- 1:00Speaker 2: All Right, guys, Welcome back, l Yeah Exciting another exciting
- 1:04Speaker 2: episode another one. Yeah, yeah, for sure, we're gonna jump
- 1:07Speaker 2: right into We covered investing a few times, stock market
- 1:11Speaker 2: investing and shout out to Trapper, shout Trap, shout out to.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Quinn, shout quin got Yeah.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So this is gonna be the third installment of Investing.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Now we're gonna talk about some things that we didn't
- 1:22Speaker 2: talk about the other two times. Futures market day, trading,
- 1:27Speaker 2: some other stuff, because it's important for people to get
- 1:30Speaker 2: a full range of investing.
- 1:32Speaker 3: There's a lot of stuff being given out that's misinformation,
- 1:35Speaker 3: people being mislest. So we have some things today.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Yeah, so you got our guy, I donelap first and foremost, thank.
- 1:42Speaker 4: You, Thank you. I appreciate you guys for having me.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's an investment expert. As you can see, looks.
- 1:48Speaker 4: The part trying to make my mom proud.
- 1:52Speaker 2: He's an investment expert. He's been featured on Huffington Post,
- 1:56Speaker 2: Rolling Out magazine, He's spoken on the same spage with
- 2:00Speaker 2: Eric Thomas.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Yeah, and he has a whole platform called red pandam Way.
- 2:04Speaker 2: He teaches people how to invest and he has personal
- 2:06Speaker 2: clients as well. So it's gonna be an interesting conversation.
- 2:09Speaker 2: As I said, we're gonna talk about some things that
- 2:10Speaker 2: we haven't spoke about yet, and it's important for people
- 2:14Speaker 2: to know. So yes, the first thing I want to
- 2:17Speaker 2: talk about is day trading. But before we get into
- 2:19Speaker 2: day trading, how did you get into investment space? Like,
- 2:23Speaker 2: how did you get into the space as far as
- 2:25Speaker 2: investing yourself first and foremost and then taking that and
- 2:29Speaker 2: then teaching other people to invest.
- 2:31Speaker 5: Yeah, I first heard about it from my seventh grade teacher,
- 2:33Speaker 5: mister Smolling. He was an older, white gentleman. I didn't
- 2:36Speaker 5: listen to him. I wish I would have, because at
- 2:39Speaker 5: the beginning of the class in math class, he would
- 2:41Speaker 5: go through the newspaper and take us through through the
- 2:43Speaker 5: highs and the lulls, and I was like, I don't
- 2:44Speaker 5: care about that.
- 2:45Speaker 4: I was too busy listening to mob.
- 2:46Speaker 5: Deep we can relate the fact, mister Smolan if you're
- 2:51Speaker 5: still living, Sorry I didn't listen.
- 2:53Speaker 4: But fast forward to two thousand and seven in the recession.
- 2:55Speaker 5: One of my buddies art he's from Birmingham. One of
- 3:00Speaker 5: my friends like, we need to talk to this guy
- 3:01Speaker 5: that I went to school with because he just made
- 3:03Speaker 5: a killing in the market, and I'm like, and he's black,
- 3:07Speaker 5: and he was like yeah. So I talked to Art
- 3:08Speaker 5: and Art was like, man, I don't know what you're doing,
- 3:10Speaker 5: but I need you to put every dollar you have
- 3:13Speaker 5: into the market.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Told you that, yeah, okay.
- 3:18Speaker 4: And Kramer was on TV screaming.
- 3:21Speaker 5: I remember in the Midwest a lot of my family
- 3:23Speaker 5: members like being out of work because of recession hurt everybody.
- 3:27Speaker 4: I didn't listen. I was like, I ain't gonna listen
- 3:29Speaker 4: to this dude, what the hell are you talking about?
- 3:30Speaker 5: But meanwhile, he's working at one of the biggest investment
- 3:33Speaker 5: companies in the country.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Put every dollar he had into it.
- 3:36Speaker 5: He caught City at a dollar and three months later
- 3:39Speaker 5: he was up five hundred percent from that. So once
- 3:42Speaker 5: I saw him do it, with him being black and
- 3:45Speaker 5: acting black, being proud of who he is, I was like,
- 3:47Speaker 5: I need to listen to this guy. So he took
- 3:49Speaker 5: me under his wing and he threw me in the
- 3:51Speaker 5: deep end of the pool. He was like, if you're serious,
- 3:53Speaker 5: you're going to do everything I tell you because I.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Already know what to do. What's the age difference between
- 3:57Speaker 4: you and him? Twelve years?
- 3:59Speaker 3: Twelve years? Okay? So like he's the OG.
- 4:01Speaker 5: Now, yeah, he's og, all right, I love you, Manure.
- 4:04Speaker 4: So I think it's really important.
- 4:06Speaker 5: For us to share our stories, especially being black, because
- 4:10Speaker 5: we underinvest we under saved, we're undercapitalized.
- 4:14Speaker 4: But yeah, he gave me my start and investment and
- 4:16Speaker 4: introduced me to it.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Then you just took it and just ran with it.
- 4:18Speaker 4: You had to.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Was there anybody in the family, like maybe mom or
- 4:22Speaker 3: dad had a background of business.
- 4:24Speaker 5: My dad, My dad was the one who inspired me
- 4:26Speaker 5: to be an entrepreneur. So my dad had a construction
- 4:28Speaker 5: company since twenty two So all of my work ethic
- 4:30Speaker 5: I get from him. How strong and like directing to
- 4:34Speaker 5: the point I am because like, business is tough. And
- 4:37Speaker 5: then he was on business in the eighties and nineties
- 4:38Speaker 5: there was no internet and they did well in their industry.
- 4:43Speaker 4: With yellow page ads, follow up direct mail, so it
- 4:46Speaker 4: was harder.
- 4:47Speaker 5: So when he sees it now, he was like, you
- 4:49Speaker 5: can text people and get businesses. Better, get your ass
- 4:52Speaker 5: up at five o'clock and just text two to three
- 4:53Speaker 5: hundred people. I had to get out and buy TV
- 4:56Speaker 5: ads for twenty five grand and didn't know where were
- 4:58Speaker 5: gonna be placed.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Yeah, for a younger most yellow pages. It was a
- 5:01Speaker 3: yellow book that year.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Google Google from Indiana originally, right, yeah, each Chicago, Indiana,
- 5:10Speaker 2: each Chicago, So that's like right outside of Gary, Indie,
- 5:13Speaker 2: five minutes away.
- 5:15Speaker 4: So I didn't grow up in like.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Some amazing financial ecosystem, and we were poor for a
- 5:20Speaker 5: long time. Like the reason why I don't even like
- 5:23Speaker 5: the Bulls to this day. Like we got w G
- 5:25Speaker 5: and programming with Chicago Programming, but when the Bulls were
- 5:28Speaker 5: one of the titles, like our lights were off in
- 5:30Speaker 5: the winter. So like most of my family is still
- 5:34Speaker 5: to this day like lower income and poor. So like
- 5:37Speaker 5: a lot of me giving back is because like I
- 5:39Speaker 5: want to reach them and show like what's possible if
- 5:43Speaker 5: you apply. Because everybody, I think in every hood knows
- 5:45Speaker 5: what to do. They're not giving a direct path to
- 5:47Speaker 5: be able to use that talent or work ethic to
- 5:50Speaker 5: be able to make money because we all know people
- 5:51Speaker 5: in the hood that are like stars and have potential
- 5:54Speaker 5: but just went down the wrong path.
- 5:55Speaker 2: So yeah, information, So if futures futures market, right, yep,
- 6:01Speaker 2: because we hear about this a lot, like CNBC. If
- 6:05Speaker 2: you ever watched CNBC, they talk about the futures market, yep,
- 6:07Speaker 2: And they talked about futures. So not the rapper the
- 6:12Speaker 2: future that is good. What what is what is it?
- 6:16Speaker 2: What is futures?
- 6:17Speaker 3: What are they?
- 6:17Speaker 5: Yeah, futures is the highest paying asset class that no
- 6:22Speaker 5: one knows about.
- 6:23Speaker 3: What are the asset classes?
- 6:24Speaker 5: So you have you have stocks that you can invest in,
- 6:27Speaker 5: you have ETFs, you have mutual funds, but futures pays
- 6:30Speaker 5: the most out of all of them. So for every
- 6:33Speaker 5: one dollar that you can invest in, let's say and
- 6:36Speaker 5: get in the stock the e S which is S
- 6:38Speaker 5: and P five hundred pays one hundred and twenty five
- 6:40Speaker 5: times more, and bonds paid three hundred and twelve times more.
- 6:44Speaker 5: So if you go to sing sing be seen in
- 6:45Speaker 5: the morning, like you said, that sets the tone for
- 6:48Speaker 5: what the market is going to do because it's open
- 6:50Speaker 5: twenty three hours to day.
- 6:51Speaker 2: So what so what exactly is it?
- 6:52Speaker 3: Like?
- 6:52Speaker 2: What's the futures?
- 6:53Speaker 4: Futures basically is is.
- 6:55Speaker 5: Uh, you're making a guest or a bet whether the
- 6:58Speaker 5: market is going to go up or down.
- 7:00Speaker 4: But what certain asset class is.
- 7:01Speaker 5: Like you know, the market is going to go up,
- 7:04Speaker 5: generally gold is going to go down until something bad
- 7:06Speaker 5: happens like they Iran attack.
- 7:08Speaker 4: We know CREUD is going to be volatile.
- 7:11Speaker 5: So it's what institutional investors use to gauge for what
- 7:14Speaker 5: the market is going to do. And so like for example,
- 7:17Speaker 5: I'll say, okay, who do you think do you think
- 7:20Speaker 5: Lebron is going to average ten points this year or more?
- 7:23Speaker 4: Definitely more? Do you just place the.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Bet on Lebron averaging more than ten? That's all the
- 7:27Speaker 5: futures market is.
- 7:28Speaker 2: So the futures market is like after hour trading, yes,
- 7:31Speaker 2: and it's pretty much like it's so it's like calls
- 7:34Speaker 2: and puts on the options.
- 7:35Speaker 4: But it's worldwide. And then it's twenty three hours a day.
- 7:38Speaker 5: So at the open, the American open at eight thirty,
- 7:41Speaker 5: that's when you have the most volume on it. But
- 7:43Speaker 5: most of us, especially that they're black, don't know about
- 7:46Speaker 5: it because we were the asset class that were traded.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Why twenty three not twenty four hours a day because
- 7:51Speaker 4: it has an hour arrest.
- 7:52Speaker 5: And then the way the cycle goes from America to
- 7:54Speaker 5: Asian market in London market, it's like a little break
- 7:57Speaker 5: in between you.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I got like that, like if you have like a
- 7:59Speaker 3: file to like these channels from Asia. Yeah, they show
- 8:02Speaker 3: the future market.
- 8:03Speaker 2: So I'm gonna actually what you just said, I'm gonna
- 8:05Speaker 2: elaborate on that. But before so all right, just understand.
- 8:07Speaker 2: So stocks and I'm buying a stock, regular stock, and
- 8:11Speaker 2: I'm just buying it at that price. If it goes up,
- 8:14Speaker 2: I make money. If it goes down and lose money.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Futures is, for lack of a better word, it's like
- 8:18Speaker 2: kind of a guess where you're kind of predict predicting
- 8:23Speaker 2: it's going to go up, like it's ten dollars now,
- 8:26Speaker 2: but you think it's gonna go up to fifteen. Yes,
- 8:28Speaker 2: So it's a future. That's why it's called futures because it's.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Like you're guests.
- 8:31Speaker 2: In the future. Yeah, and you can you can guess
- 8:33Speaker 2: the future if it goes up, or you can guess
- 8:35Speaker 2: the future if it goes down. Is that correct?
- 8:37Speaker 4: Absolutely?
- 8:37Speaker 5: And then you can make money whether the asset goes
- 8:39Speaker 5: up or down. Now what are we basing that off?
- 8:41Speaker 5: Is there information that's tied to the price of the
- 8:44Speaker 5: S and P five hundred and the bonds market? So
- 8:46Speaker 5: long term, I tell people to invest in index funds,
- 8:48Speaker 5: so s P, Y D I A, and then I'm
- 8:50Speaker 5: like trade the future because if you buy it long term,
- 8:53Speaker 5: you can look at.
- 8:54Speaker 4: Your account and see where it's going.
- 8:56Speaker 5: Most days of S and P five hundred is going
- 8:58Speaker 5: to go up unless Trump do something crazy, which is
- 9:01Speaker 5: all the time. But that volatility even provides some movements,
- 9:05Speaker 5: So if the market falls down five hundred points, you
- 9:07Speaker 5: can profit when the market goes down.
- 9:08Speaker 4: You can't do that with stops.
- 9:10Speaker 2: And the S and P five hundred For anybody that
- 9:12Speaker 2: doesn't know, it stands for standing and poors five hundred. Yes,
- 9:15Speaker 2: five hundred companies like a microcosm of different stocks. So
- 9:18Speaker 2: a lot of time you had a market is up
- 9:19Speaker 2: and a market is down, and not talking about every
- 9:21Speaker 2: single stock in the stock market. They're using dal Jones,
- 9:24Speaker 2: SI and five hundred rest of two thousand. The S
- 9:27Speaker 2: and P five hundred is like five hundred stocks from
- 9:29Speaker 2: different sectors, and if all of those are moving in
- 9:31Speaker 2: one direction or another, then pretty much the market is moving.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:35Speaker 4: I think of the SMP is like the NBA.
- 9:37Speaker 5: It's like the five hundred best players in one basket,
- 9:40Speaker 5: and then the Dow thirty is like the best thirty.
- 9:42Speaker 5: So when I people tell people to invest in the
- 9:43Speaker 5: index fund, I'm like, imagine We was at the park
- 9:47Speaker 5: and you have to pick five people, and I'm like, okay,
- 9:49Speaker 5: you can get Giannis Lebron, Curry when he's not hurt,
- 9:53Speaker 5: Harden and Westbrook and we play against five other teams,
- 9:57Speaker 5: five other players that are just regular players.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Who do you think goes win All Star Team?
- 10:01Speaker 2: So you said that black people was traded? Yeah, can
- 10:04Speaker 2: you talk about that?
- 10:06Speaker 5: The financial market is, unfortunately, was based off slavery, So
- 10:09Speaker 5: we were the first comodity actually traded. So most insurance
- 10:12Speaker 5: companies got their start from slavery and insurance slaves and then
- 10:17Speaker 5: futures contracts. They would make a guess about how many
- 10:20Speaker 5: slaves would actually make it across land. And so that's
- 10:25Speaker 5: why most of us don't know about it, because we
- 10:27Speaker 5: were the things that were traded.
- 10:28Speaker 4: We're not supposed to know.
- 10:29Speaker 3: You said, futures contract, what is that?
- 10:31Speaker 5: And so let's say hypothetically you had a thousand slaves.
- 10:36Speaker 5: The companies would guess that maybe five hundred and sixty
- 10:40Speaker 5: to seven hundred of them would end up dying, and
- 10:42Speaker 5: they would have a contract on it that if they died,
- 10:45Speaker 5: they would still make money off of it via insurance.
- 10:48Speaker 2: It's funny, it's crazy that you say that, because it's like,
- 10:51Speaker 2: yesterday I went to Schaumberg. You ever heard Schamburg. So
- 10:54Speaker 2: the Schomberg libraries in Harlem, and it's world famous and
- 10:59Speaker 2: it's like African American museum type, but it's not a museum.
- 11:03Speaker 2: It's a library, exhibition stuff like that. So long story short,
- 11:05Speaker 2: just yesterday I went there randomly and I was in there.
- 11:10Speaker 2: I was in there and I was looking at different things.
- 11:12Speaker 2: So I looked on the wall, so I saw the
- 11:14Speaker 2: contracts for the company that predated New York Life. I
- 11:18Speaker 2: forgot the name of it, but it showed the contracts,
- 11:22Speaker 2: the life insurance contracts on slaves and so so I'm
- 11:27Speaker 2: gonna get to that. So then on in the book.
- 11:29Speaker 2: It's interesting because in the book it has like causes
- 11:32Speaker 2: of death, age that they died, So it was all
- 11:35Speaker 2: kinds of stuff like they like a lot of people
- 11:37Speaker 2: died from inflammation of the stomach, diarrhere, all kinds of stuff,
- 11:41Speaker 2: but it was so it's a book and it's like
- 11:45Speaker 2: a lot like that's how New York Life Insurance got started.
- 11:50Speaker 2: That was that was before that they changed the name
- 11:53Speaker 2: and it was based off of ensuring slave masters on
- 11:59Speaker 2: their slaves.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Yeah, and I hears it say it, but racism is
- 12:02Speaker 5: America's first startup, so the country is built off of us.
- 12:06Speaker 5: But of course when we died, like you just said,
- 12:08Speaker 5: they profited heavily, like and when you lose that many
- 12:11Speaker 5: quote unquote commodities, you have to have an insurance policy
- 12:15Speaker 5: in place to be able to cover it. So everything
- 12:18Speaker 5: is tied together, insurance. Wall Street, I mean Wall Street
- 12:21Speaker 5: was one of the biggest slave markets before it turned
- 12:24Speaker 5: into like the economic center that it is now.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Like slaves were traded on Wall Street.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Yeah. I actually took a summer group to the Black
- 12:33Speaker 3: burial ground in Manhattan. Yeah, and they give a detailed
- 12:35Speaker 3: expert that whole situation.
- 12:37Speaker 5: It's heartbreaking. Yeah, And once you dive into the information,
- 12:40Speaker 5: it's fascinating but heartbreaking.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Yeah yeah.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Yeah. And the ships too. It's like I saw it
- 12:45Speaker 2: on the ships where it's like they have people just
- 12:47Speaker 2: like lined up, so it's like a lot of people
- 12:50Speaker 2: not gonna make it because you it's like a month
- 12:53Speaker 2: to get from Africa to America. And if you in
- 12:57Speaker 2: a ship lined up with three hundred people right now
- 13:00Speaker 2: next to each other, like people going to bathroom on themselves.
- 13:02Speaker 2: It's like it's not really an efficient way to travel.
- 13:06Speaker 2: So half of the slaves even more die just from that,
- 13:11Speaker 2: like I mean, just like you can't so like you said,
- 13:13Speaker 2: so that all comes into like the insurance. But it's
- 13:16Speaker 2: interesting as far as like the commodities because it's like okay,
- 13:19Speaker 2: like how many's actually gonna make it? Yeah, we could
- 13:23Speaker 2: put bets on that, calls and puts on it. And
- 13:26Speaker 2: if you can make money either way, people make it.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:29Speaker 5: And also and during times of travesy like when crews
- 13:33Speaker 5: shot down, you can make money as the market is falling.
- 13:35Speaker 5: So unfortunately, whether we made it across the seas or not,
- 13:39Speaker 5: they had a plan to be able to make money.
- 13:41Speaker 5: And that's one thing I have to tell people when
- 13:43Speaker 5: it comes to investing, like whether the market is good
- 13:45Speaker 5: or bad, you have to be able to make money.
- 13:47Speaker 5: We all have kids. Kids are not cheap by any means,
- 13:50Speaker 5: and we have to invest more so we can have
- 13:52Speaker 5: a future for them. But even when the market falls apart,
- 13:55Speaker 5: like luckily with futures. Some of my biggest days, like
- 13:57Speaker 5: August twenty four to twenty fifteen, the market dropped five
- 14:00Speaker 5: hundred points. I had one of my best days, I
- 14:01Speaker 5: had one hundred percent gainer that day Brexit, Like I
- 14:05Speaker 5: made a ton of money on Brexit when that economy
- 14:09Speaker 5: was falling apart, I was able to take advantage of
- 14:11Speaker 5: it and then ride the ES down which is S
- 14:13Speaker 5: and P five hundred, and then ride it back up.
- 14:15Speaker 5: So regardless, in stocks, you can only ride them one way,
- 14:18Speaker 5: but futures you can play both ways.
- 14:21Speaker 3: So what are some markets that you can actually buy
- 14:23Speaker 3: futures on.
- 14:24Speaker 4: You can do it through TD amer Trade.
- 14:27Speaker 5: I use Ninja Trader as well out of Chicago because
- 14:30Speaker 5: it's five hundred per contracts at Ninja Trader.
- 14:32Speaker 4: If you did it through Thinker Swim five hundred dollars, yes.
- 14:35Speaker 5: Five hundred per but if you bought one future contract
- 14:38Speaker 5: on TD Americ Trader, it would be sixty two fifty
- 14:40Speaker 5: because most African Americans don't have six grand laying around
- 14:44Speaker 5: to invest one contract, so they're a discount broker and
- 14:47Speaker 5: that's how you can end up buying more contracts and
- 14:48Speaker 5: the end up making more money.
- 14:49Speaker 2: So all right, so day trading YEP, day trade.
- 14:52Speaker 5: Or as I call it, short term investing, but short
- 14:55Speaker 5: term investing because it's a lot of traders out there
- 14:57Speaker 5: and most of them don't make money.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Okay, hey, sorry, So how do you make money day trading?
- 15:04Speaker 2: Because you said so day trading for anybody is not familiar.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Is that you're trading in today. That's why it's called
- 15:10Speaker 2: day trade.
- 15:11Speaker 6: Ye.
- 15:12Speaker 2: So you could day trade anything, crypto, which I hate,
- 15:15Speaker 2: hate crypto hate.
- 15:16Speaker 3: You can do. We've learned to hate it too.
- 15:18Speaker 2: You could day trade four x, which I hate. We'll
- 15:20Speaker 2: talk about we'll talk about that. You could date trade stocks,
- 15:24Speaker 2: but you said that stocks is not the best way
- 15:27Speaker 2: to day trade or intry day trade, or however you
- 15:30Speaker 2: want to prase it.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Well, stocks weren't originally meant to be day traded. They
- 15:33Speaker 5: were meant to be held for long term period so
- 15:36Speaker 5: like thirty forty fifty period. And you notice as an advisor,
- 15:39Speaker 5: like if you if you had Apple and you traded
- 15:41Speaker 5: Apple for one day ten years ago, you may have
- 15:45Speaker 5: made a thousand, two hundred, one thousand, two thousand and
- 15:48Speaker 5: three thousand dollars. If you would have put two thousand
- 15:50Speaker 5: dollars into Apple ten years ago, you would probably have
- 15:54Speaker 5: more than one hundred and fifty grand right now. So
- 15:56Speaker 5: for a long term wealth building, it's absolutely amazing. But futures,
- 16:00Speaker 5: you have a thirty day window to trade them and
- 16:02Speaker 5: then the contracts cycle over. So and I tell all
- 16:06Speaker 5: of my students, I'm like, go for shorter targets so
- 16:08Speaker 5: you can get in out profit. But the hardest part
- 16:11Speaker 5: for most people is they don't have discipline to walk away.
- 16:14Speaker 5: They'll want to overtrade and black. Well, I've been broke
- 16:16Speaker 5: the majority of my life, so let me try and
- 16:18Speaker 5: get ten trades in the day. But you can't make
- 16:20Speaker 5: up for the time in which you were not previously.
- 16:24Speaker 2: What's the what's some tips on day like how do
- 16:27Speaker 2: you day trade?
- 16:28Speaker 5: First you have to open up a brokerage account, so
- 16:30Speaker 5: that would be through for features like Ninja trader. And
- 16:33Speaker 5: then the most important thing, you have to know where
- 16:35Speaker 5: the direction is going. It's a simple way to know.
- 16:38Speaker 5: If the market is green, it means the market is
- 16:41Speaker 5: going up. If it's red, it means it's going down.
- 16:43Speaker 5: We've all opened up Yahoo finance another bad day.
- 16:46Speaker 4: So it's read.
- 16:46Speaker 5: But most traders they are buying when it's red, and
- 16:50Speaker 5: that's a good investment strategy. But in today, you end
- 16:52Speaker 5: up losing a lot of money. So if the market
- 16:54Speaker 5: is going up, ride the market up or buy, and
- 16:57Speaker 5: then if it's red, you want to sell.
- 16:59Speaker 4: But you have to have a predetermined target.
- 17:01Speaker 5: So like if you have fifty shares of let's say bonds,
- 17:06Speaker 5: unless say you get two pennies worth the movement, you
- 17:08Speaker 5: can make twelve to fifty and less than fourteen to
- 17:11Speaker 5: fifteen minutes.
- 17:12Speaker 4: But then after that.
- 17:13Speaker 5: You have to stop because you only allowed a certain
- 17:15Speaker 5: amount of trades per day because you don't want to gamble.
- 17:18Speaker 5: That's what a gambling part comes in. That's associated with trading.
- 17:20Speaker 5: It's like, well, you don't know whether it's going to
- 17:22Speaker 5: go up or go down. I'm like, you know what the.
- 17:23Speaker 4: S and P is gonna do?
- 17:24Speaker 3: What's the number of trades you can make it down?
- 17:26Speaker 5: You can do unlimited, but I advise people only do
- 17:28Speaker 5: one or two. Okay, one or two, because anytime you
- 17:31Speaker 5: do more than that, you are, like I said, subconsciously
- 17:35Speaker 5: trying to make up for the lack of money that
- 17:37Speaker 5: you have in your life. Because we know most people
- 17:39Speaker 5: that have money don't take huge risk, and I like
- 17:42Speaker 5: to keep my risk caped to like two percent. But
- 17:44Speaker 5: every time you get back in the market, you are
- 17:47Speaker 5: assuming more risk on a particular trade, and you don't
- 17:49Speaker 5: want to do that.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Yeah, can we just go back there for a second
- 17:51Speaker 3: for the contract. I know you said there's an expiration
- 17:54Speaker 3: of thirty days. Is that the standard? Are there other
- 17:56Speaker 3: ones that are sixty or ninety days?
- 17:57Speaker 5: No, that that's the standard for futures. So every every
- 18:00Speaker 5: thirty days they'll end up rolling over. So that's a
- 18:02Speaker 5: maxi window that you can have.
- 18:04Speaker 4: To trade them.
- 18:04Speaker 3: And you could lose or gain money during that process.
- 18:07Speaker 5: Absolutely, yeah, but you can have a stop loss in
- 18:09Speaker 5: place that mitigates your risk, and then you can have
- 18:11Speaker 5: a predetermined target.
- 18:12Speaker 4: A lot of people they'll just hit by and hope
- 18:15Speaker 4: that it goes up. And I'm like, hope.
- 18:16Speaker 5: It was a great strategy for Obama, But financially that's
- 18:19Speaker 5: something we can't do.
- 18:20Speaker 2: So what's the S ANDP right at? Right now, it's.
- 18:23Speaker 5: Back in its close to the three thousands thirty five
- 18:27Speaker 5: hundred range.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And then so all right, so thirty five hundred, let's
- 18:30Speaker 2: just say thirty und could be on know when this
- 18:31Speaker 2: will come out, So let's say thirty five hundred smps
- 18:34Speaker 2: right now? Right? So I get up yep, I buy
- 18:37Speaker 2: a future on it, YEP, and I have a target
- 18:41Speaker 2: of thirty five oh one of thirty five oh one. Yes,
- 18:45Speaker 2: I have a stop loss of.
- 18:48Speaker 5: Let's say you can put it at twenty nine ninety
- 18:50Speaker 5: eight for easy numbers.
- 18:51Speaker 2: All right, so the stop losses once. If it goes
- 18:55Speaker 2: I stop my losses. That's why it's goned to stop
- 18:56Speaker 2: stop your losses. So you don't just it's not like
- 18:59Speaker 2: a nose dive market just starts to tank. It's like, okay,
- 19:01Speaker 2: oh yes.
- 19:02Speaker 4: Because then you can lose all of your money in.
- 19:03Speaker 2: You're sold at that point.
- 19:04Speaker 3: That can go down to one thousand yep.
- 19:06Speaker 2: But when it gets to the point where you're actually
- 19:08Speaker 2: say comfortable buying selling it at.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Then it's sold absolutely automatically.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Okay. So but now it's like if it goes past that,
- 19:20Speaker 2: what if it just keeps going, I.
- 19:21Speaker 4: Can't have fomo. You have to be think of it
- 19:23Speaker 4: as a business.
- 19:24Speaker 5: McDonald's doesn't sell number one for ten dollars to one person,
- 19:29Speaker 5: then twenty five to another.
- 19:31Speaker 4: All the prices are the same.
- 19:32Speaker 5: So you want to run it like a business where
- 19:34Speaker 5: I'm like, okay, when I approach the market, anytime that
- 19:36Speaker 5: I hit over a certain number, I'm happy a because
- 19:39Speaker 5: I remember when I was broke and had no money,
- 19:42Speaker 5: and then b it's not in my business plan to
- 19:44Speaker 5: take more than a certain amount of trades. Today, a
- 19:46Speaker 5: lot of people will get in, they'll start and black like, oh,
- 19:48Speaker 5: I want to take fourteen fifteen trades.
- 19:50Speaker 4: I'm like, that's not in your plan.
- 19:53Speaker 5: So we have to, especially our people, we have to
- 19:54Speaker 5: exercise a lot of discipline. And the financial market is
- 19:57Speaker 5: because we're so far behind, and people try and get
- 20:00Speaker 5: U portraying and it's like, you should have been investing
- 20:03Speaker 5: ten years ago. I mean, even me knowing what I
- 20:05Speaker 5: know now, me not putting every dollar into the market.
- 20:09Speaker 5: When Art told me to cost me twelve million dollars. Wow,
- 20:12Speaker 5: So it's like, wow, that's why I tell him. I'm like, damn,
- 20:15Speaker 5: I should have listened to you.
- 20:16Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 20:17Speaker 5: He was like, but you're further ahead than you were
- 20:19Speaker 5: and could have been. But I'm like, yeah, but I
- 20:21Speaker 5: want to twelve. But he was like, but you have
- 20:23Speaker 5: to go all in when you get the information. And
- 20:24Speaker 5: we all sit and wish we would have invested. Were
- 20:26Speaker 5: talking about it before we started recording. Could have bought
- 20:29Speaker 5: City Bank of America. Apple was super cheap, MasterCard was cheap.
- 20:34Speaker 4: We sat on the sidelines.
- 20:35Speaker 5: And then but you know, some j's came out when
- 20:37Speaker 5: we got to Jay's and we partied, don't win on vacation.
- 20:39Speaker 4: We have to put our money here first.
- 20:41Speaker 2: And you said, it's only like two hours a day
- 20:43Speaker 2: where you should actually be our.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Yeah, two hours maximum the opening.
- 20:46Speaker 2: The clothes, where you should even uh, you don't like
- 20:49Speaker 2: to hear what is it? What do you call it?
- 20:51Speaker 4: Short term?
- 20:52Speaker 2: All right, so only two hours a day where you
- 20:53Speaker 2: should do short term investing. Yes, opening, which is eight
- 20:56Speaker 2: thirty in the morning, Yeah, thirty nine, Yeah, closing which
- 21:01Speaker 2: is thirty yeah, three.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Thirty, four thirty, and then you should be done. Just
- 21:05Speaker 5: wrap it up. And that's Eastern time. And wrap it
- 21:07Speaker 5: up because in the middle, that's where a lot of
- 21:09Speaker 5: the amateurs play. There's not as much liquidity. So think
- 21:11Speaker 5: of it as if you own the store, all your
- 21:13Speaker 5: highest volume, let's say, if you're on a restaurant, will
- 21:16Speaker 5: be breakfast and dinner time. In the middle, there's not
- 21:19Speaker 5: as many people buying, Like you literally can see volume
- 21:22Speaker 5: get cut in half. And I'm like, don't trade in
- 21:24Speaker 5: the middle because there's not enough people. Because all the
- 21:26Speaker 5: market is is a bunch of people agreeing to buy
- 21:28Speaker 5: and tell at a particular price. Everybody goes away at lunch,
- 21:32Speaker 5: so come back at the close and then just be
- 21:34Speaker 5: disciplined to stick to your hours.
- 21:35Speaker 3: You say that one of your rules that never to
- 21:37Speaker 3: give up more than one point six percent on any trade.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Can you explain that?
- 21:41Speaker 5: So you have to have like a predetermined like risk
- 21:43Speaker 5: of reward ratio, and so like let's say if we
- 21:46Speaker 5: were playing ball outside and if we hit two three pointers,
- 21:49Speaker 5: we got fifty thousand dollars.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Great.
- 21:53Speaker 5: I think anybody in this room, no matter how often
- 21:56Speaker 5: we play, we can hit two shots, right. But most
- 21:59Speaker 5: people when they trade, they're risking fifty percent of their capital.
- 22:02Speaker 5: So if you miss them first two shots, you lose
- 22:05Speaker 5: all your money. So if you cap it at one
- 22:07Speaker 5: point six percent or two percent maximum, if you lose two.
- 22:10Speaker 4: Trades, you're only down four percent.
- 22:12Speaker 7: Your wife or your lady won't kill you. You're not messing
- 22:15Speaker 7: up the kids college fun, and then your emotions aren't
- 22:18Speaker 7: messed up. Whereas if you're risking fifty percent man two trades,
- 22:22Speaker 7: your lady hate you. You messed up the bag for
- 22:24Speaker 7: the kid, and now you are beating yourself up because
- 22:27Speaker 7: we as Black people have.
- 22:28Speaker 4: So much trauma tied with money and not having it.
- 22:31Speaker 5: Any loss has hurt us more than other races I
- 22:34Speaker 5: found out personally.
- 22:36Speaker 2: So, yeah, you know, you don't get wiped out, take
- 22:38Speaker 2: it out the game. You don't. One bad day could
- 22:41Speaker 2: take you out the game. Yeah, and we're seeing it.
- 22:43Speaker 5: And of course during a recession, so like when people
- 22:46Speaker 5: will over leverage. A lot of the banks went under
- 22:49Speaker 5: because they had assumed too much risk.
- 22:51Speaker 2: But a lot of it is psychology too, because like
- 22:53Speaker 2: if you so, it's all synonymous with gambling. And I
- 22:56Speaker 2: always tell people that investing is a game of knowledge. Yes,
- 22:59Speaker 2: gambling is a game of chance, but especially short term trading,
- 23:04Speaker 2: highly expecutive investments, it very it's synonymous with gambling. And
- 23:10Speaker 2: you get the same feeling as a game. Like if
- 23:11Speaker 2: you gamble, you get a euphoria, You get a feeling.
- 23:14Speaker 2: You never look at it when you If you gamble
- 23:16Speaker 2: and you win ten thousand on the crab table, you
- 23:18Speaker 2: don't look at like you won ten thousand. You look
- 23:20Speaker 2: at it like you could potentially win one hundred thousand, yep.
- 23:23Speaker 2: And if you stop playing, you don't look you look
- 23:26Speaker 2: at it like you lost ninety it's the same thing.
- 23:29Speaker 2: It's the same thing with short term investing. So that's
- 23:34Speaker 2: the dangerous part for me is like people, you go
- 23:39Speaker 2: down because you start to make money very quickly, very fast.
- 23:42Speaker 2: So if you make five hundred dollars in an hour,
- 23:44Speaker 2: it's like a it's like a high. Yeah, you feel
- 23:46Speaker 2: like you feel invincible. Yeah, at that point, But then
- 23:49Speaker 2: you just have to stop because after you lose a
- 23:52Speaker 2: certain amount of money. And we've all been there, we
- 23:54Speaker 2: made money, gave it back, or spent it. But once
- 23:57Speaker 2: you have to have a higher purpose for what the
- 23:59Speaker 2: moneys for. For me being broke, like I need freedom
- 24:02Speaker 2: for myself and then also for my son because I
- 24:05Speaker 2: know what, when I have the conversation with my dad,
- 24:07Speaker 2: I'm like, if you had have put away ten grand
- 24:10Speaker 2: and thirty years, it would have been one point too.
- 24:11Speaker 5: My dad had them to cry. My dad's smart, been
- 24:14Speaker 5: in business for a long time. He was like, I
- 24:16Speaker 5: just didn't know, Like it's not that I wouldn't have
- 24:18Speaker 5: put the money away for you. I just had no clue.
- 24:20Speaker 5: And of course in the seventies and eighties, this information
- 24:23Speaker 5: wasn't flowing.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Around at all. No, it's all right, So in the
- 24:26Speaker 2: next seven we're gonna go into some more some more information.
- 24:28Speaker 2: But yeah, the day trading or short term trading, not.
- 24:33Speaker 4: A short term swing trading the same thing.
- 24:35Speaker 5: Yeah, So you can hold it for multiple days, so
- 24:37Speaker 5: for like a thirty day period, so you're holding it,
- 24:39Speaker 5: so then you have a higher probability because you can
- 24:42Speaker 5: hold it for multiple days.
- 24:43Speaker 4: But it costs more to do that.
- 24:44Speaker 5: So even that, so if you swing trade the S
- 24:47Speaker 5: and P five hundred, it costs almost seven thousand because
- 24:51Speaker 5: most of us are blocked out from being able to
- 24:54Speaker 5: do that, because the win ratio is higher with swing
- 24:58Speaker 5: trading because you're holding it over multiple days. You may
- 25:00Speaker 5: get a bad price on the S and P Monday,
- 25:02Speaker 5: but then by Thursday it's back up, so you're fine.
- 25:05Speaker 5: And yeah, and listen, Investing is risky, especially on a
- 25:09Speaker 5: short term sign if you are not disciplined. And I
- 25:11Speaker 5: always say, like, if you don't have ten grand, put
- 25:13Speaker 5: into the market a ten grand and save, you shouldn't
- 25:15Speaker 5: because most people want to treat it's like they are
- 25:17Speaker 5: gonna flip money.
- 25:18Speaker 4: I'm like, flipping doesn't work in the streets.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Like you either get jammed up, have to get a lawyer,
- 25:23Speaker 5: or you end up giving it all away, so we
- 25:24Speaker 5: have to. I want us to take that drug mentality
- 25:27Speaker 5: away and run a market, even though a lot the
- 25:29Speaker 5: Wall Street trapping name I love, I love the content,
- 25:32Speaker 5: No share with that because I love your material. I
- 25:35Speaker 5: want us to start to think bigger about what we
- 25:37Speaker 5: can achieve and long term pass.
- 25:40Speaker 4: On money and to be able to even help our friends.
- 25:43Speaker 2: So all right, okay, So in the next segment, we're
- 25:47Speaker 2: gonna talk about some more things. I was investing, okay,
- 25:50Speaker 2: So as far as trading right, whether you're trading commodities,
- 25:56Speaker 2: whether you're trading stocks, whether you're trading futures. Like you said,
- 26:00Speaker 2: it's practice makes it perfect, right, and you could becoming
- 26:04Speaker 2: good at anything if you have good habits and if
- 26:07Speaker 2: you apply yourself here, how can somebody become a good trade?
- 26:09Speaker 3: Like?
- 26:09Speaker 2: What is some tips to improve somebody's trading?
- 26:12Speaker 5: That's the best thing. When you sign up with any platform,
- 26:15Speaker 5: they let you practice for free. Most people want to
- 26:17Speaker 5: start making money right away, and a short term investment
- 26:21Speaker 5: is more like a sport. So I can't expect to
- 26:23Speaker 5: go to the league. If I'm putting up two jumpers
- 26:25Speaker 5: a day, I don't care how good the two jumpers
- 26:27Speaker 5: are under different conditions, I won't be able to perform well.
- 26:30Speaker 5: So I tell people like, start off practicing and take
- 26:32Speaker 5: one hundred trades, see how it goes for you, then
- 26:34Speaker 5: take it. That's before you put one dollars.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Simulate it.
- 26:37Speaker 5: Simulate it, because then you'll get comfortable and say, Okay,
- 26:40Speaker 5: either I do have the discipline to do this or
- 26:43Speaker 5: I don't. For me, coming from East Chicago, Indiana poor area,
- 26:47Speaker 5: when I got introduced to long term investment and short
- 26:51Speaker 5: it clicked to me right away, I'm like, wait, So
- 26:53Speaker 5: if I put it in one hundred shares here and
- 26:56Speaker 5: I get four pennies up in movement on the ES,
- 26:58Speaker 5: I can make twelve fifty. I'm like, I'm sold. I'm like,
- 27:02Speaker 5: but most people may not have a discipline because they
- 27:03Speaker 5: may not believe in themselves. And we see it with
- 27:05Speaker 5: business owners all the time who should have more growth.
- 27:08Speaker 5: They are the limitations or the governor and their own business.
- 27:11Speaker 5: But you can start with any broker's platform and then
- 27:13Speaker 5: just practice it.
- 27:13Speaker 3: So it's on the brokers platforms they have actual simulators.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Because that's a good thing to know, especially when we're
- 27:17Speaker 3: trying to teach kids to actually do.
- 27:20Speaker 5: And for kids, they have a game called Chartcut, So
- 27:22Speaker 5: it's a game that you can download the app store
- 27:25Speaker 5: and you literally can if you think the market is
- 27:27Speaker 5: going to.
- 27:27Speaker 4: Go up, hit by, if you think it's going to drop,
- 27:29Speaker 4: hit sell, and you.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Can practice there simulated trading. I'm glad you said that,
- 27:33Speaker 2: especially for children is extremely extremely valuable because spot especially trading,
- 27:39Speaker 2: it's a competitive sport. It is so like a lot
- 27:42Speaker 2: of schools, even for teachers. A lot of time, I
- 27:44Speaker 2: always recommend, like if you want to do like an
- 27:46Speaker 2: investment club for your class, and you can start with
- 27:48Speaker 2: like fake money, think of I'm a prize whoever wins.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Colleges do that all the time all the time, and
- 27:53Speaker 2: it's like, hey, you're learning, but it's always good to
- 27:56Speaker 2: have some kind of competition in place. And then you realize,
- 27:59Speaker 2: like it's that actually exciting, Like I mean, like anybody
- 28:01Speaker 2: really is involved with like trading stocks or investing on
- 28:05Speaker 2: a high level. It's like a sport. Again, So simulation
- 28:10Speaker 2: is something that and like you said, it's you're not
- 28:13Speaker 2: making any money, but it's it's like you.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Have to practice this.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Yeah, it's the same as it's like the preseason, like
- 28:17Speaker 2: the preseason.
- 28:18Speaker 3: I think it's dope because, like I said in our
- 28:19Speaker 3: saw A program, we teach stocks. So we start we
- 28:22Speaker 3: teach them about the market, but then like they do
- 28:24Speaker 3: a simulate it and then they actually get to go
- 28:26Speaker 3: down to Wall Street and see how it's incredible. So
- 28:29Speaker 3: that's important. After we do the simulation, though, right now
- 28:32Speaker 3: it's time to get in the game, Like is there
- 28:33Speaker 3: a certain amount of money we need to have or like.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Yes, I would say start with two thousand, but before
- 28:37Speaker 5: you get to intra day trading, like, you have to
- 28:40Speaker 5: invest long term. So even though I love investing on
- 28:43Speaker 5: the short term, I made my chops and reputation off
- 28:47Speaker 5: long term investment. So the foundation is indexes, second layers
- 28:51Speaker 5: technology stocks to start there and then start with a
- 28:54Speaker 5: thousand and two thousand bucks. Don't put everything you have
- 28:57Speaker 5: into it because then when the money's involved, emotions come
- 29:00Speaker 5: out absolutely.
- 29:01Speaker 4: And then now you.
- 29:01Speaker 5: Have to stick to your rule of one or two
- 29:03Speaker 5: trades a day and not forty five trades and not
- 29:06Speaker 5: trading a four x and crypto and everything at the
- 29:08Speaker 5: same time, Like you have to be very disciplined. So start
- 29:10Speaker 5: small and then earn your way up to put it
- 29:12Speaker 5: in more. Most people just want to throw in ten
- 29:14Speaker 5: grand and hope it goes up, and I'm like, you
- 29:16Speaker 5: can't hope. You have to practice your way through this
- 29:19Speaker 5: to be able to do better.
- 29:20Speaker 3: One of the things you said too, I heard an
- 29:21Speaker 3: envy was like people just throw money into an investment
- 29:25Speaker 3: and they just leave it there. Yeah, Like there has
- 29:26Speaker 3: to be some discipline where you have like, all right,
- 29:28Speaker 3: every month, I need to throw this certain amount about
- 29:31Speaker 3: that a little bit.
- 29:32Speaker 5: Yeah, So you want to set goals in place. So
- 29:35Speaker 5: even if you only let's say you get one pennyworth
- 29:38Speaker 5: of movement on bonds and you max out your contracts,
- 29:41Speaker 5: you can get six and a quarter percent growth on
- 29:44Speaker 5: one pennyworth of movement.
- 29:45Speaker 4: You don't have to be great to do that.
- 29:47Speaker 5: So I tell my students you have to have one
- 29:49Speaker 5: small target you can hit every day, because, let's be honest,
- 29:51Speaker 5: you have to produce. Even if emotions are there, you're
- 29:55Speaker 5: having a bad day, you've been fighting with your significant other,
- 29:57Speaker 5: you still have to make money because bills are going
- 29:59Speaker 5: to come in. And then go for a longer target.
- 30:01Speaker 5: So that's when I tell them to do like a
- 30:02Speaker 5: fifteen point target. So if you lose one trade let's
- 30:06Speaker 5: say if you even lose five, when you hit that
- 30:09Speaker 5: fifteen point target, it erases all the previous losses.
- 30:11Speaker 4: And now you're in profit of ten. But it's a sport.
- 30:14Speaker 5: It's no different than playing basketball, mma, which my son
- 30:18Speaker 5: loves to do.
- 30:19Speaker 4: Heyes, Ander, I love you. Or we all went to
- 30:23Speaker 4: school with people who were.
- 30:24Speaker 5: Really talented and then end up not doing well because
- 30:27Speaker 5: they were just lazy as hell, Like we look at
- 30:30Speaker 5: James Harden of course in Houston Lebron. Regardless of what
- 30:34Speaker 5: you think of him. Man, the kid worked hard, works hard,
- 30:37Speaker 5: puts a lot of money to his body in the offseason.
- 30:39Speaker 5: So you have to treat the investing part the same way.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Yeah. So all right, so you said the first lady
- 30:45Speaker 2: should be index funds. Yes, the second lader should be tech.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I'm glad you said don't want to talk about tech
- 30:50Speaker 2: a little bit because I'll tell people all the time, like,
- 30:52Speaker 2: if you don't know anything, just invest in tech absolutely,
- 30:55Speaker 2: because technology is not the way of the future is
- 30:58Speaker 2: right now. It's now and it always has Yeah, every
- 31:00Speaker 2: industry is effective by tech, like this is there's a
- 31:04Speaker 2: mutual fund called the Diamond Tech Fund. Franklin Templeton yep.
- 31:08Speaker 2: And it's up like sixteen percent a year for the
- 31:10Speaker 2: last ten years easily, and it has like all of
- 31:13Speaker 2: the big tech companies in it, like Google, Apple, Amazon,
- 31:18Speaker 2: So it's like it's the dummies way to invest, like
- 31:23Speaker 2: I mean.
- 31:23Speaker 5: Because our lives are rule by technology, even back when
- 31:26Speaker 5: that's assembly line before that was the technological innovation that made.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Ford great at that time.
- 31:31Speaker 5: Then IBM, of course in the Apple and Microsoft had
- 31:33Speaker 5: been in a great run. Netflix, Facebook, Google, I mean,
- 31:37Speaker 5: and I tell people like invest the major tech companies
- 31:40Speaker 5: you heard of. If it's a biotech company that you
- 31:42Speaker 5: never heard of in Delaware, don't touch it. We all
- 31:45Speaker 5: have heard of Facebook, Amazon, Google, and Netflix. So those
- 31:49Speaker 5: are easy and like you said, an easy way to
- 31:51Speaker 5: invest because we because I ask entrepreneurs if I can
- 31:53Speaker 5: walk you into Steve Jobs office when he was alive
- 31:56Speaker 5: and he would give you a grant for your business,
- 31:59Speaker 5: which you take the grant from Steve. Everybody says, yeah,
- 32:02Speaker 5: how much money have you invested in Apple? Then, because
- 32:05Speaker 5: it comes down to who's the better entrepreneur. I'm not
- 32:08Speaker 5: better than the CEO of Google, no matter how much
- 32:10Speaker 5: ego I have, I'm not I'm not better than Zuckerberg.
- 32:13Speaker 5: But I can tie my money into him and their
- 32:15Speaker 5: performance and make money.
- 32:17Speaker 4: Off of them.
- 32:18Speaker 5: And especially in our community, we know who the hottest
- 32:21Speaker 5: players are, who the hottest rappers are.
- 32:24Speaker 4: We make it that way. Yeah, and we make it
- 32:25Speaker 4: that way.
- 32:25Speaker 5: So even when I went to E C Centro and
- 32:27Speaker 5: talk to the kids, I'm like, who's hotter Cardi or
- 32:30Speaker 5: MC light? Most of the kids like who is the
- 32:32Speaker 5: mc light? Now yeah, it's like it's like Cardi's hotter? Okay, cool,
- 32:37Speaker 5: Cardi is Apple, And okay, who's hotter Drake or rock him?
- 32:42Speaker 4: Peace to the God?
- 32:43Speaker 5: But Drake would be like Microsoft, So these are easy
- 32:48Speaker 5: best You have like top five performers in every industry
- 32:50Speaker 5: and just tie your money into them and you'll be okay.
- 32:54Speaker 2: So why are you so big on indexes though? Because
- 32:57Speaker 2: it's a debate between like indexes. Warren Buffett is believing
- 33:02Speaker 2: index He's believing he's like just pushing my index fine
- 33:05Speaker 2: if you don't know, not, no, it's just pushing my
- 33:06Speaker 2: index line. And a lot of people like that. Yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 2: but then people want.
- 33:12Speaker 4: Are you anti index?

- 36:05Speaker 2: I'm not okay, but I'm just interested to get your
- 36:08Speaker 2: perspective on it. Like why why is index funds the
- 36:12Speaker 2: top level for you?
- 36:14Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 36:14Speaker 5: Because it provides a certain level of safety. So let's
- 36:17Speaker 5: make it a comparison like the Knicks. GM has had
- 36:21Speaker 5: a lot of opportunity to draft some good players. He
- 36:24Speaker 5: has not for the longest time. So let's say we're
- 36:27Speaker 5: going to be in GM of picking stocks. Okay, so
- 36:31Speaker 5: we can either pick one individual company which we may
- 36:34Speaker 5: have a bust on, or an index fund is nothing
- 36:36Speaker 5: more than an All Star team. So if I give
- 36:38Speaker 5: you the Eastern All Stars to go against Orlando, who
- 36:41Speaker 5: do you think is going to win? All Star team
- 36:45Speaker 5: is going to win? So like when you pick index funds.
- 36:48Speaker 5: You're taking the best of the best companies and even
- 36:49Speaker 5: if you miss a great company, by having a collective
- 36:52Speaker 5: there or a basket, it'll be able to go up.
- 36:54Speaker 5: And then this year had an amazing run, like it
- 36:56Speaker 5: was up twenty seven percent like to this year was
- 36:59Speaker 5: a great year. And I know some people don't like them,
- 37:02Speaker 5: but it's like Buffett does it a lot of the
- 37:04Speaker 5: major hedsphones. And then if you want to get more technical,
- 37:06Speaker 5: like all the money they've been pumping into the market
- 37:08Speaker 5: will quantitative ease. And since the recession, that's another reason,
- 37:12Speaker 5: like always help people. The market is rigged to stay
- 37:14Speaker 5: up because when the market happens, or a recession happens,
- 37:17Speaker 5: people die, divorces are the higher rate businesses never recover.
- 37:22Speaker 5: So it's the economic engine that keeps pumping. And we
- 37:25Speaker 5: have to tire our money to where the money is
- 37:28Speaker 5: and where it's flowing easily.
- 37:29Speaker 2: So all right, And another thing with the index fund
- 37:31Speaker 2: is that you can actually invest Most retirement plans, most
- 37:34Speaker 2: fall on k's have an option where it's like the
- 37:35Speaker 2: S ANDP, you can invest in an index fund inside
- 37:37Speaker 2: of your retirement what dreaming to my next question? So
- 37:41Speaker 2: what stocks should people invest in for retirement.
- 37:45Speaker 5: The two biggest technology companies that are keep us up. Well,
- 37:47Speaker 5: my plan is very simple to indexes two tech because
- 37:51Speaker 5: if you make if you invest in twenty five companies,
- 37:53Speaker 5: you made your own mutual fund. Why now you can
- 37:56Speaker 5: talk if from an asset allocation standpoint that you should
- 37:59Speaker 5: have and tech ruin runs our lives. So whether Amazon
- 38:06Speaker 5: takes over or Apple takes over, it's going to be
- 38:08Speaker 5: two tech giants always tie your money.
- 38:11Speaker 4: And you can go back and look at IBM.
- 38:12Speaker 2: So what tech giants look right now?
- 38:14Speaker 4: I've always advised Apple and Microsoft.
- 38:16Speaker 5: Now Google, well, if you can afford it, Google's too
- 38:20Speaker 5: pricey for most people.
- 38:22Speaker 4: That is true. Yeah, it's too pricey.
- 38:23Speaker 5: If you can do Google, absolutely, but I know most
- 38:25Speaker 5: in our community they can't afford where Google is. I
- 38:28Speaker 5: mean I recommended Amazon and Google in twenty fifteen to
- 38:31Speaker 5: twenty sixteen, and Amazon before it got two thousand this year.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Once to hit a thousand of share, most people it's
- 38:36Speaker 5: like I don't have enough money to buy one.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Share to buy one Yeah, Amazon's gonna keep going up
- 38:42Speaker 2: to infinity.
- 38:42Speaker 5: Yeah, they the king of retail. Yeah, So if you
- 38:45Speaker 5: guys can afford it, do it.
- 38:48Speaker 2: No stopping. Yeah, yeah, okay, And that's just that's the
- 38:52Speaker 2: retirement strategy, yep, because those companies are never going to afford.
- 38:56Speaker 5: Never, and if so, someone's gonna overtake them. So even
- 38:59Speaker 5: with Marksoft, like I'm thirty seven, Microsoft is popular, Windows
- 39:03Speaker 5: ninety five was popular, and Bill Gates had that company
- 39:06Speaker 5: doing well in the mid nineties. So even like twenty
- 39:10Speaker 5: grand or ten grand back in the nineties now would
- 39:13Speaker 5: be several hundred thousand dollars. Great companies tend to be
- 39:16Speaker 5: great for a long period of time, and shitty companies
- 39:19Speaker 5: go out of business really fast. So even you take Oracle,
- 39:22Speaker 5: any of the Silicon Valley tech giants, they've been around
- 39:25Speaker 5: for a long time. Salesforce with that ticker CRAM, Yeah,
- 39:30Speaker 5: they've been around forever. So that's why when like fly
- 39:33Speaker 5: by Night stuff comes up, like bitcoin, I'm like.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Why we'll get that?
- 39:37Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 39:38Speaker 4: Why touch it?
- 39:39Speaker 5: And if you don't know how to properly invest in,
- 39:41Speaker 5: like start with the big boys and think of it always.
- 39:44Speaker 5: You're you're drafting, so you want to draft the best players.
- 39:48Speaker 5: So I'm going to whether you like Lebron or not,
- 39:50Speaker 5: I'm Lebron's going to be one of the first people
- 39:52Speaker 5: I picked, Like Duranta's like a salesforce, like so on,
- 39:55Speaker 5: steady gets.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Better every year. Underrated.
- 39:59Speaker 5: But then a lot a lot of people are like, well,
- 40:00Speaker 5: I want to get a weed company.
- 40:03Speaker 4: Like can that falls through the floor.
- 40:05Speaker 5: And I'm like, why just because you smoke weed like
- 40:09Speaker 5: that doesn't make you an expert. And I feel like,
- 40:11Speaker 5: just tie your money to what's working. So we got
- 40:13Speaker 5: two tech stocks, and what are the two indexes?
- 40:17Speaker 4: Spy is it easy?
- 40:18Speaker 5: Or you can do vol which is Vanguard and then
- 40:20Speaker 5: the Dow Jones which is DA.
- 40:21Speaker 4: And keep it very very simple.
- 40:23Speaker 5: Keep it very simple, because you don't need twenty five
- 40:25Speaker 5: stocks in your retirement plan, because once you have so many,
- 40:28Speaker 5: they'll start to weigh down your portfolio. Well, you may
- 40:31Speaker 5: have a winner that's up twenty five percent, but the
- 40:32Speaker 5: loser may have lost twelve percent. And now you've cut
- 40:35Speaker 5: your retirement and half. And the number that we actually
- 40:37Speaker 5: need for retirement is five million in our community.
- 40:41Speaker 4: That's a hard as.
- 40:44Speaker 5: When you look at inflation and then also how many
- 40:47Speaker 5: kids you have one you have one.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Two, you have two. They're not cheap, no, it adds up.
- 40:53Speaker 5: And then also when we get in this position to
- 40:55Speaker 5: be fortunate financially, we also have to help other people,
- 40:58Speaker 5: so it's the heavier on us. And then of course
- 41:01Speaker 5: it will cost of living going up. I mean, you
- 41:03Speaker 5: guys are living in a pricey state. It's not gonna
- 41:06Speaker 5: be cheap to you can't. There is no four or
- 41:08Speaker 5: five hundred dollars mortgage is here anymore, so that we.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Just need more money.
- 41:11Speaker 2: And then it's the four percent rule. Yeah, go ahead,
- 41:14Speaker 2: four percent rule. So if anybody's not familiar, that's what
- 41:17Speaker 2: most people say, like you should only take four percent
- 41:19Speaker 2: of your retirement account a year to make sure that
- 41:22Speaker 2: it stays forever. Yeah, So four percent of a million
- 41:26Speaker 2: is forty thousand dollars. When you look at it, like,
- 41:28Speaker 2: that's not that much money.
- 41:29Speaker 5: You're at break even pretty much, right, So maybe so.
- 41:33Speaker 2: Then five million, four percent of five million is two
- 41:34Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars. So if you look at it from
- 41:37Speaker 2: that standpoint, especially with inflation and rise in health care costs,
- 41:41Speaker 2: not really a lot of money at all. Like God rustled,
- 41:43Speaker 2: so my grandmother gave all of our life savings away
- 41:47Speaker 2: trying to get back healthy once she had cancer, Like
- 41:49Speaker 2: My grandma probably went through two hundred grand maybe in
- 41:52Speaker 2: eight months. Wow, like going through key and I'm like,
- 41:55Speaker 2: they're with her. So the businessman to me and my
- 41:57Speaker 2: dad is seeing it, He's like, there's forty chairs in here,
- 42:01Speaker 2: like and they're charging twenty five hundred air five.
- 42:04Speaker 3: This is a business.
- 42:05Speaker 5: So it's great for the healthcare field, but for us well,
- 42:09Speaker 5: if we ever have any disaster or because we're all
- 42:12Speaker 5: going to have a downturn, at some point, something will happen,
- 42:15Speaker 5: and that's why we need more money put away.
- 42:17Speaker 4: It costs a lot of money.
- 42:18Speaker 5: And look at all the bankruptcies that happened because of
- 42:20Speaker 5: high hospital bills. Like I have a friend that had
- 42:22Speaker 5: a two hundred thousand dollars bill last year. It's like
- 42:26Speaker 5: you can try and write it off a five bankruptcy,
- 42:28Speaker 5: but it's like it's going to dig a deeper hole
- 42:30Speaker 5: for you.
- 42:31Speaker 2: So four X, which is we're gonna do an episode.
- 42:34Speaker 2: We're going to do a whole episode of us. Stop asking.
- 42:37Speaker 2: We appreciate it, We got it.
- 42:39Speaker 3: We heard you had some thoughts about.
- 42:42Speaker 2: It, but yeah, currency trading four X, So why are
- 42:45Speaker 2: you not a fan of four X?
- 42:47Speaker 5: The regulations are tough so if you do, it's gotten better.
- 42:51Speaker 5: So they are brokers here that are regulated. Finally, can
- 42:54Speaker 5: we just say it's not a new thing. No, you know,
- 42:57Speaker 5: like I'm working around kids all the time and they'll
- 42:59Speaker 5: try to approached me about it.
- 43:01Speaker 3: I'm like, guys, yeah, it's like it feels like a
- 43:03Speaker 3: new fad that's going on, but it's not because of Instagram.
- 43:06Speaker 2: It's on social media.
- 43:08Speaker 3: On social exactly.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:09Speaker 5: And when people mentioned, they'll be like, well, one time
- 43:12Speaker 5: an investor took a trade and made two billion dollars.
- 43:15Speaker 5: I'm like, he wasn't traded on MT four Like that
- 43:18Speaker 5: was a bank play that he actually made, So that's different.
- 43:21Speaker 5: Currency trading from a bank standpoint is good, but a
- 43:25Speaker 5: you have to deal with regulation to the brokers are shitty.
- 43:28Speaker 5: So a lot of them take your money. Like I
- 43:30Speaker 5: have friends that invested in four X and then literally
- 43:32Speaker 5: all their money was taken. You aren't going to be
- 43:35Speaker 5: able to get at the best spots. And then when
- 43:37Speaker 5: you look at the major news outlets, nobody talks about
- 43:41Speaker 5: four X. First, I'm like, follow.
- 43:43Speaker 4: What the money is.
- 43:44Speaker 5: I've never heard three heads fund managers ever mentioned four
- 43:48Speaker 5: X on TV or in writing. It's just not a
- 43:50Speaker 5: good thing to invest in because you're trading against other people.
- 43:54Speaker 4: And let's say you do get twenty.
- 43:55Speaker 5: Five pips a day. Because we all see the postal
- 43:57Speaker 5: Instagram fourteen fifteen. I'm like, I don't know how your
- 44:02Speaker 5: bills are structured, but that one hundred dollars win not
- 44:05Speaker 5: gonna do shit for me and my kid. Like, it's
- 44:07Speaker 5: not it's an amateur's market and it's a good place
- 44:10Speaker 5: to start. Have there been people that make money, yes,
- 44:14Speaker 5: but there are not a lot of more.
- 44:15Speaker 4: It has a ninety five percent loss rate.
- 44:18Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like this thing like hit college campuses
- 44:20Speaker 3: and hit social media like wow.
- 44:21Speaker 5: And then the multi level marketing companies took over, and
- 44:24Speaker 5: I'm like, if you can actually trade.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Why do you need to recruit people?
- 44:27Speaker 5: And I tell people all the time whether you join me,
- 44:29Speaker 5: and I'm complete, like, you don't have to join. But
- 44:32Speaker 5: that's where the financial freedom, having no debt, having money
- 44:35Speaker 5: comes in because my I'm trying to be less dame
- 44:39Speaker 5: dashes and approach and be kinder, but I feel the
- 44:42Speaker 5: energy because it's like, if you're.
- 44:43Speaker 4: Financially free, you don't need to chase anybody.
- 44:45Speaker 3: Yeah, it becomes like you know what, like, what's the
- 44:48Speaker 3: fastest thing to get money right now? Especially for a
- 44:50Speaker 3: kid who's in college no money. It's like, I'll do this.
- 44:53Speaker 4: And I was that broke kid in college to understand it. Vulnerable.
- 44:56Speaker 5: Damn, they're all fast money is bad. Anybody I knew
- 44:59Speaker 5: who was making fast money in any endeavor they lost
- 45:01Speaker 5: it because when you make it too fast, you don't
- 45:03Speaker 5: appreciate it.
- 45:04Speaker 3: Kids, listen not please, please.
- 45:07Speaker 5: Or you can lose it and then say, hey, you
- 45:09Speaker 5: were right two or three years later, but please don't
- 45:11Speaker 5: touch for X.
- 45:12Speaker 4: And I know some of y'all love f X that
- 45:14Speaker 4: is trashed.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Can we talk about bonds for a little bit. So
- 45:17Speaker 2: bonds all right? You hear about stocks and bonds a lot.
- 45:20Speaker 2: We've covered stocks, we're covering stocks today, but we haven't
- 45:24Speaker 2: spoken about bonds yet. So bonds all right? So stocks,
- 45:28Speaker 2: you buy ownership of a company, and you buy stocking Apple.
- 45:32Speaker 2: You're part owner of Apple, right, Yes. Bonds kind of
- 45:35Speaker 2: like the reverse in a sense where you're loaning a company, yes,
- 45:38Speaker 2: or a municipality or country you're loaning no money, and
- 45:42Speaker 2: for you loaning no money, they're paying you a dividend. Yes,
- 45:46Speaker 2: over a set period of time. It's a coupons called coupon, right,
- 45:50Speaker 2: and it has a maturity, and maturity is like ten years,
- 45:53Speaker 2: so that's putting matures. So you put a thousand dollars in,
- 45:55Speaker 2: you have a ten percent coupon. Then you get one
- 45:59Speaker 2: hundred dollars every year, yeah, two times a year, like
- 46:02Speaker 2: fifty dollars two times a year, right, semi annually, and
- 46:05Speaker 2: then at the end of ten years you get your
- 46:07Speaker 2: hundred dollars back. That correct.
- 46:09Speaker 4: Yes, Okay, you're good at making it simple.
- 46:12Speaker 2: I always say, if eight year old can't understand it.
- 46:17Speaker 4: It's too complex, too complex.
- 46:18Speaker 5: The litmus test is always my son too, so like
- 46:21Speaker 5: that green means up, red means down, like drill Xander
- 46:24Speaker 5: on that all the time and he's like and as
- 46:26Speaker 5: you know.
- 46:26Speaker 4: Kids get it, they get it like super easy, and
- 46:29Speaker 4: they love it when they get it.
- 46:30Speaker 5: Yeah, because the adults, we are so fearful because we
- 46:32Speaker 5: made so many mistakes before, because we all wish that
- 46:35Speaker 5: we put more money in Apple ten years ago.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I remember when Google first came out on the stock market. Yeah,
- 46:40Speaker 2: I remember all of that from two thousand and eight, everything.
- 46:43Speaker 3: Invested, we invested I before they even announced the iPhone,
- 46:46Speaker 3: I had Apple and I got I got nervous man.
- 46:50Speaker 5: And it's a good tip too, Like if you want
- 46:52Speaker 5: to know if if a company is a good thing
- 46:54Speaker 5: to invest in, click on the ten year chart and
- 46:57Speaker 5: it should go up and be green. And the same
- 47:00Speaker 5: thing is like if you're in a relationship or marriage
- 47:02Speaker 5: after ten years, you know it.
- 47:04Speaker 2: Person, I'm glad you said that. I'm glad you said
- 47:06Speaker 2: that because I said I do that all the time.
- 47:08Speaker 2: It's like if I show them fund and stuff like that,
- 47:10Speaker 2: Like I look at it, like, Okay, what's the five
- 47:12Speaker 2: year rate of average? Ten year average? And since it's inception,
- 47:17Speaker 2: absolutely so, since its inception is when it was created,
- 47:19Speaker 2: so if it had like Franklin Dometech f on going
- 47:23Speaker 2: back to that, So since it's inception nineteen sixty eight,
- 47:27Speaker 2: is average nine point seven percent a year.
- 47:29Speaker 4: That's incredible.
- 47:30Speaker 2: So odds are Yep, it's average almost ten percent a
- 47:34Speaker 2: year for sixty years. Yep, I'm not going to fall
- 47:36Speaker 2: off the cliff and yet sixty one highly unlikely. Yep.
- 47:38Speaker 2: You know what you're gonna get now something that is
- 47:42Speaker 2: up forty seven percent for one year. But if I
- 47:44Speaker 2: look in ten years and it's minus one. I can't
- 47:47Speaker 2: trust you. Yeah, so you could look at four one
- 47:50Speaker 2: k's that all of them the same thing. It's like,
- 47:53Speaker 2: that's an easy way. That's the easiest way to look
- 47:56Speaker 2: to see if it's a good investment or not look
- 47:58Speaker 2: to see what it has done the future. It's always
- 48:01Speaker 2: dictated by the past.
- 48:02Speaker 4: Absolutely absolutely.
- 48:03Speaker 5: And then because if you look at all the legacy
- 48:05Speaker 5: companies and to make the analogies with players, bron has
- 48:08Speaker 5: been good since he came out, Lebron's and that's why
- 48:11Speaker 5: the wash King things funny, like eighty has been good
- 48:14Speaker 5: since this came in. The players that were terrible five
- 48:16Speaker 5: years ago, they're still terrible.
- 48:18Speaker 4: And that's true of companies as well.
- 48:20Speaker 5: So you looked at ten and fifteen year period and
- 48:22Speaker 5: like you said, since inception.
- 48:23Speaker 4: Like Apple has been a rocket.
- 48:25Speaker 5: And I make the joke all the time, but Forrest
- 48:27Speaker 5: Gump talked about Apple like there was a whole scene
- 48:29Speaker 5: carved out about how he invested money and how much
- 48:31Speaker 5: it grew, and Apple's continued to hit all time after
- 48:34Speaker 5: all time.
- 48:35Speaker 3: So we spoke about dividends when we spoke about bonds, Yeah,
- 48:37Speaker 3: what are your thoughts on stocks? Dividend stocks.
- 48:40Speaker 4: It's tough.
- 48:41Speaker 5: There's only a few that I like, Apple, Microsoft, Mandalay.
- 48:45Speaker 5: But my thing is, I want you to pair a
- 48:48Speaker 5: dividend play with a company that is growing, so you
- 48:52Speaker 5: still want to see that chart go up. A lot
- 48:53Speaker 5: of dividend plays they pay because they're a bad company.
- 48:57Speaker 5: So I always tell women it's like having a shitty
- 48:59Speaker 5: boyfriend that I'll buy you a Gucci bag. Is there
- 49:01Speaker 5: something that you really want to hold long term? I
- 49:04Speaker 5: like for the company to grow and they going to
- 49:07Speaker 5: pay us Like Apple and Microsoft are going to pay
- 49:09Speaker 5: a smaller dividend, but the growth is incredible opposed to
- 49:12Speaker 5: a company that may drop fifteen percent in the quarter,
- 49:15Speaker 5: but they're giving you a two dollars diviting. It's like,
- 49:17Speaker 5: am I really doing anything for you when your retirement
- 49:20Speaker 5: is being dragged down?
- 49:21Speaker 2: So but we didn't we didn't talk about bonds, Jack.
- 49:23Speaker 2: I wanted to go on somewhere with that. The bond,
- 49:25Speaker 2: So how do you make money on So now we
- 49:27Speaker 2: explain what bonds are, but how do you make money
- 49:29Speaker 2: on bonds? Because you said bonds is actually the best
- 49:31Speaker 2: thing to try. Bond's features, So yeah, how does that?
- 49:34Speaker 2: How does that work?
- 49:35Speaker 5: So there's a unit of measurement called a tick. Think
- 49:38Speaker 5: of it as a penny. So anytime that the bonds
- 49:42Speaker 5: go up or down that you can make money whether
- 49:45Speaker 5: the market goes up or down and pays thirty one
- 49:47Speaker 5: dollars and twenty five cent per tick or per penny.
- 49:51Speaker 5: So if you get fifty contracts and you ride it down,
- 49:54Speaker 5: you can make money really faster. Now, from a long
- 49:57Speaker 5: term investment play, there are some different theories of whether
- 49:59Speaker 5: youho to have bonds in your mix or not. You can,
- 50:02Speaker 5: but from a future standpoint, since it pays the most
- 50:05Speaker 5: and it moves slow.
- 50:06Speaker 4: So the thing about trading, what's.
- 50:08Speaker 3: The court for each contract when you trade in bonds?
- 50:10Speaker 4: Five hundred per same thing?
- 50:11Speaker 5: Yeah, the same thing, five hundred per So you can
- 50:14Speaker 5: get four pennies down with fifty contracts, and you can
- 50:17Speaker 5: make a few thousand in a day doing it that way.
- 50:20Speaker 4: And then this is the most important thing.
- 50:22Speaker 5: After you trade, you have to take a good portion
- 50:24Speaker 5: of the capital and then put it back into your
- 50:26Speaker 5: long term and not go right to bottle pop and
- 50:29Speaker 5: the vacations and tear down the mall and gallery or
- 50:31Speaker 5: where I'm in Houston.
- 50:32Speaker 3: So, yeah, are there any court where I think like
- 50:34Speaker 3: commission calls anything.
- 50:35Speaker 4: For that, Yeah, their costs.
- 50:36Speaker 5: You can buy a lifetime license and you can lower
- 50:38Speaker 5: and reduce your fees. So any financial transaction, you know
- 50:42Speaker 5: there's going to be a cost associated with or a fee.
- 50:44Speaker 5: But Ninja Trader has cheaper fees and I don't have
- 50:47Speaker 5: any affiliate deals with them. But the fee structure is
- 50:52Speaker 5: like a dollar forty five round trip, which is entry
- 50:56Speaker 5: and then the dollar forty five out, which is pretty
- 50:58Speaker 5: good because after you net profit, you're still walking away
- 51:02Speaker 5: with probably twenty eight bucks per participant.
- 51:04Speaker 4: Is there a difference between the commission calls and execution colls.
- 51:07Speaker 5: Yeah, but they put them all in so you know,
- 51:09Speaker 5: most brokerages they're going to have the different level of fees.
- 51:11Speaker 5: So there's an entry cost of course, like a data
- 51:14Speaker 5: feed and other things associated with it. But and the aggregate,
- 51:18Speaker 5: like it's worth it because if you went to a
- 51:21Speaker 5: bigger platform, like like I said, td Ameritrade, for the
- 51:24Speaker 5: S and P you'll have to pay almost seven thousand,
- 51:26Speaker 5: and then for bonds you will have to pay thirty
- 51:27Speaker 5: five hundred. I know almost black people don't have that
- 51:30Speaker 5: sitting around readily available. But for like and futures are
- 51:34Speaker 5: for worth for mostly institutional investors and private investors. So
- 51:39Speaker 5: that's why I've tried to wake people up around it
- 51:41Speaker 5: because I see so many people going to four x
- 51:43Speaker 5: and bitcoin and ethereum, and I'm like, invest where like
- 51:48Speaker 5: Paul Tutor Jones isn't going on c see you talking
- 51:51Speaker 5: about light coin? Like stop invest where the money and
- 51:55Speaker 5: big money flows and then you can argue it. And
- 51:58Speaker 5: this is my limitus test for everything. I'm like, how
- 52:01Speaker 5: much money are you making from it? You can theorize
- 52:04Speaker 5: how good something is, but I'm like, if bonds pays
- 52:06Speaker 5: the most invests there And I always tell people, Okay,
- 52:09Speaker 5: if you did your same job and I told you
- 52:11Speaker 5: can make one hundred times more at the same job,
- 52:14Speaker 5: what you switch companies? Yes, then I'm like, okay, then
- 52:17Speaker 5: leave for X alone, leave crypto alone, and then just
- 52:20Speaker 5: play butt. Like you said, you have competitions from day one.
- 52:23Speaker 5: So when you trade futures, you're trading against every top
- 52:25Speaker 5: trader and every top hedge fund day one. There is
- 52:29Speaker 5: no bitty ball. You're going against lebron Kawhi KD day one.
- 52:33Speaker 5: So that's what a practice part comes in.
- 52:35Speaker 2: All right, So In the last seven we're gonna talk
- 52:36Speaker 2: about your yeah yeah, read paying their platform and some
- 52:40Speaker 2: other tips for investors. All right, So this is the
- 52:44Speaker 2: question that anybody wants to know, like how much money,
- 52:45Speaker 2: what's realistic? And how much money can you make short
- 52:49Speaker 2: term trading a ton.
- 52:51Speaker 5: So when I first talked to the guy that introduced
- 52:55Speaker 5: me to the futures, I'm like, how much can I make?
- 52:56Speaker 4: And he was like, well, how much money can you
- 52:57Speaker 4: put up?
- 52:58Speaker 5: Because that determines how much you can But on a
- 53:01Speaker 5: short end, let's say you can trade one hundred shares
- 53:04Speaker 5: of the S and P five hundred and you only
- 53:07Speaker 5: get one penny worth of movement up or down. That
- 53:10Speaker 5: one penny represents twelve fifty. So if you get four
- 53:13Speaker 5: present how much twelve fifty two hundred and fifty.
- 53:16Speaker 4: So if you get four that would be five thousand.
- 53:19Speaker 5: Now, on average, the market will move anywhere from seventy
- 53:23Speaker 5: to ninety pennies in a day. I'm telling people only
- 53:27Speaker 5: go for one or four to start.
- 53:30Speaker 3: That's why you're saying invest first thing in the morning
- 53:32Speaker 3: and right before clothes.
- 53:33Speaker 5: Yep, because then you have all the volume coming through.
- 53:35Speaker 5: And then what bonds is bonds pay more, you can
- 53:39Speaker 5: make three four or five six thousand. So even with
- 53:41Speaker 5: four texts, if you do fifty shares, you can make
- 53:43Speaker 5: three thousand.
- 53:43Speaker 4: One hundred.
- 53:44Speaker 2: How much money invested, twelve thousand, five hundred, twelve thousand,
- 53:48Speaker 2: five hundred invested, Yeah, you can make how muche twenty five?
- 53:52Speaker 5: Yeah, and so the more you put in. So people
- 53:54Speaker 5: always ask how much should I start with? I'm like,
- 53:56Speaker 5: ten grand, twenty five grand. If you can do fifty, great,
- 54:00Speaker 5: if you can do one hundred better, Everyone's at different levels.
- 54:02Speaker 5: I'm like, but if you don't have ten, you should
- 54:04Speaker 5: not be inter day investing at all.
- 54:06Speaker 2: Long term investing, yeah, yeah, start there.
- 54:09Speaker 5: Like if you don't have ten put away, start with
- 54:12Speaker 5: that because Apple in ten years is going to be great.
- 54:15Speaker 5: And I think too many people like you said, try
- 54:17Speaker 5: and gamble because they're behind. But I'm like, start with
- 54:19Speaker 5: the basics. The first level is index funds, second is technology,
- 54:23Speaker 5: and then you can go to short term investing.
- 54:25Speaker 4: After that.
- 54:26Speaker 2: You have a strategy to make three and twenty five
- 54:30Speaker 2: dollars in a day trading bond futures. Yeah, I said
- 54:32Speaker 2: very specific number.
- 54:35Speaker 5: So yeah, because each penny is thirty one twenty five
- 54:38Speaker 5: per So you guys can do the math. If you
- 54:39Speaker 5: do fifty contracts, you have four pennies times thirty one
- 54:43Speaker 5: point twenty five, that gives you thirty one twenty five.
- 54:47Speaker 4: So it's a day. Yeah, in a day.
- 54:50Speaker 2: How do you do that?
- 54:51Speaker 5: So you have place the order. So let's say I
- 54:52Speaker 5: think bonds are falling, I will place the order. Let's
- 54:55Speaker 5: say at fifty six twenty five the market will there
- 54:59Speaker 5: will be tag the way. I have an exit point
- 55:02Speaker 5: for those four pennies. I will buy fifty shares of it,
- 55:05Speaker 5: and then if it drops that four it automatically takes
- 55:08Speaker 5: me out. So you don't have to worry about, well,
- 55:09Speaker 5: what if it goes down eight and comes back.
- 55:11Speaker 3: To your stop loss? Yeah?
- 55:13Speaker 5: Yeah, And then you have a predetermined target. So on
- 55:15Speaker 5: every trade you need a predetermined target or a target
- 55:18Speaker 5: that you're gonna hit. So think of it like a
- 55:20Speaker 5: sales goal. Like once you hit that goal, you have
- 55:22Speaker 5: to stop. So a lot of people when they trade,
- 55:25Speaker 5: they want to leave the money in all day. It's
- 55:27Speaker 5: not designed for that. You have to have a predetermined
- 55:29Speaker 5: target in which you will exit, and that four penny
- 55:32Speaker 5: or four tick target is the easiest one that you can.
- 55:35Speaker 2: Hit, so you put it in and then what's the
- 55:38Speaker 2: sales target again? Four pennies four pennies up? Yeah, So
- 55:41Speaker 2: if you're buying, you want a four pennies up. If
- 55:43Speaker 2: you're shortening, which means you to profit when the market
- 55:46Speaker 2: drops four pennies down and then you're golden. So what's
- 55:49Speaker 2: the stop loss? All right? Four pennies up? I got that,
- 55:51Speaker 2: but what's the stop loss on that? You can set
- 55:52Speaker 2: it that eight eight pennies down, yeah, because you have
- 55:55Speaker 2: to give us.
- 55:55Speaker 4: Some room to breathe.
- 55:56Speaker 5: And then when you get into more advanced, higher targets
- 55:59Speaker 5: than you would have have four penny target and then
- 56:02Speaker 5: now you excuse me, eight tick stop loss and then
- 56:05Speaker 5: like a sixty tick profit target.
- 56:07Speaker 4: So now you're in.
- 56:08Speaker 5: Like a positive risk reward because I can see the
- 56:10Speaker 5: wheels spending as an advisor.
- 56:13Speaker 4: It's a negative risk of award on a smaller one.
- 56:15Speaker 5: But I tell people like, if you have a higher
- 56:16Speaker 5: risk of reward, you don't have to win as many trades,
- 56:20Speaker 5: because if you have a fifteen to one or ten
- 56:22Speaker 5: to one ratio, you can lose seven eight trades and
- 56:24Speaker 5: on your ninth trade make all the money back, wipe
- 56:27Speaker 5: away your losses and all your losses and then.
- 56:29Speaker 3: Being profit one of your strategies having eleven to one.
- 56:34Speaker 5: Because you're going to perform bad some days, like everyone
- 56:37Speaker 5: isn't able to be emotionally disciplined. You may have a
- 56:40Speaker 5: fight with your lady, your kids may bother, you may
- 56:42Speaker 5: be tired. So if I tell you to invest in
- 56:45Speaker 5: the S and P and it goes up, your first
- 56:47Speaker 5: two trades may be bad.
- 56:49Speaker 4: Your third one will work out. But if you.
- 56:51Speaker 5: Can't out perform math, no matter how much willpower you have.
- 56:56Speaker 5: So if you have a one to one risk of reward,
- 56:58Speaker 5: you only have one trade to win two to one,
- 57:01Speaker 5: you can lose two trades before you're negative. We don't
- 57:04Speaker 5: want to risk fifty percent of our money on two
- 57:06Speaker 5: trades because that's like playing roulette.
- 57:08Speaker 4: Almost at that point.
- 57:09Speaker 5: Anybody in here I think can win one trade out
- 57:12Speaker 5: of eleven and then still be profitable. It just it's
- 57:14Speaker 5: a financial assessment that you'll be able to make to know, Okay,
- 57:18Speaker 5: even if only make one out of eleven, I can
- 57:20Speaker 5: still be able to profit. Most people are doing one
- 57:22Speaker 5: to one ratio, so they'll risk one hundred to make
- 57:25Speaker 5: a hundred, and then they lose and now they're out
- 57:27Speaker 5: of Montive.
- 57:27Speaker 2: So all right, So it's like, you got a thousand
- 57:29Speaker 2: dollars to invest most people putting a thousand dollars in
- 57:32Speaker 2: one investment, You should do that, and they just rolling
- 57:34Speaker 2: the dice for it.
- 57:35Speaker 5: I mean, we've all heard don't put your eggs in
- 57:37Speaker 5: one basket. And then when it comes to financial stuff
- 57:39Speaker 5: is like.
- 57:39Speaker 2: All the handsight, yeah goes out the way you're saying,
- 57:42Speaker 2: if you have a thousand dollars, you should never put
- 57:43Speaker 2: ninety more than ninety.
- 57:45Speaker 5: No, yeah, because you want to cap the risk on
- 57:48Speaker 5: every trade. So if you lose the ninety on a thousand,
- 57:51Speaker 5: it's not going to ruin your day. If you lose
- 57:53Speaker 5: eight to fifty out of a thousand, you're going to
- 57:55Speaker 5: be pissed. You're going to be pissed. And that's true
- 57:57Speaker 5: of every business. So we know we need to bring
- 58:00Speaker 5: in customers at a certain rate. There's a certain amount
- 58:02Speaker 5: you can spend on ads for that. These numbers are
- 58:04Speaker 5: true in every business.
- 58:07Speaker 3: On a good week, right the market's out. If we're
- 58:09Speaker 3: doing the thirty one to twenty five strategy, we're talking
- 58:11Speaker 3: them over fifteen thousand a week at that point we're
- 58:13Speaker 3: doing this full time. At what point do you become
- 58:16Speaker 3: a master and you can now do this full time.
- 58:19Speaker 5: It depends on what your what your financial targets are.
- 58:21Speaker 5: So for me, what's made it easier is like being
- 58:24Speaker 5: really disciplined. So my grandmother used to say, like, baby,
- 58:26Speaker 5: pay down on your debt, no credit cards.
- 58:28Speaker 4: Out the grandma, Yeah, I know. And then Dave.
- 58:30Speaker 5: Ramsey got super popular, and I'm like, this all the
- 58:32Speaker 5: stuff my grandma told me.
- 58:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I wrote one close. She was like, negative thoughts
- 58:35Speaker 3: have negative actions with these negative results, yeah, it seems
- 58:38Speaker 3: reversal positive.
- 58:39Speaker 4: And I didn't want to hear it. She of like,
- 58:41Speaker 4: altitude determines your altitude.
- 58:42Speaker 5: I'm like, I do not want to hear that, but
- 58:44Speaker 5: as an adult, it's very true. And then we have
- 58:47Speaker 5: so much stress in our household because financially we're upside down.
- 58:51Speaker 5: Like I remember when we were broke, our family would
- 58:53Speaker 5: fight about everything, the remote control, who gets to watch
- 58:56Speaker 5: the TV when we would go out. Having financial freedom
- 59:00Speaker 5: takes that away. So a lot of times people think
- 59:02Speaker 5: they need to earn more. I'm like, you need to
- 59:03Speaker 5: knock that them debt down and quit overspending. And that's
- 59:06Speaker 5: a hard part and we all know it. As you
- 59:08Speaker 5: get more money, that income crete happens, and then now
- 59:11Speaker 5: it's like, Okay, I don't want the bands anymore. I
- 59:14Speaker 5: want the Bentley, but the cost of soche with it
- 59:16Speaker 5: and repairs are tough upgraded in the household. You have
- 59:19Speaker 5: to keep the debt down first and then you won't
- 59:21Speaker 5: need to make as much. But you can go full
- 59:23Speaker 5: time after you're discipline and you constantly have hit those
- 59:26Speaker 5: same numbers over and over again.
- 59:27Speaker 2: Dave Ramsey made a half a billion dollars by telling
- 59:30Speaker 2: people not to use any debt. That's it smart.
- 59:33Speaker 4: But look number one, follow seven step system.
- 59:36Speaker 5: He followed the same system over and over again. Yea,
- 59:40Speaker 5: over and repeat it the same message. So it goes
- 59:42Speaker 5: back to say the same thing. With trading, you gotta
- 59:44Speaker 5: follow the same plan. And Day's been saying the same
- 59:46Speaker 5: thing like thirty years, very few changes to it. So
- 59:50Speaker 5: most importantly, like take what I'm saying and to everyone watching,
- 59:55Speaker 5: like follow what the top five companies do. Apples systems
- 59:59Speaker 5: are down, they only have a few products. Manufacturings are incredible.
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: They are following the same blueprint. That's why everyone jokes like, man,
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: they're just putting out the same phone again. But I'm like,
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: if three million people are buying them, and I bought
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: the new phone when it came out, why change it?
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: Why change it?
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: Stick to the script?
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: Yep.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: So all right, so can you talk about your platform
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: Red Panda?
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: Yeah, so Red Panda is my baby that was birthed
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: by accident because I never intended to show anyone my blueprint.
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: So we have a couple of different programs for people
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: that are interested to learn how to invest. If you're
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: not financially stable, you should not be interday or short
- 1:00:33Speaker 5: term investing at all.
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: Always start there.
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: So my foundation, of course is long term investing first,
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: but I have a couple of different programs like Alpha
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: is a more expensive program that teaches you how to
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: make between ten to twenty five grand in a month,
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: and then the one K program is the program that's
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: really like I probably have maybe six hundred students in
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: their program, and majority of are black women. So I
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: saw avoid that a lot of people were talking about
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: investing but not teaching us because they need someone like
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: us that they can relate to to be able to
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: show them how to be able to do it. So
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: I've had an incredible run with the women in the
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: program and been able to get some great results for them.
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: But the one K a day program is designed to
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: help you learn how to trade futures and when you
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: do trade, you can make.
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: A thousand dollars in a day and then you'll be good.
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: So you got six hundred students, what's the success rate?
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: Are they coming to you, like, is there a massimind
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: class where everybody's discussing their results or it's.
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: Like in pods of like two hundred they'll come in
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: and then so it's the same eighty twenty rule, like
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: eighty percent will do great, twenty percent won't follow the
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: rules and then they won't do well.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: So nothing has one hundred percent success rate.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: But if you come in and follow the blueprint a plan,
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: and I've posted this year probably one hundred and fifty testimonials,
- 1:01:47Speaker 5: and I tell people anytime, like, if you don't, don't
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: believe me, because I know from outside looking in and
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: sound like some bullshit, But I'm like, if I was
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: doing something wrong.
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: And they weren't women, it weren't winning.
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: Black women will tell you because most of them are
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: black women in the program.
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: So the results have been posted a year after year.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: Now are they trading for themselves inside the program or
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: are you doing the trade.
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: They're trading for them So on our call, we have
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: a daily call on every day chat Monday through Friday.
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: Like I'll call out spots where they should not get
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: in because they are either buying too high or they're
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: trying to shorter low, but they're doing it for themselves.
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: So even like like Monica is one of my students,
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: she took seven hundred and turned that to twelve thousand.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: Angi's making a thousand dollars a day.
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: She's been with me about six weeks. And then one
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: of my students, Carry who's from my home county. She's
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: probably my best student in the program. Like her win
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: percentage is now is eighty nine percent for four months,
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: so what she's doing incredible.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: One of your rules is that you never want to
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: buy in the middle.
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: Camp because because a moving average literally tells you what
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: it is you're buying at an average price, I want to buy.
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: It extremes so extreme low.
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: So like when the Iran stuff happened or any there's
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: a hard push down in the market, I'm like buy
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: stocks then during times of crisis, because then they're going
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: to shoot back up. Most people buy in the middle
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: when the market is doing okay, or Google had all
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: time high and people are like, well, I need to
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: buy Google today. I'm like, you're buying too high. So
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: we all know on Black Friday that's when the deals are.
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: When the market falls apart, that's the time to buy.
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: You don't want to buy when everything is at its
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: highest price, and we all know to do that, but
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: it's the emotion part and then emotional discipline to actually
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: do it, because it's scary as hell. When the market
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: is falling five hundred points and I'm like, Okay, should
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: I buy today, that's when it's on sale. I ask
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: every woman if I can get you the lubetons for
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: two fifty instead of the fifteen hundred which you get them. Yes,
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: it's the same theory, but when we invest, you're buying
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: them at seventeen hundred instead of fifteen hundred. You're over pain,
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: you over paying, and they're crazy. And you know this
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: being an advisor. There's like many crashes that happen every month,
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: so everyone's been waiting for a big recession that happen
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: because they want to recreate the big short a crash
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: happens every month. There hasn't been one month and where
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: stocks and the index funds have not come downple don't
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: have the discipline to wait and just say, Okay, when
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: we dropped five hundred points on a dot or thousand,
- 1:04:05Speaker 5: I'm going to buy that day, that's the time to
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: buy it because it's on.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: So by low.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: So it's the same strategy over there.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: And most people, you know, they buy hid and so low. Yep,
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: most people do Yep. Some emotions. Nobody wants to fomo
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: missing absolutely. Nobody wants to feel like it's like bitcoin.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: Perfect example, most people brought bitcoin at nineteen eighteen thousand
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: and then they sold it at three thousand because they
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: thought it was gonna go to zero and they didn't
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: want to have like a complete loss.
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: Logic goes out the window when emotions come into.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: Play and money's in play too. Yeah.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: Ye man, it's been a pleasure. It's a thank you
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: for rocking with us.
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: Man.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: Can you tell the people how to contact you social
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: media handles and all that.
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: Yeah, my ig is the master investor on Facebook. You
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: can just look me up Ian Donlap LinkedIn.
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: You can look me up. The site is joint Redpanda
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: dot com.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: If you type in your name and email, I'll add
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: you to the VP list watching out some information and
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: then if you put that you listen from earlier leisure,
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: I'll do a free webinar why I don't sell anything

- 1:05:06Speaker 5: to tell you guys, thank you. I've been following you
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: guys for a long time.
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: Appreciate that.
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: I appreciate you off for being cool and putting out
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: the information that you do.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: I appreciate that. Yeah. And then also we'll have the
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: link in our YouTube if you watch this on YouTube

- 1:05:24Speaker 2: a link to Yeah, your platform as well, if people
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: are interested in and learning more about your platform.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: And I want to say this, soak up all the
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: information that they put out, because ten years ago it
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: probably would have cost them four or five hundred thousands
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: to put the same material out. And I wish there
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: were some more brothers I could have listened to. Two
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: thousand and five, two thousand and four that would have
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: put out this kind of information. So seriously, like I'm
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: not asking and I really appreciate all the amazing content
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: you guys have put out, So prescribe to the YouTube podcast.
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: Listen every week because there's some gyms in here, like

- 1:05:59Speaker 5: like I'm giving it free, like Wall Street Trapper came
- 1:06:01Speaker 5: on here, gave some great information. There's a ton of
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: great people who are given because we want to. So
- 1:06:07Speaker 5: once again, thank you guys, appreciate Town Houston.

- 1:07:16Speaker 2: that we're really excited about. And that's three days a week.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: We do different classes on all different topics, bring different
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: people in. So yeah, Eyo University is an extension of
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: the podcast. Is a little bit more, way more interactive.
