i think your question is relevant to the united states also. even though isreal is more homogenous. we also deal with displacement in the united states. and i guess it has something to do with the way the united states was formed. right now tribes are fighting in the u.s. but it also is relelvant to israel. i think of myself as similar to israelis, as someone who feels stateless in a sense. i think there is probably some kind of ownership issue right now though and to be honest i htink it has to do with the origin of the united states, that being the struggle of indigenous and migrated slaves…
