  I
• 0:54

  the

  that

  JD
• 0:56
  is

• 1:01
  because
• 1:02
  one,
• 1:02
  they,
• 1:02
  you
• 1:02
  know,
• 1:03
  the
• 1:03
  best
• 1:03
  part
• 1:03
  about
• 1:03
  this
• 1:03
  is
• 1:04
  that
• 1:04
  they,
• 1:05
  in
• 1:05
  theory,
• 1:05
  have
• 1:05
  all
• 1:05
  the
• 1:06
  data
• 1:06
  from
• 1:06
  the
• 1:06

• 1:07
  because

  they're

  not

  only

• 1:13
  but
• 1:13
  they're

  also
• 1:13
  taking
• 1:14
  into

• 1:15
  returns
• 1:15
  that

• 1:19
  that's

• 1:19
  in,
• 1:20
  and
• 1:20
  they're
• 1:20
  putting
• 1:20
  this
• 1:21
  on
• 1:21
  this
• 1:21
  Rejd

  marketplace,
• 1:22
  which
• 1:23
  they're
• 1:23
  doing
• 1:23
  in
• 1:23
  conjunction
• 1:24
  with
• 1:24
  arrive
• 1:24
  recommerce,
• 1:25
  which

  is

  Rochelle
• 1:27
  Snyder
• 1:27
  we've
• 1:27
  talked
• 1:28
  to
• 1:28
  several
• 1:28
  times.
• 1:29
  Um,
• 1:30
  I
• 1:30
  believe
• 1:31
  in
• 1:31
  that
• 1:31
  platform
• 1:31
  and
• 1:31
  I
• 1:32
  think
• 1:32
  what
• 1:32
  they're
• 1:32
  ultimately
• 1:32
  trying
• 1:33
  to
• 1:33
  do
• 1:33
  is,
• 1:33
  yes,
• 1:34
  get
• 1:34
  product
• 1:34
  back
• 1:35
  into
• 1:35
  circulation
• 1:35
  faster
• 1:36
  so
• 1:36
  it
• 1:36
  doesn't
• 1:36
  end
• 1:37
  up
• 1:37
  in
• 1:37
  landfills.
• 1:38
  However,
• 1:38
  Chris,
• 1:39
  there's
• 1:39
  a
• 1:39
  big
• 1:39
  but
• 1:40
  here
• 1:40
  for
• 1:40
  me.
• 1:41
  A
• 1:41
  big
• 1:41
  but.
• 1:42
  A
• 1:42
  big
• 1:42
  but.
• 1:43
  There's
• 1:43
  always
• 1:44
  a
• 1:44
  but.
• 1:45
  Bloomberg
• 1:45
  recently
• 1:46
  reported
• 1:46
  that
• 1:47
  sites
• 1:47
  like
• 1:47
  thredup,
• 1:47
  Depop
• 1:48
  and
• 1:48
  Realreal
• 1:49
  are
• 1:49
  having
• 1:49
  a
• 1:49
  really
• 1:50
  hard
• 1:50
  time
• 1:51
  right
• 1:51
  now
• 1:52
  being
• 1:52
  profitable
• 1:53
  because
• 1:53
  they
• 1:53
  still
• 1:54
  have
• 1:54
  to
• 1:54
  hold
• 1:54
  on
• 1:54
  to
• 1:54
  product.
• 1:55
  And
• 1:55
  that's
• 1:55
  what
• 1:55
  I
• 1:56
  am
• 1:56
  concerned
• 1:56
  about
• 1:57
  here
• 1:57
  with
• 1:57
  this
• 1:58
  JD
• 1:59
  Rejd
• 1:59
  platform
• 2:00
  because,
• 2:00
  yes,
• 2:01
  you
• 2:01
  know,
• 2:01
  you
• 2:02
  can
• 2:02
  authenticate
• 2:02
  it
• 2:03
  quickly
• 2:03
  because,
• 2:03
  you
• 2:03
  know,
• 2:03
  it
• 2:03
  came
• 2:04
  from
• 2:04
  you.
• 2:04
  You
• 2:05
  can
• 2:05
  have
• 2:05
  it
• 2:05
  cleaned
• 2:05
  and
• 2:05
  put
• 2:06
  out
• 2:06
  back
• 2:06
  into
• 2:07
  the,
• 2:07
  into
• 2:07
  circulation.
• 2:08
  But
• 2:09
  how
• 2:10
  much
• 2:10
  money
• 2:10
  are
• 2:10
  you
• 2:10
  really
• 2:11
  going
• 2:11
  to
• 2:11
  still
• 2:11
  make
• 2:11
  on
• 2:11
  that
• 2:11
  product?
• 2:12
  That's
• 2:13
  the
• 2:13
  big
• 2:13
  question
• 2:14
  here
• 2:14
  for
• 2:14
  me,
• 2:14
  because
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  think
• 2:15
  that
• 2:15
  when,
• 2:15
  when
• 2:16
  you
• 2:16
  see
• 2:16
  sites
• 2:17
  that
• 2:17
  are
• 2:17
  doing
• 2:17
  this,
• 2:18
  when
• 2:18
  it's
• 2:18
  just
• 2:18
  peer
• 2:18
  to
• 2:19
  peer,
• 2:19
  there's
• 2:19
  no,
• 2:20
  you
• 2:20
  know,
• 2:20
  pulling
• 2:21
  product
• 2:21
  back
• 2:21
  in
• 2:21
  and
• 2:21
  have
• 2:22
  somebody
• 2:22
  having
• 2:22
  to
• 2:22
  own
• 2:23
  and
• 2:23
  manage
• 2:23
  that,
• 2:24
  I
• 2:24
  think
• 2:24
  that's
• 2:24
  where
• 2:25
  you
• 2:25
  stand
• 2:25
  to
• 2:25
  be
• 2:25
  most
• 2:25
  profitable.
• 2:26
  So
• 2:26
  I'm
• 2:26
  a
• 2:27
  little
• 2:27
  surprised
• 2:28
  that
• 2:28
  JD
• 2:28
  didn't
• 2:28
  go
• 2:29
  that
• 2:29
  route,
• 2:29
  especially
• 2:30
  with
• 2:30
  such
• 2:31
  adored
• 2:32
  brands
• 2:32
  that
• 2:32
  they
• 2:32
  have
• 2:33
  in
• 2:33
  their,
• 2:33
  in
• 2:33
  their
• 2:34
  stable,
• 2:34
  like
• 2:34
  Nike,
• 2:35
  like
• 2:35
  new
• 2:35
  balance
• 2:35
  and
• 2:36
  others.
• 2:36
  But,
• 2:37
  um.
• 2:37
  But
• 2:38
  where
• 2:38
  do
• 2:38
  you,
• 2:38
  where
• 2:38
  do
• 2:38
  you
• 2:39
  land
• 2:39
  on,
• 2:39
  on
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  whole
• 2:40
  JD,
• 2:40
  like,
• 2:41
  resale
• 2:42
  this
• 2:42
  re
• 2:42
  JD
• 2:43
  site?
• 2:43
  I
• 2:44
  mean,
• 2:44
  I
• 2:44
  don't,
• 2:44
  I
• 2:44
  don't
• 2:44
  have
• 2:44
  a
• 2:45
  lot
• 2:45
  to
• 2:45
  add.
• 2:45
  I
• 2:45
  think
• 2:45
  what
• 2:45
  the
• 2:45
  point
• 2:46
  you're
• 2:46
  bringing
• 2:46
  up
• 2:46
  is
• 2:46
  really
• 2:46
  interesting
• 2:47
  to
• 2:47
  me
• 2:47
  is,
• 2:47
  is
• 2:47
  right.
• 2:48
  And
• 2:48
  you're
• 2:48
  right
• 2:48
  because,
• 2:48
  like,
• 2:48
  even
• 2:48
  those
• 2:49
  companies
• 2:49
  are
• 2:49
  struggling.
• 2:50
  Even
• 2:50
  the
• 2:50
  peer
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  peer
• 2:51
  sites
• 2:51
  are,
• 2:51
  you
• 2:51
  know,
• 2:51
  apparently
• 2:52
  struggling.
• 2:52
  Right.
• 2:52
  So,
• 2:52
  like,
• 2:53
  and
• 2:53
  so
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  just,
• 2:55
  I
• 2:55
  do
• 2:55
  struggle
• 2:55
  with
• 2:56
  how
• 2:56
  anyone
• 2:56
  makes
• 2:57
  money
• 2:57
  doing
• 2:57
  this
• 2:58
  in
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  long
• 2:58
  run.
• 2:58
  Like,
• 2:58
  it
• 2:59
  just
• 2:59
  seems
• 2:59
  like
• 2:59
  a
• 2:59
  really
• 3:00
  hard
• 3:00
  thing
• 3:01
  to
• 3:01
  make
• 3:01
  money
• 3:01
  when
• 3:02
  you're
• 3:02
  shipping,
• 3:02
  you
• 3:03
  know,
• 3:03
  shoes
• 3:03
  back
• 3:04
  and
• 3:04
  forth
• 3:04
  multiple
• 3:04
  times
• 3:05
  or
• 3:05
  holding
• 3:05
  inventory
• 3:06
  for
• 3:06
  that.
• 3:06
  So,
• 3:06
  like,
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  don't
• 3:07
  know.
• 3:07
  But
• 3:08
  I
• 3:08
  think
• 3:08
  with
• 3:08
  that
• 3:08
  said,
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  one
• 3:09
  point
• 3:10
  I
• 3:10
  take
• 3:10
  from
• 3:10
  this
• 3:10
  story
• 3:11
  is
• 3:12
  JD
• 3:12
  Sports
• 3:13
  is
• 3:13
  clearly
• 3:13
  going
• 3:14
  for
• 3:14
  it.
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  mean,
• 3:14
  oh,
• 3:15
  yeah,
• 3:15
  multiple
• 3:16
  headlines
• 3:16
  where
• 3:16
  we've
• 3:16
  talked
• 3:17
  about
• 3:17
  them
• 3:17
  this
• 3:17
  year,
• 3:18
  which
• 3:18
  before,
• 3:19
  I
• 3:19
  don't
• 3:19
  even
• 3:19
  think
• 3:19
  JD
• 3:20
  Sports
• 3:20
  was
• 3:20
  in
• 3:20
  the,
• 3:21
  the
• 3:21
  lexicon
• 3:21
  of
• 3:22
  american
• 3:22
  retail
• 3:23
  all
• 3:23
  that
• 3:23
  much.
• 3:24
  But
• 3:24
  they're
• 3:25
  making
• 3:25
  headline
• 3:25
  after
• 3:26
  headline
• 3:27
  and
• 3:27
  taking
• 3:27
  some
• 3:28
  pretty
• 3:28
  unique
• 3:28
  approaches
• 3:29
  in
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  marketplace.
• 3:29
  Like
• 3:29
  we
• 3:30
  had
• 3:30
  them
• 3:30
  on
• 3:30
  talking
• 3:30
  about
• 3:31
  video
• 3:31
  commerce
• 3:31
  and
• 3:31
  everything
• 3:32
  they're
• 3:32
  doing
• 3:32
  there
• 3:33
  now.
• 3:33
  The
• 3:33
  question
• 3:33
  is
• 3:34
  they
• 3:34
  have
• 3:34
  to
• 3:34
  be
• 3:34
  careful
• 3:34
  they
• 3:34
  don't
• 3:34
  get
• 3:35
  too
• 3:35
  far
• 3:35
  out
• 3:35
  in
• 3:35
  front
• 3:36
  of
• 3:36
  things
• 3:36
  and
• 3:37
  keep
• 3:37
  their
• 3:37
  eye
• 3:37
  on
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  ball
• 3:38
  operationally
• 3:38
  in
• 3:39
  terms
• 3:39
  of
• 3:39
  the
• 3:39
  day
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  day.
• 3:40
  But,
• 3:40
  you
• 3:41
  know,
• 3:41
  we've
• 3:41
  talked
• 3:41
  to
• 3:42
  Arianne
• 3:43
  Parisi,
• 3:44
  their
• 3:44
  head
• 3:45
  of
• 3:45
  digital
• 3:45
  commerce
• 3:46
  there,
• 3:46
  and
• 3:47
  she's
• 3:47
  on
• 3:47
  top
• 3:47
  of
• 3:47
  her
• 3:47
  stuff.
• 3:48
  She
• 3:48
  gets
• 3:48
  it.
• 3:48
  And
• 3:48
  so
• 3:50
  I
• 3:50
  think
• 3:50
  they're
• 3:51
  a
• 3:51
  retailer
• 3:51
  to
• 3:51
  watch
• 3:52
  here
• 3:52
  in
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  US
• 3:52
  because
• 3:53
  they
• 3:53
  could
• 3:53
  be
• 3:53
  on
• 3:53
  an
• 3:54
  upswing.
• 3:54
  They're
• 3:54
  just
• 3:54
  doing
• 3:55
  some
• 3:55
  really
• 3:55
  creative
• 3:56
  things
• 3:56
  and
• 3:56
  they're
• 3:56
  entering
• 3:56
  a
• 3:57
  space
• 3:57
  that
• 3:57
  honestly
• 3:58
  needs
• 3:59
  somebody
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  kind
• 4:00
  of
• 4:00
  come
• 4:00
  in
• 4:00
  and
• 4:00
  be
• 4:00
  like,
• 4:00
  hey,
• 4:01
  we're
• 4:01
  going
• 4:01
  to
• 4:01
  do
• 4:01
  this
• 4:02
  differently.
• 4:02
  We're
• 4:02
  going
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  do
• 4:02
  it
• 4:03
  better.
• 4:03
  And
• 4:03
  so
• 4:03
  I
• 4:03
  applaud
• 4:03
  them
• 4:04
  for
• 4:04
  that.
