- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling Drama, Darling.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Drama, Darling. Hello and welcome in, Darlings. It is a
- 0:23Speaker 2: fabulous Friday. It is the end of the week and
- 0:26Speaker 2: we will be recapping this week's episode of the Real
- 0:30Speaker 2: Housewives of Orange County Dune Dimond, thank god, else I'd
- 0:38Speaker 2: have to really explain a lot to you if you
- 0:42Speaker 2: were just turning on The Real Housewives of Orange County
- 0:46Speaker 2: this week and have never seen it ever before.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Laha, trust you would be weld. It's funny you mentioned
- 0:54Speaker 1: that because Emily, welcome in. I know some people that
- 0:58Speaker 1: did just that, really, because they were at the vineyard, okay,
- 1:03Speaker 1: filming it.
- 1:04Speaker 2: So we have a little story before we get into
- 1:06Speaker 2: our recap. I actually made a note of it, Emily.
- 1:10Speaker 2: So Emily told me an interesting story yesterday. So this
- 1:14Speaker 2: episode they went to a.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Equality wide, so they haven't gone to the vineyard yet. Okay,
- 1:23Speaker 1: vineyard that will be on next episode you.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Russian River, Yes, okay, next up.
- 1:30Speaker 1: And so my my cousins in laws were there the
- 1:34Speaker 1: day that they filmed, Hi, Eileen and Sean, and they
- 1:39Speaker 1: were giving me the load down.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Sean, what's up?
- 1:44Speaker 1: They were giving me the lowdown on this was back
- 1:48Speaker 1: in June. They were like, we went to this vineyard
- 1:51Speaker 1: and they were filming. What was it? What was it?
- 1:53Speaker 1: Real Housewives? It was Real Housewives. I was like, of
- 2:00Speaker 1: they were like, they finally put it together. It was
- 2:03Speaker 1: Orange County. And then they were like, I mean they
- 2:07Speaker 1: were filming for a long time and we were, you know,
- 2:10Speaker 1: given instructions, we didn't know, and it was like really
- 2:13Speaker 1: fun for them. Obviously it would be fun for anybody
- 2:16Speaker 1: would Yeah, I mean gorgeous. But the best was that
- 2:23Speaker 1: they said, well, the gals were arguing, so I don't
- 2:28Speaker 1: know if they'll actually use that. I don't know if
- 2:32Speaker 1: that'll be in or not, because they weren't getting it
- 2:34Speaker 1: didn't seem like they were getting along, so I don't
- 2:37Speaker 1: know if they're not friends. I was like, yes, tune in,
- 2:44Speaker 1: you guys will be in that shot. So yeah, and.
- 2:47Speaker 2: By the way, yeah, it works opposite. That is exactly
- 2:50Speaker 2: what they're looking for and waiting for. I love that
- 2:52Speaker 2: they were so hum naive to know how this show
- 2:57Speaker 2: works and how these shows work.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Oh, I just love that.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I know. So they were so I was forwarded an
- 3:05Speaker 1: email from their daughter Mora about from the vineyard because
- 3:11Speaker 1: the Sean and Eileen got a message from the Vineyard
- 3:14Speaker 1: that was promoting these next two episodes that they would
- 3:18Speaker 1: be featured in the Real Housewives of Orange County.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I see wow. I followed up, that's amazing.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yeah, and Eileen like, I don't have Bravo. Do you
- 3:29Speaker 1: know anyone that has Bravo? Eileen? Eileen, I love you.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Okay, this is amazing. She's gonna be knocked out, like,
- 3:41Speaker 2: is she gonna watch last night's episode to get prepared
- 3:44Speaker 2: or is she just gonna watch next week?
- 3:47Speaker 1: Oh? I think they watched last night and they're going
- 3:49Speaker 1: to watch next week because the Vineyard didn't know when
- 3:53Speaker 1: they would be on now. In the pictures that the
- 3:56Speaker 1: Vineyard posted, and also the Vineyard said, as the hell
- 4:00Speaker 1: his wife say, pop some of our wines to really
- 4:04Speaker 1: whoop it up. And I'm like, Vicky says that vineyard.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Says that, not how vineyard. Okay, the house I just
- 4:14Speaker 2: don't say that it's me. I'd be original og of
- 4:17Speaker 2: the cee. You catch it that that's just anybody I do. Okay.
- 4:24Speaker 1: The pictures that the Vineyard posted, it's Jen Alexa and
- 4:30Speaker 1: Katie Alexa. So, oh my gosh, alexis I will do
- 4:33Speaker 1: it every time.
- 4:34Speaker 2: I know it's hilarious. No, I actually like.
- 4:36Speaker 1: That, and she just turned on.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Oh I am a real housewife of Orange County. What
- 4:44Speaker 2: is your question for me?
- 4:47Speaker 1: I mean, I can't believe I haven't done it more
- 4:50Speaker 1: this season. But anyway, so I don't know. When I
- 4:54Speaker 1: saw I was like Jen. Now that, now that we
- 4:57Speaker 1: know how much Heather was separating the groups, I'm like, well,
- 5:00Speaker 1: this is a mix because Katie's in there too.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Who could possibly mm hmmmm wow. And this vineyard is
- 5:07Speaker 2: Russian river, right, I mean I am saying the right one.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I saw that on your.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Yes, that's the walk.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Great, great, Yeah, it's a good winery because.
- 5:14Speaker 1: They went to yeah, they went to Equality Wines in
- 5:17Speaker 1: this past episode. Yeah, and then this is coming up.
- 5:23Speaker 2: This is coming up. Stay tuned. Alexa is going to
- 5:28Speaker 2: join the rest. I am so sick of Johnny ruining
- 5:36Speaker 2: Wait sorry, oh, I fund that off. I am so
- 5:40Speaker 2: sick of Shannon ruining Johnny Jay's reputation. I will do anything.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I will cut a bitch. I am here to seek
- 5:47Speaker 2: revenge for Johnny j Alexa.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I forgot how good your Alexa impression is.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Oh wow? Oh yeah, thanks.
- 5:58Speaker 1: The best thing about it is it sounds so much
- 6:01Speaker 1: like but Alexa. Mm hmm. But it uh, it's how alexis.
- 6:08Speaker 1: It's the capacity of her brain. Yeah, it is so
- 6:11Speaker 1: perfectly it does.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I I, Alexa. I I don't want to deal with you.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I will be following you around. Please take this speaker.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I have something else to say, Tamara, Tamara, take the speaker.
- 6:25Speaker 2: She has to be lugged around from room to room.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I am not going to have a one on one
- 6:30Speaker 2: with you. Stop bringing Tamra. Stop bringing this speaker in
- 6:33Speaker 2: this room with me. I don't want to talk to it.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Oh my god, Shannon, but door, there is the door.
- 6:41Speaker 2: There is the door, Shannon, butdor.
- 6:45Speaker 1: AnyWho?
- 6:50Speaker 2: Great? Okay. Also another quick update about what we were
- 6:55Speaker 2: talking about last week on the Heels of the Traders
- 6:59Speaker 2: at thesisode, with you know, Teddy being there and we
- 7:03Speaker 2: were talking. You were saying like, oh, she totally knew
- 7:06Speaker 2: they planned that push in the pool, right, Yeah, So
- 7:12Speaker 2: I guess they had spoken about it somewhere, probably on
- 7:15Speaker 2: their podcast. To test in the pot, to test in
- 7:17Speaker 2: the put but I guess they said to teas in
- 7:21Speaker 2: a pusset, to in a pest.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Where is she? Where is there for going that she
- 7:47Speaker 1: has to talk that beast.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I guess Teddy No, wait, Teddy said something along the
- 7:59Speaker 2: lines of the But they did speak about pushing someone
- 8:04Speaker 2: in the pool. They had that conversation, but they never
- 8:07Speaker 2: talked about who was going to do it or when
- 8:10Speaker 2: or what.
- 8:11Speaker 1: So they talked about pushing one or the other end.
- 8:15Speaker 2: I believe that's correct. I didn't hear it with my
- 8:16Speaker 2: own ears.
- 8:17Speaker 1: That is planning it.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Yeah, OK, one, so you have confirmation. So I want
- 8:22Speaker 2: you to know that you were right. You were right.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And hats off to them for admitting it, honestly, like, I'm.
- 8:27Speaker 2: So glad they's fine. Yeah, it does, thank you, it does.
- 8:31Speaker 2: It clears it up.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Because if they would have been denying it, it would
- 8:35Speaker 1: have I just don't think I would have been able.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I would have had a hard time trusting in general.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I mean, sure, guys, it's a hat one today. It's
- 8:49Speaker 2: going to be one hundred and ten up here in
- 8:51Speaker 2: Santa Clarites.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Wow, they're cutting your power off?
- 8:56Speaker 2: Uh not yet. They haven't said anything about it, so
- 9:01Speaker 2: we'll see what happens. I don't know, are they how
- 9:04Speaker 2: what are you guys looking at?
- 9:05Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. If you guys are familiar
- 9:07Speaker 1: with Santa Clarita.
- 9:09Speaker 2: It goes up to one hundred and eight eight to ten.
- 9:12Speaker 2: I may be exaggerating anyway, what about you guys.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Well, it said it was one oh five yesterday, but
- 9:18Speaker 1: it wasn't that bad. It was like pretty, I mean
- 9:23Speaker 1: it was it was hot.
- 9:25Speaker 2: You're like Sarah in Dubai. I like to spend my
- 9:28Speaker 2: summers in Dubai at one hundred and twenty degrees. It's
- 9:31Speaker 2: so relaxing. Just so, all the darlings one watching this
- 9:36Speaker 2: over on Patreon that is today one ten, tomorrow one
- 9:40Speaker 2: oh nine, and broh, it was so funny. He's like, oh,
- 9:42Speaker 2: Saturday is going to beautiful one five?
- 9:44Speaker 1: Are you six o five? Oh god? Yeah. I I
- 9:52Speaker 1: don't know. I feel like we get carryover heat in
- 9:55Speaker 1: terms of what it says it is, because it doesn't
- 9:57Speaker 1: feel like it says it is.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Yeah, we don't have the humidity, which is a great thing.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Yeah right, Well, I think we need to really welcome
- 10:07Speaker 2: ourselves in Hi to Orange County. We need to start
- 10:12Speaker 2: talking about it. Oh but duh what an episode?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean because there was just speaking of like
- 10:23Speaker 1: this is why in Orange County when someone gets pushed
- 10:26Speaker 1: in a pool and it's planned. You know it, because
- 10:29Speaker 1: so much on this show is real.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Rah, that's the rahasas Orange County.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Am I sorry?
- 10:45Speaker 1: And you can compare to any of the other kingdoms
- 10:48Speaker 1: of housewives and you can you just get that this
- 10:53Speaker 1: is real.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Rah, You just get it. I mean we've got Heather
- 11:00Speaker 2: and Terry, Ace and Kat and someone else. I can't
- 11:04Speaker 2: remember the boy's.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Name, Ace. Oh yeah, you said Ace, Yeah?
- 11:09Speaker 2: Ace? No, no, the older boy?
- 11:12Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, okay, right, my god, how forgetting this?
- 11:19Speaker 1: But you know what, here's the thing. I know that
- 11:23Speaker 1: my first inclination is to be like, oh cool, here's
- 11:26Speaker 1: another scene where Terry and Heather talk about how insanely
- 11:31Speaker 1: awesome their life is. Every one of their scenes ends
- 11:34Speaker 1: like that.
- 11:35Speaker 2: It does.
- 11:35Speaker 1: But then at the same time, if they were complaining
- 11:38Speaker 1: about anything, I'd be like, you guys should just say
- 11:43Speaker 1: how great your life is constantly.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Yeah, we would have a problem with that. Nick his
- 11:46Speaker 2: name is Nick. I'm so sorry about.
- 11:48Speaker 1: That, thank you?
- 11:49Speaker 2: Yeah? Right? And uh and and really again, this is
- 11:53Speaker 2: it's great. Heather's angle on this show and her platform
- 11:57Speaker 2: for this is all about you know, equality and inclusivity
- 12:02Speaker 2: and you know, gender accept acceptance, and she continues to
- 12:09Speaker 2: do that season after season since she's returned, and and
- 12:12Speaker 2: I really applaud her, especially with the Family Equality joint
- 12:17Speaker 2: collaboration and everything she's doing for them with their champagnes
- 12:20Speaker 2: and donating one hundred percent of that bringing the ladies
- 12:23Speaker 2: down there, it really does, you know, it gets exposure
- 12:26Speaker 2: to that. We're talking about the the Florida overturning the
- 12:31Speaker 2: Don't Say Gay and that they won their lawsuit. So
- 12:36Speaker 2: it's really putting it out there for all of us
- 12:39Speaker 2: to see. And I really appreciate that about Heather. You know,
- 12:41Speaker 2: it's she's done.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Said one percent of the proceeds go to this.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:47Speaker 1: So I mean, I just want to figure out because
- 12:51Speaker 1: we just had this whole thing with Jersey and jen
- 12:54Speaker 1: Aden and Danielle and paying for the event. What who's
- 12:59Speaker 1: paid for that price of a jet ride to Sonoma?
- 13:01Speaker 1: Is what I want to know? Oh?
- 13:03Speaker 2: Okay, Well, I mean because it's part of the event Sonoma.
- 13:08Speaker 2: They were in Georgia, are you talking about when they
- 13:11Speaker 2: go to the Russian River place?
- 13:13Speaker 1: Yeah, where the girls trip is. But I'm saying, like,
- 13:17Speaker 1: who's paying for Heather to fly private with the wives.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Well, that's her plane. I mean, that's her plane.
- 13:24Speaker 1: But it's still right even if it's your plane, that's a.
- 13:29Speaker 2: I think they would write that off. They would probably
- 13:31Speaker 2: write off the gas and whatever percentage of the plane
- 13:34Speaker 2: for charity. That would be how you would do so.
- 13:37Speaker 1: The even though it's technically Bravo filming, Yeah, it's for work, kay, Yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 1: I think that you know, Jennaden's gonna ask, you know,
- 13:47Speaker 1: Jenaiden's gonna ask.
- 13:48Speaker 2: It's just gonna ask.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Hey, well, scrappy do in the plane that doesn't come out?
- 14:00Speaker 1: And my book and you know what.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Like to cook books.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Yeah, when my husband's in the poolhouse, you know, I'm
- 14:12Speaker 3: in the door caps you know, pep up.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Boo boopie do.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Yeah, prohibition so whibition real mesh.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Him up in the charities. I don't even know what.
- 14:34Speaker 2: I don't know. It's kind of But the other thing
- 14:37Speaker 2: is like it makes me want to go and do.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Well are you doing that? You do it?
- 14:45Speaker 2: So?
- 14:46Speaker 1: I love that.
- 14:51Speaker 3: On your your private jet, I serve you. I'd be
- 14:55Speaker 3: a cheap stew on your private jet.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Jet. U.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Anyway, I just wanted to know, like, yes, I had questions.
- 15:06Speaker 2: I think you make a good point. So we do
- 15:11Speaker 2: get that whole heather packing with white tissue paper, which
- 15:14Speaker 2: I know we've seen before.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Which I'm like, maybe think about an environmental charity. I
- 15:24Speaker 1: need trees have to die. When she goes on it overnight, Yeah,
- 15:31Speaker 1: because it was fresh paper, I was like all about it.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I was like, that is not what I do. I mean,
- 15:38Speaker 2: I've got tissue paper from like two thousand and six,
- 15:41Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying, that has been recycled. And
- 15:43Speaker 2: I don't give two shits when it comes to when
- 15:46Speaker 2: Maddie's this young, like just shoving shit in there, I'm like,
- 15:50Speaker 2: she doesn't care it is not pretty. I mean, when
- 15:55Speaker 2: I go to a birthday party, I'm definitely going to
- 15:59Speaker 2: I will make it look a lot better if it's
- 16:02Speaker 2: not a family member.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Like a tissue paper from twenty twelve.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'll up. I might even go into the twenties, twenties,
- 16:09Speaker 2: you know, twenty twenties, I might, you know.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. I reused that stuff till
- 16:16Speaker 1: the end of time.
- 16:17Speaker 2: If you can't, no, I hear you, I hear you.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I just bought a bunch of ribbon at a garage
- 16:23Speaker 2: sale last year.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Oh nice, yeah, smart, that's where you do it.
- 16:30Speaker 2: And wrapping paper they didn't have any. I haven't found
- 16:33Speaker 2: any wrapping paper at garage sales at this point, but
- 16:36Speaker 2: that's a great place to get it. Mm hm, well,
- 16:40Speaker 2: I'm sure that we could. You know, instead of talking
- 16:43Speaker 2: about Channon in this lawsuit, let's talk about recycled wrapping paper.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Thanks so much for joining us.
- 16:55Speaker 1: That's a wrap spelled with a W. Hi. I'm Emily
- 16:59Speaker 1: and this is Amy. We're here to ram it up.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Is that Joe?
- 17:06Speaker 1: Oh boy?
- 17:07Speaker 2: Okay, before we get into that, let's we have to
- 17:09Speaker 2: talk about Emily calling measurements measurements. I mean, it's so
- 17:14Speaker 2: cute and so funny and I just love her so much.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Yeah, measurements.
- 17:19Speaker 2: And I'm from Michigan, so I mean I get measurements
- 17:24Speaker 2: is pretty far from is like way out there for
- 17:28Speaker 2: what I even we would do.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I thought that was like western Pennsylvania.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Yeah, that does sound more like uhh yes, that totally
- 17:36Speaker 2: sounds more like.
- 17:36Speaker 1: That because growing up like that's my family was from
- 17:39Speaker 1: my dad's side of the family's from western Pennsylvania, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: I always thought they were called red delicious apples. I
- 17:46Speaker 1: didn't know they were red delicious. So but in my head,
- 17:52Speaker 1: I'm like, measurements delicious, Like that sounds like.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Wash, I have to go wash the class.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that's it's more Philly.
- 18:00Speaker 2: But right, so I don't know who brought it over
- 18:04Speaker 2: to Ohio. Yeah, we need answers, okay, yes, measurements Yeah
- 18:12Speaker 2: you do, okay. So then we have Jen facetiming with Katie.
- 18:16Speaker 2: She's going to be going to court. It's taken four years,
- 18:19Speaker 2: which makes sense because this all happened their separation and
- 18:22Speaker 2: their divorce was beginning during the pandemic. So it's interesting
- 18:28Speaker 2: to see how like they're just now getting to it
- 18:31Speaker 2: four years later. And this is for temporary support and alimony.
- 18:35Speaker 2: It's not even like for the permanent thing. So she's
- 18:38Speaker 2: going to get she's very upset, she's crying, she's going
- 18:41Speaker 2: to get to the gal's trip late, and she just
- 18:45Speaker 2: had her mediation. What ended up happening is that she
- 18:48Speaker 2: did get what six thousand a month for the kids? Yeah, yeah, yeah, which.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I was keeping prize that the fallout with will.
- 19:03Speaker 1: I really was under the impression that everything was like
- 19:06Speaker 1: very good between them, and so to have her say, like,
- 19:09Speaker 1: he wouldn't even look at me. I don't know what
- 19:13Speaker 1: happened if that's something that happened after she started filming
- 19:15Speaker 1: the show, Like, I don't know.
- 19:18Speaker 2: I agree. I well, I mean he stopped paying her
- 19:23Speaker 2: mortgage or his percentage of the mortgage. So things hit
- 19:27Speaker 2: the fan rent sorry the rent? Right?
- 19:30Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 19:31Speaker 2: Yeah, so something happened and he was passed.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Where Okay, So this this was the other thing that
- 19:40Speaker 1: was confusing to me. I was always I always I
- 19:44Speaker 1: forgot this or didn't know or whatever. But so she
- 19:47Speaker 1: moved to California with Will Is that correct? Because she
- 19:51Speaker 1: talked about adopting their son in the same courtroom as
- 19:55Speaker 1: the divorce and then I'm like, are they divorcing in
- 19:58Speaker 1: California divorce?
- 20:00Speaker 2: Hold on a second. Did she say the last time
- 20:04Speaker 2: I was in a courtroom with him was when we
- 20:06Speaker 2: do this exact courtroom, this exact courtroom.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Mm hmm. Yeah, that's what she said. And it was
- 20:15Speaker 1: really quick, and I was like, wait.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Oh, well they okay, so maybe they had to go
- 20:21Speaker 2: to California to adopt him. Maybe he was from California
- 20:25Speaker 2: the child Okay, because they did not move to California together,
- 20:30Speaker 2: I know you know what, I could be dead wrong.
- 20:33Speaker 2: I do know that Will was down there with her
- 20:36Speaker 2: at times to open up right the yoga studio. So yeah,
- 20:41Speaker 2: you know what, we do not have answers on this,
- 20:44Speaker 2: and this is a mystery we will not be able
- 20:46Speaker 2: to unfold right now. But you bring up a great point.
- 20:49Speaker 1: The good news is all of this was told to
- 20:52Speaker 1: us when we didn't give two shits about Jen, and
- 20:55Speaker 1: now we care, and now we want.
- 20:57Speaker 2: To and now we want to know the timeline screenshots. Yeah, receipts.
- 21:02Speaker 1: I would be Bravo really needs to. If they're going
- 21:04Speaker 1: to introduce a new wife, they actually need to reintroduce
- 21:07Speaker 1: her the second season she's on because we don't. I
- 21:09Speaker 1: don't pay attention to anything the first season, I realized,
- 21:13Speaker 1: and then once I'm invested, I needed to hear it
- 21:16Speaker 1: all again.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Yeah, because we're like, great, okay, we'll see how you
- 21:20Speaker 2: stick to the wall. You know, So six thousand a month,
- 21:24Speaker 2: which is obviously for these ladies, they're.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Like, you know that's not much God bless, I mean comes, so,
- 21:37Speaker 1: how many kids does she have?
- 21:39Speaker 2: Four?
- 21:39Speaker 1: Or five?
- 21:42Speaker 2: Oh?
- 21:42Speaker 1: Wow?
- 21:43Speaker 2: So that's like like a little over one thousand dollars
- 21:46Speaker 2: per kid. Per month. So that's that's really tough.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Is it.
- 21:53Speaker 2: No, it's not.
- 21:54Speaker 1: It not for me.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I would be like live in the I would. Yeah,
- 21:59Speaker 2: but if they're like in private schools or you know,
- 22:04Speaker 2: but food, the food is very expensive. You can spend
- 22:09Speaker 2: six thousand dollars for six kids for food in one month.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Oh I'm not saying you couldn't. I'm just saying, like,
- 22:17Speaker 1: it's not a lot. Yeah, it's not a lot. But
- 22:19Speaker 1: to Tamor, I think to Tamar's point, she's like, this
- 22:22Speaker 1: is going to mean Jen or Tamara or Emily said
- 22:26Speaker 1: about Jen with the six thousand a month that this
- 22:29Speaker 1: will push her back from getting a job because she'll
- 22:31Speaker 1: just use that.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, because she doesn't have to pay a mortgage.
- 22:37Speaker 2: She's going to be living with Ryan and that's that. Okay, well,
- 22:44Speaker 2: all right, so let's move on to Heather's private jet.
- 22:50Speaker 2: And I love that she had a seating chart. Very smart,
- 22:53Speaker 2: very smart. Yeah.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Producers were probably like, are you kidding Meeathery's like, I
- 23:01Speaker 1: do not want this plane to go down, So I'm
- 23:04Speaker 1: going to be putting Alexis here and Shannon there. Yeah,
- 23:07Speaker 1: and I don't want to look at Katie and.
- 23:09Speaker 2: You have stations over here for monogramming your foreheads if
- 23:13Speaker 2: you want over here are your uh? Is this a
- 23:18Speaker 2: hypnosis station done by Swans. They put their beaks up
- 23:22Speaker 2: to your forehead and they can read your mind and
- 23:25Speaker 2: tell you through hypnosis what you need to not be
- 23:28Speaker 2: doing or doing over here.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Anyway else like a thirty minute flight, it's like less
- 23:38Speaker 1: than an hour that flight Halloa, Soma.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Yeah, you keep saying Sonoma. They were in Georgia.
- 23:46Speaker 1: No, they're in Napa Valley.
- 23:49Speaker 2: No they're not.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Are you sure?
- 23:51Speaker 2: I'm positive they are in Georgia.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Posit for a sec. Okay, I gotta.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Okay, you guys, I'm just sorry. I mean, you know,
- 24:00Speaker 2: I'm sorry. Okay, I thought I saw Georgia. I thought
- 24:02Speaker 2: they went in Georgia.
- 24:03Speaker 1: But they're not.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Okay, at least right, they were in Sonoma. And and
- 24:08Speaker 2: Heathers keep saying what she keeps saying, how so that's
- 24:13Speaker 2: how I don't know what I saw. Well, the town
- 24:18Speaker 2: starts with the g that that's exactly.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Right, and it's I forget the name of the exact town.
- 24:25Speaker 2: It's like g U e R that's likeny whatever. Where? Well, yeah,
- 24:30Speaker 2: and I thought it said Georgia. Oh, I bet, I
- 24:33Speaker 2: just need to wear my glasses. That's probably what it is.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Overnight, I've had to start wearing readers. I'm gonna treat
- 24:43Speaker 1: the darlings very soon because I am having a harder
- 24:47Speaker 1: and harder time. It happened overnight.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I hear you. No, I I had to start wearing
- 24:52Speaker 2: readers a couple of years ago. But now I'm talking
- 24:56Speaker 2: Now I have to watch them while I'm watching TV.
- 24:58Speaker 2: This is insane.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Well, maybe you need to wear your glass I need.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I was that song?
- 25:09Speaker 1: Oh Ozzy Osborne.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I I I.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Hi Hi.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Okay, Well, guys, let's get back onto this. Now that
- 25:33Speaker 2: we've back to Tunoma. They're on the jet, they have
- 25:38Speaker 2: their they have a good time. They even did like
- 25:41Speaker 2: a video like a tiktoki sort of trendy video that
- 25:46Speaker 2: they were all posting yesterday to promote the show. Yeah,
- 25:51Speaker 2: they all came together for the cameras. Pretty impressive. So
- 25:56Speaker 2: then they get to the Georgia cabins. That's what I
- 25:59Speaker 2: have written.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Oh can't you see sevens Georgia cabins. Well, maybe one
- 26:05Speaker 1: of the cabins was named Georgia. Benefit of the Doubt
- 26:07Speaker 1: for Miss Phillips.
- 26:10Speaker 2: I'm losing it, Okay, go ahead.
- 26:12Speaker 1: On the plane with the drama kicked up about John's shoes,
- 26:17Speaker 1: yes I was, And they were all kind of giving
- 26:21Speaker 1: Shannon shit that she would have picked up on that,
- 26:23Speaker 1: every single one of them on that plane and on
- 26:27Speaker 1: this podcast and listening to this podcast. If your ex
- 26:32Speaker 1: was posted in a major news article wearing something you
- 26:37Speaker 1: gave them, you'd be like, oh shit, I gave him that.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Oh shit, those are the shoes I bought the him,
- 26:43Speaker 1: like you would. I don't care if it was like
- 26:44Speaker 1: a watch, shoes, whatever, you would be like, oh, this motherfucker.
- 26:48Speaker 2: He's wearing something I gave him with another woman.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Of course.
- 26:54Speaker 2: That's that is so trashy.
- 26:57Speaker 1: The fact that that Tamor of all people, was like
- 27:00Speaker 1: I can't bloa Shannon's cucku coo well livingly to look up.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I'm like, are you kidding?
- 27:09Speaker 2: No? And apparently maybe even the belt to which didn't
- 27:13Speaker 2: even get highlighted on this that was a throw ish
- 27:16Speaker 2: and a belt I I I kep from the belt too.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Just shame. It was in the beginning. It was in
- 27:25Speaker 2: the beginning. It was in the beginning. Yeah, I mean,
- 27:30Speaker 2: it's like it's I'm sorry, it's ridiculous. And the fact
- 27:34Speaker 2: that the night before they had their debut at an
- 27:38Speaker 2: Oscar party event where they're at a step and repeat,
- 27:42Speaker 2: and then the day after they are on a plane
- 27:45Speaker 2: together to go to a cast trip. This is too
- 27:50Speaker 2: much to handle.
- 27:53Speaker 1: The funny thing about that is I don't know why
- 27:56Speaker 1: I remember that being posted, because we were probably talking
- 27:59Speaker 1: about it and I just this is insane. But I
- 28:03Speaker 1: just remember Alexis is one toe popping off that shoe,
- 28:07Speaker 1: and I was like, oh, I remember that.
- 28:09Speaker 2: I guess, yes, the rogue toe that's trying to get away,
- 28:14Speaker 2: which you know, I'm sure a lot of people deal
- 28:17Speaker 2: with that. I don't because I'm not wearing those types
- 28:19Speaker 2: of shoes, but I don't. I wonder what would happen.
- 28:21Speaker 1: You know, I totally would. I mean, like my wide feet,
- 28:24Speaker 1: so I'm like, very Oh, if you're going to wear
- 28:26Speaker 1: like a narrow top, get ready for the you know
- 28:30Speaker 1: it's going to be a thing.
- 28:31Speaker 2: It's crazy how many women do not care and they
- 28:33Speaker 2: just let that toe just go on its own, just
- 28:36Speaker 2: take its own journey outside my shoe, and then go
- 28:40Speaker 2: and get photos taken of them on red carpets like
- 28:42Speaker 2: celebrities do not care.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think because when you're putting them
- 28:48Speaker 1: on and not mindful or putting them on and you
- 28:52Speaker 1: are mindful and cute, you're you control it. But then
- 28:58Speaker 1: like you get out there and you can't. Oh no,
- 29:01Speaker 1: did I lose you? No for a second.
- 29:03Speaker 2: No, I'm in Georgia. I'm in a winery in Georgia,
- 29:07Speaker 2: Georgian cabin. But also before we get into the separate
- 29:13Speaker 2: lunch groups, I would love to talk to you about
- 29:17Speaker 2: Jenny Cain. You know, it is gorgeous California here, and
- 29:20Speaker 2: gosh do I love the weather. But there's nothing better

- 29:33Speaker 2: cashme you guys, that is why I am so thrilled
- 29:38Speaker 2: to hear from one of my favorite sponsors, Jenny Kaine.

- 29:44Speaker 2: you do. But they have done it. They have elevated
- 29:48Speaker 2: wardrobe essentials to the point where I need to look

- 30:00Speaker 2: know that we want to be cozy. They know that

- 30:07Speaker 2: pieces that have me coming back for more. Personally, the
- 30:11Speaker 2: Kashmir cocoon cardigan is my go to listen. I was
- 30:15Speaker 2: already wearing it in the summertime when the husband would
- 30:18Speaker 2: turn the air conditioning down to seventy. Yeah, that's cold
- 30:22Speaker 2: for me, But you know what, I didn't mind it.
- 30:24Speaker 2: I was like, Oh, too bad, I'll just put on
- 30:26Speaker 2: my Kashmir cocoon cardigan. No big deal. Anyway. I'm so
- 30:31Speaker 2: excited about Fall because they have so many minimalist, refined

- 30:55Speaker 2: need something that pairs really well with absolutely anything in
- 30:58Speaker 2: your closet, look no for than the Flynn Kashmere sweater.

- 31:04Speaker 2: layer in style. And not only that, but they have

- 31:12Speaker 2: pillows and throws. Oh my gosh, just talking about this

- 33:33Speaker 2: can click on it and be directed right over there.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Check it out. All right, we are back, and let's
- 33:39Speaker 2: get into Orange County and their separate groups at lunch.
- 33:43Speaker 2: So Shannon orders a Shannon Shannon orders a Shannon Shannon
- 33:47Speaker 2: orders a vodka soda cran. Otherwise it's on a vacation. Yeah,
- 33:53Speaker 2: And it's tough to see this happen here because you're like,
- 33:57Speaker 2: you know, what are you doing? And then of course
- 33:59Speaker 2: fast to the you know, later on in this episode,
- 34:02Speaker 2: and she's a mess, and you think, gosh, I wish
- 34:05Speaker 2: you wouldn't have ordered that vodka and cran, you know.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Needless to say, that's out there. I'm gonna put that
- 34:13Speaker 2: out there. And they're talking about how John has sold
- 34:19Speaker 2: one of his companies. He he owned an insurance company
- 34:23Speaker 2: I believe a.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Part part of one or something.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Yeah, part of one, and so Shannon is saying, like,
- 34:30Speaker 2: he doesn't really need this money for this lawsuit, so like,
- 34:33Speaker 2: why is he doing this? Shannon talks about how the
- 34:37Speaker 2: deadline is today to respond and that she countered it
- 34:41Speaker 2: half as we know she offered like thirty thousand or something,
- 34:45Speaker 2: and the ladies Gina's like, there's a good amount.
- 34:50Speaker 4: That's a fair amount. That's like what I would make
- 34:52Speaker 4: book a mission when I'm selling Realivate at all really
- 34:55Speaker 4: big house.
- 34:58Speaker 2: And so we know that's out there, right, So that's
- 35:01Speaker 2: all percolating. In the meantime, we have the other group,
- 35:07Speaker 2: you know, like Heather and Alexis and camera over there
- 35:12Speaker 2: talking about their stuff, and Alexis says to the gals,
- 35:17Speaker 2: you know, I told Johnny Jay, let's just settle, like
- 35:20Speaker 2: and she says that she was trying to convince him
- 35:24Speaker 2: let's just settle, which was really interesting to hear. I
- 35:27Speaker 2: was glad to hear that, and that John's response was no,
- 35:33Speaker 2: after everything I've gone through, No, unless they come back
- 35:36Speaker 2: with something really good, then John will file a lawsuit.
- 35:41Speaker 2: This is so upsetting to watch that somebody like Alexis
- 35:46Speaker 2: would not see this as such a red flag in
- 35:49Speaker 2: a man.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Well, yeah, but I think Alexis is the kind of
- 35:53Speaker 1: person that sees that as strength and attractive, Like I
- 35:57Speaker 1: think she likes that kind of yeah, which I have
- 36:03Speaker 1: to say because I will rail on Alexis all day
- 36:08Speaker 1: and all night I'm not a fan, but I will
- 36:11Speaker 1: give her credit. She redeemed herself by two points out
- 36:16Speaker 1: of one thousand. By the way, she's an advocate for
- 36:19Speaker 1: her kids in what would normally be very controversial within
- 36:25Speaker 1: her church. Absolutely, and we know how hard she goes
- 36:28Speaker 1: for her church. And I don't know Jimbollino, but I
- 36:32Speaker 1: would assume that coming from the Alexis we knew when
- 36:37Speaker 1: she was with Jimbollino. To now I admire that, And
- 36:41Speaker 1: so it does show that she can evolve, and I'm
- 36:48Speaker 1: glad that she did it and has her kids back. Yeah,
- 36:52Speaker 1: now I'm back to her being.
- 36:54Speaker 2: But I also give her a point. I give her
- 36:57Speaker 2: also a point for saying that she tried to say one,
- 37:00Speaker 2: don't we just settle? Meaning I love how she says
- 37:03Speaker 2: we as if she has something to do with it.
- 37:05Speaker 2: You know.
- 37:07Speaker 1: That.
- 37:08Speaker 2: I'll give her a half a point for that. I mean,
- 37:09Speaker 2: I don't know if that's really true, but I mean
- 37:11Speaker 2: I'm taking her for her word, so then you.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Know it could be true, but it could have been
- 37:17Speaker 1: really just she could have it just dipping her that
- 37:20Speaker 1: rogue toe in the water of saying like maybe we
- 37:23Speaker 1: should back off.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Okay, right, Yeah, And then Alexis says in her confessional
- 37:35Speaker 2: that Shannon has ruined his reputation in the community. And
- 37:40Speaker 2: I'm going you realize you're on the Real House Lives
- 37:43Speaker 2: of Orange County, right, none of you have a chance
- 37:45Speaker 2: of having any kind of good reputation in your community.
- 37:52Speaker 2: That ship has sailed, Okay, that boat has sailed.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Do you think that? Do you think that they have
- 37:58Speaker 1: a bad reputation? Shannon, given her latest ask the do.
- 38:04Speaker 2: I or do I think that the Real House Sizes
- 38:06Speaker 2: of Orange County have a bad reputation in their community?
- 38:09Speaker 1: Yeah? Like you really think that?
- 38:11Speaker 2: Yes? Hmmm, because they're on a trashy reality show.
- 38:18Speaker 1: I don't know. I bet I bet the community kind
- 38:20Speaker 1: of loves it. They love to hate it.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Yeah, because Orange County is kind of trashy anyway. I
- 38:26Speaker 2: don't want to say trashy. I'll say cheesy. I'll say, uh,
- 38:32Speaker 2: I think there's a thirsty community. You know, it's all
- 38:35Speaker 2: about show. It's all about you know, just you know,
- 38:39Speaker 2: what's on the outside, keeping up with the Jones. So
- 38:42Speaker 2: if they are influenced, So yeah, it's not like a
- 38:45Speaker 2: quiet community. So maybe they actually think, you know, reputation
- 38:50Speaker 2: is more about money. So I think, what to your point,
- 38:54Speaker 2: if we were to really, you know, zoom in on this,
- 38:58Speaker 2: Johnny Jay's reputation has been ruined in the community by
- 39:02Speaker 2: way of him looking like a woman is paying for him.
- 39:08Speaker 2: So it's all about money. So yes, so I'll go
- 39:11Speaker 2: ahead and stick with that. Now we get to this
- 39:15Speaker 2: perfume and massage thing or whatever that was.
- 39:19Speaker 1: I don't know, yeah, I was.
- 39:22Speaker 2: I don't know what we were making. I don't know.
- 39:25Speaker 2: You pick your favorite scent and why, and then you
- 39:28Speaker 2: put it in the oils and then that goes in
- 39:29Speaker 2: the bathtub. I think, okay, So I mean Emily for
- 39:34Speaker 2: the win of like, the woman's like, tell me your
- 39:36Speaker 2: favorite scent. By the way, she was not. It was
- 39:40Speaker 2: just so funny because you usually get these hosts being like, hi,
- 39:44Speaker 2: welcome in, tell me your favorite cent and why mine
- 39:49Speaker 2: is jasmine because you know, for example, but she was like, hey,
- 39:53Speaker 2: I'm mad, Jody, the fuck is your favorite cent? And
- 39:58Speaker 2: just go ahead and tell me why?
- 40:00Speaker 1: Tell me why. You did not tell me why.
- 40:03Speaker 2: And she was so pissed because Emily got cute and
- 40:05Speaker 2: she was like, oh, you mean like tacos. And then
- 40:08Speaker 2: the lady's like fucking really funny. Great, Like I don't
- 40:12Speaker 2: hear that every time, Like I don't hear that every week?
- 40:16Speaker 2: Smart ass. Yeah, I'll give you tacos, but tell me why.
- 40:21Speaker 2: So she had she was coming in with a little
- 40:25Speaker 2: spice on her shoulder, and then Gina's like, I got
- 40:28Speaker 2: a new puppy, and then we got into that, which
- 40:32Speaker 2: is interesting because she doesn't she didn't see how this
- 40:36Speaker 2: would be seen from the perspective of Travis. And when
- 40:42Speaker 2: Emily was like, so, you don't understand how Travis to
- 40:44Speaker 2: seize this as like you leave, he leaves, and you're
- 40:48Speaker 2: making construction, and you know, it's like it's because it's
- 40:51Speaker 2: so obvious to us. You know, he was out. I
- 40:54Speaker 2: mean the way it's edited. He left one day and
- 40:56Speaker 2: then the next thing, you know, it's like you came in,
- 40:59Speaker 2: like recke Well and they're just tearing it to shit
- 41:03Speaker 2: and she's trying to make new memories. And then meanwhile
- 41:06Speaker 2: Travis is like, uh, I thought we were going to
- 41:08Speaker 2: try to get back together and live together, and now
- 41:11Speaker 2: you're investing in your home. Yeah, yeah, kind of funny.
- 41:16Speaker 2: I have to laugh a little bit about it.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I don't know, I wonder if they
- 41:23Speaker 1: were planning to do this construction and they have to
- 41:25Speaker 1: live separately. So then Gina is spinning it in this
- 41:28Speaker 1: way because there is something about it that is odd.
- 41:34Speaker 2: They weren't planning on doing that construction at all, because
- 41:38Speaker 2: the reason why they're doing it now is to expand
- 41:41Speaker 2: the rooms for the kids so they have more space.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Right right, Yeah, and that's why I'm saying, like.
- 41:47Speaker 2: It would have taken rooms away from if they stayed there.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Oh, well, that's true, that's true.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know, hearing about her daughter and you
- 41:58Speaker 2: know she's having a hard time and she does and
- 42:00Speaker 2: do well with transition and changes, and you know that
- 42:03Speaker 2: is something that obviously we were expressing our concern about
- 42:07Speaker 2: for all the kids, and you know, we're seeing it.
- 42:10Speaker 2: And I appreciate her being honest about that, because she
- 42:12Speaker 2: could easily bury that and not discuss how this is
- 42:18Speaker 2: difficult on the kids for the sake of justifying her choices.
- 42:23Speaker 1: But she's I mean, yeah, she's sharing it. But also,
- 42:27Speaker 1: like they filmed, when they were filming, and they cut
- 42:29Speaker 1: back to that scene, So I wonder if Gina's like, Okay,
- 42:32Speaker 1: I've got to acknowledge this. I wonder if it wasn't
- 42:36Speaker 1: being filmed, if Gina would have acknowledged it on camera,
- 42:39Speaker 1: just like also to protect them.
- 42:41Speaker 2: To protect them. Yeah, absolutely absolutely, So now we get
- 42:48Speaker 2: the bomb that has dropped, and by Gina, by Gina,
- 42:54Speaker 2: and that was a genuine mistake.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
- 42:59Speaker 4: Yeah, her face was she was like, I can't believe
- 43:03Speaker 4: this is the unfair everything he's doing.
- 43:05Speaker 2: And then of she caught it as she started to
- 43:11Speaker 2: say Vin.
- 43:17Speaker 4: And then the whole vating yeah dad, yeah, yeah, and
- 43:24Speaker 4: then Shannon was like, what video.
- 43:27Speaker 2: I mean, she caught it so fast.
- 43:30Speaker 1: And Gene's the only one not drinking, and she's no
- 43:33Speaker 1: one like, okay, here it is.
- 43:35Speaker 2: Yeah, she starts and Katie's like, Katie goes in, Katie
- 43:40Speaker 2: just full on.
- 43:41Speaker 1: Well after Shandon says what video, what video? What video?
- 43:44Speaker 1: Name him? Name him name, like, she says what video
- 43:47Speaker 1: forty three.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Times yeah, and no one's saying anything.
- 43:51Speaker 1: Yeah. That's why I was like, oh, this is real,
- 43:56Speaker 1: this is real.
- 43:56Speaker 2: I was like, someone gives Shannon a beta blocker stat
- 44:00Speaker 2: hook and hook her up to an IV. You can't
- 44:02Speaker 2: deliver this information like this, this is oh god. I'm
- 44:08Speaker 2: like having hot. I'm breaking out in hives just thinking
- 44:10Speaker 2: about it, putting myself in their situation and in Gina's.
- 44:13Speaker 2: And it also made me wonder. You know, by the
- 44:15Speaker 2: end of that scene, which we will dissect in a second,
- 44:18Speaker 2: when Shannon says like, thank you for telling me this,
- 44:21Speaker 2: I just thought, why hasn't anyone told Shannon this? This
- 44:24Speaker 2: is insane, Like they've waited this long and they were
- 44:27Speaker 2: still going to hide it from her, and I I
- 44:30Speaker 2: don't think that that's right. I think like Heather New
- 44:32Speaker 2: and Gina knew, and they both should have told Shannon
- 44:35Speaker 2: at this point.
- 44:36Speaker 1: I agree. I didn't understand why they weren't saying it anyway.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Yeah, and.
- 44:44Speaker 1: It's not like Alexis is being quiet about it. She
- 44:47Speaker 1: clearly wants to introduce us to the show, and so
- 44:51Speaker 1: why has no Like you would think Tamra would have
- 44:55Speaker 1: mentioned it, like when she had that that time with Shannon,
- 45:02Speaker 1: Like I don't guess did.
- 45:04Speaker 2: She know at that time, at that lunch about the video?
- 45:08Speaker 2: At that lunch, I don't think she did. She know?
- 45:11Speaker 1: No at the well, that dinner that reckon didn't they have?
- 45:14Speaker 1: It was the dinner after the girls trip because Tamara
- 45:19Speaker 1: found out at the Girls Trip or no, I take
- 45:22Speaker 1: that back. Tamara knew before anybody because when Alexis mentioned
- 45:27Speaker 1: it on the Girl's Trip and their bear costumes, Tama
- 45:30Speaker 1: spoke on it because she and she's like, yes, I
- 45:33Speaker 1: know about the videos because I'm following that I've not
- 45:40Speaker 1: watched them. This was in her interview. I've not watched them.
- 45:44Speaker 1: So Tamra's known for a long time about these.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Well, it doesn't surprise me that Tammar wouldn't say anything.
- 45:50Speaker 2: That's not a shocker.
- 45:51Speaker 1: It surprises me that Tammer didn't say anything once she
- 45:54Speaker 1: found out Shannon was getting sued.
- 45:57Speaker 2: I suppose, but at that point and even still like,
- 46:01Speaker 2: I think she was gonna let it, let the storyline
- 46:04Speaker 2: take over at that point, and she I think personally
- 46:09Speaker 2: with Heather not saying anything, it's it's disturbing to me
- 46:13Speaker 2: because here she is, you know, ripping Gina a new
- 46:16Speaker 2: one about how Katie did all this and then didn't
- 46:21Speaker 2: tell her. You should have given me a heads up,
- 46:23Speaker 2: you should have told me, you should have told me,
- 46:25Speaker 2: And now here she is with this information about the videos,
- 46:28Speaker 2: and is Shannon really her friend? Why didn't she tell her?
- 46:30Speaker 2: And Gina Gina should tell her. Oh yeah, yeah, So
- 46:35Speaker 2: okay it slipped out. Thank god it did, because this
- 46:39Speaker 2: affects the negotiation, because Shannon got right the hell up
- 46:43Speaker 2: and was like, I'll go tell him he can have
- 46:46Speaker 2: whatever he wants. Yeah, so that changed everything. It and
- 46:53Speaker 2: the fact that John wasn't saying he had this. Obviously
- 46:57Speaker 2: the lawyer probably said don't say it because it'll come
- 47:00Speaker 2: across as extortion if you do. But now we know
- 47:04Speaker 2: maybe they didn't want to get their hands dirty because
- 47:07Speaker 2: it would be illegal issue. Maybe if you break it down,
- 47:10Speaker 2: maybe Heathery knew better. If I'm giving her the benefit
- 47:13Speaker 2: of the doubt, maybe she knew there's a lawsuit or
- 47:17Speaker 2: John is threatening this this and that if there's a video,
- 47:20Speaker 2: I don't want to get my hands dirty and this
- 47:24Speaker 2: could connect me with extortion in some way. That is
- 47:28Speaker 2: the only thing I can think of that she and
- 47:30Speaker 2: Gina maybe didn't say it, but Shannon's so Katie.
- 47:36Speaker 1: I get the feeling Katie has seen the video, do you,
- 47:43Speaker 1: Because I don't know. I can see Tamara legit not
- 47:47Speaker 1: wanting to see the video and not watching the video.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I think Tamara would tell us if she's seen the
- 47:53Speaker 1: video I don't, but Katie hasn't denied it, but she's
- 47:57Speaker 1: speaking to it in her interview as though.
- 48:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, I don't. I think that she
- 48:05Speaker 2: hasn't seen it. I don't think they would show it
- 48:08Speaker 2: to her. And I do think that if Tamra knew,
- 48:11Speaker 2: if Tama did see it, she would absolutely never say
- 48:14Speaker 2: anything because she doesn't want to be in law involved
- 48:16Speaker 2: in a lawsuit. Because it comes down to it's that whole, uh,
- 48:21Speaker 2: you know, that revenge porn thing in a way like
- 48:22Speaker 2: you're forwarding now, you're forwarding video footage of somebody that
- 48:27Speaker 2: was being filmed without their coscent, consent or knowledge. But
- 48:30Speaker 2: on that note, I will say, you know, the Bravo
- 48:33Speaker 2: Docket just put up an episode about the extortion, you know,
- 48:38Speaker 2: situation between John and Shannon, and I'm only hearing parts
- 48:42Speaker 2: of it because I've only started listening to it, but
- 48:44Speaker 2: I kind of skipping around. But when it comes to
- 48:48Speaker 2: video and audio recording someone without their knowledge, in California,
- 48:53Speaker 2: there are certain laws, so it's very possible that it's
- 48:59Speaker 2: the ring footage would be okay to have done, you know.
- 49:04Speaker 2: So anyway, there's all of this stuff, and I don't know,
- 49:06Speaker 2: I haven't finished the episode. That being said, Tamar probably
- 49:10Speaker 2: knows all this, doesn't want to get involved.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Is this a new episode of the Docket? I listened
- 49:15Speaker 1: to the other one? Okay?
- 49:16Speaker 2: Cool? Oh well no, wait, I don't know. Did you
- 49:18Speaker 2: listen to the one it is?
- 49:19Speaker 1: I think it is. I see there's a new app.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Oh okay, okay, hot, so check that out. But so
- 49:27Speaker 2: when Shannon says her response, they have video from the
- 49:33Speaker 2: night of the Dui, and then she is like, oh
- 49:37Speaker 2: my god, and she breaks down. He's a monster. She
- 49:39Speaker 2: calls her lawyer. But you know, Katie wasn't able to
- 49:43Speaker 2: confirm that that video footage was from the night of
- 49:45Speaker 2: the Dui necessarily, and from our understanding, we were assuming
- 49:50Speaker 2: that it could be from other times, other nights when
- 49:53Speaker 2: when she almost ran over John's daughter, So like, was
- 49:56Speaker 2: it that night allegedly? Yeah? Allegedly so, I mean, from
- 50:02Speaker 2: what my understanding, John's daughter wasn't there that night of
- 50:05Speaker 2: the duy okay, so it's right, So it has to
- 50:10Speaker 2: be video footage from another time, not necessarily.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Well, got kind of confirmation on that, like, because Alexis
- 50:17Speaker 1: said on the Girl's Trip, it's not just that she
- 50:21Speaker 1: she did say something along the lines of it's multiple
- 50:26Speaker 1: things or it's multiple times.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Shannon at this point just thinks it's from the Night
- 50:30Speaker 2: of the d UI. So so now, you know.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Like, knowing Alexis and knowing Johnny j I'm kind of like,
- 50:43Speaker 1: it's probably not that bad. They are ye, yeah, in
- 50:47Speaker 1: an echo chamber watching it and thinking like and then
- 50:51Speaker 1: I mean, like, look, she almost hit my daughter and
- 50:54Speaker 1: the daughters like in the yard, and Shannon's hands are
- 50:58Speaker 1: on the wheel and it looks like she's turning that way,
- 50:59Speaker 1: but then she starts the car and goes the opposite way,
- 51:02Speaker 1: like right, I don't know.
- 51:04Speaker 2: I can see there being a lot of exaggeration for
- 51:07Speaker 2: the sake of again allegedly and what it looks like extortion,
- 51:11Speaker 2: even though they haven't approached Shannon about it. That's why
- 51:14Speaker 2: the video is not involved in any of the conversations
- 51:16Speaker 2: and why she doesn't know so after she leaves, you know,
- 51:22Speaker 2: by the way, I had to look up where we
- 51:24Speaker 2: are in this lawsuit because I was like, so if Shannon,
- 51:28Speaker 2: as we see in this episode, offers him whatever it
- 51:31Speaker 2: is that he wants, so then she's going to pay
- 51:34Speaker 2: him seventy five thousand dollars. That's what it sounds like.
- 51:36Speaker 1: That was what she offered, and also that they would
- 51:40Speaker 1: both basically sign an NDA about their relationship and he
- 51:44Speaker 1: turned it down.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Okay, So and then in this article from people, it's
- 51:50Speaker 2: saying that was posted, like you know, nine hours ago.
- 51:54Speaker 2: It says something along the lines of how John is
- 51:59Speaker 2: waiting for one more thing from her in this lawsuit,
- 52:03Speaker 2: but it's not done yet, so it must be the
- 52:07Speaker 2: taking away the NDA.
- 52:09Speaker 1: Right, well, right, because this is this was being this
- 52:13Speaker 1: was a settlement, This was settling out prior to him
- 52:16Speaker 1: filing a lawsuit what we're watching on the show.
- 52:21Speaker 2: Right, No, I'm talking about deadline? So now in.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Real now yeah, now the lawsuit I guess went forward.
- 52:28Speaker 2: M yep.
- 52:31Speaker 1: So yeah, I can't imagine what her court costs. Well,
- 52:34Speaker 1: I mean what her lawyer for you is on?
- 52:35Speaker 2: So they it's gone, it's on. And what is happening
- 52:40Speaker 2: is that he's waiting for one more thing. So if
- 52:43Speaker 2: he's not willing to sign an NDA, what's interesting to
- 52:47Speaker 2: me is it's like, what are you going to do
- 52:49Speaker 2: with this information? If you're not going to sign an
- 52:52Speaker 2: NDA and you have dirt on Shannon and that's what
- 52:56Speaker 2: she's trying to protect herself from him speaking against her.
- 53:01Speaker 2: Is she willing to sign an NDA for him? That's
- 53:04Speaker 2: the question I have.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Yeah, she did. She said they would both do it.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Oh my god, and he won't give into that. What
- 53:12Speaker 2: are you gonna do? John? What are you gonna do
- 53:15Speaker 2: with this information? You don't want to move on? You
- 53:17Speaker 2: want to keep holding on to this and then what
- 53:20Speaker 2: go to the public whenever you want to? At some point.
- 53:23Speaker 1: Well, now that we're talking about this out loud, I
- 53:27Speaker 1: wonder if he's being advised not to do it, because
- 53:33Speaker 1: by saying, yeah, I'll sign this stuff, then it is
- 53:37Speaker 1: kind of an argument for extortion because then he is
- 53:41Speaker 1: using that video to get his money that he you know. So,
- 53:47Speaker 1: But if he's saying, it's not about this video, I'm
- 53:49Speaker 1: just owed this money. It has nothing to.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Do with the video, right right, Yes.
- 53:53Speaker 1: So I wonder if he's kind of right, it's like
- 53:56Speaker 1: a catch twenty two because if he does that, then
- 53:59Speaker 1: Shannon could counter suit for extortion. Maybe I got interesting.
- 54:03Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 54:04Speaker 1: There's two episodes on Bravo docket. I listened to the
- 54:08Speaker 1: first one and then the new one is about extortion,
- 54:11Speaker 1: and that's the one I haven't listened to, so I
- 54:12Speaker 1: wonder what they'll say.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Okay, great, Okay, now let's move on to the last topic,
- 54:18Speaker 2: which is Shannon goes and tell it, talks to Heather.
- 54:22Speaker 2: She says that she's Shannon says, I'm not lying. I
- 54:27Speaker 2: paid for him from the beginning, and then she brings
- 54:30Speaker 2: up this whole situation about the three to five seconds
- 54:34Speaker 2: that she left the house and hit the left his
- 54:38Speaker 2: house and then hit the other house.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Okay, right, is Caddy cornered from John's or like visible
- 54:44Speaker 1: from John's? I was confused by that.
- 54:46Speaker 2: I don't think it's visible. I think that it's very
- 54:49Speaker 2: close by, like I remember seeing it kind of winds
- 54:53Speaker 2: around the road, winds around the corner from John.
- 54:56Speaker 1: So, okay, well, he certainly would have heard siren.
- 55:00Speaker 2: So here's this is very interesting. It's an interesting case
- 55:06Speaker 2: that she's putting forward that shows a lot of his character. Allegedly,
- 55:10Speaker 2: So if she hit that house within three to five
- 55:14Speaker 2: seconds of leaving his, he didn't hear that, And then
- 55:19Speaker 2: she sent him the picture and he didn't get that.
- 55:23Speaker 2: I find that extremely hard to believe. And from what
- 55:27Speaker 2: I think is that the fact that he responded at
- 55:30Speaker 2: one forty in the morning because the police went to
- 55:33Speaker 2: his house with Archie. He was trying to, in my
- 55:36Speaker 2: opinion and allegedly keep his hands clean from being associated
- 55:40Speaker 2: with that at the.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Set the time tibe.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Yeah, at the expense of her What if she died?
- 55:50Speaker 2: What if somebody genuinely got hurt in that?
- 55:53Speaker 1: I guess like, yeah, yeah, well that's true. Well, if
- 55:56Speaker 1: I'm Johnny Jay also.
- 56:00Speaker 2: Want to go off.
- 56:01Speaker 1: Fuck no if I'm the one that let that woman
- 56:05Speaker 1: leave my house and drive. In terms of like I
- 56:09Speaker 1: don't want to get charged with something, not that that
- 56:12Speaker 1: could happen, but like I don't I'm just not you know,
- 56:17Speaker 1: all of this could be argued in a court of
- 56:19Speaker 1: law all of a sudden, and I do not want
- 56:22Speaker 1: any part of that. So I can see him being
- 56:25Speaker 1: like lights out, covers up, I was in bed, what
- 56:30Speaker 1: with Archie?
- 56:31Speaker 2: What hell pussy ass move? Though? If you hear a
- 56:34Speaker 2: car crash.
- 56:36Speaker 1: Okay, if you don't know if he heard I.
- 56:38Speaker 2: Know, I'm just saying if he heard that.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Well, also, I don't know what a car hitting a
- 56:45Speaker 1: house sounds like, and I honestly would think it was.
- 56:51Speaker 2: Wow pow planter.
- 56:56Speaker 1: I mean, there's so much deniability on his end that
- 56:59Speaker 1: I could.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Of course, of course.
- 57:03Speaker 1: The picture also with the blood, like okay, I'm going
- 57:09Speaker 1: to give him the benefit of the doubt, Like if
- 57:11Speaker 1: this is Shannon's claim that he's a monster, because she
- 57:14Speaker 1: was shaking so hard when she was doing this, and
- 57:17Speaker 1: I'm wondering if that's this is the thing that she's
- 57:19Speaker 1: been talking about, it's not good enough for me in
- 57:23Speaker 1: terms of him being a monster. Because I just mentioned
- 57:27Speaker 1: I overnight need readers. If I got that picture of Shannon,
- 57:32Speaker 1: I would think it was like light, like a red
- 57:35Speaker 1: light reflected.
- 57:36Speaker 2: Come oh, come on, there's blood dripping down her face.
- 57:41Speaker 1: I am saying. If I passed out and I woke
- 57:43Speaker 1: up and I was like, let's just I don't Shannon say,
- 57:45Speaker 1: I'm not even gonna look at this, like I don't
- 57:48Speaker 1: know I can see him, And then if I looked
- 57:50Speaker 1: at it quick, I'd be like, I don't know what
- 57:51Speaker 1: the hell she's is Halloween, I don't get it.
- 57:54Speaker 2: And then I about that No, no, no, I'm going
- 57:57Speaker 2: to send you a picture of my bloody face later
- 57:59Speaker 2: and we'll see how you respond.
- 58:00Speaker 1: Wait, do it at like two am, after I've had
- 58:04Speaker 1: a lot of drinks.
- 58:04Speaker 2: Okay, drinks. I mean that's the other thing John was.
- 58:11Speaker 2: You know, maybe he was drinking. Maybe he passed out
- 58:14Speaker 2: for a little while and didn't and you know he
- 58:16Speaker 2: went maybe he went right inside. Shut the door. And
- 58:19Speaker 2: if you shut the door, you're not going to hear
- 58:20Speaker 2: the accident. You won't.
- 58:22Speaker 1: I honestly, Yeah, there's just too much deniability here for
- 58:27Speaker 1: Shannon to make these assumptions unless there's something I'm not
- 58:31Speaker 1: understanding in terms.
- 58:33Speaker 2: Texted him at like midnight after it happened, a bloody
- 58:38Speaker 2: picture of her face.
- 58:42Speaker 1: I get it. I'm just saying, Look, I'm not a
- 58:45Speaker 1: Johnny jay Stan. I just think in this way you.
- 58:50Speaker 2: Come over to our side. Okay, Well, I mean, what
- 59:01Speaker 2: do you guys think? These are all legend uh and
- 59:04Speaker 2: this is a mystery, you know.
- 59:05Speaker 1: I think I'm also trying to argue this in a
- 59:08Speaker 1: court of law.
- 59:09Speaker 2: I think you make a great point. I think the
- 59:10Speaker 2: deniability thing is smart. I absolutely think like he could
- 59:14Speaker 2: have walked in the house didn't hear it. I also
- 59:17Speaker 2: think if he did hear it, as somebody who wouldn't
- 59:20Speaker 2: want to be culpable to what happened there, they would
- 59:22Speaker 2: not want to go But at the end of the day,
- 59:25Speaker 2: if that's somebody that you've been with for years, you're
- 59:28Speaker 2: not going to run over there out of concern. That's
- 59:30Speaker 2: insane to me.
- 59:33Speaker 1: I think at the I would never, in a million
- 59:37Speaker 1: years think I heard that that must have been Shannon Badol.
- 59:41Speaker 2: Of course you would. You you just watched a woman
- 59:46Speaker 2: leave your house completely blackout drunk.
- 59:49Speaker 1: And you told her not before rite and then you.
- 59:53Speaker 2: Hear a crash. Of course you're going to think it's her.
- 59:58Speaker 1: I wouldn't think it was her one too. I wouldn't
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: think it was a crash. I wouldn't know what it was.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: My tip off if I was still awake, would be
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: hearing sirens that there was a localized accident. Now Emily
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: would get on Citizen at that point the app and
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: see what the hell's going on, and then I would
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: be like, oh shit, that's Shannon's car. Then I would know.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: No, I totally disagree. John has said to her many times,
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: don't get in that vehicle. You're drunk. This has probably
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: happened many times, and they get in a fight.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: Says it straight into the ring camera so that he
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: gets off the hook. So Shannon never hears him say.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: It right, and then so he knows that she's gotten
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: in a car before after drinking, allegedly and probably and
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: has probably said, what, you're gonna kill somebody, You're gonna
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: hurt yourself. Do not get in the car. Do not
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: get in the car. You're telling me that someone who's
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: begging somebody and has probably before, do not get in
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: a car. And if they hear the accident, are not
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: gonna think I told her and now she just crashed.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: No fucking way. I'm telling you I would never connect
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: that sound. And to my immediate circumstance, I would be like,
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: oh if and that's if he heard it right.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: And I'm just saying if he heard it right. Yeah,
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: all right, darling, just up to you. Well, let's go
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: get drunk.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Let's test our theory.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: Emily and I are going to reenact this like they do.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: On the serial podcast.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: We're going to reenact the whole thing. Who has a
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: BMW or Mercedes that they're willing to let us crash
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: and a home that we could a lantern and a plant.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Yeah well look, look, my only argument for that is
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: it's not I don't think it. I think Shannon can
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: put her shoulders back a little bit. There's probably worse
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: things he has done. I didn't understand why she was
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: so violently shaking over that and filling in so many
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: of the details for herself to go there when I'm like,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: from the outside, I can see a lot of holes
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: in this story.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: Well, she's just I mean, it's just hurtful and for
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: her to think of these things.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Yeah, well I think that you add it all up
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: over their relationship and yeah, it was not.
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: Now her finding out there's a video, yeah, and like
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: it's just crazy and those handshakes were awful. Yeah, alright, kids,
