  SPEAKER_00: So, what is that leap framework?

  SPEAKER_00: The leap framework is leveraging communication, creating the right energy, the actions that you are going to take, and the performance in your business that you, of course, need to measure.

  SPEAKER_00: We use that leap framework to guide our clients into making strategic leaps in both their business and life.

  SPEAKER_00: So, along with being the host of this podcast and being a high-performance success coach, I also have an amazing networking business as well.

  SPEAKER_00: And the biggest thing that I love is in all of my businesses is to help leaders and listeners like you learn game-changing insights so that you can level up.

  SPEAKER_00: So today, what I really wanted to talk about was why this podcast, the vision for it, and really, as I shared, I want to give you a little bit of a nugget to walk away with.

  SPEAKER_00: So I started this podcast because I truly believe that leadership, each and every single one of us, is a leader, and that leadership is something that we have to learn.

  SPEAKER_00: Not everybody comes out of the womb knowing how to lead.

  SPEAKER_00: Leadership is a practice, it's learning, it's a skill.

  SPEAKER_00: And we have to be able to work at it to get great at it every day.

  SPEAKER_00: And so, how do we do that?

  SPEAKER_00: Well, yes, we can read books, we can hear podcasts, but we need to put things into practice.

  SPEAKER_00: And so hopefully that we're gonna we're gonna be able to do that together.

  SPEAKER_00: But I also wanted to share this because leadership today in the world that we have today, I believe that we need to create more amazing leaders.

  SPEAKER_00: If you are a leader in a business and you have a team that is just loving working with you, or you're working in an organization and you're leading it, and people are thriving and they're all aligned with your vision for what you are doing.

  SPEAKER_00: And they take that and they take that energy and they bring it out to the world and it resonates with the people around them at a higher level, then we're gonna actually be able to create a higher level of energy for those that we connect with.

  SPEAKER_00: And if we can make more leaders that are doing that around the world, then we're creating a better universe.

  SPEAKER_00: And that is what I dream of is a leveled up world with high achieving leaders who are creating and touching amazing people and creating an energy that is infectious in a great way.

  SPEAKER_00: So what is one of the biggest things about leading?

  SPEAKER_00: Well, one of the things I you will hear me talk about, and I'm gonna talk about the L today, and that is leveraging communication.

  SPEAKER_00: Leveraging communication, the L is really the crux and the start of the leadership.

  SPEAKER_00: Yes, it's the same L, right?
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_00: But what is leveraging communication and why is it so important?

  SPEAKER_00: Leveraging communication with my coaching is where you are communicating not only your vision and your mission to yourself, but it's the communication that you're using to share that with the people around you, your team, your family, your friends.

  SPEAKER_00: So do you have your mission and your vision statement written out that you can look at and read every day?

  SPEAKER_00: Is it something that your family knows?
• 6:56
  SPEAKER_00: Is it something that your team members know, or that your business partners know?

  SPEAKER_00: Your vision and your mission is the key to communicating what you want, where you want to go, and it brings in your achievement code, which are the codes and values that you live by that you want to bring into your business and your world.

  SPEAKER_00: And you want the people that you're gonna bring into your business to have some of those same codes because it's going to create an alignment with your business and the work that you're doing.

  SPEAKER_00: So uh here's my tip, and I really hope that you take this and put it into action.

  SPEAKER_00: I want you to write your vision mantra, or I call it your mission mantra, on a five by seven or a four by six postcard.

  SPEAKER_00: And one of my key things is I read it every single day.

  SPEAKER_00: And I look at this, and when I read it, it puts a smile on my face.

  SPEAKER_00: And so I'll share you mine with you.

  SPEAKER_00: I will be consistent with my special gift and skill, which is connecting people together so they can link and have business or connections or partnerships.

  SPEAKER_00: And when I am using my special gift, it's going to help me accomplish my big goal, which is being an amazing coach, connector, mentor to more people so that I can make this world a little bit better every day.

  SPEAKER_00: And in doing so, I get my fullest fulfillment, which is putting smiles on people's faces, helping people grow their business, create income, and making the best memories for my family.

  SPEAKER_00: And it inspires me to be the best coach, the best person, so that I can live each day with a focus and a purpose.

  SPEAKER_00: And this expands into a deeper, longer mission that I have for my business.

  SPEAKER_00: And the people that I partner with for my business know my mission.

  SPEAKER_00: I share it with them when we have a meeting.

  SPEAKER_00: I share the mission.

  SPEAKER_00: And so I invite you and challenge you to create your mission mantra and then write out your mission statement.

  SPEAKER_00: And you probably made your mission statement when you started your company, but then I'm gonna ask you, when was the last time you looked at it and you read it?

  SPEAKER_00: If you haven't looked at it and read it last in this week, take it out and read it.

  SPEAKER_00: Your mission statement is something that evolves, it's not something that's set in stone.

  SPEAKER_00: It's what you use to communicate what you're doing in your business, where you want your business to go, where you want your family to go.

  SPEAKER_00: And so having that mission tied to your mission mantra along with your achievement codes is going to help you leverage the communication that you will be sharing with your team, your clients, your business associates.

  SPEAKER_00: It helps you create the right words and the right vibe so you can attract the right people.

  SPEAKER_00: And being a great leader, again, it starts with leveraging the communication that you say to yourself and to your team.
