- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome.
- 0:07Speaker 2: To Jasonnewland dot com. My name's Jason new Land. Please
- 0:15Speaker 2: only listen when you can faithfully close your eyes. This
- 0:25Speaker 2: is whisper Tuesday.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Let me boy to sleep. Hello, Hello, how you doing?
- 0:36Speaker 2: Why so all itchy back? Still getting feedback from the
- 0:52Speaker 2: whisper sound quality I've tried to.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Improve. The problem is with the whisper.
- 1:09Speaker 2: It's it's weird. The better of the microphone is the
- 1:16Speaker 2: harder it is to pick up the whispers for some reason.
- 1:28Speaker 2: And then once the whisper is done, I have to
- 1:33Speaker 2: increase the volume otherwise you won't be able to hear it,
- 1:45Speaker 2: which kind of I don't know.
- 1:49Speaker 1: We'll see.
- 1:53Speaker 2: So last night I sorted through my book because I
- 2:04Speaker 2: had or my books stacked. I did, I say, I
- 2:08Speaker 2: only listen when you can save to close your eyes.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Of course, this being a whisper recorded by the way,
- 2:17Speaker 2: if you don't know, okay, Yes, So I had all
- 2:26Speaker 2: my books stacked on the windowsill. It was just a
- 2:38Speaker 2: temporary thing, partly because I'm tadying up, and also I've
- 2:43Speaker 2: wearing my help block out some of that noise from
- 2:45Speaker 2: over the fence. But what it did is it seemed
- 2:52Speaker 2: it did block out some noise, but the air seemed
- 2:57Speaker 2: very that the stifling in air, there was no air flow.
- 3:09Speaker 2: It might also be because I've been moving books around
- 3:11Speaker 2: so that I were dusty. So what I've done is
- 3:17Speaker 2: I have separated all the books and on my bookcase
- 3:24Speaker 2: is the only books I have are hypnosis books. How
- 3:34Speaker 2: many hypnosis books do I have? One, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, nineteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, twenty,
- 3:55Speaker 2: twenty one, two, twenty three, twenty four, twenty five, twenty six,

- 4:03Speaker 2: thirty three, thirty four, thirty five, thirty six, thirty seven,
- 4:07Speaker 2: thirty eight, thirty nine, forty, forty one, forty two, forty three,
- 4:12Speaker 2: forty four, forty five, forty six, forty seven, forty eight,
- 4:17Speaker 2: forty nine, fifty fifty.
- 4:18Speaker 1: One, fifty two, fifty three, fifty.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Four, fifty five, fifty six, fifty seven, fifty eight, fifty nine, sixty,
- 4:30Speaker 2: sixty one, sixty.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Two, sixty three, sixty four, sixty five.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Six six, six, seven, and sixty eight, sixty nine, seventy
- 4:38Speaker 2: seventy one, seventy two, seventy three, seventy four, seventy five,
- 4:42Speaker 2: seventy six, seventy seven, seventy eight, seventy nine, eighty, eighty one,
- 4:48Speaker 2: eighty two, eighty three, eighty four, eighty five, eighty six,
- 4:51Speaker 2: eighty seven, eighty eight, eighty nine, ninety, ninety one, ninety two,
- 4:57Speaker 2: ninety three, ninety four, ninety five, ninety six, ninety seven,
- 5:01Speaker 2: ninety eight, ninety nine.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I Went to Turn My Head Round.
- 5:08Speaker 2: One hundred one, two, three, four.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty one, twenty two,
- 5:27Speaker 2: twenty three, twenty four, twenty five, twenty six, twenty seven,
- 5:30Speaker 2: twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty, thirty one, thirty two, thirty three,
- 5:35Speaker 2: thirty four, thirty five, thirty six, thirty seven, thirty eight,
- 5:38Speaker 2: fifty nine, forty, forty one, forty two, forty three, forty four,
- 5:43Speaker 2: forty five, forty six, forty seven, forty eight, forty nine,
- 5:51Speaker 2: fifty fty, one, hundred two three, fifty four, five, fifty six,
- 5:55Speaker 2: fifty seven, fifty eight, fifty nine, sixty six one, sixty
- 6:00Speaker 2: sixty three, sixty four, sixty five, seventy, sixty eight six
- 6:05Speaker 2: seventy seventy one. I might have miscounted book roughly. Oh no,
- 6:14Speaker 2: there's another. Okay, there's more than on the other bookcase.
- 6:18Speaker 2: So there's three bookcases. I can't see that one because
- 6:24Speaker 2: my head doesn't see round corners. It's just under two
- 6:33Speaker 2: hundred books. I've got hypnosis. And now my neck is
- 6:40Speaker 2: all stiff. It's sad enough. Forty thirty years ago, we
- 6:52Speaker 2: never mentioned it. When I woke up, I'd have a
- 6:54Speaker 2: stiff neck every morning. It's almost like parts of my body.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Of just trains.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Third.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Should I relax it?
- 7:15Speaker 2: But he's internally shaken a little bit?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Are you cold, Vinny? You're cold? He woke me up.
- 7:25Speaker 2: I don't know if he woke me up, but he
- 7:27Speaker 2: kind of woke up at the same time as me.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I was having some very strange.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Dreams, very strange, well, a very strange dream. There was
- 7:48Speaker 2: this one I was in this.
- 7:52Speaker 1: I don't know what it was. I really don't know
- 7:59Speaker 1: what it was, but I was. I had Vinny with me, Yeah,
- 8:13Speaker 1: I did. I had Vinny and as he does his
- 8:20Speaker 1: contency of running off and in dreams, he does the same.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Thing, and he was getting excited. I was in the street,
- 8:35Speaker 2: and he was getting excited to see a lady complete stranger,
- 8:45Speaker 2: and exactly that's what he does. He gets excited over people,
- 8:53Speaker 2: and then we go around. She walks off and goes
- 8:57Speaker 2: around the corner. He's all excited and he wraps right
- 9:01Speaker 2: away around the van that she's in. I don't know
- 9:04Speaker 2: how long the lead must have been, but it was
- 9:06Speaker 2: super long for some reason, and.
- 9:09Speaker 1: She starts the van, which was weird. There was another scene.
- 9:22Speaker 2: In this dream where I'm in the pub and it's
- 9:29Speaker 2: the old pub where my landlady and landlord used to drink.
- 9:36Speaker 2: I've had that dream a few times when I'm kind
- 9:39Speaker 2: of was trying to avoid them just from awkwardness, and
- 9:56Speaker 2: there was someone there that it was weird. Okay, it's
- 10:07Speaker 2: something I having this conversation with somebody and.
- 10:20Speaker 1: They're laughing, and then I say something that they don't like,
- 10:27Speaker 1: and I'm completely kind of blocked out of.
- 10:31Speaker 2: The friendship group. And it turned out that there was
- 10:38Speaker 2: one particular person who I thought I was friends with
- 10:43Speaker 2: who's telling everyone, you know, basically controlling the environment. Very strange.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I mean, that's not.
- 10:58Speaker 2: That's not real life for me. I suppose it has
- 11:04Speaker 2: been in certain situations, not for quite a while, and usually.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It would not be something that I'd brought up with.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it was weird, like clearing up food from the floor.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I don't know why, very strange and whole thing. I
- 11:46Speaker 1: was very tired when I went to bed last night,
- 11:51Speaker 1: really tired. It was, I don't know really, I think
- 12:12Speaker 1: it was still of moving about and doing the sorting
- 12:18Speaker 1: out the books.
- 12:20Speaker 2: I got a little bit of a sweat on or
- 12:24Speaker 2: create a little bit of a puddle. And yeah, I was.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Physically tired when I went to bed, which doesn't happen
- 12:38Speaker 1: too often.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Right now, I'm feeling physically hungry. Oh yes, a little
- 12:55Speaker 2: bit hungry, my dear m.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah ha A
- 13:09Speaker 1: bit about about. So today I'm gonna.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Probably continue with my little tidy up and just a
- 13:32Speaker 2: little bit each day. I need to figure a way
- 13:41Speaker 2: to soundproof that window, though, but not permanently, just when
- 13:47Speaker 2: I need it to be soundproofed. So I'm thinking of
- 13:52Speaker 2: doing is getting some curtains and putting them on those.
- 14:09Speaker 1: It's just basically putting them like layer after layer after layer.
- 14:17Speaker 1: The thickness of the window sill inside the window sill
- 14:23Speaker 1: of the window, and because you know, the window is
- 14:28Speaker 1: not just.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Flat, it's but it's flat, but the window goes out
- 14:34Speaker 2: a little bit I suppose, like a little bit of
- 14:39Speaker 2: a bay window kind of but maybe not.
- 14:45Speaker 1: No, it's not no, it's not a bay window.
- 14:50Speaker 2: But there's room.
- 14:52Speaker 1: There's a window sill on the inside. So I can
- 14:59Speaker 1: maybe get one, two, three, four or five thick curts
- 15:05Speaker 1: and just lay them, and I might do the job.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I look into it.
- 15:21Speaker 2: I mean, I could just try and get some really.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Thick curtains for the outside.
- 15:27Speaker 2: But I'm thinking I might need a bit more than that, because.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I don't need not after kind of soundproofing the whole time,
- 15:51Speaker 1: just when I'm making recordings, and occasionally if it gets
- 15:57Speaker 1: a little bit too squeaky out there but too screaming.
- 16:12Speaker 2: So much of this massive storm that we're supposed to
- 16:15Speaker 2: have didn't get it in this area.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Had a bit of.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Wind, not me, but the weather was a bit windy.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Don't bit windy now, was it? And of course the
- 16:33Speaker 2: weather the newspeople were giving it a name, Tiffany or
- 16:41Speaker 2: Barbara or whatever. I don't know why why we need
- 16:46Speaker 2: to have names for the weather, but yeah, it's very
- 16:55Speaker 2: un British and to be doing stuff like that given
- 17:02Speaker 2: a name to the weather.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Oh, it's storm Daniel, It's.
- 17:15Speaker 2: What's the name Daniels, Dusty Daniels.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:23Speaker 2: I just.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Don't really understand why way way way, way.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Way, and.
- 17:35Speaker 1: What might do.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Because I might just do this recorded and uploaded just
- 17:50Speaker 2: one version the volume is without increasing the volume in editing,
- 18:04Speaker 2: which means I'll only be one version of the recording,
- 18:15Speaker 2: or maybe due to two versions, one with music one without.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I don't know. So I woke up a bit late
- 18:38Speaker 1: than normal.
- 18:40Speaker 2: It's about six o'clock, I think on the dot one
- 18:47Speaker 2: minute past six in the.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Morning, and I'm thinking about getting my table out of
- 19:06Speaker 4: the storage room and put it over where the.
- 19:17Speaker 2: No.
- 19:18Speaker 1: That wouldn't work finished as head dance.
- 19:23Speaker 2: No, I'm just thinking I could put it over there
- 19:27Speaker 2: where the no. I don't mean that work. I don't know,
- 19:37Speaker 2: so be on the left hand side of the room
- 19:40Speaker 2: where the bookcases are. The problem with that is I
- 19:51Speaker 2: would struggle to get my chair behind it. Mind you,
- 20:04Speaker 2: I'm kind of getting to the point where I don't
- 20:07Speaker 2: want to sit at those tables anymore near the near
- 20:12Speaker 2: the TV.
- 20:14Speaker 1: So perhaps I could just add that.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Chip permanently behind the table.
- 20:26Speaker 1: By two years.
- 20:28Speaker 2: No, yeah, I do not do sit at that table
- 20:32Speaker 2: when I do editing. So maybe because I got two
- 20:40Speaker 2: desks with the TV on, I started to think that
- 20:44Speaker 2: maybe I should move that TV up onto the wall,
- 20:47Speaker 2: get a bracket and move onto the wall, which would
- 20:52Speaker 2: free some space, and maybe I could get rid of
- 20:58Speaker 2: the desks, but probably not. I think it's an okay
- 21:10Speaker 2: set up.
- 21:10Speaker 1: As it is. I think it's alright.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Actually, yeah, it's okay. I'm feeling quite relaxed. I'm just
- 21:47Speaker 2: glad it's too late at six in the morning. I
- 21:51Speaker 2: feel like the summer is just, I don't know, gone,
- 22:00Speaker 2: because now we're in August. We have nice days in August,
- 22:13Speaker 2: but never I do wonder why the school holidays don't
- 22:18Speaker 2: start till the end of July and go through to August,
- 22:24Speaker 2: because really June and July are the best months of
- 22:28Speaker 2: the summer. If we have a good summer, June and
- 22:31Speaker 2: July usually in the months.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Where the summer is most summery like a lot if
- 22:41Speaker 1: people like.
- 22:47Speaker 2: August, things start to cool down. It's cooler in the morning,
- 22:54Speaker 2: cooler in the evening, starting to get darker in the evening.
- 22:59Speaker 2: It's getting lighter later in the morning. You know, things
- 23:03Speaker 2: are starting to.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Kind of.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Bitter. Better move into wards autumn slowly, but.
- 23:26Speaker 1: And it'll be Christmas.
- 23:30Speaker 2: I mean this time of year, where is it?
- 23:34Speaker 1: So you got.
- 23:39Speaker 2: The kids go back to school in September, Then there's
- 23:48Speaker 2: Halloween end of October, Bonfire Night beginning of November, then
- 24:01Speaker 2: Christmas Invember, and then it's January. Game another new year,
- 24:13Speaker 2: two thousand and twenty six, I do believe. And of
- 24:23Speaker 2: course there's this month when I turned fifty five, who
- 24:30Speaker 2: was twenty year older at the end of the month.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Didn't bother me.
- 24:41Speaker 1: When I was in my twenties above, when I was
- 24:44Speaker 1: in my late twenties, going from twenty nine to thirty, Yeah,
- 24:52Speaker 1: it wasn't. I wasn't doing cartwheels, that's all I'm saying. Yeah,
- 25:08Speaker 1: I don't think I am. Yeah, it's there something about.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Which is weird now to say it out loud, But
- 25:28Speaker 2: turning thirty it seemed.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Old back then. Now I realize nearly twenty five years later,
- 25:44Speaker 1: twenty five years yours, nearly half my life later. In fact,
- 25:59Speaker 1: I yeah, I realized thirty was incredibly young. Really, I
- 26:11Speaker 1: wasn't old. I was never old at thirty. I just
- 26:16Speaker 1: felt it.
- 26:22Speaker 2: There is a degree of being treated differently that might
- 26:30Speaker 2: just been in my mind. But I didn't feel the
- 26:38Speaker 2: same as I did in my twenties. But I know
- 26:46Speaker 2: one thing, I definitely did not feel like I'm in
- 26:49Speaker 2: my fifties.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Kind of Even sometimes I say.
- 27:04Speaker 2: My age, and I might ask myself my age, and
- 27:08Speaker 2: I say to myself, oh, I'm forty five, forty four,
- 27:18Speaker 2: and then I remember and I say, wait a minute, No.
- 27:20Speaker 1: You're not. I said, yes, I am. No I'm not.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Yes you are. I wait a minute, I'm fifty four.
- 27:31Speaker 3: Wow.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Just doesn't.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Necessarily sound correct, even though it.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Is correct precise. So I'm kind of thinking planning five
- 28:08Speaker 1: years ahead. What do I want to do with the
- 28:11Speaker 1: next five years of my life? How do I want
- 28:19Speaker 1: to spend that time?
- 28:29Speaker 5: How can I help the most amounts of people? There's
- 28:40Speaker 5: gotta be away.
- 28:42Speaker 2: They just must. They must, they must, they must be
- 28:50Speaker 2: away two I mean technique, they just carry on as
- 29:01Speaker 2: I am.
- 29:06Speaker 1: But I'm not satisfied at why I've done or what
- 29:08Speaker 1: I'm doing. I want to do more. I want to
- 29:12Speaker 1: reach more.
- 29:13Speaker 2: People, and I flee help more people. I'm just not
- 29:31Speaker 2: sure how so there.
- 30:03Speaker 1: I haven't really said much, have I?
- 30:06Speaker 2: Thirty minutes of me talking and I'm not ready said anything.
- 30:15Speaker 2: It's a skill, and yes, a skinny, skilly skilled skill.
- 30:28Speaker 2: But Tommy's kirkling for foody.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Really wordy.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Finny sings fairly happy where he's never satisfied. He always
- 31:08Speaker 1: wants more, always wants something. But that's okay. I don't
- 31:29Speaker 1: need him to send me.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Thank you cards.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Day Daddy.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Thank you for letting me eat and step on your bed.
- 31:51Speaker 1: No, we don't make that go down very well.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Thank you for taking me into the side park every day,
- 32:03Speaker 2: walking in the same place every day.
- 32:08Speaker 1: It's so boring, but thank you.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Maybe thank you for all those facts.
- 32:19Speaker 1: It's been a pleasure. Maybe not
