• 0:00
  Speaker 1: Welcome.
• 0:00
Speaker 2: It is a Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
• 0:03
Speaker 2: with you, and this may be one of the most
• 0:05
Speaker 2: complicated shows we've ever done. If you're joining us on
• 0:07
Speaker 2: the radio, it's so nice to have you as well.
• 0:10
Speaker 2: We had done the show and now we are doing
• 0:13
Speaker 2: a new update to the show. I just got off
• 0:15
Speaker 2: a plane from Israel and we're going to talk about
• 0:17
Speaker 2: that in next week's episodes because we have so much
• 0:20
Speaker 2: breaking news to talk about right now and Center this
• 0:23
Speaker 2: is all going to be about the shutdown, but also
• 0:25
Speaker 2: the elections that took place in New York City and
• 0:28
Speaker 2: around the country as well. Where are we and what
• 0:31
Speaker 2: are we going to be covering with a shutdown today?
• 0:34
Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. We're going to let you know
• 0:36
Speaker 3: exactly where we are on the government reopening, on negotiations,
• 0:39
Speaker 3: the shutdown continues, We're going to tell you where things stand.
• 0:42
Speaker 3: That's why we're doing this this episode at eleven fifty
• 0:46
Speaker 3: am on Friday, just to get the latest breaking news.
• 0:49
Speaker 3: We're also going to talk in particular about flight delays
• 0:51
Speaker 3: and what's going on at the FAA and how that
• 0:53
Speaker 3: impacts you if you or your family are traveling and
• 0:56
Speaker 3: then we're going to do a deep dive into the election,
• 0:59
Speaker 3: in particular in New York City, Comrade Montdami and what
• 1:03
Speaker 3: it means, what it says, who voted for him, what
• 1:07
Speaker 3: the numbers show, and it actually reveals a lot about
• 1:10
Speaker 3: what's happening in New York and what's happening all across
• 1:12
Speaker 3: the country. All of that on today's pod.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really incredible.
• 1:16
Speaker 2: I want to talk to you real quick about our
• 1:18
Speaker 2: amazing sponsor, and it is Patriot Mobile. I just went
• 1:21
Speaker 2: to Israel, and people ask me all the time how
• 1:24
Speaker 2: good is the coverage because you want to stay with
• 1:26
Speaker 2: the big mobile companies. I've been saying now for years,
• 1:29
Speaker 2: and they've been in business for well over a decade,
• 1:31
Speaker 2: that it is amazing coverage. If you've got coverage right now,
• 1:34
Speaker 2: you love You're going to love your coverage of Patriot
• 1:36
Speaker 2: Mobile even more, but you get rid of the woke
• 1:38
Speaker 2: left agenda. I am proud to report to you that
• 1:41
Speaker 2: my phone worked in Israel. I traveled internationally and had
• 1:46
Speaker 2: zero issues with my sales service. Whether I was in Bethlehem,
• 1:50
Speaker 2: are literally calling from gaza at the Gaza Strip. This
• 1:54
Speaker 2: is not a joke. I had amazing coverage everywhere that
• 1:58
Speaker 2: I went. I flew back to the US, my phone
• 2:00
Speaker 2: worked perfectly, my emails, all the data I was posting
• 2:04
Speaker 2: on social media from my phone Tel Aviv last night.
• 2:07
Speaker 2: It was phenomenal. So if you're worried about coverage, don't be.
• 2:11
Speaker 2: Now why should you switch to Patriot Mobile. Not only
• 2:13
Speaker 2: are you probably gonna save real money every month, but
• 2:16
Speaker 2: then the magic happens. A portion of your bill every
• 2:19
Speaker 2: month goes back to support conservative causes, candidates, organizations that
• 2:24
Speaker 2: fight for our First and our Second Amendment rights, the
• 2:26
Speaker 2: rights of unborn children, and they do something that's really special.
• 2:30
Speaker 2: They stand with our men and women in uniform, whether
• 2:32
Speaker 2: it's police officers or law law enforcement in general, or
• 2:36
Speaker 2: our men and women that fight for this country overseas.
• 2:39
Speaker 2: They stand with our wounded warriors and our fallen families
• 2:42
Speaker 2: who've lost a loved one, so that there is the
• 2:44
Speaker 2: financial need and aid that is needed. So that's why
• 2:47
Speaker 2: I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile, because every
• 2:50
Speaker 2: time you pay that bill, you're making a real difference. Now,
• 2:52
Speaker 2: I also want to give you a free month of service.
• 2:55
Speaker 2: Go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict. That's Patriot mobile
• 2:58
Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict or call them nine to seven
• 3:02
Speaker 2: to Patriot. It's nine seven to Patriot for a free
• 3:06
Speaker 2: month of service. Switch today, make a difference patriotmod dot
• 3:09
Speaker 2: com slash verdict or nine to seven to Patriot and
• 3:12
Speaker 2: get a free month of service with a promo code verdict.
• 3:15
Speaker 2: All right, Senator, So we're sitting here Friday mid morning.
• 3:19
Speaker 2: Where are we with this government shutdown? Because it's just insane.
• 3:23
Speaker 2: This is the longest shutdown ever and there's Democrats that
• 3:26
Speaker 2: are celebrating this right now, let's be clear about that
• 3:28
  Speaker 2: as well.
• 3:29
Speaker 3: Yeah, Unfortunately, there's been a whole lot of hurry up
• 3:31
Speaker 3: and wait. We are expected sometime today, sometime on Friday,
• 3:37
Speaker 3: to vote yet again on another bill to reopen the government.
• 3:40
Speaker 3: The plan is to have a vote that has three
• 3:43
Speaker 3: appropriations bills, has the ag appropriation bills that also includes
• 3:50
Speaker 3: food stamps, a bill that is the Military Construction Appropriation Bill,
• 3:56
Speaker 3: and the Veterans Administration and the Led Branch Appropriation bills.
• 4:02
Speaker 3: Those are three appropriation bills that passed with big bipartisan
• 4:05
Speaker 3: majorities out of the Appropriations Committee. The plan is to
• 4:10
Speaker 3: put that on the floor of the Senate today along
• 4:13
Speaker 3: with a continuing resolution that would extend the rest of
• 4:16
Speaker 3: government and vote on it. And the amazing thing is
• 4:21
Speaker 3: this was the Democrats. They're asked they wanted to do this. Now,
• 4:25
Speaker 3: I think there's a very real possibility the Democrats will
• 4:28
Speaker 3: vote it down later today, we don't know. The Democrats
• 4:31
Speaker 3: are having a vigorous battle within their conference. At lunch
• 4:36
Speaker 3: yesterday they were apparently going at it. And there's a
• 4:40
Speaker 3: chunk of Democrats who recognize that this is really hurting
• 4:43
Speaker 3: a lot of people. This is hurting. It's now been
• 4:47
Speaker 3: over a month. You've got federal workers who are not
• 4:49
Speaker 3: getting paid. You've got Border patrol agents who are not
• 4:52
Speaker 3: getting paid. You've got ICE agents who are not getting paid.
• 4:54
Speaker 3: You've got FBI agents who are not getting paid. You
• 4:57
Speaker 3: have TSA were agents who are not getting paid. You
• 4:59
Speaker 3: ever traffic controllers who are not getting paid. And and
• 5:02
Speaker 3: this keeps going and going and going. And so there
• 5:06
Speaker 3: are about a dozen Democrats who keep talking to the
• 5:09
Speaker 3: Republicans and saying, Okay, we're getting ready to be ready
• 5:13
Speaker 3: to open the government. Here's the problem. Tuesday was a
• 5:19
Speaker 3: horrible election for America. But if you're a left wing radical,
• 5:25
Speaker 3: it was a great election. For you, and the left
• 5:27
Speaker 3: wing radicals are now energized. So you've got the crazies
• 5:31
Speaker 3: in the Democrat Party are standing up to their colleagues
• 5:34
Speaker 3: saying this shutdown is fantastic. Let's keep the government shut
• 5:38
Speaker 3: down more because the crazies are winning. And so that battle.
• 5:42
Speaker 3: I don't know how that battle will shake out, but.
• 5:45
Speaker 2: It's a battle, by the way, the Democrats are having
• 5:48
Speaker 2: right now. That's why we had to updig this show.
• 5:50
Speaker 2: They're fighting right now. There's a significant group of donors, supporters,
• 5:55
Speaker 2: political operatives that are calling and saying, do not open
• 5:58
Speaker 2: this government. Guys, we believe this is good for us
• 6:01
Speaker 2: in hurting Donald Trump in the White House, and be damned,
• 6:04
Speaker 2: who hurts of the American people.
• 6:06
Speaker 3: Look and in hearings, I mean, I had multiple Democrats
• 6:09
Speaker 3: yesterday who would say their talking point. They say, well,
• 6:14
Speaker 3: Republicans have the White House, Republicans control the Senate, Republicans
• 6:17
Speaker 3: control the House. This is your fault. That's their talking point.
• 6:20
Speaker 3: And as I responded to Ben ray Luhan, Democrat from
• 6:24
Speaker 3: New Mexico, said that, I said, you know, every witness
• 6:27
Speaker 3: when they go and testify in a court of law,
• 6:28
Speaker 3: they're required to take an oath and an oath to
• 6:31
Speaker 3: testify to the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but
• 6:33
Speaker 3: the truth. And what mister Luhan said each of the
• 6:36
Speaker 3: pieces was accurate. He told the truth, but he failed
• 6:40
Speaker 3: in the second of those, the whole truth, because he
• 6:43
Speaker 3: omitted the central issue. And the central issue is this,
• 6:48
Speaker 3: in order to pass a government funding bill under the
• 6:51
Speaker 3: Senate rules, you need sixty votes now yep, Senator Luhan,
• 6:54
Speaker 3: and every Democrat knows that we only have fifty three Republicans.
• 6:59
Speaker 3: That means we need at least seven Democrats to open
• 7:02
Speaker 3: the government again. They know that the reason the government
• 7:06
Speaker 3: is shut down fourteen different times, the Republicans we have
• 7:10
Speaker 3: voted to open the government fourteen separate times. The Democrats
• 7:13
Speaker 3: have voted to keep it shut down. They are filibustering
• 7:16
Speaker 3: right now funding the government. They know that, and they
• 7:19
Speaker 3: just omit the facts. They say, Wow, Republicans are in
• 7:21
Speaker 3: charge and there's a shutdown, so it's your fault, haha.
• 7:24
Speaker 3: And it is profoundly dishonest. And understand they know they're
• 7:29
Speaker 3: being dishonest. But you know who also knows they're being dishonest.
• 7:33
Speaker 3: ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, CNN, MSNBC.
• 7:37
Speaker 1: And none of them are covered us.
• 7:39
Speaker 3: Yeah, they're like, well, the Republicans shut the government down,
• 7:42
Speaker 3: and they just they know their lying, and they're doing
• 7:45
Speaker 3: it nonetheless because they think it gives political benefits to
• 7:50
  Speaker 3: the Democrats.
• 7:52
Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's facts be damned. Let me ask you
• 7:54
Speaker 2: this question as well. Do you believe that the American
• 7:57
Speaker 2: people are now at the point where they're so frustrated
• 8:01
Speaker 2: that this becomes a political liability for the presidency because
• 8:05
Speaker 2: of what the media is doing. And we'll explain more
• 8:07
Speaker 2: about that after the break, but I want your initial
• 8:09
  Speaker 2: thoughts on that.
• 8:11
Speaker 3: Look, I think people are very frustrated, and it's about
• 8:14
Speaker 3: to get much much worse because flight delays are about
• 8:18
Speaker 3: to step get dramatically worse. And in just a moment,
• 8:22
Speaker 3: I'm going to tell you about a conversation I had
• 8:25
Speaker 3: with the administrator of the FAA as to why flight
• 8:27
Speaker 3: delays are going to get so much worse and how
• 8:30
Speaker 3: it's going to impact you or your family if you're
• 8:32
Speaker 3: flying anywhere, if you're flying for vacation, if you're flying
• 8:35
Speaker 3: for work, this is going to impact you in a big,
• 8:37
Speaker 3: big way. And I hope that will finally pressure the
• 8:40
Speaker 3: Democrats to do the right thing and let us reopen
• 8:43
  Speaker 3: the government.
• 8:44
Speaker 2: Democrats have clearly orchestrated this to inflict pain now. I
• 8:49
Speaker 2: was flying Thursday night into Friday internationally, coming into two
• 8:55
Speaker 2: major reports, one from Tel Aviv into Newark and then
• 8:59
Speaker 2: Newark to ih Houston. The problems you could see as
• 9:05
  Speaker 2: soon as.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: We land in New York.
• 9:06
Speaker 2: We landed there about three am, and the lines were
• 9:10
Speaker 2: outside and there were people that were crying when we
• 9:12
Speaker 2: were changing your bags. You grab your bags from nationally,
• 9:15
Speaker 2: you go back and recheck them in for domestic people
• 9:17
Speaker 2: that had been there overnight. People were sleeping in a
• 9:20
Speaker 2: lot of the corridors of the airport. That was very
• 9:23
Speaker 2: clear there was a breakdown. There was starting to be
• 9:25
Speaker 2: a breakdown. The lines were insanely long as well when
• 9:29
Speaker 2: you're going through security, and you can see Democrats are
• 9:33
Speaker 2: cheering this, thinking this will be a breaking point for
• 9:36
Speaker 2: the American people. When I arrived in Houston, it was
• 9:39
Speaker 2: also turning into what I refer to is that holidays
• 9:43
Speaker 2: type chaos. You've ever flown at Thanksgiving or or Christmas,
• 9:48
Speaker 2: New Year's You know what I'm talking about. That is
• 9:51
Speaker 2: the feel that you're starting to get in the airports.
• 9:53
Speaker 2: I think in a lot of places nationwide. This is
• 9:55
Speaker 2: all by designed by the Democrats, hoping you'll just throw
• 9:58
Speaker 2: your hands up, say enough, make a deal Republicans, and
• 10:02
Speaker 2: just give into whatever they want so I can go
• 10:04
Speaker 2: back to my normal life.
• 10:05
Speaker 3: So let me give it. Give you some facts and
• 10:07
Speaker 3: hard data behind that. There are roughly fifty thousand TSA agents.
• 10:12
Speaker 3: Many of them are going into work every day. They're
• 10:14
Speaker 3: not being paid. They missed their last paycheck. They're not
• 10:17
Speaker 3: being paid. That means that they're trying to figure out
• 10:19
Speaker 3: how to pay their mortgage, how to pay their rent,
• 10:21
Speaker 3: how to feed their kids, how to pay their basic bills.
• 10:24
Speaker 3: They're roughly fourteen thousand air traffic controllers across the country.
• 10:28
Speaker 3: Many of them are going into work as well. They're
• 10:30
Speaker 3: not being paid, they missed their last paycheck. The consequence
• 10:34
Speaker 3: we've seen thousands upon thousands of flights canceled. We've seen
• 10:38
Speaker 3: many more flights delayed, And just this week, the FAA
• 10:43
Speaker 3: announced a mandatory ten percent reduction on air traffic in
• 10:47
Speaker 3: the forty largest airports in America. Now, yesterday I did
• 10:51
Speaker 3: a call with the administra of the FAA and he
• 10:53
Speaker 3: gave some more details. So the forty airports in Texas.
• 10:57
Speaker 3: That includes Bush Airport in Huge Houston, it includes Hobby
• 11:01
Speaker 3: Airport in Houston, it includes DFW Airport in Dallas, and
• 11:05
Speaker 3: it includes Dallas love Field. So those are the four
• 11:07
Speaker 3: Texas airports. But it's forty biggest airports in the country.
• 11:11
Speaker 3: Now here's what the FAA told us. And this was
• 11:14
Speaker 3: a call with me with Maria Cantwell, who's the ranking
• 11:17
Speaker 3: member of the Senate Commerce Committee that the senior Democrat,
• 11:20
Speaker 3: and then the same two the top Republican and Democrat
• 11:24
Speaker 3: in the House committee that has jurisdiction over the FAA administrator.
• 11:27
Speaker 3: Bedford said the safety data started to get worse last week.
• 11:32
Speaker 3: Last Friday, which was Halloween, half of the busiest thirty
• 11:37
Speaker 3: air traffic control facilities were short staffed. That included New York, Austin, Newark, Phoenix, Washington, Nashville, Dallas,
• 11:46
Speaker 3: and Denver. Listened to this statistic, nearly eighty percent eight
• 11:52
Speaker 3: zero percent of the air traffic controllers in New York
• 11:56
Speaker 3: City called out, in other words, they didn't show up
• 11:59
Speaker 3: to work. This is Chuck Schumer's home jurisdiction. Nearly eighty
• 12:04
Speaker 3: percent of the controllers did not come into work. Delays
• 12:09
Speaker 3: were dramatic as a result. Here's the aggregate data. This
• 12:13
Speaker 3: is the whole national airspace system. The aggregate data looked okay,
• 12:17
Speaker 3: but de aggregated data so when they broke it down
• 12:20
Speaker 3: at the top forty airports painted a different picture. Here's
• 12:24
Speaker 3: a stat that is very concerning. Pilots filed more than
• 12:30
Speaker 3: five hundred voluntary safety reports about air traffic control problems
• 12:36
Speaker 3: they were encountering the fare hundred more than five hundred.
• 12:42
Speaker 3: The FAA continually tracks data, and they did the right
• 12:46
Speaker 3: thing by identifying a trend. And the controllers they are overworked,
• 12:52
Speaker 3: they are fatigued. You have many fewer controllers who are
• 12:56
Speaker 3: responsible for keeping people safe. It is already an incredible
• 13:00
Speaker 3: high stress job. And the way the reductions are going
• 13:03
Speaker 3: to work, airlines will incrementally reduce flights. So they're reducing
• 13:08
Speaker 3: flights by four percent today, by six percent on Tuesday,
• 13:13
Speaker 3: by eight percent on Thursday, and then ten percent reductions
• 13:18
Speaker 3: on Friday. So what is that? What does that mean?
• 13:21
Speaker 3: Math Wise? There are roughly forty five thousand commercial flights
• 13:25
Speaker 3: a day, and that means nearly five thousand flights are
• 13:29
Speaker 3: going to be canceled every single day. If the shutdown
• 13:35
Speaker 3: extends now. The Department of Transportation is requiring the airlines
• 13:38
Speaker 3: to give full refunds. But five thousand flights a day,
• 13:44
Speaker 3: that's going to impact if you assume one hundred people
• 13:48
Speaker 3: on each flight, and many many flights have more than
• 13:50
Speaker 3: one hundred people. But if you assume one hundred people
• 13:51
Speaker 3: on each flight, that is five hundred thousand people a
• 13:55
  Speaker 3: day who.
• 13:57
Speaker 1: Are going I think that's probably a low number.
• 13:59
Speaker 3: I'm sure, sure it's a low number. But it's easy math.
• 14:02
Speaker 3: I'm a lawyer, not a mathematician. Five hundred thousand people
• 14:06
Speaker 3: a day are going to have their flights canceled because
• 14:10
Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer and the Democrats refuse to pay the salaries
• 14:13
Speaker 3: of the air traffic controllers and listen, a senior Democrat
• 14:18
Speaker 3: aid told Politico that the Democrats will keep the government
• 14:23
Speaker 3: shut down until quote until planes start falling from the sky.
• 14:29
Speaker 3: This shutdown is dangerous. That's not funny, that's not a
• 14:32
Speaker 3: good thing to joke about. We did see one plane
• 14:35
Speaker 3: crash already of a ups plane, and god forbid that
• 14:42
Speaker 3: Democrat staffer's projection comes true. But the Democrats are playing
• 14:47
Speaker 3: with fire. They are gambling with people's lives. And we
• 14:50
Speaker 3: need to pay the damn air traffic controllers. And the
• 14:54
Speaker 3: American people are paying the price of this petulant politically.
• 14:57
Speaker 2: To be clear, you guys have had the abilit Democrats
• 15:01
Speaker 2: said yes to pay them and keep them working.
• 15:03
  Speaker 1: Correct.
• 15:04
Speaker 3: Yeah, we actually had a separate vote. So Ron Johnson
• 15:09
Speaker 3: had a bill that said pay essential workers. It was
• 15:12
Speaker 3: very simple. It said everyone who has to come into work,
• 15:15
Speaker 3: and that includes air traffic controllers, they should get paid.
• 15:18
Speaker 3: We should not freeze their paycheck. And you know what happened.
• 15:21
Speaker 3: The Democrats party line voted against it, said nope, we're
• 15:25
Speaker 3: not going to pay the federal workers that were making
• 15:27
Speaker 3: come into work. We're not going to pay the air
• 15:30
Speaker 3: traffic controllers. And the reason they do that is because
• 15:33
Speaker 3: they know the press will lie for them and just
• 15:35
Speaker 3: blame it all on Trump. It's a straight up vote.
• 15:38
Speaker 3: The Republicans are voting to open the government, the Democrats
• 15:41
Speaker 3: are voting to shut it down, and yet they're lying
• 15:43
Speaker 3: with the media's happy complicity.
• 15:47
Speaker 2: All right, so let's break down the election. It was
• 15:50
Speaker 2: a quote disaster. The media was just thrilled of what
• 15:54
Speaker 2: happened on election night. Mandani is the one though that
• 15:57
Speaker 2: I want to really focus on for a second.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: He is a communist. He's a proud communist.
• 16:02
Speaker 2: He went back to his core beliefs in his victory speech,
• 16:05
Speaker 2: basically yelling at Donald Trump and saying, we are at
• 16:08
Speaker 2: communist city. The red Apple literally now is red apple
• 16:12
  Speaker 2: of communism.
• 16:14
  Speaker 1: Breaking this down.
• 16:16
Speaker 2: This seems to be a point where Democrats are actually
• 16:18
Speaker 2: almost doubling down on this type of extremism in the party.
• 16:22
Speaker 2: I think this is actually going to grow between now
• 16:24
Speaker 2: and the midterms. And I want your reaction to what
• 16:26
  Speaker 2: we learned.
• 16:27
Speaker 3: Well, Comrade Mundami is the face of the Democrat party now.
• 16:32
Speaker 3: And I got to say the election results this week,
• 16:36
Speaker 3: they were a disaster. That they were an absolute blowout.
• 16:40
Speaker 3: What is striking as several things. Number one, turnout was
• 16:43
Speaker 3: exceptionally high among the left wing base, and that's a
• 16:46
Speaker 3: real warning sign for next year for the midterms. The
• 16:50
Speaker 3: left showed up in massive numbers. They're pissed, they hate
• 16:55
Speaker 3: Donald Trump, and that anger is dangerous, that anger is motivating,
• 17:01
Speaker 3: and too many folks on the right, too many kind
• 17:04
Speaker 3: of in the common sense middle stayed home. And I
• 17:08
Speaker 3: will tell you if you look historically, all right, let's
• 17:11
Speaker 3: go back to two thousand and eight. Two thousand and eight,
• 17:13
Speaker 3: Barack Obama's elected. As a result, a lot of folks
• 17:16
Speaker 3: on the right, you and me included, were really unhappy.
• 17:18
Speaker 3: We didn't like Barack Obama's policies. We were pissed off.
• 17:21
Speaker 3: Twenty ten was a massive title wave year. It was
• 17:25
Speaker 3: the Tea Party wave, and it was in large part
• 17:28
Speaker 3: because those on the right were particularly energized and angry.
• 17:33
Speaker 3: Fast forward to twenty twelve. Twenty twelve, Barack Obama's re
• 17:36
Speaker 3: elected president and the reaction again. Twenty fourteen was another
• 17:40
Speaker 3: wave election, a huge election. We won nine Senate seats,
• 17:43
Speaker 3: We retired Harry Reid as majority leader. We won the
• 17:46
Speaker 3: biggest majority in the House since nineteen twenty eight. And
• 17:49
Speaker 3: it was because, again, those on the right were angry.
• 17:53
Speaker 3: They were energized, they were contributing money, they volunteered, and
• 17:55
Speaker 3: those on the left were complacent. By the way. Fast
• 17:57
Speaker 3: forward to twenty eighteen. Donald Trump had just been elected
• 18:01
Speaker 3: in twenty sixteen. Twenty eighteen was a very good Democrat year.
• 18:05
Speaker 3: We lost a bunch of seats. Why because the left
• 18:08
Speaker 3: was really energized and folks on the right were a
• 18:10
Speaker 3: little bit complacent. This week's election day suggests that we're
• 18:15
Speaker 3: in real danger of that happening again in twenty twenty six.
• 18:18
Speaker 3: That the left, I'll tell you on fundraising, the left
• 18:21
Speaker 3: is out raising the right anywhere between three to one
• 18:24
Speaker 3: and four to one. That is really really dangerous. And
• 18:27
Speaker 3: the turnout. The turnout in Virginia, the left showed up
• 18:30
Speaker 3: in much bigger numbers. The turnout in New Jersey, the
• 18:32
Speaker 3: left showed up in much bigger numbers. The turnout in
• 18:34
Speaker 3: New York City, the left turned out in much bigger numbers. Now, Ben,
• 18:37
Speaker 3: I'll tell you one of the most interesting do you
• 18:39
Speaker 3: know what demographic was dominated by the radical left wing
• 18:44
  Speaker 3: on election day?
• 18:46
Speaker 2: This is shocking because you and I we geek out
• 18:49
Speaker 2: on the political stuff and dad after elections, young people
• 18:53
Speaker 2: in the Democratic Party were really ready to go vote.
• 18:57
Speaker 3: Yeah, but let me be more precise, young women, and
• 19:01
Speaker 3: let me give you some stats. In New York City,
• 19:04
Speaker 3: among young women eighteen to twenty nine, eighty one percent,
• 19:10
Speaker 3: eighty one percent voted for Comrade Mandani. In New Jersey
• 19:14
Speaker 3: eighteen to twenty nine, Wow. In New Jersey, among young women,
• 19:20
Speaker 3: eighty percent voted for mikey Cheryl the Democrat. In New
• 19:24
Speaker 3: Jersey of young women. In Virginia, seventy eight percent of
• 19:30
Speaker 3: young women voted for Abigail Spanberger. It was dominant. And
• 19:34
Speaker 3: by the way, to give you a comparison, because yes,
• 19:36
Speaker 3: young people went left, but there was there was a
• 19:39
Speaker 3: big gender gap. So young women in New York eighty
• 19:44
Speaker 3: one percent for Mondamie, young men sixty four percent for Mondammie,
• 19:48
Speaker 3: so almost a twenty point gender gap. How about New
• 19:52
Speaker 3: Jersey young women eighty percent for Mikey Cheryl, fifty four
• 19:58
Speaker 3: percent of young men, so a twenty five twenty six
• 20:01
Speaker 3: percent gender gap in New Jersey. How about Virginia, seventy
• 20:06
Speaker 3: eight percent for span Berger of young women, just fifty
• 20:11
Speaker 3: six percent of young men in Virginia. So we saw
• 20:15
Speaker 3: that this was a race where the single most overwhelming
• 20:19
Speaker 3: demographic was young women, which was so overwhelmingly lopsided that
• 20:24
Speaker 3: it helped drive the results on election day.
• 20:27
Speaker 2: When you think about this, and then it goes back to, Okay,
• 20:30
Speaker 2: what was the messaging that was connecting with young women
• 20:33
Speaker 2: to have them come out in these numbers or was
• 20:36
Speaker 2: it not so much of a message? And this is
• 20:38
Speaker 2: part of the breakdown of trying to figure out what
• 20:41
Speaker 2: you learn from election to make sure before the midterms
• 20:43
Speaker 2: we can either we can course correct it. Or was
• 20:45
Speaker 2: it just that the left and women in the Democratic
• 20:49
Speaker 2: Party were so motivated compared to conservative women. I call
• 20:52
Speaker 2: it the Trump sump. You feel like your party's in power.
• 20:55
Speaker 2: You feel like they're doing the things that you asked
• 20:57
Speaker 2: them to do in places Donald Trump is putting in complacency,
• 21:00
Speaker 2: but you feel comfortable because you're like, we just won
• 21:04
  Speaker 2: an election.
• 21:04
Speaker 1: Yeah, things are great. Donald Trump's doing what he said
• 21:07
Speaker 1: he was going to do.
• 21:08
Speaker 2: So when you look at it, was it issue base
• 21:10
Speaker 2: based on data we've seen, or was it more just
• 21:13
Speaker 2: the other side was so angry that Donald Trump won
• 21:16
Speaker 2: and they wanted to win so badly to send a
• 21:18
Speaker 2: middle finger to the president that they showed up in
• 21:20
Speaker 2: these record numbers and they voted for their candidate.
• 21:23
Speaker 3: Yeah, we don't have that data yet. There will be
• 21:26
Speaker 3: time to break that out, but we don't have it
• 21:28
Speaker 3: right now. But I'll give you another aspect. In New
• 21:30
Speaker 3: York City, so there was a massive difference based on
• 21:35
Speaker 3: whether you were a longtime New Yorker or you were
• 21:38
Speaker 3: new to the city. So if you're a New York
• 21:41
Speaker 3: voter and you had been in New York City. You
• 21:44
Speaker 3: lived in New York City less than five years. What
• 21:46
Speaker 3: percent of the people who lived in New York City
• 21:48
Speaker 3: less than five years do you think voted for comrade Mundani?
• 21:52
Speaker 1: Got to be overwhelmingly high?
• 21:54
Speaker 3: Eighty three percent? All right, how about five to ten years?
• 21:58
Speaker 3: What do you think five to ten years.
• 22:01
Speaker 2: I would say it's probably still fairly high, but not
• 22:04
Speaker 2: as high as that first group.
• 22:05
Speaker 3: Seventy six percent. Okay, let's go ten years or more,
• 22:11
Speaker 3: but not born in New York City. What do you
• 22:13
  Speaker 3: think the percentage.
• 22:13
Speaker 1: Is above fifty percent?
• 22:17
Speaker 3: Fifty four? So it drops from seventy six five to
• 22:20
Speaker 3: ten years to fifty four. How about I was born
• 22:24
Speaker 3: in New York City, which, by the way, is forty
• 22:25
Speaker 3: seven percent of the voters were born in New York City.
• 22:27
Speaker 3: What do you think what percent of the vote do
• 22:29
Speaker 3: you think Mondanni got a people born in New York City.
• 22:32
Speaker 1: I'm going to guess below fifty percent.
• 22:35
Speaker 3: Thirty four percent. Coulomo got forty five percent. So Cuomo
• 22:40
Speaker 3: beat Mondanni by eleven points among people born in New York,
• 22:44
Speaker 3: but among people who lived in New York less than
• 22:47
Speaker 3: five years, Mondanni beat him eighty three percent to fifteen percent,
• 22:52
Speaker 3: So it is overwhelmingly Look yeah, yeah, clear.
• 22:57
Speaker 2: Was aquil ralling cry from Mandanni, and he did this
• 23:00
Speaker 2: in his campaigning. He did it, by the way, in
• 23:03
Speaker 2: his victory speech, he said that New York City is
• 23:07
Speaker 2: a city of immigrants. In other words, if you came
• 23:10
Speaker 2: here recently, I'm your guy, the establishment, the old school,
• 23:13
Speaker 2: the American citizen, You're not a priority in New York
• 23:16
Speaker 2: City anymore. This reminds me an awful lot of what
• 23:19
Speaker 2: we were talking about ten years ago in major cities
• 23:23
Speaker 2: in the UK. We are seeing a lot of those
• 23:25
Speaker 2: same type of results now in New York City.
• 23:28
Speaker 3: Yeah. And by the way, there's also a significant educational differential.
• 23:33
Speaker 3: All right, So if you're in New York and you
• 23:35
Speaker 3: had an advanced degree, what percent of the vote do
• 23:37
  Speaker 3: you think Mandani.
• 23:38
Speaker 2: Got advanced degree? I would say maybe around fifty percent
• 23:43
  Speaker 2: or below.
• 23:45
Speaker 3: Fifty seven percent. Advanced degree fifty seven percent. How about
• 23:48
  Speaker 3: bachelor's degree?
• 23:51
Speaker 1: Oh gosh, I'm going to go maybe even lower.
• 23:54
Speaker 3: Fifty seven percent, So advanced in bachelor's both tied a
• 23:56
Speaker 3: fifty seven How about associate's degree?
• 24:00
  Speaker 1: I don't I would say I would say higher.
• 24:04
Speaker 3: Forty five percent. By the way, Cuomo got forty eight
• 24:06
Speaker 3: So if you had an associate's degree, Mandanni lost. How
• 24:10
Speaker 3: about some college, so you don't have an associate's.
• 24:12
Speaker 2: Degree, Mandannie, I would my gut is it way to
• 24:15
Speaker 2: go even higher? But you're saying I'm wrong.
• 24:18
Speaker 3: You're wrong some college Mandanni forty percent, Cuomo forty eight percent.
• 24:23
Speaker 3: How about high school graduate?
• 24:26
Speaker 2: See, I would have thought high school graduated be seventy
• 24:28
Speaker 2: plus percent from Mondonni.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: Nope, you're telling me that's wrong. This is donnie go,
• 24:31
Speaker 1: this is breaking the normal model game of.
• 24:34
Speaker 3: High school graduates. Mandanni got thirty nine percent, Cuomo got
• 24:38
Speaker 3: forty seven percent. And finally, no high school degree, so
• 24:41
Speaker 3: didn't even graduate high school.
• 24:43
Speaker 1: I mean clearly based on the trend.
• 24:44
Speaker 2: Now, the majority vote against Mandani that didn't have a
• 24:47
Speaker 2: high school degree, so.
• 24:48
Speaker 3: No high school degree, forty percent voted from Mandani, forty
• 24:53
Speaker 3: nine percent for Cuoma. So Cuomo beat Mandanni by nine points.
• 24:57
Speaker 3: So who elected comrade mndann? It is the smarty pants
• 25:02
Speaker 3: college educated advanced degrees. It is the rich who elected Mandani.
• 25:07
Speaker 3: By the way, working class, look, if you've got a ged,
• 25:10
Speaker 3: if you've got a high school degree, they're like we
• 25:12
Speaker 3: don't want a socialist. These people are nuts and it
• 25:17
Speaker 3: is the rich New Yorkers who Look, I'm not an
• 25:23
  Speaker 3: armchair psychologist, but.
• 25:24
Speaker 1: That is the elected. This is the Sorouses.
• 25:28
Speaker 3: It is the soros Is. By the way, the same
• 25:32
Speaker 3: comrade Mondonne who said we should have no billionaires also
• 25:36
Speaker 3: happily tweeted out a picture. Actually, Alex Soros tweeted out
• 25:40
Speaker 3: a picture so proud to be a New Yorker. The
• 25:43
Speaker 3: American dream continues, Congrats Mayor with a picture of the
• 25:46
Speaker 3: two of them together. This is the same guy who
• 25:49
Speaker 3: said no billionaire as well, except for the billionaires that
• 25:53
Speaker 3: funded the communist takeover of New York City.
• 25:56
Speaker 2: One of the other things that we're looking at with
• 25:59
Speaker 2: this that pull data, and what we're witnessing is is
• 26:02
Speaker 2: that the demographics here made the difference in this election.
• 26:07
Speaker 2: Dive into a couple more interesting points that you mentioned
• 26:09
Speaker 2: to me as well.
• 26:10
Speaker 3: So look, one of the interesting things is the breakdown
• 26:13
Speaker 3: by religion. So among Protestants or other Christians, what percent
• 26:17
Speaker 3: do you think Mondani got.
• 26:19
Speaker 2: Among Protestants or Christians. I would say it would be
• 26:21
Speaker 2: well below fifty percent.
• 26:23
Speaker 3: Forty three percent and forty eight percent voted for Cuomo,
• 26:26
Speaker 3: So Protestants or other Christians, Cuomo beten. How about among Catholics.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: I would hope lower than fifty.
• 26:32
Speaker 3: It was that it was actually lower than Protestants. It
• 26:34
Speaker 3: was thirty three percent of Catholics voted for Mandani, fifty
• 26:37
Speaker 3: two percent voted for Cuomo. So Catholics, which is twenty
• 26:41
Speaker 3: seven percent of the vote in New York went by
• 26:44
Speaker 3: nineteen points for Cuomo. How about Jewish voters, this is
• 26:48
  Speaker 3: a fascinating one.
• 26:49
Speaker 2: So being an israel all week long and this was
• 26:52
Speaker 2: something that was talked about everywhere went in Israel. They
• 26:55
Speaker 2: couldn't believe that anybody that's Jewish would vote for a
• 26:59
Speaker 2: jihadis ab kid in Maundani. And yet the shocking pulling data,
• 27:03
Speaker 2: I'm guessing is going to show that there were a
• 27:06
Speaker 2: quote significant amount of Jewish people that voted for Maundani
• 27:10
Speaker 2: and it has blown the minds of everybody in Israel.
• 27:12
Speaker 3: This week, thirty two percent of Jewish voters in New
• 27:15
Speaker 3: York City voted for an open jahadist who says globalized
• 27:20
Speaker 3: the Infantah. Sixty four percent voted for Cuomo, but thirty
• 27:24
Speaker 3: two percent of Jewish voters voted for Mondani. How about
• 27:27
Speaker 3: other and other? I suspect is overwhelmingly Muslim, maybe some Hindu,
• 27:32
  Speaker 3: but predominantly Muslim.
• 27:33
Speaker 2: What percentage I'm assuming it's going to be very high
• 27:36
  Speaker 2: voting for Mundani.
• 27:37
Speaker 3: Seventy one percent, twenty four percent voted for Cuomo. Now
• 27:41
Speaker 3: of the total New York voters, that's fourteen percent of
• 27:43
Speaker 3: the electorate, but seventy one percent of other voted forman
• 27:46
Speaker 3: How about none, so you don't have any religion?
• 27:48
Speaker 1: I would say, also very high.
• 27:49
Speaker 3: Then seventy six percent for Mandani, twenty percent Cuomo. So
• 27:54
Speaker 3: it was the other which is going to be predominantly Muslim,
• 27:57
Speaker 3: and the atheists and agnostics who elect to him. Now,
• 28:01
Speaker 3: family income, this is fascinating. Under thirty thousand dollars a
• 28:04
Speaker 3: year total family income, what do you think the breakdown was?
• 28:07
Speaker 2: See, I would have guessed that that would have been
• 28:08
Speaker 2: a very high number for Mandanni. But based on what
• 28:11
Speaker 2: you said earlier, I'm actually going to go to the
• 28:13
Speaker 2: opposite direction and say they actually did not vote for
• 28:15
  Speaker 2: this guy.
• 28:16
Speaker 3: You are right. People making under thirty thousand dollars family income,
• 28:19
Speaker 3: forty two percent voter from Mandani. Forty eight percent voted
• 28:22
Speaker 3: for Cuomo, so Mandani lost. The people under thirty t.
• 28:25
Speaker 2: Take down for half a second, Mandani being, Hey, everything's
• 28:29
Speaker 2: going to be free. The government's going to fix all
• 28:31
Speaker 2: your problems. The government's going to take care of you.
• 28:32
Speaker 2: This is communism. The youngest, hardest working in New York
• 28:37
  Speaker 2: weren't buying that.
• 28:38
Speaker 1: Bs. They were saying, we.
• 28:39
Speaker 2: Don't believe you, and they voted against him because they said,
• 28:43
Speaker 2: we don't want that form of government.
• 28:44
Speaker 1: That that is a very interesting takeaway here.
• 28:47
Speaker 3: It is now the next several income bands, thirty thousand
• 28:51
Speaker 3: to fifty thousand, Mandanni got fifty three percent. Fifty thousand
• 28:55
Speaker 3: to one hundred thousand, Mandanni got fifty six percent, one
• 28:57
Speaker 3: hundred thousand to two hundred thousand, Mandanni got fifty five percent.
• 29:01
Speaker 3: Two hundred thousand to three hundred thousand, Mandanni got forty
• 29:03
Speaker 3: nine percent. And so he won every income group between
• 29:08
Speaker 3: thirty thousand and three hundred thousand and then three hundred
• 29:11
Speaker 3: thousand or more. Mundani got thirty three percent, and sixty
• 29:14
Speaker 3: two percent voted no. So the people who voted against Mundanni.
• 29:18
Speaker 1: That people that are really rich are evil. Right.
• 29:20
Speaker 2: That's part of what he said here is that we're
• 29:23
Speaker 2: going to tax you more. We're going to take more
• 29:25
Speaker 2: of your money. So if you're making three hundred thousand
• 29:27
Speaker 2: or more in New York, and there's a fair amount
• 29:29
Speaker 2: of people that make more than three hundred thousand New
• 29:30
Speaker 2: York because New York is so expensive to live there,
• 29:33
Speaker 2: he was basically saying, you are the enemy of me,
• 29:36
Speaker 2: of my government. I'm coming for your money, I'm coming
• 29:39
Speaker 2: for your housing, I'm coming for your way of life.
• 29:42
Speaker 2: He was unapologetic about that. So they heard that warning
• 29:45
Speaker 2: and said, we're voting against you.
• 29:46
Speaker 3: Look, the income mans that voted against Mundani were below
• 29:50
Speaker 3: thirty thousand and above three hundred thousand. So below thirty thousand,
• 29:54
Speaker 3: you voted against Mundani. Above three hundred thousand, you vote
• 29:56
Speaker 3: against Mandani. And that entire wave, and the biggest income
• 30:00
Speaker 3: group that voted for Mondannie was fifty thousand to one
• 30:02
Speaker 3: hundred thousand, and that overlaps with the young people. These
• 30:05
Speaker 3: are young, college educated. They're disillusion they're angry, they're socialists,
• 30:09
Speaker 3: they've been weaned on socialism. All right, I want to
• 30:12
Speaker 3: give you one more stat which is a fascinating one,
• 30:14
Speaker 3: which is are you gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender? What
• 30:19
Speaker 3: percent of New York voters that are gay, lesbian, bisexual,
• 30:22
Speaker 3: or transgender do you think voted for Mondanni?
• 30:25
Speaker 1: Traditionally I would have said very high.
• 30:27
Speaker 2: However, knowing what he's been saying, I'm going to go
• 30:30
Speaker 2: with maybe it's lower than I thought.
• 30:31
Speaker 1: So thirty to forty percent.
• 30:33
Speaker 3: Eighty one percent, wow, and fifteen percent voters.
• 30:37
Speaker 2: For the in fact didn't didn't didn't pay attention to
• 30:40
Speaker 2: the fact this guy supports people that throw gays, lesbians,
• 30:44
Speaker 2: and transgenders off rooftops, and that's part of the people
• 30:47
Speaker 2: he supports. That's that's truly unbelievable.
• 30:51
Speaker 3: It is truly unbelievable given radical Islamists and they literally
• 30:55
Speaker 3: want to execute people who are homosexuals. So, of the
• 30:59
Speaker 3: voters in New York, how many do you think are gay, lesbian, bisexual,
• 31:02
  Speaker 3: or transgender.
• 31:03
Speaker 1: I honestly have no idea. What is it?
• 31:04
Speaker 3: Fourteen percent? So fourteen percent of the voters the gay, lesbian, bisexual,
• 31:09
Speaker 3: transgender voted eighty one point fifteen for Mondani. How about
• 31:14
Speaker 3: voters who are straight, which is eighty six percent of
• 31:16
Speaker 3: the voters, what do you think the breakdown was for Mondani?
• 31:19
Speaker 3: For voters who are straight?
• 31:21
Speaker 1: I'm going to guess it was fairly high as well,
• 31:23
Speaker 1: based on what you're saying.
• 31:24
Speaker 3: It was actually basically a tie. Forty six percent of
• 31:28
Speaker 3: heterosexual voters for voter for Mondani and forty five percent
• 31:32
Speaker 3: for Cuomo. So understand who elected Mandani? Young women and gays,
• 31:38
Speaker 3: lesbians and transgender. That's what the exit polling shows, which
• 31:41
Speaker 3: is amazing given that as an Islamist, he believes in
• 31:46
Speaker 3: very limited rights for women, and he is supportive of
• 31:50
Speaker 3: views that oppress those who are gay and lesbian. And
• 31:53
Speaker 3: it's an example of how ideology trumps anyone's self interest
• 31:57
Speaker 3: and ignorance. I think ignorance drove a lot of the selection.
• 32:02
Speaker 2: When you break this down and you do the takeaway,
• 32:04
Speaker 2: I'm going to dive into these numbers more. A lot
• 32:06
Speaker 2: of people that run races around the country are going
• 32:08
Speaker 2: to look at these numbers as well, and they're gonna
• 32:10
Speaker 2: say how much this will.
• 32:12
Speaker 1: Apply outside of New York.
• 32:14
Speaker 2: I think you could certainly apply this outa to places
• 32:16
Speaker 2: like Chicago or Philadelphia or Boston, right, more of these
• 32:21
Speaker 2: kind of liberal elitist type cities, I say, on the left,
• 32:26
Speaker 2: but nationwide, I'll be very interesting. See the break down
• 32:29
Speaker 2: and then This comes to the big question, the big takeaway.
• 32:32
Speaker 2: Why hasn't a member of the media. I haven't seen this, Grant,
• 32:35
Speaker 2: I've been in Israel all week, but I've been watching
• 32:37
Speaker 2: this very tightly. Why is no one in the media,
• 32:40
Speaker 2: asked Mandanni. The big question which I want to know
• 32:42
Speaker 2: is all right, well, are you running for president right now?
• 32:44
Speaker 2: Because if this is the Democratic Party, he has to
• 32:47
Speaker 2: be on your short list right now?
• 32:48
  Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
• 32:49
Speaker 3: Look? I think right now Mamdanni and AOC are the
• 32:54
Speaker 3: heart of the Democrat Party. And by the way, we
• 32:56
Speaker 3: saw all of these Democrats that are supposedly mainstream Democrats,
• 33:00
Speaker 3: although there are no mainstream Democrats left. People like Kathy Hokeel,
• 33:04
Speaker 3: the governor New York, people like Hakeem Jeffries, the House
• 33:09
Speaker 3: Minority Leader, rush down to endorse Comrade Mandani, and every
• 33:13
Speaker 3: one of the Democrats is terrified of the radical left
• 33:16
Speaker 3: because that's where all of the energy and passion is
• 33:18
Speaker 3: in the Democrat Party right now.
• 33:20
