- 0:00Speaker 1: Donald. Look at this the lot. I'm on a health
- 0:01Speaker 1: kick now because I fucking need to be. And look
- 0:05Speaker 1: who's back. I just started that. The giant water bottle
- 0:11Speaker 1: is back everyone. And I do have to give a
- 0:12Speaker 1: shout out to Liquid iv I. There are sponsor, but
- 0:15Speaker 1: they I don't never work. I don't need to mention it,
- 0:18Speaker 1: and I'm not required to mention it while we're talking.
- 0:22Speaker 1: But if you put the liquid IV pack it in
- 0:27Speaker 1: the drink, I swear I drink it. I will literally
- 0:30Speaker 1: drink the whole thing because it tastes good, it tastes amazing,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and and and there's no calories right there's I don't
- 0:36Speaker 1: believe there's any calories. No, It's like it's like creating
- 0:39Speaker 1: a a energy drink when you do it, you know
- 0:43Speaker 1: what I mean when you think in there you're creating
- 0:45Speaker 1: an energy drink of hydration. All I know is I'm
- 0:50Speaker 1: drinking it. I actually drink it. Well, when it's just water, nice,
- 0:53Speaker 1: I will not drink it. But I put a Liquid
- 0:55Speaker 1: IV pack it in it, and I drink show you something.
- 0:58Speaker 1: There you go, liquid ivy, I'm gonna actually I can't
- 1:04Speaker 1: see water bottle. You literally just pulled up as I
- 1:07Speaker 1: go ahead, down, pull up your giant water bottle. Pull
- 1:09Speaker 1: up your giant water bottle. Okay, well I have the
- 1:11Speaker 1: giant water bottle right here. But that's not China. It's
- 1:13Speaker 1: not big, it's not as big. But I was playing
- 1:16Speaker 1: Ultimate Frisbee on Tuesday night and someone was talking about, God,
- 1:19Speaker 1: I have these new packets for my water. It's so
- 1:21Speaker 1: much better than Someone's like, what's it called? And she's like, oh,
- 1:23Speaker 1: I can't remember. And I'm listening to this conversation. I
- 1:25Speaker 1: just lean over. Does it happen to be liquid ivy.
- 1:28Speaker 1: She's like, yes, that's the one. I love it so much.
- 1:30Speaker 1: And I was like, well, use code, fake doctors. I
- 1:35Speaker 1: thought you were using it as a pick For a second,
- 1:37Speaker 1: I forgot that you had a girlfriend. I thought you
- 1:39Speaker 1: were using it as a pickup line. Always on the job, baby,
- 1:42Speaker 1: is it? By the way, Ultimate This is a side
- 1:46Speaker 1: note digression. Ultimate Frisbee was invented at my high school,
- 1:51Speaker 1: Columbia High School. Oh that's right in Maplewood, New Jersey,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and one of the inventors. One of the participants was
- 2:00Speaker 1: Max Weinberg, the famous Bruce Springsteen drummer slash conan O'Brien.
- 2:09Speaker 1: He's still alive, right, Maxine knowledge I think? So okay, Joel,
- 2:13Speaker 1: can you please check because I somehow got hit in
- 2:15Speaker 1: the head with Did Max Weinberg die? I hope not.
- 2:18Speaker 1: But there's a little bit of ultimate frisbee lore for
- 2:21Speaker 1: those of you out there. It was invented at Columbia
- 2:24Speaker 1: High School in Maplewood, New Jersey, and Max Weinberg, the
- 2:29Speaker 1: famous drummer, was apparently this is the ultimate frisbee part
- 2:33Speaker 1: was definitely true of being invented there, Max Weinberg being
- 2:38Speaker 1: one of the initial guys who came up with it.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I'm not positive about that, but that was that was
- 2:43Speaker 1: Columbia High School lore. Hell yeah, yeah, you guys. I
- 2:47Speaker 1: gotta tell you the most Oh he's he's seventy one,
- 2:49Speaker 1: so he's alive and well, good, thank you. I saw
- 2:52Speaker 1: two trailers for a Good Person, which was I was
- 2:56Speaker 1: so nervous you saw. Okay. It wasn't like a surprise
- 3:01Speaker 1: out of nowhere where you're sitting down and it's like,
- 3:04Speaker 1: oh shit, the commercials on. It was like, that's not how,
- 3:08Speaker 1: that's not how a studio rolet, you know, Okay, I'm
- 3:11Speaker 1: just just just checking, just checking. Um the way it
- 3:13Speaker 1: works for those of you who couldn't possibly know because
- 3:17Speaker 1: you have to be directed a studio movie to know.
- 3:19Speaker 1: When you direct a movie, you're not in charge of
- 3:22Speaker 1: the marketing campaign. You can weigh in heavily and passionately
- 3:25Speaker 1: and um, but their marketing team is gonna be, you know,
- 3:30Speaker 1: gonna sell the product they bought, you know, So if
- 3:33Speaker 1: you have a cool studio, they really want your input,
- 3:36Speaker 1: They really want your suggestion. They don't want to do
- 3:38Speaker 1: anything that's gonna piss you off. But they also were like,
- 3:41Speaker 1: you know, they're gonna they're gonna make a trailer and
- 3:42Speaker 1: then like test the trailer to see like how people react.
- 3:45Speaker 1: They're gonna do like focus groups and like what did
- 3:47Speaker 1: you feel after the trailer? You know they're gonna do
- 3:49Speaker 1: all that kind of stuff. So the good news is
- 3:52Speaker 1: they showed me beforehand, Like just like any position in filmmaking,
- 3:57Speaker 1: they show you like people's credits, so they'll show you like, oh,
- 4:02Speaker 1: here are the here are the trailers. This this guy's cut,
- 4:06Speaker 1: and like they're sick, you know, and like here this
- 4:08Speaker 1: this gal. We're going to also have They don't just
- 4:10Speaker 1: go to one person. They'll they'll like go out to
- 4:12Speaker 1: multiple people and they say, we've narrowed it down, and
- 4:15Speaker 1: what do you think of these people? And I'm like,
- 4:17Speaker 1: oh my god, those are like mega movies. Those are
- 4:19Speaker 1: those trailers were sick? Yeah, yeah, yeah, those are great.
- 4:22Speaker 1: So anyway, and then eventually they send you like they
- 4:26Speaker 1: work on it on their own over at MGM. And
- 4:29Speaker 1: then eventually after like the ones I looked at. One
- 4:32Speaker 1: said version nine, one said version five. They really like
- 4:36Speaker 1: get it to a point where where they're ready to
- 4:38Speaker 1: show you. And I was so nervous because a good person,
- 4:43Speaker 1: like a lot of the stuff I do is a
- 4:44Speaker 1: mix of comedy and drama. And I kept thinking, like,
- 4:48Speaker 1: how do you sell this movie in two and a
- 4:49Speaker 1: half minutes because it's it's it's tricky, and I was
- 4:52Speaker 1: so nervous. And they were great. They were really good.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna send them. I'll I'll send them to all
- 4:59Speaker 1: three of you, and you guys can weigh in. I
- 5:02Speaker 1: don't see I have questions script. I've got images in
- 5:07Speaker 1: my mind and I got to actually see them, and hey, everybody,
- 5:11Speaker 1: but I probably shouldn't say that yet. We have an
- 5:13Speaker 1: official release date, but I won't say it yet just yet.
- 5:15Speaker 1: What Donald their music to the they use music from
- 5:19Speaker 1: the movie. Um, because I'm not gonna brag, but I'm
- 5:22Speaker 1: good at that. And they didn't they did not need
- 5:26Speaker 1: to seek outside of the film. How are you? I
- 5:34Speaker 1: miss you, I love you. I don't see enough of you.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I tested positive for COVID yesterday. Everybody's getting COVID. COVID
- 5:42Speaker 1: by the way, I saw in the news that like
- 5:43Speaker 1: hospitalizations are up, like LA again is on fucking fire.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Yeah again. My daughter had it and then now I'm
- 5:53Speaker 1: pretty sure I have it. I tested positive, but they're
- 5:55Speaker 1: sending another tech over at eleven thirties, so I'm gonna
- 5:58Speaker 1: test again. Um but I mean I have no symptoms whatsoever,
- 6:02Speaker 1: but my daughter had it, and then I tested positives.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I know so many people Donald, our friends whose names
- 6:08Speaker 1: and won't shout out, are like I have it again.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I have it again. Like one person we know has
- 6:15Speaker 1: it for the fourth fucking time now she's she's she's
- 6:18Speaker 1: vaxxed and and boosted and has no symptoms, but like
- 6:22Speaker 1: has has it. So that's sure remind you people out
- 6:27Speaker 1: there that you can still get it, obviously when your
- 6:30Speaker 1: vaxx had boosted. But you're gonna get you know, odds
- 6:32Speaker 1: are you'll have the sniffles and h and odds are
- 6:35Speaker 1: you're not going to the hospital. But you know, here's
- 6:38Speaker 1: the thing. I was playing tennis the other day. Did
- 6:40Speaker 1: you even feel it? And out of nowhere, I was like, damn,
- 6:44Speaker 1: I don't feel just I don't feel so great right now,
- 6:48Speaker 1: like I feel kind of off, but I got to
- 6:51Speaker 1: finish this game. I'm playing against, you know, some really
- 6:54Speaker 1: good competitors, and I don't want to let my teammate down.
- 6:56Speaker 1: We're playing doubles, and halfway through the game it goes
- 7:02Speaker 1: away and I'm like, okay, so maybe I'm just dehydrated,
- 7:06Speaker 1: and that's it. I get home, I take this nap
- 7:09Speaker 1: that lasts, you know, a couple of hours. Now. Granted,
- 7:13Speaker 1: my daughter has this ship too, right, it has it
- 7:16Speaker 1: at this point, and so I take a nap. I
- 7:20Speaker 1: wake up from the nap in case he's like, are
- 7:22Speaker 1: you sick, I'm like, I don't think. So I get
- 7:26Speaker 1: tested the next day, which is yesterday, COVID positive. Shit,
- 7:36Speaker 1: But other than that, no symptoms. I can smell, I
- 7:39Speaker 1: can you have no symptoms and uh, and maybe it'll
- 7:42Speaker 1: last only a few days. Well, my wife had when
- 7:44Speaker 1: my wife had it, she had it, it lasted a while,
- 7:47Speaker 1: but she was sick before she tested positive. My son
- 7:51Speaker 1: was sick before he tested positive. My daughter tested positive
- 7:56Speaker 1: like she had a fever all of a sudden, and
- 7:58Speaker 1: then she in your family, it's just gonna keep going
- 8:00Speaker 1: around if you're all sitting around the same house. I mean,
- 8:02Speaker 1: with children, you can't really separate, you know. And I
- 8:06Speaker 1: know a girl who has it for the fourth fucking
- 8:08Speaker 1: time and she's she can, like, you know, separate from
- 8:12Speaker 1: her boyfriend. It's you know, with kids, this is gonna
- 8:15Speaker 1: circle around the fucking house. Yeah, I'm hoping it doesn't
- 8:19Speaker 1: because it you know, the last time it was in
- 8:22Speaker 1: this house, only two people got it. It's time it's
- 8:24Speaker 1: the other two that got it. It's me and my daughter,
- 8:28Speaker 1: we got it. And so I'm sorry. Man. It sucks, man,
- 8:32Speaker 1: it really does, man. And it's you know, these guys
- 8:34Speaker 1: are scrambling to try and fix this whole problem over
- 8:36Speaker 1: a history of the world. And I mean, it'd be
- 8:40Speaker 1: great if it was a false positive. But I mean,
- 8:44Speaker 1: the odds of it being a false positive with me
- 8:46Speaker 1: being in a house with someone with COVID are very slim. Yeah, Well,
- 8:52Speaker 1: I love you, and I send you positive strength and
- 8:55Speaker 1: energy and a big hug. Imagine I'm imagine I'm cumbert
- 9:00Speaker 1: Imagine I'm in like a bubble boy suit and you're
- 9:03Speaker 1: hugging me through your bubble boy suits. I'm hugging you
- 9:05Speaker 1: through my bubble boy suit. We could do it through
- 9:07Speaker 1: the camera. You gotta do is touch that. We could
- 9:09Speaker 1: do like touch the camera, like in prison when the
- 9:12Speaker 1: people want to touch. Yeah, glass through the glass to
- 9:15Speaker 1: the camera. Can't do it. Don't do it like in
- 9:19Speaker 1: every like in every prison movie. Let's put our hands superrecious.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I think people really do People really must do that.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I've never been to visit anyone in prison, but I
- 9:27Speaker 1: wonder if I would do that. I mean, that's probably
- 9:30Speaker 1: the only connection that would break me down. And I'd
- 9:33Speaker 1: be like, don't you do that here? I know, but no,
- 9:37Speaker 1: I'm sure it's what it's instinctively what you would do.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But you don't think you'd also feel like, oh my god,
- 9:42Speaker 1: we're the people in the movie. But you instinctively do it.
- 9:45Speaker 1: But and you're trying to feel somebody through the glass.
- 9:47Speaker 1: You know what, have you ever visit anyone in prison? Uh? No,
- 9:51Speaker 1: I've had friends go to jail and stuff like that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: But the last thing I want to do is see
- 9:56Speaker 1: anybody I know locked up in jail. I know, but
- 10:00Speaker 1: I think it is I actually not. I have friends
- 10:03Speaker 1: that of anyone I want to see. I have friends
- 10:06Speaker 1: that are very involved in prison reform and uh and
- 10:11Speaker 1: that's their goal and charity and cause, and have invited
- 10:16Speaker 1: me to go. They have a problem they have. They
- 10:18Speaker 1: have a program where you go and visit a real
- 10:21Speaker 1: fucking no fucking around in prison, and um, I want
- 10:25Speaker 1: to do it. I'm gonna okay, So yeah that I
- 10:27Speaker 1: have been too. I have been to prisons, and no,
- 10:32Speaker 1: I've never been on scared straight. Donald, you should be
- 10:34Speaker 1: on you. I wasn't. I wasn't a punk kid. I
- 10:39Speaker 1: don't know. I didn't need to be a good boy.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I didn't need to be on. I wasn't a punk kid.
- 10:42Speaker 1: I needed to be scared and do a musical. All right.
- 10:46Speaker 1: They would have had no problem scared of my ass straight.
- 10:49Speaker 1: They were like they're not. They're like, you're not. Your
- 10:51Speaker 1: step ball change is fucking bullshead. I remember one time
- 10:57Speaker 1: my fucking principal, not the vice principle, because I was
- 11:01Speaker 1: late and I was late over and over again. This
- 11:03Speaker 1: is public school. He felt he needed that he needed
- 11:06Speaker 1: to bring me into his office and tear me down,
- 11:10Speaker 1: and he did. And I'm sitting there trying not to
- 11:13Speaker 1: cry and ship because I don't want anybody to know
- 11:15Speaker 1: when you leave, you know, you leave and you still
- 11:17Speaker 1: got tears in your eyes and they never let you
- 11:19Speaker 1: clean yourself up and shit, you know. And so I'm
- 11:24Speaker 1: sitting there trying not to cry, and I'm he's giving
- 11:26Speaker 1: it to me too, like he's giving it to me,
- 11:28Speaker 1: like he's trying to get me there, you know what
- 11:30Speaker 1: I mean. He's like a drama teacher that's sitting there
- 11:32Speaker 1: and you can't cry and drama class and they're trying
- 11:35Speaker 1: to get you there. This is what the principle is
- 11:37Speaker 1: trying to do to me in the principle the vice
- 11:39Speaker 1: principal was trying to do to me in the principal's office,
- 11:40Speaker 1: and I'm like, it's not gonna work. They probably are not.
- 11:44Speaker 1: They probably are keywords they use like disappointed, yeah, dude.
- 11:48Speaker 1: And then he hit me with one and that and
- 11:51Speaker 1: this is the only time, like in my life, I
- 11:54Speaker 1: had the Denzelia that one ticket. Denzel is the Master
- 12:01Speaker 1: of the slow Man. That is a talent. Denzel's like
- 12:07Speaker 1: right eye left, right eye, go, and then his brain
- 12:12Speaker 1: is like two, He's like just one. I wonder, yeah,
- 12:20Speaker 1: I wonder if that's purpose if that was purposeful, or
- 12:23Speaker 1: if that ship was an accident, and it just turned
- 12:27Speaker 1: into iconic, Yes, iconic, iconic moment that it is because
- 12:34Speaker 1: I think if Denzel was here and Joel please make
- 12:38Speaker 1: it happen, he'd be like all right, he'd be like,
- 12:40Speaker 1: all right, okay, all right, let's get into it. He
- 12:43Speaker 1: would say that, I mean, I'm I'm all right. I'm
- 12:48Speaker 1: sure he would say that that was just real and
- 12:50Speaker 1: one of the finest moments of his career. And it happened,
- 12:53Speaker 1: and it happened on camera, and it's one of the
- 12:56Speaker 1: most memorable moments in cinema history. And then it became
- 13:00Speaker 1: like something we we we particularly both reference because we
- 13:05Speaker 1: both love him and we both love actors. He's he's well,
- 13:08Speaker 1: I mean when it comes to actress, let's be honest,
- 13:11Speaker 1: he's easily top five in the world. Oh easily, well,
- 13:14Speaker 1: live alive definitely on stage, you can't There's not a
- 13:19Speaker 1: lot of people that could fun with him. And then
- 13:21Speaker 1: in movies, A lot of people that I love that
- 13:23Speaker 1: he's become a statesman now, I mean, um, there was
- 13:27Speaker 1: that he just has great he has He's always been
- 13:30Speaker 1: this wall like he's with a gram on my Instagram, Um,
- 13:33Speaker 1: because my Instagram knows I love him. Um. They'll like
- 13:36Speaker 1: bring up like the search thing brings up like um,
- 13:39Speaker 1: you know, like Denzel like in an interview, like just
- 13:42Speaker 1: dropping knowledge and like so fucking well said, and um
- 13:48Speaker 1: I love it. I like watch it over and over again. Yeah, dude,
- 13:51Speaker 1: he has some of the greatest you know, who else does.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Look at some old Tupac shit. Holy cow, dude, Yo,
- 13:58Speaker 1: Pac had um freaking knowledge for everybody to to to
- 14:04Speaker 1: to absorb and never, you know, back in the day
- 14:07Speaker 1: because of all of the East Coast West Coast beef
- 14:09Speaker 1: and the hatred, nobody really ever got to hear that shit.
- 14:12Speaker 1: But thank goodness for this is one thing that's great
- 14:14Speaker 1: about the interwebs. Old shit can resurface, and when it's
- 14:18Speaker 1: positive stuff and you find great things like what you know,
- 14:22Speaker 1: some of the things that Pox says, some of the
- 14:24Speaker 1: things that you know Denzel said in his past interviews
- 14:27Speaker 1: and stuff. When you find these things, it's such a
- 14:29Speaker 1: gem man. And you know for that, I am happy
- 14:32Speaker 1: that Twitter and Instagram exists, not so much mane like Twitter. Um,
- 14:41Speaker 1: it was announced, Um, Warner Brothers has canceled Wonder Twins
- 14:47Speaker 1: because of the mergers and acquisitions they're going through. And
- 14:51Speaker 1: I put on Twitter. I very rarely post. I'm very
- 14:54Speaker 1: rarely on Twitter, but when I heard this news, I
- 14:57Speaker 1: thought it was an opportunity to let to will be Emeric,
- 15:01Speaker 1: who's the head of Warner Brothers and a very nice man.
- 15:03Speaker 1: I've worked with him. I've worked with him too. He
- 15:05Speaker 1: is such a great guy. Dude. Um, he oversaw going
- 15:08Speaker 1: in style when he was at New Line and he
- 15:11Speaker 1: is a mensch as we say, and he is the
- 15:14Speaker 1: head of Warner Brothers. And I let him know on
- 15:17Speaker 1: the Twitter that Donald and I are willing and ready
- 15:20Speaker 1: to step into the shoes of whoever had the parts.
- 15:24Speaker 1: And um, we would have to ask you a question
- 15:28Speaker 1: because I tagged Warner Brothers. I would like our listeners
- 15:31Speaker 1: if you're on the Twitter a why the fuck you
- 15:34Speaker 1: used to long there? But if you happen to be
- 15:36Speaker 1: on there, please read, please retweet it because because I'm
- 15:42Speaker 1: not kidding, I think that there's a play to be
- 15:45Speaker 1: had where we do wonder twins. And I don't think.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I don't think it's just that. I think there's a
- 15:50Speaker 1: play to be had where we play superhero buddies. I
- 15:54Speaker 1: don't know. I want to be your wonder twin. There's
- 15:57Speaker 1: a story. There's no girl wants a girl want a boy.
- 16:02Speaker 1: You know, but it's twenty twenty two. Um, we're changing
- 16:05Speaker 1: things up. Um. You know, people are all on different
- 16:09Speaker 1: scales of sexuality. I don't see why we couldn't do it. Okay,
- 16:15Speaker 1: that's what's sap. I mean, there's a world, right choel,
- 16:18Speaker 1: come on, you're our pop culture goddess. I would love
- 16:21Speaker 1: to see you in uh that pixie cut she has?
- 16:26Speaker 1: And then well they both have pixie cuts like the
- 16:29Speaker 1: Donnie Osmond. I would like to see Donald in a
- 16:31Speaker 1: pixie cut. Listen. I just think there's a world where
- 16:36Speaker 1: you and I are the one or twins, and Toby
- 16:38Speaker 1: Emrick knows it. Okay, so we all know it, and
- 16:40Speaker 1: I need you to go all on Twitter and retweet it.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Here's the argument. I agree. I think you and I
- 16:46Speaker 1: together as the one to twins. It is probably the
- 16:48Speaker 1: funniest ever of a DC. The DC fans would revolt.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I don't think they would revolt. I think I think
- 16:57Speaker 1: it works in the DC world. The only problem is
- 17:00Speaker 1: the Wonder Twins were kids. They were young aliens. Maybe
- 17:06Speaker 1: we're maybe maybe it's agism maybe with maybe we've aged
- 17:12Speaker 1: and with the Wonder Twins, but it's years later after.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I don't listen. I think the odds of this being
- 17:18Speaker 1: a DC feature um like that's released in theaters. Let's
- 17:22Speaker 1: be honest or slim. But I don't know why, Like
- 17:26Speaker 1: we can't be on like HPO Max in some version.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Come on, dude, I'm not gonna lie man. I still
- 17:32Speaker 1: have dreams of us playing Blue Beetle and freaking. I
- 17:37Speaker 1: don't I don't want to be on the CW. Okay,
- 17:40Speaker 1: no offense to the CW. Did they fucking canceled their
- 17:43Speaker 1: whole line up? Did you see that? Yeah? Everything, even
- 17:47Speaker 1: Riverdale Riverdale got canceled. They called it the Red Wedding
- 17:53Speaker 1: from Game of Thrones. Well what got can't I don't
- 17:56Speaker 1: know what got? Can I know? Legends got killed? Well
- 17:58Speaker 1: pretty much all of the d everything got canceled except
- 18:02Speaker 1: Flash and No. I think everything got canceled, bro and
- 18:07Speaker 1: they I'm looking up looking get up. Flash had gotten
- 18:12Speaker 1: picked up already. Flash might be picked up, but dude,
- 18:14Speaker 1: they canceled like like eight shows. Flash and and and
- 18:18Speaker 1: and Superman and Lois had gotten picked up. Mark Pettowitz.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Mark Pettowitz, who's ahead of it, said, it's like a
- 18:23Speaker 1: it's like a rebuilding time, like like on a sports team. Donald,
- 18:27Speaker 1: you know they have a rebuilding year. So what are
- 18:30Speaker 1: they saying? BERLANDI is not a part of the CW anymore?
- 18:33Speaker 1: Is he not? I don't know about I don't know
- 18:36Speaker 1: what Berlandi's doing or if he's going to take his
- 18:38Speaker 1: deal else where. I have no idea. I'm just saying
- 18:39Speaker 1: that they're shaking shit up over there because I know
- 18:43Speaker 1: his deals with Warner Brothers. It's a rebuilding year, Wow, Donald, Yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 1: so Charmed Dynasty, forty four hundred, in the Dark, Legacies,
- 18:53Speaker 1: Naomi Roswell, New Mexico, Riverdale, a lot of the Arroverse, Batwoman,
- 19:01Speaker 1: and DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Bam, the Red Wedding. Donald, Wow,
- 19:06Speaker 1: that's all. That's that's all. Brelante, isn't it. I don't
- 19:11Speaker 1: know if it's a but he'll be okay, he'll be Oh.
- 19:16Speaker 1: I'm sure they have, They're all over the place. I
- 19:19Speaker 1: have a feeling I have a feeling. I don't know.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I'm ann asked him this. I'm making this up, but
- 19:23Speaker 1: I have a feeling he's gonna make more like HBO
- 19:25Speaker 1: Max content that this is. That's the same company, and
- 19:28Speaker 1: I imagine he's gonna, you know, keep his CW stuff going,
- 19:32Speaker 1: but but but make more HBO Max kind of content. Okay,
- 19:38Speaker 1: So dude, that was my doctor though. Hit me up.
- 19:41Speaker 1: He's like, yo, take the pill. What's the pill? So
- 19:45Speaker 1: there's a pill that's out there right now that you know,
- 19:47Speaker 1: cuts the viral load down quite a bit and makes
- 19:51Speaker 1: it so that you don't get long COVID. Uh. They've
- 19:56Speaker 1: talked about it in news. I'm not exactly sure what
- 19:58Speaker 1: it's called or anything like that, but it uh, it
- 20:02Speaker 1: lessens the chances of long COVID. I should say. Um.
- 20:07Speaker 1: And so he's like, I think you should take it.
- 20:10Speaker 1: It's like okay, okay, Uh, he's like, so, well, listen
- 20:17Speaker 1: to your medical professionals. Everyone that's weird to say here,
- 20:20Speaker 1: all let's count in everybody five six stories about sure
- 20:25Speaker 1: we made about doctor nurses said stories never so gada
- 20:37Speaker 1: around here. Yato around here. All right, let's get in.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Why would anyone call an old man grandpa? Like? What
- 20:51Speaker 1: the fuck? Dude? Like? How disrespectful can you be? Just
- 20:55Speaker 1: out the gate when you introduce yourself or when you're
- 20:58Speaker 1: asking for something. We open a show with frisbee, yeah,
- 21:01Speaker 1: and it lands in front of Kelso and a young
- 21:05Speaker 1: man runs up to him and says, hey, Grandpa, a
- 21:07Speaker 1: little help, a little rest, very rude. I would have
- 21:10Speaker 1: choked the kid out on the first he gave the
- 21:12Speaker 1: kid a warning. I would have choked him out straight
- 21:14Speaker 1: up right there. Man, listen, I am the old timer either.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I am forty something years old. I'm about to be
- 21:22Speaker 1: fifty in a few years. God willing, rush it. Don't
- 21:25Speaker 1: rush it, God willing. You know what I mean? Look
- 21:29Speaker 1: straight up, if you come I don't give it. The
- 21:33Speaker 1: minute you turn over eighteen you can catch these hands.
- 21:36Speaker 1: If you come at me with some bullshit, I don't
- 21:38Speaker 1: give a fuck, dude, straight up, okay, straight up? Disrespect
- 21:44Speaker 1: me like that, ba don't you can text the two
- 21:49Speaker 1: piece and a biscuit. This was directed by John Putch,
- 21:53Speaker 1: who's a great director that we all love. Written by
- 21:57Speaker 1: Clarence Livingston, When did he join us Donald because I
- 22:00Speaker 1: believe he joined us this season season six black writer. Uh,
- 22:05Speaker 1: I think he might have went on to do the
- 22:07Speaker 1: What's the Cleveland Show? I think he went on to
- 22:10Speaker 1: do Cleveland? Yeah, oh, to create it or to work
- 22:12Speaker 1: on it here, yeah, oh wow, yeah that's fancy yeah,
- 22:18Speaker 1: or producer and writer. Yeah. Oh, well then he didn't
- 22:21Speaker 1: create it. Well he I know that he went from
- 22:23Speaker 1: Scrubs to that and and I don't know if he's
- 22:27Speaker 1: still there, but they don't still do Cleveland right, No,
- 22:32Speaker 1: because it was a white guy doing Cleveland's voice, right,
- 22:34Speaker 1: and he can't do that. Can I ask you a question?
- 22:37Speaker 1: What was his last name? Really? Steamer? Probably because the
- 22:43Speaker 1: blast name was Brown Cleveland, Oh, Cleveland Brown, not Cleveland Steamer?
- 22:48Speaker 1: Was the show? Does anyone know what a Cleveland Steamer is? Yes?
- 22:52Speaker 1: What is the Cland this is when somebody shits on you?
- 22:55Speaker 1: I believe? Yes? Am I correct? Yes? Yes, that's I
- 23:02Speaker 1: don't want to be shot on during sex or anytime.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Fuck's sake, Stop talking about your willis all right? Listen ready.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Enid is having some dementia issues, and she's packed a
- 23:15Speaker 1: lunch of a stapler and a golf ball for Kelso.
- 23:19Speaker 1: I think this is now Kelso's now starting to really
- 23:21Speaker 1: love his wife a little like at this point, does
- 23:25Speaker 1: he feel guilty because he's talked bad about her for
- 23:28Speaker 1: six seasons and now we're starting to understand that she's
- 23:32Speaker 1: really she's close to on the way out. Apparently, well
- 23:35Speaker 1: she's she's packing a stapler for lunch. She's definitely not
- 23:39Speaker 1: all the way there. Maggie is his friend who he
- 23:43Speaker 1: sees has a foot injury, some sort of serious infection
- 23:48Speaker 1: on her foot, and he says, we got to get
- 23:50Speaker 1: you in the hospital, and then we start this whole
- 23:53Speaker 1: dance of bringing her into the hospital. And JD explains
- 23:57Speaker 1: of her voiceover that the doctors in the hospital have
- 24:01Speaker 1: a whole dance they do when someone has no insurance
- 24:05Speaker 1: and they want to try and sneak them through the system. Bizarrely,
- 24:08Speaker 1: of course, this is Kelso's friend, but they're still hiding
- 24:11Speaker 1: it from Kelso and because he's mister you gotta get insurance,
- 24:16Speaker 1: and he's a rule follower about that. But they have
- 24:19Speaker 1: this whole dance they do when they find out that
- 24:21Speaker 1: someone's just been deceased. Before anyone finds out, everyone plays
- 24:27Speaker 1: along and they put the person in that person's bed
- 24:30Speaker 1: so they can get their insurance. So play along. Yeah,
- 24:34Speaker 1: freaking all of the the interns play along. You just
- 24:37Speaker 1: hope that they all play along. And then you got
- 24:40Speaker 1: to find a surgeon who will do it pro bono. Yeah,
- 24:44Speaker 1: any way, you're going to the best. So they put
- 24:47Speaker 1: her in mister Rabinowitz's bed because he's just passed away,
- 24:50Speaker 1: we learned because he put his peep in an electrical
- 24:54Speaker 1: socket and you just don't do that. And JD goes,
- 24:56Speaker 1: you can't, you can't do that. I can't do that,
- 25:01Speaker 1: and then um, you do have to do it. Uh,
- 25:04Speaker 1: pro a doctor, a surgeon will do a pro bono.
- 25:08Speaker 1: And then the Todd comes in and goes and says,
- 25:12Speaker 1: I've had a pro bono all day, all morning, all morning.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Something might be wrong. Five. Yeah. By the way, the
- 25:21Speaker 1: Todd has one of the funnies jokes of the episode
- 25:22Speaker 1: later on, which we'll get to. Um, now we go
- 25:28Speaker 1: to distract Kelso. We decide to go I'm sorry again.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I know, here we go again. That's just controversial, but
- 25:34Speaker 1: it is a part of Scrubs history. We go to
- 25:37Speaker 1: an Asian massage parlor and um, and Kelso gets a
- 25:42Speaker 1: full release in front of us, Yes, which is which
- 25:46Speaker 1: felt one step out of character for him, But he
- 25:50Speaker 1: really doesn't said wait, hold up, you said it felt
- 25:53Speaker 1: out of character for him. He didn't care if we watched.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Do you know how many times you do? You know
- 25:58Speaker 1: how many times j D and Turk have run into Kelso? Right,
- 26:01Speaker 1: But he's never in a situation hand release. Yeah he has.
- 26:05Speaker 1: He says it will cost extra in one episode. In
- 26:08Speaker 1: one episode he goes you and you can come in,
- 26:11Speaker 1: but it will cost extra. No, that's the episode that
- 26:14Speaker 1: you directed. No, No, that's the one where he says
- 26:16Speaker 1: you can come in, but you have to take your
- 26:17Speaker 1: shoes off right anyway, Um listen, Um you can't not
- 26:30Speaker 1: look because um you have a crank in your neck
- 26:35Speaker 1: and you have to look. I close my eyes at first,
- 26:38Speaker 1: but then in the very last second you open one
- 26:40Speaker 1: because you can that you can't help yourself. This episode
- 26:44Speaker 1: was all over the place, by the way, Yeah, I
- 26:46Speaker 1: mean it really it really bounced. I mean it was funny,
- 26:50Speaker 1: but it ping Pong's all over the place. Was so
- 26:53Speaker 1: many different story I mean there was I'm what was
- 26:57Speaker 1: it four storylines in this one. I don't know what
- 26:59Speaker 1: one of the main ones is that Alexander Chaplin, who
- 27:02Speaker 1: we call Sandy is his nickname, is back as the
- 27:06Speaker 1: drug addict and Cox thinks there's no way he's holding
- 27:11Speaker 1: a group for addicts. And Cox says and Elliot get
- 27:16Speaker 1: in their classic battle over whether someone can can truly
- 27:21Speaker 1: defeat his addiction or whether whether he's a liar or not.
- 27:25Speaker 1: I don't think Cox doesn't believe people can overcome addiction,
- 27:29Speaker 1: but he thinks that this character in particular, whose name
- 27:32Speaker 1: is Sam, is a fucking liar. He's a big time
- 27:35Speaker 1: scam artist because and the only way he knows this
- 27:37Speaker 1: is because he got caught out there the last time
- 27:41Speaker 1: Sandy was on the show. He Jordan explains to Elliott,
- 27:50Speaker 1: how wait, no, who is it that get Jordan gets
- 27:53Speaker 1: caught out there and everybody explains how this guy's, how
- 27:57Speaker 1: this guy has done them in and uh and uh,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and he's just the one. Cox is one of the
- 28:05Speaker 1: first people that he's that he did it too, and
- 28:08Speaker 1: so he hates. He just knows he's a liar. And
- 28:10Speaker 1: no matter how many different angle, yeah, but he's always
- 28:14Speaker 1: got a new angle. And this this new angle is
- 28:16Speaker 1: that he holds a group um and that and so
- 28:20Speaker 1: so so so. But Elliott and Cox are by both
- 28:25Speaker 1: of them. By the way, in the beginning of the show,
- 28:28Speaker 1: Elliott over the broken leg, which was hilarious where they
- 28:31Speaker 1: don't even even acknowledge the fact that they that she
- 28:35Speaker 1: he trips her over a man with the broken in
- 28:38Speaker 1: a wheelchair with the broken leg. The man screams ah,
- 28:42Speaker 1: and they continued their conversation. That was new Nor Sadi,
- 28:45Speaker 1: by the way, who was one of our main stunt
- 28:48Speaker 1: men and uh and stunt coordinators. There's so many of
- 28:52Speaker 1: your favorite physical comedy jokes that new Nor Sadi choreographed.
- 28:58Speaker 1: And then and then she does the same thing to
- 29:02Speaker 1: Cox by a distract. She distracts Cox into looking into
- 29:07Speaker 1: a door. Yeah, Johnny took a nice door hit. Yeah.
- 29:11Speaker 1: But right before that, you missed that Elliott has a
- 29:13Speaker 1: new facial cream that's made from the baby foreskins. God,
- 29:22Speaker 1: I did miss that. I did miss He says, you
- 29:24Speaker 1: look so beautiful, and she's like, you never give recompliments. Um,
- 29:28Speaker 1: it must be because of my new facial cream that's
- 29:30Speaker 1: made from the foreskins of babies. Whoa well, and then
- 29:36Speaker 1: he's I mean it's got to be used for something, right, yeah, away,
- 29:42Speaker 1: you might as well. If there is a nice cream,
- 29:44Speaker 1: you'll be made out of them. I don't see any harm.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Joel will take all the mail for that, Joel, Joel,
- 29:52Speaker 1: I'm sorry if that's problematic, but do you make one
- 29:56Speaker 1: comment on mail really quick? Um. I haven't done it yet,
- 30:01Speaker 1: but if you send me a picture of your child's
- 30:03Speaker 1: poop or your poop, it's going to be an automatic
- 30:05Speaker 1: block from now on. I saw that on it on Twitter.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Someone sent Joel well, because we talked about how what
- 30:13Speaker 1: was cut out of the musical episode was j J.
- 30:17Speaker 1: I saw the letter J. Somebody said the letter J
- 30:22Speaker 1: that was on trying to take it with an era
- 30:25Speaker 1: of you're trying to reach out you feel friendly about
- 30:27Speaker 1: the podcast? Did you trying to gross you out? So
- 30:31Speaker 1: please never send me pictures of ever ever? Ever, ever,
- 30:36Speaker 1: don't send poop because I got some poop pictures in
- 30:38Speaker 1: my freaking please it was also block if you have
- 30:45Speaker 1: to never see if you poop a perfect letter J,
- 30:48Speaker 1: just just pat yourself on the back. I laughed at
- 30:50Speaker 1: the ship because it was a perfect letter Jay. It
- 30:53Speaker 1: was like it was like a fishhook almost, dude. It
- 30:56Speaker 1: was like it was like and now, we're talking about
- 31:00Speaker 1: all right, all right, now they're getting the attention they
- 31:03Speaker 1: want it. Don't send Joel or any of us pictures
- 31:06Speaker 1: of your poop too. If it's a letter, j just
- 31:11Speaker 1: say Zach and Donald are proud of you to yourself,
- 31:16Speaker 1: curly JA. As long as it's a deuce, we should
- 31:22Speaker 1: we should um take a break, and when we come back,
- 31:25Speaker 1: we're gonna tell you and remind you about the Austin
- 31:29Speaker 1: TV Festival that Donald are gonna and I are gonna
- 31:31Speaker 1: be at on the fifth of June. We'll be right
- 31:34Speaker 1: back everybody. So, uh, Donald and I are making we're
- 31:47Speaker 1: doing a panel, a whole scrubs panel with all your
- 31:50Speaker 1: favorite people. So come to Austin UM for uh for
- 31:54Speaker 1: June fifth at at ten am at the Paramount Theater. Joel,
- 31:58Speaker 1: we double check that that's the right information. But um, listen,
- 32:01Speaker 1: I know, I'm I don't know why it's at ten
- 32:03Speaker 1: am on a Sunday, Like odds are we're gonna be
- 32:05Speaker 1: hungover if we're going to Austin UM for a Saturday night,
- 32:09Speaker 1: Why are you making us do this hungover? All right?
- 32:11Speaker 1: All right, you know that's how so that's the correct information, right,
- 32:16Speaker 1: Chell Sunday as six five at ten am is the
- 32:19Speaker 1: correct time, Okay, so please come. Um, what's I think
- 32:24Speaker 1: you go to a what's the website? You? Well? Can
- 32:27Speaker 1: you remind me of that? It's at X festival dot com.
- 32:31Speaker 1: At x festival dot com, get your tickets and um,
- 32:34Speaker 1: there's a lot of us all going to be there.
- 32:36Speaker 1: I know definitively, Bill, Lawrence, Me, Sarah Donald, Judy. I
- 32:43Speaker 1: don't know about anybody else, but I think everybody would come.
- 32:46Speaker 1: I think Neil would come. I don't know. I don't
- 32:51Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know who's I don't know.
- 32:52Speaker 1: I don't know if Ken Jenkins ad come. I don't know.
- 32:55Speaker 1: I don't I know that you and I are doing it.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I know definitely Me, you, Sarah, Bill are doing it.
- 33:04Speaker 1: You don't know about Judy. You don't know about it.
- 33:06Speaker 1: I don't know. I know that Bill reached out to
- 33:09Speaker 1: all of us on a group text and said, are
- 33:11Speaker 1: you guys down to do this? And I feel like
- 33:12Speaker 1: everybody said yes, that's what I so, But I don't remember.
- 33:16Speaker 1: You know, if people work and they have jobs, but
- 33:17Speaker 1: it is a Sunday, so I don't know. We'll see.
- 33:21Speaker 1: I'm excited. I'm not gonna lie to you. I'm excited.
- 33:24Speaker 1: I'm more it's gonna be too short because I know
- 33:25Speaker 1: what's gonna happen. If it's because his Bill's gonna talk
- 33:27Speaker 1: the whole fucking time, We're not gonna be able to
- 33:30Speaker 1: fit a word in edgewise, right, Well, I mean, isn't
- 33:34Speaker 1: that what we want? Though? Don't we want Bill to?
- 33:36Speaker 1: I mean, he did create the show, he does have
- 33:38Speaker 1: the best perspective, probably, and he's funny as hell, and
- 33:42Speaker 1: we have a podcast, so we'll let him talk. He's
- 33:45Speaker 1: he's probably, he's probably, if you ask me, one of
- 33:48Speaker 1: the funniest people I know. Uh, he's definitely easily, easily
- 33:53Speaker 1: one of the funniest people in my life. Easily. Yeah.
- 33:56Speaker 1: I don't think you sign one of the biggest deals
- 33:58Speaker 1: in TV comedy. True, if you're not one of the
- 34:01Speaker 1: funniest people. It'd be weird if you did, wouldn't it. Well,
- 34:05Speaker 1: there are all those people that are funny, but they're
- 34:06Speaker 1: like not funny in person. Probably. That was the first
- 34:12Speaker 1: thing I remember when I met Bill. I was like,
- 34:14Speaker 1: holy shit, this dude is just always funny, Like he
- 34:17Speaker 1: could find the comedy in anything. Yeah, let's get back
- 34:22Speaker 1: to the show Scrubs that the man created. So, by
- 34:26Speaker 1: the way, I want a little little trivia. By the way,
- 34:29Speaker 1: two Scrubs Wiki things. One thing I learned that was helpful.
- 34:32Speaker 1: This is the last appearance Sandy Ak Alexander Chaplin, this
- 34:37Speaker 1: is his fine. This is the last appearance of any
- 34:40Speaker 1: Spin City cast member on the television show Scrubs until
- 34:44Speaker 1: those season eight finale. Right, maybe aren't some of them
- 34:50Speaker 1: in the hallway or no, that's a good question. But
- 34:52Speaker 1: according to Scrubs Wiki, is the last appearance. So it
- 34:55Speaker 1: maybe it's pretty clear Trevor doesn't know everything. Like, well,
- 34:58Speaker 1: one thing I want to correct with Trevor that's on here. Dude.
- 35:01Speaker 1: I know that you're probably busy with other things and
- 35:03Speaker 1: you've moved on from this, but it says something very weird. Oh,
- 35:06Speaker 1: I gotta go, I gotta, I gotta go back to it.
- 35:09Speaker 1: Um there's a mistake, Okay, Trevor, So if you're listening,
- 35:12Speaker 1: if you're still with us, I don't mean like alive,
- 35:15Speaker 1: I mean if you're still like listening to the show. Um, Um,
- 35:29Speaker 1: there's a mistake. That's weird. It said in the trivia section,
- 35:32Speaker 1: it says Um, this is the second of only two
- 35:36Speaker 1: episodes to be filmed in front of a live studio audience. Um,
- 35:41Speaker 1: this episode was most definitely not filmed in front of
- 35:43Speaker 1: a live studio iiance. I mean, how would you have
- 35:46Speaker 1: filmed this in front of a live studio audience? Um?
- 35:49Speaker 1: The only time we did that was the sitcom spoof
- 35:51Speaker 1: we did, which was filmed in front of live sudi adience.
- 35:55Speaker 1: And that's the only episode. And what does this mean?
- 35:58Speaker 1: This is the only Scrubs episode to how the save
- 36:00Speaker 1: MS catchphrase kachung Does anyone know what that means? No, chung,
- 36:07Speaker 1: I don't know what save MS is, but they guess
- 36:10Speaker 1: have a catch phrase called katchung. And somebody says kachung.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I don't know if anyone says kachung. I just wanted
- 36:18Speaker 1: to let you know those little bits of trivia. What
- 36:21Speaker 1: the hell is save MS? Two thousand and three through
- 36:24Speaker 1: two thousand and six animated television show? Yeah, do you
- 36:28Speaker 1: remember anyone saying kachung? I don't remember save MS? Let's ship.
- 36:32Speaker 1: I don't remember the show either, dude. But the characters
- 36:35Speaker 1: are not bringing it. But that's a long run for
- 36:38Speaker 1: a kids show, though, like three years well, maybe someone
- 36:42Speaker 1: said Kachung. We're gonna have to assume that they did.
- 36:45Speaker 1: I don't even remember hearing Kacheng in this episode. Like
- 36:47Speaker 1: I'm trying to say, Trevor Wicky don't know everything, yo,
- 36:51Speaker 1: he ain't got the answers. Y'all listen, some people are allowed,
- 36:54Speaker 1: not just Trevor Or. You have to be a member,
- 36:57Speaker 1: I'm sure, but other people are allowed to add things.
- 36:59Speaker 1: And Trevor is the moderator. He's the one who's going
- 37:02Speaker 1: to rectify the studio audience thing, all right. Moving on,
- 37:06Speaker 1: Lloyd is in the meeting that Sandy is holding for addicts. Yes,
- 37:10Speaker 1: Lloyd is played by Mike Schwartz, one of our comedy writers,
- 37:14Speaker 1: our favorite writers. Was he was he on? That's a
- 37:17Speaker 1: good question. Was Mike on the show the entire run? Yes?
- 37:22Speaker 1: And if so? And if he wasn't, did Lloyd he
- 37:25Speaker 1: must come back? Yeah? Did Lloyd come back? And he
- 37:28Speaker 1: just did cameos later on how to take It's good
- 37:31Speaker 1: you bless you, bless you. You better not of giving
- 37:35Speaker 1: me COVID when I did the jail cell hold up
- 37:38Speaker 1: hand thing through the camera. The janitor wants to become
- 37:42Speaker 1: a baby broker. There's a lot of weird shit with
- 37:44Speaker 1: the janitor in this episode. Okay, he's found Rowdy. Now,
- 37:50Speaker 1: if you recall when he traced no, he traced Carlos
- 37:54Speaker 1: steps and found Rowdy. Yes, if you recall car Carlo
- 37:59Speaker 1: lost row. The janitor turned in his squirrel collection. But
- 38:04Speaker 1: so the janitor is the one that named the dog Stephen. Also, yes,
- 38:08Speaker 1: the janitor um the janitor turned in his taxidermy and
- 38:13Speaker 1: squirrel collection. So a taxidermy dog. Yes, so we could
- 38:17Speaker 1: get Stephen and fool us because he felt bad about
- 38:21Speaker 1: whatever happened with him and Carla at that time. Right now,
- 38:24Speaker 1: the janitor is trying to because it turns out that
- 38:29Speaker 1: Carla lied to the janitor and she was the reason
- 38:32Speaker 1: why the dog went missing. And so the janitor has
- 38:35Speaker 1: retraced carla steps and found Rowdy. Found Rowdy. So now
- 38:41Speaker 1: we have a situation where Churk has expressed to Carla
- 38:45Speaker 1: how important and Rowdy is to be to him and
- 38:48Speaker 1: JD and and Carla realizes that some of this blackmail
- 38:54Speaker 1: that the janitor is talking about she might have to
- 38:56Speaker 1: get into, including she teaches him how to salsa dance,
- 39:00Speaker 1: throws her into a window. That's Judy Bang Judy, Judy
- 39:08Speaker 1: being funny. Um, we play a game with um where
- 39:14Speaker 1: we we tricked Ted. It's pretty dangerous. Still a game
- 39:19Speaker 1: we play. We put roller skates on and we pull
- 39:24Speaker 1: him with the red string across and Ted yells ghost dog,
- 39:29Speaker 1: ghost dog and crash after he crashes into an electrical
- 39:34Speaker 1: Uh what the tower? Yeah yeah, and then that crashes
- 39:40Speaker 1: into a into a the generator, the generator of the hospital.
- 39:46Speaker 1: And we have a backup generator, thank goodness. But j
- 39:49Speaker 1: D and Turk are responsible for vandalism pretty much well,
- 39:53Speaker 1: and a car accident, a car accident that could killed
- 39:56Speaker 1: Ted and I'm knocking out the power to with a hospital. Yeah,
- 40:01Speaker 1: they could have killed more than just Ted and and
- 40:04Speaker 1: and doctor h Kelso says, relax, everybody, we have a
- 40:07Speaker 1: backup generator. And a backup generator kicks in and he goes, oh,
- 40:10Speaker 1: thank god because I was just bluffing. Yeah, and then
- 40:13Speaker 1: he and then he yells at Ted for how much
- 40:16Speaker 1: it's going to cost. And he says, and don't try
- 40:18Speaker 1: and blame this on the fact though I paved over
- 40:20Speaker 1: that Indian burial ground, we needed the parking spaces. Poulter
- 40:26Speaker 1: Guys situation going on there polter Geist. That's polter Geist
- 40:30Speaker 1: was about. Well that's what maybe Kelso things happened. He
- 40:35Speaker 1: doesn't know about the ghost dog trick we pulled. So
- 40:39Speaker 1: another another thing is that everyone steals scrubs, uh in
- 40:45Speaker 1: the hospital. So Kelso's just about that line item. Okay,
- 40:49Speaker 1: So how it starts is who steals it first? Well
- 40:55Speaker 1: how it ends is ridiculous. How it starts our curtain.
- 41:00Speaker 1: You have towels, a washcloth, Yeah, just like just straight
- 41:07Speaker 1: up scrubs. So who's it start with? Somebody? I forgot who?
- 41:14Speaker 1: Who else? Who else? And it just gets more and
- 41:16Speaker 1: more ridiculous as it goes. So it starts with Ted
- 41:19Speaker 1: where he comes home and he's like, Mom, someone tried
- 41:22Speaker 1: to die on me again. But I wouldn't let him.
- 41:26Speaker 1: I wouldn't let him. All this time Ted has been
- 41:28Speaker 1: lying to his mom that he's a doctor at the hospital.
- 41:32Speaker 1: And then and then and then it turns out that
- 41:34Speaker 1: nurse Roberts is using the scrubs for the choir. So
- 41:39Speaker 1: the choir and then she has one the really nice
- 41:42Speaker 1: scrubs in the middle, while everybody has one the solid
- 41:44Speaker 1: colors she has on her, her her her nurse color.
- 41:48Speaker 1: She stands out, So she stands out in the choir,
- 41:51Speaker 1: and then it cuts to you, or I should say,
- 41:54Speaker 1: it cuts to j D who has a shower curtain
- 41:57Speaker 1: made out of scrub I'm sewn together. This fucker took
- 42:03Speaker 1: time instead. And then I'm wearing I'm wearing like I'm
- 42:09Speaker 1: wearing like a towel, a towel that's been made out
- 42:13Speaker 1: of scrubs, sewn together and around my waist, and then
- 42:17Speaker 1: I'm using a singular scrub top to dry my hair. Yes,
- 42:29Speaker 1: that one got ridiculous. That one got ridiculous, and then
- 42:32Speaker 1: the other fantasy that got y way, don't go there yet.
- 42:34Speaker 1: That is one of the funniest things. That's one of
- 42:37Speaker 1: the funniest scrubs fantasies I've seen. Oh my god, that
- 42:40Speaker 1: shit got ridiculous. Dude, that shit got ridiculous. Now, this
- 42:48Speaker 1: was pretty funny. Sam says, you don't know how hard
- 42:52Speaker 1: it is to stay straight, and Rob comes out of
- 42:57Speaker 1: the room behind him. That episode, Todd comes out of
- 43:01Speaker 1: the room, checks out his ass and goes, there's something
- 43:04Speaker 1: like tell me about it, brother, but he says brother
- 43:06Speaker 1: at the ends and then gives him the head nod
- 43:12Speaker 1: like we could fuck confirming again that the todd is
- 43:16Speaker 1: down for anything, any action, anything, any action. Yeah, um,
- 43:22Speaker 1: the janitor Um, so he finds rowdy and um, he's
- 43:28Speaker 1: trying to blackmail Carla. Trying to blackmail Carla. You out
- 43:30Speaker 1: of nowhere with the sneak hug. Holy shit, that makes well,
- 43:33Speaker 1: there's this whole Grayson anatomy. I guess crazy animust have
- 43:36Speaker 1: been very hot now and and Bill probably thought that
- 43:39Speaker 1: they were copying us, so it was time to make
- 43:41Speaker 1: fun of them. Um, because he's thinking something right, because
- 43:45Speaker 1: that shit is still on the air. Yeah, Season five
- 43:52Speaker 1: never have to work again. How paid must Ellen Pompey
- 43:56Speaker 1: will be? Said, Ellen Pompeio is like, might be, might
- 44:01Speaker 1: be touch touching Oprah money. It's close. I don't I
- 44:06Speaker 1: don't know if it's that close. I mean Oprah got
- 44:08Speaker 1: money where she could lose one hundred million and be
- 44:11Speaker 1: like I did, Ellen Pompeo, if you're that long, I mean,
- 44:18Speaker 1: she must be one of the highest paid actresses in
- 44:20Speaker 1: the history of television. Her and uh suv uh Mariska.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, but Ellen Pompeo, Um, they got to be
- 44:33Speaker 1: the most pay people on television. Yeah, definitely, they have
- 44:36Speaker 1: to be if they're not this something really wrong the
- 44:38Speaker 1: system they've done, because Ellen Pompeo just has decided like
- 44:41Speaker 1: she's a very good actress and she decided to just
- 44:44Speaker 1: stay forever and um and Mariska and is a very
- 44:48Speaker 1: good actress. If you make that decision. Somebody said, look,
- 44:51Speaker 1: we're gonna back up the Brinks truck. Yeah, maybe they
- 44:58Speaker 1: were like, you commit to twenty years of the and
- 45:00Speaker 1: we're gonna freak and give you that money. You are
- 45:02Speaker 1: not gonna do anything else, but you are gonna have
- 45:05Speaker 1: forty seven homes. Right beep, let me show you had
- 45:11Speaker 1: to drop that shit. I got a money, Ben, I
- 45:14Speaker 1: would be Scrooge McDuck out. That motherfucker just swimming in
- 45:17Speaker 1: my ship, swimming on hard coin on gold coins. Um,
- 45:22Speaker 1: all right, listen, um, So he says Gray's Anatomy. Oh.
- 45:25Speaker 1: One of the things he hates is Gray's Anatomy wraps
- 45:29Speaker 1: up every episode with a cheesy voiceover that ties together
- 45:33Speaker 1: all the storylines, which is my least favorite device on television.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Access to go into commercial break, but it has to
- 45:41Speaker 1: be vague too, Yeah, vague. And then and then Jad
- 45:47Speaker 1: walks by going into the commercial break saying the most
- 45:51Speaker 1: vague nonsense a goal. Yeah than ever scrubs Wicky had it.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Jad's narration is and so in the end, I knew
- 45:58Speaker 1: what Elliot said about the way things were had forever
- 46:01Speaker 1: change the way we all thought about them. And Bill
- 46:07Speaker 1: himself has made lots of jokes about how sometimes it
- 46:09Speaker 1: was late and the voiceover has just made absolutely no sense. Yeah,
- 46:14Speaker 1: did you notice Beard faces back in pharmaceutical Was he there? Yeah?
- 46:18Speaker 1: He was there. He's he's he's a pharmacist. So Laverne
- 46:23Speaker 1: punches a hole in the window to try and get rowdy,
- 46:29Speaker 1: and she screams her name like like Leroy Jenkins, Leroy Jenkins.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Some people might not know who Leroy Jenkins is because
- 46:39Speaker 1: you're a little bit younger than us. But a long
- 46:43Speaker 1: time ago there was this game called The World of
- 46:46Speaker 1: Warcraft and it became so freaking popular, and Daniel, you
- 46:51Speaker 1: must have played a lot of it. I only played
- 46:54Speaker 1: it recently, but like, yes, it was very popular, and
- 46:56Speaker 1: that was at the peak of its Hayde sideway sidebar.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Fucking Never Winter Nights is on iOS now and you
- 47:05Speaker 1: can play the overhead version of Never Winter Nights and
- 47:08Speaker 1: it looks like Dan really dead ass dead ass. So
- 47:11Speaker 1: on my iPhone. I just picked it up. Never Winter
- 47:14Speaker 1: Nights is out and it's all look all of the
- 47:19Speaker 1: campaigns and there's like almost a hundred up, absolutely stoner Field.
- 47:25Speaker 1: But I need something to do while I'm laid up
- 47:27Speaker 1: in bed with COVID. You're so psyches. You got COVID.
- 47:30Speaker 1: You're like, I'm just gonna get high and play video games.
- 47:32Speaker 1: What a dream sounds kind of cool. I mean, isn't
- 47:36Speaker 1: that what you're supposed to do? Sorry, honey, I've got COVID,
- 47:41Speaker 1: so you can't. So you can't go to this thing
- 47:44Speaker 1: to night. I'm like, the doctor said I should smoke
- 47:47Speaker 1: weed and play video games. She said, she said, So
- 47:50Speaker 1: you can't go to the kids basketball game this weekend.
- 47:53Speaker 1: I am bummed about that. But you know what, I
- 47:55Speaker 1: just found out that I could watch that bad Boy
- 47:57Speaker 1: over Yeah, no doubt that camera in the gym, Yeah,
- 48:04Speaker 1: I'm yeah. Pays to make a very long story short
- 48:11Speaker 1: for those who don't know anything about video games, Daniel,
- 48:15Speaker 1: why don't you summarize what happened? Okay, so let me
- 48:17Speaker 1: finish what I was saying. So, so, there was a
- 48:22Speaker 1: game called the World of Warcraft, and what happens in
- 48:26Speaker 1: the game is it's an online multiplayer game, and some
- 48:31Speaker 1: of the missions that you do require strategy, and so
- 48:35Speaker 1: these and and and and you're going up against it's
- 48:38Speaker 1: like clan versus clan. So it's like gigantic groups of
- 48:43Speaker 1: people going. How many people were live in this group?
- 48:46Speaker 1: Would you imagine? I don't know it was. I would say,
- 48:49Speaker 1: like to make it funny, I'm gonna guess like a
- 48:51Speaker 1: couple of hundred people, but realistically probably forty to fifty
- 48:55Speaker 1: people something like that. Thirteen. Yeah, that's not funny. I mean,
- 49:03Speaker 1: it's still a lot of people's ruined you ruined Donald,
- 49:07Speaker 1: But we like to be accurate on the show. Look,
- 49:08Speaker 1: anybody who's gonna be listening to this who knows the
- 49:10Speaker 1: stories and be sitting there like it wasn't that, man,
- 49:13Speaker 1: It wasn't that that. You're talking peak nerd ship where
- 49:15Speaker 1: someone's gonna push their glasses up and say, are we
- 49:17Speaker 1: gonna believe that it actually swit? Second, so it was ting.
- 49:24Speaker 1: So it's thirteen people and they've worked on this strategy
- 49:29Speaker 1: that they're gonna do for days, like days, Like, wait
- 49:33Speaker 1: a second, I have a question. Either one of you
- 49:36Speaker 1: might be able to answer, did they like did they
- 49:38Speaker 1: stop and like meet up again? Or so they're all
- 49:41Speaker 1: they're all meeting up before this strategy. They finally made
- 49:46Speaker 1: it to a mega boss and they they they're gonna
- 49:49Speaker 1: they're gonna go into this. Okay, remember what we discussed.
- 49:53Speaker 1: We discussed all of this shit. They have a plan.
- 49:56Speaker 1: We have a The thirteen of us are gonna do
- 49:58Speaker 1: some epic shit right now now. No, no, no no,
- 50:02Speaker 1: if you, um what what now? You have to restart?
- 50:07Speaker 1: If you don't like defeat this guy? Like how bad?
- 50:10Speaker 1: How far back to you? I don't know if you
- 50:11Speaker 1: can do that. I don't know if you can do
- 50:13Speaker 1: it again. Like there's certain things and Daniel, what's that?
- 50:16Speaker 1: What's that you can? But the idea is that it's
- 50:20Speaker 1: a dungeon and you're going all the way through it,
- 50:23Speaker 1: part by part by part, and if you die, you
- 50:25Speaker 1: go all the way back to the and your characters
- 50:28Speaker 1: spawned way outside the dungeon. Now, Daniel, were these people?
- 50:32Speaker 1: Were these thirteen people pausing and like sleeping or were
- 50:35Speaker 1: they like doing it all nighters and ship Usually usually
- 50:38Speaker 1: they're pulling all nighters and doing it. But also, you know,
- 50:41Speaker 1: I hate to say it, but this is also fake,
- 50:43Speaker 1: like Leroy Jenkins, the whole the whole thing, it's it's fake,
- 50:46Speaker 1: like the whole thing was composed. It's like it was
- 50:48Speaker 1: like a very early internet meme, but the whole thing
- 50:50Speaker 1: is fake. So like this, why did you? Why you
- 50:53Speaker 1: sta story? Now, nobody's gonna give a shit. Now it's classic.
- 51:01Speaker 1: It is a class I never knew it. I never
- 51:03Speaker 1: knew it wasn't real until now, And I feel sad
- 51:06Speaker 1: you even let Donald finish the story. Look, I mean
- 51:09Speaker 1: you pretty much anyway. So since everybody knows, since everybody
- 51:14Speaker 1: knows fucking story, since everybody knows story, Daniel cut it,
- 51:18Speaker 1: burn punches the window and does the Leroy Jenkins scream,
- 51:22Speaker 1: No the guy to done. No, that's it, that's it. No,
- 51:25Speaker 1: Daniel ruin the story. I'm hard to explain it because Daniel,
- 51:30Speaker 1: you should have at least let him finish before you said.
- 51:32Speaker 1: It's bullshot to me to ask a question. I was
- 51:34Speaker 1: just contempted. Let's get into this double fantasy place. I'm
- 51:38Speaker 1: sad about it being I want to get into this
- 51:40Speaker 1: double fantasy now. Man, he's gonna cry. I'm just sad
- 51:43Speaker 1: about it being fake. Anyway, for those the story was
- 51:47Speaker 1: invested in the story. Just now this guy, they're all
- 51:50Speaker 1: ready to through campaign and he instead runs into the
- 51:52Speaker 1: villain and screams lee Roy Jenkins, and they're all like,
- 51:57Speaker 1: le Roy, what are you doing, you fucking asshole? You
- 51:59Speaker 1: ruin the campaign. We've been up all night and at
- 52:03Speaker 1: the time we all thought it was hilarious because we
- 52:05Speaker 1: thought this dude was just sabotaging all their efforts and
- 52:08Speaker 1: it was funny. Now, Daniel, since you've already ruined the story, Yes,
- 52:12Speaker 1: it was just a set up joke. It wasn't real. Yeah, Well,
- 52:15Speaker 1: because when you're when you're watching it, they're they're going
- 52:17Speaker 1: through all these numbers. They're really making it seem like
- 52:19Speaker 1: you know that they're like, Okay, well this has to happen,
- 52:21Speaker 1: then this has to happen. Then this has to happen,
- 52:23Speaker 1: and like, yeah, there's a lot of that kind of
- 52:24Speaker 1: discussion before you go in and do a boss like
- 52:26Speaker 1: that or going and you know, do an interaction like this,
- 52:29Speaker 1: But none of the numbers they're saying are real. All
- 52:32Speaker 1: of like the calculations they're doing beforehand, like it's all bullshit.
- 52:34Speaker 1: They're just trying to set it up to make it
- 52:36Speaker 1: seem like it's like this super super calculated thing. And
- 52:40Speaker 1: it still is like people did all of this shit.
- 52:42Speaker 1: But Leroy the whole, the whole thing here, It was
- 52:45Speaker 1: like it was a it was a song. Hey, when
- 52:47Speaker 1: I find out things I like or fakes. The best
- 52:49Speaker 1: part is at the end when they're like, way to go, Leroy,
- 52:52Speaker 1: and he just goes, at least I have chicken. No,
- 52:55Speaker 1: it's the end of it. He's eating fried chicken the
- 52:56Speaker 1: entire time. Oh my god, So Leroy Jenkins is black? Well, no,
- 53:02Speaker 1: I don't. I don't. I don't know that. I mean,
- 53:04Speaker 1: it's just motherfucker's name. Hold on, now, the motherfucker's name
- 53:07Speaker 1: is lee Roy Jenkins. If that ain't the blackest name
- 53:12Speaker 1: I ever heard in my life, that ain't. Come on, Joel.
- 53:15Speaker 1: You know that's a black ass name right there. It
- 53:17Speaker 1: does sound very black. It does sound very black. That
- 53:22Speaker 1: is black. I want to meet a white Lee Roy Jenkins.
- 53:25Speaker 1: I don't think there's too many white people naming the
- 53:27Speaker 1: kill le Roy Jenkins, but maybe, well there's Ken Jenkins.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Ken is the first Jenkins I haven't met that was white.
- 53:32Speaker 1: You've always said. Jenkins was a popular African American name.
- 53:36Speaker 1: That's just like, I'm sorry. When I was growing up
- 53:40Speaker 1: watching A Living Color or any of those shows, Jenkins
- 53:43Speaker 1: is always the name of the black character that Laverne
- 53:47Speaker 1: yells Laverne Roberts and punches a hole in the window
- 53:51Speaker 1: while trying le Roy Jenkins. Let's take a break. We'll
- 53:54Speaker 1: be right back after these fine words. Okay. Then we
- 54:04Speaker 1: learned that Lloyd reveals that to get into to Sam's class,
- 54:08Speaker 1: you just have to bring in any drugs you have
- 54:10Speaker 1: at home so you're not tempted, which ruins Sam's scam,
- 54:16Speaker 1: and Cox slow claps at the back because he's proven
- 54:21Speaker 1: that this guy is a compulsive, fucking fraud liar. Yeah,
- 54:26Speaker 1: well he's also getting he's also shooting up with his
- 54:29Speaker 1: po so there's that too. All right, let's get into
- 54:32Speaker 1: this fantasy. I it is so funny. It's a it's
- 54:35Speaker 1: a fantasy within a fantasy, which I always appreciate, so
- 54:39Speaker 1: do I. So this one it goes, so we're gonna
- 54:42Speaker 1: save this young lady's foot. She's not young, I mean,
- 54:47Speaker 1: come on, we just started off this whole fucking show
- 54:50Speaker 1: with being respectful and then he that was a that
- 54:54Speaker 1: was a twenty three year old she's a middle middle
- 54:57Speaker 1: aged woman. Okay, so we're gonna say this woman's foot
- 55:04Speaker 1: and she goes and she goes, do I have to
- 55:07Speaker 1: have surgery? And we're like, yeah, but you would you
- 55:10Speaker 1: wouldn't believe. But it was like five years ago, and
- 55:14Speaker 1: it cuts to five I guess this is supposed to
- 55:16Speaker 1: be five years No, no, it doesn't say five years ago,
- 55:18Speaker 1: even even even just a while ago, okay or something
- 55:22Speaker 1: like that. But then it cuts to like medieval times.
- 55:23Speaker 1: So first it custom medieval times and you're standing there
- 55:26Speaker 1: and we're talking like where shakespearean and come off with yeah,
- 55:32Speaker 1: and you're sawing with an act. She's got a bone,
- 55:37Speaker 1: she's biting down, she's biting down on a on a stick,
- 55:40Speaker 1: screaming a stick and yeah, and then you go and
- 55:43Speaker 1: then and then and then Dred says, and you wouldn't
- 55:46Speaker 1: believe it? How it was it? Now we know? He goes,
- 55:48Speaker 1: he goes, we're gonna we're gonna eat it for dinner. Right,
- 55:52Speaker 1: he goes, We're gonna saw it off and eat it
- 55:56Speaker 1: for dinner. But you wouldn't believe it? How it was? It? Uh,
- 56:00Speaker 1: a few years before, even a little while ago. And
- 56:02Speaker 1: then we get to caveman times. They rolled that set
- 56:05Speaker 1: out from back from my caveman booty call right, and
- 56:08Speaker 1: we're both caveman now, and you got a caveman a right,
- 56:11Speaker 1: I got the afro, and you're back in your caveman outfit.
- 56:14Speaker 1: And we got her on the table and we're speaking
- 56:18Speaker 1: on and then they knocked her out, and I knocked
- 56:25Speaker 1: her out, and then I knocked you out right right,
- 56:28Speaker 1: which is so funny. And then you go into fantasy,
- 56:31Speaker 1: into a fantasy, and you hear then and then my
- 56:36Speaker 1: voice silver, very funny. I thought that ship was hilarious.
- 56:47Speaker 1: And I'm a I'm a sucker for the Scrubs double fantasy,
- 56:51Speaker 1: very funny. I laughed at that. Um, what about when
- 56:54Speaker 1: we all like do the Fame dance out of the cafeteria.
- 56:57Speaker 1: That was amazing and we pause and there's the big
- 57:01Speaker 1: pause and you're in front of you. If you look
- 57:03Speaker 1: at Judy, Judy has an amazing face like everybody has
- 57:05Speaker 1: the great freaking dance pose, happy face, like whoever't who
- 57:11Speaker 1: directed this episode? Again? Punch? He had to say freeze
- 57:15Speaker 1: at one point because the freeze frame freeze in the air,
- 57:20Speaker 1: I know, but the free but he had to be like,
- 57:23Speaker 1: jump now because if the freeze frame is coming, because
- 57:26Speaker 1: everybody's like a big cheesy smiles on and everything and
- 57:30Speaker 1: it's very funny. And then the actual exit happens and
- 57:34Speaker 1: everybody's back in their normal scrubs. We should have said
- 57:36Speaker 1: that earlier. Yeah, Kelso makes it so that everyone wears
- 57:39Speaker 1: cock cock colored scrubs. Yeah, And he now has switched
- 57:43Speaker 1: it back because he can't. He doesn't understand why we
- 57:46Speaker 1: sent the lady back without the h the without the surgery.
- 57:53Speaker 1: He runs into her at the park again and she
- 57:55Speaker 1: still has the same foot problem, and so he walks
- 57:57Speaker 1: into the hospital piss like, Yeah, what the fuck? Man?
- 58:00Speaker 1: I told you I thought we were doing a dance.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Weren't we weren't doing a dance that we always He
- 58:04Speaker 1: admits that he knows that they do that secret dance
- 58:07Speaker 1: to get around insurance, and why aren't you doing the thing?
- 58:10Speaker 1: And they're and they're like, well, if you don't trust
- 58:13Speaker 1: us to, if you if you don't let us do
- 58:15Speaker 1: our dance where we steal scrubs, then we're not going
- 58:18Speaker 1: to do the We're not going to do the dance
- 58:22Speaker 1: for your friend. And then it all costs a hospital
- 58:25Speaker 1: a lot of money, because this all comes from this
- 58:28Speaker 1: comes from him being upset about the books and how
- 58:31Speaker 1: much money the generators, the new generators going to cost,
- 58:35Speaker 1: and why scrubs are costing, which is our faulty, which
- 58:38Speaker 1: is our fault right, right, So not only did we
- 58:42Speaker 1: cost the hospital money for the generator, and not only
- 58:45Speaker 1: are we stealing all of the scrubs, We've now made
- 58:48Speaker 1: it so that the dance that we do that costs
- 58:52Speaker 1: all of this money, also that costs the hospital money,
- 58:55Speaker 1: is only going to be implied if we get to
- 58:58Speaker 1: steal scrubs, steal, if we still get to cost the right.
- 59:02Speaker 1: We want our right to steal scrubs, right, we want
- 59:04Speaker 1: our cake and eating it and eat it too, and
- 59:06Speaker 1: then and then and then the cuts to like who
- 59:08Speaker 1: is in the end walking by? Was it todd? Someone
- 59:11Speaker 1: walks by them also with a stack of scrubs like
- 59:15Speaker 1: the todd Yeah, it was funny episode, Like the first
- 59:21Speaker 1: half of this season started off a little weird, and
- 59:25Speaker 1: it's starting to get really funny. Um. The best part
- 59:27Speaker 1: of the end of the episode is that JD and
- 59:30Speaker 1: Turk finally see that they've been duped and that Rowdy
- 59:35Speaker 1: and Stephen are together, and but they don't live together anymore,
- 59:39Speaker 1: so now one of them they don't have to share
- 59:41Speaker 1: the dog, right and and and then he says, how
- 59:43Speaker 1: do you know which one's which? And Jad reaches under
- 59:46Speaker 1: Rowdy's dead balls he feels them and goes, that's Stephen.
- 59:54Speaker 1: Don't ask me how I know. Don't ask me how
- 59:57Speaker 1: I know. So somewhere in there taxidermine scrotums, JD knows
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: somewhere lies the secret between them. Somewhere in their taxidermy
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: scrotum lies the secret. There's a sentence no one ever
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: said before. Somewhere in their taxidermin scrotums lies the secret.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Kelso has hard At the end, though you know, the
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: show ends with some hard you know, Cox decides he's
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: not gonna ruin it for Elliott because he doesn't want
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: her to become a cynical as he is. Kelso um,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: you know, shows his heart that for this woman that
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: he knows didn't have insurance, and he took care of
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: her because even though he normally looks the other way,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: he looked directly at it this time because he he
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: cares for his friend in the park who was quite sick.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Kelso definitely is getting softer as he Yes. I think
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Bill is strategically making him still totally inappropriate, but but
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: showing little glimmers of more heart as he ages. Yeah,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: he's accepting Harrison more yeah, and Harrison's boyfriends. He's learning
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: their names now instead of yes, yeah, and and and
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: and and participating in their businesses because you know, he
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: went to the last boyfriend's cinnabon and that's where he's
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: been gaining some weight, right, oh man. And then also uh, Carla.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: Carla gives the janitor uh squid inc at the end
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: of the show because the janitor believes that someone at
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: coffee Bus is going to poison him and he wants
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Carla to be his coffee tester, right, and once she
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: outs herself. As as as the whole rowdy story, his
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: blackmail scheme is irrelevant. He can't blackmailer anymore. But but
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: he's right that someone is trying to hurt him and
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: they've put squid ink in his coffee. Yeah, and his
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: tongue is black black, and his fingers black. He dips
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: his finger and it pulled it out and then tastes it.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: If you dip your finger in coffee and it comes
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: out and it's covered in black oil or ink? What
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: looks like oil? Are you gonna put it on your
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: tongue after that? No? But there we did it, guys,
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: We did it. Guys. We don't even guess today. Somebody
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: flaked on Joel and we don't like you when you
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: flake on our queen. Don't if you're like you know,
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: you know, many people want to come on as collars
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: and and Joel has to shift through. We don't even
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: get to play the Danel Daniel Yes this song and
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: instead of that, can we play joel um? Joelle Monique
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: is down to get down? Oh yeah, let's get that one. Sure?
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: Can yeah play play that drop? But which version of it? Um?

- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Texas on June fifth. This is how fucking this is
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: how this is how my brain works. I was like,
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: what are you going to Paramount Theater? Donald? I hope,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: I hope even though you have COVID, you get over
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: it and that you enjoy your right to stay away
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: from your children and pull bong hits and play video games.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Maybe you can watch it, Maybe you can waunch. Maybe
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: you can watch Daniel on Twitch. And what are you
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: gonna twitch? Daniel? Oh? Same old, same old? Mostly Rocket League?
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: And maybe this game goes. Don't you viewers get ball
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: on board of you playing Rocket League? Quite the contrary,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: they like it more. No, Rocket League is Yeah, I
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: don't even know what Rocket League is. It's a car
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: soccer game. Yeah, that sounds amazing. It's pretty incredible. Um,
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: and it's overhead. Uh no, it's yeah, kind of yeah,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: it's overhead. Why don't you play elden Ring because that
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: game really pisses me off? You know what, I bought
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: it and I tried it. That shit, A dude, that's
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: just too much many Yeah, but you know what, she's
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: sash and she's good at it so many things. She's
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: better than me a video games. I can't do it
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: too much of a baby. I don't have the patience same.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: I'd rather play Rocket League, but I will play never
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: Winter Nights and that's just a tough game. There you go,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: a very difficult game. I'm gonna play that. I'm so excited.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: I finished hummer. What is the countdown to Obi Wan
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: Kenobi airing on Disney plus? What it like seven days
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: after this? It'll be this Friday? So when this Friday? Right? Um?
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: All right, So Friday, guys check out Obi Wan Kenobi
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: because we are all very excited about it. I'm really excited.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Even I'm excited about it. I've been I've been watching
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: two episodes. I give two shout outs, okay for things
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: I watched. Donald doesn't watch anything but Marvel and Star Wars.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: But first of all, Colin Firth is such a good actor.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: I've watched two different things within him. What are you watching?
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: First Staircase on each pie? She's watching that amazing and um,
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: Operation Mincemeat, which is a true story of of a
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: of a spy mission that the English did in World
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: War Two. That is also incredible. Can I just say
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: something though, you said something that everybody after you said
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: it was like, no shit. Colin Firth is such an
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: amazing actor. No shit, no, I know, but I've never
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: particularly focused on it. I've never said I know that
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: he works a lot, and I know that he's well
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: respected and he's an Academy Award winner. I'm just telling
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: you that. Right now, he has two high profile things
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: out and I've watched them both and he's fucking killing it.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: He's so good, dude. Okay, So I just want you
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: to do this one time. Just go back and watch Love. Actually,
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: oh well, that's old school. Go watch it. It's one
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: of the best movies ever made. And it's not Christmas
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: time and you can watch it right now. And I
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: guarantee you the scene at the end with Colin Firth
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: in the freaking Portuguese cafe talking to the lady to
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: the girl who was his assistant that summer or at
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: that cottage, whatever it is, that scene where he's talking
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: to her in bad Portuguese is one of the best
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: scenes in the movie. That's what I'm talking about. And
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: that movie has so many great scenes. That's what I'm
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: talking about. I like I like that that brother has
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: been good for so long it's ridiculous. Yeah, he's really good.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: But when I'm telling our audiences if you're looking for
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: things to watch, watch The Staircase, but watch the documentary
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: first because it's it's based on a documentary. And then
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: go watch Calling Firth do the um a lot. What
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: what would you call it? That the scripted version um um,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: because it's just amazing. And then go watch this movie
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: that I thought was so well done called Operation Minceme.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: All Right, we love you guys, that's our show, and
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: um we will see you soon. Six seven, Hey, s
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: about show. We made about a bunch of docs nurses stories,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: So goat around you here
