- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, the Root, the Root, the Roots on fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most.
- 0:15Speaker 2: High chane pedal to the metal controversial show of your life.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is
- 0:22Speaker 2: not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne Alan Root, direct
- 0:26Speaker 2: from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What
- 0:29Speaker 2: time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 1: It's time war war.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 2: the warrior, Wayne Alan Roots, All right.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Right, The Root, the Root, the Roots not fire. Greatest
- 1:03Speaker 4: line of all time. My president with the greatest line
- 1:06Speaker 4: of all time. Sitting with the Prime Minister of Japan
- 1:11Speaker 4: and taking questions for the Japanese media, and the Japanese
- 1:15Speaker 4: reporter asked the dumbest question of all time, why didn't
- 1:19Speaker 4: you tell allies like our country Japan that you were
- 1:21Speaker 4: going to attack and bomb Iran? And President Trump says,
- 1:27Speaker 4: why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor before you
- 1:30Speaker 4: bomb Pearl Harbor? And then he looks at him and says,
- 1:34Speaker 4: don't you ever hear of surprise? You people know all
- 1:37Speaker 4: about surprise. You're the nation that knows the most about
- 1:40Speaker 4: surprise attacks in the world. Do you want to tell people.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You're attacking them before you attack them, so you have
- 1:45Speaker 4: no element of surprise. Uh, just the greatest line of
- 1:48Speaker 4: all time. Why didn't you tell us about Iran? Why
- 1:51Speaker 4: didn't you tell us about Pearl Harbor? That's a great one,
- 1:54Speaker 4: And of course liberal media will go nuts. They'll tell
- 1:56Speaker 4: you that's the most horrible thing anyone's ever said. It's
- 1:59Speaker 4: the root of thing. No, he is fantastic. He is
- 2:02Speaker 4: a breath of fresh air. I don't want to brag,
- 2:05Speaker 4: but he's me. That's exactly what I would have said.
- 2:08Speaker 4: What are you talking about? You tell us before you
- 2:10Speaker 4: bombed and killed three thousand of our sailors at Pearl Harbor.
- 2:13Speaker 4: It's exactly what I would have said to such a
- 2:16Speaker 4: stupid question. Why would I tell you that we're about
- 2:19Speaker 4: to bomb? Why would I let the secret out of
- 2:21Speaker 4: the the cat out of the hat?
- 2:23Speaker 1: You know, makes no sense? Why would you tell Congress when.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Ilhan Omar will immediately tell Iran we're coming to bomb you.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Rashida Tale will immediately tell Iran.
- 2:32Speaker 4: I'm not so sure that Chuck Schumer wouldn't immediately tell Iran.
- 2:38Speaker 4: The entire Democrat Party is a bunch of traders, they're
- 2:41Speaker 4: all probably could easily be arrested for seditious behavior, treason,
- 2:47Speaker 4: and spying on the United States, the whole Democrat party.
- 2:50Speaker 4: They're all on the take for the Mexican drug cartel
- 2:53Speaker 4: in China and probably Iran and some Muslim billionaires as well.
- 2:57Speaker 4: So why would you tell them before you're going to
- 2:59Speaker 4: sea attack Iran. As a matter of fact, we fake
- 3:02Speaker 4: them out. And remember who said that was a terrible thing.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Someone you go to jail for that. You're a war criminal,
- 3:07Speaker 4: Tucker Carlson. I don't want anybody to forget that. Tucker said,
- 3:11Speaker 4: that's a war crime. It's not a war crime. It's
- 3:14Speaker 4: a brilliant war strategy. Brilliant military strategy. Tucker Carlson, He's
- 3:21Speaker 4: a mother Trucker. You know, He's a mother Tucker. That's
- 3:24Speaker 4: what he is. There's the name mother Tucker. I just
- 3:27Speaker 4: wanted to make sure I didn't say the real word
- 3:29Speaker 4: on TV. Mother Tucker. That's what Tucker is. That's my
- 3:33Speaker 4: new nickname for him.
- 3:35Speaker 1: All right.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Top news stories that are breaking. First of all, breaking news.
- 3:40Speaker 4: James Comey, former FBI director, has been subpoened in the
- 3:44Speaker 4: Justice Department's.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Russia Gate investigation. It is happening.
- 3:49Speaker 4: I'm telling you people are going to go to jail
- 3:51Speaker 4: for stealing the election. And I've said this from day one.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Twenty twenty was stolen. Twenty sixteen. They tried to steal it.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Then they tried to destroy the entire Trump's first term
- 4:03Speaker 4: with Russia Gate.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Then they stole twenty twenty.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Then they tried to destroy any chance of Trump running
- 4:08Speaker 4: at twenty twenty four by persecuting him and prosecuting him.
- 4:12Speaker 4: It was all a con, it was all a scam.
- 4:15Speaker 4: It was all fraud. It was all Nazi like behavior.
- 4:19Speaker 4: And they've tried for ten years to destroy Donald Trump,
- 4:21Speaker 4: to spy on him, to lie about him, to frame him,
- 4:25Speaker 4: and to steal from him, and to steal the nation.
- 4:29Speaker 4: When you steal the government, you're stealing the nation. You
- 4:32Speaker 4: stole the nation from the taxpayers. And it isn't about
- 4:36Speaker 4: James Comy, as I said from day one, twist the arm.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It's about Obama.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Grab Comy and say life in prison, you mother trucker.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Life in prison, you traitorous piece of garbage, you seditious
- 4:50Speaker 4: insurrectionist thief. Life in Gitmo or one year in prison
- 4:56Speaker 4: in a country club prison. If you give up Obama
- 4:59Speaker 4: and Obama's toast. I'm telling you that's how you get Obama.
- 5:02Speaker 4: There's fifty of them who know that. Obama's the one
- 5:04Speaker 4: who gave the orders. Obama certainly knew about everything going on.
- 5:08Speaker 4: It was treason to spy on a presidential candidate and
- 5:12Speaker 4: give the information to his opponent, who's the Secretary of State,
- 5:15Speaker 4: who you want to be president of the United States.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Far worse than Watergate ever was so twist the arms.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Obama knew about it. No way the president to Knowboy,
- 5:23Speaker 4: I've written fifty articles about this over the last five years.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Five years since twenty sixteen, so ten years, excuse me,
- 5:32Speaker 4: ten years since Russia Gate happened and the spying happened.
- 5:36Speaker 4: And also I would throw in Biden stealing, extorting from
- 5:41Speaker 4: war leaders in Ukraine and China through his son Hunter.
- 5:44Speaker 4: All of that was under the auspices of Barack Obama.
- 5:48Speaker 1: He had to know. He's the Kappa Detuti.
- 5:51Speaker 4: You can't do it without the Godfather knowing, or he'll
- 5:53Speaker 4: kill you. Of course Obama knew it. Most likely he
- 5:57Speaker 4: ordered it. He was in on the plans. Obama's got
- 6:00Speaker 4: to go to jail. Obama's got to be indicted and prosecuted.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Where there is no country anymore, there is no rule
- 6:07Speaker 4: of law anymore, there is no justice anymore.
- 6:11Speaker 1: This was all Obama.
- 6:13Speaker 4: He's the dirtiest player in the history of politics. And
- 6:16Speaker 4: you know, you know what, I tie it to Caesar Chavez.
- 6:21Speaker 4: You know about the scandal, right, I haven't even bothered
- 6:23Speaker 4: to read it. I've just read the headlines. Saesar Chavez
- 6:25Speaker 4: was every liberal's favorite, you know, wasn't he the guy
- 6:28Speaker 4: who was in charge of all the fruit pickers and
- 6:30Speaker 4: the vegetable pickers, and the farm workers and all the
- 6:33Speaker 4: Latinos from Mexico that picked crops.
- 6:36Speaker 1: This guy was their union leader.
- 6:38Speaker 4: I believe Caesar Chavez, and they idolized him and they
- 6:41Speaker 4: loved him. Now it turns out he was like Epstein.
- 6:43Speaker 4: He was having sex with little kids. He was a
- 6:46Speaker 4: child abuser, a child sex abuser, a pedophile of some kind.
- 6:49Speaker 4: That's the way I'm reading it. And they've taken his
- 6:52Speaker 4: name off everything. Well, he's been dead for many years now,
- 6:54Speaker 4: they've taken his name off everything. Saesar Chavez was not
- 6:58Speaker 4: who you thought he was. Well, people really are. Epstein
- 7:02Speaker 4: wasn't the big shot you thought he was. He was
- 7:04Speaker 4: a piece of garbage. And Weinstein wasn't the person you
- 7:07Speaker 4: thought he was. He was the Hollywood movie producer, but
- 7:10Speaker 4: he was a horrible human being. I'm telling you Obama
- 7:13Speaker 4: is a horrible human being. Obama is not the person
- 7:16Speaker 4: you thought he was. We're gonna expose Obama, and the
- 7:19Speaker 4: whole world's gonna find out. Epstein Weinstein Saysar Chavez Obama.
- 7:25Speaker 4: That should be the title by next column. Epstein Weinstein
- 7:28Speaker 4: Saysar Chavez, Obama. You thought they were great and they
- 7:32Speaker 4: turned out to be pieces of subhuman garbage. That's Obama.
- 7:36Speaker 4: We're gonna get him. We're gonna get him. And here's
- 7:39Speaker 4: more along those lines. Did US intelligence agencies hide Chinese
- 7:44Speaker 4: interference in the twenty twenty election from Trump? Questions over
- 7:48Speaker 4: the integrity of the twenty twenty election continue to linger
- 7:51Speaker 4: after the revelation at Atalys, inside the US intelligence community
- 7:54Speaker 4: sought to conceal evidence of Chinese interference from then.
- 7:59Speaker 1: President Donald Trump.
- 8:02Speaker 4: So again, they knew there was interference by China, they
- 8:06Speaker 4: did not want to tell Trump. And then let me
- 8:09Speaker 4: tie that to one more hold on, I gotta find
- 8:11Speaker 4: it here. It is Trump vindicated again. Forbes Values mar
- 8:16Speaker 4: Lago at five hundred and sixty million dollars, exposing Letitia
- 8:21Speaker 4: James fake numbers.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Not only her, but wasn't that judge er go On
- 8:25Speaker 1: or something like that.
- 8:26Speaker 4: That judge here? It is judge Arthur. They don't put
- 8:29Speaker 4: his last name in here. Isn't that funny? I think
- 8:31Speaker 4: it was er Gowan was his name? What a terrible person,
- 8:34Speaker 4: Letitia James, What a terrible person. What frauds they are?
- 8:39Speaker 4: That is bizarre. The judge's name is not listed here.
- 8:43Speaker 4: I think it was Ergwan. They put judge Arthur and
- 8:46Speaker 4: there's no last name listed. Very strange, but it was
- 8:50Speaker 4: a crackpot Manhattan commie judge and a crackpot Letitia James.
- 8:55Speaker 1: And they went after Trump and the.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Most ridiculous assertion to try and convict him was that
- 9:00Speaker 4: he overvalued is mar a Lago property? And you know,
- 9:03Speaker 4: I've been there, I don't know twenty times, and I'm
- 9:06Speaker 4: telling you just the paintings on the wall are worth
- 9:09Speaker 4: more than twenty million dollars, not even close. The paintings
- 9:11Speaker 4: on the wall might be worth a hundred million, or
- 9:13Speaker 4: two hundred million or three hundred million. And they made
- 9:15Speaker 4: it like mar a Lago isn't worth more than eighteen
- 9:18Speaker 4: million dollars. The paintings on the wall are worth more
- 9:22Speaker 4: than the amount they used. They are so stupid or
- 9:25Speaker 4: such liars, such frauds that people who are communists who
- 9:30Speaker 4: know nothing about business, and they hate capitalism and know
- 9:33Speaker 4: nothing about capitalism, They know nothing about value of.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Real estate or stocks.
- 9:38Speaker 4: They tried to say that Trump, you know, borrowed against
- 9:42Speaker 4: Mara a Lago's value, and he never had a right
- 9:45Speaker 4: to borrow against something worth five hundred million because it
- 9:47Speaker 4: was only worth eighteen million. So Trump's a fraud. No,
- 9:50Speaker 4: it turns out you're the frauds. You're the frauds again,
- 9:54Speaker 4: all part of this ten year conspiracy to destroy President Trump.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Again.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Remind me, Matar, the title will be Epstein, Weinstein, Sayesar,
- 10:03Speaker 4: Chavez and Obama they were not who you thought they were.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Obama's a criminal, a criminal.
- 10:11Speaker 4: And as far as the morons who still think we
- 10:14Speaker 4: shouldn't be in Iran, Benjamin and Yahoo declares Iran's nuclear
- 10:19Speaker 4: program and missile production.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Destroyed, destroyed. It's gone.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Nuclear program now gone, missile production now gone. The United
- 10:27Speaker 4: States and Israel together have done a great job waging
- 10:30Speaker 4: this war. Prosecuting this war a historic job, a phenomenal job,
- 10:35Speaker 4: a best in the world's history job of taking a
- 10:38Speaker 4: part Iran bomb by bomb, missile silo by missile silo,
- 10:43Speaker 4: nuclear launch pad by nuclear launchpad. It just goes beyond
- 10:49Speaker 4: any common sense to think that we're not winning in Iran.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Remember all the people who try and convince you that
- 10:56Speaker 4: the United States spends too much on defense, national defensenational security.
- 11:01Speaker 1: What do they always say?
- 11:02Speaker 4: They say, we spend more than the other ten biggest
- 11:05Speaker 4: spender countries in the world combined on national defense. We
- 11:10Speaker 4: spend like ten times more than China and ten times
- 11:13Speaker 4: more than Russia.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So do you really believe if we.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Spend that much on national defense in military, do you
- 11:18Speaker 4: believe that we're gonna lose to Iran?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Is that what you believe?
- 11:20Speaker 5: Because the headlines are all lies and fraud, trying to
- 11:23Speaker 5: scare you.
- 11:24Speaker 4: I call them fear porn. There's nothing horrible happening. We're
- 11:27Speaker 4: not on the way to World War three, and no
- 11:29Speaker 4: one's going to New co America, and the Iran doesn't
- 11:32Speaker 4: have any nukes left to kill us with. We've won
- 11:35Speaker 4: this war. It's a mop up operation. From this point
- 11:37Speaker 4: for it, and it's worrying about terrorist attacks and.
- 11:40Speaker 1: The strait up.
- 11:40Speaker 4: We're moves those There are two things we've got to
- 11:42Speaker 4: worry about. But we've won the war. Great military execution.
- 11:46Speaker 1: We'll be right back.

- 15:12Speaker 4: A damning study of over a million kids finds myercarditis.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Only in the vaccinated. Of course, there's not a kid.
- 15:20Speaker 4: In America who gets mild carditis without being vaccinated with
- 15:24Speaker 4: the COVID vaccine.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Are you kidding me?
- 15:28Speaker 4: Pericarditis and myocriditis appeared to be problems visited solely upon
- 15:32Speaker 4: vaccinated kids, and I assume it's almost ninety nine percent
- 15:35Speaker 4: because the COVID vaccine, but really all vaccines are troublemakers.
- 15:39Speaker 4: These these kids would never have these problems without vaccines.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Never Biden administration officials and so called experts characterized COVID
- 15:50Speaker 4: nineteen vaccines as safe and effective during the pandemic. In
- 15:55Speaker 4: the face of an avalanche of tragic evidence. To the contrary,
- 15:59Speaker 4: the powers that Be waged costly and unsuccessful propaganda and
- 16:03Speaker 4: censorship campaigns to cure America's skepticism. Don't forget not only
- 16:09Speaker 4: propaganda that the vaccine is safe and effective and everyone
- 16:13Speaker 4: is against it, like me is a kook, but also propaganda.
- 16:16Speaker 4: Anyone who says that I've vermecked in is a great
- 16:19Speaker 4: remedy for COVID is a moron. It's horse paced, it's
- 16:24Speaker 4: for horses and pigs and cows.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Lie, lie, Lie, it's human.
- 16:29Speaker 4: I've remeced in and every study shows it kills COVID
- 16:33Speaker 4: almost on contact.
- 16:36Speaker 1: And the best example.
- 16:37Speaker 4: I have hundreds of examples that I could prove to anybody,
- 16:40Speaker 4: but the single best example is a state in India,
- 16:45Speaker 4: and it's a state with two hundred million people, so
- 16:48Speaker 4: one state in India has almost as many people as the
- 16:50Speaker 4: whole United States of America two hundred plus million people
- 16:53Speaker 4: might be two hundred and fifty million people. And they
- 16:56Speaker 4: had terrible COVID and they handed out The government of
- 16:59Speaker 4: India never gave the vaccine. They gave to every person
- 17:02Speaker 4: in the entire state, ivermectin, vitamin C, vitamin D and
- 17:07Speaker 4: zinc and it knocked out COVID in a week and
- 17:11Speaker 4: there were no deaths.
- 17:12Speaker 1: That was the end of it. COVID died. That's all
- 17:15Speaker 1: you ever needed. Covid.
- 17:16Speaker 4: Ivermectin costs pennies, Vitamin C cost pennies, Vitamin D three
- 17:21Speaker 4: cost pennies, Zinc cost pennies. You never needed to spend,
- 17:25Speaker 4: probably collectively trillions of dollars on all the lies of fraud, propaganda,
- 17:33Speaker 4: the vaccine, the mass the lockdowns, all lies.
- 17:36Speaker 1: None of it ever needed.
- 17:38Speaker 4: But if they had ever admitted, if they had ever
- 17:42Speaker 4: admitted that that COVID could be destroyed instantly by hydroxychloroquine
- 17:52Speaker 4: or ivermectin, they could not have gotten emergency use authorization
- 17:56Speaker 4: for the COVID vaccine, which made them literally trillions of dollars. Certainly,
- 18:00Speaker 4: if I'm exaggerating hundreds of billions. It made billionaires out
- 18:05Speaker 4: of all the top executives and all the big farmer
- 18:08Speaker 4: companies that made the vaccine. It made millionaires out of
- 18:11Speaker 4: their secretaries. You know, this is like the original Microsoft,
- 18:14Speaker 4: you know, Gates and all those top executives became billionaires
- 18:17Speaker 4: and the secretaries became millionaires. Well that's what happened at
- 18:21Speaker 4: big farm secretaries became millionaires.
- 18:23Speaker 1: You don't think some of the people who.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Became millionaires and one hundred millionaires and maybe ten, twenty, thirty,
- 18:29Speaker 4: forty fifty millionaires, right, you know you're worth thirty million
- 18:32Speaker 4: dollars overnight. That's not so bad either, right, Could you
- 18:35Speaker 4: live the rest of your life with thirty million? I'm
- 18:37Speaker 4: telling you. That was the wives, the spouses, the cousins,
- 18:43Speaker 4: the uncles, the aunts, the parents, the children of senators
- 18:47Speaker 4: and congressmen and governors, who all.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Said, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's safe, it's effective.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Go use it. It was one big giant scam. Everyone got rich,
- 18:56Speaker 4: and the kids died or the kids are sick.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Kids will never be the same.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Your kid's never going to play sports again because they
- 19:02Speaker 4: could drop dead if they've got myocarditis. All right, here's
- 19:08Speaker 4: a new one. Migrant welfare rankings. Guess which groups cost
- 19:11Speaker 4: you the most. A new report released by the Center
- 19:13Speaker 4: for Immigration Studies shed's light on the scope of American
- 19:17Speaker 4: welfare benefits. They studied non citizen households, both permanent legal
- 19:21Speaker 4: residents and illegal immigrants versus American taxpayers. Study released March eighteenth,
- 19:27Speaker 4: twenty twenty six.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Is that today.
- 19:28Speaker 4: I assume that's today. Today must be to the eighteenth.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Today's the nineteenth. Al right, so was released yesterday. Let's
- 19:35Speaker 4: see today's nineteenth. So it was released yesterday. Although most
- 19:41Speaker 4: legal although most new legal immigrants and illegal immigrants are
- 19:45Speaker 4: barred from assessing most means tested programs, these restrictions have
- 19:49Speaker 4: not prevented a large share of non citizen households from
- 19:53Speaker 4: assessing the welfare system.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Forty seven percent of households headed.
- 19:57Speaker 4: By a non citizen, both permanent legal residents and illegal immigrants,
- 20:01Speaker 4: utilize at least one government funded welfare program. The number
- 20:05Speaker 4: jumps to fifty four percent when including refundable tax credits.
- 20:08Speaker 4: I talked about this for years, maybe for decades. Earned
- 20:11Speaker 4: income tax credit. It's a total scam.
- 20:13Speaker 1: It's another welfare program.
- 20:15Speaker 4: Forty seven percent of households headed by a non citizen
- 20:18Speaker 4: utilize at least one government funded welfare program. Number jumps
- 20:21Speaker 4: to fifty four yet earning income tax credits. For Native
- 20:24Speaker 4: born Americans, it's twenty eight percent and thirty one percent.
- 20:27Speaker 4: So when they tell you they're not they're not on welfare.
- 20:30Speaker 4: They're on welfare at a much higher level than American citizens.
- 20:33Speaker 4: Illegals come here and steal your money.
- 20:37Speaker 1: I'll be right back.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Great gas coming up, Oh, superstar, guess coming up?

- 22:02Speaker 4: on Fire, Welcome back war Zone Live. I want to
- 22:05Speaker 4: remind everyone real quick. Then we'll get to a great
- 22:07Speaker 4: guest today. I've been telling you that story for a
- 22:10Speaker 4: couple of days now about the Vegas Sheriff Kevin mcmahill,
- 22:13Speaker 4: who is like a hero of mine, who did such
- 22:16Speaker 4: a wonderful job facing off with this judge and he
- 22:20Speaker 4: is the winner of this battle to keep Las Vegas
- 22:23Speaker 4: safe from really bad felons. We got him here with
- 22:25Speaker 4: us right now. But I want to mention real quick
- 22:28Speaker 4: that my big show is this weekend. It's America's Top
- 22:31Speaker 4: ten Countdown in Real America's Voice TV, and it's going
- 22:34Speaker 4: to be at noon eastern nine am Pacific, noon eastern
- 22:37Speaker 4: nine am Pacific.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I'm mentioning that.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Because we changed the time and went back to the
- 22:41Speaker 4: original time. You called us, you emailed us, you texted me,
- 22:46Speaker 4: you told me the audience. You loved the original time
- 22:49Speaker 4: back to back with Steve Bannon's war Room on Saturday mornings.
- 22:52Speaker 4: They had moved me from nine to ten West Coast time,
- 22:55Speaker 4: and you.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Didn't like that time.
- 22:57Speaker 4: And I told the owner of Real America's Voice, and
- 22:59Speaker 4: I told the ownership and management, and they made the
- 23:03Speaker 4: change back. So it's only two weeks lost and we're
- 23:06Speaker 4: back to our original time. It's Bannon, then, Wayne Ruth
- 23:09Speaker 4: and James O'Keeffe show. So we are at noon eastern
- 23:12Speaker 4: nine am Pacific on Saturday. And guess who my guests
- 23:15Speaker 4: will be the same guest I've got here right now.
- 23:18Speaker 4: Sheriff Kevin mcmayhill, Sheriff of Las Vegas Metro Police Department.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Kind of a sheriff is another word for police chief
- 23:24Speaker 4: in Las Vegas. He's in charge of the whole Metro
- 23:27Speaker 4: Police Department. Let's put him up on the screen. Sheriff
- 23:29Speaker 4: Kevin mcmayhill, Welcome to show.
- 23:31Speaker 1: How are you Hi, how are you?
- 23:34Speaker 6: Thanks for having me?
- 23:35Speaker 1: Good? We have you on screen? We only have you
- 23:36Speaker 1: on phone. Where do we have you?
- 23:39Speaker 6: I'm on the zoom.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Well, I don't have it up there.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Boys, Come on, David, where's the picture? There's no picture
- 23:45Speaker 4: on the screen. He sees me, but I don't see him.
- 23:47Speaker 1: There we go. Now, I got you all right? Good,
- 23:50Speaker 1: great to see it, keV.
- 23:52Speaker 6: All right.
- 23:53Speaker 4: So you saw my column today at Gateway pun and
- 23:56Speaker 4: I've had nine million readers in the last three years
- 24:00Speaker 4: Gateway Pundit. I'm the big columnists there and it's always
- 24:03Speaker 4: at the top of the page.
- 24:04Speaker 1: It's generally the number one story of the day.
- 24:06Speaker 4: And I wanted to let the whole world know that
- 24:08Speaker 4: I think you're a hero man. You are a great
- 24:11Speaker 4: example of why Las Vegas is not going to be
- 24:14Speaker 4: Los Angeles, because we're gonna have a law and order
- 24:17Speaker 4: with you in charge. So I want to start by
- 24:19Speaker 4: saying thank you. You are greatly appreciated.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Kevin.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Well, thanks, Wayne. I don't see myself as a hero.
- 24:26Speaker 7: I'm just trying to keep this community safe. That's really
- 24:28Speaker 7: what we set out to do every day. But thanks
- 24:31Speaker 7: for the kind words.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Well, things are so bad. The rest of the country
- 24:33Speaker 4: that if you keep us safe, you're a hero.
- 24:36Speaker 1: So here's the deal.
- 24:38Speaker 4: So Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Eric Goodman, and I
- 24:41Speaker 4: don't know if people in the rest of the United States,
- 24:43Speaker 4: because this is a national show, realize. Goodman is the
- 24:45Speaker 4: son of Oscar and Carolyn Goodman, the former mayors of
- 24:49Speaker 4: Las Vegas, each of them three terms. So between the
- 24:51Speaker 4: two of them, twenty four years as mayors of Vegas.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Very moderate, very nice, both registered Democrats, but very pro business.
- 24:59Speaker 4: And I was fans them and friends with them. I
- 25:01Speaker 4: like Oscar, I like Carolyn. I don't know what happened
- 25:04Speaker 4: to their son. But Eric Goodman somewhere along the line
- 25:07Speaker 4: became a real liberal, bleeding heart judge and ordered the
- 25:10Speaker 4: release of Joshua Sanchez Lopez thirty five time offender. Yes,
- 25:14Speaker 4: I said that correctly, thirty five time offender including manslaughter
- 25:19Speaker 4: and drug charges. But you did not comply with the
- 25:22Speaker 4: judges orders to release him on an ankle bracelet monitoring
- 25:25Speaker 4: system because he'd done that before.
- 25:27Speaker 1: And the guys.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Committed all kinds of offenses well out and about and
- 25:32Speaker 4: never showed up at court and didn't care about his
- 25:34Speaker 4: ankle bracelet.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Made fun of it on video. So you said no
- 25:37Speaker 1: to the judge.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I don't know if any cop in America has ever
- 25:40Speaker 4: said no to a judge. You said no, and it
- 25:43Speaker 4: started this battle, this very public battle, and it appears
- 25:46Speaker 4: as of today you've won that battle.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Correct.
- 25:49Speaker 7: Well, I think we're still going to be going to
- 25:51Speaker 7: the Supreme Court over this issue, but for right now, yes,
- 25:54Speaker 7: the judge backed out of his order this morning and
- 25:57Speaker 7: holding Metro and myself in contempt of Look, the bottom
- 26:01Speaker 7: line is, this guy's been arrested thirty five times.
- 26:03Speaker 6: That's not amount.
- 26:05Speaker 7: Of charges he's had. And he's been arrested thirty five times.
- 26:08Speaker 6: That's a habit.
- 26:10Speaker 7: That's not just some poor, unwinning guy that's getting going
- 26:13Speaker 7: out there and making a mistake. This guy's intentionally he's
- 26:17Speaker 7: a felon every day, right, So he goes out there,
- 26:19Speaker 7: he's waving guns, running from the cops, dealing drugs. The
- 26:24Speaker 7: latest charges. I don't know if you're aware of all
- 26:25Speaker 7: the newest charges. We just went and put him back
- 26:28Speaker 7: in jail again. But this is a bad guy and
- 26:31Speaker 7: he didn't deserve to be walking out in our community.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Last I saw you hit him with a new twenty
- 26:36Speaker 4: seven charges for new crimes.
- 26:39Speaker 1: So tell us what happened with that.
- 26:40Speaker 4: In other words, the judge did let him out for
- 26:43Speaker 4: a day and you guys grabbed him for a new offense.
- 26:45Speaker 1: What happened exactly?
- 26:47Speaker 7: So, you know, I run the medium and high level
- 26:49Speaker 7: monitoring house arrests programs or electronic monitoring. So the judge
- 26:54Speaker 7: decided to take him and put him out on a
- 26:56Speaker 7: very low level, basically unmonitored system.
- 27:00Speaker 6: And so once we found that.
- 27:01Speaker 7: Out, it was no surprise to me, no shock to
- 27:03Speaker 7: me that we were going to be running across him
- 27:05Speaker 7: very quickly. We received the nine to one one call
- 27:08Speaker 7: of a gentleman that was breaking into a gentleman I
- 27:11Speaker 7: use that loosely, of course, but breaking into mailboxes with
- 27:15Speaker 7: a shaved key, stealing mail. So we go over there,
- 27:19Speaker 7: we get him into custody, we go back, serve warrants
- 27:23Speaker 7: on his apartments. You know, he's got stolen credit cards, everybody,
- 27:27Speaker 7: stolen mail in there, just a typical you know thief
- 27:31Speaker 7: that's out there. He's got metamphetamine, he's got everything you
- 27:34Speaker 7: need for a fraud lab to defraud. You know, literally
- 27:37Speaker 7: hundreds of people that he's come across, so you know,
- 27:40Speaker 7: all all these individuals try to say these are victimless crimes,
- 27:43Speaker 7: But what if you're waiting for your tax return, what
- 27:46Speaker 7: if you're waiting on your credit card when.
- 27:47Speaker 6: You I didn't get stolen. This is not good stuff Americans.
- 27:52Speaker 4: How a so security check that an elderly person needs,
- 27:55Speaker 4: he could have stolen that check out of the mailbox, right.
- 27:57Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I mean these are real people that he's impacting.
- 28:00Speaker 7: And so of course then we go over got over
- 28:03Speaker 7: fourteen grams of meta amphetamine with the person that we arrested,
- 28:07Speaker 7: with eight children that are being subjected to you know,
- 28:11Speaker 7: dope dealing and all the things that are there, so
- 28:13Speaker 7: child abuses and other charge. So he's back in our
- 28:15Speaker 7: criminal justice system. Thankfully. The new judge held him this
- 28:19Speaker 7: morning yet his initial appearance, and she said too dangerous
- 28:23Speaker 7: to get it out back out into our streets, and
- 28:25Speaker 7: so she held him without bail. And so I believe
- 28:27Speaker 7: he's scheduled for April twentieth, I believe for the next court.
- 28:31Speaker 6: Hearing, So he'll be held at least until then.
- 28:33Speaker 7: And hopefully we'll send him off to prison for the
- 28:36Speaker 7: needed rehabilitation.
- 28:38Speaker 4: Yeah, we're talking to Sheriff Kevin mcmahill of metro here
- 28:41Speaker 4: in Las Vegas. Who's been the center of a national story.
- 28:44Speaker 4: And I think it's not me, Kevin. I think the
- 28:46Speaker 4: whole world thinks you're a hero.
- 28:47Speaker 1: By the way. They all love that you stood up
- 28:49Speaker 1: to that.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Judge and said, no, I am not going to let
- 28:53Speaker 4: him out on an ankle monitor because you said so
- 28:56Speaker 4: when this guy's gonna hurt people, and sure enough, aren't
- 28:59Speaker 4: we able to say you were right?
- 29:00Speaker 1: They let him out.
- 29:01Speaker 4: And what happens he recommits all kinds of offenses. Kind
- 29:05Speaker 4: of makes you look good. Huh, makes you look right.
- 29:08Speaker 4: We don't want someone to recommit offenses, but it proves
- 29:11Speaker 4: you were right in the first place. He never should
- 29:14Speaker 4: be out.
- 29:17Speaker 2: Look.
- 29:17Speaker 7: I mean it goes without saying, but you know, I
- 29:19Speaker 7: also have to just give the credit to the men
- 29:21Speaker 7: and women to Las Vegas Metropault and police department.
- 29:23Speaker 6: They went out.
- 29:24Speaker 7: They did what we always ask him to do. They
- 29:26Speaker 7: show up like they do every single day. They got
- 29:28Speaker 7: this guy out there committing a bunch of offenses and
- 29:30Speaker 7: he's right back where he belongs.
- 29:33Speaker 4: And you know, correct me if I'm wrong. Let me
- 29:35Speaker 4: tell you my You know, I'm not law enforcement. My
- 29:37Speaker 4: life is not spent in crime, and yet I have
- 29:39Speaker 4: a theory. You know, it seems like to me, like
- 29:42Speaker 4: five percent or so of the criminals commit like ninety
- 29:45Speaker 4: five percent of the crimes. So if you just threw
- 29:47Speaker 4: away the key, what do we used to have three
- 29:50Speaker 4: strikes and you're out if you commit three serious crimes.
- 29:53Speaker 4: I'm not saying if you steal bread and you're starving,
- 29:56Speaker 4: but if you commit three serious crimes and we used
- 29:59Speaker 4: to put in jail for life, you know, with the
- 30:02Speaker 4: last strike, and we don't do that anymore. If you
- 30:04Speaker 4: did that, wouldn't it seem like crime would drop dramatically
- 30:07Speaker 4: because it seems like it's the same people like this
- 30:10Speaker 4: guy again and again and again.
- 30:14Speaker 7: You know, Wayne, as you well know, in the three
- 30:16Speaker 7: years I've been to sheriff, we've dropped our crime statistics dramatically.
- 30:20Speaker 6: Homicide, thank myself, as almost forty percent.
- 30:23Speaker 7: But if you were to go in and look at
- 30:25Speaker 7: the number of people that are out there on the street,
- 30:27Speaker 7: it goes for oster involved shootings as well. Everybody wants
- 30:30Speaker 7: us to reduce oscer involve shootings, Well guess what, every
- 30:33Speaker 7: guy we ever end up shooting has a criminal history
- 30:35Speaker 7: a mile and a half long, same thing with these
- 30:37Speaker 7: suspects that are out there shooting people and killing people.
- 30:40Speaker 7: If we would actually just have them serve the sentences
- 30:43Speaker 7: for the crimes that they committed in the first place,
- 30:45Speaker 7: crime across all American cities would drop significantly, There's no
- 30:49Speaker 7: doubt about it.
- 30:50Speaker 1: What you be the role of sheriffs moving forward here?
- 30:53Speaker 4: I mean, are you serving as an example of what
- 30:56Speaker 4: could be done and what should be done by many
- 30:58Speaker 4: sheriffs in this country. Just because the judge says, let
- 31:01Speaker 4: a guy out who's accused of murder, manslaughter, or drug charges,
- 31:05Speaker 4: serious crimes, that doesn't mean you have to let him out.
- 31:09Speaker 4: Why not other sheriffs and other police chiefs stand up
- 31:13Speaker 4: to these judges and say, no, he's a danger to
- 31:15Speaker 4: the public.
- 31:16Speaker 1: I won't let him out. Do you think this is
- 31:17Speaker 1: something that could start a trend? I hope.
- 31:21Speaker 5: So.
- 31:21Speaker 7: I'm hearing from lots of sheriffs around the country right
- 31:23Speaker 7: now that asking what we did and how we did it.
- 31:26Speaker 7: I will tell you One of the ways is that
- 31:28Speaker 7: about a revised statute, orn about a law actually provides
- 31:32Speaker 7: for me to run my jail. Right It's my job
- 31:35Speaker 7: to run the electronic monitoring program and so while I
- 31:39Speaker 7: can't supersede it in judges order, what I can do
- 31:42Speaker 7: is let him know that I cannot effectively monitor one
- 31:44Speaker 7: of these people that they're going to let out when
- 31:46Speaker 7: I know that they're going to continue to commit crimes. Wayne,
- 31:48Speaker 7: I just want to tell you, by the way, this
- 31:50Speaker 7: is the fifteenth individual I've done this to.
- 31:53Speaker 6: Eleven of them. They agreed with the decisions that.
- 31:55Speaker 7: We were making on this, and we go to let
- 31:58Speaker 7: a really bad guy out of jail, and then for
- 32:00Speaker 7: some reason, they just decided that we were going to
- 32:03Speaker 7: figure out how we were going to test this process,
- 32:05Speaker 7: and so we're going to continue to do this to
- 32:07Speaker 7: keep our community safe as we move forward.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:10Speaker 4: I mentioned in the article, Kevin that we have plenty
- 32:13Speaker 4: of crime in Las Vegas. We're a big city and
- 32:15Speaker 4: there's lots of criminals and lots of low lives around,
- 32:17Speaker 4: But we are so much better than most big cities,
- 32:20Speaker 4: and so much better than La and San Francisco in California,
- 32:24Speaker 4: where they you know, you rob someone's house and they
- 32:27Speaker 4: don't make it into a felony. You rob in a
- 32:29Speaker 4: store and they don't make it into a felony. When
- 32:31Speaker 4: you walk out with thousands of dollars stuff. It seems
- 32:34Speaker 4: like in Las Vegas we treat criminals harsher and that's
- 32:37Speaker 4: probably why with a great sheriff like you, it's a
- 32:40Speaker 4: lot safer city than in La or San Francisco.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Don't you feel that way.
- 32:45Speaker 6: That's a good question.
- 32:46Speaker 7: I think that I have a police department full of
- 32:48Speaker 7: exceptional detectives and police officers that are out there taking
- 32:51Speaker 7: it to the bad guys every day, and they believe
- 32:53Speaker 7: in our mission and what we're doing, and I think
- 32:55Speaker 7: that makes a huge difference in the fight against crime.
- 32:58Speaker 4: I'm very proud I live in Vegas, and I'm very
- 33:00Speaker 4: proud that I've used my sheriff and to have all
- 33:02Speaker 4: those guys and gals and Metro do a great job
- 33:05Speaker 4: every day. Tell them why he loves him and appreciates him,
- 33:08Speaker 4: and we appreciate you.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Kevin.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Thanks for this wonderful story. It's finally a good law
- 33:12Speaker 4: and order story that America has been waiting for.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Thank you, keV.
- 33:16Speaker 6: Thanks Wayne, appreciate it.

- 37:00Speaker 1: All right, Wayne al Rudeope enjoyed that interview.
- 37:02Speaker 4: I understand we had some technical difficulty at the very
- 37:04Speaker 4: top of it with some of the audio, but then
- 37:07Speaker 4: we got our acts straight and important interview because I
- 37:11Speaker 4: think that is a really an exhibit a for how cops, sheriffs,
- 37:16Speaker 4: police chiefs across America should start to think. Now, right,
- 37:20Speaker 4: they're more important than judges. Screw the judges. Judges don't
- 37:23Speaker 4: know anything. Liberal judges are morons. Liberal judges are traders.
- 37:27Speaker 4: Liberal judges need to be what's the right word overrun, overthrown, yeah, reshuffled,
- 37:36Speaker 4: whatever the word is.
- 37:38Speaker 1: They need to be taught a little lesson that they
- 37:41Speaker 1: know nothing. Who made them the king of the world.
- 37:43Speaker 4: Because they got a black robe what's the big deal
- 37:46Speaker 4: about a black robe. I could buy one at a
- 37:48Speaker 4: Halloween store.
- 37:49Speaker 1: What a joke.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Let me mention the sponsor of this segment show. Then
- 37:53Speaker 4: we'll get some more really important stories. My biggest story actually,
- 37:57Speaker 4: somehow in my shuffling I lost it.
- 37:59Speaker 1: It didn't go to the top of the top of
- 38:01Speaker 1: the pile.
- 38:01Speaker 4: But I really think the biggest story is about Sarah Sanders,
- 38:05Speaker 4: the governor of Arkansas. I'll get to that in one second.
- 38:07Speaker 4: Let me mention Bond Arms. The beautiful guns of Bond Arms.
- 38:11Speaker 4: They really are beautiful, gorgeous, gorgeous guns. There's my black version,
- 38:16Speaker 4: here's my silver version, America two fifty, America two fifty.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Put it up on the screen, please, which makes it
- 38:25Speaker 4: a lot easier for people to see. There you go, beautiful.
- 38:29Speaker 4: There's the artistic artwork on the on the side of
- 38:32Speaker 4: the gun. It really is a work of art. It's
- 38:34Speaker 4: a it's a piece of artwork for America. It's the
- 38:37Speaker 4: America two fifty to you know, to really have a
- 38:42Speaker 4: gun worthy of President Trump's two hundred fiftieth anniversary celebration.
- 38:45Speaker 1: It's the only gun out there like that, and it's
- 38:47Speaker 1: a hand cannon.
- 38:48Speaker 4: It's not a gun. Look at the Look at the
- 38:50Speaker 4: size of the bullet. It takes shotgun bullets. So you
- 38:53Speaker 4: have a small handgun, the smallest handgun possible, the smallest,
- 38:57Speaker 4: most powerful personal protection.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Handgun you can carry.
- 39:00Speaker 4: American, made in Texas, precision crafted, built like a tack
- 39:05Speaker 4: tank and performs like a hand cannon, Designed to honor
- 39:09Speaker 4: America's past, and built to be passed down to generations.
- 39:13Speaker 4: And you get a special price for being a fan
- 39:15Speaker 4: of Wayne root Get bondarms dot com.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Secure your America two fifty. Get bondarms dot Com. Supplies
- 39:21Speaker 1: are limited.
- 39:22Speaker 4: Go now to get bondarms dot Com. Tell them Wayne
- 39:25Speaker 4: Rood sent you and get a very special price. No
- 39:28Speaker 4: one else can get. Get bondarms dot Com. All right,
- 39:32Speaker 4: So this to me is such a huge story.
- 39:35Speaker 1: I know the Iran wars going on, and I know.
- 39:38Speaker 4: That there's you know, people are screaming about Israel and Epstein,
- 39:41Speaker 4: and the stock market is in crisis and oil markets
- 39:45Speaker 4: are in crisis, and you know, everybody's upset about something.
- 39:50Speaker 1: But I think this is more important.
- 39:52Speaker 4: First of all, I'm a domestic guy, right, even though
- 39:54Speaker 4: we needed the Iran war, there was no choice. I'm
- 39:56Speaker 4: telling you that country needed to have its governmental limit
- 40:00Speaker 4: so that we can never be extorted. They can never
- 40:03Speaker 4: say to us, do a Y and zero, Well, nuke
- 40:05Speaker 4: your country or nuke Israel.
- 40:07Speaker 1: That is not gonna happen ever again.
- 40:09Speaker 4: But in the end, I'm America first, and what goes
- 40:11Speaker 4: on at home is more important. And as little as
- 40:14Speaker 4: this seems as unimportant, it's the most important story. Sarah
- 40:18Speaker 4: Xanders is the governor of Arkansas, Republican conservative, Maga, actually
- 40:23Speaker 4: quite moderate.
- 40:24Speaker 1: She's kind of Maga left right.
- 40:27Speaker 4: She's moderate. She's not quite right like I am, but
- 40:30Speaker 4: she's Maga. She's a Trump supporter. She was Trump's spokesman
- 40:33Speaker 4: White House spokesman for in his first term. She's now
- 40:36Speaker 4: the governor of Arkansas. She was flipped off. They gave
- 40:39Speaker 4: her the finger and kicked out of a restaurant because.
- 40:42Speaker 1: The employees were uncomfortable.
- 40:44Speaker 4: Not in New York City, which would be insane, not
- 40:46Speaker 4: in LA or Washington, d C. Which should be insane enough,
- 40:49Speaker 4: but in Arkansas, in Little Rock, Arkansas. The governor walks
- 40:53Speaker 4: in to eat a meal and have a business meeting,
- 40:58Speaker 4: and they say the employees are on comfortable. They're all
- 41:01Speaker 4: gay employees. I guess that's what I got from reading
- 41:03Speaker 4: this story. There are a bunch of liberal, wacko gay
- 41:06Speaker 4: employees and they're uncomfortable with her because of what she
- 41:10Speaker 4: believes in and what she stands for to be sitting
- 41:13Speaker 4: in their restaurant and they ask her to leave.
- 41:15Speaker 1: I mean, this is the most incredible story. Why is
- 41:17Speaker 1: it so important?
- 41:17Speaker 4: Way if you could ask a governor gask demand because
- 41:22Speaker 4: if the governor doesn't apply, you know what they're gonna do.
- 41:23Speaker 4: They're gonna spit in your food, right or they're gonna
- 41:26Speaker 4: they're gonna punch you in the face. If you can
- 41:29Speaker 4: literally ask a governor of your state to leave a
- 41:33Speaker 4: restaurant because of her politics, then America's lost. Then there's
- 41:37Speaker 4: gonna be a civil war. Then we're gonna be killing.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Each other in the streets. Pretty obvious to me.
- 41:44Speaker 4: Republican Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders is speaking out over an
- 41:47Speaker 4: incidant in a restaurant in her home state, where she
- 41:49Speaker 4: says she was treated rudely and asked to lead by staff.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Well.
- 41:53Speaker 4: Having lunch last week, I was having lunch with two
- 41:55Speaker 4: other moms at a restaurant when the owner approached a
- 41:58Speaker 4: member of the State Police Protective Detail and said my
- 42:02Speaker 4: presence made their employees feel threatened and.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Told us to leave.
- 42:06Speaker 4: This is the Cross Sentery Restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas.
- 42:10Speaker 4: By the way, everyone should do their best now to
- 42:12Speaker 4: call them and put him out of business. This restaurant
- 42:14Speaker 4: should be put out of business. This restaurant is a
- 42:16Speaker 4: piece of garbage because the owner went along with the
- 42:19Speaker 4: demands of the employees. The owner couse have told the
- 42:21Speaker 4: employees to go to hell. That's the governor of our state.
- 42:24Speaker 4: And instead the owner.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Was probably scared they don't walk out and he'd have
- 42:27Speaker 1: no employees in no business for a week.
- 42:29Speaker 4: So he took the side of money. But it wasn't
- 42:32Speaker 4: the side of money because of every conservative in Arkansas. Now,
- 42:35Speaker 4: Boycott's the how do you pronounce this thing? The crotussy
- 42:39Speaker 4: across santeri as in crossants, the Cross Sentry restaurant in
- 42:43Speaker 4: Little Rock.
- 42:43Speaker 1: In every conservative in Little.
- 42:45Speaker 4: Rock, which Arkansas is a conservative state, Boycott's the restaurant.
- 42:48Speaker 4: And if nationwide we all call the Cross Si Restaurant
- 42:53Speaker 4: in Little Rock, Arkansas and tell him to go to hell.
- 42:54Speaker 1: You're out of business.
- 42:56Speaker 4: He's gonna have to close his doors he made a
- 42:58Speaker 4: very bad decision. Not because I'm a conservative, because you
- 43:01Speaker 4: can't have this in America. You cannot serve liberal and
- 43:05Speaker 4: conservative politicians because you don't like their politics. That's not America.
- 43:09Speaker 4: We'll be back for hour number two. Hi, this is
