A Kroger shoplifting call spiraled into chaos when a suspect bolted from his car, sprinted onto an I-75 on-ramp, and clung to a woman’s car—shattering her windshield in a desperate bid to hijack it. The driver escaped unharmed, and police eventually tackled the suspect, who was later hospitalized.
