- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and we'll go backs. Every now and
- 0:05then I will come across and I'll be looking at
- 0:07a store deputy. It just makes me for legal document.
- 0:11If there is any way by the lawyer, we are
- 0:13not worvingulation. Jane today is one of tho that they
- 0:18didn't receive. There should be circums should have received. We're
- 0:22a guy like that position, even with Diamond running from
- 0:26because new information not time strategist. They wouldn't have think
- 0:31that when you have the other allegations and you do,
- 0:35Jamie is going involve Jeffery Epstein right, he doesn't want
- 0:38to right time to talk about your concerned and gave
- 0:43him a diamondation. This guy couldn't even manage the bank.
- 0:49But I don't think that's going under his watch. Especially
- 0:52we should let him wattle whole commation. Kayn't wait to
- 0:56especially if Jamie Diamond didn't receive it. Today's art so
- 1:00today the New York Post from business if Jamie the
- 1:03headline wants political lawyer for Jeffrey need to answer about
- 1:06Epstein wants to question author Charlie Jamie Diamond again the
- 1:12author of the start Morgan Chief Diamond America's top banker,
- 1:16but lawyer also one of the want to sign by
- 1:21JP Morgan Chase after're steering the nation Arges bank telling
- 1:25Judge through the downs that they can come money along
- 1:28the way and over one hundred for it. They could
- 1:31have you. He made that questions along the way, under
- 1:33manipulating the whole entire still relviously common tactic. Honest, here's
- 1:37the thing where one side, I really think that Epstein
- 1:40the only one of the others, the Homie Hooker and
- 1:42the J Morgan anything the banks that were talked about
- 1:45to get of course not and that's when your emotions
- 1:48the lord that were any other same over discoverableterials these
- 1:53either side of saying and not received, they were also protecting.
- 1:57They're saying your executives they didn't have any of the
- 1:59relevant in and made that they have the buck stops
- 2:02with the guy actually because it wasn't to them. You
- 2:05want all that time, you want to make five hundred
- 2:07million dollars in the yield or whatever that for the
- 2:09defonition recently, you're going to shoulder some of the ability.
- 2:13As far as I'm the Virgin Island, what everybody else does,
- 2:16Lawyer the accuser, I'm concerning relevant information now from Jamie.
- 2:21There is zero chance ever in a letter to matter
- 2:24what situation, and it don't matter if the with LSD
- 2:27wrote that Morgan's untiming and the trigger down delivery possibly
- 2:32documents because he knows being president required by the way
- 2:36back President. In May, Michael biod successful experiencing doctor in
- 2:41the twenty twenty inexplicably the mud the lawyers large and
- 2:45Road on Friday, these people say, I'm sure most about
- 2:48you recognized that I'm done with that running and a
- 2:52big multi company to get men before the mention of
- 2:56a lot of the mouth and they also by as
- 3:00well another there's that likely factoring into his I've said
- 3:04it from the very beginning. That is currently the farms
- 3:07that get involved all of the infamous financier for the
- 3:11little guy or the little guy even from his grave.
- 3:13It's because then they're now better more and his present
- 3:18day will ambition. They're gonna get a bunch of money
- 3:20collateral moves. We guess they're gonna get publish. You read
- 3:23what you saw. It's a win wind for Jamia because
- 3:26it's political life million you're working for it even begin
- 3:29and there's no idea that they're in your company guy
- 3:32as well. Don't do business with people like Jeff warned
- 3:35that the banks like you know, the bags of waking
- 3:38up one morning and using your teeth, taking a shower
- 3:41and not doing clear warning. Just do that. Hem you're
- 3:45ahead of the gel to, and the same goes to
- 3:47these scumback billion arguments. I want to hang out all
- 3:50these people, key witnesses. They're choosing I gonna do it.
- 3:53Billionaires could be anywhere else in the higher world, he continued,
- 3:56they choose yet Jeffrey Epstein weekend prior to the whatever
- 4:00reason fact. So you're in immediately people call you out
- 4:03on six and read up your chu. Nobody gives a
- 4:06fuck about how inventded you are because you're naming the
- 4:09major documents next to which game. Here's an idea, you'll fly.
- 4:12I will break bread with the assole and nobody will
- 4:15talk about you long past being his friends. So she's
- 4:17saying that they's between nineteen ninety eight and twenty thirteen.
- 4:20Even pedophiles already tall as a major client. Morgan that
- 4:25had already had best known for the sex trafficking Docsliver
- 4:29forty considered all is one of the most relevant hundreds
- 4:34of millions of dollars produced because of his nasubstantial well
- 4:38strategically with help because he was a private financial no
- 4:41longer a coder millionaire use like JP fame employee less
- 4:47letter can tell brands and definitely get bigger hit. I
- 4:51got mad several we're talking about another most powerful people.
- 4:54This is in the world of what I am, and
- 4:56business from high profile would show us, this is what
- 4:58they do. Armed is what you paying with all of
- 5:00these names, the water that he was in control off
- 5:03that all of these people as far the money he
- 5:06had still court at least in a proper way doctrine
- 5:10what they were doing giving all of this money wants
- 5:14to go and to other giving Jeffreyttey of attorney performers,
- 5:18did you fall and hit your head? Morgan? Are you
- 5:20asking food and well from a baby? Food? And all
- 5:23of a sudden the dal banker, mister big shot, thousand
- 5:26money bags of two thousand. I built abern A nice
- 5:30janetorious lawyers get downs people the kingdom. But how is
- 5:34de genous? For no reason? With the then later on
- 5:37out of the road, ask if you want to try
- 5:39and to selous the story got things going on that
- 5:42money from me aware of Yeah, okay, sure, because it
- 5:44would seem to me if that wasn't going after people
- 5:46to give you an hour whatever that vows and the
- 5:49legacy medialy good and call you out. But I guess,
- 5:53come on, man one hundred and fifty eight million dollars
- 5:55victim in the case he's going for advice only by
- 5:58the Global controls? How much an investment JP not immediately
- 6:02on Epstein was such a an angel wizard bank is
- 6:08to lawsuits. That's your damage because it wasn't about it
- 6:11was that? What was it really about? One involves allegations
- 6:14from Epstein's accuser. Webstein developed contact and from the brought
- 6:21by the US nineteen he got a jail cell and
- 6:25Morgan tried tofter being arrested a second vert of the
- 6:28sex traffic of already settled in the weeks leading up
- 6:31to a death for more than about a career, and
- 6:34I think pardicular how I ended the charges that were
- 6:38more US Virgin Islands. I just want you to know
- 6:40I'm not a pedopp here. Maybe the only thing worse
- 6:43than being all the pedophal comprehension being called anyone a
- 6:47good idea? He said it was just ridiculous pedophile the
- 6:51US Virginians. Then tel Dollar in you might say multiple
- 6:55things that my position they can they should be on
- 6:58the federal lawsuit, and the felt that he didn't like
- 7:00that name was also I love that executive named jeff
- 7:04Staley who has Epstein wanted me to world the bank.
- 7:07He wasn't a monster, but so to rounding her clients,
- 7:11charging and trying to make daily and you know, nobody
- 7:14had said somebody that the rogue and bloye served. Yeah,
- 7:18rich and the powerful. You don't go on work at
- 7:20buying that it's several thousand and made lots of money,
- 7:24not being somebody who's I'm sure that's all he was doing.
- 7:26Somebody was looked at advisory junior bakers around junior employed
- 7:32off decisions all day exactly like the Le of Delphi.
- 7:35And instead of doing the right thing, Jeffrey using his position,
- 7:39I then asked people like justifying the crimes that way
- 7:43according to you didn't know the girls finger age his
- 7:45whole ass hand. Yes, he said the cookie eating, he
- 7:48was guilty of that. He is getting called on the
- 7:50receiving everybody evertical massages and between any of them against him. Yes,
- 7:55daily and if lawyer, we're looking to cash. I hate
- 7:58to say the riot and crude about well, but imagine
- 8:01having like that to say that to somebody foot for
- 8:04Charlie Gas, that's what it looks like. That's how a
- 8:06lot more I would all of them. I went the
- 8:11line and the tape out of his mouth. But instead
- 8:14and everybody's pointing the fers at everybody else righteous, nobody
- 8:18with is a responsibility make you sick? How can the
- 8:21part of the whole right and that is just shows
- 8:24you the allegations and there right now you are within
- 8:28his those come with one single done to be sure
- 8:32and yet and for me you down the JP you
- 8:37try and recoup the monthy PM is now being clued.
- 8:39But if you were wrong, you an island probate government,
- 8:43private resident, there was allegedly allegedly your chunk of that
- 8:48alleged but notage still saying your body after everything I
- 8:52learned with better people, Charlie Gasparino are helping out accuser
- 8:56also J Morgan, how the hell are you going to
- 8:59private on both allegedly aacilitated as they continue the profit
- 9:03allowed fun and he done out of the would be
- 9:06a whole other thing than going to prison. According with
- 9:09my there, that happened at least with any of the
- 9:12people because the down in the US epstein that were
- 9:17you even get we all go in. Of course they
- 9:19don't have any nobody said down nobody you know, I
- 9:23know a couple of people on all the chips are
- 9:26people in the center the table, and they were saying,
- 9:28happened no way, what are the real organs? Ever? Let
- 9:32the people go far accuser end up. I don't pay
- 9:37ball to the best. What happens with that's a whole
- 9:41different ball game, just because they're never gonna want the
- 9:44audio to one of the humiliation because that opens that
- 9:47a series the available if they say that, okay, it
- 9:51was our fault, that just the roll the U S
- 9:53dis ordered everybody else out there and automatically period while
- 10:01people being anyway, the flood gates haven't opened up. That's
- 10:05like you Morgan in August day. For this way, you're
- 10:10going to see them go after Staley. Dad. I've said
- 10:12from the jold that I think that the lawsuit, with
- 10:16the whole entire situation out of court in the U
- 10:18S a monetary far from like we saw, it's gonna
- 10:22get Messier. JPM began doing reality several years matter for
- 10:27several years for his two thousand fiction agency Sex That
- 10:31is another Girl Injustice. I am still in going after
- 10:35jam in two thousands. All going to be so it's
- 10:38hard because that's going to give it everything else on
- 10:42his way at the top, they're going to go to
- 10:44courl against us or the management against Jay's concerns about
- 10:49asking around other than that's a property. Shot it away
- 10:53and they know I a supervised with that's expected because
- 10:56the way, yeah, that Epstein on their own because there
- 11:01were other people a bank that you who were law
- 11:06with the US Virgin Islands. You had people had people
- 11:10legal knows where people were inoved, different people know what
- 11:15had different animals we saw because to settle a bunch
- 11:18of can anyone sit here and I will like to
- 11:20see about people at Morgan, I g what was going
- 11:23to see them settling because that every idea what was
- 11:29going on and they knew was the sick they can
- 11:33with the business can be the fact and the description
- 11:35of how is it that the bank thinks they're not
- 11:38going to be culpable here. For years, the firm investigated
- 11:42money transfers made by Epstein and filed suspicious activity reports
- 11:46with bank regulators when they saw money bouncing from his
- 11:50JPM accounts to places overseas. Epstein was said to have
- 11:55various excuses for the money moves, like fueling his private jet.
- 11:59So what happens is when they send over one of
- 12:01those suspicious activity reports from the bank, it goes to
- 12:05the fins In Division, the Financial Enforcement Division, and then
- 12:09they're supposed to look at those stars, the suspicious activity reports,
- 12:13and go from there either open an investigation or move
- 12:17it to the next level. And none of that happened either.
- 12:20So it was a failure not only on the bank's part,
- 12:23but on the regulatory committee's part as well. And fince In.
- 12:27We've already seen the fence and files and the shit
- 12:29show that goes on at that division. So here once
- 12:33again we're getting a live look in at the absolute
- 12:37terrible work done by the fince In Division and of
- 12:41course the financial sector as a whole, when we're talking
- 12:44about regulating scumbags like Epstein. JPM looked and found no
- 12:49evidence that the money was used in sex trafficking. JPM
- 12:52contends people at the bank also said they kept him
- 12:56around in part because he was close to a powerful
- 12:59jp executive, Jess Staley. Staley was the bank's head of
- 13:03private and investment banking. Once considered an air apparent to Diamond,
- 13:09Staley and Epstein were so tight that Staley stayed at
- 13:12Epstein's Virgin Islands there known as Pedophile Island. Once Staley
- 13:16left JPM in twenty thirteen, Epstein was gone as well,
- 13:21transferring his money to Deutsche Bank, where it remained almost
- 13:25until he died. And that was just a coincidence, right,
- 13:29His boy boogied, so he was like, you know what
- 13:31I'm done? Of course not. That was his guys point guy.
- 13:35And once Jess Staley was gone and he was no
- 13:38longer able to pull those levers, well, Epstein wasn't gonna
- 13:41trust just anyone to be involved in his bullshit, and
- 13:44neither were Epstein's handlers. Don't forget about them. Stale has
- 13:49said he's done nothing wrong. His attorney didn't return an
- 13:53email for comment, and in recent testimony he has said
- 13:56he wasn't the only JPM hancho aware of Epstein's lurid presence.
- 14:01Epstein's business deals inside JPM were well known to the
- 14:05firm's legal department, as well as top wealth management officials,
- 14:09according to depositions taken in JPM lawsuits. But Staley, in
- 14:15one core document, says he's specifically discussed matters relating to
- 14:19Epstein with Diamond himself, according to a person with direct
- 14:23knowledge of the matter, So how do you explain that
- 14:27somebody's lying and if they're doing it under oath, they
- 14:30should get in trouble for that. It should be perjury,
- 14:33just like it would be for me. Or you go
- 14:35and try and lie to the government or lie under
- 14:37oath and see how quick your ass gets arrested. So
- 14:40why is it not the same standard for bitch ass
- 14:42Jamie Diamond. Diamond denies ever speaking to Staley about Epstein.
- 14:48People at the firms say they've scoured around five million
- 14:51emails and documents involving Epstein and have found nothing linking
- 14:55Diamond with discussions of Epstein. If Diamond had conversations about
- 15:00Epstein with Staley, they say it was only in passing.
- 15:03Diamond never met and barely knew who Epstein was until
- 15:07his twenty nineteen arrest and apparent suicide. They add, who
- 15:11believes that, Like, did you add that on there and
- 15:14you thought it would be more believable. You know. That's
- 15:16when you're like telling your parents a lie as a kid, right,
- 15:19You're like, Oh, I'm gonna sauce this bitch up a
- 15:21little bit, and i'm gonna add some nice fillers here.
- 15:24I'm gonna make sure they believe me. And then the
- 15:26story becomes so fucking bizarre that your parents are like, Okay,
- 15:29nobody's believing this shit. Okay, you and Joey snuck out
- 15:32last night and you too were drinking beer basically the
- 15:35same thing here, right, who's believing this? It would be
- 15:38like your kid coming to you with a wild story
- 15:40about Bigfoot kidnapping them. And that's why ditch School JP
- 15:46Morgan is suing Staley for allegedly ignoring obvious red flags
- 15:51about Epstein. Staley's attorneys have denied the accusation. Yes, pretty
- 15:56messy stuff, all playing out in court, as this column
- 15:59goes depressed, it would also be playing out in a
- 16:03presidential campaign if Diamond chose to run. You can guarantee
- 16:07that more than you've ever guaranteed anything in your life,
- 16:11because me, my fat mouth, and my beard would certainly
- 16:14be apping about it, and I'm pretty sure most of
- 16:17you would be right behind me doing the same thing.
- 16:21All right, everybody that's gonna do it for this episode.
- 16:24All of the information that goes with the episode can
- 16:27be found in the description box. It's up, every one,
- 16:30and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Even though Denise
- 16:35George is no longer the Attorney General down in the
- 16:39US Virgin Islands, well, their lawsuit is still alive and well,
- 16:44and in fact, they're lobbing some bombs at JP Morgan
- 16:48saying that Jamie Diamond knew about Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking
- 16:53and didn't do anything about it. In fact, basically turn
- 16:57the other cheek and just let it occur. Now, those
- 17:02are some big allegations against one of the titans of
- 17:06the financial sector. But one of the things that I
- 17:10have said from the very beginning of this whole, entire
- 17:14sordid ordeal with Jeffrey Epstein is that it should have
- 17:18been a search into the financials. If they would have
- 17:21dug deep into the financial records of Jeffrey Epstein and
- 17:25all of his buddies, forget it, it would have been
- 17:29a rap. And they had all of the tools right
- 17:32there at their disposal to do so, and they chose
- 17:36not to. They had more rico predicates available to them.
- 17:40Then the Kardashians have ex boyfriends, but they chose not
- 17:45to go down that path. And if they did, all
- 17:48of these clowns would have been exposed. But you notice
- 17:51the only time any of them ever have to answer
- 17:54for anything is when it's in a civil court. And
- 17:58then what do they do. They buy their way out
- 18:01of it once again, rinse and repeat. That is the strategy.
- 18:05So I'm guessing that's what's gonna happen here. When all
- 18:07said and done, JP Morgan will pay a fine to
- 18:11the US Virgin Islands. The US Virgin Islands, well, they'll
- 18:14collect another bag on top of the one they've already Pilford.
- 18:18And meanwhile, nobody from the US Virgin Islands who helped
- 18:22Jeffrey Epstein get all of these tax benefits, set up
- 18:25shop and all of the rest of it, well none
- 18:28of them have went to prison or faced any penalties. So,
- 18:33like usual, another cash grab. And it wasn't just Denise George,
- 18:38it's the whole US Virgin Islands. Sure she was orchestrating it,
- 18:42but they see blood in the water here and they're
- 18:44saying to themselves we might as well continue down this
- 18:47path and pursue this and see what comes of it.
- 18:50We already got one hundred million. Meanwhile, how many countless
- 18:54women and children were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and never
- 18:57had any kind of publicity or or restitution. And all
- 19:02of this money is going to the US Virgin Islands
- 19:04And where's it gonna go from there? Are you gonna
- 19:07try and pitch to me that they're gonna make the
- 19:10citizens of the US Virgin Islands lives better? Yeah, that's
- 19:13exactly what all of these politicians plan on doing. Give
- 19:18me a break already. But as far as Jamie Diamond,
- 19:21I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to
- 19:23see the dude squirm. As you all know, I'm not
- 19:26a big fan of the financial sector or the scuzballs
- 19:30who inhabit it, and Jamie Diamond certainly fits the mold.
- 19:34So let's dive into this article from Law and Crime
- 19:38and let's see what Adam Klasfeld has for US headline.
- 19:42JP Morgan, CEO Jamie Diamond knew about Jeffrey Epstein's sex
- 19:48trafficking Virgin Islands, tells judge, So look, it's not an
- 19:52accuser saying that this time it's the Virgin Island saying
- 19:55it in open court. Pretty significant. And if you're JP
- 20:01Morgan and you're Jamie Diamond, and you already have all
- 20:04of the Jess stay nonsense hanging over your head, this
- 20:08is probably not the news that you're looking forward to hearing.
- 20:13Skewering JP Morgan's attempt to deflect blame on its former
- 20:17senior executive Jess Staley. The Virgin Islands government told the
- 20:22judge on Thursday that the banks role in Jeffrey Epstein's
- 20:26sex trafficking went straight to the top. Now, that is
- 20:30quite the allegation, and you're going to obviously need the
- 20:34evidence to back that up in court because if you
- 20:37don't think that JP Morgan and Jamie Diamond aren't going
- 20:42to have the best lawyers that money can buy, well
- 20:45you're not paying attention. That's exactly what they're going to have,
- 20:49and that's exactly what they do have. So they're going
- 20:52to challenge every little thing. And if you're saying that
- 20:55it went right to the top, you're going to have
- 20:58to provide that proof received eat maybe somebody giving testimony,
- 21:02whatever it might be. Now, what happens here though is
- 21:06it does open up the possibility, even though I find
- 21:10it to be a slight possibility at this point anyway,
- 21:14that Jamie Diamond perhaps has to be deposed. And if
- 21:19that's the case, boy, that would be an enjoyable day
- 21:22to be a roach in the rushes to watch this
- 21:25dude's squirm as he's being deposed about sex trafficking and
- 21:30scumbag Epstein's behavior, talk about just desserts. If mister Staley
- 21:38is a rogue employee, why isn't Jamie Diamond? The government's
- 21:41Private Council Mimi Lou thundered interclosing arguments. In August two
- 21:46thousand and eight, an internal JP Morgan email discussed the
- 21:50flow of Epstein's assets with a reference depending Diamond review.
- 21:55That's Jamie Diamond, said Lou, an attorney at Mottley Rice.
- 22:00And look, those are the kind of receipts that I'm
- 22:03talking about. And when you have at least some of
- 22:05those receipts, at the very least, you should be able
- 22:09to get a deposition. And if that's the case, then
- 22:12who knows what happens from there? All of these so
- 22:15called smartest people in the room don't seem that smart
- 22:18to me, So the chances are this knucklehead will end
- 22:21up perjuring himself if he did something illegal. After that message,
- 22:26she noted, Epstein remained a client for five more years.
- 22:31The remarks provide insight into why the Virgin Islands issued
- 22:35a subpoena a Diamond earlier this year, and why Senior
- 22:39US Judge Jed Raykoff signed off on it. And for me,
- 22:44this is the most important part of this kind of
- 22:47civil action. When we get to the trial portion of it,
- 22:51where there's hearings and testimony, then we get a lot
- 22:54more information that we don't have right now, and obviously
- 22:58the more context we have, the better off we all are.
- 23:02JP Morgan, the world's largest bank by market capitalization, was
- 23:07Epstein's bank of choice between nineteen ninety eight and twenty thirteen,
- 23:13well after Epstein's Florida prosecution for soliciting prostitution with a minor.
- 23:20That relationship has been under newfound spotlight after Epstein's survivors
- 23:25and the Virgin Islands sued JP Morgan Chase late last year,
- 23:30claiming that it facilitated, sustained, and concealed Epstein's abuse. Earlier
- 23:36this month, JP Morgan launched a counter offensive against their
- 23:41former senior executive, James Edward Jess Staley, claiming he concealed
- 23:46his personal activities with Epstein. So like usual, everybody's in
- 23:52a rush to throw everybody else under the bus, when
- 23:56in reality it was a systemic problem, and not just
- 24:00at JP Morgan. We're talking about Deutsche Bank and everywhere else.
- 24:05This disgusting animal, Jeffrey Epstein was doing business. The Virgin Islands, however,
- 24:11says that their knowledge of Staley's actions came from JP
- 24:15Morgan's internal files. These were JP Morgan documents. Lou said,
- 24:20everything we knew JP Morgan knew. During his time at
- 24:24JP Morgan, Staley cultivated deep personal and business ties with
- 24:29Jeffrey Epstein at a time when the executive led the
- 24:33bank's asset management and investment division. Staley exchanged upwards of
- 24:39one thousand, two hundred messages with Epstein. He sent one
- 24:43of those messages from Epstein's private island Little Saint Jeff's,
- 24:48while his client was in a Florida prison. In their lawsuit,
- 24:52the Virgin Islands provided glimpses of those exchanges called from
- 24:56the bank's internal files. Now if they weren't close, like
- 25:00Staley likes to say, then, what are you doing hanging
- 25:03out on his island? Well, old boy is in the clink.
- 25:07Does that sound like just a stranger type of activity.
- 25:11Oh yeah, I really don't know this guy, but I'm
- 25:13gonna go soak my boys in his hot tub while
- 25:16he rots away in a jail over child solicitation and
- 25:21basically child molestation. Does that sound like a good idea
- 25:25to anyone out here, never mind the dude who's supposed
- 25:29to be running the asset management division of the biggest bank,
- 25:33and not just the United States, but the whole last world.
- 25:37Does that sound like the behavior of somebody who should
- 25:40be in any position of power. Bros out here lounging
- 25:43at a diddler's house and then talking about, Oh, I
- 25:46didn't have any idea what he was up to stop it.
- 25:51So when all hell breaks loose and the world is crumbling,
- 25:54I will come here and be at peace. Staley wrote
- 25:57to Epstein from the Virgin Islands on November first, two
- 26:01thousand and nine, during Epstein's incarceration. Presently, I'm in the
- 26:06hot tub with a glass of white wine. This is
- 26:09an amazing place, truly amazing. Next time, we're here together.
- 26:14I owe you much, and I deeply appreciate our friendship.
- 26:17I have few so profound. But remember, he has no
- 26:21idea who Jeffrey Epstein is, or what Epstein was up to,
- 26:24or anything like that. That's what Jess Staley, what Jamie Diamond,
- 26:28what all of these scoundrels will have you believe. But
- 26:32if you really just pay attention to the real facts
- 26:35and what's really going on on the ground, it's no
- 26:39mystery to understand that all of these people were super
- 26:44close to Jeffrey Epstein. All of them were very close
- 26:47to him. They all broke bread with them, They all
- 26:50went to his island, they went to his New York house.
- 26:53Let's not forget that they all went to Zoro Ranch
- 26:56as well. You get tickets. Now, we still don't have
- 27:01any kind of real investigation there. Not to digress too
- 27:04much and go off on a tangent, but look at
- 27:06the shit show that we see with Alec Baldwin. You
- 27:09mean to tell me that the people in charge in
- 27:12New Mexico are capable of dealing with a guy like
- 27:16Epstein or what he was up to. Come on, so,
- 27:19there certainly was a reason that he chose New Mexico
- 27:22in the first place, and all of these people that
- 27:25we talk about, for the most part, they were making
- 27:27trips out to New Mexico as well. That was only
- 27:32one of Staley's visits to Epstein's island. The Virgin Islands
- 27:37alleges that they trace payments from Epstein's accounts at JP
- 27:41Morgan to women with Eastern European surnames timed near Staley's
- 27:47visits to be the sex offender's properties in London and
- 27:51Palm Beach. Everything that mister Staley did was in the
- 27:54scope of his employment and thus imputed to JP Morgan,
- 28:00lou argued. Earlier this week, attorneys for Epstein survivors accused
- 28:05Staley of participating in Epstein's crimes. That hearing referenced unspecified
- 28:11allegations that one Jane Doe survivor made against Staley during
- 28:16a deposition. The deposition came up again on Thursday, as
- 28:21JP Morgan's lawyer John Buttz said, it's why the bank
- 28:25came down hard on Staley. What happened at that deposition
- 28:29fundamentally changed things, but said, oh, that's going to be
- 28:33their excuse. Oh well, we finally got our hands on
- 28:36that deposition, and that fundamentally changed things. We realized then
- 28:40that Jeff Staley was, you know, a lot closer to
- 28:43Epstein than we knew before. And that's the same tired
- 28:47ass nonsense that we've heard time and time again. And
- 28:51I don't know about all of you, but I've had
- 28:54my phil. The Virgin Islands lawsuit alleges that JP Morgan
- 28:59violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the first comprehensive federal
- 29:04law to address trafficking in persons, the Criminally Influenced and
- 29:09Corrupt Organizations Act, the territory's analog of federal anti racketeering law,
- 29:15violating the Bank's Secrecy Act, and consumer fraud. Judge Rakoff
- 29:21set down a brisk roadmap for a trial the survivor's
- 29:24lawsuit against Deutsche Bank, which did business with Epstein, after
- 29:29JP Morgan has been set for August eighth. JP Morgan
- 29:33Chase will face off against the Epstein survivors and the
- 29:36Virgin Islands government at trial on October twenty third. Raykoff
- 29:42moved the latter trial date in light of JP Morgan's
- 29:45lawsuit against Staley. So as you can see, things are
- 29:49continuing to heat up down in the Virgin Islands, and
- 29:53I hope that they continue to escalate and we continue
- 29:56to hear more about people like Jamie Diamond possible having
- 30:01to sit for a deposition, because it's long beyond time
- 30:05that all of these people who were facilitating this nonsense
- 30:09financially were called out for the gigantic role that they
- 30:14played in this ongoing abuse that lasted literally decades. All right, folks,
- 30:21that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
- 30:23information that goes with the episode can be found in
- 30:27the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
- 30:31the Epstein Chronicles. Jamie Diamond, big shot from JP Morgan,
- 30:38is sitting for a deposition today and he's going to
- 30:41be deposed for lawsuits that accuse the bank of facilitating
- 30:46and profiting from sex trafficking by their longtime customer, Jeffrey Epstein.
- 30:52This comes as the Battle Royale down in the US
- 30:55Virgin Islands between JP Morgan, unnamed accusers Jesse Daily and
- 31:01the US Virgin Island government continues tumash its way through
- 31:06the court. So today we're going to talk a little
- 31:08bit more about Jamie Diamond and him sitting for this
- 31:12deposition to do that we have an article from CNBC
- 31:17and the author of this article is Dan Mangen headlined.
- 31:22JP Morgan CEO Jamie Diamond faces deposition in Jeffrey Epstein lawsuits.
- 31:29I'm honestly shocked that this guy is even giving these depositions.
- 31:33I figured he'd find a way to weasel himself out
- 31:37and not have to deal with sitting down like a
- 31:39commoner and talking about what his bank might have been
- 31:43up to. Guys like Jamie Diamond usually find a way
- 31:47to wiggle out. Oh my mom is sick. I have
- 31:49a gopher who has an ingrown hair. You know, every
- 31:53excuse under the sun. JP Morgan, Chase CEO Jamie Diamond
- 31:58was said to be deposed fry at his bank's New
- 32:01York headquarters for lawsuits that accuse the company of facilitating
- 32:06and profiting from sex trafficking by its longtime customer, Jeffrey Epstein.
- 32:12Diamond and JP Morgan, which denies any wrongdoing and liability
- 32:16in the cases, earlier lost an effort to dismiss the
- 32:20suits by the plaintiffs, the government of the US Virgin
- 32:24Islands and an anonymous Epstein accuser, So they tried their
- 32:28damnedest to get this thrown out without a jury or
- 32:32a judge ever getting a real look at what was
- 32:34going on, And that's always the best course of action.
- 32:38If you're somebody like JP Morgan, right, the last thing
- 32:41you want to do is have to answer for this
- 32:43bullshit in court. So if you can get it thrown
- 32:46out find a judge that's favorable to your cause, then
- 32:50so much the better. But that didn't happen this time,
- 32:53and Judge Rakoff has decided that they're going to have
- 32:56to answer for their bullshit. Now how far that goes?
- 32:59Once we get into the courtroom, we all know the deal.
- 33:02It's gonna be a couple of wink wink nudge nudges,
- 33:05and there's gonna be a bunch of payoffs. Besides that,
- 33:08there's not gonna be any kind of real punishment for anybody.
- 33:12What do you think Jamie Diamond is going to sit
- 33:14in the jail cell ever? Zero chance? What do you
- 33:17think Jess Staley is even though he's being accused of
- 33:21Haines's crimes? If that was any of us being accused
- 33:24of what Jess Staley is being accused of, forget it,
- 33:28we'd be getting tarred and feathered and dragged down to
- 33:30the local police station on just allegations. But it's not
- 33:34good enough when it's Jess Staley or Glenn Dubin or
- 33:37George Mitchell or Bill Richardson. The suits claim that JP Morgan,
- 33:42the biggest bank in the United States, kept Epstein as
- 33:46a customer even after learning he was being investigated for
- 33:50sexually abusing underage girls in Florida, and after he pleaded
- 33:54guilty in a state charge there in two thousand and
- 33:57eight to paying for sex from a minor. And we
- 34:01all know that paying was that was the hush money.
- 34:05What do you think These little girls were walking around
- 34:08on whatever the blade is down there in Palm Beach
- 34:10and they were women of the night. That wasn't how
- 34:13this worked. This dude recruited little girls to go and
- 34:17recruit other little girls for him, and it was all
- 34:20managed by some elder women like Glenne Maxwell and Sarah
- 34:24Kelln Vickers, who were really at the controls. Everybody else
- 34:28was just a pawn, right, a piece to be moved
- 34:31on the chessboard for Epstein's desires and to advance whatever disgusting,
- 34:36weird ass plot he had cooking. The bank is accused
- 34:41in the complaints in the US District Court in Manhattan
- 34:45of doing so in order to keep Epstein, who kept
- 34:48tens of millions of dollars in accounts there despite internal
- 34:52concerns about his slimy reputation. Remember, they don't care about
- 34:56your reputation. The only thing that you can possibly do
- 35:00that is bad for business is be broke. Everything else
- 35:04it's game on. You want to abuse children, you want
- 35:07to beat on your wife, you want to be an
- 35:09arms dealer. Hell, everybody's welcomed in the elite circles that
- 35:13these scumbags run. In the Virgin Island, says Epstein used
- 35:17frequent cash withdrawals he made from those accounts to pay
- 35:21for young women to travel to the American Territory so
- 35:24that he and others could abuse them at his residence
- 35:28on a private island that he owned. So where are
- 35:31the others? Everybody wants to talk about the others in
- 35:34all of these articles. How come these journalists don't go deeper? Okay,
- 35:38so they say others, Let's dig a little deeper. Who
- 35:40are these others? And when you start digging, it's rather
- 35:43obvious that a bunch of people have already been named.
- 35:46And that's why. I find it laughable when you have
- 35:48people out here on Twitter and elsewhere talking about how
- 35:52they're going to expose this one or that one. Bro.
- 35:55When you have guys like George Mitchell and Bill Richardson
- 35:59being completely exposed in this and nothing happening, I find
- 36:02it so bizarre that people would rather talk about folks
- 36:06like Tom Hanks and other people in Hollywood while simply
- 36:09ignoring people like Ehud Barack, or ignoring people like Bill Richardson,
- 36:14or ignoring people like George Mitchell. It makes me wonder
- 36:18what their real intentions are when they're covering or talking
- 36:21about this case. Because the real meat and potatoes here,
- 36:25folks are not the jesters that get dressed up and
- 36:29dance for our shekels. That means the jerk offs in Hollywood.
- 36:32The real problem here are these degenerates that were at
- 36:36the levers of power and still hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 36:39People out here are acting like we should be shocked
- 36:42that Hollywood's full of degenerates. We already knew that this
- 36:45isn't breaking news, So I'm always skeptical of these people
- 36:49out here banging the druma about this name or that name.
- 36:52When the names of importance that have already been dropped
- 36:55are out there, and none of these people that are
- 36:58supposedly going to expose everything have done a damn thing,
- 37:02and they'll continue to just beffeckless grifters. But somehow that
- 37:06generates buzz. People want that kind of stuff. I guess
- 37:10me personally, I don't care about all the salacious rumor.
- 37:14I don't care about Tom Hanks. I don't care about
- 37:17none of that. You know what, I care about the
- 37:19facts right here in front of my face, things that
- 37:21have been in court documents that people in the legacy
- 37:25media even can't dispute. Those are the things that we
- 37:29should be pushing forward. That's the ball that should be
- 37:32carried over the goal line. But the sad truth is
- 37:35this space, like just about any other, is populated with
- 37:39a bunch of charlatans, grifters, liars, and con artists. I
- 37:44have this secret information, and if you subscribe to my
- 37:47newsletter for the mirror price of four ninety nine a month,
- 37:51that information can be yours too. Every time I see
- 37:54garbage like that, I want to reach for the draino
- 37:57and drink it. Human trafficking was the Prince business. Of
- 38:01the accounts Epstein maintained at JP Morgan. The Virgin Island
- 38:05suit says Diamond's deposition is being taken in private. The
- 38:09questions he has asked and the answers he gives would
- 38:12only become public if they are used in court filings
- 38:16and proceedings, or if they are leaked, and I would
- 38:19never rule that out. You never know when we're talking
- 38:22about court transcripts here, we're not talking about grand jury transcripts,
- 38:26so there's always a chance minuscule, but there's always a
- 38:29chance that this stuff does get dumped. JP Morgan didn't
- 38:33immediately respond to CNBC's requests for comment. In addition to
- 38:38questioning Diamond under oath, the Virgin Islands has issued a
- 38:42flurry of subpoenas seeking documents related to Epstein and JP
- 38:46Morgan from a number of high profile people. The government
- 38:50suspects Epstein tried to recruit as fellow clients of the bank.
- 38:55And as great as it is to see the US
- 38:57Virgin Islands calling out the bank here for their role
- 39:01in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, do you really think they'd
- 39:05be doing that if hundreds of millions of dollars weren't
- 39:08on the line. I highly doubt they would be, because remember,
- 39:12it's never been about justice here. They had ample opportunity
- 39:16to meet some justice out and they chose not to. Instead,
- 39:20they chose to weet their beak out of Jeffrey Epstein's palm.
- 39:24They include Tesla's CEO Elon Musk, Google co founders Larry
- 39:29Page and Sergey Brinn, former Disney executive Michael Lowitz, Hyt
- 39:33Hotels executive chairman Thomas Pritzker, and Mord Zuckerman, the billionaire
- 39:39real estate investor. Diamond's deposition comes more than a week
- 39:43after Deutsche Bank agreed to pay seventy five million dollars
- 39:47to Epstein's survivors to settle a would be class action
- 39:51lawsuit by one of his accusers. Deutsche Bank had taken
- 39:55on Epstein as a customer after JP Morgan severed ties
- 39:59with in twenty thirteen, after keeping him on as a
- 40:04client for fifteen years. So imagine they have the audacity
- 40:07to look anybody in the face and say they did
- 40:10the right thing. Here. You were in bed with an
- 40:13absolute serpent for all those years, and now it's all
- 40:16Jeff Staley's fault. Huh. You guys had nothing to do
- 40:19with it. Deutsche Bank had taken on Epstein as a
- 40:24customer after JP Morgan severed ties with them in twenty thirteen,
- 40:28after keeping him as a client for fifteen years. JP
- 40:32Morgan has said Diamond had not reviewed Epstein's accounts when
- 40:36he was a client there from nineteen ninety eight through
- 40:39twenty thirteen, the year that JP Morgan severed its relationship
- 40:44with him. So they also want you to believe that
- 40:47the boss of the whole ass company had no idea
- 40:49about this big time player, Jeffrey Epstein, and never once
- 40:53took a look at his file. I can say that's
- 40:55absolute bs. When I was managing a sportsbook, forget it,
- 41:00I was going through files all the time of our players,
- 41:02what their tendency was, how much money they usually deposited
- 41:06or forwarded over, how much money they took out when
- 41:09they left, so I could be prepared. And as you
- 41:12all know, I'm certainly no financial genius, all right, just
- 41:16some dumbass. And if I was doing it, you mean
- 41:19to tell me that Jamie Diamond never once cracked open
- 41:22the books for a look. If so, he's negligent. What
- 41:26else did he miss and should JP Morgan even keep
- 41:29them on board, or should they find somebody that's going
- 41:32to take their job a little more serious when it
- 41:34comes to compliance. Epstein died six years later from suicide,
- 41:39allegedly in a New York jail, a month after federal
- 41:43authorities charged him with trafficking girls for sex. You know
- 41:47what's so crazy all the people that are like gung
- 41:49ho to believe the official narrative about Jeffrey Epstein dying
- 41:53of suicide, like you see in these articles when they
- 41:56say it definitively, and then they'll say, well, you know,
- 41:59that's what the coroner said, that's what the medical advisor said,
- 42:03until the next time there's a situation and it doesn't
- 42:06run with their bias, and then all of a sudden, oh, well,
- 42:10what are you going to believe the government? So it's
- 42:13either you believe what these people are telling you, meaning
- 42:16the government, or you're skeptical of just about everything they
- 42:20have to say. And I know where I fall at
- 42:23this point, and I'm sure you all know where I
- 42:25fall at this point. Enough with the BS, enough with
- 42:29no transparency. It's about time that they just step up
- 42:33and show everybody everything they have and let's see what's what.
- 42:38Let the chips fall where they may, because covering things up,
- 42:42obfuscating and acting like nothing bad happened in that jail
- 42:46cell or in that jailhouse is absolutely absurd and truly
- 42:51is cognitive dissonance. JP Morgan pushes back. JP Morgan, in
- 42:57a related complaint, has said that any civil liabilit it
- 43:00would have from Epstein's conduct is the responsibility of its
- 43:04former executive, Jeff Staley, who is a friend of Epstein
- 43:08and his main business contact at the bank. Staley, who
- 43:12also denies any wrongdoing, earlier this week, lost a bid
- 43:16to dismiss JP Morgan's complaint against him, which, among other things,
- 43:21seeks to recoup eighty million dollars in compensation from him.
- 43:25So that's just the first firing shot by them. They
- 43:28also want him to be on the line for any
- 43:30sort of penalty they might incur because of the bank's
- 43:35relationship with Epstein. So remember, the whole entire plan from
- 43:39JP Morgan is not us, it's everybody else's fault but ours.
- 43:45And while that may be true, everybody else might have
- 43:47been involved, so were they. In addition to trying to
- 43:51shift blame to Staley. JP Morgan this week, in a
- 43:54court filing accused the Virgin Islands of being complicit in
- 43:58the crimes of Jeffrey eppste. The filing said the Virgin
- 44:02Islands looked the other way as Epstein trafficked young women
- 44:06because he was given high ranking officials there, money, advice,
- 44:10and favors. The filing specifically says that Epstein paid tuition
- 44:16for the children of John DeJong and his wife Cecil
- 44:20when John served as Virgin Island's governor and when Cecil
- 44:25worked for Epstein managing his companies in the territory. None
- 44:29of this is disputable, and I remember catching some flak
- 44:32for my position when it comes to the United States
- 44:35Virgin Islands, Denise George and what they were up to,
- 44:39And it was all based on the fact that they
- 44:41helped Jeffrey Epstein put this whole entire thing in motion,
- 44:44they helped keep it going, and then the fact that
- 44:46they had the audacity to try to get some money
- 44:49all of a sudden, I'm the asshole. Huh, Well, I
- 44:51guess I'm the asshole. But that doesn't change the fact
- 44:54that the US Virgin Islands was on one here and
- 44:57what they were up to is basically a lick. They
- 45:00basically took this money, in my opinion, and the fact
- 45:03that it was so easy for them to do so,
- 45:06they figured they might as well let it rip one
- 45:08more time, throw the dice and see what happens here.
- 45:11Another one hundred and five million dollars. Well, that can
- 45:14really go a long way to promoting and propagating our
- 45:17corruption right. Cecil also allegedly made efforts to secure a
- 45:23student visas for young women connected to Epstein and was
- 45:26his primary conduit for spreading money and influence throughout the
- 45:31USVII government. The Washington Post on Friday published details of
- 45:35a deposition earlier taken by Mary Erdos, who runs JP
- 45:40Morgan's asset and wealth management division. Oh Boy, Erdos wrote
- 45:45in a twenty eleven email to another bank executive after
- 45:49she found out Epstein's status as a sex offender as
- 45:53a result of his Florida conviction had been affirmed, the
- 45:56Washington Post reported. The newspaper said that was at least
- 46:01the sixth time Erdos had been alerted to Epstein's criminal
- 46:05or civil legal trouble for sex crimes. So there's the
- 46:09culpability right there for JP Morgan them trying to weasel
- 46:14their way out. It's not gonna work, but I do
- 46:17appreciate the attempt to go down swinging and take down
- 46:20some other scumbags, which I'm on board for that one
- 46:23hundred percent, because the US Virgin Islands setting themselves up
- 46:28here like they're the hero is one of the biggest
- 46:30jokes that, honestly, I've ever seen. These people are no heroes.
- 46:35If they were heroes, we wouldn't have civil suits out
- 46:38the wazoo, we'd have criminal complaints making their way through
- 46:43the court with RICO attached to it. But instead what
- 46:47we see just another cash grab. All right, folks, that's
- 46:52gonna do it for me. All of the information that
- 46:54goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
