- 0:00Hi everybody. Welcome back to the Elon Musk
- 0:03podcast. Today's episode is brought to
- 0:06you by Starship shirts.com. Go check them out and get all
- 0:09your Starship and SpaceX related merch there.
- 0:13Now we are going to be talking about Cyber Truck today.
- 0:16Tesla Cyber Truck is such an influential and incredibly
- 0:21different vehicle, and as the anticipation mounts for Tesla's
- 0:24first Cyber Truck deliveries, a recent video leak has sparked
- 0:28conversation and speculation among electric vehicle
- 0:32enthusiasts. And the YouTube channel TF Lev
- 0:35released a video containing what they claim to be Tesla insider
- 0:39information leaked information regarding the Cybertruck specs.
- 0:43Now, notably, the leak includes a photograph of power outlets
- 0:47situated near the tail light, a feature previously undisclosed
- 0:51by Tesla. In the image in question shared
- 0:53by TE Lev reveals 3 power outlets integrated into the
- 0:58vehicle, a 220 Volt outlet alongside two 110 Volt outlets.
- 1:03This suggests that Tesla is positioning the Cybertruck not
- 1:06only as a transport solution, but also as a mobile power
- 1:10source for other devices, potentially including other
- 1:13vehicles or even home power systems.
- 1:17Now this detail aligns with the interests of potential customers
- 1:20who have been keenly waiting For more information on the trucks
- 1:23capabilities and we're going to get into the specs in just a
- 1:26moment, so please stay tuned. Now in the leaked video, the TF
- 1:30Lev hosts engage in a detailed comparison of the cyber truck
- 1:33supposed dimensions against those of competing electric
- 1:37vehicles such as the Rivian R1 T, the Ford F-150 Lightning and
- 1:42the Hummer EV. A point of particular interest
- 1:45in the cyber trucks weight, which according to the leak
- 1:48appears to undercut some of its rivals.
- 1:50This could apply significant implications for efficiency and
- 1:54for performance of the cyber truck, and the Conversation also
- 1:57touches on the credibility of the leak specifications and how
- 2:01they stack up against the sparse details previously mentioned by
- 2:04Elon Musk. And with the delivery event
- 2:07scheduled for November 30th, Tesla followers are hopeful that
- 2:11these leaked details will soon be confirmed or clarified by
- 2:14official sources. And following months of sporadic
- 2:17sightings and speculation, the cyber Truck has consistently
- 2:20maintained a presence in the public's imagination.
- 2:23And with a leak of what might be the first public images of the
- 2:27cyber truck's power outlets, speculation has increased about
- 2:30the potential uses of these features.
- 2:32This new leak has Tesla enthusiasts and future owners
- 2:35speculating on the myriad of possibilities that such power
- 2:38capabilities can unlock, from construction site utility to
- 2:42emergency home power supply. In the revelation of this photo,
- 2:47allegedly received from an insider source directly from
- 2:50Tesla as further credence to Musk's vision for a versatile
- 2:54electric pickup truck as early as 2018, Musk hinted at the
- 2:58inclusion of power outlets on a cyber truck.
- 3:00They're all over regular trucks too, not just EVs.
- 3:04Right now. ICE trucks have those as well,
- 3:07and this will allow it the use of high power tools without the
- 3:11need for an external generator. And this foresight emphasizes
- 3:15the practicality and forward thinking design the Tesla aims
- 3:18to implement in its future cyber trucks and other vehicles.
- 3:22And details on the specific capabilities of these power
- 3:25outlets remain uncertain. Although the TF Lev host
- 3:29suggests that the 220 Volt outlet could be rated for two kW
- 3:33pending confirmation, the strategic placement and the
- 3:36concealment of those outlets indicate A thoughtful design
- 3:39aimed at maintaining the vehicle's sleek appearance while
- 3:41offering functional benefits. And the robust latch visible in
- 3:46the photo hints at a user friendly and durable solution
- 3:49for accessing the power supply points.
- 3:51The power outlets are situated with a design that seems to
- 3:54blend utility with Tesla's signature futuristic aesthetics.
- 3:59When not used, they're hidden behind a cover, pointing to a
- 4:03blend of functionality and design that Tesla's known for.
- 4:06The integration of these power outlets signifies A notable step
- 4:09towards Musk's vision of highly capable and self-sufficient
- 4:13electric pickup trucks. Now as we approach the impending
- 4:17commencement of Cybertruck deliveries, the excitement is
- 4:20growing and we do have those specs for you.

- 6:07Potential buyers like myself and industry experts are watching
- 6:11the next move from Tesla to see what they announce next.
- 6:16And we're preparing people for the reality that will be the
- 6:20cyber truck driving along traditional ICE trucks on the
