Live from WZA with Team Misfit Affiliate Crossfit Unite - The Coach's Podcast
In today’s special edition Wodapalooza Coach’s Podcast, we sit down with one of our OG Team Misfit affiliate owners Lisa Merrick of Crossfit Unite in Concord North Carolina. Lisa is the owner and Head Coach at Unite and has been following the Competitor program for a while now, and we sat down at Wodapalooza to talk about how it has helped her athletes reach all-time PRs and grow as a result of the awesome vibe they’ve created.
