- 0:09Speaker 1: By Shooters by Hello, no never, no, Hello. Welcome to
- 0:15Speaker 1: the Naughty but Nice Show. Your host Rob Shooter and
- 0:17Speaker 1: it's Monday today. Our friend Garrett is off. But don't worry.
- 0:21Speaker 1: We've got so much gossip to get to. We can
- 0:23Speaker 1: fill the next twenty minutes or so, my friends, if
- 0:26Speaker 1: not the whole week. Okay, let's jump into the show.
- 0:30Speaker 1: What time is it? It is tea time. Okay, big
- 0:33Speaker 1: story here. At the top of the show, everybody's asking
- 0:37Speaker 1: what is going on with Kate Middleton? Where is Kate Middleton.
- 0:42Speaker 1: We've not seen her, We've not heard from her. The
- 0:45Speaker 1: Palace has released no photograph. She's completely disappeared. Some people
- 0:49Speaker 1: are saying she's missing in action or where is she now.
- 0:53Speaker 1: On Friday, the Palace addressed to this sortum by saying
- 0:59Speaker 1: they're not all talking about it. When Kate initially went
- 1:03Speaker 1: into hospital to have her surgery, they said that she
- 1:06Speaker 1: wouldn't be returning to public duty until after Easter, So
- 1:10Speaker 1: we have to wait another three four weeks at least
- 1:14Speaker 1: until we see her or even hear from her, because
- 1:18Speaker 1: they're not gonna give us any updates. They made that
- 1:21Speaker 1: clear on Friday. They said, stop asking, stop calling, stop emailing.
- 1:26Speaker 1: We're not talking about it. Kate wants this to be
- 1:29Speaker 1: private and we're not going to talk about it. Well
- 1:32Speaker 1: because of that that void that they've created. But what
- 1:36Speaker 1: if I'm fascinating about all this is that Kate and
- 1:39Speaker 1: the royal family are managing to keep this a secret.
- 1:44Speaker 1: How are they doing that? Well, insiders tell me only
- 1:48Speaker 1: a very small bubble of people know. Only a handful
- 1:53Speaker 1: maybe less people know what is actually going on. So
- 1:57Speaker 1: friends suggest that the press is interest in Kate and
- 2:01Speaker 1: the public's interest is toxic, and that William is determined
- 2:06Speaker 1: to stick by their decision to protect Kate's privacy. As
- 2:11Speaker 1: she recovers, other royal members of the family have emphasized
- 2:15Speaker 1: that they're objective is sequestering Kate to safeguard her privacy,
- 2:22Speaker 1: and they've done a really good job of this. She
- 2:24Speaker 1: practically has disappeared. They dismissed the idea that the palace
- 2:30Speaker 1: should give updates, So we've talked about that on our show.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Should they provide us with updates? Do you want to
- 2:36Speaker 1: know what's going on? Well, the answers, yes, we want
- 2:38Speaker 1: to know. But should they do it? They said no,
- 2:41Speaker 1: they don't care what the public think. They don't care
- 2:44Speaker 1: what the press thinks. The idea that they would be
- 2:47Speaker 1: swayed by media pressure or public pressure is ridiculous. They're
- 2:52Speaker 1: not going to do it. Insiders are saying, they're handling
- 2:55Speaker 1: the situation according to their priorities and their beliefs, and
- 3:01Speaker 1: they won't be bullied into changing course. Now, while all
- 3:06Speaker 1: this is going on, William and Ann are going to
- 3:08Speaker 1: be stepping up because get this, now, exhausted Queen Camilla
- 3:13Speaker 1: jets off on vacation. So in the middle of it all,
- 3:16Speaker 1: Camilla's decided she needs to take a break from loyal duties. Yes,
- 3:20Speaker 1: so now William and Anne are prepared to step up.
- 3:22Speaker 1: There's a few hectic weeks coming up. So the monarch's wife,
- 3:26Speaker 1: Queen Camilla, she has been shouldering some additional responsibilities since
- 3:31Speaker 1: the King's cancer diagnosis, leaving her exhausted. Well, she's so tired.
- 3:38Speaker 1: She's jumped on a jet and she's off on vacation
- 3:42Speaker 1: and she won't be returning for at least a couple
- 3:45Speaker 1: of weeks. So we have a messire, don't wait, we
- 3:48Speaker 1: don't know what's going on with Kate. Camilla's jetted off.
- 3:52Speaker 1: King Charles has cancer, and now Anne and Prince William
- 3:56Speaker 1: are stepping up to do more within the family. It's
- 4:00Speaker 1: bad timing for Camilla. I would have advised Camilla, don't
- 4:04Speaker 1: leave the country. If you want to take a little break,
- 4:06Speaker 1: do it in England, do it in Britain. Don't be
- 4:09Speaker 1: jetting off. Stay put if you want to take a
- 4:12Speaker 1: few things off your schedule, not leave the palace. Fair enough,
- 4:17Speaker 1: but the visual of her jumping on ler a plane
- 4:19Speaker 1: and going to France or wherever she wants to go
- 4:21Speaker 1: to the sun and relaxing and it does not look good. Well,
- 4:26Speaker 1: so the Kate issue, it's not going away. So the
- 4:29Speaker 1: Palace has really dug in their heels here. They can
- 4:32Speaker 1: be very stubborn when they decide they want to do something.
- 4:36Speaker 1: There's no changing their minds. And I'm not sure I
- 4:39Speaker 1: understand why here would a photograph, would an update with
- 4:43Speaker 1: a few sentences from Kate heard? Would that hurt her
- 4:47Speaker 1: recovery unless she's going through something really really serious and
- 4:52Speaker 1: I'm talking mental health here, not physical. Unless she's going
- 4:56Speaker 1: through something so challenging that she needs to be sequesced,
- 5:00Speaker 1: sequested just out of the spotlight, then I don't see
- 5:04Speaker 1: why they're not issuing at least a photograph or a statement.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Absolutely nothing, absolutely nothing. And all this is adding to
- 5:13Speaker 1: all the speculation, which cannot be helping because it's not
- 5:17Speaker 1: like Kate is out at the spotlight. Oh no, we're
- 5:20Speaker 1: talking about her. In fact, I would argue we're talking
- 5:24Speaker 1: about her more because they're given us so little information.
- 5:29Speaker 1: During all my years that I was a publicist for
- 5:31Speaker 1: some of the biggest stars in the world, I often
- 5:34Speaker 1: found that if we gave a little bit of information,
- 5:38Speaker 1: we took some pressure out of the situation. It's when
- 5:42Speaker 1: celebrities disappear, it's when you don't know anything. Think in
- 5:46Speaker 1: your own life, if a friend disappears, just vanishes, then
- 5:49Speaker 1: you're more interested in that person. If they send you
- 5:52Speaker 1: a text, you're probably not quite as excited about it all.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And so I think Kates and the family here are
- 5:58Speaker 1: making a mistake. It's their choice, but I think it's
- 6:01Speaker 1: a mistake, and I think they should give us a
- 6:03Speaker 1: little bit of information about this, which brings us to
- 6:06Speaker 1: our whole question of the day. Only a really small
- 6:09Speaker 1: bubble of people, really small, less than a handful, actually
- 6:13Speaker 1: know what is going on with Kate. Is it time
- 6:17Speaker 1: for the Palace to reveal all. What do you think?
- 6:21Speaker 1: It's been a couple of weeks now we're not going
- 6:23Speaker 1: to hear anything they are saying for at least another
- 6:27Speaker 1: three four weeks. So is it time? Is it time
- 6:31Speaker 1: for the Palace to reveal all? Go vote on our
- 6:35Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or a Facebook page
- 6:38Speaker 1: which is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back
- 6:41Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results. Moving along, Jerry hallowell I
- 6:46Speaker 1: loved her in the Spice Girls? Did you ginger Spice?
- 6:50Speaker 1: While she's friends with the woman who her husband, Christian
- 6:54Speaker 1: may have sent some sleazy texts to. Oh Christian. So
- 6:58Speaker 1: Christian is a high powered head of the F one
- 7:02Speaker 1: team it's a Formula one racing team and husband to
- 7:07Speaker 1: the spicecanll Jerry halliwell will he's being cleared in a
- 7:11Speaker 1: workplace harassmond probe. Let me explain. So he was accused
- 7:16Speaker 1: of corrosive behavior and allegedly sending saucy, naughty texts to
- 7:22Speaker 1: an unnamed female colleague while those texts all leaked online
- 7:28Speaker 1: and they are racing well. Jerry who married Christian in
- 7:33Speaker 1: twenty fifteen, so they've been together about nine years. Is
- 7:36Speaker 1: so humiliated by this scandal, especially as she is said
- 7:41Speaker 1: to be friends with the woman who received the texts,
- 7:45Speaker 1: It gets worse. Insiders say that Jerry even recommended the
- 7:49Speaker 1: woman for a job with her husband, and this is
- 7:53Speaker 1: how she is repaid. It's an interesting question, isn't it.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Does it make it worse if you're send somebody a
- 8:01Speaker 1: naughty text, a dirty email, some naughty pictures? Is it
- 8:06Speaker 1: worse if you know the person he or she is
- 8:11Speaker 1: sending those texts to. What would you do if it
- 8:14Speaker 1: was a friend. If somebody was a friend, well, they
- 8:17Speaker 1: should tell you. If one of my friends got a
- 8:20Speaker 1: saucy text from Bruce, they'd tell me immediately. But what
- 8:23Speaker 1: about if they weren't a friend, but I knew them?
- 8:26Speaker 1: If I knew this person, do they owe me their respect?
- 8:32Speaker 1: Do they owe me the call to tell me what's
- 8:35Speaker 1: going on? Should they text them to me? This didn't happen.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Jerry found out about it via the press. When the
- 8:41Speaker 1: press got hold of these texts, that's when she found out,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and that's when she realized, allegedly, I know this person.
- 8:48Speaker 1: What do you think does it make it worse? We
- 8:51Speaker 1: should point out too that Jerry and her husband Christian
- 8:53Speaker 1: are still together. They put on a united front. They
- 8:57Speaker 1: went to a Formula one race together. They looked very,
- 9:00Speaker 1: very cozy. So these two have weathered this storm. Moving
- 9:06Speaker 1: along this stories wild to Taylor Swift's concert in Singapore
- 9:11Speaker 1: is drawing a lot of controversy. Let me explain, Sir.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Taylor was recently performing a series of concerts sold out
- 9:19Speaker 1: shows in Singapore. However, her presence in the country has
- 9:24Speaker 1: sparked a controversy in the Philippines, as a politician is
- 9:28Speaker 1: accusing the Singaporean government of unfair practices. According to a report,
- 9:35Speaker 1: a deal was made with Singapore authorities to prevent Taylor
- 9:40Speaker 1: Swift from performing in any other country in the region,
- 9:45Speaker 1: making Singapore a must visit destination for her fans in Asia.
- 9:51Speaker 1: This exclusivity deal has not been well received in the
- 9:55Speaker 1: Philippines or any other country in Asia. Who wanted Taylor
- 9:59Speaker 1: Swift and now there are reports that she was paid
- 10:03Speaker 1: or subsidized millions of dollars to do this. It looks
- 10:07Speaker 1: like a really good business move, but is it a
- 10:10Speaker 1: smart move for her fans who now have to travel
- 10:14Speaker 1: to Singapore if they want to see her in Asia?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Or should have Taylor dun mushows. You know the ticket
- 10:21Speaker 1: demand is outrageous. Let's be honest. I don't think Taylor
- 10:24Speaker 1: could ever fulfill the demand. But just doing Singapore, not
- 10:29Speaker 1: doing the Philippines, not doing any other country in the
- 10:31Speaker 1: region meant that everybody had to travel to Singapore, which
- 10:35Speaker 1: a lot of people did to see her. Is that fair?
- 10:39Speaker 1: It's complicated, isn't it, Because you can't control where a
- 10:42Speaker 1: pop star sings. When I was living in Britain, the
- 10:45Speaker 1: big pop stars, the superstars, the Michael Jackson's, the Madonnas,
- 10:49Speaker 1: they only played London. They didn't do Birmingham, they didn't
- 10:52Speaker 1: do Manchester, they didn't do Edinburgh. The places that were
- 10:55Speaker 1: convenient for me to go they didn't do. Madonna came
- 10:58Speaker 1: into London and she was such a superstar. She did
- 11:00Speaker 1: three shows in London and left. I'd love for her
- 11:04Speaker 1: to have come to Birmingham. She wouldn't do it, but
- 11:06Speaker 1: it's not my business. I can't tell her what to do. However,
- 11:10Speaker 1: if a government was involved giving subsidies, cutting exclusive deals
- 11:15Speaker 1: or that wouldn't feel right at all. Where do you
- 11:18Speaker 1: go to see your favorite pop stars? Do they come
- 11:21Speaker 1: to a town near you? The good news in America
- 11:23Speaker 1: is the country is so big that the pop stars
- 11:26Speaker 1: do to her, don't they. I remember when I was
- 11:28Speaker 1: working with John bon Jovie. I toured America with him.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I miss his publicist for years, and I was always
- 11:35Speaker 1: on his private plane, going from city to city to city,
- 11:38Speaker 1: show after shore after show. Gosh, he worked really hard.
- 11:41Speaker 1: And the perk of that, as well as working for
- 11:43Speaker 1: him and getting paid very well, thank you very much,
- 11:46Speaker 1: was I got to see America. I went to Dallas,
- 11:48Speaker 1: I went all over the place of Florida. I went everywork.
- 11:52Speaker 1: He did a lot of shows, and so Taylor Swift,
- 11:54Speaker 1: just as the really big, big, big big cities. Do
- 11:58Speaker 1: you like it when pop stars come to you? I'm
- 12:00Speaker 1: sure the answer is yes. Or this is a disappointing story.
- 12:03Speaker 1: There's new reports ad that Ken Jennings, who I think
- 12:06Speaker 1: is adorable on Jeopardy, his new confidence now he has
- 12:10Speaker 1: the gig full time, has gone to his head. Oh
- 12:14Speaker 1: Ken so Ken was recently named the full time host
- 12:18Speaker 1: of Jeopardy. Member He had been sharing the position with
- 12:21Speaker 1: Mayam Balloch, well no longer. He now is the full
- 12:25Speaker 1: time host and it has inflated his ego. So insiders
- 12:30Speaker 1: claim that Ken's confidence has grown significantly since taking on
- 12:35Speaker 1: the role. Fully it's now his job. He's the full
- 12:38Speaker 1: time host, and his behavior is causing tension amongst his
- 12:43Speaker 1: co workers. Sources are revealing that Jennings's behavior has become
- 12:48Speaker 1: increasingly demanding, from complaining that his suits don't fit to
- 12:51Speaker 1: requesting more hair and makeup while criticizing everybody. His jokes,
- 12:56Speaker 1: if not well received, are very upsetting to him now
- 13:00Speaker 1: he doesn't like that. I've seen this happen when I
- 13:02Speaker 1: had a morning show with Miss d and some other
- 13:05Speaker 1: gossip columnists. Who was one in particular who got really nasty.
- 13:08Speaker 1: She never was nice, but she got worse as the
- 13:11Speaker 1: show got more successful. It went to her head a
- 13:14Speaker 1: little bit, and it was not a pretty thing to watch.
- 13:17Speaker 1: I think because I'd done so much TV before, it
- 13:19Speaker 1: didn't feel quite as special to me. I was very
- 13:21Speaker 1: grateful to be there. I led the money, but I
- 13:24Speaker 1: didn't really change who I was because I think I'd
- 13:27Speaker 1: done so much before. But she hadn't done very much,
- 13:29Speaker 1: and so when she got on the show, she became
- 13:32Speaker 1: really really crazy, really mean. Her ego was out of control,
- 13:37Speaker 1: and I think that might have happened to Ken. It
- 13:40Speaker 1: doesn't just have to be TV, though, does it. You
- 13:42Speaker 1: might have somebody that you work with who just got
- 13:44Speaker 1: a promotion, who was a friend, and now they've got
- 13:46Speaker 1: a promotion, they're not quite as friendly, they're not quite
- 13:49Speaker 1: as nice, they're a little bit more demanding. It's gone
- 13:51Speaker 1: to their head. This happens too bad that it looks
- 13:55Speaker 1: like it's happened to Ken Jennings. Okay, quickly before we
- 13:58Speaker 1: go to break this story wild, Miley Cyrus's mommy is
- 14:02Speaker 1: spiraling after claims that she stole her husband from her daughter.
- 14:07Speaker 1: You heard that right, So Tish Cyrus, that's the mother
- 14:11Speaker 1: of Miley, is experiencing a strained I would say, relationship
- 14:16Speaker 1: with her daughter, Noah, after the allegations that Tish stole
- 14:20Speaker 1: her husband from Noah. So, allegedly, Noah was dating this
- 14:24Speaker 1: guy Dominic. She's twenty four, he's fifty four. Before Tish
- 14:28Speaker 1: came along, she's fifty six and began a romantic relationship
- 14:31Speaker 1: with the actor. Dominic is also an actor in Prison Break.
- 14:35Speaker 1: So Dominic dating her daughter casually. They were dating for
- 14:39Speaker 1: about eight nine months, but they were together and then
- 14:42Speaker 1: Tish came along and Tish married him and now the
- 14:45Speaker 1: whole family has exploded. Noah did not go to the wedding,
- 14:49Speaker 1: but Miley did. Now there's reports that Miley knew nothing
- 14:53Speaker 1: about this until recently. How could she not know that
- 14:56Speaker 1: her sister was dating this guy and then a mom
- 14:59Speaker 1: married her. She must have no one sources say she didn't.
- 15:02Speaker 1: But this story is outrageous, outrageous, outrageous. We're sadly going
- 15:07Speaker 1: to keep on top of it. Okay, we're going to
- 15:09Speaker 1: take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Welcome back to a naughty, put nicer on your heaviest
- 15:15Speaker 1: around shooter. Hey, let's get to the polls, dot duh.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Last year, we talked about Kate Middleton's reps, brushing off
- 15:23Speaker 1: speculation about her recovery, basically saying, it's nanny your business.
- 15:28Speaker 1: We're not going to tell you anything. She's doing fine.
- 15:30Speaker 1: My question was, do you believe them? Let's have a look.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Eighty two percent said no. Something's going on. Something's going
- 15:38Speaker 1: on with Katie here. And the reason I think we're
- 15:40Speaker 1: all suspicious is not because of what happened, but the
- 15:43Speaker 1: way it's been handled, all this secrecy, all this privacy.
- 15:48Speaker 1: There's something about this that's not quite right. He don't
- 15:52Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's poll. Go to our Twitter
- 15:55Speaker 1: page at Naughty Nice Rob or a Facebook page which
- 15:58Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip. I'm sure to check back tomorrow to
- 16:02Speaker 1: hear your results. And now it's time for our nicest
- 16:07Speaker 1: of the day and all my favorite part of the shower.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Kathi Lee Gifford responds to the Bachelor's snub. I love this.
- 16:15Speaker 1: It made me laugh. So the Bachelor said he'd never
- 16:19Speaker 1: heard of Kathy Lee, he didn't know who she was.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Well now Kathilee has responded with grace and humor to
- 16:26Speaker 1: the Bachelor star Joey, saying the following, I don't expect
- 16:31Speaker 1: him to know me. I've got shoes that are older
- 16:34Speaker 1: than that kid is. She is seventy years old, living
- 16:38Speaker 1: her best life. She has been a household name in
- 16:42Speaker 1: television for decades. She has nothing to prove to anybody.
- 16:47Speaker 1: This is a really funny response. Rather than getting nasty
- 16:51Speaker 1: or angry or screaming or shouting, no, just laughing off.
- 16:55Speaker 1: She's got shoes older than him. I love it, I
- 16:59Speaker 1: love it. I love it. And now I noticed the
- 17:01Speaker 1: day Naughty, naughty, Naughty Rihanna is getting criticized for a
- 17:06Speaker 1: lack luster performance in India where she was paid six
- 17:10Speaker 1: million dollars to perform at a wedding, so a private
- 17:14Speaker 1: gig she did in India for a very wealthy billionaire.
- 17:19Speaker 1: She did it last Friday. Will Some videos have popped
- 17:22Speaker 1: up online of her performance and people are saying he
- 17:25Speaker 1: looked quote boring and even lackluster. So the videos have
- 17:30Speaker 1: been circulating on social media. Get in a really negative review,
- 17:34Speaker 1: some people even suggesting that she's a scam artist, that
- 17:37Speaker 1: she got paid all this money she barely put any
- 17:40Speaker 1: effort into it. One person wrote, quote, she got that
- 17:43Speaker 1: Collin six million and said if you and can do
- 17:48Speaker 1: whatever I want and that was not a lot. Wow.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I don't know if I got paid that much money,
- 17:55Speaker 1: I feel like I'd have to put on a great show,
- 17:57Speaker 1: maybe even an even better show. I'm quite conscious about this.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I have a really strong work effort. If you pay
- 18:04Speaker 1: for me, I turn up, I do it. Even sometimes
- 18:07Speaker 1: when you don't pay, I turn up and do it.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Rihanna couldn't really be bothered. She wanted the six million, though,
- 18:12Speaker 1: I say, you know what, if you don't want to
- 18:14Speaker 1: do the show, don't take the money. But you can't
- 18:17Speaker 1: take the money and they're not put on a show.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I've seen this one. Oh. I hate to admit it,
- 18:23Speaker 1: but I was in Vegas and I got a ticket.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I bought a ticket to see Elton John. I really
- 18:27Speaker 1: wanted to see him. He was at Caesar's Palace and
- 18:30Speaker 1: he didn't really do a great show. He looked bored.
- 18:33Speaker 1: He looked like he didn't want to be there. Now, admittedly,
- 18:35Speaker 1: I've seen Alton a few times since and he was great.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Maybe it was just an off night, Maybe he was
- 18:39Speaker 1: just in a bad mood. Maybe he had a cold,
- 18:41Speaker 1: maybe he wasn't feeling well. But he just didn't really
- 18:45Speaker 1: really put on a show. And are so disappointed? Has
- 18:47Speaker 1: that ever happened? Have you ever been to see a
- 18:49Speaker 1: pop star and it's not being quite what you want it? Okay,
- 18:53Speaker 1: let's end with a moment of rob. You get a Robbie,
- 18:55Speaker 1: get a robb You go a rob I love this quote.
- 18:58Speaker 1: The road to success is paved with failure. I failed
- 19:02Speaker 1: at something that I really wanted a couple of days ago,
- 19:05Speaker 1: and I know I'm going to be okay because I
- 19:06Speaker 1: got back up and I tried again. That's all that
- 19:09Speaker 1: successes it's just trying again. The people that are the
- 19:12Speaker 1: most successful, in my experience, are the people that have
- 19:16Speaker 1: failed the most. It's a batting average. The more you fail,
