SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna ask you one question.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_02: When you do your off season, it's right in the middle of the postseason.
• 0:50
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_02: What a thing, you know.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_02: Let's have the draft right now for the NFL.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_02: Let's do it.
• 0:56
  SPEAKER_02: So dumb.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_02: Contrast for me is getting wider.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_02: Well, that's because your team sucks.
• 1:04
  SPEAKER_02: Well, maybe yeah.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_02: I mean your NFL team sucks too.
• 1:07
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's true.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_02: But I'm still watching the NFL.
• 1:10
  SPEAKER_02: Right?
• 1:10
  SPEAKER_02: That's so true.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I live towards the Jim Tom Stooler.
• 1:15
  SPEAKER_00: Right, coach.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_02: And I can be like, yes, this is why they suck, because their owner, Stephen Ross, is an idiot.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_02: And the GM sucks.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_02: But when these colleges are just like, well, this regen just keep throwing money at it.
• 1:27
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: Because you know it's in NFL.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Every year with the draft, there's a chance.
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna get somebody in that first round.
• 1:36
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: There's no there's no instance where you're gonna be resort, like in the NFL, it'd be like teams not getting to pick until the sixth round.
• 1:45
  SPEAKER_00: With this transfer portal.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_02: Some of these teams playing on an uneven field.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_02: These players, and then all to them, but now that they have the agents, the agents are running stuff, and now they care about is getting paid.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_02: And it's just taken away from the sport.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna talk about the transfer portal.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna bitch and moan about that.
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: Well, we're Florida State fans.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but we're in a very we're in a very particular spot.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_02: Well, I think overall the interest is just slowly deteriorating.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_02: I know the ratings are up because people love football.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but as far as the contract, there's a couple of teams with billionaires that have not been traditional past.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_02: In the NFL, but it's not as compelling.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_02: You're almost as like, well, I guess it's because you don't have a team in the fight.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_02: The old Miss Miami game was gone.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was a good game.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: That that's one of the few good games that have, you know, the Texas AM.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_02: But just the fact that Alabama and Oklahoma were even in it.
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: But a much and you had taken qualifiers, you know, Tulane and James Madison had no business.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_02: But now that the transfer portal is open, why the playoffs are going on, it really just shows you why, for me, the sport is deteriorating.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_02: It's just different than what it was, and it's still awesome because it's something new.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_02: It's like, hey, it's the Wild Wild West, but in it's in long term, they're this can't sustain popularity, like a broad popularity like the NFL has been.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: A lot more parallels to college basketball.
• 3:22
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 3:23
  SPEAKER_02: With college football.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_02: But you don't have a March Madness like that, and you can't develop that.
• 3:27
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 3:28
  SPEAKER_02: You can't.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_02: And then you're all postseason independent, and college football is all about the regular season.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_02: And you should just have a computer formula and then place it.
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_02: And then you need to easily just adopt a salary cap.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_02: There's got to be some sort of rules.
• 3:46
  SPEAKER_02: It's ridiculous.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_02: You can't have these players signing and then walking out on contracts.
• 3:51
  SPEAKER_02: There's no rules.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_02: It's the absolute dumbest thing in the world.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_02: None of it matters anymore.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_02: It's all about money.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_02: Yep.
• 4:01
  SPEAKER_02: So, oh.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_02: But hey, the NFL playoffs are going on, and what a weekend it was.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_02: It started off with a bang and ended off with a with some hilarious.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_02: First four games pretty good.
• 4:17
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_00: The only yeah.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: I mean, the Chargers Pats game, it it sucked.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but it Steelers Texans sucked.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_02: Compared, I mean, you talk about the Panthers, Rams was awesome.
• 4:30
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_02: And then the Bears come back.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_02: And then the Jags, Bills was the most lead changes in the fourth quarter in a playoff game.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's back and forth.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_02: It was crazy.
• 4:40
  SPEAKER_02: Epic.
• 4:41
  SPEAKER_02: That game was epic.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_02: And it and it was.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_02: I felt I felt like the winner, this this game is going to go to the Super Bowl.
• 4:49
  SPEAKER_02: At that time.
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_02: It felt like that.
• 4:52
  SPEAKER_02: That game felt different.
• 4:53
  SPEAKER_02: I was watching it.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_02: It felt like those teams were clearly better.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_02: I was on the Jags bandwagon, but the Bills, Josh Allen impressed me again.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: His Right, because that that wasn't some flimsy defense he was going up in.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_02: He didn't turn the ball over, and that throw at the end was just superb.
• 5:13
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's that's that's that's up in that's your head.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: And they were they were beating on him the entire day.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_02: I know, but that he anticipated that throw and put it in the perfect spot.
• 5:24
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_02: And just floated it right into Bradley.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: That's how he gets away with some of the dumb shit that that comes out of his performances during the season.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_02: Well, he's doing less, he he does less dumb shit in the playoffs.
• 5:34
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_02: He didn't do any dumb shit in the playoffs.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_02: Nah, they did exactly, yeah.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_02: And they find and they figured out how to do the tush push with the wagon that he is.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_02: We threw a fullback behind that, and you saw they scored that touchdown like a 10-yard tush push.
• 5:46
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 5:47
  SPEAKER_02: It's ridiculous.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_02: You gotta get somebody strong enough to actually push that moment.
• 5:52
  SPEAKER_02: Trevor Lawrence played good.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_02: I I, you know, that last pick was an he slung it in there.
• 5:58
  SPEAKER_02: It was a great.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_02: The Bills have that's the strength of their defense.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_02: They're the best secondary in the league.
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_02: Um I thought you should have gone to Parker Washington.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_02: He was the hot guy.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_02: You should have been looking for him.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_02: Drew Kobe Meyer has been blanketed all game.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_02: They were they made it a point to stop him, but still.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: You know, it in in that pass, the receiver core for for Jacksonville, they're just missing that physical Mitch match.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_00: Mitch match.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: A guy with with length and and size.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, no.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about a guy that's about 6'5 that you can put on the outside.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: Brian Thomas, but he hasn't really Right, but he's still only running like 6'2.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about a guy that you can just throw up and go up and get it.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they have they have they didn't lose that game because of that.
• 6:43
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_02: I thought that was just the Bills made that they lost because they turned the ball over.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, and the and the Bills didn't.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_02: And they still came back.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they battled it to the end because Trevor Lawrence definitely made a step in the right direction.
• 6:59
  SPEAKER_02: This game's hard.
• 7:00
  SPEAKER_02: I I I feel a lot better I feel a lot better about him if I'm a Jags fan.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean I'm talking about feel way better about them than if you're an Eagles fan.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_02: Two months ago, you were I mean, you're at this, like, man, Trevor Lawrence, we're paying this kid.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_02: Right, looking like ass, yelling at the coach.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_02: This is not a formula to win.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_02: I feel like, hey, at least you got this guy.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_02: This is actually gonna end up being a deal the way the quarterbacks are are paid.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_02: At least, yeah, at least we know he can do it.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_02: And we got a brand new coach who's he's just scratched the surface with him, hopefully.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: Both sides of the ball for Jacksonville look like they know what they're doing.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_02: We'll see how they do it next year when they when they're when they kind of have the people looking at him as the favorite.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_02: Um, but man, that was my that game was did not disappoint.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_02: Um the Bills with the big win.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_02: Uh the Panthers pretty much played the the Rams the exact same, except they didn't get the pick.
• 7:56
  SPEAKER_02: Pug and Tua.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_02: Yep, was defending that pick that he had that the Panthers almost had in the end zone.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_02: Um but now uh the the Bears.
• 8:08
  SPEAKER_02: Oh my goodness.
• 8:10
  SPEAKER_02: That game's crazy.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: Oh they look just they looked like shit for two and a half quarters.
• 8:17
  SPEAKER_00: And then boom.
• 8:18
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 8:20
  SPEAKER_02: The win starts.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: If they can get a pass rush between this season and next season, they're they're they're gonna be tough.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: They can just hang around in the game.
• 8:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_02: If they're in it, they feel like you feel like you they're gonna win it.
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_02: So you better get them.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: That that's not yeah, dude.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: Doing their like their defense does just enough to to keep from the game just getting away better as it goes on.
• 8:44
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_02: Which is a good sign of coaching.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_02: It it's gonna they're in favor to lose.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_02: Now they're gonna match up against the Rams.
• 8:53
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 8:54
  SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be a fun game.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_02: Bills are gonna take on the Broncos.
• 8:59
  SPEAKER_02: Bills, Broncos.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_02: And you're Niners, man, with the upset of the weekend.
• 9:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 9:05
  SPEAKER_02: And they lose Kittle.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_02: So just like I mean, yeah, they're in the division round.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: And I I think that's probably it for Kittle in terms of career, just due to his age and the type of injury it is, you know, tearing the Achilles.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_02: Maybe to be the player that he's always been, but went out.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: You know, I I found it funny that the uh the training staff went out immediately, procured a bottle of tequila to bring back to the locker room, you know, about ten minutes after they they carted him back there.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: Um but there is one silver lining, it's they've played the season pretty much without Kittle most of the year.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_02: This team's next man up.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's been that all year.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_02: And it's not gonna change.
• 9:49
  SPEAKER_02: They're gonna go right.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna keep doing it.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: For me, the bigger thing was was Philadelphia just being like, dude, what are they doing?
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: 47 hitch routes in that game.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: It it's not even a mystery what they do with their passing game.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: Um, when you're running a one route that many times, they're definitely making changes with the coordinator.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_02: I think the the receiver's going, I think AJ Brown's going too.
• 10:14
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_02: Just you gotta move on.
• 10:17
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: But that I I mean, you know, it it was fun to watch and have them win a game.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: I expect the Seattle game to go a lot like it did two weeks ago.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_02: I'm glad the Eagles are out.
• 10:27
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_02: Uh will the Niners make any adjustments?
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you how can you adjust, man?
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: You can't bring the players back that are out.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: You know, you can't get better at run defense, and that that's that's what surprised me is that No, you you you have to just figure out a way to score some points and do the same thing you did on defense.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah you have to you have to try to muster that again.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_02: You just have, I mean, they could have the defense, it wasn't the defense's fault at all.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_02: They played out of their minds in the first game to just two weeks ago.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_02: They played winning football.
• 11:00
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_02: That was on the offensive incapable of doing it.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that was on Mike McDonald just owning Shanahan.
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_02: Well, and and I mean, he don't have the weapons, but hey, they have McCaffrey.
• 11:11
SPEAKER_02: They got Jennings who can throw.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_02: I thought he got creative.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_02: You gotta you gotta that's what you gotta do.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_02: You gotta hope that you stay close and you can get some big plays.
• 11:21
  SPEAKER_02: Go be a toughie.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_02: You're gonna have to pull the big plays.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_02: Getting their uh, but the most important dude on the offense is Trent Williams.
• 11:30
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_02: And the fact that he played gave them the chance.
• 11:34
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_02: Well, when you're not playing with him, it's you see how like they had nothing.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah so you they had something with him.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_02: So maybe that that's a huge difference.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_02: This time the fact that he's playing, right?
• 11:44
  SPEAKER_02: That's big.
• 11:45
  SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah.
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_02: That's huge.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_02: That's arguably your best player on the team.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_02: You've already won in Seattle.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_02: I like this game better for the Niners on the road somehow.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, well, I mean, you know, whatever.
• 11:57
  SPEAKER_02: They beat the Eagles.
• 11:58
  SPEAKER_02: So there we go.
• 11:59
  SPEAKER_02: That's all I give a shit about.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_02: The beat the Eagles in Philly, that's not something anybody's been able to do.
• 12:05
  SPEAKER_02: No.
• 12:06
  SPEAKER_02: Robert Sala's.
• 12:07
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's who I'm getting if I'm a coach.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the Raiders, the Raiders are the hot team looking looking at him now.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_02: So you can't go wrong there.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_02: I mean, the fact that he got fired from the Jets, I thought was stupid.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_02: Everybody's getting fired from the James.
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_02: The Jets charted.
• 12:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: But how about the guy that came after Salah?
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: D'Amico with that pass rush.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_02: Man, the Texans D is so good.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_02: That team is the opposite of San Francisco.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_02: Because I'm telling you right now, CJ Stroud played look like ass.
• 12:40
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_02: He had like five fumbles.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_02: Five, like they won by 24.
• 12:44
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_02: He made three good passes in the entire game.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_02: And he doesn't have to do much with that defense.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_02: And you gotta give Pittsburgh credit.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_02: They had their defense played better at the end of the year.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_02: But going into New England, will Houston we'll see what Drake May is.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_02: You're gonna, I mean, MVP or not, you know, this this I'm gonna say, like this is gonna show me more this matchup right here.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_02: He's gonna go up against the best defense in the league.
• 13:17
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: And one thing, one thing about the Chargers game, I know they handled it, but Will Campbell, the fresh, the rookie left tackle, he had a rough day.
• 13:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 13:29
  SPEAKER_00: With that pass rush.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you right now, man.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I know Khalil Mack is is still, you know, got something in him.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: No, it's gonna be a war, but Drake May's gonna have to earn it.
• 13:38
  SPEAKER_02: Houston brings something different.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_02: But, you know, Drake May's gonna be able to move more than Rodgers could.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_02: So that'll be a big difference in that game.
• 13:47
  SPEAKER_02: But that's gonna be a war.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_02: Will but who's gonna get I think the Houston offense will be able to do just a little bit more.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_02: They didn't do anything against Pittsburgh and one.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_02: No, you're gonna be able to do that.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_02: It all depends on what CJ Stroud is.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_02: That defense is gonna keep him in the game.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_02: So just you can't throw any picks or fumble it five times right now.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: Well, last night, man, like there was legitimately a point in the game where like people like should we put Davis Mills in?
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: Like every time this guy goes out there, he's doing something stupid.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: You know, fumbling snaps, throwing picks.
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_02: I said they're they're interchangeable.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_02: If anything, you almost the floor is less with Davis Mills.
• 14:34
  SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_02: CJ Stroud his ceilings higher, clearly.
• 14:37
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_02: He has an A plus arm, and he can drop dimes that I don't see, but it's not consistent.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_02: Then at times he looks like that doesn't win in the NFL.
• 14:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_02: You have to have consistent play from the QB position.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_02: And you can't have somebody that's gonna screw it up.
• 14:56
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_02: When you have a defense like that, you throw the ball in the dirt.
• 15:01
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_02: You and going up against going up against Aaron Rodgers.
• 15:05
  SPEAKER_02: You run the ball.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_02: You run the ball and you play action and you punt.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_02: And you give that defense as well.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_02: You cannot fumble snaps, no, throw horrible interceptions.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_02: Make each team earn it, man.
• 15:17
  SPEAKER_02: It's gonna they're gonna be a tough out.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_02: I I like them in that game, honestly.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_02: That's uh that I don't know why I'm picking it.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_02: I picked the defense, man.
• 15:26
  SPEAKER_00: It it yeah.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_02: I just think that they're gonna be able to do a little bit more offensively.
• 15:34
  SPEAKER_02: But we're you're right.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_02: I almost think they'd be better off with Davis Mills in this game.
• 15:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you you just need a base, more of an identity.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_02: You know, you just run the ball, play action off that.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_02: He can just hit the simple throws when they're there, boom.
• 15:47
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_02: Don't don't diff don't make it too difficult.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: I don't gotta worry about dropping the snap.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: I don't got to worry about him throwing a ball to read behind the receiver.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_02: If I throw it here, I throw it.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_02: I gotta check this read deep.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_02: If he's not open, I check it to this guy.
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah boom.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_02: Simplify it when you got a defense like this.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_02: But man, they they can win the Super Bowl with that defense.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_02: Uh the Bills can win the Super Bowl with Josh Allen and that pass defense.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_02: You got to give that pass defense credit.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_02: Um, Jacksonville had it rolling at the end of the year.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_02: Trevor Lawrence was playing like the MVP.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_02: They were able to turn him over twice, which nobody's been able to do at the end of the year.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that the the first pick he threw was was that was just McDermott tricking him.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_02: That that corner, the one the guy who made the last tip, he was he had a hell of a game.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_02: He was all over the receiver.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_02: They they they blanketed Jacoby Myers.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_02: Parker Washington got a hundred yards like in a all at the end.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_02: But they they kept coming.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_02: Uh the Jags kept coming, they made adjustments.
• 16:53
  SPEAKER_02: Both defenses played hard.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_02: The Bills defense and pro if they can keep Bosa healthy and he can if he can apply a little bit of pressure.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they can keep Josh Allen in the health.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_02: They got enough of a pass rush.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_02: If you can keep Josh Allen in the game, I feel like he's not gonna be denied if he's got a shot.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_02: So if you just keep him in the game, wagon man.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's got like that's why the he's who else are you gonna trust?
• 17:17
SPEAKER_02: You got Bo Nicks, good season, but advantage by times they win in spite of Bo Nicks.
• 17:26
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_02: So Josh Allen, when he's on, I don't think he can be stopped.
• 17:32
  SPEAKER_02: But we'll see.
• 17:33
  SPEAKER_02: We'll see.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: He's gonna have to go through probably two really good defenses, maybe Houston and very likely Seattle.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: Well, they're just gonna have to run the ball.
• 17:43
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_02: That's what they'd like to do.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_02: And I think that's what they need to do.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_02: Hit secure on those little he had 12 catches for like 80, like 78, like 80 yards.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_02: Just hit him on those three yarders.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_02: Got to keep the chains moving.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_02: You know, you get you hit Key on for his one catch a game.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_02: Hey, he gets one catch.
• 18:02
  SPEAKER_02: Next guy up, man.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_02: You don't know who it's gonna be, but everybody's gotta have a spy on the quarterback with them.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_02: So you're gonna someone's gonna be open.
• 18:10
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 18:11
  SPEAKER_02: Someone's gonna be open.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_02: And Dalton Kincaid! Uh Cook needs not fumble.
• 18:19
  SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be a big I look, I like that game.
• 18:22
  SPEAKER_02: That's the first game.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_02: And then you have your Niners against the Seahawks.
• 18:29
  SPEAKER_02: Saturday night again.
• 18:30
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_02: Seven and a half dogs.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, well, they just watched it.
• 18:34
  SPEAKER_02: That's why.
• 18:34
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_02: But like I said, they don't have they didn't have Trent Williams.
• 18:39
  SPEAKER_02: That's huge.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: When you what do it like take or two, but Sacco in the game of his generation.
• 18:49
  SPEAKER_02: Like that's that's huge, man.
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_02: And that's the biggest position.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_02: We'll see.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_02: Other than quarterback.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_02: And then you you look at the you look at just look at the records when he's not in there.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_02: They they're just an average team at best.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, they don't got anybody else on that line.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: So every when you're Trent Williams and four plumbers.
• 19:07
SPEAKER_02: It just allows you to open that playbook up a little bit more.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_02: And you saw that in this game.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_02: Because when he's not there, it's not got time to do anything.
• 19:18
  SPEAKER_00: You're not doing anything.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so now they can do they have a shot.
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_02: They have a shot.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_02: I would take the Niners and the points in that game.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_00: We'll see if that's still the spread.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's no way seven and a half.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_02: That's going down to one possession.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_02: But but Seattle just been waiting, like they're playing the same team.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_02: But this is You know, duh Robinson, did he play in that last game?
• 19:46
SPEAKER_02: Because I didn't see him in the last game.
• 19:48
  SPEAKER_00: I don't I shit, I don't know.
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: He played well.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: I can't keep track of who plays at skill positions anymore.
• 19:53
  SPEAKER_02: Robinson was big.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: So I Pearsall, he may or may not play.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: I mean he Everybody on deck for that game.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: And you got, you know.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: You know, you won't have Kittle, you won't have Fred Warner, you won't have Nick Bosa.
• 20:10
  SPEAKER_02: You've already known that.
• 20:11
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: No, just add you may have Bethune might be back.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: He didn't play against Philly.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_02: Um and he's still one.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_02: But you're gonna have a better quarterback.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_02: And look, reading the defenses, something's been going on with Jalen.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: Dude, their offense sucks, man.
• 20:30
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 20:30
  SPEAKER_00: It's 100% on that coordinator.
• 20:32
  SPEAKER_02: He's getting fired.
• 20:33
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_02: And then uh Sunday, the Texans will play the Patriots.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be another slug fest.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_02: Then you got Ram the Bears.
• 20:48
  SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be a fun game.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_02: If you had to pick one of these division games, they're all pretty good, honestly.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_02: That to me seems like it's gonna be an absolute shootout.
• 21:01
  SPEAKER_02: I I can't.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be the most fun.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_02: The Denver Buffalo game, I think, has the potential to be really good too.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_02: At the end.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_02: Kind of like that Jacksonville, like it's just gonna like heat up.
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_02: Once they feel each other out, watch out for the end.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_02: Both coaches, you know, they'll figure it out.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_02: You know, Peyton's you see the ugly, and then at the end they they get it rolling.
• 21:26
  SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_02: It's that's gonna be like 13 to 10 going into the fourth, and then it could end.
• 21:32
  SPEAKER_02: And then all of a sudden it's 38 to 35.
• 21:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_02: That could be one of those games.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then so, but I think I'm most looking forward to the Bears and the Rams.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_02: My Bears against my pick, the Rams.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_02: I don't know where I'm going at with this game.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_02: The Rams are getting the Bears are getting four at home.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we'll deal with that one.
• 21:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we're not gonna pick it.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_02: I just you know, and then you have the national championship is set for that Monday after in Miami.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_02: He's gonna play Indiana in Miami.
• 22:13
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 22:14
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_02: Justin, we're gonna talk to him.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna preview that game with him.
• 22:19
  SPEAKER_02: I really don't.
• 22:20
  SPEAKER_02: We'll get into that.
• 22:22
  SPEAKER_02: Dude, best test.
• 22:24
  SPEAKER_00: Indiana's getting beat, bro.
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: I know you think that.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: All this Cignetti Love Fest is, you know.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: How does that build up, tear down?
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 22:34
  SPEAKER_00: He's done a great job.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: He's got billions of dollars.
• 22:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's great.
• 22:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 22:39
  SPEAKER_00: Great.
• 22:40
  SPEAKER_00: Good for you, Kurt.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_02: Uh, but it is that time of year.
• 22:53
unknown: Hey, I'm looking for it.
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_03: Portal contraity.
• 23:03
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, fatality.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: Lot of a lot of a lot of finishing moves.
• 23:11
  SPEAKER_01: Let's re-entered the transfer portal.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: Let's see who we got now.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: We got Earl Little Jr.
• 23:16
  SPEAKER_00: at Ohio State.
• 23:17
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 23:18
  SPEAKER_00: Lane McCoy at Louisville.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Uh Edwin Joseph at Ole Miss.
• 23:24
  SPEAKER_00: Justin Cryer at Texas.
• 23:26
  SPEAKER_00: The punter at Texas.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: Had some other guys go to Mississippi State.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: A couple guys to Wisconsin.
• 23:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_00: Signing a bunch of just who cares, you know.
• 23:44
  SPEAKER_00: Nothing really great.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_00: Nothing that's going to diamonds in the rough?
• 23:49
  SPEAKER_00: Sure wow.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: Nothing that's changing the outlook.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: I mean, they gotta put bodies out there, you know.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: So they'll have some some people.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: Expect most of it to happen once everybody else is filled up.
• 24:02
  SPEAKER_00: See what's left.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: How are they gonna have a team?
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: Well, they'll get guy, they'll get guys.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: They just won't be any good.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: It it's you know you know how it's been in basketball the last few seasons?
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be the same with football.
• 24:18
  SPEAKER_02: It's insane.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: You can look at the roster be like, holy shit, there's no way this team is winning more than three games.
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_00: Insane.
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_02: And then you do it on top of that, now it's just ran by money.
• 24:29
  SPEAKER_02: Agents.
• 24:30
  SPEAKER_02: Money and agents.
• 24:31
SPEAKER_02: And with Florida State, you've gotta have people that know what they're doing.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: The geniuses that that are running the athletic department has decided to bring Mike Norvell back.
• 24:43
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_00: You now have Florida State, which is a program where the coach is desperate.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_00: You know, everybody knows for all intents and purposes he's probably getting fired, but he's gotta do anything he can to keep his job.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: The program, the the boosters, the fans, everybody is desperate for wins.
• 24:59
SPEAKER_00: So anybody that's on the team that has any amount of talent, their agent, if he's halfway decent at his or her job, okay, now we're gonna ask for more money.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: Because that's what you do.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: Like these guys need talent, that means they need to keep me.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna ask for more money.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: Now, some guys find out the hard way that you know when their bluff is called, they gotta come back.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: I'm looking at you, Javon Box.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, some guys sign multi-year deals that have little buyouts in them that other schools are not really willing to pay.
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: Look at huge Brill Rawls.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: Um that you might get a few of them back, but essentially it's money, man.
• 25:46
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_02: It's and you can't blame blame the players.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_02: No, you're not blame the players.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's and the agents are doing their jobs like listen, man, like we we have all the leverage now with this school with Florida State because they're desperate.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: This guy can't recruit high school talent.
• 26:02
SPEAKER_00: You need anybody that can But what's the point?
• 26:06
SPEAKER_02: You get a guy and then boom, he leaves the next year.
• 26:09
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 26:09
  SPEAKER_02: And that's what's happened here.
• 26:11
  SPEAKER_02: What's the point?
• 26:12
SPEAKER_02: Your best high school recruits are gonna leave after a year anyway.
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_02: This is ridiculous.
• 26:18
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: What needed to happen is at some point, he either needed to go all in on the portal and and just sign all kinds of guys and just completely commit to it, or try to recruit high school as best as he could, but it just kind of kept toes in each pond, meanwhile, not doing a very good job of actual development of any of the kids that you had on your team.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, well, you're just not a good coach then.
• 26:45
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: You didn't have good assistance, you didn't have a good system going.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: I mean, you know, like whatever you caught lightning in a bottle those first couple of seasons caught up.
• 26:56
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_00: It was not sustainable because kids that you got, like Jared Verse and and you know, Jerry and Jones and Trey Benson and Johnny Wilson, they are now kids that are gonna command money that you don't have.
• 27:12
  unknown: Right.
• 27:12
  SPEAKER_00: Even kids like that.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_00: Like Verse would be way out of the price range.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: But even a kid like Trey Benson would have multiple offers instead of just having compete.
• 27:21
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 27:21
  SPEAKER_02: It's different leagues.
• 27:22
  SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be a financial league.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_02: You you'll there'll be numbers on it in more years.
• 27:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 27:28
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's wild.
• 27:30
SPEAKER_00: You got schools offering six and a half million dollars to Ty Simpson.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_00: Like, are you are you are you kidding me?
• 27:37
SPEAKER_00: Miami Miami saw what from Fernando Mendoza did.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_00: You know, he loses to Florida State at Cal, but then goes to Indiana and becomes the Heisman winner, so maybe it'll work with Ty Simpson.
• 27:46
  SPEAKER_00: There you go.
• 27:50
  SPEAKER_00: Insane.
• 27:51
  SPEAKER_00: Insane.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: Five million to that kid that signed with Texas Tech, who was seven and six at Cincinnati last year.
• 27:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: Well, hey, we got the guy from Auburn.
• 28:02
SPEAKER_00: One of them, the guy that played like three games.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: Looking at the JUCO player of the year taking a visit here.
• 28:09
  SPEAKER_00: There you go, baby.
• 28:10
  SPEAKER_00: I like it.
• 28:11
SPEAKER_00: Yes, they're gonna put somebody out there.
• 28:15
  SPEAKER_00: We shock the world.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: Shock the world, win four games.
• 28:19
  SPEAKER_03: We had to go.
• 28:24
  SPEAKER_00: Going to suck.
• 28:26
SPEAKER_00: We are going to die.
• 28:31
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so there's that.
• 28:33
  SPEAKER_00: Man, for real.
• 28:35
  SPEAKER_00: For real.
• 28:36
  SPEAKER_02: Just did it.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_02: We had a dream last night.
• 28:41
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Mike Norvell.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_00: That's his dream every night.
• 28:47
  SPEAKER_00: Just wants that money.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: Man, just fire me so I could just take this money.
• 28:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
