- 1:28Speaker 1: the favorite of all Juicy Scoop.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Welcome back. You are forever loved.
- 1:34Speaker 2: You don't have to tell me that.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Yes, I 100% do. Well, why don't you tell me?
- 1:38Speaker 1: I was like shaking in the boots when we were
- 1:40Speaker 1: going to find out that Josh Wolf was coming. I'm like, hmm.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I don't. Josh is a friend of mine. We've been
- 1:46Speaker 2: friends for a long time. I listened to the podcast.
- 1:49Speaker 2: It was a good one.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 1:50Speaker 2: It was great.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 1:52Speaker 2: They get to talk about other topics that I'm not
- 1:54Speaker 2: allowed to discuss.
- 1:56Speaker 1: There has never been anything that I've told you that
- 1:59Speaker 1: we cannot discuss. Listen, it was a hot week. It was.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Everyone was talking about Will and Jada. And I want
- 2:06Speaker 1: to get your latest on. We're just going to just
- 2:09Speaker 1: fill you guys up to the update. But we have
- 2:10Speaker 1: lots of other things to discuss.
- 2:12Speaker 2: I'd also like to say that the only reason those
- 2:14Speaker 2: people were on is because I was held back. because
- 2:17Speaker 2: you wanted more excitement about the live that we did.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Right.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And a lot of people were asking, where is, you know,
- 2:22Speaker 1: Chris and I said, I want to just save, you know,
- 2:25Speaker 1: topics and stuff for the live, which was a big hit.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Everyone really thought you were funny. Thank you for doing it.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Thank you for having me.
- 2:32Speaker 1: People got to watch it after, not anymore, but I
- 2:35Speaker 1: told you guys about 10 billion times. So I hope
- 2:36Speaker 1: you saw it. But let's get into this. So the
- 2:39Speaker 1: latest is the, several of his projects were for Will Smith, Netflix.
- 2:44Speaker 1: There was a couple of things, a series, a movie,
- 2:46Speaker 1: They have been put on hold, which I'm not surprised. Yeah.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And the latest, according to this Body and Soul magazine,
- 2:54Speaker 1: is that the actor will lie low at the luxurious
- 2:58Speaker 1: facility after assaulting Chris Rock on stage at the Oscars,
- 3:03Speaker 1: which is another thing I predicted, that he'd go away.
- 3:07Speaker 1: And I think that's a really smart thing to do
- 3:09Speaker 1: when you're canceled. They're your cancel house. God, if you're looking.
- 3:15Speaker 2: For work, Will. How are we not making Cancel House?
- 3:19Speaker 2: Those people wouldn't do it. The big people wouldn't do it.
- 3:22Speaker 2: We'd get a bunch of C-listers.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Honestly, the Cancel House, it's going to be some micro-mommy
- 3:29Speaker 1: influencer that got caught for pretending to feed her kid
- 3:33Speaker 1: organic food and then they were seen going through McDonald's drive-thru.
- 3:37Speaker 1: We're not going to get anything that big. But What
- 3:41Speaker 1: I kind of think is cool about this is I
- 3:45Speaker 1: noticed that there's more of these places, and I predict
- 3:48Speaker 1: that if you're looking for a business to get involved in,
- 3:51Speaker 1: the problem is with these, unlike drug rehab places in
- 3:55Speaker 1: which insurance pays and government, Medi-Cal and stuff pays, I
- 4:00Speaker 1: do think there might be more places that are not...
- 4:04Speaker 1: I'm not an addict.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I don't have an eating disorder. I'm not cutting, but...
- 4:10Speaker 1: I am a little fucked up. Yeah. And maybe I'm
- 4:13Speaker 1: having a midlife crisis. Maybe I'm going through a horrible divorce.
- 4:16Speaker 1: But I have a few bucks. And I need massive therapy,
- 4:20Speaker 1: like the boot camp of therapy.
- 4:23Speaker 2: We used to put it under one heading. It used
- 4:24Speaker 2: to be exhaustion. Remember?
- 4:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 4:26Speaker 2: People would go in for exhaustion. Right. And that meant
- 4:29Speaker 2: many things. Exactly. It could mean drugs. It could mean drinking.
- 4:32Speaker 2: It could mean that. Just crazy.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Like I'm having a psychotic break.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:35Speaker 2: I'm going away a little while because of exhaustion.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Yes.
- 4:39Speaker 2: So... So I think.
- 4:40Speaker 1: This is perfect. I think he'll do intense therapy like,
- 4:45Speaker 1: you know, over a month or so. Right. And then
- 4:50Speaker 1: and then again, I think my prediction will be that
- 4:52Speaker 1: they end up. Officially breaking up.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Right. And then what, though?
- 4:57Speaker 1: They'll still be friends. We have the greatest relationship. But
- 5:01Speaker 1: we tried this open marriage thing. It did weigh heavy
- 5:04Speaker 1: on my heart as a man. It did affect me.
- 5:06Speaker 1: It's not for me. I want her to do what
- 5:09Speaker 1: she wants, and I'm going to do what I want.
- 5:12Speaker 1: And then either he comes out and surprises us with
- 5:18Speaker 1: a change of sexuality identity, or He really just lives
- 5:22Speaker 1: a single life and gets some 25-year-old or 30-year-old girlfriend,
- 5:26Speaker 1: because he'll be like 50, who is absolutely fabulous, starts
- 5:30Speaker 1: having a bunch of babies with him, and then he
- 5:32Speaker 1: has to do these horrible movies, which he gets paid
- 5:34Speaker 1: a million dollars for to do two days of work
- 5:37Speaker 1: to take care of his new young family. Either of
- 5:40Speaker 1: those will happen, or both, yes.
- 5:43Speaker 2: It's... Well, when I listened to Josh on the podcast,
- 5:46Speaker 2: it was interesting what he said, which I think, like,
- 5:47Speaker 2: what happens to the career now? Because the cutesy Will Smith,
- 5:50Speaker 2: which we all knew, he was a fun guy. Like,
- 5:53Speaker 2: he's the guy from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Everyone loved him, yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 2: On Letterman, he was always funny. So that guy's gone.
- 6:00Speaker 2: He can't go back.
- 6:01Speaker 1: To being a cute, fun guy. He was the epitome
- 6:02Speaker 1: of a total delight.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah, total delight.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And then we saw him scream in front of the world,
- 6:06Speaker 1: and we're like, you know what? You know who might
- 6:08Speaker 1: not be such a delight at home? for the last
- 6:10Speaker 1: 20 years Will Smith.
- 6:12Speaker 2: And then now you're hearing other stories Paul Rodriguez.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Oh yes so I have that about oh this was
- 6:16Speaker 1: kind of funny this and of course people are finding
- 6:18Speaker 1: these amazing clips of him a lot of hypocritical ones
- 6:22Speaker 1: the more you know don't get in a fight he's
- 6:24Speaker 1: got that in his fresh prints you know Don't you know,
- 6:27Speaker 1: there was one where him making fun of a bald
- 6:29Speaker 1: man's head on Arsenio. And then this one, it was
- 6:33Speaker 1: literally a clip from one of his sitcoms where he's
- 6:37Speaker 1: laughing so hard at something. And then he looks over
- 6:40Speaker 1: to his girlfriend who doesn't think it's funny. And then
- 6:42Speaker 1: he changes his mood. That was really good. OK, yes.
- 6:48Speaker 1: So The Sun is reporting an exclusive by The Sun.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That Paul Rodriguez, who also was a very successful comedian
- 6:56Speaker 1: as well as actor, he was hired to play the
- 7:01Speaker 1: character of Muhammad Ali, which he was nominated for an
- 7:04Speaker 1: Oscar for, Will Smith. He is like either doctor or
- 7:06Speaker 1: boxer or something.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:08Speaker 1: And he said that Will treated him absolutely horribly, total bully,
- 7:16Speaker 1: used racial-like stuff, said, oh, there's no Mexicans here in
- 7:20Speaker 1: South Africa to save you. And was just awful to
- 7:23Speaker 1: the point that Paul, who was a comedian, who probably
- 7:27Speaker 1: could take a lot of awful things, kept a diary
- 7:30Speaker 1: of it. And then in the end, his part was
- 7:34Speaker 1: cut way down.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, it's all interesting stuff.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:39Speaker 2: It just goes... It's like you always say, you know,
- 7:42Speaker 2: greatest guy, greatest guy. O.J. Simpson was the best guy.
- 7:46Speaker 1: To every best busboy.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Every best boy in all of Beverly Hills. You just
- 7:50Speaker 2: never know what's going on behind closed doors.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Well, okay, I heard from another person that worked on
- 7:56Speaker 1: set at certain things. And he said that they were
- 8:01Speaker 1: at his house with Jada filming something. I don't know
- 8:04Speaker 1: if it was just an interview show or whatever. And
- 8:07Speaker 1: there was... you know, someone's brother there. It was Will's brother.
- 8:12Speaker 1: And according to this source, he said, you know, Jada
- 8:18Speaker 1: was just like, oh, and this is Joe or whatever,
- 8:20Speaker 1: you know. Right. And he yelled at Jada and accused
- 8:26Speaker 1: her of not being respectful enough in introducing his brother. Oh.
- 8:31Speaker 1: And so there's now, like, we kind of see that, like,
- 8:34Speaker 1: you know, he has a temper.
- 8:36Speaker 5: Right.
- 8:37Speaker 1: That she's had to deal with it, and maybe the
- 8:39Speaker 1: way she dealt with it was, I'm going to get
- 8:42Speaker 1: some fresh dick up in here, and I'm going to
- 8:45Speaker 1: feel happy again, because you, like, you've been a nightmare,
- 8:49Speaker 1: and it's affected me. Yeah. You know, so I don't know.
- 8:52Speaker 1: But we definitely explored, been exploring their marriage and relationship.
- 8:55Speaker 1: But he's doing the right thing by, so he, you know,
- 9:01Speaker 1: has resigned himself from the Academy.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Which is what now.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I mean, this is all weird. All that really means
- 9:07Speaker 1: you don't vote.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I know. And you don't get the screeners.
- 9:11Speaker 1: You don't get the screeners. You don't get to vote. No,
- 9:13Speaker 1: I think you still get the screeners.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you can get the screeners.
- 9:15Speaker 1: But you don't get to vote, but you still got
- 9:18Speaker 1: to keep your Oscar. And so I guess if you
- 9:21Speaker 1: are not nominated, then you might not get an invite.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Right.
- 9:26Speaker 3: So.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Well, yeah. In order for the— if they really wanted to
- 9:31Speaker 2: take it seriously and say, we're going to clean this up,
- 9:33Speaker 2: this is crazy, they've got to take the Oscar away.
- 9:36Speaker 2: I mean, it's so stupid because it's not even a
- 9:38Speaker 2: real thing. It's not like they're going to be disbarred
- 9:41Speaker 2: or something.
- 9:42Speaker 1: It's a stupid, fake prize.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right.
- 9:44Speaker 1: You're exactly right. It's like being disbarred and taking your
- 9:46Speaker 1: medical license away.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Right, but that's something you worked for and you can't
- 9:49Speaker 2: practice anymore. Like the Oscar, now you're not the best actor,
- 9:52Speaker 2: but you can still be in dumb movies. Right, yeah.
- 9:55Speaker 2: But I think by preempting.
- 9:56Speaker 1: It would make it look.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Like they're taking it seriously.
- 9:58Speaker 1: But I think he is... doing everything. He's doing it
- 10:02Speaker 1: all right. He's like, I'm going to beat you to it.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I'm a piece of shit. I agree. I'm going to
- 10:09Speaker 1: step away from the Oscar thing so you guys don't
- 10:11Speaker 1: have to have a meeting about it. I'm going to
- 10:13Speaker 1: put these projects on hold so you guys don't have
- 10:16Speaker 1: to worry that they won't be successful. I'm the one
- 10:18Speaker 1: that's going to go to the fancy rehab place and
- 10:21Speaker 1: talk about my dad and my yelling and whatever else
- 10:23Speaker 1: is wrong with me. Right. And I'm going to go away.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Can I tell you what we need?
- 10:28Speaker 1: Yes.
- 10:29Speaker 2: And I don't know why we're not getting this and
- 10:30Speaker 2: we need them back. We need to bring them back.
- 10:33Speaker 2: I know you remember. I don't know if you remember many,
- 10:35Speaker 2: many years ago. It was basically– it wasn't prime time.
- 10:39Speaker 2: It was like afternoon. But every network broke into it live. Well,
- 10:43Speaker 2: they're now going to cut away from our scheduled programming
- 10:46Speaker 2: to bring you Michael Jackson– talking about his accusations. And remember,
- 10:52Speaker 2: he was talking about his penis. Like, there's a mole
- 10:55Speaker 2: on my penis, remember? And they cut away from, like,
- 10:58Speaker 2: Oprah and to every network.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Okay, this is what I remember about the thing.
- 11:03Speaker 2: You know what I'm talking about, right?
- 11:04Speaker 1: When the two, or there was only one kid at
- 11:06Speaker 1: the time that was accusing him of it, they.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Santa Barbara Police Department said we have to look at
- 11:15Speaker 1: his penis.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Yes, and he talked about.
- 11:18Speaker 1: That on TV. What I always thought it was, was
- 11:21Speaker 1: you know how he had the skin disease?
- 11:23Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:24Speaker 1: If you're a person of color, it makes it really white.
- 11:28Speaker 1: A white person can have it too. What is that? Alopecia.
- 11:29Speaker 2: No, it's not alopecia. Don't you dare say that.
- 11:31Speaker 1: No, we're going to get to alopecia in a minute.
- 11:33Speaker 1: But I forgot the name of it, but he had that.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Empathigo or something like that.
- 11:37Speaker 1: And instead of just rocking it like that famous model,
- 11:40Speaker 1: he then bleached the rest of his skin to match it.
- 11:43Speaker 1: What's it called? Vertiligo.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Vertiligo. Yeah. Vertiligo. Vertiligo.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Vertiligo. Okay, or something close.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, something close.
- 11:52Speaker 1: And so I think that there was a bit of
- 11:56Speaker 1: that different coloring on his penis.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Penis, yeah.
- 12:00Speaker 1: But I can't remember if he said, no, my penis doesn't,
- 12:03Speaker 1: or I think he went to say how humiliating it was.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Yeah, humiliating that he had to show his penis to
- 12:07Speaker 2: the police.
- 12:07Speaker 1: How dare anyone question me when I love children? Children
- 12:12Speaker 1: and I are best friends forever.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Right.
- 12:15Speaker 1: There's nothing more beautiful than giving them some warm milk
- 12:18Speaker 1: at night Watching a little movie, turn on the twinkling lights.
- 12:22Speaker 2: It never gets more bizarre than that guy's life. It
- 12:25Speaker 2: was just, you know.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Where he's up in the tree.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, I mean, when he's climbing the tree and
- 12:29Speaker 2: the guy's got to pretend that that's normal behavior. A
- 12:32Speaker 2: 40-year-old man's climbing a tree. Remember the guy was going
- 12:34Speaker 2: to go up with him? That was that crazy interview
- 12:36Speaker 2: we all watched with that English. You're right.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Well, yeah, because also.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And remember he was shopping for like, he was just
- 12:42Speaker 2: walking through Vegas somewhere. store with horrible statues. I'll take it.
- 12:47Speaker 2: I'll take that.
- 12:48Speaker 1: And then we found out later he never paid for
- 12:50Speaker 1: all that stuff. Well, I think the reason we don't
- 12:53Speaker 1: have that anymore is because of the internet and social media.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I know. You needed to have a press conference to
- 12:59Speaker 1: get the word out and get it from your point
- 13:01Speaker 1: of view.
- 13:02Speaker 2: That's what he needs to do right now, though. Ladies
- 13:04Speaker 2: and gentlemen, we're breaking into Judge Judy or whatever, 3 o'clock.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Will Smith will now speak about the Oscars.
- 13:12Speaker 1: What should he say?
- 13:13Speaker 2: Well, I mean, he should say what he should have
- 13:16Speaker 2: said in his acceptance speech. He should definitely make some
- 13:19Speaker 2: sort of apology to Chris Rock. I know he has
- 13:21Speaker 2: on Instagram and stuff.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:22Speaker 2: But it needs to be verbal.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Yes.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Because just the writing, you know, who knows who did that.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Maybe he did or maybe his assistant did. You know what?
- 13:29Speaker 1: Maybe he really is too frickin' broken. And I'm sure
- 13:32Speaker 1: he had a team of people deciding. And if he
- 13:34Speaker 1: was to do a video, even with a team of
- 13:37Speaker 1: people analyzing it, the world of public opinion— And the
- 13:41Speaker 1: comments that come after it, sometimes they're like, look, I
- 13:43Speaker 1: just don't even think I can predict how something is
- 13:46Speaker 1: going to be received. Right. So I think we write
- 13:50Speaker 1: this up. We don't have you say it. You go
- 13:53Speaker 1: off to this place and do some yoga and whatever.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And let's just put– sorry.
- 13:59Speaker 2: What is this place? Like where is it?
- 14:01Speaker 1: It's some luxurious– I don't think we're going to find
- 14:03Speaker 1: out what it is.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It just said that he was doing that.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Okay. So he's going to go lie on a beach somewhere.
- 14:08Speaker 1: And– Absolutely. And I think just have therapy around the clock.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And then, yeah. So that's why I don't think we're
- 14:18Speaker 1: going to get that Michael Jackson. Those days are over.
- 14:21Speaker 2: I know.
- 14:22Speaker 3: It's sad.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Those days are over. It is sad. Speaking of alopecia,
- 14:28Speaker 1: a juicy scooper made this for me and said, let's
- 14:32Speaker 1: not forget the true spokesperson of alopecia. And that was Jiggy.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Lisa Vanderpump's dog, rest in peace.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I've met the dog. Yes.
- 14:40Speaker 1: And the reason Jiggy wore clothes is because Jiggy had alopecia.
- 14:46Speaker 2: And Will Smith got a song, Getting Jiggy With It. So,
- 14:49Speaker 2: I mean, it's all making sense. Wait, maybe there's some
- 14:51Speaker 2: sort of conspiracy.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Oh my God, maybe. Because you know what? The other
- 14:54Speaker 1: conspiracy theory is there's people saying, does she really have alopecia?
- 14:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Because when they look close to her scalp, you saw
- 15:02Speaker 1: all the follicles.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And yeah, maybe her hair wasn't It's thick and luxurious,
- 15:07Speaker 1: but she kind of chose to just go, you know,
- 15:09Speaker 1: I have a perfect head. I have a perfect face.
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm going to rock this out. But, yeah, I mean,
- 15:16Speaker 1: you're right. The whole jiggy thing is just layers.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know if you remember. There was
- 15:20Speaker 2: a time I shaved my head a couple of years
- 15:22Speaker 2: ago during COVID, and you laughed in my face. I screamed.
- 15:25Speaker 2: I could have gotten up and punched people, but I didn't.
- 15:29Speaker 1: You could have hit me.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I sat and took it. You're right.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Yeah. You laughed.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Just laughed it off.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Just like when there's that TikTok of Chris Rock's face afterwards.
- 15:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:42Speaker 1: And they do it to sad music and then they
- 15:44Speaker 1: show him talking to Howard Stern about his horrible childhood
- 15:47Speaker 1: and how he was bullied so horribly as a kid.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Right.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Anyway, Amy Schumer did kind of an interesting post.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Where she said, Want to thank Michael Cera for the
- 16:02Speaker 1: don't look up joke. Suli McCullough for the Leo joke.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Wang picks for the Williams sister dad jokes. And that
- 16:10Speaker 1: shit that happened was upsetting and I'm not going to. Okay.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I thought this was a little bit weird that she
- 16:15Speaker 1: gave people credit because also on Twitter were people saying
- 16:21Speaker 1: that she stole the Leo joke.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:24Speaker 1: There was a Twitter joke in there. And I'm like,
- 16:27Speaker 1: So what, but then you're making it very clear that
- 16:29Speaker 1: this other comedian. No, no, that's Sully McCullough is the
- 16:33Speaker 1: one who wrote, Sully wrote the Leo joke. Yeah. And
- 16:36Speaker 1: it's like, and first of all, like, this is just weird.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Why are you doing that? There was a group of writers.
- 16:40Speaker 1: You all just take it. Right. You all just take it.
- 16:43Speaker 1: But she could say, hey, look, if there's some jokes
- 16:45Speaker 1: that were similar to people saying on Twitter, it was
- 16:47Speaker 1: a group effort. We all approved it. People think of
- 16:50Speaker 1: the same thing. But I thought this was a little
- 16:52Speaker 1: bit rude.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Right.
- 16:54Speaker 1: That she's like pointing out to be like.
- 16:56Speaker 2: That's interesting. Yeah. Yeah. I, I mean, I, I know
- 17:00Speaker 2: it's one of those jokes that though, you know, could be,
- 17:02Speaker 2: I mean, everyone's made that Leo's got young girlfriends jokes.
- 17:06Speaker 2: They were on last year's.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Right. But I mean, well, the, in that Twitter one
- 17:11Speaker 1: that I talked about, it was exactly that. It was
- 17:14Speaker 1: about leaving the earth a better, safer place for his
- 17:18Speaker 1: future girlfriends.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Yeah. Right.
- 17:20Speaker 1: And, but then somebody else found it even earlier than
- 17:23Speaker 1: the one that got retweeted so many times.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Right.
- 17:26Speaker 1: That someone else said it. And, you know, we talked
- 17:28Speaker 1: a little bit. People– it's a similar thing. And that's
- 17:31Speaker 1: why I talk mostly about my family because I'm like– Right.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Nobody can– You can't tell me that your son said
- 17:36Speaker 1: the exact same thing my son did. But there's still–
- 17:38Speaker 1: sometimes I hear people say things and I'm like, oh,
- 17:41Speaker 1: I have a similar joke about my kids. I mean
- 17:43Speaker 1: it just happens.
- 17:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:45Speaker 6: Anyway– Christmas shopping has already started in our house. My
- 17:49Speaker 6: daughter is so organised, already planning Christmas gifts from Macaulay.
- 17:53Speaker 6: Hair care for her aunt and a fab fragrance for
- 17:56Speaker 6: her bestie. But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
- 17:59Speaker 6: I'm an early bird, buying one present a week from
- 18:01Speaker 6: now till Christmas, which makes budgeting less stressful. I can
- 18:04Speaker 6: buy in-store or online from Macaulay.ie for home delivery or
- 18:08Speaker 6: free click and collect.
- 18:10Speaker 2: So easy.
- 18:11Speaker 6: Gifts they'll cherish at prices you'll love.
- 18:16Speaker 3: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 18:19Speaker 3: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 18:22Speaker 3: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 18:27Speaker 3: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 18:29Speaker 5: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 18:32Speaker 6: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 18:35Speaker 6: filed against me.
- 18:36Speaker 2: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 18:38Speaker 2: what would you do if it was given back?
- 18:40Speaker 3: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 18:43Speaker 3: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 18:46Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 18:47Speaker 2: home dad.
- 18:48Speaker 1: What happens next?
- 18:49Speaker 2: When I came in, he started crying. Everybody in life
- 18:52Speaker 2: encounters hardships.
- 18:53Speaker 3: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 18:56Speaker 3: go through.
- 18:57Speaker 2: It's about what happens next.
- 18:59Speaker 1: I decided to risk it all.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 19:02Speaker 1: You're worth the work.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 19:05Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 19:08Speaker 3: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 19:23Speaker 1: Let me see what else we have. Okay, so let's
- 19:24Speaker 1: get to the Grammys.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Are we done?
- 19:26Speaker 1: Are we done with Will and Jada? We know it's... Okay,
- 19:29Speaker 1: so now.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Let's talk about the Grammys. Yeah, we got to be
- 19:31Speaker 2: done with it because I feel like there's nothing more
- 19:33Speaker 2: to say about it other than it ruined the Oscars.
- 19:38Speaker 2: It could have been a good year for the Oscars.
- 19:39Speaker 2: I feel like they were back a little bit. I
- 19:41Speaker 2: feel like they had some good people there.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And it just... Nobody... There's nothing... I'll just say this,
- 19:48Speaker 2: and I hope this is not mean in any way.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:50Speaker 2: But i know a lot of people are trying to
- 19:51Speaker 2: get award shows to be shorter yes you know they
- 19:54Speaker 2: took eight categories out of the oscars in order to
- 19:57Speaker 2: make it a shorter thing yes and i don't know
- 19:59Speaker 2: if that's going to work or not you know people
- 20:01Speaker 2: are going to watch you know they're not going to
- 20:03Speaker 2: watch regardless if it's three hours or an hour and
- 20:05Speaker 2: a half yeah But here's what we need to stop doing.
- 20:08Speaker 2: And I love Liza Minnelli and all the people that they,
- 20:11Speaker 2: every year we get one who they bring out. And
- 20:14Speaker 2: we know it's going to be a bit of a
- 20:16Speaker 2: process right from the get-go. Yeah. The moment we see them,
- 20:19Speaker 2: Kirk Douglas come walking out like, oh boy, you know,
- 20:22Speaker 2: this is going to be a problem. And I think
- 20:24Speaker 2: we just need to like, we all love Liza. We
- 20:26Speaker 2: all love Kirk Douglas. We all love these people. Warren
- 20:29Speaker 2: Beatty and Faye Dunaway. We love them. But eventually you
- 20:32Speaker 2: got to go, all right, let's stay home tonight. Because
- 20:35Speaker 2: there's a cue card. It seems to be far away.
- 20:37Speaker 1: I mean, I think if when I'm at that level,
- 20:40Speaker 1: I would rather stay home.
- 20:42Speaker 2: You don't think, you think Liza Minnelli wants to go out?
- 20:44Speaker 1: I want people to, no, but they must, though, kind
- 20:46Speaker 1: of still want to, like, be out at the, out.
- 20:49Speaker 1: But I would think, like, hey, I'm not at my prime. Yeah.
- 20:53Speaker 1: And I don't want someone to then compare what I
- 20:55Speaker 1: look like, you know, 15 years ago.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Not even that. It's just like, yeah, it's a lot of,
- 21:01Speaker 2: you know, I feel like that, that, Cue card is
- 21:04Speaker 2: very far away. And even like people who are in
- 21:06Speaker 2: their 50s seem to have trouble reading it.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:08Speaker 2: So they forget about it. And it rolls fast. We
- 21:11Speaker 2: all know. We've done cue cards. It's tough. And just
- 21:14Speaker 2: Liza and Joni Mitchell last night on the Grammys to
- 21:16Speaker 2: get back to the Grammys.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Joni Mitchell, a lover. But, you know, another one. Pigtails.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I want to talk about 60-year-old people wearing pigtails and braids.
- 21:26Speaker 2: You've got to stop.
- 21:28Speaker 1: You've got to stop.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Yeah, Joni Mitchell with the pigtails.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I don't care if braids and pigtails are in at
- 21:33Speaker 1: a certain age, and high ponies for that matter.
- 21:36Speaker 2: I'm going to go younger than 60. I'm going to
- 21:38Speaker 2: go 45. You've got to lose the pigtails. Okay. It
- 21:42Speaker 2: starts to look like a weird fetish thing that your husband,
- 21:45Speaker 2: you know, or grandma got into the rubber bands. The
- 21:51Speaker 2: pigtails on a certain age just look a little odd.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Right, I agree.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, good, I'm glad.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Okay, so Trevor Noah was, I did not watch, but
- 22:00Speaker 1: was there anything funny that he said? It sounds like
- 22:02Speaker 1: it was very safe. Well, I'll say this.
- 22:03Speaker 2: It was, and probably the way it should be, you know?
- 22:07Speaker 2: Just get to it. It was very safe, it was
- 22:08Speaker 2: very kind of corny jokes, but it was just like,
- 22:11Speaker 2: it's not about him.
- 22:12Speaker 1: It's not about comedy.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Yeah, and it was good, it was fine. He doesn't, nobody's,
- 22:17Speaker 2: you know, I'll say this about the movie. Will Smith thing,
- 22:20Speaker 2: not to let him off the hook. But it is
- 22:22Speaker 2: odd that, I don't know when it happened, and like
- 22:24Speaker 2: Billy Crystal didn't do it. I'm not for it or
- 22:26Speaker 2: against it. Right. But it is odd that like the,
- 22:28Speaker 2: I feel like the Oscars have become, the monologue has
- 22:32Speaker 2: to be a roast now, which it never did before.
- 22:35Speaker 2: It never used to have to be a roast.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Well, when Billy Crystal did it, he put himself into
- 22:39Speaker 1: all the movies.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Yeah, right, right, right.
- 22:41Speaker 1: And what I, and I think the reason, I talked
- 22:44Speaker 1: about this on Juicy Scoop before, that is so much work.
- 22:49Speaker 1: That is so many hours for the host to do
- 22:52Speaker 1: in preparation that sitting around and having people write jokes
- 22:57Speaker 1: and you kind of say, I like that, I don't
- 22:58Speaker 1: like that, and practicing your monologue as a stand-up comic
- 23:02Speaker 1: is a lot less time involved than what Billy Crystal
- 23:05Speaker 1: used to do.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Right, right.
- 23:06Speaker 1: And also, I wouldn't even recommend that necessarily because... Nobody
- 23:11Speaker 1: knows the movies.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Like what was so fun is like all of a
- 23:15Speaker 1: sudden you'd see him like they'd turn and it would
- 23:17Speaker 1: be Billy Crystal on a horse and that would be– Titanic. Yes.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Yes.
- 23:21Speaker 1: And you'd be like– and the whole audience would be like, ah!
- 23:24Speaker 1: You know, I actually just watched Kelly– no, I would
- 23:27Speaker 1: say Regis. That's all of them. Kelly and Ryan, their
- 23:30Speaker 1: morning after Oscar thing last Monday.
- 23:33Speaker 5: Right.
- 23:34Speaker 1: And she likes to do impressions and stuff. So she
- 23:36Speaker 1: was in Gucci. And then he played a coach in
- 23:39Speaker 1: King Richard. They'd done this whole thing. And then no
- 23:43Speaker 1: one gives a shit because it was about the slap.
- 23:45Speaker 1: And they're like, wow, well, a lot happened. We don't
- 23:47Speaker 1: even want to get into that. But let's show our
- 23:49Speaker 1: amazing sketch. So they were doing the Billy Crystal thing.
- 23:53Speaker 1: And there's like 10 people in the audience with a
- 23:55Speaker 1: mask on. And they're like, whoa. And I'm just like, oh,
- 23:57Speaker 1: my God, this is so long. And all I can
- 23:59Speaker 1: think about is how many hours it took Kelly and
- 24:03Speaker 1: Ryan to film it. Like, he had to go to
- 24:05Speaker 1: the tennis courts and get a wig on. She had
- 24:07Speaker 1: to do the Gucci thing.
- 24:09Speaker 2: I mean... Yeah, yeah. That's so much effort.
- 24:12Speaker 1: And nobody cares.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I know. But still, it has become roasty.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Yes.
- 24:17Speaker 2: And, you know, for that reason, you've got to be
- 24:20Speaker 2: able to take the hit, you know, in the case
- 24:22Speaker 2: of Jada Pinkett. So it is. And he didn't do
- 24:24Speaker 2: that last night. Yes. He didn't do roasting stuff. It
- 24:27Speaker 2: was just kind of straightforward jokes. You know, fine. He's fine.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Cardi B did not go. And then got really mad
- 24:35Speaker 1: at her Twitter fan base because they were like somehow
- 24:39Speaker 1: attacking her kids or something. She's like and then so
- 24:41Speaker 1: then she talked this morning and she was like, yeah,
- 24:44Speaker 1: I deleted my Twitter. And I'm not doing a great impression,
- 24:47Speaker 1: but I deleted my Twitter because, you know, I was
- 24:49Speaker 1: only nominated for one fucking award and I wasn't. I
- 24:52Speaker 1: didn't win anyway. So why should I go? So people
- 24:55Speaker 1: were giving her shit for not attending because to her.
- 24:59Speaker 1: To only be nominated for one is not worth it
- 25:02Speaker 1: for her to put on her corset and, you know,
- 25:05Speaker 1: go get dressed.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Right. Sure. I see that.
- 25:08Speaker 1: So, you know. Yeah. Which is shocking because I remember
- 25:12Speaker 1: right when COVID started, she did like a funny video
- 25:14Speaker 1: where she's like, I'm sick of this shit. I want
- 25:17Speaker 1: to go on the red carpet. I want to wear
- 25:18Speaker 1: a dress. And now here the opportunity comes and she's
- 25:21Speaker 1: like everybody else just wants to be in her sweats
- 25:22Speaker 1: and stay home. Yeah. it's like not for only one nom.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Yeah like no way it was good i'll tell you
- 25:28Speaker 2: i thought the grammys were pretty good i thought the
- 25:30Speaker 2: performances were good i thought everybody did a good job
- 25:33Speaker 2: yeah it was a good mix of different types of
- 25:35Speaker 2: music all the genres were kind of uh were kind
- 25:38Speaker 2: of out there and it was great i i was
- 25:41Speaker 2: i was a fan it was quick felt like it
- 25:43Speaker 2: wasn't too.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Long okay well let's get to the fashions so this
- 25:48Speaker 1: girl taylor parks she's big growing star great songwriter Anyway,
- 25:54Speaker 1: she wore like a weird costume, like a dinosaur or
- 25:57Speaker 1: something costume.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:59Speaker 1: But all right, I don't know what it was about.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I'm sure people are going to yell at me. How
- 26:03Speaker 1: do you not know that Taylor Parks was wearing that?
- 26:05Speaker 1: Because blah, blah, blah. I don't. I don't know everything, people.
- 26:07Speaker 1: I literally, I don't know everything.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Her father was a.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Yeah, he was.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Her father worked with lizards.
- 26:14Speaker 1: God, Heather.
- 26:15Speaker 2: And he died of weird... Yeah.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. Yeah, so people got so mad that I
- 26:21Speaker 1: did not know... about Questlove.
- 26:25Speaker 2: Oh, what about him?
- 26:27Speaker 1: I didn't really know what the documentary was about.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 26:30Speaker 1: I didn't really know the group. I don't watch late.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Night talk shows. Yeah, well, don't go into the Grammys
- 26:36Speaker 2: because Stephen Colbert's guy won Album of the Year.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Okay, good.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Jean-Baptiste.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Okay, great. Okay, not really my genre of thing. Justin
- 26:47Speaker 1: Bieber is, you know, you know what this sort of
- 26:50Speaker 1: reminds me of? It's like, Remember that weird thing, Slender Man?
- 26:54Speaker 2: Yes.
- 26:55Speaker 1: So he's wearing this enormous suit. He went into Shaquille
- 26:59Speaker 1: O'Neal's closet from 1992 and borrowed the suit. And that's
- 27:04Speaker 1: what I want to say, this big blazer look. For
- 27:07Speaker 1: young girls, this is such an easy look if you
- 27:11Speaker 1: like it. You go to your grandpa's house.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Chances are your grandpa hasn't put a suit on in
- 27:16Speaker 1: 20 years.
- 27:16Speaker 5: Right.
- 27:18Speaker 1: But he's got one from 1995. And if you're petite,
- 27:21Speaker 1: it'll be just the right size. And he hasn't gotten
- 27:24Speaker 1: rid of it. Because one thing grandpas don't do are
- 27:26Speaker 1: they don't clean out their closet and call the home
- 27:30Speaker 1: edit people to come over.
- 27:31Speaker 2: There's a pretty good chance in the inside pocket there'll
- 27:36Speaker 2: be some lozenges. Yes, yes.
- 27:39Speaker 1: So, I mean, I've seen girls do this look. I mean, literally, why?
- 27:45Speaker 1: And then he wore like a hot pink beanie that
- 27:48Speaker 1: you would like a girl would go skiing in. Yeah.
- 27:50Speaker 2: It's like the gas station beanie. It's the one you
- 27:52Speaker 2: get at. Yeah. Yeah.
- 27:53Speaker 1: It's just an awful look.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Well, also. Focus looking here. Oh, sorry. You're noticing the
- 27:58Speaker 2: big shoes. There was a lot of big shoes.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Giant shoes.
- 28:01Speaker 2: That giant shoe on the red carpet or during the performances.
- 28:05Speaker 2: I noticed a lot of big shoes.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Big shoes, suits from 1992 that are 12 sizes too large.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Now, who is that? I'm sure that's a fashion designer
- 28:17Speaker 2: that's probably a $ 9, 000 suit. And that's going to be
- 28:21Speaker 2: a thing, right?
- 28:22Speaker 1: Yeah, extra material.
- 28:23Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Who's Dylan Francis? I don't know, but what is he
- 28:31Speaker 1: wearing on the red carpet? Oh, this guy was on
- 28:34Speaker 1: the red carpet?
- 28:35Speaker 2: Oh, anyway, the red carpet was weird. Was that him?
- 28:37Speaker 1: Well, it is the Grammys. I mean, there's some different things. Okay,
- 28:39Speaker 1: I'm going to say that this girl... who I love, Swati, Swati.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Sowiti.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Can I just call her Sowiti?
- 28:46Speaker 2: Sowiti, yeah.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Sowiti. I love her music, and I think that she
- 28:53Speaker 1: wore the perfect outfit for the Grammys. First of all,
- 28:55Speaker 1: she has a great body.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:56Speaker 1: But she wore like this bright pink skirt, showed her midriff,
- 28:59Speaker 1: had like a cute bikini type top, but formal.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Right.
- 29:03Speaker 1: And then hot pink gloves. And it was just funky
- 29:06Speaker 1: enough for the Grammys, but she still looked classy and hot.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:10Speaker 1: That was my best outfit of the night.
- 29:12Speaker 2: What about Dua Lipa? She looked good.
- 29:14Speaker 1: She always looks good. She wore like a Versace type
- 29:17Speaker 1: of look.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Actually, Versace came out.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Donatella?
- 29:22Speaker 2: Donatella Versace was with them.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:24Speaker 2: And she pulled off their like bottoms and showed off
- 29:27Speaker 2: their outfits. Her and Megan V.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Pulled off their bottoms.
- 29:30Speaker 2: They were both, her and Megan V. Stallion. Megan V. Stallion.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Yes.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Were standing there. And Donatella Versace was in between them.
- 29:38Speaker 2: And she said, and now expose, like here's. their outfits.
- 29:40Speaker 2: And yeah, it did like a reveal.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Well, she was just photographed with our girl, Britney Spears.
- 29:45Speaker 2: So people think.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Is she going to try to help her? Is she
- 29:49Speaker 1: going to get rid of the brown central pumps? Yeah.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Is she going to say, look, you only need four
- 29:54Speaker 1: crop off the shoulder yellow tops. You don't need 25.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I don't know what Donatello is.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Going to do. Well, I saw a thing the other day,
- 30:01Speaker 2: Britney Spears, a video of her dancing in the living
- 30:03Speaker 2: room or something. You know, what we always talk about.
- 30:06Speaker 2: And I saw the thing that I've always suspected. And
- 30:09Speaker 2: finally I was confirmed. Okay. There was a dog poop
- 30:13Speaker 2: behind her on the floor. An unattended dog poop. Unattended
- 30:18Speaker 2: dog poop. Little, you know, not a giant one, but still.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Listen.
- 30:22Speaker 2: It's still in the house, a dog poop. But I'm
- 30:25Speaker 2: under the impression that there's a lot of dog poops
- 30:27Speaker 2: around the house.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Well, what I think is, you know, I am a
- 30:31Speaker 1: dog owner. And when your dog's got to go, they
- 30:34Speaker 1: start to kind of, like, get all excited. Like, come on, like,
- 30:37Speaker 1: let me out of the house. Take me for a
- 30:38Speaker 1: short walk. And for something. thing tells me that she
- 30:43Speaker 1: doesn't always miss cue like maybe some cues maybe a
- 30:46Speaker 1: little distracted spinning around to know that it's time to
- 30:49Speaker 1: take the dog out um you know also oh my
- 30:53Speaker 1: god am i i listen i used to watch talk
- 30:56Speaker 1: shows and say no one wants to hear a dog
- 30:57Speaker 1: story but i do have to tell you something my
- 30:59Speaker 1: dog did okay i tried on this bathing suit that
- 31:02Speaker 1: i just got and i was pretty excited about it
- 31:04Speaker 1: and we were going to palm desert this weekend so
- 31:06Speaker 1: literally 6 40 in the morning i put it on
- 31:08Speaker 1: i'm like this one is the one i'm going to
- 31:09Speaker 1: wear she saw me in that suit okay I laid
- 31:12Speaker 1: all my clothes down on the ground, like, before I
- 31:15Speaker 1: packed them up. And then we noticed that she did
- 31:19Speaker 1: take a shit, like, on this little carpet, like, this
- 31:23Speaker 1: little piece of carpet in our bathroom.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
- 31:25Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, my God. So then Peter
- 31:27Speaker 1: was like, all right, let me take her out. Then
- 31:29Speaker 1: I go to pack up my suit. She peed on
- 31:31Speaker 1: my suit. There were many other suits to choose from.
- 31:35Speaker 2: So it was her way of saying. And she chose.
- 31:36Speaker 1: She said, you think you're going to wear that bitch?
- 31:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:39Speaker 1: And leave me here? I don't think so. Right. Wow.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 31:45Speaker 1: So then I had to pack a different suit. I
- 31:47Speaker 1: was going to bring the piss stain.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:49Speaker 1: I was like, how is this wet? Like, I didn't
- 31:51Speaker 1: get this wet.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Maybe that's what Brittany's dog was trying to do, too.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Like, stop spinning. I'm going to shit right here.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I mean, dogs are smart.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Or your feet are spinning around.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:58Speaker 2: And maybe you'll finally stop.
- 31:59Speaker 1: And that brown pump is going to step in this
- 32:01Speaker 1: brown shit. And you're going to learn that you have
- 32:05Speaker 1: other responsibilities.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Besides posting on Instagram.
- 32:07Speaker 2: First thing, if your dog shits in your house, and
- 32:09Speaker 2: they all do.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:10Speaker 2: It's going to happen. The first thing you got to
- 32:13Speaker 2: move right to the top of this do list is
- 32:15Speaker 2: pick up the dog shit before you make your videos.
- 32:18Speaker 2: You got it. That's got to be the first. Anyway,
- 32:22Speaker 2: that's love. Love her.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Love.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Love the Grammys.
- 32:26Speaker 5: OK.
- 32:27Speaker 1: And then and, you know.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Lady Gaga.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Yes.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Bring Tony Bennett. Thankfully, you know, she heard what I said.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Let's let's not drag for Tony Bennett.
- 32:40Speaker 1: I will have to say, though. In watching it, I
- 32:43Speaker 1: almost feel like she was the most senior person there
- 32:45Speaker 1: at this point. And she dressed kind of like an
- 32:48Speaker 1: old lady.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Well, she was doing that type of performance. She was
- 32:52Speaker 2: doing the classics from her album with Tony Bennett.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Okay. All right.
- 32:56Speaker 2: It did play. I loved Lady Gaga. She's got a
- 32:59Speaker 2: great voice and she could do any type of genre
- 33:01Speaker 2: of music, which is great. However, it did come off
- 33:05Speaker 2: a little in the beginning. Her performance came off a
- 33:07Speaker 2: little Saturday Night Live sketchy. She was doing like a
- 33:10Speaker 2: real face thing. And it was very distracting. It was
- 33:16Speaker 2: very like Julia Sweet.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Like she was doing like, welcome to the lounge.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Exactly. And it was very Nora Dawn or those old
- 33:24Speaker 2: Saturday Night Live girls who used to do those characters.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Like when we did our Chris and Heather together forever. Yeah,
- 33:31Speaker 2: we used to do characters that were like that.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Chris and I, I know we've talked about it. At
- 33:35Speaker 1: the end of our run of Chelsea Lately, we did
- 33:37Speaker 1: a sketch of where we would be in like 30
- 33:40Speaker 1: years from now. And, you know, we were being like
- 33:43Speaker 1: an old couple that you would come to. like a
- 33:46Speaker 1: bar cruise and we did a variety show. And I
- 33:48Speaker 1: just remember we were doing a bingo game and I
- 33:51Speaker 1: was like, bingo, bingo. Who's got the bingo?
- 33:55Speaker 2: Bingo, bingo. That was when we, nobody cared anymore. We
- 33:59Speaker 2: were just making, the funny thing was they both dressed
- 34:02Speaker 2: us up. Remember they had that tape. Oh, I love it.
- 34:05Speaker 1: It was like the 19, I guess, the old fashioned.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Facelift tape that people used to wear in the movies
- 34:10Speaker 2: in the fifties. And we were all like, It's the
- 34:13Speaker 2: greatest thing ever.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I just saw a TikTok about that.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:16Speaker 1: I can't remember where the girl puts the tape. And
- 34:19Speaker 1: I don't know, people said it wasn't real, but I
- 34:21Speaker 1: was like, this needs to come back, Scott.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it was great.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Okay. Speaking of old people, I just noticed this. It
- 34:30Speaker 1: was Joan Collins posted her, Joan Collins, who is, you know,
- 34:34Speaker 1: from Dynasty.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Sure.
- 34:36Speaker 1: And Liza Minnelli and some guy playing piano. And I
- 34:39Speaker 1: just scream grabbed it because I'm like, where is josh
- 34:43Speaker 1: wolf gonna just like not josh wolf sorry is josh
- 34:45Speaker 1: flag yeah for a million dollar listing this would be
- 34:48Speaker 1: like his evening like where is he like sit he
- 34:52Speaker 1: needs to join these old ladies um um so the
- 34:56Speaker 1: girls doja cat you know they're they all they won
- 34:59Speaker 1: they looked sexy okay this was not this was disturbing.
- 35:03Speaker 2: It was very disturbing i watched.
- 35:04Speaker 1: The clip did a tiktok and Pretty sure she did
- 35:09Speaker 1: not go to the Grammys, right?
- 35:10Speaker 2: No, not that I know of.
- 35:11Speaker 1: And she released this during the Grammys. And it was just,
- 35:15Speaker 1: you know, she has got a real, real tight facelift
- 35:19Speaker 1: with a lot of other things going on.
- 35:21Speaker 2: But she did say this was a filter of some sort.
- 35:23Speaker 2: She was doing the filter. That's what I read this morning,
- 35:27Speaker 2: that it was a filter. Everyone, stop your concern.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Anyway, she got real close to it and like kissed it.
- 35:34Speaker 1: And it was just really kind of frightening. And she
- 35:38Speaker 1: has got braids and barrettes.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Like a second grader.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:42Speaker 1: A lot of braids and barrettes.
- 35:45Speaker 2: I'm going to say this now and give us both credit. Okay.
- 35:48Speaker 2: And this is going to bring Will Smith and Madonna
- 35:52Speaker 2: and all of it. Show business, as you can see,
- 35:55Speaker 2: is a tough game. And no matter who you are
- 35:58Speaker 2: and how strong you are, like a Will Smith, Or Madonna.
- 36:02Speaker 2: And you eventually are going to crack. This shit is
- 36:05Speaker 2: going to make you crack. Whatever it is. Reading comments, whatever.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Something's going to make you crack. Case in point, Will
- 36:14Speaker 2: Smith at the Oscars, Madonna. You and I have been
- 36:16Speaker 2: in this business a long time.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:18Speaker 2: We have yet to crack.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Well, I kind of feel like because even though we're
- 36:22Speaker 1: not the youngest, we were there and we were on
- 36:26Speaker 1: the Twitter and Instagram and TikTok and everything pretty often.
- 36:31Speaker 1: quick into when it was popular, right? So we kind
- 36:34Speaker 1: of rose with it even though we weren't, you know,
- 36:37Speaker 1: 20 years old. Yeah. And I think part of the
- 36:40Speaker 1: cracking is when more established stars and stuff finally go, okay,
- 36:45Speaker 1: I guess I have to join.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Right.
- 36:47Speaker 1: And then they get addicted and they go crazy just
- 36:50Speaker 1: like a 15-year-old might.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:53Speaker 1: But they're like, I'm Madonna. They get just as thirsty.
- 36:56Speaker 1: They need the love. They read the comments. They, like,
- 37:00Speaker 1: they need to be, like, Yeah. They need to feed
- 37:02Speaker 1: that same ego that they got when they went on
- 37:04Speaker 1: tour at 30 years old.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 37:06Speaker 1: But now they're 60. Yeah. And it's a deadly combination.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Yeah. It certainly is.
- 37:12Speaker 1: And like, you know, in the past, big stars, you know,
- 37:15Speaker 1: would be in their room and everyone around them would go,
- 37:20Speaker 1: oh my God, it's beautiful. You know, can I see
- 37:23Speaker 1: the reviews? Can I see the reviews of my play?
- 37:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:26Speaker 1: And then they'd be like, just show her this one,
- 37:28Speaker 1: you know, she doesn't know that there's bad ones and everything.
- 37:31Speaker 1: And like, you read that or, um, if they gained weight,
- 37:35Speaker 1: the stylist would, would change, would say it was still
- 37:38Speaker 1: a size six dress and they expand it and put us.
- 37:41Speaker 1: And so then be like, you know, then she would
- 37:43Speaker 1: still think that she was size six and they put
- 37:45Speaker 1: a skinny mirror and, you know, and like all this
- 37:47Speaker 1: kind of stuff to just keep her, to eat the, the,
- 37:49Speaker 1: the ego of the star to the point that they
- 37:52Speaker 1: don't start doing weird tick tocks like this on Grammy night. Yeah.
- 37:57Speaker 2: I agree.
- 37:57Speaker 1: But now no one can keep someone from their phone.
- 38:00Speaker 2: No.
- 38:01Speaker 1: So it's like they're going to be able to be
- 38:05Speaker 1: out there.
- 38:06Speaker 2: She was saying it was a filter.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Okay.
- 38:08Speaker 2: But also it's not far off. Like I know the
- 38:11Speaker 2: filter she's doing. I've seen everybody do that.
- 38:13Speaker 1: This is not the pillow face filter. It's not.
- 38:17Speaker 2: There might be another filter. Because I did see.
- 38:19Speaker 1: It wasn't a great filter because she got in real
- 38:21Speaker 1: close and no offense.
- 38:23Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 38:23Speaker 1: Even though she doesn't have a liner face, I saw pores.
- 38:25Speaker 1: It wasn't perfect. It wasn't a filter to make you
- 38:28Speaker 1: look prettier.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Right.
- 38:30Speaker 1: So I don't know. I want to talk about a friend,
- 38:33Speaker 1: Jen Kirkman. Oh. Love her so much.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:38Speaker 1: So she showed a clip from this comedy album special
- 38:43Speaker 1: she did with Video. And she talks about Louis C.K.
- 38:47Speaker 2: I listened to the album. It's great.
- 38:48Speaker 1: And she tells the Louis C.K. story, and I'm so
- 38:50Speaker 1: glad she shared it in her special.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:52Speaker 1: And I'm going to paraphrase her joke, so forgive me, Jen.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Now, let me just say this.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Yes.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Louis C.K. last night won the Grammy for Best Comedy Album.
- 39:01Speaker 1: He won, and he was not there to accept it,
- 39:03Speaker 1: which was, again, a great move.
- 39:05Speaker 3: Great.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Oh, there was no way he would go.
- 39:07Speaker 1: No.
- 39:07Speaker 2: There were several people. They were saying that, you know,
- 39:10Speaker 2: is there cancel culture? Do people cancel culture? You know,
- 39:13Speaker 2: Caitlyn loves to cancel culture sort of thing now. They're
- 39:16Speaker 2: canceling everyone.
- 39:17Speaker 4: Okay.
- 39:18Speaker 2: So, but last night Marilyn Manson was nominated for Grammys.
- 39:24Speaker 2: And as was Louis C.K.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Right. So Marilyn didn't win anything.
- 39:28Speaker 2: Not that I know of, no.
- 39:28Speaker 1: And Marilyn didn't go.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Marilyn was not there, no, no, no. So, yeah. Anyway,
- 39:33Speaker 2: go on.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Well, I agree with you in that, you know, the
- 39:36Speaker 1: whole cancel culture that really probably started maybe four years
- 39:39Speaker 1: ago is when we first started to talk about it.
- 39:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:44Speaker 1: No, I mean, I think we can honestly say whatever... Purgatory,
- 39:49Speaker 1: cancel people were put in. It's getting shorter and shorter.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Right.
- 39:53Speaker 1: And I think there's more of a way to do it.
- 39:56Speaker 1: The first thing is go away. Go away. Go away.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Say you're sorry. Go away. And then when you creep back,
- 40:05Speaker 1: you might get some resistance. But the thing is. Hey,
- 40:10Speaker 1: you don't have to listen to Louis C.K. You don't
- 40:12Speaker 1: have to go to his show.
- 40:14Speaker 2: Right.
- 40:14Speaker 1: And if the comedy club wants to have him and
- 40:16Speaker 1: if enough people find what he did, mostly men probably
- 40:21Speaker 1: don't think it's that bad.
- 40:22Speaker 2: Right.
- 40:23Speaker 1: And they still like him and they don't want to
- 40:25Speaker 1: see a perv that jacks off in front of people
- 40:28Speaker 1: without asking be fired from life because they've done it too. Right.
- 40:32Speaker 1: So they're like, well, this is a crime I don't
- 40:34Speaker 1: think is so bad. So that's who's enjoying him. But
- 40:38Speaker 1: in order for him to have won, people I assume
- 40:41Speaker 1: that voted, I understand sometimes the nominations, I believe, are
- 40:45Speaker 1: a couple calls, okay? Right. And really, this person got nominated?
- 40:50Speaker 1: Who's their manager?
- 40:51Speaker 2: Okay.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Yeah. But I assume the people that voted actually bothered
- 40:55Speaker 1: to listen.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Maybe, sure.
- 40:57Speaker 1: So if they loved it, if they thought that was
- 40:58Speaker 1: the funniest one.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Right.
- 41:01Speaker 1: But no, there's no, you know, like, what are you
- 41:04Speaker 1: going to do? But I love that she talked about
- 41:06Speaker 1: this because Jen had a situation with Louis C.K. And
- 41:11Speaker 1: I feel like she told me this story, but then
- 41:13Speaker 1: when it first came out, she was like, I don't
- 41:16Speaker 1: want to talk about it. She would tell reporters, like,
- 41:19Speaker 1: leave me alone.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Well, it's exactly what the issue is with something like this. Yes.
- 41:24Speaker 2: And was what Jen was going through. He was, at
- 41:27Speaker 2: that time, a very powerful guy. She wanted to tell
- 41:30Speaker 2: the story, but also she wanted to have a career, too.
- 41:32Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 41:33Speaker 1: Right, yes.
- 41:33Speaker 2: So that's what– I mean, whether you think it's right
- 41:36Speaker 2: or wrong what he did or it's not that bad
- 41:38Speaker 2: or whatever– Here's where it becomes a problem. It becomes
- 41:41Speaker 2: a problem for the person who it's done to.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Louis C.K. is going to go on and do fine.
- 41:46Speaker 2: He can play theater the rest of his life. However,
- 41:48Speaker 2: now Jen is put in a weird position where I'd
- 41:51Speaker 2: love to talk about this and warn other people, whatever
- 41:53Speaker 2: the case may be, but I can't because I will
- 41:57Speaker 2: be screwed in this business.
- 41:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 41:59Speaker 2: So that's what the issue is. Right.
- 42:01Speaker 1: And then, you know, online she would get so much even.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Hate from people that even know. She's posting it all now.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Yeah, that know that she went through this. And I
- 42:09Speaker 1: always say the thing that I thought was so shitty
- 42:12Speaker 1: about the Louis CK thing is that the two girls
- 42:15Speaker 1: that met him at the comedy festival who thought they
- 42:18Speaker 1: were hanging out with him, thought maybe my God, maybe
- 42:20Speaker 1: they'll put us on a show, introduce us, whatever. And
- 42:23Speaker 1: he just started to jerk off in front of them. Um,
- 42:27Speaker 1: Where are their careers today?
- 42:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I don't even know their names.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Right, exactly.
- 42:31Speaker 1: But they were at a festival as a comic female
- 42:34Speaker 1: duo that, you know, at that time there weren't that
- 42:36Speaker 1: many female writers. People were looking for female writers. What
- 42:40Speaker 1: happened is then he was like, oh, shit.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Right.
- 42:43Speaker 1: And he made the calls to make sure those girls
- 42:45Speaker 1: never got jobs, weren't in writers' rooms to tell the story.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:50Speaker 1: He didn't just squash the story. He, like, squashed them.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Right, I know.
- 42:53Speaker 1: And that's where I'm like, I'll repeat that point of
- 42:56Speaker 1: view until I die.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Because I don't think people understand how shitty it was.
- 43:01Speaker 1: It wasn't the actual witnessing him jerking off.
- 43:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:06Speaker 1: It was like, fuck, you did the crime and now
- 43:10Speaker 1: you're going to make me feel bad that you did
- 43:11Speaker 1: it to me.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:13Speaker 1: So in her story, it was really funny and it's
- 43:16Speaker 1: on her Instagram and she was just saying like, I
- 43:19Speaker 1: literally thought he was doing a bit about a gross guy.
- 43:22Speaker 1: that starts to jerk off in front of someone without
- 43:25Speaker 1: asking when he started to like, Oh, he wants to
- 43:27Speaker 1: hear my opinion as he starts talking.
- 43:29Speaker 2: Yeah. She said, yeah, it is. It's fascinating.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Is her story that he jerked off in front of
- 43:34Speaker 1: her without asking?
- 43:35Speaker 2: Uh, he asked, but she thought, okay, from what I gather,
- 43:39Speaker 2: I listened to the album the other night. And from
- 43:41Speaker 2: what I gathered, it was at a comedy club. He
- 43:43Speaker 2: had done a show and they went upstairs to like
- 43:45Speaker 2: a green room type situation. And, and, he asked like,
- 43:50Speaker 2: can I drink over? And she thought, Oh, this is
- 43:52Speaker 2: a bit he's thinking about doing. So she was like, Oh,
- 43:56Speaker 2: I like it. I like what you're going with it.
- 43:58Speaker 2: But like, so she didn't know. Um, and I guess,
- 44:03Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't, I don't think the dick
- 44:04Speaker 2: ever came out. As a matter of fact, I think
- 44:05Speaker 2: she says it in the album that the dick never
- 44:08Speaker 2: did actually come out. Right.
- 44:09Speaker 1: But he was fishing.
- 44:10Speaker 2: He was fishing. Yeah. I guess that's what you do,
- 44:12Speaker 2: you know? So I don't know. It's, uh, It's all
- 44:16Speaker 2: very interesting.
- 44:17Speaker 1: I'm glad, though, that it's in her special.
- 44:19Speaker 2: I mean, if there's one thing to take away from
- 44:21Speaker 2: this and all these guys who get– Yeah. Like the
- 44:24Speaker 2: thing that I think is gone for Louis is the
- 44:28Speaker 2: fact that he's going to be– back in making movie,
- 44:31Speaker 2: those weird movies that we, I think you and I
- 44:33Speaker 2: were the only two ever watched that.
- 44:35Speaker 1: One weird movie.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Well, they took it off the shelf. I know, but
- 44:37Speaker 2: we got a copy of it somehow.
- 44:38Speaker 1: And it was a movie, very Woody Allen. And the
- 44:41Speaker 1: story was that this 17-year-old girl could not get enough
- 44:45Speaker 1: of this 70-year-old man that she wanted to fuck all
- 44:48Speaker 1: the time. And it was absolutely a movie to groom
- 44:52Speaker 1: the audience into rethinking the how, oh, maybe this isn't
- 44:56Speaker 1: so bad. Maybe this girl is mature enough. If she's
- 44:59Speaker 1: that horny for him, what's he supposed to do? And
- 45:01Speaker 1: there were several storylines of layers in that. And when
- 45:05Speaker 1: I saw that, I was like, yeah, and people need
- 45:07Speaker 1: to know who wrote this. Just like Woody Allen wrote
- 45:11Speaker 1: that movie Manhattan where a 17-year-old girl could not get
- 45:15Speaker 1: enough of his 43-year-old body. She wanted to bone him
- 45:19Speaker 1: all the time. And I'm like, Woody Allen wrote that movie.
- 45:21Speaker 2: You guys.
- 45:23Speaker 1: And that's where... media and stuff will get in your
- 45:27Speaker 1: head and you will start to rethink what's okay and
- 45:29Speaker 1: what's not okay. Right. I mean, it's why when we
- 45:32Speaker 1: watch movies that were just written 20 years ago, we're like,
- 45:34Speaker 1: I cannot believe this movie got out. Yeah.
- 45:36Speaker 2: A lot, all of them.
- 45:37Speaker 1: A movie about, remember that movie where the Johnny Knoxville
- 45:41Speaker 1: pretends to have, um, down syndrome to get, to earn,
- 45:45Speaker 1: to win money in the special Olympics. Yeah. I mean,
- 45:51Speaker 1: these things.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Sean Penn's got one where he, they can't even watch
- 45:54Speaker 2: that one now. With Sean Pendleton.
- 45:55Speaker 1: I am Sam.
- 45:56Speaker 2: I am Sam.
- 45:57Speaker 1: He played a special, like he had.
- 45:59Speaker 2: Yeah, he worked at Starbucks.
- 46:00Speaker 1: And he had special needs, but he still was able
- 46:03Speaker 1: to like get custody of his daughter.
- 46:04Speaker 2: And then didn't even.
- 46:05Speaker 1: No, he had custody of his daughter.
- 46:07Speaker 2: I know, but there was also a love interest. You
- 46:09Speaker 2: ever watch the one with Giovanni Ribisi and Juliette Lewis? Oh, yeah.
- 46:14Speaker 1: They were both. They were both special needs.
- 46:16Speaker 2: They were special needs lovers.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Yes. Tough to watch.
- 46:19Speaker 2: Tough to watch.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Rosie O'Donnell did one, too.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Yes.
- 46:25Speaker 1: My Sister's Keeper or something, and she was the sister
- 46:28Speaker 1: that needed to be kept.
- 46:29Speaker 2: And then Rosie O'Donnell played a dominatrix in a sex movie.
- 46:33Speaker 2: I think we've just mentioned two Gary Marshall movies, which
- 46:36Speaker 2: is sad.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Anyway, Kanye has also dropped out of Coachella just today.
- 46:45Speaker 2: Yeah, just as hot news.
- 46:46Speaker 1: First, of course, they said you can't perform at the Grammys.
- 46:50Speaker 1: And then, you know, Page Six wrote, like, he was
- 46:52Speaker 1: a no-show. Do you really expect him to show up
- 46:56Speaker 1: when you don't let him play? But he did win
- 46:57Speaker 1: two awards. He did win two Grammys. Maybe that's why
- 47:01Speaker 1: the award show was so short.
- 47:03Speaker 2: Nobody showed up.
- 47:04Speaker 1: So many of the people showed up, and they're like,
- 47:05Speaker 1: I'm going to accept this award. Anyway, he dressed up
- 47:08Speaker 1: as Coachella. Travis Scott, of course, is not a Coachella.
- 47:12Speaker 1: So maybe that'll be a short show, too.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll get that over with quick.
- 47:17Speaker 1: Kim and Pete, Pete met Kim, Kim met Pete's grandparents.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Oh, good.
- 47:24Speaker 1: This is real. This is 100% real.
- 47:26Speaker 2: Is it?
- 47:27Speaker 1: And I was watching SNL and he did this like
- 47:30Speaker 1: funny video. I guess, I don't know if he's on
- 47:32Speaker 1: the show anymore or what.
- 47:33Speaker 2: He gets some sort of pass. Like I used to
- 47:35Speaker 2: hear in the old days of SNL, if you read
- 47:38Speaker 2: anyone's books who's on the cast of SNL. They'll say, like,
- 47:41Speaker 2: you couldn't take off if your family died. You had
- 47:44Speaker 2: to be there Saturday night.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:46Speaker 2: But for whatever reason, he's able to come and go
- 47:48Speaker 2: as he pleases. Lorne Michaels seems to just love this
- 47:50Speaker 2: guy and he just gives him pass. Not that I
- 47:53Speaker 2: like him, too. I think he's funny on Saturday Night Live.
- 47:54Speaker 1: I think what he's doing by dating Cam has gotten people,
- 47:59Speaker 1: I'm sure the ratings have gone up. So he did
- 48:02Speaker 1: this video. So he was not there, but he had
- 48:04Speaker 1: a big music video. Where he's like singing this– rapping
- 48:08Speaker 1: this song with I think Gunna who was the guest
- 48:11Speaker 1: as well, the musical guest. And it was cute. It
- 48:14Speaker 1: was like about when you want to watch a movie,
- 48:18Speaker 1: you look now at the time like on Netflix or
- 48:20Speaker 1: whatever and you're like, oh my god, two hours and
- 48:22Speaker 1: 47 minutes.
- 48:23Speaker 2: No.
- 48:23Speaker 1: So it was just like I want to watch a
- 48:25Speaker 1: short-ass movie. But I'm telling you, him rapping and everything–
- 48:30Speaker 1: You see it? I mean, I've seen it already.
- 48:33Speaker 2: I've said it too.
- 48:34Speaker 1: It's growing on.
- 48:35Speaker 2: It's growing.
- 48:36Speaker 1: And now it's like his game and everything. It's just like, yes.
- 48:39Speaker 1: And the fact that he, you know, and guys get
- 48:42Speaker 1: hotter based on who they date. Just like sometimes women,
- 48:45Speaker 1: you know, they date up. They keep dating up.
- 48:47Speaker 2: Look at Travis Barker. First of all, last night, again,
- 48:51Speaker 2: there on the red carpet.
- 48:52Speaker 1: Oh, I think I have a photo.
- 48:53Speaker 2: Courtney and Travis.
- 48:55Speaker 1: I have a photo of them.
- 48:56Speaker 2: And they're doing the time. There it is.
- 48:58Speaker 6: Yes.
- 48:59Speaker 2: Which is so weird, as you and I both know,
- 49:01Speaker 2: being big stars, we've walked red carpets. And you have
- 49:04Speaker 2: to stop and do a pose in front of people.
- 49:07Speaker 5: Right.
- 49:07Speaker 2: And their pose seems to be the tongue touch.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Well, I mean, listen, they both have had much more
- 49:13Speaker 1: experience on a red carpet than us.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:15Speaker 1: And it seems to be working. A lot of people
- 49:17Speaker 1: were questioning if she was pregnant when she was exercising.
- 49:20Speaker 1: at the Oscars. She wore a black dress and like
- 49:23Speaker 1: from the side, it was like a slight pooch. I said,
- 49:26Speaker 1: I don't think so. I think this is a 42-year-old
- 49:29Speaker 1: girl who's in love.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Right.
- 49:30Speaker 1: And it's just not being as strict with her diet
- 49:33Speaker 1: as she was. Right. She still looks great and she's
- 49:36Speaker 1: still like a size whatever, two or four. Yeah. Last night,
- 49:39Speaker 1: I think she took a little bloating pill or something
- 49:42Speaker 1: because the stomach was flat again.
- 49:45Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 49:46Speaker 1: And so, you know, listen, girls, you need to get
- 49:51Speaker 1: skinny in a week and you're a Kardashian. You do
- 49:55Speaker 1: the juice cleanse. You do the thing where you'd sweat,
- 49:58Speaker 1: people to go on those sweating things. You dehydrate yourself
- 50:02Speaker 1: a little and, like, you can get in that dress
- 50:06Speaker 1: and then today you're at In-N-Out.
- 50:07Speaker 2: It works. Right.
- 50:09Speaker 1: Anyway, I don't think she's pregnant. And then Addison Rae
- 50:12Speaker 1: was doing the same tongue thing with her boyfriend. As
- 50:15Speaker 1: you know, Addison Rae and Kourtney hit it off before
- 50:18Speaker 1: she got with Travis.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Who's that guy? Who's her boyfriend?
- 50:20Speaker 1: He's some guy, Omar Fetty. Is he a singer too?
- 50:26Speaker 1: He's an Israeli guitarist. Oh. He's an Israeli guitarist with
- 50:29Speaker 1: pink hair. But Addison Rae has her own show, Big Billboard.
- 50:34Speaker 1: Addison Rae is a huge TikTok star.
- 50:36Speaker 2: I know her, yeah.
- 50:38Speaker 1: It's not for you.
- 50:38Speaker 2: I'm telling the people. I'm familiar with Addison Rae.
- 50:45Speaker 1: I have to sometimes tell people what we're talking about. So,
- 50:49Speaker 1: and she was really one of the people that took
- 50:51Speaker 1: off and then, you know, he became more famous because she,
- 50:54Speaker 1: because Mason Disick was a fan of hers. So Courtney
- 50:58Speaker 1: was like, come over and meet my little horny son
- 51:00Speaker 1: and like do a TikTok dance in our backyard. So
- 51:03Speaker 1: then they were like best friends and it was like
- 51:04Speaker 1: the last season of Kardashians and everybody's like, Is Courtney
- 51:08Speaker 1: having a midlife crisis? Why is she hanging out with
- 51:10Speaker 1: a 19-year-old? Then just like all 19-year-olds, Courtney got a
- 51:13Speaker 1: boyfriend and we don't hear about Addison Rae anymore. So
- 51:19Speaker 1: Addison Rae has a show that you are to watch
- 51:23Speaker 1: on Snapchat.
- 51:25Speaker 2: Whoa, that's still going?
- 51:25Speaker 1: It's a Snap original called Addison Rae Goes Home. And
- 51:30Speaker 1: I just started to laugh so much about it.
- 51:32Speaker 2: I'm like, goes home?
- 51:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Like, wow. life has changed so much since I left
- 51:38Speaker 1: my hometown two and a half years ago.
- 51:40Speaker 2: Right.
- 51:40Speaker 1: I'm like, do you imagine that? I'm like, this is
- 51:42Speaker 1: like when I went to USC and then came back
- 51:44Speaker 1: to the Valley. Like, wow. Like if I was like, wow,
- 51:49Speaker 1: it's still the same old target.
- 51:51Speaker 2: It looks like she's in some sort of farm from
- 51:53Speaker 2: a farm situation.
- 51:54Speaker 1: She's a Louisiana or whatever.
- 51:56Speaker 2: That's a fun.
- 51:57Speaker 1: So it's like, you know, but are we watching a
- 51:58Speaker 1: little bit of it? And it's just like, so I'm
- 52:01Speaker 1: going to talk to my good friends and wow, nothing's changed.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Nothing like getting on a, ATV and going through the
- 52:07Speaker 1: woods or whatever and even the way it's filmed like
- 52:10Speaker 1: they put her in little buns you know little pigtail
- 52:13Speaker 1: buns and then put her in a tank top and
- 52:16Speaker 1: she's pretty and she's kind of wholesome and I mean
- 52:19Speaker 1: that is every perv's like dream so they like whoever's
- 52:21Speaker 1: filming it is like yeah we know who's watching who's
- 52:24Speaker 1: snap chatting to this because then she's like I love being,
- 52:28Speaker 1: I love going on my ATV. Like, I'm just like,
- 52:32Speaker 1: Oh yeah. And I'm just, but seriously, what is the content?
- 52:35Speaker 1: Like how has life changed in the three years? And
- 52:41Speaker 1: also COVID was two of that.
- 52:42Speaker 2: Like, Oh yeah.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm saying like, oh, the Walmart, they moved the
- 52:47Speaker 1: bikinis from, this is where we used to shop for clothes,
- 52:50Speaker 1: and now they moved the clothes section.
- 52:52Speaker 2: You want to do one of these, you do one
- 52:53Speaker 2: with me when I go back home to Ronkonkoma, Long Island,
- 52:56Speaker 2: and go to a bar and listen to every meth
- 52:58Speaker 2: head tell me they're thinking about starting a comedy career.
- 53:00Speaker 2: I'm thinking about doing comedy. Comedy seems fun. They're 52.
- 53:07Speaker 1: I'm coming home, coming home. Yeah, anyway, so she's doing
- 53:12Speaker 1: just fine in life.
- 53:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Let me see if there's anything else. Oh, and then Kanye,
- 53:17Speaker 1: just to finish this, Kanye said that he too is
- 53:20Speaker 1: going to go away to get help. Right. If he
- 53:24Speaker 1: shows up at the same place with Will Smith.
- 53:26Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 53:27Speaker 1: I just don't think anything could be more fun.
- 53:29Speaker 2: Bad Boys 4.
- 53:30Speaker 6: Yes.
- 53:31Speaker 2: That's the perfect plot line. Start that. Bad Boys for life.
- 53:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:38Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Okay. And then I just, it's very sad about Taylor Swift.
- 53:44Speaker 2: So sad.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Hawkins.
- 53:46Speaker 2: They did a nice tribute to him at the.
- 53:47Speaker 1: Grammys last night. That was just a big shock for
- 53:50Speaker 1: the Foo Fighters and for everybody.
- 53:51Speaker 2: I mean, I think it is for, yeah, just because
- 53:53Speaker 2: they were so tight-knit band.
- 53:54Speaker 1: And what do you know of what he died of?
- 53:56Speaker 2: I mean, I know just what everyone else read, that
- 53:58Speaker 2: they found drugs in his system. But from what I read,
- 54:01Speaker 2: that there were drugs, prescription pills that he was on,
- 54:06Speaker 2: as far as I know. I didn't see anything about
- 54:08Speaker 2: heroin or whatever else. But I mean, I think the
- 54:11Speaker 2: combination of everything And this could all change. Right. It
- 54:16Speaker 2: was what did it. I heard he had an enlarged heart.
- 54:18Speaker 2: I don't know if that's something he had already or
- 54:20Speaker 2: it was because of the drugs.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Right, it's the combination.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Yeah, right. Anyway, it's a sad story. He was one
- 54:25Speaker 2: of those guys who just seemed to be having a
- 54:27Speaker 2: good life.
- 54:28Speaker 1: Speaking of sad stories. Another one. Okay, so this came
- 54:31Speaker 1: out last week and the update is Bruce Willis, who
- 54:35Speaker 1: now they said he has this brain disease. That kind
- 54:39Speaker 1: of works into dementia, but it affects it. And he's
- 54:42Speaker 1: had it for almost three years, signs of it. Can
- 54:45Speaker 1: you look up Bruce Willis' age and the age of
- 54:48Speaker 1: his wife? He, too, is married to a.
- 54:51Speaker 2: Aphasia or something?
- 54:52Speaker 1: Yeah, aphasia, I think is what it's called. And he also,
- 54:56Speaker 1: they just, Page Six is reporting that Bruce Willis sold
- 54:59Speaker 1: nearly $ 65 million of his property as his health declined.
- 55:04Speaker 1: So he's 67. And his wife is 43. And his
- 55:06Speaker 1: wife is 43.
- 55:07Speaker 5: Right.
- 55:08Speaker 1: And they have how many kids? I want to say
- 55:10Speaker 1: they have maybe just two.
- 55:11Speaker 2: I heard two, yeah.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Anyway, so that came out last week that he... And then,
- 55:19Speaker 1: you know, the article's coming out about... Whoa. So he
- 55:23Speaker 1: has five kids.
- 55:24Speaker 2: All together? No, he has... No.
- 55:26Speaker 1: Five kids total. Oh, five kids total. So he has
- 55:30Speaker 1: two with the new wife that are, like, young.
- 55:32Speaker 2: Right. And so.
- 55:35Speaker 1: You know, all these articles have come out that he's
- 55:37Speaker 1: done all these movies and the formula is get him
- 55:41Speaker 1: for two or three days, put an earpiece in him,
- 55:44Speaker 1: pay him a million dollars. And literally they're using like
- 55:48Speaker 1: the same photo of him as a cop in every
- 55:50Speaker 1: movie for the poster. And then you watch the movie
- 55:53Speaker 1: and he's like barely in it. Yeah. And it's just,
- 55:55Speaker 1: but everyone, you know, oh, but he's had signs of
- 55:58Speaker 1: it for three years. Well, can we just talk about
- 56:01Speaker 1: who the fuck did these contracts? Right. He didn't do
- 56:06Speaker 1: this on his own. He didn't just pick up the
- 56:07Speaker 1: phone and they say, hey, Bruce, come down to Puerto
- 56:09Speaker 1: Rico and do this movie. No. An agent, an agency
- 56:12Speaker 1: did it. A lawyer looked at it. So, like, these
- 56:15Speaker 1: people knew what was up. They're talking to him on
- 56:18Speaker 1: a daily basis. And they're saying, just take the check.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Who cares what your legacy is? So I'm like, I
- 56:26Speaker 1: would like, I think some people should expose those people. And,
- 56:29Speaker 1: you know, and if it was all in agreement, like, look,
- 56:32Speaker 1: I'm losing my brain. Get me as much work as possible.
- 56:34Speaker 1: I have these two little kids. I have this 43-year-old wife.
- 56:38Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. But I feel like there
- 56:41Speaker 1: was a reason why, and it's sad because these movies,
- 56:45Speaker 1: he made a lot of money on and he didn't,
- 56:47Speaker 1: you know, but it's not a great legacy to his career.
- 56:50Speaker 1: I mean, anybody that truly cared about him would have said,
- 56:53Speaker 1: let's not do these movies. Let's try to get you
- 56:55Speaker 1: the best medical care ever. Or let's end on a
- 56:58Speaker 1: great note. Like these were your, this was your prime time.
- 57:02Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 57:03Speaker 1: But obviously he was trying to make as much money
- 57:06Speaker 1: as he could, whether he was aware he was making
- 57:07Speaker 1: it or not. But you know, Lala Kent was almost
- 57:11Speaker 1: shot by him in a movie. Yeah.
- 57:13Speaker 2: He was shooting it. I guess he, yeah, he was
- 57:15Speaker 2: shooting it.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Yeah. She's talked about it. And she said, you know,
- 57:17Speaker 1: it was like one of those things where it was
- 57:19Speaker 1: the blocking. He'd come in, And, um, they're like, okay,
- 57:23Speaker 1: you say the, you know, this after the line, then
- 57:26Speaker 1: you turn around and do this. And it went over
- 57:29Speaker 1: and over and he could not figure out how to
- 57:32Speaker 1: do it. And at one point the gun is going
- 57:35Speaker 1: in the direction where she's not prepared to be.
- 57:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 57:39Speaker 1: And she was like shaking up and was like, and
- 57:41Speaker 1: they were still like, well, no, we just got to,
- 57:43Speaker 1: let's just do it one more time. It's like, oh
- 57:45Speaker 1: my God.
- 57:46Speaker 2: I was, uh, many years ago. When I first came
- 57:51Speaker 2: to Hollywood, I was in a movie with Jan Michael Vincent.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Okay.
- 57:54Speaker 2: I don't know if anyone remembers who he is.
- 57:55Speaker 1: I know that name is familiar.
- 57:56Speaker 2: He was a big star in the 70s. Gorgeous guy.
- 57:59Speaker 2: Air wolf. But he became a drug addict. And toward
- 58:03Speaker 2: the end, he was doing anything.
- 58:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 58:05Speaker 2: So some real terrible C-list movie. I don't think I
- 58:08Speaker 2: ever saw The Light of Day. I don't know if
- 58:10Speaker 2: it was a brain thing. From drugs, he was gone.
- 58:14Speaker 2: And I had a scene with him. And the director
- 58:17Speaker 2: was telling the people on the set to open the window.
- 58:21Speaker 2: And he thought they were– that was his line. So
- 58:26Speaker 2: he kept– they go, open the window. He go, open
- 58:30Speaker 2: the window. They're like, no, no, no, not you, Jan.
- 58:32Speaker 2: That's not for you. That's for the director, the other
- 58:35Speaker 2: production assistant. Okay, open the window. Open the window. They're like, no, Jan,
- 58:42Speaker 2: just not– once again, that's for the production assistant. Okay,
- 58:45Speaker 2: got it, got it. Open the– just– let's cut this.
- 58:52Speaker 2: So it's tough. It's tough. Once again, I'm going to
- 58:54Speaker 2: go back to this is a tough business.
- 58:58Speaker 1: It's really– I'm really sad for his kids and, you know, rumor. Yeah.
- 59:05Speaker 2: Everybody likes Bruce Willis.
- 59:08Speaker 1: I don't know that this was the plan for them
- 59:11Speaker 1: to come out with it at this time. I think
- 59:14Speaker 1: there's more that's going to come out and they got
- 59:17Speaker 1: word and right. Like maybe there's some big article or
- 59:20Speaker 1: something about to come out. That's going to expose a
- 59:22Speaker 1: bigger story here. And so they were like, look, can you,
- 59:26Speaker 1: can you comment on this? And they're finally like, you
- 59:27Speaker 1: know what? It's time we just, like, come– let him
- 59:32Speaker 1: be in peace and let's, like, get our finances or whatever.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Well, it's interesting that I remember during the pandemic there
- 59:38Speaker 2: were pictures of him with Demi in their kitchen or whatever. Yes. Idaho,
- 59:42Speaker 2: whatever they live. And I was always like, why is
- 59:45Speaker 2: he– doesn't he have a wife and kids? Like, why
- 59:47Speaker 2: is he always with Demi Moore? Like, it's odd that he's, like, spending, like,
- 59:51Speaker 2: lengths of time with– and I think it was that.
- 59:53Speaker 2: I think their family kind of took him in because
- 59:56Speaker 2: they knew that he had issues. I'm not saying– I.
- 59:59Speaker 1: Think that they really, and I read her book.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: And, you know, they always said that they had this
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: great relationship and he loved Ashton Kutcher and all of
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: this stuff.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: But in the book she reveals her, you know, struggles
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: with alcoholism that she had before. Then she got sober.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Then she relapsed with Ashton or, you know, this whole thing.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: And there was times where She was not happy with
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: the fact that he was very firm with the kids
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: not being around her when she was struggling with drugs
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: and alcohol. And, like, there's one chapter in there where
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: she said, you know, like, he was completely alone on
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: Mother's Day and things like that. I mean, I still
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: think that they have a good close tie, but, like,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: I think he, you know, I think that's why the girls,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: the older girls, I mean, he always really maintained what
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: sounds to me a really good relationship with all of
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: his kids. So like, you know, but I mean, Hey, they,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: they had to have known it's their dad. They had
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: to have known that he was still going off and
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: doing these movies and taking the checks, which thank God,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: nothing tragic happened. He didn't accidentally kill Lala or anyone else,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: but that could have happened.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: And then that would have been his legacy. And that
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: would have, it's the same reason why when someone that
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: you know in your life, an older parent insists on
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: continuing to drive, um, And when my parents were at
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: that place, I remember my mom said, oh, well, my
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: friend said, if you go to this DMV, it's an
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: easier test or whatever. And I said, mom, you don't
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: need to drive. We can drive you. What if in
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: your final years of having a perfect exemplatory life as
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: a mom, as a businesswoman, everything. You hit and kill someone.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: That's what you have to tell your loved ones if
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: they're insisting on driving. Enough with that.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: Enough with that.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Especially with Uber and access and everything. Don't. Don't let
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: somebody that's not there.
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: I've tried to show my parents Uber and Lyft. That's
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: a tough one.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: That one's tough, too.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: It's a tough one to get them to figure that out.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: That was a tough one too, but maybe try. Okay.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: We talked about the new look of FUPA and sharing
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: the FUPA looks that are happening on G Scoop Live.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: So this– the fashions are just so horrific lately. I
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: just– I don't even know.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: What's going on. Is this for real though? Is this
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: like something people are actually wearing out there or is.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: It– This is a– I don't know if people– yes,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: this is an item that is skin-tight jeans with then
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: holes cut around where then if you sat down, you
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: could probably see into– there's a hole cut around your hip.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: And then it's a high-waisted jean with a hole. So
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: then when you sit, you could probably peek in and
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: see the full fupa from the side.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: So it's happening.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Also happening– this comes from Inside Nova– The Johnny Depp
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: Amber Heard trial is coming to Fairfax County in Virginia.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: It's happening. Now, this trial. Now, you know what this is.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: This is a defamation trial with Johnny Depp is suing
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Amber Heard.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: But I thought this happened in England already.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: It's so confusing.
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: But it's happening here and it's going to be a
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: full on trial. And the people that are going to
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: be called to testify either in person or virtually are
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: Elon Musk. Oh. Actors James Franco and Paul Bettany and
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: actress Ellen Barkin, who is on Heard's defense.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: But what is this one? Is it different than the
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: one that was in London?
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: Maybe the London one was just like suing a publication. Yeah.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: And now this is just suing her for her telling
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: the publication that she was a victim at his hands.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: And why is it Virginia? Is that where they live?
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Maybe that's where the, maybe that's where the incident happened
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: and what she, he's claiming she's not telling the truth about.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: I mean, this thing, I mean, the amount of money
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: and the amount of time that they lost worth him
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: trying to fight. Like I, I mean, if he would
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: have just been like, I deny it all. Right. We
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: had a tumultuous relationship, but I never did any of this.
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: I really don't think people would have picked it up. Yeah. Like,
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: but he went this, no, I'm going to sue her
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: for defamation. Like, And now he's missed out on having
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: an acting career these last five years.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: Yeah. I think he's kind of done in this business,
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: you know?
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: I mean.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Well, I heard he's doing a Randall Emmett film next. No,
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: just kidding.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: I mean, that's what's going to happen. He's going to
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: be doing what Rolls Bruce Willis can't do. That's what
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: he's going to take. Possibly.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: We'll see. Shaw's The Sunset star Mike Shohed. You know,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: how do I pronounce that?
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: Shohed?
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Anyway, he's been on Shaws and Sunset forever. The show
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: has been on for like 12 years. I don't know
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: if it's coming back. They're all supposed to be, you know,
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: these Beverly Hills, Persian people.
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: Sure.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: However, many of them live in the Valley, including him,
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: because the West Hills police came to his house. Oh.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: And unfortunately, he's denying it, but he was arrested for
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: domestic violence. Oh. But the girl that he was engaged to,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: that we saw on the show- They had lots of
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: cheating things where she'd catch him DMing a bunch of people,
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: sexting a bunch of people. But he said, look, it
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: was just DMing and sexting. Yeah. I just can't get
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: enough of my phone.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: That girl, he still follows. But she has deactivated her Instagram.
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: So they don't know if she is the victim. But anyway,
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: that just came out today.
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Also in Housewives News, a former Real Housewives of New York,
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: Kelly Bessamone, said that she thinks that Annie Delvey would
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: make an amazing new housewife because they're going to do
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: like two versions of Real Housewives of New York. They're
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: going to do like younger and new and then have
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: one with just the old Gs.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: Oh, good.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: I don't know. What do you think about her being
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: a housewife?
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: No.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: I mean, of course, it would be watchable. You'd want
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: to watch it.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Oh, I mean, come on. But just imagine just like
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: her just hanging out, saying her lines. I mean, it
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: might be fun if she made an appearance, like, as
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: one of the friends. Yeah. But I guess she's friendly. No,
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: she's not. It's Julia Fox. Julia Fox is friendly with
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: this girl, Leah. What's Leah's last name?
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: Mom?
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: Yeah, what's Leah's... Yeah, what's Leah's name?
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: Leah from Real House in New York. But I think
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: it would be awful with her being like, I have
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: to go to a red carpet party for these people. Like,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: she'd just be the worst. Also... Oh, Liam McSweeney. I
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: don't know what's going to happen. Anyway, Real Housewives of
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: New Jersey star Jennifer Aiden, her husband's Ferrari was stolen
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: from their garage and they had it on camera.
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: Whoa.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: And the kids were home. They were in Florida having fun.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: And yeah, I mean, these ring lights are just catching
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: so much crime.
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: And a lot of coyotes. I feel like the ring
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: lights have really ruined Raccoon's career. They're like, I use
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: family to get out of the garbage, no problem. Now
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: every five minutes is ring light. I can't even enjoy
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: any garbage.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: I love a raccoon thief on a ring camera.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Oh, it's one of my favorite things.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: Because it's like these long hands.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: They have like human hands.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like.
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: Yeah. And they always go in very trepidatiously. And yeah,
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: it's great.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: They all look like Julia Fox.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: Yeah, it's my favorite. Is that over? Is Julia Fox over?
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Here's Julia Fox.
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: Are we still going to have to suffer through this?
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: This was a really funny... Joke that someone's who said it. Oh,
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: your moms are watching this real housewife, Heather Dubrow at OC.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: They're claiming that she had a crew member. She said,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: I did not. And so they took the photo of
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: Julia Fox. Did you see that her necklace actually, I mean,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: her dress that she wore, she went to the Oscars, right?
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: Where was that?
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: She wore this. It's a hand. So, like, the halter
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: is actually a hand around her neck, which goes with
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: her whole dominant.
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: Both sides. It goes around both sides. There's a backhand, too.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: And she, very bloodshot eyes, which then she enhanced with
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: more red around her eyes. And then, of course, the
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: black stuff. And, I mean, remember in Mean Girls where
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: people say, stop trying to make fetch happen?
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: I've seen that meme too. Like, stop trying to make
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: Julia Fox happen.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: Yeah, this one. We don't need this. We got enough. Yeah.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: But if Julia Fox and Anna Delvey join the new
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: version of The Real Housewives of New York and make
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: it kind of like a different, not even make it
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: about like rich married women. You shouldn't even call it
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Housewives because they're not housewives. Yeah. I don't know.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: Why don't we have them reenact the final scene of
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: Thelma and Louise and both drive off a cliff together?
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: That would be so good.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: And then we don't have to see them either one
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: from ever again. And throw in that girl from Vegan.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Bad Vegan.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Oh, Salma.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: Yeah. That was a lot there. I watched that one.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: She's got a movie. I mean, she's got a book
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: coming out. Julia Fox.
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: Oh, book. What's that going to be?
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: I don't know. She was on the red carpet and
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: she's like, yes, actually, it's a masterpiece. It's going to be.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: It's I mean, I can't even believe how good this
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: book is.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: You're real modest. Do you know that the Queen of
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Versailles is back?
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: I saw a commercial for it.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: I went to the Queen of Versailles party.
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: You told me the story.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: It sounds amazing.
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: So I watched a little of it. It's 90,000 square feet.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: That's the ugliest house I've ever seen. That looks like
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: something from Dollywood. It looks like the gift shop at Dollywood.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, it's definitely not my style. And it's
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: almost like when they started doing it 10 years ago.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: when they did the documentary, it wasn't in then, but
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: it was a little more in the now. Like this
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: is like all, but it's, that's what it is. It's
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: like Versailles. I mean, it's all this fancy kind of stuff.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: And she had, so.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Watching it with her, cause I went to her party
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: at her penthouse and there's some people at this little
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: party there and I'm talking to her and she's standing,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: she's wearing jeans, wearing jeggings. And then she has this
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: huge necklace on with like emeralds.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: Like she's, you know, she's wealthy. Sure.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: And we're like watching it. And I see this dog.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: They go to like her storage space. And I see
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: this dog in a glass case that's just sitting there.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: But it looks like a real dog. And I go,
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: why are you keeping like a live dog in a glass?
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: And then she's like, that's Chanel. We had her stuffed.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: And she goes, but they put the rest of her
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: body in a fox body. They kept the top of her,
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: but then I guess.
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: Oh, so wait, our head. So her dog died.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Her dog died. So she went to go to a
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: stuff place.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: Yeah. Taxidermist. Yes.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: And put the dog like in a pit on it's
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: like ferret pillow. And it looks just like, I mean,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: like if I did this with Raven, I mean, it
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: looks just like, like just as fresh and real as
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: it did. Like the face and everything. But I guess
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: maybe the body couldn't be saved. Anyway, they just found, like,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: another fox. So, like, body is Chanel's body. The head
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: is Chanel's head.
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: Sure. I'm understanding. I mean, I'm not understanding, but I'm understanding.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: Just like it looked kind of almost not even– I
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: don't even think it was a purebred. I mean, it
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: was just kind of like a cute medium-sized, like, golden
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: retriever mix something. I don't know. It was cute. So
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: those are the kind of things, you know.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: Yeah. That you can expect to see.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: Fun like that. That should be, if that's not an episode,
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: that should be an episode where they go to the
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: taxidermist and puts together an old dead fox.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: I mean, I would like to see how, you know, like,
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: I didn't know that a taxidermist doesn't just go, hey, look,
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: we can't use the whole body because it'll be a mess.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: But we have these half fox bodies.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: I got a stock room full of foxes back here.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: If you want me to put a fox's ass on
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: your dog, I can make it happen. I'm not a
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: miracle worker, but I'll make it happen.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Oh, my God. This is Shannon Mochler, who's 46. I
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: think she's had a lot of work done on her facelift.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: She looks very young here. She's got the braids. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: She is Travis Barker's ex.
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: Yeah. I remember the show.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: Yeah. And she was with this guy named Matthew Rondeau. He,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: right after she won, or did she win or she
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: got close to winning the Big Brother? Oh, yeah.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: Celebrity Big Brother.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: He took her phone and went on her Instagram and
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Said she's a cheater. She's so disrespectful.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: I saw the video.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: The neighbor, yeah, went to the neighbor's house and was like,
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: this is who she's cheating with, all this stuff. She
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: called the police. She got a restraining order in the
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: police report. It said that he spit on her, that
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: he peed on her. Oh. That he, you know, all
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: this stuff. Then she comes out and says, I'm pregnant.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: From this guy?
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: Well, that's who she was with. And people are like, wow,
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: 46 and pregnant. That's unusual. And how sad for her
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: that she's– the baby daddy is this awful guy that's–
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: and a lot has come out about this guy too.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: But anyway, then he goes, I'm taking a break on Instagram.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: People are saying lies about me. This is the worst.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: This and that. They show her holding her stomach walking
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: across the street at like a Rite Aid as if
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: she didn't call the paparazzi to come. And then she
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: comes out and goes, I'm actually not pregnant. I was
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: taking some hormone that then showed up in the pregnancy.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: And then a lot of people came out and said,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I don't believe you because a false positive, you can
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: get a false negative. Like, I mean, I remember I
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: was pregnant with Drake and I was taking all these
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: pregnancy tests and I was so cheap that I went
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: to the dollar store and got the 99 cent test. Yeah.
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: And I was like, where is my period? And I
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: kept peeing on it and peeing on it. Negative, negative, negative.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: And then finally I was like, Peter, I think we
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: need to break down and spend the $ 17 on the EPT,
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: you know?
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: And turned out I was pregnant. Went to the doctor.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: Ten and a half weeks pregnant. Oh.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: So the one at the 99 cents store doesn't work
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: is what you're saying. Do not. Do not get those ones.
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: Because you're going to keep drinking, keep thinking that you're partying.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: And then you're going to go to the bathroom and
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: shit out a baby.
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: And it'll still have said negative. Like, right. So. Anyway,
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: the point is, it really doesn't work the other way,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: where it says you're positive and you really aren't. I mean,
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: you still should get checked out. Now I'm going to
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: get the letters. I'm just saying it's unusual.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: So anyway, they are at Disneyland.
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: Oh, that's Disneyland?
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: And he posted the cutest mouse I've ever seen.
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: I mean, I assume they're- Wait, they're back together? That's him?
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Maybe they're not. You imagine just wearing those ears out.
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: I guess those aren't Disney ears. Yeah. They're just wearing
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: ears out.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: I think that's like some sort of thing, yeah. Cause
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: that doesn't look like Disney years.
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: They're together.
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: What a weirdo.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Then, um, that heavy is reporting that maybe Vanderpump is
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: coming back and that Stassi and Bo Stassi Schroeder and Bo.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: Now she was her husband. There might be making an
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: appearance or reoccurring. She did it right when she was canceled.
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: She went away and she went away. Didn't she write
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: a book about it?
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: She had her baby. She has now another book coming out. Um,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: Which we're going to hear about what she went through
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: during that time.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: Yeah. During that year and a half.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: Now people are dying. Her book is doing really well
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: on pre-orders. People are dying to hear from her. She
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: still has a huge following. Right. She had the baby
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: that redeemed her. She's still with her husband.
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: Good.
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: She did it right.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Like, just... But there are different, I mean, I
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: believe there's varying degrees of canceling.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Well, a canceling, okay. Going to prison for Ray Parvey.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Weinstein, no. Like Kevin Spacey's going to have a tough
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: go of it, I think.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Don, also, if you're of a certain age, too, we
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: were done with you anyway.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: Matt Lauer. Yeah, he's not.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: Because it's over. Yeah, I don't think he's coming back
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: anytime soon. Does he even have a podcast? That's terrible.
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: That's shocking. Yeah, there's nothing. I think he's tried, and
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: every time he tries to make some sort of small comeback,
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: there'll be another thing that'll come out.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: Do you know how many times people around him have said,
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: why don't you start a podcast? And he keeps going, no, no, don't.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: If you fucking tell me I need to start a podcast,
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: I'm Matt fucking Lauer. Okay, when does the podcast come out?
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: Let's take a prediction. It's coming. That's a good call.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: But I think it's been on, and he's going to say,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: you know, the first episode will be like, I thought
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: about doing this. People have come to me.
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: But I finally am like, you know what? I really
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: enjoy reporting on the news. Just trust me. So I'm
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: going to say it's coming out.
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: The Matt Lauer podcast.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: September 1st, 2022 is the Matt Lauer podcast.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: Oh, that's coming up. So he's going to have the
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: summer to think about it. Yeah. And then release it.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: He's working on the deal right now, but he still
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: wants to have a fun summer in the Hamptons. He
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: doesn't want to be bogged down. They're going to make
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: the little studio. He definitely needs to have a producer
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: because he can't do shit himself.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: And.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: Might involve an interview with the daughter.
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Let everyone know that, you know, that, yes, we did anal,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: but not with the daughter, but with that girl. Remember
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: he said that? Yeah. We did anal, but it was consensual.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: That was where I was like, maybe don't say that
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: right after.
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: A lot of times, there's some things you just don't
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: want to hear.
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Like, you don't need to get into the details of
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: the accusation, but he felt so compelled. No! That was
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: not what happened. Yeah. Okay, when do you think? I
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: said September 1st, 2022.
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: I mean, I'm going to say... Can I say.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: You can't say like one month before or after me.
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: I'm going to be like the person on Price is
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: Right who guesses a dollar and just everyone hates. $ 1.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: I think everyone's overpaid here.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: Yes, exactly. And I'm going to go $ 1.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: You can't do it. You cannot do it.
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. I'm going to say... Can I say this?
- 1:18:50Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: I don't think he's going to do a podcast. All right.
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: No, that's.
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: I think he's happy with being.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: Just rich in the Hamptons.
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: Just gone. Yeah, just gone. I think he's older, like
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: you said. I had heard he's like, he had like
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: a landscaping passion before. And that's what he's doing. I'm
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: not kidding. Like, I heard he's doing landscaping. In the Hamptons.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: Okay. Well, you might, hey, I'm not always right. Oh
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: my gosh. We were about to end the show and
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: then Chris mentioned something and I'm like, no, we have
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: to include this.
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: I was telling you as friends, privately friends.
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: Yes, we finished the show and I'm like, no, we're
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: plopping this in and there's still more, we still have
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: more stuff that we talked about later, but I'm plopping
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: this in so it doesn't get lost. Chris, as we
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: were about to say goodbye and take our cute photo,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: You said... I.
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: Went to the other night, two nights ago, I went
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: to the Go-Go's alone by myself. I went to see
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: the Go-Go's. And I was just saying, I was bringing
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: it up because Belinda Carlyle, who's got to be Madonna's age,
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: looks amazing.
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: She looks fantastic. Okay, so a couple of questions. At
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: first I said, were there any gay guys that had
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: Noxzema on their face and wearing the towels around their head,
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: which was a cover of one of their... Because I
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: went to the Go-Go's As a kid.
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: Oh, you did? Yes.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: And I remember that there were people dressed up like
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: the cover.
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: Well, now it's a lot of older lesbians.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: So you fit in. You identified.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: I did. I could have. I mean, oh, my people.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: I was with my people. A lot of old lesbians.
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: But you're a married man.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: Yeah, my wife was.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: You have a lot of friends.
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: You chose not even to ask. You didn't ask me.
- 1:20:33Speaker 3: No.
- 1:20:33Speaker 5: No.
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: And then Sarah Colon actually called me and said, because
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: I did a story from it. And she's like, why
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: didn't you invite me? I'm like, because it becomes an
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: issue then. Now it's a problem.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: What's a problem?
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: You know, like, I don't know what songs you're going
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: to stand up to, what songs you're going to sit
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: down to. You know what I mean? Now that's added pressure.
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: Because I know you probably don't know all the songs
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: except for the hits. So you're going to want to
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: sit down.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: And you're saying you know more songs than I do.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: You're that big of a fan? Of the Go-Go?
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: Yes, probably.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: And so you see that they're in town.
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: And you're like, let me just see if I can
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: get a great ticket.
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I happened to day of.
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: Go to StubHub and they had great tickets. $ 400 tickets, $ 75.
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: And because you're only buying one, you got a better deal?
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: Exactly. And so right up front, one guy.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: And then you said, you know, it was so great
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: because you said no traffic.
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: No traffic.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Easy parking.
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: Oh, I got a nice $ 20 to park.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: And this is at the Sophie Center.
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: No, it's at, now it's called Crypto Arena. Oh, the
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: Crypto Arena.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Listen.
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: It's for the Lakers, please.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: Let me just tell you something, people. I'm not using
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: the word meta and I'm not saying the crypto. It'll
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: be Staple Center and Facebook. Forever.
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: Well, I tell you, it's so funny because I saw Crypto.com Arena.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't even know what that is. Which
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: one is that? What's Crypto Arena? So I had to
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: look it up. It says it's Staples. I was like, oh, okay.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: So now I know where I'm going. Very nice.
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: Did you get a drink or anything? A snack? Or no?
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: I did. I got no lines for drink. Everything about
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: it was just great. Got there early.
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: Did they start on time?
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: Well, that's the great thing about going to old people concerts.
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: They start on time and it's none of this. We're
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: going to play for three hours. We'll be here for
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: 90 minutes. You'll be home by 10. And we're like,
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: thank God.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: Was there a starter band?
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: No, just the Go-Go's. And they just come out and
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: Belinda Carlisle just dancing her 80s dance, you know, the
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: whole time. Just fantastic. You don't see her doing crazy
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: faces on.
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: No. And she was always so pretty.
- 1:22:41Speaker 2: Oh, gorgeous. And she still has a pretty face. Still
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: married to the same man. I looked her up. I
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: did a lot of research on her after the show
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: was over. Married to the same man 40 years. And
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: her son is a gay son who ran for mayor
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: of West Hollywood.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: I just want to say that I often say, I think,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: knowing me, I deserve... to have been blessed with a
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: gay son.
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: As of now, not happening.
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: You know, and if either one of them became gay,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: it's not the gay that I want. Like, it's not,
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: it would just be like, you know.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: What I mean?
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: I want that type. I want that, you know, like
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: to be into.
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: You want one that's going to party with Liza Minnelli.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: Yes, and like Josh Flagg. Like Josh Flagg. And he's
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: going to sing like Hello Dolly with me and like
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: go shopping with me.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: Go to the Go-Go's with you.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: But I feel like she is, deserved that. Oh, totally.
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: I mean, if there was somebody that, that whose ovary
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: needed to turn into a gay man.
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:23:40Speaker 2: She, it was, she's got like, not only her son,
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: like her biggest fan.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: Everything about it's perfect. I know. Yeah.
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: Well, good for her. Yeah. For you. Yeah.
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: I got it.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: Got out of the house. Oh, get out of the
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: house all the time.
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: You're a comedian. No, not at, not at eight o'clock,
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: not at eight o'clock out amongst people. It was nice.
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: I got another one. Two weeks, Rod Stewart, By Myself.
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: By Yourself?
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: And Cheap Trick, Hollywood Bowl.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: Tonight's the night.
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: Gonna be.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: All right, now that song's not appropriate. That song is
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: about de-virginizing a 17-year-old. Spread your legs.
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: Spread your wings and let me come inside. Yeah, that's
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: before we, yeah.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: And I think he like wrote it when he was
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: like 39.
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: Yeah. He's got a lot of cute kids. He's got
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: a very handsome kid.
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: He's on his sixth wife, isn't he? And each wife
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: looked the same.
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: They all had that blonde.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: They all had that tall blonde model type.
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: Remember the rumor that he had a jacket caught in
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: his stomach?
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Yes, my brothers told me that. I mean, I was
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: probably eight when I heard that rumor and understood it.
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: That's what happens when you're raised with older siblings.
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: I remembered vividly.
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: So the story was that he... The rumor was that
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: he sucked so many dicks and swallowed so much semen
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: that his stomach had to be pumped.
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: Yeah, he had to go to.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: That doesn't even make sense.
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: No, none of it makes... He talks about it in
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: his book, and he said it was a publicist who
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: started it, like who was angry for getting fired and
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: started it.
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: The story behind who started the gerbil in Richard Gere's
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: ass rumor was apparently it was this gay couple was
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: at a restaurant and asked... This is the rumor I heard.
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: Asked him to, like, take a photo or whatever. He
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: was with Cindy Crawford, and they were very bitchy or
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: cold to him, this couple, and that couple started it.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: They went over and said, I shall put a journal. Wow.
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: Yeah, they just started it, and it just went like wildfire. Huh.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the same thing with Rod Stewart. Anyway. Yeah.
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: I went to the Go-Go's alone.
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: There you go. Well, good for you. Now I'll call
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: you next time, and it'll be a whole thing. I can't...
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: There's no way.
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: I don't know about just the two of us going
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: to a concert. See, that's what I'm saying. If it
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: was like a group and like we got a big
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: car that picked us up and I got to like
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: have a roadie in the back. Yeah. And then we
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: all went.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: But here's the thing about a concert. It's best to
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: go alone. Oh, totally out. I'm already out. That sounds like, see,
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: that's the problem that I don't want to deal with.
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: I go by myself.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: I get it. Okay.
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: We got the beat, everybody.
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: Get off your feet.
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: I saw people look. As a matter of fact, somebody
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: did come up to me.
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: Round and round and woo! I would have liked this.
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: Great show. I know all the songs.
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: What are you talking about?
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: I was like, I just hope nobody notices me because
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: I'm by myself. And then somebody, a juicy scooper came
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: up and was like, oh, it's so good to see
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: you here. And I was like, I think they know
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: I'm alone. Because I had a lot of seats around me.
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: I think this guy had like nine tickets and he
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: just sold one of them and it was money to me. Yeah. Wow.
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: Okay, good.
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: Honey, tell me.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: As you know, Chris... This podcast is cover to cover.
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: Cover to cover is my podcast.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: Get out your phone because, God forbid, you remember your dates.
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: In the meantime, I am coming back to the Tempe
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: Improv this Saturday night.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: Oh, that's this week? Yes.
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: I will be there. Justin will be there. I know
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: many of you bought tickets and had to have your
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: whole night ruined because I fell on my head. But
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: I know the first show is sold out.
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: There might be a handful of tickets for the second.
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: But that is at the Tempe Improv this weekend.
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: Fantastic.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: And I'm going a day early.
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: So I have plenty of.
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: Time to be accoladed. I'm going to have a nice meal.
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: I'm going to drink a lot of water. I might
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: get a spa treatment before. Yes. So don't worry.
- 1:27:44Speaker 2: Don't you dare fall again. I know. Even if it's happening,
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: you just have to crawl off stage.
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: I know. I will literally, if I feel dizzy, I'm
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: going to sit on the ground and do it from there. Yeah.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: But no, it won't happen. I just did the Braille
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: shows and I was fine.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: But guess, where are you going to be, Chris?
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Back to Milwaukee, April 27th, Wednesday night, one show.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Improv, 27th. And then I go to Michigan,
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: Listening Room in Michigan, the 30th at Grand Rapids, Michigan,
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: and Bowling Alley in Michigan and some other places. That's
- 1:28:17Speaker 2: not a joke.
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: Like three different Michigan shows.
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: In a small little theater.
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: All throughout Michigan.
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: It's all on frangola.fun is my new website.
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: Why did you change it?
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: Because I accidentally hit a button trying to upgrade frangola.com
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: and I deleted the entire thing. It said massive error
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: or like, you know. so I had to go and
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: get another lady to make frangola.fun, and that's where the
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: day started.
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: So is. fun like a new. net?
- 1:28:46Speaker 2: I didn't know that either, but I put in domain names.
- 1:28:51Speaker 2: You know, I put in domain names, and I said, here's...
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: I said, I put in frangola, and I said, somebody's
- 1:28:55Speaker 2: already taken frangola.com.
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: You know what the thing is, is what I... First
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: of all, you know, I'm not tech savvy. Yes, I
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: can run Instagram and stuff once someone shows me. But
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: what I understood is people of my generation, I suffer
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: from post-traumatic stress disorder of losing like a college paper. Right.
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: Me too.
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: Like we experience that. And like what you just told me.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: is so terrifying, which is why I don't do any
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: of that stuff. Yeah. And even when something pops up
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: or even like a fake thing comes through, like you're
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: about to lose your Instagram account unless you trust this number.
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: I'm like, like, I won't even look at it because
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my God, that is a horrible story.
- 1:29:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: And that's why kids don't have any fear.
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: They're always like, no, it's right here, mom.
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: And I'm sure somebody could have come in and gotten
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: it back right away.
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: I think so.
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: But it was time to get rid of it anyway.
- 1:29:49Speaker 2: It was looking dated.
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: I feel like friendola.fun is going to be take off.
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I made it real simple. It's just dates. No
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: funny business. No funny business. That is a business you're in.
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: I know. Just dates and my Instagram and TikTok. That's it.
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: I don't need anything else on there. You don't need
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: to know about my backstory. No. People are like, what's
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: your bio? Nobody cares about my bio.
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: We always– we change our bios sometimes too to just
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: try to– because sometimes– well, the thing about the bio
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: is sometimes then when someone writes an article about you
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: They pick up old things.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: Then they kind of like– it kind of helps them
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: come up with something. So I just feel like you're
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: at a level of laziness.
- 1:30:37Speaker 2: Me?
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: Yeah, you're not going to write the bio.
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: No, I took an old bio. And just jazzed it
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: up a little bit.
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: So you did, John. You just said you're not going
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: to have the bio on there.
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: No, I said I didn't write a new bio.
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 1:30:47Speaker 2: Like I could have written a new bio and taken
- 1:30:48Speaker 2: off some things.
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: Nobody needs to start from scratch.
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: Funniest fails on Fox, which was some terrible show I
- 1:30:54Speaker 2: did with, you know, it's just the worst thing ever.
- 1:30:57Speaker 2: It was like back when we were like mean, you know,
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: from coming off Chelsea Lately.
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: You know, we were all in that world for many
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: years and we were all kind of mean on that show.
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: That's just what it was. And the world was changing,
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: but I had not caught up. And I was on
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: the show with like Lonnie Love and I think Gary
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: Valentine or something. More Chelsea Lely people.
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: And the whole time I was like, look at Lonnie. Big,
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: you know, and people like just shocked.
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: Did this make it to air?
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: Yeah. And I got off stage and they were like,
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: what were you doing? I'm like, I don't know. I
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: thought that's what we did. You know, we goofed on
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: each other.
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: And they were like, not here. That's just not Chelsea Lely.
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: I was like, oh. So they didn't have me back.
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: They were like, you're done.
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: Oh my God.
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: Well, I mean, it's true.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: It's like when you live in, when you're in that environment,
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: it's like a, a kind of almost like a language
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: and a vibe and it's hard to like deprogram you.
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: Right. Right.
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: Like, yeah, it was, yeah.
- 1:31:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: But now it's a lot, you know, everyone's positive. It's
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: a lot of positive. That's why I feel like even
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: going back to the Chris Rock thing, um, you know,
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: you can't make fun of people anymore. And that's, that's,
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: you just, we got to stop that. We got to
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: be Trevor Noah. Just eat. I'm not saying I like it.
- 1:32:10Speaker 2: I like when people make fun of people. But all
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: the world doesn't. You know what I'm saying? Am I
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: wrong in saying this?
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: Well, it's what I said before, that everybody... Everyone has
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: a right to have... Everyone can have their opinion heard.
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: So you think about that. But the thing is, people
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: still want to go to a comedy club and hear
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: some edgy shit.
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: And if you're easily offended, if you feel that... What
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: happened that you really, really felt for Jada in this situation?
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: I say do not buy tickets to any comedy shows
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: in the next few years until you change your attitude
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: because it's like.
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: Is there a defense for Jada or Will? Is there
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: a defense that like, okay, that's true, comedy club. But
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: now this is just– I'm just playing devil's advocate here.
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: They weren't in a comedy club. Like, they're like, yeah,
- 1:33:06Speaker 2: I understand that if I'm at a comedy club. But
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: this wasn't a comedy club. I was at the Oscars.
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: And you shouldn't make fun of my alopecia.
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: Well, everybody can be.
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: I'm not saying that. I totally agree it was a joke.
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: I definitely think that you could not find it funny,
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: be really pissed, be really hurt by it, have it
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: affect you, all that. But obviously, definitely never getting up
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: and just getting up. Even if you got up and
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: took the mic and was like, oh, whoa, whoa, and
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: did like a cute thing. I think that's shitty.
- 1:33:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: That's not your place.
- 1:33:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: That's not where you're going to be called up. Definitely
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: not hitting, obviously, and not yelling like that.
- 1:33:41Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: But you definitely have a right to say, that hurt me.
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: Even when people say they don't like something I said
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: on the show or whatever, I'm like, okay, I appreciate
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: that you have a different opinion of mine and I
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: appreciate that you put it here and that you didn't
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: come to the club and try to kill me. I
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: like that you just put it under this comment. I
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: appreciate that you don't agree with me, that you do
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: think it was sexy that Will was defending his wife.
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: That one I don't understand.
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: I don't either, but I got a nasty comment about it.
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: I saw a lot of people. And she said, even though, obviously,
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: even though.
- 1:34:18Speaker 2: I mean, what type of bowling alley waitress mentality is that?
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: My man stuck up for me. That's disgusting. Your man
- 1:34:25Speaker 2: made a fool of himself.
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: Yeah, someone said, just because Peter's never stood up for you.
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a strange angle. Okay. Thank God.
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: And then I.
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Like, thank God he doesn't
- 1:34:37Speaker 2: make a fool of himself. Right, yeah. Like, he just like.
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: Yeah, and then... And thank God, yeah, thank God he didn't...
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: You know, and then she said... But I just don't
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: agree with you and not everybody is so lily white
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: or whatever in Woodland Hills as you. And I'm like, okay,
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: I hardly think whatever where I live is that homogeneous.
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: But whatever you want to believe, the name Woodland Hills,
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: if you don't live here, sounds pretty nice. I remember
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: when my brother was in prison one time. He told
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: everybody he lived– he was from Canoga Park.
- 1:35:10Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: Yeah. And my dad thought that was so funny. He
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: was like, when I first got there, I said the truth.
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: Oh, to make him seem tougher.
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: Yeah. He said, I said the truth, Woodland Hills. And
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: people were like, woo, Woodland Hills. And he's like, so
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: I just said.
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: So now I just, I said Canoga Park.
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: That would do it. That does toughen you. And my
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: final thing on this, you know, and then I'll leave
- 1:35:35Speaker 2: after this. Now, this might be the wrong angle to take,
- 1:35:40Speaker 2: but in the end. Yeah. all I was triggered by
- 1:35:45Speaker 2: the violence aside. And it was, it was a, it was,
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: this was a, you know, and man was accosted. This
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: is not funny in the end. Can we just look
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: at it? Like these were two grown men. Everybody survived
- 1:35:59Speaker 2: as something that at least we had some fun for
- 1:36:02Speaker 2: a couple of weeks talking about it. Like it has
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: been a tough time to come up with. If you
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: do podcasts like you and I do.
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: What was interesting is when I was doing the live
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: juicy scoop, And Annie and I were coming up with
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: topics to share with the four of you guys. It
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: was tough. Like I was like, what are we going
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: to talk about that we haven't already talked about? I'm like,
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: this is so hard. So I will forever.
- 1:36:28Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: Am I grateful to Will Smith? Because it gave me.
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: Two really good shows. Two and a half, if you
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: count today. And some great clips that went viral. My
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: one with Josh Wolfe went viral.
- 1:36:43Speaker 2: And, you know, yeah.
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: But also. And also, as a comedian. Oh, I got
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: to be on Nightline because of Will Smith. Award shows.
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: Even though Will Smith stole my chef from our country club. Oh.
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: Maybe that's what did it. Wow.
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: We got someone a great replacement. But I was pretty
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: upset that he's a member, where we were a member.
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: And I said, what happened to the chef that we loved?
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: What was the dish that you were upset is no
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: longer there?
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: He just would do these amazing pairings. And it was like, really,
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: I don't golf that much. The only thing I would
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: go to is the pairing with whatever wine company was there.
- 1:37:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, my God. And I bragged
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: about it. I said, I can't. Because some people belong there.
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: the clubs are like, I'm so sick of the food there.
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: They don't change enough. I'm like, no, my chef is
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: so great. Well, all of a sudden he left and
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: they said he went to go work for Will Smith.
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: So I don't know.
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: So you have been affected.
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: I've been affected negatively by Will Smith and positively by
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: Will Smith. So now that we've got somebody else, I
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: don't need the other guy to come back.
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: But yeah.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: Also, but I believe that It also single-handedly saved award
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: shows again. And award shows were done.
- 1:38:02Speaker 3: Done.
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: It was over. Nobody cared.
- 1:38:05Speaker 1: I'm sure last night, the Grammys were up because people
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: wanted to see. And people will watch next year.
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: And we forget. I mean, this one was a bit,
- 1:38:14Speaker 2: I mean, it was really bizarre and violent, whatever. But
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: you forget the only thing that makes award shows fun
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: is the craziness of Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty.
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: Saying the wrong name. Remember when the guy streaked?
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: The streaker back in the 70s.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: That was the 70s, yeah.
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: Or, you know, Jack Palance doing push-ups. All those things
- 1:38:33Speaker 2: were like, that's why they're fun. Kanye taking Taylor's award.
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: Otherwise, nobody cares. So you kind of need those things. Now,
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: next year, everyone's going to watch the Oscars, but you're
- 1:38:46Speaker 2: not going to get anything like that. No.
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: No, because people really will be like, it's not worth
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: losing two movies and a series and possibly a chef too.
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: I don't know what that chef's going to do.
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: I can't imagine this last week was fun making food
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: for the Pinkett Smiths.
- 1:39:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it had to be tough.
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: He might be like, I know there was a lot
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: more work to do the pairings, but at.
- 1:39:07Speaker 2: Least Heather was a delight. And how come they didn't
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: immediately sit down at the red table and chop it up?
- 1:39:11Speaker 1: I don't know. I think they got it. I think
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: they're scrambling it. I think they saw how much hate
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: was for her, too. I don't know what they're going
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: to do with the red table. What's going on with that?
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: Grandma Pinkett Smith's going to sit there and, you know,
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: she doesn't take no guff. She doesn't like it. She's
- 1:39:33Speaker 2: always like, please.
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: There's a lot of just on the red table, just
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: a lot of slow moments, a lot of breaks. They're
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: probably putting it together. I assume it'll come out in
- 1:39:47Speaker 1: like two or three weeks will be the next episode.
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: Really let this die. Let the details be less heated.
- 1:39:54Speaker 1: He's away. And then it'll be like the first seven
- 1:40:00Speaker 1: minutes will be talking about the growth and the change
- 1:40:05Speaker 1: and everything. And then they'll bring out Addison Rae. What's
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: it like to go home, Addison? What a big change
- 1:40:12Speaker 1: you've had. What a big change you've had. God, you
- 1:40:15Speaker 1: were living in the big city for, what, 19, 20 months?
- 1:40:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:40:19Speaker 1: And then you go back home. Where's your memoir? It's
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: got a lot to write about.
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: I can't wait to watch this. Addison Rae going home.
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: Love you. Addison, come on the show. I'll have you
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: on the show to talk about it.
- 1:40:33Speaker 5: We all like to think we've got a good eye
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: for a winning move. But when it comes to property,
- 1:40:37Speaker 5: it's about seeing the bigger picture.
- 1:40:39Speaker 1: More space. A shorter commute. Somewhere near the sea.
