Major roadwork kicks off Thursday, July 16th at the I-19 and West Irvington Road interchange — a $53.4 million, 20-month project set to finish by spring 2028. Expect a new bridge, a cloverleaf ramp for seamless eastbound Irvington to northbound I-19 transitions, widened ramps, and extra lanes on Irvington. Overnight restrictions (9 PM–5 AM, weeknights) will reduce Irvington to one lane each way with a vehicle width limit and 25 mph speed limits.
