- 0:00Welcome to Performance Driven Living, the podcast where we question everything.
- 0:05We don't tip to around tough topics, we walk right into them, not to provoke, but to
- 0:11get closer to what's real.
- 0:13You might not agree with everything you hear, and that's okay.
- 0:17The show isn't about being right, it's about being real.
- 0:20These conversations are meant to stretch your thinking, challenge assumptions, and spark
- 0:25something deeper.
- 0:26The views shared are those of our guests and may not reflect those of the host or team.
- 0:32And while we dive deep into health, performance, and transformation, this is not medical advice.
- 0:38Talk to your doctor before making changes to your health or lifestyle.
- 0:42Take what lands, leave what doesn't, but whatever you do, don't stop questioning.
- 0:56We are back on the Performance Driven Living podcast, and I have the, we're actually at
- 1:00the Dave Asprey Biohacking Conference this week, actually.
- 1:03So that's kind of fun, because I get to have some really cool people on, and our first
- 1:07recording that we're doing here is with my friends, Dr. Lisa Piper and Wendy Cone Osborne.
- 1:13Now, notice you started throwing the Osborne in there more lately, it was just Wendy Cone.
- 1:17Zid, it was just Wendy Cone, I know, and then I started working so hard, and I'm never
- 1:22with my husband who's the Osborne, so I decided that I'm going to, you know, bring him
- 1:27with me everywhere I go.
- 1:29I like it.
- 1:30Yeah, I was like, no, she's putting Osborne on, and I'm like, and I know you're married,
- 1:32and I was like, but like, did you just get married to people?
- 1:35Like, what just happened?
- 1:37So Cone is my maiden name, that I became Cone Osborne as a mouthful, but it's a mouthful,
- 1:44just like bioenergetically therapeutic, right?
- 1:46Actually, it was, it was a little while ago, I interviewed Philip on Holmes and Door Failing.
- 1:50I can't even say his name.
- 1:52I know, and he's there, and I'm like, Philip, I'm going to destroy your name, so I'm going
- 1:55to disclaim ahead of time, and then I said it, and he's like, no, actually, you got to
- 1:58write.
- 1:59That's impressive.
- 2:00I'm like, now it just flows.
- 2:01Yeah.
- 2:02I'm going to practice that one a little bit.
- 2:03On Holmes and Door Failing, that you guys are definitely going to need to do that, because
- 2:07I know you're going to be working with him in the near future.
- 2:09Yeah.
- 2:10You will have already been working with him by the time this air, so that's fantastic.
- 2:13So preemptive, congratulations.
- 2:15Thank you.
- 2:16I'm excited for you guys, because again, you know the goal of performance driven living
- 2:20is for me to find people who are going to join me and teach me something.
- 2:24And I know a lot of stuff, like in a weird way, like I just know a little about a lot.
- 2:29So when I find people that know more than I do, like I want to be this sponge and upgrade
- 2:34myself, which I love that upgrade, right?
- 2:36Like Dave Asprey nailed it on that branding.
- 2:40And Wendy and Lisa are the owners of a company called Code Health, and most people know them
- 2:45as the code girls.
- 2:47And the code girls here, they sell water.
- 2:51And I know that just sounds weird, because they sell water like one drop at a time.
- 2:55And I'm like, that's like the most, like the most special real estate deal you can imagine,
- 2:59right?
- 3:00Like there's this company in Scotland that I'll sell you one square foot of land so that
- 3:05you can claim that you have land in Scotland, and which officially like makes you a duke
- 3:10or something.
- 3:11I forget a little order.
- 3:12I know a word.
- 3:13I know a word.
- 3:14But you guys sell water by the drop.
- 3:16And I'm like, this is kind of like selling land in Scotland by the foot.
- 3:19But yours is very special water.
- 3:21And I want to unpack this because it's, I get it because I know I know you guys and have
- 3:27learned a lot from you in the way that your product specifically works, but about how
- 3:31everything works, but it's weird, right?
- 3:37It's a little woo-woo in a lot of people's space.
- 3:40And it's not, but I think woo-woo is the phrase we use to talk about the things we don't
- 3:44understand.
- 3:45Yeah, true.
- 3:46And I want to take the woo out of what you do, because I think it's just a matter of
- 3:51understanding it.
- 3:52And so code health, you're selling water by the drops.
- 3:54You got your perfect product, promo pitch, like one year.
- 3:57Here we go.
- 3:58Like, what is code health?
- 4:01Well, the code brand is a line of bioenergetics therapeutics.
- 4:05And like Wendy said, that is a big word.
- 4:08We're using energy to affect your biology.
- 4:11That's all.
- 4:12And it's really so simple because we are imprinting saline solution, medical grade saline solution,
- 4:19with subtle energy patterns that up or down regulate the body to restore balance.
- 4:24So when your body is out of balance, you experience that as a symptom.
- 4:29So we use exactly what you're made out of, salt water and energy to restore that balance
- 4:36in the body.
- 4:38So in a recent conversation, I'm going to draw some correlations here.
- 4:42For those of you that are familiar with Lila Quantum, that's Philip von Holtzendorf
- 4:47Failing's accompanying.
- 4:50And Lila, when Philip and I were talking on this podcast, we had a lot of conversation
- 4:54around bio field.
- 4:56And this idea that we attract what we emit, because energy seeks like energy, right?
- 5:01And it's kind of like magnets, right, like magnetic forces that actually do that.
- 5:07And what's interesting is we were talking beforehand about even my book, Radical Generosity,
- 5:11right?
- 5:12For me, it's almost become, well, I put it out there to the universe and say, Oh, look,
- 5:17I'm radically generous.
- 5:18Right?
- 5:19And all of a sudden, I'm like, Oh, man, I'm under a magnifying glass now because everybody's
- 5:23like, no, you're not your jerk.
- 5:26Some to say it.
- 5:28But this whole idea of energy and how our bodies are energy, this quantum space, it's
- 5:35still very new for people to understand, because we've been taught that we live in a
- 5:39very tactile world.
- 5:41Like if I can see it, hear it, feel it, touch it, you know, taste it, then it must be
- 5:47real.
- 5:48But there's something that lives outside of what we can actually engage with our senses,
- 5:53I would say.
- 5:55What is that?
- 5:56Like that, that, you know, may the force be with you, kind of stuff, right?
- 6:00Like what is that?
- 6:01And how does that relate to when you say we imprint the energy?
- 6:04Like to you, those are very normal words.
- 6:06Those are not normal words to me, like imprinting energy on saline.
- 6:11Well let me say this first about energy, okay?
- 6:15Anyone who has ever had a slipped disc in their neck and felt the electrical sensation
- 6:21of a pinched nerve knows that we are an elect, we are electrical beings.
- 6:26The brain fires and wires on a neural circuitry sending signals and messages to your whole
- 6:31body.
- 6:32It's not happening, but it's happening.
- 6:35You have to know what's happening is if you're thinking, then it's happening, right?
- 6:38You're breathing.
- 6:40You breathe.
- 6:41The life force is your oxygen that you breathe and you're oxygenating yourself.
- 6:47Your blood is pumping, your heart is beating, you're not doing anything.
- 6:51All of these processes are happening energetically because you're an energetic being.
- 6:55Well, and there's so much talk right now about the mitochondria, right?
- 7:00Indicatively in the biohack longevity space and with this Bobby Kennedy tailwind where
- 7:06there's lights being shown on so many areas of health and wellness that people haven't
- 7:11even heard about, that the average person I would say, like I think we're kind of a
- 7:14little bit more tuned in than most.
- 7:17But we hear a lot about mitochondrial energy and we hear about this electricity that drives
- 7:23our body.
- 7:24And I think particularly, and I'll say it, I don't care, like during COVID there was
- 7:28this whole talk of cytokine storms that were happening in people's bodies where energy
- 7:33was getting through broken cell layers and killing surrounding cells.
- 7:36And you see like this, it's almost like little bombs going off in the body and everything
- 7:42around it becomes like disaster zone.
- 7:46And again, I'm unpacking that in an incredibly elementary way.
- 7:52But the reality is, is like that's energy.
- 7:55Yeah, that is energy and that energy can be used just like an outlet like you, we've
- 8:00got different types of electricity that run into our homes.
- 8:04You know, one runs a lamp, but the other one runs the dryer, right?
- 8:08Those are different uses of the same electricity by keeping them regulated in some way.
- 8:15You're taking the energy that already exists in our body and really just reshaping it harmonically.
- 8:20Is that is that fair to say?
- 8:23I got one skeptic looking one now.
- 8:25No, I want to get her a chance to answer, but really, our formulas, we have 10 formulas.
- 8:33And they're based on the work of a brilliant biologist who specializes in immunology
- 8:38and virology in his name is Dr. John McMichael.
- 8:42And what he's done is he's created these molecular formulas.
- 8:47And that's what they're all cellular signaling products designed to up or down regulate to
- 8:52restore balance.
- 8:53What we've done is a little bit different.
- 8:56We have taken his molecular formulas.
- 8:59We have mapped the energetic blueprint of the formula.
- 9:03This is where it gets a little scientific and a little bit more complicated.
- 9:06Okay, we map that energetic blueprint.
- 9:09It's then digitized using advanced technology into the code.
- 9:15The code is the information that was captured in that energetic blueprint.
- 9:19And we structure saline solution using that.
- 9:23You can say structure.
- 9:24You can say imprint.
- 9:25You can say infuse.
- 9:27You can use whatever words you want to use that you understand.
- 9:30But the fact is that the saline solution holds memory.
- 9:33And we have studies by people that have been around for a long time.
- 9:37Look at Dr. E. Modo, for example.
- 9:39I was just about to bring him up.
- 9:41Okay, he's a brilliant example of water at the crystallizing point of where it's freezing.
- 9:47And if you're putting good vibrations into it, it makes this beautiful crystal structure.
- 9:52If you're swearing at it and playing heavy metal music into it and hating the water,
- 9:58then it looks kind of disorganized and sludgy.
- 10:01And that's the frequency, that's the vibration.
- 10:04So the only difference is we're using frequency to imprint the saline solution with the
- 10:10information based on the molecular formulas.
- 10:13So you mentioned Dr. E. Modo.
- 10:15And for those who don't know who Dr. E. Modo is, I'll fill that in and say there were
- 10:19studies that were done where if you're kind to water, and it freezes while you're being
- 10:24kind to it, the crystallization patterns are beautiful.
- 10:29Just their synchronous, they're just beautiful.
- 10:34They look like snowflakes.
- 10:35Is that a beautiful?
- 10:37And if you're angry towards water and you say ugly things towards a bowl of water and
- 10:42put it in the freezer, the patterns are distorted and it looks like, you know, some kind of heavy
- 10:47metal kind of sludgy, sharp thing.
- 10:49It's just a very sharp thing.
- 10:50It's just very sharp.
- 10:51It really just.
- 10:52Distortically, it's not beautiful.
- 10:54And it's interesting that like literally talking at water does this.
- 10:59And I was saying to somebody recently, I was in Puerto Rico back in January and we did
- 11:03like this jungle hike.
- 11:05And there was a plant and I'd never seen anything like this.
- 11:08And I want to say they call it the touch me not, but I can't be quoted at that because
- 11:14I haven't been able to look it back up.
- 11:16But it's a it's a fern almost and it's like really beautiful when it's there.
- 11:20And if you say something ugly to it, it actually retracts and it was like, watch it, no one
- 11:26touched it.
- 11:27Like you just said, and you're like, oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean that.
- 11:30And it flowers back out.
- 11:31And I'm like, this is like freaky sci-fi Harry Potter stuff, right?
- 11:35Like there's no way that this plant just heard what I said.
- 11:38And I mean, here's the weirdest part to me.
- 11:40It's like I was in Puerto Rico.
- 11:42This plant shouldn't even speak English, right?
- 11:45Like I said, ugly things in English.
- 11:47And the plant like, wait, this plant should only speak Spanish, right?
- 11:50Like even the plants are bilingual in Puerto Rico.
- 11:54But it was funny because I actually did start talking to it ugly in Spanish also just
- 11:59to see what it would do.
- 12:00You better.
- 12:01Yeah.
- 12:02It did the exact same thing.
- 12:03Exactly.
- 12:04We had a better conversation.
- 12:05But it actually did the same thing.
- 12:06And I'm like proving the point that it's like clearly not a language thing, but it's a
- 12:09resonance.
- 12:10It's a resonance.
- 12:11It's a finergy.
- 12:12It's a vibration.
- 12:13It's a frequency.
- 12:14Yeah.
- 12:15That our energy changes.
- 12:16A change of information.
- 12:17Mm-hmm.
- 12:18Mm-hmm.
- 12:19And that's exactly what this is.
- 12:21And to the radical generosity point that I was making, it's like what you put out is
- 12:26what you receive.
- 12:27Exactly.
- 12:28And the more that you give generously in life, the more generosity comes back to you.
- 12:33The more you give goodness, the more goodness comes back to you.
- 12:37And I think that's always been like, I always go back to ancient wisdom and say it sounds
- 12:42very biblical, right?
- 12:43Like, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
- 12:46And I'm like, well, that's really good advice from grandma.
- 12:50The reality is, since we are scientifically unpacking energy and frequency and vibrational
- 12:57levels, it's actually a scientific phrase.
- 13:01It is.
- 13:02Like, do unto others like what you're admitting to the world is literally what you are bringing
- 13:07back.
- 13:08I mean, I'm like, wow, that golden rule is literally a scientific quote.
- 13:11Well, this is the time we're bridging science and spirituality.
- 13:16It's all the same.
- 13:17Yeah, it is.
- 13:18It's a matter of having the right technology to be able to measure and validate these things
- 13:22scientifically.
- 13:23Yeah.
- 13:24Science has to catch up to the spiritual community.
- 13:26So cautious about my words nowadays.
- 13:28And I was always a person who, like, I love words.
- 13:31And I would probably be reckless with them more often than not to be full confession.
- 13:36But it's like, I will find myself lately, like, in this whole idea of psychonural immunology.
- 13:40Like, I won't say things because there's power in those things.
- 13:45Like, I found myself like, it's a very trendy thing for people who are like, oh my gosh,
- 13:48I'm dead.
- 13:49Like, like, I'm dead, like, I'm dying.
- 13:52And it's intended to be like, that's so funny, I'm literally losing control.
- 13:58But I'm like, I've gotten to the point that, like, I won't even use that phrase anymore
- 14:01because I'm not speaking that over my body.
- 14:04Now, I want to back into code health a little bit.
- 14:07Wendy, you've said so politely and at least, and I talk so much at the time here.
- 14:10But I want to know, how in the world did this even start?
- 14:14Well, that's a good story.
- 14:16Lisa was actually very, very sick with COVID.
- 14:21And just like she, I and our families, we were watching her get more and more sick every day.
- 14:33Well, her father was the next door neighbor to this brilliant immunologist,
- 14:38virologist, Dr. John McMichael, and he had this antiviral formula that had 40 years of research
- 14:47that he was actually utilizing his molecular formula on COVID patients as well.
- 14:54He knew that COVID was a virus and the same way that his molecular formulas worked with
- 15:01all other type of virus.
- 15:03It actually stops the replication of the viral load that is the most incredible part of this formula.
- 15:11Well, they overnighted the formula to Lisa.
- 15:14Lisa followed the explicit directions.
- 15:18And the next day, her 104 fever dissipated.
- 15:22And two days later, she got her taste and smell started coming back.
- 15:27So here, everyone else in the world was talking about vaccinations and medication and water.
- 15:36And literally, now Dr. McMichael, the one thing was that what Lisa spoke about was that all of his formulas
- 15:44work on a cellular level already.
- 15:48So his molecular formula works with resident molecular signaling.
- 15:54And that goes back to exactly what you were saying as far as residents.
- 15:57It's the cells are signaling each other.
- 16:00So Lisa got better.
- 16:02And one year later, she went back up to visit Dr. McMichael and her father wanted to go thank him
- 16:08for essentially saving her life.
- 16:10And there's a famous line.
- 16:13Go ahead, you say it because you say it better than me.
- 16:16Why doesn't everybody have this?
- 16:17And how can I help you bring it to the world?
- 16:20Yeah, I love that.
- 16:21And I didn't know how I was going to do it.
- 16:22Well, no, and there's that that comes back to in your pain as your purpose.
- 16:26Yeah, that's right.
- 16:27That's right.
- 16:28He connected me to his business partners.
- 16:30I had the first call with them.
- 16:31And I spent the whole time talking about her.
- 16:34I didn't even know if she was going to agree to do this with me.
- 16:36I was like, praying, oh my god, please, let her agree.
- 16:39I threw her in the fire.
- 16:40She had no idea.
- 16:41I was even talking about her.
- 16:42I just got on the phone and I was like, all right, well, this has to happen.
- 16:45So we need to get back to that energy attracting.
- 16:48And it's right, like last night, we were at the inaugural dinner
- 16:51for the lifelong well-being foundation.
- 16:54And you heard Rebecca Sanchez talking about she's in Helsinki, Finland,
- 16:58and I need to get away from the world retreat and runs into Nick Zaldestani.
- 17:02And he walks by and she's like something just whatever.
- 17:07And two days later, they end up never meeting before in their lives.
- 17:11And two days later, they end up forming a foundation
- 17:13to bring wellness and longevity education on the college campuses.
- 17:16It's incredible.
- 17:17An energy really does resonate, right?
- 17:20And it's almost like love at first sight kind of moment, right?
- 17:24Like I actually, as much as we say, like, no, it's not love.
- 17:27If you've got to get deep, you've got to get to know people.
- 17:29It's like, sure, but there is an attraction that happens.
- 17:33I mean, not in a weird way.
- 17:34I'm not suggesting something like that.
- 17:36I'm just saying the friends we keep, the spouses we choose,
- 17:41like there are fast connections you make with people.
- 17:43I mean, you know what or you don't.
- 17:44Absolutely.
- 17:45And it goes back to everything is vibration,
- 17:49right?
- 17:50Walk into a room and the room can be completely still,
- 17:54completely still and the energy is low.
- 17:58Or did you ever see someone or talk to someone and their energy is just so low
- 18:02that it affects your own energy, right?
- 18:05Oh, I'm terrible with that.
- 18:06All the time.
- 18:07And then yet, you can go and be in a room and walk into a room
- 18:11and the energy is high or a person, their energy is high.
- 18:15And so it's the residence between all of us
- 18:18and it's the energy within each other.
- 18:20And we resonate with, you know, we vibrate.
- 18:23Everything's about vibration.
- 18:25Code is about bringing back balance into your system.
- 18:31So I want to ask you a question on that.
- 18:33Because I know we're talking a lot about imprinting and frequencies
- 18:37and people may or may not be familiar with those terms, right?
- 18:41Like they know them, but at the quantum level that you're talking about,
- 18:44the mental thing, most people, that's a digestible word.
- 18:47But if I were to, you've got a formula and I use your product.
- 18:50So I mean, I, I'll, it's testimonial.
- 18:53I use the products.
- 18:53I've been sick.
- 18:54In fact, when you and I had lunch last, I was sick and like,
- 18:57take some of this with you and I'm like, yes,
- 18:59I don't have it with me.
- 18:59I'm traveling and, you know, and I did.
- 19:02I religiously took what I needed to take in a couple days later.
- 19:05I was back to normal and I took zero OTC.
- 19:09I took zero.
- 19:09I avoid pharmaceuticals as much as possible.
- 19:13Not to diss the pharmaceutical industry,
- 19:15but I just don't believe in putting synthetic things into my body
- 19:18if I can do away with it, if I can avoid it.
- 19:21Now, I'm going to say ibuprofen.
- 19:24I'll just throw out a random one ever.
- 19:26I have a headache.
- 19:27I decide that I'm going to go take ibuprofen
- 19:29because ibuprofen is going to actually trigger cells in my body
- 19:35to behave differently.
- 19:37And because they're doing that,
- 19:38they're actually going to on a neurological level block.
- 19:42The headache, right?
- 19:43The sensation that's happening in my nervous system
- 19:45that's causing that.
- 19:47Your drops, correct me if I'm wrong,
- 19:50emulate the exact frequency pattern of, for instance,
- 19:52an ibuprofen, like one of the products.
- 19:56But it actually goes and emulates the same frequency
- 20:00as something else would.
- 20:03Yes and no.
- 20:04That's a complicated question.
- 20:06Because remember, our formulas are a little bit different
- 20:10than what people would know as homeopathy.
- 20:13We call it next level homeopathy
- 20:15because we started as a molecular formula
- 20:18that was already made in a lab.
- 20:19We didn't start from the dilution of the dilution of the dilution
- 20:24of the dilution to finally then get an energy pattern.
- 20:28So in terms of an ibuprofen or an Advil,
- 20:31no, we are not using that information at all.
- 20:35The pain in inflammation formula that we have
- 20:38that works really well for headaches.
- 20:40Actually comes from a proprietary blend of cannabis.
- 20:45Okay, so that ibuprofen, but something else.
- 20:47Right, so there's this proprietary blend of cannabis.
- 20:50And we have mapped and digitized the information of this blend
- 20:55that works very well for things like migraines or headaches
- 20:58or RMS, those types of things,
- 21:00digitized it into the code.
- 21:02And now you can take one drop of saline solution
- 21:05and not have the side effects,
- 21:07not have the psychoactivity.
- 21:09There are no contraindications.
- 21:11You cannot fail a drug test.
- 21:12This is not a drug.
- 21:14This is what you are made out of, right?
- 21:17So there are 10 formulas and
- 21:24calm, for example, I'll use calm
- 21:26because calm, the basis of the molecular formula
- 21:29that calm is derived from is nerve growth factor.
- 21:33Now, we know because of all of Dr.
- 21:35Mick Michael's research that nerve growth factor
- 21:39is used to balance the autonomic nervous system.
- 21:41It's great for people that are overactive.
- 21:45I personally feel that anyone that has an overactive child,
- 21:49this should be the first go to before synthetic drugs.
- 21:54That's great.
- 21:55Since pharmaceuticals are great, when you have an emergency,
- 21:58you need an emergency solution now.
- 22:01You know, you need that.
- 22:03But to maintain balance throughout your daily life,
- 22:06or to have a way to help you manage your mind
- 22:09so that you're decreasing stress,
- 22:11so that your body is functioning more optimally,
- 22:14then this is a great solution.
- 22:16It's an alternative.
- 22:18So that's, and that's nerve growth factor.
- 22:20So people coming off of addiction,
- 22:23people that are high achievers.
- 22:25Sequel who just live in the syncopated nervous system.
- 22:27Yeah, people that are stressed out.
- 22:29And aren't we all, whether we know it or not,
- 22:31that answer is yes.
- 22:32What I love about this, and again,
- 22:35I use the example of how I wasn't feeling well,
- 22:37and then got this and got better.
- 22:38And we use the example of, you know,
- 22:41Lisa had COVID, and then this ended up curing it.
- 22:43It's like, and I think there's,
- 22:45and I know you talk about the,
- 22:46you know, the traveling medicine cabinet.
- 22:48Yes.
- 22:49In your marketing materials.
- 22:51But the, the, what I think is important
- 22:54to really highlight about this,
- 22:56and what I would stress is that
- 22:58we have a tendency to react,
- 23:01which I know is the name of one of your,
- 23:02what are your allergies, by the way?
- 23:04Minor good.
- 23:05Yeah, because you just took a job of me to go,
- 23:07and you're feeling better.
- 23:08But the, the, the idea, so much,
- 23:12we talk about pharmacology.
- 23:13We talk about, you know, OTCs.
- 23:14We talk about homeopathy.
- 23:17And we tend to, we're still stuck.
- 23:20I'm going to unpack this for a second.
- 23:23We, we've grown up, you know,
- 23:25those of us who are maybe not teenagers anymore.
- 23:29We've grown up in, in an environment
- 23:32that has taught us that we reduce symptoms, right?
- 23:35We don't actually seek wellness.
- 23:37We reduce symptoms.
- 23:38And our whole healthcare system is set up
- 23:40on that premise, which I think we're starting to see a shift.
- 23:43But this idea that we're, we're trying to reduce symptoms.
- 23:47What I love about code is that,
- 23:49yes, it has the ability to reduce symptoms, right?
- 23:52Like, you can certainly take something
- 23:54because you have a headache.
- 23:56But the reality is, is that the,
- 23:58the, I'll use the word formulas,
- 24:00but the imprints that you have here,
- 24:04they're maintaining balance
- 24:06so that you don't ever have a symptom.
- 24:09Like, it's, it's almost a preemptive strike.
- 24:11Reluctive.
- 24:12So, so that you don't end up with symptoms
- 24:15that people end up reaching for, again,
- 24:17the medicine cabinet, when there's a symptom,
- 24:20and that's the only time we pay attention to it,
- 24:22but we don't pay attention to it
- 24:24before the symptom exists.
- 24:26And, and then we're always, I say,
- 24:28we're always starting from a deficit
- 24:30when we get into a health conversation,
- 24:33because I, people ask me all the time,
- 24:35like, well, what should I be doing?
- 24:36I'm like, I don't know what's going on in your body.
- 24:37Right.
- 24:38And some days are different than others.
- 24:40Correct.
- 24:40And physiologically, you're just built differently than me.
- 24:44Like, my biology is different
- 24:46than everybody else's biology on the planet.
- 24:49You know, the amazing part about that,
- 24:51but the, you guys are given a, a, a balancing position
- 24:56in a, in a body that it never has to become broken.
- 25:00Right.
- 25:01This is very true.
- 25:02When we created the code kit,
- 25:04it was really made for the entire household,
- 25:08because it's safe for people and animals of all ages.
- 25:12So you can be an infant, a toddler,
- 25:16the elderly can take it safely,
- 25:18and it is not dependent on weight or size.
- 25:22Very different than pharmaceuticals,
- 25:25because pharmaceuticals are dependent on the weight,
- 25:27the size, your age, et cetera.
- 25:31With our drops going back to exactly what you said,
- 25:34it is a very proactive and individualized approach.
- 25:39And that's where Lisa and I speak all the time
- 25:42about the importance of people to take responsibility
- 25:47for their own health.
- 25:48And if you are proactive
- 25:50and you are balancing your system
- 25:53in all different ways, not just with the code drops,
- 25:55but with everything in life,
- 25:58then you become a healthier person.
- 26:01And so we've given this opportunity for people to take
- 26:06the simplicity of saline solution
- 26:09that is going to balance many different facets of your body.
- 26:16So for instance, balance,
- 26:17it's why we call it balance,
- 26:19is the cellular health formula.
- 26:21So if that's something that, you know,
- 26:24it's derived actually from the six most essential trace minerals
- 26:28that your body needs.
- 26:30You take it AM and PM.
- 26:32So there are products like balance
- 26:34that we suggest AM and PM on a daily basis.
- 26:38Another product that we recommend is protect.
- 26:41Protect on a daily basis,
- 26:44what that does.
- 26:44And again, it's very scientific,
- 26:46but it evokes an interferon response.
- 26:49So it protects yourself from any foreign agents.
- 26:53It just gives you that extra edge, right?
- 26:55It boosts immunity.
- 26:57It boosts your immunity.
- 26:59The idea is, even with recover,
- 27:03we don't talk about recover a lot,
- 27:05but recover is a phenomenal product,
- 27:08pre and post workout.
- 27:11It is our muscle and joint formula.
- 27:13And if you take a drop of recover before you work out
- 27:17and a drop of recover after,
- 27:19it actually helps your muscles recover
- 27:23with going through a full workout.
- 27:25So this is what I'm missing?
- 27:26Exactly.
- 27:27I need to be jacked on it.
- 27:29I'm going to put like a bottle over recover then.
- 27:31I mean, that's what I need.
- 27:32You know, it's funny to be dropped at a time.
- 27:35What drop at a time?
- 27:38It's true.
- 27:39You know, so recover is a great formula.
- 27:41So the other formula that we say
- 27:44everyone needs a drop of calm,
- 27:46calm is just so great.
- 27:49And we all don't even realize the stress
- 27:53that we are functioning under.
- 27:56I would love to see if you guys at some point.
- 27:59And I know you don't have this yet,
- 28:01but using calm and measuring HRV scores.
- 28:06We do.
- 28:07Do you have this?
- 28:07Of course, yeah.
- 28:08We have a full study.
- 28:10We've done two studies, actually.
- 28:11One using the Biowell Gas Discharge Visualization Device,
- 28:15which measures your bio field.
- 28:17And the other is the Neural Check Device,
- 28:19which is a heart rate variability.
- 28:22Yeah, all day long.
- 28:23All day long.
- 28:24So what we did is we had a full study
- 28:26and everyone took a baseline of their heart rate variability.
- 28:31One drop of calm, we waited 30 minutes
- 28:34and then we did another scan.
- 28:37And it is amazing what one drop of calm showed.
- 28:41It did.
- 28:42Did they do that as a placebo?
- 28:44Like a double blind or something?
- 28:45We did not know.
- 28:46We haven't gotten there yet.
- 28:47That is our next step.
- 28:49We actually said we were going to plan to do that this summer.
- 28:52So we're just getting our ducks in a row.
- 28:53We've got to get our participants together.
- 28:55But yeah, we'd like to do that.
- 28:57You know, there's multiple.
- 28:59If anybody is familiar with this Neural Check Device,
- 29:03Dr. Patrick Porter uses it when they show the before
- 29:07and after of a brain tap session.
- 29:10And so we actually visited Dr. Porter
- 29:13and his team up in Newburn, North Carolina.
- 29:17And we spent a few days with them and we did multiple tests.
- 29:21And another test we did was blood microscopy.
- 29:24And we showed the difference between the baseline
- 29:29of the blood under the microscope, one drop of calm,
- 29:33and then what the blood looked like afterwards.
- 29:35We also worked with Dr. Hemel Patel of Versailles Health.
- 29:40And he did in vitro study using three of our drops.
- 29:47I'll let Lisa go into the details of it.
- 29:49But there were cell biopsy studies that we did.
- 29:52So this last year, we have really tried in all different ways
- 29:58to take a very scientific approach.
- 30:01So when people say, well, how does a drop of saline solution work?
- 30:05And how does it make this happen or that happen?
- 30:08We actually have the research that shows it.
- 30:11I love that. I love that.
- 30:14So yeah, I'm a code junkie.
- 30:15Like I'm not going to lie.
- 30:16Like I have the stuff I use it.
- 30:18And I'm like, now you've got me thinking,
- 30:19like taking a calm while using my brain tap.
- 30:22So code works synergistically
- 30:26with everything else you're already doing.
- 30:28So brain tap, if you're going to sleep at night,
- 30:30you would take a drop of dream to help you go to sleep
- 30:32while you're using your brain tap
- 30:33and reprogramming your brain
- 30:35and optimizing your brain,
- 30:37optimizing your sleep.
- 30:38And everything else of the brain does.
- 30:41Calm for stress relief, or if you're exercising,
- 30:45or that one intervenes.
- 30:47Yeah, yeah, I know, right?
- 30:49Or even breathe, if you're doing something
- 30:51like molecular hydrogen, or you're going into a yoga class
- 30:54and you're going to do breath work,
- 30:55you want to clear out the news.
- 30:56Hyperbaric, or anything like that.
- 30:58Anything, yeah.
- 30:59So that's the other thing.
- 31:00You know, we talk about code as an alternative
- 31:04to over-the-counter in prescription medication,
- 31:06but actually each one of our products
- 31:09really work with everything that is in biohacking
- 31:13and the health and wellness industry.
- 31:15Yeah, you're like the ultimate support for everything else.
- 31:17And because it's just sailing,
- 31:18there's no counter indication.
- 31:20That's right. There's no...
- 31:22So for instance, we're here with upper A on,
- 31:26and many of their sessions,
- 31:29they are coding people with our drops.
- 31:33So before anyone goes into the session,
- 31:36we're giving them a drop of calm,
- 31:38if they're going into something that's going to bring them
- 31:41into a meditation or a peaceful state.
- 31:44We give them breathe, which is great for breath work.
- 31:48And what's incredible, at least,
- 31:50and I've been doing these conferences now for two years,
- 31:53and everyone will open their mouth and just take a drop.
- 31:56I mean, let's face it, we've all put away worse things
- 31:59in our mouth than sailing solution.
- 32:01No one questions it.
- 32:03Well, at these biohacking conferences,
- 32:05there's some weird stuff that goes on, right?
- 32:07I give the hand at all these psychedelics and...
- 32:10The other thing is...
- 32:11That's your next journey.
- 32:15The other thing that we do is we're very intentional,
- 32:18because if we're going to shift a mindset,
- 32:21and we're going to become more proactive,
- 32:23and we're going to work on taking care of ourselves now,
- 32:27so that we don't have problems in the future,
- 32:30then we have to be intentional
- 32:32with what we put on in our body.
- 32:34So by all means, find alternatives,
- 32:36whether it be this or whatever else you're doing, you know?
- 32:41So I have to ask, we've talked about quantum energy
- 32:44and like attracts like and so on and so forth.
- 32:48You are two women who knew each other adjunctly,
- 32:52and you found a formula and dragged her in,
- 32:55and you came in like a powerhouse to make this happen,
- 32:59and everything went crazy.
- 33:02What is it like entering a totally new market?
- 33:06I want to know the entrepreneur story as we,
- 33:08as we're closing out here, like,
- 33:10you've neither one of you have done this before, right?
- 33:12Like you're all of a sudden in quantum frequencies,
- 33:14and I know you've run businesses,
- 33:16and you've been involved in medicine.
- 33:20So there's a synergy in that way,
- 33:22but you're two women who are trying to storm an industry
- 33:26and rewrite the way everything is done, and...
- 33:29I'll tell you my take on it, right?
- 33:32It is definitely uphill, but I will take the tell you something.
- 33:37I have known Lisa for many, many years,
- 33:40and she's spoken to me numerous times
- 33:43about everything with quantum energy and entanglement
- 33:48and things that I knew nothing about,
- 33:51and it was completely far into me, completely.
- 33:54Well, about a year into being in this company,
- 33:59I was learning and learning and learning more and more,
- 34:02and it became easy enough for me to really understand,
- 34:05but one day we were at a conference,
- 34:08and someone else was talking about a completely different
- 34:12product, and it was if a light bulb went off on my head.
- 34:16You could see it.
- 34:17You could literally see it, and it clicked,
- 34:20and everything about our products made perfect sense.
- 34:24She looked at me, I'm sitting, she was on my right,
- 34:27I was sitting on her left, and she looked at me like this.
- 34:32Like I get it, I got it.
- 34:34And it was like, I felt it through my whole body,
- 34:37it was just that moment where she got it,
- 34:40and I was like, okay, well, it didn't have to come for me,
- 34:42but she got it from someone.
- 34:44So now what we try and do, Lisa is very scientific,
- 34:48and so she's amazing at explaining things
- 34:51in a very scientific way.
- 34:53I'm a Lehman, so the way that I try to explain it to people
- 34:58is the way that it finally made sense to me
- 35:03on how I just got it and understood how it worked.
- 35:07But the bottom line is there are every time
- 35:11that we speak to someone else,
- 35:14and that person understands it in their mind.
- 35:17They actually come up with a catchphrase
- 35:20in a different way that we would say it.
- 35:22And so over the last year, we've really tuned in,
- 35:25literally tuned in, and figured out how we want
- 35:29to present this to the world.
- 35:31And it's just as simple as one drop under the tongue.
- 35:36The story that we tell is if you compare
- 35:40what we have to photography.
- 35:42So back in the day, I always say back in the day,
- 35:45there we had cameras with film,
- 35:48and photographers would have to take pictures.
- 35:51They didn't know what the end result was going to be
- 35:53until they went to the dark room.
- 35:55And then they took the film out,
- 35:57and went through it a full process,
- 35:59and they had chemicals that they would place the film in,
- 36:03and they also had chemicals that were also on the paper.
- 36:07And there was a very unique balance
- 36:12between what chemicals they used,
- 36:14and they would finally come out with the image of that picture.
- 36:18Well, in today's world, we have our smartphones
- 36:22that have a digital camera on it,
- 36:25and we have digital cameras,
- 36:27and that takes a digitized image of the information
- 36:33that is being seen through that lens
- 36:35in the perfect image, in the perfect balance,
- 36:39and you have it right then and there,
- 36:41and you don't have to add the chemicals,
- 36:43and you don't have to add all the technicalities
- 36:46of that chemical mixing with your own body.
- 36:49It's the information that you get digitized in one drop,
- 36:53in one split second,
- 36:55just like that picture that you take on the phone.
- 36:57That's so fun.
- 36:59Does that make sense?
- 37:00It makes a lot of sense,
- 37:01because I'm old enough to remember those cameras.
- 37:03Back in the day, having to wait seven days
- 37:06to find out how they turned out.
- 37:07You have to press the button to wind it,
- 37:09then you had to bring it to CVS.
- 37:10Put in a little black jar,
- 37:11and I remember when you actually had to put the flashes
- 37:13on top of the camera,
- 37:15and then once all six bulbs would go on,
- 37:17you get a new flash thing.
- 37:18Oh yeah, oh yeah.
- 37:20But you know, it's just taking all of these other
- 37:24unnecessary things that you need to do.
- 37:28And again, it's not dissing photographers,
- 37:30because there are photographers,
- 37:32the best photographers that use film and dark rooms
- 37:35and beautiful photography,
- 37:38but making this analogy,
- 37:40that imagine it's just information.
- 37:43Yeah, it's just code.
- 37:45It's just the code.
- 37:46And it's the code.
- 37:47It's really simple.
- 37:48The mind wants to overcomplicate everything.
- 37:51So much so.
- 37:52But it's so simple.
- 37:53Guys, and I will say this,
- 37:54like I've had the privilege of watching your journey
- 37:58and seeing what you guys are doing,
- 37:59and watching the way you show up in the world
- 38:02when you go to conferences,
- 38:03when you're at events,
- 38:05when you're participating in this space,
- 38:07and it's no surprise to me that you're crushing it,
- 38:11because you show up in the world in a way
- 38:13that people want to go along with you.
- 38:16Like people want to participate in what you're doing.
- 38:18And while the formula is fantastic,
- 38:21I will say that it's you that is driving your brand.
- 38:24Thank you.
- 38:25Thank you.
- 38:26The product is great,
- 38:27but I genuinely mean that it is the attraction
- 38:29to the energy that you both show up in the world with
- 38:31that really makes the impact.
- 38:33Thank you.
- 38:34Well, it's also you contribute.
- 38:36It's also people like you with radical generosity
- 38:39that help people.
- 38:40No, it's you.
- 38:41No, it's you.
- 38:42No, it's you.
- 38:44No, it's you.
- 38:44No, you're pretty.
- 38:45You're prettier, you're prettier.
- 38:49These guys, I can't.
- 38:50Guys, I'm going to tell you,
- 38:52I want you to go check out Code House.
- 38:54Take a look.
- 38:55There will be information down in the show notes
- 38:57for you to go find them online.
- 38:59Guys, is there anything I'll give you the last word
- 39:01as we're wrapping up here?
- 39:03Talk to people.
- 39:03Tell them what they're doing.
- 39:04I think just keep an open mind to everything
- 39:09because if your mind is open,
- 39:12then there are endless possibilities.
- 39:14And Albert Einstein said that frequency medicine
- 39:21is the medicine of the future.
- 39:23And he said it a long time ago.
- 39:25And the future is now.
- 39:29Thank you.
- 39:29That's amazing.
- 39:30Thank you so much for tuning in to Performance Driven Living.
- 39:33Now we get some balance in our lives with Code Health.
- 39:36Take a look at the links.
- 39:37And we'll have all of the contact information
- 39:39for both Code Health as well as Wendy Cohn Osborne.
- 39:43And Dr. Lisa Piper will all be down there in the note.
- 39:45So take a look, check them out.
- 39:46And I encourage you.
- 39:47Let's get some balance back.
- 39:49Let's get that preemptive strike
- 39:51so that we're not dealing with symptom reduction,
- 39:53but rather bringing a holistic approach to our own health.
- 39:58Thank you guys so much.
