- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Speaking of volatility, we want to talk about some shows
- 1:02Speaker 3: that are not having the greatest time or shall we
- 1:05Speaker 3: move forward?
- 1:06Speaker 4: Who are you talking about? What show you talking about?
- 1:08Speaker 5: What's the blueprint?
- 1:09Speaker 3: Having a long term running media Empire and show with
- 1:13Speaker 3: Shot and Troy.
- 1:15Speaker 5: Well we can skip it positive places.
- 1:19Speaker 3: That's a lot of breakups happening to Troy. Do you
- 1:21Speaker 3: have any marriage advice for those who may be going
- 1:23Speaker 3: through a tough time.
- 1:26Speaker 5: Yeah, communicate openly.
- 1:28Speaker 6: Communication is the key, and I've been big on being present, uh,
- 1:34Speaker 6: for for everyone in moments where you have allocated time.
- 1:40Speaker 6: So if I've made a day and I've said I'm
- 1:43Speaker 6: allocating to this, I'm dedicated to that, then my full
- 1:47Speaker 6: presence is there in that moment.
- 1:50Speaker 5: But as far as like our shows, I.
- 1:52Speaker 6: Think communication is the key, mutual respect is key, and
- 1:56Speaker 6: value add I think those those are three ooners that
- 2:01Speaker 6: we've seen some people lack.
- 2:02Speaker 5: But that's something that you know, we've heard try to
- 2:05Speaker 5: talk about a bunch, right.
- 2:06Speaker 6: We don't know how to effectively communicate with each other,
- 2:09Speaker 6: whether it be in the streets, whether it be in business,
- 2:12Speaker 6: whether it be on the team, and so it's a
- 2:15Speaker 6: skill that is not taught, but it's a skill that
- 2:17Speaker 6: needs to be learned. So if we can leave by demonstration,
- 2:20Speaker 6: so be it.
- 2:21Speaker 7: I would say as far as breakups, it almost impossible
- 2:26Speaker 7: that it ever works out.
- 2:28Speaker 4: There's always exceptions to the rule. Ninety percent of people.
- 2:31Speaker 7: When you look at music groups, when you look at podcasters,
- 2:35Speaker 7: people that left, they never made more money than what
- 2:37Speaker 7: they did when they were with the band.
- 2:40Speaker 4: The band never does better, migos, The band never does
- 2:43Speaker 4: better separately than it does collectively.
- 2:47Speaker 5: You said, I just said, I said, you agree, just
- 2:50Speaker 5: said that, not even sent.
- 2:53Speaker 7: So, because when you're leaving, you're looking at it from
- 2:57Speaker 7: like what you're not getting or you could be a
- 3:00Speaker 7: bigger star. It's never gonna be perfect, but the collective
- 3:07Speaker 7: made you who you are. Your ego is going to
- 3:10Speaker 7: drop you tremendously. Happens all the time. This is important
- 3:14Speaker 7: lesson for everybody to understand. You're never gonna be happy.
- 3:19Speaker 7: It's to be able to accept where you are.
- 3:22Speaker 3: It's always going to be harder to not be in
- 3:24Speaker 3: that spot that you're in if you don't like it too.
- 3:27Speaker 8: That's the other part. I don't think this talked about enough.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Is like bring more value than if you want more
- 3:31Speaker 3: value to be given to.
- 3:32Speaker 7: You, yeah, or just accept it like Dennis Rodman right
- 3:39Speaker 7: accepted his role as a rebounder's a defensive player, never
- 3:43Speaker 7: was a twenty point scorer, never led the league and
- 3:47Speaker 7: assists never you know, but that's his role for the team.
- 3:55Speaker 7: You leave the team, now you're putting your career at jeopardy.
- 4:00Speaker 7: So I think it's important to understand your role for
- 4:02Speaker 7: the team and accept it and be okay with it,
- 4:06Speaker 7: because when you leave, nine times out of ten, you're
- 4:13Speaker 7: going to be in a worse situation than you were previously.
- 4:16Speaker 7: Very rarely do you leave and you're in a better situation. Happens,
- 4:19Speaker 7: but most of the time it doesn't. Most of the time.
- 4:22Speaker 7: Most of the time when these groups break up, than
- 4:24Speaker 7: never the same. Can I ask something twelve was never
- 4:26Speaker 7: the same?
- 4:28Speaker 4: Jagged Edge is.
- 4:28Speaker 5: Not the one twelfth now Drew Hill got six members?
- 4:31Speaker 4: Fat Fat Boys was never the same?
- 4:33Speaker 5: In peace?
- 4:35Speaker 7: Can I ask them to your point because what you're
- 4:36Speaker 7: saying Rockefeller Records was never the same?
- 4:40Speaker 6: To the point of accepting your role inside of that acceptance,
- 4:43Speaker 6: it needs to be a level of excellence inside of it, right,
- 4:47Speaker 6: So like, if this is going to be my role,
- 4:49Speaker 6: then I need to be exceptional at it. I can't
- 4:52Speaker 6: be mediocre at it, Like I need to be exceptional
- 4:54Speaker 6: at it. So that analogy were used with Robin Yes
- 4:57Speaker 6: when he was on Detroit. He accepted that role, but
- 5:00Speaker 6: he made it a challenge to say, you know, I'm
- 5:02Speaker 6: going to be the best defender. I'm going to be
- 5:04Speaker 6: the best rebounder. I might not be the best teammate, right,
- 5:08Speaker 6: or maybe he is. Some of his teammates will say
- 5:09Speaker 6: he is, but I'm going to be I'm going to
- 5:11Speaker 6: be exceptional at.
- 5:12Speaker 5: The thing that my role has mitigated me to be.
- 5:14Speaker 6: And most people don't do that. They'll say, all right,
- 5:16Speaker 6: this is my role. Well, this is my role, this
- 5:18Speaker 6: is what I got to do. Nah, be great at it.
- 5:20Speaker 6: Be great at it because in the event that you
- 5:22Speaker 6: do leave, and like you said, most of the times,
- 5:24Speaker 6: not even said it probably won't work. But if you're
- 5:27Speaker 6: excellent and you excel at the role that you had,
- 5:30Speaker 6: you can take that role somewhere else. Now I'm probably
- 5:32Speaker 6: not gonna have the same level of success most times,
- 5:35Speaker 6: but you've excelled in an area, it's never going to
- 5:39Speaker 6: work out. Instead of looking at where you should be,
- 5:41Speaker 6: look at where you came from. You could be homeless, right,
- 5:46Speaker 6: and now y'all working together, and now you became a millionaire,
- 5:50Speaker 6: and you're thinking that you're.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Not where you should be, so you leave to pursue
- 5:54Speaker 4: your own personal thing.
- 5:56Speaker 7: But look at where you actually came from. It's actually
- 5:59Speaker 7: America that you actually achieved the success that you did achieve,
- 6:02Speaker 7: and that's because of the team work. So this is
- 6:04Speaker 7: a story we can kind of just keep saying over
- 6:06Speaker 7: and over again. It's going to keep happening because its
- 6:07Speaker 7: human nature. Human nature is always going to be proud ego.
- 6:11Speaker 7: It's always going to be somebody else in your ear.
- 6:13Speaker 7: It's the story of Othello. There's always going to be
- 6:15Speaker 7: whisperers in your ear that will so deceit, that will
- 6:20Speaker 7: feed your ego. And after a while, it's only so
- 6:22Speaker 7: much that a person can hear before they start to
- 6:26Speaker 7: believe with they're hearing.
- 6:28Speaker 4: And then it.
- 6:30Speaker 7: Changes the dynamic and now they start to be passive, aggressive,
- 6:35Speaker 7: They start to act out of character. They do things
- 6:39Speaker 7: like come late on purpose, a variety of different things
- 6:42Speaker 7: that you see happening. And this is bigger than just shows,
- 6:46Speaker 7: but it just happens in the workplace. It happens, and
- 6:50Speaker 7: no matter how many times, no matter how many examples
- 6:53Speaker 7: that you see, it's going to continue to happen because
- 6:57Speaker 7: human nature, especially men, human nature will always.
- 7:01Speaker 4: Lead to breakups it just happens.
- 7:05Speaker 7: Unfortunately, And like I said, you would think that people
- 7:07Speaker 7: would just learn from other people's success, like Yo, Nah,
- 7:11Speaker 7: Rockefeller was never jay Z is still jay Z. But
- 7:14Speaker 7: the vast majority are those people It didn't work out
- 7:17Speaker 7: for them the same way it was when they were together.
- 7:19Speaker 4: You would think like, all right, let's use this as
- 7:21Speaker 4: an example. No, it's not. It's gonna continue to happen.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Put out a post last week that a podcasts in
- 7:28Speaker 3: two point oh, this version of the business model was dead.
- 7:32Speaker 5: Erners, what's up?
- 7:33Speaker 6: You ever walk into a small business and everything just works,
- 7:36Speaker 6: like the checkout is fast, or seats are digital, tipping

- 8:42Speaker 6: by P and C Bank. A lot of people think
- 8:44Speaker 6: podcasts about work are boring, and sure, they definitely can be,
- 8:49Speaker 6: but understanding a professional's routine shows us how they achieve
- 8:52Speaker 6: their success little by little, day after day.
- 8:56Speaker 5: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 8:58Speaker 5: seem boring.
- 8:59Speaker 6: To save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 9:02Speaker 6: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 9:05Speaker 6: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 9:09Speaker 6: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty
- 9:14Speaker 6: five is a service mark of the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc.
- 9:17Speaker 6: P and C Bank National Association Member FDIC.
- 9:22Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 9:26Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 9:30Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 9:34Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 9:38Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 9:42Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 9:46Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 9:51Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 9:54Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 9:58Speaker 1: were here illegally, your you will be fine nearly one
- 10:02Speaker 1: thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will never return.
- 10:07Speaker 1: But if you register using our CBP home app and
- 10:10Speaker 1: leave now, you could be allowed to return legally. Do
- 10:13Speaker 1: what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws, border
- 10:18Speaker 1: and families will be protected.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department at Homeland Security.
- 10:23Speaker 3: And some people like, why are you still doing the show?
- 10:24Speaker 3: I'm like, well, our show has been profitable from inception.
- 10:28Speaker 3: I think the business models need to change. But if
- 10:30Speaker 3: we look at Spotify over the last fiscal years, spotify
- 10:33Speaker 3: profit margin is negative three point six percent. Operate margin
- 10:38Speaker 3: is negative six point nine percent. Gross margin is only
- 10:41Speaker 3: twenty four point nine and the ebit of margin is
- 10:43Speaker 3: negative five point four nine four percent. Return on assets
- 10:47Speaker 3: is negative twelve. Return on equity for Spotify's negative forty
- 10:51Speaker 3: two percent. So if they are a market maker and
- 10:53Speaker 3: they put a billion dollars into shows and they are
- 10:56Speaker 3: net negative, what does that tell you about most to
- 11:00Speaker 3: the people who are in the space. And I'm going
- 11:02Speaker 3: to say a lot of you music executives who tried
- 11:05Speaker 3: to pull the ok on a lot of black artists
- 11:07Speaker 3: and got them to run over the same trick that
- 11:09Speaker 3: you're trying to pull, We're not gonna let that shit fly.
- 11:13Speaker 3: I still can't get told with the real answer what
- 11:16Speaker 3: a show listener or a stream is worth.
- 11:20Speaker 7: And it happens like I read that, I read every comment.
- 11:23Speaker 7: This happens with this show. We've we've we've have a
- 11:27Speaker 7: partnership that works. We've had a platform, ian had expertise,
- 11:31Speaker 7: We've come together. It's a back and forth dynamic. It's
- 11:35Speaker 7: a ask questions, answers the questions. We add our commentary
- 11:39Speaker 7: to the questions. It's been a successful formula here. We've
- 11:43Speaker 7: done shows, we've done a world tour made money. This
- 11:48Speaker 7: is a formula that has worked. And I see comments
- 11:52Speaker 7: every once in a while, but I see comments in
- 11:54Speaker 7: I can't wait for you to leave and do your
- 11:56Speaker 7: own spell. Well that well, that's that's your soul, a
- 12:00Speaker 7: level of deceit that it's not needed. Yeah, but it's
- 12:07Speaker 7: also speaks to the level of dysfunction that we have
- 12:10Speaker 7: as people. I wouldn't even say this black people, just
- 12:12Speaker 7: as people, right. Yeah, whenever something works too well, we
- 12:17Speaker 7: want to ruin it. Mm hmmm, you want.
- 12:19Speaker 8: To change somebody's Like, Yo, y'all changed.
- 12:23Speaker 3: I know y'all didn't get to hang around Diddy byle
- 12:26Speaker 3: you still talking via O v T. I.
- 12:27Speaker 8: I'm like, I've been talking.
- 12:29Speaker 3: The same ship since then and I still ain't at puff, Like,
- 12:32Speaker 3: what are you talking about?
- 12:34Speaker 8: Like what we didn't get it.
- 12:36Speaker 3: I didn't get initiated into Dojah's Illuminati. Like and also
- 12:43Speaker 3: to even when doing more shows, if you most people
- 12:46Speaker 3: are not illuminati.
- 12:48Speaker 8: Shot to those the album decent. It sounds like the
- 12:50Speaker 8: funding out there.
- 12:51Speaker 3: But you know Sam smith Ian in his Illuminati, you know.
- 12:56Speaker 7: But now I stop doing that because they do that
- 12:58Speaker 7: all the time all the time. We'll be at the
- 13:01Speaker 7: NBA Finals and like, where's MG the mortgage guy. I
- 13:04Speaker 7: don't know, I don't know where's that? Like everybody's not
- 13:06Speaker 7: together all the time. Like I'm saying, like, stop doing that.
- 13:10Speaker 5: I think.
- 13:13Speaker 6: It happens if if you're not somewhere right and I'm there,
- 13:16Speaker 6: the first thing you'll ask.
- 13:17Speaker 5: Like I could be with my probably with his baby.
- 13:20Speaker 5: I don't know. They mean they see us together all.
- 13:23Speaker 4: The time, but stop doing that. It's unnecessary.
- 13:28Speaker 8: I told you before we were coming.
- 13:29Speaker 3: I did the podcast and this guy was like, man,
- 13:31Speaker 3: I'm missing when you were Risha, I argued, I'm like, why.
- 13:35Speaker 5: A shotty you switch roles with the end think you're
- 13:40Speaker 5: arguing that.
- 13:41Speaker 8: He can have another jacket.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Cool.
- 13:42Speaker 8: I'm so peaceful, drinking out little coconut water.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Cool, Because I told everybody like once I got done
- 13:48Speaker 3: yelling in the Vegas two years ago, and y'all don't listen. Cool,
- 13:51Speaker 3: I'm gonna let y'all deal with what I told you
- 13:52Speaker 3: about coin base. Oh god, you don't know, all right?
- 13:57Speaker 8: Cool?
- 13:58Speaker 3: I feel your coin base negative profit margin of eighty
- 14:01Speaker 3: two percent, negative operating margin of forty eight percent, negative
- 14:05Speaker 3: e but the margin of fifty point eight percent.
- 14:09Speaker 8: FTX blows up and.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Here comes Larry Fink and Jamie Diamond at the same
- 14:13Speaker 3: damn time, Like, let me pick up all these assets
- 14:16Speaker 3: to run the shit to the moment the.
- 14:17Speaker 7: Same damn Tom And once again, this is the last
- 14:21Speaker 7: thing I'll say about this as a business, because this
- 14:22Speaker 7: is a business.
- 14:23Speaker 4: Lesson here.
- 14:25Speaker 7: It's only gonna work if everybody can put their egos aside,
- 14:29Speaker 7: if everybody can accept their roles, and if everybody's eating,
- 14:32Speaker 7: that's the only way it's gonna work. It's not gonna
- 14:34Speaker 7: work if one of those things are missing out the equation,
- 14:36Speaker 7: it's not gonna work. Everybody has to eat, everybody has
- 14:39Speaker 7: to put their ego aside, and everybody has to accept
- 14:41Speaker 7: their roles and everybody rolls are different, and you have
- 14:43Speaker 7: to be okay with that. You have to be okay
- 14:45Speaker 7: that sometimes people will excel faster than you and they
- 14:50Speaker 7: will have different opportunities that you don't have, and that's
- 14:55Speaker 7: something that you have to be okay with. You're not
- 14:58Speaker 7: Everybody can't be Joe Montana. Yeah, everybody can't be Deon Sanders.
- 15:03Speaker 7: Everybody can't be Michael Jordan. Right, these are all champions.
- 15:07Speaker 7: The reason why I use these examples because everybody want
- 15:09Speaker 7: to ring. Everybody made money. Now, so made Michael Jordan
- 15:13Speaker 7: made more money than Craig Elow he did. He's he's
- 15:20Speaker 7: more of a special person. Yeah, he's more of a
- 15:24Speaker 7: special person.
- 15:26Speaker 5: A Champ. Steve Curry would be Steve. Yeah.
- 15:30Speaker 7: So when you're in your business, accept that, be okay
- 15:36Speaker 7: with it, and that's how everybody's going to accelerate. The
- 15:42Speaker 7: moment that you don't accept it and the moment that
- 15:44Speaker 7: you tried to fight against it, well, Kevin Durant left
- 15:48Speaker 7: one of the greatest teams of all time. There's no
- 15:51Speaker 7: need for that situation to happen. It was internal issues
- 15:55Speaker 7: from a variety of different people inside of the organization.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Shout to Katie.
- 15:58Speaker 7: I'm not blaming him, but I'm just saying this is
- 15:59Speaker 7: a This is a perfect example. You have literally one
- 16:01Speaker 7: of the greatest teams ever assembled. There's no need to
- 16:04Speaker 7: break it up. There's no need to pride and ego.
- 16:11Speaker 7: Not accepting your roles, not accepting people that are higher
- 16:15Speaker 7: levels than yourself. This is this. This goes back to
- 16:18Speaker 7: canaan a. This goes back to the beginning of time.
- 16:20Speaker 5: That's a great example.
- 16:20Speaker 7: This goes back to the beginning of time, Like, I mean,
- 16:22Speaker 7: we have to stop stop doing that because it's never
- 16:26Speaker 7: going to be the same.
- 16:27Speaker 4: It's never going to be the same.
- 16:28Speaker 5: That's a great example.
- 16:29Speaker 8: Jordan Pole called him an expensive backpack. He deserved that
- 16:33Speaker 8: plight for once that came out, I was like, what
- 16:35Speaker 8: you expect that?
- 16:37Speaker 6: That was what I mean, That's what he said, right,
- 16:39Speaker 6: Like when they got in that argument when Birst the Clippers,
- 16:42Speaker 6: when he didn't pass on the ball and there was
- 16:44Speaker 6: no repercussion. For he realized that the dynamics had changed,
- 16:48Speaker 6: and this is what's.
- 16:48Speaker 5: Gonna be somewhere he could stay.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Yep, be mindful, ladies and gentlemen.
- 16:54Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 16:57Speaker 1: in Massachusetts and MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 17:01Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 17:06Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 17:10Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 17:13Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
