Dorchester District Two schools are rolling out major upgrades as they welcome back students this week—new classrooms, playgrounds, and even entire wings at Oakbrook Elementary, Oakbrook Middle, Ashley Ridge High, and Summerville Elementary. Fueling this district-wide expansion are capital funds, tax increment financing, and bond referendum money, all aimed at keeping pace with explosive population growth.
