Lucas: Right, and today I thought we'd keep going with adjectives. Two simple but super useful ones: empty and full. Luna: Oh, like when my water bottle is empty — or when I eat too much and my stomach is full. Lucas: Exactly. In Malay, empty is kosong. Let's say it together: kosong. Luna: Kosong. Lucas: Good. And full is penuh. Say it with me: penuh. Luna: Penuh. Lucas: Perfect. So if I point to an empty cup, I can say: Cawan itu kosong. Luna: Cawan itu kosong. That cup is empty. Got it. Lucas: Now if the bottle is full of water, we say: Botol ini penuh. Luna: Botol ini penuh. This bottle is full. Easy enough. Lucas: Yeah. Let's try one more. Imagine a room full of people. Lucas: Yes. See, you've got it. Let's do a quick review. Kosong means empty, penuh means full. Luna: Kosong, penuh. I think I can remember those. Lucas: Great.
