According to the reporting, President Donald Trump’s White House barred CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from covering him, accusing the outlets of fabricating facts or reporting “verifiable falsehoods.” At a subsequent hearing, Judge Timothy Kelly said the required process apparently had not been followed and noted that D.C. Circuit precedent protects due process for White House reporters holding hard passes.
