Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and BEV subsystem.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Not much. How are things going with you?
- 0:10Speaker 1: I'm a recovery but I'm doing really good.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Yeah you look good. Yeah, thanks your little business. See,
- 0:17Speaker 2: I know, I like, look at me today. That's right,
- 0:22Speaker 2: the threads, the threads.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Oh, what's happening.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Well, I guess I'll run someuth to buy you, just
- 0:32Speaker 3: just to you know, how we do.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Our conversations, but just to see what your thoughts are.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Okay.
- 0:37Speaker 3: So, at at the office, I noticed the door that
- 0:41Speaker 3: goes into where I do my work at was kind
- 0:45Speaker 3: of catching.
- 0:46Speaker 2: I don't know if you've been.
- 0:46Speaker 3: In there in a while, but it seems like it's
- 0:50Speaker 3: kind of I have to kind of pull it open
- 0:51Speaker 3: because it's kind of hanging at the top. And I
- 0:53Speaker 3: noticed that the top three screws were stripped because I
- 0:57Speaker 3: tried tightening him and it wasn't stripped, it was stripped.
- 0:59Speaker 3: So I took one screw out from the middle of
- 1:01Speaker 3: a shallow screw and I went to go see in
- 1:04Speaker 3: the office see if I could find.
- 1:07Speaker 2: A longer screw.
- 1:08Speaker 3: And while I'm unscrewing the other screw, the door falls
- 1:12Speaker 3: off onto the ground and it's not usable anymore. So
- 1:17Speaker 3: then we had to move a door. But it's like
- 1:19Speaker 3: I look at things, and I think you do too.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I look at things.
- 1:22Speaker 2: What would be the messages? Right?
- 1:23Speaker 3: And I know when we're having this conversation, it really
- 1:26Speaker 3: has a lot to do with our own interpretation. But
- 1:30Speaker 3: I always like to get the thoughts of what someone
- 1:32Speaker 3: else thinks of at that time.
- 1:34Speaker 2: So initially the door was stuck, right, It.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Didn't matter if I was inside that room or if
- 1:38Speaker 3: I was outside the room, it'd get stuck. Clients would
- 1:40Speaker 3: try to open up the door and then get they'd
- 1:42Speaker 3: have to kind of push it open or whatever because
- 1:44Speaker 3: it would get stuck.
- 1:45Speaker 2: And then all of a sudden it just gave way. Right,
- 1:47Speaker 2: and now it's laying.
- 1:48Speaker 3: It's done so on an energetic standpoint or on a
- 1:54Speaker 3: spiritual guidance message kind of standpoint, how would you have
- 1:57Speaker 3: interpreted that?
- 2:01Speaker 1: Wow, that was a good question. Being stuck and not
- 2:09Speaker 1: walking through the doors that.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Are there, maybe.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Resisting the ability to walk through a door nice or
- 2:28Speaker 1: some doors just aren't meant.
- 2:30Speaker 2: To walk through. So that's what I mean.
- 2:33Speaker 3: There's like so many things right, and my whole thing
- 2:35Speaker 3: was like being stuck. It was being stuck in a
- 2:37Speaker 3: lot of ways, and I think, does that mean my
- 2:39Speaker 3: client was kind of stuck to you know, I'm looking
- 2:41Speaker 3: at these things from such a wider I mean, on
- 2:44Speaker 3: the three D, we could say, well, Beth, the door
- 2:47Speaker 3: was faulty.
- 2:48Speaker 2: You know, there was things that were happening.
- 2:49Speaker 3: But like, I've already walked away from the door now,
- 2:51Speaker 3: so now we're past that part, and I've already walked
- 2:53Speaker 3: away from the door, and I'm unscrewing the screw, like
- 2:55Speaker 3: a couple of turns of the wrists to pull this
- 2:57Speaker 3: other screw out, and in that meantime, that door just
- 3:00Speaker 3: falls behind me, like makes a huge noise, and it's
- 3:04Speaker 3: like and it's funny because my first client says, oh,
- 3:08Speaker 3: if I had tools right now, I'd fix this for you,
- 3:11Speaker 3: my first client, and then you know, and then the
- 3:14Speaker 3: second clients. I had to have sheet sheet hung up
- 3:16Speaker 3: in the doorway because that's what that's why it was.
- 3:18Speaker 3: I had a family of three that came in, so
- 3:21Speaker 3: but you know, so it's like that kind of stuff
- 3:23Speaker 3: and it's a and then it then it's like then
- 3:26Speaker 3: my my perception of it could be. But then I
- 3:29Speaker 3: don't know if I'm getting, you know, trying to get emotions,
- 3:32Speaker 3: you know, attachment to an outcome involved in it.
- 3:35Speaker 2: That's why it's good to talk to other people to
- 3:37Speaker 2: kind of give.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Get an idea and see when we have these conversations
- 3:40Speaker 3: and the person you know that I'm the one that's
- 3:42Speaker 3: looking for advice, So I look, I look listen for
- 3:44Speaker 3: that advice and I see how it shows up my
- 3:46Speaker 3: body and how do I resonate with it?
- 3:48Speaker 2: How does it feel to me?
- 3:50Speaker 3: But to me, it's like letting it was almost like
- 3:52Speaker 3: letting me know I'm probably not going to be doing
- 3:53Speaker 3: the same thing that I've been doing because it's an
- 3:56Speaker 3: open door. Now yeah, I mean it's not now we've
- 3:59Speaker 3: replaced the door, but with the view of it, with
- 4:01Speaker 3: the door had fallen down, it was an open door,
- 4:04Speaker 3: like it came crashing down.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Like gosh.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Now, when I'm talking to you about this, it's almost like,
- 4:08Speaker 3: no matter what I was doing to keep myself stuck,
- 4:12Speaker 3: it doesn't matter now because the doors are freaking wide open.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Yeah, And that's as you were tiring I was. You
- 4:18Speaker 1: asked me what it could mean, and those are things
- 4:20Speaker 1: that it could mean. But what I really want to
- 4:23Speaker 1: know is what's going on in your life for the
- 4:25Speaker 1: door to be stuck, and.
- 4:27Speaker 2: For that I went on so okay, And then for
- 4:30Speaker 2: that I don't know.
- 4:30Speaker 3: And it's like even Freeman said, well, what were you
- 4:32Speaker 3: thinking about in that moment when I fell? And I'm like, well,
- 4:34Speaker 3: that I just need to fix the door. That was
- 4:36Speaker 3: my only thought at that time.
- 4:37Speaker 2: I wasn't.
- 4:38Speaker 3: I was just wanting to get the door fixed before
- 4:39Speaker 3: the next person came in. That was just my only thought.
- 4:42Speaker 3: So it really is that there's so many factors to
- 4:46Speaker 3: a lot of stuff, but it's really I guess the
- 4:48Speaker 3: reason I'm bringing it forward or the reason it's being
- 4:50Speaker 3: brought forward. It's like there's bigger messages to everything. It's
- 4:53Speaker 3: never just a it's never just whatever it looks like
- 4:57Speaker 3: on the surface typically because everything's like you know, symbolic,
- 5:01Speaker 3: there's a lot of things that have meaning behind it.
- 5:04Speaker 3: And for me, that's the way I look at life.
- 5:06Speaker 3: That's just the way that I am. I'm naturally pulled
- 5:09Speaker 3: that way. It just feels like the right thing for
- 5:11Speaker 3: me to do, not saying that it is for everybody,
- 5:13Speaker 3: but it's like being open for that interpretation and being
- 5:16Speaker 3: open to listening to someone else and what they might think,
- 5:19Speaker 3: how they perceived it. And even if it doesn't give
- 5:22Speaker 3: you goosebumps when you're getting that conversation, this is for
- 5:24Speaker 3: everybody that's listening. Even if it doesn't give you goosebumps
- 5:27Speaker 3: for that conversation, if you feel like a resistance to
- 5:30Speaker 3: something they said, or like hmm, like that's not that's
- 5:32Speaker 3: not it.
- 5:33Speaker 2: That's it.
- 5:34Speaker 3: So it's like it's just because it triggered you, right,
- 5:37Speaker 3: it got a response out of you. So it's like
- 5:40Speaker 3: I just wanted to kind of whatever reason, I don't know,
- 5:42Speaker 3: I don't know spirit I guess, but because I think
- 5:45Speaker 3: it's usable for so many things that we do in life,
- 5:47Speaker 3: and we just kind of we can get caught up
- 5:50Speaker 3: in these circumstances and you know, with situations with people
- 5:53Speaker 3: and everything else, and the whole time when we're going
- 5:56Speaker 3: through these processes that we just stopped and really kind
- 5:58Speaker 3: of tune into ourselves.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Even when someone comes in there being an ass to
- 6:02Speaker 2: you or.
- 6:02Speaker 3: They're being demanding, it's like really going within sight of
- 6:06Speaker 3: self and really checking them with self and feeling, how
- 6:08Speaker 3: does this feel? How is showing up for me?
- 6:10Speaker 2: Is this true?
- 6:10Speaker 1: You know?
- 6:10Speaker 3: Like asking all the questions how can I show up
- 6:13Speaker 3: and do better or you know, whatever the question is,
- 6:15Speaker 3: it's coming to mind.
- 6:16Speaker 2: But it's like it just presents opportunities.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it goes along with a vehicle accident. Let's say
- 6:25Speaker 1: if if you're driving along and then all of a
- 6:27Speaker 1: sudden you get hit, Well, somebody hit me. Now it's
- 6:32Speaker 1: their fault because you were in the right of way,
- 6:34Speaker 1: whatever the case may be. But when you back it
- 6:37Speaker 1: up a little bit, it's like, have you been like
- 6:42Speaker 1: going through life and not being in the present moment?
- 6:45Speaker 1: Have you been just driving through life, go go, go go,
- 6:52Speaker 1: and not taking a moment to breathe and do some
- 6:55Speaker 1: self care and maybe maybe you don't. Let you had
- 7:01Speaker 1: your vehicles always got problems and you're frustrated with it,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and now it's total Like there's so many scenarios that
- 7:08Speaker 1: could happen just from an accident, so similar.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I just want to put it on a bigger.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Scale because then when you involve somebody else in the scenario,
- 7:19Speaker 1: you want to blame them, Well, they hit me and
- 7:21Speaker 1: it's their fault. And it's like, okay, I hear that,
- 7:27Speaker 1: and insurance wise, okay, we're going to roll with that.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Because you want to get your vehicle replaced. But let's
- 7:33Speaker 1: go another go deeper with this in how is it
- 7:39Speaker 1: that you were a vibrational match to be in that
- 7:42Speaker 1: spot at that time to be hit by that person?
- 7:47Speaker 1: So I know my brain thinks that way too.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Yeah, because we're the creators of our reality. We're creating.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Everything that's in our experience right now is our creation.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Everything is, Yeah, and we're just joining together in the
- 8:00Speaker 3: in creating together now, we're co creators, right, So it's
- 8:04Speaker 3: like it is And it's like, I love how you
- 8:06Speaker 3: brought that analogy. And it's even when you were talking
- 8:08Speaker 3: about that when my red truck had gotten totally Yeah,
- 8:11Speaker 3: I was not in a place of appreciation. I had
- 8:14Speaker 3: gotten a paint job. I wasn't happy with the paint job.
- 8:17Speaker 3: It needed more and more work. And it's like I
- 8:19Speaker 3: wasn't listening to the messages. So if I would have
- 8:22Speaker 3: stepped back and looked at it from a bigger picture,
- 8:25Speaker 3: I'd recognize there's probably a lot more going on on
- 8:28Speaker 3: this vehicle that it really I should have just gotten
- 8:30Speaker 3: rid of it at the time and saved the money.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Honestly, if I was to look back.
- 8:33Speaker 3: At that, but I'm you know, I contend to be
- 8:35Speaker 3: a hard headed kind of person sometimes, and that's the thing. Yeah,
- 8:41Speaker 3: and when we're in the mix of it, we don't
- 8:43Speaker 3: sometimes let go of it.
- 8:44Speaker 2: We have an attachment to an outcome, We have.
- 8:46Speaker 3: An attachment to whatever. And it wasn't going the way
- 8:48Speaker 3: that I wanted to go. So to me for looking
- 8:51Speaker 3: at it from an outside perspective, from a bigger perspective,
- 8:54Speaker 3: three D party or third party looking at that situation,
- 8:58Speaker 3: I wasn't in appreciation of that truck. I learned after
- 9:01Speaker 3: that to appreciate the truck.
- 9:03Speaker 2: And now I appreciate the truck I'm driving because it
- 9:06Speaker 2: is a vehicle and it just gets me back and forth.
- 9:08Speaker 3: If I had billions of dollars right now, I'm probably
- 9:10Speaker 3: gonna drive that truck around a little while longer. I'm
- 9:12Speaker 3: just saying, because it's got me back and forth. I
- 9:15Speaker 3: don't need a big vehicle right now with the kids
- 9:17Speaker 3: and stuff like that. It's working for me. And it's like,
- 9:19Speaker 3: it's just realizing to be in that space of appreciation
- 9:23Speaker 3: and where we're at right this moment gives us all
- 9:27Speaker 3: the benefit of everything in the world. It really does,
- 9:30Speaker 3: because right now I'm like, I'm good with That's all right, universe,
- 9:33Speaker 3: I'm good with this truck. I mean, if you want
- 9:35Speaker 3: to bring me something else, okay, bring it. But it's like,
- 9:37Speaker 3: I'm not gonna sit and worry about it. I'm not
- 9:39Speaker 3: going to sit and kind of crunch numbers and figure
- 9:41Speaker 3: out how I can make it happen.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I'm just going to allow it to happen. I'm going
- 9:44Speaker 2: to enjoy what I've got right now. That's it.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Yeah, And we tend to We've talked about this before.
- 9:53Speaker 1: We tend to take everything around us for granted or
- 10:00Speaker 1: just slough it off like, well, it's been there, it's
- 10:03Speaker 1: supposed to be there. Prime example would be a significant other.
- 10:10Speaker 1: We don't express our gratitude for them, whether we do
- 10:15Speaker 1: it outwardly or just inwardly, and then the next thing
- 10:19Speaker 1: you know, they're not there. As we all have experienced
- 10:22Speaker 1: this in some form of a parent or grandparent or
- 10:25Speaker 1: spouse or child, and they're not there anymore. And then
- 10:28Speaker 1: it's the longing for them to be there, and it's like,
- 10:32Speaker 1: well did we did we appreciate them when they were there?
- 10:35Speaker 1: And I find myself too, I get wrapped up in
- 10:39Speaker 1: my human emotions of well, he's doing this and he's
- 10:42Speaker 1: doing that, and then I'm like, wait a minute. You
- 10:45Speaker 1: know what. He gets up every single day and he
- 10:48Speaker 1: goes to work for us. He helps pays our bills.
- 10:51Speaker 1: He has been so supportive of the things that I have,
- 10:56Speaker 1: my adventures that I've done, and he's never really said
- 11:00Speaker 1: anything about it.
- 11:01Speaker 2: He's just been you know.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So it's shifting the way I am perceiving the things
- 11:07Speaker 1: that are happening.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's so easy to go down that path
- 11:12Speaker 3: of especially when it comes to our partners, to to
- 11:15Speaker 3: kind of, you know, keep a list of the things,
- 11:17Speaker 3: all these things and it could be all the things
- 11:20Speaker 3: that are that they don't make us happier or that
- 11:22Speaker 3: kind of it's our triggers, right, instead of recognizing it's
- 11:26Speaker 3: what they're triggering inside of me has nothing to do
- 11:28Speaker 3: with them, It has to do with me. Like stopping
- 11:31Speaker 3: for a minute and recognizing, thank you for showing this
- 11:33Speaker 3: trigger with inside of me.
- 11:35Speaker 2: You ask you, yeah, big chart, But it really is.
- 11:41Speaker 3: It's such a gift because because it is and it's
- 11:44Speaker 3: and it's in a safe environment. It's just with a
- 11:46Speaker 3: safe it's with your partners, you're it's safe. So it's
- 11:49Speaker 3: like it's it is all those things. But then on
- 11:51Speaker 3: the other side of that, I've also learned after people
- 11:53Speaker 3: have transitioned and you know, passed on to.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Bigger and better things from planet Earth, we can still
- 12:00Speaker 2: heal those relationships.
- 12:01Speaker 3: So it's like, God, this this conversation can go in
- 12:03Speaker 3: so many different directions, but the conversation that they're still
- 12:06Speaker 3: healing to be had. I'm listening to Suzanne Geieseman's most
- 12:11Speaker 3: recent book. I can't even remember what it is that
- 12:13Speaker 3: just came out. I'm just listening to it at this time,
- 12:15Speaker 3: and there's like so many stories in there, and this
- 12:17Speaker 3: girl was all sad and upset basically, I'm kind of
- 12:21Speaker 3: dramatizing it a bit because her dad passed, but they
- 12:24Speaker 3: didn't have a good relationship with each other, and she
- 12:26Speaker 3: wondered if they were ever going to have a good relationship.
- 12:28Speaker 3: And then at some point he starts communicating with her
- 12:31Speaker 3: and they end up having this great relationship. Because it's
- 12:34Speaker 3: never finished here and sometimes we can't see. They can't
- 12:38Speaker 3: see through all the crap that they're that they have
- 12:41Speaker 3: in their mind that they're believing at this time.
- 12:44Speaker 2: They can't see they're not open for more information.
- 12:46Speaker 3: So they're and then they have a tendency to be
- 12:49Speaker 3: more open because they're not in the muck of everything.
- 12:51Speaker 3: They're not in like I got to pay the bills,
- 12:53Speaker 3: and I've got to go to work, and I've got
- 12:55Speaker 3: you know, all these I've got tos that we've been
- 12:57Speaker 3: trained to think that we have to do. These are
- 12:59Speaker 3: our things that we're supposed to do, because that's what
- 13:01Speaker 3: we're supposed to do.
- 13:02Speaker 2: You're supposed to go buy a house, pay it off, you.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Know, have insurance, You're supposed to do all these are
- 13:06Speaker 3: all the things that have been trained into all of us.
- 13:10Speaker 3: And there's a lot of people that are going the
- 13:12Speaker 3: opposite direction. But that I'm kind of leaning off of
- 13:15Speaker 3: the topic. But it's just like there's no there's no ending,
- 13:18Speaker 3: so there can never be an over and done, and
- 13:20Speaker 3: that's it. Even if someone's still from my perspective, even
- 13:23Speaker 3: if I was still if let's say that Gym's here
- 13:27Speaker 3: and I'm here and we go our separate ways, and
- 13:30Speaker 3: even though we're both in the physical body, it doesn't
- 13:32Speaker 3: mean that there still can't be that same contact as
- 13:37Speaker 3: you would have from their spirit, because you can still
- 13:39Speaker 3: spiritually contact each other and there can still be a
- 13:41Speaker 3: spiritual healing.
- 13:42Speaker 2: You just might not be with that person anymore. Somebody
- 13:44Speaker 2: need to hear that.
- 13:46Speaker 3: But it's like, because there's there is no separation and
- 13:48Speaker 3: the body doesn't really it doesn't really mean anything when
- 13:53Speaker 3: it comes to spirit because we're all in spirit as
- 13:55Speaker 3: well and they are too, so it's like there is
- 13:58Speaker 3: no disconnect, there is no separateness.
- 14:00Speaker 2: We're all one big cell.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Yeah. And along that lines, we believe that we come
- 14:10Speaker 1: in like soul families or gatherings. We come in and
- 14:14Speaker 1: out of uh life experiences with a certain soul group
- 14:23Speaker 1: and we agree that you're gonna You're.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Gonna play the mom, and I'm going to be.
- 14:27Speaker 1: The dad or the son or the girl daughter or
- 14:29Speaker 1: whatever the case may be. And maybe it is a
- 14:35Speaker 1: difficult relationship. And then one of the two people go
- 14:41Speaker 1: on a healing journey, and on that healing journey they
- 14:44Speaker 1: learn about forgiveness and love and and how we are
- 14:49Speaker 1: all doing what we know how to do with the information,
- 14:52Speaker 1: knowledge and wisdom that we have, and all the things right,
- 14:54Speaker 1: all the things we've talked about. One thing I tell
- 14:58Speaker 1: my clients when they're when they're healing a relationship that's
- 15:02Speaker 1: that's very difficult, and it's typically the people with people
- 15:06Speaker 1: that are still living, not ones that have passed. I
- 15:09Speaker 1: will tell them that you will notice that as you
- 15:12Speaker 1: are doing your healing process that they might like try
- 15:16Speaker 1: to pull you down even more. They're going to be
- 15:19Speaker 1: very clingy and be even more difficult because they can
- 15:24Speaker 1: feel that energy shift and things are changing for you.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Or there could be that they're going to move on
- 15:35Speaker 1: with themselves, which means there's going to be more distance
- 15:38Speaker 1: between you, which is there will be less communication, even
- 15:42Speaker 1: if it's a parent or sibling, there will be less communication.
- 15:48Speaker 1: They're going to go on their own journey. They're going
- 15:50Speaker 1: to go do something else away from you because you're
- 15:52Speaker 1: no longer in that vibrational match. Or which has happened
- 15:57Speaker 1: many times, is the lessons have been learned, you're on
- 16:01Speaker 1: a healing path. They've served their purpose, and they exit
- 16:04Speaker 1: the physical body like they transition. They're done and they did
- 16:08Speaker 1: their part, and they're like, Okay, I did my part.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I'm out. Yeah, So any and all of it like,
- 16:16Speaker 1: we don't know, but it can be possible.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's it almost reminds me of going back
- 16:22Speaker 3: to the whole door situations, there's multiple possibilities, like the
- 16:26Speaker 3: possibilities are endless, and someone else that might watch this
- 16:29Speaker 3: might say, oh, well, this is exactly what it meant,
- 16:31Speaker 3: and it might and they could say something in the
- 16:33Speaker 3: comments and it might resonate and it might not right.
- 16:35Speaker 3: So it's just like it's or it might be some
- 16:38Speaker 3: sort of a symbolism for themselves. Right, So it is
- 16:41Speaker 3: it is all of that, is all those things, and
- 16:44Speaker 3: it's like even on the other side of that, when
- 16:46Speaker 3: we heal ourselves and we start doing this inside journey,
- 16:50Speaker 3: we're healing everybody else too. We're even giving them permission
- 16:54Speaker 3: to be Like I'm going to honor myself. I'm gonna
- 16:56Speaker 3: put up some boundaries for myself. Oh if she put
- 16:57Speaker 3: up boundaries, he put up boundaries. Okay, oh maybe I
- 17:02Speaker 3: should have boundaries. Like it's starting to recognize, you know,
- 17:06Speaker 3: what we can handle, because boundaries, to me are in
- 17:09Speaker 3: place for things that we and an individual itself cannot handle.
- 17:13Speaker 3: So I have to put If my dad was calling
- 17:16Speaker 3: me a thousand times until you know, until I finally
- 17:19Speaker 3: get it, he gets me on the phone, I had
- 17:21Speaker 3: to put boundaries up to be like, no, I'm not
- 17:23Speaker 3: going to answer these phone calls all the time because
- 17:25Speaker 3: I was always readily available for everybody else. And then
- 17:28Speaker 3: it's recognizing that's not necessary. But I had to put
- 17:31Speaker 3: out those boundaries for myself instead of who cares. It
- 17:34Speaker 3: didn't matter how many times that phone rang, I'll get
- 17:36Speaker 3: to and when I get to it. And so that's
- 17:38Speaker 3: where my boundary came into place. Until I didn't need
- 17:40Speaker 3: the boundary anymore. I don't need the boundary anymore because
- 17:43Speaker 3: it's like it's like water off a ducts back.
- 17:45Speaker 2: It doesn't matter to me anymore. But I had to.
- 17:48Speaker 3: I had to go through that to get to this point.
- 17:51Speaker 3: I couldn't get there from where I was at at
- 17:53Speaker 3: that moment. So the boundaries came into place.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Yeah, like we had talked about it, it's like playing.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Double dust rope tonight, Guys like, okay, Jim, that's right,
- 18:10Speaker 1: and those boundaries would be. It comes around to if
- 18:19Speaker 1: if you're doing something that I don't like, I haven't
- 18:23Speaker 1: learned to maintain my energy yet, so I need to
- 18:26Speaker 1: put up a boundary that says you can no longer
- 18:29Speaker 1: do this because it's affecting me, or I no longer
- 18:34Speaker 1: accept what you're doing because well, if it's not affecting me,
- 18:38Speaker 1: they don't need the boundary exactly. So it's like you
- 18:43Speaker 1: you do you, you be who you're going to be,
- 18:46Speaker 1: and peace out, Like I'm gonna go do my thing
- 18:49Speaker 1: because I don't need to hang around with you.
- 18:53Speaker 2: It's an unhealthy.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Relationship or whatever the case may be.
- 18:57Speaker 2: But that's what.
- 18:59Speaker 1: As you were talking, that's what came to me about
- 19:01Speaker 1: boundaries boundaries, and I've never thought about it that way.
- 19:04Speaker 1: It just now is like talking it out loud. The
- 19:08Speaker 1: boundary boundaries are for you. It's not for the other person.
- 19:14Speaker 2: It's for you.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Nope, it's for you because until we can handle it,
- 19:19Speaker 3: like you said, until we're not giving our energy away
- 19:21Speaker 3: to that situation, this is the boundary. But eventually we
- 19:24Speaker 3: don't need those boundaries. It's like it's obvious to explain
- 19:27Speaker 3: to the girls recently of value. You value yourself enough
- 19:30Speaker 3: that doesn't matter what other people do. Yeah, exactly, we
- 19:35Speaker 3: don't need the buffer anymore. Why because we're vibrating at
- 19:37Speaker 3: a higher I don't even want to say higher, we're
- 19:39Speaker 3: vibrating at a different frequency that that stuff doesn't really
- 19:42Speaker 3: it doesn't matter any longer.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Yeah, wild it is.
- 19:48Speaker 2: That was awesome trip there really was. Please everybody get
- 19:53Speaker 2: in and sit down and put your.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Seat on the road, keeping your hands and feeding the
- 19:58Speaker 1: vehicle at all time. We're going to go with these conversations.
- 20:02Speaker 1: We don't know where we're going to go with these conversations.
- 20:05Speaker 3: We're the ones getting the picture taken of us and
- 20:07Speaker 3: it's not everybody elseful and they're going through it.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Here it is. I love it.
- 20:14Speaker 1: I think we need to leave this conversation there.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Because we'll sink sack on the next one.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Right, right, So show up for the part too, because
- 20:24Speaker 1: we'll be wearing the same thing in it.
- 20:26Speaker 2: That's right.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Oh goodness. Well, on that note, thanks for hanging out
- 20:31Speaker 1: with us. Teach time with Amy and Bev. Be sure
- 20:34Speaker 1: to have these conversations with people. Be courageous, be brave.
- 20:39Speaker 1: They're being had more and more so that's exciting. As
- 20:44Speaker 1: we know, it's better to get support, especially with any
- 20:49Speaker 1: kind of mental health, and these conversations help with that,
- 20:53Speaker 1: and so be brave and share the resources. So if
- 20:59Speaker 1: you hear whether it's our content or other podcasts, share
- 21:05Speaker 1: the links, engage. We're happy to receive your comments or questions.
- 21:13Speaker 1: You're not going to get an immediate response from us,
- 21:15Speaker 1: just saying we will get back to you as we can. Also,
- 21:20Speaker 1: if you there's anything that you would like for us
- 21:22Speaker 1: to you know, talk about in our roundabout way, we
- 21:28Speaker 1: probably hit on so I love it.
- 21:34Speaker 3: We'll start with it and then we'll wander off from
- 21:36Speaker 3: it and then we'll ring it around or it all
- 21:38Speaker 3: makes sense altogether.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Bring it right back. So anyway, you can find us
- 21:43Speaker 1: on Facebook, YouTube, Google Podcasts, podcast Attic, iHeartRadio, Spreaker, and
- 21:48Speaker 1: Spotify and just share, you know, maybe don't want to
- 21:54Speaker 1: have the conversations, but share the information, whether it's again
- 21:57Speaker 1: for us or other podcasters, because it only helps. So
