- 0:00Did you know that on February 11th of this year?
- 0:03The Urantia book will have been or at least the idea of the
- 0:06Rancho Revelation has been in existence for 100 years.
- 0:11We're going to talk about that next.
- 0:13But I want to remind you that the fellowship and the
- 0:16foundation in Chicago is having a huge event on February 11th,

- 0:42100 year anniversary. In a moment.
- 0:44We're going to talk a little about the Revelation. 100 years
- 0:48later when we continue February 11th, 2023 marks. 100
- 1:07years, since the Urantia Revelation was born.
- 1:14It was born in Chicago at 5:33 Diversey, Parkway a building
- 1:19that still stands and is home to the Urantia Foundation.
- 1:27It's a lot, a lot of information online about it.
- 1:31There's no shortage of information online.
- 1:34So I won't give you all the details.
- 1:37Except to say that this website is a, is an examination of that
- 1:43revelation. And I'm just going to be upfront
- 1:47and honest with you. You're looking at something that
- 1:51is so revelatory. The people don't even look at
- 1:57it. The Vault, the sheer volume of
- 2:01the content is over, while is overwhelming.
- 2:08It truly is a spectacular collection of writings that that
- 2:16completely portray a vibrant and living universe.
- 2:24It says it's a gift of the Gods. And I'm not a religious man.
- 2:33But I'm a man of intelligence and thought and I have studied
- 2:38the Rancher Revelation for 40 years.
- 2:41I have had thousands of discussions with people through
- 2:46that time others from around the world. we've also studied the
- 2:51imagi papers and we don't sit around and Pat ourselves on the
- 2:55back for For being smart enough to discover the Revelation were
- 3:00humbled by it. We're humbled by it so much that
- 3:04we don't understand why other people aren't shouting about it
- 3:10from the rooftops. This should be headlining
- 3:13headline news. This should be something that it
- 3:21screams attention. But because a third of it is
- 3:27dedicated to the life and teachings of Jesus, you
- 3:30immediately animal eliminate Christians.
- 3:35Because Christians feel threatened when anything about
- 3:39Christ comes their way that didn't come from the Bible and
- 3:43then you have the rest of humanity.
- 3:46That doesn't like Jesus, they're not interested.
- 3:52And that's the world we live in today, folks.
- 3:54So, the gods have given us a revelation of Truth, the history
- 3:59book of the cosmos. A detailed explanation of how we
- 4:05got here. And no one wants to read it.
- 4:09It reminds me of when they nailed Jesus to the Cross,
- 4:15nobody wanted to hear what he had to say.
- 4:17He made people uncomfortable. Made a lot of Rich powerful
- 4:22people very uncomfortable because he dared to say that God
- 4:25belong to everybody not just them.
- 4:31And so now we have a book, 2,000 years later, the tells us that
- 4:34God belongs to everybody. and only a few people here that here
- 4:41the message, but it's growing, it's growing.
- 4:50It's something that you cannot ignore.
- 4:55You simply cannot ignore it. You know, there were some
- 4:59original criticisms about the Urantia book.
- 5:05And dr. William Sadler who was part of
- 5:08the contact commission, who made it possible?
- 5:12Although he didn't write it and he didn't have any impact impact
- 5:17on its narrative. He was able to Make it possible
- 5:23for the Urantia book to come into existence.
- 5:27And the reason that's true is because he treated a patient who
- 5:33acted as a conduit of sorts. That was able to communicate
- 5:38intelligently from the other side about the goings-on of the
- 5:43ranch papers. And so again, without getting
- 5:48into too much detail, dr. William Sadler was part of the
- 5:52process. Of bringing people together.
- 5:57Who could review and study the ranch of book and the papers as
- 6:01they were coming through and I use that term as they were
- 6:05coming through with a specific meaning.
- 6:08No one knows who wrote the Rancher papers, they were in
- 6:11handwritten form. When we saw them.
- 6:16Did a patient of dr. Sadler act as a channeling
- 6:19conduit. We don't know dr.
- 6:21Sattler is emphatic about his point that there is no automatic
- 6:26writing or channeling associated with the ranch papers.
- 6:30He went to his grave by the way, saying people that are involved
- 6:35in the study of the Rancho book even before it was published,
- 6:39Will swear on a stack of Bibles that there was no Supernatural
- 6:44event connected with the appearance of these papers.
- 6:47Other than the fact of the appearance themselves, Now, some
- 6:52speculate that it was probably a mid where that took translation
- 6:56is dr. Sadler son, Bill.
- 6:58Sadler once said, if you were sitting in the room at the time,
- 7:02the ranch of papers were written, which you might see is
- 7:06a pencil floating in space riding on pieces of paper.
- 7:11But that's all you'd see. What you wouldn't see is that
- 7:15the Midway are is sitting there. Holding the pencil who's
- 7:17invisible to the Mortal eyes and he's listening to detail.
- 7:20Ian from the superior seraphim, who might be getting the
- 7:25original message from the author of High Spirit, being who
- 7:29authored the paper in question, another 196 papers so,
- 7:40Criticisms. After the book was published
- 7:42from members of religious circles because when they first
- 7:46published the book, they started sending it out the foundation.
- 7:51And one of the criticisms that bill Sadler, writes about, and
- 7:55all of this is available on your Ranch it out of work.
- 7:58If you look at study AIDS, criticisms number one
- 8:04theologians and Seminary professors will never endorse
- 8:07the Urantia book. That's the number one criticism
- 8:12of the Urantia book. The Seminary professors people
- 8:15of theology people who are learned people who whose
- 8:21backgrounds are in Christian teachings or Judea Christian
- 8:26teachings or judaic teachings. And so Sadler's response to this
- 8:31criticism was once upon a time, he imprisoned John sent
- 8:35Messengers to Jesus for inquiry about the certainty of his
- 8:38teachings and his mission. Did Jesus send word to John
- 8:42saying quote go tell John the doctors of the law and the
- 8:46professor's of the rabbinic. Academies of Jerusalem are
- 8:50accepting the gospel. The leaders of the Pharisees,
- 8:54and the Sadducees are being baptized, even some of the chief
- 8:58priests and leading, citizens of Jerusalem are flocking to our
- 9:02standard know. Jesus did not send that message
- 9:06to John, but he did say to John, go back and tell John He is not
- 9:11forgotten. Tell him what you have seen and
- 9:14heard that the poor have good tidings preached to them.
- 9:20From Mark, 12:37 in the in the New Testament.
- 9:24Quote, The Common People heard him, gladly So I want to bring
- 9:31this point up to the fact that one of the areas of the world
- 9:34were the ranch, a book and indeed Christianity, still
- 9:38flourishes is Africa. Africa is the is the number one
- 9:46continent and the growth of contemporary Christianity.
- 9:50There are more Christians emerging every year in Africa
- 9:55than in any other country. Isn't that amazing?
- 10:01Africa is the poorest country on the planet, has the most
- 10:04impoverished people the most starvation.
- 10:09It's also the largest country ruled mostly by despots and
- 10:12Marxist. People who Will kill you if you
- 10:17declare yourself a Christian. And yet, Christianity thrives.
- 10:27Meanwhile, in the West. a Christian Nation based on judeo
- 10:31Christian Christian values, and What is it now?
- 10:3535 percent people say they're Christians. 65 percent.
- 10:39Say they're not. And who's having all the
- 10:43problems of corruption? Well Africa, has its corruption.
- 10:48Just as America has its corruption.
- 10:52But the corruption in America, also filters down like a river.
- 10:59And we have corruption in the streets.
- 11:01We have Anarchy, we have protest against law enforcement.
- 11:05We have media that is intent on dividing people with class race
- 11:11gender struggles. So we're not a nation of
- 11:16God-fearing god-loving, you know, citizens far from it.
- 11:22We love our Liberty. So much that we want to have a
- 11:26right to Do whatever we want without question, we want free
- 11:32will, but we don't think about where that Free Will comes from.
- 11:37And why that Free Will is there. Things are not looking good in
- 11:41the west, but that's not why we do this podcast.
- 11:44We don't we're not going to focus on that.
- 11:46While we are going to focus on the fact is that we are in the
- 11:49midst of a revelation. And you can investigate how it
- 11:56got here, who wrote it, how it came to be, or you can just pick
- 12:00up the damn book and start reading.
- 12:01I'll give you a good place to start.
- 12:04Start from part, 3 of the book, The History of our planet start
- 12:08their read the whole thing all the way up to paper 119.
- 12:15Read it. Because if you have a good idea
- 12:19of how our planet got here, how life formed you'll begin to see
- 12:24the reality that the universe is not one big giant accident.
- 12:31That's the lie that you've been told.
- 12:35If you're a former Christian who walked away from the church,
- 12:39stop right there, I've got something to show you.
- 12:44I've got something that will blow you away.
- 12:47If you're an atheist who's hell-bent on proving to the
- 12:50world that God doesn't exist, stop right there.
- 12:55I want to challenge you. Start from part, one of the
- 12:59book, just read the first five papers and then put it down and
- 13:04walk away. And then in 5 days, call me up.
- 13:09Send me an email. Your answer book radio at
- 13:12gmail.com. And tell me that you're Angie
- 13:16book, didn't change your mind and your realized all along that
- 13:19you were wrong. The life isn't one big.
- 13:22That life is not one big accident. and that you're an
- 13:27accident about imagine, if you told your children, Oh, we
- 13:32didn't want to have you. You are an accident.
- 13:36Me and Mom were coming back from a party one night.
- 13:39We actually said we don't want kids and then boom, 9.9 months,
- 13:43later your porn. Imagine if you told a child, how
- 13:46they would feel to know that they're an accident of nature.
- 13:53There's no purpose. Well that's basically what
- 13:56science tells us. So you want to go ahead.
- 14:02Believe that believe that you're just an accident of nature.
- 14:05There's no purpose or what you're doing.
- 14:07No, meaning in your life. How's that working out for you?
- 14:13You know, that what is it? 4/10?
- 14:16Forty percent of American adults now are taking some form of
- 14:20antidepressant. Isn't that something?
- 14:24How's that working out for you? Not working out very good.
- 14:27Easy is it? You know I point out the fact
- 14:32that the if you want to jump on Christianity or if you want to
- 14:38say that religion is bad because it excludes people.
- 14:42I'm going to tell you to stop right there.
- 14:44That's not what we're talking about here.
- 14:47Talking about an idea. And the idea is that you are
- 14:53here for a purpose. They are endowed with the spirit
- 14:56and that is where that Free Will comes from.
- 15:00No other. No, other animal has free, will.
- 15:04They have Instinct and they want to eat.
- 15:08And everything is about the preservation but that's not free
- 15:11will. Free Will is when you can
- 15:14decide, for example, not to steal something from somebody.
- 15:21Free Will is choosing to treat someone with respect. or helping
- 15:27someone out, who is in danger, you could choose not to But that
- 15:33Free Will is motivated by whatever motivates you if you're
- 15:37motivated by goodness and a desire to serve other that
- 15:41you're putting your free will. In the best possible light.
- 15:48But if your free will is about stealing and taking and just
- 15:52grabbing whatever you can get to better your own life at the
- 15:55expense of others. Then that Free Will is being
- 15:58abused. That's when animals do. so,
- 16:05depending on the kind of world you want to live in, I would
- 16:10argue that there's a lot of wonderful things that await and
- 16:17all of it is described in the Rancho book.
- 16:20So if your life is miserable, Or religion has failed you or your
- 16:25marriage has failed. You or your life is failed to
- 16:29pick up the ranch of a it's free.
- 16:31If you got a smart phone, download the app look for blue
- 16:35book. I think it's called the Blue
- 16:36Book or just search and the app store for your Rancho Del you
- 16:41found this podcast in you And then we'll talk again.
- 16:47My email address, your aunt, your book radio at gmail.com
- 16:50answer. Any question you have for me.
- 16:54As we check into the Revelation on this podcast and I'll be back
- 17:01shortly.
