1:34
I'm
1:35
Eric
1:35
G.
1:36
And
1:36
if
1:36
there's
1:37
an
1:37
episode
1:38
that
1:38
we
1:38
do
1:38
this
1:39
year
1:39
that's
1:39
gonna
1:39
make
1:40
you
1:40
hungry,
1:41
I
1:41
can
1:41
just
1:41
about
1:42
guarantee
1:43
this
1:43
is
1:43
going
1:44
to
1:44
be
1:44
it.
1:45
We've
1:45
got
1:45
Ben
1:45
Guilford,
1:46
director
1:47
of
1:47
the
1:47
Firebrick
1:48
company.
1:49
Welcome
1:49
to
1:49
around
1:50
the
1:50
House,
1:50
my
1:50
friend.
1:51
Thank
1:52
you,
1:52
Eric.
1:52
Very
1:53
lovely
1:53
to
1:53
be
1:53
here.
1:53
Thanks
1:54
for
1:54
having
1:54
me,
1:54
man.
1:55
Thanks
1:55
for
1:55
coming
1:55
on.
1:56
And
1:56
you
1:56
know,
1:56
it's
1:57
late
1:57
afternoon
1:57
here,
1:58
it's
1:58
early
1:58
in
1:58
the
1:58
morning
1:59
there.
1:59
That's
1:59
the
1:59
nice
2:00
thing
2:00
about
2:00
you
2:00
being
2:00
down
2:01
under.
2:01
It's
2:01
all
2:01
different
2:02
times.
2:03
It
2:03
works
2:04
really
2:04
well
2:04
actually,
2:05
the
2:05
time
2:05
difference.
2:06
When
2:06
we
2:06
started
2:06
selling
2:07
the
2:07
ovens
2:07
in
2:07
America,
2:08
I
2:08
thought,
2:08
oh,
2:09
is
2:09
the
2:09
time
2:10
difference
2:10
going
2:10
to
2:10
work?
2:11
You
2:11
know,
2:11
it's.
2:12
But
2:12
it
2:12
does,
2:12
you
2:13
know,
2:13
late
2:13
afternoon
2:13
for
2:13
you,
2:14
early
2:14
morning
2:14
for
2:14
me.
2:14
It's
2:15
great.
2:15
It's
2:15
great.
2:16
It's
2:16
great.
2:17
Well,
2:17
I
2:17
gotta
2:17
say,
2:18
first
2:18
off,
2:19
I
2:19
am
2:19
so
2:20
impressed
2:21
with
2:21
what
2:21
you
2:22
have
2:22
created
2:22
because,
2:23
dang,
2:24
man,
2:24
that
2:24
is
2:25
a
2:25
killer
2:26
pizza
2:26
oven.
2:27
That
2:27
is
2:27
wood
2:28
fired.
2:28
I
2:28
love
2:29
it.
2:29
We
2:29
cook
2:29
on
2:29
it
2:30
weekly
2:30
and
2:31
there's
2:32
a
2:32
learning
2:32
curve
2:33
like
2:33
any
2:33
art,
2:34
but
2:35
wow,
2:36
that
2:36
thing
2:36
is
2:36
stunning
2:37
and
2:37
it
2:37
was
2:37
pretty
2:38
easy
2:38
to
2:38
build.
2:39
Thanks,
2:40
man.
2:40
That's,
2:41
that's
2:41
lovely
2:41
of
2:41
you
2:41
to
2:42
say.
2:42
I
2:42
really
2:42
appreciate
2:43
that
2:43
and
2:43
I'm
2:43
glad
2:43
to
2:43
hear
2:43
you're,
2:44
you're
2:44
getting
2:44
some,
2:45
you
2:45
know,
2:45
some
2:45
use
2:45
out
2:45
of
2:46
it
2:46
and,
2:46
and
2:46
some,
2:47
some
2:47
joy
2:47
out
2:48
of
2:48
it,
2:48
which
2:48
is
2:48
always,
2:49
I
2:49
guess,
2:49
is
2:49
the
2:49
idea
2:50
is
2:50
what
2:50
we
2:50
want.
2:52
Because
2:53
when
2:53
you
2:53
build
2:53
yours,
2:54
it
2:54
was,
2:54
it
2:55
was
2:55
a
2:55
few
2:55
months
2:55
ago
2:55
now.
2:56
Yeah,
2:56
it
2:57
was
2:57
kind
2:57
of
2:57
over
2:57
the
2:58
winter
2:58
time
2:58
here,
2:59
so
2:59
it
2:59
was,
2:59
you
2:59
know,
3:00
six
3:00
months
3:00
or
3:00
so
3:00
ago
3:01
and,
3:02
you
3:02
know,
3:02
just
3:03
started
3:03
going
3:03
after
3:03
it.
3:04
And
3:04
it's
3:05
really
3:05
hard
3:05
to
3:06
film
3:06
for
3:06
television
3:07
only
3:07
because
3:08
all
3:09
the
3:09
content
3:09
that
3:09
I
3:09
ran
3:10
camera
3:10
on
3:10
because
3:11
it
3:11
isn't
3:12
like
3:12
it's
3:12
an
3:13
a
3:13
hard
3:13
build
3:14
but
3:15
it's
3:15
just
3:16
time
3:16
consuming
3:16
with
3:17
the
3:17
things
3:17
that
3:17
you
3:17
have
3:17
to
3:17
do
3:18
to
3:18
do
3:18
it
3:18
right.
3:19
Oh,
3:19
I
3:20
couldn't
3:20
agree
3:20
with
3:20
you
3:20
more.
3:21
And
3:21
that's.
3:22
We've,
3:22
you
3:22
know,
3:23
you
3:23
know,
3:23
we've
3:23
got
3:23
the
3:23
video
3:23
series
3:24
of.
3:24
To
3:24
follow
3:25
along
3:25
with
3:25
how
3:25
to
3:25
build
3:25
it
3:26
and
3:26
what.
3:26
How
3:27
long
3:27
is
3:27
it?
3:27
Three
3:27
and
3:27
a
3:28
half
3:28
hours.
3:30
And
3:30
I
3:31
remember
3:31
filming
3:31
them
3:32
just
3:32
thinking
3:33
it
3:33
was
3:33
the
3:33
second
3:34
time
3:34
that
3:34
we'd
3:34
filmed
3:35
the
3:35
video
3:35
series.
3:36
And
3:37
I
3:37
remember
3:37
Joel
3:38
the
3:38
videographer
3:39
saying,
3:40
he's
3:40
my
3:40
best
3:40
friend.
3:41
He
3:41
was
3:41
my
3:41
best
3:41
man
3:42
at
3:42
my
3:42
wedding.
3:43
And
3:43
he
3:43
said
3:43
to
3:43
me,
3:44
now,
3:44
Ben,
3:44
should
3:44
we
3:45
try
3:45
to
3:45
make
3:45
them
3:46
shorter
3:46
this
3:46
time?
3:47
Should
3:47
we
3:48
try
3:48
and
3:48
cut
3:48
down
3:48
the
3:49
length
3:49
of
3:49
the
3:49
videos
3:49
a
3:50
bit?
3:50
And
3:50
I
3:50
said,
3:51
joel,
3:51
I
3:51
don't
3:51
think
3:51
we
3:51
can,
3:52
man.
3:52
It's
3:53
a
3:53
long
3:53
process
3:54
and
3:54
I
3:54
want
3:55
to
3:55
show
3:55
all
3:55
the
3:56
detail
3:56
because
3:56
it
3:57
makes
3:57
a
3:57
difference.
3:58
It
3:58
makes
3:58
a
3:58
difference.
3:59
Those
3:59
videos
3:59
helped
4:00
me
4:00
a
4:00
lot
4:00
because
4:01
you
4:01
can
4:01
print
4:02
out
4:02
the
4:02
most
4:03
great
4:03
directions,
4:04
which
4:04
you've
4:04
got,
4:04
you've
4:05
got
4:05
on
4:05
the
4:05
website
4:05
if
4:05
you
4:06
want
4:06
to
4:06
see
4:06
them
4:06
and
4:06
look
4:07
them
4:07
on
4:07
online.
4:07
But
4:08
really
4:09
seeing
4:09
somebody
4:10
do
4:10
it
4:10
on
4:10
a
4:10
video
4:10
is
4:11
so
4:11
helpful.
4:11
And
4:12
it
4:12
was
4:12
to
4:12
me
4:12
as
4:12
well.
4:13
Yeah,
4:14
yeah,
4:14
absolutely.
4:14
I
4:15
think
4:15
actually
4:15
that's
4:16
why
4:16
we've
4:17
been
4:17
able
4:17
to
4:18
sell
4:18
as
4:18
many
4:18
of
4:18
the
4:18
ovens
4:19
as
4:19
we
4:19
have
4:20
is
4:20
the
4:21
videos
4:21
and
4:22
the
4:22
detail
4:22
that
4:23
we
4:23
go
4:23
into,
4:23
because.
4:23
And
4:24
they're
4:24
freely
4:24
available.
4:24
Like,
4:25
we.
4:25
You
4:25
don't
4:25
have
4:25
to
4:25
pay
4:25
to
4:26
get
4:26
them
4:26
or
4:26
anything.
4:27
And
4:27
so
4:28
I
4:29
find
4:29
most
4:29
of
4:29
our
4:29
customers
4:30
actually
4:30
tend
4:31
to
4:31
watch
4:31
those
4:31
videos
4:32
before
4:32
they
4:32
buy.
4:33
They
4:33
watch
4:34
the
4:34
whole
4:34
series
4:34
and
4:35
then
4:35
they
4:35
go,
4:35
I
4:35
can
4:36
actually
4:36
do
4:36
this.
4:36
And
4:37
they
4:37
go
4:37
from
4:37
this
4:38
attitude
4:38
of
4:39
how
4:39
on
4:39
earth
4:40
did
4:40
they
4:40
build
4:41
that?
4:41
To,
4:42
oh,
4:42
actually,
4:42
no,
4:43
I
4:43
can
4:43
see
4:43
how
4:44
I
4:44
could
4:44
do
4:44
that
4:44
because
4:44
it's
4:45
all
4:45
broken
4:45
down
4:45
into
4:46
little
4:46
steps
4:47
and
4:47
you
4:48
just
4:48
tackle
4:48
each
4:48
step
4:48
and
4:49
get
4:49
it
4:49
done.
4:50
Yeah,
4:50
it
4:50
was
4:51
so
4:51
funny.
4:51
And
4:52
you
4:52
have
4:52
to
4:52
have
4:53
patience
4:53
on
4:53
this
4:53
because
4:55
it's
4:55
time
4:55
consuming.
4:56
It's
4:56
beautiful.
4:57
But
4:57
when
4:57
you
4:57
get
4:58
it
4:58
all,
4:58
when
4:58
you
4:59
all
4:59
get
4:59
it
4:59
done,
4:59
and
5:00
it's
5:00
like,
5:00
all
5:00
right,
5:01
I'm
5:01
90%
5:02
here
5:03
now.
5:03
You
5:03
have
5:04
to
5:04
season
5:05
it
5:05
correctly.
5:06
You
5:06
gotta
5:06
not
5:07
ruin
5:07
your
5:08
work.
5:08
So
5:09
it's
5:09
like
5:09
anything
5:10
you've
5:10
gotta.
5:10
It
5:11
takes
5:11
some
5:11
patience.
5:11
Which
5:12
is
5:12
like
5:12
the
5:12
hardest
5:12
part,
5:13
because
5:13
you're
5:13
like,
5:14
this
5:14
is
5:14
amazing.
5:14
I
5:14
want,
5:15
oh,
5:15
okay,
5:15
I
5:15
got
5:16
a
5:16
few
5:16
weeks
5:16
of
5:16
getting
5:16
this
5:16
thing
5:16
ready.
5:17
Now
5:17
I
5:18
get
5:18
calls
5:19
all
5:19
the
5:19
time
5:19
from
5:19
people
5:20
who
5:20
are.
5:20
That
5:20
they'll
5:20
say,
5:21
oh,
5:22
how
5:22
long
5:22
does
5:22
it
5:22
take
5:22
to
5:22
build?
5:23
And
5:23
I'll
5:24
say,
5:24
oh,
5:24
you
5:24
know,
5:24
it
5:24
depends
5:25
on
5:25
the
5:25
oven.
5:25
It
5:25
might
5:25
be
5:25
the
5:26
P85
5:26
is
5:26
about
5:27
20
5:27
hours
5:27
of
5:27
work.
5:28
And
5:28
they're
5:28
like,
5:28
oh,
5:29
I've
5:29
got
5:29
this,
5:29
I've
5:29
got
5:29
this
5:30
event
5:30
coming
5:30
up
5:31
in
5:31
like
5:31
three
5:31
weeks
5:32
time
5:32
or
5:32
a
5:32
month's
5:33
time
5:33
and
5:33
you
5:34
know,
5:34
it's
5:34
a
5:34
21st
5:34
birthday
5:35
or
5:35
something.
5:35
And
5:35
I
5:35
just
5:35
tell
5:36
them,
5:36
don't
5:36
do
5:36
it,
5:37
don't
5:37
do
5:37
it.
5:38
Like,
5:38
I'm
5:38
not
5:38
saying
5:38
don't
5:39
build
5:39
the
5:39
oven,
5:39
but
5:40
if
5:40
you
5:40
try
5:40
to
5:41
build
5:41
it
5:41
to
5:42
a
5:42
timeline,
5:44
firstly
5:44
it
5:44
takes
5:44
all
5:45
the
5:45
fun
5:45
out
5:45
of
5:45
it
5:46
because
5:46
now
5:46
you
5:47
have
5:47
to
5:47
hustle.
5:47
You
5:48
don't
5:48
get
5:48
to
5:48
just
5:48
enjoy
5:48
the
5:49
process
5:49
but,
5:50
but
5:50
then
5:50
yet
5:51
you
5:51
have
5:51
this
5:51
stress
5:52
of
5:53
I've
5:53
got
5:53
to
5:54
get
5:54
it
5:54
done
5:54
by
5:54
then
5:54
and,
5:55
but
5:55
really
5:55
you've
5:56
got
5:56
to
5:56
finish
5:56
it
5:57
at
5:57
least
5:57
two
5:57
weeks
5:58
before
5:58
the
5:59
due
5:59
date
6:00
because
6:00
of
6:00
the
6:00
curing
6:01
times
6:01
and
6:01
those,
6:01
all
6:02
those
6:02
heat
6:02
up
6:02
fires.
6:03
You
6:03
got
6:03
to
6:03
do
6:03
those
6:03
slow
6:04
drying
6:04
process.
6:05
It's
6:05
a
6:05
whole
6:05
thing.
6:06
And
6:07
you
6:07
don't
6:07
want
6:07
your
6:07
first
6:08
pizza
6:08
cook
6:09
to
6:09
be
6:09
in
6:09
front
6:09
of
6:10
all
6:10
these
6:10
people.
6:11
There
6:11
are
6:12
steps
6:12
to
6:12
learning
6:12
the
6:12
art
6:13
of
6:13
this.
6:14
People
6:14
do
6:14
that
6:15
though,
6:15
and
6:15
they
6:15
put
6:15
themselves
6:16
through
6:16
that.
6:16
And
6:16
I
6:17
say,
6:17
what
6:17
are
6:17
you
6:17
doing?
6:18
You
6:19
know,
6:19
you've
6:19
just
6:19
built
6:20
this
6:20
oven
6:20
and
6:20
you've
6:20
got
6:20
like
6:21
20
6:21
of
6:21
your
6:21
best
6:22
friends
6:22
over
6:22
and
6:22
all
6:23
your
6:23
family
6:23
and
6:24
this
6:24
is
6:24
your
6:24
first
6:24
time
6:24
doing.
6:25
You're
6:25
gonna
6:25
burn
6:25
it.
6:26
I
6:26
promise
6:26
you
6:26
you're
6:27
gonna
6:27
burn
6:27
it.
6:27
It's
6:27
gonna
6:27
be
6:28
a
6:28
burnt
6:28
offering.
6:28
100%
6:30
it
6:30
is.
6:30
And
6:30
that's
6:30
okay.
6:31
But
6:31
you
6:32
know,
6:32
once
6:32
you
6:32
get
6:32
it
6:32
down
6:33
and
6:33
you
6:33
realize
6:33
that,
6:34
okay,
6:35
controlling
6:35
your
6:35
heat
6:36
is
6:36
like
6:37
anything
6:37
cooking
6:38
is
6:39
making
6:39
understanding
6:40
where
6:40
that
6:40
sweet
6:40
spot
6:41
is
6:41
for
6:41
your
6:41
style
6:41
of
6:41
pizza
6:42
you
6:42
like
6:42
to
6:42
cook.
6:43
It's
6:43
pretty
6:43
easy
6:43
at
6:44
that
6:44
point.
6:45
Yeah,
6:45
absolutely.
6:46
And
6:46
it's,
6:46
and
6:46
it's
6:47
a
6:47
lot
6:47
of
6:47
fun.
6:48
We
6:48
did
6:48
a
6:48
video
6:48
recently
6:49
called
6:49
how
6:49
to
6:50
Enjoy
6:50
a
6:50
Pizza
6:50
Party
6:51
and
6:52
it
6:52
wasn't
6:52
like
6:52
it
6:53
was.
6:53
So
6:53
it
6:53
wasn't.
6:53
I
6:54
said
6:54
at
6:54
the
6:54
start
6:55
of
6:55
the
6:55
video,
6:55
I
6:55
said
6:55
this
6:55
is
6:56
not
6:56
a
6:56
video
6:56
to
6:57
teach
6:57
you
6:57
like
6:58
the
6:58
most
6:58
amazing
6:59
dough
7:00
or
7:00
like,
7:01
you
7:01
know,
7:02
there's
7:02
heaps
7:02
of
7:02
videos
7:03
on
7:03
various
7:05
doughs,
7:05
et
7:05
cetera,
7:06
online.
7:07
But
7:07
I
7:07
wanted
7:07
to
7:08
try
7:08
and
7:08
make
7:09
the
7:09
pizza
7:10
cooking
7:10
process
7:11
less
7:12
catering
7:12
like,
7:13
like,
7:13
because
7:13
it
7:13
can
7:14
feel
7:14
like
7:14
a
7:14
catering
7:15
experience
7:15
where
7:16
you
7:16
don't
7:16
even
7:16
get
7:16
to
7:16
talk
7:16
to
7:17
your
7:17
friends.
7:17
And
7:18
so
7:18
I
7:18
just
7:18
set
7:18
out
7:19
a
7:19
few
7:19
tips
7:19
to
7:20
try
7:20
and
7:20
make
7:20
it,
7:21
to
7:21
make
7:21
it
7:21
easier
7:22
to,
7:22
and
7:23
just,
7:23
and
7:23
just
7:23
to
7:23
get
7:24
people
7:24
started
7:24
in
7:24
the
7:25
process.
7:25
So
7:25
not
7:26
to
7:26
try
7:26
and
7:26
teach
7:26
them
7:26
how
7:27
to
7:27
make
7:27
the
7:27
best
7:27
pizza
7:28
right
7:28
off
7:29
the
7:29
bat.
7:29
You
7:30
can
7:30
work
7:30
up
7:30
to
7:30
that.
7:31
People
7:31
spend
7:31
like
7:32
their,
7:32
you
7:32
know,
7:33
whole
7:33
careers
7:33
as
7:34
pizza
7:34
professionals
7:35
try
7:35
to
7:36
nail
7:36
it.
7:36
But
7:37
we
7:37
just
7:38
want
7:38
to
7:38
get
7:38
them
7:38
started
7:38
so
7:39
then
7:39
they
7:39
can
7:39
build
7:40
on
7:40
that
7:40
and
7:40
just
7:40
enjoy
7:41
it.
7:41
Absolutely.
7:42
I
7:42
got
7:42
some
7:42
tricks
7:43
and
7:43
tips
7:43
we'll
7:43
do
7:43
at
7:43
the
7:44
end
7:44
of
7:44
the
7:44
show,
7:44
but
7:45
I
7:45
want
7:45
to
7:45
talk
7:45
about
7:47
your
7:47
ovens
7:47
here
7:48
and
7:48
where
7:49
people
7:49
start
7:49
out
7:49
with,
7:50
because
7:51
there's
7:51
people
7:52
out
7:52
there
7:52
that'll
7:52
go,
7:52
hey,
7:53
I
7:53
just
7:53
want
7:53
this
7:53
little
7:53
propane
7:54
thing
7:54
to
7:54
throw
7:54
on
7:54
the
7:55
countertop
7:55
and
7:55
awesome,
7:56
that's
7:56
your
7:56
jam.
7:58
But
7:58
if
7:58
you
7:58
really
7:59
want
8:00
a
8:00
pizza
8:01
oven,
8:01
this
8:01
is
8:01
kind
8:01
of
8:02
what
8:02
I
8:02
say
8:02
about
8:02
people
8:03
that
8:03
have,
8:03
like,
8:03
the.
8:04
The
8:04
small
8:04
$300
8:05
propane
8:06
barbecues.
8:06
You
8:06
know,
8:07
it's
8:07
like,
8:07
hey,
8:07
that
8:08
is
8:08
great
8:08
for
8:09
somebody,
8:09
right?
8:09
That
8:10
is
8:10
perfect.
8:10
But
8:11
then
8:12
the
8:12
people
8:12
that
8:12
really
8:13
want
8:13
to
8:13
cook,
8:14
there's
8:15
nothing
8:15
better
8:15
than
8:16
wood
8:16
fire.
8:17
So
8:17
this,
8:17
to
8:18
me,
8:18
I
8:18
think
8:18
is
8:18
the
8:19
one,
8:19
the
8:19
most
8:19
cost
8:20
effective
8:20
way
8:20
to
8:21
do
8:21
it,
8:21
to
8:21
build
8:22
something
8:23
professional.
8:23
And
8:24
that
8:24
is
8:25
going
8:25
to
8:25
be
8:25
a
8:26
statement
8:26
piece
8:26
for
8:27
your
8:27
outdoor
8:27
kitchen.
8:30
You
8:30
mentioned,
8:31
like,
8:31
this,
8:31
the
8:31
smaller,
8:32
like,
8:32
benchtop
8:33
ovens,
8:33
and
8:34
I
8:34
actually
8:34
have
8:35
no
8:35
problem
8:35
with
8:35
those.
8:36
I
8:36
think
8:37
they're
8:37
really
8:37
cool
8:38
idea.
8:38
If
8:39
all
8:39
you
8:39
want
8:39
to
8:39
do
8:40
is
8:40
just
8:41
cook
8:41
maybe
8:42
half
8:42
a
8:42
dozen
8:42
pizzas,
8:43
that's
8:44
it,
8:44
then
8:45
maybe
8:45
that
8:45
would
8:45
actually
8:46
be
8:46
the
8:46
best
8:46
oven
8:47
for
8:47
you.
8:47
I
8:47
would
8:47
actually
8:48
say
8:48
if
8:48
you.
8:48
If
8:48
you
8:48
rang
8:49
us
8:49
up
8:49
and
8:49
said,
8:49
hey,
8:50
Ben,
8:50
like,
8:50
it's
8:51
just
8:51
me
8:51
and
8:51
my
8:52
wife
8:52
and
8:52
we
8:52
don't
8:53
really
8:53
entertain
8:53
much
8:53
and
8:54
we
8:54
just
8:54
want
8:54
to
8:54
cook,
8:54
like,
8:55
maybe
8:55
three
8:56
or
8:56
four
8:56
pizzas
8:57
on
8:57
a
8:57
weekend,
8:58
which
8:58
oven
8:59
would
8:59
you
8:59
recommend
8:59
for
9:00
us?
9:00
I'd
9:00
say
9:00
probably
9:00
don't
9:01
get
9:01
one
9:01
of
9:01
ours
9:02
because
9:03
it
9:03
would
9:03
be
9:03
wasteful.
9:04
You
9:04
know,
9:05
it
9:05
takes
9:05
a
9:06
fair
9:06
bit
9:06
of
9:07
fuel
9:07
to
9:08
heat
9:08
our
9:08
ovens
9:08
up,
9:09
and
9:09
you
9:09
really
9:10
want
9:10
to
9:10
get
9:10
value
9:11
out
9:11
of
9:11
that.
9:11
No,
9:12
I
9:12
don't
9:12
think
9:12
those
9:13
bench
9:13
top
9:13
ovens
9:13
are
9:13
bad.
9:14
In
9:14
fact,
9:14
we
9:14
get
9:14
a
9:14
lot
9:14
of
9:15
people
9:15
calling
9:15
us
9:17
saying,
9:17
I've
9:18
had
9:18
one
9:18
of
9:18
those
9:19
benchtop
9:19
ovens.
9:20
I
9:20
love
9:20
it,
9:21
and
9:21
I
9:21
love
9:21
making
9:22
pizza,
9:22
but
9:23
I've
9:23
hit
9:23
the
9:23
limit
9:23
of
9:24
it.
9:24
I
9:25
want
9:25
to
9:25
do
9:25
more,
9:25
and
9:26
I
9:26
want
9:26
to
9:26
do
9:26
more
9:26
than
9:26
just
9:27
pizza.
9:27
I
9:28
want
9:28
to
9:28
do
9:28
roasting
9:29
and
9:29
baking
9:30
and
9:30
slow
9:30
cooking
9:31
and
9:31
all
9:31
of
9:31
that
9:31
other
9:31
stuff.
9:32
And
9:32
I'm
9:32
just.
9:32
I
9:33
just
9:33
can't
9:33
do
9:33
it.
9:33
It's
9:34
just.
9:34
Just
9:35
for
9:35
doing
9:35
a
9:36
few
9:36
pizzas
9:36
and
9:36
that's.
9:37
And
9:37
it
9:37
does
9:37
that
9:37
really
9:37
well.
9:39
And
9:39
there's
9:39
nothing
9:39
wrong
9:40
with
9:40
that.
9:40
But
9:40
what
9:40
you
9:40
guys
9:41
have
9:41
is
9:42
it's
9:42
cool
9:42
that
9:42
you
9:42
have
9:43
something
9:43
that
9:43
is
9:44
small
9:44
enough
9:44
for
9:45
a
9:45
family
9:45
to
9:45
use
9:46
and
9:46
to
9:46
have
9:46
a
9:46
good
9:46
pizza
9:47
party.
9:47
And
9:48
you
9:48
could
9:48
have
9:49
20
9:49
people
9:49
over
9:50
and
9:50
still
9:51
with
9:51
your
9:51
smallest
9:52
oven,
9:53
really
9:53
enjoy
9:54
a
9:54
Pizza
9:54
party
9:54
with
9:55
that.
9:55
And
9:55
then
9:55
you've
9:56
got,
9:56
hey,
9:57
I
9:57
want
9:57
to
9:57
have
9:57
my
9:58
own
9:58
commercial
9:58
unit
9:59
and
9:59
I
10:00
want
10:00
to
10:00
have
10:00
a
10:01
thousand
10:01
people
10:01
over.
10:02
You've
10:02
got
10:02
that
10:03
as
10:03
well.
10:04
We've
10:04
got,
10:04
we've
10:04
got
10:05
a
10:05
range
10:05
and
10:06
so
10:06
you've
10:06
got
10:06
the
10:06
smallest
10:07
oven,
10:07
you've
10:07
got
10:07
our
10:07
P85
10:08
and
10:08
it's
10:09
not
10:09
small.
10:09
No.
10:10
A
10:10
lot
10:10
of
10:10
people,
10:10
they
10:11
look
10:11
at
10:11
our
10:11
range
10:11
of
10:11
ovens
10:12
and
10:12
they,
10:12
and
10:12
they
10:12
see,
10:12
oh,
10:13
we've
10:13
got
10:13
the
10:13
smallest
10:13
to
10:13
the
10:14
largest
10:14
and
10:14
they
10:14
figure,
10:14
well,
10:15
the
10:15
small
10:15
one
10:15
must
10:15
be
10:16
kind
10:16
of
10:16
small.
10:16
And
10:16
it's
10:17
not.

12:48
the

12:48

12:49
enough
12:49
hair
12:50

12:50
to
12:50
qualify
12:51
as
12:51
a

12:52
We
12:52
have
12:52
been
12:53
talking
12:53
with
12:53
Ben
12:54
and
12:54
the
12:54
firebrick
12:55

12:55
Let's
12:56
talk
12:56
building
12:56
that
12:57
outdoor
12:57
pizza
12:57
oven.
12:58
I
12:59
sure
12:59
picked
12:59
the
12:59
wrong
13:00
day
13:00
to
13:00
not
13:00
bring
13:01
my
13:01
lunch.
13:02
We've
13:02
got,
13:02
we've
13:03
got
13:03
a
13:03
range
13:03
and
13:04
so
13:04
you've
13:04
got
13:04
the
13:04
smallest
13:05
oven,
13:05
you've
13:05
got
13:05
our
13:05
P85
13:06
and
13:06
it's
13:07
not
13:07
small.
13:07
No.
13:08
A
13:08
lot
13:08
of
13:08
people,
13:08
they
13:09
look
13:09
at
13:09
our
13:09
range
13:09
of
13:09
ovens
13:10
and
13:10
they,
13:10
and
13:10
they
13:10
see,
13:10
oh,
13:11
we've
13:11
got
13:11
the
13:11
smallest
13:11
to
13:11
the
13:12
largest
13:12
and
13:12
they
13:12
figure,
13:12
well,
13:13
the
13:13
small
13:13
one
13:13
must
13:13
be
13:14
kind
13:14
of
13:14
small.
13:14
And
13:14
it's
13:15
not.
13:15
It's
13:16
what,
13:16
it's
13:16
33
13:17
and
13:17
a
13:17
half
13:17
inches
13:17
internal
13:18
diameter
13:18
which
13:19
is
13:19
pretty
13:19
big.
13:20
We
13:20
had
13:20
my
13:21
brother
13:21
in
13:21
law's
13:22
50th
13:23
birthday
13:23
party
13:24
recently.
13:24
Rob
13:25
and
13:25
I
13:26
had,
13:26
didn't
13:27
have
13:27
a
13:27
gift
13:27
for
13:27
Rob.
13:27
You
13:28
know,
13:28
I
13:28
was
13:28
trying
13:28
to
13:28
think
13:28
what
13:28
can
13:28
I
13:29
get
13:29
him?
13:29
And
13:29
in
13:29
the
13:30
end
13:30
I
13:30
said,
13:30
you
13:30
know,
13:30
Rob,
13:31
I'll
13:31
cater
13:32
for
13:32
you.
13:32
And
13:32
he
13:33
or
13:33
he
13:33
has
13:33
the
13:34
same
13:34
oven
13:34
you
13:34
have.
13:35
He
13:35
has
13:35
a
13:35
P85.
13:37
He
13:37
had
13:37
40
13:38
people
13:38
over.
13:39
And
13:40
I
13:40
cooked
13:40
pizza
13:41
for
13:41
everybody
13:41
out
13:42
of
13:42
that
13:42
oven
13:43
and
13:43
I
13:43
was
13:43
cooking
13:43
one
13:44
or
13:44
two
13:44
at
13:44
a
13:44
time
13:45
and
13:45
I
13:46
had
13:46
a
13:46
team
13:46
of
13:46
four
13:47
people
13:47
rolling
13:47
out
13:48
bases
13:48
and
13:48
topping
13:49
them
13:49
for
13:49
me.
13:49
And
13:49
they
13:49
couldn't
13:50
keep
13:50
up
13:50
because
13:51
the
13:51
pizzas
13:52
will
13:52
be
13:52
cooked
13:52
in
13:53
between
13:53
90
13:54
seconds
13:54
and
13:54
two
13:54
minutes
13:55
if
13:55
you
13:55
put,
13:56
you
13:56
know,
13:56
the
13:56
right
13:56
amount
13:56
of
13:56
toppings
13:57
on.
13:57
So
13:58
even
13:58
this,
13:58
even
13:59
our
13:59
smallest
13:59
oven
14:00
caters
14:00
for
14:00
big
14:01
Groups.
14:01
Actually
14:01
a
14:02
lovely
14:02
story.
14:03
Customer
14:03
in
14:03
Australia
14:04
during
14:05
our
14:05
lockdowns
14:05
here.
14:06
Oh,
14:06
don't
14:06
even
14:07
get
14:07
me
14:07
started
14:07
on
14:07
lockdowns.
14:08
Yeah,
14:08
don't
14:08
get
14:08
me
14:08
started
14:08
as
14:09
well.
14:09
Anyway,
14:10
we,
14:11
we
14:11
had
14:12
a
14:12
customer
14:12
who,
14:13
their
14:13
daughter
14:13
was
14:14
getting
14:14
married
14:14
and
14:15
the
14:15
wedding
14:16
reception,
14:16
the
14:17
venue
14:17
got
14:18
shut
14:18
down
14:19
at
14:19
short
14:19
notice.
14:20
Don't
14:21
know
14:21
exactly
14:21
what
14:21
happened,
14:21
but
14:22
basically
14:22
the
14:22
wedding
14:23
reception
14:23
was
14:23
like
14:24
going
14:24
to
14:24
be
14:24
canceled
14:25
and
14:26
they
14:26
moved
14:26
it
14:27
to
14:27
their
14:27
house
14:28
and
14:28
they
14:28
fed
14:29
60
14:29
people
14:30
pizza
14:31
out
14:31
of
14:31
their
14:32
P85.
14:33
And
14:33
I
14:34
was
14:34
like,
14:34
that's
14:34
such
14:34
a
14:35
cool
14:35
story.
14:35
Like,
14:35
you
14:35
know,
14:36
because
14:36
people
14:36
call
14:37
us
14:37
all
14:37
the
14:37
time,
14:37
they
14:37
want
14:37
to
14:38
buy
14:38
the
14:38
biggest
14:38
one.
14:39
Well,
14:39
I
14:40
think
14:40
I
14:40
was
14:40
one
14:40
of
14:40
those
14:41
people.
14:41
I
14:41
think
14:41
I
14:41
was
14:42
like,
14:42
all
14:42
right,
14:42
I'm
14:42
looking
14:43
at
14:43
the
14:43
D105.
14:44
Or
14:45
I
14:45
was
14:45
looking
14:45
at
14:45
the
14:46
130
14:47
and
14:47
you're
14:47
like,
14:47
slow
14:48
down
14:48
cowboy.
14:48
Slow
14:49
down
14:49
cowboy.
14:49
That
14:50
might
14:50
not
14:50
be
14:50
what
14:50
you
14:50
need
14:51
now.
14:52
So
14:52
for
14:52
everyone
14:52
listening,
14:53
I
14:53
didn't
14:53
say
14:53
slow
14:54
down
14:54
cowboy,
14:56
but
14:56
I
14:56
do,
14:57
I
14:57
do
14:57
ask
14:57
everyone,
14:58
I
14:59
say,
14:59
you
14:59
know,
14:59
everyone
14:59
who
15:00
reaches
15:00
out
15:00
and
15:00
they
15:00
ask
15:01
particularly
15:01
for
15:01
the
15:01
biggest
15:02
oven,
15:02
first
15:03
question
15:03
I
15:03
ask
15:03
them
15:04
is,
15:04
is
15:04
it
15:04
for
15:05
a
15:05
restaurant?
15:06
And
15:06
if
15:06
it
15:06
is,
15:07
if
15:07
they're
15:07
building
15:07
a
15:07
restaurant,
15:08
which,
15:08
which
15:08
happens
15:09
quite
15:09
often,
15:09
we
15:09
say,
15:10
awesome,
15:10
it's
15:11
perfect
15:11
oven
15:11
for
15:11
you.
15:12
But
15:12
if
15:12
you're
15:13
not,
15:14
if
15:14
you're,
15:14
if
15:14
it's
15:15
for
15:15
home,
15:15
then
15:16
we
15:16
actually
15:16
really
15:16
encourage
15:17
people
15:17
to
15:17
think
15:18
a
15:18
little
15:18
smaller.
15:19
The
15:19
D105
15:20
is,
15:20
is
15:20
the
15:21
model
15:21
down.
15:21
We
15:22
sell
15:22
heaps
15:22
of
15:22
those
15:24
because
15:24
the
15:24
heat
15:25
up
15:25
time
15:26
really
15:26
affects
15:27
like
15:28
your
15:28
enjoyment
15:28
of
15:29
the
15:29
oven.
15:29
And
15:29
the
15:29
example
15:30
I
15:30
give
15:30
is,
15:31
let's
15:31
say
15:31
with
15:31
the
15:31
D130,
15:32
it's
15:32
got
15:32
a
15:32
four
15:33
and
15:33
a
15:33
half
15:33
hour
15:34
heat
15:34
up
15:34
time,
15:35
which
15:35
is
15:35
pretty
15:35
phenomenal.
15:36
Like
15:36
that's,
15:36
that's
15:36
a
15:36
long
15:37
time.
15:38
And
15:38
the
15:39
thing
15:39
is,
15:40
it's,
15:40
it's
15:41
a
15:41
lot
15:41
of
15:41
oven
15:41
to
15:41
heat.
15:41
You're
15:42
bringing
15:42
up
15:42
all
15:42
this
15:43
thermal
15:43
mass
15:44
from
15:44
stone
15:45
cold
15:46
all
15:46
the
15:46
way
15:46
up
15:46
to
15:46
700
15:47
Fahrenheit,
15:48
750,
15:49
as
15:49
hot
15:50
as
15:50
you
15:50
want,
15:50
but
15:52
that
15:52
you
15:52
bring
15:52
up
15:53
a
15:53
lot
15:53
of
15:53
material
15:53
up
15:54
to
15:54
this
15:54
temperature.
15:55
And
15:57
so
15:57
that
15:57
takes
15:58
some
15:58
time.
15:58
And
15:58
I
15:58
say
15:59
to
15:59
people
15:59
like,
15:59
you
15:59
know,
16:00
look,
16:00
if
16:00
you're
16:00
having
16:00
50
16:01
people
16:01
over,
16:02
then
16:02
it
16:02
wouldn't
16:03
even
16:03
phase
16:03
you.
16:03
You'd
16:04
get
16:04
up
16:04
in
16:04
the
16:04
morning
16:04
and
16:05
fire
16:05
the
16:05
oven
16:06
so
16:06
that
16:06
it's
16:06
ready
16:07
for
16:07
the
16:07
evening.
16:07
Like
16:08
it
16:08
wouldn't
16:08
bother
16:09
you
16:09
because
16:09
it's
16:09
this
16:09
big
16:09
event
16:10
that
16:10
you're
16:10
having.
16:10
But
16:11
if
16:11
you're
16:11
having
16:11
three
16:12
friends
16:12
over,
16:13
can
16:13
you
16:14
be
16:14
bothered
16:15
spending
16:15
four
16:15
and
16:15
a
16:16
half
16:16
hours
16:16
firing
16:16
up
16:17
just,
16:17
and
16:17
you
16:17
know,
16:17
you're
16:18
only
16:18
Going
16:18
to
16:18
cook
16:18
a
16:18
handful
16:19
of
16:19
pizzas
16:19
let's
16:20
say,
16:20
or
16:20
maybe
16:20
a
16:21
roast.
16:21
Can
16:22
you
16:22
be
16:23
bothered?
16:23
Can
16:23
you
16:24
justify
16:25
the
16:25
time
16:25
and
16:26
the
16:26
firewood
16:27
to
16:27
do
16:27
it?
16:27
And
16:28
whereas
16:28
if
16:28
you
16:28
have
16:28
a
16:29
smaller
16:29
oven,
16:30
well
16:30
that
16:30
justification
16:31
is
16:31
so
16:31
much
16:31
easier
16:32
because
16:32
the
16:32
time
16:32
is
16:33
like
16:33
halved.
16:34
And
16:34
actually
16:35
that's
16:35
why
16:35
we
16:35
sell.
16:36
So
16:37
the
16:37
P85,
16:37
the
16:38
oven
16:38
you
16:38
have
16:38
is
16:38
our
16:39
biggest
16:39
seller
16:40
because
16:41
it
16:41
has
16:41
a
16:42
really
16:42
rapid
16:42
heat
16:42
up
16:43
times
16:43
like
16:43
an
16:43
hour
16:43
and
16:43
15
16:44
minutes.
16:45
And
16:45
whereas
16:45
like
16:46
the
16:46
D105
16:47
which
16:47
is
16:48
the
16:48
next
16:48
biggest
16:48
seller,
16:49
that's
16:49
the
16:49
two
16:49
and
16:49
a
16:50
half
16:50
hour
16:50
heat
16:50
up
16:50
time.
16:51
So
16:51
now
16:52
that
16:52
comes
16:52
with
16:52
a
16:52
trade
16:53
off
16:54
where
16:54
the,
16:54
the
16:55
cool
16:55
down
16:55
time
16:55
is
16:56
the
16:56
trade
16:56
off.
16:56
So
16:57
if
16:57
you,
16:57
you
16:58
can
16:58
cook
16:58
as
16:58
the
16:58
oven's
16:59
cooling.
16:59
Have
16:59
you
16:59
done
16:59
much
16:59
of
17:00
that?
17:00
Yeah,
17:00
I
17:00
have.
17:01
I've,
17:01
I've
17:02
had
17:02
people
17:02
over
17:02
here
17:03
where
17:03
we've
17:03
had
17:03
a,
17:03
like
17:03
an
17:04
all
17:04
day
17:04
party
17:04
and
17:04
I'm
17:05
throwing
17:05
pizzas
17:05
in
17:06
and,
17:06
and
17:07
you
17:07
know,
17:07
I
17:07
start
17:07
cooking
17:08
it
17:08
maybe
17:08
one
17:08
or
17:08
two
17:09
o'
17:09
clock
17:09
in
17:09
the
17:09
afternoon
17:10
and
17:10
I'm
17:10
still
17:10
throwing
17:11
some
17:11
dinner
17:11
in
17:11
as
17:11
it's
17:12
cooking,
17:12
it
17:13
still
17:13
works.
17:14
Oh
17:14
absolutely.
17:15
So
17:15
your
17:15
oven
17:16
should
17:16
take,
17:17
if
17:17
it's
17:17
dropping
17:17
from
17:18
750
17:18
down
17:19
to
17:19
150.
17:20
So
17:21
if
17:21
you
17:21
put
17:21
the
17:21
door
17:21
in
17:22
the
17:22
oven
17:22
and
17:22
that
17:22
seals
17:22
the
17:23
chamber
17:23
off
17:23
so
17:23
that
17:24
you
17:24
don't
17:24
have
17:24
air
17:24
going
17:25
in
17:25
and
17:25
out,
17:25
cooling
17:25
it
17:26
down,
17:26
it
17:26
should
17:27
take
17:27
around
17:28
36
17:29
hours
17:29
to
17:29
drop
17:30
from
17:30
750
17:30
to
17:31
150.
17:31
Which
17:31
means
17:32
you've
17:32
got
17:32
all
17:32
this
17:32
cooking
17:33
you
17:33
can
17:33
do
17:33
as
17:33
it
17:33
cools
17:34
down,
17:35
you
17:35
can
17:35
cook.
17:35
I've
17:36
overheated
17:36
the
17:36
pizza
17:37
the
17:37
next
17:37
morning
17:37
for
17:37
breakfast.
17:38
Yeah,
17:38
that
17:39
I
17:39
didn't
17:39
before
17:40
on
17:40
it.
17:40
So
17:40
I've
17:40
done
17:41
that.
17:41
That's
17:41
actually
17:42
something
17:42
that
17:42
you
17:43
could
17:43
really,
17:43
you
17:43
could
17:43
really
17:44
look
17:44
at
17:44
doing
17:44
is
17:45
when
17:45
you're
17:45
making
17:45
up
17:46
your
17:46
pizza
17:46
dough
17:47
for
17:47
the
17:47
pizzas
17:48
the
17:48
night
17:48
before,
17:49
make
17:49
up
17:50
some
17:50
bread
17:50
dough.
17:51
Right.
17:51
But
17:52
with
17:52
a
17:52
small
17:52
amount
17:53
of
17:53
yeast
17:53
so
17:53
it
17:53
raises,
17:53
it
17:54
rises
17:54
really
17:54
slowly
17:55
and
17:55
let
17:55
it
17:55
rise
17:55
overnight
17:56
in
17:56
the
17:56
fridge
17:56
or
17:56
something
17:57
and
17:57
then
17:57
bake
17:58
it
17:58
the
17:58
following
17:58
morning
17:59
using
18:00
the
18:00
residual
18:00
heat.
18:01
It's
18:01
awesome.
18:02
Yeah,
18:02
because
18:02
it's,
18:03
it's
18:03
350
18:04
or
18:04
whatever.
18:04
It's
18:05
like
18:05
the
18:05
perfect
18:05
bread
18:05
baking
18:06
temperature
18:06
is
18:06
perfect
18:07
bread.
18:07
The
18:07
P85
18:08
should
18:08
be
18:08
almost
18:08
perfect
18:09
bread
18:09
temperature
18:09
12
18:10
hours
18:10
after
18:10
it's
18:10
fine
18:10
firing.
18:11
Now
18:11
the
18:11
D105
18:12
takes
18:13
twice
18:13
as
18:13
long
18:13
to
18:13
heat
18:13
up
18:14
but
18:15
it
18:16
takes
18:16
72
18:17
hours
18:17
to
18:17
cool
18:18
down.
18:18
And
18:18
so
18:18
that's
18:19
why
18:19
we
18:20
people
18:20
who
18:20
are
18:21
buying
18:21
those
18:21
ovens
18:22
are
18:22
often
18:22
thinking
18:23
they're
18:23
like,
18:23
right,
18:23
I'm
18:23
going
18:24
to
18:24
fire
18:24
it
18:24
on
18:24
Friday
18:24
we'll
18:25
do
18:25
pizzas.
18:26
Then
18:26
Saturday
18:26
I'm
18:27
going
18:27
to
18:27
do
18:27
like
18:27
roasting
18:28
in
18:28
the
18:28
morning
18:29
and
18:29
then,
18:29
you
18:30
know,
18:30
like,
18:30
I'm
18:30
going
18:30
to
18:30
do
18:31
some
18:31
baking
18:31
in
18:31
the
18:31
afternoon.
18:32
And
18:32
then
18:32
Sunday
18:33
I'm
18:33
going
18:33
to
18:33
do
18:33
like
18:33
biscuits
18:34
and
18:34
cakes.
18:35
And
18:35
then
18:36
on
18:36
Monday
18:36
I'm
18:37
going
18:37
to
18:37
dehydrate
18:37
fruit
18:38
and
18:38
vegetables
18:38
and,
18:39
and
18:39
other
18:40
things.
18:40
All
18:40
from
18:40
the
18:41
one
18:41
firing,
18:41
which
18:41
I
18:41
really
18:42
encourage
18:42
because
18:43
it's
18:43
really
18:44
good
18:44
use
18:44
of
18:45
all
18:45
of
18:45
that
18:45
heat.
18:46
You're
18:46
not
18:46
wasting
18:47
the
18:47
energy
18:47
that's
18:48
got
18:48
been
18:48
put
18:48
into
18:48
the
18:49
oven
18:49
from
18:49
all
18:49
that.
18:49
That
18:50
lovely.
18:50
Yeah.
18:50
The
18:50
other
18:50
thing
18:50
I've
18:51
done
18:51
too
18:51
is
18:51
if
18:51
I
18:51
had
18:52
any
18:52
wet
18:52
firewood
18:53
or
18:53
stuff
18:53
that
18:53
might
18:53
have
18:53
gotten
18:54
damp,
18:54
that
18:54
is
18:55
close
18:55
enough
18:56
was
18:56
I'll,
18:56
I'll
18:57
reset
18:57
the
18:57
oven,
18:58
you
18:58
know,
18:58
the
18:59
next
18:59
morning
18:59
and
18:59
it's
19:00
still
19:00
warm
19:00
enough
19:00
in
19:01
there
19:01
that
19:01
I
19:01
can
19:01
do
19:01
that.
19:01
And
19:02
I'm
19:02
like,
19:02
I'm
19:02
just
19:02
going
19:02
to
19:02
kiln
19:03
drain
19:03
my
19:03
wood
19:03
for
19:03
the
19:03
next
19:04
time.
19:04
Yes,
19:04
exactly.
19:05
That's
19:05
that.
19:06
I
19:06
only
19:06
figured
19:07
that
19:07
out.
19:07
It
19:07
took
19:07
me
19:07
years
19:08
to
19:08
realize.
19:08
I
19:09
think
19:09
it
19:09
was
19:09
a
19:09
customer
19:09
suggested
19:10
it
19:10
to
19:10
me.
19:11
They
19:11
said,
19:11
yeah,
19:11
well,
19:11
if
19:11
the
19:12
oven
19:12
cools
19:12
down
19:12
enough,
19:13
and
19:13
it
19:14
does
19:14
need
19:14
to
19:14
cool
19:14
down
19:15
enough,
19:16
otherwise
19:16
you've
19:16
got.
19:17
Another
19:17
day
19:17
of
19:17
pizza
19:17
cooking.
19:18
We
19:19
had.
19:19
So
19:19
we
19:19
have
19:19
a
19:20
Facebook
19:20
community
19:20
group
19:21
for
19:22
the
19:22
business
19:22
and
19:23
people
19:23
are
19:23
free
19:23
to
19:23
join
19:23
it.
19:24
Anyone's
19:24
free
19:24
to
19:24
join
19:25
and
19:25
have
19:25
a
19:25
chat
19:26
about
19:26
our
19:26
ovens.
19:27
And
19:28
a
19:28
chat
19:28
posted
19:29
the
19:29
other
19:29
day,
19:29
he
19:29
said
19:29
I
19:29
was
19:30
kiln
19:30
drying
19:30
a
19:31
bunch
19:31
of
19:31
wood,
19:31
but
19:31
I
19:31
put
19:31
it
19:32
in
19:32
at
19:32
like
19:33
500
19:34
Fahrenheit.
19:36
And
19:36
he
19:36
said,
19:37
he
19:37
said
19:37
he,
19:37
he
19:38
filled.
19:38
He
19:38
put
19:38
all
19:38
this
19:39
firewood
19:39
into
19:39
his
19:39
oven,
19:40
all
19:40
this
19:40
damp
19:40
wood.
19:40
He
19:41
closed
19:41
the
19:41
door,
19:42
went
19:42
to
19:42
bed,
19:43
and
19:43
then
19:43
he
19:43
came
19:44
out
19:44
the
19:44
next
19:44
morning
19:44
and
19:45
his
19:45
oven
19:45
was
19:45
sitting
19:46
at
19:46
900
19:47
Fahrenheit.
19:49
And
19:50
he
19:50
said
19:50
it
19:51
had
19:51
all
19:51
become
19:51
charcoal.
19:53
Yeah,
19:54
yeah,
19:54
yeah,
19:55
absolutely.
19:56
So,
19:56
yeah,
19:56
you
19:56
got,
19:56
you
19:57
got
19:57
to
19:57
give
19:57
it
19:57
a
19:57
little
19:57
patience
19:57
there.
19:58
You
19:58
got
19:58
to
19:58
let
19:58
that
19:58
thing
19:59
cool
19:59
down
19:59
a
20:00
little
20:00
bit.
20:00
So
20:00
you
20:00
don't
20:00
do
20:00
exactly
20:01
that.
20:01
But
20:01
that's
20:02
funny.
20:03
Yeah,
20:03
yeah.
20:04
You
20:04
know
20:04
something?
20:04
I
20:05
think
20:05
it's
20:06
what,
20:06
what
20:06
I
20:06
like
20:06
about
20:07
your
20:07
kits
20:07
is
20:08
especially,
20:09
you
20:10
know,
20:10
when
20:10
you're
20:10
talking
20:11
starting
20:12
out
20:12
and,
20:12
you
20:12
know,
20:13
not
20:13
a
20:13
lot
20:13
of
20:13
people
20:14
out
20:14
there
20:14
are
20:15
masons
20:15
or
20:15
anything
20:16
else.
20:16
But
20:16
like
20:16
the
20:16
P85,
20:17
you
20:18
have
20:18
made
20:18
it
20:19
so
20:19
easy
20:21
to
20:21
take
20:21
it
20:22
step
20:22
by
20:22
step.
20:23
And
20:24
the
20:24
right
20:24
pieces
20:25
are
20:25
pre
20:25
cut.
20:26
You
20:27
cut
20:27
the
20:27
pieces
20:27
that
20:28
don't
20:29
require
20:29
special
20:29
tools.
20:30
You've
20:31
made
20:31
it
20:31
about
20:31
as
20:31
DIY
20:32
friendly
20:33
as
20:33
it
20:33
could
20:33
ever
20:34
be.
20:35
That's
20:35
been
20:35
my
20:35
goal
20:36
since
20:37
I
20:37
started
20:37
the
20:37
business
20:38
was
20:39
to
20:39
try
20:39
to
20:39
make
20:40
these
20:40
kits
20:41
as
20:41
easy
20:42
as
20:42
possible
20:43
to
20:43
build
20:44
because
20:44
then
20:44
obviously
20:45
that
20:45
appeals
20:45
to
20:45
the
20:46
broadest
20:46
range
20:46
of
20:46
people.
20:47
It
20:47
opens
20:48
it
20:48
up
20:48
and
20:48
it's
20:49
actually
20:49
something
20:49
that
20:49
gives
20:49
me
20:49
a
20:49
lot
20:50
of
20:50
joy,
20:50
is
20:51
reading
20:51
our
20:51
Google
20:52
reviews.
20:52
If
20:52
I'm
20:52
ever
20:52
feeling
20:53
a
20:53
bit
20:53
sick,
20:53
sad,
20:54
I
20:54
just
20:54
jump
20:54
on
20:54
out,
20:55
read
20:55
our
20:55
Google
20:55
reviews.
20:57
Well,
20:57
because
20:58
one
20:58
of
20:58
my
20:58
favorite
20:58
comments
20:59
that
20:59
I
20:59
get
20:59
is
21:00
I
21:00
had
21:01
no
21:01
experience
21:01
with
21:02
masonry.
21:02
I've
21:03
never
21:03
laid
21:03
a
21:03
brick
21:04
in
21:04
my
21:04
life.
21:05
And
21:05
I
21:06
bought
21:06
this
21:06
kit
21:07
and
21:07
look
21:07
what
21:08
I
21:08
built.
21:08
And
21:08
they're
21:09
so
21:09
proud
21:09
of
21:09
it.
21:10
Stick
21:11
around.
21:11
We'll
21:11
be
21:11
right
21:12
back.
21:12
Around
21:13
the
21:13

23:12

23:17
We
23:17
have
23:17
been
23:17
talking
23:18
with
23:18
Ben
23:18
and
23:19
the
23:19
firebrick
23:19
company.
23:20
Let's
23:21
talk
23:21
building
23:21
that
23:21
outdoor
23:22
pizza
23:22
oven.
23:23
Now
23:24
back
23:24
to
23:24
the
23:25
show.
23:25
I
23:25
bought
23:26
this
23:26
kit
23:27
and
23:27
look
23:27
what
23:27
I've
23:28
built.
23:28
And
23:28
they're
23:28
so
23:29
proud
23:29
of
23:29
it,
23:30
you
23:30
know,
23:30
of
23:30
what
23:31
they've
23:31
been
23:31
able
23:31
to
23:31
do.
23:32
And
23:32
a
23:33
big
23:33
part
23:33
of
23:33
that
23:34
is,
23:34
well,
23:34
we've
23:35
tried.
23:35
I've
23:36
built
23:36
I
23:36
don't
23:36
know
23:36
how
23:37
many
23:37
of
23:37
these
23:37
things,
23:37
like
23:38
so
23:38
many
23:38
of
23:39
them.
23:39
And
23:39
every
23:39
time
23:39
I
23:39
build
23:40
one
23:40
again,
23:40
I
23:40
think,
23:41
oh,
23:42
I
23:42
could
23:42
change
23:42
this
23:43
little
23:43
thing.
23:44
I've
23:44
just
23:44
noticed
23:44
this
23:45
little
23:45
thing
23:45
that
23:45
no
23:45
one's
23:45
mentioned.
23:46
And
23:46
if
23:46
I
23:46
just
23:46
change
23:47
that,
23:47
that
23:47
would
23:48
make
23:48
this
23:48
just
23:49
half
23:49
a
23:49
percent
23:49
easier
23:50
to
23:51
build.
23:52
And
23:52
that's.
23:52
It's
23:53
been
23:53
what
23:53
we
23:53
started
23:54
in
23:54
2011.
23:54
So
23:55
it's
23:56
like
23:56
13
23:56
years
23:56
of
23:57
just
23:57
constant
23:58
refining.
23:58
Yeah,
23:59
yeah,
23:59
yeah,
24:00
yeah,
24:00
that
24:00
makes
24:01
sense.
24:01
And
24:01
you
24:01
know,
24:02
it
24:02
goes
24:02
together
24:03
quick.
24:03
I
24:03
mean,
24:03
I,
24:04
it
24:04
was
24:04
funny.
24:04
I
24:04
had
24:05
about.
24:06
Because
24:06
we
24:06
had
24:06
two
24:07
cameras
24:07
running
24:07
at
24:07
some
24:07
point.
24:08
We
24:08
had
24:08
about
24:09
17
24:09
hours
24:10
of
24:10
content,
24:10
you
24:11
know,
24:11
for
24:11
the
24:11
whole
24:11
process
24:12
that
24:12
we
24:12
had
24:12
filmed.
24:13
Of
24:13
course,
24:13
for
24:14
my
24:14
show,
24:14
we
24:14
had
24:14
to
24:14
make
24:14
it
24:15
into
24:15
a
24:15
10
24:15
minute
24:15
piece,
24:16
which
24:16
was
24:17
nearly
24:17
impossible,
24:18
but
24:18
we
24:18
did.
24:18
But,
24:19
you
24:19
know,
24:19
we
24:19
only
24:19
used
24:19
a
24:20
little
24:20
bit
24:20
of
24:20
it.
24:20
But
24:20
it
24:21
was
24:21
so
24:21
fun
24:22
to
24:22
do
24:22
that.
24:23
And
24:24
I
24:24
think
24:24
the
24:24
cool
24:25
part
24:25
is
24:25
that
24:25
you
24:25
have
24:26
cast,
24:27
you
24:27
know,
24:27
like
24:27
that
24:27
whole
24:28
upper
24:28
chimney
24:29
piece
24:29
and
24:30
stuff.
24:30
You've
24:30
made
24:30
the
24:30
hard
24:31
pieces
24:31
already
24:32
for
24:32
us
24:32
in
24:33
that
24:33
cat.
24:33
Yes.
24:34
So
24:34
really
24:34
the
24:35
hardest
24:35
part,
24:35
which
24:35
isn't
24:36
that
24:36
hard
24:36
is,
24:37
is
24:37
setting
24:38
up
24:38
the
24:38
brick
24:38
on
24:38
the
24:38
front
24:39
and
24:39
the
24:39
rest
24:39
of
24:39
it
24:39
is
24:40
just
24:40
patience.
24:41
That's.
24:41
That's
24:42
exactly
24:42
right.
24:42
It's.
24:43
We've
24:43
looked
24:43
at
24:43
every
24:44
element
24:44
of
24:44
the
24:45
build
24:45
and
24:45
gone,
24:45
well,
24:45
what's.
24:46
Is
24:47
that
24:47
achievable
24:47
by
24:48
someone
24:49
who's
24:49
handy?
24:50
And
24:50
this
24:50
is
24:50
the
24:50
test
24:51
I
24:51
have,
24:51
actually.
24:51
People,
24:52
some
24:52
people
24:52
reach
24:53
out
24:53
and
24:53
they
24:53
say,
24:53
do
24:53
you
24:53
think
24:54
I
24:54
can
24:54
build
24:54
it?
24:55
I
24:55
don't
24:55
know
24:55
them
24:55
personally.
24:56
And
24:57
so
24:57
I
24:57
need
24:57
to
24:57
make
24:57
a
24:57
sort
24:58
of
24:58
a
24:58
judgment
24:58
call
24:58
on
24:58
it.
24:58
And.
24:59
But
24:59
I
24:59
just
24:59
say,
24:59
well,
25:00
look,
25:00
if
25:00
you
25:00
can
25:00
build
25:01
the
25:01
stand
25:02
for
25:02
the
25:02
oven
25:02
to
25:03
go
25:03
on,
25:03
I
25:04
guarantee
25:04
you
25:05
can
25:05
easily
25:05
build
25:06
the
25:06
oven
25:07
because
25:07
the
25:08
stand
25:08
is,
25:08
is
25:09
much
25:09
more
25:09
challenging
25:10
than
25:10
the
25:10
oven
25:11
itself.
25:12
You
25:12
know,
25:12
depending
25:12
on
25:12
how
25:12
you
25:12
tackle
25:13
the
25:13
stand,
25:14
that
25:14
can
25:15
be
25:15
much
25:15
more
25:16
difficult.
25:16
And
25:17
so
25:17
if
25:17
you
25:17
can
25:17
build
25:17
a
25:17
stand
25:18
mate,
25:18
you
25:18
can
25:19
build
25:19
the
25:19
oven
25:19
very
25:19
easily.
25:20
So
25:21
let
25:21
me
25:21
tell
25:21
you
25:21
about
25:21
how
25:21
I
25:21
built
25:22
my
25:22
stand,
25:22
because
25:23
I
25:23
did
25:23
something
25:23
completely
25:24
different.
25:24
Tell
25:25
me
25:25
more
25:25
about
25:25
it.
25:25
Yeah,
25:26
it
25:26
was
25:26
very
25:26
cool.
25:27
So
25:27
what
25:27
I
25:27
did
25:27
is
25:28
I
25:28
poured
25:28
a
25:28
concrete
25:29
footing
25:29
that
25:29
was
25:30
about,
25:30
well,
25:31
8
25:31
inches
25:31
thick.
25:32
That
25:32
was
25:32
an
25:32
H.
25:34
So
25:34
I
25:34
went
25:35
kind
25:35
of
25:35
an
25:35
H
25:35
and
25:36
then
25:36
a
25:36
box
25:36
around
25:36
it
25:37
this
25:37
way.
25:38
And
25:38
so
25:38
what
25:38
I
25:38
did
25:39
is
25:39
I
25:39
poured
25:40
that
25:40
as
25:40
one
25:40
piece,
25:41
put
25:41
rebar
25:41
down
25:41
in
25:42
it
25:42
because
25:42
I
25:42
wanted
25:42
it
25:42
to
25:42
be
25:42
really
25:43
sturdy
25:43
and
25:43
not
25:43
move
25:44
around
25:44
at
25:44
all.
25:45
And
25:45
then
25:45
I
25:46
put
25:46
bolts
25:46
in
25:46
it
25:46
so
25:46
I
25:47
could
25:47
bolt
25:47
it
25:47
down
25:47
like
25:47
you
25:48
would
25:48
a
25:48
house,
25:48
for
25:48
instance.
25:49
And
25:49
then
25:50
I
25:50
got
25:50
the
25:50
heavy
25:50
duty
25:51
steel
25:51
studs
25:52
to
25:53
build
25:53
a
25:53
steel
25:54
framed
25:55
box
25:55
basically
25:56
underneath
25:57
that.
25:57
And
25:58
so
25:58
what
25:58
was
25:59
cool
25:59
was,
25:59
is
25:59
I
25:59
had
26:00
the
26:00
outside
26:00
of
26:00
the
26:00
box,
26:01
but
26:01
that
26:01
middle
26:02
wall
26:02
that
26:02
went
26:02
in
26:03
the
26:03
middle
26:03
of
26:03
that
26:03
H
26:04
set
26:04
right
26:05
under
26:05
the
26:05
oven
26:05
as
26:06
well.
26:06
So
26:06
that
26:07
added
26:07
some
26:07
rigidity
26:08
in
26:08
that.
26:09
Absolutely.
26:09
I
26:10
saw
26:10
it
26:10
and
26:10
I
26:10
was
26:11
very
26:11
impressed
26:12
because.
26:12
Where
26:13
did
26:13
you.
26:13
Is
26:13
that
26:13
readily
26:14
available
26:14
like
26:15
that
26:15
heavy
26:15
duty
26:15
steel
26:16
stud?
26:16
Can
26:16
you
26:16
just.
26:16
Yeah,
26:17
that's,
26:17
that's
26:17
at
26:17
my
26:17
Lowe's
26:18
store
26:18
down
26:18
the
26:18
street.
26:19
It's
26:19
on
26:19
the
26:19
shelf.
26:20
Man,
26:21
in
26:21
Australia,
26:21
we
26:22
can't
26:22
get
26:22
that.
26:22
We
26:23
can
26:23
get
26:23
this
26:24
chintzy
26:25
thin,
26:25
flimsy,
26:27
like
26:27
internal
26:27
walling
26:28
type
26:28
stuff,
26:29
but
26:29
not
26:29
the
26:30
heavy
26:30
duty
26:30
actual.
26:31
This
26:31
is
26:31
the
26:31
heavier
26:32
stuff
26:32
Lowe's
26:33
carries
26:33
at
26:33
Home
26:33
Depot
26:34
has
26:34
the
26:34
thinner
26:34
stuff.
26:35
But
26:36
then
26:36
what
26:36
I
26:36
did
26:37
is
26:37
I,
26:37
I
26:37
wrapped
26:38
that
26:38
around
26:38
with,
26:39
you
26:39
know,
26:40
half
26:40
inch
26:41
OSB
26:42
that's
26:42
waterproof.
26:42
The.
26:43
The
26:43
chipboard
26:43
on
26:43
the
26:43
outside
26:44
that
26:44
had
26:44
the
26:44
waterproof
26:45
barrier
26:45
on
26:45
it.
26:45
And
26:46
on
26:46
the
26:46
top
26:46
I
26:46
put
26:47
in
26:47
inch
26:48
and
26:48
an
26:48
eighth
26:49
subfloor
26:49
material.
26:50
So
26:50
it's
26:50
like
26:50
this
26:51
across
26:51
the
26:51
whole
26:52
thing?
26:53
Yeah.
26:53
Nice.
26:53
So
26:54
I
26:54
had
26:54
that
26:54
all
26:54
tied
26:54
together.
26:55
It
26:55
was
26:55
all
26:55
screwed
26:55
in
26:56
this
26:56
way.
26:56
And
26:56
then
26:56
I
26:56
put
26:57
another
26:57
inch
26:58
of
26:59
concrete
26:59
board,
27:00
the
27:00
tile
27:00
backer
27:01
board,
27:01
but
27:02
I
27:02
did
27:02
a
27:02
mud
27:02
layer
27:03
in
27:03
between
27:03
and
27:03
screwed
27:04
those
27:04
down
27:04
on
27:04
top.
27:04
And
27:05
so
27:05
I
27:05
had
27:05
something
27:05
that
27:05
was
27:05
going
27:06
to
27:06
be
27:06
very
27:06
heat
27:06
proof
27:07
so
27:07
I
27:07
didn't
27:08
have
27:08
to
27:08
worry
27:08
about
27:08
that.
27:09
And
27:09
look,
27:09
you
27:09
know,
27:10
for
27:10
the
27:10
floor,
27:11
people
27:11
reach
27:11
out
27:12
to
27:12
us
27:12
and
27:12
ask
27:12
us,
27:12
you
27:13
know,
27:13
what
27:13
do
27:13
I
27:13
need
27:13
to
27:13
use
27:14
for
27:14
my
27:14
bench
27:14
top?
27:16
You
27:16
know,
27:16
and,
27:16
and
27:17
one
27:17
rule
27:17
we
27:17
have
27:17
is
27:18
non
27:18
combustible.
27:19
So
27:20
don't
27:20
go
27:20
using
27:20
timber
27:21
under
27:21
your,
27:22
your
27:22
floor.
27:23
The
27:23
insulation
27:24
is
27:24
really,
27:24
really
27:25
good.
27:25
You're,
27:26
you're
27:26
not
27:27
going
27:27
to
27:27
set
27:27
it
27:27
on
27:27
fire,
27:28
but
27:28
it's
27:28
still
27:29
something
27:29
we
27:29
can't
27:29
recommend.
27:30
So.
27:30
But
27:31
you
27:31
know,
27:31
you
27:31
got
27:31
that
27:32
like
27:32
the
27:32
hardy
27:32
backer
27:33
tile,
27:34
two,
27:34
two
27:34
layers.
27:35
Of
27:35
that
27:35
with
27:36
thin
27:36
set
27:37
concrete
27:37
in
27:37
between
27:37
them
27:38
that
27:38
you
27:38
put
27:38
tile
27:39
down
27:39
with.
27:39
And
27:39
it's
27:40
not
27:40
going
27:40
anywhere.
27:41
Exactly
27:41
right.
27:42
And
27:42
so
27:42
as
27:42
long
27:42
as
27:43
you
27:43
have
27:43
enough
27:44
structural
27:45
support
27:45
under
27:45
that,
27:46
which
27:46
you
27:46
did
27:47
with
27:47
all
27:47
of
27:47
that
27:48
steel
27:48
framing
27:48
that
27:49
you
27:49
had,
27:49
then
27:50
that's
27:50
all
27:50
you
27:50
need.
27:51
But
27:51
one
27:51
of
27:51
the
27:51
things,
27:52
like
27:52
if
27:52
anyone's
27:52
listening
27:53
to
27:53
this
27:53
thing,
27:53
oh
27:53
man,
27:53
like
27:54
I'd
27:54
love
27:55
to
27:55
build
27:55
an
27:55
oven
27:55
and
27:55
maybe
27:56
it's
27:56
not
27:56
even
27:56
one
27:56
of
27:56
ours,
27:57
but
27:57
you're
27:58
wanting
27:58
to
27:58
build
27:58
an
27:58
oven
27:58
and
27:59
you're
27:59
wanting
27:59
suggestions
28:00
on
28:00
your
28:00
stand,
28:01
just
28:01
reach
28:01
out
28:02
to
28:02
us
28:02
because
28:02
we,
28:03
we're
28:03
more
28:03
than
28:04
happy
28:04
to
28:04
provide
28:04
advice
28:05
around
28:05
what
28:06
will
28:06
work
28:06
and
28:06
what
28:07
won't.
28:07
Because
28:07
the
28:07
last
28:08
thing
28:08
we
28:08
want
28:08
to
28:08
see
28:08
is
28:08
you
28:08
build
28:09
something
28:09
that
28:09
collapses.
28:10
We've
28:11
never
28:11
had
28:11
a
28:11
customer
28:12
have
28:12
an
28:12
issue
28:12
structurally
28:13
with
28:14
something
28:14
they've
28:14
built.
28:15
I
28:15
think
28:15
part
28:15
of
28:15
that
28:16
is
28:16
we'll,
28:16
we're
28:17
very
28:17
open
28:17
with
28:17
help
28:18
and
28:18
advice.
28:19
So
28:19
yeah,
28:20
if
28:20
anyone's
28:20
listening
28:20
and
28:20
wanting,
28:21
wanting
28:21
some
28:21
advice,
28:21
just
28:22
reach
28:22
out,
28:22
like,
28:22
we'll
28:23
be
28:23
super
28:23
happy
28:23
to
28:23
help.
28:23
I
28:23
should
28:24
have
28:24
put
28:24
a
28:25
door
28:25
on
28:25
the
28:25
inside
28:25
of
28:25
that
28:26
for
28:26
a
28:26
bomb
28:26
shelter
28:26
because
28:27
I
28:27
think
28:27
it
28:27
probably
28:27
would
28:27
have
28:27
worked
28:28
out
28:28
well.
28:28
Well,
28:29
even
28:29
you
28:29
should
28:30
see
28:30
the
28:30
ones
28:30
that
28:30
like
28:31
people
28:31
build
28:31
for
28:31
their
28:32
brick
28:32
ovens.
28:32
They
28:33
build
28:33
them
28:33
with
28:33
like
28:34
cinder
28:34
blocks.
28:35
Right.
28:35
So
28:36
you
28:36
know,
28:36
do
28:36
a
28:36
concrete
28:37
foundation
28:37
and
28:38
then
28:38
like
28:38
an
28:38
8
28:39
inch
28:39
thick
28:39
cinder
28:40
block
28:40
wall
28:40
and
28:41
we
28:41
get
28:41
them
28:41
to
28:42
fill
28:42
all
28:42
of
28:42
the
28:43
cores
28:43
in
28:43
the
28:43
cinder
28:44
blocks
28:44
with
28:44
Rio
28:45
and
28:45
concrete
28:46
and
28:46
then
28:46
pour
28:47
a
28:47
5
28:47
inch
28:47
slab
28:47
on
28:48
top
28:48
of
28:48
that
28:48
and
28:49
it's
28:49
legitimately
28:50
a
28:50
bomb
28:50
shelter.
28:51
Yes.
28:52
Yeah.
28:53
Yeah.
28:53
You
28:54
could
28:54
park
28:54
a
28:54
truck
28:54
on
28:55
top.
28:56
Yeah,
28:56
it's
28:56
like
28:56
a
28:57
two
28:57
person
28:57
bomb
28:57
shelter
28:58
if
28:58
you're
28:58
willing
28:58
to
28:59
like
28:59
crouch.
29:00
Yeah.
29:00
Be
29:00
good
29:00
enough
29:01
if
29:01
you're
29:01
claustrophobic,
29:02
maybe
29:02
not
29:02
the
29:02
place
29:02
to
29:03
go
29:03
hang
29:03
out.
29:03
Yeah.
29:04
But
29:04
yeah,
29:04
it's,
29:05
it
29:05
was
29:05
really
29:05
easy
29:06
and
29:06
it
29:06
was
29:06
stuff
29:06
that
29:06
I
29:06
just
29:07
basically
29:07
built
29:07
right
29:08
off
29:08
the
29:08
lumberyard,
29:09
my
29:09
lumberyard
29:10
shelf,
29:10
which
29:10
was
29:10
awesome.
29:11
So
29:11
that
29:11
was
29:12
super
29:12
easy
29:13
to
29:13
do.
29:14
Yeah,
29:14
love
29:15
it.
29:16
So
29:16
I
29:16
love
29:16
that.
29:16
So,
29:17
yeah,
29:17
there's,
29:17
there's
29:17
so
29:18
many
29:18
different
29:18
ways
29:18
to
29:18
do
29:19
that
29:19
and
29:19
then,
29:20
you
29:20
know,
29:20
going
29:20
through.
29:21
And
29:21
I
29:21
love
29:21
how
29:22
you
29:22
guys
29:22
have,
29:22
you
29:23
know,
29:23
the
29:23
base
29:23
pieces
29:24
for
29:24
that
29:24
are,
29:25
are
29:25
planned
29:25
out.
29:26
You've
29:26
got
29:26
all
29:26
the
29:26
materials
29:27
and
29:27
you
29:28
basically
29:28
just
29:28
need
29:29
a
29:29
couple
29:29
bags
29:29
of
29:29
material
29:30
to,
29:30
to
29:30
mix
29:31
up
29:31
your
29:31
concrete
29:32
with
29:32
that.
29:32
You
29:32
just
29:33
need
29:33
to
29:33
go
29:33
some,
29:34
some
29:34
washed
29:34
sand,
29:35
some
29:36
hydrated
29:36
lime
29:37
and
29:37
Portland
29:38
cement,
29:38
which
29:39
pretty
29:39
basic
29:39
building
29:39
materials.
29:40
And,
29:41
and
29:41
then
29:41
the
29:41
only
29:41
reason
29:42
we
29:42
don't
29:42
put
29:42
those
29:42
in
29:42
the
29:43
kit
29:43
actually
29:43
is
29:44
they're
29:45
so
29:45
cheap
29:46
and
29:46
they're
29:47
pretty
29:47
readily
29:47
available.
29:48
Why
29:48
would
29:48
you
29:49
have
29:49
sand
29:50
shipped
29:50
from
29:51
Australia?
29:54
Smart
29:54
point.
29:56
Sustainability
29:57
was
29:57
probably
29:58
not
29:58
brilliant.
29:59
So
29:59
no,
30:00
we
30:00
just
30:00
get
30:00
you
30:00
guys
30:01
to
30:01
buy
30:01
that
30:01
locally,
30:01
but
30:02
then
30:02
everything
30:02
else
30:02
is
30:03
there
30:03
and
30:03
it's
30:03
basically
30:04
like
30:04
a
30:05
great
30:05
big
30:06
Lego
30:06
set
30:09
to
30:09
put
30:10
together.
30:10
Someone
30:10
actually
30:11
said,
30:11
it's
30:12
been
30:12
said
30:12
a
30:12
few
30:12
times,
30:12
like,
30:12
oh,
30:13
it's
30:13
a
30:13
big
30:13
jigsaw
30:13
puzzle.
30:14
I
30:14
said,
30:14
well,
30:16
jigsaw
30:16
implies
30:17
difficulty
30:17
and
30:18
you
30:18
have
30:18
to
30:18
sort
30:18
of
30:18
figure
30:19
out
30:19
where
30:19
all
30:19
the
30:19
pieces
30:20
go.
30:21
This
30:21
is
30:21
not
30:21
that.
30:22
This
30:22
is
30:22
like
30:23
a.
30:24
I
30:24
don't
30:24
know
30:24
if
30:24
I'm
30:25
allowed
30:25
to
30:25
say
30:25
Lego,
30:26
but
30:26
I'm
30:26
gonna
30:26
say
30:26
it.
30:27
But
30:27
like
30:28
it's,
30:28
it's
30:28
a
30:29
LEGO
30:29
set
30:29
with
30:29
very
30:30
detailed
30:30
instructions
30:31
to
30:32
follow.
30:33
And
30:33
if
30:33
you
30:33
make
30:34
a
30:34
quick
30:34
little.
30:34
Mistake,
30:35
you
30:35
can
30:35
fix
30:35
it
30:35
because
30:36
you
30:36
go,
30:36
oh,
30:37
oops,
30:37
that's.
30:38
Remember,
30:38
I
30:38
made
30:38
a
30:39
mistake
30:39
on
30:39
mine
30:39
and
30:39
I
30:39
fixed
30:40
it
30:40
real
30:40
quick.
30:40
I
30:40
was
30:40
working
30:41
on
30:41
it.
30:41
I
30:41
went,
30:41
oh,
30:42
wait
30:42
a
30:42
minute.
30:43
Oops.
30:43
Yeah,
30:43
yeah,
30:44
I
30:44
saw
30:45
that
30:45
and,
30:45
and
30:45
it,
30:46
I
30:46
saw
30:46
that
30:46
in
30:46
the
30:46
video.
30:47
I
30:47
was
30:47
like,
30:48
what,
30:48
what's
30:49
he
30:49
done?
30:50
But
30:50
the
30:50
beautiful
30:50
thing
30:51
is
30:52
there's
30:52
so
30:52
much,
30:53
what
30:53
would
30:53
you
30:53
call
30:54
it?
30:54
Not
30:54
tolerance.
30:55
Although
30:55
there's
30:56
lots
30:56
of
30:56
tolerance
30:56
in
30:57
the
30:57
build
30:57
in
30:57
terms
30:57
of
30:57
things
30:58
don't
30:58
have
30:58
to
30:58
be.
30:58
There's
30:58
some
30:59
forgiveness
30:59
to
30:59
this.
31:00
Forgiveness.
31:00
That's
31:01
right.
31:01
Like
31:01
if
31:01
you
31:01
make
31:02
a
31:02
mistake,
31:02
if
31:03
you
31:03
lay
31:03
some
31:03
bricks
31:04
wrong,
31:05
no
31:05
big
31:05
deal,
31:05
you
31:06
take
31:06
them
31:06
off.
31:06
Because
31:07
the
31:07
mortar
31:07
takes
31:07
hours
31:08
to
31:08
set.
31:08
You
31:09
take
31:09
them
31:09
off,
31:09
you
31:10
scrape
31:10
the
31:10
mortar
31:10
off,
31:11
clean
31:11
them
31:11
up,
31:12
give
31:12
it
31:12
a
31:12
little
31:12
wash
31:12
and
31:13
do
31:13
it
31:13
again.
31:14
And
31:15
that's
31:15
a
31:15
very,
31:17
it's
31:17
a
31:17
lovely
31:17
part
31:18
of
31:18
that
31:18
process.
31:18
Because
31:19
if
31:19
it
31:19
didn't
31:20
have
31:20
that,
31:20
if
31:21
it
31:21
was
31:21
one
31:21
of
31:21
those
31:22
processes
31:22
where
31:22
you
31:22
lay
31:23
it
31:23
and
31:23
that's
31:23
it,
31:24
you're
31:24
done,
31:25
that
31:25
would
31:25
be
31:26
quite
31:26
nerve
31:27
wracking,
31:27
I
31:27
think.
31:28
For
31:28
people.
31:28
And
31:29
yeah,
31:29
you
31:29
can
31:30
literally
31:30
get
31:30
those
31:31
steps
31:31
done,
31:31
go
31:32
back
31:32
and
31:32
review
31:33
things
31:33
and
31:33
go,
31:34
yeah,
31:34
that
31:34
looks
31:34
good.
31:35
Oh,
31:35
let
31:35
me
31:35
fix
31:35
that
31:36
little
31:36
thing
31:36
here
31:36
real
31:37
quick.
31:37
And
31:38
you've
31:38
got
31:38
the
31:38
ability
31:38
to
31:39
do
31:39
that.
31:39
It's
31:39
not
31:39
one
31:40
of
31:40
those
31:40
things
31:40
that
31:41
it's
31:41
not
31:41
like
31:42
an
31:42
epoxy
31:42
or
31:42
something
31:43
that's
31:43
setting
31:43
up
31:43
and
31:44
you've
31:44
got
31:44
five
31:44
minutes
31:45
and
31:45
you
31:45
have
31:46
one
31:46
chance.
31:47
And
31:47
I've
31:47
done
31:47
those
31:48
projects
31:48
and
31:48
they're
31:48
lots
31:49
of
31:49
fun,
31:49
but
31:49
they
31:50
are
31:50
like,
31:50
you're
31:50
like,
31:50
all
31:50
right,
31:51
I've
31:51
got
31:51
to
31:51
get
31:51
this
31:51
right.
31:52
I
31:52
have
31:52
to,
31:52
when
31:52
I
31:52
lay
31:53
this,
31:53
this
31:53
glue
31:53
is
31:53
going
31:54
to
31:54
set
31:54
and
31:54
this
31:54
is
31:54
permanent.
31:55
And
31:55
yeah.
31:56
So
31:56
no,
31:56
it's,
31:57
it's
31:57
very
31:57
forgiving.
31:58
And
31:58
we've
31:58
built,
31:59
so
31:59
I'm
32:00
an
32:00
engineer
32:00
and
32:01
I've
32:01
built
32:01
a
32:01
lot
32:02
of
32:02
tolerance
32:02
into
32:04
all
32:04
of
32:04
the
32:04
components.
32:05
So
32:05
for
32:06
example,
32:06
the
32:06
flu
32:07
gallery,
32:07
which
32:07
is
32:07
this
32:08
beautiful
32:08
precast
32:10
section
32:10
that
32:11
sits
32:11
over
32:11
the
32:12
vent
32:12
arch,
32:12
the
32:12
brickwork
32:13
at
32:13
the
32:13
front,
32:14
I
32:14
didn't
32:15
try
32:15
to
32:15
make
32:15
that
32:16
with
32:16
a
32:16
really
32:17
tight
32:17
gap.
32:18
Stick
32:18
around.
32:19
We'll
32:19
be
32:19
right
32:19
back
32:20
and
32:20
we
32:21
will
32:21
wrap
32:21
up
32:21
our
32:21
conversation.
32:22
Talking
32:23
brick
32:23

32:23

32:24

32:24
fired
32:25

32:26
around
32:26
the
32:26
House
32:27
will
32:27
return
32:27
after
32:28
these
32:28
messages.
34:24
Welcome
34:24
back
34:24
to
34:24
the
34:25

34:25
the
34:25

34:26
This
34:26

34:26
is

34:30
you
34:30
are

34:30
a

new

34:31
check
34:31
them
34:32

34:34
we
34:34
have
34:34
been
34:35
talking
34:35
with
34:35
Ben
34:36
and
34:36
the
34:36

34:37
and
34:38
how
34:38

your
34:39

34:40
Make
34:41
sure
34:41
and
34:41
check
34:41
out
34:42
our
34:42
website
34:42
and
34:42
YouTube
34:43
channel
34:43
because
34:44
unlike
34:44
your
34:45
last
34:45
DIY
34:46
project,
34:47
this
34:47
one
34:47
won't
34:48
fall
34:48
apart.
34:49
Head
34:49
to
34:49

34:50
online.com
34:51
for
34:52
all
34:52
that
34:52
info.
34:53
Now
34:54
before
34:54
we
34:55
get
34:55
back
34:55
to
34:55
Ben,
34:55
let's
34:56
hit
34:56
our
34:56
around
34:56
the
34:57
House
34:57
Nuggets
34:57
segment.
35:00
Time
35:00
for
35:00
an
35:00
around
35:01
the
35:01

35:01
nugget
35:02
brought
35:02
to
35:02
you
35:02
by
35:03
Aerobroom.
35:04
I'm
35:04
Eric
35:04
G.
35:05
And
35:05
I
35:05
love
35:05
how
35:05
arrow
35:06
broom,
35:06
two
35:06
in
35:07
one
35:07
sweeper
35:07
and
35:07
cordless
35:08
blower
35:08
makes
35:08
outdoor
35:09
cleanup
35:09
a
35:10
breeze
35:10
even
35:11
inside.
35:12
With
35:12
that
35:12
dog
35:12
hair
35:13
sweep
35:13
debris
35:14
or
35:14
blast
35:14
leaves
35:15
from
35:15
all
35:15
the
35:15
tight
35:15
spots.
35:16
All
35:17
under
35:17
$60.
35:18
Grab
35:18
yours@aerobroom.com
35:21
that's
35:21
aerobroom.com
35:23
it's
35:24
my
35:24
go
35:24
to
35:25
for
35:25
dog
35:25
hair
35:25
messes.
35:26
Now
35:26
here's
35:27
your
35:27
quick
35:27
tip.
35:29
Your
35:29
dishwasher
35:30
needs
35:31
a
35:31
little
35:31
help.
35:32
Load
35:32
those
35:32
crusty
35:33
pots
35:33
and
35:33
saucy
35:34
plates
35:34
on
35:34
the
35:35
bottom
35:35
rack
35:35
facing
35:36
the
35:36
spray
35:36
arms.
35:37
Because
35:37
your
35:37
dishwasher
35:38
is
35:38
not
35:38
a
35:38
wallflower,
35:39
it's
35:39
got
35:40
jets
35:40
to
35:40
flex,
35:41
pop
35:41
utensils
35:42
in
35:42
the
35:42
basket,
35:43
handles
35:43
down
35:43
so
35:44
they
35:44
don't
35:44
cuddle
35:44
up
35:45
and
35:45
skip
35:45
the
35:45
scrub.
35:46
Here's
35:47
the
35:47
kicker.
35:47
Don't
35:48
pre
35:48
rinse.
35:49
Modern
35:49
dishwashers.
35:50
Laugh
35:50
at
35:50
stuck
35:51
on
35:51
lasagna
35:51
bits.
35:52
Just
35:52
scrape
35:52
off
35:53
the
35:53
big
35:53
chunks
35:53
and
35:54
let
35:54
it
35:54
rip.
35:55
Oh,
35:55
and
35:55
splurge
35:56
on
35:56
decent
35:57
dishwasher
35:57
detergent.
35:58
You
35:58
get
35:58
what
35:58
you
35:59
pay
35:59
for.
35:59
Unless
36:00
you
36:00
want
36:00
your
36:00
plates
36:01
looking
36:01
like
36:01
they
36:01
partied
36:02
with
36:02
spaghetti
36:03
sauce
36:03
all
36:04
night
36:04
long.
36:04
Save
36:05
water,
36:05
time,
36:06
and
36:06
your
36:06
sanity.
36:07
If
36:07
you
36:07
want
36:08
something
36:08
to
36:08
make
36:08
cleaning
36:09
around
36:09
the
36:09
house
36:09
a
36:09
little
36:10
easier,
36:10
head.
36:10
To
36:11
aerobroom.com
36:14
let's
36:14
get
36:14
back
36:15
to
36:15
the
36:15
show.
36:16
Because
36:17
what
36:17
that
36:17
does,
36:18
Eric,
36:18
is
36:19
right
36:19
now,
36:20
the
36:20
way
36:20
you're
36:20
doing
36:20
it
36:21
is
36:21
you
36:22
are
36:22
the
36:23
caterer
36:24
and
36:24
you're
36:25
doing
36:25
all
36:25
the
36:25
work
36:26
and
36:27
something
36:27
that
36:28
you
36:28
can
36:28
do
36:29
with
36:29
it.
36:29
This
36:29
is
36:30
my
36:30
favorite
36:30
thing
36:30
to
36:30
do
36:31
with
36:31
the
36:31
ovens
36:31
is
36:32
no,
36:32
you
36:32
make
36:33
everybody
36:33
else
36:33
do
36:33
the
36:33
work
36:34
right.
36:35
All
36:35
your
36:36
friends
36:36
and
36:36
family
36:36
come
36:36
over,
36:36
you
36:37
give
36:37
them
36:37
some
36:37
basic
36:38
training
36:39
in
36:39
what
36:39
to
36:40
do.
36:40
Now,
36:40
of
36:40
course,
36:40
this
36:41
requires
36:41
you
36:41
to
36:41
know
36:41
what
36:42
you're
36:42
doing.
36:42
So
36:43
you
36:43
go
36:43
through
36:43
the
36:43
process
36:44
for
36:45
maybe
36:45
the
36:46
first
36:46
six
36:46
months
36:46
or
36:46
something.
36:47
You
36:47
figure
36:47
it
36:47
all
36:47
out
36:48
and
36:48
then
36:49
when
36:49
you
36:49
have
36:49
friends
36:49
over,
36:50
you
36:50
say,
36:50
hey,
36:50
grab
36:51
one
36:51
of
36:51
those
36:51
wooden
36:51
boards.
36:52
I've
36:52
rolled
36:52
out
36:53
a
36:53
base
36:53
for
36:53
you.
36:54
Top
36:54
that
36:54
up.
36:54
You
36:55
top
36:55
it,
36:56
you
36:56
cook
36:56
it
36:57
right.
36:58
And
36:58
you
36:58
should.
36:59
And
36:59
it's
36:59
just
36:59
endlessly
37:00
entertaining,
37:01
watching
37:01
your
37:01
friends
37:02
cooking
37:02
their
37:03
pizza.
37:03
If
37:04
they
37:04
burn
37:04
it,
37:05
they
37:05
still
37:05
enjoy
37:05
it.
37:06
Like,
37:08
but
37:08
that's
37:08
one
37:08
of
37:08
those.
37:09
It's
37:09
just
37:09
a
37:09
little
37:09
thing.
37:10
But
37:10
if
37:10
you're
37:11
trying
37:11
to
37:11
use
37:11
the
37:12
pizza
37:12
peel
37:12
to
37:13
make
37:13
every
37:13
pizza
37:13
on
37:14
you
37:15
become
37:15
a
37:15
slave.
37:15
Yeah.
37:16
You're
37:16
the
37:17
chef
37:17
now
37:17
in
37:17
the
37:17
kitchen.
37:18
So
37:19
that's
37:19
a
37:19
better
37:19
word
37:20
than
37:20
slave.
37:20
Much
37:20
better.
37:22
Like,
37:23
everyone
37:23
else
37:24
can
37:24
get
37:24
involved
37:24
and
37:24
they
37:24
can
37:25
all
37:25
help
37:25
out.
37:25
So
37:26
yeah,
37:26
that's,
37:26
that's
37:27
smart.
37:27
So
37:27
I
37:27
want
37:27
to
37:27
talk
37:28
roasting
37:28
and
37:28
baking
37:29
in
37:29
here
37:29
because
37:29
it's
37:29
one
37:30
of
37:30
those
37:30
things.
37:30
Before
37:30
we
37:31
run
37:31
out
37:31
of
37:31
time,
37:31
I
37:31
want
37:32
to
37:32
make
37:32
sure
37:32
we
37:33
cover
37:33
really
37:33
well
37:34
because
37:35
this
37:35
isn't
37:35
just
37:36
a
37:36
pizza
37:36
oven.
37:37
I
37:37
try
37:38
so
37:38
hard
37:38
not
37:38
to
37:38
call
37:39
it
37:39
a
37:39
pizza
37:39
oven,
37:39
but
37:40
everybody
37:40
calls
37:40
it
37:40
a
37:40
pizza.
37:41
Like,
37:41
it's
37:41
just
37:41
the
37:42
normal
37:42
word
37:43
for
37:43
it.
37:43
But
37:44
it's
37:44
a
37:44
wood
37:44
fired
37:45
oven.
37:46
You
37:46
can
37:46
do
37:46
so
37:46
much
37:47
more
37:47
than
37:47
pizza.
37:48
What
37:48
is
37:48
your
37:48
favorite
37:49
thing
37:49
to
37:49
roast
37:50
in
37:50
there?
37:51
Lamb.
37:51
Hands
37:52
down.
37:52
It's
37:52
easy.
37:53
You
37:53
just
37:54
get
37:54
a
37:54
nice
37:54
big
37:54
leg
37:54
of
37:54
lamb,
37:55
stab
37:55
a
37:55
bunch
37:55
of
37:55
holes
37:56
in
37:56
it,
37:56
put.
37:57
I
37:57
put
37:57
garlic
37:58
cloves
37:58
into
37:58
the,
37:58
into
37:58
the
37:59
holes.
37:59
Then
38:00
oil,
38:00
salt,
38:01
rosemary,
38:02
and
38:02
bang
38:02
it
38:03
in
38:03
a
38:03
tray,
38:03
stick
38:04
it
38:04
in
38:04
the
38:04
oven,
38:04
and
38:04
you
38:04
can
38:04
prep
38:05
that
38:05
in
38:05
like
38:05
15
38:05
minutes.
38:07
And
38:07
I
38:08
love
38:08
so
38:09
meat
38:09
wise,
38:09
lamb
38:10
is
38:10
my
38:10
favorite.
38:11
But
38:11
the
38:11
Other
38:12
thing
38:12
I
38:12
love
38:12
is
38:12
just
38:13
the
38:13
roast
38:13
veggies.
38:14
So
38:14
potato,
38:15
bit
38:15
of
38:15
butternut,
38:16
pumpkin,
38:17
some
38:17
onions,
38:18
and
38:18
getting
38:18
that
38:19
in
38:19
the
38:19
oven,
38:19
they
38:20
absorb
38:20
that
38:21
smoky
38:21
flavor
38:23
really
38:23
well.
38:24
Like,
38:24
really,
38:25
really
38:25
well.
38:26
And
38:26
so
38:26
I
38:27
almost
38:27
like
38:28
roast
38:28
vegetables
38:28
in
38:29
the
38:29
oven
38:29
more
38:29
than
38:29
the
38:30
meat.
38:30
I
38:30
love,
38:30
don't
38:31
get
38:31
me
38:31
wrong,
38:31
love
38:31
the
38:31
meat,
38:31
but
38:32
I
38:32
just
38:32
love
38:33
it.
38:33
Like
38:34
the
38:34
flavor
38:34
that
38:35
you
38:35
get
38:35
in
38:35
the
38:35
roast
38:35
veggies
38:36
is
38:36
phenomenal.
38:37
And
38:37
then
38:38
in
38:38
the,
38:38
in
38:38
the
38:39
Facebook
38:39
group,
38:39
I've
38:40
seen
38:40
so
38:40
many
38:40
people
38:40
doing
38:41
breads
38:42
and
38:42
things
38:42
like
38:42
that
38:42
in
38:43
there
38:43
as
38:43
well.
38:43
It
38:43
just
38:43
makes
38:44
me
38:44
hungry
38:44
when
38:44
I
38:44
go
38:44
on
38:45
there.
38:45
It's
38:45
amazing
38:46
watching
38:46
what
38:46
people
38:46
are
38:47
making.
38:47
They're
38:48
doing
38:48
bread,
38:48
they're
38:49
doing
38:49
like,
38:50
I
38:50
encourage
38:51
people,
38:51
like
38:51
post
38:52
up
38:52
anything
38:52
they're
38:52
cooking.
38:53
Like,
38:53
you
38:53
know,
38:53
there's
38:54
been
38:54
some
38:54
people
38:54
in
38:54
Florida
38:55
who've
38:55
been
38:56
making
38:56
all
38:56
these
38:57
clam
38:57
based
38:58
things
38:58
that
38:58
I've
38:59
never
38:59
even
38:59
seen
38:59
before.
39:00
Yeah.
39:00
And
39:01
they
39:01
look
39:02
delicious.
39:02
I
39:03
want
39:03
to
39:03
eat
39:03
them
39:03
so
39:03
bad.
39:04
But
39:04
I
39:04
think
39:05
for
39:06
anyone
39:06
listening
39:06
who's
39:07
thinking
39:07
about
39:07
wood
39:08
fired
39:08
cooking,
39:10
pizza
39:10
is
39:10
like
39:10
where
39:11
you
39:11
start
39:11
and
39:12
it's
39:12
awesome.
39:13
But
39:13
I
39:14
find
39:14
most
39:15
of
39:15
our
39:15
customers
39:16
end
39:16
up
39:17
doing
39:17
more
39:17
roasting
39:18
and
39:18
baking
39:18
than
39:19
they
39:19
do
39:19
pizza
39:20
after
39:20
a
39:20
while
39:20
because
39:21
they
39:21
realize
39:22
actually
39:23
this
39:23
is
39:23
easier
39:24
than
39:24
pizza
39:24
because
39:24
pizza
39:25
requires
39:25
a
39:25
lot
39:25
of
39:26
prep.
39:26
Now
39:26
again,
39:26
you
39:27
can
39:27
buy
39:27
the
39:27
dough
39:28
and
39:28
then
39:28
that
39:29
shaves
39:29
the
39:29
prep
39:30
down
39:30
significantly.
39:31
But
39:31
roasting
39:32
and
39:32
baking,
39:32
like
39:32
a
39:33
roast
39:33
chicken,
39:34
big
39:34
leg
39:34
of
39:34
lamb,
39:35
I've
39:35
been
39:35
doing.
39:36
Did
39:36
you
39:37
see
39:37
the
39:37
video
39:37
we
39:37
did
39:37
on
39:37
how
39:38
to
39:38
use
39:38
the
39:38
oven
39:38
as
39:38
a
39:38
smoker?
39:39
Yes.
39:40
I
39:40
thought
39:40
that
39:40
was
39:41
cool.
39:42
Yeah.
39:42
You
39:43
know,
39:43
like
39:43
it's.
39:44
You
39:44
can
39:44
certainly
39:45
do
39:45
pizza,
39:45
but
39:46
you've
39:46
got
39:46
all
39:47
of
39:47
these
39:47
other
39:47
things
39:47
that
39:48
you
39:48
can
39:48
do
39:48
in
39:48
it.
39:48
Actually,
39:49
something
39:49
else
39:49
I
39:50
do
39:50
is
39:50
grilling.
39:52
So,
39:52
you
39:52
know,
39:53
we've
39:53
got
39:53
like
39:54
a,
39:54
we
39:54
call
39:54
it
39:55
a
39:55
Tuscan
39:55
grill,
39:55
which
39:56
is
39:56
a
39:56
sort
39:56
of
39:56
a
39:56
raised
39:57
bar
39:57
grill
39:58
that
39:58
you
39:59
can
39:59
put
39:59
in
39:59
the
39:59
oven
40:00
over
40:00
the
40:00
coals
40:01
so
40:01
it
40:01
sits
40:01
like
40:02
three
40:02
inches
40:02
high.
40:03
And
40:03
so
40:03
you
40:03
can,
40:03
you
40:04
can
40:04
get
40:04
a
40:04
bit
40:04
of
40:04
coals
40:05
and
40:05
throw
40:05
the
40:05
grill
40:05
on
40:06
top
40:06
and
40:06
then
40:06
you
40:07
put
40:07
steak
40:07
and
40:08
whatever
40:09
on
40:09
top
40:09
of
40:09
that
40:09
grill.
40:11
You
40:11
can
40:11
make
40:11
that
40:11
yourself,
40:12
though.
40:12
You
40:12
could
40:12
just
40:12
go
40:12
to
40:13
your
40:13
300
40:14
barbecue
40:14
and
40:14
grab
40:15
the
40:15
cast
40:15
iron
40:16
grills
40:16
off
40:17
that
40:17
and
40:17
perch
40:18
them
40:18
on
40:18
a
40:18
couple
40:18
of
40:19
bricks
40:20
inside,
40:20
inside
40:21
the
40:21
oven.
40:21
Rake
40:21
those
40:22
coals
40:22
forward
40:22
and
40:22
it'll
40:23
be.
40:23
Some
40:23
of
40:23
the
40:23
best
40:23
steaks
40:24
you
40:24
ever
40:24
eat
40:25
is
40:26
cooked
40:26
over
40:26
wood
40:27
coals
40:27
in
40:27
your
40:28
own
40:28
oven.
40:29
Yeah.
40:29
So,
40:30
yeah,
40:30
there's
40:31
so
40:31
much
40:31
that
40:32
you
40:32
can
40:32
do
40:32
more
40:32
than
40:33
pizza.
40:33
Yeah.
40:33
Yeah.
40:34
Well,
40:34
and
40:34
if
40:34
you.
40:35
A
40:35
good
40:35
example
40:35
of
40:36
that
40:36
so
40:36
there's
40:36
a
40:37
chap
40:37
on
40:37
Instagram
40:38
called.
40:38
His
40:39
name's
40:39
Chris
40:39
Vozo.
40:40
He's
40:40
one
40:40
of
40:40
my
40:40
favorite,
40:41
favorite
40:41
customers.
40:42
He's
40:43
up
40:43
in
40:43
Brisbane
40:44
and
40:44
he
40:44
is
40:45
cooking
40:45
something
40:46
in
40:46
his
40:46
oven
40:46
nearly
40:47
every
40:47
day.
40:48
It's.
40:48
And
40:49
it's
40:49
very.
40:50
It's
40:50
pizza
40:50
from
40:51
time
40:51
to
40:51
time,
40:52
but
40:52
it's
40:54
so
40:54
many
40:54
other
40:55
things.
40:55
So
40:55
if
40:55
you
40:55
look
40:56
up
40:56
Il
40:56
Forno
40:57
Rosso.
40:57
So
40:58
Il
40:59
forno.
41:00
And
41:00
then
41:00
Rollso
41:02
is
41:02
prolific.
41:03
It's
41:03
ridiculous.
41:04
All
41:04
the
41:05
things
41:05
that
41:05
that
41:05
man
41:05
cooks.
41:06
Nice.
41:07
That
41:07
is
41:07
awesome.
41:07
I'll
41:07
have
41:08
to
41:08
check
41:08
that
41:08
out.
41:08
So,
41:08
Ben,
41:09
we
41:09
are
41:09
running
41:09
out
41:09
of
41:10
time,
41:10
but
41:10
I
41:10
want
41:10
to
41:10
make
41:10
sure
41:11
that
41:11
we
41:11
talk
41:11
about
41:11
how
41:12
people
41:12
find
41:12
you
41:13
and
41:14
all
41:14
the
41:14
different
41:15
ovens
41:15
and
41:15
stuff
41:15
and
41:16
what
41:16
you
41:16
guys
41:16
are
41:16
doing
41:16
over
41:17
there.
41:17
Because
41:17
I
41:18
tell
41:18
you
41:18
what,
41:18
this
41:19
is,
41:19
I
41:20
think
41:20
the
41:20
perfect
41:20
DIY
41:21
project
41:22
for
41:22
people
41:22
this
41:22
summer,
41:23
this
41:23
fall,
41:23
and
41:24
even
41:24
during
41:24
the
41:24
wintertime,
41:25
if
41:25
it's
41:25
not
41:26
frozen
41:26
outside,
41:26
there's
41:27
a
41:27
great
41:28
time
41:28
you
41:28
can
41:28
be
41:28
doing
41:28
outside
41:29
with
41:29
this.
41:30
Absolutely.
41:30
So
41:31
we've
41:31
got
41:31
our
41:31
website,
41:32
www.thefirebrickco.com.
41:36
jump
41:36
on
41:37
there.
41:37
You
41:37
can.
41:37
All
41:37
our
41:37
contact
41:38
details
41:38
are
41:38
there.
41:39
You
41:39
can
41:39
call
41:39
us.
41:40
We've
41:40
got
41:40
lots
41:40
and
41:41
lots
41:41
of
41:41
videos
41:41
and
41:41
lots
41:42
of
41:42
resources
41:42
that
41:42
you
41:42
can
41:43
check
41:43
out.
41:43
Importantly,
41:44
I
41:44
think
41:44
for
41:44
Americans
41:45
to
41:45
know,
41:45
because
41:45
I've
41:45
got,
41:46
obviously
41:46
I'm
41:47
Australian,
41:47
as
41:47
you
41:48
can
41:48
tell
41:48
by
41:48
my
41:48
glorious
41:49
accent.
41:49
And
41:50
so
41:50
important
41:50
to
41:51
know
41:51
that
41:51
we
41:51
have
41:51
an
41:52
American
41:53
company.
41:53
We
41:54
have
41:54
stock
41:54
in
41:55
four
41:55
warehouses.
41:56
We
41:56
have
41:56
stock
41:57
in
41:57
California,
41:58
Texas,
41:58
Florida
41:59
and
41:59
New
41:59
Jersey.
42:00
So
42:00
it's.
42:00
It's
42:01
around
42:01
the
42:01
country,
42:01
it's
42:01
ready
42:02
to
42:02
go.
42:02
Our
42:03
pricing
42:03
is
42:03
all
42:03
online,
42:04
and
42:04
it's
42:04
all
42:04
inclusive
42:05
of
42:05
freight.
42:06
So
42:06
it's
42:06
free
42:06
delivery
42:07
across
42:07
the
42:08
entire
42:08
United
42:08
States,
42:09
including
42:09
Hawaii.
42:10
We
42:10
charge
42:11
a
42:11
little
42:11
bit
42:11
more
42:11
for
42:11
Alaska.
42:12
Other
42:12
than
42:13
that,
42:14
that's
42:14
the
42:14
price.
42:15
So
42:15
you
42:15
can,
42:15
you
42:15
can
42:16
jump
42:16
on,
42:16
you
42:16
can
42:16
order
42:16
online,
42:17
but
42:18
if
42:18
you
42:18
want
42:19
to
42:19
talk
42:19
to
42:19
somebody,
42:20
call
42:20
us.
42:21
Because
42:21
we
42:21
like,
42:22
we
42:22
actually
42:22
really
42:23
appreciate
42:23
talking
42:24
to
42:24
our
42:24
customers
42:24
before
42:24
they
42:25
buy
42:25
to
42:25
make
42:26
sure
42:26
we've
42:26
answered
42:26
any
42:26
questions
42:27
and
42:27
make
42:28
sure
42:28
they
42:28
understand
42:28
everything.
42:29
Our
42:29
customer
42:30
support
42:30
is
42:31
a
42:32
huge
42:32
part
42:32
of
42:32
our
42:33
business.
42:34
And
42:35
for
42:35
such
42:35
a.
42:36
You
42:36
mentioned,
42:36
you
42:36
know,
42:37
it's
42:37
pretty
42:37
easy
42:37
to
42:37
put
42:37
together,
42:37
but
42:38
it's
42:38
involved.
42:38
Took
42:39
you
42:39
like
42:39
17
42:39
hours.
42:42
Our
42:42
customers
42:42
have
42:42
to
42:43
know
42:43
that
42:43
we're
42:43
here
42:43
to
42:44
help
42:44
and
42:45
that
42:45
the
42:45
customer
42:45
support
42:45
is
42:46
there.
42:46
So
42:46
that's
42:47
what
42:47
I
42:47
would
42:47
say.
42:47
Yeah.
42:47
And
42:48
I'll
42:48
say
42:48
that
42:48
you
42:49
and
42:49
I
42:49
talking
42:49
and
42:49
walking
42:50
through
42:50
the
42:50
process.
42:51
And,
42:51
you
42:51
know,
42:51
for
42:52
me,
42:52
I
42:52
want
42:52
to
42:52
make
42:52
sure
42:52
that
42:53
I'm
42:53
doing
42:53
it
42:53
correctly
42:53
for
42:54
tv,
42:54
so
42:55
I
42:55
don't
42:55
want
42:55
to
42:55
be
42:56
Experimenting
42:56
so
42:57
much
42:57
on
42:57
television
42:57
when
42:57
I'm
42:58
doing
42:58
something
42:58
and
42:58
making
42:58
sure
42:59
that
42:59
we're
42:59
doing
42:59
it
42:59
right.
43:00
And
43:00
yeah,
43:01
your
43:01
guys
43:01
customer
43:01
service
43:02
is
43:02
top
43:02
notch.
43:03
And
43:03
literally
43:04
it
43:04
was
43:04
days
43:05
later
43:05
from
43:06
when
43:06
you
43:06
said,
43:06
all
43:06
right,
43:06
chipping
43:07
out.
43:07
It
43:07
was
43:07
on
43:07
my
43:08
front
43:08
doorstep.
43:08
I
43:09
was
43:09
like,
43:09
wow,
43:09
that
43:09
was
43:09
quick.
43:10
It's
43:11
really
43:11
quick.
43:11
It's
43:11
not
43:11
one
43:12
of
43:12
those
43:12
things
43:12
where
43:12
you're
43:12
waiting
43:13
for
43:13
it
43:13
to
43:13
show
43:13
up.
43:13
It
43:14
comes
43:14
up
43:14
pretty
43:14
quickly.
43:15
Yeah,
43:16
yeah.
43:16
No.
43:16
We've
43:17
worked
43:17
really
43:17
hard
43:18
on
43:18
providing
43:19
a
43:19
really
43:19
good
43:19
customer
43:20
experience.
43:20
And
43:21
we
43:21
don't
43:21
always
43:21
get
43:21
it
43:21
right.
43:22
Things
43:22
go
43:22
wrong.
43:22
But
43:22
we
43:23
work
43:23
so
43:23
hard
43:23
to
43:24
try
43:24
to
43:24
make
43:25
it
43:25
a
43:25
great
43:25
experience
43:25
for
43:26
everybody.
43:26
And
43:27
so
43:27
you
43:27
can
43:27
jump
43:27
on
43:28
our
43:28
Google
43:29
reviews
43:29
and
43:29
just
43:30
read
43:30
what
43:30
people
43:30
have
43:30
to
43:31
say
43:31
about
43:31
us.
43:32
And
43:33
we
43:33
can't
43:33
influence
43:34
those
43:34
people.
43:34
Just
43:35
write
43:35
what
43:35
they
43:35
want.
43:35
And.
43:36
And
43:36
it's
43:36
overwhelmingly
43:37
positive.
43:37
And
43:38
a
43:38
thing
43:38
that
43:38
they
43:38
say
43:39
all
43:39
the
43:39
time
43:39
is
43:39
they
43:40
were
43:40
so
43:40
helpful.
43:41
And
43:42
that's
43:42
what
43:42
we
43:42
want
43:43
people
43:43
to
43:43
know
43:43
is
43:44
not
43:44
like
43:44
you
43:44
buy
43:44
a
43:45
product
43:45
and
43:45
we
43:45
never
43:45
want
43:45
to
43:45
hear
43:46
from
43:46
you
43:46
again.
43:46
It's
43:47
the
43:47
opposite.
43:48
We
43:48
beg
43:48
them.
43:48
We're
43:48
like,
43:49
please,
43:49
if
43:49
you
43:49
have
43:50
questions,
43:50
call
43:51
us.
43:51
We're
43:51
here
43:52
to
43:52
help.
43:52
And
43:53
actually,
43:53
the
43:53
customer
43:54
support
43:54
is
43:55
we
43:55
have
43:55
Braden
43:56
in
43:56
West
43:56
Virginia
43:57
working
43:57
for
43:57
us,
43:58
and
43:58
he
43:58
does
43:59
a
43:59
few
43:59
hours
43:59
a
43:59
day
43:59
for
44:00
us
44:00
out
44:00
of
44:00
West
44:00
Virginia,
44:01
but
44:01
then
44:02
the
44:02
calls
44:03
divert
44:03
to
44:03
us
44:04
in
44:04
Australia.
44:05
And
44:05
so
44:05
you
44:05
can
44:06
call
44:06
all
44:07
night,
44:07
like
44:08
late
44:08
afternoon
44:09
into
44:09
like
44:09
midnight.
44:10
And
44:10
we're
44:11
here
44:11
to
44:11
help.
44:11
All
44:12
for
44:12
a
44:12
local
44:12
call.
44:13
Ben,
44:13
thanks
44:13
for
44:13
coming
44:14
on
44:14
today,
44:14
man.
44:14
I
44:14
really
44:15
like
44:15
the
44:15
time
44:15
that
44:16
we
44:16
spent
44:16
today.
44:16
And
44:17
you
44:17
guys
44:17
have
44:17
got
44:17
this
44:18
dialed
44:18
in
44:18
so
44:18
perfectly.
44:19
To
44:20
me,
44:20
it
44:20
is
44:20
the
44:20
best
44:21
pizza
44:21
oven
44:21
to
44:22
have
44:22
in
44:22
your
44:22
backyard.
44:22
And
44:23
you're
44:23
not
44:23
paying
44:24
me
44:24
to
44:24
say
44:24
that.
44:24
I'm
44:25
just
44:25
a
44:25
believer
44:25
what
44:26
you're
44:26
