- 0:37baby number five. We are jittery, jittery, excited, and the
- 0:43boys would like a little girl as a little sister. So I have three
- 0:47sons a daughter, and the boys are voting for a little girl because Rosemary,
- 0:53my twelve year old daughter. And beck you're kind of hoping for like
- 0:58first firstborn girl, last born girl, a couple of you know, super
- 1:02cute and we are just giddy about it. So we're kind of hoping for
- 1:06that a little bit. But hey, if we get a baby boy,
- 1:07we're really excited about that too. Congratulations to you and Becky. It's exciting.
- 1:11Times is great, great news, and we talk about we talk about

- 1:33start that conversation and get on into the healthy place and learn more online and

- 1:53which is awesome. And of course calling with your fantastic question and Tim,
- 1:57you're gonna get a little reward for calling in, aren't they. Oh yeah,
- 2:01twenty five dollars gift card is a thank you for calling in. And
- 2:04the reason I like it so much, Sean, is because everyone faces health
- 2:07challenges through life, and everybody has a loved one that faces challenges through life.
- 2:13And when you call in and ask a question, there's somebody else listening
- 2:17to that has the exact same question. So it's it's helpful to our community
- 2:23to call in, and it sure helps my show because it helps demonstrate what
- 2:27our wellness consultants do every single day, small, medium, large opportunities working
- 2:31with our community. So now is a really good time to call. Give
- 2:34you twenty five bucks, get on the air. I love to hear from

- 3:04find your Healthy Place dot com. As mentioned, phone lines are open right
- 3:07now at six't eight three two one thirteen ten at six po't eight, three,
- 3:10two, one, thirteen ten. Another way folks reach Tim is through
- 3:13email tim at finds your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim at find your
- 3:17Healthy Place dot com. And Stephanie took the time to email. She said,
- 3:21I says, I came across information about certain medications potentially lowering vitamin B
- 3:28levels in the body. One of the medications I'm currently prescribed falls into this
- 3:31category. So I'm considering adding adding a B vitamin supplement to my routine.
- 3:37Can you please provide guidance on what to consider and the appropriate dosage? And
- 3:42that email from Stephanie, and that is an I love that she did a
- 3:45little bit of research, and that's an interesting question for sure. It is
- 3:49a great question, Stephanie. And for those listening, you know, there's
- 3:53there's a lot of medications that utilize, use up deplete your body's NATURALB vitamins.
- 3:59You know, birth control comes to mind, met forman, flepsi medications,
- 4:02blood pressure, medicaid, ulcer, medicaid, steroids, antibiotics, and
- 4:08the list kind of goes on. And B vitamins are pretty essential when it
- 4:13comes to your cardiovascular system, your nervous system, your muscular endocrime. You
- 4:19know, it reduces your holmost sixteen levels of inflammation. So when your vitamins
- 4:26go lower than your your levels of inflammation go higher. And supplement thing with
- 4:30a B vitamin is pretty therapeutic to this. And the struggle trouble is that
- 4:36most people have a hard time converting regular B vitamins into the form that your
- 4:44body utilized. So it's like upwards of fifty percent have difficulty converting B vitamins.
- 4:48So when you buy say a B twelve or a B six, you
- 4:54know, from from mass market somewhere, you're getting synthetic B vitamins. So
- 4:59a couple examples, twelve sign coboaloman is what you'd purchase, and that has
- 5:02an extremely low absorption rate for a couple of reasons, but one main reason
- 5:08is your body needs to convert that sign cobalomin form into and in that conversion
- 5:14process it loses a lot of its absorbability. So a methylcobalamin form of B
- 5:18twelve will be in its natural state. B six is the same things prooxide
- 5:24hydrochloridey. You know, most people don't even when they hear the word follic
- 5:26acid, they don't realize that's a synthetic form of that nutrient, so five
- 5:30methyl folate's much better. So okay, all that to say, Stephanie,
- 5:33if you are in the place that you are, I'd consider taking what's called
- 5:38a bioactive B complex. That means all the forms, all the B vitamins
- 5:43are in their natural form, natural state. Our top seller is one called
- 5:46Busy B and that's on our website find your Healthy Place dot com BUSYB.
- 5:51There's a number of other good brands out there, so if you're not going
- 5:55to purchase that one, just look for active forms. They're called the bioactive
- 6:00forms. And if you're not coming to the Healthy Place, ask somebody that
- 6:03knows what they're talking about to find a all kind of a bioactive BE complex
- 6:08because most people are running around with two little B vitamins and that's part of
- 6:13why their energy is down, their immune systems down, their stress is high,
- 6:16their mental clarity and focus takes a dip. I mean, it affects
- 6:20a lot of different things. So great question, Stephanie. Fantastic question and
- 6:24something that I guess I hadn't really thought and it occurred to me. But
- 6:27it's that's an important thing. I think sometimes when we think of like side
- 6:30effects for prescription drugs. We think of some of these, you know,
- 6:32we think of more things like stomach gage, some sort of like wear and
- 6:39tear over time, I mean, even pain reliever sewn over the counter ibuprofen
- 6:43that kind depletes your nutrients. And there was a cool book and it went
- 6:46out of print, but we had it for the longest time that had every
- 6:49single pharmaceutical drug and then it showed what it depleted in the body. And
- 6:55it's like every pharmaceutical drug has some sort of negative impact on the nutritional content
- 7:00within your body, which I found interesting. And it doesn't always mean somebody
- 7:03needs to get off the medications. That's great when they can under their medical
- 7:08professional and so on. But at least if you're going to stay on you
- 7:12know, Matt Foreman as an example, get on a B complex because that's
- 7:15going to make a huge difference. And every day you're taking some of these
- 7:17drugs, you are depleting your bees further. And we want to remedy that.
- 7:21You mentioned too, busy bee, Did I hear you right too?
- 7:25It helps with energy as for folks as well. Yeah, yeah, got
- 7:28busy b by Lively vitamin co and it's if somebody comes in fatigued. You
- 7:31know, the first thing we point at is there are adrenal glands, because
- 7:35most fatigue is related to the adrenal glands. So we have a product called
- 7:39adrenal Boost that we do for that, but we always couple it with busy
- 7:43Be. We'll bring up busy Bee to take care of some of that energy
- 7:46because B vitamins play a pretty huge role, which we all kind of need
- 7:49some more energy. Always right, I always my ears always perk up.
- 8:00Talking this morning with Tim O'Brien. You could be like Stephanie love to get
- 8:03your question. No, I got to just pick a phone, give us
- 8:05call six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight three
- 8:07two one thirteen ten. Gets you on there with Tim O'Brien. Tim,
- 8:11of course, we'll hook you up then with a twenty five dollars gift card
- 8:13for your great question. You'll get some great answers as well, an opportunity

- 8:24ten. Cold chat with the Wildness Consultant. Stop on end. They'd love
- 8:26to see you, whether it's the West side of Madison, Fitchburger, Sun
- 8:28Prairie. Also available to chat online at finds your Healthy Place dot com.
- 8:33That's find your Healthy Place dot com. Autumns lining up a couple of calls.
- 8:37We'll go to the phones in just a moment, real quick tim something
- 8:39that's worth mentioning, and I very quickly at the start of the program talked
- 8:43about, of course the holidays coming up, Christmas, New Year's all that
- 8:46all those great events. Gift cards make really good gifts for people, especially
- 8:52from the healthy place. When it comes to those special people in your life
- 8:54that you want to encourage that maybe you know needs need a little kind of
- 9:01prodding, you know, good for this, Y say, you get them
- 9:03a great and you get them a fantastic They get that experience of getting into
- 9:05the healthy place. They've got that gift card that gets some introduced to it
- 9:09and really can help change and turn their life around. Well, I get
- 9:13excited because all the time, you know, I have maybe it's a significant
- 9:18other coming in for the other and they're like trying to gain intel because they
- 9:22know that their significant other could gain some benefit like or at least take the
- 9:28edge off from something like chronic pain, sleep issues, anxiety, digestive disorders.
- 9:33You know, the list is pretty long. And and I just as
- 9:37wellness consultants, we talk to these significant others or friends, or a lot
- 9:41of times it's moms or dads coming in for their kids or for their grandparents.
- 9:45You know, all the above if you or a loved one. So
- 9:52anyway, so buying a gift card is such a sneaky strategic way to help
- 9:58them get what they just need to try. And then they're like, Okay,
- 10:01I got this fifty dollars gift guard. I'm not just gonna waste it.
- 10:05I'll go check it out. And then you know, it's not like
- 10:07we're one hundred percent successful in every recommendation we make it, but it's a
- 10:11chance and our probabilities are high. And we've been helping Madison since twenty ten
- 10:18in strategic ways around some of the most common struggles. You know, everybody
- 10:22knows somebody that's suffering in chronic pain and sleep disorders are like rampant and depression
- 10:28and anxiety, and these are like the ones we that are the most popular
- 10:31conversations in our stores. So we've gotten really good at them. So if
- 10:33you have a loved one, a gift card is a great item to get
- 10:39them towards health. It's it's a great opportunity. Can you can buy them
- 10:41on our website or in our stores. Well, it's fantastics and it's it's
- 10:46much appreciate. Great gifts. People are love. I know people that have
- 10:50had a chance to get into the West side of Fitchburg's on Prairie location just
- 10:52rave about the results as well. After meeting with a wellness consults, get
- 10:56that start that journey as well. Get on in for yourself. I pick
- 11:00up a gift card or order online find your Healthy Place dot com. Phone
- 11:03lines are open six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six soh eight
- 11:07three two one thirteen ten. We head out the front door and if Fitchburg
- 11:09and Tom joins us, Tom, welcome to the program. You're on the
- 11:11air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place. Hey, Tom, good morning,
- 11:16more than boys. Hey about cure relief. I want to know if
- 11:20I need to take it every gale at like a supplement or like an ibprofraen
- 11:26just when you have gain. That is such a good question, Tom,
- 11:28Kira relief for those listening that don't know about. It is a blend of
- 11:33kirkcuman and bosuelia. Both of those active compounds will target different inflammation pieces parts
- 11:41in your body. And then D L phenylalanine is in there too. It's
- 11:45an amino acid that strengthens your body's natural ability to treat pain. And then
- 11:48nato kainse helps with circulation and helps the other nutrients absorb a little bit better.
- 11:54So cure Releef is a top selling product for chronic pain and inflammation.
- 11:58So going to your question and Tom, do I take it like an ibuprofen.
- 12:01You can take it that way. The better way to take it is
- 12:05to take it on a daily basis to produce something called an inflammation cleanse.
- 12:11So every time you take it, it cleans your body of inflammation and it
- 12:16stays in your bloodstream for about twelve hours. So folks that take care relief,
- 12:22say you do a tablet twice a day, or folks in more chronic
- 12:26situations would take three tablets twice a day. That will keep the inflammation cleanse,
- 12:33keeping your body clean from inflammation on a daily basis, and that has
- 12:37one hundred benefits. So every degenerative disease, it has inflammation as a big
- 12:45part of it all. Chronic pain has inflammation as a big part of it
- 12:50all. Digestive disorders inflammation, So inflammation sort of the root or big part
- 12:54of every human condition that we face. So taking it on a daily basis.
- 12:58Like if if you came in Tom and you said, Hey, I
- 13:01just want to take a supplement for my health to be healthy, I would
- 13:05tell you take kirk Cuman as an anti inflammatory on a daily basis. So
- 13:09yes, you can take care Relief as an ibuprofen. A lot of people
- 13:11take it that way and highly recommended by all of us at the Healthy Place
- 13:16to take Cure Relief daily for that daily twenty four to seven inflammation cleaning to
- 13:20get that relief. Tom, great, call this one. Yeah, good
- 13:24question man. You two can be like Tom and Tim will hook you up
- 13:26with a twenty five dollars gift card if you just pick up. Don't give
- 13:28us calls. Still got time for your question at six SOH eight three two
- 13:31one thirteen ten. That's six SOH eight three two one thirteen ten. Gets
- 13:35you on there with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place, three locations west side
- 13:39of Madison, Fitchburg and Sun Prairie of course online as well at finds your
- 13:43Healthy Place dot com. That's fine, your Healthy Place dot com. We'll
- 13:46take your call and continue our conversation with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place next
- 13:50as ask the experts with the Healthy Place continues here on thirteen ten Wibakay touchdo
- 14:01okay twenty three thirteen ten wiba hanging out with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place
- 14:05online find your Healthy Place dot com. Let's find your Healthy Place dot com.
- 14:09Three locations west side of Madison, Fitchburg and Sun Prairie, and the
- 14:13phone lines are open right now six oh eight three two one thirteen ten.
- 14:16That's six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. Head to Verona and Josh
- 14:20joins us. Josh, welcome to the program. You're on there with Tim
- 14:22O'Brien from the Healthy Place. Hey, good man, Josh, Hey good
- 14:26morning, Tim, congratulations, thank you, thank you. Baby number five.
- 14:33So I have a quick question. It's I have story addic art writer
- 14:39with south scoliosis, and it's inspecting these larger joints of my body tip risk
- 14:46shoulders, the high level of inflammation and right now I'm taking medication, some
- 14:52pills and then some shots for it weekly. Mm hm, is there anything
- 14:56different I can take to get off of the med Interesting? Yeah, And
- 15:01what kind of arthritis did you say you have? Dude, I missed it.
- 15:07Do we lose Josh? Is it? Sorry? Atic arthritis? Is
- 15:11that the term that sounded about right? So I can answer the question if
- 15:15we lost you, mister Josh. A great question, super sorry. You're
- 15:18dealing with the high inflammation because the chronic pain just gets up there and keeping
- 15:24that inflammation down is totally what is a good natural approach, especially if you're
- 15:30working with your medical professional to try to get away from some of the drugs.
- 15:33So, going back to Tom's question around taking Kira relief on a daily
- 15:39basis or not, this would be a perfect recommendation for you as well,
- 15:43Josh. So Kira relief, see you are a relief that is a tablet
- 15:50and it has kurcumin, Bosuelia, DLPA, natal Kaines. That's an anti
- 15:54inflammatory. It also strengthens this kind of fascinating. Most of the pain drugs
- 16:00will decrease your body's natural inflammation response, so your body gets weaker when you're
- 16:07taking a number of the pain medications, your body gets weaker in its ability
- 16:12to treat its pain, so that's another reason to consider more natural approaches.
- 16:18And the cure relief has been our top seller. Folks tend to feel a
- 16:22difference in about forty five minutes, so that goes after the inflammation. The
- 16:26other thing I'd bring up, Josh, if you're taking notes, is one
- 16:29called joint jive that has all your lubricating ingredients for cushioning, elasticity, flexibility,
- 16:36mobility, and has some collagen in there protecting from further breakdown MSM,
- 16:41which helps rebuild tissue. So I'm kind of thinking you might need all the
- 16:47help you can get. So those are the two big ones, Josh,
- 16:48great question this morning, and from Evansville, call that she's got a question
- 16:52about very timely for our conversation morning about moody teenagers. Teenagers could be moody
- 16:57and yes, yes, sir, oh Man, Okay, we're looking to
- 17:04bring a little balance to the home. Is that the hope the prayer?
- 17:08Yes? Please? Oh Man. Well, I have a cute little twelve
- 17:11year old and she is adorable, but boy, I'm just starting to see
- 17:15what the parents that are a few years ahead of me are talking about.
- 17:18So it is interesting and there are natural alternatives that you can do to some
- 17:26of the pharmaceutical medications. So we have a number of parents coming in in
- 17:30our community saying, hey, I'd rather stay away from some of the pharmaceutical
- 17:33drugs for this issue. And whether it be antidepressants or whether it be riddling
- 17:40or sleep medications. You know, the teens go through a lot. You
- 17:42know, I still think of my teen years as one of the most difficult
- 17:45time periods of my life. Just so much going on. So care for
- 17:49these little ones, and I would encourage a few different things. First,
- 17:53something like a product called chill pill is in a capsule and it has magnolia
- 18:02bark which brings down the cortosos stress hormone. It has althenine, which is
- 18:06an amino acid for calming. It has five HTP as an amino acid,
- 18:11which this will help because it balances the serotonin levels so that uplifts the mood.
- 18:18So that's the first thing that comes in a capsule. And some team
- 18:19teams have a hard time taking a capsule. So you can open that up
- 18:25and tap it into like a yogurt, putting apple sauce smoothie. Lot of
- 18:29different ideas there. The second thing that's really helped is a CBD isolate,
- 18:33not talking about any THHC. A CBD isolate is CBD by itself. It's
- 18:38cannabinoid that helps nourish strengthen the hippocampus. And especially for teens, you know
- 18:45their brains aren't fully developed yet. I think it's like twenty one or twenty
- 18:48five when the brain's like finally fully developed. So to give a CBD isolate
- 18:52that's going to help nourish that hippocampus brain cell production. So that helps with
- 18:57studies and focus and calming. It takes the edge off for their anxiety.
- 19:03Those are the two big ones, and then the third one that's more of
- 19:07a foundational. So the first two kind of treat the issue head on,
- 19:11and the third recommendation is more foundational. Fish oil three thousand milligrams of EPA
- 19:15dha per day. Fish oil is not the same as epadha, so we
- 19:21want higher EPA DHA. And there's a product by Barlen's. They make a
- 19:26it's called Omegaswirl. It tastes a kid You're not like an orange cream circle.
- 19:29It is so good. It's like a tablespoon. We can sample it
- 19:32out in the stores. You can return it if your kiddo doesn't like it.
- 19:34Highly recommend it because you can get that three thousand epa DHA and one
- 19:37tablespoon and the kids actually like the taste of it, so that that's it
- 19:41for your little ones. I've seen it work again and again and help take
- 19:45the edge off great questions all around this morning, and thank you for the
- 19:48call. Don't forget stuff like this goes on each and every day at the
- 19:52three locations of the Healthy Place. Chat with the wellness consultant West Side of
