- 0:04Speaker 1: I've been obsessed with who I've dubbed as the embezzling Battie.
- 0:09Speaker 2: And if you don't know who she is, where have
- 0:11Speaker 2: you been.
- 0:12Speaker 1: She's the Fargo woman who's been charged for embezzlement twice
- 0:17Speaker 1: for stealing money from previous employers. But more importantly, her
- 0:21Speaker 1: mugshot is fire literally better than any selfie I have
- 0:27Speaker 1: ever taken. This mugshot girl who was your stylist. She
- 0:31Speaker 1: looks amazing and that's why I've been calling her the
- 0:34Speaker 1: embezzling Batty. And she'll be arraigned in the second case
- 0:37Speaker 1: today at nine am. But apparently Gabe Hollywood has taken
- 0:43Speaker 1: note of the embezzling Batty. Really, they've already made a
- 0:47Speaker 1: show based on this woman.
- 0:49Speaker 3: Really, she's got.
- 0:50Speaker 4: Legs for days and receipts that don't add up.
- 0:53Speaker 5: Ya.
- 0:55Speaker 4: She's hot, she's wrong and has no idea what a
- 0:57Speaker 4: W two is. Jlada Anna d Armis is embezzling Batty.
- 1:03Speaker 4: Embezzling Batty. She's stealing hearts, she's stealing payroll, she's writing checks.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Her body definitely can cash. Embezzling Batty CBS tonight.
- 1:21Speaker 5: And if you don't know this about Angie and I
- 1:23Speaker 5: we like to start off every day as positive as possible.
- 1:26Speaker 5: We let the ever, we let just the day evolve
- 1:30Speaker 5: into the garbage barns.
- 1:32Speaker 3: We like to start on a positive note.
- 1:35Speaker 2: That's right.
- 1:35Speaker 1: And if you have a little victory, we'd love you
- 1:37Speaker 1: to share it with us. Seven oh one to two
- 1:39Speaker 1: eight o one nine eight seven gave My little victory
- 1:43Speaker 1: is that I found a track that I can walk
- 1:46Speaker 1: on for free to get my steps in when the
- 1:50Speaker 1: weather is not conducive for walking outside. So yesterday Mikey
- 1:54Speaker 1: and I went to the Fargo Parks Sports Center, which
- 1:56Speaker 1: is close to us in South Fargo.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Oh, is that the one is down by like the
- 2:00Speaker 3: Walmart sort of? Yes?
- 2:02Speaker 1: Yeah, are huge, And I take the kids there for
- 2:06Speaker 1: the indoor playground yecause it's a vibe in there, like
- 2:08Speaker 1: I wish I could play on that playground. But they
- 2:11Speaker 1: also have a track that is just free for you
- 2:14Speaker 1: to use. You don't have to sign up for anything.
- 2:16Speaker 1: You just walk in, go up the stairs and get
- 2:18Speaker 1: on that track. And it's a blue track, so it
- 2:20Speaker 1: feels kind of cool.
- 2:21Speaker 3: That's dope.
- 2:22Speaker 1: And so I got all of my steps in, all
- 2:25Speaker 1: ten thousand steps in on the track at the Fargo
- 2:28Speaker 1: Parks Sports Center. And that's a victory for me, because
- 2:31Speaker 1: your girl needs to lose some weight.
- 2:33Speaker 5: You were a walking busy bee yesterday. You got your
- 2:37Speaker 5: steps in at the sports complex. Yeah, you got some
- 2:41Speaker 5: steps in at Podcella.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Oh yes, but the steps at Pacella didn't even feel
- 2:46Speaker 1: like work. It was just so fun to walk around
- 2:48Speaker 1: and run around and see all the little doggies.
- 2:51Speaker 3: All right, my little victory.
- 2:52Speaker 5: I am in a wedding coming up, and I'll be honest,
- 2:54Speaker 5: I can't remember the day, but I think it's a
- 2:56Speaker 5: late September.
- 2:57Speaker 3: I'm in a wedding at some point. But I have
- 2:59Speaker 3: ordered my suit.
- 3:01Speaker 5: And you know how this always goes right when it
- 3:04Speaker 5: comes to the bride'smaids, they are always on top of it.
- 3:07Speaker 5: They have got the stuff ordered, They have days, weeks,
- 3:11Speaker 5: months to send the stuff back for alterations.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Yeah, and the dudes. The groom is just.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Frantically, like once a week, reminding all of his buddies,
- 3:21Speaker 5: please order the ding.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Oh please please, That's how I was. That's a.
- 3:26Speaker 5: Please order the outfit A. So I know you have it,
- 3:29Speaker 5: but be my wife to be knows you have it.
- 3:32Speaker 5: She is getting on me about this. Please tell me
- 3:34Speaker 5: you have ordered the suit. Yeah, YadA YadA. So everyone's
- 3:36Speaker 5: in the midst of ordering their suit. I have ordered
- 3:38Speaker 5: mine and it arrived yesterday. And when you order a
- 3:41Speaker 5: suit online, I feel like I get kind of nervous
- 3:43Speaker 5: because it's like, did I measure this right?
- 3:45Speaker 3: These measurements seem weird.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Oh you measured yourself, and then that's how you that's impressive.
- 3:51Speaker 5: And it arrived yesterday and I tried it on and
- 3:53Speaker 5: that thing fits like a glove. I look so point
- 3:58Speaker 5: I almost I almost wore it to work today just
- 4:02Speaker 5: to get it break it in a little bit. You know,
- 4:04Speaker 5: you are the worst in the best way. If you
- 4:10Speaker 5: have children you like to play board games with. Gone
- 4:14Speaker 5: are the days of letting little Timmy or little Sarah
- 4:17Speaker 5: beat you in Uno?
- 4:19Speaker 3: Because Uno could now make you a millionaire.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yeah, so my hometown actually is opening an Uno social club.
- 4:28Speaker 1: So at the Palms Casino and Resort, there's gonna be
- 4:31Speaker 1: an Uno social club off the strip where essentially you can,
- 4:36Speaker 1: I guess, gamble on Uno, play Uno for money. It's
- 4:40Speaker 1: a little unclear. They haven't said like exactly what they're
- 4:44Speaker 1: gonna do, but it's you're gonna be drinking and you're
- 4:47Speaker 1: gonna be playing Uno and you could win some cash potentially.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Would you if you were gambling on Uno, would you
- 4:54Speaker 1: be able to like win big?
- 4:57Speaker 3: No, I'd be trash.
- 4:58Speaker 2: You're not good at Uno?
- 5:00Speaker 3: No, I am not good at You know what's nice
- 5:03Speaker 3: about this is obviously when.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Anything gets started with gambling in Vegas, it'll spread nationwide.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Yeah, there's supposed to be more Uno social clubs opening
- 5:11Speaker 1: up Una. I have. I do a great job at
- 5:14Speaker 1: destroying my kids in Uno, but I feel like as
- 5:16Speaker 1: soon as it becomes high stakes, Yeah, because there's so
- 5:19Speaker 1: much chance involved, I would probably do terribly.
- 5:24Speaker 5: Yeah, like real adults. Yeah, and Uno with you and
- 5:26Speaker 5: they're trying, trying. Yeah, I'm in big trouble.
- 5:29Speaker 1: But what Okay, what's a game that would be Let's
- 5:32Speaker 1: say they turned a childhood game of your that you
- 5:34Speaker 1: love playing into something you could win money on.
- 5:37Speaker 2: What would you be good at?
- 5:38Speaker 5: Have you ever seen How to Lose a Guy in
- 5:40Speaker 5: Ten Days? Yeah, there's a game that they play in
- 5:43Speaker 5: that movie called BS.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Oh.
- 5:47Speaker 5: We play that a lot in the Glidden Household around
- 5:50Speaker 5: the holidays. Okay, child's play. You're rich, your boy is
- 5:57Speaker 5: gonna be owning an island in the Bahamas? Is how
- 6:02Speaker 5: much money I would win gambling out?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Wow? What game from your childhood would you win big
- 6:07Speaker 1: money on? If it became a high stakes thing? Seven
- 6:09Speaker 1: on one two eight one nine eight seven, let us know.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I would dominate at Jenga. I am so good at Jenga, Gabe,
- 6:18Speaker 1: and it's because I'm fearless.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Okay, I have no hesitation. I pick a block, I
- 6:22Speaker 2: pull it out.
- 6:23Speaker 1: There's none of this like little tip tapping and seeing like,
- 6:26Speaker 1: oh is this one gonna?
- 6:27Speaker 2: I just go for it, and I always win.
- 6:30Speaker 5: As the kids say, you full send it. That's right,
- 6:33Speaker 5: all right, Alex. What childhood game would you win some
- 6:36Speaker 5: money at?
- 6:37Speaker 4: People usually consider me a nice guy, but when it
- 6:40Speaker 4: comes to monopolies, I turn into a greedy shirt.
- 6:44Speaker 3: I always win and alienate everyone. If that money were real, i'd.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Be living like bezos.
- 6:50Speaker 6: But god, i'd have any friends.
- 6:52Speaker 3: I've never completed a game of Monopoly.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Who needs friends when you have money?
- 6:55Speaker 1: I've never finished a game of Monopoly either, Natalie, what
- 6:58Speaker 1: about you?
- 7:00Speaker 5: Musical chairs?
- 7:00Speaker 3: I had deadly instincts and no mercy.
- 7:03Speaker 1: If that being paid out, I'd probably own like three
- 7:06Speaker 1: houses in a small yacht by Now, okay, that's genius.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I forgot about musical chairs. I'm thinking more like board
- 7:13Speaker 1: games musical chairs. I'd fight her on that.
- 7:17Speaker 3: I don't know the musical chairs.
- 7:19Speaker 5: The first time you run into like a professional wrestler,
- 7:23Speaker 5: you're in just big trouble.
- 7:24Speaker 3: They're just bigger, got more mass.
- 7:27Speaker 2: I'm big with a lot of masks. Don't underestimate me.
- 7:30Speaker 3: No, you are big with a lot of sass, is
- 7:33Speaker 3: what I.
- 7:37Speaker 5: The Morgan Freeman was recently selected as the best Voice
- 7:41Speaker 5: Narrator in twenty twenty five. If there was a documentary
- 7:46Speaker 5: about your life and Morgan Freeman's narrating that bad.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Boy, it's an automatic hit.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Hello, that's why everybody lives for those penguins, March the Penguins?
- 7:57Speaker 2: Is it what it is without Morgan Freeman?
- 8:00Speaker 5: And so that got me thinking today, if there was
- 8:03Speaker 5: someone who could narrate your life on a day to
- 8:07Speaker 5: day basis, who would you choose. Some might say a celebrity,
- 8:14Speaker 5: Some might really like the voice of their uncle. Whoever,
- 8:17Speaker 5: it doesn't matter. Yeah, And I was curious this morning,
- 8:20Speaker 5: who would that be for you?
- 8:21Speaker 3: Angie? Would you have and why would it be me.
- 8:27Speaker 1: No, if you narrated my life, I feel like you'd
- 8:30Speaker 1: make the narrative that I was a way worse person
- 8:32Speaker 1: than I am, just because it would be funny to you.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So no, you can't narrate my life. But I think
- 8:37Speaker 1: I have to go with the person who like fits
- 8:39Speaker 1: my vibe and that people compare me to, not based
- 8:43Speaker 1: on looks, but based on voice.
- 8:45Speaker 2: It would be friend dresser, nanny five.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Yeah, sure, sure.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yeah, oh look sampos will rubberate you're eating the display?
- 9:00Speaker 2: What's the green.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Stuff that actually does?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yes, she's my vibe all the way, and I would
- 9:07Speaker 1: want her to narrate my life for sure. What about you, Gabe?
- 9:10Speaker 1: I can only who would you have narrate your life?
- 9:13Speaker 3: Well, I love there, I'm Matthew McConaughey.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Before we begin, as you settle in under the covers
- 9:20Speaker 4: with your head easing into the pillow.
- 9:22Speaker 3: I have Matthew McConaughey doing.
- 9:24Speaker 5: I don't know how like him and I are, but
- 9:26Speaker 5: I feel like our souls are very.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Similar to I could see that.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I feel like he presents as more like more like
- 9:35Speaker 1: laid back, and you see more fast paced. But I
- 9:38Speaker 1: think at your core you definitely have the same vibe as.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Matthew McCone, very care free. Yeah you know.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I mean, are you gonna wear clothes when you bing
- 9:49Speaker 1: on the bongos?
- 9:50Speaker 4: Or not?
- 9:52Speaker 5: Have you been sneaking over to my house on Friday
- 9:54Speaker 5: nights at midnight?
- 9:55Speaker 4: Or what.
- 10:02Speaker 3: This is?
- 10:03Speaker 5: Sorry not sorry? We say the thing you're thinking, but
- 10:06Speaker 5: are too polite to say. We die on the hill
- 10:08Speaker 5: of controversial opinion, so you don't have to, Angie, what's
- 10:13Speaker 5: your sorry?
- 10:13Speaker 3: Not sorry?
- 10:15Speaker 1: You arrive to a party, the music is playing, You
- 10:19Speaker 1: see your friends, and then you look across the room
- 10:22Speaker 1: and you see someone who's already so sloppy drunk they're
- 10:27Speaker 1: throwing up into the sink. It's a whole mess, and
- 10:32Speaker 1: you think, wow, that's still better than the other guy
- 10:36Speaker 1: across the room who has now busted out his acoustic guitar.
- 10:43Speaker 1: If you are the guy or girl at the party
- 10:47Speaker 1: who busts out your acoustic guitar because you really feel
- 10:51Speaker 1: it is necessary for a group of people to hear
- 10:54Speaker 1: your crappy version of Wonderwall.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Please leave immediately. Nobody needs that.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Okay, you weren't hired to do the music for this party.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Someone's got the ox chord playing dope hits. Someone has
- 11:10Speaker 1: enabled their Alexa to play Big ninety eight point seven,
- 11:13Speaker 1: and everyone is vibing.
- 11:14Speaker 2: But then you trot out with your acoustic guitar.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Hey guys, Hey guys, and you turn the music down
- 11:23Speaker 1: and you're like hey, everybody gather around, and you start
- 11:26Speaker 1: playing the two chords that you know because you think
- 11:30Speaker 1: you're some sort of a John Mayer, and you start singing,
- 11:34Speaker 1: your body is a Wonderland, You vibe killer? Why why
- 11:39Speaker 1: did you get ready for the party? And before you
- 11:42Speaker 1: left the house, think you know what? I know this
- 11:45Speaker 1: party isn't my party. I know that they've got everything
- 11:48Speaker 1: figured out, but I'm gonna grab my guitar just in
- 11:52Speaker 1: case anyone wants the vibe ruined.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Don't be that person at the party. Sorry, not sorry,
- 12:00Speaker 2: No one wants you there.
- 12:02Speaker 3: You know, if someone started playing your Bodies in Wonderland,
- 12:04Speaker 3: I'd be kind of impressed. That's a tough gaber.
- 12:10Speaker 5: I've been just doing some very minor, very harmless pranks
- 12:14Speaker 5: here to Angie in the Big ninety eight point seven studio,
- 12:17Speaker 5: and she has vowed to get me back some way, somehow,
- 12:22Speaker 5: and she has asked for your help.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I do.
- 12:25Speaker 1: I need to prank Gabe back because he got me
- 12:28Speaker 1: pretty dang good. And if you want to see the prank,
- 12:32Speaker 1: it's on the Big ninety eight point seven Facebook page
- 12:35Speaker 1: or at Big nine eight seven FM on Instagram. It
- 12:40Speaker 1: just I don't want to spoil the prank, but he
- 12:43Speaker 1: definitely was trolling me on my height, so go check
- 12:48Speaker 1: that out. But I need to get you back, Gabe.
- 12:50Speaker 1: And I really I've been getting some good suggestions from
- 12:54Speaker 1: listen there.
- 12:55Speaker 3: You've been getting some good ones.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Like what bro I obviously cannot tell you or else
- 13:01Speaker 1: you will know, but thank god, I need to start,
- 13:04Speaker 1: you know, putting in more work because I have tried
- 13:06Speaker 1: to prank you a couple of times, just very simple
- 13:10Speaker 1: like hiding and jumping out at you and.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you really don't get scared.
- 13:15Speaker 5: No, I'm yeah, I'm tough to get. It's tough to
- 13:18Speaker 5: prank the prankster.
- 13:19Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 13:20Speaker 1: Oh that's your title now, Gabe the Prankster Glidden.
- 13:23Speaker 5: Well, I think we could work on that a little bit.
- 13:26Speaker 5: Seven oh one two eight zero one nine eight seven.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Have you ever fallen for a prank, whether it was
- 13:32Speaker 5: at work or with the kids or your husband or
- 13:34Speaker 5: your wife or whatever the case may be.
- 13:36Speaker 3: Let us know here this morning on Big ninety eight
- 13:38Speaker 3: points SETD.
- 13:39Speaker 2: No one's ever pranked you.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Like I know I have not been successful yet, but
- 13:44Speaker 1: no one's ever gotten you, not.
- 13:46Speaker 3: That I can think of.
- 13:48Speaker 5: And what's crazy is I am very gullible. Like if
- 13:52Speaker 5: you tell me something, I'd just go with it. That's
- 13:54Speaker 5: the truth until I hear the next thing. Right?
- 13:57Speaker 6: Oh?
- 13:57Speaker 2: Can that ken as a prank? Can I just start lying.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Sell the fake story? Danielle? Have you ever fallowed for
- 14:05Speaker 3: a prank?
- 14:06Speaker 1: I came to work one day and my whole desk
- 14:08Speaker 1: was cloned, two laptops, two staflers, even two identical granola bars.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Everyone just acted like it was normal. I genuinely thought
- 14:17Speaker 2: I was losing it. I wasn't kild it was a
- 14:19Speaker 2: prank until the end of the day.
- 14:21Speaker 5: That is something one straight out of the office. Well
- 14:24Speaker 5: for shore, let's Jim help her.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Okay.
- 14:35Speaker 5: I think I know the answer to this, but I
- 14:38Speaker 5: need to know, Angie, is this a TikTok or a
- 14:41Speaker 5: tick not? I should stop being so surprised and shocked
- 14:46Speaker 5: by the things you see on social media, especially TikTok.
- 14:50Speaker 3: What have you heard of this new.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Trend in the old In the makeup section of TikTok,
- 14:55Speaker 5: people are now using sharpies as lipliner.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Have you heard this?
- 15:01Speaker 4: No?
- 15:02Speaker 2: Yes, I use Charpie's as my makeup guys.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Okay, okay, let's see if a sharpie is a lipliner
- 15:11Speaker 4: is a good idea or not.
- 15:14Speaker 5: God, I'm gonna bring.
- 15:15Speaker 2: This people are it's a not no that I'm so shook.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I mean it was bad enough when growing up the
- 15:25Speaker 1: girls in my neighborhood were using Sharpie for their eyebrows
- 15:28Speaker 1: as lipliner. I feel like that's like a health hazard
- 15:32Speaker 1: not to mention. Like, so you just gotta be really
- 15:35Speaker 1: committed to that one color of lipliner. It is difficult
- 15:38Speaker 1: to get sharpie off your skin. I cannot imagine putting
- 15:41Speaker 1: it on my mouth.
- 15:43Speaker 5: So if you don't, you know, necessarily believe who I
- 15:47Speaker 5: go to for TikTok expert advice? Ang here on Big
- 15:50Speaker 5: ninety eight point seven. Uh here would be a doctor.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 15:55Speaker 6: So the world is like throwing a fit about using
- 15:58Speaker 6: sunscreen because it's tall, but people are literally fine with
- 16:02Speaker 6: putting a marker on their lipmew cup stock when Sharpie
- 16:05Speaker 6: has literally a warning on their website saying it should
- 16:08Speaker 6: not come into contact with the mouth mind.
- 16:12Speaker 5: Do not use sharpie on your mind. No, not recommended
- 16:16Speaker 5: at all. Two nurses and a Fargo police officer were
- 16:25Speaker 5: honored yesterday for their life saving actions after a man
- 16:29Speaker 5: overdosed in traffic near West Acres on Saint Patrick's Day.
- 16:32Speaker 5: The incident captured on body camera footage showed the chaos
- 16:37Speaker 5: as it unfolded at a red light. Madeline W of
- 16:40Speaker 5: Grand Forks noticed something was wrong. She said, I glanced
- 16:44Speaker 5: in my rear view mirror and I saw this man
- 16:45Speaker 5: was unconscious, and she received the Citizen Citation for Distinguished
- 16:52Speaker 5: Service Award. She continued to say, I put my vehicle
- 16:55Speaker 5: on park and I noticed he was blue in the
- 16:57Speaker 5: face and he had a very weak pulse. So I
- 16:59Speaker 5: took him out of his via. Now, she is a
- 17:02Speaker 5: nurse's assistant and she immediately began CPR. At the same time,
- 17:06Speaker 5: another person showed up named Emily V. She is a
- 17:09Speaker 5: nurse with Sandford and she was pulling out of the
- 17:12Speaker 5: mall when she saw the emergency, and that's when all
- 17:15Speaker 5: of the stars kind of fell into place. She also
- 17:18Speaker 5: received the Distinguished Service award, and then Officer Greg s
- 17:23Speaker 5: of the Fargo Police Department was the first officer to
- 17:26Speaker 5: arrive on the scene, where he administered at two doses
- 17:29Speaker 5: of narcan. He said, that's something that gives me a
- 17:32Speaker 5: lot of peace in that situation, knowing that they had
- 17:34Speaker 5: much more medical background than I do. Together, the three
- 17:39Speaker 5: worked for more than six minutes to revive this man,
- 17:42Speaker 5: and Officer Greg received a Life Saving Award from the
- 17:45Speaker 5: department during Tuesday's ceremony.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So you'll love to see it when citizens go out
- 17:50Speaker 1: of their way to help other people, because in situations
- 17:53Speaker 1: like that sometimes you're like.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Would I wouldn't I But they went to work right away.
- 17:58Speaker 3: I love that.
