30:27
SPEAKER_04: That's enough of the Trump mess.
30:29
SPEAKER_04: We'll see more of that develops.
30:31
SPEAKER_04: Uh the guy's supposed to be having a federal court date.
30:35
SPEAKER_04: We'll see how that goes.
30:41
SPEAKER_04: You'll see how that goes.
31:05
SPEAKER_04: Any new news in the David case before we get to my Michael review.
31:32
SPEAKER_04: I know uh they taking David off of all social media.
31:42
SPEAKER_04: Thank you, Lazy Baby, for the ten dollar donation.
31:46
SPEAKER_04: We are now at two hundred and forty dollar left for our weekly goal.
31:52
SPEAKER_04: Everybody show lazy baby some love in the comments for the ten dollar donation.
31:57
SPEAKER_04: She says we started off on a good foot.
31:59
SPEAKER_04: We're keeping the live alive.
32:02
SPEAKER_04: Thank you so much, Lazy Lazy Baby.
32:06
SPEAKER_04: Excuse me.
32:45
SPEAKER_04: Crazy ass.
33:00
SPEAKER_04: David, David, David.
33:02
SPEAKER_04: I know uh the labels is dropping them left and right.
33:06
SPEAKER_04: Think what was the Interscope said they dropping them off their website.
33:17
SPEAKER_04: So David Rolling Stone is saying David quietly was dropped by his label, and Song Collabs pulled among amid calls for streaming sites to remove his music.
33:28
SPEAKER_04: Spotify and Apple Music are facing pressure to remove the singer's music from its platform after the romantic homicide singer was charged in kill in the killing of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
33:44
SPEAKER_04: Last year, Interscope Records quietly dropped David from its label in its wake of singers' arrest for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
33:56
SPEAKER_04: Universal Music Group has helped some of its artists who have collaborated with David to remove their songs from streaming platforms.
34:06
SPEAKER_04: Rolling Stone has learned.
35:04
SPEAKER_04: So they demonetized them on YouTube.
35:09
SPEAKER_04: People are starting to take action.
35:11
SPEAKER_04: But the crazy thing is, I guess it's even even though they already knew all of this, I guess they couldn't take action until he was actually charged.
35:24
SPEAKER_04: Um they are talking about removing his stuff from Fortnite.
35:38
SPEAKER_04: And now they're pushing to remove him off of the streaming platform.
35:42
SPEAKER_04: He definitely what is Apple and Spotify doing?
35:45
SPEAKER_04: He definitely should be removed off of their streaming platforms.
35:50
SPEAKER_04: He definitely should be removed off his streaming platforms.
36:28
SPEAKER_04: As we have an Airbnb in Columbia City and have every TV play internet and not able to get the Michael Jackson movie.
36:38
SPEAKER_04: Y'all couldn't get the Michael Jackson movie.
36:47
SPEAKER_04: Well, let's go into that.
36:53
SPEAKER_04: Since since since since since since since grandma Kathy brought it up, let's go on into that.
37:03
SPEAKER_04: The Michael Jackson movie.
37:59
SPEAKER_04: But I knew the bad reviews were nothing but a bunch of bullshit.
38:07
SPEAKER_04: Y'all, if you haven't seen the Michael Jackson movie, go see it.
38:13
SPEAKER_04: Not only is it a good movie, but it's one of those feel-good movies when actually at the end of the movie you feel good.
38:22
SPEAKER_04: And throughout the movie, you just feel good.
38:26
SPEAKER_04: Um, if it it it they covered basically Michael Jackson from when he was a kid to I think like 88, 89, the late 80s.
38:37
SPEAKER_04: So basically from the early 70s to the late 80s, and uh I'm not gonna tell you a lot of the movie, I don't want to spoil it, but they did uh go into detail a little bit more and explain his his relationship with his right-hand man and guy named Bill.
38:56
SPEAKER_04: I didn't really, I'm one of the biggest Michael Jackson fans you will know, and I didn't know to the extent I didn't know about his right-hand man, Bill.
39:06
SPEAKER_04: So that was kind of like an interesting part of it for them to really detail that.
39:11
SPEAKER_04: But I do see some of the 70s and 80s babies.
39:17
SPEAKER_04: Um some of the 70s and 80s babies are are uh complaining, like it's uh it's nothing that we didn't see and and they tell the same story.
39:32
SPEAKER_04: But y'all gotta realize we old now.
39:35
SPEAKER_04: It's a lot it's a good majority of the people who going to watch the movie and going to see Michael, they don't know a lot of that shit.
39:44
SPEAKER_04: See, that's where the 70s and 80s now.
39:46
SPEAKER_04: Y'all don't realize we the old motherfuckers are in the in the room now.
39:51
SPEAKER_04: They not making that movie thinking about trying to uncover all type of shit that we didn't know.
39:58
SPEAKER_04: We grew up with Michael Jackson, we know every damn thing.
40:02
SPEAKER_04: But it's the it's the late 80s and the 90s and the 2000s people who just know Michael Jackson was popular, but they don't know all the stuff we know.
40:16
SPEAKER_04: So them so for those people, they enjoyed it even more.
40:20
SPEAKER_04: They're not making a movie based and trying to impress the old motherfuckers who know everything about Michael Jackson.
40:27
SPEAKER_04: Y'all gotta realize that all them seven, all my 70s and and early 80s, 60s babies that's trying to complain about the movie.
40:37
SPEAKER_04: Y'all gotta realize it's a good majority of the population that just know Michael Jackson was popular, but don't know about none of that stuff.
40:48
SPEAKER_04: There's a lot of people who in their early 30s, mid-30s, late 20s, early 20s, that didn't know about any of the Pepsi, didn't know the details behind the Pepsi and Michael Jackson getting his hair cut on fire, uh, didn't know, even didn't even know that Michael Jackson was, you know, used to get beat and hit by his father in such a way.
41:13
SPEAKER_04: They it's people that don't know this stuff.
41:16
SPEAKER_04: So I every time I see people like that's graduate that that were born in the 60s, 70s, and early 80s complaining.
41:23
SPEAKER_04: I was like, y'all gotta realize this ain't for y'all as far as they're not making a movie trying to uncover new stuff that we didn't know.
41:32
SPEAKER_04: They're trying to get the general population to know the Michael Jackson story.
41:37
SPEAKER_04: Just because we know it, we the old ones.
41:41
SPEAKER_04: They trying to, they they told that story for everybody who just for the younger people who don't even know anything about Michael Jackson besides that he's just a famous singer.
41:55
SPEAKER_04: So y'all gotta realize that I see people in my generation and older talking about I knew all this stuff already.
42:05
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but it's a lot of people who don't, and so I thought it was an excellent movie.
42:14
SPEAKER_04: Jafar did an excellent job.
42:18
SPEAKER_04: Jafar did an excellent job.
42:21
SPEAKER_04: Um he sung.
42:26
SPEAKER_04: Now that's Michael's nephew who played Michael.
42:29
SPEAKER_04: His father is Jermaine.
42:34
SPEAKER_04: Jafar Jackson, who played Michael Jackson, Jermaine's nephew, I mean Jermaine's son, Michael Jackson's nephew, played Michael Jackson the pretty much the best you could possibly play Michael Jackson.
42:50
SPEAKER_04: I mean, his talking voice, his talking voice sounds just like Michael Jackson.
43:00
SPEAKER_04: I don't even know how he did it.
43:04
SPEAKER_04: I don't even know how he did it.
43:18
SPEAKER_04: I don't even know how he did it.
43:23
SPEAKER_04: He sounds just like Michael.
43:25
SPEAKER_04: His dance moves were as close as you can get.
43:28
SPEAKER_04: Now we know ain't it's I don't think a person will ever walk this earth who will be able to dance on the level of Michael Jackson, but just to come even close, Jafar is about as close as you can get to Michael Jackson and his dance moves.
43:47
SPEAKER_04: Give him credit for that.
43:49
SPEAKER_04: Um, if you didn't know about how Joe Jackson, Michael's father, how he used to put hands on Michael, and and and he was.
44:00
SPEAKER_04: Very strict and would not hesitate to whoop ass.
44:04
SPEAKER_04: If you didn't know that, you immediately probably within 20 minutes of the movie will hate Joe Jackson.
44:12
SPEAKER_04: There were several, several, several whoopings of Michael Jackson when he was a kid.
44:18
SPEAKER_04: They went right into that.
44:21
SPEAKER_04: Excellent, excellent, excellent movie.
44:24
SPEAKER_04: After the movie, the people didn't even want to leave the theater.
44:29
SPEAKER_04: Movie was so damn good, people didn't even want to leave the theater.
44:34
SPEAKER_04: I got people texting me.
44:39
SPEAKER_04: I had people texting me saying this was the best movie they ever saw.
44:47
SPEAKER_04: I got messaged saying I've seen it for the third time, which is proof of how they tried to sabotage this movie.
45:01
SPEAKER_04: Excellent, excellent movie.
45:03
SPEAKER_04: People at the movie theater can't even, they're getting up dancing.
45:06
SPEAKER_04: I ain't never been to a movie where it was this interactive.
45:11
SPEAKER_04: People dancing on the on the floor, people clapping at the end, people just socializing after it's over.
45:18
SPEAKER_04: Like nobody even wanted to leave the movie theater.
45:22
SPEAKER_04: Anyone that tell me that this movie wasn't good got me fucked up.
45:32
SPEAKER_04: The people speak for themselves.
45:33
SPEAKER_04: I was at the movie theater, clapping at the end, dancing in between.
45:39
SPEAKER_04: Every time Michael Jackson did a dance routine, somebody in the damn crowd would get up and dance with him.
45:46
SPEAKER_04: Man, this this if you ain't seen this movie, take y'all behind somewhere and go check it out.
46:03
SPEAKER_04: It stopped before that era.
46:05
SPEAKER_04: And I believe, and they already said it's gonna be a part two.
46:36
SPEAKER_04: So who didn't go?
46:37
SPEAKER_04: Let's see.
46:38
SPEAKER_04: Uh Taperson said I didn't go yet.
46:39
SPEAKER_04: I'm going this week.
46:40
SPEAKER_04: I guess I'm going to bring my tissues.
46:42
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, definitely, definitely, definitely.
46:45
SPEAKER_04: Who all saw the movie?
46:56
SPEAKER_04: Who all saw the movie?
46:57
SPEAKER_04: Put it, put it in the comments.
47:02
SPEAKER_04: Tracy said Jafar did fabulously and held it strong.
47:07
SPEAKER_04: I was struggling to sit still, not sing and not dance, but I still feel Jackson's are still trying to pay their bills in Michael's name.
47:17
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, Michael.
47:18
SPEAKER_04: Oh shoot, I gotta put my plug in.
47:21
SPEAKER_04: Michael uh definitely carried his family, man.
47:27
SPEAKER_04: And when you look at how much Michael, he could have been went solo.
47:36
SPEAKER_04: He loved his family, man, because he could have gone solo way before he actually did.
47:44
SPEAKER_04: And even this is the thing.
47:46
SPEAKER_04: Thriller was the best-selling album of all time.
47:50
SPEAKER_04: He didn't even get to tour for it because he was torn with his brothers.
47:59
SPEAKER_04: He was torn with his brothers.
48:05
SPEAKER_04: And he didn't even get to tour for thriller.
48:25
SPEAKER_04: What was Michael what wish Michael was oh yeah, Michael would have loved to see this.
48:34
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, everybody everybody is saying giving them good reviews.

SPEAKER_04: Now excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent.
49:10
SPEAKER_04: Like I said, one of those movies that's gonna make you feel good.
49:17
SPEAKER_04: One of those movies that's gonna make you feel good after you see it.
49:22
SPEAKER_04: I ain't seen one of those in a while.
49:24
SPEAKER_04: We needed a good feel good movie to come out.
49:29
SPEAKER_02: What we got in the chat?
49:36
SPEAKER_02: Lee says if you can see it.
49:54
SPEAKER_04: The concert scenes are bumping just like when you go to a real concert.
49:58
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I saw it, man.
50:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, man.
50:16

50:55
SPEAKER_04: Look, Michael taking good care of his family.

SPEAKER_02: Mike taking good care of his family.
51:37
SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, thank you.
51:39
SPEAKER_04: I'm glad Elise brought this up too.
51:41
SPEAKER_04: She said, Flo, I'm the biggest MJ fan.
51:43
SPEAKER_04: I liked how they show how generous he was.
51:45
SPEAKER_04: Right.
51:46
SPEAKER_04: So Elise, let me tell you about this.
51:48
SPEAKER_04: Some of the younger viewers, you know, in their mid-30s and under, early 30s, 20s, they didn't even, they don't even know that Michael Jackson gave away, gave so much money away and did so many charitable, charitable things.
52:05
SPEAKER_04: See, all the old people who seen it talking about they nothing new to them, it ain't for y'all.
52:10
SPEAKER_04: Like I said, you'd be surprised how many people didn't even know Michael Jackson was a humanitarian and that he gave away a lot of money.
52:17
SPEAKER_04: They didn't even know that.
52:19
SPEAKER_04: So it was great that the movie showed that.
52:26
SPEAKER_02: It was great that the movie showed that.
52:45
SPEAKER_04: I thought everybody knew that, but then I realized after the fact when people were saying, like, I didn't realize Mike was so giving and did so much.
52:54
SPEAKER_04: Like, I'm like, that was like the main thing we all knew about Mike.
52:59
SPEAKER_04: We knew about how much money he gave away and how much of a humanitarian was.
53:04
SPEAKER_04: That was we knew about that just as much as we know about his dancing and singing.
53:08
SPEAKER_04: It was like he can sing, he can dance, and he a humanitarian that gives away a lot of money.
53:35
SPEAKER_02: That was a great I'm glad you brought that up, Elise.
53:49
SPEAKER_04: I'm glad you brought that up.
53:51
SPEAKER_04: Like I said, y'all will be surprised how many younger people didn't know.
54:41
SPEAKER_04: At least, yes, I hate how people these days label themselves philanthropists and have actually only helped their own mates.
54:47
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I like that, Desi.
54:49
SPEAKER_04: Desi said, uh, Desi said, uh, at least uh, yes, I hate how these people these days label themselves philanthropists and have actually only helped their own mates.
55:10
SPEAKER_02: It's crazy.
55:13
SPEAKER_04: It's crazy.
55:14
SPEAKER_04: That that is true.
55:15
SPEAKER_04: Like Michael Jackson showed you how to give up how to how to give up some money.

56:04
SPEAKER_04: Y'all are making me wish that we all could watch the movie together.
56:09
SPEAKER_04: You know what we got to do when the movie comes out on well, no, we can't even do that.
56:16
SPEAKER_04: They should have a way.
56:18
SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna have to look this up.
56:20
SPEAKER_04: But if it's a movie on stars or something like that, there should be a way that we should be able to watch the movie together.
56:26
SPEAKER_04: And I should be able to have like some type of app.
56:32
SPEAKER_04: Some type of app where I can set up and put it on stars or something, and we could all watch it or something.
56:39
SPEAKER_04: They gotta come up with that because I'm seeing so many people who enjoy Michael just like me.
56:45
SPEAKER_04: I would have liked to watch it with y'all.
56:52
SPEAKER_02: A zoom meeting.
56:56
SPEAKER_02: Well, we definitely they need to watch it together.
57:04
SPEAKER_02: Definitely.
57:18
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I gotta figure something out.
