- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice Shog. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nic Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host, Robb Shooter. It is Tuesday, which means
- 0:19Speaker 1: our dear friend Delana Dixon is joining us. Mr. Are
- 0:23Speaker 1: you there? I am, and I'm in sunny Hollywood, Florida.
- 0:31Speaker 1: All your travels. Hey, happy birthday. I hope you they're
- 0:33Speaker 1: celebrating your magical, magical birthday. The naughties all want to
- 0:37Speaker 1: say happy, happy, happy birthday. Let's jump into the show.
- 0:39Speaker 1: We've got so much girls like what time is it?
- 0:42Speaker 1: My friends? It is big breaking story at the top
- 0:46Speaker 1: of the show. So ur Kelly has been found guilty
- 0:49Speaker 1: on all cats. R. Kelly has been found guilty of
- 0:53Speaker 1: sexually abusing women, boys, and girls for decades. He was
- 0:58Speaker 1: convicted on all nine counts, including racketeering and the violation
- 1:04Speaker 1: of the Man Act, which prohibits the transportation of any
- 1:08Speaker 1: woman or girl across state lines for any immoral purpose.
- 1:14Speaker 1: He now faces a lifetime in jail. A lifetime in jail.
- 1:18Speaker 1: The jury it was seven men and five women that
- 1:21Speaker 1: they deliberated for about nine hours across two different days
- 1:25Speaker 1: before they reached their unanimous verdict. From the beginning of
- 1:29Speaker 1: the trial, the federal prosecutors painted him as a preditor
- 1:34Speaker 1: who used his fame on young victims. The assistant U
- 1:40Speaker 1: S attorney said the following, This is not a case
- 1:43Speaker 1: about a celebrity who likes the party a lot. This
- 1:46Speaker 1: is a case about a preditor. Mr. I think people
- 1:51Speaker 1: forget what bigger star he was. He was like a
- 1:54Speaker 1: superstar in the nineties, the king of R and B.
- 1:57Speaker 1: This fall is a U words. What do you think?
- 2:01Speaker 1: It's so incredible? What has happened? First of all, I
- 2:04Speaker 1: have to commend the women who came for to tell
- 2:07Speaker 1: their survivor stories. And if you remember, there was a
- 2:09Speaker 1: documentary came out a few years ago called Surviving R. Kelly,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and it was really hard to ignore what these women
- 2:18Speaker 1: were saying happen, especially when you heard about what was
- 2:22Speaker 1: happening to young girls fourteen years old. And I really
- 2:26Speaker 1: think this had an effect on the black community. A
- 2:29Speaker 1: lot of these girls were women of color, and so
- 2:32Speaker 1: some people feel that that was ignored because they were
- 2:36Speaker 1: young girls of color being victimized. And as we all know,
- 2:40Speaker 1: he was a huge, huge star. But that does not
- 2:43Speaker 1: give you the right to do whatever you think is right.
- 2:47Speaker 1: So you have to pay for the crime absolutely. Well,
- 2:51Speaker 1: that brings us to our poul question of the day. R.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Kelly has been found guilty on all counts. Would he
- 2:57Speaker 1: spends the rest of his life in jail? Do you
- 3:00Speaker 1: think he will get the harshest sentence? Or do you
- 3:03Speaker 1: think because he's a celebrity with a lot of money
- 3:06Speaker 1: a lot of power. So what do you think? Go vote?
- 3:08Speaker 1: Will he spend the rest of his life in jail?
- 3:10Speaker 1: Or do you think he'll get off? Easy? Go vote
- 3:13Speaker 1: on actuit a page at Naughty Nice Rob, but at
- 3:16Speaker 1: Facebook page has already got it. You can leave a
- 3:17Speaker 1: comment there and be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 3:21Speaker 1: hear your results. Mr de Love, what are you working
- 3:23Speaker 1: on that? Well? You remember back in July, Jada Pinkett
- 3:27Speaker 1: Smith went on her show on Facebook Red Table Talk,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and she first up to having an extramarital affair. But
- 3:36Speaker 1: now we're learning that Will Smith has had entanglements outside
- 3:40Speaker 1: of marriage as well. So for your four and a
- 3:43Speaker 1: half years ago, Jada had an affair at this is
- 3:46Speaker 1: what she said was with aunt singer august Alcina. But
- 3:50Speaker 1: Will Smith has written a new memoir it's coming out,
- 3:53Speaker 1: and he said he disclosed so much information. He said,
- 3:56Speaker 1: Jada never believed in conventional marriage. She had family members
- 4:01Speaker 1: that had an unconventional relationship. They've been married for twenty
- 4:05Speaker 1: three years, so she grew up in a way that
- 4:08Speaker 1: was very different than how I grew up, and for
- 4:11Speaker 1: the large part of our relationship, monogamy was pretty much
- 4:15Speaker 1: the picture. But he said after her conversation on Red
- 4:19Speaker 1: Table Talk, people thought that she was the only one
- 4:23Speaker 1: who was doing this, and he says that is not
- 4:26Speaker 1: the case. Of what do you I mean? This is crazy? Yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 1: these two are so interesting. I try not to judge
- 4:35Speaker 1: other people's marriages, and obviously I do, but I try
- 4:38Speaker 1: so hard not to. They have a very unconventional life
- 4:42Speaker 1: together and it seems to work for the pair of them,
- 4:46Speaker 1: and they're not hurting anybody else by doing this, So
- 4:50Speaker 1: I think it's just Will and Jade's rules. It's a
- 4:52Speaker 1: very different life they have together. What I do like
- 4:55Speaker 1: about this is he's doing all these promotions, all these
- 4:58Speaker 1: interviews to promote his upcome memoir, which is called Will,
- 5:02Speaker 1: and he wanted to set the record straight because everybody
- 5:06Speaker 1: now knows that Jada stepped out. Some people would call
- 5:09Speaker 1: it cheating. They called it an entanglement and he wants
- 5:12Speaker 1: to say it's not just Jada. I've also done this
- 5:16Speaker 1: as well. I was thought it was fascinating too. In
- 5:18Speaker 1: the interview, he talked about not talking about Jada and
- 5:23Speaker 1: her entanglement too much because he explained that that really
- 5:29Speaker 1: wasn't his story to tell, and he couldn't tell that
- 5:31Speaker 1: story probably from his perspective. And so these two are
- 5:35Speaker 1: actually really sort of deep and they think about this
- 5:39Speaker 1: stuff very very carefully. There really are the most interesting
- 5:43Speaker 1: celebrities I think we have at the moment. Because when
- 5:46Speaker 1: stories of celebrities cheating happen, and they happen all the time,
- 5:49Speaker 1: that's an easy story to tell, and we can do
- 5:52Speaker 1: the breakup stories and the cheating stories. It's more complicated
- 5:55Speaker 1: with Will and Jada because they are not necessarily eating
- 6:00Speaker 1: as far as they're concerned. They're expanding what they think
- 6:04Speaker 1: is role of marriage. He said to that Jaden never
- 6:07Speaker 1: wanted to walk down the aisle, she didn't want a
- 6:09Speaker 1: traditional marriage, and he had to beg her to do that.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I find this too fascinating. I know it's going to
- 6:15Speaker 1: make a lot of people really sort of angry and
- 6:18Speaker 1: maybe sitting up uncomfortable that's the right word, mister. It's
- 6:21Speaker 1: gonna make people uncomfortable. But I think if you can
- 6:23Speaker 1: just put your own judgments, your own feelings aside and
- 6:28Speaker 1: listen to what they say, it's really interesting. Moving along,
- 6:31Speaker 1: the view hosts have discussed their COVID scarce. And remember
- 6:36Speaker 1: both Sonny and Anna had to leave the set of
- 6:38Speaker 1: their view because they found out during a live broadcast
- 6:42Speaker 1: that they had apparently tested positive for COVID. This was
- 6:46Speaker 1: just before they were scheduled to interview the Vice President. Well,
- 6:50Speaker 1: now they're talking out saying the results were actually false.
- 6:53Speaker 1: They came back as positive, but it was a false positive.
- 6:57Speaker 1: But they said that has enormous implications and it sort
- 7:00Speaker 1: of made their lives spin out of control for a minute.
- 7:04Speaker 1: So Sonny is saying, particularly what she really really was
- 7:07Speaker 1: uncomfortable about is the results were made public before she
- 7:10Speaker 1: had a chance to call her family, so they were
- 7:12Speaker 1: made public on air. Her doctor's a surgeon. He was
- 7:15Speaker 1: immediately pulled out of the operating room, and her son,
- 7:18Speaker 1: he was pulled out of classes at school before she
- 7:21Speaker 1: could even speak to him. It's wild, isn't it. Absolutely
- 7:26Speaker 1: of course I was watching at the time, and you
- 7:28Speaker 1: had What was going through my mind is how is
- 7:31Speaker 1: Sarah and Joyce feeling. They're both still sitting there. They've
- 7:34Speaker 1: just been told that there are co stars have COVID
- 7:37Speaker 1: and they have to keep going on in the space
- 7:39Speaker 1: they were just in and it was just it was,
- 7:42Speaker 1: as do I put it, one of the most interesting
- 7:45Speaker 1: moments in the view. And I commend her and Sarah
- 7:47Speaker 1: for both doing a great job kind of you know,
- 7:50Speaker 1: tap dancing to keep the show on. And it must
- 7:53Speaker 1: have been very disappointing. The vice president was there. They
- 7:55Speaker 1: didn't get to do the interview they had looked forward
- 7:58Speaker 1: to for two weeks. It is it is. I never
- 8:00Speaker 1: thought about it, but then I put myself in their shoes,
- 8:03Speaker 1: and it always helps in in life and certainly in
- 8:05Speaker 1: the world of gossip, to put yourself into the celebrity shoes.
- 8:08Speaker 1: The executive producer, Brian Teta, he chimed in and he
- 8:12Speaker 1: apologized to the two of them on live TV that
- 8:15Speaker 1: it really wasn't handled that well. I think maybe no
- 8:18Speaker 1: one's I don't think anyone's gonna be fired, but I
- 8:20Speaker 1: think they're going to change their procedures over there. What's
- 8:22Speaker 1: going on with j Lo and then of course, this
- 8:26Speaker 1: is so fun. So Jennifer Lopez and then Affleck were
- 8:30Speaker 1: spotted packing on the p d A during a walk
- 8:34Speaker 1: on Sunday through New York City. They were laughing, they
- 8:37Speaker 1: were holding hands, and they even shared a sweet kiss.
- 8:41Speaker 1: And now this out incomes after Bend flew to New
- 8:45Speaker 1: York City to support Jennifer at her ahead of her
- 8:48Speaker 1: performance at the Global Citizen event. So sources are telling
- 8:54Speaker 1: me that Jennifer and then we're a part for a
- 8:57Speaker 1: few days earlier in the week. But you know, of as,
- 9:00Speaker 1: he wanted to be by her side while she was
- 9:02Speaker 1: doing this very important thing. And I just think they're
- 9:05Speaker 1: so supportive of each other and their careers. You know,
- 9:09Speaker 1: her mom was in his commercial. I mean, they're just
- 9:13Speaker 1: really intertwining their lives and it's super cute they are.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And I think even though they're big celebrities, like everybody
- 9:20Speaker 1: who has a relationship, whether it be new or old,
- 9:23Speaker 1: you've got to make time for each other. Yes, they're
- 9:25Speaker 1: very very busy people. Yes they have access to private
- 9:27Speaker 1: planes and lots of money to do it, but they
- 9:29Speaker 1: certainly are making time for one another. He surprised her
- 9:33Speaker 1: he was meant to be working in Texas and he decided, no, no, no,
- 9:36Speaker 1: this is a big weekend for my girlfriend. I'm coming
- 9:39Speaker 1: to New York. So he turned up and surprised her,
- 9:41Speaker 1: and I think they had the most beautiful weekend. Pay
- 9:44Speaker 1: attention to one another, not just to your lovers, but
- 9:47Speaker 1: also to your friends. Be there for your friends. When
- 9:50Speaker 1: your friends have a big moment to celebrate in their lives,
- 9:53Speaker 1: be there and congratulate them. I had a big moment
- 9:56Speaker 1: this week with my book, and I gotta tell you
- 9:58Speaker 1: all my friends came through, All my real friends came
- 10:01Speaker 1: through with texts and notes and emails, and it made
- 10:04Speaker 1: me feel great. Be there for one another. And then
- 10:07Speaker 1: quickly before we go to break mega marcol might never
- 10:11Speaker 1: ever ever return to England, So Royal expert Robert Jobson
- 10:17Speaker 1: is claiming that he doesn't believe Megan will ever return
- 10:20Speaker 1: to Britain again. There's lots of speculation. The next year
- 10:24Speaker 1: is the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. That's a big, big day.
- 10:29Speaker 1: The country is going to be packed. I think they're
- 10:30Speaker 1: going to celebrate it for a month. Lots of events,
- 10:34Speaker 1: lots of Union Jack's, the flag flying everywhere, lots and
- 10:38Speaker 1: lots of opportunities to celebrate Queen Elizabeth. This author Robert
- 10:43Speaker 1: doesn't think that Megan will turn up. I've got to
- 10:46Speaker 1: say her popularity in Britain at the moment is very,
- 10:50Speaker 1: very low. They do not like her. They blame her
- 10:53Speaker 1: for they break up of the family, and it would
- 10:57Speaker 1: be quite awkward for her to be there. We have
- 11:00Speaker 1: to remember, too, though, that Harry's got a book coming
- 11:02Speaker 1: out quite soon and that's going to be awkward to
- 11:06Speaker 1: This all makes me sad. Mister Garrett, who co hosts
- 11:10Speaker 1: with us on a Monday, he was at the big
- 11:12Speaker 1: concert event on Saturday in the park and he saw
- 11:16Speaker 1: them and he said, the crowd went crazy. It's amazing
- 11:20Speaker 1: to me how they can be so popular here and
- 11:23Speaker 1: so dislikes over there. What do they do well. I
- 11:28Speaker 1: don't think she'll never return to England. Obviously, she has
- 11:31Speaker 1: children with Harry and they have royal ties. One day
- 11:34Speaker 1: they're going to be like, mommy, I'd like to see
- 11:36Speaker 1: where we're from. I'd like to if you found out
- 11:41Speaker 1: your grandma is the Queen of England. Yeah, imagine if
- 11:44Speaker 1: your grandma lives at bucking Your Palace, Like mommy, I
- 11:49Speaker 1: want to see Granny now, I want to see that
- 11:52Speaker 1: amazing house of Grady's, and we're going to take a
- 11:55Speaker 1: quick cranking. We will be I'll go back to the
- 12:00Speaker 1: nort but nice shaw. I'm your host, Rob Shooter with
- 12:04Speaker 1: her dear dear friend, Miss d who's still celebrating her
- 12:08Speaker 1: birthday today. Happy Happy Did you go out last night
- 12:13Speaker 1: and get some cake? Oh my goodness, I have been
- 12:15Speaker 1: celebrating all weekend with my friends. We've had cake and
- 12:20Speaker 1: ice cream, maybe a cardtail or two, and it's been fabulous.
- 12:25Speaker 1: My friend, Happy, happy birthday. Let's get to the polls
- 12:27Speaker 1: that Prince Harry and Mega Markel taped their trip to
- 12:31Speaker 1: New York City for their Netflix documentary. We asked, will
- 12:35Speaker 1: you watch? Are you interested in watching this documentary? Let's
- 12:37Speaker 1: have a look. O stent of you said, Noah, you're
- 12:41Speaker 1: not interested in watching the Harry and Making documentary. I disagree.
- 12:46Speaker 1: I'm obsessed and I almost I almost am too interested
- 12:51Speaker 1: in this, But after Oprah, I certainly want to see
- 12:55Speaker 1: what these two have to say next. Don't forget to
- 12:57Speaker 1: vote on to a Day's pole, go away to an
- 13:00Speaker 1: age at Facebook pages and be sure to check back
- 13:05Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results are now it's time for
- 13:09Speaker 1: a nicety while our nicest of the day is Kelly
- 13:17Speaker 1: Clarkson because she just sold her eight point two million
- 13:21Speaker 1: dollar farm house. Now it was custom build and of
- 13:24Speaker 1: course she used to share it with her ex Brandon
- 13:27Speaker 1: black Stock and their two children, River and Remington. I
- 13:31Speaker 1: love those names. So the scrawling home, which is located
- 13:34Speaker 1: in the San Fernando Valley, features eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms,
- 13:40Speaker 1: a private pool, and a two bedroom guest house. Who
- 13:44Speaker 1: was clean in this place? She originally listed it for
- 13:48Speaker 1: nine point nine million, but it's sold for eight point
- 13:50Speaker 1: to That's not bad. Now this is the second home
- 13:54Speaker 1: Kelly has least uh, this is the second home that
- 13:58Speaker 1: Kelly has recently listed. She has also put the former's Lakeside,
- 14:03Speaker 1: Tennessee house up for sale back in July, and so
- 14:07Speaker 1: she is starting a brand new life. She's getting rid
- 14:11Speaker 1: of the homes. That's what I do when I break
- 14:13Speaker 1: up with somebody, I get rid of my extra homes.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Tell the eight million taller, I think this is a
- 14:20Speaker 1: really good idea, Kelly starting over. She's got the money
- 14:22Speaker 1: to do it. Starting starting over inside is tell me
- 14:26Speaker 1: that is exactly what she's doing. She's starting her life
- 14:28Speaker 1: from fresh Obviously she has those two wonderful children, so
- 14:32Speaker 1: Brandon and her ex will always be in her life,
- 14:35Speaker 1: or certainly in the children's life. But I think starting
- 14:38Speaker 1: a new house, if you've got the money to do it,
- 14:40Speaker 1: is a good idea. Kelly, you're the nicest of the
- 14:42Speaker 1: day and now and noughty is the day nought nor
- 14:44Speaker 1: nor noughty. Rammy Malick is saying that he was intimidated
- 14:48Speaker 1: acting opposite Daniel Craig in the new James Bond movie.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Rammy told Graham Norton that he struggled with his nerves
- 14:56Speaker 1: while performing opposite Daniel Craig when he first joined the
- 15:00Speaker 1: movie franchise. He said, quote, when you see him on
- 15:03Speaker 1: stage on a double O seven stage, he's full James
- 15:06Speaker 1: Bond and his presence, he's very, very intimidating. He said.
- 15:09Speaker 1: He dropped a few lines and he couldn't look at
- 15:12Speaker 1: James Bond straight in the eye at first. He couldn't
- 15:15Speaker 1: handle it. Don't let your nerves. Everybody ruin these wonderful opportunities. Yes,
- 15:20Speaker 1: we can get nervous. I tricked myself when I talk
- 15:24Speaker 1: about it in my book, The forward answer when I
- 15:26Speaker 1: feel nervous, I tell myself I am excited instead, and
- 15:29Speaker 1: it works. Be excited, don't be nervous. Nerves are and
- 15:33Speaker 1: naughtiest of the day. And now it's time for a
- 15:36Speaker 1: moment of rab You're gonna rob, you gonna rob, you
- 15:38Speaker 1: get a rabine. Acceptance is the cornerstone of kindness, and
- 15:42Speaker 1: nobody accepts themselves more than Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer taught me
- 15:47Speaker 1: how you need to become comfortable in your own skin,
- 15:50Speaker 1: because nothing is kinder than accepting yourself. Jennifer doesn't say
- 15:54Speaker 1: cruel things to herself. She silenced those voices in her
- 15:58Speaker 1: head telling her she's not good enough, because the truth
- 16:01Speaker 1: is she's good enough, and so are You ignore those
- 16:05Speaker 1: cruel voices in your head by being kind to yourself.
- 16:10Speaker 1: What do you think, miss so so true? I love
- 16:14Speaker 1: what you say in your book that you are not broken.
- 16:16Speaker 1: But the way you have been talking to yourself is
- 16:19Speaker 1: because we say so many mean things to ourselves, and
- 16:22Speaker 1: when you don't say them out loud, you're saying them
- 16:24Speaker 1: just in your head. They're even more powerful. So you
- 16:28Speaker 1: know what, move those over look in the mirror and
- 16:31Speaker 1: start saying some nice things about yourself. Just be like,
- 16:35Speaker 1: I'm kind and I'm smart and I look fantastic to
- 16:39Speaker 1: say it. Say it, say it. That's it for today.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to The Naught Even
- 16:44Speaker 1: Eyes with Robin miss d Show, a production of I
- 16:47Speaker 1: Heart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe on the I Heart
- 16:49Speaker 1: Radio app, Apple podcast or whatever you listen. Leave us
- 16:52Speaker 1: a review if you can. They really do help. And remember, everybody,
- 16:56Speaker 1: if you're going to be normal, you've got to need
- 17:00Speaker 1: no cat for everybody. Pittman, it's it's gone. Even nice
- 17:10Speaker 1: with Bro
