Slay Unleashes “Kidface,” Josh Brolin Breaks in Weapons Trailer, & Busy Philipps Goes Final Girl | Final Cut 6/24/25
Today’s Final Cut goes deep into Zach Cregger’s terrifying new trailer for Weapons, explores the scream queen chaos of Horrified with Busy Philipps and Julie Benz, and introduces you to the next big slasher icon—Kidface, in Kyra Gardner’s Slay. Plus, we unpack what these fresh horrors mean for the future of indie, queer, and convention-core genre storytelling.
