  Hello, everyone, and welcome to Have Faith Let It Begin.

  This is Angel Santana, and we are back for another great episode here on Have Faith Let It Begin.

  And every once in a while, you know, we need to pause everything and slow down
• 1:29
  for just a moment and ask every simple question.
• 1:33
  And that question this morning is, how are you doing? That's right.
• 1:38
  Not the automatic answer, not the quick, I'm fine.
• 1:42
  I mean, really, how are you doing? That's the question. Because,
• 1:46
  you know, life moves very fast. Can we agree?
• 1:51
  Responsibilities, they pile up. Stress builds up. Worries grow up.
• 1:57
  And when I say grow up, I mean, they literally grow and they go up.
• 2:01
  So I'm being honest when I say that.
• 2:03
  And sometimes we spend so much time checking on everybody else that we forget to check on ourselves.
• 2:14
  So today I want to especially lift up in prayer members of my community, your community.
• 2:22
  In my community recently, families that have recently lost their homes due to
• 2:28
  fires. We've had many homes catch on fire this month and last month.
• 2:33
  Families that are trying to figure out what comes next.
• 2:37
  And I also want to lift up the firefighters because those men and women who
• 2:42
  ran toward danger while everyone else was running away.
• 2:47
  Three firefighters in our community here in the Hudson Valley were injured.
• 2:52
  And today we pray for healing, strength and protection over them.
• 2:57
  To every firefighter listening all over the world, thank you for your courage,
• 3:02
  your sacrifice and your willingness to serve others.
• 3:06
  I also want to talk about all that is out there right now.
• 3:11
  For example, the parents working two jobs, three jobs, sometimes even four,
• 3:17
  doing everything you can to keep food on the table, to provide,
• 3:22
  to show up, to keep going, even when you're exhausted.
• 3:26
  We see you. I see you.
• 3:29
  And now as another school year begins winding down, I know teachers loving that.
• 3:38
  Now there are parents getting ready to watch their children graduate,
• 3:44
  leave home, and go off to college.
• 3:47
  And maybe, if we're honest, that's hard because part of being a parent is learning
• 3:55
  how to let go while still loving with everything you have.
• 4:01
  But here's what I want you to remember today. Whatever you're carrying,
• 4:05
  whatever stress, whatever worry, whatever uncertainty, you are not carrying
• 4:12
  it alone because God sees you.
• 4:15
  God knows your heart.
• 4:18
  And sometimes faith is simply walking up.
• 4:23
  Looking up into the sky, or maybe even waking up and realizing there's one more
• 4:28
  day and trusting that God will give you strength.
• 4:33
  He will give you the strength to keep moving forward.
• 4:37
  So remember that today as we come together and pray.

  Heavenly Father, today we pray for every person listening, for the families hurting,
• 4:50
  the firefighters recovering, the parents
• 4:53
  struggling the workers exhaustion or
• 4:58
  exhausted either way you look at it right and the people silently carrying burdens
• 5:05
  that nobody else can see lord give them strength give them peace give them hope
• 5:12
  remind them that they are loved and that they're never alone,
• 5:18
  In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

  So today, before you move on with your busy schedule, take a moment and breathe.

  Check on somebody that you love. And don't forget to check on yourself too.

  We're praying for you. God blesses you. God is blessing you.

  God knows who you are. God believes in who you are. God trusts in you.
• 5:45
  And God is never gonna leave your side.

  Because God is here for you. And so are my and everyone here on the Have Faith, Let It Begin channel.

  So may God be with you. May he shine his light upon you and grant each and every
