- 0:44Speaker 3: Good afternoon everybody, and welcome to Kats and Pudding.
- 0:47Speaker 4: And I'm Jennifer Delandro. Welcome to the show. And today
- 0:51Speaker 4: we have a wonderful guess a dude. Right, that's your
- 0:55Speaker 4: last name? Yep, fear right.
- 0:57Speaker 3: You have such a beautiful name, like it sounds like
- 1:00Speaker 3: it does sound like an astrology type kind of name.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:03Speaker 3: And you are an astrologer. You're a famous astrologer.
- 1:07Speaker 2: My twin sister and I astro twins actually make it easier.
- 1:10Speaker 4: Wow, I just remember the name. I love that that's great.
- 1:14Speaker 3: And your and your sister's name Holly Holler beautiful names.
- 1:18Speaker 4: And you and you write for EL magazine. That's amazing.
- 1:22Speaker 4: And how long have you been doing this?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Fifteen years? Well, astrology of twenty five years? Wow? L fifteen?
- 1:29Speaker 4: Yeah? What made you get into it?
- 1:30Speaker 3: Did you have like like gone, did you have like visions?
- 1:35Speaker 3: Did you have feelings like what?
- 1:37Speaker 4: Not at all?
- 1:37Speaker 2: I was actually a student at the University of Michigan.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I was nerdy. I almost went to engineering school, and.
- 1:44Speaker 4: I starretty have Korea now for a woman, right? You know,
- 1:48Speaker 4: you did a good dude, did a good pivot.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I did a good pivot. Actually went to art school.
- 1:52Speaker 2: But my college boyfriend, who actually was born exactly two
- 1:56Speaker 2: days after you, to the year r ago, it gave
- 2:00Speaker 2: me my astrology chart as a gift for my twenty
- 2:03Speaker 2: first birthday. And it was this map, this thirty page
- 2:07Speaker 2: booklet that told me all these things about me that
- 2:10Speaker 2: made me think that the CIA had been hanging out
- 2:12Speaker 2: in my house. So I was like, I got to
- 2:14Speaker 2: figure out how you figured this out or this computer did.
- 2:19Speaker 2: I got a little piece of software and started doing
- 2:21Speaker 2: all my friends charts reading what it meant out of
- 2:24Speaker 2: a book and I was like, this bizarrely accurate. Why
- 2:27Speaker 2: doesn't everybody know how to use this? We suffer so
- 2:31Speaker 2: much needlessly. It's like, here's this cosmic code that we
- 2:34Speaker 2: all come with.
- 2:35Speaker 3: And you feel like there was a cosmic code that
- 2:37Speaker 3: you could actually navigate through. Like if I wanted to
- 2:40Speaker 3: go and look it through it and get the get
- 2:43Speaker 3: the credentials to look through, I can navigate throw it absolutely,
- 2:47Speaker 3: figure it out.
- 2:48Speaker 2: You just need your time, date and place of birth,
- 2:50Speaker 2: and then you get a map of the stars and
- 2:54Speaker 2: the planets where they were the day I was born,
- 2:57Speaker 2: the day were born, the exact moment you were born
- 2:59Speaker 2: in really.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Right, no matter just the month, because like when you
- 3:03Speaker 3: get a horrace now down to the minute.
- 3:05Speaker 4: You're getting just a month. Like you, I know, my
- 3:08Speaker 4: my my friend.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Isn't is into astrology, and she actually has a book
- 3:12Speaker 3: that shows the date and how different it is on
- 3:15Speaker 3: the date of your birth and the time. So, so
- 3:19Speaker 3: what do you feel like, is somebody boring a day
- 3:22Speaker 3: or at night a better or worse person?
- 3:24Speaker 2: Is it?
- 3:25Speaker 3: Like that's not for me to say, and it's not
- 3:28Speaker 3: really So you've done enough.
- 3:32Speaker 4: You can be an.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Asshole at any hour of the day.
- 3:34Speaker 4: It's a choice, you know.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Exactly exactly right, yes, uh, and this actually maybe can
- 3:43Speaker 2: help you be less of an asshole or no when
- 3:46Speaker 2: you're being one.
- 3:47Speaker 4: I don't know, kind of a mirror up in your face, right, it.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Is, But we need that because human beings are our
- 3:53Speaker 2: own biggest blind spots. It's like, you don't know what
- 3:56Speaker 2: you look like. You're sitting here in this body looking
- 3:59Speaker 2: out at everyone else from the world, and you don't
- 4:00Speaker 2: know what they do.
- 4:01Speaker 3: You don't know how they perceive you, right kind of,
- 4:03Speaker 3: I mean you kind of think how they perceive you. Yeah,
- 4:05Speaker 3: people have this maybe image of themselves that's not what's
- 4:09Speaker 3: really projecting to other people.
- 4:12Speaker 2: I think we spend a lot of time thinking about
- 4:14Speaker 2: what we think other people are thinking about us.
- 4:17Speaker 3: And social media really made that even more. I think
- 4:21Speaker 3: it made people more of wires.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Totally, right, Do you find that? I think? Yeah?
- 4:25Speaker 3: I mean ninety nine percent of what people put out
- 4:27Speaker 3: on social media is a lie.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Yeah, But I think it's also a response to the
- 4:31Speaker 2: insecurity people feel just being human beings and not knowing,
- 4:36Speaker 2: like feeling out of control over their life. So what
- 4:38Speaker 2: I love about astrology is like it's like, Okay, this
- 4:41Speaker 2: is kind of a rough cut of who you are,
- 4:44Speaker 2: and when you have that knowing, you can make better choices.
- 4:48Speaker 2: All right, I'm not going to do that or I
- 4:49Speaker 2: am going to do that. So I found it to
- 4:52Speaker 2: be very helpful and.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Do you like so so you get so somebody comes
- 4:57Speaker 3: and see you, you do their chart, you do their
- 4:59Speaker 3: do you help them navigate through this map? Like doude
- 5:02Speaker 3: continue with them throughout? Like what's like would be a timeframe,
- 5:05Speaker 3: so like say I wanted to call you up and say, hey,
- 5:08Speaker 3: can you take me through through my map and can
- 5:11Speaker 3: you stay with me for the next six months and
- 5:13Speaker 3: kind of help me through navigate through the things I
- 5:15Speaker 3: need to navigate through.
- 5:15Speaker 2: I do get asked to do that. So usually if
- 5:19Speaker 2: I'll do a session, I'll talk to the person about
- 5:22Speaker 2: their their map, their chart and because it's really important
- 5:25Speaker 2: to understand, like if you did if you were working
- 5:28Speaker 2: with the patient, you would want them to know your
- 5:29Speaker 2: skin is like this, Oh you're gonna bleed a lot,
- 5:32Speaker 2: or oh this is you know, first you tell them
- 5:34Speaker 2: the facts, but then you start to give them the options.
- 5:38Speaker 2: So i'd first like tell you how your birth chart
- 5:40Speaker 2: makes you wired as a person. And then I might
- 5:43Speaker 2: be like, oh, you want to do this in a
- 5:44Speaker 2: year or in a week or in two weeks. You
- 5:46Speaker 2: want to get married, you want to start dating, you
- 5:48Speaker 2: want to apply for a job, Let's find a good
- 5:51Speaker 2: time when.
- 5:52Speaker 4: And that could actually tell, and that could actually tell.
- 5:54Speaker 3: I could tell you like this is that this this
- 5:56Speaker 3: this month is going to be a change for you.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Don't know what kind of change. I mean, could you
- 6:01Speaker 4: actually I.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Can tell you we're changed.
- 6:04Speaker 4: And I need you to tell me all that I
- 6:06Speaker 4: need to know about this. Yeah, so you're going to
- 6:09Speaker 4: do this for me.
- 6:09Speaker 2: We're going to do that.
- 6:10Speaker 3: I'm so excited and you just bare it all. I
- 6:13Speaker 3: don't care whatever, okay I say, I don't care. Just
- 6:16Speaker 3: do it even if it's uncomfortable, Okay.
- 6:18Speaker 4: I want.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I want to know that I'm going to be like successful,
- 6:21Speaker 3: more successful than I need to know.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Absolutely. And it's it's not an if thing. It's more
- 6:26Speaker 2: of a how, like anyone can be successful. Yeah, maybe
- 6:30Speaker 2: some people have less motivation and discipline and stamina. Actually,
- 6:35Speaker 2: some people have charts where things just fall in their
- 6:37Speaker 2: laps and they they're a little lazy and.
- 6:39Speaker 3: They don't and they don't pursue it, and then yes
- 6:42Speaker 3: kind of fades away. So they give opportunities and then
- 6:45Speaker 3: they don't, they don't act on it exact. So if
- 6:48Speaker 3: you're a virgo, because I know virgos right where where where,
- 6:52Speaker 3: I know we'resive, obsessive, compulsive, we are perfectionists. I know
- 6:56Speaker 3: that which I am and I'm competitive. That's you, and
- 7:00Speaker 3: I do tell the truth. I am true to a
- 7:04Speaker 3: fault that people get mad at me when I speak
- 7:06Speaker 3: the truth.
- 7:06Speaker 2: So too damn bad.
- 7:08Speaker 4: I don't care. That's right. I'd rather somebody tell me
- 7:10Speaker 4: the truth than than than why on my face?
- 7:12Speaker 2: My uncle says. The difference between a friendly person and
- 7:15Speaker 2: friend is it? A friendly person tells you what you
- 7:17Speaker 2: want to hear, and a friend tells you the truth.
- 7:19Speaker 4: That's right.
- 7:20Speaker 2: We don't this. Too many fake friendly people out there,
- 7:22Speaker 2: we don't. We don't need them.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Well, you know, good good friend will help you, will
- 7:26Speaker 3: help you commit the crime. But I'm really good friend
- 7:29Speaker 3: will help you bury the body.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Okay, I'll take it to that next level. Okay, this
- 7:35Speaker 2: is truth.
- 7:38Speaker 4: That's the Italian I love it. I love it.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Bringing on, I'll tell all you know, we're going to
- 7:44Speaker 2: bury no bodies all right to talk about your church.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Let's go, I brace myself, let me sit and.
- 7:55Speaker 2: So so let me just look at this is so
- 7:59Speaker 2: this is the man app of you show up on
- 8:03Speaker 2: my wall like art. Yeah, well you should some people do.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Actually does that help?
- 8:08Speaker 3: Does it help like navigate if you put it up
- 8:10Speaker 3: on the let's be carried in your pocket or something like.
- 8:13Speaker 4: I'm not a lucky sure something.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Most people look at this and just think it's like
- 8:17Speaker 2: a piece of you know, hieroglyphics.
- 8:20Speaker 3: It kind of looked like hieroglyphically, but it's kind of
- 8:22Speaker 3: appealing to the eye.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I mean I did a reading for Nicole Richie. It
- 8:27Speaker 2: was also Virgo back in two thousand and three. She said, yeah,
- 8:31Speaker 2: she said that she had her chart painted in gold
- 8:34Speaker 2: on her that's so you.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Know, and she still has I guess it was.
- 8:38Speaker 2: It was that's twenty years ago.
- 8:39Speaker 3: But did you see that everything on the chart sort
- 8:42Speaker 3: of mapped out for her?
- 8:43Speaker 4: Like have you been like kind of keeping tabs on her?
- 8:46Speaker 2: Kind of? I mean, she's got she was, uh, you know,
- 8:49Speaker 2: back in her Paris Hilton simple life days and now
- 8:52Speaker 2: she's a mom and all these other dudes like different.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Did you tell her that? When she was said.
- 8:57Speaker 2: No, she was kind of like just it was was
- 8:59Speaker 2: that like the Billboard Music Awards was and the for
- 9:03Speaker 2: the celebrities they were passing through Beyonce, who shares a
- 9:07Speaker 2: birthday with you?
- 9:08Speaker 4: Yes, Air does.
- 9:10Speaker 2: And she sat down and like didn't even want to leave.
- 9:13Speaker 2: She actually just started dating jay Z and we you know,
- 9:17Speaker 2: my sister was like, do you want a chart for
- 9:19Speaker 2: you know, you know who? She was like yes, and
- 9:22Speaker 2: she she was actually very nice, very interested in it.
- 9:26Speaker 3: So she's she's you know what, she's a colundrum. I
- 9:29Speaker 3: think she's she puts out that to be a different
- 9:31Speaker 3: type of person, but she's really like a Conserva conservative.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Well, she wants to be a mom, she wants to
- 9:36Speaker 4: be married.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Yeah, so she's kind of she's a Virgo too, so
- 9:40Speaker 3: she's too saved. Yes, yes, with two different people. Were
- 9:44Speaker 3: we have different hats? I was two different people. We
- 9:46Speaker 3: wear different hats.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Right.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Have you heard about like your sun moon and rising?
- 9:51Speaker 2: People talk about that, So for you, you're a Libra
- 9:55Speaker 2: moon and a Libra rising, and Libra rules beauty and
- 9:58Speaker 2: aesthetics and balance. So Virgo's about all that precision. You
- 10:03Speaker 2: actually have four planets in Virgo, you've got the Sun, Mars, Mercury,
- 10:09Speaker 2: and Pluto, and then also the South node, which is
- 10:12Speaker 2: your past life sign. So you're a Virgo who has
- 10:15Speaker 2: been a Virgo through many lifetimes.
- 10:16Speaker 4: So I've been a Virgo forever exactly. Yes.
- 10:20Speaker 2: And the houses of the chart are where the planets fall,
- 10:23Speaker 2: so those are kind of like the where the action
- 10:25Speaker 2: of your life takes place. And a lot of your action,
- 10:29Speaker 2: a lot of action in the eleventh, twelfth, and first houses.
- 10:33Speaker 2: So and so the eleventh house is a house that
- 10:35Speaker 2: rules radio and broadcasting.
- 10:38Speaker 4: Yeah, so this is I was supposed to this is
- 10:40Speaker 4: supposed to happen.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Yeah. And also groups, and you have four spats so
- 10:45Speaker 2: like you like you're someone who's naturally inclined to bringing
- 10:48Speaker 2: people together for wellness to talk about ideas of Oh
- 10:54Speaker 2: for sure, you would be really good at that. And
- 10:57Speaker 2: I would guess from the other parts of your chart
- 10:59Speaker 2: that people tell you the secrets a lot.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Yes, they do.
- 11:02Speaker 3: And you keep my patients I love to talk to me,
- 11:05Speaker 3: I feel I think I make them feel comfortable.
- 11:07Speaker 4: They need to.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Outlet to like a therapist next to them.
- 11:10Speaker 4: I should too for double fad but no, but they
- 11:15Speaker 4: need it.
- 11:15Speaker 3: A lot of people come to me or or you know,
- 11:17Speaker 3: if they feel they're not feeling good about themselves, or
- 11:19Speaker 3: they had a breakup, or are they just getting over
- 11:22Speaker 3: being sick, and they come in and want to feel better,
- 11:24Speaker 3: and they kind of talk to me, and I feel
- 11:27Speaker 3: like when they tell me, I used to think that
- 11:29Speaker 3: my do what I did was so frivolous.
- 11:31Speaker 4: And and when when people come and tell.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Me, you know what, you made me walk taller and
- 11:35Speaker 3: feel better and and feel like like I'm actually I'm beautiful,
- 11:38Speaker 3: and that that makes me happy when I get that awesome.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Well, you have a chart that's very inclined to giving,
- 11:44Speaker 2: and but it's harder for you to receive. Actually so weird.
- 11:48Speaker 3: I can I get some rep Yeah, like is they're
- 11:51Speaker 3: like like somebody in my future that's going to leave
- 11:54Speaker 3: me like a billion.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Dollars or something, because.
- 11:57Speaker 2: There could be I'm mean, actually, you know you have
- 12:01Speaker 2: you do have like an older if you wanted to
- 12:05Speaker 2: find an old, boring, wealthy dude, you could. I kind of,
- 12:09Speaker 2: but I don't know if you would like it.
- 12:11Speaker 3: I probably would like it for a little while maybe,
- 12:13Speaker 3: but I think after a while, get him.
- 12:15Speaker 2: When he's like close to you know, yeah, I think
- 12:23Speaker 2: you could, you know, And uh.
- 12:27Speaker 4: I love her by the way I love her.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow, did you ever meet her? I didn't. I
- 12:32Speaker 2: did watch the show and watch her unraveled.
- 12:35Speaker 4: But she was amazing. I thought she was great.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I just liked that she was just she was so herself.
- 12:40Speaker 2: She's Sagittarius like me. So you do have a very
- 12:44Speaker 2: a good lucky chart though for being you're very you
- 12:47Speaker 2: have a very independent chart. So it's like almost like
- 12:50Speaker 2: you don't you kind of don't need someone. So that's
- 12:53Speaker 2: like the tricky part. You just want to have someone
- 12:55Speaker 2: a companion to have fun with and go do like
- 12:59Speaker 2: luxurious respond together.
- 13:01Speaker 3: And I need somebody who wants to look does luxury stuff,
- 13:05Speaker 3: not to go into like Walmart, Like I don't want to.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Right, No, we don't need the Walmart. But I bet
- 13:10Speaker 2: you've got a few Walmart dudes, haven't you.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Yeah? I have. I have.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I feel like I'm always like I feel like I'm
- 13:17Speaker 3: always here.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Yeah, and they are kind You're getting these frugal, stable
- 13:23Speaker 2: as salt of the earth guys who are like putting
- 13:26Speaker 2: you to sleep without anesthesia. I think that, well, okay,
- 13:34Speaker 2: I'll just say it. Do you have a beach house
- 13:35Speaker 2: because you should?
- 13:36Speaker 4: I do?
- 13:37Speaker 2: Okay, good too? Oh good?
- 13:39Speaker 4: Three?
- 13:40Speaker 2: Okay, because I think you're gonna meet the person for
- 13:43Speaker 2: you when you're at the beach. Really, you gotta spend
- 13:45Speaker 2: more time at these houses, all right? Where are they?
- 13:49Speaker 3: I have one in the Hampton's, I have one in
- 13:51Speaker 3: Rockaway Beach, and have one in Flora. Well, I'm a
- 13:54Speaker 3: water person. I'm always by the water. That's where I am.
- 13:58Speaker 2: There's a point in your chart called the no Worth node,
- 14:00Speaker 2: and that's your destiny point. But it's kind of the
- 14:03Speaker 2: It's where like you have to grow and learn new things.
- 14:07Speaker 2: But when you do, you do really well. And that's
- 14:09Speaker 2: in Pisces, which rules the ocean and the water in
- 14:11Speaker 2: the I.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Have been in school for like the last twenty five No,
- 14:14Speaker 3: that's the Virgo. That's just like the obsessive compulsive.
- 14:18Speaker 2: There's a part of you that like, despite all the
- 14:20Speaker 2: homes and businesses you have, like some hostile beleives, you're
- 14:23Speaker 2: going to end up living in a cardboard box on
- 14:25Speaker 2: the street.
- 14:27Speaker 4: You know. That's what I feel like sometimes.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Every well, a lot of things good.
- 14:33Speaker 4: Yeah, so I'm going to beat in cat food like
- 14:34Speaker 4: something exactly. It's true.
- 14:37Speaker 3: It's funny because my people laugh at me, like I
- 14:39Speaker 3: love to bogging with certain things, like certain things.
- 14:41Speaker 4: I don't care. I would just do it. But it's
- 14:43Speaker 4: like for some reason, if I feel.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Like I'm saving that ten dollars on something, yeah, just
- 14:47Speaker 3: to get it, just because for the principal, they're like, Jen,
- 14:50Speaker 3: you spend you spend ridiculous money just going to CBS
- 14:53Speaker 3: and your camera. I don't know, it's just like a
- 14:55Speaker 3: thing like I don't know, why make.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Marge purchases and pieces. You're gonna get the best steal
- 15:00Speaker 2: in real estate too, Yes, yeah, you're good. You could
- 15:04Speaker 2: you could haggle a real estate deal, I bet from
- 15:06Speaker 2: your chart.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I have. I have been looking in real estate.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure, I have been looking at that absolutely.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Is that going to continue? M m all right, so
- 15:16Speaker 4: is that going to be?
- 15:16Speaker 2: Like my I think you should start flipping some beach
- 15:19Speaker 2: houses or maybe set up something like a retreat center
- 15:22Speaker 2: or something about the beach set or something that could
- 15:25Speaker 2: be a later in life thing. But you could retreat
- 15:29Speaker 2: I feel like so for many lifetimes have been very practical,
- 15:34Speaker 2: and that's why you're so pragmatic with you know, saving
- 15:37Speaker 2: money education. You want the credentials, but be really great
- 15:42Speaker 2: for you to have a place where you could bring
- 15:43Speaker 2: kind of like more of the spiritual wellness stuff in
- 15:47Speaker 2: like maybe the Florida one one of your one of
- 15:49Speaker 2: your properties, the one that you don't have yet where
- 15:52Speaker 2: people can go get their spa treatments, but also like
- 15:56Speaker 2: come and do like a week of juicing or whatever, yoga,
- 16:01Speaker 2: some crystal there, next.
- 16:03Speaker 4: Yeah, something another another another venture.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's something you could actually start looking at
- 16:09Speaker 2: right now to like over the next two years. But
- 16:12Speaker 2: like now is how I know that is I take
- 16:15Speaker 2: your chart and I'm map the sky right now on
- 16:19Speaker 2: top of it, because your chart never moves, but the
- 16:22Speaker 2: planets moving. So I compare them. Yeah, and I'm like, okay, what.
- 16:26Speaker 4: I guess we all move the planet right, yeah?
- 16:28Speaker 2: We yeah, but this is like this is like your
- 16:32Speaker 2: basic instruction manual, like you know, never changes, but the
- 16:36Speaker 2: moving planet's changed. I'm looking at here's a planet connecting
- 16:40Speaker 2: with another part of your chart, and I go, Okay,
- 16:42Speaker 2: that's like they're talking right now, so that's going to
- 16:45Speaker 2: tell me. So yeah, you're talking about So we have Saddurn,
- 16:50Speaker 2: which is like where you start maybe a new business venture,
- 16:53Speaker 2: get something, get more serious you see business I do
- 16:57Speaker 2: I do. I feel that someone may come along and
- 17:01Speaker 2: offer to buy one of your businesses out of blue
- 17:05Speaker 2: it because they have like retirement in this like I
- 17:08Speaker 2: could just but I don't think I could be a
- 17:10Speaker 2: person to think that you're a sit home person. But
- 17:13Speaker 2: I think you could like turn your business into something
- 17:16Speaker 2: that feels like more play than work. Like you've you've
- 17:19Speaker 2: taken care of people and you always could. But I
- 17:22Speaker 2: feel that you may want to just like have a
- 17:26Speaker 2: little more fun and be a little more spontaneous.
- 17:29Speaker 4: That's what I feel like I need to do. I
- 17:30Speaker 4: feel like I need to be more spontaneous.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Yeah, and I'm happy And I thought that now we're
- 17:35Speaker 3: doing my podcast because this I feel were creative now.
- 17:38Speaker 4: I felt like I wasn't being creative for a while.
- 17:41Speaker 4: It's kind of like stuck in my run with my
- 17:44Speaker 4: business that I was a run. I don't want to.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Say that, No, you just weren't doing that. It's an
- 17:48Speaker 2: not an or, And this is the house of creativity
- 17:50Speaker 2: where you're north noticed. So that's what you're becoming in
- 17:52Speaker 2: this life. It's in pisces have you ever done like
- 17:55Speaker 2: an art class or painting or anything just for the
- 17:57Speaker 2: hell of it.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Yeah, I love that.
- 18:00Speaker 2: I did.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Actually I did.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I did a h a pottery class one time. But
- 18:04Speaker 3: it was like kind of like a disaster. I thought
- 18:06Speaker 3: it was going to be like ghosts.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Yes, he didn't show up, didn't show We're not doing
- 18:12Speaker 2: this anymore about my money back.
- 18:14Speaker 4: You know, it's just didn't well Goldberg wasn't there.
- 18:18Speaker 3: May like, it just didn't work out, not as advertised,
- 18:21Speaker 3: not as avatars that like, and then got Also nobody died,
- 18:24Speaker 3: thank god, so that.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Was a good thing.
- 18:27Speaker 2: We have to find the silver lining in this, don't
- 18:29Speaker 2: we I mean for sure, but an older sexy guy
- 18:37Speaker 2: could show up at one of your beach houses.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Wow, this is the second time I'm hearing this.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Really, I feel like almost like if you decided to
- 18:47Speaker 2: stage one of these reparties. Yes, maybe it's a real
- 18:51Speaker 2: estate broker.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Oh god, that's what I need. I need.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Is there is there a property that you want to
- 18:57Speaker 2: maybe flip or put on sale right now?
- 18:59Speaker 3: Or well no, well one of my actually my my
- 19:03Speaker 3: my home right now I'm trying to sell.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Oh there you go. So maybe okay, but yeah, well
- 19:10Speaker 2: I kind of.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Hope not, because if in my neighborhood and I want
- 19:13Speaker 3: to try and stay out of it. I want to
- 19:14Speaker 3: stop stop getting involved with people that I've grown up with.
- 19:18Speaker 4: Or been around.
- 19:19Speaker 2: So oh for sure.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I mean, you know, I've been in like a lot
- 19:22Speaker 3: of I've been in some tumultuous relationships.
- 19:25Speaker 2: I bet I've been few addicts those kind of things. Yeah,
- 19:29Speaker 2: you don't have to tell me.
- 19:30Speaker 4: But do you see that?
- 19:33Speaker 2: I do see that because you're learning about like, well,
- 19:36Speaker 2: you love a little. The thing is, you are like
- 19:39Speaker 2: the salt of the earth person, but even try to
- 19:42Speaker 2: dramatic people, but you have to let yourself be more
- 19:45Speaker 2: playful and have more fun and then you won't need
- 19:48Speaker 2: the drama on the spice to come from them.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Yeah that's what I need, the dramas, but just from me.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Yeah, you need to have more fun.
- 19:54Speaker 4: Yeah I'm trying. Yeah, I am trying. Yeah, this is
- 19:57Speaker 4: fun and I'm having this. This is can we have fun?
- 20:00Speaker 2: I see you like churning up a little bit of
- 20:04Speaker 2: your like advice giving side and then like maybe even
- 20:06Speaker 2: going and doing like live events or something like like
- 20:10Speaker 2: once this podcast takes off, like just not take Yeah,
- 20:14Speaker 2: it certainly can, and just when it does, like kind
- 20:18Speaker 2: of making a name for yourself that's gonna and then
- 20:21Speaker 2: going out and like lot, you know, like just like
- 20:23Speaker 2: have an audience sitting there that like ask for exactly
- 20:28Speaker 2: like you are like the perfect Q and a entertainer,
- 20:31Speaker 2: like you have to let your silly side out.
- 20:33Speaker 3: I feel like that that's what I lost over the
- 20:35Speaker 3: last couple of years because it's just been a very
- 20:38Speaker 3: like with running my business, Like I'm at work ten
- 20:43Speaker 3: hours a day, and then I felt like I go
- 20:45Speaker 3: home and I'm like, I just don't want to do anything.
- 20:47Speaker 4: I don't want to think, I don't want to create.
- 20:50Speaker 4: And then I kind of.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Felt like I was stunted for a while, like and
- 20:53Speaker 3: that's why I felt like I was just stagnant.
- 20:55Speaker 4: And then you know, I wanted to do this and
- 20:57Speaker 4: now I feel like I feel like a live right now, yeah,
- 21:00Speaker 4: doing that totally Like.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Wow, this is something that's really squawking my yeah, like
- 21:04Speaker 3: my my creativity because I felt like that was Listen,
- 21:08Speaker 3: I injectables is creative and I am a creative person
- 21:11Speaker 3: because I'm alsome men injectables and I'm awesome. I'm a
- 21:15Speaker 3: great I'm great at that. That's my creatives. But it's like,
- 21:19Speaker 3: I know I could do that. Now now I want
- 21:21Speaker 3: to do something.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Now you checked it off the bucket.
- 21:26Speaker 4: I'm glad.
- 21:27Speaker 3: I'm glad I could do it my hands tied behind
- 21:29Speaker 3: my back, you know, totally I could do it.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, you're going through a phase that only happens
- 21:34Speaker 2: every eighty four years, and people's choice.
- 21:36Speaker 4: I would hope that it.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Probably exactly, but it like it only happens every eighty
- 21:43Speaker 2: four years that these two planets will come together, and
- 21:47Speaker 2: it's when like a part of your life that's been
- 21:50Speaker 2: very like by the book, suddenly it's kind of mixed
- 21:54Speaker 2: up a little bit, and like you want to disrupt
- 21:56Speaker 2: it and like be like's do something different.
- 22:00Speaker 4: Do you have to ask a question? Where do you
- 22:02Speaker 4: see me living?
- 22:03Speaker 3: Because I'm because that's kind of like on like the
- 22:05Speaker 3: fence right now where I want to go.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Absolutely. I just I really see that there's a property
- 22:10Speaker 2: that is no longer going to be in your portfolio.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Soon maybe a hot real estate broker will take it
- 22:15Speaker 2: out of your life and come into your life instead.
- 22:20Speaker 2: But I mean, you really just need to be looking
- 22:22Speaker 2: at it water. I feel like when you're looking at water.
- 22:25Speaker 4: I'm happy.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Yeah, just calms you down, like you have that virgo
- 22:29Speaker 2: nervous energy where you're just like I got to stick
- 22:31Speaker 2: a needle in someone's face right now, but you know
- 22:33Speaker 2: I can.
- 22:34Speaker 3: I have like a tent when I'm home. It's like
- 22:35Speaker 3: I always have to feel like I'm doing something.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Yeah, if I'm not wort to organize, like I.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Feel like I like I did something wrong, like I
- 22:43Speaker 3: called and I stayed home from school, and I'm like,
- 22:45Speaker 3: I'm gonna get in trouble by the principle that I
- 22:47Speaker 3: say home, Like that's the way.
- 22:48Speaker 4: I see the virgo.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Good girl, Well, yes, it may. It's very hard for
- 22:53Speaker 2: you to let go. Maybe that you have to really
- 22:55Speaker 2: train a couple of people to It's so hard to
- 22:58Speaker 2: like trust someone to do it as well as you
- 23:01Speaker 2: with what you do, because it really is a problem.
- 23:04Speaker 2: It is hard to hand them to pass the tunnel.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Yeah it is.
- 23:09Speaker 3: It's because and also everybody wants me, that's all the
- 23:13Speaker 3: course of course, everybody wants me, So it's kind of
- 23:16Speaker 3: difficult too. But I mean I'm hoping that my next
- 23:23Speaker 3: I'm training somebody else too that I think could be
- 23:26Speaker 3: the person could kind of delegate a little too, Yeah,
- 23:31Speaker 3: to delegate more to.
- 23:32Speaker 2: I feel like you could also do something like a retreat,
- 23:36Speaker 2: Like if you could combine your work with like take
- 23:38Speaker 2: your most high end celebrity type of clients and like
- 23:43Speaker 2: bring them to this magical place that we're setting up
- 23:47Speaker 2: in this in our vision here of like on the beach,
- 23:51Speaker 2: this new center.
- 23:52Speaker 4: In the Hampton.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Why not have like do something there like summertime big exactly.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Just knock it all out. Then you can relax know
- 24:03Speaker 2: that you got it done, and then you can just
- 24:06Speaker 2: be flowy in the Hampton's one week on, one week up.
- 24:08Speaker 4: I just got a fun enough hours in the day
- 24:10Speaker 4: to do all this. I'm like tired.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Man.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you need less. I think less is more.
- 24:15Speaker 2: I think you need to like maybe like sell, like
- 24:18Speaker 2: I said, sell a couple of the properties or businesses
- 24:22Speaker 2: or something, if that makes sense, and then just focus
- 24:24Speaker 2: on like the core here so that you get to
- 24:27Speaker 2: enjoy all the bounty that you're creating.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Wow, that's what I think I need to do.
- 24:31Speaker 1: I do.
- 24:32Speaker 4: I think you're right. I think I need to kind of.
- 24:36Speaker 3: I feel like I'm now at this point I just
- 24:38Speaker 3: want to kind of be free, like I got to
- 24:40Speaker 3: taste the freedom right now, and I'm like, oh my god,
- 24:42Speaker 3: but I love this, Like, yeah, I love that I
- 24:44Speaker 3: don't have to be sitting in my office and just
- 24:47Speaker 3: be in there all day long because I spend more
- 24:49Speaker 3: time in my office than any place out, like than
- 24:52Speaker 3: home then you know, any place out. So it's like
- 24:55Speaker 3: it's like that's where the bulk of my time is spent.
- 24:59Speaker 3: And it's like I feel sometimes I feel trapped.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Yeah, well, here's the thing. You're so dutiful with you
- 25:04Speaker 2: with your chart, and you like are so empathic with
- 25:07Speaker 2: the people that you are serving that like you can't
- 25:10Speaker 2: be around them. It's like out of sight, out of mind.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Like if you're in the office, you're gonna start working.
- 25:15Speaker 2: If you're around the people, you're gonna start taking care
- 25:18Speaker 2: of that. So you have to. That's what's great about
- 25:21Speaker 2: this place is it's like you can just separate yourself
- 25:24Speaker 2: and be like, Okay, I don't see them, so I
- 25:27Speaker 2: am exactly.
- 25:29Speaker 4: I'm definitely out of my mind, that's for sure.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I gotta be out exactly, and.
- 25:35Speaker 3: You see what do I Well, I was thinking about
- 25:38Speaker 3: starting another doll try, which is that's the end of
- 25:41Speaker 3: my business. In Jersey. I mean, you see that in
- 25:44Speaker 3: my in my plan, that's what I wanted to do.
- 25:46Speaker 2: You could, but I would advise you know differently, maybe
- 25:51Speaker 2: have a manager, have maybe you know, what would be
- 25:54Speaker 2: your reasoning to do it just because you're a compulsive virgo.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Or I mean, obviously I'm a compulsive burgo. No, I'm
- 26:02Speaker 3: thinking about moving to Jersey, like I'm wating to move there.
- 26:05Speaker 3: I kind of want to move closer to my brothers
- 26:08Speaker 3: and be there and get out of the city.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I'm just I want to.
- 26:12Speaker 2: I want more access to water.
- 26:15Speaker 4: I think there's one access to room.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Yeah, you do need spacious.
- 26:19Speaker 3: I feel like I'm I'm horsed to fullback where I
- 26:22Speaker 3: am right, I keep hitting this microphone.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what I feel like.
- 26:25Speaker 3: I feel like where I live now, and it's like
- 26:27Speaker 3: I and every I feel like I get a ticket
- 26:30Speaker 3: every every twenty feet all the time. I'm like, I'm
- 26:32Speaker 3: so tipsick of getting tickets just from driving because it's
- 26:37Speaker 3: a twenty mile prove of speed limit and it's crazy, or.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Twenty five miles giving you tickets. You know, we get
- 26:43Speaker 4: slammed for tickets all the time.
- 26:45Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 26:46Speaker 4: If you go one mile spreing up.
- 26:48Speaker 3: But they give you a ticket and I it's literally
- 26:50Speaker 3: like paying for a car payment every month. I swear
- 26:53Speaker 3: to God, tweet all the pause in my house. Yeah,
- 26:55Speaker 3: it's crazy. And I'm so I'm just like I don't
- 26:58Speaker 3: want it to and I wanted to take forty minutes
- 26:59Speaker 3: to get ten miles, like I don't mind driving an
- 27:03Speaker 3: hour on open Pokway.
- 27:05Speaker 4: So that's what I'm saying, saying, so yeah, so I'm
- 27:08Speaker 4: to make that move. And I was just curious if
- 27:10Speaker 4: you saw that.
- 27:10Speaker 2: For I think you can absolutely change up your life
- 27:13Speaker 2: right now for sure if you want to, I think,
- 27:17Speaker 2: but you want to make sure your hand, like, don't
- 27:20Speaker 2: just walk away. If you could sell the business or
- 27:22Speaker 2: sell an office, or sell part of the practice, so
- 27:25Speaker 2: bring someone in, like.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I gotta definitely do. I think I want to do
- 27:30Speaker 4: something like that.
- 27:30Speaker 3: I think that's been something that I've been thinking about
- 27:33Speaker 3: because I am getting older, you know, I'm not I mean,
- 27:36Speaker 3: I'm not out yet, but I mean I want to
- 27:38Speaker 3: kind of slow down a little bit.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I'd like to see you get a return on
- 27:42Speaker 2: the investment that you put into these businesses. But I
- 27:46Speaker 2: think you could. I think you could pare down and
- 27:49Speaker 2: go for like a little bit of a less is
- 27:51Speaker 2: more and think about the ones that really like you
- 27:54Speaker 2: have a really clear vision about what gives you joy.
- 27:56Speaker 2: So what's not that that's the thing to get rid
- 27:59Speaker 2: of or to outsource or to take time away from.
- 28:04Speaker 2: But I feel like you'll be successful wherever you are,
- 28:08Speaker 2: Like you do have a very successful chart, especially for
- 28:11Speaker 2: work and people like this where a lot of your
- 28:14Speaker 2: planets are is the house of popularity. So people just
- 28:17Speaker 2: naturally like you. Yeah, So it's like no matter where
- 28:21Speaker 2: you go, yeah, you are, and no matter where you go,
- 28:24Speaker 2: you're gonna like quickly make friends and make a name
- 28:26Speaker 2: for yourself. So the good news is you get to
- 28:29Speaker 2: say and you get to choose, So think about Yeah,
- 28:33Speaker 2: so start with that, start with where you like to be,
- 28:36Speaker 2: and then just lucky with my you did you did?
- 28:43Speaker 4: You know?
- 28:43Speaker 2: Love is love is the work in progress part. But
- 28:46Speaker 2: you do love your life so like and you know,
- 28:49Speaker 2: and it.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Took me, it took me a while to love my life, right, Yeah,
- 28:53Speaker 3: So now I feel like it's getting to the point
- 28:56Speaker 3: where I'm just happy exactly.
- 28:59Speaker 2: And I mean that's what I'm always saying, Like why
- 29:02Speaker 2: are people so interested in your love life versus like
- 29:05Speaker 2: your love of life.
- 29:07Speaker 4: Right, that's more important than life.
- 29:10Speaker 3: I think people think that they need to be with
- 29:11Speaker 3: somebody to just be happy, and.
- 29:13Speaker 2: You don't think that. Luckily, that's not anywhere in your chart.
- 29:17Speaker 2: You're very self sufficient.
- 29:18Speaker 3: So it's like, I mean, I've been, like I said,
- 29:21Speaker 3: I've been in a relationships since I'm twelve years old,
- 29:24Speaker 3: and now it's like it's like I just feel like.
- 29:28Speaker 4: I think it's just time to be free.
- 29:30Speaker 2: All it is. It is like you don't need some claustrophobic,
- 29:34Speaker 2: controlling person telling you what to do, where to be,
- 29:37Speaker 2: how to spend your money, what choice is to make
- 29:39Speaker 2: Like you've you know, you've gone through lots of education
- 29:44Speaker 2: and you've got you've got all the credentials and business
- 29:48Speaker 2: to prove it.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Right there.
- 29:51Speaker 3: I think that that scares men too, that I think
- 29:53Speaker 3: that I have to find somebody.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Who's either at my level or above my level.
- 29:58Speaker 2: I see if with someone from another country also by
- 30:01Speaker 2: the water, Yeah, maybe a nice Mediterranean were the next houses. Yeah,
- 30:09Speaker 2: it could be on a boat, it could be bonaire.
- 30:13Speaker 2: I don't even know if I see you with a billionaire,
- 30:15Speaker 2: though truthfully, I see you with someone who is comfortable
- 30:19Speaker 2: with you and doesn't need like a sugar mama necessarily,
- 30:23Speaker 2: but like knows how to help you enjoy life and
- 30:25Speaker 2: be a good companion. And don't marry him.
- 30:27Speaker 4: I'm not married.
- 30:28Speaker 2: No more marriages for you, No.
- 30:30Speaker 4: No, no, no, I'm done with that exactly.
- 30:33Speaker 2: It's like house arrest for you. It's on your terms.
- 30:38Speaker 4: And it's funny that you use that term, because that's
- 30:40Speaker 4: what it was like for a while.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Oh I bet, yeah, I bet.
- 30:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Yeah, No, they're just they're dragging you down.
- 30:46Speaker 3: Yeah, no, husband's I need to I don't think I
- 30:50Speaker 3: need to give up.
- 30:51Speaker 4: I was. I was married once. That was enough. Yes,
- 30:55Speaker 4: I think that was enough for a lifetime.
- 30:57Speaker 2: You're a free spirit, and you know you got your kids,
