- 2:51pray that everyone had a wonderful day, day and enjoying their evening getting ready
- 3:00for blessed week. On today we have returning the Kendrick. He's here Viva
- 3:08phone from Texas and we're gonna continue conversation. Welcome the Kendrick. I'm doing
- 3:19well in yourself, my good living there, breathing, that's good. So
- 3:28how's it is going to Texas? That's the weather over there, not wedding
- 3:36right now. Did they get the air conditioners up and running trying to pass?
- 3:53Because I was gonna get it. They gotta have it, you know,
- 4:01we don here struct well, we pray for some release on that.
- 4:09That just don't make no sense for you guys not to have any air in
- 4:15the UH, at least the air conditioning down there. So let's get into
- 4:21it. Okay, Well, Lands, I spoke something about speaking in general,
- 4:30breathing in my case a little bit, you know what I'm saying.
- 4:33I spoke on the like about the self standards, a lot of projections to
- 4:39the vindictus of the conspetitions, and those are some things that gott to be
- 4:43addressed with. Well, I won't just take it a little at a time
- 4:47with my case, you know, because a lot of things that you said.
- 4:50But tonight I'm going to just speak solely on the stasion of captain murder
- 4:55how to charge. But it's under the captain stass, you know, I
- 5:00say, And when you're speaking to the pepensanship, it's off for them to
- 5:03understand how to got to get a lot of the time, you know,
- 5:06I'm saying, I'm just want to break down the statue, just show how
- 5:12they just applied rules and regulations that they go by, how disportionately changed.
- 5:17Okay, that's what I want. And also my co host is here,
- 5:24Corney help. How are you doing on today? I can't. I can't
- 5:34hearing. How are you doing? I can barely hear you? Can you?
- 5:46H? Okay? You? It's it's still alas what I'm it.
- 6:01And let the Kendrick start breaking down the statue for us. Okay, okay,
- 6:10first of all, okay, dread, yes, go ahead. What's
- 6:15up? Okay? Well, first of all, Captain murder, I want
- 6:19nobody to learn to know that it's just a leader terms pay of a sentence
- 6:24of regime something so be it cannot stand a long murders not stand alone without
- 6:30activating factor because you have to have activating factors to the company that statue,
- 6:36so with the head that they have to be in both. And what I
- 6:41want to say is to the people, is the worry that vote I want
- 6:43to use in the latter terms mean like it's pretty much like bringing your charge
- 6:46to life, you know what I'm saying. So it's kind of like persons
- 6:48the charge. So if the listeners want to uh one day just looking up
- 6:53what the number to the statue is one nine period zero seven and the parents
- 7:00to local pay and then the prince seeds next to that is nine seven and
- 7:04then it's another prince seed with the capulate print ceed. You know what I'm
- 7:08saying. So this statue with with charge under for this statue matical design murders
- 7:15and pitt and like I said before, you know, but when you have
- 7:19a murder, a murder is just the murder. Did you have something that
- 7:23quote capital which is like I said, you have to have activating fact so
- 7:30that the letters and the numbers. I'm staying at the drink seed that was
- 7:33the common fiction. So in order to have something going on with actually you
- 7:39have to and right like complete in order for the statue to supply. Okay,
- 7:47baby competent. So with my mind nepos nineteen o eight, Okay,
- 7:55you need to get you that's got to have a murder, you can say,
- 7:58statue of nineteen o seven. The little that level. Now if you
- 8:01attach the seven which the section section seven spinal pay, you must have more
- 8:07than one person, meaning you had to have you and then come back and
- 8:11shoot somebody else. Shoot, you know, then you have the capital of
- 8:16aid in section saying in the same translation, well, when it came to
- 8:22me, you know what I'm saying, I'll give the hour the element to
- 8:24put that presented, because first of all, just premire shooting the two people
- 8:28there in constitution you have a pen, you know, especially there's no desper
- 8:33in boll and in my case, there were two individuals. That's a shot
- 8:37that did I die? And with that, you know going to make that
- 8:41a technical reoffend either to a tent comergence and the two twenty. So let's
- 8:48just let's just put the attempt of right. Even if you do you have
- 8:52a in text the statue of attempence fifteen O one that's one five period zero
- 8:58one. That's a temp that even if they applied to the fashion, it's
- 9:03still in not constitution you can devote because you don't have the like I have
- 9:09it before. In the other case, and I was talking that time about
- 9:11the Saint I being case the five before gun nobody died, but one would
- 9:18die. So they charged him with the capital murder and for a tempt the
- 9:22captain murder. So they chose that person that died and you his body to
- 9:28include the charges on the each individual that did die. Okay, well I
- 9:35have a question real quick. So you said in your case, wasn't nobody
- 9:46killed? But they still there and they still charged you with capital murdered.
- 9:58Tip capital murder. You know they're saying that I have to do captain murder.
- 10:03But the des I had man, you know, because they hold you
- 10:07killed the shot. But like I say, in the low just from your
- 10:11shooting. Uh, people as they cut into the capital murder, so they
- 10:18have listen, so you know this is kind of uh, you know,
- 10:22this is kind of crazy. So they they have attempted capital murder, you
- 10:31know, the captain murder. Yeah, that's that's why the thing is the
- 10:35case tempt the capitol murders and the captain murders. They come up the captain
- 10:43murders and the others. Yeah, yeah, saying ten people that got shot
- 11:03understand than the that they have to take time. Okay, So yeah,
- 11:13that's what it is. Wow, Okay you want you yes, go ahead.
- 11:26Uh, the case the case is to assaults, right, but the
- 11:31only way that they can turn and make it the murder is because of the
- 11:37number's gonna get shot. Okay, because the solid through the twenty. Okay,
- 11:43but because two people got shot in the same criminal episode, they are
- 11:46trying to turn this case until amy for among so what they did in his
- 11:52particular situation, they took me can join both of them, solidating them into
- 11:58one indictment. But his cases that the fact that he was never arraigned on
- 12:03the original to indictements that they never dismissed. So they win him from autistic
- 12:09capital mother your trial, raise him for the typtic capital money, but they
- 12:18never dils the other two indicements until the him guilty. So bysuality the original
- 12:28which he got convicted for it to notut the glass juris pictory. The two
- 12:33incitements, which is the alchemy of Southeast had set the glisters in this case.
- 12:39Now, so using the fact that this is in the tipt the capital
- 12:43Mother, there is no mother that an upgrade it from nineteen to nineteen o
- 12:50three, that's the dis So that's what he did. Would you agree?
- 13:01Okay? Okay? What where what you there? Can you can you hear
- 13:09little can Drake? I can hear them a litle bit, and I heard
- 13:13about the dispenser and that is correct. Uh, I really just can't hear
- 13:18them on the other stuff, but I can't speak on that. Like when
- 13:20I first got locked up and charged, was with two different encitements from each
- 13:24individual for a tented murder. Okay, where they come back and three months
- 13:30later, and like I said, I still was a represented by no attorney.
- 13:33I had no turn at the time. I'm just in in the camp
- 13:35no by myself. John, don't know what's going on, and they're coming
- 13:39pretty indicted and charged at tent the captain murder, too active figure souse to
- 13:43attention murder, you know, theturity to decide. Well, I didn't find
- 13:48out after my trial and laid on down in the years when I hain't got
- 13:52my brother to find two public records that a part that it wasn't even doc
- 13:58to me in my doctor did Hey, they just they then dismissed the first
- 14:01two attentive murders. I got convicted, So that means them two indictments were
- 14:05still a live mission. No so, but then then two live instruments,
- 14:09how said my attentive capital merchant because the person right way is uh dismissed until
- 14:16after I was convicted captain murder. So I see these hands on it,
- 14:22and I want to further, say, if we use the sect and we
- 14:24use the highest charge to the lead charge that let's say captain murder is the
- 14:28highest charge, the second is murdered, and then if nobody dies, you
- 14:33have what you hout the murder actually South those two characters twenty. So what
- 14:39I'm trying to say is how can activate the south attentive murder supersed or circumvent
- 14:45of Furdam jump over perdam, over the statue of murder and get to the
- 14:48capital offension. You can't even get to the murder because there is no murder.
- 14:52You can't get to that. So how can we circummit that? But
- 14:56to the seed and choice and jump? All we help is discharge is get
- 15:00that I have? You know, So it's show has been showing how they
- 15:03did because when I say, even with my first two attend to merger indightenment's
- 15:07they're not even document in my doctor where the dismissal of those two. It's
- 15:13not me, but I have to pay work the truth because I got the
- 15:18public preser So it showed it shows the crookness in the system that how they
- 15:22do things, the issues and just shoot for a confusion. Whether you whether
- 15:26if I you're into or whether it use the law and the problem that's what
- 15:31they're not doing you you know what, I just want to jump in right
- 15:33quick because just listening to what you said, that just gave me uh an
- 15:41instant had just to see how they It seemed like they're making up their own
- 15:48rules as they go. So so they gonna wait till you get convicted,
- 15:52then they're gonna go and dismissed the other charges. Yeah, that's how that's
- 15:58how to do it. I mean, see, when you lank to the
- 16:00laws, they can do that. Because a lot of times to the young
- 16:04uh meet and the women that they're concentrated, we were just landing to the
- 16:10law. We don't we don't know anything about the laws, so we have
- 16:11to uh put our trust into the legal system, which is cruk. So
- 16:18you know, they view theirself against and expect us to know these things all
- 16:22that, and we don't know that. So we'll come down here and get
- 16:26caught up in the system, you know what I'm saying, and get lost
- 16:30and then when we kind of snap, we were hit with all kind of
- 16:33like statues where were limitation for we had of time or you know what I'm
- 16:40saying, we were black, right and you and you know family friends.
- 16:49We need to really get out there and vote because if you that's name clearly
- 16:55to Ken Drake h to me, basically, I would think that they were
- 17:00sitting up in their playing for it. They that they they're not going by
- 17:06the just in there making up stuff. We need to get out and vote
- 17:14one percent or in Texas. You guys, that's not that's not acceptable.
- 17:22You guys need to get out there and vote for your judges, for for
- 17:29your da. This doesn't make no sense you I'm listening to. I talked
- 17:38to man from Denver, Texas, California. These man's don't know each other,
- 17:47but each one of their cases are the same, are the same.
- 17:59Sometimes I just don't like. But I'm contest right now and I'm believe Cornel.
- 18:04Do you have anything to say your do you have anything to add that?
- 18:14What? Uh, I'm dealing with something okay? And what I can
- 18:18see was this, I follow a lack of subject matter Jurassic Okay, there
- 18:26can cases I defic to this case. Okay, you can follow emotion right
- 18:32now, the request for immediate relief. But he has the emotion for judicial
- 18:37notice? Why because he have already found a liberal challenge the condition. What
- 18:42he can do right now is found emotions for tradition requestion for immediate release based
- 18:51on subject of jurisdiction of the convicted incitement, which is the second indust him
- 19:00for why because that indictment does not have to dis because the two indictments to
- 19:06which he was originally indictment would never dismissed until conviction. Because of that,
- 19:11now he got to get the convicting court to the requests for evident on the
- 19:17fact that the convicted court managers because that's what, yeah, right now we
- 19:25can do emotion, but the tradition'll notice. And that's where he's at because
- 19:30the fact that he've already followed leven little seven, they'll try to hit him
- 19:33with such quint application. So right now he can go on hearing to be
- 19:37held on that issue because if right man, he shouldn't even be in form
- 19:41under the circumstances from a capital talent halfic because that's mons the case and the
- 19:47court they said, you're right. They messed over him by trying to upgrade
- 19:52the two cases to the capital offer. But why they did that is how
- 19:57many times the victims get shot. That's the number one question. That's why
- 20:02they waited to attempt to murder, to make it a temple murder, because
- 20:11a big those two and what Okay, so I'm gonna I'm gonna get your
- 20:23take on this, lead drink man, go ahead. Oh yeah, Well,
- 20:33well you can say about the gerisdiction. Uh, you know it.
- 20:37It happens to certain ways and different on how you get case because like say,
- 20:42like the master ship and the first get locked up, you got to
- 20:45go for a master ship and the under the kind of turning once you exd
- 20:49for the turn to get one where at that time I had these one.
- 20:52So that's a violation right there. But until you have somebody just sit there
- 20:57and listened to you and be able to to take you under wing. And
- 21:02but it's not out there, I mean you pretty much on your own,
- 21:04you know. But then dealing with the systems, like to say, the
- 21:08voting and all that. I mean I was at school and h but a
- 21:11lot of times to fight the system there where you got the good time to
- 21:17play they all worked. Just have to find the proper time and the proper
- 21:21way to get off the ship, you know, because Lena say, uh
- 21:26I scratch back and scratch life in drones, you know where you might have
- 21:30this this uh coecuter you know, be the conviction and they use the quarter
- 21:37upon a turnt Hey man, you give me so good the next time,
- 21:40I'll let you go on and next. So so we're gonna get that that
- 21:44stuff in the voting. That's cool with He got into somebody that the board
- 21:48to stand behind and accident put the law out there where people can understand what's
- 21:52going on. It's just like when I come down, they tell the jury
- 21:56that hey, I'm gonna have a good time work time when I come down
- 21:59there, and that when I have when I come down here and work and
- 22:03do my possibilities and do that and trying to apply by the rules down here.
- 22:07I suppos came to get your time a chance of my time where I
- 22:11can you know, basically you throw at a deep time. But we don't
- 22:14get there that activating of tact and in our tension, you know you know
- 22:18what I'm saying. You know, so if you're getting that to us while
- 22:22we're not getting its calculated on our on our shoes. So we're not getting
- 22:26that. So like he got to see somebody out there to bring me to
- 22:30the attention of the defensiveciety that to know what's really going on. It's the
- 22:33lies being told so that they don't see. So when those the same something
- 22:37now they can be when they be on them churious and stuff like that,
- 22:41they can have this stuff of mine that they they know that hey man,
- 22:44stuff has to be done. And looking at the different life. Like I
- 22:47said, the delver standards like a lot of cases that and now we're mother
- 22:51for shooting a different bing. There's not I haven't seen too many take the
- 22:55chap effect. I haven't seen none the last years out there. Look attend
- 23:00strific pork station. I haven't attend that. All like in then is aggravated
- 23:04thoughts. They've been charged the multivaccivated health. I'm trying to see whether the
- 23:08doble station. Why it's not because back then, like in the nine and
- 23:15all, they wanted to do the boom in the system of incorporation. That's
- 23:18all they wanted the conditionion and it was a boldment and just where the money
- 23:22just where they were being tasperated because everybody get the feature supplier. So when
- 23:27everybody get a piece of the pot, they leave us in the prediction where
- 23:33we got to serve this time, sous of big brief. So now it's
- 23:37just in over flood and it's overpasperated. Now they kind to find a way.
- 23:41The fire and the damage has already been done and so we all can't
- 23:45the bunch down here. So it's you know a lot like speaking on this
- 23:49day, you really get this. It's hard to get everything and and and
- 23:53one a little you know kettle, but we still try to want to get
- 23:57everything that kettle we was gonna put up then where everybody can see justice done
- 24:04it right. And it's just not just happening to the the black man.
- 24:11That's happening to everybody, every evening. Everybody is dealing with this. So
- 24:18we all need to stand together and come together and say enough, it's enough.
- 24:22When it's enough enough, you actually have people that's doing these crimes that's
- 24:29not serving the time, like the men's that happened did the actual crime that's
- 24:37not fear. They rewrite these laws where it's going to only work for the
- 24:45ones that's entering the system. Now it's not it's not being retroactive for the
- 24:52men's that are the women that's kind of incarcerated, and that's not right exactly
- 25:03A well go ahead Cornell then and your you know, you make the two
- 25:17victims in your trial and no about interstation, right, okay, So when
- 25:23the criminal investigating the point the fact that you was the one who actually committed
- 25:33to office, he can he couldn't hear you, Cornell? Can you repeat
- 25:45it in a few so he can't. Can you hear me? Can you
- 26:00can you hear me? Okay? So, m can you hear me?
- 26:19Yes, we can hear you. I guess you can't hear me either,
- 26:25can you? He was asking? Okay, In your case, he said
- 26:34that there was a statement saying that the witnesses did not testify that they did
- 26:42not identify you as Yeah. Yes, they then uh to the police.
- 26:56Yeah, so your witness didn't identify Yeah, yeah, it wasn't They wasn't
- 27:08sure. It was then my fat work and they were coersion, but one
- 27:11was in the hospital. They were you know what I'm saying saying that was
- 27:15me police and then there was no statement ever made to the police about being
- 27:18a shooter or being identified too. That my name was said because I've been
- 27:22the average. But at the same time, you know, uh, the
- 27:26statement was made for a simular term you know, and that they and my
- 27:32lawyer has to be to see that statement. And I looked at my whole
- 27:36transcript and that never came up again. So that should have been a bitted
- 27:38in the court. Well what was bentinued, because who knows integued it could
- 27:42have been. You know, we didn't see them do nothing to do anything
- 27:45that changing to check the opication. Mm hmm. You have one man at
- 27:52least. Okay, you gonna have to you gonna you're gonna have to come
- 27:57back. We got we got to finish this conversation because this is I mean,
- 28:04this is crazy. The witness didn't even identify you, right, that
- 28:12guy's in the transcript. They didn't. Just like I say, uh we
- 28:21we got a time for what you'd like to come on again. I'm gonna
- 28:26be with it. So I think you put out to it once again.
- 28:30And I think there listening. Just hope that what I said it can you
- 28:34know, take any fact that you know to help me help all the other
- 28:37people that cause of the same thing. We need y'all help. H mm
- 28:45hmm. Thank you once again for joining us the Kendrick and thank you producing
- 28:52secure good. You know this this breaks my heart. You have men and
- 29:03women that's fighting for their freedom for crimes that they didn't commit. You've got
- 29:11statements where the officers is cohersing the witnesses, the witnesses not identifying the sentences
- 29:22is not fitting the what they've been accused. They are being over sentenced.
- 29:33When is enough? It's enough? Can somebody tell me that? When is
- 29:40enough enough? Is Cornel still there? He getting ready to combat? But
- 29:56I just want to say something. Can you can you hear me? I
- 30:00can hear you? Okay? So, like Ak was saying, like the
- 30:10Kendrick was saying, it's gonna take people outside, people that are not tied
- 30:15to Texas, people that that that that are not attached to these people,
- 30:22because what is happening is this buddy buddy system and all these people know each
- 30:30other and all this stuff is staying in the loop because you can't tell me.
- 30:36Nobody was how can you get a capital life sentence? And nobody was
- 30:41murdered, nobody even was shot. They couldn't even identify this man. They
- 30:49when they gave vehicle descriptions, they did not destrive his vehicle. That's the
- 30:57crazy thing. And see this is happening over and over and over and over
- 31:04and over again. He's not the only one. But it's sad because if
- 31:10you don't know the law, your family don't know the law, you just
- 31:14you you lost because if you, if you, if you can't speak up
- 31:19for yourself, you you're gonna you, You're gonna trust him because guess what,
- 31:26We've been told to trust the system because the system is supposed to work.
- 31:29So we're told in the system, and it has failed. It has
- 31:34failed our brown people. And they ain't just talking about the black people.
- 31:38I'm talking about the Hispanic people as well, because they if they don't have
- 31:44money, if there's a language barrier, that they're in trouble. If they
- 31:48cannot speak English, they're in trouble. If they don't have money, they're
- 31:53in trouble. And that's what a lot of these people are finding out.
- 31:59And then they're telling them they can do this because they can because they have
- 32:06that power, they have that authority, and that's what they're used and you
- 32:20know what I mean, that's that's what they do. And just like you
- 32:25know, just listening to the Kendrick and and nobody wasn't it wasn't no death
- 32:34in his case. It took me back to Denver to mister Kemp's case.
- 32:42He got like, I don't even I don't even think any I don't even
- 32:52think there was any type of body in his case, and that he shouted
- 32:59a building. He he shot a building. Nobody was injured. That's the
- 33:05thing. So how do you override how do you override the assault and court
- 33:15after the very very court and was making up their own lost, making up
- 33:29you, and then you convict him. But see he over there, he
- 33:37over there in Texas. Man, these people over there killing each other,
- 33:39These people over there overdosing on drugs. These people don't care what the US
- 33:51so this. They got a tuberculosis operat they got uh people overdose in no
- 34:00drugs. Somebody over there over those last night in the y building. Girl
- 34:05in in in the group that I'm in on on social media right here in
- 34:09the chat they end up talking about it in the chat. This is this
- 34:13is a day to day thing. This is real life. This ain't something
- 34:16that we're seeing on TV. This this is this is every day we wake
- 34:21up like some somebody's Man, do you think I go to sleep? I
- 34:24can't go to sleep and lay down with all this heavy stuff on my heart
- 34:29how can you, How can how can these these officials rest that night when
- 34:35we can't, And how we're doing is advocating and fighting for these people and
- 34:42these people the way some of these people are here, Carson right, they
- 34:47can rest that night because it's not none of their family, it's not it's
- 34:55not one of their loved ones party, So they can rest. They they
- 35:02as long as they the money is coming in, they they're good. But
- 35:08until it affects they pocket or a family member, then they're gonna try to
- 35:14go in and try to change things and stuff and make little Johnny okay or
- 35:20whatever they want to call them. You know, it doesn't make no sense,
- 35:24just like in in Denver it was but but but but but for real,
- 35:31for real, do you really think by I mean just your more and
- 35:37your dues, how you live in your belief system? I mean you gotta
- 35:43have some kind of belief system. I mean, you got you kinda believe
- 35:45that you didn't get here by yourself and that you're gonna have to stand before
- 35:49somebody one day and be accountable for those things that that that that that you
- 35:54have done. You you've got to believe that. You can't believe that you
- 35:59just boom got dropped out of the sky. You you can't you got that
- 36:06being said people were gonna be accountable for all that they have done. Well,
- 36:14they're gonna be accountable for that. They're gonna have to stand before them
- 36:17and he's gonna say, well, boom here, I am boom here.
- 36:22Now what you didn't do what you were supposed to do. You you was
- 36:27conniving you you you you cost people their lives. You put people in prison
- 36:31for thirty three years, twenty five years. I'm talking about you. The
- 36:36picture behind us, these people, and it's drop behind us, all of
- 36:39them. You add up all they all their time together. How many years
- 36:44of those you don't tell you don't call doctor numbers, you don't call them
- 36:47before. I mean that that's some time. Cornell, corne Cornell, the
- 36:55picture that Yeah, basically do you hear? Okay? I can barely hearing
- 37:07what we have? This capitalist Okay? Well okay, and the reason is
- 37:20capital members because I elected officials upon the short because wow, injustice, Okay,
- 37:29in this United States now we have what we call the blacks being convicted
- 37:32by white Jersey. We have secrecy of the great jury, we have the
- 37:37law parties, we have hearing. We have jazz donation campaigns. We have
- 37:43got tony double buildings, we have the eminent stations scandal. We have all
- 37:46of these operations designed the plea bargain system. We have all these operations designed
- 37:53men in order to make a shot that oh create cortoration. Did he cut
- 38:09off? Okay, I guess we haven't a little uh she mute? You
- 38:30muted her? Button? She don uh? Angela the mute muted herself.
- 38:44I don't know what h you hear him? I can't think. I don't
- 38:53know if God it muted? Okay, Oh, okay, okay, I
- 39:04can hear. You can hear me, Yes a king, ma'am. It's
- 39:09cappatimism man, because we have a system like I say that Devin Man and
- 39:14all create mass of corporation, looking at our provation systems, looking at our
- 39:17the roll board system, looking our traditional system. Were talking about indictments earlier.
- 39:23Every in the United States is no good wow, because it's created by
- 39:28rubber stampoint. Okay. The case sums that the mystic kendic Man is basically
- 39:32that train them co operation. He was indicted for the too applivated aut cape,
- 39:38which is that he was only entitled to two to twenty years, nothing
- 39:43above twenty years. But the test attorney's office and the piccy gets found a
- 39:47way that they can take them for both of them and dying together and give
- 39:52here on the camp to murder case, knowing that on the testing capital murder
- 39:58case and it's five ninety nine to life or life or easing injection. And
- 40:01that's what they've done to him. And they do this to a lot of
- 40:05people who, like you said, don't have no outside have no family members
- 40:08that will back them up. And then we don't have no community members coming
- 40:12in to see what they are doing to us. When we go to course,
- 40:17we are forced to all waite jury trial wow, because it's easier for
- 40:21them to get a conviction. They don't want a mistrial, they want a
- 40:24conviction man. And after the conviction, now it is hard for us to
- 40:29overturn that conviction because the way our system is now deserted. We have to
- 40:32follow living the Coast seven to try to get out of prison, and now
- 40:37no second process as a share If you cannot frame everything that you can find
- 40:42in your case in one application, you can't come back. So now here
- 40:46it is you got people sit in your case records to the Churney Hiller's office
- 40:51with a hold in your information from the public looking people are framing you.
- 40:57So now, how is it possible for you to to to win your conviction
- 41:00when your records are sitting in an attorney Talner's office and you don't even know
- 41:04it. So this is a problem with our United States, sports man,
- 41:07and our United States system is finding short creates ration and we don't have nobody
- 41:15here out here voting to try to cleang these things. We don't have nobody
- 41:20out here trying to put these politicians and the elected officials in place to make
- 41:22them get out of office. We don't have nothing, man, So what
- 41:25like you said, we need to come out and vote. But that's what
- 41:29we have, man, We need to come out and vote. That's what
- 41:31we need to do. Man, off, do some documentaries on need elected
- 41:36officials of these states. That's creating aledge mass and cortoration. That's what we
- 41:40should do. And expose these systems. That's what we should do. Man.
- 41:45That's just makes a suggestion. Man, Okay, And that's this suggestion,
- 41:58Angela, what is your take? Well, already know your take because
- 42:05I can see it on your face. Okay, Well, I'm basically just
- 42:15listening. You know, I have a lot to say, because there's a
- 42:21lot that can be done. You got a governor that takes three one hundred
- 42:29and something million dollars from the prison system and give it to the border,
- 42:32Yet you still can't control the border. If you can take that much money
- 42:37out of the system and put it in another system, then there should be
- 42:40a turn around at that system you put that money in. Yet still you
- 42:44got two systems that are totally messed up now and you have nothing to account
- 42:50for. Where is the receipts when people start asking for these receipts, and
- 42:54people start asking for itemized bills of where all this money is going, because
- 43:00a lot of this money is going home to these people pockets, these cars
- 43:05they ride around here in these these mansions they living in. Use. When
- 43:09they say do it big in Texas, they mean you do it big in
- 43:12Texas because you go to some of the houses. You look at some of
- 43:15their houses. Now, how you got a whole mansion over there, and
- 43:17you don't know you got a mansion over there, because it's it belonged to
- 43:22to tax money from from from from the yea from the people, but you
- 43:28don't know you got it, but your name on it. Come on,
- 43:30now, this kind of stuff they do you you you you got the governor
- 43:37he he him. You got some of these other Republican ele They love the
- 43:42ground that Donald Trump walk on, the biggest criminal of them all out,
- 43:50the person that wants to head the country and sit in the most sacred seat.
- 43:57Because you need a lot of people. You're not just leading a few
- 44:00people. You leading millions and millions and millions of people. But yet y'all
- 44:08will brush you under the rug thirty four felonies. When you got people that
- 44:15m who ain't never had one, ain't never had one. Yet you're giving
- 44:21them capital murder. You're giving them capital life sentences. You're giving them triple
- 44:25life sentences. I'm talking about, you're giving people five life sentences. I
- 44:30mean, when you go back and listen to some of these archives stories like
- 44:34when when when people realize that, hey, Angela and Janette really over here,
- 44:39they really over here sharing a lot of things, and they over here
- 44:44sharing these people's stories. These people are real, y'all. These people come
- 44:47on here and some of these people have been on here back back back to
- 44:51back, back, back to back, because and then you listen to their
- 44:54stories. Their stories never change. Haven't changed since thirty three years ago,
- 45:02twenty five years ago, two years ago, fifteen years ago. They're still
- 45:07the same. But you got to have people that sometimes don't even know these
- 45:14people, that will stand up for these people and go to war for these
- 45:17people and fight for these people, because y'all see, then they see the
- 45:22truth, they see the integrity, they see the honesty. Y'all. I'm
- 45:25sick of hearing somebody getting killed by getting knocked in the head with a motor
- 45:31from a fan. I'm sick of hearing somebody have overdosed on K two.
- 45:36Somebody don't overdose on ice. Somebody don't get all this How these people getting
- 45:40all this stuff to this person. I'm telling you, if you pick up
- 45:47the keys, you're not forgotten book. I'm telling you, y'all gonna see
- 45:52a lot of stuff that is taking place inside of Texas prison system TDCJA.
- 46:00I'm telling you, y'all is not a game. I'm telling you when and
- 46:07when when when? When I started this class, I said, I'm gonna
- 46:10utilize this class to to show these people I'm gonna show these people. So
- 46:16I did an organization class of leadership. Organization class had an opportunity to break
- 46:22down the leadership in the organization of TDC James, show these people where these
- 46:28people are wrong in the era. Don't you know? My teacher told me
- 46:31that I should be a consultant for these that should tell you something that's some
- 46:39truth to some of the stuff that I'm saying. And I had to I
- 46:45had the document I had to show, I had the leaks. I had
- 46:50man reference, quotes, citations, That's what we had to use. Don't
- 46:57plagiarism, Huh, couldn't you It was no exact quotes, couldn't quote nothing
- 47:01that nobody don't don't say it or did. This is what I'm doing.
- 47:07I'm showing these people. And and since they want to take these same laws
- 47:12that they tell these these prisoners, these these these people that they sit back
- 47:19decades ago and they mapped this out, they planned this when they started with
- 47:25the private prisons, they started the mass incarceration. They had to fill these
- 47:30beds, so they had to do stuff that would cause the mass incarcerations.
- 47:36So what they do they feed They feed our projects with drugs. They made
- 47:45stuff entice into to our women that will keep out uh away from the men.
- 47:51They introduced a lot of the LG these numbers, these these letters,
- 47:55all these letters, and they they make things okay, nah see get no
- 48:06way from fistruction. Man. They tear the family structure. They know what
- 48:10they're doing because these people are not not part of their agendas, not part
- 48:16of their plan. And if people think that Project twenty twenty five is fake
- 48:23news, if they think it's fake news, if they think it's a joke,
- 48:27if they think, they better read it for theirself. Man, this
- 48:30man ain't playing. He for real about that. He about to do away
- 48:35with a lot of this stuff for the single parents. He about to do
- 48:37away with a lot of this stuff for the working Ain't finna be no working
- 48:43class people. If you ain't got money, you ain't finna man, if
- 48:45you ain't got money, you finish beat were finna be. Ain't finna be
- 48:50no working class no moment, because they finna do a lot of He finna
- 48:52give more tax breaks to those those billionaires and those people that got money.
- 48:58I'm telling you a lot of peop people night. I need to call in
