- 0:09Speaker 2: I love that song too. Good morning, Good to have you.
- 0:13Speaker 4: It's Kiss FM and we are launching into a Friday
- 0:17Speaker 4: broadcast March twenty seventh.
- 0:18Speaker 2: The month has gone by very fast.
- 0:20Speaker 4: Yes, here we are getting into April and thinking about summer.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Kind of exciting to think about summer. Favorite time of year,
- 0:30Speaker 4: though when we get to the holidays, they say, that's
- 0:31Speaker 4: my favorite time of the year. But it's nice to
- 0:33Speaker 4: have two favorite times of the year exactly. It's gonna
- 0:36Speaker 4: be hot. We're just talking about the heat. It's gonna
- 0:38Speaker 4: be like around ninety degrees as we get into the weekend.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Cooler next week, possible rain, yeah, April showers hot? Yes,
- 0:47Speaker 2: what did they bring?
- 0:48Speaker 1: May Flowers?
- 0:51Speaker 4: Dodgers opening week. We got your tickets. And if anybody's
- 0:57Speaker 4: dating here is Mikayla. I throw myself in there too.
- 1:04Speaker 4: But you got a first date this weekend.
- 1:06Speaker 2: There is something that you should not do.
- 1:09Speaker 4: I woke up this morning to chaos. I'll tell you
- 1:12Speaker 4: about what not to do on that date before seven,
- 1:14Speaker 4: but I woke up to chaos. You know what I've
- 1:15Speaker 4: been doing over the last couple of days, letting things
- 1:17Speaker 4: just stack up in my sink, like old coffee rinds,
- 1:20Speaker 4: old bowls of cereal, old jars of things, completely all
- 1:25Speaker 4: stacked up. If you were to come home with me,
- 1:28Speaker 4: siiciny Tanya, it would be a deal breaker.
- 1:32Speaker 2: That is so I don't know my nights.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I don't think it would be a deal breaker seeing
- 1:37Speaker 3: old coffee grinds and like old cereal, or it gets
- 1:39Speaker 3: like the mushy like and it's floating on top of
- 1:42Speaker 3: the milk, and then the.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Waters, the gross disposals, so it's all clogged up to the.
- 1:49Speaker 2: I'm a dude, what do you want. I'm a dude.
- 1:51Speaker 1: I'm saying I live this.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I will get you a picture.
- 1:56Speaker 4: I will get you a photo of it and send
- 1:57Speaker 4: you a photo of it, because it is. It's It's
- 2:00Speaker 4: one of those things that if I were to go
- 2:01Speaker 4: to someone's house and I was going on a date
- 2:03Speaker 4: with them and then back to their breaks, and I
- 2:05Speaker 4: saw that it would be a deal breaker.
- 2:09Speaker 1: That's almost the deal breaker as a friend.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Just waking up to chaos. It's not me.
- 2:14Speaker 4: I don't like to its chaos, but the mess in
- 2:15Speaker 4: the kitchen I did Today is National pie a Day.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Connie Seacrest's favorite meal my mom pie. Hey, yeah, she
- 2:22Speaker 4: loves it on her birthday. So anyway, it's fun, Hi Mom,
- 2:27Speaker 4: Happy pie a Day. Sunny this weekend, and we got
- 2:30Speaker 4: the heat. Spring break is rolling around. That's happening. People
- 2:34Speaker 4: zipping out on road trips for spring break.
- 2:37Speaker 2: And when you go.
- 2:38Speaker 4: I remember thinking back to like what my buddies and
- 2:40Speaker 4: I would roll in a Chevy Blazer. We'd cram into
- 2:44Speaker 4: a Chevy Blazer and go from Atlanta to Panama City,
- 2:47Speaker 4: spring great capital down there, Panama City and the Panhandle,
- 2:50Speaker 4: and it would be kind of a disaster of smells
- 2:54Speaker 4: and wrappers and trash and just cans of so it
- 2:59Speaker 4: is stuff that we would crush and leave on the
- 3:01Speaker 4: floorboard of the Blazer.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Group.
- 3:05Speaker 2: It's a nightmare.
- 3:06Speaker 4: When you were like, I think there are certain things
- 3:09Speaker 4: like now that I have grown up a little bit,
- 3:13Speaker 4: you know, I have a one carry on item rule
- 3:15Speaker 4: if you come with me, So if you bring a
- 3:17Speaker 4: water bottle, Systney, that's it. You can't bring Yeah, water bottle, sunglasses, cases,
- 3:21Speaker 4: and no, you gotta make a choice. There's too many things.
- 3:24Speaker 4: And if you have a water bottle. It can't be
- 3:26Speaker 4: one that rolls around. It's got to be saying it
- 3:28Speaker 4: fits into a cup holder.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Carry on rule. It's one carry on rule. That's it.
- 3:33Speaker 2: There is no mister over.
- 3:36Speaker 3: There is always a random noise in my car when
- 3:40Speaker 3: I'm driving, Like it's a little toilet going in the backseat,
- 3:43Speaker 3: or a water bottle that's rolling, or like I.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Have a water bottle in the side of the magazine
- 3:47Speaker 4: compartment on the other side of the door that I
- 3:50Speaker 4: try and pick up at a stop light, and I
- 3:52Speaker 4: almost pull my back every time.
- 3:54Speaker 2: It's been in there for weeks rolling.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, it's so annoying.
- 3:58Speaker 4: I think you annoyingly put your feet on the dashboard Sysney.
- 4:01Speaker 4: That's something you cannot do, especially in someone else's car
- 4:05Speaker 4: or on a road trip.
- 4:06Speaker 3: I'm a shoe taker, offer and barefoot even better, feed
- 4:11Speaker 3: on the dashboard. Sometimes you even hang them out the window.
- 4:15Speaker 2: That's dangerous. I only put my head out the window
- 4:17Speaker 2: sometimes to dry my hair like a dog.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Oh, you don't use the avent.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I use the avent.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Outside a lean outside, just a bit in the passenger's side.
- 4:26Speaker 4: But Tanya, you cannot go on a road trip with
- 4:28Speaker 4: us because you bring rotten eggs, smelly foods.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Things are not okay. It's ronment.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Yes, I do bring smelly foods.
- 4:37Speaker 4: You bring smelly foods, you'll be behind us in the caravan.
- 4:40Speaker 1: But I'd bring enough for everybody to share. That's true,
- 4:43Speaker 1: and then I have a bite, so then you can't complain.
- 4:46Speaker 2: We're good.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Did you say magazine holder?
- 4:51Speaker 2: Magazine holder? Is that? What's that compartment on the side
- 4:53Speaker 2: of the door for magazines? You've got a compartment on
- 4:56Speaker 2: the site.
- 4:56Speaker 1: You're right, I use it for trash.
- 4:58Speaker 4: With respect, Mikayla, there was something called magazines you drove.
- 5:04Speaker 4: I don't know, but it was the magazine holder. In
- 5:06Speaker 4: my mind, no, I think.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It's for my registration and like.
- 5:09Speaker 4: Paper, it's for my people magazine. It goes right there.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Working towards seven o'clock, we've got DJ Triple xlt coming
- 5:22Speaker 4: in for a little Friday next now, of Siciny and
- 5:25Speaker 4: of Tanya and of myself.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Who do you think you would sleep best next to?
- 5:31Speaker 4: I'm asking the audience, like who, just think about this
- 5:34Speaker 4: in your mind, Who would you sleep next to most comfortably?
- 5:39Speaker 2: Who would be the least maintenance person to be in
- 5:43Speaker 2: bed with?
- 5:44Speaker 3: I know the answer to this, Yes, thank you kick?
- 5:49Speaker 2: No, I don't kick.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Oh you kick?
- 5:51Speaker 2: How do you know she kicked? How do you kick?
- 5:53Speaker 2: How do you know any of us kick?
- 5:54Speaker 1: First of all, you talk about it on the radio
- 5:56Speaker 1: a lot.
- 5:57Speaker 2: No, my children, I don't kick.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Yes, I don't.
- 6:01Speaker 4: I kicked the mattress when someone else snores to wake
- 6:04Speaker 4: them up.
- 6:04Speaker 1: You said, you sleep like this with the legs up
- 6:07Speaker 1: and the arms up like.
- 6:09Speaker 2: The Heisman trophy statue. That's how I sleep.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Yeah, And you get up a lot, and you like
- 6:14Speaker 3: make loud noises with.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Your you get these.
- 6:18Speaker 2: These are things all the time, and grunter I do. Mom.
- 6:26Speaker 4: I bring this up because truly the most difficult person
- 6:29Speaker 4: to be next to would be Tanya. Yes, it's true.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Excuse me, mouthap. How long did it take to get
- 6:36Speaker 4: ready for mouth tape? NASA takes less to get ready
- 6:39Speaker 4: to go into space to.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Show you my newest contract.
- 6:45Speaker 4: What he has mouth tape. I'm asked earplugs and now
- 6:47Speaker 4: what a breastpillow?
- 6:50Speaker 1: So I sleep on my side?
- 6:51Speaker 2: What is that?
- 6:52Speaker 1: And I sleep on my side and I get wrinkles
- 6:55Speaker 1: on my You guys, this is like a harness.
- 6:59Speaker 3: So, oh my gosh, they're suspenders.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Yes, and goes in between goes.
- 7:05Speaker 6: In between your breasts. And it's supposed to stop the wrinkles.
- 7:08Speaker 6: The stop the wrinkles on your chest from when you
- 7:10Speaker 6: sleep on your side.
- 7:12Speaker 4: No, it doesn't even when it got into your mind,
- 7:19Speaker 4: where did you see that?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Under the job into something.
- 7:27Speaker 1: It needs to be tighter, so I will tighten it
- 7:30Speaker 1: before I sleep. I just loosened it up so I
- 7:32Speaker 1: could put it on with ease for you all.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Please watch this video if you're seeing it now, we'll
- 7:37Speaker 4: put it up later.
- 7:38Speaker 6: I have a friend that swears by this. She's worn
- 7:41Speaker 6: this for like ten years and she says it's like
- 7:43Speaker 6: the best thing.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Does she also wear the mouth tape and the nose
- 7:46Speaker 3: and the air plugs?
- 7:49Speaker 2: And does she still have a significant other?
- 7:51Speaker 1: Yeah, she's about to have her second baby.
- 7:53Speaker 3: They're gonna say second husband.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. All right, next, thanks. Thanks. If you're
- 8:01Speaker 2: going out this weekend, after you're heading on a date,
- 8:03Speaker 2: I got something for you.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Three really bad ideas hang on one to two seven
- 8:07Speaker 4: kiss FM.
- 8:08Speaker 2: I will admit that if I go out on a.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Date, I overanalyze the planning. I overthink the planning so
- 8:16Speaker 4: much so sometimes that it stresses me out.
- 8:19Speaker 2: But I'm just reading this.
- 8:20Speaker 4: If you are going out on a first day, dinner, drinks, whatever,
- 8:25Speaker 4: people say these are the worst things to do. Dating experts,
- 8:28Speaker 4: dating counselors, whatever, they say, these are the worst things
- 8:31Speaker 4: to do. One go to a movie theater because it's
- 8:34Speaker 4: obviously it's too dark. You can't talk.
- 8:36Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Two, don't go to dinner.
- 8:40Speaker 7: I do.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Dinner is what I do. What are you're supposed to date?
- 8:43Speaker 1: Oh no, it's too long.
- 8:45Speaker 4: It's the pressure to talk to each other can be
- 8:47Speaker 4: too much on a date. The other thing, the third
- 8:51Speaker 4: is don't do anything that costs more than twenty bucks.
- 8:54Speaker 4: There's too much pressure to make it amazing. So I
- 8:58Speaker 4: don't know what to do. If you want two things
- 9:01Speaker 4: to do, Like, what if you want to do two
- 9:04Speaker 4: things so it's not just one thing?
- 9:05Speaker 2: What do you do?
- 9:06Speaker 1: Nobody wants to do things on a first date.
- 9:09Speaker 3: I don't know what you mean.
- 9:10Speaker 2: You have two things?
- 9:11Speaker 4: Well, like if if you were to do all these
- 9:13Speaker 4: things wrong, but if you were to have a drink
- 9:15Speaker 4: and then go to dinner, that'd be two things. Two
- 9:17Speaker 4: different places too lots, like a field trip.
- 9:20Speaker 1: It's too much.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Well, I want to overplant it in case you need
- 9:23Speaker 4: the rhythm of a pace of something like that. But anyway,
- 9:26Speaker 4: here's what's recommended. Any activity that's fun, interactive and low pressure.
- 9:30Speaker 4: A museum, a botanical garden, or a paint and sip.
- 9:33Speaker 4: That's not for me.
- 9:34Speaker 3: The paint and sip is cute.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Actually, I like that one. I've never tried a paint
- 9:39Speaker 2: and sip, but I think my paint would talk the
- 9:41Speaker 2: well of my sip.
- 9:41Speaker 3: We should do that as a team bonding.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Honestly, it's a day's quote.
- 9:51Speaker 4: The longer you stay on a wrong train, the more
- 9:53Speaker 4: expensive it is to get back home, So get off.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Kiss f Kiss FM Sabrina Carver into their Friday Morning
- 10:03Speaker 4: Ryan Seacrest with you. Our intern is Sophia is going
- 10:06Speaker 4: to a rave this weekend.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Yeah, wants all of us to go, so we probably will.
- 10:12Speaker 4: But she thinks I from what I understand, her boyfriend's
- 10:15Speaker 4: friends are saying, well, this is where she's going to cheat.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Don't say anything yet, I mean maybe, don't say anying yet.
- 10:21Speaker 2: We're coming back to it first.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Sisney's got the headline FM Headlines with Sisney Well.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Alex Warren was a big winner at her iHeartRadio Music
- 10:31Speaker 3: Awards last night, taking home Song of the Year and
- 10:34Speaker 3: Breakthrough Artist of the Year. Taylor Swift won Artist of
- 10:38Speaker 3: the Year and Album of the Year.
- 10:40Speaker 6: This album probably also feels very happy and confident and free,
- 10:44Speaker 6: because that's the way that I get to feel every
- 10:47Speaker 6: single day of my life because of.
- 10:50Speaker 3: My fiance who's here to make They were so cute,
- 10:54Speaker 3: by the way, and you know. The ceremony is available
- 10:57Speaker 3: to stream now on Hulu. Power outage left more than
- 11:01Speaker 3: one hundred thousand people without electricity last night across South
- 11:05Speaker 3: Orange County and parts of San Diego, my sister included.
- 11:09Speaker 3: The La Metro Board approved a route for the northern
- 11:13Speaker 3: extension of the K Line light rail project that will
- 11:17Speaker 3: connect Crenshaw with Hollywood, and the oscars will be held at.
- 11:21Speaker 1: A new venue starting.
- 11:23Speaker 3: In twenty twenty nine, as the ceremony moves from Hollywood's
- 11:26Speaker 3: Dolby Theater to LA Live downtown.
- 11:30Speaker 2: All right, thanks for being here.
- 11:31Speaker 4: We've got Universal Studios tickets for you for Spring Break,
- 11:34Speaker 4: four of them in a minute. And then I've got
- 11:36Speaker 4: Dodger tickets Dodger Baseball back last night again tonight, you
- 11:39Speaker 4: got your tickets for you hot just partly sunning hot
- 11:42Speaker 4: this weekend. So our intern Sofia met this gount Halloween.
- 11:45Speaker 4: We call him code named Skeletor. They're now a thing
- 11:49Speaker 4: and she's going to a rave. You're going to the
- 11:51Speaker 4: Beyond Wonderland Rave in San Bernardino this weekend.
- 11:55Speaker 8: Yes, I'm so excited. I'm going tonight and tomorrow.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Okay, how many are there I'm looking at?
- 12:01Speaker 2: Have you seen at this rag?
- 12:05Speaker 3: I mean people that you would know Ryan, like Benny Benazi,
- 12:07Speaker 3: Tiesto Z Hello, Alice in Wonderland, Alice in Wonderland.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Sequence six shifty, I mean, I.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Know Steve Angelo.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Here's the thing I want to talk about, though.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Your boyfriend's friends are telling him, this is where you're
- 12:26Speaker 4: going to cheat.
- 12:27Speaker 2: You're going to the rave because you want to huck
- 12:28Speaker 2: up with somebody else. Is that right?
- 12:30Speaker 8: Yeah, that's what they're telling him. And I don't know
- 12:33Speaker 8: because I'm super excited. And when I told him I
- 12:35Speaker 8: was going his face like immediately dropped. So I asked
- 12:38Speaker 8: him why he was being so hesitant and like weird
- 12:41Speaker 8: about it, and he told me that his friends in
- 12:43Speaker 8: the gym tell him that this rave is like the
- 12:45Speaker 8: place I'm going to go to, like cheat on him
- 12:47Speaker 8: and like flirt with other guys and that.
- 12:49Speaker 2: He's is that true?
- 12:52Speaker 1: No the way you answered.
- 12:56Speaker 2: No, you can't answer like that.
- 12:59Speaker 4: And why are the guys at the gym always the
- 13:01Speaker 4: guys to give the worst advice? Guys at the gym
- 13:04Speaker 4: are the like the guys at the gym I think
- 13:06Speaker 4: the guys at the gym.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Are jealous of him. He's got a good relationship.
- 13:09Speaker 4: You're going confidently to the rave, but the guys at
- 13:12Speaker 4: the gym must not have that, and so they give
- 13:14Speaker 4: that bad advice. And anytime somebody says that you're going to,
- 13:19Speaker 4: you know, cheat, how do they even know? They never
- 13:22Speaker 4: met you, They don't even know you.
- 13:23Speaker 1: I know, Well they say that they're going.
- 13:26Speaker 8: They told him that they're going to go, and like
- 13:28Speaker 8: the rave is the place that people go to like
- 13:31Speaker 8: cheat on their significance.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Why don't you bring skeletor with you?
- 13:34Speaker 1: Well, I asked him.
- 13:35Speaker 8: I was like, oh, if you're having some feelings, like
- 13:37Speaker 8: why don't you just come with me?
- 13:38Speaker 1: And he's like, I don't want to go, it's not
- 13:40Speaker 1: my thing.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Well, he's missing out.
- 13:44Speaker 3: It's good time may because everyone's like, no one's wearing
- 13:46Speaker 3: clothes at this rave, you know a lot of body parts.
- 13:51Speaker 4: A skeletro, my guidance, then if you better go, you
- 13:53Speaker 4: know what, these guys at the gym planting seeds here,
- 13:56Speaker 4: But then anybody's head.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Let us know how many knights? Will this be? Seventeen
- 14:01Speaker 2: because there's four hundred?
- 14:02Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 14:03Speaker 3: Do people perform a multiple stages and stuff? Yeah?
- 14:08Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's like.
- 14:08Speaker 4: He's gonna miss interplanetary criminal and that is a.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Oh, it's so fun.
- 14:20Speaker 4: It is kiss Seacrest. Here's Sistney Tanya Dodger tickets in
- 14:24Speaker 4: a minute. So this is interesting. How would you like
- 14:29Speaker 4: to earn cash for just being you and doing your
- 14:32Speaker 4: your daily routine, your chores, cleaning out the dishwasher, doing
- 14:38Speaker 4: the laundry. Sisney was saying to us that people are
- 14:42Speaker 4: actually strapping like a go pro camera onto their forehead
- 14:45Speaker 4: to train a I to be able to do what to.
- 14:49Speaker 3: Be able to be us essentially and do all the
- 14:53Speaker 3: things that we do in our daily lives, even scrub toilets,
- 14:56Speaker 3: wash dishes, water your plants at home, like you were saying, laundry,
- 14:59Speaker 3: things like that, making coffee.
- 15:02Speaker 2: So I'm all four a lot of that.
- 15:06Speaker 4: I mean, if I don't know how a I would
- 15:08Speaker 4: wash my toilet, But if it could wash my toilet,
- 15:10Speaker 4: if you could get the old dishes out of my sink,
- 15:13Speaker 4: I guess there was somebody spotted at with the Earth Cafe, Yeah,
- 15:16Speaker 4: handing people gear and instructions like it's a secret mission.
- 15:20Speaker 4: But how weird to be walking around the gas station
- 15:23Speaker 4: or the wherever you got to go with a camera
- 15:25Speaker 4: strapped to your head.
- 15:27Speaker 3: I think it's more, but this was described more as
- 15:29Speaker 3: like home chores. But yeah, maybe it is actual everyday
- 15:32Speaker 3: life of getting your gas and things like that. But
- 15:35Speaker 3: remember we were talking about that robot that people could
- 15:37Speaker 3: essentially buy in a few years that can learn all
- 15:40Speaker 3: these things very expensive now though, Yeah, well yes exactly,
- 15:43Speaker 3: but it might be one of those things that in
- 15:44Speaker 3: twenty years about exactly. So each chore they film in
- 15:49Speaker 3: this case is anywhere from two minutes to fifteen minutes long,
- 15:52Speaker 3: and then that footage gets uploaded to tech companies and
- 15:55Speaker 3: they turn it into data so that our normal chores
- 15:58Speaker 3: will become digital lessons for the engineers to teach these
- 16:01Speaker 3: machines how to function.
- 16:03Speaker 1: In real life.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Yeah, well, looks if it's gonna do all those chores,
- 16:06Speaker 4: I am all for it. If you want to be
- 16:09Speaker 4: paid to do your chores, just go to chat GPT
- 16:11Speaker 4: and ask them how you do it and they'll tell
- 16:13Speaker 4: you where you can go to get your camera and

- 17:48Speaker 4: Michael Siani, Michael Ciani, Dodger or Coachella.

- 18:29Speaker 2: so much, doores for listening to so awesome.

- 18:36Speaker 8: You appreciate it.
- 18:37Speaker 4: It's Kiss FM, Dodger Games on me in by seventy
- 18:39Speaker 4: l A four and so onny I Radio.
- 18:41Speaker 3: Too on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Harry Styles Aperture, Kiss FM, and Ryan and Disney in
- 18:52Speaker 4: our intern Sophia. We get the back room there, backroom,
- 18:55Speaker 4: take your calls, put you on hold, get you us
- 18:57Speaker 4: in the main studio. That's what Jada did. She just
- 18:59Speaker 4: called one eight hundred five two one at two seven.
- 19:01Speaker 4: Let's connect to north Ridge and then I'm going to
- 19:03Speaker 4: play that guy, the deal breaking ick.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Voice note that MICHAELA got from a hinge. Dude, I'm
- 19:09Speaker 2: back in a few minutes.
- 19:12Speaker 4: It's all going to happen in a minute. Jada, thank
- 19:14Speaker 4: you for listening to us in north Ridge. So, as
- 19:16Speaker 4: I understand it, it's your spring break trip and it's
- 19:20Speaker 4: turning into be a little bit of a budget crisis.
- 19:23Speaker 2: What happened?
- 19:25Speaker 7: Yeah, So, like there's a group of us that we've
- 19:27Speaker 7: been planning this spring break trip, and like from the beginning,
- 19:31Speaker 7: we all agreed it would be like a budget friendly trip,
- 19:35Speaker 7: Like that was kind of the whole point. So, like
- 19:38Speaker 7: our flights have already been booked, our BnB is booked,
- 19:42Speaker 7: like everything's all good on that end. But now that
- 19:46Speaker 7: we're getting closer, one of my friends just keeps sending
- 19:49Speaker 7: ideas to the group, like expensive dinners and like a
- 19:55Speaker 7: boat day and VIP tables at clubs, and it's just
- 19:58Speaker 7: like it's adding up fast.
- 20:02Speaker 4: So as everybody else expressed concern for all these additional.
- 20:06Speaker 10: Things, no, so like everybody else is going along with it,
- 20:12Speaker 10: and like that's the problem. Like I'm gonna be honest,
- 20:16Speaker 10: like I could barely afford the flight as it is,
- 20:20Speaker 10: So I just don't know. I just feel like I'm
- 20:24Speaker 10: in like a tough spot. Do like I quietly just
- 20:28Speaker 10: like opt out of these things as they continue to
- 20:32Speaker 10: go it like go like I don't want to be
- 20:35Speaker 10: perceived like as like the cheap friend. But I also
- 20:38Speaker 10: like I don't.
- 20:40Speaker 7: Want to come back home from what was supposed to
- 20:43Speaker 7: be a fun vacation stressed out and worried about finances.
- 20:48Speaker 4: First of all, no one should be adding a boat
- 20:50Speaker 4: anything a boat trip. That's just it's gonna cost too much,
- 20:53Speaker 4: too many hours. Uh, just don't add that. Now here's
- 20:57Speaker 4: what you have the right advice for yourself out but
- 21:00Speaker 4: go in with the expect like let them know that, hey,
- 21:04Speaker 4: you guys, have a great time. This is something I
- 21:05Speaker 4: just can't afford. But y'all have fun. Your decision, they
- 21:08Speaker 4: can still do it. You're out of it, no pressure.
- 21:12Speaker 4: I think that's very appropriate, and it would be worse
- 21:15Speaker 4: to back out of this later by doing it than saying, oh,
- 21:18Speaker 4: I just I can't afford it, So you've got to
- 21:20Speaker 4: do it on the front side.
- 21:22Speaker 2: That's true.
- 21:22Speaker 4: And I bet you some others will join you. I
- 21:24Speaker 4: bet you some of your other friends will be happy
- 21:25Speaker 4: you spoke up and be thinking the same thing and
- 21:28Speaker 4: actually join you, and then a lot of this stuff
- 21:29Speaker 4: will just dissolve and.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Not even happen.
- 21:31Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 21:31Speaker 3: I mean, you just do one of the things, not
- 21:33Speaker 3: all of them.
- 21:35Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 21:35Speaker 7: Like can I say like now, like, hey, this is
- 21:39Speaker 7: not what we agree to. Yes, you shouldsed to be.
- 21:44Speaker 4: You should say that now, and you guys, enjoy yourselves,
- 21:47Speaker 4: have fun.
- 21:48Speaker 2: I just this is out of my budget.
- 21:50Speaker 4: Very responsible of you, not cheap, and it's very courteous
- 21:53Speaker 4: of you to do it ahead of time.
- 21:55Speaker 2: So go like, why are you talking to us to
- 21:57Speaker 2: go do it?
- 21:58Speaker 7: Okay? Thank you?
- 22:01Speaker 2: Have fun?
- 22:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Bye.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Everything's about managing an expectation. And if you go into
- 22:07Speaker 4: it setting this up, then it's not awkward once you
- 22:09Speaker 4: get there, and it's not causing you any anxiety, right,
- 22:13Speaker 4: And I guarantee you others are going to say the
- 22:15Speaker 4: same thing.
- 22:16Speaker 2: It's bad.
- 22:17Speaker 4: If you have ever been on a dating app Hinge
- 22:19Speaker 4: for example, and hit let's just talk about Hinge. If
- 22:22Speaker 4: you're on Hinge and you swipe on Hinge, Mikayla is
- 22:26Speaker 4: on it.
- 22:27Speaker 2: She's educated us a little bit on Hinge.
- 22:29Speaker 4: If you swipe on Hinge, each profile has the person's photo.
- 22:33Speaker 4: And there's a guy that finally Mikayla has found hot
- 22:38Speaker 4: and I agree, dude's hot. Dude looks like he could
- 22:41Speaker 4: go to that Wonderland rave. Yeah, dressed up in his glasses,
- 22:44Speaker 4: in his hat, got a little justin Timberlake chin to
- 22:46Speaker 4: me like old jt oh yeah, on the on the
- 22:48Speaker 4: cheekbone structure.
- 22:51Speaker 2: So what happened?
- 22:52Speaker 4: He answered questions with his voice, and now you've got
- 22:55Speaker 4: the ick and he's unhot.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:58Speaker 5: So there was a prompt that A clicked on it
- 23:00Speaker 5: and it said green flags I look for, and I
- 23:02Speaker 5: clicked on it and I heard his voice and the
- 23:04Speaker 5: way he responded to it, and I was like, oh no,
- 23:07Speaker 5: like I have the egg, Like I don't like how
- 23:09Speaker 5: he sounds like, Am I being too picky?
- 23:12Speaker 1: You need to hear it.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Well, he's hot enough to probably give him a chance.
- 23:17Speaker 4: So these are green flags this guy looks for. Here's
- 23:20Speaker 4: the voice prompt that you heard and now you cannot
- 23:23Speaker 4: you can't see.
- 23:23Speaker 9: I definitely look for someone down to earth, kind hearted, loyal,
- 23:29Speaker 9: who appreciates a good bantern wit. Definitely big on emotional intelligence,
- 23:35Speaker 9: and someone who is just unapologetically just themselves.
- 23:38Speaker 2: What about for you? What's wrong the only piety in like?
- 23:42Speaker 2: Is it for you? But what's wrong with that?
- 23:45Speaker 4: I think those are excellent vocabulary words and a great response.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I mean he's kind of too bro I sure it
- 23:54Speaker 3: sounded like he was reading, like he typed it out
- 23:57Speaker 3: and read from it.
- 23:58Speaker 10: Like.
- 23:59Speaker 9: Definitely look for someone down to earth, kind hearted, loyal,
- 24:04Speaker 9: that's good.
- 24:05Speaker 2: What's wrong with that? Down to earth kind hearted is good?
- 24:12Speaker 9: He appreciates a good bantern.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Wit wit, I would say wit literally, Oh my gosh,
- 24:20Speaker 4: I'm never leaving a voice.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Not everything you know?
- 24:22Speaker 2: Your mind.
- 24:23Speaker 6: The dating apps were like so pumped when they started
- 24:26Speaker 6: doing these like voice notes in them, and I feel
- 24:29Speaker 6: like it was a bad move because it can really
- 24:32Speaker 6: turn you off.
- 24:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I like him, I really like him.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I kind of do too.
- 24:38Speaker 9: Definitely big on emotional intelligence.
- 24:42Speaker 2: You got to acute emotional intelligence.
- 24:44Speaker 9: Someone who is just unapologetically just themselves. What about for you.
- 24:50Speaker 2: What's your answer? Would you say, go ahead?
- 24:55Speaker 1: Oh, I mean.
- 24:58Speaker 2: What I would say?
- 24:59Speaker 3: I mean green flags? Okay, I mean no, just okay,
- 25:02Speaker 3: give her a second. So what are some green flags
- 25:05Speaker 3: that you would look for in a guy.
- 25:07Speaker 5: I think green flags I look for in a guy
- 25:09Speaker 5: are a fun personality, someone who enjoys time with their family,
- 25:15Speaker 5: who likes movies, who likes the outdoors.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Kayla, Kayla, you sound just like this guy by.
- 25:22Speaker 5: The moment of chains, and I'm just got sure right now,
- 25:30Speaker 5: like he had time to think about his answer, I didn't.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Well, okay, tell you what. We'll come back to you
- 25:35Speaker 2: in one hour.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Think about it, right, I will come back to you
- 25:39Speaker 4: and ask right here on Kiss FM standby, we will
- 25:42Speaker 4: hear your hinge response to the green flags kiss see
- 25:45Speaker 4: christ with you. Mikayla's working on her green flags for
- 25:49Speaker 4: her hinge response. She got the ick from this guy.
- 25:53Speaker 9: I definitely look for someone down to earth.
- 25:55Speaker 4: When asked what his green flags are. He's very very
- 25:59Speaker 4: good looking. But she heard his voice and his responses
- 26:02Speaker 4: and said, I can't do it. I think she's wrong
- 26:04Speaker 4: by that, but anyway, we just had this guy on
- 26:07Speaker 4: the show. Barry Keelgan, right very Keiolgan. Yeah, he's act
- 26:11Speaker 4: from Saltburn, YEP.
- 26:13Speaker 6: And he gave one of the most honest interviews I've
- 26:15Speaker 6: ever heard, And basically what he was talking about was
- 26:19Speaker 6: opening up about how badly the online trolling was had
- 26:21Speaker 6: gotten for him. And it all started when he and
- 26:23Speaker 6: Sabrina Carpenter broke up at the end of twenty twenty four.
- 26:26Speaker 6: The internet actually just like turned on him, and he said,
- 26:29Speaker 6: there's a lot of abuse of how I look, and
- 26:31Speaker 6: I got it so bad that he actually deleted his
- 26:34Speaker 6: Instagram because he was receiving messages that, in his words,
- 26:37Speaker 6: no person should ever have to read. And he basically
- 26:41Speaker 6: said that it made him stay inside. He said, I
- 26:42Speaker 6: didn't really want to go atten things. I didn't really
- 26:45Speaker 6: want to go outside because it was so bad. And
- 26:48Speaker 6: I think that we had this misconception about like online
- 26:50Speaker 6: bullying for some reason, I like never consider men in
- 26:54Speaker 6: that realm, Like I always think about like women and
- 26:57Speaker 6: how women are picked apart about how we look in
- 26:59Speaker 6: our age this and that. But men also get it
- 27:02Speaker 6: bad too, Like he was talking about specifically his his appearance,
- 27:05Speaker 6: and it made him not want to go outside, and
- 27:07Speaker 6: it was like very eye open for me severe.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that is severe.
- 27:11Speaker 4: However, I don't know this, so I would I think
- 27:13Speaker 4: anything any human being here's that is negative. Whether you
- 27:17Speaker 4: are at nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, or thirty nine,
- 27:20Speaker 4: it makes an impact total on you. I'm watching that
- 27:23Speaker 4: JFK Junior Camumbussett series on Hulu. I'm up to episode
- 27:27Speaker 4: number seven, and you know, in the fictional version of it,
- 27:32Speaker 4: she's reading everything that's being written about her and she
- 27:35Speaker 4: can't go outside either, and it was affecting her in
- 27:39Speaker 4: a deep I haven't finished the series yet, but it affected.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Her in an emotional way.
- 27:42Speaker 4: But anytime I was criticized at work, every time, I
- 27:47Speaker 4: mean I can't even I don't look now to a
- 27:49Speaker 4: lot of stuff because I would you would see harsh things.
- 27:53Speaker 4: But anytime I got criticism in school, at work from
- 27:57Speaker 4: my parents, I felt equally like that.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Yeah, but especially if you're like online, it just comes
- 28:03Speaker 6: in so fast in large numbers where I think that's overwhelming. Yeah.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Yeah, However, it is one's choice to decide to become
- 28:12Speaker 4: an actor and be famous and be out there, right,
- 28:16Speaker 4: I mean, it is your choice to have a public life.
- 28:20Speaker 2: On air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 28:25Speaker 4: Ryan Seacrestsney Tanya with you. Thanks for being on. Here
- 28:29Speaker 4: are some things on our radar if you're going to
- 28:32Speaker 4: stay in and beat the heat this weekend on the
- 28:35Speaker 4: different streaming services. I'm about to finish Love Story on
- 28:40Speaker 4: Hulu and I'm being told next I should watch DTF
- 28:44Speaker 4: Saint Louis because of my crush of Jason Bateman. Yeah,
- 28:50Speaker 4: and because in that anything Jason Bateman does I love.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Those are the two I'm watching that.
- 28:56Speaker 4: He's amazingly cynical. You are, okay, So what's on your weekend?
- 28:59Speaker 10: One?
- 29:00Speaker 3: So besides that systemy, So this one is called The
- 29:02Speaker 3: Comeback and it's starring Lisa Kudro And I actually saw
- 29:06Speaker 3: her promoting this or even the director promoting this.
- 29:09Speaker 2: I forget how I saw it.
- 29:10Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, that looks interesting, and also
- 29:12Speaker 3: like I love Lisa Kudro from Friends.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And when I got into it first.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Of all's on season three. When I go to click
- 29:18Speaker 3: into it, I'm like, okay, I'll start from season one.
- 29:20Speaker 3: I realize season one came out in two thousand and five,
- 29:23Speaker 3: and I was like what, oh yeah, so okay, And
- 29:26Speaker 3: then I realized season two came out in twenty fourteen
- 29:30Speaker 3: and season three just came out right now. So this
- 29:33Speaker 3: show has been like each season has been ten years apart,
- 29:37Speaker 3: and it's fascinating. And so it's all about her having
- 29:39Speaker 3: to make a comeback from being like a really famous
- 29:42Speaker 3: actress on a sitcom back in like the nineties and
- 29:44Speaker 3: then and then she gets like a reality show and
- 29:47Speaker 3: trying to land roles, and in this season, I guess
- 29:49Speaker 3: she lands a lead role, but her co stars in Ai.
- 29:52Speaker 3: And so I haven't gotten to season three and I'm
- 29:54Speaker 3: still in season two, but it's.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Really good as an AI fake person, yes, so I am.
- 30:00Speaker 3: I'm so intrigued with the show and I can't believe
- 30:02Speaker 3: I never watched it back in two thousand and five,
- 30:04Speaker 3: so it's really it's called to come back.
- 30:06Speaker 2: It's on HBO Max Tania Weekend watch List.
- 30:10Speaker 6: So I don't know if you remember the show Jury
- 30:12Speaker 6: Duty a couple of years ago, but it was one
- 30:14Speaker 6: of the funniest shows I've ever seen in my entire life.
- 30:18Speaker 6: So I was really excited for Jury Duty Presents Company Retreat.
- 30:21Speaker 6: It's out now on Amazon Prime. So basically the premise
- 30:25Speaker 6: is it's an unsuspecting temp believes he's been filmed for
- 30:29Speaker 6: a documentary about a small business as he helps facilitate
- 30:31Speaker 6: a week long corporate getaway for this hot sauce company.
- 30:34Speaker 6: So basically everybody's acting except for the one guy who
- 30:37Speaker 6: I thinks this is all real and it's the Mark. Yeah,
- 30:41Speaker 6: and I will say so far, company Retreat isn't as
- 30:45Speaker 6: funny as Jury Duty was, but it's definitely still very funny.
- 30:49Speaker 4: And Ruby, quickly, what else on your weekend watch? Oh,
- 30:51Speaker 4: it's the same. We are on the same show, Ruby,
- 30:54Speaker 4: You and me right now.
- 30:55Speaker 5: It's called Age of Attraction on Netflix, So singles between
- 30:59Speaker 5: the a of twenty two and sixty form connections without
- 31:02Speaker 5: knowing each other's ages.
- 31:04Speaker 1: And honestly, it's getting a little cringey, just a little
- 31:07Speaker 1: bit very cringe.
- 31:08Speaker 10: Oh.
- 31:08Speaker 4: I hadn't gotten that far yet. Really, Okay, So I
- 31:11Speaker 4: stick with it or not? I saw one episode where
- 31:13Speaker 4: they have to set it all up.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Yes, stick with it for sure.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Coming up, we have your four pact this hour too
- 31:18Speaker 4: Universal Studios at Kiss You's gonna swim BTS there, which
- 31:22Speaker 4: means I need you to send me a talk back
- 31:24Speaker 4: if you want to go see BTS in Tampa, Florida.
- 31:27Speaker 4: Talk back inside the iheartrady to have the kiss page.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Why you want to go, give me your info, give
- 31:31Speaker 4: me your phone number, and we'll set you up hopefully
- 31:34Speaker 4: when that trip to go see BTS Live.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Going back an hour.
- 31:38Speaker 4: Ago, we played this audio message, this voice note that
- 31:43Speaker 4: Mikayla received from a very good looking guy on him.
- 31:47Speaker 4: She was all way up into it until she said
- 31:50Speaker 4: she heard his response to what his green flags are.
- 31:54Speaker 4: She didn't like his notes, she didn't like his thoughts.
- 31:57Speaker 4: She thought he wrote it down, read it, and she
- 31:59Speaker 4: didn't like his voice. Cadence, I completely disagree. I think
- 32:04Speaker 4: the guy has the look. I think the guy has
- 32:06Speaker 4: a cool sound, and I like what he says his
- 32:08Speaker 4: green flags are.
- 32:09Speaker 2: If you missed it here, they.
- 32:11Speaker 9: Definitely look for someone down to earth, kind hearted, loyal,
- 32:16Speaker 9: who appreciates a good bantern wit, definitely big on emotional intelligence.
- 32:21Speaker 9: And yes he is just unapologetically just themselves. What about
- 32:26Speaker 9: for you?
- 32:27Speaker 4: I would say the same thing. I love what he said.
- 32:30Speaker 4: I like how he said it. He sounds like he
- 32:33Speaker 4: sounds like a dude.
- 32:34Speaker 2: You know, it's not.
- 32:37Speaker 6: Too broad, No, Like he can definitely throw down on
- 32:40Speaker 6: the barbecue.
- 32:41Speaker 4: No, so MICHAELA thought, Well, he had time to think
- 32:47Speaker 4: about his green flags when I asked her what hers words,
- 32:50Speaker 4: and he said, well, what are yours? So what are
