YES!! The W.H.O. Admits Their Plan is FAILING w/ James Roguski · Man in America Podcast

Seth Holehouse: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. If we look back at what we've experienced these past couple of years, you can see that so much of the actions, so much of the plan of this pandemic was actually to lay the foundation for a global health tyranny. Basically, a a technocracy that utilizes the technology for digital passports, digital IDs to make sure that every person around the globe is compliant to their orders, and they can basically command any kind of health emergency and all of a sudden, we're be forced into quarantine or forced to get the next vaccine or whatever. And it's a pretty frightening plan.
• 0:39
But there's some good news in this. So my good friend James Roguski, he's got a Substack where he's covering this extensively. What he's bringing forth is actually showing us, and and we'll play a video today that shows in their own words, that this plan for this global health tyranny is actually failing. And that they're failing to meet their own deadlines or failing to agree on things. And what it shows is that there is an absolute there's a chink in the armor.
• 1:04
There's a weakness, and they're having a hard time coordinating on a global scale to implement this. So it's actually some good news to start the year with. So folks, please enjoy this interview with James Roguski. James, it's been a while, but it's great to have you back on. Thank you so much for joining us today.
• 1:19
Speaker 2: Well, you know, happy New Year. This is a great way to start off the New Year. I appreciate the opportunity to speak to you and and pass some information on to your audience.
• 1:27
Seth Holehouse: Absolutely. And so for folks that didn't watch the the previous, you know, discussions that we've had before or are familiar with you, in my view of you, my understanding of of James Raguskin, who are you, you're the person that I look to for understanding exactly how the globalist organizations, be it the UN, the WHO are legally through their system, trying to take over the whole world. Right? You've been one of the people that has been really on the forefront of exposing the pandemic treaty and is exposing what they're doing. So is that an accurate understanding of
• 2:00
Speaker 2: who you are? I would just add one I would just add one word. They're legally and fraudulently attempting to do so, and that's what I hope to talk about today. It's almost so astonishing, and the information is so blatant and straightforward. It's interesting how people are actually having trouble with accepting good news.
• 2:25
So, you know, I'm gonna start off the New Year with some good news, and, you know, hopefully, people are of the right mindset now to start off the New Year on a different mental outlook.
• 2:37
Seth Holehouse: Well, good. I think that's important. So to frame our discussion today, you've sent me a video, which I'll play here. It's about a two minute clip that we're gonna play for folks. And so explain really quickly what are we gonna watch here for the next two minutes?
• 2:51
Speaker 2: This is actually old news. Tomorrow, this will be three months old. And it is astonishing to me that the vast majority of alternative media and even people, you know, in the, freedom world, however you wanna, you know, term, whatever it is we all are, have ignored it. Now this was from an 10/02/2023 meeting of the working group that is negotiating amendments to the international health regulations. It's only about a two minute clip.
• 3:24
And to give it context, way back in December first of twenty twenty two, when all of these negotiations were begun, the World Health Assembly had a special meeting. And the decision that was made more than two years ago was that they wanted the working group to develop a package of targeted amendments to be considered at the seventy seventh World Health Assembly, which starts on 05/27/2024, which is this year, so May 27. And this meeting was, the co chairperson, Doctor. Abdullah Asiri, early in the meeting on October 2 had this to say. It's only a two and a half or so minute clip, and we'll go from there.
• 4:20
  Seth Holehouse: Great.
• 4:21
Speaker 3: Dear colleagues, we have been operating with the understanding that the package of the proposed amendments resulting from the work of this group would be finalized by January 2024 to meet the four month deadline stated in article 55. However, we believe that we all share the same sentiment that realistically the whole package of amendments will probably not be ready by January 2024. We would like to ask the secretariat whether procedurally we could continue working until the seventy sixth World Health Assembly in May 2024. I'd like to ask the Secretariat to provide some guidance in this matter.
• 5:12
Speaker 4: Thank you Co Chair. The Health Assembly in decision WHA 70 five-nine requested the working group and I quote, to establish a program of work consistent with decision EB 153 and taking into consideration the report of the IHR review committee to propose a package of targeted amendments for consideration by the seventy seventh World Health Assembly in accordance with Article 55 of the International Health Regulations. Article 55 of the IHR, which is referred to in decision 70 five-nine sets out two procedural requirements relating to proposed amendments. The first one is that quote, proposals for amendments shall be submitted to the Health Assembly for its consideration. Close quote.
• 6:11
Second one is that, open quote, the text of any such proposed amendment shall be communicated to all states parties by the director general at least four months before the health assembly at which it is proposed for consideration, close quote. Again, that's the text of the relevant article of the IHR article 55.
• 6:35
Speaker 2: There you go. Okay.
• 6:36
Seth Holehouse: So what are we what we what we witness there?
• 6:39
Speaker 2: You you just witnessed them three months ago admitting that they're going to fail to meet their deadline. Now I'm not gonna count any chickens before they're hatched. Right? The the next assembly is May 27. '4 months in advance of that is 01/27/2024, less than four weeks from now.
• 7:04
And they said back in October that they're not going to be able to reach an agreement to meet their deadline. Well, you know, if if you had a airline ticket or a bus ticket or a train ticket or something and you show up and the train has left the station and you missed it, sorry. There's another one coming. See you in 2025. And so they're gonna likely try to cheat.
• 7:31
There's an hour video extract that I have on one of my articles of them talking about how they're gonna try to finagle their way around that deadline. And I'll, bring up, Nancy Pelosi as as an example. I believe it was with Obamacare. Very famously, they rolled in this thousand page bill at the last minute, and she said something to the effect of, oh, don't worry. Just vote for it.
• 7:57
You can read it after we pass it. Well, the congress, unfortunately, officially can get away with that kind of stuff, but not the World Health Assembly because article 55, it's a rule in international law, says and he read it right there. They they understand it. They know it. You gotta present whatever amendments you might want the assembly to consider four months in advance of the assembly so everybody has a chance to look at it.
• 8:28
Now a lot of people have been saying, oh, you know, we wanna see the negotiated document. Well, it doesn't exist because they haven't been able to reach agreement. Now they first proposed or, nations submitted proposed amendments all the way back on 09/30/2022. They kept it secret until mid December of twenty twenty two, and I've been reporting on all of those details ad infinitum, you know, for over a year now and so have many other people.
• 8:59
Seth Holehouse: Hey, folks. I've got a quick message for you. So I'm sure you've heard a lot of people, myself included, talking about the importance of buying precious metals, gold and silver. But what's really behind that? Is it just a thing of, hey.
• 9:12
Buy this gold. Buy this silver. Right? Or is there something deeper that we should be looking at? So I recently came across some figures about house prices.
• 9:20
So in 1930, the average family home was approximately $4,000. Fast forward to 2023, the average family home is just over $400,000. So you have to ask yourself, why is that? Is it because things have just gotten more expensive? No, it's actually because the dollar has lost 99% of its value since 1930.
• 9:41
Right? When people talk about the collapse the dollar or inflation, this is what it means. Now let's take a look at gold. So in 1930, if you wanted to purchase your home in gold, it would take approximately 200 gold coins. So 200 gold coins would purchase the average family home in 1930, about $4,000.
• 10:01
Now, if you instead of buying a home with that gold or cash, you set those aside. If you set aside $4,000 in cash in 1930, it would be worth $4,000 today. What can you buy with $4,000? Can you buy a family home? No, you can't even buy a crappy used car.
• 10:18
But if you set aside $4,000 worth of gold coins in 1930, which is 200 gold coins, 1 ounce coins, that would be worth approximately $400,000 today. And this is the key lesson about precious metals. It's not about getting rich. It's about putting your money into an asset that protects you against inflation and against the destruction of the currency, which is what happens to all fiat currencies, especially now we're in the end days of the dollar. And so that's why it's important, maybe not all of your money, but a portion of your money, a portion of what you have, I highly recommend putting it into precious metals of gold and silver because what it's doing is it's protecting you.
• 11:02
This is an asset that has stood the test of time, not just stood the test of time since the 1930s, we're talking about the rise and fall of civilizations. Gold was used to buy houses back in ancient Rome. It's still around. It's an asset that will forever have its value. So folks, if you want to do this and you need someone you can trust, there's no person I can recommend more than Doctor.
• 11:23
Kirk Elliott. He's a very good friend of mine. He's a strong Christian patriot, and he's out to really help people to protect their savings and what you've worked for against the destruction of the dollar, not to mention also protecting it against the dangers of a central bank digital currencies. • 12:06
Speaker 2: But you have to understand that after a year of very secretive negotiations, one would have to think that some things have been kicked out and it's changed and maybe they've added some things. We don't know. There are rumors that there are interim, you know, versions, version two point o or a working draft. They've never published any new version for the amendments. They've had five or six versions now of the other document.
• 12:37
You know, the most people call the pandemic treaty. They now wanna call it the pandemic agreement. There's been five or six and a number of secretive hidden versions of that document. That's a whole another story. We're not talking about that.
• 12:51
Okay? These are the amendments to the existing international health regulations.
• 12:56
  Seth Holehouse: Why are
• 12:57
Speaker 2: these amendments said a word, you know, for a year in terms of any new version.
• 13:02
Seth Holehouse: Why are these amendments so important? What do they matter to us?
• 13:07
Speaker 2: Well, the there's a number of amendments that I've put, a collection together on a separate page called rejectdigitalenslavement.com, rejectdigitalenslavement Com, mostly from the European Union but also various other nations. One of the things that very few people have been talking about, but it's, you know, been the greatest concern to me, is they wanna create what they call a global digital health certification network. And so there's a PDF in there somewhere that you can, look at, a little graphic that it's basically people are paying attention to the treaty, and the dealings with these amendments have been very secretive. Now, unfortunately, what has been going on in the alternative media is there's a lot of details. That little document right there, I think, is right where you are.
• 14:01
You can download that. Anybody wants to look at it. Those are very specifically about the amendments from many different nations to dramatically expand. You know, this is an old school this isn't mine. This is my girlfriend's from the seventies.
• 14:17
It has little form in it. This is a vaccine passport. Okay? Old school paper passport. It looks like a passport booklet.
• 14:24
That comes from Annex six of the International Health Regulations. They currently only have one thing for yellow fever. If you travel to an area, usually Africa or Southern Hemisphere, somewhere, you may be required by various nations to have a yellow fever vaccination. You get one in your lifetime, and that's it. And I'm not a fan of that, but that is in the international health regulations.
• 14:55
One of the biggest concerns I have, that's why I put a whole webpage up more than a year ago, is that they wanna dramatically expand that. It's not just a vaccine certificate that they want. They wanna have a testing certificate, which well, hold on a moment. The PCR is not a test. And how do you really test to see if someone is actually ill or potentially contagious?
• 15:23
They also wanna have a prophylaxis certificate. Well, what does that mean? They haven't defined it. Does that mean you have to be taking some drug on it? You know, do you have to take, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine on a regular basis so you don't have some sort of parasite problem?
• 15:39
Who knows? They haven't really defined it. They also wanna have a recovery certificate, which, you know, that's confusing as could possibly be. How do you even begin to define that? They want to have traveler locator forms and passenger health, declaration forms, and they want it all to be interoperable in some, you know, worldwide database that you get a QR code, and, you know, if the nation you're traveling to has whatever requirements that you haven't met, you probably wouldn't even be able to purchase a ticket.
• 16:13
And the problem with that is they're building it even while they're purportedly negotiating as to whether or not they want to do it. If you do a search, you don't have to do it right now, but anybody can do a search for the WHO and Global Digital Health Certification Network, and you'll see that they have a page dedicated to it. They, back in June of twenty twenty three, inherited the carcass of the European Union's version of their certification system. And a lot there you go. A lot of people misrepresented what had happened in June.
• 16:58
They made it sound like it was being implemented. But what happened was the European system was used for a certain period of time, but then its lifespan ended at the June. And they handed over the digital carcass to the WHO, and the WHO, you know, basically said thank you for the software and the applications and the protocols and whatever else had been developed for Europe. And they're busy working, and it's probably ready. It's probably ready to go.
• 17:30
My guess, I don't like to go on speculation island too often, but my guess is that if they don't get these amendments to be adopted and make it legally binding, they'll roll it out as a voluntary thing. And as you well know, things that start out voluntary often become just accepted practice, and then pretty soon it's mandatory. Everybody's expecting it. So the first clue I got to that was November 2022 when the Indonesian health minister was speaking to the B-twenty. And, you know, he told a number of lies in the span of a couple of minutes.
• 18:10
He basically said, well, you know, at the beginning in 2020, we had to lock down the world. Well, no, you didn't have to. You chose to. K? And he said, well, you know, that hurt the economy.
• 18:28
Well, didn't seem to hurt the big box stores or Amazon or Walmart or things like that. It hurt, you know, mom and pop. And he said, well, you know, going forth in the future, we'll have this worldwide certification network. And if you're properly jabbed or properly tested, then you'll be able to travel around. I was like, well, hold on a moment.
• 18:50
If the jabs don't stop infection or transmission and the tests give you ninety seven percent false positives, what are you really setting up? You're really setting up a certification network to determine who amongst the populace are compliant little sheep. Okay? Oh, I wanna travel, so I gotta get my paperwork, so I'm gonna do what they tell me to do. No.
• 19:15
That is just absolutely not acceptable even on a voluntary basis. And so my concern about the amendments has centered on that, but there's, you know, 300 different amendments I've reported on them, you know, to, you know, to infinity and beyond over the last year. But the good news is because it's such a complicated thing and there's a 94 nations plus two that are not members, but they're party to the regulations, that they're having difficulty reaching consensus. Now they told us that back in October. That's wonderful news.
• 19:53
You know, it's I can never pronounce it properly, the German term, Scheidenfreude, you know, where somebody else is having trouble and it kinda gives you a little bit of happiness that, you know, they're having more trouble than you are. I'm happy that they're not reaching an agreement. Why aren't people talking about it? Because what's likely to happen is see, they've set up meetings in February and April. Their last meeting was supposed to be December.
• 20:22
They were supposed to submit the document to the review committee, dot all the i's, cross all the t's, formally submitted in January. That's not happening. So they've scheduled more meetings, and they've said they would like to just keep negotiating right up to the last minute. Well, hold on just a moment, guys. That's not acceptable.
• 20:42
If you don't meet your deadline in 01/27/2024, that's not you know, hey. You were trying to do a lot of things. You're trying to negotiate a very complicated agreement with a lot of moving parts. You didn't make it. Be honorable and just say, look.
• 21:01
We didn't make it. We'll see you in 2025. I'll be I'll be right here waiting for you next Okay? But if they don't present a package of amendments by the legally obligated deadline, 01/27/2024, they don't get to make any changes in 2024, in May, when they get together. And the people just need to know that, and we all need to be watching them.
• 21:27
It it's like watching a slow motion train wreck. You know? It's like, you know the deadline's coming. It's not a deadline for me. I don't have to do anything.
• 21:36
It's a deadline for them. And they've already said they're gonna fail. But what we need to do is get as many people to be aware of that. And and after the deadline passes, you know, I'll certainly be sending FOIA requests into Never Never Land because I'm gonna be asking for something that doesn't exist. And you get a lot of things back when you do FOIA requests, and a lot of times they'll say, well, you know, we don't have that document.
• 22:04
Great. You don't have that document? That means they didn't send it, and that means no changes can happen in May. Then we pay attention to the other document, the agreement or treaty or whatever you wanna call it. That's on a different track, a different time frame.
• 22:20
They don't have that four month requirement. Okay? But this is actually spectacular news, and it seems like everybody has some sort of, you know, I don't know, antibodies against good news. Right? It's like, take this good news and spread it and let everybody know that the WHO is headed towards a train wreck.
• 22:39
They're headed towards having their desire in all of these many nations trying to do whatever it is they're trying to do with all these amendments. Sorry. You know, we'll see you in 2025.
• 22:52

• 24:00
Again, it's (800) 985-8966. Use the promo code MAN. Go to mypillow.com. Make sure you use promo code MAN. So basically, while it seems like these global organizations can just do whatever they want to, because they're trying to coordinate with over a hundred countries, a hundred governments, a hundred leaders, there still has to be some sort of process for them to get this to stick.
• 24:27
Because as much as they're cheating and they're fraudulent, the the to a certain degree, they're still held to a certain amount of scrutiny in their processes to to be able to enact these different, you know, treaties and amendments, etcetera. And so what we're seeing here is that in this this path towards this what you brought up here, we talked about towards this global digital health certification network. Right? Which is really this is, I understand it, and you probably agree, is the the center of the global communist technocratic control network. It's the ability to monitor us and to quarantine us and to force us to get their their vaccines and whatever it is.
• 25:10
But so what you're saying here and what they're saying is that the amendments that would enable us to be put into place, most likely, they haven't been able to reach a consensus on that, and they're running out of time. And so they'll probably have to kick the can down the road another year. But what it shows, and again, that video we played at the beginning is that fundamentally, whatever timeline they had, whatever plan they had that was built in, you know, cooked into the COVID cake to do all this stuff is failing. And that they're coming out and they're they're saying basically what they're saying is that our efforts to enslave mankind under the guise of of medical, you know, safety are actually failing, and we can't get our crap together to get it done in time. And there's probably a lot of disagreements in the back end.
• 26:02
So they're they're weak. They're not as unified and as coordinated as a lot of us believe them to be, or they want us to think that they are, which presents an opportunity for us because this is our enemy. It's like if you find out that we're coming up to a really intense battle, and you have spies telling you that actually, the troops aren't even trained. They're, you know, they're their leaders are AWOL, whatever's happening, say, oh, great. This is an opportunity for us.
• 26:29
And that's how we do look at these people was that they're they're, I think, very close to losing this because it's not working. And then to me, that's really positive. That's really good news. I think it's, you know, no thanks to people like you that have been getting this information out there.
• 26:48
Speaker 2: In in the short statement that you just made, about 20 things went flying through my head that I wanna say
• 26:53
  Seth Holehouse: Please do.
• 26:54
Speaker 2: I'm try to, you know, condense it all because the simple message is this is good news. It's old news. Okay? That that happened on October 2. I reported it on October 2.
• 27:07
If this is the first time your audience is hearing it, okay, you gotta ask yourself, wait a minute. How did that get hidden for that period of time? It's not you know, it's it's on the public website of the WHO. It's out there in the public domain. How is it that that message has been stifled?
• 27:28
Now when you when you understand that, you go, well, what else don't I know about that they do? Well, the news media isn't going to beat up on the people who butter their bread. Okay? The news media's job is to distract you with things that are interesting and important. There's a lot of, you know, more important things out there in the world, I admit.
• 27:54
But if you see it on the media, it's most likely meant to distract you from the things they don't want you to know about, and they certainly don't want you to know about their impending failures. Right? So it's usually easy. If I see everybody talking about something, I go, oh, I could go look anywhere else to find out what it is I'm supposed to be paying attention to that they are not reporting. Okay?
• 28:18
So, you know, why haven't, you know, thousands of alternative media groups been doing what we're doing right here is reporting on what is essentially good news? Now that doesn't mean you sit on your butt and do nothing. Right? The analogy that you use, you know, when you find out that your opponent is having a hard time and you identify their weaknesses, that's when you kick it into high gear and you work even harder. Now it's interesting.
• 28:44
I've seen so much gloom and doom that sometimes people go, oh, you know, there's nothing we can do. You know, they're this unstoppable force, you know, the the globalists and all that sort of thing. But then when you realize that, you know, maybe maybe they're human beings, okay, but they're they're no better than any other human beings. Okay? And if you identify what it is you want and you work towards what you want, and you understand the rules.
• 29:13
Now one of the things going on here, I'll use an analogy. It's not that I've ever played a lot of board games, but, you know, if you think about the board game monopoly, if you don't know the rules of how the game is played and you're playing with somebody who knows the rules and will bend them to the nth degree, if not break them, right, you're gonna get cream. Now if you know the rules and you see somebody breaking them and you let them get away with it, well, you're gonna get creamed. Right? But if you know the rules and you let the other players in the game know that you know the rules and you're gonna make sure that they abide by the rules, then you at least have a fair chance.
• 29:58
And so in Congress, there is no such rule. They can drop something on the floor in the middle of the night and have a vote with the bare minimum quorum and boom, it's in. And people wake up and go, what happened? Right? But with the international health regulations, they have a very simple rule.
• 30:16
You gotta present your proposals four months in advance. The meeting is scheduled for 05/27/2024, so four months before that is 01/27/2024. I I suggest everybody have a little bit of fun with this. You know, your family members, your friends, you know, associates, social media, you know, direct messaging, text messaging, however you might communicate with people, hey, do you know what's likely to not happen before 01/27/2024? And just let that question hang in their head for a little bit.
• 30:51
Let them see see if they're a curious type person. Right? If they if they come back to you and go, what are you talking about? When you share this information with them, how are they gonna respond to that? It's been a very interesting, psychological, you know, observational opportunity with people when they go, what does this mean?
• 31:16
And so what we need is we need as many people as possible to understand the rules of the game that the WHO is playing so that if they even remotely think that they're gonna try to break the rules and continue these negotiations and try to sneak something in this May, everybody just goes, no. No. No. No. No.
• 31:39
Sorry. You failed. You can come back in 2025. We'll be here. Right?
• 31:45
But you don't get now if they do present something, great. Now we actually have something substantial substantive to talk about, Because what's going on right now is they gave us documents more than a year ago. Maybe some of that stuff is still hanging around in the negotiated document. Maybe it isn't. Maybe it's changed.
• 32:08
Maybe things have been added. Maybe they've pared it down. Any nation, any single nation, any group of nations in the next four weeks or so could go, hey. The working group isn't gonna present anything. Maybe an individual nation will make a presentation.
• 32:28
Now the African nations have their own view of what they want. There's a group of nations called the group for equity. So there's 47 African nations. There's 29 in the group for equity. There's a little bit of overlap.
• 32:44
So there's about 70 nations who are not happy with the way these negotiations are going. If they were able to get 30, you know, Caribbean Island nations and South Pacific island nations, all these little tiny nations that each get one vote, they could easily submit a package of amendments that they want and realize that they don't need the working group. They don't need The United States and Great Britain and the European Union. If they get a simple majority, they could do whatever the heck they wanna do. Now the problem with that is what is it that they're actually negotiating?
• 33:22
What is it that they really want? Why are these negotiations even happening? This is something that I think everyone has lost sight of because it's just absolutely insane. And so if you can erase everything you've learned over the last two years or or maybe even more, but certainly go back two years to December 1, the reason these negotiations are happening is not because of anyone's health. The reason they're happening is because they they have a trade dispute.
• 33:53
What was going on in 2021 was the jabs were rolled out, and everybody thought, oh, this is gonna save everyone. Just stick a bunch of unknown stuff in everybody's arm, the world will be a better place. Well, you know, you and I probably both know it didn't work out that way, but at the time, what was supposed to happen is not what did happen. The wealthier nations, United States, Canada, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, so forth, bought up 10 times what they needed, and there wasn't enough production to go around for the African nations and the smaller nations around the world. And they were upset because they felt that they were not being treated equitably from a trade perspective.
• 34:40
And so the directive for these negotiations was to have some kind of international agreement for equitable access to pandemic related products. Well, most people have probably not read what these nations submitted as their solution. In the amendments in article 13 a, both the African nations and Bangladesh submitted a a new amendment that was very, very similar, but a little bit different. They wanted to have it so that if Tedros or whoever the director general was declared a public health emergency of international concern, which is currently his right to do under the existing international health regulations. He's done it a number of times.
• 35:33
He would then also be empowered to set up an allocation mechanism for pandemic related products. He would be the sole deciding person to decide what was needed, and then under their allocation mechanism, he could tell country a, well, you need to make what I tell you to make and give it to country b. Now I couldn't even imagine a more centralized totalitarian dictatorial Marxist solution to the problem. Now on one level, right, you know, if my neighbor comes over and says, hey, you know, I need to borrow a tool. Can I have it for a while?
• 36:16
You know, I'd be happy to give it to him. Somebody's baking a cake and they need a cup of flour or something, you know, you you give it to him. But to put one person in charge of your neighborhood to say, hey. You know, your neighbor down the street needs this. You have to give it to them.
• 36:33
I I can't imagine that a 94 nations would agree to such an idea, but I could imagine that a hundred nations might because, you know, different different views of economy when you're a have or a have not. And so what they're arguing about is monetary investment and the flow of products, you know, logistics and intellectual property. And the wealthy nations who would be the ones who are funding all of this are where most of the pharmaceutical companies are based, and they don't wanna give up the intellectual property. Now here's where I'll go on the speculation island. They don't want to tell everybody how their jabs are made because my goodness, would that be incriminating?
• 37:32
They have to keep that a secret. They can't they can't let that technology become, you know, out open source because it's a horrific, you know, biological weapons manufacturing system, that the insanity of all of this is that the relatively poor nations, at least in their negotiating stance, don't seem to comprehend that the tests don't really work because they're not tests, and the JABs cause more problems than they have benefit by far. They want the investment. They want to have the pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex built out in their nation so that they can get a piece of the pie. They can have control over the manufacturing and the distribution and and the profits.
• 38:24
So what they're really setting up is a system that would not prevent the next pandemic. It would be seeking out pathogens literally under their One Health approach. They would spend billions of dollars seeking out pathogens with pandemic potential to bring into their laboratory networks so they can make more products and more gems to inject in more people, that's what got us into this problem in the first place. But that's what they're negotiating to do. And none of the things that are reasonable and make sense is where they're having problems.
• 39:08
They're having problems basically over greed. You know, who's gonna pay for this? Who gets the intellectual property? Where does the investment go? How do you set that all up?
• 39:16
And, that greed has caused them to not be able to reach an agreement. And, you know, that's good news on on a certain level. And I'm just doing everything I can to spread the word, because I certainly believe if given the opportunity, they will definitely try to cheat and violate article 55 and try to sneak something in in May, not having given everyone on the planet that four month period to see what it is their proposal.
• 39:53
Seth Holehouse: So in the same way, a lot of people are watching Congress and saying, hey, this was passed and it was, you know, shoved through at 11:59PM, and this is a problem, and everyone needs to know about it. We need to be focused on this at the global level. And you've been really helping to identify that. So I'll pull up the website that we looked at before. This is on your Substack, which I'll put this link into the description.
• 40:19
Because this is the article that's directly talking about what you and I are discussing today. And your Substack is for everybody. You can you can come on and just access it. You have an incredible amount of information here. So is there any other place aside
• 40:35
Speaker 2: from I'll to boil it down into one graphic. I mean, you know, and everybody likes to keep it simple. You know, if you click on that graphic, you can download it to your phone or your computer and spread it all over the place, you know, real simple, and, you know, right below that, I believe a little bit is, you know, article 55 of the International Health Regulations. It's not, maybe below that video, it's not a difficult thing. It's a little small print, but number two, you know, it says, any proposed amendments, can be, passed forward, but they have to be done so four months in advance of the assembly where they're gonna be considered.
• 41:10
There's no loophole there. Right? It says you shall, and, you know, they're gonna try to finagle their way out of it however they possibly can. So I'm not, you know, claiming victory at this point, but I am just simply reporting and have been for three months. They said three months ago they're gonna fail to meet their deadline.
• 41:38
Why is this probably the first time, you know, everybody's hearing about it? It's an interesting flaw in human psychology and alternative media. Everyone seems to be busy fear mongering. You bring up some good news, and people have a hard time with it. So, you know, maybe 2024, it needs to be, where you make a resolution to go looking for good news because it's out there.
• 42:04
And, you know, you don't rest on your laurels when you have a small victory. You actually push harder so that you can just bring about the ultimate defeat of, you know, the people who are trying to do some horrible things in this world.
• 42:16
Seth Holehouse: I couldn't agree more. And it's a it's a good resolution as well. Let's see what good we can focus on throughout the year, which I think I think it'll be doable. It's gonna be a hairy, difficult year, I I that's my prediction. But I I think that with that, there's gonna be a lot of good things that are happening too.
• 42:34
  So
• 42:34
Speaker 2: You know, the last thing you wanna do is keep your head buried in the sand because that puts you in a position for a good swift kick in the butt. Yes. But while you're aware of what is happening, you know, what is it that you want? And if you achieve a certain, you know, progress towards what it is you want, play it up. You know?
• 42:55
They're not gonna play up their failure. We have to do that. Okay? And so, you know, it's a great way to start the new year. I appreciate, you know, the opportunity.
• 43:05
And, there's so many, many, many things going on in the world, quite frankly, that are more important than this. I I accept that completely. But the last thing I want for them to do is to institute some kind of global digital health certification network to try to, you know, have everyone show their compliance by volunteering to get a bunch of ridiculous paperwork that has no legitimacy whatsoever. That cannot be allowed to happen.
• 43:38
Seth Holehouse: I agree completely. Well, James, thank you. It's always good speaking with you. I appreciate your efforts and your vigilance in exposing this information. I hope that people are watching and listening can go to your website, download your materials, and just get this message out to more people.
• 43:53
So thank you for for coming on. Happy New Year to you.
• 43:56
Speaker 2: Same to you. Thank you very much.
• 43:58

I would recommend at least six months, if not a year of storable food.
