56[SPEAKER_05]: I never see my Rogers out there.
- 1:13:59[SPEAKER_05]: I haven't really heard from him.
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_04]: Well, he lost in the already.
- 1:14:01[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I'm going to mean he's not like a great candidate.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_11]: Well, look, this is like Sun Zoo and your enemies fucking up.
- 1:14:10[SPEAKER_11]: Don't interrupt him.
- 1:14:12[SPEAKER_11]: All Mike Rogers has to do is stay silent and that should do the trick because the the all the wild shit that El Siyat says and has said and
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_11]: to say is doing all mic Rogers' work for him.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_05]: Simon Tallarico, I feel like that's the same way.
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_05]: I haven't heard from Ken Paxon at all.
- 1:14:35[SPEAKER_05]: I think he was thrown, yes, it was thrown who came on one of those shows and was asking President Trump to help throw more money into the Ken Paxon campaign.
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think you need to.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_05]: I really don't.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_05]: Just let these two idiots speak and I think you're fine on this.
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_05]: But the last thing I'll ask you to look up here is the odds for the Senate on that.
- 1:15:01[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just see what the prediction market says on this for Calshy.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_05]: 53 percent chance.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, yeah, that's correct.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_04]: What have they got?
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_04]: Georgia flipping blue.
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, yeah, Georgia is looking really likely to flip blue man.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_05]: So I, there's a shit ton of people from Hollywood that moved out there.
- 1:15:22[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, this has been going on for years, by the way.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_05]: They built a shit ton of studios there.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_05]: They've basically taken all the production away from California.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_05]: So, uh, I understand it just not in certain areas.
- 1:15:34[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously growing up, it was never blue, which is crazy to me.
- 1:15:38[SPEAKER_04]: And then in North Carolina, who do they got that fucking chick?
- 1:15:41[SPEAKER_04]: Roy Cooper and Michael Wattley.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_05]: Oh God, Dammit, that's right.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_05]: Fucking hate Roy Cooper.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_05]: It's weird man, this state, everything else will be Republican except for Roy Cooper.
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_05]: I can't figure it out.
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_05]: I cannot figure it out for the life of me.
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_05]: He's been a career politician, too.
- 1:15:58[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I think one of the reasons is how Republicans decided to handle that situation.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_11]: Running a new Africa against them.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that's was that here?
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_05]: We were in Texas during that.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_05]: Marks, what's in there?
- 1:16:14[SPEAKER_05]: I've seen what you're doing right, dude.
- 1:16:16[SPEAKER_05]: Newed Africa.
- 1:16:17[SPEAKER_05]: That was the fucking dude.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, fucking North Carolina.
- 1:16:23[SPEAKER_05]: I remember that was hilarious that we did that story in Texas.
- 1:16:27[SPEAKER_05]: It was awesome in hilarious, but Not a very man and his name was Mark something I think he was a Mark from a true rock Yeah, he was a preacher and and he was on on new Africa Yeah, which is whatever man I mean like Let's not pretend like everybody is an out there fucking spanking it, but
- 1:16:47[SPEAKER_05]: No, that's fine.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_11]: I don't have a problem.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_11]: New to Africa.
- 1:16:49[SPEAKER_11]: I think it was the rest of the shit that... Well, new to Africa isn't a traditional porn site, I don't think I think he was hooking up with fat girls.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, good for him.
- 1:16:57[SPEAKER_04]: You know, the site right here is where the looks like.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it looks to go a website from 2019-99 to Angel Flyer.
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's great.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_05]: That's great.
- 1:17:09[SPEAKER_05]: And then I'm going to add this story here because it's breaking news right now.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_05]: This is massive breaking news.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_05]: The SEC is a football story.
- 1:17:17[SPEAKER_05]: Forgive me here.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_05]: I know this isn't a sports show, but we did sports earlier this morning.
- 1:17:23[SPEAKER_05]: and this was not in there.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_05]: The SEC has filed an amended complaints in federal district court saying they will meet on September 10th to vote on whether to terminate LSU's membership in the conference.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_05]: Man, so they're taking the NFL player thing pretty fucking seriously here.
- 1:17:41[SPEAKER_11]: I think they're asking for the ability or the right to do it in court, not that they're planning to do it, but it's to substantiate the threat against LSU if they continue.
- 1:17:51[SPEAKER_11]: LSU chose to sit those guys or not roster their guys for week one against Clemson.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_11]: With the team that they have, I don't think this is even a smart thing to press.
- 1:18:02[SPEAKER_05]: I don't either.
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_05]: Why would you bother with this?
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_05]: if i'm laying kiffin you got the team you're good uh... don't press your luck you press it every god damn second of your life this is not the one to press man the SEC does not fuck around uh... including Greg sanky that guy's a god damn gangster so no i would not press this if i'm laying kiffin at this point you already have a good team that
- 1:18:26[SPEAKER_05]: We haven't gotten the polls today, but they'll probably move up to number two.
- 1:18:29[SPEAKER_05]: I would imagine After that climbs in thumping, so yeah, dude.
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_05]: I would recommend leave them the fuck alone on this for two dudes Wow All right, Defcon one Here you go, dude
- 1:18:47[SPEAKER_05]: Shit, that's a that's a wild story, but that is college football these days.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_05]: It is god damn professional league All right It's Tuesday, which obviously we do the show on Monday typically, but due to the holiday gets pushed by a day Let's get to the memes.
- 1:19:08[SPEAKER_05]: Shall we would we get up first?
- 1:19:10[SPEAKER_11]: Um, this first one is from Koop, actually.
- 1:19:12[SPEAKER_11]: Are Koop?
- 1:19:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, um, although a couple of other people sent it as well, right?
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_11]: And it's just called allegedly, okay.
- 1:19:22[SPEAKER_08]: Guys, when the case of a woman who murdered HILLED, right, sorry, so when the case of a woman who killed her 3 kids, allegedly?
- 1:19:28[SPEAKER_08]: Wait, hold on, is this a thing of if you did it or not?
- 1:19:30[SPEAKER_08]: I'm so confused.
- 1:19:31[SPEAKER_08]: No, I definitely did it.
- 1:19:32[SPEAKER_08]: I think this is just more of a matter of the thumbs I took or a response to thumbs, or aspirin, I don't know.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_08]: And how did you kill your kids?
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_08]: In the most aggressive way possible, strangulation.
- 1:19:40[SPEAKER_08]: And that's freely, nice, strangled one, and then didn't have that muggly voice going, oh my god, what have I done?
- 1:19:44[SPEAKER_08]: I then did it two more times.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_08]: So it's crazy, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_08]: And I'm so crazy, I even have to, I killed them.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_08]: I tried to kill them.
- 1:19:50[SPEAKER_08]: In the most life-reserving wayposts.
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I jumped out of the one story building really messed up my ankle.
- 1:19:56[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, man Jerry had you come to unanimous verdict.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_08]: No, you're on or we have not 11 of us agreed on one answer But there is one Person who seems to disagree with us.
- 1:20:07[SPEAKER_08]: You guys can't all agree well, actually surprisingly This is a first time on the history of people that 11 women in a room agreed on something, but unfortunately there is a 12
- 1:20:16[SPEAKER_08]: party who disagrees.
- 1:20:18[SPEAKER_08]: So 11 to 1, 11 to 1, that is correct.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_08]: Well, looks like I have no choice but to declare this a mistroth.
- 1:20:23[SPEAKER_08]: The juror has a huge penis.
- 1:20:26[SPEAKER_08]: But you're on a don't you mean to say that it's a hunger juror, it's a juror has a huge penis.
- 1:20:30[SPEAKER_08]: You can call whatever you want, but that guy just stood up to 11 delusional women who want to rid a woman who murdered her freed children of any responsibility.
- 1:20:37[SPEAKER_08]: I'm pretty sure he's packing.
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:20:40[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:20:40[SPEAKER_05]: One.
- 1:20:41[SPEAKER_05]: We've showed this guy in the past.
- 1:20:42[SPEAKER_05]: He's great.
- 1:20:43[SPEAKER_05]: His sketches are great.
- 1:20:44[SPEAKER_05]: What's his names?
- 1:20:45[SPEAKER_05]: We give him a shout out again.
- 1:20:46[SPEAKER_20]: I know him as Aljox, but yeah, it's Alex.
- 1:20:49[SPEAKER_20]: Alex something.
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_20]: And that was the Nassio.
- 1:20:52[SPEAKER_20]: The Nassio.
- 1:20:53[SPEAKER_05]: How many followers?
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_05]: 1.1.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_05]: Good.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_05]: Good.
- 1:20:57[SPEAKER_05]: Good.
- 1:20:57[SPEAKER_05]: He deserves it.
- 1:20:58[SPEAKER_05]: We've played his clips in the past.
- 1:20:59[SPEAKER_05]: He's fucking excellent.
- 1:21:01[SPEAKER_05]: Two, that is one of the best summations of all time.
- 1:21:04[SPEAKER_11]: For the top story, I mean, you have the math rhyme was three men and eight women.
- 1:21:08[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I think it's 11 women.
- 1:21:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I think he's saying the other two were gay, you know.
- 1:21:12[SPEAKER_05]: So I think he might have had the math right on that one, but algebra doesn't exist.
- 1:21:19[SPEAKER_05]: According to Tucker Carlson, what do we got up next?
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_11]: This one's from Skydattie 110.
- 1:21:23[SPEAKER_11]: It's Katna Hat goes to the the dispensary.

- 1:29:30[SPEAKER_05]: We designed these.
- 1:29:31[SPEAKER_05]: It's the old duck hunters logo here, and everybody's asking about these fucking things.
- 1:29:36[SPEAKER_05]: and wearin' them these crossover and then the Yellowstone shirts.
- 1:29:39[SPEAKER_05]: Still, man, everybody loves that fucking old man flying through the air, those yellow ones right there.
- 1:29:45[SPEAKER_05]: But we got all kinds of merch up in the store, got fun cases, fucking broboxes on fire, all of it, dude.

- 1:30:23[SPEAKER_05]: I definitely cannot put my name
- 1:30:26[SPEAKER_05]: on this show, but he's been a listener from Colorado for seven years, says pilots of United 93, United 175, and Todd Beamer deceased at five years old.
- 1:30:43[SPEAKER_05]: I remember watching 9-11 happen in real time, specifically I watched Tower 2, Fall Live, and that moment never escaped me.
- 1:30:52[SPEAKER_05]: I'm with you.
- 1:30:53[SPEAKER_05]: I missed Tower 1, and Tower 2, when the plane hit that, I was awake for my roommate's woke me up.
- 1:31:00[SPEAKER_05]: Same thing happened to me, dude, it was wild.
- 1:31:03[SPEAKER_05]: Fast forward 25 years later, he says, I'm now a captain.
- 1:31:07[SPEAKER_05]: for United Airlines.
- 1:31:08[SPEAKER_05]: Whoa, dude.
- 1:31:09[SPEAKER_05]: And 911 is something that sticks with me, my family and my colleagues.
- 1:31:13[SPEAKER_05]: My now father-in-law, United Airlines captain, who was retired, it was supposed to be the captain on United 175, which had things played out differently, would have drastically changed the course of me and my family's life.
- 1:31:29[SPEAKER_05]: He was also a friend of Captain Jason Doll,
- 1:31:37[SPEAKER_05]: and the older pilots.
- 1:31:39[SPEAKER_05]: I have heard nothing but great things about Jason Dahl.
- 1:31:42[SPEAKER_05]: He was highly qualified and struck to pilot and deeply cared about teaching and advancing.
- 1:31:47[SPEAKER_05]: The piloting skills of a students and being a true professional.
- 1:31:51[SPEAKER_05]: I believe I can speak for our entire pilot group in nominating each of our pilots.
- 1:31:57[SPEAKER_05]: Jason Dahl, Victor,
- 1:31:59[SPEAKER_05]: Sarasini, Lee Roy Homer Jr. and Michael Horock.
- 1:32:05[SPEAKER_05]: I believe an honorable mention should be Todd Beamer, passenger on the United 93.
- 1:32:10[SPEAKER_05]: He was widely considered to be the passenger that led the uprising against the high jackers on UAL 93, thus preventing further loss of American lives on the ground.
- 1:32:24[SPEAKER_05]: That's a great submission man and cheers to you.
- 1:32:27[SPEAKER_05]: Dan, you're going where for 9-11 this Friday?
- 1:32:31[SPEAKER_05]: It's Dallas.
- 1:32:33[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:32:34[SPEAKER_05]: And what's the event you're attending?
- 1:32:38[SPEAKER_11]: It's my buddy Chucks.
- 1:32:42[SPEAKER_11]: What do you call it?
- 1:32:45[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, they're chair to think of nonprofit organization.
- 1:32:50[SPEAKER_11]: He's kind of taken it upon himself to build half way houses for vets going through drug treatment that are close to Like walking distance away from VA clinics so they can get support that they need without having to like pay this is for people in dire situations.
- 1:33:11[SPEAKER_11]: He's funded the whole thing himself.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, um, which is awesome.
- 1:33:15[SPEAKER_05]: I, I just read that my mdani is going to attend, um, not this event.
- 1:33:21[SPEAKER_05]: No, the, uh, uh, I didn't, I didn't think you guys were hanging together going to out backstage house that night.
- 1:33:30[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I just read that my mdani will attend the ground zero events, and Rudy Giuliani is pretty fucking pissed off about it here.
- 1:33:38[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, usually, um,
- 1:33:42[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, what was his statement here, press play on that?
- 1:33:46[SPEAKER_05]: There's just half of it here.
- 1:33:47[SPEAKER_14]: I'm sure by now you're familiar with what former Mayor Giuliani said yesterday that not only should you not attend on Friday, but he said that whereas the high-chakers were open about their disregard for America, you're trying to hide yours.
- 1:34:02[SPEAKER_14]: What is your response to today?
- 1:34:03[SPEAKER_15]: I'm proud to be the mayor of the city.
- 1:34:05[SPEAKER_15]: I love this city, I love this country.
- 1:34:07[SPEAKER_15]: And what I want this week to be a focus on is on the families who's loved ones were stolen from them 25 years ago in the horrific act of terror of September 11th and a focus also on the first responders who get everything they could to this city and to the people who came together to try and help their fellow New Yorkers.
- 1:34:25[SPEAKER_15]: and so in the days to come, my focus will be on attending events that memorializes that incredible courage and I will be there on Friday at the memorial just as I was last year.
