- 0:29Speaker 2: the voice you're hearing, it's me, It's mad, It's Beard
- 0:31Speaker 2: laws enjoining me again this week, the one the only Ah,
- 0:37Speaker 2: what's up girl.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Now?
- 0:40Speaker 2: Which is weird because this is the only day I
- 0:43Speaker 2: think we've had off in a very long time. And
- 0:47Speaker 2: it's been good, just chilling, relaxing.
- 0:49Speaker 3: Actually, I played in the snow and I played with
- 0:51Speaker 3: you a lot.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Yep, a lot of playing, a lot of chilling. You're
- 0:55Speaker 2: coming off a cold, which is good, and I got
- 1:00Speaker 2: a little bit of a cold. Ma he's got a
- 1:03Speaker 2: little bit of a cold. Avery's got a little bit
- 1:05Speaker 2: of a cold. Sissy got out of her cold. Yeah,
- 1:07Speaker 2: so we're getting there. 'tis the season, they say, but
- 1:12Speaker 2: obviously you're hearing this. You're hearing some coffin some sniffling.
- 1:16Speaker 2: It's okay, it's cold season. We already we were just
- 1:19Speaker 2: talking about it. But we survived Thanksgiving? Right, Yes, ilis
- 1:23Speaker 2: still forty cranberries, thirty percent dessert, and one percent punkin pie. Right.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I didn't eat any pumpkin pie.
- 1:32Speaker 2: You had no pumpkin pie. No, un believable. Let's give
- 1:36Speaker 2: a little bit of a recap of Thanksgiving? What was
- 1:41Speaker 2: what was good? What was what was not so good?
- 1:44Speaker 2: What'd you think it was good?
- 1:47Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:47Speaker 2: What was good?
- 1:49Speaker 3: I got to hang out with my cousin.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Mm hmm. That's not wiggle the camera because then the
- 1:55Speaker 2: viewers are going to think they're on a pirate ship
- 1:57Speaker 2: with it wiggle and wiggle and wiggling, and our listener
- 2:00Speaker 2: is only I don't could hear it. But I was
- 2:03Speaker 2: shaking the camera that was making meat dizzy. So I'm
- 2:06Speaker 2: sorry viewers on the YouTube, she was messing with you.
- 2:09Speaker 2: She was trying to make you feel full, like you
- 2:11Speaker 2: just got doney and Thanksgiving. So she's there, she's hanging
- 2:13Speaker 2: out with some cousins. What else?
- 2:15Speaker 3: I had a lot of food.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Tell us your plate one trip, two trip, three trip,
- 2:20Speaker 2: two trips, two trips. Tell us your plate number.
- 2:24Speaker 3: One, Plate number one, I had cranberry cranberry fluff, a cookie,
- 2:28Speaker 3: and I had Evelyn's Grinch punch.
- 2:32Speaker 2: You put that on your plate? Would you put that
- 2:34Speaker 2: on your plate?
- 2:35Speaker 3: Cut?
- 2:35Speaker 2: Well, I'm just talking about your plate. So you have cranberry,
- 2:38Speaker 2: a dessert that is Cranberry's and a cookie which is
- 2:42Speaker 2: more dessert. That was your Thanksgiving dinner. Huh, No meat,
- 2:46Speaker 2: no vegetables, had crackers and cheese. And I had the eggs,
- 2:52Speaker 2: those deviled eggs.
- 2:53Speaker 3: My Grandma's devil's eggs, which is eggs under olive for me.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Gross, So pretty healthy. Plate was plate number two.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Grease, cranberry, laughing, a cookie.
- 3:04Speaker 2: So you just did the same plate twice, so good.
- 3:06Speaker 2: First time you had to go with another one. Hey,
- 3:08Speaker 2: if it's not broken, then'll fix it. See. I went
- 3:10Speaker 2: a lot of the opposite. I went turkey, turkey, ham,
- 3:15Speaker 2: more ham, little extra ham, and then there was a
- 3:18Speaker 2: roast that was like a beef with roasted carrots and
- 3:22Speaker 2: a nice little gravy. I went, oht meat. I had
- 3:25Speaker 2: no mashed potatoes, I had no bread, no stuffing, none
- 3:29Speaker 2: of that, just all meat. That ham was unbelievable. It
- 3:33Speaker 2: was so good. You gotta pop up the energy. You
- 3:36Speaker 2: need some coffee or something. You're falling asleep over there
- 3:39Speaker 2: in the studio chair. Wake up, let's go. We're recording.
- 3:41Speaker 2: We're live, just because you think you just ate a
- 3:45Speaker 2: Thanksgiving dinner and you're ready for a nap. Who was
- 3:47Speaker 2: the first one to fall asleep after Thanksgiving? After they
- 3:50Speaker 2: ate some food? You do you remember? Were you too
- 3:52Speaker 2: busy playing? Do you remember? Did you see anybody fall asleep? Grandpa?
- 3:58Speaker 2: Grandpa passed out on the couch. Then right next to him,
- 4:03Speaker 2: the Turkey MVP Gobard Cat took a little nap right
- 4:07Speaker 2: next to him, And I think I think cousin Henry
- 4:10Speaker 2: took off for a little bit and took a little
- 4:12Speaker 2: nap too, he did. Yeah, who do you think ate
- 4:15Speaker 2: the most at Thanksgiving? You think so? I don't know.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Henry did some work. He was so full. He said.
- 4:21Speaker 2: His backer must have been from all the shoveling of
- 4:23Speaker 2: the food.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I know, he said, He told me, he goes, you
- 4:28Speaker 3: made my back.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Why would you do to him?
- 4:31Speaker 3: I didn't do anything. You just like still play with me?
- 4:35Speaker 2: All right, Well, let's give our Thanksgiving report cards. We're
- 4:39Speaker 2: gonna give him and we're just a report card. We're
- 4:41Speaker 2: gonna go A. It's like the one hundred to ninety B, C,
- 4:45Speaker 2: D or F. Why don't they use the E when
- 4:48Speaker 2: they great things? You can get an A, A, B, A, C,
- 4:52Speaker 2: A D or an F. Why can't you get an E?
- 4:54Speaker 2: I don't know. That's weird.
- 4:55Speaker 3: That could be an excellent.
- 4:57Speaker 2: I know, but it would be really bad. Anyways, let's
- 5:01Speaker 2: rank them. Let's go with the turkey, the all star
- 5:03Speaker 2: of the show. What would you rank at ABC D?
- 5:06Speaker 3: The turkey?
- 5:07Speaker 2: Your little turkey? What are you ranking it?
- 5:09Speaker 4: D D?
- 5:11Speaker 2: How can you even rank it? You didn't even have anya.
- 5:18Speaker 2: You are out of control throwing around in F for
- 5:20Speaker 2: the turkey. Uncle Barncat, Grandma aunt Jil are going to
- 5:24Speaker 2: be so said that you ranked their turkey and F
- 5:28Speaker 2: I'm giving it A. It was so moist, it was
- 5:31Speaker 2: so good. It was so good. I had to have
- 5:34Speaker 2: seconds of the turkey. All right, you didn't try the ham,
- 5:37Speaker 2: but the ham was the real star. In my opinion,
- 5:40Speaker 2: I'm more ham over turkey. That ham was an A
- 5:43Speaker 2: plus kid, So good? Do you try ham? No? All right,
- 5:48Speaker 2: let's go with cranberries. How was the cranberries be realistic?
- 5:52Speaker 2: I mean if you're giving it in an a it's
- 5:54Speaker 2: one of the best cranberries you've ever had, to b
- 5:58Speaker 2: what made it to be?
- 5:59Speaker 3: This wasn't your It wasn't the best I've ever had,
- 6:02Speaker 3: but it was good.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, I didn't have any so I can't give
- 6:06Speaker 2: it a fair grade. But it's always going to be
- 6:08Speaker 2: an f for me because I just don't like it.
- 6:10Speaker 2: So it's not fair for me to give it a
- 6:11Speaker 2: failure just because I don't like it. So I'm skipping
- 6:14Speaker 2: on my cranberry ranking. Let's go with the cranberry fluff
- 6:17Speaker 2: which you made. Tell the people how you made. You
- 6:19Speaker 2: want to give out your recipe? Is it a secret?
- 6:21Speaker 3: I'll give it out. So you take cranberries, make it,
- 6:25Speaker 3: get a big bull, dump the cranberry in the bowl,
- 6:29Speaker 3: mash it up, like wait until it's like smooth. Well,
- 6:34Speaker 3: leave a little bit of chunks, but don't like make
- 6:36Speaker 3: it so it's like completely chunky. You gotta make it
- 6:39Speaker 3: little chunks but a little smooth. Then take the take
- 6:42Speaker 3: a whole can of cool whip, put the whole can in,
- 6:46Speaker 3: whisk it, well not whisk it, like fold it and
- 6:51Speaker 3: then like mix it a little bit and then you
- 6:55Speaker 3: got some oft some cranberry fluff. Oh well, you can
- 6:57Speaker 3: add like pineapple or whatever you want.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Fair, Okay? Would you rank your first go at cranberry fluff? A?
- 7:05Speaker 3: It was really good.
- 7:06Speaker 2: A lot of people liked it. I tried it. I'm
- 7:08Speaker 2: not a cranberry fan. I'm not a fluff fan, and
- 7:11Speaker 2: I thought it was pretty good. It's a B for
- 7:13Speaker 2: me only because I've never had better and I've never
- 7:17Speaker 2: had worse, So you know what I mean, I can't
- 7:19Speaker 2: go right out with an A and the next thing,
- 7:20Speaker 2: you know, I try it and there's one better out there,
- 7:22Speaker 2: and maybe there's one worse, and then I could bump that.
- 7:25Speaker 2: So for me it's a B, which is good.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Right.
- 7:27Speaker 2: You take bees in school, wasn't you.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:30Speaker 2: What about Evelyn's punch? You said you had a little
- 7:32Speaker 2: bit of that seemed to.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Go over pretty well.
- 7:36Speaker 2: What would you rank it? I didn't have any again,
- 7:39Speaker 2: so I have to skip the rankings on the C. C.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Why was it a C?
- 7:43Speaker 3: Because I don't like carbonation. Its like a soda.
- 7:46Speaker 2: True, there's definitely some kind of soda in the punch.
- 7:50Speaker 2: It was a really interesting green color as well, kind
- 7:54Speaker 2: of looked like Slimer showed up to the party and
- 7:57Speaker 2: was like, hey, have some of me on thanksgivy some
- 8:00Speaker 2: Slumo juice, dessert cookies, anything else you want to rank
- 8:03Speaker 2: or you want to just move on. My cookies, My cookies.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I need them, Tell them, Tell the people what you made?
- 8:09Speaker 3: Uh, no baked cookies?
- 8:11Speaker 2: No baked cookies? Now what doesn't mean to know that
- 8:14Speaker 2: to make a no bake cookie? What if somebody just
- 8:16Speaker 2: listened to be like, no baked cookies? What is she
- 8:18Speaker 2: talking about? Sir Rian? Well, yas, Sir Yan's a lot
- 8:21Speaker 2: over there?
- 8:21Speaker 3: Can I explain how to make them?
- 8:23Speaker 2: Explain what a no big cookie is, and then you
- 8:26Speaker 2: can explain how to make them if you want.
- 8:27Speaker 3: It's got like peanut butter and oatmeal, and like.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Well that's yours. There's several different kinds of no bakes.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Do you know what a no bake cookie is? No, So,
- 8:38Speaker 2: no baked cookie means there's no baking, means no traditional cookies.
- 8:43Speaker 2: You have to turn on the oven, you got to
- 8:44Speaker 2: put them in there, which reminds me we didn't make
- 8:46Speaker 2: the cookies we were supposed to make for dessert today.
- 8:49Speaker 2: We'll have to maybe do them earlier in the week.
- 8:51Speaker 2: But those cookies that you bought that we were going
- 8:52Speaker 2: to cook. You got to put the oven on and
- 8:56Speaker 2: then cook the cookies, right, did you? So you don't
- 8:59Speaker 2: have to bake these, so it's a just.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Let them sit out, so it's a no baked cookie.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Yes, all right, all right, So explain what you made
- 9:07Speaker 2: the ingredients and how you made these cookies that didn't
- 9:10Speaker 2: need to be baked.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Are you sugar, peanut butter, oatmeal? I'm trying to think
- 9:17Speaker 3: of what else I putting there?
- 9:19Speaker 2: Is that it probably some oatmeal? They said oatmeal, sugar,
- 9:23Speaker 2: peanut butter, oatmeal. I didn't make them.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Well, I don't really know if there's anything else, but
- 9:28Speaker 3: you can look up a recipe.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Yeah, just yeah, peanut butter, no baked oatmeal, peanut butter cookies.
- 9:34Speaker 2: They were they were pretty good at your grandpa's favorite.
- 9:36Speaker 2: And did he sneak one before.
- 9:39Speaker 3: He tried it? And he goes, those.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Are his favorite?
- 9:43Speaker 3: Right? Yeah?
- 9:44Speaker 2: Yeah, And he said you did him pretty good. He
- 9:45Speaker 2: did say that the consistency was a little bit off
- 9:50Speaker 2: for his liking in the way he makes them, which
- 9:52Speaker 2: I think potentially we didn't let him sit out long
- 9:55Speaker 2: enough because the dogs we can't really just leave them
- 9:58Speaker 2: out there, or Biggie would have just had a feel
- 10:00Speaker 2: day eating peanut butter oatmeal cookies. So I think we
- 10:03Speaker 2: had to let them rest or let them, you know,
- 10:05Speaker 2: form a little bit more. And I think maybe that
- 10:07Speaker 2: was what he was saying, or maybe our recipe was
- 10:09Speaker 2: just a little bit off from his. But overall, I
- 10:13Speaker 2: don't normally like them. They're pretty good. There were a
- 10:16Speaker 2: B plus for me.
- 10:18Speaker 3: We still have some of them. I've been eating one
- 10:21Speaker 3: like every.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Yeah you have, what would you rank them?
- 10:23Speaker 3: Then? Hey, they were really good.
- 10:26Speaker 2: They're really good. They're pretty good. They're pretty good. They're
- 10:29Speaker 2: pretty really good, really pretty good. All right, we are
- 10:33Speaker 2: gonna do a gobble gobble lightning round fast answers, no thinking, Okay,
- 10:40Speaker 2: you have to say the first thing that comes to
- 10:41Speaker 2: your brain as quick as you can, and obviously it's
- 10:45Speaker 2: gobble gobble. Addition, so it's going to be about Thanksgiving,
- 10:48Speaker 2: all right? So ye are you ready? And then after
- 10:51Speaker 2: this maybe just maybe we're going to transition into something different,
- 10:56Speaker 2: a different kind of holiday season. Are you ready?
- 10:59Speaker 3: I know what? A different kind of holiday season?
- 11:02Speaker 2: Lightning round quick answers, Are you ready?
- 11:04Speaker 3: Yep?
- 11:06Speaker 2: What was the best thing you ate at Thanksgiving dinner?
- 11:10Speaker 3: Cookie like the no big cookies.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Okay, what's the worst thing that you ate at Thanksgiving dinner?
- 11:18Speaker 3: I don't know. They were also good. The punch.
- 11:22Speaker 2: We don't eat punch. That was the worst thing, okay, because.
- 11:28Speaker 3: I had a bunch of good stuff, but it had carbonation.
- 11:31Speaker 3: I don't like carbonation, and I don't like Cranberry is
- 11:35Speaker 3: just like the real cranberry.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Okay? Who won the first football game at Thanksgiving Day?
- 11:44Speaker 3: You didn't do football?
- 11:45Speaker 2: Not? You put the football on the tv.
- 11:48Speaker 3: The Thiefs.
- 11:50Speaker 2: No, they lost in the second game to the Cowboys.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Green Bay defeated the Detroit Lions in game one.
- 11:57Speaker 3: I wasn't paying attention. I was out, No, I was
- 12:00Speaker 3: out in the other room playing with my cousins. Okay,
- 12:06Speaker 3: we were watching in your dreams?
- 12:08Speaker 2: Which food? Which dish was the first dish to be
- 12:13Speaker 2: completely gone on Thanksgiving Day.
- 12:16Speaker 3: I don't think there was anything that was completely gone.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Oh there was, and it was gone quickly. They're gone
- 12:22Speaker 2: quickly every year, and people almost fight over them or
- 12:26Speaker 2: hide them Grandma's devil day. They go quick or as
- 12:29Speaker 2: you say, olive over.
- 12:31Speaker 3: No egg under olives.
- 12:35Speaker 2: But yes, those were the first in my viewing.
- 12:38Speaker 3: To go, So they were there like when everybody was leaving.
- 12:43Speaker 2: All right, So how many minutes late were me? You
- 12:48Speaker 2: and your mom? Because there apparently was a little bit
- 12:51Speaker 2: of a game that people were playing and they were
- 12:53Speaker 2: all guessing how late we were going to be, so
- 12:55Speaker 2: I know the exact time. So how many minutes late
- 12:57Speaker 2: were we?
- 12:58Speaker 3: Two?
- 13:00Speaker 2: We were thirty one minutes late because I thought that
- 13:05Speaker 2: dinners was at two and apparently it was at one,
- 13:09Speaker 2: and we walked in the door at one thirty one.
- 13:13Speaker 2: But in our defense, we were early because I thought
- 13:17Speaker 2: it was at two and the roads were terrible if
- 13:20Speaker 2: we didn't drive through a white out, was slippery and
- 13:22Speaker 2: just like really really bad roads. We probably only would
- 13:26Speaker 2: have been a couple of minutes late and unintentionally an
- 13:29Speaker 2: hour early. But so we do apologize to the fan
- 13:32Speaker 2: because Sissy was angry and yelling at us as soon
- 13:36Speaker 2: as we walked in the door. Thanks Sissy. All right,
- 13:39Speaker 2: let's go with this. We'll do one more gobble gobble
- 13:42Speaker 2: quick answer question. Okay, should turkey even be the main
- 13:47Speaker 2: dish of Thanksgiving?
- 13:49Speaker 4: No?
- 13:50Speaker 2: Straight up no, why cranberry? Cranberry should be this main dish.
- 13:54Speaker 2: You heard it here. First, ladies and gentlemen, drop the turkey,
- 13:57Speaker 2: save the turkey, eat more cranberries.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Yeah, because why would you want to kill the turkeys?
- 14:03Speaker 3: Every said there was a bunch of turkeys forming a
- 14:06Speaker 3: circle in her backyard yesterday. Not yesterday, the other day.
- 14:10Speaker 3: It formed into a line, and they just started walking
- 14:13Speaker 3: into the woods in the line because they were happy
- 14:15Speaker 3: that they were the ones that survived from Thanksgiving.
- 14:17Speaker 2: It was said by her things that we're saying, ye,
- 14:22Speaker 2: all right, well Thanksgiving is cooked. Literally it's December now,
- 14:27Speaker 2: which means it's officially Christmas season. Boom, we're in it, dude. Yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 2: So I need a Christmas excitement level check. I need
- 14:38Speaker 2: you to rate your hype one through.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Ten out of ten.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Okay, well, now I'm going to give you a list
- 14:46Speaker 2: of items that are Christmas related, and I want you
- 14:48Speaker 2: to rate your hype on each of them, all right,
- 14:51Speaker 2: one through ten.
- 14:52Speaker 3: Christmas lights five out of ten, eight.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Point five out of ten for Christmas lights are right,
- 14:55Speaker 2: all right, We typically just do Christmas lights on a
- 14:58Speaker 2: Christmas tree, so I think it adds a little bit
- 15:00Speaker 2: more to it. But Christmas lights in general, like you're
- 15:03Speaker 2: driving by. I know.
- 15:04Speaker 3: That's why I put it at eight point five because
- 15:07Speaker 3: it's so cool when they go all out date up
- 15:11Speaker 3: the road. Yeah, she goes all as.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Between the lights, the Christmas village, the Christmas parties, everything's
- 15:21Speaker 2: what's your favorite style Christmas light? I mean, you're you're
- 15:24Speaker 2: a little bit older now, you are almost a decade old.
- 15:27Speaker 2: You've seen some Christmas lights in your day. You're driving by.
- 15:31Speaker 2: What do you think one of your favorite styles is
- 15:33Speaker 2: like the big bulbs, the LED, the small bulbs, colored lights,
- 15:38Speaker 2: white lights.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Well, I like when they use There's this one house
- 15:43Speaker 3: that's like somewhere where we drive almost every time. There's
- 15:48Speaker 3: like a little little pole and it's like in a
- 15:50Speaker 3: form that they literally tie around.
- 15:54Speaker 2: It's like a flagpole, take a flagpole and then they
- 15:56Speaker 2: go from like the point down and they make like
- 15:58Speaker 2: a Christmas tree.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Out of it, and it looks really cool.
- 16:02Speaker 2: We should try to talk Nemo and Papa and to
- 16:04Speaker 2: do it on their flag pole. That would be cool.
- 16:07Speaker 2: You think we can talk them into it, Yeah, let's try.
- 16:10Speaker 3: And they have like a start out of LED's on
- 16:13Speaker 3: the top and it's really cool.
- 16:14Speaker 2: That is pretty cool. All right? One through ten? How
- 16:18Speaker 2: excited are you for the first snow?
- 16:20Speaker 3: I was actually pretty excited, so nine point two? Nine
- 16:27Speaker 3: point two.
- 16:28Speaker 2: And it's crazy because like the first snow was like Halloween,
- 16:32Speaker 2: so you were excited on Halloween night getting that first snow. Yeah,
- 16:36Speaker 2: you're crazy. Oh, one through ten? Tell me the hype
- 16:40Speaker 2: Christmas break no School?
- 16:42Speaker 3: Nine point five.
- 16:43Speaker 2: That's pretty excited. I thought that'd be.
- 16:44Speaker 3: I'm gonna miss I'm gonna miss my friend.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Okay, that's the little bit of a point five. I
- 16:50Speaker 2: got you. And you'll yeah, I mean they'll still be sports,
- 16:52Speaker 2: so you'll probably see them around. Let's go with how
- 16:55Speaker 2: about the hype on Christmas movies? One through ten?
- 16:57Speaker 3: Hear me out?
- 16:58Speaker 2: I'm all about hearing you out? Five Ooh, that's lower
- 17:02Speaker 2: than I thought. I'm hearing you out.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Why because I like a few of them, but most
- 17:09Speaker 3: of them I just don't enjoy it. Like I don't
- 17:12Speaker 3: get the big hype about Home Alone. I know it's
- 17:13Speaker 3: a big movie.
- 17:14Speaker 2: You watch your mouth.
- 17:17Speaker 3: I don't like Home Alone. Don't like Home Alone.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Unbelievable. That could be the biggest hot take that we've
- 17:23Speaker 2: had on Stay Out of My Fridge.
- 17:25Speaker 3: I just don't like it.
- 17:26Speaker 2: What about Diehard. Is Diehard a Christmas movie?
- 17:29Speaker 3: I've never watched it.
- 17:30Speaker 2: You probably haven't, But is Diehard a Christmas movie? It's
- 17:34Speaker 2: one of the biggest debates around Christmas time for Christmas movies.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Never watched it, so maybe I don't really know.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Blockbuster and video stores put it in the holiday seasonal
- 17:45Speaker 2: Christmas ale when it is time, but so you'll go
- 17:49Speaker 2: Maybe that's fine.
- 17:50Speaker 3: All right, because I've never watched it, so I don't know.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Fair well, we'll check with Megan see if you can
- 17:55Speaker 2: watch it this year and see if it's a Christmas movie.
- 17:58Speaker 2: I don't think you will enjoy Hot Chocolate one through ten?
- 18:02Speaker 2: Where's the hype?
- 18:04Speaker 3: Hot Chocolate point nine?
- 18:06Speaker 2: That is the highest rating that you have done of anything?
- 18:09Speaker 3: Because that one percent is that I don't like how
- 18:14Speaker 3: sometimes it burns my mouth, and I don't like marshmallows
- 18:17Speaker 3: and them. I'm sorry, don't. I just don't.
- 18:20Speaker 2: You are throwing the hottest Christmas takes and the coldest
- 18:23Speaker 2: season unbelievable.
- 18:27Speaker 3: But I do like Elf thebout like Elf. That's a
- 18:30Speaker 3: good Christmas movie I like to watch.
- 18:32Speaker 2: And talking about hot chocolate, all right, let's move on
- 18:37Speaker 2: to the next one. One through ten, the hype presence,
- 18:41Speaker 2: What do you think one through ten?
- 18:43Speaker 3: Nine point nine again, because I really like presents, But
- 18:49Speaker 3: the other percent is that it's not everything. Everything is family.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Okay, I was gonna say family.
- 18:55Speaker 3: But I'm really, really, really like opening presents because it's
- 19:00Speaker 3: just so the most exciting part is when you wake
- 19:05Speaker 3: up and then we all gather around the stairs and you, guys,
- 19:10Speaker 3: we could be staying there for thirty minutes and just
- 19:12Speaker 3: not be bored. We would just look at each other
- 19:14Speaker 3: and talk. Like me and every last year I think
- 19:18Speaker 3: sat like I was like a little bit away from her,
- 19:21Speaker 3: like here they can't see.
- 19:23Speaker 2: But they can't see. I know she's here.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Like we could be right next to each other. We'll
- 19:28Speaker 3: have a conversation or we'll play roadblocks, and then when
- 19:32Speaker 3: it's time, you guys will come to the stairs.
- 19:34Speaker 4: It's time, So you'll come to the bottom of the stairs,
- 19:41Speaker 4: come all the way up the stairs, grab us all
- 19:44Speaker 4: and close our eyes and we'll go down the stairs.
- 19:47Speaker 2: And then we don't close your eyes to go down
- 19:49Speaker 2: the stairs. It's dangerous.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Wait, no you don't. That's but I don't look like.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Oh the other two they look. You would think that
- 19:59Speaker 2: they're gonna get whiplash the way they look so hard,
- 20:01Speaker 2: which is fine. The excitement, the magic of the season,
- 20:04Speaker 2: it's beautiful. I love it.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Wait, I don't think I do that. I think I
- 20:07Speaker 3: did a one year. You look, I did a one year.
- 20:11Speaker 3: I want like this one year. What the most excited
- 20:16Speaker 3: thing is when you first see the Christmas tree and
- 20:19Speaker 3: all the presents underneath it.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Yeah, our family.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Has started a new tradition where we'll do like a
- 20:25Speaker 3: big sack and then you'll put present, and then you'll
- 20:29Speaker 3: put a wrap rapping paper, then a present that wrapping
- 20:33Speaker 3: paper isn't wrapping paper, but we get each get I
- 20:37Speaker 3: think two sacs or three.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Do you like that better than the present? Like, yes,
- 20:41Speaker 2: I'd love it. I'm so thankful that myself and Meg
- 20:44Speaker 2: mostly Meg came up with that idea. I love it.
- 20:47Speaker 2: I think it's so cool. It's so unique, it's so different,
- 20:50Speaker 2: and there's just honestly not a lot of waste. I mean,
- 20:53Speaker 2: so much wrapping paper and that stuff. You know, it
- 20:56Speaker 2: just gets ruined the trees and throw it away like
- 20:58Speaker 2: it's just a cool thing.
- 20:59Speaker 3: We use the same ones for like three years.
- 21:02Speaker 2: They're pretty cool. They're big sacks big. They're like you
- 21:06Speaker 2: could fit four eyelids in one.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Or two, probably two if I'm like this.
- 21:11Speaker 2: So at the time of the recording, you haven't got
- 21:14Speaker 2: your Advent calendar, but you are going to get one
- 21:17Speaker 2: on December first, you and all the girls. Yeah, don't
- 21:20Speaker 2: you guys get an advit calendar every year?
- 21:22Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 21:23Speaker 2: Yeah, we're gonna get an ADVID calendar. Do you have
- 21:24Speaker 2: any guesses? And then next week we can talk about
- 21:27Speaker 2: what you got in your Advent calendar and you know
- 21:31Speaker 2: what's your favorite and what you're not least a favorite
- 21:33Speaker 2: is from that. Do you have any ideas, any guesses
- 21:37Speaker 2: or no, anything you're hopeful for or you're just excited
- 21:40Speaker 2: to get one because like I said, you get one
- 21:42Speaker 2: every year.
- 21:42Speaker 3: You I really want one, but it's not gonna happen.
- 21:46Speaker 3: I am telling you it is not going to happen.
- 21:49Speaker 3: It's probably like one hundred and twenty bucks. It is
- 21:52Speaker 3: not going to happen. I want I want the Little
- 21:56Speaker 3: Boo Boo one Love Boo Boo.
- 21:58Speaker 2: One that's a little Boobo all those little weird.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Or I want the Wicked One, the New Wicked Case.
- 22:09Speaker 3: But it's actually no, I want the movie one and
- 22:12Speaker 3: when you open it it goes like the when you
- 22:15Speaker 3: log into Netflix.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Gotcha interesting? Well, we'll have to see what you get.
- 22:20Speaker 2: So instead of going too much of they have a calendar.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I just wanted to throw that out there. We're gonna
- 22:23Speaker 2: talk about that next week. So if you guys want
- 22:25Speaker 2: to see what the girls have, we'll do that. Let's
- 22:27Speaker 2: do a do you know what a would you rather?
- 22:29Speaker 3: Is? Yes, let's do what you want in our classroom,
- 22:33Speaker 3: because we do it on Blazer Fresh.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Let's do a little bit of a Christmas would you rather?
- 22:37Speaker 2: All right? Would you rather wrap all the presents that
- 22:41Speaker 2: would go under a tree for a family? Or would
- 22:45Speaker 2: you rather untangle the Christmas lights? What would you rather do?
- 22:49Speaker 3: Untangled the Christmas lights? WHOA?
- 22:52Speaker 2: That is no easy task, So I'm going to keep
- 22:54Speaker 2: that in mind.
- 22:56Speaker 3: No, I thought it would. They were like a little one.
- 22:58Speaker 2: No, like no, when we go to put on the
- 23:00Speaker 2: Christmas tree, or if we were to hang up a
- 23:01Speaker 2: bunch of Christmas lights outside and pull them out of
- 23:04Speaker 2: storage and then you have to untangle them. Oh presents,
- 23:08Speaker 2: Oh you already you already went on. You can't change it.
- 23:10Speaker 2: You're gonna untangle I thought it.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Was like around the tree, you need to put more prescription.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'll put all the prescription.
- 23:16Speaker 3: I thought it was all the way around, like the
- 23:18Speaker 3: tree ones that goes around the tree. I thought they
- 23:21Speaker 3: were like not like that, big gotcha?
- 23:24Speaker 2: Well, good luck untangling those lights this year. I'm going
- 23:27Speaker 2: we all said you said it on a podcast, so
- 23:29Speaker 2: you're you're the official untangler of the lights for twenty
- 23:32Speaker 2: twenty five. All right, let's move on. Would you rather
- 23:35Speaker 2: have a giant Christmas tree that you have to climb
- 23:39Speaker 2: to be able to put on all the ornaments or
- 23:41Speaker 2: a tiny tree that you can't even decorate because it's
- 23:45Speaker 2: so small. Big tree, big tree that you'd have to climb.
- 23:48Speaker 2: That would be wild.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I want to just I want to climb that. I
- 23:51Speaker 3: would just do the ones that I can read.
- 23:53Speaker 2: But then there'd only be ornaments like two foot high
- 23:56Speaker 2: burn All right? Would you have snow every single day
- 24:03Speaker 2: until Christmas? That adds up to tons and tons and
- 24:07Speaker 2: tons of snow or no snow at all on Christmas?
- 24:09Speaker 3: Tons and tons of tons of snow.
- 24:12Speaker 2: It's the pack No, you don't get it could be packy,
- 24:15Speaker 2: could be fluffy, could be light. So you'd rather have snow?
- 24:18Speaker 2: Every day until Christmas. Have a white Christmas.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Yeah. I like playing in the snow.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Well that's typically how it is up here anyways. But
- 24:27Speaker 2: as an adult having to shovel, plow and move snow
- 24:31Speaker 2: and drive in it stinks. But you're a kid, it's
- 24:34Speaker 2: supposed to be fun, all right. Would you rather get
- 24:37Speaker 2: one big present or ten small presents? That's a tough
- 24:44Speaker 2: one too, isn't it. Yeah? What would you rather do?
- 24:46Speaker 2: Would you rather get one big present or ten small presents?
- 24:51Speaker 3: Ten small presents? Because the sweatshirt I want is small?
- 24:55Speaker 2: Coluse you would get to open ten different things and
- 24:57Speaker 2: not one.
- 24:57Speaker 3: I know, but I would maybe get this sure that
- 25:00Speaker 3: I want?
- 25:01Speaker 2: All right, that's good. All right, let's before we get
- 25:03Speaker 2: out of here, let's do Christmas hot takes. You've thrown
- 25:08Speaker 2: out a bunch of hot aches already. Let's try one.
- 25:11Speaker 2: I want you to think of one or you know what.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Before we do that, Okay, before we do that, let's
- 25:18Speaker 2: talk about there's something that is huge that happens that
- 25:22Speaker 2: I can't believe. We almost didn't talk about what happens
- 25:26Speaker 2: after Thanksgiving? Why did we? Why did I almost forget this?
- 25:30Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:30Speaker 2: How did you almost forget this.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Didn't it? Forget it, but.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Go back.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Sorry to anybody that was just using hot films.
- 25:42Speaker 2: I was pretty loud, pretty loud, pretty excited. Tell them
- 25:46Speaker 2: we read the book and then they came, they appeared,
- 25:51Speaker 2: and they have new outfits, don't they. I tell everybody
- 25:56Speaker 2: the three elf names. Doesn't matter who's his which and
- 25:58Speaker 2: what is what? Just tell them the three elf names.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Cupcake, lizard and ginger snack.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Yeah, and what were the outfits this year?
- 26:06Speaker 3: A lifeguard, an astronaut and a swimmer?
- 26:10Speaker 2: That is pretty cool? Why in your own words, do
- 26:15Speaker 2: you love when the elves come? Like? What? That that
- 26:19Speaker 2: adds to the excitement. I see you coming down those
- 26:22Speaker 2: stairs every day? Like in your words, why are the elves?
- 26:25Speaker 3: Like?
- 26:27Speaker 2: Are they the greatest thing of Christmas season?
- 26:29Speaker 3: And why they have the greatest thing on Christmas season?
- 26:33Speaker 3: Because they are my best friends?
- 26:36Speaker 2: What about your best friends listening to this? Are they
- 26:37Speaker 2: going to be a little like yo, dude, I'm not
- 26:39Speaker 2: around all year. These olds are around only one month,
- 26:42Speaker 2: and they're your best friends. And we're not your best friends.
- 26:45Speaker 2: I'm not your best friend. Your mom's not your best friend,
- 26:47Speaker 2: your sisters aren't your best friend. The over your best friend.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Well there, you can have more than one best friend?
- 26:55Speaker 2: No you can't, Yes you can, I can't, hot take
- 26:58Speaker 2: can I have one best friend? Okay? Anyways, I'm just
- 27:00Speaker 2: messing with you. So so obviously they're your best friends.
- 27:02Speaker 3: Like that's what I love them to death?
- 27:05Speaker 2: Yeah? Okay, Well the elves are back Christmas season.
- 27:11Speaker 3: One more thing. It's really exciting when you come down
- 27:13Speaker 3: the stairs and you're like, where are my else? Where
- 27:15Speaker 3: am i elves? I love them? Is that?
- 27:18Speaker 2: What is that? What happens? Is that the voice that
- 27:21Speaker 2: goes through your head?
- 27:22Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 27:23Speaker 2: Interesting? Okay, well it's almost that time where you go
- 27:29Speaker 2: to bed, wake up and go where are my old?
- 27:32Speaker 2: Where am I out? So? Well, that's a rap kid.
- 27:35Speaker 2: We went through it again. Next week? What are we
- 27:37Speaker 2: going to talk about?
- 27:39Speaker 3: What I got from my Christmas? An?
- 27:42Speaker 2: We'll talk about the advoc calor wonder, We'll talk about
- 27:44Speaker 2: all the different locations that you remember where the elves are,
- 27:48Speaker 2: and we'll we'll keep wrapping into some Christmas style stuff.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Tis the season, all right, We'll talk about traditions we
- 27:54Speaker 2: have that I think are like no other, like the Masters,
- 27:58Speaker 2: and yeah, we'll give a little bit of more of
- 28:01Speaker 2: an insight and we'll build up that Christmas buzz. I'm excited. Yeah,
- 28:04Speaker 2: I'm getting hyped. And then we'll give an update on
- 28:07Speaker 2: some basketball everything else that's going on. We're pretty busy
- 28:10Speaker 2: with me coaching, Sissy, playing every playing, you doing your
- 28:13Speaker 2: ball or something. We are busy, busy, busy. So Isla,
- 28:17Speaker 2: thanks for being here, Thanks for taking some time out
- 28:19Speaker 2: of your busy day. And why don't you thank everybody
- 28:20Speaker 2: that's listening.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Yeah, we greatly appreciate it. Share it to your grandma,
- 28:25Speaker 2: Share it to your uncle, share it to your best friend.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Why don't you play this for the elves at night
- 28:30Speaker 2: so they have something to watch and listen to.
- 28:33Speaker 3: And make sure to be kind to all your friends
- 28:36Speaker 3: and have a holly, jolly Christmas. It's the best time of.
- 28:41Speaker 2: The year, it is, girl. And make sure you have
- 28:45Speaker 2: good food in Islah. When there's all the good food
- 28:48Speaker 2: in mind, you stay out of my fridge. What was that?
- 28:51Speaker 2: Never shaved the beard?
- 28:52Speaker 3: No, never shave it, never shave it.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Okay, that's on record. Should I put a hat on
- 28:57Speaker 2: or just go bald?
- 28:59Speaker 3: Bald?
- 29:00Speaker 2: Just go balth for the look? You thought you liked
- 29:01Speaker 2: the bald look. Yeah, Yeah, Why did you like it?
- 29:06Speaker 3: Because you look like mister Clean? Aah?
- 29:10Speaker 2: Do you know that? When I was growing up, I
- 29:11Speaker 2: had a mister Clean T shirt that was fluorescent green?
- 29:14Speaker 2: Really yeah? It was one of my favorite shirts. And
- 29:16Speaker 2: I can't find it, and I should try to find
- 29:18Speaker 2: it again. I know it's not in the side. I
- 29:20Speaker 2: don't know where it ended up. I think Nima saw
- 29:23Speaker 2: me wear it so many times that she took it
- 29:26Speaker 2: and probably burned it. My other favorite shirt was a
- 29:29Speaker 2: bright orange shirt that had one of the umpa lupas
- 29:32Speaker 2: from Lilly Wonka, and it was so cool. It or
- 29:35Speaker 2: a lot. I liked bright colors. It was the nineties
- 29:38Speaker 2: and that was a time when bright colors weren't cool.
- 29:41Speaker 2: I tried to make it cool. Do you think I succeeded.
- 29:45Speaker 3: No, burn.
- 29:47Speaker 2: It's been a week of sick to them and sniffles,
- 29:49Speaker 2: haven't it. Yep, we've both been battling cold. Avery's been sick,
- 29:55Speaker 2: Sissy's been sick. You know, Mama's been sick. I mean
- 29:59Speaker 2: talk about school, I mean this week. Last week was
- 30:02Speaker 2: pretty much like a ghost town. Do you know what
- 30:04Speaker 2: I mean by ghost town?
- 30:06Speaker 3: No?
- 30:06Speaker 2: You know what I mean? So sickness like a ghost town,
- 30:10Speaker 2: like not that there's like not that there's people walking
- 30:13Speaker 2: around with sheets on going.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Oooh, nobody's at like schooler.
- 30:17Speaker 2: There's nobody there. I mean, how many there was? Like
- 30:20Speaker 2: what four people in your class? Some days? I was
- 30:24Speaker 2: gonna say sick, subod, but I really don't like saying that.
- 30:28Speaker 3: There was only on Thursday we only had four kids
- 30:31Speaker 3: in my class. That's ridiculous, seriously, because everybody got the cold,
- 30:36Speaker 3: like actually sick and like like stomach bug and headaches.
- 30:41Speaker 2: And let's be honest, when I'm sick, I'm a whimp.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I don't know if it hits me harder. I'm just
- 30:49Speaker 2: not that tough.
- 30:50Speaker 3: You're not that tough. What a bird, You're not that tough.
- 30:57Speaker 2: I am a bit of a baby when I'm sick.
- 31:00Speaker 2: I don't love it. Who likes being sick? I don't
- 31:03Speaker 2: like being sick, but even nurse likes being sick.
- 31:05Speaker 3: I don't like being sick. But but I'm not a
- 31:09Speaker 3: baby about it.
- 31:12Speaker 2: That is really so you're telling me right before we
- 31:17Speaker 2: got on this, you were to try a bite of
- 31:20Speaker 2: chicken noodle soup homemade by the one and only Meg,
- 31:23Speaker 2: one of the best chicken noodle soups around and you
- 31:26Speaker 2: didn't act like a little bit of a baby. We
- 31:29Speaker 2: gave you a noodle.
- 31:30Speaker 3: I didn't like the touch of it.
- 31:35Speaker 2: Well, chicken noodle soup is super good when you're sick.
- 31:38Speaker 3: I'm not sick.
- 31:39Speaker 2: No, no, interesting, Okay, well you are feeling better, let's
- 31:43Speaker 2: be let's let's go ahead and throw that out there
- 31:46Speaker 2: right way better.
- 31:47Speaker 3: But my nose is.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh we could tell by your voice, and you're
- 31:55Speaker 2: kind but less coughs. Remember to help that.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Because I can't breathe from nose.
- 32:00Speaker 2: You can help it. I could do is wash her
- 32:02Speaker 2: hands for a little bit longer.
- 32:04Speaker 3: I can't breathe through my nose. That's why I can't
- 32:06Speaker 3: help talking like this got you?
- 32:09Speaker 2: I got you? Interesting? So who sounded worse you think
- 32:13Speaker 2: trying to talk over the last couple of weeks, mir
- 32:15Speaker 2: or you b Yeah, you sounded pretty bad, not great.
- 32:21Speaker 3: I was always coughing over there.
- 32:23Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, we try our
- 32:25Speaker 2: best to take care of each other, right yep. I
- 32:28Speaker 2: mean you don't wash your hands as much in the house,
- 32:30Speaker 2: probably as much as you should. So who do you
- 32:32Speaker 2: think got me? Sick?
- 32:34Speaker 3: Sissy? I think so too, because she sat right next
- 32:37Speaker 3: and she coughed all over you.
- 32:39Speaker 2: She would she did, and I missed it.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Yeah you didn't see that.
- 32:44Speaker 2: That's a b C and disgusting.
- 32:47Speaker 3: She went like this, She went like that.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Did she do it on purpose? You think?
- 32:51Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 32:52Speaker 2: No, I don't think she wouldn't do that to me.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Like she tried to cover her belt, but like her
- 32:56Speaker 3: belt was still good, like a little over her elbow.
- 32:59Speaker 2: She was glad, Wow, you just made it. You took
- 33:01Speaker 2: a cough and made it to wish. All right, So
- 33:03Speaker 2: Sissy got me sick? Who got you sick? I think
- 33:05Speaker 2: Avery got you.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Sick because I was hanging out with her. And then
- 33:07Speaker 3: she starts, hmmm, it just doesn't stop.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Sharing is caring, but not with germs. We should not
- 33:16Speaker 2: share that with each other, right, I was hanging.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Out with Avery, though, so I would say it's okay
- 33:22Speaker 3: with me a little bit, because like it's a little
- 33:27Speaker 3: bit better like sick. I don't know how to explain
- 33:30Speaker 3: this clearly. I feel like since I was hanging out
- 33:36Speaker 3: with Avery and I got sick, I feel like it's
- 33:40Speaker 3: not as bad because I was hanging out with Avery.
- 33:42Speaker 2: So you're saying, hang your time hanging out with her
- 33:46Speaker 2: is so awesome that even if it makes you get
- 33:50Speaker 2: sick with a low grade fever, it's worth it. Yeah,
- 33:54Speaker 2: that's love. That's crazy. You were coughing though.
- 33:58Speaker 3: She doesn't usually play with bass. That's why it's awesome.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, because.
- 34:03Speaker 3: She grew out of like barbies and stuff, so she
- 34:06Speaker 3: doesn't really play with me anymore.
- 34:08Speaker 2: That makes me sad.
- 34:09Speaker 3: She usually sits on her phone and on TV and
- 34:13Speaker 3: takes naps, like she's turning into sissy.
- 34:17Speaker 2: We're gonna have two of them, yeah, unreal, and then
- 34:20Speaker 2: soon enough we're gonna have three of them.
- 34:23Speaker 3: And then enough when we're gonna have two again. Sissy's
- 34:27Speaker 3: moving out.
- 34:28Speaker 2: She's not moving out for a while. She's gonna live
- 34:29Speaker 2: here while she goes to college. Let's be real, Let's
- 34:32Speaker 2: not be real.
- 34:33Speaker 3: She's not going to Yeah she is.
- 34:36Speaker 2: You heard it here first. But you were coughing so wild,
- 34:39Speaker 2: so crazy through your sleep throughout the day. It was
- 34:42Speaker 2: almost like you were trying to summon a dragon or something.
- 34:46Speaker 2: I bet you that dragon's name was Clarence.
- 34:48Speaker 3: This morning, I was coughing so hard that I gagged
- 34:51Speaker 3: probably like three times.
- 34:52Speaker 2: That's the worst.
- 34:53Speaker 3: Like when you gag. It's just such a gross feeling.
- 34:57Speaker 2: It's not good.
- 34:58Speaker 3: It's like like it makes my stomach.
- 35:01Speaker 2: Hurt mine too thinking about it.
- 35:04Speaker 3: I can't do it. But like I still gagged because
- 35:07Speaker 3: I was coughing so hard. I was inhaling too much air.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Apparently, all right, we talked last week. What came after Thanksgiving?
- 35:21Speaker 2: Let's talk about him. Where have they been, what have
- 35:25Speaker 2: they been doing?
- 35:26Speaker 3: I'll talk about everywhere they could.
- 35:29Speaker 2: All right, talk about where they've done, and then we're
- 35:31Speaker 2: going to get to the embarrassing moment where you were
- 35:33Speaker 2: calling the l's by the wrong names.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Ginger Snap. Ginger Snap was astronaut, Blizzard World, Blizzard was
- 35:45Speaker 3: I get it. I got with you to said Blizzard was. No,
- 35:52Speaker 3: Blizzard was the astronaut. My sisters of Ginger Snap was
- 35:58Speaker 3: lifeguard in my cupcake was a swimmer girl, scuba diver. Yeah,
- 36:05Speaker 3: but today I asked them in the my mailbox.
- 36:09Speaker 2: First, back it up. Not everybody might know what your
- 36:13Speaker 2: mailbox is. What is this mailbox at your space?
- 36:17Speaker 3: So my mailbox I take it out every year. So
- 36:21Speaker 3: it's a little like like it looks like a mailbox,
- 36:25Speaker 3: but it doesn't have the pool and it has like
- 36:28Speaker 3: that thing that comes up.
- 36:30Speaker 2: It's like a flag, yes, the mailbox flag, yep, And
- 36:33Speaker 2: it's a The whole mailbox is aluminum. What's the design
- 36:37Speaker 2: on it?
- 36:37Speaker 3: Like pink woods and stuff.
- 36:39Speaker 2: It's pretty cute.
- 36:40Speaker 3: And then when I open it, I can put little
- 36:42Speaker 3: notes inside, and my house put notes in it, and
- 36:46Speaker 3: I put my note in it yesterday if they could
- 36:50Speaker 3: go back to their original outfits because I love their
- 36:53Speaker 3: original outfits.
- 36:54Speaker 2: So you like the original ones better than the ones
- 36:56Speaker 2: that you bought, yeah.
- 36:56Speaker 3: Because it's so iconic to them, like they can even
- 37:00Speaker 3: those outfits.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:02Speaker 3: So I asked that in the mailbox last night if
- 37:07Speaker 3: they could, and I found out this morning that they
- 37:10Speaker 3: went back to their original outfits.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Didn't you read me a note or something that they
- 37:15Speaker 2: left you the other day too?
- 37:16Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 37:17Speaker 2: I want to say you were talking about the original outfits,
- 37:20Speaker 2: how they went back there after you left them? No.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Oh, I get them a new outfit every year, so
- 37:26Speaker 3: it's like they have a They probably each have a
- 37:29Speaker 3: whole entire dresser of all their clothes that I gave that.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Well, thankfully they're small, so it's a small dresser. I
- 37:34Speaker 2: would imagine it would it be a big dresser. Let
- 37:37Speaker 2: me ask you this, what would you picture the first
- 37:40Speaker 2: thing that pops in your brain? What does an elf
- 37:43Speaker 2: on the shelves? Dresser?
- 37:45Speaker 3: Look like?
- 37:45Speaker 2: What color? What material? How many drawers do they have
- 37:49Speaker 2: underwear in there?
- 37:50Speaker 3: I'm gonna think, I'm gonna think about what cupcakes would be?
- 37:55Speaker 2: All right, let's go cupcake? What do we got?
- 37:57Speaker 3: Cupcakes would be purple?
- 37:58Speaker 2: Of course, because of course, because.
- 38:02Speaker 3: That's if you You don't know, but I do. You
- 38:06Speaker 3: are talking to them, Oh.
- 38:08Speaker 2: You're looking at me and coughing like you're trying to
- 38:11Speaker 2: summon the drag.
- 38:13Speaker 3: You don't know. I don't know why I keep on saying,
- 38:16Speaker 3: if you don't know, my elf is purpleur So that's why.
- 38:20Speaker 3: And I think it's probably not very big. It's probably
- 38:23Speaker 3: like eight inches.
- 38:26Speaker 2: With eight inches the dresser, Yeah, okay.
- 38:29Speaker 3: The width is eight inches probably okay, and the length
- 38:33Speaker 3: is probably four inches okay.
- 38:36Speaker 2: How many drawers do you think? Two? Four, six, eight?
- 38:39Speaker 2: Who do we appreciate six seven? Because your only two drawers?
- 38:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 38:46Speaker 2: Okay, So what goes on?
- 38:46Speaker 3: There's like a big closet part and and there's two
- 38:48Speaker 3: drill drawers on the bottom, so.
- 38:51Speaker 2: They hang up the outfits on the on the one
- 38:53Speaker 2: part on.
- 38:54Speaker 3: The racks, like there's a coat hanging rack, and then
- 38:57Speaker 3: you just hang up their clothes there, okay, and then
- 38:59Speaker 3: on the bottom underwear underwear and socks and mondor and
- 39:06Speaker 3: then the other one's going to be all their shoes.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Is there any bras in there? Do you think that
- 39:10Speaker 2: the elves have to wear them? What girls do?
- 39:13Speaker 3: Right? Yeah? But the only seven years old?
- 39:18Speaker 2: Okay, my elf so not yet.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Cissy's elf is probably needs too, she's a little older,
- 39:26Speaker 3: but my else's only seven, gotcha. I got her when I.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Was two tracking Okay, so what else? So so we
- 39:33Speaker 2: know what you're you're picturing for your elf, all the
- 39:36Speaker 2: outfits and everything else. Do you think they use a
- 39:39Speaker 2: full size washing machine or do you think they have
- 39:41Speaker 2: special elves washing machines?
- 39:43Speaker 3: I think they?
- 39:45Speaker 2: Or do you do? Do they hand wash all their clothes?
- 39:49Speaker 3: What I think is that ear me out? I think
- 39:53Speaker 3: they don't wash their clothes because I love it. You
- 39:59Speaker 3: don't wash.
- 40:00Speaker 2: Your shorts, I don't put you in mind.
- 40:02Speaker 3: You have a pair of shorts that you have haven't
- 40:05Speaker 3: washed in over fifteen years?
- 40:07Speaker 2: You said, not prove it.
- 40:10Speaker 3: You have a pair of shorts. It was like yellow
- 40:13Speaker 3: or something.
- 40:13Speaker 2: What I don't even want a pair of yellow shorts.
- 40:16Speaker 3: No, it's like a black never mind, it's like the
- 40:19Speaker 3: black pear back and I know what black gray, gray pair.
- 40:24Speaker 3: And they've got little pockets, yeah, pockets. Okay, you said
- 40:30Speaker 3: that you haven't watched those in like fifteen years because
- 40:33Speaker 3: they're good luck.
- 40:34Speaker 2: I know what you're talking about.
- 40:36Speaker 3: Such a liar, because here we out I again that
- 40:42Speaker 3: they only wear them once a year, like when they
- 40:46Speaker 3: come to our house.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Might they wear my shorts once a year? My lucky shirt?
- 40:50Speaker 3: Talking about your talking about the elf?
- 40:53Speaker 2: So you think the el's just rock them for a
- 40:56Speaker 2: month and they don't wash them because they're good luck,
- 40:58Speaker 2: which is okay, But then what are the elves wearing
- 41:02Speaker 2: when they're not wearing the og costumes are the ones
- 41:05Speaker 2: that you buy them? What would you picture cupcakes rock
- 41:08Speaker 2: in the other eleven months of the year. Her skirt,
- 41:11Speaker 2: she just rocks a skirt, the same skirt, different skirts.
- 41:13Speaker 2: What color is this skirt? Purple?
- 41:15Speaker 3: Still probably by purple?
- 41:17Speaker 2: You don't think she gets sick of wearing purple around Christmas?
- 41:20Speaker 2: She mixes it up a little bit. Maybe I want
- 41:22Speaker 2: to wear yellow. I want to wear some green. I
- 41:26Speaker 2: want to wear some brown. I want to wear some chucker. No,
- 41:29Speaker 2: none of that.
- 41:30Speaker 3: I think probably like she's got a bunch of skirts
- 41:33Speaker 3: like that.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, she just does.
- 41:36Speaker 3: She has so many that she doesn't need to wash
- 41:39Speaker 3: them because she could go through an entire gear with
- 41:42Speaker 3: all of the skirts that she has.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Wow, but only two drawers? Okay, all right?
- 41:48Speaker 3: No, I think that there's like a room full of.
- 41:55Speaker 2: For just Cupcake.
- 41:56Speaker 3: No, not just for Cupcake, for all let me finish,
- 42:01Speaker 3: for all of the elves together to have all of
- 42:04Speaker 3: their skirts. WHOA, So that's roots probably full of like
- 42:09Speaker 3: a million skirts.
- 42:11Speaker 2: What do you think that room smells like skirts? What
- 42:14Speaker 2: does skirts smell like fabric? What does fabric smell like sheep?
- 42:19Speaker 2: That must stink. You've ever been around a sheep farm?
- 42:21Speaker 2: So you're telling me the elves stink?
- 42:24Speaker 3: No, I meant to say something else, Candy, So.
- 42:28Speaker 2: You went from they smell like sheep? Do they smell
- 42:30Speaker 2: like candy? No?
- 42:31Speaker 3: I said that they smell like skirts. That fabric, that cheap,
- 42:35Speaker 3: that candy.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Wow, that escalated quickly, Candy, Do you wanna do you
- 42:39Speaker 2: wanna talk about potentially where the elves have been or
- 42:45Speaker 2: do you want to move on to the next Okay,
- 42:48Speaker 2: so how about you just give me the like some
- 42:51Speaker 2: of your one or two of your favorite today Yesterday's.
- 42:55Speaker 3: Are today yesterday one was really funny?
- 42:58Speaker 2: Well tell me about Oh it's pretty good. It's crazy.
- 43:02Speaker 3: They hid in the crock pot and I me and
- 43:05Speaker 3: my mom because I had a cold.
- 43:07Speaker 2: But the crock pot was not on. There was no chicken.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Who was soup and a crock pot?
- 43:11Speaker 3: It was like the cord was.
- 43:14Speaker 2: The elves wear the same underwear all month while they're
- 43:17Speaker 2: in our house or do you think they change them?
- 43:19Speaker 2: I think they change them because imagine if you wear
- 43:22Speaker 2: the same pair of underwear for a month.
- 43:23Speaker 3: I think they wear underwear. What because when they're wearing
- 43:28Speaker 3: their when because in our house, all of me and
- 43:33Speaker 3: my sister and Avery at December twenty fourth.
- 43:39Speaker 2: I think this Christmas Eve, the twenty fifth is Christmas.
- 43:43Speaker 2: You don't even know when Christmas is?
- 43:45Speaker 3: No, I do. It's December twenty fifth.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Well I just said that, of course, you know I
- 43:50Speaker 2: knew that. I knew that, Okay.
- 43:53Speaker 3: But December twenty fourth, our elves, like when we aren't paying.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Attention, are you never pay attention.
- 44:03Speaker 3: When our elves. Our elves will go somewhere in the
- 44:07Speaker 3: house with a sign that says, you know what time.
- 44:10Speaker 2: It is morning?
- 44:13Speaker 3: You know what time it is because we do it
- 44:15Speaker 3: every year. So they like, they're like, you know what
- 44:18Speaker 3: time it is and they're in their pajamas and they're
- 44:20Speaker 3: sleeping bags and they give us each pajamas and.
- 44:25Speaker 2: A knuckle sandwich.
- 44:26Speaker 3: No, what else do they give us? Tell me, no,
- 44:30Speaker 3: they I know they give us something else. Anyways, anyway
- 44:33Speaker 3: they do that and then no, it's slippers. And then
- 44:41Speaker 3: they're all in their pajamas and stuff like that. And
- 44:43Speaker 3: then they we get to hold them because they put
- 44:47Speaker 3: them like a dust or something to make them so
- 44:49Speaker 3: they can fly back to the nord pool. So we
- 44:51Speaker 3: sleep with them that night and then we wake up
- 44:53Speaker 3: on Christmas Christmas and we have them and then we
- 44:56Speaker 3: bring them downstairs with us, set them and in their
- 45:02Speaker 3: them in our lap. Why we opened presents and they
- 45:07Speaker 3: watched us. And then we have to put them on
- 45:09Speaker 3: the tree that night.
- 45:11Speaker 2: Yep, Okay, So talk about they're in the crackpot.
- 45:14Speaker 3: They were in the crackpot.
- 45:16Speaker 2: The crackpot was not on We have confirmed this, and.
- 45:21Speaker 3: They were in there, and then they finally when we left,
- 45:29Speaker 3: they Matt left too, so he was at work. I
- 45:32Speaker 3: had a fever, so I had to stay home, but
- 45:35Speaker 3: my mom and I had to go to drop my
- 45:38Speaker 3: sister off at school because it was a big day
- 45:41Speaker 3: for our school. And then we drove back. And then
- 45:45Speaker 3: when we drove back, we came inside and I couldn't
- 45:50Speaker 3: find the elves, like they weren't in their spot. That
- 45:52Speaker 3: they started at what.
- 45:53Speaker 2: We were thinking? Were you thinking that you did something wrong?
- 45:56Speaker 2: And they went back?
- 45:57Speaker 3: I thought that Diggy got them.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Your dog ate him? How mad would you be? Would
- 46:02Speaker 2: we have to yes, no.
- 46:05Speaker 3: Not get rid of him, but no, I actually want
- 46:07Speaker 3: to ever talk to him. Like I would never snuggle
- 46:10Speaker 3: him or ever like even look at him again. I
- 46:12Speaker 3: would be so mad I would cry all.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Day me too. So you get home, you can't find him?
- 46:20Speaker 2: What happened?
- 46:21Speaker 3: My mom looked in the crock pop in the lidters
- 46:24Speaker 3: on it inside stat they're stacked up. And then my
- 46:33Speaker 3: mailbox had the flag up and then inside it said, oh,
- 46:40Speaker 3: I hope you feel better.
- 46:42Speaker 2: I heart you literally like the you.
- 46:46Speaker 3: And then they said we activated Biggie protection mode.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Ha ha, Wow, those l's are so smart. Yeah, unbelievable.
- 46:58Speaker 3: And today they hid buy my crafting table and they
- 47:02Speaker 3: went back to with.
- 47:04Speaker 2: That's wild.
- 47:05Speaker 3: And then when I was crafting today, like doing my
- 47:08Speaker 3: diamond dart. If you know what that is, it's cool
- 47:11Speaker 3: and if you don't, you should look out and buy
- 47:14Speaker 3: one that. They are really cool, aren't they.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Yeah, they're pretty cool.
- 47:18Speaker 3: And then I was doing it and they're just looking
- 47:22Speaker 3: at it, and they're they're going, what.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Are they doing? A discrete? So she's smiling like really creepy. No,
- 47:32Speaker 2: she's smiling cutely. Oh, she's smiling cutely. Sorry, I must
- 47:36Speaker 2: have mixed up my words creepy cutely they're almost the same, right,
- 47:39Speaker 2: Well those were the elves and this week is a
- 47:42Speaker 2: big week for you. You got yourself a little bit
- 47:44Speaker 2: of a Christmas concert that.
- 47:47Speaker 3: I do what I'm playing a recorder?
- 47:51Speaker 2: Oh, hot cross bonds, no jingle balls? Are you excited yet?
- 47:57Speaker 2: Ready to go?
- 47:58Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 47:58Speaker 2: Yeah? Is that all you're doing? Just doing the or
- 48:01Speaker 2: are you going to sing a couple of songs.
- 48:02Speaker 3: We're gonna sing a couple of songs too, Yeah, we're
- 48:04Speaker 3: singing them with like the whole elementary.
- 48:07Speaker 2: I don't even remember. It's gonna be fun though.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Winter Wonderland we're doing by ourselves.
- 48:14Speaker 2: Some pretty like what do you mean like you're changing
- 48:17Speaker 2: the lyrics.
- 48:17Speaker 3: We're not doing whatever.
- 48:19Speaker 2: Are you gonna say? Round and women's underwear?
- 48:25Speaker 3: We're doing walk walking in in the walking in the
- 48:30Speaker 3: winto wonderland, in the mad in the meadow. We can
- 48:36Speaker 3: build a snowm.
- 48:39Speaker 2: GI's ald. Wow, you matter, we.
- 48:43Speaker 3: Can build, so advertise it. He's a circus loud. Well,
- 48:48Speaker 3: I've left the this just so, man till the other

- 48:58Speaker 3: bad fire you okay, So as we.
- 49:03Speaker 2: Go along, walk in some women's underway, don't sing that.
- 49:08Speaker 2: That would be embarrassing.
- 49:10Speaker 3: You're gonna trick me into do it.
- 49:12Speaker 2: I don't do it. That's the last time I'm gonna
- 49:14Speaker 2: say that. That's pretty cool. It's a Winter Wonderland out
- 49:18Speaker 2: there today, isn't it. Well? I am excited that you're
- 49:23Speaker 2: excited for that concert. That's gonna be a lot of fun.
- 49:25Speaker 2: And then Sissy, so it goes so unfortunately I can't
- 49:28Speaker 2: be at the concert because Avery has a game and
- 49:30Speaker 2: the team that I coach has a game.
- 49:33Speaker 3: What and I have Did I have an having calendar?
- 49:37Speaker 4: You do?
- 49:38Speaker 3: Girl? And it's in drummer? Please?
- 49:42Speaker 2: Do you want me to play a real drum roll?
- 49:44Speaker 3: Yes?
- 49:44Speaker 2: All right, let me see this here. So ladies and gentlemen,
- 49:47Speaker 2: we need a drum role please.
- 49:49Speaker 3: I have a nail having calendar.
- 49:53Speaker 2: For anybody listening. That came out pretty wild. Can you
- 49:57Speaker 2: break it down?
- 49:58Speaker 3: A nail I've been calendar.
- 50:01Speaker 2: You were so excited you were It was.
- 50:02Speaker 3: Like, I have a calender a nail I haven't calendar.
- 50:08Speaker 2: So for anybody that needs a house built, she has
- 50:10Speaker 2: a bunch of nails. So she it comes with a hammer,
- 50:14Speaker 2: some nails and she can build you something.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Right, No actual nails, like.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Yeah, those are actual nails.
- 50:23Speaker 3: A bunch of girls get their nails on it like
- 50:25Speaker 3: a salon, like a salon nails. Oh yeah, so I
- 50:31Speaker 3: got like nail polish and nail violis and fun fact
- 50:36Speaker 3: about me. Fun fact I if I love doing nails,
- 50:40Speaker 3: it's like something that makes me happy to do, Like
- 50:43Speaker 3: I enjoy doing it.
- 50:44Speaker 2: How come you love doing it but they always fall off?
- 50:47Speaker 2: It makes me happy if it makes you happy.
- 50:52Speaker 3: It makes me happy to do them. And I can
- 50:55Speaker 3: do a bunch of really cool designs it is.
- 50:59Speaker 2: Yeah, that's pretty cool. That's pretty cool.
- 51:01Speaker 3: So officially it's a week that I've opened it. Stop
- 51:06Speaker 3: he just played that noise. He just played that noise
- 51:10Speaker 3: on there.
- 51:11Speaker 2: Okay, so you have the nail Edmund calendar. That's pretty exciting,
- 51:15Speaker 2: do you think. So everybody in the house has an
- 51:18Speaker 2: Edmund calendar. I want you to rank them one through four.
- 51:20Speaker 2: One is the coolest to is second, third place, fourth place.
- 51:25Speaker 3: I think Mom's is gonna be second place. What is your?
- 51:31Speaker 3: Actually third? Third place? Because I'm not really into cows,
- 51:35Speaker 3: but she is, and I think they're pretty cute. Actually,
- 51:40Speaker 3: I'm gonna go fourth for her.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Whoa, she went from second to last just that quick, okay.
- 51:45Speaker 3: Because I am not really a fan of Highland cows.
- 51:49Speaker 2: Like, I'm just not her okay, and I definitely aren't her.
- 51:55Speaker 3: Second place, I'm gonna say Avery's.
- 51:57Speaker 2: What does she get?
- 51:58Speaker 3: A footballer?
- 52:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 52:01Speaker 3: Like I love football. It's just I think my sister's
- 52:04Speaker 3: at calendar is cooler. My sister plays second and I
- 52:08Speaker 3: places first.
- 52:10Speaker 2: I thought Avery was second, I said third. I heard second.
- 52:13Speaker 3: My bad.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Okay, So yours is first?
- 52:16Speaker 3: Yeah, because I like mine the most. She's got My
- 52:20Speaker 3: sister's got the mini brand ofn't Calendar, and it's full
- 52:24Speaker 3: of like little mini brand books. It is pretty cool
- 52:27Speaker 3: and she loves books, so she really likes it too.
- 52:30Speaker 2: What a nerd and the most crude. I'm a nerd.
- 52:35Speaker 2: I just did. What are you gonna do about it?
- 52:38Speaker 2: Get out of here? Huh? All right, so that's pretty cool.
- 52:43Speaker 2: I've killed her. We have just a couple more minutes.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Why don't we do a little quick little game.
- 52:48Speaker 3: Yes, I was waiting for this.
- 52:51Speaker 2: We're gonna mix it up. It's a little bit different.
- 52:53Speaker 3: All right.
- 52:54Speaker 2: We're gonna call this game sick or slick? Oh, how
- 53:00Speaker 2: it works. We're each gonna take turns describing or if
- 53:03Speaker 2: you can't come up, and then I'll do it. We're
- 53:05Speaker 2: gonna describe a random holiday or winter situation and then
- 53:10Speaker 2: you have to quickly answer is it sick or awesome?
- 53:14Speaker 2: I'm not sick like you and me last week? Or
- 53:17Speaker 2: slick like terrible?
- 53:20Speaker 3: Okay?
- 53:20Speaker 2: That sound good? Yeah, all right, I'll go first, matching
- 53:25Speaker 2: Christmas pajamas sick or slick? Sick you think so? Yeah,
- 53:31Speaker 2: everybody has them together. It's pretty awesome. Yeah, i'd agree
- 53:34Speaker 2: with you. The soon.
- 53:36Speaker 3: So do you think wait, is there like the right
- 53:39Speaker 3: answer for this?
- 53:40Speaker 2: No, it's our opinions. Okay, yeah, I mean, okay, hold on,
- 53:45Speaker 2: let me chime in. Is the answer correct? I'm just
- 53:47Speaker 2: kidding yea, yeah, yeah, it's what we think, all right.
- 53:50Speaker 2: How about snowball fights? Sick or slick? Until I destroy
- 53:57Speaker 2: you in a snowball fight, and then you're gonna.
- 53:58Speaker 3: Be like until I make it. I like to make
- 54:01Speaker 3: a wall and a head behind the wall, and then
- 54:03Speaker 3: I'll throw it at your face. I bald head. Ah.
- 54:10Speaker 3: I throw so hard when you're grabbing the snowball, like
- 54:14Speaker 3: you're leaning for gathering the snowball. That's why I hit
- 54:18Speaker 3: your bald head.
- 54:20Speaker 2: So I throw so hard to actually throw through the wall.
- 54:22Speaker 2: So all right, let's go with school concert solos sick
- 54:28Speaker 2: or slick?
- 54:29Speaker 3: Sick? Yeah? I like my concerts.
- 54:34Speaker 2: What about a solo? Do you know what a solo is?
- 54:37Speaker 2: All right? So that would be pretty sick?
- 54:39Speaker 3: This ship for my dance?
- 54:41Speaker 2: Yeah all right, how about that's cool? Secret time. We'll
- 54:45Speaker 2: update that later. How about my singing? Sick or slick?
- 54:50Speaker 3: Slick?
- 54:51Speaker 2: What you don't think I sing good?
- 54:55Speaker 3: I never heard you sing.
- 54:56Speaker 2: I just sang a song with you, but walking around
- 54:59Speaker 2: away Iman's underwear exactly.
- 55:03Speaker 3: I'm just kidding. Slick.
- 55:07Speaker 2: You really think it's slick?
- 55:09Speaker 3: I mean it stick? I sorry?
- 55:12Speaker 2: All right, let's go with leftover Thanksgiving food, sick or slick?
- 55:18Speaker 2: All right? What about glitter on your new craft table? Slick?
- 55:26Speaker 2: Slick glitter because it's.
- 55:29Speaker 3: I just cleaned it, like I literally just wiped it
- 55:33Speaker 3: down and glitters. I like glitter.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Alright, one last one.
- 55:38Speaker 3: I put glitter on my door in my old room
- 55:41Speaker 3: just to make you mad. Do you remember that it's
- 55:44Speaker 3: still there? Remember I took it onto tapes and then
- 55:50Speaker 3: I crawled it up and then I dipped it and
- 55:52Speaker 3: glitter and put it on my door just as they
- 55:55Speaker 3: come mad?
- 55:56Speaker 2: M How did that work out for you?
- 55:58Speaker 3: Good?
- 56:00Speaker 2: All right, we're at the end of this episode, Isla.
- 56:03Speaker 2: This has been fun.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Well yeah, yeah, when you slip and fall in the snow, it's.
- 56:10Speaker 2: Slick unless you get to watch other people do it.
- 56:12Speaker 2: And as long as they don't get hurt and you
- 56:14Speaker 2: laugh because they're not hurt, but it's just kind of funny.
- 56:17Speaker 2: That's sick. Do you agree?
- 56:19Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 56:20Speaker 2: All right, listen, we're at the end of the episode.
- 56:22Speaker 2: Ilah glad you're feeling a little bit better. Let's gonna
- 56:24Speaker 2: eat some Papperoni pizzi or anything.
- 56:28Speaker 3: Favorite.
- 56:29Speaker 2: You don't eat the crust, so I get to eat
- 56:30Speaker 2: the crust.
- 56:31Speaker 3: I get to I get to stay out of my friend.
- 56:35Speaker 2: You stay out of my fridge. We got all sorts
- 56:38Speaker 2: of stuff in there, and we've been making what the
- 56:40Speaker 2: grapes with kool aid packete, sugar free kool aid packets.
- 56:44Speaker 2: It's a little snack. I think they're healthy ish, right,
- 56:49Speaker 2: So what else is up? Nothing?
- 56:51Speaker 3: Really?
- 56:52Speaker 2: Nothing? Really, that's a.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Lie today, really bad.
- 56:56Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. All right, tell everybody about this huge
- 57:00Speaker 2: foot injury that's going around. So what were you doing?
- 57:04Speaker 3: I was going off posting stairs. Then there's like this
- 57:10Speaker 3: thing on our stairs that you can jab your toe into.
- 57:15Speaker 3: So I was walking by because no, no, no.
- 57:17Speaker 2: No, no no. When we're gonna not just over. What
- 57:21Speaker 2: is the thing that you're saying.
- 57:23Speaker 3: We have this thing in your stow that you can
- 57:24Speaker 3: drive your to take a curl around and it goes
- 57:27Speaker 3: down all the.
- 57:29Speaker 2: You don't know what that's called.
- 57:31Speaker 3: You can look down in its pure darkness.
- 57:35Speaker 2: You don't know what the thing is called to the stairs.
- 57:38Speaker 2: It's called the banister. It's essentially a railing, and it's
- 57:42Speaker 2: super old. It's been in that house for it a
- 57:44Speaker 2: long time, so it's built to last. So you weren't
- 57:48Speaker 2: paying attention where you were going and you crushed it.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Why you shouldn't be running there.
- 57:54Speaker 3: I was running there to get to the stairs because
- 57:56Speaker 3: Mom was calling me. So I got there and I
- 58:01Speaker 3: stubbed my toe and I laid on the ground with
- 58:06Speaker 3: my foot on the stairs. I'm crying hysterically. A MoMA
- 58:10Speaker 3: that to me. She's rubbing my other fie go I live.
- 58:14Speaker 3: It is still sore.
- 58:17Speaker 2: My goodness. I thought you were tough.
- 58:18Speaker 3: No, it's like stiff.
- 58:19Speaker 2: So you said, no, you're not tough. Then you were
- 58:22Speaker 2: sitting there and had to run, which is ironic that
- 58:25Speaker 2: you ran to get ice on a busted foot.
- 58:28Speaker 3: No, it only hurts when I bend it, don't bend it.
- 58:32Speaker 2: Yeah, well there's that. Yeah, that's a good thing. You
- 58:35Speaker 2: have ten toes and you don't really need that one. Right,
- 58:37Speaker 2: it's not fun. I'm not laughing you. Does it look
- 58:40Speaker 2: like I'm laughing?
- 58:41Speaker 3: Yeah? Where your smile like you're going.
- 58:46Speaker 2: I mean everybody can see me on camera. Not but
- 58:47Speaker 2: either way, So you stubbed the toe right as we
- 58:50Speaker 2: were trying to put together the Christmas tree.
- 58:53Speaker 3: Yeah, because I was just trying to get downstairs to
- 58:55Speaker 3: help you guys too.
- 58:57Speaker 2: Mm hmm. So then the whole entire time we're putting
- 59:01Speaker 2: the tree together, all we heard was way way. It
- 59:06Speaker 2: was like the three little pigs. One of them went
- 59:08Speaker 2: way way way all your way home. And that pig's
- 59:11Speaker 2: name was Ila Burn. You did a pretty good job
- 59:14Speaker 2: putting the tree together. Do you like the Do you
- 59:16Speaker 2: like our tree? Yeah? Just if you could describe our
- 59:19Speaker 2: Christmas tree to all of the listeners who can't see
- 59:23Speaker 2: our Christmas tree one we're in the studio too, they're
- 59:25Speaker 2: just listening. How would you describe, I guess.
- 59:27Speaker 3: Our Christmas tree big tall, pretty?
- 59:30Speaker 2: Are you just described?
- 59:30Speaker 3: No?
- 59:31Speaker 2: No, no, you're describing me, not the Christmas. I want
- 59:33Speaker 2: you to describe the christ I am big, tall and pretty.
- 59:36Speaker 2: Right the Christmas tree described? I am?
- 59:40Speaker 3: Describe it like Christmas tree.
- 59:45Speaker 2: Big tall, pretty. This doesn't sound like a tree, big
- 59:50Speaker 2: tall and pretty.
- 59:52Speaker 3: It's when you put it all together it looks really pretty.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Do you like fake Christmas trees or real Christmas trees?
- 59:58Speaker 3: Better? Real Christmas?
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: Why do you like them better because they're prettier.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: I'm gonna go tell our tree that you think real
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: ones are prettier. So you'd rather go in the woods,
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: cut down a perfectly good Christmas tree and hang it up. Oh,
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: I guess you don't really hang it up, but you'd
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: have to at least put.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: It on a Christmas I didn't know that you had
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: to go in the forest to drop it down.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Where do you think you're gonna get a real Christmas tree?
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: Thought it was like a brick one, brick one.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: What are you talking about.
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: I thought it was like a snowy tree, like those
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: white ones are the real what I thought it was
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: like a pine tree, kind of like what we have.
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: But it's snowy.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: Well, then it would still be fake, you think. So
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: you're gonna bring a snow tree into the house and
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: the snow's gonna stay on it the entire time. It's
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: not gonna melt.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: It's not in actual snow. It's just glitter.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: So you'd think that you're just being.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: Snow I want the glitter in the house to make
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: your man right.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: But there's no way that you're actually thinking that's a
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: real tree. I am well, you need. It's a good thing.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: You're changing schools in a couple of years then, because
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: the one that you're at is clearly not working you.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: So you're being very serious with me. Look right into
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: that mic and tell all the listeners that you're being
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: serious right now that you think that if you were
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: to go get a real Christmas tree, it would come
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: with snow glitter. That's what I thought.
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: Yeah, so, okay, I was just kidding.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: Okay, that's what I thought. So which one do you
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: like better?
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: Our fake one?
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Are? No, you don't. I feel like you're just trying
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: to appease me. Which one do you like? Do you
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: like a real We have a pretty cool tree. It's
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: an old, old tree.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: That's why I like it because it has a bunch
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: of memories packed in it.
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: M It came from my parents and now it's our tree.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: Pretty cool, Pretty cool. It takes a little bit to
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: put together. You gotta, you know, get the metal pieces,
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: You gotta fluff out the branches, and then you gotta
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: how many are in eat little ring that you gotta
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: put on their ten each? You have ten four, So
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: how many pieces are there? You think?
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: Probably about over thirty? No, forty.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: It's gonna be way more than that because there's that
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: would only.
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: Be four branches are like the strands say you like fluff,
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: because if it's gonna be like the fluff thing, then
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: it's forty like over a little over forty like forty
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: in the range of forty like forty one, forty two
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: forty three like that. If there's like actual branch, then
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: I would probably dome the like like for the little
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: small things that are on the branches, that I would
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: probably do probably two hundred. It seems like a lot, Yeah,
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: but like it's right for that kind of tree. I
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: like it.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: It's not two hundred and fifty by any means.
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: I mean, like the little thing that are on that
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: are connected to the park.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Gotcha, it's not actual. I'd say, well, there's ten there,
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: and even if there was ten rows, that's one hundred.
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: Ten times ten is one hundred.
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: Yeah that's what I just said. Yeah. Anyways, so we
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: got that done, We got the and people are probably
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: listening to be like, dude, you guys are just putting
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: up your tree a week before. We've been busy. You
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: have them super busy, yes, super busy. So anyways, I
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: want to play a quick little game. This just popped
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: in my brain. It's Christmas time. We're talking trees everything.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: Have you ever seen the game where we each think
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: of something in our brain and we go one, two three,
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: and we have to say the word after three. It
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: could be any word, and we see how many guesses
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: it takes till we get to the same word. Have
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: you seen this? Okay, So we could go one, two
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: three and I could go tomato. You could say Frankenstein,
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: and then we say okay, okay, and we try to
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: get We're each going to think of a word. We
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: got a word in the brain. Yeah, I got a
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: word in my brain. So I'm gonna go three two one,
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: and then you gotta say the word. Okay, three two one?
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: Cookie elves? Okay, all right, so elves in cookies?
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: Does it have to be like Christmas?
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: It doesn't have to. We just have to get to
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: the same word. And you can't use the same word twice.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: I believe that's a rule. So your elves in cookies? Okay, Okay,
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: all right, you got a word? All right, I'm gonna
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: keep track of how many it is, all right, three
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: two one? Stopcake. I was thinking elves, copcake. I get
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: where you were saying, elves, cookies, Santa. Okay, so you said,
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: so we got Santa, Okay, I got I got one.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: I got one. Are you ready? So we've done two?
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: Three two one milk? Yeah, okay, So you went back
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: to the elves. I went with Santa cookies milk. Ooh,
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: I go let me think here, let me think okay.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: Three two one.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: I said Christmas Eve.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: That's kind of and I said stockings, so that's definitely
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: not the same word. But we're getting there. Okay, Okay,
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: I have one. Okay, let's see ready, three two one
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: present I meant to say, don't say. Maybe it's still
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: in your brain. You said Christmas and I said presents.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: So you went Christmas Eve, then you went Christmas. Okay,
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: then you got to reset. You got to reset the
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: brain a little bit. So see presence and Christmas it
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: was our last one. We'll still go together. Okay. I
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: got something in my brain. I have it. You have
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: something in your brain. Okay, let's see if we can
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: get there. Three two one, hold the e.
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: I said, hold the elves, because I.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: Said, that's that's more than one word. It's gonna be
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: a word, not a sentence.
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: Christmas Eve before Yeah, and I was gonna.
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: Let that one slide. We're not saying sentences, We're saying
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: a word. Okay, So I had candy cane. We gotta somehow,
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: we gotta lock it in. We gotta get on the
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: same page. Okay, all right, okay, are you ready?
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: Two?
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: One? Cho?
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: You got a candy can? So I said chocolate.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: Candy canes aren't chocolate.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: I'm going to say that this time.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: You can't just say it. You just worded peppermint? Did
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: I just saw you. You just looked at me and
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: said then you went all right, all right, all right,
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: all right, all right. We gotta lock this up. We
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: gotta lock this up. So so what was my last one?
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: You were chocolate?
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: Chocolate? And you said, yeah, okay, you.
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: Gotta get the same page here. Oh man, uh.
- 1:06:58Speaker 3: Okay, I have them.
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: I let's see, let me think, let me think see. Okay,
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: three two on Christmas tree. That's two words, okay, okay,
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: Christmas tree. So but not the same word. One word?
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: I have one?
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: Oh boy, yes, I have one? Okay, three two?
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: One joking. I meant like.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Stocking.
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: I meant like the big sack things that we get
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: for Christmas Eve instead of present.
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: I got you, not a stocking. I already said it.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: Remember we can't repeat the word we are Okay, So
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: you were thinking like the bag of Christmas presents came
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: out stocking? I said, cats, Okay, cats, I'm trying to
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: reel us in so we can get the same answer.
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: So I just said, cats, Okay, are you ready? You
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: got one? Okay, let's focus. You ready? All right? Three?
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: Two one? Dogs?
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: We did it. We got it.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: It took a long time, but we did it. Holy moly,
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: I didn't think we were ever going to get it,
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: did you No?
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: Wow?
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: Yeah, fist bump.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: That was good.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: All right, Well let's keep this rolling. Spirit Week? You
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: got Spirit Week at school?
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: Yep?
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Girl, tell everybody what is Spirit Week? And what are
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: the Spirit week? What are you laughing at me? Do
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: I have a booger or something? What are you laughing at?
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: You're just laughing? Did you say you're just pee?
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: No? I'll tell you something a I'll tell you that that's.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: Gonna make great podcasting. Okay, Spirit Week? What you got?
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: So we've got?
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: I really want to know what you're laughing at? Can
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: you not say it on the podcast.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: No really, okay, this is embarrassing for who me?
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: Okay, then definitely say it on the podcast what It
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: can talk about what you say it? It's just on
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: a podcast that thousands and thousands of people. Nobody listens
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: to it. All right, you don't want to say it? Okay,
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: what dookie? All right, let's move on to you. You
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: don't you either say it? You say and the kind
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: of three you're gonna say it? Yes or no?
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: One?
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: Two?
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: Three? Okay? Spirit week for the third time? Third times
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: a chime? What do you got going on? Spirit Week?
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: What's Monday?
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: Just like your favorite character?
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: Oh? Who are you gonna get? Dress like an elf? Gotcha? Okay? Tuesday?
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: It's Tuesday? Do you remember?
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: I don't have a she right now.
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: That tells me no, But you have a brain that
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: could remember things to tell you. No, Wednesday, I know,
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: Thursday's pajama day.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: On the Friday you have a half day.
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: Yeah, Friday we do Red versus Green?
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: Gotcha? What are you read or green?
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: I'm gonna red? What did you do that?
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: Okay? Green? Rares? You don't know the other two. It's
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: four things you have to remember, and I remembered one
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: of them for you.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: It's five things. Actually get your days of the week right.
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: All right, well there's that you burned me, I did
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: burn bloom. Okay, Well, anyways, if let me ask you
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: this question, then it's Christmas. You don't remember spirit week.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: It's exciting time, magical time of the year. When does
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: it feel like Christmas to you? Is it like the
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: night before, the actual day, the week before, the whole
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: month of December? When does it actually feel like Christmas
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: to you?
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: Once we put up our Christmas tree.
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: So now it's officially Christmas or we have to get
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: make sure because we still have all the decorations on it.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: We have to put on all the it feels we're
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: trying to do decorations without Sissy. So we'll try to
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: chip away this week, maybe for a little bit, and we'll,
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: you know, maybe try to do a little bit this
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: week and we'll figure it out. It'll be all right. Well,
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: she doesn't have a choice. First thing, first ornament that
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: you're excited to grab and put on the tree.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: Are new ones, the new ones, like like what we're
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: getting this year, Like we got one over year.
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: Yeah, but you can't put you don't have it right?
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: How are you you're gonna wait until you get a
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: new ornament to then decorate the tree? No?
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: I mean on Christmas? I like, no, my favorite one
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: is the pickle.
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: The pickle, Well, that's that's not one that you put up,
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: that's one that you find as he opens the first present.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: I'm saying, what's the fun that you're super excited to
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: put up first? And if you don't know or you
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: can't think of one, that's fine. Can't think of one?
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: WHOA Nope, can't think of one?
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: It was like a what did I get last year?
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: It was like a bag of chips or something?
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: Was it Frido's cheetos? Flaming hot cheetos? Dorito's tacos?
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: I think it was flaming not actually.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Probably, Okay, not that anyways, So what's uh, what's what's
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: one thing that maybe you're more excited for this year
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: than you were last year for Christmas? But you were
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: just as excited last year, weren't you. No, you weren't
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: bolowey with cheese and mustard and pannaise. You were so
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: excited about it. I said, what, what are you more
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: excited about than last year?
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: My else, I'm just done, like crazy, fair enough, okay, I'm.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: A scale of one to ten. How Christmasy are you
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: right now? Like your spirit? You got Christmas socks on
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: the outfits? Not really Christmas y, That's okay. I'm just saying,
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: like right now Christmas spirit? Like, how pumped are you?
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: Like?
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: Are you ten? You're bouncing through the walls, You're super
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: excited Christmas? Are you like a one that you're just like, nah,
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: I don't even care anymore. You are not ten yet?
- 1:12:28Speaker 3: No, You're not no ten, Nope, I am nine.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: I'd say you're at about like a six and a half.
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: You're not quite there yet, You're not bouncing off the
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: walls super. Well, that's one push up after the podcast.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: All right, let's ask this one then ruins Christmas? What
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: ruins the Christmas vibes for you? Is there anything that
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: that just kind of happens, whether it's at school, like
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: spending too much time in basketball games, or being sick
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: or the bad weather?
- 1:13:02Speaker 3: What sickness? Because it gets to everybody at Christmas and
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: it ruins it.
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: I'm hoping that we because we've been super sick the
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: last week or two. I'm really hoping that our sickness is.
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: Done and injury is because a few years ago.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: Sissy heard her ankle.
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: She broke.
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: She didn't break it, she twisted it sprained it.
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: She couldn't she she had carches at the time, so
- 1:13:24Speaker 3: we couldn't do our Christmas Eve party, Me and my sister.
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: We've done it every year since I was little, and
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: she just stopped doing it.
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: Well, that sometimes happens.
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: Hopefully she does it this year. I really hope.
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: Fingers are crossed, and if not, it is what it
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: is right.
- 1:13:43Speaker 3: But that's like the only time I get to sleepover
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: with her.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: So we're decorating the house. We're decorating the Christmas tree.
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: Who's in charge? Me? Get out of here.
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: You're not in charge my mummy.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: You think she's in charge over me?
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: Yes, huh, because she loves that tree and if you
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: do it wrong, she fixes it.
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: So that doesn't mean she's in charge. I mean she
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: has Who puts too many ornaments in one spot when
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: we're decorating, who would you say?
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: It you?
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: It's you, it's a it's you.
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: I'm going to try to work on it this year, though.
- 1:14:22Speaker 3: I just put them right next to each other because
- 1:14:24Speaker 3: I try to make it cute, like I put a
- 1:14:28Speaker 3: few years ago. I tried as hard as I could,
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: Like when you're we all got like when we all
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: got ours. When you tried to put them home next
- 1:14:40Speaker 3: to each other each year, like here here here, here,
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: here here, like all of the years, he didn't go
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: very well. Everybody moved them.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: Yeah, we had to. We had to do a little rea.
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: So let me ask you this. What is I guess
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: one thing that you're super excited for that isn't a
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: present to hold my house? That's a good one, you
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: do like that? What do you have a favorite Christmas tradition?
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: You mentioned the sleepover in the tradition with Sissy? Is
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: that your favorite Christmas tradition? Or is there a different
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: one that one's my favorite? What's one thing with like
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: Christmas and the holidays that you hope never changes. I
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: can hear you thinking, it's like click.
- 1:15:23Speaker 3: My elves, like holding my else.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: I hope that tradition that you hope that that thing
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: never changed. Well, I mean that shouldn't change. Would that change? Interesting?
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: That's good? That's good? All right? What else we got here?
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: We talked about Spirit Week? You don't remember half of them.
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: Did any of them come back?
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: No?
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: Actually, Christmas, Caroline, you get to do that. You go
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: to the big gym and let me just Christmas Trey.
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: Walking round in women's underway. If not that, there's please,
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: I'm my dog.
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: It's walking in and winter under land. Lad Well, it's
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: you as you dream bad fire who dreams by a
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: fire based on afraid depends that.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: We made walking around in women's underwear.
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: Walking in winter.
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: All right, let's wrap this episode up with a bow.
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: Try one more game. Let's do Christmas hot takes. Do
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: you know how it works? Yes, We're going to have
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: to answer me and you if this is a hot
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: take or a hard pass. Okay, hot cocoa is better
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: than hot chocolate? Is that a hot take? Or is
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: it a hard pass?
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: I don't think I've ever drinked your hot coke.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: I well, one is with water and one is with milk.
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: I believe hard pass?
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: I think right? Should I ask our phone?
- 1:16:52Speaker 3: I think the milk is better.
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: What's the difference between hot cocoa and hot chocolate? The
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: difference between them is hot chocolate. You is melted solid
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: chocolate for a thick, creamy, decadent drink, while hot cocoa
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: uses the powder. Oh, it has nothing to do with
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: water or milk. So do you like the one that
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: uses solid chocolate or the powder?
- 1:17:12Speaker 3: Powder?
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: So that would be hot cocoa, is it?
- 1:17:16Speaker 3: Was it? Hot cocoa is better than hot chocolate?
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: Which one's better? Oh?
- 1:17:20Speaker 3: Like what was the question?
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: Cocoa is better than hot chocolate?
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: I agree?
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: Wow, so that's a hard pass. No, well, if it's
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: a hot.
- 1:17:27Speaker 3: Take, hot take, Oh yeah, hot take.
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: Hot chocolate is better real chocolate and a drink is
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: so much better than powdery stuff because what is the powder?
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: What actually is the powder? Do you even know what
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: it is?
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: Of the chocolate?
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: Why wouldn't you just use the chocolate? Why waste all
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: the time and energy because the chocolate gets the Why
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: are you talking like that? Are you the cocoa powder
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: mod star?
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: It's because well I guess that, because it's because.
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: Why did you? Because what are you be? I'm goa
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: be I'm gonna be a'ma ama amaa bee? Why is it?
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: Why is?
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: Why? Is? Because sometimes the chocolate in the clumps, they
- 1:18:14Speaker 3: stay in clumps, they don't melt.
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: I don't think I mean, there's so much better. I
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: would love a nice hot glass of hot chocolate. No,
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: she'd rather have a hot cocoa at Coco. I do
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: agree with you that the milk is better than the
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: water though, yes, solid chocolate milk chef's kiss.
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't think.
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: Hmmm, it's because I all right, Christmas music before December
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: first should be illegal.
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: Hard pass, because some people like Christmas music, hot take.
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: There is no way that you should play Christmas music
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: till at least December first.
- 1:18:53Speaker 3: I don't do it in this like in this house,
- 1:18:57Speaker 3: but some houses do that.
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: Yeah, so you're out there sticking up for the other houses. Yeah,
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: so you're perfectly fine. Middle of Christmas in July. Let's
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: go to Thanksgiving and just play Christmas music the whole
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: entire time while we eat turkey.
- 1:19:13Speaker 3: I didn't think of that, Okay, no, hard.
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: We finally agreed on it, all right. Decorating the tree
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: is more fun than opening presents. Hard pass, hot take, right,
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: hard pass?
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: Why because I can get my Nellik hat out in swresshirt.
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: Maybe, Okay, so that's more fun to hurry up, open
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: it up and maybe get something you want, and maybe
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: not get something you want, maybe because you've been so
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: bad this year you're just gonna open them all up
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: and get cold. Is that going to be excited? Or
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: is it pretty cool to say with the family, put
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: the lights on the tree, put all of your ornaments
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: in one spot while the rest of us put them
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: all over the tree. Put the angel on the tree,
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: and build up the hype. And we're just building the
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: high And you see that tree, that hard work that
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: we did putting up the two hundred and fifty pieces
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: apparently on our big, tall, beautiful looking tree that isn't
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: real because you know, I like the ones with the
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: snow on it and look glitter, and then you just
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: build the entire magic for weeks upon weeks. Or is
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: it more fun to go? Present? Opened? Yay? I got this,
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: and then you set it aside, and then we have
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: to drive all over the place for hours and we
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: don't even get to play with our ploeys.
- 1:20:27Speaker 3: Oh, I bring their toys with me.
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: So what's better opening presents or decorating the tree? You're
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: gonna stick with it, huh. I'm good for you, all right?
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: What's better? No or sorry? Hot take? A hard pass
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: basketball season is better than Christmas season. Hard pass hot
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: take basketball season rules. The hard work dedication. The Christmas
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: season is better than basketball season in your opinion? It
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: so you agree basketball season is better.
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: Oh, because I like Christmas more you don't like basketball. Well,
- 1:21:07Speaker 3: I like basketball, but so.
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: We get to enjoy it from Nov. Well, your season
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: starts early, so from like to March, basketball you get
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: to enjoy it for so many more months. You only
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: get to enjoy Christmas season for a couple of weeks.
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: Basketball season is greater than Christmas season. Candy canes are
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: overrated heart puts. So you're agreeing they're overrated. They're not
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: that good, I said, hard pass. Oh so that means
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: you agree. That means you agree that candy canes are overrated, right, No,
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: it means you disagree. Yes, I've never seen you eat
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: a candy cane.
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: I like candy canes. What don't accuse me like that?
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: I just don't did Well, I'm gonna say candy canes
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: are overrated. They're not that great. There's so many things.
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: Would you rather have a crisp peanut butter re sis,
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: Christmas tree candy or a candy cane? You'd rather have
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: a Christmas tree, chocolate filled peanut butter deliciousness over candy cane.
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: You'd rather have so many a Christmas tree cake. There's
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: so many other things that are better than candy canes.
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: Have to agree with that.
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: You change your mind way too much. Interesting? All right,
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: well either way, we've had our time. You're falling asleep.
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: We got things to do. This was fun. I can't
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: believe we finally got to the to the same word. Yeah,
