Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
April 27th, 2026. And well, I guess the guess the
• 0:27
Rockets decided they're going to go down swinging and they
• 0:31
actually put up quite the fight yesterday, although some of that
• 0:34
had to do with the refs and well, also De Andre and being,
• 0:40
you know, De Andre is going to do what De Andre does.
• 0:42
So, you know, wasn't a surprise. So take the L, the end of the
• 0:46
winning streak there, but hey, we had a good streak.
• 0:49
Take the L, try to start the next one up, try to keep this 1L
• 0:53
to a single L, not let it turn into something else.
• 0:56
So tonight, sticking to the basketball, sticking to out
• 0:59
West, sticking to the playoffs. There's actually two of these
• 1:02
tonight that I really like. We have Denver playing at home
• 1:06
and then we have Thunder. We're going to be closing out
• 1:09
the Suns. I'm going to go ahead and go
• 1:11
with the Nuggets at home tonight because they need this one.
• 1:14
They need to make sure that they extend the series and is out,
• 1:18
which is a huge relief for them. Them being the Nuggets, not the
• 1:22
T Wolves. It's a pretty non optimal for
• 1:26
the T wolves, but I guess pretty optimal on the other hand for
• 1:30
the Nuggets. So slides sitting at 11 1/2.
• 1:33
I think the Nuggets are going to go out there and give it to the
• 1:36
rest of this team. They're going to let them know,
• 1:38
hey, he might be up 31, but your guy, he's not here.
• 1:42
He's not walking back in through those doors and there ain't
• 1:45
nothing you can do about it. Now we're going to dominate and
• 1:48
we're going to take these next three games and we're going to
• 1:50
send you home. And they're going to do that by
• 1:52
just putting to them tonight, winning by I'm going to say
• 1:55
they're going to try to get it to 20.
• 1:57
They want to blow out tonight and I think they're going to get
• 2:00
  there. So the 11 1/2, I think they're
• 2:02
going to cover easy. So we're going to go Denver
• 2:05
Nuggets -11 1/2 against the Minnesota Timberwolves in
• 2:09
tonight's NBA Western Conference first round playoff basketball
• 2:14
action. See anything better than that?
• 2:16
Pound it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 2:18
to it. Let's get this streak going.
